Does anyone have a solution for the LG Signature Kitchen Suite water filters not fitting?

We have brand new, built-in LG Signature Kitchen Suite refrigerator. Model number SKSFD3604P / 00 .


It was time to replace the filter and we called their customer service so we'd get the right one, they sent us one for free, told us the one we have was discontinued and that they sent the correct new one.. but it does not fit, no matter what we do. Every video we've looked up is for a different model of LG fridge. Does anyone have this fridge and have you found a filter that works or a solution?

First, double-check that you have the correct water filters for your particular model of LG Signature Kitchen Suite appliance. Sometimes, filters that are designed for a similar appliance may look similar but have slight differences that make them incompatible.


Next, make sure that the water filters are properly aligned and securely installed in the filter housing. If the filters aren't properly seated or aren't inserted all the way, they may not fit correctly and could cause leaks or other issues.


If the filters still don't fit properly, it's possible that there may be a manufacturing defect or other issue with the appliance or filters. In this case, I would recommend contacting LG customer support or the retailer where you purchased the appliance to see if they can provide any assistance or replacement parts.
