About four years ago we bought a SAMSUNG STOVE (with one induction) and convection oven from Sears when we renovated our kitchen. It was good the first year when we still have the warranty. But on the third year the problems came up - fast & hard. First the induction burnt out - we have to order (calling center is in Asia) and order was screwed up a few times - and of course we had to pay a couple of hundred CAD dollars! Now close to Thanksgiving - the oven is emitting black smoke!!! Our old stove/oven was almost 30 yrs old when we decided to replace it with this Samsung!!! HELP!

I own a $3000+ refrigerator of Samsung RF 4287HARS which is a French door with a middle drawer. It is 4 years old & already has had a thousand dollars of repair, of course, not under warranty. Samsung does not deliver repair parts timely up to 2 weeks or more - always on back order. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS... Absolutely, the worse company to deal with. Do not buy their products. Already on the 3rd motherboard.

Purchased Samsung Side-by-Side Refrigerator RS267TDDP in May 2012. Dissatisfied with the performance of the refrigerator and the no customer service received when I contacted Samsung Corporation. This cooling issue started in 2014 and the cooling issue has returned. Disappointed that they would not stand by their product. Theyve lost a loyal customer as I do not plan to purchase anything other products from them.

I bought this dishwasher from LOWES along with a matching Stove, Refrigerat
I bought this dishwasher from LOWES along with a matching Stove, Refrigerator and Microwave because I had all white appliance and the Refrigerator went bad after ten years so, I decided I wanted all my appliances to match and stainless steel seemed to be the trend. I bought Samsung because I ran a Circuit City and all our Samsung TVs were the best. 6 months after I purchased the Samsung appliances my wife started to complain about the dishwasher saying the dishes were not getting clean and then she complained that the detergent dispenser didnt open and then it was not finishing the washing cycle. We then called LOWES and told them the problem and they said make sure its a real problem because if they call out a repair person and there is nothing wrong they would charge us.So, I decided to look online to see if I could trouble shoot the problem. I found hundreds of people with the same problem as me. One of them claimed to have a fix. Take apart the Drain cover and clean the white sensor and then put it back together. I did exactly that, and it fixed the problem... for about two months. Then I had to take it apart again and clean the sensor, solving the problem for another 2 months. This has gone on every two months for about a year now and I am beyond disgust with Samsung. So I went back to the internet to see if there might be a more permanent fix to my problem only to find hundreds more people and complaints on the same dishwasher with the same problem. Still no permanent fix to be found just lots of frustrated people like me venting about their disappointment. I cant afford to buy all new appliances only 1 1/2 years later so I will be stuck taking my dishwasher apart every two months for several years to come. However, at the very least I can complain and just maybe it will keep someone else from making the same purchase mistake.

I would like to report a flaw in the design of the French Door refrigerator
I would like to report a flaw in the design of the French Door refrigerator with bottom freezer drawer-model number RF260BEAESP/AA. The ice maker allows ice to exit the rear of the unit when the freezer drawer is pulled open for removal of frozen food or for ice removal. The ice then is deposited on the freezer floor. This not only wastes ice, it creates a collection of ice cubes which eventually inhibit the secure closing of the freezer drawer. Eventually, the incomplete seal of the closure allows frost to build up on the contents of the freezer. I would hope that Samsung redesigns the ice maker and its location within the freezer drawer.

January 3, 2015 I purchased a scratch and dent Samsung french door refrigerator with ice maker in the freezer unit. It came with a 1yr. warranty from Samsung and I purchased a 5yr. warranty from Lowes. It was delivered and installed by Lowes on January 6, 2015. It started to produce ice and it produced half a gallon bag of ice and then quit. We went through the manual which gave us no direction. I turned off the ice maker so that it would not burn up. I called Samsung January 9, 2015. They walked me through the troubleshooting and told me that because the ice maker was turned off, I had to wait 48 hrs. for service. They called me back on January 12, 2015 and again a different associate walked me through the same trouble shooting process but added a twist, which was the rollers where touching the floor and therefore Lowes had to come back out and give the refrigerator a 2 inch tilt. That seems ridiculous however we jumped through the hoops. I went on live chat with Samsung January 15,2015 and again that associate was going through the same trouble shooting process. Really, does anyone do service anymore? I let him know that it is unacceptable to have a refrigerator only one week old. With full warranty and not be able to get it serviced. Very unhappy with Samsung and will never buy another appliance from them.

I am so upset with SAMSUNG appliances. We purchased a refrigerator Model #RF28HFEDBSR from them in 2014. It worked fine until months ago when we had Samsungs provider One Stop Appliance come and fix it. $330 and a 90 day warranty. At 120 days the same problem occurred so we called the Geek Squad because we purchased it at Best Buy. They came and fixed the exact same problem for another $330. Now we are again about 20 days out of the 90 day warranty and Samsung WONT DO ANYTHING!!Its ridiculous that we have to pay for the same issue to be fixed over and over again. They are supposed to have such good customer service but we are certainly not feeling it. They told me twice they would help but they would charge us AGAIN to fix the same problem for a THIRD time!! Why do they get high ratings??? I dont understand it. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG APPLIANCES!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please share! Thanks.

I bought a Samsung microwave (next to top of the line) and within a year it would not heat. The store I bought it at graciously replaced it. I added money to it and purchased the top of the line one - again a Samsung. In January the door bracket broke and my husband and I spent a day finding the right bracket on the internet. It was a $10 part and after finding schematics on the internet on how to replace it he was able to replace it. Otherwise it would have been at least a $125 repair call. It will be 2 years in July since we purchased this top of the line Samsung microwave and this one is not working. I detected a burning wire smell this morning in my kitchen and could not figure out where it was coming from till I opened my microwave to heat my tea and the light did not come on and the control panel was not lit. Thats when I realized that the burning wire smell was coming from the microwave. Really? Two Samsung microwaves within 3 years. I have sent Samsung an email asking for some kind of financial reimbursement to purchase another microwave because I will never purchase another Samsung microwave. I doubt that a reimbursement is going to happen. But I will keep all of you in the loop.

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator May, 2015. I want to keep others from making the same mistake. I would not buy any Samsung product, ever! This has been a piece of junk from the start and Samsung totally excludes themselves from any contact. The ice maker has not worked correctly from the beginning. They replaced it in the first year and it still hasnt worked properly. I would highly recommend people to buy anything other than Samsung.

I just purchased all new Samsung kitchen appliances. The dishwasher was broken. It ran, but would not turn off even when I opened the door. I had to turn off circuit breaker. Called Lowes, and they replaced with a new one. They were great about it as I said I did not intend on having to pay my contractor a second time to install it, they completed the installation. Now it runs, but does not dry dishes. I purchased the rinse agent as I was advised, used it, still does not dry dishes. Today I used the sanitize option which was suggested in manual to get dishes dry...still not dry. I also have a very bad smell coming from dishwasher when there are no dirty dishes in it. It smells like garbage. So today I called Lowes and spoke to my salesman. I am NOT going to re-purchase a Samsung. He is going to have his department manager call me tomorrow. Again, I dont want to pay installation, but either way I am so disappointed. So far I am happy with refrigerator, stove, and microwave, but have only had them two weeks.

We recently purchased a Samsung side-by-side refrigerator (Model#RS22HDHPNSR/AA) back in June from hhgregg. According to the date on the inside panel the refrigerator was built sometime in January 2014. We purchased the unit June 2014 and it’s barely six months later and the refrigerator stopped working! That refrigerator wasn’t cheap in price but obviously that wasn’t the case when it came to its assembly. The refrigerator died on us this past Saturday, October 11, 2014 and I put in a repair request online Sunday via the Samsung website. As I had put all the details required to get the process moving, imagine my surprise when those same details were requested yet again when someone finally got around to calling. So once again I sent the information via the website and my personal email. After sending the information again I was under the impression that a repair person would be sent out ASAP to remedy the malfunctioning refrigerator problem but I was wrong. A repair person didnt show up until Thursday October 16, 2014, five days later. Let me reiterate - five days have passed with us being without a working refrigerator. The repairman arrived before 12pm. He proceeded to inform my mother that he was told that if the refrigerator could be repaired he would repair it. He told us that it would take two to four hours to fix the problem. He checked various aspects of the refrigerator and spoke with someone that I assume was a representative of the Samsung company via his company phone and shortly thereafter around 1:15pm, he went outside. We assumed he went to his truck to retrieve the necessary materials or tools to fix the problem and we haven’t seen the repairman since!!! So, not only have we been without a working refrigerator six days but to add insult to injury the person that the company sent out to repair the malfunctioning unit has left us in a lurch without so much as a word!My mother has been on the phone with numerous company reps since Monday and we have yet to have this situation resolved. The last person she spoke with today (10-17-14) said someone would be out Monday. I wont believe it until I see it. I am quite disgusted with Samsung and personally will NEVER purchase product they create.

I am not sure if I got a lemon or if this is a widespread problem, but we bought the Samsung Fridge (model RF4287HARS/XAA) in November 2011. The middle shelf on the left door, as you face the open fridge, which is adjacent to the ice maker, cracked after a few months. The crack was minor but spread over time. We barely used the shelf and could not figure out how it happened. We ordered a replacement shelf (under warranty) in Sept. 2012. It had been a problem for months, but that is when we got around to it. The problem recurred very soon after getting the replacement shelf.Again, it was small to start, and we did not notice it for a while. As we were busy with kids and the holidays, we did not contact Samsung until 2013. The warranty was up, but Samsung agreed that the shelf should not have formed a crack and sent us a second replacement in early June 2013. We put in the replacement shelf, and this time, we did not even put anything on the shelf, and it cracked again... the third time, within a few days. Each time, the crack has started where the shelf touches the door at the ice maker. At this point, it is clear that the crack is being created by the ice maker. Samsung is sending a third replacement shelf but will not acknowledge that there is actually a problem with the fridge that is causing the shelf to crack. I am not certain if it is a unique defect with our fridge or more widespread. I started typing this as I approached one hour of time on hold for their customer service supervisor. I had asked to escalate things to the Executive Customer Relations team but was told that no one could take the call, or a message due to high demand. I finally abandoned my call after this long hold time.

We purchased the oven in 2016 with a convection feature which we initially really liked & used the convection part almost exclusively. In 2019 I saw a flash of light which I thought was flames coming from the back of the stove. I immediately turned the Oven off & the flames disappeared. Since then we had 3 issues where the convection oven got much hotter than the temperature display indicated & burned the food. We had a repairman come out who determined that the oven temperature was 27 degrees hotter than what the temperature indicator showed. He adjusted the range to lower the temperature 27 degrees to match the range indicator. All of these incidents happened with the convection feature. We stopped using it & only used the regular baking feature. Four days later, my sister was baking a meatloaf at 350 degrees. 15 minutes before it should have been done, it looked like it was already done & before she could take it out of the oven a loud explosion occurred shattering the glass baking dish into pieces. Needless to say, we do not trust this range and will never buy another Samsung appliance!

I purchased this Samsung Bottom Freezer Refrigerator IN July 2018; had ice maker hook up by reputable plumbing service... Six months later started noticing in both veg compartments moisture build up & totally ruining my fresh fruit & vegetables. I have contacted Samsung online tech services and most recently and followed chat instructions and still the problem is not fixed; only worse? I have currently removed both veg baskets & leave a heavy towel to absorb moisture. This moisture/water compensation causes mold build up along the side of the two doors & top realm of freezer. Im a very disappointed & unhappy customer; I also have asthma condition & this mold is most unhealthy even for someone not compromised. I had previous refrigerator bottom freezer type & NEVER experienced any moisture in upper refrigerator.

Purchased Samsung refrigerator 3 years ago. Ice maker has not been working properly for several months. After researching this problem, I find it is very common. It has been reported that there was a design change made to the current model to address this. Spoke to a Samsung customer support person as well as a manager. They will not assist with the cost of the service call in any way. I received estimates of $400-$500 dollars. The refrigerator cost $2000. So in three years I am incurring a repair cost equal to 1/4 the price of the refrigerator. We are remodeling our kitchen in several month. It looks like it will be LG for us in the future.

I purchased a brand new in the box Samsung over the range microwave, installed it. It worked well and was beautiful, stainless steel and black. I worked away from home off and on about two years, came back to live at home again full time. One day it said SE on the screen. I called Lowes. They wouldnt take it back. I called Samsung. They told me to call a service person at my own expense. I said, No! I explained I had barely used it and no way was I spending another $170 added to the $200-$300 it cost me initially. So basically, they sell disposable microwaves. I also own a Samsung top load washer and dryer that cost about $1800-$2000. So when these crap out, I will load them all in my truck and drop them through their nearest Samsung plate glass windows. If I wanted to purchase disposable ** in the first place, I would have done so. Kiss my **, Samsung! I tell everyone about this! Seriously, they suck!

I called twice in 6 months on the same problem. The first time was in addition to setting up a contact for an authorized repair person to come out. I was told that the problem was that the drain line was frozen and they suggested that I let the refrigerator and freezer completely thaw and this should take care of the problem. I did this for 4 hours with both doors open. I may have solved the issue for 4-5 days, but it returned. On my second call, I went through the same information again. This time I went through with having the authorized repair person. I took the day off to accommodate their window of availability. When the repair person arrived, he already knew what the issue was. He did remove one crisper tray and acknowledged that he could see where the water was coming from. He then told me that there is an upgrade that is out that will fix the problem. When asked, he told me that it would not be covered by warranty because it was an upgrade and not a fix. He was here for 10 minutes, which included his paperwork being done. They charged me $76.00 and then proceeded to tell me that the parts and labor would be $116.00; however, the parts are on back-order and so the repairs would not be done until October and this is September 11th. This, coupled with the thawing suggestion, tells me that is not a small issue. So I called Samsung and after 10 minutes on hold as the problem was being reviewed, I was transferred to the executive customer relations department only to be told that my refrigerator was past its one-year warranty and there was nothing they would do to satisfy my issue. Is it unreasonable for a product that costs $1300.00 to last longer than 3 years? So much for executive customer service”! They have my money and they didnt seem to think that they need anything else from me. What they fail to remember or maybe care about is that I (a consumer) will want to buy an appliance again and I have friends that will need to do the same!

There are so many of the reviews here with the exact issue I’ve had with the Samsung French Door refrigerator but I thought I would add my two cents just in case someone may still be considering buying one of these things! The ice maker has been a constant issue and I’ve had repair after repair called in on it. It completely freezes up and stops working, leaks water all over the place. It’s unbelievably annoying. I had the 4 year extended warranty with Lowe’s so I haven’t had to pay for these repairs but now I’ll have to be paying out of pocket for anything. Every couple weeks we have to defrost the ice maker. Lowe’s tells us now that they only consider a product a lemon if the same call is made 3xs in 30 days, well I could’ve met that criteria if I had felt like dealing with service calls over and over. However, had I known that I would have dealt with it. There is a class action lawsuit on this matter. Bottom line...run from Samsung.

Purchased new French door Samsung fridge (RF18FENBWW). About 4 months later I noticed water under the veg drawers. Thinking I had spilled it, I just cleaned it up. Then a few months later, same thing. Called Samsung and they told me to defrost it, raise front up - did that. Then about 2 weeks after 1 yr warranty expired, I need to clean up water at least twice weekly or it runs onto floor. Samsung will do nothing. I have to defrost for a few days at least monthly. Refrigerator works fine. Water filter cartridge needs to be changed every 6 months. Thats okay too. But SAMSUNG refuses to provide information on what to do to recycle the used filter cartridge. I dont want to reuse it; I just dont want to add more plastic to landfills. Some other refrigerator manufacturers tell you how to empty used cartridges and recycle the plastic. SAMSUNG wont. I tried online search: no usable results. I tried online chat: they connected me to a Printer Expert for crying out loud! FTQ353IWUX - There is a major defect in these appliances due to a combination of factors. First: all the wiring near the oven upper element is exposed to extreme heat that has damaged all the wiring plastic insulation by drying it, severely causing cracks that have exposed the bare wires. This may be contributing to the frequent cases of fire since arcs may be happening. Also, at the main board, the plug that controls the broiler temp. settings is prone to sticking and overheating, causing it to catch fire. Amazing some appliance like this has not been recalled by the government. Everyone should unplug these units and remove the back cover to visually inspect the wiring insulation near the fans. All these wires are going to show damage, cracks and longitudinal fissures exposing the wires.

My elderly parents bought this refrigerator and after thirteen months began
My elderly parents bought this refrigerator and after thirteen months began having issues. They would send someone out but it would be 2 weeks. I told them of their health issues, my dad is a heart patient and diabetic and we really needed something pretty quick. I was also told from customer service you should always have a back up refrigerator. I asked, Who could afford two refrigerators, and where would you put two? The tone got worse and then I was just pretty much angered with his non-caring attitude. Not to mention that only very few technicians are certified to do a service call. I called Sears and they generously offered 3 days sooner. Very honest and tried to offer other options to try such as unplugging the unit for 2 days in case it had froze up, before spending money my parents did not have on their fixed income. We were never told to try anything from Samsung, to maybe save the expense to a sick, elderly couple. I was told that the minimum amount would be around $685.00 for the visit. Needless to say, we took his advice to unplug the unit for 2 days then restart. At least Sears tried to offer an alternative for us. Have lost food/beverages twice, still no refrigerator/ice maker, etc. Enough air flowing to not be eligible for warranty for a big part such as compressor, etc. Will probably be replaced ASAP b/c that is more than half the price it cost to begin with. After two weeks, they are living from a dorm size refrigerator and a Yeti cooler for ice. With their customer service, me along with my parents are done with Samsung. Sad to say on reviews on this particular type, they are messing up at about the 13-month mark. There is no excuse for a nice, new refrigerator to tear up with barely over a year of use. Never again! Very frustrated, not to mention the anguish my parents are going through. When you buy something that expensive, you expect it to last a while. I have had my Kenmore side-by-side for almost 20 years so we have learned a lesson. But the main lesson is all about the attitude you give the person on the other end of that phone. Try to be a little sympathetic to an elderly persons situation Samsung! Going to try to find another one after their check comes the first of the month. Another several days.

Nightmare... Purchased the dishwasher June of 2014, 2 years later water wall error 7E, which is an expensive fix. It involves two motors and a sensor. Called several service technicians in our area, they all stated that there are several service bulletins and TSIs posted for Samsung service technicians in regard to this issue so it would be best if I called Samsung because Samsung should fix for free because it is a product defect that is warranted. I called Samsung at 1.800. Samsung and spoke with William in customer service. He agreed that this is a defective issue with this Samsung dishwasher and that they would offer me a one-time extended service agreement and would set up an authorized Samsung service company to come out and fix it.The next day I received a call from the Authorized Service Company, Quick Fix and they said that I would have to pay for the service because it was out of warranty, I stated what William had told me. They said, “Well, in addition to this not being written in the notes, we no longer service your area so Samsung will have to provide another authorized service company for your unit.” So I called Samsung back and spoke with supervisor Tyler (employee number- **) and Layla (employee number **). They stated that William had not written it in the notes for the extended service warranty and that Samsung does not even have an authorized service company in our area, so they wouldnt be able to help us. We have asked them to review the recorded service call with William as they stated that they couldnt honor because it was not in the notes.I went back to my warranty. It states that Samsung will cover all parts and labor if it is deemed to be a defect issue. We went back to Best Buy to receive assistance with the issue as we had purchased the DW80H9930US from Best Buy. The sales reps, Chris, tried to call Samsung and get help with the issue as they had a list of authorized Samsung service repair in SWFL. Samsung also told Best Buy that they did not have authorized Samsung repair service in SWFL. Best Buy started giving them the list. They said that Best Buy would need to contact Samsung’s ECR service. Best Buy did state that this is always an issue with Samsung and that they have poor customer support and that there are a lot of issues with Samsung appliances.ECR was closed, so Best Buy passed my complaint to Vanessa, she called ECR the following week. Samsung’s customer service agent told Vanessa that Samsung would be giving me a full refund on my dishwasher as they know that there is a severe issue with the water wall on these dishwashers. Samsung had Vanessa fax my receipt and other documentation to a fax number. They were supposed to send fax her back with a refund letter so that I could purchase a new dishwasher from Best Buy. A couple of days went by with no word, so Vanessa called Samsung back. Samsung stated that they had no record of Vanessa ever calling and that no refund would be issued. Vanessa stated that Best Buy would not be able to help me any further. Why are Samsung and Best Buy still selling these dishwashers if they know that there are severe issues with the product and that neither one of them will stand behind the product, so the customer is left with an overpriced appliance that does not work. Both companies have failed in providing customer service and support. Neither one stands behind the warranty. Hoping that all appliance companies will read this and stop selling Samsung appliances! Customers stop buying from Samsung and Best Buy!

The LED lights on the Heavy and Quick buttons start flashing and the dishwasher stops working after a minute or so of starting the dishwasher. I bought the dishwasher in January 2011 and the problem first happened just after a year of purchase, so I was outside of the warranty. The bill to fix this was about $300 and all the repair person did was pull out the dishwasher and wash the sensor (he said that there was some kind of dirt on the sensor). It took him about 5 minutes to fix it. He advised me to run the dishwasher empty once a month on Sanitize mode. I have been doing this diligently. Now less than 2 years later, I am encountering the same issue all over again. It seems like there is a problem with the design of the dishwasher. Other than the initial investment, Samsung wants consumers to spend $300 every 2 years to keep the dishwasher running!!

They may make good TVs but their refrigerators leave a lot to be desired. Our unit is a double front door with bottom freezer. The unit was over $2000 and worked good until the warranty went out. The first problem was the panel where the water/ice dispenses. That unit went out and was quite expensive to get repaired. Since then, the ice maker has quit and now the front of the unit is rusting and looks terrible. See the best effort photo. People come into our house and when they go in the kitchen they ask about the Samsung refrigerator. Then they take one look at the rust on the front and quickly change the subject. I will never buy another and feel like I paid too much for an inferior product.

Simply DO NOT BUY IT! The SAMSUNG dishwasher DW80F600UTB is by far the worst purchase that everyone shall avoid. Acquired one unit in Aug 31, 2013 at Future Shop Calgary, Canada. The machine was delivered on Sept 6, 2013. It worked marginally well up to Nov 3, 2013 (not even 2 months of use). On this fatidic day, the machine started leaving food residue and unfinished, not washed glasses, and from this point and on, my WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! In a nutshell, I spent hours and hours on the phone with SAMSUNG (UN)SUPPORT Services(?). They sent me one local (not SAMSUNG) technician that pinpointed several problems (from the Pump up to Water Pressure). After 7 (SEVEN) visits and lots of parts replacement, the technician finally agreed that the machine was NO GOOD! Note: SAMSUNG will only replace your dishwater if their technician agrees that the machine is NO GOOD. In July 2014, I received the NEW UNIT from SAMSUNG but need to pay freight and installation again. The new unit worked marginally well up to February 2015.At this point I decided to wash the same batch of dishes at least 3 and 4 times, and tomorrow (Dec 28, 2015) I will buy a REAL DISHWASHER! This DW80F600UTB has serious design issues not recognized by SAMSUNG. On this regard, I would like to join BORIS of Calgary to enter in a fully documented and water-tight lawsuit against SAMSUNG. SAMSUNG must understand that we, customers, are not idiots nor money grow on trees to be spent in such a JUNK equipment.

I bought this refrigerator because of the high tech features. For weeks I tried to sync my calendar from my phone to the refrigerator screen with no success. I admit I am not that savvy on tech, but I had two people who are and they gave up. I had the box for less than a year. The lock on the water/ice control comes on and you have to go through the screen to find the lock and unlock it. For the second time, the dispenser will not toggle from ice to water. The entire part was replace less than a month ago and I am having the same problem. I love the idea of high tech and the integration but clearly, if you cant get a Samsung phone to sync with the Samsung refrigerator there is a problem. This was NOT a cheap unit so I am frustrated to pay so much and have nothing but problems. The customer service is terrible. They always tell you to reboot the computer or turn off the refrigerator and refresh it by plugging it back in after a minute. Easier said than done. The refrigerator is in a cabinet and I have to roll it out and squeeze in to unplug it and plug it in again. I had a Kenmore for 15 years and never had to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work. I am very dissatisfied with this appliance.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator 400 LTR from Vaishali, **. From the start, the problem was that the upper portion of the fridge is ice-deposited and the lower portion is warm and the vegetable, etc. gets spoiled. When I complained, the person guided me on phone, around six months back, and said that if I switch off the refrigerator for one night, it will be okay, and this worked. But time and again this problem arises. It is the defect of the Samsung technology and why should I suffer> When I complained, they say that the engineer will come and charge 400 Rs for visit, in my view the basic defect should be removed by Samsung free of charges, or they place my fridge with a new one . I purchased it around 20 months back.

If a 0 was available for rating I would rate Samsung with a 0... Never again will they have my business. I purchased my Range glasstop NE59J3420SS at Home Depot on April 2016. Not even a week I was cooking and heard a loud pop noise and removed my pot and saw that the glass was cracked. I immediately called Samsung and the conversation started nicely and was under the impression that they would fix it since the agent told me they would. I send pictures of the damage and of receipt of purchase. They told me they would call me... Never received a call from them. So I called a week later to see what was going on and they had closed my case because no pictures were received they said, which is bs. New agent created a new case number and had to resent everything. She said I had to wait for 3 days and they would call me with an appt sent up for a technician to come and look at it. Again never received a call so called them... They gave me the appt for the technician to come and thought he was gonna fix it. Instead he left with no answers to my questions so called Samsung back and they kept saying they would fix it. Waited and waited and waited and nothing from them. Called again to see what was going on and said again they would send a new technician to look at it. Dont know why. They already seen pictures. But the new technician that came was checking our oven which our oven was working and told him it was the cracked top not the oven and again left with no answers. I called them and said they would call me back. Again they never did. After weeks of waiting for their call I called them back and said it was physical damage and would not be covered. Wtf... Not even a ** week with it and still fully under warranty and they wouldnt fix it. This company is really a ** joke. I was calling them constantly for over 5 months to get this fixed for them to tell me at last that they would not fix it. Very disappointed and frustrated process to go thru with this company. Never ever again will be buying from them. And to make it worst Im still paying Home Depot for this???? PLEASE BE AWARE!!!

Their product is crap and the customer service is trained not to help you, they tell you there’s no one in your area to fix it, that you need to find your own repair man. When the 23rd came, I received a call saying they still had the dented fridge for me and theyd give me $150 if I took it. I called Home Depot and told them to cancel the order. Within 15 min., I got a call from a Samsung rep who assured me she would take care of the problem and gave me another delivery date but when that date came, the Samsung rep had not communicated her conversation with Home Depot or the delivery company. The good part of this fridge is it looks very nice but. I love the design inside. If you buy this make sure you take the 5 year warranty. You will need it. I bought this fridge 2/17 to replace a Kenmore I had for 20 years. The ice maker froze you all the time, right from the beginning. I had to get a hair dryer to melt the ice build up. In 11/19 the circulating fan started making noise for about a week then finally stopped. I lost all the food that I had. I called where I had warranty and they said fan went out and had to order a new one which took a week, now Im without a fridge. I got it repaid and thought things happen, no problem. Now 4/20, 4 months later same problem. The fan went out again.. Im 71 years old I had 3 weeks of food in the fridge I had delivered because of Covid 19 virus. I lost $250.00 worth of food. I cant go out because of quarantine. I have no way of keep anything cold.. I called where I have warranty. They came out next day and had to order the part. Its been 10 days and still no part and no fridge and no food!!!I went online just to see if maybe there was a recall on this fridge and found out there is a class action suit against Samsung for this exact unit.. I called Samsung and explained the problem. Not sure what to do. I called W.A.M.G channel 6 news to the reporter that did a story about this unit on 11/19 and how it was plagued with problems.. They want to come out to interview me and do a story on this fridge but with Covid-19 they cant at this time and told me to call Samsung. At this time Samsung has done nothing. Im still without a fridge and food. On Social Security, 71 years old and totally frustrated with this unit.. I would not recommend this fridge. Buy another brand.

I bought the Samsung French Doors/Bottom Freezer in June 13, 2011 (Model RF266AEPN/XAA). The first repair came in December 2011. Control panel was iced. The refrigerator was not cooling. In fact, temperature control showed 68 degrees! Then there was the issue of the freezer door. You had to forcefully open it, as though the side rails that supported the freezer seem to lock, preventing the door to open. Then once opened, it had to be forcefully closed. Now, its happening again. Refrigerator is losing its cool. It just so happened that I kept the old Amana in the garage. Ive had to transfer the items from the Samsung to the Amana. I called BrandsMart USA on Friday, March 16, 2012, where it was purchased since it is still under warranty. They set up for someone to contact me on Monday, March 19, 2012. I am going to look into whether I can return it to BrandsMart USA. The first time it was repaired, the Samsung repairman said they were having issues with these refrigerators. I am going to check with my legal plan to see what can be done. I will not purchase a Samsung anything again.

We bought an RF267 series refrigerator. And like many on this site, we started to experience problems with the ice maker right away. It only makes ice when it feels like it. Sometimes we will go for a couple of months without any ice, and then it starts to make ice with no warning. Most of the time it just makes clunking and popping noises. This has gone on for a couple of years and after reading about all of the other problems, I am afraid to have it repaired. It seems I am lucky compared to most of you. Many options on this unit, boost certain zones, a flex tray on the top, more than a few load options, but whats the use if your dishes are not dry. Handles a lot of dishes at one time and better organization. Stainless steel outside and inside. I should have done more research before purchasing this unit. Dishwasher DW80F600 Series Serial # B00AG9MF106456D - We purchased this dishwasher 13 months ago for $800 at Lowes. It stopped draining the water last August, so we had it repaired under warranty. The technician they sent out installed all new parts on the machine. It worked well until last night when the problem reoccurred. When I pulled the machine out to find the serial number, I noticed that the frame was badly cracked on both sides. The cracks emanated from holes that were drilled in the bottom front of the frame. Having studied metallurgy, this is called stress crack corrosion, and is normally caused by a vibration. I called technical support and they told us that since the machine was one month out of warranty that they could send out a technician to repair it for $309.00 (including tax), and that they would also extend the warranty for another year at this price. After reading the reviews on this series, we opted to discard it and purchase a model that was not a Samsung.

I, like everyone else, got the Samsung SE error out of nowhere, at around 18 months after purchase. I read all these reviews today and was about to go shopping to replace my SMH9187ST microwave. After power cycling it, the SE error would come back between two minutes and immediately. So far, after I did what I did, it hasnt happened in 8 hours. So here is what I did. Hopefully this will work for someone else. All you need is a Philips-head screwdriver and I didnt even have to remove the microwave from where it was mounted.Take out the top two screws. They fasten the top front vent grill to the microwave. To remove the vent grill, simply slide it to the left and pull out. Now when that is removed, you now have access to the one Phillips-head screw that holds on the dreaded keypad on the right of the microwave. Remove that screw. Then, slide the keypad assembly up and wiggle left and right to slide the fingers that hold it on to the microwave free from the slots they are in. Now once that is free, you can pull it out and see the few connectors that connect the keypad to the rest of the microwave. There is a white connector and a blue connector towards the bottom of the back of the keypad assembly. I simply reseated those connectors. Meaning, I unplugged them then plugged them back in making sure they were snug. The blue connector seemed to be a little loose when I went to reseat it. Im thinking maybe it had backed its way out somehow and was causing a bad connection, therefore giving me the SE error. But thats it. Line up the keypad assembly fingers back up with their proper slots and slide it down, therefore lining up the screw hole on the keypad assembly with the screw hole on the microwave and put that screw back in. Then slide the top front vent grill back on from left to right after lining up the little fingers with the slots they fit in. Then screw back in those two screws that hold the grill on. My beeping that was happening has now stopped and Ive microwaved a few things since. It took me no more than five minutes to figure out how to open it up, reseat the connectors, and put it back together. So far, problem seems solved!

We purchased the Samsung RF28HDEDBSR/AA. One of the reasons we purchased this refrigerator is because of the great rating on Consumer Guide. The ice maker has a problem with water leaking into the maker and then freezing so it completely stops the making process, I had to pull out the maker & chip away at the frozen ice (think before self defrosting freezers), not a fun time. The ice maker when working dispensed the ice horribly. I had a tech here & he said they see this problem all the time and would never recommend a Samsung fridge because of the huge design flaw in the ice maker, there is no way to repair/fix the problem. He recommended LG or GE, We purchased an LG, and no problems, I have the Samsung in the garage as a 2nd fridge (no water to it). I have a friend I visited a month ago, she has the same problem! Now she is having frost in her bottom freezer, the tech told her to use a hair dryer. What a joke this refrigerator is, for the money it should work!!

We spent big dollars on this fridge and expected quality. We are a couple and have not put a lot of use on this fridge. At exactly 5 years, we started hearing a grinding fan noise in the back of the fridge. It got worse over the next week. Called a 5 star appliance repair company to come and take a look. We found out the problem is the evaporative cooling fan for the fridge. It is going to be a $350.00 repair. The repairman was very knowledgeable about the unit. He told us that Samsung refrigerators keep him employed. He also told us that we were the lucky ones having the refrigerator for 5 years with no other problems. He was a wealth of information, all of it bad for the longevity and costs that we could expect in the future. We decided to repair it and hope for the best. Repairman brought the new part back a week later. Unwrapped the bubble wrap to have a piece of plastic go flying. Part was broken and could not be used. He apologized and said that he would have to reorder and he could not guarantee that it would last even one year. We then decided to rethink our decision. After reading literally thousands of online reviews, we decided to cut our losses and run. Used our Labor Day weekend to seek out and purchase a new Made in America refrigerator. Money we had not intended on spending but glad to be out from under the Samsung brand. We have to wait for our new refrigerator and the fan noise is so loud now after 2 1/2 weeks that we can hardly hear one another to converse in our kitchen/family great room. Our daughter has been having problems with her ice maker on her Samsung from one year on, constant problem and royal pain. No fix in sight for hers either. One would think that Samsung would get a clue and improve their product but NO that is not what is happening. They knowingly continue to sell faulty and substandard products. We will tell everyone we know to walk away before they even consider a Samsung fridge. We wish someone had told us... If I could have given a worse star selection than 1, I would have... Save yourself a lot of grief and money~~DON’T BUY A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR.

Purchased a brand new Samsung dishwasher in November 2010. Immediately we had some type of electrical problems. Every time we went to use the washer we had to reset the breaker to get it to turn on. The electrical panel was eventually replaced after waiting months for the part. The same thing continued so the entire dishwasher was replaced in June, 2011. In October, we experienced our first error code message related to drainage. Found to be debris blocking the drain hose. In December had the upper rack bracket break loose. Weeks later had the same drainage error code appeared again. Technician found the plastic bracket pieces in the pump clogging the drain. Bracket was replaced but eventually broke again and became lodged in pump, requiring another service call. About six months ago a new error code appeared approx halfway through the cycle. Technician advised that it pertained to a water level issue. It was one of three things - the panel, the sensor or the level gauge. To repair could be costly as it would be hit or miss. We contacted Samsung and advised them of the problem. At first we were dealing with a woman who appeared very nice (by email). We eventually spoke by phone to a gentleman who just stated that they would only work on the dishwasher if it was still under the one year warranty. Although the warranty was technically up I questioned the fact that two units malfunctioned so obviously it was a manufacturers problems and the warranty should be voided... Well it is now July 2013 and Samsung has still not said, We stand by our products so we will replace the dishwasher..... Hey Samsung...... stick to phones. Leave the appliances to the experts.

In 2011, we bought a Samsung dishwasher and French door refrigerator. The dishwasher had problems from the first month, with basket clips breaking, and jamming the jets. They knew this was a widespread problem, but wouldnt switch out our unit. I left negative feedback on their site, which they removed (it was all factual), and sent me a warning email that they would ban me from commenting again. I switched it for an LG (no problems at all). Now, the fridge isnt working. It started making a loud rattling noise this afternoon, and a quick online search showed me that there is a class action lawsuit against them because the twin cooling system freezes over, and your fridge/freezer no longer cool/freeze. This company is a joke. Dont give them your money. Customer service is the worst, and they dont care if the product fails.

So had to wait almost a month for a new computer board. Finally it came in, he installed it and it still doesnt cool!!!!! So Im told it cant be fixed, have to buy a new refrigerator. A lot of money to pay for something thats only going to last for 4 and a half years. My daughter has a GE thats about 30 years old that runs like a top! Not happy at all.

We bought Samsung side by around May 2012. It has had several issues beginning almost immediately. The front panel went out twice and during the second time all the food spoiled. The technician had the nerve to say it was our fault because someone had to hold the buttons on the panel for it to go off. When I told him we were sleeping and woke up to this issue, he called us liars. Then a few months later this crappy appliance began making a horrible noise. This time a motor had to be replaced. So for two days we had to defrost it, so no food in our house for 4 days (2 to defrost/ 2 to get cold enough for food). So today, not even 3 years later, a tech came out and said the entire rear panel of the freezer and all components behind it need to be replaced. When is enough, enough? We are so angry they just wont replace this crappy Samsung refrigerator. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!!!

The ice dispenser has stopped working on my 2 and 1/2 year old refrigerator model # RF4287HA. The ice maker is making ice but the dispenser switch will ONLY dispense water. We contacted Samsung several times (both technical and customer support) by phone and in writing to no avail. Upon reading various reviews by other Samsung refrigerator owners, I have found that many of us are experiencing problems with these appliances. It appears that the product is defective but Samsung is not responding to our requests for assistance. I sincerely request that Consumer Affairs help us get some satisfaction from Samsung.

Bought from HHgregg a Samsung stainless package 08/01/13. Delivered and installed it 09/07/13. Everything worked great for a year except the dishwasher (DW80F800 series with stormwash). This dishwasher was why it took a month because it was an upgrade to the one on order but was out of stock. This dishwasher sucks! Not only does it not dry dishes from the beginning when I got it; yes I use the jet dry liquid rinse aid, error messages now keep coming on even after repairman came and replaced the main board (which took almost three weeks of hand-washing dishes), it does not have a heat drying element. $700 piece of **, after reading all the reviews of the same thing happening with lots of other Samsung dishwashers. As one reviewer said, Samsung needs to stick to making cell phones!P.S. I now have another repair order for this 15 month-old dishwasher and if he cant fix it this time Im gonna insist on a re-select from hhgregg and get a more reliable dishwasher.... The fridge, range, and microwave work well so far but STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG DISHWASHERS! ...or anything they should make that requires water. God forbid they start making hot tubs!

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator with freezer on bottom and double upper doors. It is 5 years old and every year we get water under the pull out tray. Yesterday I soaked up three large beach towels worth of water. Chilled out 1/2 ice that covered about 25% of space under drawer. The water gets so bad that it runs down on hard wood and warps it. Seems too happy when humidity is bad... Summer months. No repairman likes to work on Samsung. Great, but they should not be selling refrigerators. Come out cubes and crushed together, water works sporadically. Repairman been here twice, still not repaired. Water filter leaked, flooded kitchen floor. Apparently you have to move the refrigerator out and turn water off at back each time you change filter (never had another refrigerator that required that). Repairman could not roll out because the rollers on bottom of fridge have gone flat and will not roll so requires dolly to move each time you change filter. PIECE OF JUNK!!! The management company for my apartment purchased for me a Samsung Microwave model 18H704SFS in Sept 2015 from PC Richards. Since purchasing, it has stopped working three times and required service. The problem is with the sensors on the door which have been replaced only to fail again. My old cube microwave (thank God I saved it), which I had for over 15 years, never failed me... and I have had to bring it out of storage each time my new Samsung decided to stop functioning. Wonder of wonders, it still works perfectly unlike my nearly new Samsung.Even though I purchased a 5 yr warranty, all this costs me time in multiple appointments and return visits with parts ordered, not to mention all the phone calls. I just now turned to ConsumerAffairs to read Samsung microwave reviews, something I should have done before I bought Samsung as I see other persons with the very same complaint. I have a Samsung phone which I like. The microwave, however, seems to be a loser. Buyer beware!

4 years ago we bought a Samsung French door fridge from the local Best Buy store. This summer the fridge started making loud noises like a fan rubbing at speed. Turns out it was due to ice build up on the back wall of the fridge compartment. We moved the contents to the 20 year old Amana fridge in the garage and defrosted the Samsung for the weekend. less than a week later it was all iced up again. Since Best Buy requires all our personal information just to talk to someone about how much it will cost to have a tech come out and service the fridge, we contacted a local repair shop and they said its a known problem and that the Samsung repair doesnt work so they were reluctant to even schedule a tech.A week later the water dispenser button broke and while trying to fix that we noticed the 800 number for Samsung. I called them and a very pleasant fellow after reviewing the photos I sent issued a one time free repair service. #**. 24 hours later they call to say there are no available service providers within a hundred miles. They suggest I call Samsung appliance service who tell me since its not the ice maker they wont repair it and I should just call a repair service on my own dime.So I have a Samsung fridge that ices up and is causing food to spoil. Up to a quart of water collects under the Cool Select Pantry tray, that is also cracked. A broken water dispenser and an all-round piece of junk for a fridge backed up buy a we dont give a darn manufacturer. Wish we had read the reviews before we bought this because like so many others I will NEVER recommend a Samsung appliance. Bad design and worse service. The Samsung experience.

Within a year the bottom shelf cracked and crispers couldnt be used. Within the next year two of the shelves in door cracked and are useless. Replacement costs are prohibitive. The plastic fittings are literally falling apart and not warrantied. I have an expensive fridge that requires duct tape to keep shelving together. Did I get a lemon? We purchased the Samsung stainless steel bottom freeze refrigerator (Model RF4287HARS) from Lowes last November. The water from the dispenser is fine but the ice has a musty/plastic taste when it melts and is unusable. I contacted Lowes service and they scheduled a repairman to come out and check the refrigerator. The service guy ordered parts and in a few days, replaced the filter housing and hoses. The ice still tasted bad. I called back to Lowes service and they schedule the service guy to come back. He replaced the ice maker this time but that still did not correct the taste issue. I called service back and they suggested scheduling the service guy for a 3rd visit even though all the parts had been replaced. This was suppose to trigger an automatic Cannot be Repaired process and Lowes would request a Return Authorization from Samsung. First, Samsung refused to revisit the taste issue and also refused to issue a Return Authorization number. More or less, Samsung is saying were stuck with a refrigerator we cant use the ice from. Lowes Customer Support called and said they had done all they could do and that we could contact Samsung ourselves. We talked to a person in Executive Support thats suppose to be trying to get this resolved but, for now, were stuck with this refrigerator. We will never buy another Samsung product of any kind!!! If Lowes doesnt handle this to our satisfaction, we wont do business with them any longer and with our house remodeling business, we buy quite a lot from Lowes each year.

I paid for the top of the line Samsung refrigerator mostly cause I like the style of it and I tend to pay more for products based on what type of insurance the product is well built. I spent $5,000 for my Samsung refrigerator. May it be a cultural difference I really dont care. Were in America and we have high standards with our products. Our refrigerator ice maker gave us problems almost day one. After 3 attempts to repair the ice maker I contacted Samsung and over a course of several months it was unbelievable to have to call the number that only answers the phone for 2 hours a day and if youre not first in line you will not have an answer to your ring. If you try to call back it goes to busy. Based on my persistence and anger I made sure I was first in line. Then they make me jump through hoops knowing they sent repair guys who have designated my refrigerator ice maker unrepairable. So getting the information they wanted not that I would have to actually call back. They had an email address I could send the information but would not reply to my email which forced me to have to call back to this line that is only open for a couple hours per day! All I got was, Sorry sir thats just our policy!Again through my persistence I did get the check minus the shipping minus the time it took for all 3 repairs for me to take off of work minus the continued frustration and time aggravation to contact them over and over! On top of this it even gets worse. They wanted a picture of the power cord cut. This is to assure them I wont throw it in the garage and use it there! I am not writing for failed ice maker. I am writing for the arrogance of a company to have policies set against the consumer and America needs to know it!

Bought the Samsung French door refrigerator in 2014. In 2015, it stopped cooling twice. Had to be thawed at home since it is already out of warranty. Which is ridiculous. Samsung service is of no assistance. Just refer you to a local repair shop who refers you elsewhere because they refuse to service Samsungs products. If I had known about the short life of this refrigerator and the inability of it to perform its only job of cooling food, Id have definitely switched to another brand before the purchase of this $1,500 piece of pretty - looking junk. Samsung has been made aware of this design flaw for years, but due to selfishness and greed have refused to address the issue, fix / redesign the problem coils, or even recall their junk refrigerators. They have done a huge disservice to their consumers by allowing these pieces of junk to remain on the market without fixing the issues. I feel they should be made to recall the problem appliances. We lost over $300 in food and even the babys formula. Theres no excuse to sell high priced junk to consumers without standing behind your products. Bad business practices. Samsung should just stick with cell phones and computers. Their refrigerators are not worth the money or bad reviews. Just stay away!

Over the last 2 years I have purchased 3 Samsung appliances, a microwave, an electric range, and a dishwasher. Each had had quality issues. The microwave runs fine but the door handle completely pulled out of the door. We dont even use it very often. Its 2 years old so I know from my experience with the dishwasher that I wont get any help from Samsung for poor quality. The dishwasher is high end model. The pieces holding the upper rack are plastic and dried out and broke within months following the purchase. The company replaced them once but when it happened a second time - because the plastic once again did not hold up - no replacement because it was outside the warranty date. Really? This is a quality issue and should be fixed completely. For now tie wraps hold up my top dish rack. So much for a $900 dishwasher. Finally the range. It is hit or miss whether it holds the set temperature and doesnt necessarily get to temperature if using one or more burner. Ive had it with Samsung appliances. Never again. The only samsung product I can honestly say Im happy with is my phone. Samsung appliances look nice on the outside but are made of poor quality materials. I purchased my Samsung electric range Model NE597R0ABSR in September of 2014 from Nebraska Furniture Mart in Kansas City, Kansas. Last week on 08/10/2017 the oven suddenly caught on fire when I turned the oven on. Nothing in the oven. The control panel read that the temperature of the oven was only 275 degrees. I just heard a clicking noise and then a small boom and I could see my oven was on fire through the glass. Smoke alarm went off, and I got the fire out without getting hurt. The heating element in the oven had caught fire on its left side and was melted. The lens around the light was also scorched and then there was all the damage to the walls of the oven being scorched, the oven door glass was also scorched and damaged. I was very lucky that I was still in my kitchen when it caught fire or else I imagine more damage would have occurred to my kitchen and home. Of course being 3 years old it was no longer under warranty, but from the number of complaints on this same issue with Samsung ranges which not only includes my model number but other Samsung models it appears to be a manufacturing defect. I called Samsung customer service 1-800-726-7864 and told them what happened and they said it was no longer under warranty. I said to them that it looked like a manufacturing defect and was told well manufacturing defects were only covered for 1 year (ridiculous). The stove is a fire hazard. I unplugged the stove after I got the fire out. Then the Samsung customer service rep I talked to the 3rd time finally said that they would sent an authorized repair service to my home to evaluate the damage. Samsung would pay for the service evaluation and the labor to replace the parts, BUT NOT THE PARTS. Turned out that when the tech took the back off of the stove, it was the wiring harness that had been on fire also, plus the circuit board was damaged and that was just what he could see without taking it apart any further. Turned out the circuit board, the wiring harness and oven heating element parts would be a whopping $420.00. That was just the beginning, then there would be another $60 charge for the tech to come back. I told the repair service I was not paying for any parts and would not be having the stove repaired and it was ridiculous for me to have to pay anything at all for Samsungs negligence in manufacturing a stove with so many defects. An electric stove should never just catch on fire because the oven was turned on, and the wiring harness shouldnt have caught fire ever. That $1000.00 stove should have lasted more than 3 years. Samsung obviously does not care about their customers, or their well being, and I will never buy another Samsung product. So many of their appliances have exploded, caught on fire that it is ridiculous that these same products continue to be sold to the unsuspecting US public.

I never write reviews but I came on this site to see if I was the only one who had a problem with this stove. ALAS, I was NOT. We had the same problem with the temperature controls as many other reviewers did. Luckily my husband was able to change a part and fixed the issue. After several ruined meals since I couldnt figure out what was wrong initially. However, my glass top has broken twice in the last year. I had an old GE range prior to this and it lasted forever! It was easily 15-20 years old. I bought this Samsung smooth glass top range when we remodeled our KItchen. (MAybe 3-4 years ago) Loved it! Im not hard at all on appliances. I turned my teapot on to boil water for tea the first time and I heard a loud crack. TUrned around and the entire top had shattered. We had the glass top replaced, which was a costly repair but we liked the stove. The other morning, I had a small skillet on the stovetop making eggs, I turned around and heard another loud CRACK! This time it cracked underneath the skillet and into about four large pieces. SO, I am guessing from what I see here, no reason to call Samsung. We can replace the glass top again but honestly, the money we spent to fix these issues were as much, if not more than, the stove itself. I would recommend another brand glass top stove/oven if youre looking for one.

Approx. 4 yrs ago purchased a Samsung French door fridge. Recently the mullion bar became inoperable. After reviewing possible remedies IT became obvious that a new mullion bar had to be purchased. After purchase was made at a cost of $117.74 I tore the replaced bar apart and discovered the culprit to be a spring in the lower part of the bar. This spring could be made for no more than 50 cents at any reasonably priced manufacturer. I assume that the bar is also made by the Samsung corporation so it would be to their financial benefit to develop this spring as cheaply made as it is, so that additional financial gain could be made by their sale of this bar. My advice to any, who are considering purchasing this refrigerator is BUYER BEWARE.

I bought the new Waterwall dishwasher in July 2014. It worked well for one week. The door wouldnt stay shut. When it was shut steam came out the top and damaged my counter tops. We have had it repaired 4 times. Last night after investigating a moldy smell under the sink, we found black mold and wet wood. It appears the dishwasher has been leaking and we never knew it. I already have a claim with Samsung to replace my counter tops and now we may have to leave the house because of the mold. I called my insurance company who is sending someone out today to inspect. I wish I never bought this dishwasher. Samsung is the worst.

The microwave fan and over the range light go on randomly at all hours of the day. Samsung came and replaced the control panel and it worked for a while, then the same thing is happening. I called and Samsung said the warranty has run out so I would have to pay for the repair. I feel the control panel is a faulty design and since the problem reoccurs there is no sense in replacing it. The TV sound bar shuts off two times a day at random times.

We bought an Appliance package last October from Bill Smith Appliances. I am very dissatisfied with the Electric range. It has serious safety issues. The knobs that turn off the range top, turn very easily as when someone walks by it, or if I reach up and brush the knob, the stovetop goes on and heats up the glass. I have done it many times. Recently, the stovetop went on, without turning it on, and burned a plastic bowl that sat on the top of the stove. Im afraid that it will cause a fire, or burn someone not knowing it was on. I am very unhappy with the Samsung products and would not recommend them to anyone. Very dangerous! There was also a promotion for buying the appliance for $350 off the total cost. I have contacted Samsung, support@samsungpromo.zendesk.com and Bill Smith, phone #239-275-5555, because we still havent received our rebate.

I bought a Samsung refrigerator. I paid $1,200 and after 3 months it began to give me problems with the water dispenser and ice maker. It began making very loud noises. I called Samsung and they keep telling me to do the same thing until now after 1 year the guarantee is over and now they are telling me I have to pay to have someone come see it and it has been the problem since we bought it. I really would not recommend Samsung appliances to anybody.
