I have ordered Bosch 7 kg Fully-Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine (WAK24268IN, silver/grey) on 11th OCT 2018 from Amazon India. After receiving the product, it took 20-25 days for demo. On the demo day, weird sound is coming from washing machine and I informed Bosch technician the same moment. However he convinced me by saying as if now it doesnt have any load (clothes), so do not bother about it. On 2nd day, the Surf Excel is coming out and washing machine is vibrating like anything. I need a urgent replacement ASAP. YES KINDLY REPLACE THIS FAULTY WASHING MACHINE. BOSCH TECHNICIAN PHONE NUMBER: SRAVAN **. From last 10 days I am calling him, But he is not responding to the call. I already informed him about the issue and he told he will come tomorrow but that tomorrow never came.

I ordered a display circuit board for my Bosch oven. The display magically fixed itself by the time the part arrived, so I called Bosch to a coordinate return. My problem is with Boschs mandatory 25% restocking fee, and with the information I had to provide in order to secure my timely refund. The circuit board, the box in which it arrived in I never opened, cost $106. I paid $26.50 to restock a circuit board thats probably 1/8 thick, and 6 x 3 in size. Theres no effort to put this unused part back on the shelf. But it is what it is, and Bosch makes that clear in their return policy. While exorbitant, it wasnt a surprise. I just thought thered be more flexibility. After all, Im not returning a refrigerator. So as I moved through the return process, I had to provide a model number for the oven. If I didnt, the refunds would be delayed. I asked the representative why that mattered, and that it should have no bearing on my return. They have the part number, so that should be enough. I also commented that theyre charging me 25% to restock, so maybe they should figure that out. Representative was very polite, but said several times that her hands were tied. In the end, I provided much more information than is required to return the part, especially when considering theyre charging $25 to restock a circuit board whose connection to my return will be irrelevant when they sell it again. If Bosch is this complex and penalizing for their returns, I hate to think what happens when I have an actual problem with their products.

Excellent stove. I love either the baking or convention option on the stove. Love the fact it is a self cleaning oven with very little clean up afterwards. It is a gas range in my opinion cooks far better than electric ranges. The middle fits a large grill pan.

This wall oven - much like all appliances these days falls on its own sword - it is too complicated for its own good. This oven has a control panel with loads of stupid features, timer, Sabbath mode, clock (with year, month, date - who cares!!!) and so on. Its just an oven! Nobody needs that stuff. The control panel is the root of all thats wrong with the oven - if Bosch had just made the oven with power on off, temperature dial, light switch and convection fan on/off, Im sure itd work forever. Not now, the control panel has always been wonky, insisting on setting the time before you can turn on the oven! Now it refuses to accept time changes, thus rendering the oven inoperable. Lunacy. Im throwing this oven, not buying another Bosch.

Very unhappy with Boschs customer service and ability to order a part in a timely manner. The estimated delivery time for when I ordered in February was pushed back first for March, then April, and now May. That is 3 times already and I am still waiting for something I already paid for via credit card. In this rate will I ever get this part? When I requested an explanation, I was given a standard reason that it was due to manufacturing problems and could not even reassure me that I would get this part. While I understand the consumer supervisor I spoke with had no information to assist me further, this individual was very rude and unsympathetic which didnt help with my level of frustration. There is no reason for a part to take more than 3 months to be delivered, especially if Bosch is supposed to be a high end product. If there is such a demand or difficulty getting this replacement part then clearly there is a problem with inventory or perhaps it is a design flaw they are not willing to admit with the product (dishwasher panel/handle crack). They offered to refund me for the order since I was so unhappy, but how does that help in getting a problem fixed and having the ability to use my dishwasher properly, a dishwasher if it had the part would function properly? At this rate I do not trust nor believe that this company will send me my part. Sadly, they are the only ones who can get this part, which puts me in position where I have no other choice but to wait for them to deliver who knows how long. Very frustrating. Based on my experience, I will think twice before purchasing another Bosch product in the future.

The plastic end of our dishwasher handle cracked, but I caught it before the handle became loose and broke off completely. It was still under extended warranty and Im happy to say Bosch sent out a repair person with the $5 part (2 replacement ends) and fixed it without cost to me. The repair guy told me it is a known problem and gave me the extra end to use if it happened again. I love everything else about the dishwasher and have had no problems with it after 8 years... yet.

In 2002 we purchased a Bosch dishwasher which we couldnt be happier with. At the same time we were talked into purchasing a Bosch oven which I have never liked. Temperature has always been uneven and I have needed to be sure to turn dishes during baking to cook evenly, especially baked cookies, pies and cakes. Recently, after broiling a meal, the oven just quit. The only thing working was the clock and timer. Authorized Sears service repair came out and had a lot of trouble figuring out the design schematic in the first place. He finally found a broken selector switch but was told the appliance and all repair parts have been discontinued and is unable to be repaired. An e-mail from Bosch replying to my complaint simply reiterated that the oven has been discontinued and to try ordering from discontinued parts websites. No offer to compensate or assist in locating the part, which I have been unable to find on my own. Now our home has been sold and the buyers are requesting we replace the oven, forcing us to spend upwards of $1,000 on an oven we wont be using! Buyers beware of Bosch. Customer service is useless to say the least.

I purchased a townhouse built in 2009 and rented it out. All Bosch appliances, microwave model # HMV9305 over the stove model, would not shut off. The tenant pulled the plug. The unit was very hot around electronic panel with burning odor. I had an experienced appliance technician in to repair it. He said he has never seen anything like this. The entire unit is fried, even the fan and wise that it was disconnected because if it had not been disconnected, it could have caused a serious fire. I have had several microwaves of different brands in homes over the years. I still have 2 of them after 13 years without an incident. Thank you, Sharp. Do not buy this junk. This could have been a lot more serious.

We got our Bosch dishwasher 2 weeks ago. It was very labor intensive to set up. Too many bells and whistles. Also we did have a problem with water accumulation. We were told to use the extra shine button. This works. However we have to make sure we are here when the dishwasher is done so we can open it right away to let out the steam. So we have to take the extra step of setting the timer. Also it takes a very long time- 2 1/2 hours for the cycle to get done with the auto button and the extra shine button. Also the amount of dishes you can put in seems small. The plus here is that the dishwasher is very quiet. We got the Bosch hoping for an energy efficient machine. We do have to rinse the dishes first so that also takes up extra water. Perhaps this is a good model if you are a caterer, but cumbersome for general household use. My old broken down dishwasher did a better job of cleaning and drying in half the time. Its actually easier for me to wash my dishes by hand unless we have company.

Ever since I bought these 3 appliances (Bosch washer, dryer and dishwasher) I am disappointed. The washer does not wash clothes properly, especially the whites. It also does not drain properly. It smells. The dryer is mediocre at best. The dishwasher just doesnt wash the dishes properly and has a bit of mold. I would never buy Bosch again! I was had from Caplans sales rep. They lied about all the features and superiority that Bosch has as a top manufacturer. It is a bargain brand.

Unfortunately the oven does not work unless the clock is set. The service man has been here twice already and will not come again for less than 100.00. I have been cooking for 56 years and have never had a problem with an oven not working because the clock isnt set. Buyer beware. This oven is way too complicated. As of now I am waiting for a new service man. Incidentally, the instructions stink as are their videos. I bought six bosch appliances and am even so sorry.

We bought the Bosch Nexxt 100 Series Washer and Dryer about 5 years ago from Lowes. For the last 4 years we have had nothing but problems. First the washer. I kept ending up with cut marks in things. Almost like someone was murdering my sheets and clothes with a knife. They had perfect cut marks. Bosch offered no advice on what the issue was.Second the dryer. The dryer has been by far the BIGGEST headache! The first issue was that it would work but wouldnt heat up. Bosch told me to remove the back panel and the 20+ screws, shove my hand in there and find a TINY reset button. Ok, fine. FOUND IT! Reset! But then I kept having to reset it every week. Then a couple days ago I tossed in a small load of laundry and almost instantly started smelling something burning. So I open the dryer and I have flames between the back of the dryer drum and back panel. Not the most ideal place to have a FIRE! Not easy to tip a dryer backwards with a pitcher of water in hand trying to throw enough into small holes to put out a fire. BOSCH tells me Lint makes its way to the back of the drum, down the back and into the box where the heating element is. Clean it out, put it back together, plug it back in and resume normal use. Make sure to clean it out every few months. Can we say NO?Needless to say, I will NOT buy another BOSCH appliance. When I go to buy a new dryer I will also be buying a new washer. The only thing these appliances are good for is taking out back with a sledgehammer in hand and releasing some build up frustration!

I have a washing machine and it has PCB malfunction. The repair technician visited 9 days ago and ordered the parts from Bosch. Since Bosch has monopoly of the repair services, the parts are not available in open market. Hence no one except for the Bosch can repair the machine. Now I have to rely on Bosch to fix the machine at a cost dictated by Bosch. It has already been 15 days my washing machine is not working. We purchased a Bosch dishwasher 1 year ago. Within a month the door started popping open during the wash cycle. I called Bosch customer service and they set up a repair. They know there is a problem so they have a replacement kit called a latch stiffener. Well everything worked fine for the summer months when we return from our six months in Florida. I use the dishwasher another month and the same things started happening. I called customer service and talk to the same woman that I had spoken to last summer. She is very nice and very helpful and tried her damnedest to get me a replacement dishwasher. The company told her since there had only been one repair they could not replace the dishwasher that I would have to have a second repair done on it. So that is scheduled for next week but I also had her note in my account that this is the second repair on the same dishwasher for the same problem as I am now out of warranty. There are only two of us in the house so the dishwasher does not get run that often. When it does work it cleans the dishes nicely and it is very quiet. I agree the racks are not the greatest and they do fall off the track and you have to look them up to try to get them back on but that I can deal with. Running 8 minutes and having the door pop open is not acceptable.

I had some issues with the fridge, it wouldn’t cool and also the water dispenser stopped working. The technician came on a number of occasions to figure out what the issue was, of course all at a cost to me. He thought he figured out why it wasn’t cooling and replaced the fan. He told me to purchase a triple valve from Bosch and that should fix my water dispensing issue. So I ordered online straight away. After a few days the item arrived, but I had also noticed that the internal temp inside the fridge didn’t go below 20 degrees Celsius. I decided enough was enough, spent so much on this technician and yet nothing, so I went out and purchased a new fridge. I contacted Bosch and explained the situation, and seek a refund on this triple Valve, technician labor cost as well as the cost for the new fan he had installed because the fridge clearly isn’t going to work. Till now it is still under review. As for the triple valve I sent it back to Bosch at their request (after again explaining to sales why I no longer want the item) at my own expense and yet they still charged me a ‘restocking fee’. I told them I only purchased it at the advice of the technician but because he couldn’t resolve my main issue, I didn’t need it anymore. They wouldn’t budge. I will recommend anyone that is thinking about purchasing a Bosch appliance to reconsider. Their customer service is awful and their technicians don’t seem to know the product too well either.

The first two, I intentionally paid a premium for it as they are made in Germany while the washing machine made in Thailand. The branding has bring down not only tarnished her brand but to Germany as a world-class engineering country. Almost everyone knows top quality engineering comes from Germany like Porsche, BMW, Merc, Audi, Miele etc.Utterly disappointing with less than 12 months, there were multiple service calls on the new oven, induction and washing machine. It’s not a coincidence. Three products all have issues, be it German made or not. Almost all my white goods and big household items are Bosch. Going forward, I’ll just go for China or Korean brands that are significantly cheaper. Premium price doesn’t equate to quality and durability anymore especially with Bosch. I used to have Bosch dishwasher that lasted for years, now, quality of this brand has dropped significantly and I’ve changed to Miele instead. Bosch, seriously is hopeless. It will be another Nokia (market leader went collapsing) if it still doesn’t wake up.

I called Bosch to come out to fix my microwave under warranty. So far, after 3 weeks and two visits, they have yet been able to fix what is only a blown fuse and insist I have to wait another week (longer than a month) for the third visit and hopefully fix the simple problem. This is not really my definition of under warranty, wasting my time and patience.

Have had the refrigerator two months and am happy with it. It's so quiet I almost don't notice when it's running even when I'm in the kitchen. The lighting is good on the interior, adequate in the freezer although the bottom drawer is a little dim. Love the layout of the upper space and flexibility with retractable shelves. Items are easy to see and accessible. The depth of door shelves are great with the exception of the two bottom shelves which are so narrow that they will only accommodate small items, (like hot sauce). As other reviewers have noted, the ice maker is painfully slow so plan ahead. I find the ice maker has a very high pitched hum that is annoying so I make ice then turn the ice maker off until needing ice again which works for us. Love the controls, very easy to use and read and the refrigerator responds quickly to a change in temperature. I'm really picky, did my research before buying, and am really happy with this refrigerator.

I purchased my first Bosch appliance (dishwasher) on 6/1/17 after making note of an Installation Rebate offer from Bosch via a Bosch Visa Prepaid Card. The stated purchase date was required to be between 5/17/17 and 6/7/17, which it was. I immediately completed the rebate form even though the latest required postmark must be by 7/7/17 (over a month away). They promised reimbursement within 8 weeks and gave a website and phone number to check its status. After 4 1/2 weeks I received a typed response from Bosch saying that they were unable to process the request because it did not meet the cash register receipt requirement (not dated within the time period designated for this offer). I immediately contacted Lowes, where I purchased the dishwasher. I spoke with the manager on duty and showed him the copies of the rebated offer, register receipt, response from Bosch, etc. The manager on duty phoned Bosch rebates directly and verified that the date on the receipt was within the required date range. He told me that Bosch claimed that the month of 6 looked like a 5. We found this to be strange because it was obvious to both of us that it was a 6 for June. It was/could also be verified by the date on my charge card. If one person was in doubt, due to poor eyesight, they could of easily asked someone else or used a magnifying glass; which shouldnt of been necessary. Anyway, the Lowes manager spoke with Bosch that it was the correct date, and that they would immediately process the rebate. The Lowes manager said I should receive it within 2 weeks. After 2 1/2 weeks I checked their website for my rebate status. It recognized my information and gave me a tracking number; plus stated I had to allow more time. Two more weeks later, I had still not received it (4 1/2 weeks after the Lowes managers phone call, and 9 weeks after purchase). I checked the website again for status. This time it never recognized my name/address (even though I had also completed warranty information on 6/20/17 after 6/18/17 installation). It never recognized my tracking number that it gave me 2 weeks earlier; and when I called their phone number, it never recognized my phone number. They had now lost all of my information (or so they claimed). I (we) both thought their first excuse was inexcusable, but possibly a mistake; but after the 2nd 4 1/2 week period it gives every appearance of being a scam (intentional). I no longer believe they intend to honor their rebate offers, and just expect most consumers to forget about it, not care about it, neglect to make copies before sent in, etc.; and just pocket the savings (this time for $145).

Does a great job. Very pleased from the towels to the farm clothes grease and grime the machine cleans well. We live on a farm and the water use was a big selling point for me, it was great not having the constant worries thru the drought. The shorter cycles on the machine is what I use most, the more grime the more time for washing. I have had big top loader machines all along when our 4 children were growing up but now with mainly 2 to 4 adults and some times the grandbabies its perfect.A friend recommended the brand, I had people say they werent happy with the front loaders. I decided to pay for the expensive machine, but spare parts expensive. We broke the latch on the door and a new one was $400.00.That was a shock. My son made a high frame to it on for ease of access. No bending for me which is great and a must.

This dishwasher does a very good job at getting all of my dishes clean. Even those that have dried food stuck to them. It does everything I need it to do. Although, this dishwasher does not have heated dry option. I am fine with this, as the heat from the wash gets most everything dry. It has basic regular, light, heavy duty settings. Thats all I need! It is a traditional/regular size dishwasher. The interior holds everything I need to wash, although the set up of the tines have taken a bit getting used to. I feel if they were orientated differently I might be able to load easier. Its a nice stainless steel washer! When researching this dishwasher, only negative thing I could find was issues with the door latch. Knowing this, I exercise extra caution in opening and closing. It does open stiffly.

Both the microwave and oven have malfunctioned to the point of being unusable. $200 later, we have a quote for almost $1000 to fix them, no warranty extension. Attempting to get Bosch’s attention and address what we consider a premature failure of their very expensive products has been an exercise in futility. We bought a Bosch dishwasher she68t55uc mid 2014. It has been great but all of a sudden last month December 2016, the dishwasher started making a squealing sound. We called and a repair man came. He chipped my counter which I had to fix, he had to break the door hinge because it was fine before he came, but after coming twice to repair it, the squeal is still here. Said it was the drain pump, so they replaced it, but it still squeals. They admit they are not familiar with working on Bosch but Lowes picked them to work on it. Not sure why. So Lowes will replace as under extended warranty, but I hope to pick a kitchen aid instead. I had a Kenmore elite for 18 yrs and it was still working when I replaced it with the Bosch, but it had become too noisy over the years. But it was a great one!! Wish I had bought another Kenmore.

Every computer component was replaced while under warranty; some components more than once. It was finally determined to be unrepairable by the repair person who had been here numerous times. I bought this oven in Jul 2011. Over the past year the grill filament started to warp. It is now extremely warped and quite dangerous, soon likely to snap, and then the oven will be unusable. This has happened through normal and moderate use of the product. I have contacted Bosch (it took many many emails to get a reply) and they say they dont view it as a product fault or design defect, but as an isolated incident. They wont repair it for free, as I requested, but instead demand around 100 to repair it.I bought a Bosch oven specifically because I wanted a quality product - I paid for the brand name. I expected 10 years of use (my last cooker lasted 20 years) but I get a measly 3 -3.5 years and Bosch think this is reasonable. I purchase a Bosch gas range in Dec 2019. We started smelling gas last week and had to call 911 and PSE&G. The issue was tracked to the oven and Bosch said they will send a technician. They said the earliest appt they had was 4 days out. I called them again as the smell was progressively getting worse. I escalated again and they agreed to send local Bosch certified technician. The technician arrived promptly and found that the safety valve was defective and he had to order the parts from Bosch. Bosch said 5-7 business days (and this a gas leak issue) and I was again on the phone trying to covey the urgency. I was stuck between the installer and Bosch and I am the Consumer. Bosch finally agreed to overnight the part to my address and the installer was scheduled to fix it today. I called Bosch today for a tracking number and they said they dont have one!! I also found out that they have shipped the part to the technician! Still no part and plenty of gas smell. Bosch customer is very inefficient and they really dont care about the safety of their customers. I would never buy a Bosch appliance again. It doesnt matter how good their products are. While I purchased my Bosch electric range in September of 2014 and am out of warranty, I had expected a better experience when the inner glass door shattered during the self-cleaning cycle, especially as I rarely use the oven and this was only the 3rd time I used the self-clean feature. When I called Bosch, the agent I spoke with seemed to agree with me that there must be a defect of some kind for this to happen, and she made an appointment for a technician to assess the issue at no charge to me. I may have been somewhat naive, but I was led to believe that Bosch would likely review the issue and not charge me for the repair as the damage clearly occurred due to a defect in the appliance and through no fault of mine. The technician they sent was awesome, arrived on time, assessed the problem and told me he would order the glass. As I didnt hear back from Bosch, I assumed that the agent had brought my issue to the attention of her supervisor and, since I didnt hear back, assumed there would be no charge to me. Well the technician is in my kitchen repairing my oven door and asked if Id heard from Bosch as to the charge. When I advised I hadnt, he suggested I call. I was shocked to find out that no one had made an effort to send my issue up their chain of command, nor was I able to speak with a supervisor as there was none available. The best they would offer, as the technician was already doing the repair job, was a 20% discount off the replacement glass.I also had an issue with my Bosch microwave one month out of warranty when the turntable motor stopped working. I was told I would have to pay not only for the replacement piece, but for the technicians visit, but I wasnt told that until the repair guy showed up at my door and told me that I would be seeing lots of him because they dont make appliances the way they used to. I sent him away on principle and hired an appliance repair guy to do the job - it wasnt cheaper but I couldnt get past the guys attitude.Had I known I would also be charged to repair a defective appliance, I would probably have hired the same appliance repair guy to do the job. The only thing that made this experience less horrible was the technician they sent - he was prompt, efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. I bought Bosch Appliances because everything I read indicated they were absolutely top of the line. I am severely disappointed in the product and their poor customer service problem resolution.

I called and Bosch would charge starting off around $200 to just come out to fix. Nope never buy a Bosch if you care how long the product appearance will last.

The first time we had Bosch out for a recall issue with the door. They repaired it and re installed the dishwasher crooked and out of level. I called and was told they can schedule it for a few days later. I DID not want to take another day off work so I dealt with it myself. It was a pain! I called them a week ago re draining issues and had to wait a week for them to come out. I received an e mail from them telling me they would call the day before or the morning of the service call to narrow the time slot down a bit. This made me happy. No call yesterday or early this morning. I called them and they said they would check into it and call back. They called back and told me the service guy hurt himself and was not coming. They said not to worry, they can have someone out in a few days. This would be a second day I would have to take off work, I could have purchased another new dishwasher for the 2 days I need to take off. Do not buy Bosch appliances, terrible appliances and worse service.UPDATED ON 11/02/2015: On Oct 6th I sent in a review about how bad Bosch dishwashers are and the service was even worse. Since then they sent a service tech from an outside organization out and the service person said the line was clogged, not a dishwasher problem. I asked why the dishwasher just stopped mid cycle and would not go any further including pumping water out. He said to get rid of the air gap loop the hose up and connect it directly to the disposal and all will be fine. I did as he said and not only is it against the national code, but all is not fine. The Bosch people do not respond to my emails. DO NOT BUY BOSCH PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU ARE A **. There are many similar complaints about Bosch and their products.

I had a similar Bosch in a home I purchased in 2015 and I love everything about it. I moved in 2017 and of course purchased another Bosch fridge. This one works well, but it has a feature on the shelves that wastes a huge amount of space and makes the actual useable height of the shelves 1” shorter than the actual height. Somehow I didnt notice it in the store despite looking at it a number of times. It could be that they changed the shelves recently and the store model didnt have the brace across the front of each shelf. Its almost impossible to seein the photos. A tall drink bottle wont fit without angling it and even worse, the upper shelves are only 3 1/4” high instead of 4” high if it didn’t have that weird brace across the front. It make it so that only ver short items can go on that shelf. The bottom shelf in 10’ tall because of the brace, Hill without it, it would be 11 1/8” high. If I can find shelves without the brace, it would be worth it to me to replace these shelves at my own expense because Best Buy won’t do anything about it.

Bosch dishwasher SHU43CO5UC - I am waiting for the 4th control board on my Bosch dishwasher since the recall in 2010. I have washed dishes for several months due to the poor engineering of the original recalled control board and subsequent control boards installed to remedy the issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with this expensive dishwasher and I strongly urge anyone considering a Bosch appliance to be concerned about customer service when and if a problem should arise.

On December 2, 2019 dishwasher quit working. Called Bosch and was referred to factory certified repair company. Repairman came and looked at dishwasher on January 2, 2020. He took a look at the washer and said it had burned out the junction box just like all the recall units he had replaced. He went back to shop and the people contacted bosch about the washer. They wanted documentation like proof of purchase. We provided and heard nothing from bosch.I contacted bosch the next week and they said they had no paperwork and contacted the shop. While I was on hold, the shop sent paperwork again right away and then I was told I had to provide pictures. Contacted bosch again the next week and they said they had no paperwork even after providing case number. After 45 minutes on phone they said they might replace parts but tough luck, we paid $1000 for a washer that doesnt work and was purchased in May of 2017. Terrible Customer Service if you can call it that. I have another way of putting it but it is not suitable to be printed would not buy bosch again and will actively discourage anybody from buying.

We bought our dishwasher because we had a Bosch and loved it. It was too costly to repair. One week into having this dishwasher, the door became heavy. We called for repair and they said the string broke (yes, the string). How could you make a dishwasher using string? When I tell people, they laugh but I dont think its funny. We are getting another one just like this one but luckily we bought the contract so I guess they will be out once a month to replace the string. Couldnt you think of something more substantial than string?

The counter depth, 2 freezer drawers French door Bosch refrigerator is real stainless steel, runs very quietly, maintains an even temperature, and has solid construction with glass shelves. My only suggestions would be to have exterior produce drawer and doors that are easier to close.

Purchased 2 dishwashers from Sears. One went to daughter. Hers broke down in first month of having it. Customer service gave us two repair companies to call. Repairman came out and had to call Bosch to have them walk through what to do in finding out what is wrong. Finally after a couple of calls, parts had to be ordered. I called customer service when I found out part was on backorder for 2 or more weeks. They explained part had just come in that day but would not go out to repair service for at least 10 days or so. I explained that she had the machine for about a month and now it is going to be out of service for that long. Customer service said they would expedite it. They would call and let us know it was on way. I had to call again because now a second or third part I didnt know about is on backorder. Has been 2 weeks and no one has let us know how things are going. Will not buy Bosch again. Customer service is pitiful. I worry my machine will break down now. Thought Bosch was a good company. I talked to so many customer service people and they didnt know what was going on. Talked to a manager and she was condescending and no help. No thanks, Bosch is worthless.

After extensive research on the best dishwasher on the market we found that it was Bosch. We purchased one on 1/30/16 from Sears. Upon delivery they told us that the fact that we were told and there was a sign on the dishwasher we bought that we would get a supply of Finish dishwasher tablets that it was a mistake. I was told to call and deal with Bosch on it did not get anywhere with it. Sears had to come back because it was not hooked up properly before I could actually use it. After getting it hooked up it worked good for the few months we used it. We are only in the property it was installed in a maximum of 5 months. The dishwasher began giving us an E20 code and when we looked it up online it said pump or motor problem. I called for service first at Sears and was told it would be 2 weeks at least before service. Called Bosch and they gave us a number and was told the same thing 2 weeks at least. Went online to chat with Sears and was told that the pump and motor had at least a 2 year warranty. Today repairman came said the pump is bad and that the warranty would not cover. They told us to call Bosch directly to talk to them and have been trying all day but cannot get anyone to answer. I am put on hold saying I will be helped by next available person and stay on hold but eventually I am cut off. Frustrating. This dishwasher cost way more than others but we were willing to do it thinking it would be the last one we buy. After hardly using it we are told repair will be between $400 and $500. It is not acceptable. Hopefully eventually someone at Bosch will answer and take care of us but cannot continue calling week after week. It is already going on 3 weeks without the dishwasher we only use a few months anyway.

The inside glass on the door of my Bosch wall oven, model HBL57, cracked when I ran the self-clean for the first time. The cycle was on for approximately 15 minutes when I heard a loud pop. Fortunately, the glass was contained to the inside of the oven, but I have lost complete faith in the reliability of this product. I think the self-clean cycles in the wall ovens are fraught with problems. My previous wall oven was a GE and the electronics board gave out during the self-clean cycle, which I why I didnt buy another GE. This type of failure is dangerous and should be taken very seriously by Bosch.

My Bosch Front load Axxis was delivered with a broken drum, there was no evidence of shipping damage. Upon starting the first load water leaked onto the floor and damaged a new floor. The drum was replaced by a Bosch authorized repairman. After attempting to start for the second time, the front panel showed an error code that indicated a faulty control panel. At this point I had the machine for 1.5 months and have never done even one load. I asked Bosch for a replacement and I have a case file, but the service center keeps losing information or telling me that I need to provide more info. All I did was try to buy what I thought would be a good washer. All I have gotten for $900 is a hassle, more cleaning bills, a damaged floor and a worthless piece of junk. DO NOT BUY BOSCH.

I have been held up six weeks trying to get my Bosch dishwasher repaired. They have mailed THE necessary part at least four times. Sears is their repair service. Each time I wait for Sears to come only to be told it is the wrong part every time. The last time, Sears sent their top technician who once again said it is the wrong part, they have stopped making the one to fit my dishwasher. Bosch will not even take my calls!!!

I purchased this dishwasher on 8-1-18. Four months later I heard a motor running my kitchen. After investigation I determined that it was the dishwasher drain pump. I opened up the door and the key pad was dead. The only way to shut it off was to unplug it. I called Bosch and they gave me a number to call saying it would be two and a half weeks before a serviceman could be out. Two and a half weeks and no show. Called again and told another two and half weeks. Over a month later and a technician shows up. He said water had leaked into the bottom somehow but couldnt determine where it is coming from! He said he needed to order a part and it is backordered, (Two Weeks) and Bosch wont see the part and it wont be released at least for another week after that! Furthermore he doesnt know if it will fix it!! I purchased this brand because they were supposed to have a good service record? I consider this a LEMON and after calling and explaining my circumstances I asked them to replace it not knowing if it will ever be right and was refused. If you buy a Bosch have them throw in a dish rack and drain pan with it!

I bought this elsewhere about three years ago, and have to say at first I really didn't know what to make of it. It's definitely different from a conventional dryer. The drying cycle takes a little longer, and your clothes aren't bone dry when they come out. They aren't damp either. It's like they're on the edge of dry and they dry when you take them out of the machine. After getting used to it, I couldn't live without this dryer - love it. It's perfect for my situation, I happened to have a washer hookup and dryer outlet in my condo, but no vent. This is perfect. The little bit of water that comes out of your clothes will be pumped out of the machine and go down the drainage hose, or if you don't have that option I believe you can sponge it out. Give it a try, it's a great machine.

Bosch washing machine. Plenty of washing programmes. Good value for money. Quick wash is excellent. I have had the machine over ten years and would buy the same make again. Energy efficiency, brand reputation and price. Dryer would be a different purchase. I would look around and see the best one on the market so do not dry as well as others. A product that does not start to rust within the first twelve months, and no paint chipping and find out cost of spares. Some makes are expensive to repair. Very pleased with Bosch washing machine. I always get a clean wash. The one thing that does annoy me is the powder tray. This gets so black and over the years I have found weak bleach solution will clean the tray (when removed), but even this fails to stop the holes above the dispenser, becoming blocked with the black slime (caused by washing powder and plastic). I have had the unit replaced twice. I would like all manufacturers to try and resolve this problem. Rather expensive over ten years, but so far no other problems.

I purchased 3 Bosch appliances less than six years ago - 2 ovens and a 5-burner cooktop. When deciding on the purchase, my appliance dealer assured me that Bosch produces high end appliances. We went ahead with the purchase and paid high end prices too. Now, less than six years after we bought them, all 3 appliances are malfunctioning. Its so strange - almost like they have a pre-ordained life span from the manufacturer, because they all broke within the same 4 - 6 weeks. We have been trying to get them repaired through Bosch service for over a month and they are dragging their feet and giving us a horrible runaround. What a shame! I dont think I shall ever purchase another Bosch appliance nor recommend them to any of my friends or relatives. The customer service reps are lying to us, changing their minds, changing their strategies, not calling back, making offers then going back on their word... Its all horrible. I regret the day I ever bought Bosch.

We purchased a new Bosch built-in dishwasher in December to replace our 13 year old GE profile dishwasher. The GE worked great but the gaskets needed replacing $120. Each. So I decided to buy a new Bosch, what a mistake. I called Home Depot and they said they would have taken it back however I would have to pay my plumber to take it out, return it to store and pay him to re-install it. Well, that didnt happen... When I then called Bosch and complained about new Bosch dishwasher that (Didnt clean dishes or silverware) and (smelled awful) the young lady said my plumber must not have installed a trap (wrong). And never addressed the dirty dishes in and dirty dishes out!!!! Bought a Bosch refrigerator from Floorcraft Appliance in San Francisco Ca in December 2016. I installed it in my new kitchen in March 2017. Within a few weeks noticed that water was pooling under the bottom cheese drawer and freezing the drawer in place. I had several service calls to flush the line. The last technician noted that the defrost drain line was freezing up and also noticed that the freezer drawer rails were installed incorrectly during manufacture, preventing complete closure of the drawer and recommended replacing the entire unit. Three months later and still waiting for that replacement fridge and the freezer drawer wont close because of a massive ice formation on one side. Now leaking water onto the floor and frozen food thawing.
