My dryer just stopped heating .


I replaced the thermal fuse and cleaned all of the excess lint behind the back plate and then reassembled it to try it out to no avail.


I then disassembled it again and unscrewed the nut to access the heating element.


I discovered that underneath four of the coils it looked like it had burnt out.


Before I order a new heating element I wanted to get other opinions or if the plate blackening was normal.

If its a 1. Its you g to be bad.


If its a. 5 or around about.


Your not making a good connection with the meter.
