Please check if machine is overloaded, and clothes are badly tangled with each other. Thin and thick clothes should be separated for better drying effect.

Kindly check if the drain hose is installed properly and if any holes on it. Please check the conditions of the water supply hose and the one touch joint that links the tap to the water supply hose. It could either happen due to wear and tear or that it has loosened over long time use.

Do clean the lint filter after every wash as the washing machines collect lint during the wash cycle and if it is not removed and gets accumulated, the lint may stick on the laundry during washing or block the drain pipe when draining. 

How do I drain the water smoothly? 
Please ensure drain hose is released and lay down on floor so that water can flow out smoothly. Please do not use too much detergent as many bubbles will be created and slow down draining process. 

Why are there white stains left on the laundry after wash? 
White stains could be detergent stains or fibres of clothing. Please try the following: 
Reduce amount of detergent. 
Set to a higher water level. 
Wash a smaller load. 
Turn woven or knitted items inside out before washing to prevent fabrics from running off. 

How can I remove the odour smell or black stains in the washing machine? 
Place the washing tub cleansing agent inside the drum and run Tub Clean program. Do not use detergent or bleach for laundry washing. 

I am unable to open the door of my front-load washing machine. 
Please turn off the main power socket. Wait for 20 minutes and switch it on again. Press Power on button on the machine control panel. Open the door when there is no more key sign indicator light. 
If 1. does not work, power off the main power socket. Open the small window located on right bottom of the machine. Put some cloth underneath the cover as dirty water may flow out. Pull the Emergency Door Release (vertical plastic lever at right upper corner) downward. When the door switch is released, open the door.
