Within a few months of our 5-year warranty ending the french door style fridge started to freeze up in the back, causing the fan to stop working properly and the fridge to stop cooling. I found this news article in which they discovered that this is happening to thousands of other people, and Samsung refuses to do a recall. ** There is also a class-action law-suit regarding this matter.I contacted Samsung, and they refused to repair the fridge without me paying for the parts and labor out of my own pocket. I am appalled by them as a company and cannot believe that they would treat their customers so poorly. I will not ever purchase a Samsung product again. I also own a Samsung stove that had a faulty part that melted all the wiring in the back and, according to the technician who fixed it, could have burned my house down while we were sleeping.

We have a very bad experience with the service of Samsung Refrigerator. It took nearly a week for them to visit our place to check on the complaint made. We had to follow with the service centre every day and request for a call back from the supervisor. The reason for the delay was lockdown. We were already on phase 4 of lockdown and most of the technicians had started moving around. They checked on our refrigerator and was told the problem could be either with the compressor or the inverter board and that they have to place an order for it and it will take 3 days...They finally came after 4 days and they said both and the board had to be replaced. It worked and the technician hardly stepped out and the same problem came up. We tried contacting the technician ..who said he cant come back immediately and he came the following day and said there was a problem with the compressor again... Mind you.. it was a new compressor ...and again they have to place another order and it will take another 3 days. The problem is they will not answer your calls nor will they update you on whats happening. The call center is pathetic. I have been calling them for the last 2 days requesting that we need to speak the supervisor. They say they will arrange for a callback but no one calls. Till now I have not received any call from them. Product may be good but if the service is bad.... We will never want to recommend this brand to anyone... Very poor response and poor service. Higher authorities need to check on this and address this issue immediately especially when there is so much competition. We have been without a refrigerator in this peak summer for nearly 2 weeks now. Dont know how long more we have to wait..??

Samsung refrigerator model RB217ACRS/XAA is simply a terrible appliance. Firstly, it is so loud! Every time the ice maker comes on, it sounds like an earthquake (I live in California). On several occasions, my guests have actually gasped. If its ice time, you have to turn up the TV. Its so loud, its ridiculous! Secondly, the handle on the freezer routinely snaps off.And then, at 16 months post purchase, the ice maker, the freezer and the control pad on the front of the door stopped working. The repairman told me, with a straight face, that I wasnt closing the door properly. Im 54, I have a masters degree and I raised two children; I know how to close the door. Thankfully I had an extended warranty. It’s the only one I have ever purchased. I should have known when the salesperson was so adamant that I really needed one for this refrigerator. I just thought they were being pushy, now I know. The repair was made, and I was reimbursed for lost food. But now, well, this 18 month old Samsung continues to frost-over on the top shelf (of the freezer) and not be cold enough on the bottom shelf. Yes, I have tried changing the settings; Ive tried everything. I can only use the very bottom shelf of the freezer, because the top shelf is frozen over. However, on the bottom shelf where the cardboard boxes (like the one where frozen entrées are in) are wet and disgusting. As for the ridiculously loud ice maker, I have to dump the ice every other day or it turns into one big rock. I thought I was being so smart and cool when I bought this Samsung refrigerator - it was rated so highly! Well, learn from me; dont do it. It’s the worst appliance I have ever encountered. They make good TVs, but leave it at that!

The first Samsung was bought in Nov 14, 2014. The motherboard went out April 19, 2015. A repairman was sent out 5 days later by Lowes and he says Its the motherboard and it would have to be ordered. 2 weeks later we are still without a refrigerator. Numerous calls back and forth between Samsung and Lowes customer support where I was told by ** at Samsung that she could send a repairman out but this would be at my expense. She also tells me my one year manufacturers warranty was non existent because the date that the refrigerator was made is the date the warranty starts. So my 5 month old fridge was out of warranty. Again 2 weeks without a refrigerator and numerous calls later Lowes comes through for me and exchanges my dead Samsung for another Samsung. This one had a much shorter life expectancy and expired 51 days after delivery. Lowes again came through for me with another exchange... a Whirlpool. I have sent a letter to Samsung and described in great detail the problems that I encountered with the first refrigerator and have yet to hear from them. Had I known the 2nd one was also going to lay down so quick, I would have saved myself a stamp.

We have had the worst experience ever with our Samsung fridge. I was so excited to get it. It was really nice and had lots of room. But from the start it never made much ice. The ice maker kept going out and they sent repairmen out a few times to fix it. We eventually got a new fridge and had the exact same problem. We got this one “repaired” 5 times before they finally admitted it was unfixable and agreed to a refund. The refund process has been a nightmare and we have been dealing with it for 7 weeks now. We have been told different info from different agents. We have been put on hold to be transferred to supervisors and then hung up on. We have been told we would get emails with no contact. It’s been a joke. We were told 2 days ago that the refund was approved and we just need to wait for an email. I called back yesterday and got hung up on 3 different times. I called back today and was told it’s not approved yet and was given MORE excuses as to why. I don’t recommend anyone to EVER buy a Samsung appliance! If you ever have to deal with their customer service or refund department, you will go insane and it’s not worth it. Just don’t waste your money in the first place! I know I never will again.

Our refrigerator model number RF260BEAEWW and freezer stopped cooling on February 24. We called Samsung and a diagnostic repairman came to our home on February 27. It was determined that the compressor went out and someone else would need to come and replace the compressor. After a few follow up calls and being told they were waiting on the part the repairman came on March 14th. He replaced the compressor and the final test determined the unit was not holding pressure. The repairman called Samsung while at our home. The repairman told Samsung that the unit was not repairable. After the 30 minute call we were informed by the repairman that we would receive a replacement refrigerator. We were given an exchange number ** and to expect a call from Samsung in the next day or so. We did not hear anything from Samsung so we called on March 18. At that time we were told the exchange process takes 12 business days and we would just have to wait. We explained to the representative on March 18th how difficult it is to go without a refrigerator for 3 weeks especially with 3 children. It is very expensive to buy meals (dinner and breakfast) daily. Plus, we had already had to throw away the contents of the freezer and refrigerator. The week prior we spent over 300.00 on groceries (including meat and seafood). Which if we could find the receipt we would submit to Samsung for reimbursement. But the receipt was nowhere to be found. March 23rd we called to follow up with the exchange process. We were told that we needed to supply a bill of sale for the exchange process. This was the first time we were told this. April 11th we followed up on the bill of sale. We were told that since we purchased the unit at an appliance outlet store the unit was damaged and Samsung would not do anything for us. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG REFRIGERATORS.

Purchased Samsung refrigerator April of 2015 and with 16 months unit is not cooling. On July 11th, 3 days past, when Samsung authorized repair came out and instantly diagnosed unit unrepairable. He issued me a ticket number and told me to contact Samsung electronics and they are aware of the issue and they will inform me on procedure of getting a reimbursement. 4 business days later and no response. 6 days since initial default of unit and no light at the end of the tunnel. In good faith we purchased a Samsung refrigerator in June 2013 from Home Depot. We purchased the extended warranty - we have had use this warranty for repairs over 10 times in under 5 years. On May 5 2018 the entire cooling system failed. I lost a ton of food and had to eat out every day. The repair guy fixed / replaced the cooling system on May 14 2018. Just for the cooling system to fail again on June 1 2018 less than 2 weeks after the fix / repair - this has left me with no freezer and no refrigerator - this unit is now deemed irreparable (it is a sitting duck not working) and I am now left with no way to keep anything cold or frozen while your process takes its sweet time. I have lost over $1000 worth of food and this is not even taking into account the food I need to buy each day for my family just to live, as I cannot keep anything cool or frozen!I was told I need to wait 10-12 days before an RMA is issued from June 5th 2018 - how long after that will it take to get an actual unit! This means I am now 2 months without any way to keep fresh food. I am beyond frustrated. I called today your company on 6/12/2018 just to be told I will receive a refurbished one. Well isnt my new one that was repaired on May 14 2018 considered refurbished? I do not want a refurbished unit. This is so unacceptable as we are suffering not the paper pushers and the approvers. Why does this process take so long? We are out $100 and $100 of dollars in food that we dont have the money to spend so that just means we are going into debt for this hassle. I feel I am being held hostage by your company and slowness to respond. This has been a horrible year with family deaths and now I have to deal with this situation. I have a medical dog who can only eat fresh food due to kidney failure as kibble is too drying for her. So the stress of keeping her alive without cooling is horrid.

We bought this Samsung French Door Refrigerator RF26VABBP 5 years ago. We thought that a Samsung Refrigerator would be reliable. The opposite was true; it needed constant repair. We are replacing it w/another brand today. Heres why: 1. Door seal closing mechanism broke during 1st year (covered under 1 year warranty, but expensive if you have to pay, exceeding $125). 2. Evaporator fan quit 3 years after purchase $233. 3. Ice machine needed replacement 4.5 years after purchase $240. 4. Evaporator fan quit again, less than 5 years after purchase. We are not paying another $240 for this LEMON of a refrigerator~~replacing w/ a competitors brand today. 5. Ice water dispenser doesnt drain well (minor issue).TOTAL REPAIR COSTS in 1st 5 years of ownership: $706 + $125. The 5 year warranty only covers SEALED parts. None of the above qualified. I have never known of a refrigerator to fail so completely. Look for a more reliable brand. SAMSUNG FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR was a costly MISTAKE!

Got fridge delivered and moved it in two weeks later due to remodel. No ice. Called service center again and again and each time given instructions on resetting the thing. Nothing. Then finally got service ticket and supposed to get call. No call. Called Samsung back. Said allow 48 hours for the call. 72 hours - no call. Still waiting on call. Samsung confirms ticket number and contact information. Service people on the phone treat you like an idiot. One guaranteed me that changing the temperature on the ice maker would solve the problem. Another told me the wires on top of the door hinges were the problem. Reset the icemaker about ten times. Water in the door is fine. Another one said it was not getting water. There is only one water supply line. Another said maybe the unit is not level. What bull that was. Nothing works.

Bought Samsung refrigerator RF263BEAESR in 2012 and within 2 years, the ice maker failed. Samsung would not fix since it was out of warranty. I spent the next 7 years calling periodically to see if they would address their defective product. They never would - until this year! Now they agreed to replace the ice maker. However, since Ive spent 7 years chisling, blowdrying, doing whatever I could to remove the shoebox size block of ice that appears - the housing that the icemaker sits in has become disfigured. Because I damaged the housing, my ice maker cannot be replaced and they will not replace the housing. So - they make a piece of crap ice maker - I suffer 7 years of listening to strange noises, fighting an ever-growing glacier of ice, etc. - and now, after 7 years - Im at fault for damaging the ice maker housing. I will never buy a SAMSUNG product as long as I live. They are despicable.

I purchased this Samsung refrigerator (RF217ACPN French door model; bottom freezer drawer) in January of 2014 at Lowes but did not get the extended warranty. First, there was water in the crisper and not thinking much of it, I would just clean the water up. Then this past Easter weekend, the unit started making an awful noise. Being a holiday weekend, I could not get anyone out to look at the refrigerator. By Monday, the noise had stopped. Then on Mothers day then it stopped cooling but the freezer still works. So I called around locally for a repair person and was informed repeatedly that they would not work on the unit - reasons were no training available or couldnt get parts. I then called Lowes who in turn tried locating a tech for me several times with no luck. So my next step was to contact Samsung and over a two week period, went through the same thing of setting up repair dates and being called back and cancelled by the service companies. Finally started with a return authorization this pass Monday with Samsung - a prorated buy back. Only to be called yesterday and told that the buy back was stopped because there was indeed a repair tech in my area that would work on the fridge and Samsung, set it up for next Monday the 9th. Well today, there was a voice mail from the service company saying that they would not work on my unit. So I called Samsung 1-800 number again and informed them of the latest development and ask that the return authorization be restarted. Now, they are saying that they will not do a buy back because the refrigerator is not unrepairable. Well, if no one will repair a broken appliance then in my thinking, it is unrepairable.

After complaining about the ice maker on the RF263 for over a year because of poor production, Samsung said nothing could be done to shorten the cycle time. I am getting about 1 cycle per four hours. Even with Power Freeze (as recommended in the owner’s manual).I called Samsung tech support and they said that power freeze would cause slower production of ice. They said that the filter should be changed more often than six months and that I should not be using a whole house (huge) water filter. They asked me to press the reset button (and hold for 8 seconds), which I did and the ice dumped. They said not to expect ice for 12 hours and that I should be getting a dump about every 1 and 1/2 hours.Furthermore, the OM says to flush the new filter with at least six gallons of water – without telling me how to flush it! I asked why none of this was discussed in the woefully inadequate owner’s manual. Whats more, all the techs know is what is written down in front of them, without having any knowledge of why or the logic of what they are telling you to do (or not).

Just before a year of having the Samsung Glass top stove NE595R0ABSR/AA, the enamel in the bottom of the stove started to crack. I didnt notice at first but the cracks were getting larger and showing in different areas of the bottom of the stove. When I purchased my home, I purchased almost all Samsung appliances... After this, I will never buy anything made by Samsung... not even a phone nor TV. Clearly the service rep that came out and agreed that this issue is a defect. I attempted to address the issue with Samsung, but days after sending pictures and receipts, they stated the stove was not under warranty and they would not cover it. To make things worse, I have extended warranty through Asurion (Home Depot warranty) and they stated its something that should be covered by the manufacturer. So, I have a $700 stove where no one want to own up to being the responsible party for coverage.

We are totally dissatisfied with Samsungs French door refrigerator (RF26VABWF) and totally frustrated with dealing with their appointed service representative - Lakes Electronics. We purchased a French door refrigerator December 2008. By March 2012, the refrigerator stopped cooling. Between Lowes service company and then Samsungs factory service unit (Lakes Electronics) it took three trips and $570 dollars to get serviceable.Three years later, the refrigerator started leaking water from the unit that was replaced in 2012. We called Lakes Electronics directly for service, who responded appropriately the next day. The repair person defrosted the leaking unit, charged the standard fee, and gave us his directed contact number. Within a few days the refrigerator started leaking water again, we waited a few days in hopes that it would corrected itself and called for another service trip. On the second trip, the service rep took the unit apart, supposedly unfroze the drain line and told us that he would check with Samsung to try to diagnose the problem. He said that he should have an answer in a day and a half.Needless to say, the leak resumed within two days. The rep failed call with the status of the claim. We called him twice after a week, but he failed to answer and failed to return the call. We infer that he had no idea what was wrong. We dont know if he neglected to contact Samsung or Samsung didnt know how to fix the problem. Now we contacted Lakes again. We get the answer that they will send the same representative out and that they will charges us again. In effect, they promised fix our flat tire by filling it with air but not find the nail that causes the flat. When we question whether they guarantee that the problem is fixed, we get a run-around. When we ask to discuss the issue with supervisory staff, we are put on permanent hold.In addition to the above tale of woe, the ice maker stopped working a couple years ago. Plus the cold water runs so slowly, it is totally worthless. These problems were true with a brand new filter. The filters cost $40 every six months. With the rest of our frustrations with our purchase of the refrigerator we havent even considered bringing service in for ice and water line problems. For sure, we will never buy another Samsung appliance.

We bought our refrigerator about 4 yrs. ago, and have had nothing but problems from day one. The ice machine broke twice. The refrigerator froze up and filled with ice in the back, and had to be serviced. The water dispenser broke. The fridge fan broke. Now the freezer is out. It was under warranty at first, so all the repairs were taken care of. However, now the warranty has expired, and I couldnt get the company to extend it. So, we are having to pay for this stuff. Searching the internet has shown that my problems are not unique to us. It is a problem others have had, and there is a lawsuit going on. How disgusted that makes us. Because it was out of the 1 year warranty, we had to pay $158 parts and $130 labor to replace the entire filter port. Then the ice maker didnt give an adequate supply of ice. Apparently, the computer screen/mechanics that controls that was replaced by Samsung. The repairman stated it would need replacing again because the set was all wrong. The ice is not making ice again. It was replaced April 27, 2013.The make-up of the dispensing controls appears to be set up for failure from the beginning. The ice and water are sort of piggybacked to each other and something within this or the computerized screen will not allow them both to work. I have contacted Samsung and they have not attempted to reach out to me to resolve this problem with their product.

The warranty does not cover the cosmetic issue but I feel this is a workmanship issue that should be covered and is a product that is deficient and Samsung should provide new doors. I have called Samsung twice who told me that I should call the retailer who I purchased the extended warranty from and the retailer told me to call the manufacturer. I will not make another purchase of any Samsung product and will not use the retailer any longer.

We purchased a Samsung kitchen bundle (microwave, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher) from Home Depot. A week after installation the microwave caught fire and created a burned hole on the inside of the microwave. Contacted Samsung and have been spinning for 2 weeks now as they will not replace this unit, only repair it. At this point we paid for a BRAND NEW unit, 2 weeks ago, and we have zero confidence in the reliability and safety of this unit being repaired. Samsung has been very unresponsive to our request. Cannot believe that big corporations can treat people in this way. Taking our hard earned money and not replacing like for like.

Alluded to this in my earlier rating of the refrigerator product. More specifically, the induction stove is also a hit and miss item. We have purchased VERY high end cookware and find that some cookware works on some of the burners, but it is very hit and miss. We waited until our one year Samsung warranty expired so we dont have to work with their ponderous/painful/frustrating warranty department, and now will work with the extended warranty we purchased from a reputable retailer to see how that works. Again... if its a Samsung my advice is to run. Pick a different deal. These are poor products with extremely bad service.

Bought the Samsung DMT800RHS dishwasher from Lowes and installed it. After about 6 months of use, I noticed the top rack was sagging and not very sturdy. I noticed the adjustment clips were broken off the rack and I found 3 of them in the bottom of the dishwasher. I thought it was strange because we had never used the adjusters to raise or lower the rack. I called Samsung and described the problem so they looked up the date of purchase and said they would send out new adjusters to replace them. I got the parts and installed them. After about 4 months I noticed that 2 had broken off again - I knew it was a design flaw. I checked another model at Lowes and noticed they had a different design on that dishwasher for the upper rack. One morning after running the dishwasher the night before, I opened the door and began removing dishes - they were still dirty and there was liquid soap running down the door inside that had not dissolved. I reloaded the dirty dishes and turned it on. It filled with water, but the motor did not run and there was no washing. After checking out the control board (okay) and talking with Samsung, I tackled the problem myself. I removed the wash arm, unscrewed the filter module, removed the housing and found one of the broken clips wedged in the pump motor. After removing the piece and reassembling the module, it filled up with water and started washing. Samsung needs to provide a retrofit for the rack adjusters and send to all of their customers. I am considering making a clamp to wrap around the adjuster and the rack to keep it from falling below. Put my name on the list of dissatisfied consumers and contact me for a retrofit when available.

The new hub refrigerator (with white glove service) plus black stainless double oven range plus ultra quiet black stainless dishwasher plus black stainless microwave plus Samsungs latest washer/dryer combo plus 55 inch Samsung ultra HD TV plus Samsung 65 inch ultra HD TV plus a Samsung S7 smart phone all to update our home and all purchased within one week. Oh, you are the first buyer of the Samsung Family Hub refrigerator and you wont believe the white glove service it comes with. White glove? They came out to measure the location and said no problem, all will fit. Second floor, no problem we have the greatest delivery team. Well, the exciting day comes. The delivery team says they will probably scratch the ref if they bring it upstairs but they will try anyway. Final measurement from the white glove guy, all good she will fit. The greatest delivery team bangs it up the stairs, hides the big and I mean big gauges they put in the cabinet with their moving belt metal buckets and guess what, it wont fit. We now have the white gloved Samsung Family Hub sticking half way into our kitchen posing nicely with the several gauges in the cabinet. No problem well take car of it. Two days pass no call from anyone. My wife finally calls the white glove VIP team and they cant help! You cant help, give me someone else. No hes right, we cant help. You will have to call the store you bought it from. You are kidding me, where was the VIP white glove treatment. Go to Sears, get a Kenmore. We are trying to return all this crap as we also discovered the dishwasher too has a big gauge on the top of the door hidden from us. Even if you have money to waste, flush it down the toilet and dont buy Samsung and be fooled like we were.

We made the ultimate mistake by purchasing this Samsung Storm Wash dishwash
We made the ultimate mistake by purchasing this Samsung Storm Wash dishwasher. The dishwasher smells and constantly traps mold in the dishwasher & on the dishes. After less than 1 year the dishwasher hardly cleans at all, the glasses look worse after being washed in dishwasher than before. There is a gross film left on all dishes despite using rinse agent religiously. Silverware has to be rewashed before using. I hand wash more dishes than the dishwasher washes! So frustrating & Im stuck with this piece of junk till I can afford a new one. Very disheartening. Samsung has no care despite emails sent to them. They refuse to help & refuse to take product back. I was willing to trade for another Samsung dishwasher. Shame on any company that doesnt stand behind their product! My daughter got an Mac Pro recently that began to split apart after a month; Apple immediately took care of this. Samsung could learn a thing or two!

We bought a Samsung dishwasher at Home Depot. We have this machine for about 10 weeks now. We have had the repairman here six times. The lights come on telling us that there is a leak. It runs and runs and runs so we unplug it. By the time repairman comes, it resets. Nothing wrong with it. We finally sent a video to Samsung of what is happening. They replace the pump. An hour into the next dish-washing cycle, the light is back on. Samsung will not replace or refund without repairman stating it is defective. Repairman coming back Monday.

The refrigerator started out pretty good. However the water spout is located inside the fridge and this has posed a major inconvenience along with increasing the humidity in the fridge during the hot humid summer. Had to defrost it three times because the drain hose froze up. First time it froze everything in the back side of the fridge. Ice build up stopped the fan & burned it out. Once thawed out & fan replaced it worked well about 3 months, Drain Has frozen up twice since the fan being replaced. Not recommended.

Bought the Samsung Waterwall Dishwasher in Black Stainless Steel in July. It was not delivered on time, Lowes claimed that Samsung sends it when they feel like it and doesnt adhere to the deadlines they themselves create. My refrigerator wasnt delivered until late August! We had our first dishwasher leak in August, had to replace the kitchen floor! The dishwasher has had many problems with cleaning, Ive been told its due to the distance between the washer and sink. So I basically use it as a sanitizer. Started leaking again, called Samsung, they sent the information to a contractor in town. Contractor ordered parts, 7-10 business days to get the part!!! Are you kidding me??? An emergency plumber could come take care of this today!!!Ive been on the phone with them for hours today, there is nothing they can do to speed up this process. The best they can do is turn my water off so it doesnt ruin my floor again! Thats wonderful with a house full of people and Thanksgiving at my house. I bought brand new so I didnt have to deal with this. I guess Samsung just doesnt mean quality anymore.

I purchased a Samsung 30 inch 5 burner free standing 5.8-cubic ft free standing self cleaning convection gas range model # NX583G0VBSR from Lowes. The oven temp is off by 50-80 deg. I have had the probe replaced twice and the board replaced once. Every time after the new parts are installed it heats up to the right temp but takes 30 minutes to do so. But then the next time I go to use it, the problem reappears. I am out of warranty but the repairs were initiated while it was under warranty so you must ask for the warranty to be extended, also you must ask for parts and service. (1-800-726-7864) The first question they ask is if I have used the self clean feature, I have not. The tech also asked that question. I asked him if there was a problem with the self cleaning feature and he said there was and that the temp gets to high and destroys the probe, so I guess the self cleaning feature that I bought is no longer an option on my range. I now have another repair tech coming to replace the board and probe again. If this fails I am going to try to get the range replaced. I would not recommend a Samsung product as we have had repairs to our fridge and tablet. I thought these products were high quality but I guess I was wrong.

I have a three-year-old Samsung side-by-side fridge that cost me $1000. Suddenly last month, it started to make a noise like a motorboat. I didnt think that a fridge less than 3 years old should be having issues, as I have had many refrigerators that lasted me 15 years or more with no repairs needed. None were Samsung. Well, I called Samsung and they were not willing to do anything for me. I had to call and ask for a supervisor who was not willing to make any concessions. Finally, after telling me multiple times that the fridge is out of warranty, she says she will pay for the parts but I had to pay for the installation myself.I am on a fixed budget and the repairman, theirs, wanted $250.00 to do the job. My son can do it for me for free - all we needed was the part. So I asked them to send me the parts then for free as they offered, but she said no, I HAD to use their service people or it would void the warranty. What warranty? Didnt you just tell me 5 times that I was out of warranty? She said it would void the warranty. This is a runaround and I am looking to find out if anyone else is having this problem with their fridge. The evaporation coil freezes up on the fridge side, and I was told I needed a Temperature Defrost sensor. I found one locally and am going to install it myself, but I had to make twenty phone calls in order to find one. The part costs $11!! Rip off company, lousy products and poor customer service. Dont ever buy a Samsung fridge!

This Samsung Ref. RSA1NTIS 19.4 CU FT we bought 9/30/2012 at SM Appliance Center NE-The Block broke down even before it reached 1 year. Defrosting in a day or 2 after its plugged in. It has been out of order since Oct 2013 up to this day. Countless of frozen goods spoiled every time the service technician plugs it & claims the parts are good. Parts replaced, repaired repeatedly, technician even asked us to buy gadget to guard power fluctuations but to no avail. Been servicing the unit for almost 7 months & technicians says its functioning okay. I bought a ref/freezer. But its not freezing even when set to power freeze.Lost track of the countless times we called up the Service Center, Samsung main office & SM Appliance NE-The Block, not to mention my personal appearances to personally lodge my complaints, but until now Samsung Ref. remains a trash. The floodings in our floor after sometime every time it is plugged, the money put to waste for spoiled foods, the days I have to go on leave or the days my nephew have to absent himself from school waiting for the technician to come, the emotional stress this ref. had brought the entire family esp. to me & my husband abroad who had been helping me to call Samsung, these among other things brought nightmare to our otherwise peaceful living. No functional ref. for 7 months & counting...

Today I contacted Samsung support via live chat, describing the common SE error, to inquire about service for my SMH9207 microwave purchased in Dec. 2010. Many postings, including several on consumeraffairs.com indicate Samsung is aware of this common issue with their microwaves and in some cases has repaired out of warranty microwaves. The representative I chatted with, George **, indicated Certain models had a known issue which we have addressed. These are the only ones that are being covered outside of the warranty term. I was give the web form to fill out a service request. Its obvious Samsung makes good phones, not microwaves, and they dont always stand behind a product. I was very disappointed as I had purchased many Samsung products over the years (phones, TVs, etc.) finding them reliable but, I never had to put the company to the test until $335 microwave stopped working. At this point, I will never buy a Samsung product again because I know if their is a fluke, or defect in their usually decent products, the company will not stand behind the product, and will cite the warranty which is in line with industry and isnt good (1 yr.). I am so upset, Im spending for a microwave of another brand rather than buying the Samsung control board and servicing. Do not buy a Samsung appliance if you want reliability and company that stands behind the product.

Within a six week period; I made multiple calls to SAMSUNG; was sent two local techs, who was in contact with the samsung; Samsung cancelled the third tech with no explanation and the freezer is still not working. Dealing with the SAMSUNG SERVICE DEPT. has been one long nightmare. They have an 800 number so you do not get to speak to the same person; they are located all over the USA and Dominican Republic. I was given misinformation, hung up on, transferred to other agents multiple times and had to re-explain the reason for my call over and over again. The agents read off a script about their service policy I cannot get a replacement refrigerator until a part has been replaced twice AND THEIR service tech deems it unrepairable; I cannot receive reimbursement for lost food until the refrigerator has been fixed. The problem with my appliance is that there was a factory defect with the freezer drawer, the techs were telling me, but not communicating this information to the SAMSUNG TECh. I was assigned a case worker after the initial conversation about the problem, I never heard from them again.

We purchased a 3 door Samsung refrigerator Jan, 4 2016. The ice maker drips water through the ice dispenser and several times ice has lodged in the maker preventing new ice to drop and consequently build up ice. The repairman says this is a common complaint and we can either replace the ice maker ($500), shut the entire refrigerator down for 48 hours to let everything thaw or use a hair dryer to try to help the thawing process. He says it is an engineering flaw involving the air flow. Of course once you melt the ice it will happen again. I paid $3000 for this appliance and based on the amount of bad reviews I just now read regarding Samsung refrigerators, Samsung should for pay for this consistent problem to be repaired.

We purchased a complete Samsung kitchen from HHGregg 4 years ago when we upgraded our kitchen. Weve had issues with the ice maker freezing up almost since day one, but have continued to manually defrost. Now, heres the horror story. We returned home from Thanksgiving holiday to find our house flooded! Yep, you guessed it. The refrigerator was the culprit. It malfunctioned, and the inside of the fridge was literally filled with water! We had all hardwood floors, and every one of them has to be replaced, in addition to other repairs.Well, Samsung was quick to set up repair service through a third party contractor. The authorized repair person doesnt have a clue what hes doing. And, like Samsung, their customer service is the worst. I spoke to a Samsung rep again today, and expressed I did not want this refrigerator, that I wanted a new one. I got what I perceive to be the standard answer, and thats your appliance is no longer warranted, and all we can do is to repair it for you. What kind of crap is that when you have thousands of complaints about your defective product? After reading the complaints here, I noticed a few persons recommending a class action lawsuit. Were in for sure. Im done with Samsung appliances and after $50,000 in damages and repairs I certainly feel Im justified!

Purchased a new Samsung oven, dishwasher and fridge combo from Best Buy. Within 4 months of owning the oven, used very little, the oven started having serious issues. The oven would take forever to heat up, have to put it on 500 degrees to get it to heat up to 350 degrees. When you opened the door to put anything in the oven it dropped about 200 degrees. Have to wait for it to heat up again. In the middle of baking time, the oven would drop its temperature. Other times it would heat above whatever you place the oven temp on. Went to Best Buy, they had to call Samsung. Was going to be on hold for over a half hour so left and placed the called myself. When I finally got a hold of Samsung, they said they had never heard of anything like this before happening. They sent out a tech. The tech determined the whole motherboard needed replaced. Three weeks later the motherboard arrived and a tech came out and installed. Havent had problems since however for the oven only being a few months old the motherboard should not have failed. The fridge is very loud and the freezer causes freezer burn on everything. I am glad that Samsung had no issues sending someone out to repair it at no charge however they need to look more into what is causing the issue. It ruined our Thanksgiving dinner!

My kitchen was in desperate need of a makeover so I decided to purchase all new products from Sears and selected Samsung. I so wish that I would have checked with Consumer Affairs first before purchasing (3) Samsung products in 2013 - all of which have had issues. I purchased a double door black refrigerator, a black microwave as well as a black gas range. My refrigerator from day one has had issues with the ice maker not making ice and the refrigerator temperature not working properly. The worst product of all was the microwave oven that caught fire while I granddaughter was cooking a hotdog on a paper plate. The plate caught on fire. There were sparks and flames literally shooting from the microwave. I didnt purchase the extended warranty on the microwave because my experience with good microwaves is that they simply stop working after about 6-7 years. They dont catch on fire! I paid $329 for the microwave and Samsung wanted to charge me $325 for the repairs and continue to give me the run around. The matter is still not resolved. So if you are reading this review... save yourself the trouble. Please do not purchase any Samsung product!

Dishwasher with water wall - It started to be defective a couple of months
Dishwasher with water wall - It started to be defective a couple of months after purchase (stopped working and showed a message on the top of the door to indicated what the problem was). Got repaired. But since at first, the problem was sometimes present and sometimes it was okay, they told me it could not be repaired and I would have to pay for the visit if when he comes, he cannot see the problem. So I had to wait for it to be defective all the time for them to repair it. This happened after a month since the beginning of the problems. One year later was defective again but this time more than one problem had to be addressed. The pump had a problem. The water wall isnt moving so the dishes that are on the lower part are not washed. And the motor had to be changed (I dont know if this is the same thing as the pump). And I had to wait a whole month for the parts to be available so these problems had to wait. Then someone came and repaired, or tried to repair. The motor or pump works better, it doesnt make that weird noise anymore, but the water wall isnt repaired, the repair didnt work. So the water wall will have been defective for a month and a half if this time he is able to repair it, or longer if he is still not able to repair it.The extended warranty applies only if the same part is broken three times, not if one part is defective, then later another part is defective and so on. Also the extended warranty can apply if in the end the dishwasher will not be repaired, but how long will I have to wait for them to decide they end the trying to repair period of time? Also, this time they will probably replace the same part that had been replaced during the first year of warranty. But since it happened during the first year of warranty, it will not count for the extended warranty that started at the end of the first year. So even if the part is replaced a third time, the first time will not count. In other words, there is not much chance that my dishwasher that is always defective will be replaced. I am stuck with it. I will never buy a Samsung product again. This is a shame, it is always defective and all this time waiting for a repair wastes time of my warranty since nothing is happening. They should replace it after three problems, not three times the same part broken. And they should extend the warranty during this whole month when I am waiting for it to be repaired. It was an expensive dishwasher. What a waste of money.

We purchased a Samsung fridge freezer from eBay, which we were very happy with. It seemed a great bargain... One day I realized I had given the kids sour milk on their cereal as the fridge had stopped working. We called out the service technician who defrosted the back with a hair dryer as it was completely frozen and the fan was locked solid with ice. When the fridge stopped again a few months later, we thought wed save the call out fee, etc., and do it ourselves. A couple of months later, and again. Do we have to pull the fridge apart for a couple of days every month or so?

I ordered Samsung Gas Range, Model NX58H9500WS/AA from Plessers on April 4th, 2016. In two months, the surface burn grates cracked. I filed a claim, to my dismay, the customer service is the worst ever I had dealt with. I was asked to send the pictures of the defect parts and the receipts. I sent what they asked for on June 20th. Until today, I did not hear a word. I just called and was told that the burner grates and the cap are not covered. The gas range is quite expensive. I cannot believe that the burn grates cracked in two months. The workmanship is extremely poor.

My husband and I purchased a new home July 2016. Kitchen had brand new appliances. We already had a repair done in Samsung dishwasher in which took over a week to get repaired. That was only after 5 uses. December 23, 2016 my refrigerator failed. Lost everything. Called the customer service at Samsung because they are brand new appliances. They should not be failing. The few people that I spoke to were not able to help get someone out. Spoke to supervisor. Got a local repair to come out that Friday to tell us what we known it was the compressor. Its a holiday weekend, company was coming and a baby in house. Samsung certainly did not see our frustrations. The guy at repair center said it will take 3 to five days for part to come in. That brings us to the middle of the week. Called repair center said it may be in Friday. I called Samsung again today 12/27/16 and told them the issue. Basically there is nothing they could do other than wait for the part even though it will be almost 2 weeks without a refrigerator that should not have failed (in warranty repair). I asked the supervisor at Samsung if they can expedite the part. She said no theres nothing they can do other than wait. Again I tried pleading my case. I have a baby in the house and other young children not to mention it is 60 out in RI today and losing everything in coolers. They did not resolve this pressing issue or the fact that I lost too and bottom of the food in refrigerator that is worth about 300 and the food I had to replace that I lost. Their customer service is just trained to patch the problem. They sound more like counselors than trying to make their product right.

We purchased this unit from Lowes and were not happy with the way it cleaned right off the bat. There were water spots on the glasses, food still on the plates. After 6 months of use, the top basket rack adjuster broke. They did send us new ones which lasted another 6 months. We asked for another set and they said it was just out of warranty but they would send them out once more at no charge. Six months later, they broke again! Now, I was getting angry and they say it was a design flaw and we can send you out another set. Six months later they started breaking again! This is an awful product. This past Christmas, an error code came up for leak detected. It ended up being the drain hoses cracking and leaking. Now, my basement floor is destroyed from a 2-year-old dishwasher! After we fixed the drain hoses which was 2 months ago, we have a new code 9E - low water flow. This is caused by the basket adjuster pieces that were broken off and stuck in the hoses. I feel that I should be refunded or receive a new dishwasher. This should have been recalled by now. Im not a happy Samsung customer!

Samsung FER300SX. Great price, features & beautiful appearance. I had always respected all their other products. Its really nice to look at and that is the only good thing I have to say about it. It is very poorly designed with light and cheap wiring. They have come to repair it four times in 18 months. It will not maintain oven temperature and burns/melts the wiring at both elements. I could hear it sizzling in the back. Fearing a house fire, I bought and installed my own high temperature, 3M, 900 degree wire connectors at both upper and lower elements. This finally eliminated my fire hazard risk. But everything I cook, I have to baby-sit; whether its in the oven or the stove top. I had to buy two oven thermometers to hang from the upper rack to keep the temperature at least close, manually, when doing pizza or meats. But any bread products or pastry type of baking, forget it! You cant manually control the temp that well for touchy baked good items like that. They cant fix it. All the circuit boards have been replaced with no success. At least I made sure myself, that it shouldnt burn the house down now.In my opinion, Samsung should not be in the home appliance business. These products are of poor quality and cheaply constructed. Until now, for decades, I had always been highly respectful of their home entertainment line. Low quality and unsafe [fire hazard]. I have already bought and paid for it so there is no longer any deal to break. Go shopping for another brand and research every model you are considering, tenaciously! Read all reviews, good AND bad and leave no stone unturned.

I purchased my Samsung Refrigerator only a year and a half ago and it started to make a loud noise. Had it serviced and the service professional advised it was a build up of ice in the mechanisms causing the fan to not spin properly. He advised this was a fault of the POOR DESIGN and that it would continue to have this issue! I have been online looking for solutions to this issue that would be less costly than engaging a repair man each time and found hundreds of videos by Samsung refrigerator owners who are experiencing the same issue. Tell me why a company would continue to build a product and sell it to the public KNOWING it has a critical fault. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT. I have no confidence in the companys ability to build products. Not one refrigerator should have left their warehouse after they realized the fault in the engineering. I had a Whirlpool for 15 years and NEVER once had it repaired.

I had nothing but troubles since we bought the refrigerator Samsung side by side with outside doors to get to the door shelves. First two weeks it was beeping constantly and nobody at Samsung Help could not tell me JUST to disconnect and reboot. It took two month for to get a repair man and by then I had it fixed. Then the door shelves are made of such a LOW quality that they do NOT have any quality at all. Within the first six months 3 shelves were broken in pieces and when I complained they ONLY send me 1 shelf. You keep complaining to somebody from the other side of the world and they just keep opening new ticket complains without solving the problem. They send me one more shelf and as of today I only have two door shelves working because each one costs about $60 and I do not want waste any more money. The water and ice dispenser is also a big problem, it seems to have an attitude. It dispenses ice or water whenever it pleases him not the person getting it. It would not dispense and you HAVE to figure out if the temperature its at normal or you have to open and close the doors or you have to turn the knob at the ice dispenser to get anything dispensed to you. Do not BUY it is a piece of JUNK compare to my last refrigerator that lasted 15 years without any problems. If you Do be prepared to pay them at least $240 a year in Door Shelves replacements.

As I tell all of my friends, stay away from Samsung appliances. They may make good phones but they should stick to just that! We bought a Samsung french door, freezer on the bottom refrigerator 4 years ago. The ice maker started freezing up and not working 6 months after we bought it. At times it makes so much noise it wakes us up. Now a new problem... the fridge just stops cooling even though the freezer is still working. Its an on again off again problem leaving us never knowing when our food might go bad. Yesterday it stopped working for hours so I ordered a Whirlpool (which I shouldnt have to replace a rather expensive 4 year old fridge) online from Lowes. Then about 10 pm it just started working again. I called a repairman only to find out that, between diagnostic and the fix, someone would have to be here about 2 to 3 hours. My husband and I are both high risk if we get Corona so I really dont want someone in my home. Now I dont know whether to trust it or go ahead and spend another $2000 (were on social security and cant really afford it) or just hope and pray that we dont get sick from eating spoiled food if it goes out and comes back on while we are sleeping. From what I see on this forum Samsung, you have caused so much stress and anxiety with your defective products, not to mention possible illness. You should (but Im sure youre not) be ashamed!

Constantly having to defrost the unit manually because it freezes up and finally, 3 weeks ago we starting having a noxious burning smell come from fridge. Although Samsung did extend our warranty past the 12 months, since we have had multiple issues, they could not find the root of the smell after 2 service calls. The last service rep called Samsung and they said that their refrigerators do not emit smells. Well according to both of the service reps, it certainly did. The last one said it even left a bad taste in his mouth after working in the fridge for a little while. A $2000+ refrigerator that didnt even last 2 years. On Oct 12 of this year I bought a Samsung Self-Cleaning Slide in Convection Range Model Number NX58H9500WS. I normally keep it clean manually, but decided to try the self clean option a week ago. After it heated up, black noxious smoke was billowing out of the oven. It was setting off all my smoke alarm, and spreading black soot everywhere. I shut down the machine from the electric junction and opened all the windows. I believe if I hadnt thought quickly it would have set fire to my apartment. I called Samsung, and they came here and inspected the machine, and voided the warranty. How does one void a warranty on a machine that was obviously defective, and could have caused a house fire? I went to the place I purchased the machine, because I had a warranty with them. They came, and they verified the stove had gone on fire. The company I purchased this from is taking care of the issue that Samsung should have taken care of. This is reprehensible on the part of Samsung Customer Service. We are now allowed to return said item to the store and will be picking out another range. You can guess it will NOT be a Samsung.

Purchased four new stainless steel appliances together in 2013 one being the Samsung french door refrigerator. I was warned about this from a few of my friends as they made that mistake and had extensive problems with ice maker and water dispenser. Despite their warnings, I bought one anyway believing theirs were non-typical occurrences and ours would be fine based on how much they cost. In less than a year, the ice maker failed and refused to work at all - had worked intermittently prior to then, but I chipped ice off the auger thinking that was just a fluke. Unfortunately, I did not feel like spending an additional $350 for more coverage on a brand new item and trusted it would last longer, so we go without ice.Next, loud noise coming from a fan which worsened over less than two weeks, then stopped altogether. Now fridge at 45 deg and warm items, primarily noticeable with the milk. Secondly, under normal use, the door flapper between the doors failed and has to be held with a hand to shut! Finally bit the bullet and called Sears where we purchased it and scheduled service. After trying to sell us a monthly service agreement for all appliances promising 50% off if we signed, I opted for just the repair which was an apparent plugged auto defrost drain hose which caused ice to build up around fan and fails to permit cooling. $500 + dollars later they have parts on order with a repair date of 12/10. All this for a NEW fridge. Samsung sucks and I regret selling the old reliable simple fridge that came with the house and was already 10+ years old at least!! I will definitely deter anyone from buying Samsung refrigerators when I can - garbage and I truly believe are built to fail which guarantees more money for their parts (job security) and their retailer for service costs - in this case Sears. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG!!!

I purchased Samsung fridge two months back and a week after delivery, I noticed a huge ice under the bottom of the drawer and water inside the bottom drawer. I removed the ice and saw the same thing the next day again and every day after that. I called the brick warranty department and they told me to unplug the fridge for 24hrs before a technician comes out to fix the problem. This surprised me as it seems they already know about the problem on fridge and I wonder why they dont fix it before it was sold. I asked them to send me a replacement fridge for the period as the fridge is still on warranty. I have small kids and a day without a fridge is a nightmare. The representative was rude and told me that cant happen and the fridge wont be fixed until I defrost it. I purchased a top-of-the-line Samsung dishwasher in August 2013. By September 2014 it started giving me an IE error (heat) code. I had purchased the extended warranty from Leons and they directed me to call their provider Transglobal Service to have a technician come and check out the unit. We had to make an appointment to have someone come and look at the unit... AND take a day off work as they dont make service calls on the weekend. When the technician came a week later, he was at our home for all of 5 minutes and said he had to order a part. (We had told him what the issue was... Why doesnt he have parts to fix this in his vehicle??) It took another 10 days for him to come back and we had to take another day off work to wait all day for someone to show up. From start to finish it took 4 weeks to have the unit fixed... This was right around Thanksgiving. The unit worked for about a month, and we started to see the IE code yet again, just in time for Christmas! We have now been without a dishwasher for 4 weeks again, and the technician is coming today to fix the same problem. I am thankful that there are only two of us at home, and we arent a family of 4 or 5 and this isnt a fridge or stove that has the issue. The level of prompt customer service received is totally unacceptable. It simply doesnt exist. If the unit breaks down again, Im going to start haunting Leons stores and speak with people who want to purchase appliances there and tell them of my experience. So disappointed in this product, but more in the lack of care the service company seems to have for the appliances they supposedly fix. Not happy...

I purchased this beautiful refrigerator RF4287HA. After 13 months, an error code showed up on the display. I called Samsung and they sent out a repair service. When this particular one was made, the assembly line forgot to put the protective plastic cover over one of the sensors which allowed the sensor to drop down and be cut off by the smaller plastic drawer in the freezer. Repairman said we should get our money back for the service repair since this was a defect when this one was made (even though it was about 5 weeks over the 1-year warranty).Basically, somebody did not do their job when our refrigerator was made. After 4 calls to Samsung, they told us to send a statement from the repairman and they would refund our service call fee. After 2 months, a message was left that it was not going to be refunded. This problem has now gone on for 26 months and 7 service calls (at considerable expense) to the Samsung authorized repair center. Their Customer Service experience has been dreadfully poor as they are unresponsive to what is really a lemon. I have tried to escalate to the Voice of the Customer Manager who referred me to the Office of the President (yes, OOP - spell it backwards and thats exactly what it means). Take this notice and warn people to never buy a Samsung product. They do a great job of marketing and advertising but youre on your own if the product ever has a problem. Sony and Apple lead the way in terms of customer service. I will stick by those brands and the excellent service that they have provided in the past.Just an addendum: A family member bought a 52 Samsung LED TV 3 years ago and now the TV is developing dead pixels in the middle of the screen. This is obviously a Samsung problem but they have no solution to the problem and wont offer one other than a new $800 screen. My Samsung Fridge Model #RS265TDRS started acting up after about a one year. I noticed our milk spoiled prematurely along with other items in the fridge. I remember hearing the fan in the fridge sound louder than usual just a couple of days prior to this. It appears the coils have froze up with ice causing the fan to ice up also stopping it from spinning causing a domino affect. I will have to locate the receipt and upload at a later time. We bought a Samsung Side-by-Side Refrigerator on 24 Jan 2008 from Best Buy with a 5-year warranty service plan. We have had problems with cooling that resulted in spoiled food several times. We had one situation wherein the fan had to be replaced because of the noise it made while the fridge was not cooling at that time as well. We had had constant problems with ice-maker not working. The motor or vent behind the ice-maker freezes up and has to be thawed about four times a year. The ice has to be removed from the unit and the ice-maker begins working about 24 to 48 hours later. We have had problems with cooling and spoiled milk resulting in another fan motor replacement in 2010. This month, the refrigerator stopped cooling resulting in untimely milk and produce spoiling. When we turned the refrigerator up to 3 notches, all produce, eggs and pickles froze and had to be thrown out. We turned the unit down to 2 notches and now we have had two packages of meat spoil that was just purchased last week with expiration date of 27 Sept 11 (meat to sausage in casing and ground sausage). We have a Best Buy serviceman coming today. Our service warranty expires in 19 Jan 2013 and we plan to buy another refrigerator (not Samsung)!

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Sears 15 months ago. It was the French Door Model # RF31FMESBSR/AA, thinking it was top of the line since it cost $3,000. It is the worst refrigerator ever. The ice maker stopped working after 1 year. The plastic bins are all cracking from holding 1/2 gallon of milk & a few condiments. Samsung does NOTHING to help since the refrigerator starts falling apart just after 1 year. Ive had a GE Profile last 19 years and a Frigidaire last 10 years & still going strong. Samsung charges $160 plus $66 to ship plastic bins that should last more than 15 months. Overpaid to repair the ice maker $200 & now am paying $226 for the bins. The handle on the deli drawer is hanging & they want me to buy a whole new deli drawer. It is the worst customer service, the worst refrigerator, and extremely overpriced.

The crisper drawers in a $2000.00 Samsung refrigerator are two pieces assembled at factory. There is an overlap of plastic in which food and water gets trap and there is no way to remove the front of the drawer to clean out rotting food and sitting liquids. Customer support confirms this when I called. There is no way to seperate them, there is no way to clean it. No solution. Rotting food and stale liquid must remain trapped. They do not offer any solution or different parts to resolute the problem.

I purchased this refrigerator from Home Depot on September 3 2017. It quit working on August 20, 2018. It still has the Samsung factory warranty. They sent a repair person to fix it on September 11, 2018. They had the wrong parts and could not get the right parts. Samsung agreed to replace the refrigerator on September 12, 2018. It is now October 5, 2018 and I still have no refrigerator. Samsung has the absolute worst customer service on the planet. I truly dont know how they stay in business. I asked for a refund so I can buy an American made refrigerator. Still no answer. Home Depot has done everything they can and are no further in the negotiation process with them than I am. Please do not buy any Samsung products of any kind.

Bought Samsung refrigerator. Upon opening box found rust on a stainless steel refrigerator, immediately called company I bought from they send me to Samsung who has screwed with me ever since!! Doors are rusted and pitted and they refuse to send me new or fix. Samsung is a terrible company to deal with. They just talk and talk. It is a company that is nonconsumer friendly, they should not be able to do business here in the US until they stand behind their product. Shame Shame Shame. Lets take a stand against Samsung. We are now in January of 2019.

Purchased this microwave in 10/16. It broke by Christmas, they repaired it in June. Broke again and they repaired it in March 2018. It’s broke again, they refuse to repair it. Last Samsung product in my home ever. Do not buy Samsung. I called and had to call back because they are celebrating Christmas in the call center with yelling and partying so loud I can’t hear, and they can’t hear me. Unprofessional and inept.

Sometimes it can be a little difficult finding items in the lower freezer drawer. Especially if the item is at the bottom of the drawer. Otherwise, the freezer keeps food very frozen and is not a real problem.
