My husband and I won 2007 Obie award for Best Kitchen remodel in Georgia. The Liebherr fit my requirements inside and held the decorative panels on the outside. Almost immediately we had problems the other consumers had. Ice maker has broken down twice after 2 years of usage... $900 replacement. The so called cooler unit freezes up and once or more a year I get to defrost the ice in the back. It constantly drips inside the refrig. unit thus having to wet vacuum the bottom to get out the water. Liebherr refused to acknowledge all my problems. A technician was sent out and he couldnt adjust any temperature to make things any better. You can believe that my customers know never to buy this for their kitchen. It is sweating so much inside now that I believe it is on its last leg.

If you think you purchased quality because it is German made think it again. After 5 month back and forth with their service department and dealing with different local service representatives they sent my refrigerator still is not cooling and no one seems to care. We are using our backup refrigerator in the garage.

Model cs-1301 single door refrigerator. A year or so after buying it new the freezer became erratic. It would defrost then freeze, alternately. The least expensive tech we could find was $750 to come and look at it then return with parts and install them. He said a new Liebherr would be less. Then plastic parts started failing... the vegetable drawer split open, the plastic clips holding the shelves broke so that now after 5 years 6 out of 8 will not hold the metal bars to keep items from falling out. So we set small items like mustard jars in there. I just ordered replacements from Liebherr for $40.00.

Liebherr refrigerator is good refrigerator brand using this refrigerator and one of my friend refer to buy this brand. Nice color and got more space to keep vegetables and fruits. Less power consumption.

I have purchased the Liebherr 346 ltr double door fridge from Croma Mumbai (based on their recommendation) on 2.8.19. As I have full respect of German Engineering, I purchased it. The fridge was working fine but since mid Dec 2019 (ie. after only 3.5 months) the trouble started. I have not changed any control yet the freezer started forming frost (in a frost free refrigerator). Above all the bottom chamber stopped cooling (for which I had to throw away lots of expensive food items).Technician came and said that due to ice formation the fan on the bottom food section stopped and hence it was not cooling. He used a blower to melt the ice blocking the fan (perhaps) and adjusted temperature and fridge started working, but the food section was not cooling that well it used to. Today I have raised yet another complaint as the bottom food section stopped cooling again and upper freezer section is forming frost and ice as usual. I dont know when I will come out of this ordeal.... What an excellent German Technology I got!!! Not. I am waiting for the technician to visit me, till then I go for another round of expensive food waste.... Cheers!

I purchased 365 liter capacity LIEBHERR Refrigerator in 1st week of March 2022. Service was good. Product has solid good quality build. Cooling effect is very good. Its noiseless. Compared it with other good brands available in market at different dealer shops and come across it at Tata Croma & Vijayasales. After seeing it physically & comparing it with other brands decided to go for it. Though one month is too early to comment on performance, so far we are satisfied. Also my neighbours & friends saw it and they too found it better in most of the aspects as compare to the refrigerator they have.

I buy Liebherr fridge 2022 January red colour first. I think new brand wired but product after service but after sales and service good, product also excellent, this is my 2nd fridge compare with my old fridge. This is excellent space and adjustment, big vegetable box. Good product given by Liebherr.

The last time that happened, in January 2021, I was no longer able to resurrect the IceMaker. So I called a Technical Service, the next day a technician came, made a series of checks and determined that the fault was in the electronic board that did not give voltage to the mini-pump that supplied water to the ice bucket. As I am trained in industrial electronics, I disassembled that board, and made a magnifying glass inspection. The board appeared to be fine, with SMD components, and no components were burned. It was also varnished which made it resist moisture well. The technician sent me a budget amounting to € 250. This was not an exorbitant price to change a plate at home, but at a glance, that plate did not cost more than € 80 COST. It is already known that later prices increase with transport, working hours, travel, etc. (they charge between € 50 and € 60 per hour). What I already questioned was if the problem was with the plate. I then called another Official Service recommended by Liebherr. That technician started looking at the upper reservoir, as he said he doubted the plate was to blame. Looking a little over that reservoir (which includes the mini-pump), he determined that it needed to be replaced. He budgeted me € 425 for the repair, since to replace that tank the refrigerator had to be removed - it is paneled - between two technicians and therefore the labor became more expensive. As I am quite skilled, I disassembled the tank myself (which the technician did not do), removed the pump, disassembled it and saw that the little motor, which does not cost even 3 € in China, had the shaft stuck. I unhooked it and reassembled the pump. I mounted the tank, and the Ice Maker worked again. Seeing the reference of the mini-pump, searching the Internet, it appeared that it was made in China (of course) AND IT COSTS € 16. In other words, the Technical Service should know that replacing the € 16 pump does not require more than half an hour, it is not necessary to remove the refrigerator, and it would have cost me about € 150 instead of € 425. So it seems that the seminars of Training of these technicians leaves much to be desired.

I bought a stand-alone Liebherr 4 drawer freezer and a Liebherr fridge in 2003/4 (12-13 years) and these have worked perfectly ever since despite never having had a service. I have had a fire in my apartment and the insurance company has written off the fridge and freezer as it would cost more to clean and test them than to buy a replacement. The kitchen was also written off in the fire so I am looking for built-in fridge and freezer for the kitchen (the stand alone units were in a utility room next to my roof terrace; useful for keeping beer cool). Because of my good experience with Liebherr I was thinking of buying this brand.As part of my search I came across the Consumeraffairs.com site with all of the negative reviews and it is certainly giving me some pause for thought. The most common fault appears to be the ice-maker which, as one respondent mentions, we in Europe seldom use. The second most common problem appears to be the doors not shutting properly, especially on the units with two doors, again something less used in Europe. I am a little more worried about the problems with ice forming at the back of the fridge, the number of components that just break, the unreliability of the temperature control and the poor response from Liebherr. Has the quality of Liebherr dropped in recent years. Have the products become more complex and therefore less reliable or is there a specific problem with US based products – I found one review from the Netherlands where I live among all of the US based complaints.

We bought a Liebherr split door refrigerator/freezer (2 drawers) about 8 years ago. Nothing but a headache. The fridge is fine but the ice maker function has been impossible. It was replaced about 6 times in the first couple of years. Now it is broken and impossible to get the parts needed to fix it. The glass shelf on the left door just fell and broke on its own. Service for these units is difficult to find, expensive, and replacement parts seem nonexistent. Purchase a fridge that can be serviced and maintained more easily. Expensive appliance that is nearly impossible to fix.

We bought our Liebherr refrigerator freezer when we built our home in 2012. It was a very expensive refrigerator that we thought would complement our high end kitchen well. We had this refrigerator “built in” with a cabinet exterior. Needless to say this refrigerator has been nothing but problems almost from day one. The ice maker when it did work produced only about a dozen of the tiniest little ice cubes about every 24 hours which is not even remotely the amount we use on a daily basis. We had technicians out several times to try to improve production but it never helped. We ended up disconnecting the ice maker years ago as it was more trouble than it was worth.We have since been struggling with the two lower freezer compartments that barely keep items even half frozen. If you put ice cream in it you will have a soupy mess. The freezer alarm goes off constantly to let you know the freezer compartments are not at freezer temperature which usually occurs in the middle of the night or when we have come back from a few days away. We have finally made the decision to do full research on a replacement refrigerator freezer and pull the plug literally on our Liebherr. It is not worth the trouble any longer, unfortunately it was a built-in model so it may be a little difficult to find a close fit. My advice to anyone is avoid purchasing a Liebherr refrigerator.

Bought the Liebherr Refrigerator past week and pretty much happy with the amount of space it provides to contain all our necessities. Also, vegetables kept in stays fresh even after few days of its storage. All in all the fridge is value for money spent. The refrigerator generates adequate amount of cooling and helps keep all food items fresh and edible at all times. I am very happy with my choice of refrigerator and that makes me feel its the best.

I bought a Liebherr refrigerator - CNes 4003, Index 20/001 in April 2009 and after almost 4 years, I found out that I should throw it away since the insulation at the back was destroyed and it could not be fixed. Obviously, this was the last thing I would expect to hear since I had bought this appliance for 1200 euros at the time from a trustworthy & reliable brand in order to ensure peace of mind. Luckily, my high expectations were not turned down. The customer service in Germany has confronted my case with great professionalism and in a timely manner and I was offered to exchange my appliance with a new one with similar characteristics with my refrigerator and free of charge although the warranty had expired long ago. I promised them to acknowledge their response and professionalism since I believe that apart from complaints, we should also share positive experiences and give credit to the people who are able to listen customers voice & respond with efficiency to fair requests. LIEBHERR 265 new brand fridge purchased in July month 2019 which has problem. Within a week lot of water coming out from fridge and complain made to customer care for fixing. Now again issue repeated and freeze is not working at all. No cooling happening & complete shutdown condition of fridge. Issue again reported to customer executive on high priority but no one visited or communicated yet. I request people to be careful while buying freeze based on advertisement. I am already suffering with buying this product.

We paid over 1200 for the stainless steel Liebherr Fridge Freezer. What a BIG MISTAKE! We have had problems from the very start. The lights did not work then the door would not shut properly. A year after purchase the ice kept collecting and the fan made a horrendous grating sound. We have had the engineer over at least 5 to 6 times since we bought the beast! And at what a cost. It is outside the guarantee and warranty period and now constantly the Alarm keeps going off in the Ice compartment. I have to try and press the fast freeze or the Alarm buttons constantly to stop the horrible sound! Interrupted sleep every night! NEVER EVER WILL WE RECOMMEND OR BUY LIEBHERR! A WASTE OF MONEY AND UTTERLY USELESS! We had a Westinghouse before that for many many years...The only trouble we had was the light bulb change once! Eventually got tired with it and changed to Liebherr! WHAT AN EXPENSIVE ERROR! Please dont ever make the mistake that we have. The constant call outs have cost an arm and a leg! AND Liebherr....Customer service!! not sure why they call it that ....WHAT SERVICE #? They dont give a damn. Only want to make money by sending out expensive engineers who will rip you off and the problem reoccurs after a while.

This is my second Liebherr refrigerator after the first one lost all the Freon due to the defective lining. They use aluminum linings which are corroded very fast. They replaced it after two years of trouble. The representative of the brand in Greece made a conciliation and they proposed to sell me a new one. I paid an extra amount of 500€ to receive a newer model which was worth around 800€. Within two years the problems begun! Now it runs for an hour it hardly cools and then the motor stops and doesnt kick in again. No more expensive worthless Liebherr refrigerators for me!!!

The worst purchase I have ever made. I write to advise consumers to avoid Liebherr fridge freezers at all costs. I purchased a Liebherr fridge for my daughter in October 2016 and my daughter has been experiencing problems ever since. The fridge had never run at the proper temperature. The temperature is never constant and is always below 38F, it is closer to 50 and lower. We have been told that there is nothing wrong with the fridge. Now we have been told to keep the fridge-freezer at the highest setting at all times! The company refuses to accept the fridge-freezer is faulty. My daughter is therefore stuck with a malfunctioning fridge that is unlikely to last much beyond its 2-year guarantee.

I have purchased a LIEBHERR single door refrigerator in August 2018. I thought that it is a new company. But while enquiring it is understood that it is it is a German refrigeration company with more than 65 years of experience. I took a chance and purchased it from their authorised dealer at Trivandrum. Till now product is working good and stuffed food is always fresh. Especially they are sending engineers for giving demo and clearly explained about the usages. Thank you Liebherr.

The quantities can be stored and preserved from being rotten. It is spacious to store things. It contains a very good freezer in it and it is maintained at stable temperature. I love this refrigerator. It remains new even after years of buying it.

Hope that my review will prevent someone from making a bad mistake. We bought our apartment in NYC with the 30 built-in refrigerator/freezer. Nothing but problems from day one. A fortune of money to try and fix broken seals on the doors, faulty compressors, back panel freezing and lack of draining. Customer service is horrendous. They actually told me to take a toothpick and clean out the draining hole every so often, however, it didnt work. The company is completely aware of all the problems with their products and are totally refusing to deal with consumer complaints. These refrigerators are not cheap and I am shocked that they are getting away with it. Someone mentioned a lawsuit, I think would be a good idea.

Beginning in year 5 our expensive built in Liebherr started to have problem after problem. Many of the appliance service companies recommended by Liebherr wouldnt service the fridge, or came out once and refused to come back for the next problem. By phone, Liebherr was not at all helpful. After 6 weeks of frustration I found their FB page and posted my complaints. Their Social media team was very helpful, got a service supervisor to call with a recommendation... An appliance service company that said they didnt service fridges!! However they recommended an individual who did fix things. Go to Social media for help with Liebherr.

Style-wise it is good compared to other brands and performance is also very good compared to my old fridge. Everything stay fresh for long time by eco fresh technology and I 100% recommend to whoever looking to buy new refrigerator.

My refrigerator developed some problems, which I accept. However, because it was out of warranty, the appliance store would not service it. None of the local repairers would work on a Liebherr, and the main customer service at Liebherr couldnt provide a service rep for the entire Olympic Peninsula! What good is a refrigerator that cant be serviced? Liebherr has not developed adequate service coverage. They shouldnt sell equipment that they cant assure service.

I am using Liebherr 220 Liters fridge since 8 Months, its working condition is simply Excellent. Faster cooling. Thick door Quality. Bigger vegetable box is very useful to us. I saw in other brands vegetable box is very small for storage. Easy to adjust. The shelfs are good.

We purchased a house in NYC that had this built in refrigerator/freezer. It looks beautiful as a built in, but thats about the end of it. It wasnt that old (2 years old), but the previous owners had given up on it working. We had the Ice Maker repaired for a few hundred dollars...only to have it go bad again 6 months later... The repair company actually asked us not to try and repair it because they said the brand is so incredibly bad. We had it repaired again and again. Why? Because it will cost $7k to replace it (similar to the original price). For that much money, an appliance better live for about 20 years. The problem with the ice maker was 2 things... the ice maker was broken, but it only works when its below zero. The temperature control is so bad in the freezer that my Ice Cream melts and is always soft even when the temp says 4 degrees. The reviews Ive seen from others on this brand are quite similar. Id never in 1000 years want a product from this company again.

Why would anyone choose to buy these expensive contraptions? Liebherr website offers no possibility to register a complaint or ask for help... other than through the service people who in this case are part of the problem. Six weeks without a functioning refrigerator last summer... and no response much less remedial action!!! We naively asked Liebherr via service-appliances.us@liebherr.com (repeatedly) and via team.online team.online@liebherr.com or any suggestions on how to avoid these problems... or at least have them fixed much faster and reasonably. The house we bought a year ago in Washington DC came with a three-piece Liehberr appliance: refrigerator, freezer and wine cooler. So far the only one that has worked well is the least useful one the wine cooler. Please escalate this because it must not be a normal situation... otherwise why would anyone would buy a Liebherr refrigerator? If our problems are not fixed definitively I will certainly be speaking loudly and negatively about Liehberr. Soon after we moved in the refrigerator (a large premium unit serial number 40168030909984 and service ref. **) became a freezer -- resulting a wastage of food and the separate freezer stopped producing ice. A repairman from M&M came promptly diagnosed a sensor problem for the refrigerator -- ordered the part (which took weeks to arrive) and then returned to fix the problem (two service calls and parts charged, of course).The same problem occurred nine months later. The refrigerator froze our food, the repairman came, charged to diagnose a sensor problem, ordered the part and we have had two missed appointments to install it (once they came within the agreed time window but without the promised 30 minute warning and missed us; the second time -- a week later -- they called within the agreed window... just to say that there was an emergency and they would not be able to come for another week!). So the refrigerator is prone to problems and the maintenance system seems to boil down to just one person who handles Liebherr and a company that never has any parts in stock. As for the freezer the solution seemed quite involved and expensive and we decided not to bother (...again, what does this say about Liebherr products and service?)

Please note buying Liebherr refrigerator has been my worst experience with an electrical appliance bought ever. This is the first time we bought a Liebherr product with a lot of expectations. Within a 6-7 months use, we have had issues with extreme cooling, water leakage from fridge - leading to health & sanitation issues of my family. My family has also suffered from food poisoning due to spoilt food and erratic cooling conditions of the fridge. There used to be continuous water leakage inside the fridge spoiling all raw vegetables, masalas and also cooked food. There were times, when there was no cooling and sometimes extreme cooling. After logging a complaint for the first time with customer care on 23rd July **, a technician came within 2 days and mentioned that the issue needs to be checked and updated to head office for resolution. A second round of at least 10 follow ups thought 3 weeks, Arun ** obliged and assured that fridge will be replaced. This promise also seemed empty as it took more than a week and a series of follow ups to replace the fridge. Now finally after the packed fridge has arrived, my family has to go through another series of waiting for installation. Finally today I have a packed fridge + old fridge gone - with practically no fridge to use and another long wait for a technician to install. Engineers do not work after 6pm, but Liebherr is ok to have a customer have the worst experience since a month. Absurdly constructed product that has no customer service backing, arrogant customer service full of lies about the quality of the product. A total waste of money full of headache. Ive never experienced any product so cruelly deceptive backed by con men and women who represent this companys customer service. Horrible workmanship, design, and engineering. The worst ever. Stay far away from this mess.Im the unlucky guy who was sold a bag of goods from kitchen designer regarding the Liebherr C-1650 refrigerator, freezer with ice maker. I bought eight of them in 2009 and I could have bought two very nice new cars at that time for the same price. They are EXTREMELY expensive, horribly constructed appliances. Its beyond belief how horrible they are. My maintenance man recently said, a person could live off what you spend on repairs for those refrigerators. In nine years each ice maker has been replaced at least three times! There are constantly issues. Theres one now that has a brand new ice maker in it that we cant get to produce ice for six months now.

Refrigerator leaks water all over my food. Repairman just left after explaining that if anything touches the interior back walls of the refrigerator it will leak water. Cant be fixed. So now I have to buy a new refrigerator. Wished I had read all the negative reviews before spending the big bucks.

This refrigerator has been constant trouble. Ive owned it for 4 years and 3 months and in that time Ive had 9 service calls (6 for refrigerator problems & 3 for the replacement of the original French doors that didnt close correctly and a seal replacement.) On top of that, I have a wood floor in my kitchen and this appliance is built in. Every time it has to be serviced, it has to be removed from the cabinet carefully so the floor is not damaged. When I bought it, I expected I would not have to remove it for a good 15-20 years, until I had to buy a new refrig. But after owning this for just a few months, the refrigerator stopped working and I needed a new compressor. It took the service company 3 visits and multiple hours to determine this. I was without a fridge for more than 2 weeks. When I asked the company to pay me back for the lost food, I was told they didnt do that. Now, I need a second new compressor and despite the fact that it was put in last Friday, the refrigerator is still not working. 10 days after I called, I am waiting for another part that hopefully will make this big boy work. Again, no refrigerator for 1 1/2 weeks. The Scottsdale service rep (Jerry) blamed the repair people (who were doing their best to figure out what was wrong) and he never apologized to me for any inconvenience when I spoke to him. His attitude was rude and unhelpful. He told the service people that I was very close to the end of the 5 year sealed system warranty anyway. He did agree to pay for the part. I asked him if I had a lemon or if all Liebherrs were like this. He was evasive and attitude and told me there was nothing more he could do other than call Germany! This refrigerator was expensive, but its been a constant aggravation and I would never buy another one. When it dies, as Im sure it will in the not too distant future, Im going to spend the additional money and get a Sub-Zero.

The ice maker on my Liebherr fridge stopped working a few weeks ago. The technician from Electra the agent for Liebherr in Israel diagnosed the problem and told me that for the parts and labor it would cost NIS2000 ($600) to do the repair work. I wrote an email to Liebherr Germany to tell them that I had sourced the same parts from their distributor in Holland at 50% of the price quoted in Israel. Germany sent a mail to Electra the Israel distributor and a few days later Electra called me to say that they would reduce the price of the parts to NIS1470 ($400). I subsequently brought the parts from Holland and had my own fridge mechanic do the repairs. He found that only 1 small part which costs NIS150 ($40) needed replacing as all the other parts which the Electra technician had said needed replacing were all in perfect working order.

We have a 36 double door - double freezer drawer model and love it. Recently, we purchased a 24 model and hate it! The 24 model looks great and is a conversation piece - until the compressor kicks in. You can not believe the sound! The factory authorized a guy to come down and listen to it - then they replaced the compressor. It is still noisy. They came back and told me thats just the way it is. Since they deemed that the noise is normal (its just as noisy now as it was with the original compressor), Liebherr will not pay the service contractor for his efforts! I am so disappointed with this company. I could yell. How can this smaller unit sound like an airplane taking off when the compressor kicks on, yet the large unit we own is nice and quiet? Definitely a design problem!

You can believe me, 100 percent good product, you can buy this fridge, Liebherr is a quality product, I have purchased last year, cooling is very good. I am suggesting you to go for it. Value for money.

Brought this brand refrigerator 6 months back and this refrigerator performance was excellent and other features like spice box is very much useful to keep spices and storage of milk products separate compartment.

Liebherr Refrigerator freezers: I purchased these 2 units at an auction at Elite Appliance. They were sold as new but with cosmetic issues. They worked for 7 months, then both units failed. When I called for service, I was told that these were not new, rather they were second hand. No one would take responsibility for the lie. Not Elite Appliance, Almo the distributor that sold them the units, or Liebherr. Pieces of junk. Do not buy!

We have had our Liebherr refrigerator repeated every other month. Specifically, the ice machine. We could have purchased a brand new refrigerator for the same amount we have spent repairing it at this point. Bottom line..This product sucks! Buyer beware!!

I dont know where to begin! 7 weeks ago, after one year of no problems, the ice maker quit working. I noticed frost on the back interior wall of the refrigerator from day one. Also, the left fridge door quit closing by itself. Called & got a guy named ** who sounded stupid and evasive, but apparently could diagnose it from South Carolina, because after making me fax a copy of the receipt to prove we bought it (what!!!???) and I called back to check on fax & service, the female I spoke with told me hed ordered a part and it was being sent to our service person here. I assumed it must be a regular problem for him to be able to diagnose. It was a new ice tray. Service guy came up and installed it and told us ** said it had a crack. Nope. I could have told him that. Also ** was rude. He told me that my Machine didnt have doors that closed. The next person said door needed a new hinge cartridge. Yet another person said my ice problem was a little 1/2 inch magnet on the drawer. LOL! Service guy was not issued a work order to diagnose the freezer or fridge. So he didnt because his experience was he would not get paid by this company. In fact a LOT of phone calls only to be met with complete resistance. A tech person who had to flip through a repair pamphlet to tell us what buttons to push. HE kept telling me my ice maker was leaking. NO it wasnt!!! Can you see Hawaii from South Carolina?? Awful service people and I think they are paid to make the customer wait it out as long as possible, diagnosing tiny little problems and sending useless parts to placate us. Still no service person - no ice, no resolving the issue. Seven weeks and counting. I think if the hinge cartridge ever arrives, the service person here (who is excellent) will be allowed to diagnose it at that point, but no coming out to do just one thing. So now my food in fridge is starting to freeze and Im just counting the days until someone comes up here. I will NEVER buy a Liebherr product again and I urge anyone researching one to read all of the reviews. They are all the same lesson!

Just bought a freezer with a height of 1,75 cm and there’s no matching refrigerator??? They only sell refrigerators in 10 longer or smaller and besides that also different model design etc. This is my last Liebherr. Goodbye.

We bought a Liebherr refrigerator for a house we were building in Nicaragua. With our 20 ceilings I loved the height. The thin plastic drawers broke immediately. Then the rest started failing. The cover of the manual had one warranty period. In small print inside they had a much shorter period. I waited to repair it as I thought I had years. Wrong. We just replaced the 3 years old refrigerator with one that cost less than the last three years of repairs. Of course we will have to spend some on cabinetry because the new refrigerator is shorter. In the 20 years of our SubZero we spent less than 2 years of the Liebherr. We waited so long for repairs that we bought a second refrigerator to substitute. The Liebherr was purchased in Nicaragua, at a top kitchen dealer.

We bought this fridge hoping it will be good because of its German technology. But just after a month the vegetables and milk and any product kept in the interior of fridge was getting frozen. We complained but the answer was, As its kept too close to the vent its getting frozen. The Liebherr technician asked to keep things one inch away from the vent. Ours is a double door fridge. Cant understand why things were getting frozen (never such issues with our previous brand). Now after few months water is leaking from a opening suddenly when we open the door from the top portion of the fridge. This is happening every day. The technician who came reset the temperature and said it is fine. But water has not stopped leaking. So much humidity inside the fridge. Very pathetic experience with the fridge.

I have bought several Liebherr refrigerators, including two model 1360s. Both have had sealed unit problems that have prevented the units from cooling. Each time, I have had to call service people recommended by the national Liebherr office in Arizona. Each time it has taken weeks to get service and several times the service people do not show up. When they do, they say that it is a sealed system issue and that they cannot fix it. Then, I get another service recommendation from the Arizona office-- someone supposedly qualified to service a sealed system. And, ultimately, usually after several additional weeks or even months, the next service company comes out to see the unit and also notes that it is a sealed system problem, that Liebherr will not authorize them to service and that the unit must be replaced. Then, with the unit still under warranty, Liebherr ultimately calls someone to replace the unit, but this again takes months. I have dealt with 5 different service companies on these refrigerators, all of whom have expressed frustration with the Liebherr process. When I had my latest issue with a Liebherr 1360, two of the companies I had dealt with previously, including the company that replaced the last 1360, said that they will not do Liebherr work anymore and refused to come out. These two companies were still on the list of contractors recommended by the Liebherr Arizona office. This is a bad refrigerator with obvious design problems and the Liebherr repair and warranty network is extremely slow and frustrating to deal with. It seems that the strategy is always to require someone additional to come out to look at the unit while not authorizing anyone to do a repair on some defective component of the sealed compressor system. Stay away from Liebherr.

When I went to buy refrigerator in the market, I liked the Liebherr refrigerator after seeing many brands there. The space for adjusting this refrigerator self is quite good. The vegetable box is also quite large. The toughened glass above the vegetable box is also very useful on which we can place our things. It also has a Spice Box option to contain spices which are not available in other refrigerators. Coolpad is a unique feature that can keep water cool in indoor and outdoor places. The power consumption of the Liebherr refrigerator is lower than other refrigerators. I am completely satisfied by purchasing this refrigerator.

Ice maker has never worked. The drain in fridge is always clogged causing smelly back-up. Water runs down the back of fridge causing everything to be wet inside. All the labels even fell off our beer bottles from always being wet. Also, fridge not cold enough. The freezer stopped working while we were on vacay and when they finally came to fix it, now the fridge is broken too after they left. Thank goodness for my very cheap Frigidaire brand fridge in the garage. It works and saved our food from spoiling again. DO NOT EVER BUY A LIEBHERR refrigerator. You will be sorry.

As you know if youre reading this a Liebherr Refrigerator costs as much as a decent used car. For that kind of money youd think you would get quality. Youd think if something breaks there would be a repair network for it. Youd think the customer service people would try to help. Youd be dead wrong on all counts. I have had a Liebherr refrigerator freezer that has been a continual nightmare. The icemaker has been broken almost since we installed the appliance. Weve given up on that after endlessly trying to get it fixed. Now the freezer is not working. For the past three weeks we have had no freezer. I cannot get a repair person out here. I live in a major west-coast metro area. I could understand that it would be hard to get a repair if I were in some remote location, but that is not the case. Of the repair people Liebherr recommended only one would respond. They came out, pulled the unit out of its cabinet, damaging the veneer in the process. Took the back off and decided that another person would have to come out and look at it. For this they billed me $160. After a week, I called and was told they couldnt deal with it. I had the credit card company stop payment and were still trying to resolve that. Second person was from about 50 miles away and would only come out if I agreed to pay him $300. Cash only, no checks, no credit card. I agreed because I need a freezer. He did nothing. Ran some diagnostics. Told me I needed two parts and he would only come back if I paid him another $300. Cash. And Id have to get the parts. These are the best people Liebherr could recommend. This is so sleazy that it borders on criminal. I decided Id had enough with Liebherr and went shopping for a replacement unit thinking Id be better off just cutting my losses at this stage. As it happened the local rep was in the store when I was there. He told me hed work to get it straightened out. So, several days later repairman number 3 shows up. He takes the freezer apart and decides he cant do anything and anyway, hes going on vacation for two weeks so hell get back to me. I have spent untold hours on the phone with these people. I have dealt with three of their repair people. The only thing I have to show for it is a $300 cash payment to one of them and a credit card battle with the other. My freezer is still not functional. My icemaker has never worked. You would be out of your mind to buy a Liebherr anything.

I happen to change my refrigerator this summer season and happen to visit Harsha electronics near my place. This new brand called Liebherr is what I got introduced to and its features made the perfect fit for my kitchen. The product has had no qualms and have been using it for half a year with smooth use. If youre looking for the space, this is your best bet. Truly value for money.

Ive had my Liebherr refrigerator for a several years now. It looks good, but so many things have gone wrong with it from the beginning. The inside sweats, a lot. It has sweat so much that water pools in the bottom, under the crisper drawer, if I dont constantly wipe it out. In the freezer, the ice maker stopped working. The ice tray cracked and the mother board failed. It was a mess because water flowed into the ice drawer and froze. Since this is considered a high-end appliance, the repairs and replacement parts were not cheap either. My complaint is that it is a piece of junk with a high price tag, plus huge repair and replacement expenses. Never buying Liebherr again.

Anyone who has read reviews of Liebherr refrigerators is aware that many are highly critical; most have ratings of 1-2 stars. There are also a lot of complaints about service assistance. That being said, our experience is different. We purchased two 28 refrigerator/freezer units when remodeling our kitchen in 2011. One unit has worked well until just recently. The other unit had multiple problems and after a number of attempts to repair it by several repair companies it was replaced, without charge, in January 2016. The second unit was fine until July of 2018 when the refrigerator temperature started to rise overnight, only to recover after the door was opened in the morning. After three service calls on this unit it too was determined to be unrepairable and it has just been replaced, at no cost to us, by Liebherr. Almost all of the interaction with Liebherr about the problems with our units was via email, and the customer service reps could not have been more helpful. As is obvious, we have had a lot of problems with these fridges. But the unit replaced nearly three years ago has been faultless. And the new units clearly show Liebherr’s efforts to make a better fridge. Newer door hinges, that self-close, are a real improvement. The new model has a metal indoor back panel to prevent the frequent complaints about the back icing up when food comes in contact with it. We went with Liebherr because of its clean, uncomplicated look and simple interior, and we continue to appreciate that. So I give 5 stars for customer satisfaction when problems arose. And 2-3 stars for equipment reliability, but hopefully their efforts toward continued product improvement will bring that rating higher. I’ll update after we have had the second unit for a while.

Liebherr refrigerator performing very well without any disturbing noise and its cooling is very good. I can easily keep items in it because of its large size its performance. And one more important thing is that it consume minimum electricity

We have owned C 16 model of Liebherr refrigerator since 2014. Over that time, we have had multiple issues - from breaking shelves on the front door, to the front metal handle coming off, to constant leaking inside, etc. It has been non-stop, and we are sick and tired to dealing. Never in my life have I had issues with multiple plastic parts breaking of a fridge... We are a small family of three, so the problems cannot be blamed on the extensive usage. It is just a cheaply built appliance. Please, save your money, time and nerve cells, and stay away from this model.

Oh what a new looking fridge freezer but I am afraid within a few months of purchasing this nice shiny appliance all our problems started. First the icemaker gave us too much ice only for a few weeks. Later it stopped dispensing ice all together. After a few more weeks all back to normal only for the problem to occur again and again and trying to get an engineer out to fix the ** thing. Well better chance of me finding and capturing the yeti after countless emails and we refusing to let the previous three different contractors out to look at our fridge again. Did Liebherr send out a different one? Www.agsrefrigeration.co.uk they came out and after inspecting the back off the fridge section found that there was a fault with insulation of the cabinet letting cold air and freezing up the tubing to the icemaker. In the end they submitted a report to the manufacturer who finally relented and gave us a new replacement. We are holding our breath and hoping we have no further problems with this one. However dont think I would go through all the expense of buying one of these fridge freezers again.

Liebherr having the best quality refrigerator available in market. Build quality is so good. I bought 346 ltr ref. This model is having some unique feature like ice twist, cool pack. The top most feature is spice boxes which make it different from other brand. We can store spices also in this refrigerator. Top quality material is used to make this ref.

The refrigerator which was purchased from Vijay Sales Kharghar Navi Mumbai delivered the product. As the shelf of the defroster on which it is hold is been damaged on corner and can be seen only once we remove which is not noticeable unless removed 6 days back when the service technician came as a complaint was raise at Vijay Sale for the the problem which was taking place in the defrost section there was lot of ice getting accumulated kindly request to please replace the refrigerator as the technician has also mentioned in his service record and the refrigerator is 2 months old. Having a really very bad experience.

I buy Liebherr fridge 2019 red colour first. I think new brand wired but product after service but after sales and service good, product also excellent, this is my 2nd fridge compare with my old fridge. This is excellent space and adjustment, big vegetable box. Good product given by Liebherr.

Liebherr looks good but thats where it stops. We purchased a new one but after over 12 trips in 1 1/2 years for diagnosis, replacement, or providing loaners - the retailer finally gave us another new one! [They had already replaced three sensors [one twice], the main module, a thermistor, the door seal, even the door {The Consumer Product Safety Commission had already faulted them for the problem}]. Well the new one started giving us problems after 18 months.The alarm would go off in the middle of the night. Nothing else appeared wrong. We called the retailer - they responded a month later. The temperatures of both the refrigerator and freezer gyrated wildly. [The digital temperatures on the top did not correspond to a refrigerator thermometer that was accurate on other devices]. Liebherr said there was nothing they could do because our warranty was over. Dont expect customer service. The refrigerator is now gone.

Really satisfied by the product and service. I bought a refrigerator few months back, worth each penny. So far no complaints I also got it in a better market price. However, I think new technology can be applied to these products.

My wife and I bought a 24 wide x 79 tall Liebherr fridge in 2009 as we were told it was the best in that size. It was like $2800, the price of a used car I thought then. We live on a houseboat in Seattle. From the beginning we had problems - broken handles, shelves that needed mending with plexiglass and epoxy. But worst of all, we had to defrost the freezer at near weekly intervals. And the drain in the fridge compartment would freeze up or smell so horribly that we injected bleach with a syringe to keep the smell down. We are dumping this fridge (and describing its shortcomings to anyone who is foolish enough to get it) for a Bosch, which we are assured will be less challenging. Remains to be seen. I have never had a fridge this disappointing. All the others ran for years, decades even, and failed at the end of their lives - as expected. But they did not fail on a weekly basis. Best of luck to anyone who still has a Liebherr. Never again for us.

I have never had any problems with refrigerators that cost $300-$500. They just ran forever until they died at a ripe old age. But I wanted a counter depth fridge for a renovation and six years ago, Liebherr was cheaper than US brands like subzero. SO I paid $3000 for this hunk of junk, which started malfunctioning the first year. The sensor had to be replaced three times--and the repair people put it in upside down once. After the first year, I had to pay at least $150 to get it diagnosed--not fixed, diagnosed.When you pay $3000 for a fridge, you expect it to work or be fixed for free. The fridge continued to malfunction periodically beeping and warming. Usually I could fix it. But recently it died. The lights just went out and the buttons didnt respond. The beeping wouldnt go off even when I tripped the fuse. It was driving me crazy. I finally put a heavy blanket over the fridge to mute the noise. I paid my super $100 to fix it. He unplugged and replugged it. Within two weeks it died again--the only thing working was the incessant beep. I had to wear earplugs. I called the Liebherr repair people and it cost $160 for them to come out and tell me that the computer was faulty and would cost $1000 to replace. This is truly the refrigerator that keeps on costing. But they did show me a neat trick to keep it alive. I think it was press the power and alarm button on the right and increase the freezer number to as high as it will go. This resets the lights and the readings--false though they said they may be. I dont care, as long as its cold. I would rather buy another fridge that works than pay another $1000 for this defective part. If you ask me, Liebherr is a terrible company and would advise anyone not to buy anything from them--especially a fridge.

Worst company ever! Sells bad units and doesnt care about their customers at all! Zero customer service and take no responsibility for their products. They dont stand behind what they sell. I paid $2800 for a 24 refrigerator and was told theyre comparable to Thermador. What a JOKE. Im stuck with a crap unit which hasnt worked for a single day and they wanna try to REPAIR IT!!! Terrible company. I should be receiving a replacement.

Nice refrigerator. Easy to use. Having lot of spaces like So many racks. Able to keep all necessary products essential for purposes. Easy to clean. Able to adjust the temperature accordingly enough for kitchen purposes. I like it very much.

I recently bought a cobalt steel refrigerator from Croma store and I love the purchase I’ve made. It’s a brilliant refrigerator and also it is very silent. Stored Products also have a good shelf life. Vegetables stay fresh and also the power consumption is minimal. I am happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend it to others.

I had purchased a Liebherr refrigerator on April 9th and the freezer didnt work from the day 1. I called the customer service; it took them 2 weeks to get the technician in. They had to order the parts and it took them another week and a half. The freezer stopped working in 2 weeks again. I called them; the technician showed up in a week and a half and said the compressor and 2 other parts need to ordered and it was back ordered from Germany. I called the complaint department and they said they will replace the unit. From April 9 (today is June 26th), I have been calling and the replacement company, Alamo, said the unit is back ordered. I called the Liebherr customer service again and they told me to speak to a supervisor at Alamo which I did and he said they got the unit and they will ship it to the servicer. I have a family of 6 and my son has very severe allergy problem and we always stock food for him. Here I am without a refrigerator since April the 9th. It is very frustrating and I would not recommend anyone to go with this brand. Its is wastage of money.

Good performance. Low consumption of electricity. In this the have of alarm that when the refrigerator door is open the alarm run. It is good because we can know whether the door is open or not. The service are good.

I bought this fridge in November last year for my Parents who are living in India and it broke down in 7 months. It took ages to get someone to look at it and so it took another few weeks to get the part ordered. Now company won’t have people who can come and fix the part and every time we call they are giving us different dates but no one is showing up on any dates given so far.When other family member called and ask if we can order a new fridge and when can we get delivered the response was straight away, We can deliver you next working day. So company have people to deliver the New fridge but not to attend the service for broken fridge. When we ask why is it like that the company spoke person don’t have answer for it. My parents are senior citizens And living by themselves and now have to struggle with this situation on daily basis and don’t have any fridge to store food from last few weeks have to buy daily essentials everyday especially in Covid pandemic when they shouldn’t be going out much. There is lack of customer care and no one is being helpful even though fridge comes with 10 years warranty. I highly recommend not to purchase this product as you will have lot of trouble to get it fixed if anything goes wrong.

I found Liebherrs Facebook site (for their excavating equipment) and wrote them a nasty note saying I hoped their excavating stuff worked better than their fridge/freezers. I heard back from them immediately! So I sent them the entire story. They got in touch with the store it was purchased from and who did the repairs. Liebhherr agreed to pay for all parts/labor for repairs. It seems that all the freon had leaked out! Ive never heard of this in some 50 years of owning fridges of various makes and ages. Their repair people couldnt even find where the leak was so Liebherr replaced the entire unit (and as they had changed the dimensions since the original unit was purchased, they also replaced the fridge part). So Im satisfied, but it took public shaming on FB to get anything done. However, I would never recommend their fridge/freezers to anyone. Dont know about their excavating equipment.

Compare to other product Liebherr is good and super cooling and its keep vegetable and fruits fresh even a week. As a housewife I am really happy to use this fridge and keep give best products to your customers.

After several visits from the official Dutch Liebherr repair service, Liebherr gave up on its own product! This top of the line Liebherr 3967-A20 RVS only lasted its Very limited warranty of 2 Years. This refrigerator listed at 3299 Euros in 2008. So after 4 visits the official Liebherr service person gave up and declared this unit not repairable. So I expected that a company like Liebherr would not hesitate to rectify the situation. So Liebherr replied that although the situation was extremely regrettable that the best that Liebherr could do was to Sell Me a new refrigerator at a reduced price. So how much you ask? CBNPes3967 for 1083,32 incl. BTW, for those of you outside of Holland thats 1083.32 Euro including VAT.Naturally, I told them that that would be completely unacceptable. Just imagine buying a very expensive refrigerator and have it fail only to make the same mistake again with a company that does not guarantee its products sufficiently. I then turned to Liebherr Germany to hopefully find someone to take responsibility for the sale of this faulty product. Well as you can imagine, I did not find anyone that was willing to do anything more than try and sell me another one of their products. Watch out people! OH theres more! Several other people bought this brand only to regret it later, see for yourself.

Dont make the mistake of buying a Liebherr Refrigerator from Alpine Appliance in Vail, CO. Alpine service and understanding of these refrigerators is embarrassingly poor. First and foremost, in the context of Liebherr quality, I can safely and confidently say that Liebherr cannot be talked about in the same sentence as Sub-Zero. I now I understand why Liebherr is significantly less expensive, because it should be! I must respectfully ask how can you comment on the quality of Liebherr when you yourself and your service staff did not know that this model was not self-closing; additionally your service person told me that fridge always rocks until you fill it up, yet the other day he found out for the first time there was something he had not learned or done that would have prevented the fridge from rocking. What I found funny is that your service guys replaced a part to eliminate the rock, which obviously was both unnecessary and unexplainable.At a minimum, isnt your job to teach your service guys how to properly install a refrigerator you sell and so call service. Your email response albeit appreciated was condescending at best but very consistent with the quality of your service, so not surprising. Your one service guy was blown away when he called Liebherr tech support only to learn that this model is not self-closing! His exact words were there are $500 refrigerators that have this most basic feature. On a positive note, the refrigerator does keep food cold and fresh which a guess is a positive.

I bought a new Liebherr refrigerator and it never cools right in the fridge compartment. I had service 7 times and the same answer - it all checks out OK, but the box is 48-52 degrees. Not sure why? I called the company and the manager. No return call. Beware, dont buy one. A lot of money, no service and mine never worked.

I am suggesting you all, its very good to take.

Purchased both units (Built in refrigerator and freezer) in December of 2011. Problems started right away with inconsistent temperatures in the refrigerator, after service calls it was never resolved. We bought a 5 year extended warranty for both machines, it is a good thing we did. Now three years later the freezer ice maker has been replaced and I am sure it will need to be again. The refrigerator has never cooled properly but as of late forms heavy ice on the back to a point that the drawers cannot close which means that the door will not close. After several service calls the ice problem may be resolved but the inside temperature is now never higher 30 degrees f., and you cannot turn it off. If you want it to stop you must unplug it, no small task with a built in. After living with these very badly built machines for the last three years I truly believe that the only place that you will get less for your money is with a speeding ticket. Having owned Sub Zero for many trouble free years in the past, I can assure you that they will get our business next time.

We wanted to love this fridge and we trusted the fact that it was a German. We have the 36 French door fridge and it is just an expensive piece of junk. It first broke about a year after purchase. First it was the ice maker, then the freezer stopped working and with time the fridge doors stopped closing properly. Even the rubber band around the door broke and the cables came out. The sensor beeps at random times, even in the middle of the night and we have to turn it off since the doors are actually closed and it is beeping for nothing. I have never seen anything like this! We tried repairing it twice but whatever they repaired broke again. All other appliances purchased around the same time work perfectly well. We have a German friend who purchased one too around the same time as us and he is experiencing the same problems. He is even more disappointed as he grew up thinking his countrys appliances were the best.After reading soo many similar experiences in the web we concluded that this company doesnt care about the quality of their fridges enough to address these problems. They make heavy duty equipment and other things that are not appliances and this could be just a small part of their revenue. Who knows why they are not addressing their customers complaints... What I know is that I have to throw away my fridge and buy a new one (some other brand) since spending more money in repairing is just not worth it.

I purchased a new top-of-the-line Liebherr Refrigerator in 2011. It has been the worst purchase I have ever made. The refrigerator has started falling apart, it is so poorly made. When I called Liebherr Customer Service, I got more excuses and no help whatsoever. Time to get rid of this and get a Sub-Zero.

Bought an expensive Liebherr fridgefreezer in September 2016 which failed whilst we were on holiday 10 months later. So contents ruined and no compensation from Liebherr or Appliance City who we purchased it from. Independent engineer was sent to diagnose problem and was told twice by Liebherr to regas it, even though it was leaking! Surely dangerous and not going to solve the problem at all! So the nice engineer wrote off the fridgefreezer and we have spent 3 weeks trying to get a replacement under the warranty.Many, many phone calls and emails were needed to chase Liebherr and Appliance City. Neither of them would take responsibility for changing it, both trying to delay as much as possible and telling blatant lies about not having it in stock and exceedingly delayed delivery of another month before they could get one to us in the hope we gave up chasing it. New one just arrived... Will have to see how long it lasts! Great style and massive capacity though.

We bought our Liebherr 8 years ago. We have had nothing but problems since the very beginning. In less than a year, shelves break, the gaskets rips apart, the shelves in the doors cant withstand normal use, the ice maker works intermittently, etc. Weve had a repairman out at least once every year and a half. Currently, we get ice build-up on the bottom of the freezer. Now our fridge will not work at all. Given the price point, I expected so much more. I never had problems with my cheaper appliance! My warning to you - dont buy it!

I purchased a Liebherr refrigerator from Abt in the Chicagoland area. The salesperson promoted it as a high-quality appliance, and it was costly. Yet it has been a source of aggravation and expense since the purchase; the temperature panel and door hinge (all plastic parts) break every two years. I am now waiting for the 3rd repair of these parts and hoping my food doesnt spoil, because the door now pops open at random times. On top of this several of the units drawers and shelf tops are also broken; they dont latch in place and often fall off/out. Because they are also made of thin plastic they easily crack. I would nor recommend this product.

I purchased this Liebherr 350 litre fridge. Initially there was some problem but when I complained they changed it for me and since then I have no issues. I had Samsung fridge which was OK but I wanted something very premium and with liebherr I got premium fridge and also some very cool features which are not in any refrigerator.

My son broke the plastic supports on the door shelf. I am online to see if I can order parts myself. I started reading the reviews. Wow, I had no idea people have so much problems. Mine is eight years old and I love it. Never had a problem. I yearly use a pipe cleaner to clean the drain hole, take off the vent cover, and vacuum the coils. I also have my fridge on a plug surge protector. I do so for all my rentals. I must have bought a gem.

I am fully satisfied with refrigerator. I am first customer to buy this model fridge in Hyderabad. I was little confused initially to go beyond LG and Samsung but by knowing features of Liebherr model like easy fresh technology, interior and exterior look, I impressed and finally made my decision to buy. I have been using this from last 8 months, I am happy and never had any issues. My suggestion to GO FOR IT. Thanks, Naga.

In July of 2014, the ice maker on my Liebherr stopped working. Annoying, but not unexpected. I just let it go. Then, not two months later, the freezer stopped working. Had a Liebherr referred repairman out to determine the temperature sensor was no longer working. As of now (November!), still no parts, no sign of parts, and now the refrigerator is not working. Liebherr has been HORRIBLE in trying to resolve this issue. Im selling the house and am ending up having to purchase a brand new unit. Liebherr, never again!

Hey guys, Good product, good service, good choice to buy this one. I using Liebherr fridge for last 2 years. Good experience to use this fridge. Very happy to buy this one and also good quality, very spacious too. Design, colour are unique.

I shamefully admit I bought 2 Liebherr fridges in 2009 and 2010. One SBS 7053 and one SBSes 7353 within one year of the other for two separate custom fitted kitchens. Both have had door handles fall off, door seals go rotten, leaking, clogged up drain bucket at the back (how am I supposed to reach that???) ice makers both broken and now both have broken down on the BioFresh/wine fridge sides affecting the freezer. If what I am reading all over the internet is true Liebherr has been selling and ignoring customers all over the world whose refrigerators have all had the same problems. How can they get away with it? It isnt as if this was a bargain fridge that you bought for $500 and can now throw out. Can anyone say class action?

I came to know about Liebherr refrigerator from a close friend. Liebherr refrigerator is one of the best refrigerator which I had come across. I have been using since 3months. Top quality and accurate cooling.

The quality is very good... The freezer has a nice space.. You can freeze more things at a time... I have purchased it in last year Oct 2019. Compact and sturdy build quality, Good cooling effect, low noise, wide range in-built stabilizer. No need to put any stand below the fridge. Leg size is sufficient to clean the floor below, Compressor seems to be of good quality. Low cost compared to similar other brands.

Hii guys I had purchased a new Liebherr refrigerator from vijay sales, I had suggested by vijay sales employee.. with the explanation I had purchased it after using the refrigerator I had seen a excellent performance by refrigerator, perfect cooling and services is also good and I got lot of space in this and I had spice boxes also. I suggest to buy liebherr refrigerator to my friends & relatives also.... I suggest you also to buy such good product and its worth of cost....

I purchased 1 year back and technology very nice experience. Its noiseless and very much satisfied. Duo cooling Technology very cool feature. I am suggesting my friends and family members to buy this one to experience world class technology in refrigerator.

Product quality is best. Moon cut shelves and spice boxes are very useful and unique, no other brand have features like this. Nothing is bad but out of metro cities there is no any awareness of this brand.

I had friends and relatives who spoke quite highly of Liebherr. And because I trust their judgment, I decided to heed their recommendation. And Im so very glad that I did, because my experience with Liebherr has been nothing short of wonderful so far. Spacious freezer, output design, compact, portable and ease of use is off the charts. Indeed, most of the features are satisfactory. Theres VarioSafe room to store all of the cheeses, cold cuts, milk packs etc. That we consume as a family. Thats obviously a very convenience. One more feature, Spice boxes system is very useful for my masala storage. First time I got, Vegetable sorting system, this is very good helpful for my Vegetable storage.
