Hi I wanted to donate this gently used microwave my little brother used for ONE SEMESTER. It was brand new. .


Since then it's been sitting in my basement after he moved back. I'm helping with donations for a family that recently went from homeless to housing, so they need all the stuff.


Perfect opportunity to make the most of what I thought was a perfectly good microwave but I open it to find the ceiling paint looking bubbly and melted.


I would like to know if this is still safe to use or if this needs to be trashed.
