We purchased this Samsung Dishwasher in May of 2013 mainly to replace our 15 year old Whirlpool contractors grade dishwasher, even though, it still cleaned my dishes with no problems. It was a breeze to load and the dishes still sparkled after 16 years of use. We were planning a kitchen renovation within the next several months, so we decided to start with the replacement of the ugly, old, but still effective Whirlpool. We went with Samsung because of its reputation as an electronics top brand. Our whole family had Samsung smart phones and TVs and had no complaints. Apparently that is where Samsung should concentrate their efforts. This dishwasher has NEVER properly cleaned our dishware. After 2 + years, Ive yet to find a sensible pattern to place the dishware for cleaning. My Whirlpool was so easy to load. This one is ridiculous. Even following the manufacturers guidelines, the dishes still do not get clean. I will say however, that it is QUIET! You can barely hear it running. I guess it doesnt need to make a lot of noise if its not doing anything productive. I am so disappointed in this $800 purchase. The stainless steel does, or did, look nice when we first got it. Very soon after, the stainless steel became stained, even though I carefully followed manufacturers instructions on cleaning the surface. Shortly after the 1st anniversary of purchase, while wiping down the front of the dishwasher one morning, the entire SAMSUNG lettering came off on my dishcloth. So now, we dont have to be embarrassed that we have a Samsung kitchen appliance. This purchase has not been in vain however, because we now make sure to always read reviews first before making any purchases of large ticket items. BTW, love our LG washer & dryer, still perfect after 8 yrs of use! Really glad we didnt purchase the Samsung refrigerator, we were so sure we wanted. But thats another story!

As an appliance repair tech, I can assure you that Samsung dishwashers are the worst of the worst. If you take your Samsung dishwasher back to the place of purchase and complain loudly enough, many retailers will refund the purchase price. One can only assume that they are aware that these things are duds.

I bought a Samsung refrigerator, just 3 years ago. The filters until just now worked. They changed the part, no notice. I only have bought Samsung replacement water filters. it is a da29-00003g. I called customer service and they first told me that my refrigerator is old. It is just about 3 years, bought from Best Buy. The operators act like we did something wrong. They accused me of using an off brand, or that I can only buy the filter from them. Its the filter that came with the unit. I kept buying the same one/type. Only Samsung. I bought several so I did not have to go out to replace every 6 months.I ran out, to get a new one. First from Home Depot, with the box and the old filter in my hand. They gave me the Samsung replacement filter. Did not fit. I returned it. I then went online and bought the recommended filter from Best Buy. Did not fit. I called customer service, they were rude, accused me of doing something wrong. Dropped my call when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I called back and took forever to get a supervisor. They stonewalled. This cannot be the first time they have had this problem. Why not just say, yeah we know it is a problem, this is how to fix it.

Samsung SMH2117S microwave - Samsung refused after various escalations to repair the SE- error code that made the OTR microwave go crazy. The fan initially kept turning itself on and off constantly, then would show the error code and die. Unplugging it and plugging it back in would briefly fix the issue, but then it just croaked for good. Just a few months out of warranty (of course), and now, for purely the principle, would join a CA lawsuit against Samsung despite the unlikely odds of that happening. Like most others here, we are adding Samsung (and Sony) to the list of god-awful businesses from which we will NEVER again purchase.

We have a stainless steel refrigerator (Samsung side by side with bottom freezer, water/ice dispenser) that wont hold a magnet on it. Our stove is stainless steel and holds any magnet. I dont understand how the refrigerator can be stainless steel if it cant hold a magnet. The sides do, but thats metal and is grey in color. We have a microwave that is stainless and it also holds magnets. What in the world is the refrigerator made of, plastic to look like stainless? Were not happy!

I really try never to rant on social media but I am mad!?? Samsung stinks!!! We bought all Samsung appliances, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, back in April and have had nothing but problems with the refrigerator. Ice maker not working. Water not working but then they started working. Freezer wasn’t freezing at one point and they replaced a part. Fridge not working properly so they replaced a part inside of it and now the ice maker and freezer aren’t working again. Samsung will do nothing. Very irritated. They just keep sending out technicians to work on it and it is still not working. We spent way too much money on it to have this many problems. How do you buy a brand new refrigerator and it not work right, EVER. Don’t buy Samsung!

DMT300 Series Dishwasher from Samsung - I absolutely hate my dishwasher. I paid $700 for it and was told by the sales person that they had nothing but good reviews on this particular dishwasher. Ive had it for 4 years and I think it has only been operational for 12 months...drain, water level sensor, washer arms splitting. Just replaced the o-ring in drain housing at a cost of $38 for an o-ring. Now water level sensor is on. You just go through one thing to another. At the time I bought mine, I bought one for my daughter and it is useless also. At least she got about 2 years out of hers. I hope a class action suit develops as I would certainly join.

Weve been in this house since November 1998. Our previous Kenmore was working fine when we decided to remodel with all-stainless steel kitchen appliances. This evening (10/20/2013), as we were preparing dinner, we were melting butter. The first time, the time wasnt set long enough. When we attempted to continue melting the butter, the SE error code appeared. Nothing I did would return the unit to normal. This is ridiculous to pay a premium for a so-called top-of-the-line appliance and it lasts approximately two years.Just this past week, we had to have out Samsung dishwasher serviced because debris had jammed the impeller preventing the wash pump from operating. I was told by the repair tech that the GE Pot Scrubber (that was also working fine) would have ground discharged the debris but dishes have to be completely pre-rinsed of all food debris prior to being loaded into a Samsung dishwasher to prevent eventual clogging of the impeller. I wont get into the ridiculous cost of 400-gallon water filters for Samsung refrigerators.

We purchased Stainless steel kitchen appliances in 2016 and have nothing but issues. Bought an extended warranty and even they refuse to repair anymore. Refrigerator - stop making ice, didnt cool properly, buildup of ice under deli tray, door handle came off of freezer drawer. Microwave - not warm properly, some of features not working. Dishwasher - will not drain water proper or wash dishes efficiently (dirty after an entire cycle, motor keeps running). I have contacted them. They only guarantee a year like most. Thats why we got the extended warranty. Never experience such repairs. Its only been 3 yrs. Something is wrong with this picture. I have spoken to them and they have washed their hands. Even the warranty service man told me that they were bad manufacturers and that they get calls all the time back to back for same issues. Please YouTube the models before purchasing. We are out of $4000 basically. I filed a complaint with BBB. They need to stick with cellphones.

I purchased a Samsung Model # ME18H704SFS Over the Counter Microwave April 17, 2017. I was away two months over this past winter, so the microwave was used about a year. It matched my new Samsung $1300.00 oven perfectly. One day last week, it just stopped working. We tried troubleshooting it and then called the company after that. Unfortunately, it was about 14 months since we purchased it and was no longer under warranty. After pleading the employee from Samsung for some help, they said to call a service center. I was told by two of them that they would charge me $100.00 nonrefundable for just coming (which I understand) and then parts and labor. He said if it is the motherboard or any other thing like that, it could cost $200.00 or more to repair with only a 90 day warranty. It breaks my heart but I had to throw it out. It was beautiful but did not work. I will never buy a Samsung product. We went to Consumers and found out it was rated most poorly. I now am in the process of purchasing either a Whirpool or Frigidaire since they got good ratings. We are heartsick about wasting all the money we spent over a year ago for this item. By the way, there was nothing wrong with my Kenmore over the counter microwave oven that was a Kenmore and 20 years old. It was white and we redid our kitchen in all stainless steel appliances. Fortunately, we gave it to someone who is still enjoying it. Please do yourself a favor and dont get sucked in with the Samsung company. They are unreliable appliances and really dont care about you once you buy their product.

Samsung Refrigerator RS2530BBP - We purchased this refrigerator from Connâ€
Samsung Refrigerator RS2530BBP - We purchased this refrigerator from Conn’s Appliance in March 2009. About 4 months ago, we noticed that the refrigerator compartment was not cooling. We researched the problem on the internet and found a lot of people had reported the same problem with this particular model. Following the suggestions on the internet, we removed the panel in the rear of the freezer compartment and found the evaporator core was completely covered in ice. We used a hair dryer and melted the ice. This resolved the problem, but only temporarily.Within 2 weeks, the refrigerator compartment was warming up again. We, again, took the panel off in the freezer and melted the ice. One of the suggestions we found was to replace the sensor on the evaporator core so we ordered a new sensor and replaced it. This did not resolve the problem. We called 4 different appliance repair companies and none would work on a Samsung refrigerator. We have resorted to thawing out the freezer every 2 weeks to keep the refrigerator cold enough to keep our food from spoiling. At this point, we are shopping for a new refrigerator and we are NOT looking at Samsung. We have Samsung TVs in our house and Samsung cell phones and have not had any problems with them but we will never again buy a Samsung refrigerator.

I spent over $3000. For a Samsung refrigerator which has an ice maker that constantly freezes up. I purchased a service agreement with Best Buy who in turn sends out a Sears service technician. This is an ongoing problem with Samsung refrigerator ice makers and they have no clue as to why this is happening. My ice maker still doesn’t work and the service department claims that the part is back ordered. Do yourself a big favor and do not buy a Samsung refrigerator. I am a licensed refrigeration engineer with the City of New York and I have never dealt with a major corporation that doesn’t care about customer care. We purchased 4 Samsung appliances for our kitchen. We are very happy with the stove, microwave and dishwasher. The refrigerator is another matter. The icemaker literally scatters ice all over the kitchen floor. We have been in touch with Samsung numerous times. Twice, they have sent technicians to our home. I remodel my whole kitchen! I went to lowes for appliances, bought Fridge, stove, microwave hood range and dish washer! 1st week the ice maker stopped working, got that repaired! Two weeks later, the freezer went out! Lost 60$ of meat in freezer!! So Lowes replaced whole unit free of charge!! The 2nd fridge came, it stopped working within 1 week of running! Called Samsung, they told me to open back panel and hit reset button in back! Did that and it started to work again! Well the next 3 days the ice maker quit again! Samsung got it repaired, 3 weeks later it went out again! Since then it has been 5 months without a hitch!Meantime, Microwave Hood range stopped working, repairman came out, order a couple of parts replaced them, still didnt work. Lowes replaced unit!! 2 months of running the 2nd one started to make a loud vibration!! Repairman came out to see, said it was loose in casing! While looking at that he opened lite part and it was broken, the light fixture itself! The pins that hold lite up was broken! Wait for Buy Back on that! He also came to look at dishwasher cause it was make a loud noise, also which it didnt do it in past! Repairman said the Motor is going out!! So it is on order!Stove on other hand, the back leg that holds unit leveled was bent and could not be fixed, got it replaced! On 2nd stove the front window has water leak condensation from cooking and there is no way to clean it!! On all the appliances I was told they were top of the line! Stainless steel, in which I cannot keep clean, there is like streaks on all of them and no matter what I use, very good cleaner still cant remove stains from them! The repairman told me the SS is very cheap kind of SS, and that is why there are stain on them! All of this has happened from April 15th 2013 till now! And Samsung warranty is one yr, in which they want me to buy new warranty!! Even though I have had 3 of them replaced, it still goes back the date of purchase! Im currently building up my report to have Samsung buy back all of them!!! Im so very upset about this!! In which they are giving me a run around trying to do this!! My time is running out for warranty! And Im so scared they will not last for much longer!! I need help from an outside source. Please anyone out there! I purchased the fridge (RF32FMQDBSR/AA) 3 years ago through South East Steel (SES). Immediately it was evident the ice maker was defective. Problems included no full size ice cubes, leaking constantly and requiring manual defrost and reset whenever door was left open more than a few seconds, for example if loading a large grocery order. It took quite a while for SES to respond to my concern. The repairman Samsung sent, while under warranty, pierced the mechanism with an ice pick, left in anger, and it took months to receive a replacement part and installation. Problem unsolved. I then went back through SES who took so long to get a repair request to Samsung, the warranty expired. Samsung did make the concession of sending out a repairman who said this model was known for its leaky ice maker, there was nothing he could do and to call the company periodically as it should soon be covered by a recall. I called every 4-6 months for over a year and a half to be told each time Samsung was aware of the problem and there was no remedy. Finally, the ice maker stopped working all together. I then called Sears Repair. The workman told me that this model was being replaced for any Sears customer with a long-term contract because Samsung was so unresponsive regarding the ice maker defects. He told me class action suits were pending. He did order a new motor. The second Sears technician who showed up to replace the $392 part told me it was a upgraded part for the ice maker. All problems resolved! So if Samsung knew about the problem and upgraded its ice maker motor, why wasnt it covered as part of a recall. And why, in all the calls and queries I made was I not told that upgraded replacement parts were available. And finally since this part solved the problem reported while under warranty, why isnt at least the cost of the part covered? Total repair was $600. I am asking for cost of the part. So far it has fallen on deaf ears at 1-800 SAMSUNG I am awaiting a supervisors supervisor call back. Wish me luck. Otherwise the fridge seems well designed and working well.

We purchased our Samsung fridge a little over a year ago and about 6 months into having it I lifted the little tray where the water and ice are located and found that it had rusted! The rust has continually grown out onto the fridge door causing the paint to chip off and leave sharp metal for my children to injure themselves. I have contacted Samsung and because this is a Cosmetic defect they will not do anything to fix it. It is beyond frustrating that you pay a large amount of money for something and it is not up to the standards that it is advertised. I have always purchased Samsung products but I will say this was our last. They have lost a Samsung customer for life.

We made the ultimate mistake by purchasing this Samsung Storm Wash dishwasher. The dishwasher smells and constantly traps mold in the dishwasher & on the dishes. After less than 1 year the dishwasher hardly cleans at all, the glasses look worse after being washed in dishwasher than before. There is a gross film left on all dishes despite using rinse agent religiously. Silverware has to be rewashed before using. I hand wash more dishes than the dishwasher washes! So frustrating & Im stuck with this piece of junk till I can afford a new one. Very disheartening. Samsung has no care despite emails sent to them. They refuse to help & refuse to take product back. I was willing to trade for another Samsung dishwasher. Shame on any company that doesnt stand behind their product! Please do not buy from Samsung stores. Visit the store for the features and benefits of various products, but buy from other Samsung dealers who also deal many brands. Samsung store people are hopeless after sales. Dealers other than Samsung stores put customer satisfaction first and help you in getting the refund or replacement. Within one year Samsung technicians have changed water dispenser unit, compressor, PCB board and main mother board in my fridge. Beauty is my noise problem is not solved but is more now. Warning! Do not waste your money purchasing this colossal pile of garbage (5.8 cu. ft. Slide-In Induction Chef Collection Range NE58H9970WS). It rarely bakes/cooks evenly and it will frequently and rapidly overheat causing your food to burn and ultimately fry the electrical panel. Upon calling Samsung the only assistance they were able to provide was how to spend more of my money on their faulty product. Samsung takes zero responsibility for what is clearly a common issue with these oven ranges. As it stands my options are to spend $$ on a new electrical panel and the cost incurred on its installation and the additional fix-it repair to stop the oven from constantly overheating, or throw the darn thing away. Im going with the latter of the two. I will never purchase anything from Samsung again. If I could give is NEGATIVE STARS I would.

I purchased this Samsung Convection Electric Stove approximately 4 years ago as Samsung received good reports for its electronics and appliances. After about a year of owning it, the rear burners no longer worked on low, the oven light blinked on and off, the oven shuts on and off and the convection fan was working intermittently. Sometimes, there is a ticking noise when I turn the oven on. I called Samsung in the beginning of the malfunctioning and was told my oven was no longer under warranty. This was the 2nd time my Thanksgiving turkey took 7 hours to cook. We bought the Samsung Electric Convection Range from QVC in 2013 Model#FTQ3531WUX. It appears this was a 2012 Model we received. Stove seemed nice looking, burners & warming drawer worked great. The oven always seemed to heat slow and I felt the Convection wasnt quicker than regular oven. I really did not know about convection until my in-law said his Maytag convection was very fast cooking. So after going 2 years the oven decided to not heat anymore with an E-08 code. Called Samsung and of course they want you to disconnect power like thats a fix all. Nope. So they offer a name of repair person. Long story short, I paid $100 for the guy to come and tell me that it will cost another $500 for a motherboard! And I didnt even mention all the crude that has gotten between the glass doors that you cannot get out! My old Hot Point stove worked better and longer than this one! We bought our Samsung refrigerator/freezer (model RF217ACRS) approximately 3 years ago. Worked just fine until shortly after purchase, one day noticed the bottom drawer freezer wouldnt close. Upon inspection noticed ice about a half inch thick in bottom under drawers. Chipped it out with an ice pick. Huge pieces of ice! Drawer closed fine once ice removed. Thought it was our fault, since maybe we hadnt shut door properly so didnt worry. This has now kept happening and I chip ice out of the bottom about once a week.Same for vegetable/fruit drawers in fridge. They fill with water (about 1/2 inch) and food was getting soaked/frozen. I ended up buying mats to elevate food in both drawers so they wouldnt get wet! Every week I take out drawers and pour water out. Also, ice/water build up underneath these two drawers too, that I chip/dry out once a week. Usually takes 2 to 3 dish towels to soak up excess water, then I chip away at ice!!! It is a huge pain, but after reading the other reviews here dont feel a service call will do any good. Guess we are stuck with a loser of a fridge/freezer for a few years and doing extra to keep it running and water/ice free. Will never buy Samsung again.Side note: We did not buy the ice maker, so that is not an issue or contributing factor to our problems.

I purchased my home 1 1/2 years ago and my home came with a brand new Samsung fridge, range and dishwasher. My dishwasher has already been serviced 3 times and it still stops working sometimes and has a flashing light that will blink to indicate a malfunction. My range worked fine until a week ago when we heard a very loud pop and the range completely shut down. We spoke with Samsung and they will not do anything about it. If you want to spend thousands on an appliance that will not last more than 2-3 years, Samsung appliances are for you. I am very surprised that a company as successful as Samsung has not recalled these potentially hazardous and outright disastrous products. One can assume, based on their lack of taking care of these problems, that within 3 years Samsung will no longer be selling appliances. I am extremely disappointed with this company and their products. Buyer Beware.

This is a horrible product (model #RS2530BBP). We purchased it in 2008. We have had nothing but problems. First, the ice maker has never worked right. We had it worked on so much that they extended my 1 year warranty by a few months just because I complained so much. We have also had trouble with the compressor fan. Its been replaced once and will have to be again. At this point, I am considering getting a lawyer and taking legal action since I dont have money to blow on a new fridge.

I bought Samsung microwave model SMH9187ST in March 2011 and just got the SE/5E code. After reading hundreds of similar complaints, I contacted Samsung. They are sending a service repair company to replace the control panel free of charge even though it is out of warranty. I was told that this was considered an epidemic type of issue that Samsung is aware of. If after the replacement of the control panel I am still receiving the error message, then the control box will need to be replaced at my expense. I just wanted to share with anyone who is just now getting this error code that Samsung will work with you on some level. Better than nothing, I guess.

We bought the Samsung over-the-counter microwave brand new in 2010. It worked very well and looked great. But it hasnt even lasted FIVE YEARS. 6 months ago the door latch broke; we repaired it ourselves with $75+ in parts. A month ago this started happening: when we open the microwave door, the unit turns ON and runs; only way to not cook my hand is to unplug it. Its headed to the recycle bin. There is no excuse for a product this expensive (retail $349 at Lowes) to last less than 5 years. No warranty that long is available. Will not *ever* look at Samsung brand for kitchen appliances again.

We purchased our Samsung RS261MDRS/XAA a Little less than 5 years ago. It has been a nightmare. The first week, we had to call the company because the refrigerator was not cooling properly. We had a technician come by to fix it. Perhaps it was a computer problem. The refrigerator would not cool properly, and the freezer would frost up. The very first years we had several people try to fix the freezing of the back panel problem. We have nursed it along, but less than 5 years of ownership, for the second or third time, we have had to move all of our food elsewhere to keep from losing it. The fan made a loud clatter, then nothing. Food kept getting warmer - who knows whats safe, so we had to throw it all away again! Samsung is over their head with refrigerators- cell phones, not so much. Buy at your own risk.

I have a Samsung refrigerator SN#JKJ44BBFB069***, model # RF263BEAESR/AA. It was purchased in Jan, 2015. Under the extended warranty that I purchased from Best Buy the unit has had three service calls: to replace the evaporator cover and new style drain tubes, and the evaporator cover again (fan making noise), as well as the ice-maker and ice auger. The 5 year extended warranty expired in January 2020. Not long after the warranty expired it developed an over and under-cooling issue. I contacted Samsung for out of warranty service, but they had no service technicians in my area. I contacted Best Buy and they referred me to Samsung. I had two different local appliance repair services attempt the repair. The first company, after the service call was unsuccessful, returned all my money rather than continue to attempt repair. The second company was partially successful; they replaced the refrigerator compartment thermistor three times, the mainboard was replaced twice, the unit still over-cools (under-cooling seems to be fixed). They had no ideas as how to proceed from there. Being as it was working: with the temperature set at 44F, and a measured refrigerator temperature of 34-36F, we continued to use it without attempting further repair. Recently it has returned to its severe overcooling ways: temperature is set at 44F, with a measured refrigerator temperature of 28-30F. I contacted Samsung for a service call, Samsung is still (16 months later) unable to schedule a repair tech as there is no one to service the Asheville, NC area. Best Buy again referred me to Samsung. I have called other local appliance service centers, and they all decline to work on the unit, one suggested that I throw it away and buy any other brand?! By the way this company was recommended by Samsung.

What hasnt gone wrong. The latest problem is the handle on the freezer drawer. It keeps coming off. There are two bolts that screw into the freezer drawer that the handle attaches to. The problem is, the refrigerator has a latent known defect in which the threaded piece inside the drawer the bolt screws into breaks off inside the drawer. This is clearly a latent defect with the manufacturing of the product. Samsung considers this a cosmetic issue. Huhhhh, they would not honor the repair and wanted me to purchase another warranty. We have had many other issues like the ice machine, water filter and so on. I am so done with Samsung – a crappy product, bad service. Dont buy.

Since day one we have had leaking issues, logged several calls to the Samsung services department, most of the time they would tell us how to get the LC to stop but not fix the issue. Now that the Warranty has expired (1year Warranty) they send out a Tech and want $350 to fix a known leaking issue. They even have a special kit just for this issue. WHAT you put out a defective product on the market and don’t take care of your customer that bought it. Well just like the phone and batteries issues I guess.

BUYER BEWARE!!! “Stainless steel” is a hoax!!! RUST bleeding through on doors and drawer after 1 year-- not covered in HD’s Protection Plan!!! I purchased an attractive Samsung fridge on December 29, 2016 at the Conshohocken Home Depot -- HD ref # ** 33- Wide, 18 cu. ft. Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator. It fit perfectly for my kitchen design. Home Depot delivered months later, and I started using the fridge in May of 2017. However, after one year I noticed spots of rust bleeding through on the sides and front of the top two doors, and on the top of the drawer, as well. As recommended, I clean the fridge with mild soap and water. I called HD Customer Service. The “finish” is not covered in the HD Protection Plan. They called Samsung. Samsung won’t do anything because the one-year warranty expired. So, there’s nothing to do except grin and bear it. Well, there’s no grin on my face -- pretty outrageous!

We purchased our Samsung in August of 2014. We were gone for an extended period of time and the fridge was barely used and was off most of the time after delivery. We returned in mid March and a couple of weeks ago in early April 2015 I placed a double wrapped (plastic and butcher wrap) package of frozen fish on a fridge shelf to thaw for cooking in a couple of days. Two days later, when I went to the fridge there was a terrible odor... fish. I noticed the thawed fish had leaked and spilled all over the shelf and down into the drawer below. I removed it all and cleaned it up and tossed the fish too sickened to cook it. About 4 days or so later I noticed that the odor remained. I recleaned the entire fridge. I noticed that the shelf on which the fish leaked, the one that I had cleaned thoroughly now had a reddish brown stain all along all sides under the tempered glass between the shelf frame and the glass. Ok, I thought, I must remove the glass BUT the glass is sealed into the frame and I could and cannot remove it for proper cleaning. Now, the clear fluid that leaked under the glass has a reddish brown color which indicates to me that bacteria were feasting on the fish juice that spilled from the package. I was alarmed and ran hot water from the faucet directly onto the shelf sides. NO LUCK! I then tried soaking the shelf... one side at a time, in my sink in hot soapy water. STILL NO LUCK. I called Samsung, live chatted with Samsung and submitted emails and called my appliance dealer. We purchased an expensive 5 year warranty for service. I thought they would make this right. All of the shelves, freezer and fridge are sealed. You cannot clean any spilled liquid!!! I even tried inserting a single edged razor blade under the side to let water in but it would not. I asked Samsung for directions on how to clean those sides of the glass. THEY SAID THEY HAD NO SUGGESTION. My appliance dealer also said they could not help. After approximately 8 hours on the phone with Samsung I now have a refrigerator that is a bacteria factory and cannot be cleaned. I am going to report this here and now I am going to search out a class action lawyer who will take this case.I have NEVER owned a fridge that did now allow for cleaning of the glass, or if sealed, did not allow fluid leakage. SAMSUNG HAS A DESIGN FLAW. If you care about your health and the health of your family DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH RELATED ISSUES. Samsung offered to send out a service person. HOWEVER, if this was a cleaning/maintenance issue, I would have to pay for a $55.00 charge. Do not even try going into their self help or request for service by phone or online. Both methods ultimately shift you back into a service request circle of forms that grow more complicated.I spent more than four hours on the link that I was given that would solve my problem. I took the link and filled out all the information, uploaded photos of the problem (bacteria growing) and scanned and uploaded my sales receipt. It then flipped me to a self-help page that one could NEVER escape from until Samsung clocked you out. If you are human, like me, and occasionally spill liquids in the fridge, DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG, IT WOULD BE SAFER TO BUY AN ICE CHEST AND A BAG OF ICE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR SAFE FOOD STORAGE. Thats it, Ill never buy another Samsung product! Now, Im off to find a class action lawyer to make them fix this problem. Ive felt nauseated ever since noticing this reddish brown bacteria. Dont know if it was/is the bacteria I cant remove or the stress that Samsung has caused!

We purchased a package deal on 4 Samsung appliances in the summer of 2016. It was suggested that to update our kitchen for potentially selling it that new appliances are a must. The units that we purchased from HHGregg are VERY disappointing. The dishwasher DW80J3020US is very quiet, which is nice, but since there is no latch to lock the door, occasionally we open it mid-cycle forgetting it is on. There is no way to continue the cycle; it has to start completely over. We contacted customer service asking about this and they confirmed this. That is poor design. For the microwave model ME16H702SEB, you cant cook something and use the timer at the same time. It may seem like a small thing, but it is very inconvenient. Again, poor design. We are extremely disappointed in the quality of these units and the lack of attention to detail. They are cheaply designed. Stay away from them.

EVERY SINGLE APPLIANCE has had problems, the fridge is only the latest. The washer....spitting water out from the dispenser tray and the drum seal leaking as well. Stove, fan, element, dishwasher quit working completely and had to be replaced and now the refrigerator. The only one covered by warranty was the dishwasher. I spent nearly $6,000 on new refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave less than one year ago and also bought the extended warranty. The first dishwasher they delivered did not work at all and they had to bring a new one. The stainless steel refrigerator was replaced twice after several service attempts to fix ice maker that makes only crushed ice. The unit still only makes crushed ice because it is a design flaw and with every glass of cubed ice you get about 30% of crushed ice. I bought the biggest and best unit on the market.. and we are very disappointed.. The wording ice and water rubbed off within the first couple months and was unreadable. Today, I had problems with the microwave. The numbers are beginning to wear off the front panel. When I called Samsung service they indicate that is a cosmetic issue and not covered by the warranty. I would never ever consider buying Samsung appliances for my kitchen.

Samsung microwave SMH9187 - As others describe, the microwave started to beep and the -SE- error code appears. This signifies a display panel issue. Some have had success disconnecting power source for ~15 seconds. Others had success by simultaneously holding the stop/clear and enter/start buttons for 20 seconds. Someone else recommended disconnecting the display panel. This is easy. It is easy to remove the plugs and on my model, only the two white and blue plugs at the bottom could be incorrectly swapped but the blue plug connection has the word blue clearly shown. I had disassembled and am trying to use fans to remove moisture. This malfunction occurred after a nearly two inch rainstorm, so there might be some moisture causing the failure. Samsung said they would extend the parts warranty even though I am outside the 1 year warranty, so I would need to pay for a serviceman. If it is just the display panel and if I can get the part for no cost, this is an easy install.

Bought all new Samsung appliances when we built our house. Stove worked well at first. Liked the rapid boil burner. Right after the extended Lowes warranty expired, the rapid boil burner would go crazy. It was insanely hot no matter what temp you set it on. Burned everything youd try to cook on it. Found the problem, replaced the part. Less than a year later both front burners are doing the same thing. Also used the self-clean oven, enamel came off very badly. Its so damaged I couldnt use it. Top and bottom of the oven look like someone took a grinder to it. Deep gashes. Flaking off. Since its on the top it falls into your food. Noticed today as we were pulling it out to replace with a new range, oven actually has a hole in the bottom. Very expensive Samsung fridge is already starting to freeze items in the back of the fridge. Will never purchase another Samsung appliance. Great TVs, horrible appliances.

I have owned my refrigerator for less than a month. When it was delivered I noticed a small dent in it which the store compensated me $70 for. A week or so later I saw a small chip on the same door. This is a black stainless steel refrigerator that retails for about $1800 (RF261BDAESG). I went to the store and they told me to contact Samsung. I spoke with Samsung and they said they would send a technician out and gave me the company name. I was contacted by that company and told that if they came out and decided it was physical damage I would have to pay for the service call, $200. Also said that if I wanted it fixed it would cost up to $400. I have no intention of paying for any repair for an appliance thats less than a month old.First whats physical damage? If they mean that it was done by me how can that be determined? Whos to say it wasnt caused at the same time as the dent was made? Why would they sell a product that can seemingly be damaged so easily? I spent about 30 minutes on the phone after speaking with their service center trying to resolve this, as long as I dont pay. Im pretty sure they would say its my fault just to save Samsung money. My main concern is the lack of customer service from Samsung because I bought an entire kitchen suite. I purchased Samsung because I had always heard positive things about them but I can guarantee that I will do my best to dissuade anyone from purchasing any Samsung product.

The refrigerator we purchased 1 yr & 8 mos ago stopped working. After waiting a week and a half for a repair company to come the repair company told us it was too big of a problem for them to fix. They called it a sealed system breakdown. We were sent back to communicating with Samsung. Now every time anything actually happens it’s a Thursday or Friday so the whole weekend goes by with no action. I finally get Samsung to assign us a new repair company that supposedly deals with Sealed Systems. We are given a date three weeks later. I demanded that is too long. I’m told I have to deal with the repair company about the date. I try but they don’t care, they’re just the repair company and I’m not the one paying them so why would they care?! Of course Nothing happens. I finally put my foot down and insist that we get a new fridge. Three more days goes by & Samsung keeps promising me every day that management is going to call me back. Guess what? No one ever calls. Another Friday... Another weekend with no action! Now today a month after this whole thing starts & the fridge stopped working I’m told this morning that Home Depot (our original purchase location) is where we get the replacement fridge from and I have to go through them for delivery date. FOUR phone calls later to Home Depot today and hours later it is determined that Home Depot has nothing to do with it. What a waste of my day! Come to find out the fridge is now in our town but no delivery date is available so I just have to sit and wait. Let’s summarize by saying I will never buy anything from Samsung againWe have since realized that our energy bill spiked at least $50 a month since January and it has now dawned on us that it is because as the fridge got worse and worse & was probably pulling more & more energy trying to stay cold. Between the groceries that we lost, the spike in energy cost and the money spent going out to eat because we haven’t had a fridge for a month Samsung owes us a lot more than a replacement but I will not hold my breath! Unacceptable!!Updated on 07/02/2018: If you read my previous review you saw the horrible experience we had going two months without a refrigerator. When the delivery company eventually showed up with our new refrigerator, just as we feared, they were merely truck drivers and had no expectation of installing the new fridge. As soon as it was brought off the truck we’ve noticed a dent in the front right door. Also as the delivery men brought it into the house they damaged our kitchen wall. Our kitchen is in the midst of being upgraded by us and the new sheetrock had just been taped. When I phoned Samsung to tell them of the damaged wall and the dent in the front of the fridge Samsung informed me that we would have to turn the fridge away and go after the delivery company ourselves for the damage to the wall. I am not shocked by this response from Samsung as they have shown no care for their customer through this entire process. We kept the fridge of course because who would turn away a fridge after two months of been without one?

I purchased a set of 4 Samsung kitchen appliance in August. Shortly we found out that the food in the refrigerator freezes and the freezer’s ice maker stopped dispensing ice. Since it was 2 weeks since we bought it, I went to the Home Depot where we bought them to exchange it, but they stated that they will only return or exchange on the first three days and that we have to contact Samsung to repair it which it didn’t make me happy to hear that knowing that they don’t stand behind the products they sell. The manager said if Samsung attempts to fix it three times and the issue still not fixed then they will change it. So, I called Samsung and they started a ticket. Since then, it has been 2 months and several trips by the Samsung’s repairman, they were able to fix the ice maker, but the fridge still freezes the food and now when opening and closing the door the whole fridge makes a loud squeaking sound. On the last trip, the repairman contacted Samsung and stated that they have changed all parts they could, and the issue is still there. Samsung viewed the temperature difference and frozen food through a video conference with the repairman. They stated that it is the way that fridge is designed and do not put food in the back of refrigerator. I could not believe what I heard, and the repairman stated that he has done what he could. He wrote the report and left. In disbelief, I called Samsung customer service. The person helping me could not even access the ticket number to see the history and kept on trying to schedule a repair. When I asked to speak to a manager, somehow, she found a way to view the repair history and stated that she is noting the issue and a manager from the refund and exchange will contact me on Monday. So far no one has contacted me. We have been a Samsung family so far from our phones to TV, appliance etc. but starting to look into other manufacturers as the product quality and service is not there anymore. I hope they resolve this issue soon as possible as I cannot use my brand-new refrigerator. I try not to put food in it, because I have to through them away after a day.

Purchased: August 2015. Samsung side by side with dual cooling, ice maker, high end. Best Buy is promoting these with a vengeance. Within two months of purchase, I called because compressor was making hard rattling noise. Yeah, they do that, said the technician. Called a second time about 6 weeks later because noise did not improve, only got worse. Yeah, they are loud arent they, said the technician, but it is cooling, right? Fast forward to October, 2016. This refrigerator can be described as: 1) Ready to launch, 2) A Mack Truck idling in my kitchen, 3) a flat head V-8 without oil - Granted, these are hyperbole, but the point is, this is a refrigerator guys, not a power tool. Not only exceptionally loud but the thing runs constantly. I know all new refrigerators are low watt, run a long time efficient just like my prior 18 year old Kenmore, but just about every morning after it has been sitting there with the door closed for 7 hours, it is cranking away, seemingly at its loudest. So I called Best Buy because I bought the 5 year warranty. No problem, we will send someone out right away. Guy shows up, Yeah, terribly noisy, well put in for a new compressor. Wow, that is great! Then there was this huge mess up between the Best Buy/Geek Squad hand-off to the people that were going to actually do the work. Two weeks later, technician shows up 10 days late. Thats the noise they make nowadays, yep. If your refrigerator was behind a cabinet, you would not hear all that noise, besides, todays units run at a higher speed. What a bunch of silly excuses. The guy left saying, It is what it is. I say, Samsung has a problem. The noise is not to be tolerated. At this point I am going to see if I can trade this thing out for something else. Noise=loss of energy. I would love to put an amp meter on this for a period of time and see what energy levels this thing is really consuming. After this review, I am going to upload a video of this rickety mess on YouTube, write a bunch of friend and see if it will go viral. Back in August of 2015, all I wanted was a refrigerator that does not dominate my space, it is that bad, it is very annoying, unnecessarily so. Other than that, it is a nice unit and everything else works just fine. In fact, sometimes, but not always, it does run quietly. It is capable of running quietly, they just have a problem with it being noisy most of the time.

Unless someone chose to make it right, which they wont, I would never buy a refrigerator ever again from Samsung. Absolutely, hands down, the worse decision I made. Spent nearly $2,000 and I would have been better off keeping my 20 year old Kenmore that ran very well but was outdated. Ive always used Samsung products, from TVs to phone, however this item rusted within a year (no, no harsh chemicals were ever used and water was quickly dried off). Fan motor went in 2 years. Fan motor was under warranty so no problem, however rusted doors were never covered as they were cosmetic. Samsungs products are purchased precisely for that reason - theyre beautiful. But trust me, they are garbage. Samsung didnt want to make it right - so no more TVs... I am an iPhone guy now... never again until they make it right.

Got fed up with having to take the back panel off the freezer to de-ice the fan and eventually all the coils. It got to the point where we were having to do this every couple months with a fridge that was less than 5 years old. Had issues with a TV, that ended up getting replaced by the store - NOT Samsung. Now getting an --SE-- error on the over the range microwave (manufactured Feb 2010). Unfortunately the house we bought exactly 1 year ago has all Samsung appliances that were manufactured in 2010. Of course our home warranty just expired - wondering how long before well have to replace every single appliance in the kitchen. Guessing in will likely be in the next year. Their products are cheaply made and not made to last. Silly me, thinking appliances should last more than 5 years... Will NEVER buy another Samsung! EVER!!

Purchased a Samsung induction stove 3400.00 Canadian dollars, Samsung French door fridge, washer and dryer in 2015. Approx 7K in Cdn. funds. Dryer has been repaired three times, ice maker in fridge replaced and still has to be defrosted every month to work. The stove in the start of the second year of ownership has had all circuit boards replaced. In 2018 the convection fan was replaced and yesterday, April 17/2020 the two right side elements have stopped working. Never never never again! They look great and have all the bells and whistles - wait until you have to deal with them!!!

I bought a Samsung Refrigerator in 2007. Nothing but problems. 4 Ice maker installed at almost $400.00 a piece. I call Best Buy. They were no help. No one in the town that I live will do repair work. They said they would not repair. Was not worth fixing. I found one repair place in the next state. They charge me $95.00 just to come to my house. I called Samsung after this problem persisted. I thought they would show a little sympathy, not a chance. That equals to an ice maker every 2 years I have owned this piece of junk. I have bought 2 Samsung tablets, a phone, a refrigerator and a range. You would think that consumer loyalty would matter but it doesnt. This fridge cost me $2415.00 plus $1600.00 for ice makers that is a total of $4015.00. This is a bad joke. The kicker is Samsung also makes the ice makers. They get your money every way you turn. I bought a Whirlpool fridge 28 years ago. It is still working and so is the ice maker. I should have known better, stick with what works. I will never waste my money on anything that has Samsung on it again.

My Samsung refrigerator has a (now well known) design flaw with the ice maker that leads to the refrigerator not cooling. Samsung, after fixing it last fall is now - 5 months later - refusing to fix the problem that was obviously NOT fixed last fall. The refrigerator is a lemon and I have no recourse. Model RF220NCTABC/AA - cracking noise from doors. The problem with the doors is not exactly in the hinges themselves. There are two plastic pieces: one black in the top next to the hinge, another white in the bottom next to the hinges. These parts have the function of toggle-close the doors and unfortunately are not of the right quality. They are each attached to the door with one Phillips screw. If any of them breaks, you get the crack sound. I just removed the one on the bottom right and the problem went away. Your technicians answering the phone should be trained on that and even if the refrigerator was bought more than one year ago, send customers these parts for free. Probably the postage will be more expensive than the parts.

We have a Samsung Fridge, which we bought in March of 2012 at Lowes. In December of 2012 I noticed the icemaker was no longer making ice. Thankfully the appliance was under warranty so the repairman came and fixed it. I thought everything was fixed until about 8 months later. No more ice. Every two weeks my husband and I have to take apart the ice machine system and thaw it out. Reading the comments it sounds like this will be a problem until I feel we have gotten our 2,000 dollars worth and then we can take a sledgehammer to it after we buy a different fridge that is NOT a Samsung. Horrible. Everything people are saying here rings true. I had trouble with the electronics panel from Day 1. The timer would not turn off properly, and Samsung did finally send a tech, who did nothing. A year in, I was baking and was unable to shut down the oven because the control panel wouldnt work. I had to throw the circuit breaker to get the oven to stop broiling! I believe I figured that the problem is that the panel gets nuts when it gets too hot since it was ok after the oven cooled down in 15 minutes. Some oven --- aaaaargh!

Samsung microwave SMH9187ST - We experienced the error over the weekend (lots of fun having beeping coming from an unknown place in the house at 3 AM); unplugged and plugged back in in the morning, but it only worked for a couple hours before the SE error and beeping starting again. UGH... I am not brave enough to pull open the unit on my own, so I called Samsung and initial support told me they could do a service call at my expense where the unit is out of warranty. I stood my ground and politely reminded the service rep of how many errors are noted for this unit online, the commitment of Samsung to address the issue, and that numerous other owners have had this service provided for free - even for out of warranty units. After some further holding I was transferred to the Executive Service Center where the rep. agreed to cover the cost of the service call and repair provided it is in fact the touchpad that needs to be replaced. If the issue is something else (highly unlikely), I would own the cost. Seemed reasonable so I agreed. I am now pending a call from a local service vendor to schedule the work. The kill em with kindness approach worked well in getting them to work with me and cover the cost of the repair. Overall this has been a pretty reliable unit for the past 3 years. I just dont get why they dont do a full recall if this is going to happen with every unit eventually.

We purchased a Samsung refrigerator (French door/stainless steel type) because we had a small space to put one in so it had to be a certain dimension. I will NEVER buy anymore Samsung products again! Less than one year after we bought it I started to notice that ice was building up on the ice maker so it had to be defrosted every month or so. Next the ice maker fan stopped working and you cant buy just the small plastic fan...no. You have to buy the whole unit at $150.00. Thanks for forcing your customers to spend way more money than you have to! After having the fan unit replaced we noticed that the ice was building up even more and preventing the arm from moving the ice into the ice bin. After calling the repairman, we found out that the ice maker is now broken and it will not make or dispense ice. He also called Samsung for a replacement part and found out that the icemakers are on backorder so it will be a couple of months before we get one because the amount of people waiting for one is rather large. Evidently we are NOT the only people with this problem. We are now looking at spending another $250.00 for a new icemaker. All of the Samsung products I have purchased (washer and TV) have turned out to be crap. The washer had a recall because of the motor causing the lid to blow off of the washer so we got a crappy 150.00 to go buy another new washer that was NOT a Samsung! The TV the screen went out so we bought another TV that also was NOT a Samsung. I will never buy another Samsung product (including phones) because their products are cheaply made and breakdown soon after you buy them. I would never recommend their products to anyone EVER!

My refrigerator stopped cooling completely. I had a service tech come and he told me it was a manufacturers defect but since it was almost 3 years old, I was out of luck. Mind you, he didnt hesitate to try several times to fix it to the cost of over $700 before he suggested I dont put any more money into it. I tried to get him, as a service tech, to contact Samsung to inform them of the mfg. defect but he failed me on that also. The microwave fan went after about 2 years. It did work but was extremely loud. Then the other night (about 4am) I heard a beeping and the microwave was beeping SE. Now it does not work at all. I had to unplug it to get it to stop beeping. Never again on Samsung appliances. Oh yeah, I also have a range I bought which was Samsung and after 1 year with that, I had to have a burner replaced. Im not at all happy, very disappointed.

Two years into our ownership of this microwave (SMH9187WXAA), we are working on the third control panel. It is a known issue, common to this model microwave. Tens of thousands of these control panels all over the country (I dare say world) are being replaced every year. The tech who replaced the first panel was on his eighth that day; yesterdays tech who replaced the second panel was on his third. Samsung refuses to either replace my microwave or extend my warranty. How does one deal with an issue such as this? The microwave has a known and very widespread defect. That means it does not serve the purpose for which it was designed, and I purchased it. If I did that in my business, the Feds would be on my case. Who is pursuing Samsung in this case? Not Consumer Reports, who rated this microwave a Best Buy. I will be buying no more Samsung or General Electric appliances (Samsung makes many of GEs appliances, esp. their refrigerators).

There are two screws that fasten the handle to unlatch the freezer drawer and to pull the drawer open. The left screw holding the handle fell out. When I tried to screw it back in, there were no threads to screw into. Apparently, the device which the screw was threaded to came loose and fell to the bottom of the inside of the freezer drawer door. All I want are the instructions to open up the door to determine if I need to buy another fasten or what. Samsung says this refrigerator is out of warranty. Samsung refuses to honor warranty. 4 door refrigerator RF23J9011SG/AA. [ New ] As a loyal user of Samsung products from 3 tvs, 3 phones, and 2 refrigerators I expected when I purchased my beautiful 4 door refrigerator that I would enjoy the same top quality that I have always had with Samsung products. After less than two years of service, my 4 door refrigerator, that cost over $3,000 has developed an issue. The bottom (Freezer section) is working fine but the top (fridge) section is now hot. Since the warranty on the compressor and associated parts is 5 years I thought that, although anything can have an issue, Samsung would honor the warranty to repair the unit. They did agree to send a technician out to look at the refrigerator so I was pleased that they would honor their warranty. The interesting part is that the technician only removed the inside panel at the back of the fridge to inspect the coil and fan area. The only test that he did was to unplug a temp sensor and plug one in that he brought to see if the compressor would kick on, which it did not. He also took some pictures of the inside of the fridge and sent them in, he said, to a Samsung technician who, in turn from some unknown location determined that the problem is Environmental because of a small section of copper tubing at the top of the coil has some green corrosion on it (Not the Coil itself). I was confused because this is what copper does when exposed to moisture (inside the fridge) and air. The technician told me that he was not sure but that is what Samsung said. He then removed the panels covering the electronics on the back of the fridge, tested absolutely nothing other than seeing if the LED lights were on and then told me there was nothing that he could do because it is from an environmental problem. The problem with this theory is, #1 copper turns green when exposed to air and moisture, very common and expected. Secondly, if it were an environmental issue then the copper lines on the back of the unit leading to the compressors (there are 2, one for freezer, one for fridge) would be corroded since they are ACTUALLY exposed to the Environment and off course, they are not corroded but look absolutely new. Fast forward today, one week later, and I paid Mr. Appliance to come out and actually diagnose the fridge issue. The problem is that there is an issue with the compressor. And, as I expected, they told me that the idea of environmental issues causing this is absolutely ridiculous. They did, however kindly offer me an estimate of almost $1,000 to repair it. Very disappointed with Samsungs handling of this situation, by the attitude of the tech they sent out, it almost seems as though they intended to find any reason possible not to honor their own warranty.

We purchased this french-door, two-drawer, refrigerator (Model # RF23M8090SR/AA) in late August, 2017. For the first year it worked flawlessly, then... the ice maker decided to go to hell-in-a-handbasket. As was noted (and perfectly photographed by Linda of Muskogee, OK. on March 15, 2019) ours began to do EXACTLY the same thing. The ice would begin to drop out of the freezer tray, get caught in big clump and freeze before dropping into the bin thereby jamming the bin INTO the compartment for the ice maker and making it impossible to remove without potentially damaging the bin itself.Upon contacting Samsung (today; I finally lost it and set up a service call demanding they fix this POS.), it is alleged that Im still under warranty and my service call is covered. However, after seeing the various reviews for THIS VERY PROBLEM, Im NOT OPTIMISTIC that anything positive will come from the service call. Not to be deterred and, like so many others, having paid good money for my fridge, Im thinking about contacting my State Attorney General and looking into some possible legal action against Samsung. Anyone like to jump on this bandwagon with me? Ive simply had enough and will not buy another refrigerator without compensation from Samsung, first! (And, certainly NOT anything made by Samsung!)

In October of 2012, we purchased a french door Samsung refrigerator, model #RF263BEAESR from our local appliance store. It worked well for the first year. When it was one month out of warranty, we started having problems with major frost build up in the ice maker, so much so, no ice would drop. Called Samsung and they told me I had to call a local repair service. I was not satisfied with this since IMHO, a one year old fridge shouldnt be having problems. I wrote an e-mail to the Executive Office of Consumer Support and got a phone call back in days. I explained the situation and told them I would never buy their products again. They offered us a one time service accommodation. A service tech came out, identified the problem as a problem with some sort of heater unit and replaced it. The fridge worked okay for 4 months and guess what, its happening again!!! Called Samsung again and threw another fit and told them it wasnt fixed so they offered yet another one time service accommodation. This time, they replace the whole front control panel and some sort of heater fan in the ice maker. If these problems persist, Ill be asking for a replacement fridge. FYI, people having problems and your fridge is almost new, DO NOT call a service repair person. Call Samsung and ask to speak to Executive Consumer Affairs. Tell them the problems youre having and your dissatisfaction and ask for a service accommodation, theyll set you up with a service call and you wont have to pay a penny.

I purchased a gas range on 1/1/2019 and paid $721 for it and that does not include the delivery, install and 3 year extended warranty. I have had a problem obtaining proper temperature since beginning. A service person came out and said there was nothing he could do and I could just change the temperature on my own. I believe the oven bake temp is correct after using the instructions in manual, but the convection oven temp is still about 25-50 degrees off. There is no way to adjust that. I filed another complaint after serviceman and just got a call from Samsung that it is my fault and there is nothing they can do. I got this stove mainly because it was a Samsung and it has a convection bake feature. Now I will not be able to use convection unless I want burnt or undercooked food. I am so angry. I have a Samsung phone, Samsung washer and dryer and a Samsung microwave. Never again. I will never buy Samsung nor will I ever recommend anyone else I know to make the same mistake.
