36 Range- going nuts!

Our kitchen has a 36" space for a slide in range/oven. My wife runs a small cottage bakery that brings in a few hundreds dollars a week. We are not rich by any means, but we have a small savings. (~$20,000).
We had a used Viking range. It worked fantastic until the motherboard crapped out. We looked into getting another used range but with her business, we thought it'd be better to get something new. In the interest of saving money, we found a pro-range Jenn Air for 50% off because it's a floor model they were getting rid of. Brand new, still under warranty. We bought it and got it home. It's broken. Control panel needs to be replaced. .
It'll be fixed under warranty, but we're thinking we should just return it.
Here are the options we're looking at:.
1. Keep the Jenn-Air and pray it's not a lemon .
2. Get a Blue Star RCS. It's out of our technical price range, but the highest rated oven for the lowest price.
3. Screw the price range and just get a Wolf. .
Any opinions? Any advice welcome.
