The oven temperature climbs and lowers all during the baking process. Totally inconsistent. Horrible for baking cakes! I bought a portable oven thermometer to monitor it. I can set the oven for 350 and the actual temp in the oven will be 375 one minute and 325 a few minutes later. There is also a 25 degree temperature variance from front to back and side to side in the oven. Forget cooking more than one item at the same temperature. When you buy such a big oven you plan on being able to utilize the space by cooking more than one item, but beware, they will be cooking at different temperatures. The top low burner is not low at all. It boils everything. The long middle high burner is okay on one end and way too crazy hot on the other end with flames so tall they lap over my skillet. The Samsung name on the top front/center of the stove is stickers. Each letter gradually slides off from the heat of the stove.

The refrigerator is 3 months out of warranty and I just started to have a freeze up problem on the coil and fan motor behind the rear interior wall. The service tech has been out 4 times over a short period of time and still cant fix the problem. I spent over $1000 just to be told this week from Samsung that the refrigerator cant be fixed because of a FLAW. I asked them for some type of credit and they refused. Thats it for Samsung. I am buying another brand and if there is a class action suit count me in.

Purchased a Samsung French door refrigerator ($2,300) in late 2016 from Home Depot. From the beginning the ice maker would become encased in ice and stop working every 6-8 weeks. Had to chip away at the ice around the ice maker for it to start working again. Searched the web for this problem and apparently this is a very common problem with this model. Contacted Samsung and was told service would cost me as it was out of warranty. Tried turning refrigerator off for a few hours to defrost ice and then it would work again for a few weeks. Now the ice maker and stopped working altogether. Called Samsung again and they refused service. This is a very poorly engineered and very expensive product to have customer service denied. Model RF23HCEDBWW.

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator freezer two years ago, I have had nothing but problems with the refrigerator side. It would not keep the frig side cool, I called Samsung for a repairman and it took them forever to come and check the frig. So I called a repairman...he came over right away and fixed it for me. He told me that these Samsung refrigerators have this recurring problems, where they ice up and I have to defrost them every month. I even replaced a part that cost me over $50.00 and didnt help and it did not. The same thing keeps happening. Every time I call Samsung they give me the runaround. I also purchased a Samsung washer and now it is starting to give me problems. It will give me a DC code...it means that the load is off set.

Ive come from a string of GE refrigerators that always seemed to disappoint me in one way or another. Most of the problems were related to not holding the desired temperature in both refrigerator and freezer compartments. I also experienced problems with excess moisture in the freezer compartment and ice makers/ice water dispensers that never worked properly. The water dispenser always froze up unless I raised the temperature to an unsafe level. Very poor design. The Samsung French door unit has worked perfectly for about 1 1/2 years, but it does make a lot of strange noises. So far this appears to be a quality unit that works as expected.

How do I start this? First bought Samsung because retailer said it was one of the best made refrigerator. After one year the thermal fuse failed, back panel blew out from frost. No warranty coverage. The tech said they had less than 1% failure rate on their appliances. I had no idea if it was the truth but he had a Samsung shirt on so that means he knows what he is doing, right?Well $327.00 later I had a working refrigerator on top of the $1400.00 I had already paid for it. The ice maker stopped making entire ice cubes. Only crushed ice seems to come out of it. That was OK just wrote it off as high moisture in South Carolina until the bottom of the refrigerator filled with water. I noticed the seal for the double doors was not completely sealed because of a wrinkle in the top of it. Warming it with a real hot towel I worked the wrinkle out of it. That seemed to help. Overall I dont recommend this manufacturer of refrigerators. Based on their lack of support I wont be buying Samsung anything for a long time if ever. I dont believe that I still have the receipt but I can find it being bought at Lowes in Seneca, SC four years ago.

We bought a Samsung microwave just little over one year. The Magtron/etectrode was out. We contacted Samsung for the 10 year part warranty repair. They scheduled their contractor -- Buy Brite Appliances. The service tech came and didnt do anything, and charged us $115 for the service trip, and told us that we need to pay $287 for the other parts on the microwave which need to be replaced to prevent the Magtron overheating again, and Samsung told us that only Magtron is under warranty. Stay away from Samsung microwave product. Its poorly designed and the customer service is horrible to help any. Its a big waste on your money and time.

I also bought a Samsung dishwasher about 2 years ago and I will never buy another Samsung dishwasher again. And I wouldnt buy another Samsung appliance either because of it. The issue I am having is with the lower arm. It keeps popping out from the tube it sits in. Every time I have make sure its in but 9 times out of ten its out when its finished. At first I thought the part had sheared somehow and that is why it was loose. So I bought another arm. $110.00 bucks! The new one popped in and lo & behold it did the same thing. I also have the same issue with the black gunk that builds up at the bottom of the door. I clean it quite often. Its GROSS! If you have a Samsung dishwasher run a paper towel along the inside of the bottom of the door. See what you get!

Called Samsung was given their authorized repair shop. 3 business day wait (Do they have a lot of work?). The coolant chemical Freon was leaking. I tell Samsung this is not normal and they say Well its past warranty so you are on your own. Over $1,000 to repair to the fridge is basically worthless. I should have listened to myself and only buy made with pride in the U.S. products UGH! We bought a SAMSUNG model RS265TDRS for an apartment that we use only on weekends. With 2 people, I hardly think that fridge gets much use but I do stock it with meats and other frozen food. I happen to notice my dog was licking something at the floor at the bottom of the fridge and that is when I noticed the leak was coming from the fridge. I open the freezer and refrigerator and everything is melting. I thought I maybe left the door ajar earlier ? NO, I did not! Who is going to pay for the spoilage now? Is Samsung going to reimburse me for all the food that got wasted? I also got Samsung TVs , Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, the whole works! Am I going to expect those to break down anytime soon?

Our Samsung Dishwasher DW80F600UTS would not drain. I have had such bad experiences with service people, we almost just went and bought a new dishwasher figuring it would cost us that much anyway with the service call. Turns out we had 3 weeks left on the warranty so we gave it a go. Called Samsung service directly (the 800 number) and the tech just left. Just a sensor problem, and he installed an upgraded control panel. All covered under warranty. All it cost me was the tip! Great service. Nice guy. Clean cut, polite. VERY, VERY pleased.

We purchased this dishwasher Model # DW80H9930US/AA on the recommendation of the HHGregg Sales Representative based on reliability. We have had nothing but problems since December 2014 when we purchased it, with 3 service orders to date. The last one is a repeat for the issue that we had less than a month ago. On top of that, Samsung uses servicing dealers that do not have parts in stock. Thus, they are allowed to order the parts based on the repair order making the customer wait the additional time for the repair. Of course, if there is another issue, you need to start all over again with a service request where they try to get you to repair it yourself using their manuals. I will never buy another Samsung appliance again!

On July 2016 I purchase all my kitchen appliances from Samsung at Best Buy. Unfortunately its not a year of purchase and I had a very bad experience which I believe its not fair for any consumer. First, they advertises that the appliances are stainless steel, which is not. It is hard to clean. On the range side the flat top is also hard to clean and it scratches easily, which it shouldnt happen due to the fact that that is a every day use item with multiple use. I dont accept the fact that they are saying that it is cosmetic and also is tear and wear before a year of purchase. I live alone and barely cook for this to happen. Im very disappointed with this product and the way that they handle and washes off the responsibility of the quality of their products. This is not an item that costs $100 or less we are speaking of an item that the price is over a $1,000. Unfortunately according to them there is nothing to be done.

Will never purchase another Samsung anything. Purchased 28 cu ft refrigerator year and half ago. Problems w/ the ice maker from the day I purchased. Same as other customers - ice maker noisy and would freeze up. You call Samsung and they walk you through everything you have already done and then refer you to another number that will get back to you. When they do they leave a message to call back to the original number. Called again and was told Id be referred to an authorized repair dealer. Then notified 3 days later that there was none in my area. I did some searching and found one who stated they were. They came out the next day and found the problem (definitely Warranty) but fridge was over year old. I had been dealing with this problem since I purchased it and was told noise was normal. Took about 39 min for technician to discover the ice maker was assembled incorrectly from the factory. He reassembled it and put it back in and the ice maker has been working well (its terribly slow) for 4 days now. No knocking and loud noises. Interesting that he figured it out and Samsung didnt have a clue. Apparently they have been installed in the factory incorrectly. Ill gladly join a class action suit against them! Samsung doesnt seem to care about the consumer at all. Samsung Blue Ray DVD player just quit after approximately a year. Had been a gift from our daughter. I love the fridge when it works but am very worried reading other complaints. Ice maker was terrible until technician from Back Canyon City (small town north Phoenix) came to the rescue. We had a broken refrigerator door shelf. I called Samsung and they promised to send me for free a new shelf even though it was out of warranty. Shelf never came. I called back and Samsung said order had been canceled (without telling me) because out of warranty. I said they promised to send me shelf. After several more phone calls and escalations, Samsung said they would not abide by their promise and said I would have to pay for shelf. Also, the ice maker went out shortly after the warranty expired and that costs $500 to fix. Suffice to say, I would not recommend buying a Samsung refrigerator and Samsungs customer service is awful.

About six years ago we bought a Samsung refrigerator. At first we were quite pleased. But that was short lived. After having the refrigerator for three years we noticed water accumulating in the bottom of the refrigerator. We soaked it up only to notice ice building up from the back. We broke the ice loose and cleaned it up to notice that the water and ice returned within a few weeks. The repairman replaced a few parts and told us that all Samsung are known for many problems ranging from electrical to mechanical such as the computer board, icemaker, and cooling units. After he left, I noticed that the shelves were sagging. The shelves no longer catch in their proper slots. I thought that perhaps the repairman didnt reinstall the parts correctly, but through my own inspection noticed no discrepancy. The refrigerator sides are simply bowing out causing the shelves to shift and sag. Recently, the water dispenser has stopped working, the food at the bottom of the refrigerator is freezing, and at this point I see no further reason to call for repair. Weve had the refrigerator for about six years and it is junk. Samsung has brought credence to the phrase They dont build them like they used to. What happened to the 20-year appliance?

This is ongoing problem since more than one month. I called Trail Appliances technician. First visit the technician said “problem with your filter” – totally wrong diagnosis. Second time the technician came he tried for 1 hr – no clue and he said will come again. Third time he came and he thinks it might be control panel (but he is not sure). When I talk to manager he said max the part cost will be $250 and they ordered the part even without my concern. Now parts came to their branch and was waiting for their call. When no call came I called them and they said we called on May 20/2016. No one has replied. Was just wrong. Now the part value is $500. Almost doubles. The customer service is very unprofessional from Trail Appliances. I feel like they are looting. With this problem there was a flooding on my floor and the wooden floor get damaged. Ceiling in basement also get damaged and estimated expense of $15000 for this faulty Samsung French door refrigerator and the technician they dont have a clue whats wrong. Purchased a Samsung refrigerator, Model # RF217ACBP in July 2012. Within 6 months, the ice maker broke and there would be huge amounts of water sitting in the produce bins. Had the ice maker replaced by the Sears tech and just emptied water from bins. Then, 1 month after warranty expired, the fridge started making a loud noise and would not ever stop. The 6 cooling vents in the refrigerator ice up and the temp is about 50 degrees causing all the food to spoil. I have unplugged it and defrosted it numerous times but within a week or two, it ices up again and all food is lost. I contacted Sears, where we purchased it and asked why they carry and sell a product that is obviously defective. They gave me a number to call for Samsung. Called them and they said that it was covered by them for 5 years but I would have to pay for the first service call but everything after that was covered. In reading ALL of the complaints online, I learned that to fix the problem was approx $500 and that only lasts for a short time until the problem returns. This Samsung product should be recalled since there are thousands of complaints regarding the same issue. We dont have a lot of money and a refrigerator that is less than 2 years old should not have a problem that is obviously a design flaw that does not have a permanent fix or repair. I have called local repairmen and none of them want to work on it because they know it cant be fixed and do not want to pit their reputation on the line. How can something like this with the magnitude of complaints not be addressed?

The machine comes on and then you can hear the water going to the washer and then you hear it pumping out. Then the lights come on indicating low water level. The second time it happen about a year later my husband took the sensor box off and replaced it. It wasnt under warranty. We cant afford to call the repairman. The last time I took everything from the washer and ran a couple cups of vinegar through a cycle and it has worked fine until this time I tried to run the washer again with vinegar but it didnt work. We bought a Samsung RF26J7500SR 3 door refrig eleven months ago. WHAT A POS. The refrig compartment fan system keeps freezing up (repairman said its an inherent design error! ), preventing it from staying cold. We threw out everything inside on Labor day as all the food spoiled waiting the 12 days for the repairman. Then I was told we had to reschedule since the refrig needed to be unplugged for 48 hours for all the internal ice covering the fan blades to melt. On the return visit days later parts were replaced and a factory anti-freezing kit installed. Now, two months later, the fridge is full of Thanksgiving leftovers and its warm inside again, seems like the same problem. Samsung customer service can only confirm its broken, gave me the number of a local repair guy that will fix it under warranty. I assume the repairman will give me an appointment 12 days from when they call me back, which was how long it took for them to come to the house for the first repair!!! Looks like we will throw out everything again. What a joke. I will have to take another vacation day to wait for the repairman. Anyone who buys a Samsung refrigerator needs their head examined!!! I will never ever buy another Samsung appliance of any kind.

My Samsung refrigerator broke again. This is the third time since I spent nearly $2000 to buy it new in 2013. But aside from the poor performance of the unit the real problem is the customer service regarding the repair. So far Ive called Samsung every day for the past 11 days and I am on hold again now. Apparently Samsung customer service will listen to the problem you are experiencing, very nicely tell you to expect a call within 24-48 business hours and then throw your information in the trash because nothing happens after that. Every day, I have to begin the process again so in this scenario 24 -48 business hours never passes. Dont buy a Samsung refrigerator. They break and no one is interested in fixing it. Or paying for it. Or replacing it unless you want to box it up and ship it off yourself (they actually suggested I do this!!) There are plenty of refrigerator companies. Please benefit from my experience. Do not purchase Samsung.

Samsung is a terrible choice for a stove- we bought a high end stove in Dec 2009 and now the inner burner of the triple burner is not working. The replacement burner is no longer being made so the entire appliance (true convection, warming drawer costed $1800 dollars) is useless. The fact that Samsung is aware that burners crack over time, and they dont make them is absurd. We have had our dishwasher 13 months, 1 month too long apparently. It was working perfectly, used approximately every other day. Then one day, it started to malfunction, stopping 10-15 minutes after we start a load, with an error message SE. Look up that code to find that its a draining problem. Ok, no problem. Disconnect the hoses, clean out the water, see that the hose is draining well, and reconnect. Load runs perfectly. Next load, the message happens again. This time, I remove the entire hose, clean it out. Reattach, runs perfectly. Happens again after the next load.Called Samsung, they stated sorry, your warranty is expired. Well, of course it is. Why would you warranty your product for more than 12 months? Ok, so thats fair. I ask for suggestions. Instead, the person I get at the 1-800-Samsung can hardly speak English, is talking SO quietly I can hardly hear her over the noise of the call center, and is basically just repeating what I am telling her. ZERO help at all. Tells me to just turn the power on and off then offers me some numbers for people to call to get authorized service. Tonight, after the 4th time of the SAME error message happening, we drain it, leave it unattached to the drain and have it drain into a bucket. Its draining fine, wonderfully in fact, but again, while watching it drain, we get the SE message, the same message that states we have an error with our drainage system. So, its one of two problems, a motor or an electrical. Either one is UNACCEPTABLE for a 13 month old dishwasher. Every single one of my appliances is a Samsung product, and because of this incident, I have absolutely zero faith in the other products. The thing that is now really bothering me is all the negative reviews of this product. How is it possible that this product is considered a high end product when I cannot find a single review to substantiate that? We spent almost $800 on this thing. Thats ridiculous, and to only get 13 months out of it. To get it repaired is going to cost us $200 for the service call and whatever the cost of the part that we need. I think we should just replace it but again, that makes me so mad because we shouldnt have to be replacing ANYTHING at 13 months. Im so upset Im crying. Shame on Samsung. Shame on you.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator 400 LTR from Vaishali, **. From the start, the problem was that the upper portion of the fridge is ice-deposited and the lower portion is warm and the vegetable, etc. gets spoiled. When I complained, the person guided me on phone, around six months back, and said that if I switch off the refrigerator for one night, it will be okay, and this worked. But time and again this problem arises. It is the defect of the Samsung technology and why should I suffer> When I complained, they say that the engineer will come and charge 400 Rs for visit, in my view the basic defect should be removed by Samsung free of charges, or they place my fridge with a new one . We purchased our top fridge - bottom freezer unit from Best Buy approximately 5 years ago. Last May it started making a lot of noise and then stopped cooling. We paid over $300.00 to fix it (defrosted it due to ice in back and replaced some parts). Now, one year later its not cooling at all. The ice maker no longer senses when it is full either. It is a piece of junk. I will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance.

We have had our refrigerator (bottom-freezer) less than a year. Weve had Samsung out 3 times to check out the random very loud noise that it makes. The resulting opinion is that the noise is normal. I am having to endure it as I type this and would encourage anyone to NOT BUY a Samsung appliance. Another thing is the space inside. The shelves are not spaced to hold American-sized food/drink containers, so we have to store them on their sides. From what Ive read, they make fine electronics - TVs, etc. Just dont buy their appliances.

We purchased this refrigerator (RF23HCEDBSR/AA) Oct 2014 and the last several months ice maker was making loud noise. We took it apart and ice cubes stuck so we cleaned it out. A month later again, and another month came. We turned the ice maker off because too loud of noise. Called service center, said they have 2 places to call. One in PA and the other also same distance in MD. We live in MD. Even though we turned ice maker off noise continued. We called someone local and came out next day. Said the seal and ice maker were the problem & ice getting stuck. After $98 for service call it started all over again. Called our local company again. They said Samsung has a 3 week back order for the parts. Hmmm the next visit to fix with labor & parts $325. I just dealt with Samsung with their washing machine recall 3 or 4 months ago. Now this.

$2900 Samsung french door refrigerator. Ice maker failed a little over a year after we bought it. I would have to remove the ice bin and use a blow dryer to melt ice buildup internally in the back of the freezer for about an hour each month to get the ice maker to make ice. Customer service was no help. Technician said it would cost $500 to fix. Refrigerator stopped cooling after two and one-half years. It would cost nearly $1000 to repair. Replaced it and will never buy another Samsung product.

I, too, am in possession of a Samsung refrigerator with a corroding door. The fridge is 3+ years old and the area below the ice maker is corroding. The refrigerator is black and the spot where it is starting to corrode is very noticeable and is embarrassing to say the least. Obviously it was a really bad design and the door should be replaced. The warranty does not cover the cosmetic issue but I feel this is a workmanship issue that should be covered and is a product that is deficient and Samsung should provide new doors. I have called Samsung twice who told me that I should call the retailer who I purchased the extended warranty from and the retailer told me to call the manufacturer. I will not make another purchase of any Samsung product and will not use the retailer any longer.

Like most of the respondents here, I will never consider the purchase of another Samsung product. Unfortunately in our current age, we are all well aware that companies simply dont have our best interests in mind. Samsung, however, rises to new levels of bureaucratic road blocks to service. More importantly is the fact they not only obscure what has transpired and been discussed previously, but just bold faced lie about they have or have not said.We purchased a large black side-by-side refrigerator in April of 2011. We have had more or less constant problems ever since (as mentioned elsewhere, the ice maker is a nightmare). We finally gave up on ever getting any service from Samsung. They have 2 certified repairmen in Hawaii (many repair services are qualified, but not certified, which means they cant perform warranty service). The demise of the refrigerator and our relationship with Samsung began its culmination last year when we had to pay out of pocket to replace the Motherboard, $400.00. Them 3 weeks ago the freezer stopped working. I got my previous non-certified repairman to check it out. He said the compressor had died. The good news is that its covered under warranty and most manufacturers will just refund some portion of the purchase price. After getting a hold of Samsung, I was told they would get a repair person out in 2 weeks (**). 3 days later, the refrigerator component also ceased working. I called Samsung back and demanded to be connected with the next level of service. This time I was told that they agree the wait was unacceptable and I would be refunded a portion of the purchase price. Oh, and by the way, despite the fact that I had previously been assured that the repair company (an 800 service) would have the necessary parts when they arrived, they had not in fact ordered any parts! In case youre wondering about the refund, they now contend that that option had never been discussed (**).So not only was I told that it would be 2 weeks to get a repair person out, but they would then have to order parts. I live in Hawaii, so its a foregone conclusion that the wait for those parts will be inordinate. After stewing about this for several days, I again contacted Samsung and this time I was informed that I had been informed that the repairs would not be covered by Samsung because it was out of warranty. I emphatically stated that no such thing had ever been discussed! The compressor is covered for 5 years. They eventually agreed that the compressor was still covered, then they hemmed and hawed, but in the end I was left without a working refrigerator and a many month repair process, if at all. Bottom line folks, avoid all Samsung products like the plague. I wish I had read these comments before I considered my purchase!

We purchased a Samsung side by side fridge/freezer with ice maker in 7/2011. It has been nothing but headaches! If the freezer is a little over 1/2 half, the air doesnt circular properly and then freezes up the back panel and eventually the fan. We have had a tech out here 3 times in 3 years. They have replaced the motherboard, air fan, and 3 ice makers!!! Now, normal companies would call this a LEMON but Samsung told me that its just a design flaw. Is that their way of job security for the tech department? If there are this many issues and complaints, something should be done. Oh and now, guess what is happening AGAIN? Yep, you guessed it, the back panel is freezing up once again and we have had it now for 3 1/2 years. NEVER NEVER will we buy a Samsung appliance of ANY kind again!!

I was promised a refund for my unrepairable Samsung refrigerator, and they rescinded that offer. Terrible customer service. People were argumentative. Information was withheld from me. One support person even had the gall to tell me that I should have known the refund procedure. Everyone refused to connect me to a manager. And no manager ever called me back. Speaking with a manager may have cleared up the refund procedure. The whole process was taking over a month, and I was without a working refrigerator. I was never told that there were stipulations attached to the refund, namely that I needed to take pictures of the detached serial number and power cord. They told me to keep the unit until the refund was final. When I asked why, their only answer was that the refund was not final. They NEVER said that I would NOT get the refund without the unit, because at the very end they would ask me to provide picture documentation. They told me I had to dispose of the unit myself, which I had Sears haul it away. Now Samsung is saying GOTCHA! even though we withheld the refund requirements, we still rescind the offer.

Stove info. Samsung 30” range. Model #NX58K9500WG/AA. Serial #0DQN7DDH600185N. Purchased from Lowe’s on 11/15/16 for $1424.05. Warranty period through Samsung Protection Plus 11/23/2017 to 11/23/22. I am hoping you can help me resolve a problem with Samsung Corporation. We purchased the above stove from Lowe’s in 2016. My husband and I had been noticing headaches and burning eyes for 2 or 3 days — more pronounced when using the oven. As one of our CO detectors beeped off and on, we called the fire department. They checked out the air quality in the house and found carbon monoxide levels 3 times safe levels in the bedrooms. They checked the gas furnace and gas water heater. Neither one was leaking carbon monoxide. The firemen called Alliant Energy because they said Alliant had equipment that more accurately measures deadly carbon monoxide levels. Alliant determined the leak was coming from the Samsung oven. Per the Alliant technician it was not leaking from the connection — it was from the oven itself. We have the written Caution Notice from Alliant Energy stating the defect is in the oven. We also have the run sheet from the fire department indicating CO three times safe levels. I contacted Samsung twice to get them to send a serviceman. The serviceman checked the oven on 12/18. He had no CO detector and did not turn the oven on. His work order said we had no warranty which is incorrect. It also listed “Operation/Smell/Smoke/Burning Smell.” The service was required because of CO leak reported by the Alliant Energy technician not the stated product symptoms. Samsung did not call me back to follow up concerning the repair. I called them requesting the disposition of this dangerous oven which we cannot safely use. I suggested they send another repairman to measure the CO2. The Samsung Pro said they were not going to waste additional time on this repair. A very poor customer service response especially considering the extent the default. I contacted Samsung again on 12/24 restating my complaint, concerns, feeling Samsung is responsible for resolving this dangerous appliance. I was told the situation is in fact very serious and dangerous and Samsung is very concerned about me safety — a script they all repeat. They said someone would contact us in 24 hours. As no one contacted me by 12/29, I contacted Samsung again. Same story, “this is a very serious situation.” The Samsung Pro said he would make a new ticket ASAP, correct the error in the stated repair needed and add the need for a CO measurement tool to confirm the Alliant Energy technician’s report. I offered to send them a copy of the Alliant Energy findings to save them the time and effort they were unwilling to expend in earlier communications. I have contacted Samsung 12/12, 12/17, 12/18, 12/24, 12/29, 1/4, and 1/6. Every time I have contacted Samsung the last line of their communication is “do not use the oven.” It confuses me that Samsung contends the range does not need repair but always note DO NOT TURN THE OVEN ON.We have not been able to use our oven safely (and have been advised by Samsung NOT to turn it on) since 12/11. We have contacted Samsung 8 times — all on my initiation, not their followup. I understand these ranges go down a manufacturing line and errors can happen. What I do NOT understand is why Samsung cares so little about their customer service when their product is clearly and dangerously defective. This defect is not a leaky ice maker — it a poisonous gas-producing range. It is appalling that Samsung is so unwilling to correct an error they created which could cause death to the consumer whose only mistake was purchasing a Samsung product. My latest 2-hour phone conversation today with 3 transfers that resulted in disconnects. The result of the last conversation was in order to resolve these defective stove situation we need a second opinion. Samsung has only one service center and their serviceman checked on our stove with a ticket that had the incorrect problem listed. There is no other Samsung serviceman in this area other than UTech. A second opinion from the the same service company that gave you the first one is like getting a second opinion from your doctor’s partner. Now we cannot move forward because Samsung doesn’t have another service center — how is that our fault. I have a written copy of the service ticket from Alliant Energy to verify their finding. It is difficult for me to understand why we are the people without an oven for almost a month, the people making repeated calls and being on hold for 30-45 minutes, and having to worry about having to settle for a stove in our house that has been repaired by the same company who built the defective one. How reassuring is any of that? Why doesn’t Samsung want to do the right thing? None of this is our fault but we are the frustrated consumer who Samsung does care about. Again, this is not a leaky ice maker — it is a carbon monoxide-producing range. We have no reason to make this up this mess as this is only causing us fear and frustration and Samsung Corporation is not helping at all.

We recently purchased all new appliances for our new home. The three door counter depth model was delivered & installed by our dealer. We quickly noticedthat the refrigerator doors were sweating. Over three days I had contact with Samsung Customer service three times and a service representative once. Total time spent telling my story over and over again to people I had difficulty understanding amounted to about 2 hours. I finally became so angry that nothing was being accomplished that I told the lady I was going to hang up and let her figure out what was happening to my service request & call me back...and, if I did not hear back from her in a reasonable time period I was going to return this abomination. I did not hear from her.I have contacted my dealer and am returning this and will NEVER again purchase a Samsung product. Not sure how they continue to sell consumer products with such pitiful follow up.

My husband and I purchased a Samsung French door refrigerator with the bottom freezer. This refrigerator contains two ice makers one in the refrigerator and one in the freezer. The Ice maker in the refrigerator has stopped working and I found out today that Samsung does not make the parts to repair my ice maker in the refrigerator part. I have spent almost $3000 for this refrigerator and it’s only about three years old and I am quite upset at the fact that I can’t get the parts to fix it! The model number is RF263TEAESG/AA. The part number for the ice maker is DA-97-08117B.I have spoken to Samsung directly on May 24, 2019 and spoke to Ryan and she directed me to J and J international for Samsung parts, I spoke to a woman named Dawn who looked up my part number and told me they discontinued it and I cannot get it. What am I supposed to do with my refrigerator when my ice maker doesn’t work and I’ve spent all this money on it and Samsung discontinued the part. I still had to pay the appliance guy $150 just for showing up and letting me know that he can’t get the parts. I personally feel that Samsung is putting out poor quality appliances and I will never purchase one again. I am stuck with a Samsung refrigerator that does not work properly and I would like you to contact Samsung about this problem! Sincerely, Debra **.

What a huge disappointment with my less than 3 year old Samsung Fridge!!! And their aftercare service! As soon as I bought this refrigerator, Model # RF24FSEDBSR/AA which costed me $3,400 started having a problem within a week from the installation. Samsung sent me 2 different the 3rd party vendors to fix the problem since the 1st one couldnt. These two 3rd party vendors moved around my refrigerator in order to take a look at the back at that time. For last 5-6 months my fridge stopped cooling and it was accumulating ice in the back panel along with lots water dripping on the wall panel. Foods were easily molding and spoiled. When I called Samsung, they stated its because the refrigerator is not leveled and eventually its ruined fan functions. My refrigerator stayed exactly how the Samsung repairman left little less than 3 years ago with the wheels touch ground which was causing unleveling and eventual ruining the fridge completely. Samsung was showing no apology nor remedy whatsoever since the warranty time is over. They were asking me to talk to the vendor who left the refrigerator unleveled even though Samsung is the one who hired those vendors 3 years ago. Extremely disappointed with Samsung product and their service. Never buying Samsung products again. Definitely I will let other people to hear my voice every chance I get.

The doors to my Samsung refrigerator are supposed to be stainless steel, but they are rusting. I have cleaned the stainless using mild soap, hot water to clear gunk, then wipe and apply a high quality stainless polish. I started seeing the rust a couple of months ago and have been cleaning them up. Although I am cleaning them, the rust is now starting to pit. This refrigerator is only 15 months old! I bought through Sears including the warranty, but they are saying rust is not covered as it is a cosmetic item. I called Samsung and they immediately said there was nothing they would do as this is a cosmetic item. If this were steel or if I had been scrubbing the front with steel wool, etc., I could understand their stance, but this has been well cared for. By the way, did I say this was our second refrigerator in one year?! The first one died within a month, three days before Thanksgiving! Sears says theyd send a tech in two weeks! The local Sears store sent a new fridge out the next day, but we lost $400 worth of food and although we bought the extra protection for spoiled food from Sears, they would not cover the food as a tech did not look at the refrigerator first! So, next with our new refrigerator, we have had two icemakers and still have lots of problems with it! I would not recommend this refrigerator to anyone! Neither Sears nor Samsung would do anything for me regarding this issue. So my $1200, 13-month-old investment from Sears is now rusting in my climate-controlled home! I do not recommend either Sears or Samsung as they have lied about the material this refrigerator is made from.

They had a company replace the evap cover and defrost sensor, which so far has cured the freeze up problem. They refused to replace the tray because we must have broken it. Ive owned a lot of refrigerators in my 70 years. This is the first that Ive ever broken in years. Also, youve got to be careful in opening the Cool Select pantry. My Samsung refrigerator model RF323TEDBSR french door was the best Samsung had to offer. It is nearly 4 yrs old now. From about one year to present it has had freezing up issues in the refrigerator section. After numerous attempt to remedy this issue with Samsung, they just keep giving me the same runaround telling me to level the fridge and set the temperatures as they recommend. I have done this diligently every time, however it is not getting better but worse. They are willing to send out a technician at my cost most likely to do the same thing I have been doing and then tell me its working. One month later I will be defrosting my fridge much like people were doing in the 50s.After doing a little online searching I have found that my problem is not unique. Many other happy Samsung owners are experiencing the same issues across many different models. Apparently there is a bad design with the defrosting system. SAMSUNG does not want to own up to it. I can kinda understand their side considering all the troubles they have had with many of their products such as the washing machine blowing up (we have them as well) and the phones catching on fire. WARNING, dont buy SAMSUNG refrigerators.

The knobs on the slide in electric range with the knobs on the front turn too easily. At least twice we have had dishes explode due to the knobs turning from just leaning against them. My 2 year old can easily turn the knobs on and off. Numerous times I have come into the kitchen to see one of the burners red from accidentally being turned on. The most recent dish explosion was today. I had set a bowl of squash on top of the over and about 10 minutes later I could smell something burning, I came out and the cooktop was set too high (I must have leaned up against it at some point), I immediately shut it off and the dish exploded, there was glass all over me, the counter, floor, I stepped on a piece that was in back of me and cut my foot. I was also holding my toddler at the time and I’m thankful none of the glass got in her eyes. There were shards of glass all over the place, we have a dog and two small children. This is very unsafe and Samsung really needs to address the unsafe design of these knobs. You barely have to push on them to turn them, this is a huge safety concern, especially as a fire hazard.

I am a contractor who has installed over 100 dishwashers. This is the worst installation design I have ever seen. The hot water & drain connections are at the left rear corner of the D/W. The hot water supply line requires a 90 degree fitting (which is NOT supplied). The water supply connection is 3 above the floor & 4 from the left side. The water connection fitting on the D/W is PLASTIC. You have to buy a 90 degree fitting (brass), then remove the BRASS connector nut & replace it with the PLASTIC nut provided with D/W. When you connect the water supply line to the 90 degree fitting, it has to bend at a 90 degree angle to fit in the cabinet opening. The Drain hose is also connected at the rear left hand corner. You are warned to not overtighten the 90 degree fitting (PLASTIC) or it can cause a leak. THEN, it tells you to slide the D/W into the cabinet opening & be careful not to kink the water & drain hoses. It is such an idiotic design that the instructions actually say, Get a SECOND or THIRD person to help you if this is necessary. Once installed you have no way of seeing if the water or drain hoses are leaking, until it is too late. Three days later water was dripping from my basement ceiling, due to water connection leaking and ruining my bamboo kitchen floor. For 46 years I have installed D/Ws with the connections right in front behind the base panel. An easy connection for one man/woman and you can readily observe if you have any leaks. Samsung should stick to TVs.

We bought a Samsung dishwasher model DMR78 in October 2010. We selected a Samsung model that was fairly expensive thinking that it would be more reliable and would last longer than conventional models. That was a mistake. After about 2 years it started to make a grinding noise. Since Samsung had no local service center we had to call an independent repair company. The diagnostic was that all the plastic brackets supporting the dishes trays were broken and little loose parts blocked the drain pump. We had to replace the pump. The repair cost was 258$. A year after we had again a grinding noise and we had to call for service again. This time the problem could not be located as it just suddenly disappear after being checked by the service men.About 6 months after we started having error codes #9E. This indicate a clogged level switch that I was able to fix myself by using instructions found on Youtube. It still means that I have to pull out the dishwasher and open it to fix it. This repair takes about 2 hours. That code started showing up again after 6 months and we are seriously thinking to replace the dishwasher after less than 5 years of usage! I would definitely not recommend buying a Samsung dishwasher.

To anyone reading this, please dont assume our family was rough with our appliance leading to this kind of issues. Samsung Refrigerator Model RB215LASH - Samsung is a disgrace. I have sworn off any product made by Samsung as a result of my experience with this refrigerator. This refrigerator began giving me trouble at ten months. I went out of town to work and when I came home it wasnt working at all. Neither Lowes nor Samsung was concerned about the fact that they are selling a piece of junk. I contacted Samsungs recommended repair company and during the visit, I was advised that no one wants to work on them because they continue to fail even after repairs are made.A faulty refrigerator is a health and safety issue and has the potential to kill. The digital thermometer displays the temperature incorrectly. Perishable food items stored above 40 degrees for more than two hours can grow deadly bacteria. Samsung, you should be ashamed. Unfortunately, today it is all about the dollar, and honor and integrity have no place in the corporate equation. Im not sure why, but I did expect more from Lowes. Next step for me will be a catchy little video on YouTube where I use my Samsung refrigerator as an anchor, pushing it off of a boat with a big blue ribbon tied around it. (Dont worry, Ill make sure not to harm the environment in the process and to hoist it back up and dispose of it properly after the filming.)

I purchased a Refrigerator for over $3000.00, the entire CHEF collection for over $7000.00 thinking I was buying high quality appliances. Instead I get an Ice Maker that wont work and was told by the repairman it was due to the higher water pressure in the US. I have to keep defrosting it with my hairdryer. It is already cracked. The microwave wont respond to my finger on the controls unless I hold it flat not my fingertip. Part of the name has come off the dishwasher. In my opinion and experience if you want good appliances DONT BUY SAMSUNG. They are very poor quality and all you will get is excuses. Mine were less than a year old when they started breaking.

Range is 5 months old. Will not hold temp that it is set at. Set at 350 inside thermometer shows after oven is open temp drops. I have been told that no more parts can be replaced. Technician replaced all parts already. Company told technician to tell me to figure out what temp I want to bake at and adjust temp to that temp. It starts out at 380 per the technicians meter when stove is set to bake at 350. Last technician told me to cook one tray cookies at a time because when I pilot in 2 trays, that is making temp drop because heat cant circulate properly with 2 trays and that is why heat temp drops. WHAT? I have been baking for 40 years and have ways been able to bake 2 trays at one time. Sure temp will drop a few degrees when you open oven but I have to shut oven off in order to preheat it each time I open the door to get it to come back to the temp I set. I see all these problems people are having with fires and I am scared to death. I want it fixed right or would appreciate if Lowes would give me credit to get a different make. I will never buy another Samsung product. I did call federal trade commissioner office to give my complaint. Maybe if everyone else called and voiced their complaint, maybe Samsung would have to be responsible and fix these issues.

Two weeks later we are still getting up glass and also have had small slivers in our feet and hands. There is a company tag inside the oven draw that states it was sold in Feb. 2013. The Model number is: JOVO7DDD201222A and the SN NE595ROABSR. The report transaction number is: **. The last one was: **. This dishwasher is an expensive piece of garbage. I bought it this higher end one thinking it would last a long time. Silly me. Its barely 4 yrs old and is of course out of warranty (a generous 1 yr!) and has an electronic issue causing it to empty and shut down. No one works on Samsung appliances. Sooo, you have to contact them. My understanding is parts are expensive and not easy to obtain. Who would expect a basically new dishwasher was well cared for to break? I have the same problems with the others. Right now I water in both my veggies/fruits bins and underneath the bins are water and frozen ice. Also, the ice maker keeps making ice even though it is full; therefore, all the overflow ice fell down under the freezer drawer. Every time I open the freezer drawer, ices will fall out onto my kitchen floor and I can also see there are a lot of ice stuck all the way in the back of the freezer. I either have to use a long stick to brush them out. It is a major headache with Samsung as they are the worst company I have to deal with. Samsung is very unreliable and irresponsible for their products, keep saying they wont fix my refrigerator because 1 year warranty is over. In order for them to fix, they will charge me a fee to come by to take a look at it and any repairs they will do. I see other Samsung models have the similar problems as mine but how come this model of mine isnt on the Class Action Suit Settlement. Please let me know if it is on the settlement as I want Samsung to pay for their bad products.

This model I have was the worst engineered product that has been seen on the market. Samsungs have all the bells and whistles, great novel my useful designs but the quality is not up to the price asked. The repairman said they tried for three years to fix the ice buildup problem and finally got it right after three years. I find that I still see ice, though it has not stopped cooling but it feels like skating on thin ice and that it will break again at any given moment. JCPenney now has appliances and they are phasing out selling Samsung. The enameled on their stoves is so thin. As is the paint on the refrigerator. I wont buy this brand again. The new features are always enticing with this brand but dont fall for it. By the way read about the problems And complaints before you read the glowing reviews about any appliance and always buy the extended warranty if you cant afford a big repair bill visit. Most appliances the repair person told me appliances need a repair in 1 1/2 years to 3 years. They just dont make them like they use to. And dont think high end and huge price is also an indication of quality, it just may be a status brand.

We bought our refrigerator about 2 years ago from Lowes. We too were told they were good refrigerators. Within 6 months, the seal around the freezer came loose and the glass on the meat door cracked. We had to pay for the meat door but the seal was under warranty. Then we kept getting water under the meat tray and sometimes it would be a thick sheet of ice. We thought we were opening the door too much or something. Then one day it started making this loud grumbling sound, like it was going to rattle right out the door. Afraid it would get ruined we turned it off and called a repairman. He had just recently had the same problem with another customer so knew right away what the problem was.The coils, fan, and behind the whole back cover was all ice. The drain was also frozen so the water was running into the bottom of the meat drawer. He had to blow dry it to get the back cover off, then blow dry the drain and the coils. That was a month ago. Today we had to call him back. He again had to thaw out the back panel and the upper right fan had over an inch of ice around it. He said he thought the fan and coils were too far away from the heating element to efficiently thaw the ice and it just builds up. Having read these concerns of others regarding the same problems, I think Samsung has the responsibility to figure out a way to resolve this problem. We have all paid too much money on what we thought would be a quality product to only pay out more for repairmen who tells me this will be a recurring problem.

I bought a Samsung French Door Refrigerator in May of 2020 from Home Depot.
I bought a Samsung French Door Refrigerator in May of 2020 from Home Depot. It was delivered in June of 2020. Just over a year old and its unusable. Temp readings shown on refrigerator are not the actual inside temps. Temps read normal but actual temp inside is 48+ in fridge section and 20+F in freezer. I had to throw out all of my food. Samsung has no tech in my area to look at it. Because of this they refuse to do anything about it. This is a known defect with Samsung refrigerators. They are not honoring the implied warranty. Parts are still under warranty. So without looking at it they are just saying its out of warranty. How do they know what part is causing the issue? It cant be out of warranty if you dont even know the cause. The ice maker seems to be the biggest issue. So now I sit here 2 weeks later with no refrigerator and no option of getting one anytime soon.Prices have almost doubled since I purchased this appliance. Not sure how hard it would even be to even get one with the shortage thats going on. Samsung has done nothing but play games over the last 2 weeks. I was offered nothing. No tech, no refund, and was told to find someone myself to look at it. Yet, if its not a certified Samsung tech I void the parts of the warranty that are left. If they cant find one in my area, how can I?A voicemail left yesterday says theyre trying to get a hold of me to get someone here and today I have a text from the same guy saying theres nothing they can do. So I wonder if it had been within the first year and it malfunctioned, how would a tech have magically appeared? If there isnt one now there couldnt have been 4 months ago either. Theres a class action lawsuit against them at this time. A FB group of 84,000 people complaining. It has made the news in several states. I would say they have a serious problem and theyre in no hurry to do right by their customers.

In Nov the wife and I bought a new fridge from Warners Stellian... The old one was getting a bit worn. So we settled on a Samsung bottom freezer model that has an internal ice maker and filtered water dispenser. We got it delivered, set up, and running no problem. It took about 3 days of running water through the system to get it tasting like decent water to start with. One week to the day after delivery, the water dispenser stopped working. We called Warner Stellian and they scheduled a tech to come out in just over a week. The tech looked at it, couldnt figure out why the part wasnt working the way it should be, and said hed order a new one. A week later we get a call from them and they told us that the part wasnt in and due to Samsung redesigning the part we would be getting a brand new fridge. I scheduled a tech from both Warner Stellian and Samsung to come look at it. The guy from Samsung was supposed to be here before the other guy so I was happy. The morning the tech was supposed to come out from Samsung, he was going to call me before 9 to tell me what time he would be here. At 9:30 I texted them and told them I hadnt gotten a call. SHe texted me back and said she would reach out to him. Three hours later I still hadnt heard anything, so I texted again. She texted me back and said Oh Im sorry. The tech called in sick today and we didnt find out about it till a short time ago. WTF???? Three weeks later we finally get the new one. Before they left after delivering it I made sure it worked the way it should. One week to the day after getting it delivered and set up, the water dispenser stopped working. Turns out the redesign wasnt actually a redesign. The work-around the company put out wasnt done on this particular model. The tech puts in a stopgap to at least allow the water to work until they can get the right part in. A week and a half later, they get the part and schedule the tech to come out. He replaces the part and its working again. The fridge worked great for about 3 weeks until last Sunday. We noticed the freezer wasnt working right, then realized the fridge wasnt cooling either. So the tech comes out yesterday, and says he cant figure out exactly what it is. EIther the compressor or the main board. So they have ordered both parts. The parts will arrive in 3-5 business days and then who knows how long it will take for the tech to come out and actually replace the part. Carissa and my grandson are here this week, they arrived last Thursday. So now what food I was able to save is down in the garage in boxes or our chest freezer. My warranty has a provision that allows us to claim $250 worth of groceries but that is a drop in the bucket. Its daily trips to the store because we dont want to keep anything for too long. The food we would have replaced isnt yet because I dont have a place to put it. Warners Stellian says the company has to ok a return of the item and they said since its a new fridge, they will fix it. Their customer support tells me Im sorry for your inconvenience, I hope it can be fixed very soon, or My apologies for this experience.

Our Samsung dishwasher started leaking one week ago (3 years old). Not under warranty. It was very hard to get a Samsung approved repairman. He comes in and after 10 mins. and 95 dollars tell me I need a new part but the good news is that there is a service bulletin on this part. I NEED TO CALL SAMSUNG AND ORDER THE PART. Samsung, he assures me, will pay for the part. It is a scam. When I called Samsung, they had never heard of a service bulletin, might not have heard of Samsung, not sure. They kept reading from their cue cards: Your dishwasher is not under warranty anymore. They were rude and very unhelpful. I have FOUR Samsung appliances in my kitchen, did not even treat me as a valued customer. When I offered to send them the service bulletin on the part, they did not even answer. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE! By the way, the microwaves heating sensor stopped working after one year. Their products are lousy and their service is even worse.

I purchased this Samsung refrigerator in July of 2017. From the get-go, I had problems with the unit. First, one of the shelves was uneven. Then I had a couple of service calls to address the loud bang noise the ice machine makes. The repair for this reduced the problem but it still does it occasionally. The most frustrating and persistent problem has been this frequent yet intermittent buzzing sound, like the sound a fluorescent light bulb makes just as it is going bad. I have had the service company out several times to address the issue. The last technician told me it was a normal noise. This is the fifth refrigerator Ive owned as an adult and I have NEVER had this problem. Samsung keeps sending out the same repair company but without any fixes. I am at my wits end.

Have had my $3000 Samsung Refrig for just over 5 years. Similar results as everyone else here... the fridge began acting up approx. 6 mos. ago... since then have had 6 service calls to fix. Seems after replacing the ENTIRE back inside panel for $200, fridge is working, but now freezer is not. Cannot even begin to explain how FRUSTRATING AND EXACERBATING this experience has been. Made numerous calls and emails to Samsung, even got bounced up to their VIP Customer Service (for those of us who have had POOR service issues) and they do NOTHING!!! Since is out of warranty, were on our own! I own many Samsung products including washer/dryer, cell phones, TVs, and now will begin buying other brands as I get rid of every Samsung product in my home. There are OBVIOUSLY design defects/flaws in their refrigerator designs (as the serviceman told me also!) and they know it. They keep coming out with these fixes for things... of course, which are NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. So we have to continue to pay for these. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED WITH SAMSUNG IN GENERAL. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GET WHAT IS COMING TO THEM. I DONT EVEN WISH TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR... THEYRE NOT WORTH IT!!

13 months ago we bought a Samsung Dishwasher: DW80F800UWS. Within the first 4 months it stopped working, displaying an error code 1E and 3E. Samsung sent a repair service, they had to order a part, which was on backorder (as a number of these parts were in demand) and we waited 3 weeks to get our dishwasher fixed.m Last night it fails again. Same error codes. Samsung says it is off warranty so they wont fix it. The service company, Totem Appliances in Burnaby, BC, says they only warranty the parts for 90 days. They wont fix it either, unless I pay for it. Likely about $300. So the $1,000 dishwasher that is only 13 months old will cost me $300 to repair, and no guarantee that this time the part will last more than 6 months. Wont ever buy a Samsung product again.

Approximately 14 months after purchasing a Samsung french door refrigerator (Model #RF28HMEDBSR) the ice maker froze up and stopped working. It had to be manually defrosted (frost and ice removed). This issue occurred every 2 to 3 weeks. We trusted Samsung and did not purchase an extended warranty. A call to the service center revealed that any cost for service provided would have to be paid for by myself. A research of this equipment failure revealed hundreds, if not thousands, of similar complaints and unresolved issues. I continued to manually defrost the ice maker but the issue remained. We are now making ice cubes in ice cube trays.

My refrigerator is unsafe to rely on due to temperature irregularities caused by a defect in design that is well documented and well known by Samsung. There is already a class action lawsuit ongoing for this defect. I paid good money for a Energy Star, high quality refrigerator which I did not get. I did receive a refrigerator which causes food spoilage, does not do what it is supposed to and requires me to break ice away on a continuous basis. I require refrigerated medication to keep me alive. My disability makes breaking the ice away difficult and laborious. I bought the refrigerator from HHGregg which closed its doors. They came out twice to repair this same defect. I was not aware that the issue was a known defect until recently and I would like Samsung to be held accountable in cost for repairing this defect in their product. Samsung claims to be a company that cares. The Third party of Alorica is creating an atmosphere of deceit. I have asked for a Supervisor regarding this defect and all they send are anonymous emails with no one to contact.

The unit was manufactured (read, assembled, as the compressor is made in Korea) in Mexico on Jan 2010. We purchased in March 2010 - over the course of these 4 years, weve had several times when the unit stopped cooling. This last time it has stopped all together. Repairman came to look and told me the compressor isnt working. I asked how much to fix and he said good luck finding someone to do the work as the copper has to be cut, the refrigerant has to be captured, new compressor installed, new solder onto the coils and recharge the coolant. At a minimum he said wed be looking at $400 in labor alone and the new compressor costs $250. Oh and thats only a guess because the problem could be within the electrical system but he (the repairman) couldnt test the computers that control the unit. The thing that totally gets me, as others here have posted, is that older units (which ours is out in the garage and still working like a champ even though for the past five years its survived sub zero winters while still running) is that the new unit is already failing, the cost for repair we might as well buy a new unit and that the manufacturer only has a 12-month warranty - complete crap. I used the online tool to get a repair referral from off of Samsungs website - no call back, no email, nothing. I called and left voice mail to the same, referred to repair shop and still no call back.

Please anyone that has had problems with their Samsung Product - no matter what the product, contact me. I am trying to get a class action suit started against Samsung and their customer service department. I have had problems with my Samsung dishwasher from day one and now it is Oct of another year. If your product has not been replaced or repaired, it is still under warranty and we need to get together and make sure these big companies dont think they can get away with that. My dishwasher has been sitting here since June of this year(2014) with water in it. Has been repaired many times and the last time the repairman didnt even get down the road before it broke again. Having trouble with Samsung wanting to repair again, well under the lemon law with is a law it has to be replaced. They are hoping like a lot of people I will just let it drop, no such chance, its the principle of the matter now. We bought a Samsung RS275 side by side refrigerator in March 2010. From the start, the ice maker was completely inadequate and could not keep up with a family of four. In July 2011 water started accumulating in the bottom of the refrigerator and freezing the lower vegetable bin. We found that the defroster drain hole was freezing closed with ice, thereby not allowing the defroster to drain properly, hence it ended up on the floor of the refrigerator. I managed to extend a piece of copper wire into the hole (it was heated from the defroster heating coil) and that solved the problem for a couple of years. Keeping the hole open. The problem reappeared in the Spring of 2014 and weve been trying to fix it ever since. Also, the water dispenser line continues to freeze. I will never buy another Samsung refrigerator.

I highly recommend this tv! The picture Quality is out of this world! The sound is exceptional before even using a sound bar. We now prefer to watch everything on this tv then going to the cinemas as we feel we get a better experience at home with this tv and the Samsung Qn90B sound bar. Our only regret was not getting the 85”!! Though still satisfied with the 75”. After this, it will be hard to settle for anything less. You won’t regret purchasing this product. It brings old and new to life. You will feel like you are there in person. Detail and colour quality will blow you away! A good investment! Enjoy! P.s your friends and family, once they see the quality, they too will want one.

Sat 8/11/18 our Samsung Refrigerator was delivered. 2 1-2 days later (Tues eve) I noticed nothing was cold. Wed morn we both took off work throughout all food purchased Sat (160.00) and started calling JCP & Samsung who after many calls blamed each other. The General Mgr Besu ** (JCP) stated over and over JCP has a returned policy of 48 hours. I explained this is not a return you need to REPLACE IT. IT IS DEFECTIVE IT... DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. He advised me to call back Samsung, again we called back went thru same story and person hung up, called again they said best they can do is send a repairman. Why am I going to repair a 3 days old refrigerator? REPLACE IT. He then said, Ma I understand the food probably doesnt take good warm. I got no resolution. They do not understand. There is no food, it doesnt work at all. This is a brand new appliance that nobody will help me fix. I have a 2 yr old in the house and milk in a cooler. Please help me.

We bought this refrigerator at Lowes Dec 2012. Sale price was $1400.00 plus tax. Our problems started about 2 years after we bought the unit. Every 2-3 months this refrigerator will start making a terrible loud noise that will stop when you open the door. After read other reviews we realized that we have to take out all of food and defrost this freezer overnight due to a build up of ice on the fan in the refrigerator side. Not only is it annoying to have to do this plus losing so much food due to this problem. I will never buy another Samsung Appliance! Im sure Im not the only consumer out there that feels this way!
