what is everyones hard on for Bosch I have one and it's horrible

I moved into a house with an 800 series installed. Dishes don't clean. Dishes don't dry. Dishes don't rinse either. Milky slimy residual water covers everything. Grease covers everything. Food still stuck to the dishes unless I run it 2x in pot and pan mode. No ability to select hot water. The design is oddly ill-constructed. 3 levels narrow space that makes it hard to actually fit more than the older 2 level versions. Extremely thin plastic that visibly grinds and chips off when contacting anything metal/porcelain, filling the filter with micro plastic. On top of that the lack of drying creates mold and the seal around the door leaks. My old Frigidaire worked 1000x better. I called Bosch directly and their only “solution” was to have a tech come out which cost $400 just for him to look at the damn thing. Grifters, pure greed. It has taken over this country.
Theres nothing worse than "premium" companies with garbage service. I'm now in the market for a dishwasher, and ive been looking all over for this one .

it was built to last and had a simple design that worked. Cant find it anywhere. Anyone know the model of this ^?
Question from user colter_d at Appliances at reddit.com.
Answer:
Bosch is popular because most people don't have the issues you're experiencing - quite the opposite really. I guess it also depends on the previous owners and how they cared for the dishwasher, though it sounds like something is wrong with the draining if it's not cleaning at all, among other things. That said, your comment about Bosch being “grifters” and greedy for charging for service tells me you're just a Karen and not a reasonable person. Go buy something else, good luck!.
