I will never buy another Frigidaire product again! This brand is horrible with nothing short of cheaply made and no warranty! Major appliances should last years without any issues but not Frigidaire. This is a unit already replaced by Frigidaire now were experiencing the same ice maker issues! I advise anybody looking for a quality side by side refrigerator to look at better products and stay far away from Frigidaire!

This dryer was never the best, but just before the year warranty was up. We got the error code “E 64 Call Service” (the element). I had emailed and tried to call Frigidaire with no response at all. I therefore replaced the element at my cost of $200. About 1 1/2 years later it happened again, ok replaced it again. And 2 more times 1 year between each time it happens. Then last October it happens again and this time I email Frigidaire again and this time they respond and say, Sorry, you are out of warranty and we cannot help you. Not happy I replace yet another element at my cost. Well this one only lasted 3 months. With ZERO support from Frigidaire we are buying another Dryer and will NEVER buy another Frigidaire product ever again.

I had a lemon of a fridge. They paid for labor to have it looked at then told me I would receive a new one in 10 days. After 10 days I had heard nothing. They will not call you back or offer to even help just throw you in a circle to talk to other people. Long story short 3 1/2 months later I personally had to drive to a shopping facility to get my (installed fridge) because they couldn’t ship without more paperwork from Frigidaire. Taking to Frigidaire they said waiting on my payment that they already had. Do not use Frigidaire. I will never recommend them with the headache it caused. I should of just went and bought a different brand.

It had an energy saving device which helped reduce my summer electric bills. It was easy to operate. The air conditioner produced cold air efficiently for over 20 years. It was very quiet. There was little vibration. The operation of the unit had energy efficiency. In 20 years I only had two service calls to have it repaired and one was simply a freon leak. It was a room air conditioner that fit into the wall. It fit securely and did not detract from the room decor. It came in decorator colors that were neutral so that it blended well with my living room decor. It was very non intrusive. This air conditioner operated efficiently for over 20 years. After I sold the house the new owners were still using it in the humid New England summers. Two service calls in all that time speaks volumes for its reliability.

We purchased our Frigidaire convection oven at Home Depot about 3 years ago. It has worked great till tonight. We were baking potatoes for dinner (in what we thought was a 400 degree oven) when, after about 30 minutes, the oven started beeping non stop and 'F10' was flashing on the display. The stove top was very hot to touch and a strong electrical smell was filling our house. The oven window was dark brown. I opened the oven door, thinking there was an oven fire and the heat that came from the oven was overwhelming! I was unable to turn off the oven, so my husband finally tripped the breaker. After reading all the other reviews, we will be keeping the breaker off and getting a new oven tomorrow!!

My parents redid our kitchen about 5 years ago. They picked Frigidaire Gallery (microwave/gas stove) Amana fridge. Just over the 5 years we have had to get all appliances fixed, some multiple times. Within two weeks (about a month ago) the Amana fridge stopped cooling, the problem was a clogged tube, easy fix. Then our gas oven would not heat. A GAS OVEN! (had a 50 yr gas oven when we bought house = no problem) Shortly after that, the right front burner needs a new part (sparker). The microwave has broken multiple times. It now doesnt work at all. Overall it has cost about $1,300. I will say it does pay to buy the higher end appliances. For example, the Frigidaire professional dishwasher has had no issues - thus far.

In late November 2015, we remodeled our kitchen and purchased a complete suite of Frigidaire Gallery appliances. We couldnt install the dishwasher until the granite countertops had been fitted so the dishwasher went in last, a few days before Christmas. As soon as it had been plumbed in (at a cost of $120 by our Lowes kitchen fitter), a 15 minutes rinse cycle lasted three hours. I switched it off and reset the machine. Another 25 minutes cycle last four and a half hours. I called Frigidaire and they said that they couldnt get anyone out until January 2016! I called HHGregg who said that its not their normal policy but they would order us a new one, but we had to pay for it over the phone, return the old one to the store (a 64 mile round trip), and then we would get a refund on the original one. So 64 miles later, we had another dishwasher, which my husband had to install, since the kitchen fitter wouldnt come back without another charge. In February, I noticed that the side-by-side refrigerator was dropping temperature on the fridge side. It went from 38F to 14F, up and down wildly, then it would settle back at 38F, then the freezer would start to defrost. In the middle of this, we lost endless amounts of food as it completely froze in the refrigerator and defrosted food in the freezer. Customer service at Frigidaire was dreadful and they would not even guarantee that someone would call you to make an appointment for a further two business days. By this time the fridge went back to its normal temperature. I eventually got them to give me the local Frigidaire repair man and I dealt with him directly. Over period of a month or so, every time he was scheduled to come the fridge worked correctly, then froze everything in sight. Finally, we got it fixed. The damper hadnt been installed correctly and we were a filter missing. Were now holding our breath waiting for the stove or microwave to break down. I will never buy Frigidaire appliances nor will I recommend them.

I had Frigidaire microwave over the range at home. It only lasted 4 year. I had a professional technician over to examine. He found out the product is defective because of control board and magnetrod. These 2 key parts only last 4 years. It showed the poor quality of the product. I had to buy a new one. I used Frigidaire refrigerator for only one year, and one part (timer) got broken. I had to order a new part to replace. It costed me $200+ total for labor and part to fix it. I am not satisfied with Frigidaire brand and will not recommend anyone to buy the brand. The manufacturer (Electrolux in Mississauga, Ontario) had a terrible customer service.

Cooks evenly, very reliable, cost about $100 so well worth the price. This is a over the range fan/microwave. The filters are really easy to take off and clean. This model has a "stainless" look plastic, which is also easy to keep clean. Never had a problem with the turntable.

We purchased a complete Frigidaire Kitchen Suite. The microwave had to be replaced because the rack that came with the microwave fell and burnt a hole in the side of my microwave. The Refrigerator continues to freeze my food. It was repaired 3 times and then replaced only to have the new one do the same thing. I contacted the head of Electrolux Keith McLoughlin and a Rita ** called regarding my email. I asked for a complete refund. They want to refund the price I paid for just the Refrigerator when I got a better price because I purchased as a suite. The difference is $400.They also offered to replace with another refrigerator that is a different color and will not match other appliances. I again asked to have my entire purchase refunded. I have contacted the BBB and the Attorney Generals office in hopes to get this resolved. I dont feel I should get screwed when it is their products that are the issue.

We bought Frigidaire Gallery fridge and dishwasher about 18 months ago. The dishwasher had to be replaced twice within the first months of use, and fixed twice ever since (didnt start, and the the soap dispenser wouldnt open). The fridge has been the most horrible product I ever owned. The biggest problem is the door. It DOESNT CLOSE. The door is so light, you need to literally push it firmly. Just swinging it will not close it. However, when you push it close, it quite often spring back and stays open. We had 3 repairmen over to fix it, one of them incredibly rude told us we do not know how to close the door and smirked at me when I objected. The other 2 came, opened and closed the door, said there was nothing wrong with it and left. Then, the front panel with the choice of ice or water, broke and needed to be replaced.Next, the ice maker. First, it is tiny and at summer, when my husband and I want to get ice for our drinks, it starts churning and making noises, and we need to wait for a few hours until the new ice is made. I think a fridge should be able to make ice for more than one pitcher of ice tea. Last night, I wanted ice and put a glass under the dispenser. Fridge started to make loud grinding noises, and nothing was coming out. When I opened the fridge, the ice maker was jammed, ice spilling INTO the fridge. We cleaned it, but this morning there are loud thumping sounds coming from the fridge. The overall experience with Frigidaire products has been nothing but a headache and I am warning all my friends and family to NEVER buy their products. How can this company stay in the business is beyond me.

We bought several Frigidaire appliances, including a stove and refrigerator
We bought several Frigidaire appliances, including a stove and refrigerator. We purchased the extended warranty on all of the appliances. We have had nothing but trouble with the stove and refrigerator. Both these appliances have been serviced at least 3 times and yet the problems persist. Because the warranty has expired, they will not service them any more, yet the same issues remain. The oven takes forever to heat up, even on quick preheat, and signals that it has reached the pre-set heat level, 200 degrees before reaching it. The fridge leaks water from the ice maker which then freezes on the shelf just above the freezer compartment. We are extremely frustrated and feel the appliances should have been repaired properly in the first place and should be repaired even though the warranty has expired. There is obviously a factory defect in both the stove and fridge. These problems existed from day one. If we could give less than one star, we would, and I would certainly not recommend Frigidaire appliances to any of my friends or relatives.

I purchased a FRIGIDAIRE GALLERY, which included dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, washer and dryer, at the end of 2012. The refer was about $2000. The ice maker started leaking. I took it apart and found the small ice tray inside the maker was cracked which allowed the water to overflow into the ice below and cause a blockage. I attempted to purchase the tray. What a fiasco. After wasting an entire morning working and searching for this part, I finally got through to the company. I was told that I am unable to purchase the $2.00 plastic ice tray separately, like LG and Samsung allow you to do. I need to replace the entire ice maker. I AM TOTALLY PISSED. The ice maker is $110.00 and the tray is $2.00. What a piece of crap. I will never purchase another FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCT EVER.

My new appliance is less than two years old with very little use. As it is only my husband and I in the household, the dishwasher was used very little. I used it frequently in the last two weeks because of houseguests and it stopped working! Researched online and saw numerous complaints about the same issue, which seems to be a design fault. Although the representative was nice, she offered no help unless I bought a extended warranty. I paid $3000 for all new, all Frigidaire appliances. I do not want an additional service agreement. I want a company that stands behind their product, which obviously Frigidaire does not do. I will not pay over $100 for a new part and no telling what for a repair call. I will purchase a new appliance and it will not be Frigidaire. My son is going to purchase new appliances on Black Friday for a kitchen remodel. You can bet it will not be Frigidaire!!

Purchased the Gallery series in 2012. Frigidaire replaced the refrigerator due to multiple issues with the ice maker. The replaced refrigerator now has issues with the ice maker. Called a repair service and they found that the refrigerator is rusting from the inside out showing me a big rust spot that is leaking on the back of my refrigerator. Obviously have a bigger issue than the ice maker. Repairman tried working with a Frigidaire technician sending pictures 2 times with no luck. I called customer service, they wont let me talk to the technician. Told me to call an approved Frigidaire repair service giving me contact info. One place wont return my calls and the other place wont come because they dont want to get involved because it is out of warranty. I dont think it is normal for your refrigerator to rust from the inside out. Seems like a $2,000 refrigerator (replaced in 2013) should last more than 5 years and it wouldnt be normal to rust from the inside out! What poor customer service. I am out of leads to pursue. Not to mention the microwave burned out and we need to replace the Frigidaire microwave too.

Model # - FRsss2323AS0 or O Serial # -4A14107574. Order number for missing parts: ** waiting on shipment since Feb 25, 2022. Where is the tracking number. My mother has been waiting on missing parts for her new fridge since January 2022. I have called a few times just to simply get the tracking number for the order shipped out I was told on February 25, 2022. They have all the details on file from the specs as to which parts are missing (deli tray 3,4,5 which is specs 48,49) and (Crisper tray 49) as well as a fridge logo. This was covered by Mykia, she told me that the order was held but never go back to me as to why it was held. I spoke with Ann who told in early Feb. She told me by Feb 25 2022 the missing parts will be shipped. I spoke to Sirena told March 14 she hung up on me and but told me she would place me on hold to go retrieve the tracking number, enter hang up a dial tone. Someone either did not do the reorder for the missing parts or the shipped is still not out yet. Either way when a customer calls if the CS rep does not know the answer as to why the order hasnt been shipped or cant even provide the tracker number for the missing parts, this only means people are slipping on the cs service skills. From January until March 14 2022 my mother is still waiting on missing parts. WHY? Can I get a order tracking number without cs reps hanging up or just the honesty of what is really going on here. Tomorrow I will call back and just request to speak with a supervisor or manager because these are simple questions that only require simple answers. WHERE IS THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE MISSING PARTS???

I bought a new home in Sept. 2013. In November I happily purchased a full set of Frigidaire kitchen appliances from Home Depot. It is now less than three years later. My fridge has gone out. Something in the back of the freezer has started making a horrible sound until it is unplugged. My mother had Frigidaire years ago and swore by the company. There are two adults in our household. I now have to worry about the remaining products doing the same.

Mine isnt as bad as everyone else, and I hope this isnt any indication for what I have to look forward to with the purchase of all my appliances. We purchased online through Lowes in Dayton, TN. My install guys went to install our Frigidaire Microwave and there was no wall back brace plate, no instructions and no screws. There was also no manuals. My Frigidaire Dishwasher had no insulation and again no manual. The stove did not have a plug and there were NO indication that we had to also purchase one. My installers did get everything installed, but it took them 5 hours- mostly to figure out how to install the microwave.

Its systems are super easy to maintain and clean. Very cold air is produced and it's very quiet compared to other products. It's also very affordable and space saving on certain units. It has been great overall. Product quiet and effective. Not much water waste either for those who don't like to waste. I enjoy it a lot after a hard day of hot work. Cool, sleek design on some products. They're very edgy and give a home or business that extra touch that makes it seem more modern and beautiful. It has never given me any trouble in almost 3 years. Best investment of my life. I just clean it externally and let it rest for a few hours a day. Other than that nothing needs to be done.

My microwave at home is an OTR from Frigidaire. 1 month out of mfg warranty
My microwave at home is an OTR from Frigidaire. 1 month out of mfg warranty, it stopped working in the middle of cooking some steam-fresh veggies on July 23rd. I called the service dept and they had me purchase a 1 year extended warranty for about $30 and then created a service tech visit for me. A few days later, I got an email saying the service visit was scheduled for August 27th (more than 30 days!). I called and asked if there would be anything shorter than 30+ days and was reassured that Frigidaire would find a new date that wasnt so far out as they agreed it was a very long wait time. I never got a call back on that and never got a new service window or scheduled time.So Aug 27th came and I called Frigidaire again to make sure this was still scheduled in the system because I never got any confirmation call in the week leading up to the appointment. I was assured this service visit was still scheduled, so my husband stayed home from work all day to wait for the technician. The service tech never showed up (I called them every hour during their 8 AM - 5 PM window and they never answered or returned my voicemails). So I called Frigidaire back and they said they would try to get another service tech scheduled. The next day, I got a call back and was told they couldnt find a service tech, so they would do a product exchange and I would get the details within 2 days.So this morning, it had been 2 days and I still hadnt heard about the exchange details, so I called Frigidaire back. They told me that they will have the ticket for review for 6-8 business days and they will let me know on September 10th if they are able to find a new service tech or if they will do the exchange AND they said that if they do the exchange, I will now be responsible to pay the delivery and installation fees. So it will be 49 days from my initial issue before I find out what the (hopefully) final resolution will be. I was told by the supervisor on this last call that she firmly believes this is a good customer service practice.

I purchased a gas Frigidaire oven from Lowes and the electrical panel stopped working after 13 months. Frigidaire gave us a replacement panel but we had to pay $200 for the labor. Prior to the problems with my Frigidaire stove, I also purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher and refrigerator from Lowes internet site. It took one month for delivery of the dishwasher and three months for the delivery of the refrigerator! After 13 months, the electrical panel stopped working on my dishwasher too! Frigidaire supplied another panel but, of course, I had to pay the labor charges of $200 to have it replaced. The stove and dishwasher both have the Frigidaire icon in cursive. Needless to say, one month after the panel was replaced on my dishwasher, it is out again. So I am out the cost of the dishwasher and the repair. I spoke with Lowes customer service department and was told that according to their company policy, I will not get any further assistance from Lowes despite the acknowledgement that Lowes sold me two products that seem to have bad electrical boards. I do not use the self-clean option for my Frigidaire stove in fear that it too will fail again.

First issue at 3 mths- screws were not tightened from the factory inside the dryer properly which came loose and fell inside the unit causing the heating element to seize. (Took 3 weeks to repair this issue). Second issue- 3 mths later- Belt for the dryer broke, washer not spinning or draining. Belt was replaced, but technician replaced a motor control sensor on washer which did not fix the problem. Frigidaire will not yet replace our unit and is ordering 5 MORE PARTS to fix the washer!!I have asked multiple times if we can have a replacement unit since the machine is intrinsically faulty! And I am told that there will be no placement of our unit until the TECH dept deems it unrepairable, which the technician that worked on the unit is saying that he feels its unrepairable. This has taken 6 weeks now and Im still without a washer! Not to mention the trips to the laundromat, the time off of work I have taken to be home for the repairman. This has been an absolute nightmare. I cannot believe that a company would not stand behind their product and treat a customer this way. I will NEVER buy Frigidaire products again!

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator model #LFHG225ITF3 in May of 2019. In December the ice maker stopped working. I replaced the filter and an external line filter and it still didnt function so I called service. A young man all of 20 years old if that showed up and looked in the freezer. He then proceeded to make a phone call and made the repair by getting instructions by whomever he was speaking to. He said, OK its fixed and left. 24 hours later still no ice. I called the repair line again and demanded a different service company. The next company showed up and again a young man got on the phone with someone. He declared that the ice maker had to be replaced. By a diagnosis over the phone. That was 2 weeks ago. I just called service again and got a complete runaround. She called the company that was supposed to order the part and replace it and got their answering machine. When I told her I could have had the part in my hand in 24 hours if I had ordered it from Amazon she just kept repeating her script over and over. I told her I want a new refrigerator if the people that they have servicing their appliances cant even replace an ice maker. I cant have one, she said, because the unit has not been deemed unrepairable. So if I dont hear back within 24 hours she will send out a third company. To waste a third day of mine waiting for them to show up and potentially not fix the unit. This game, according to the representative, could go on and on until someone can fix it. Bottom line, be very worried about getting a problem solved by Frigidaire. I have never experienced such nonsense. They are subcontracting with the worst of the worst to service your expensive purchase. Buyer beware!

They advised us to have a certified repair man visit to be sure it was the control panel. We did ($80). It was; so we called them back and ordered it. They took our order. 18 days later we called. They said they did not have the part and had refunded our money. They never notified us.Today Frigidaire told me they discontinued the stove and have no parts available. I searched online and called local stores. No parts available for a 6 year old stove. They did not tell us this when they advised us to get the repair person. We expect a stove to last much more than 6 years and are very upset the control panel would malfunction twice in 6 years!!! They offered us nothing. We are very upset since Frigidaire was always a name we trusted. Never again.

Brand new Frigidaire electric oven died after we used self cleaning feature for the first time. Had repairman replace the computer board at our expense. Several years later used the self cleaning feature again and the oven died again. So far we have used the self cleaning twice and the oven has died each time. Frigidaire should stop making this junk or replace the Self Cleaning button with Self Destruct button, so customers are aware.

We bought a dishwasher and refrigerator 6 months ago at Lowes. Neither has worked well since we bought them. The dishwasher is on its second repair and I have waited for 2 weeks to get it repaired AGAIN. The refrigerator freezes the food and even when we turn it down it still did it. The ice maker sucks! The ice gets stuck and then we have to clean it out and ice goes everywhere. This happens every couple days. So frustrating!! Neither Lowes or Frigidaire will take them back. DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE!!! Very cheaply built and now Im stuck with these appliances that I dont want. I should have gone with Costco from the very beginning. Their customer service is always excellent. Its unfortunate that we did not read reviews before buying.

I bought Frigidaire upright freezer (m# FFFU20F2VW) 9 months ago. It died last week. Service man came out and said this happens a lot with these (model? brand?). He said that Frigidaire should cover THIS repair. but with the same part number as what just failed? So in 9 months it will be another $400? Frigidaire is giving me a lot of double talk and telling me to pay for insurance. $200. Adding up fast. Dont know if there IS a good brand out there, but it obviously is NOT Frigidaire.

Directly from their site to entice you to buy this warranty are these statements: Enjoy the peace of mind that only Frigidaire can guarantee. No one knows your product better than we do. And no other company is better equipped to provide the specialized parts and service you may need or to replace your product entirely! So invest now in the best possible protection with a Service Contract. And we guarantee to stand behind you and your product for as long as you own your coverage. There was no peace of mind when day after day we didnt know when wed finally have a washer. On the 5th call on 5-15-17 we were told our parts were ordered and again told to contact SoCal Tech. They said they ordered from Marcone and finally gave a tracking number. The replace your product entirely would have been a better option and was part of what was enticing about the warranty, definitely not fulfilled.Up to three full years of freedom from costly repair bills. Whether you choose a one, two, or three year Service Contract, well pay for all covered repairs needed to keep your product in peak operating condition. And that means no surprises to your budget. HUGE surprise to our budget of money and time to have to go to a laundromat which was 14.5 miles away and cost $60 for 20 loads a week for 9 people just to maintain laundry, not even basic bedding and such. A month of no product in peak operating condition.A brand new product, if needed. Its true. Our replacement coverage entitles you to a brand new major appliance with comparable features if yours cant be fixed, or if it simply makes more sense to replace it. Over a month and $1200 to fix a washer we bought for $600 in 2009 would warrant that it simply makes more sense to replace it instead of inconvenience the customer for so long.Convenient, in-home service with a toll-free call, Reliable service is only a phone call away when you own a Frigidaire Service Contract. And the call is always toll-free. True you can call from anywhere but expect to wait and be told to call somewhere else that may not be an actual number like we were given to SoCal Tech. On our 6th call to Frigidaire we talked with Supervisor Tiffany at ** and she apologized and could not do anything or give us any actual contact info for anyone who actually had the power to make this right. She gave us the mailing address for Alan ** who she said was the corporate executive. We have written him a letter.Top-quality repairs by Frigidaire factory-trained experts. You wouldnt want just anyone to service your valuable Frigidaire product. Thats why we use trustworthy professionals who have been trained extensively on Frigidaire models just like yours. True, the quality of the final repair is good, but dont expect answers from the service company SoCal Tech or Frigidaire in the month it takes to get there. Quick access to the correct replacement parts. Forget about inferior parts being used on your product or long, unnecessary waiting for a special component. We maintain an ample supply of quality components designed specifically for your Frigidaire model to ensure we can have it running like new again in no time.Frigidaires idea of no time is definitely different than ours for a family of 9 after a very long, unnecessary waiting of 30 days. Not quick access at all. Our Money-Back Guarantee. If you are ever dissatisfied with the quality of protection you receive, you may have a complete refund of the unused portion of your Service Contract, less claims paid no questions asked. Of course there is nothing left to refund after such a costly repair. Our goal is to keep you a satisfied customer for life. So well do everything we can to make certain you are thrilled with your product and our services. Call 1-866-386-5286 today to take advantage of this exceptional offer. If you are not satisfied dont expect anyone you can personally talk with to have the power to make it right as evidenced by our 7 documented phone calls and finally a Supervisor who only had the power to give us a mailing address and a name.

My ice maker from my Frigidaire refrigerator has never worked properly. It never stops making ice unless I manually shut it off. Then it started spitting out ice all connected and huge chunks. Then one day my daughter and husband were getting ice from the ice maker and noticed right before drinking it small and large pieces of plastic in their water. The dispenser broke as the ice went through and the cracked plastic. Ive contacted Frigidaire and they try to avoid what I tell them by saying sorry your ice maker is not working. No... How about sorry my daughter almost ingested plastic sharp pieces that could have caused damage or hurt her and my husband. Do not buy this product!

I love my fridge, I've had it for 25 yrs+, with only one $25.00 problem - the thermostat went bad @ 12 yrs ago. I fixed it myself. It works, and still looks like new after all these years. It's a double door white in color Frigidaire. If it broke down today, I couldn't complain. I don't know if they still make them as well as this one anymore, but it has been great. Best $1000.00 dollars ever spent.

Beware Frigidaire Gallery 22.6 Cu. Ft. French door counter-depth - I purchased this fridge on March 15, 2012. It took delivery a week or two later. It is a beautiful fridge, which does not leave fingerprints on the front except on the handles. The counter depth is nice. However, the fridge stopped cooling properly on September 5th, not quite to the 6 months’ mark. The thermostat and possibly the compressor both failed. Fortunately, still under warranty. Unfortunately, Frigidaire does not contract with the larger, easier to get appointments and faster repair companies. I live in a large metro area and had 4 choices. Two of which are several counties away from me. So now 12 days after the repairman was finally able to come to diagnose, they are waiting on parts and I am now 16 days into no fridge and taking my family out for all meals. First visit, they diagnosed the fan unit and the thermostat. It took 7 days to get parts. When they installed those, they found that the door sensor is faulty. Now waiting on more parts. I also bought the matching dishwasher, hopefully not the same issues. I would recommend you purchase an extended warranty, which I will, but through a third party sufficiently able to provide proper service in your area. Im most annoyed that my Kenmore/Whirlpool fridge that this replaced never once had an issue in the 11 years I used it. It was just no longer a good fit in the remodeled kitchen. My favorite part of this entire thing - On Frigidaires website, they allow you to rate their products and post them. They send you an email asking you to click a link to confirm your review, only the link doesnt work! Funny. I wonder if I rated it 5 stars if the link would magically work.

I recently remodeled my kitchen. I bought all the professional series Frigidaire appliances. I wish I had not done that. They were very expensive. I can not believe how cheaply made they are and feel as well. The appliances are not even 3 months old and yet I have had the service tech/company to my home 3 times already. Microwave will not heat. My refrigerator barely makes ice yet the cooling drawer freezes everything (This is a drawer inside the refrigerator that should keep things a little colder than the rest of the refrigerator). I have had to throw out vegetables and other food as it freezes everything. The dishwasher racks are so flimsy... I get nervous that it will not be able to hold the weight of dishes or glasses that I put on them. I would love to have my reliable old appliances back that did not cost me a fortune. I would not recommend buying anything Frigidaire. I would recommend GE profile and or Kenmore. Never ever had a problem with these reliable brands.

I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on 5/31/14 (approximately 6 months ago) from Lowes. The refrigerator portion stopped cooling. I contacted the 1-800 number and I was instructed by recording to enter my zip code. I entered my zip code and was told by the same recording that they had no service providers in my area and I would have to call a 706 area code number. I dont live in the boonies. I live in Scottsdale, which is a suburb of Phoenix, AZ. I called the 706 number and had to wait on hold for 30 minutes before the call was answered. I was told that they dont have any service providers where I live (once again not in the boonies, right next to Phoenix). They would have someone call my by Monday (I called them on Wednesday) and would schedule a service call then. Who knows how long from Monday it will take them to come out. When I explained that time was of the essence due to the fact that I store insulin in my refrigerator, it was suggested that I purchase a industrial refrigerator. I suggested that Frigidaire manufacture a refrigerator that last longer than 6 months. I was then asked to take a survey. REALLY????

I purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator less than 7 months ago. I spent $1200.00 at Home Depot on this fridge. My fridge started leaking and upon further investigation I found it was my freezer thawing out as the unit had faulted out and turned itself off. I called the number listed inside the fridge for service where I was told someone would need to come look at the fridge to determine what parts or service was needed. Then I was given the # of another distribution facility (not Home Depot) that serviced all of Frigidaire fridges. The soonest I could get service was 5 days out. I ask the friendly lady what in the world I was to do in the meantime as my wife had just been grocery shopping. She explained how I could fill up bags with ice to keep my groceries cool. 5 days later I was anticipating a service man at my house and when none showed up I was told Frigidaire took me off the list for the serviceman. Irate, I called Frigidaire to get some relief and was put on yet another list to be contacted in 2-3 business days once they could find another service provider.

We have had our Frigidaire Affinity for EIGHT years with no problems whatsoever--till yesterday. The washer stalled on the spin cycle. Problem was wads of some kind of matted, tarry stuff on the drain filter. Stuff that comes off dirty clothes? Don't think I cleaned the washer every time it asked "Clean washer"? And think maybe that was the problem. OR, how to get out the gunk that accumulates on the filter? Where is my manual? Can't find. Otherwise, I have been DELIGHTED with my wonderful, stalwart Frigidaire Affinity. And even this problem is probably just use-related. And, it might be my own darned fault, just as Jimmy Buffett said.

Three years ago I had to buy a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. All were gallery models except the stove which was a professional, 5-burner, convection oven professional. One month after the warranty ended the dishwasher started to have problems. I have had three repair calls on it and two repair calls on the fridge within the three years that I have had them. About a year ago, the control panel on the stove started to act up. Pressing the pads became harder and finally one ring would not work. Then the oven controls started to malfunction. Numbers for the temp and time wont work. Try and enter 450 degrees and all I can get, at present, is 397. Now I am told that I need a new control panel for about $250-350 plus service charge. Clayton NC. This Frigidaire Electric Range Model FFEF3054TS Serial # VF84808468 was purchased new in December 2018. On October 30, 2019 at 9:30 pm, the range glass door exploded. It sounded like all the kitchen cabinets had fallen off the wall. The range door outer glass exploded nearly 12 feet and was all over everything. The oven was not in use and have not been used frequently.Called Frigidaire the next morning. Technician came the next week. He said this was unusual and would recommend replacement of same glass! I advised this range door glass is a hazard and too dangerous to put back and risk another explosion. If someone had been in front of the door or near it when it exploded, it would have caused serious injuries. Told him to put same glass back was not acceptable. I call Frigidaire customer service and management said they would only replace same glass and give 3 months extended warranty. I would never buy or trust another Frigidaire product. Frigidaire has this problem before, looking at other reviews. Buyer beware.

Updated on 05/27/2020: This is an update to a post of an original review July 18, 2019 on the Frigidaire FFAD5033R1 dehumidifier. I did receive a replacement unit from Electrolux later in the summer of 2019. I was surprised as it just showed up in a box at my door. I used the dehumidifier the rest of summer 2019 with no issues. It is now almost June of 2020 and Ive powered it up for the summer. I am very disappointed to say that its already displaying the FO error code. Not even a full summer of use to this point. Ive sent the required information to Electrolux, again. I dont understand why they dont fix whatever the issue is with these dehumidifiers, or totally scrap the design and start over.Original Review: I purchased dehumidifier in 2017, used for that summer and 2018. Turned on in 2019 and found that refrigerant had leaked out, due to rust all over evaporator coil. This explained a reddish color in water when I dumped the tank. I didnt see the rust until I removed the back cover to inspect. I contacted Customer Service. They send a form and instructions to complete for unit replacement. I complied, but its been 50 days and response. This unit was obviously rusting from the day I purchased. Ive seen other complaints with pictures showing the exact same issue that I had. The design is faulty and Frigidaire no doubt knows this, but assumes it will be out of warranty by the time it totally fails. This was the last Frigidaire product I will ever own. Buyer beware! If you do take a chance, you should probably remove whatever covers you can and inspect as soon as you get it home.

I purchased a Frigidaire stove oven combo from Lowe’s. Within 3 weeks, we realized with the oven set at only $350, it made the top front of the unit so hot it would burn. Upon calling Lowe’s, they suggested we call the service number for the manufacturer. I was on hold for so long. When I finally got help, they told me it was normal that the oven vented there. The other vent is back by the left burner. However, that area never got hot. So she said the warmer top front was within the manufacturing guidelines. I asked if they would just send out a repair man to verify nothing was wrong. She refused and said I would have to pay for any call myself. If I had little children, having this unit in their home would have been considered abuse. Here I am only two years later and last night when setting the oven at 425 it began burning and smoked out the entire kitchen. Never buy Electrolux products either as they own Frigidaire. And yes I tried to contact their customer service for help and that number was disconnected!

We purchased a complete suite of Gallery kitchen appliances approximately 2 years ago. Some observations: they look nice but the dishwasher leaked and damaged the kitchen floor. Negotiating repairs was a hassle. Since repaired, no new problem(s). Does a reasonable job but Bosch washers are clearly superior. PS: I ate the floor damage repairs rather than do the dance with Frigidaire. They are not easy to work with. The refrigerator froze items in the bins. There was a part missing (possibly an upgrade that was not with the unit) that diverted frozen/refrigerated air into the bin area. I installed it - it is better now. The unit moans, groans, squeaks, sighs, moans as though its possessed. We were told its normal. Normal? Maybe. Annoying for sure. The ice dispenser shoots ice all over the place. The exterior stainless surfaces are thin. They are generally non-smudge but the door handles are not. The range (glass top) controls suck. The porcelain finish chips very easily. The oven is fine, the convection feature is very nice. The microwave oven is OK. The controls and timer - reminder beeps are annoying. Would I buy them again? No. Id happily pay more for a superior product.

I purchased my electric range stove in July of 2019. On January 5th 2020 my stove sounded like a bomb going off. The glass exploded out the top burning my sons face and hair destroying my floor, burned my cabinets and destroyed my above range microwave. I have now been told that this is a normal issue and it is a user error because apparently to much heat or something accidentally boiling over can cause this to happen. I was told that you can find this in the user manual that if it gets to hot or something boils over it can do this. I have been searching this manual to find this B.S. of a statement with no such luck. Frigidaire has been the worst company to deal with and for them to tell us that to much heat on the stove and it exploding is a user error is beyond disgusting. Asked him to hold on so I could get some paper to write his name down. He hung up on me. We purchased a new home in 2008 and had new Frigidaire appliances as part of that purchase (dishwasher, stove/range, and microwave). About 2-3 months ago, we began to smell an electrical or plastic burning smell every so often but couldnt place the smell after going around the house. Last weekend I noticed a puddle of water on the floor and after some investigation found that our dishwasher was leaking. Originally I just thought it was from a leaking hose or something. Upon further investigation, we found the heating element burned through the bottom of the plastic tub of the dishwasher (we also discovered our floor and cabinets near the dishwasher are damaged as well and need to be replaced).I checked for recall information and did not find it. I contacted one phone number and touched base with the local Frigidaire repair company. They said Frigidaire would definitely want to know. So, I contacted Frigidaire to let them know of the problem and report it. I wanted to be sure they had all the information about what happened to us to be sure it wouldnt happen to someone else. When I called them, they asked for the model and serial number, and asked if I had an extended warranty, in which I didnt. I told the representative that I wanted to report the heating element burning through the bottom of my dishwasher plastic tub and that it didnt seem like a normal wear and tear kind of issue. And I said that I thought they would want to know the details about it to make sure it didnt happen somewhere out, or potentially help me with my situation. I was put on hold for them to talk to a supervisor. I was told that they made a note of my issue (literally no details given yet). And since I was outside of the 12 month warranty, there was nothing they could do to help me.I told her again I thought they should know about it and the details of what happened. She said her supervisor said that it usually happens when something heavy is resting on the heating element. I was a little taken aback that the initial was that basically we were resting something heavy on the element to cause it to happen. I said, So your reasoning is only that I put something too heavy in the dishwasher. She told me she wasnt accusing me of that. I asked her what else it could be. I said that I wasnt trying too difficult, but I had hoped Frigidaire as a company would be interested in knowing what happened with their product to potentially protect other consumers from the situation I was in. The response was “Is there anything else I can do for you?” I was surprised and expressed to her that I was thoroughly disappointed in Frigidaire. Their lack of interest in knowing the details of what happened to me and making accusations showed they had no genuine concern for me as a consumer or other consumers who may be facing the same things. She again said she wasnt accusing me of anything, but I asked her to explain what else it could be. She only said that heating elements burning through the tub are caused by heavy items resting on the element.I believe there is a design flaw with this unit (model # FDB1050REC2) and that the heating element should be better supported in the tub. This dishwasher is only 3 years old. The situation is not from wear and tear of other items or breaking of something. It is a flaw that unfortunately Frigidaire is not interested in investigating or even acknowledging as a potential issue.

We bought a Frigidaire Gallery French door refrigerator for our new house in 2012. A few months ago the ice maker stopped working so we pulled it out from the wall and there was a huge ball of ice on the back which had frozen the water lines to the ice maker. Good thing we found it as it had corroded a huge spot on the back and was starting to drip on the floor. I got a repairman out right away who said it was a well-known defect with this model. Frigidaire told me they would fix it if I had a factory authorized repairman out. So I called for another repairman to come out (factory authorized) and he confirmed the defect and called Frigidaire to send out the fix kit. In the time it took (a few weeks) to get the other repairman out, Frigidaire stopped fixing these. So I incurred another service charge for the second repairman for no reason. Frigidaires fix was to offer me a 10% discount on another one of their refrigerators. Why would I ever want another one of their products in my kitchen? This defect had been known for years - the least they could have done is notify customers so we could minimize damage and get our appliances repaired. Now there is no longer a way to repair this and we have to buy a new one. Defective product, very poor service.

I just want to let you know about Frigidaire products! I purchased an entire kitchen suite one year ago, the Frigidaire Professional Series. Within four months, the refrigerator broke. When the repairman came, he said he couldnt fix it, and I was issued a new refrigerator. However, since they had to get it from the original place I purchased them, I had to wait about a week for the replacement. Oh, and no, they did not replace any of my food, which I lost. They told me that is not covered! Less than a year after the purchase, the dishwasher began to leak all over my pergo floor, so I had the repairman come, which luckily, it was still under warranty. Less than one month later, on Christmas eve, when I had all of my Christmas eve dinner plates in the dishwasher ready to wash, once again, the floor flooded, leaving me with a bunch of dirty dishes, and a flooded floor. Nice, right? Its just what everyone wants to do for the holidays! I called the repairman, but I also contacted Frigidaire to see if they were going to stand behind their products, and they told me they couldnt pay for the labor, because the warranty was over by about three weeks! Really, are you kidding me? They finally agreed, after I threw a fit, that they would cover the repair of the dishwasher. I had, for 11 years previous to this, Sears Kenmore products, and never had the repairman at my house for them! I am so surprised that Electrolux would even be connected with such terrible products! I wouldnt purchase a toaster if it had Frigidaire on it! I have sent an email to their corporate office, and hopefully one of them will have the decency to call me, regarding their products.

I purchased a front loading Frigidaire washing machine approximately 18 months ago. It came with a one year warranty. Several weeks ago it ceased spinning properly and then not at all. The repairs cost me $348 on a machine that had cost approximately $600 new. It has had no heavy use in the intervening period. I see online that this problem is not uncommon and recommend that anyone considering buying Frigidaire appliances think twice before doing so.

I bought a Frigidaire Dishwasher (Model: FDB4315LFC2) and a Frigidaire Smooth Top Range Oven (Model: FEFL79HCB) from Lowes in 2008. Now, in 2011, three years later, my Frigidaire Dishwasher is showing an Error Code ER and S and will not work. My Frigidaire Smooth Top Range Oven makes an unbelievably loud noise as the oven warms up. It also heats very unevenly and untrue to the temperature dialed in. I get boiling liquid on simmer. I also have stained glass on the inside of the oven door that cant be cleaned without taking apart the door.

I am beyond FRUSTRATED with ALL of my Frigidaire appliances. We purchased our new home last year September 2020, ordered a new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and cooktop (all professional line) appliances in October/November 2020. Within 6 months we had to have ALL the cooktop, microwave and refrigerator serviced, with the exception of the dishwasher (knock on wood). Fast forward to this year, we wanted to stay with the Professional line since that is what we purchased last year. Received the brand new double wall oven this afternoon, 12/15/2021. Within 30 minutes of the installers leaving the stupid oven gives an Error Code message (F47). My husband has been on hold for more than. We have spent over $7,000 for appliances for them not to work!!!! We were told that the Professional product line was the top of the line appliances for Frigidaire. I will be writing the CEO Mr. Alan Shaw, the Board and everyone else about my issues. I will also be writing up reviews on all of my social media pages. This is ridiculous! I was about to go with Samsung appliances but decided on Frigidaire because I figured that I would have more problems with Samsung. I should have followed my first mind because I am beyond frustrated with Frigidaire Professional. And to make matters worse....its the week before Christmas! How in the heck am I supposed to host dinner with a busted oven!!!! If I could give a negative -5 stars I definitely would.

Touching the appliances causes scratches with just finger touches or trying to remove any minimum food smears leaves marks that cannot be removed. Tried using soap and water then rinsing and lightly drying with ONLY clean microfiber. This was the suggestion by Frigidaires rep. Why does a company make something used daily that will not withstand any kind of expected use, i.e. opening the doors, pressing the temperature pads, wiping off food, etc? Do not buy black. Purchased $1700+ refrigerator in March 2016. July 2016: ice maker stopped working; repaired via Frigidaire warranty; worked approximately 2 days then broke again. This has been the pattern; a noise will start, the ice maker stops working, repair person comes out in a week, fixes, works for a little while then breaks again. So far the ice maker and seals have been replaced 6 times. The thermostat has been replaced once. The seals had to be replaced again as frost was forming in my refrigerator near the ice maker. A seal in the actual ice dispenser in door had to be replaced. It has been on and on. Lowes will do nothing. Frigidaire says as long as it can be repaired, they will repair it. So I buy a new refrigerator and I dont get what I paid for. I get, instead a refrigerator that breaks on average every 1.5 months. Phone call after phone call. Lowes response is that while its under Frigidaire warranty, they (Lowes) will do nothing.

In May 2015 we bought a brand new/just built home in RI. We bought 4 Frigidaire appliances for the kitchen (Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator, and dishwasher). In May 2016 I PAID Electrolux/Frigidaire to extend my warranty on the refrigerator. In the last week, Ive received multiple emails from Best Buy offering to extend my warranty on ALL this equipment. I called Electrolux/Frigidaire to clarify the status of the refrigerator, AND I dug into my files to find the 2016 agreement. To my shock, I discovered that the agreement I paid for in 2016 listed a completely different refrigerator, that THEIR records claimed Id bought from Lowes in 2014! Ive NEVER bought any appliance at Lowes, and in 2014 I lived in a completely different town and state than they had listed. This was DEMONSTRABLY THEIR DATA-CAPTURE PROBLEM. I wanted them to honor the warranty I PAID FOR and apply it to the correct appliance, the one that is actually standing in my kitchen now... The one I bought in 2015. THEN, I would have re-upped the contract, which was due to run out a month from now. THEY WOULD NOT DO THAT. Their only offer, return to me the pro-rated amount of my premium, which means probably 2 or 3 dollars. Meanwhile, IF my refrigerator had suffered a problem a month ago, or last year, I would NOT have been covered. In closing the data mistake could NOT have been made by me. It is literally impossible that I could have randomly invented model and serial numbers that match a refrigerator that is a different model, bought in a different year, from a different big box store. So, its demonstrably Electrolux/Frigidaire fault. And WHAT are they willing to do to make it right? NOTHING. ZERO. NADA. I shall never again buy: another Electrolux/Frigidaire product, or an extended warranty from ANY company. They are (Ill use the word again) DEMONSTRABLY a RIP-OFF!

I purchased a Gallery Refrigerator from Frigidaire on 11/30/14 and took delivery of the refrigerator 1/18/15 due to my home being remodeled. Upon delivery the refrigerator crisper drawer mounting brackets were broken off completely (essentially the side walls were punctured). I then called Frigidaire Customer Service and they sent a tech out who evaluated the unit and deemed it non-repairable. It is now 3/12/15 and I am still stuck with a refrigerator that is broken despite the fact that I purchased a brand new unit. In order to use any of the drawers - I have to pull them out of the refrigerator and put them on the ground to remove or add items and then put the drawer back into the refrigerator. Every week for the past 5 weeks their customer service has assured me that this should be resolved in the next 24-48 hours - but I get nothing. I am extremely upset at this point. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company and I could not be more dissatisfied. Simply put, the technicians the company hires to do the repairs only work 8-5, Monday thru Friday. Not convenient for people that work full time. There are plenty of technicians in the area that work after hours and weekends. Frigidaire as a company chooses not to pay the technicians that will work convenient hours. I purchased my product from Best Buy in 2007. I was pleased with the product for the first few months. Over a period of time, I always smelled something burning when I opened the cooler side door, like plastic; but, I was never able to locate where this was coming from. On January 31, 2012, I opened the door for about 15 minutes to clean out the product and kept smelling burning plastic. I looked up and was in awe at what I found. The (original) light bulb, that rest on the ceiling of the refrigerator (fridge), had burned right into the lining of the ceiling. At that time, I realized this is a faulty product; this product should not be in any home. I have a repair man come out and view the fridge, and he stated this shouldnt be in my home because, this could potentially cause a fire and burn my house down, leaving my family homeless!I went to http://www.frigidaire.com/contactus and filed a complaint through email; the response that I received was a standard response any company would use to not accept responsibility and place the blame on the customer, who bought the product. The response was as follows: Thank you for contacting Frigidaire. We sincerely regret you have experienced difficulties with your refrigerator. Frigidaire provides very comprehensive warranties with each product to guard against any parts that may be defective at the time of manufacture. However, we are sure you can appreciate that a point is eventually reached when the manufacturers responsibility for repairs under the initial warranty must end.Our experience has shown that an original defect in material or workmanship will develop very early in the life of the appliance. After a reasonable period of service, many factors beyond the control of the manufacturer may affect any product. The problem experienced is almost always due to the door being left open for inordinate periods of time or from replacing the bulb with a wattage too high for an appliance application. There is a liner repair kit available that an authorized Frigidaire service provider can install that will repair the damage. 2015 we bought all new Frigidaire appliances. Very disappointed. Refrigerator back Iced up and rusted out. Frigidaires fix was to put a 1 and 1/4 thick foam on the back of the frig. Now the fridge sticks out even further from the wall, I wouldnt be able to see if it were iced over with the foam on the back, and the ice machine hasnt worked the same since the repair. Our double oven burns food on the edges. Frigidaire put one of the largest burners towards the back so that the heat from the burner melts the face of the control board. Had it replaced once already and it is melted again. Our Dishwasher wont work on all the setting. If we select Power wash, we end up with water all over the floor. We get constant power failures also. If I could give a zero rating I would. Im surprised this company hasnt been sued. Last I spoke to Frigidaire, I was told that they could help me find a service provider and that once I pot them to fix the issue, they could then offer me an extended warranty. Seriously???

We needed a fully functional, energy efficient refrigerator for a tight spot in our small house, which we bought 15 years ago. We did not want bells and whistles like an ice machine, although this fridge does have the capacity for one, door water dispenser, alarms etc. These items are just more to break, need cleaning and cause problems. We bought the 14 Frigidaire and it has been wonderful. Interior is roomy for the size, electricity use is quite reasonable. It is easy to clean and the gasket has held up well. The small size means that we need to use up leftovers, don't have food waste, and keep it neat. The price was right. Should we need to replace it, we will look at the same brand.

Fridgidaire Gas wall oven model # FGB24T3E - My oven is about 5 years old. The hinges bent. Now door cannot open... Material is thin and part is broken. I called the company and they deny a recall. But, also they will not offer any compensation. Company will not support their product. Many consumers have complained about this oven and the hinge problem. Sears website has many complaints. Will anyone help? If this product is a problem? What can we do?

Six years ago I remodeled my kitchen and replaced all the appliances with Frigidaire Gallery (with the exception of my refrigerator which is just Frigidaire.) Since that time all but the microwave has failed in some way multiple times. In this case the oven - the plastic film over the digital display doesnt stay put. It slides down so you cant read the display - you have to take apart the back to glue it back in place only to have it do it again. The front right burner is almost useless. It take so long to heat anything. The oven says it is finished preheating, but when things were coming out uncooked all the way through, I checked the temperature and it runs about 25 degrees lower than its set for. You have to give it another several minutes to heat up to what you have it set to. Yesterday, I heard a pop and black smoke came out the back - the computer board failed. Customer service with Frigidaire is a waste of time. The last time I called them, it was the third time my Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher had failed in four years, twice for the same reason. They offered to sell me an extended warranty for $350. When I said I wouldnt put another dime into this dishwasher, I would buy a new one first, the CS manager laughed at me because the warranty would be cheaper than buying a whole new dishwasher. The local store where I bought it fixed it free of charge. When it failed the fourth time, I bought a Bosch and love it. Im not bothering to call them about the oven - buying a new one (different brand!) today.

We purchased a new double oven in fall of 2010. Within the first 6 months we noticed that the upper oven starting burning everything - even after just a few minutes. We called for service and it was found that the upper oven had warped and as a result, the entire stove was replaced as no expense to us. In September of 2013 we noticed that the racks in the lower oven were not longer safe. They had to be balanced and fell if any weight was put on them. I called for service and the tech came out to tell us that the lower oven cavity would have to be replaced. This is less than a 2 year old stove - and my 2nd problem with the ovens expanding. I contacted Fridgidaires customer service who at first were not helpful at all because it was beyond the 1 year warranty. I tried to express my concern about the safety and asked about liability if the rack fell and someone was burned...they then indicated that the oven could be repaired but it was very labor intense and as a gesture, they would pay for the parts if we paid for labor. Getting quotes of several hundreds of dollars, we decided to replace the stove with a different brand at our expense. I had contacted Fridgidaire to see if they would like the stove back to research how it can fail twice in less than 3 years but they told me to dispose of it. So after spending $1600 for a new Gallery series Double oven - I am left with trash at the curb after less than 2 years (on the replacement oven). I am disgusted and mad that Fridgidaire was so complacent about the failure of their product - not once but TWICE. And my reward was --- it is out of warranty. My prior stove was 12 years old and was never serviced and this piece of crap was serviced multiple times and replaced due to defects. And I am left with the bill... great company - avoid this company at all costs...It will leave you without nothing.

I love my new Frigidaire range. It's simple and easy to use. The coil elements heat up quickly. The bottom element in the oven has a cover so the heat is more even and no hot spots. I love the fan in the back, it keeps oven temperature even and cooks the food more quickly. It's easy to clean and I like the digital clock and timer. It's pretty simple, pretty basic and works well!
