The first thing that I liked about this Kenmore Refrigerator was the price. It has a ton of shelf space, deep door bins and has the efficient cooling system that keeps the food really cold. All of the shelves are adjustable as well. I like most of the features but there are some that are not needed. I dont particularly like the style of glass shelving in this refrigerator. Another thing that I didnt like was the storage space. This unit only holds 20 CF, I was hoping for 25. Nevertheless, we are very pleased with this model. It actually exceeded our expectations and we look forward to having it for the next 10 years.

Cleans all my pots as well as my dishes. Cleans better than I can do. I would recommend to everyone. I am so happy I have it. It work well. Love it. Full size. It can fit all my needed items. Just buy one. It is so helpful. I just put all my dishes in this and I am so satisfied how clean they are. It works great on all my pots and pans dishes. You can see how clean they all get. My children sometimes do the dishes and dont wash them first but the dishes come out sparkling. The machine is super quiet and does not make hardly any noise. Also it is conscious of the water amount needed with the sensor. Love this product. I think that the product for the price is definitely worth it. It looks good inside the cabinets and is very kids friendly with even a lock on it so that buttons cannot be pushed by little fingers. Also, this product is not too small that it fits hardly any dishes but the outside looks small. When you open it up youre amazed at the inside of this dishwasher and the shelves are far enough apart so it holds bulky items. Plus, the appearance is beautiful. The silver color goes great with my dark cabinets and when its wiped down it sparkles, it fits well in the cabinets too. Holds its place and my kids yank on it. It is super sturdy.

I had a Kenmore Washer & Dryer for 13 years and only had to replace 1 part on the washer and my husband did it. So we thought it was time to purchase a new set that might be more energy efficient and thought we would go with the Kenmore brand again. July 2013 we purchased the Kenmore Elite top loading washer and matching dryer, for a lot of money, not bottom of the line. My husband was not happy with the washer right away, he felt his work clothes were not getting clean. I thought it might be the setting they were getting washed on so I tried different combinations. I also realized that I couldnt let items soak in the water overnight, it would drain out. We continued to use them since they were not broken and we had given away our other set. In the last 1-2 months I cant wash a load of anything (it first was only blankets) it stops and says unbalanced load. I had them installed by the company who brought them but I double checked that the washer was level, and it was. I cant get through washing a load of 4 items, same weight without it taking all day, and stopping at the minimum of 4 times. I go and rebalance the clothes and start it again. I called and it is $79 to come out and look, if nothing is wrong, I lose the money. If they find something I get it back but pay for the parts & labor. Or I can purchase a new warranty for $229 for a year which covers certain items. I cant sell it without feeling guilty but it was not a couple of hundred dollars, I even feel guilty giving it to anybody but I dont even want to deal with it anymore. Friends have washers and Love them! The dryer is fine, no complaints. Trying to figure out if I should choose plan A or plan B... My luck is bad.

It has some issues with the ice maker - but overall satisfied. It is a side by side - and I do like that and it runs quite well. Also, some of the shelves in the freezer are pulling out of the wall.

There is nothing worse than getting out of the shower and drying your face with a smelly moldy towel. Kenmore smartwash 5+ front load washer smells like mold even after cleaning with bleach solution, washing machine cleaner, and leaving the door open all the time which block the doorway and is very inconvenient. Clothes are left smelling even after rinsing twice and using dryer sheets. I have talked to a repairman. We have extended warranty with no solution to this problem. Unless you are right there to remove from washer immediately, which is ridiculous and cleaning the rubber around the door constantly is a joke. I would never have bought this product if I knew and I am very disappointed. Why hasnt this machine been recalled.

We purchased a Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator with the ice maker and water dispenser in the door and freezer on bottom in 2006. Within less than a year, we had to have the ice maker fixed. A year after that, we had the same problem--we had to pay for it then. After spending $2200+ for the refrigerator, you should not have to buy an extended warranty. The water filter for the refrigerator costs $50 and I was told the ice maker wont work unless its been replaced. Now the whole thing may have burned up had my husband not been home. The light had not been turning off after the door closed (we had never changed the original bulbs), which caused the plastic around the lights to melt an bubbled the plastic on the refrigerator above it.

Ive had my Kenmore washer and dryer for 2 years. Its the very first washer and dryer Ive ever had. Ive never had a problem with them. I wash 3 to 4 loads of clothes weekly. They have a nice capacity for my family and I clothing to be washed. They wash clothing fast and get them nice and clean.

Great appliance, very nice fridge. Ive had trouble in the past with other fridges that would die on me but this one didnt. Highly recommend to anyone who needs the space. Giant fridge, so much room. I fit a lot of stuff in there on a regular basis. I adore this appliance very much. Id say 5 stars on any scale this beats it with performance. Beautiful, sleek design, clever movement, lots of room, big boxes and frozen things. I will never switch from this fridge. Does exactly what I want. Youre definitely getting what you pay for out of this fridge. Looks and interior wise it all balances out to make a wonderful edition to any kitchen. Warning you will fall in love.

This dishwasher is quiet and thorough, and you can choose settings based on how dirty your dishes are and whether you want to use less water. Its a great machine. We can get all of our everyday use dishes into the dishwasher. We run it abut every two days when its just our three-person family. We cook and eat almost every meal at home, so it is pretty efficient. Its basic white. The buttons for the settings are easy to read. It fits in with the other white appliances in our kitchen. We like the white, because we painted our kitchen to match our tastes. It was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive dishwasher we looked at. It has done a good job for several years. We like that it has options for using less water and for a turbo zone where you can place items that need an extra blast of water for additional cleaning.

Several months ago, while I was standing in my kitchen with my 9 year old granddaughter, we heard a high pitched noise. What happened then was terrifying. The outer glass on my Kenmore range model number 79075716893 had exploded out towards my granddaughter! I called Sears and was transferred through at least 4 representatives, only to be transferred to the repair department again. I received no help at all. Then, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, my call was disconnected. Sears needs to get on the ball when it comes to safety and not run away from the problem before someone gets hurt!

Designed to fall apart. Veg/cooler bins on the bottom literally fall apart if not very, very carefully opened/closed, which you must do slowly or the drawers fall out. Freezer is inconveniently designed and items fall through the grated bottoms. Had to put big plastic bins in to prevent this. Light bulb in the freezer is useless, lasted less than a month. You also have to be extremely careful to place items away from the bulb, which is positioned so you cant see it, to avoid breakage. Amount of inside available space compared to outside dimensions is horrible. Huge thing, little space. Will never buy this brand again.

Well I had this same washing machine for over 8 years and its still running strong. All of the knobs are still intact and the cycles come to a complete. I would recommend this appliance because of its durability, point blank.

When my stove was less than 2 months old, I did a self clean and it destroyed my oven, couldn’t even see through the glass. It actually looks like someone sprayed it down with mud then baked it on. They replaced the glass. 2 months later I did another self clean and the same problem. Can’t get sears or Trans Global to help me with this, they say I should of cleaned my oven before I self cleaned my oven. I WILL NEVER BUY KENMORE AGAIN!!!

Cleans clothes well and in a short time. Its lasted for some time. I love it. It was a good price and Im glad I purchased it. It has a function for fabric softener and spins great. Although it does not fit my comforter, it fits large loads of clothing and gets them really clean. What a nice-looking washer. Its very clean and white, and shiny. Its modern and fits in my basement. It looks really pretty. I consider this a great purchase and a good value because Ive had it for a while and it works well. It didnt cost much and has a great warranty. It conserves water and uses less detergent.

First time buying a Kenmore and last time. Paid too much for what I thought was a quality range. Oven racks dont fit. The entire inside is bowed out so racks dont fit. This is so dangerous if the rack fell while removing hot food. Got online and cant believe Sears hasnt recalled these.

We have not had any problems with our Kenmore Washer. It cleans very well, can do heavy loads or small delicate, you can adjust water levels and hot or cold water. Weve had it for 6 years and we think that shows that it wears over the long time. We would recommend it highly.

Kenmore was the dishwasher that came in the home I was renting. I liked all the various settings that could be used with it. The dishes also always came out very clean and tidy. I never had to put them back in again and rewash them which I cant say for other brands of dishwasher I have used. But I disliked how long it took to clean all the dishes. It felt like it took forever to just get that one load of dishes done. Also the drying cycle never fully dried the dishes so I would have to towel dry everything when it was done.

I do not have to worry about my clothes coming out clean from my washer. I KNOW they will come clean. Kenmore is the only washer I will ever use. It is very reliable, and makes my life easier. My washer is one of the best assets in my home. The overall appearance of my Kenmore washer is very nice. It has a clean look to it. It always matches with what I have in my laundry room. I like having white appliances because it is easy to clean and goes with the entire house. The value of my Kenmore washer is priceless. I could NOT do without my washer. Called for service on a nonworking Kenmore water heater. Appointment set for Tuesday. No call, no show. Called service center and come to find out representative scheduled accidentally on different day. No apology and missed work. Rescheduled appointment for Thursday. Customer called to confirm and appt was confirmed. Near end of appt time was called by repair person that they would not make it and we would have to reschedule. Called service center to make it right. Got an apology this time and a guy named ** but he could only offer to reschedule a third time for next Tuesday. Missed out on work. Informed ** they lost a customer to purchase Kenmore products for life since he could not correct situation. Fyi... Based on my experiences I think the call center is outsourced out of the country which does not bode well for existing and future customer satisfaction in the US.

My washer tears small holes in my clothes. They dont appear to get caught or wrapped on anything so I dont know why it is happening. It doesnt happen all the time and I have only been able to find one other complaint on the internet like mine.

We didnt have any problems with the washer during our time with it. I would get another one when in the market for it. It was easy to use. We would usually have to leave the door open to finish air drying the dishes. I had it down to a science on how to fit everything in the washer for loads. It could usually fit everything we needed it to in one load. It seemed to the right fit for my family. It was your average appearance dishwasher. It wasnt flashy, which was fine for my household. I dont feel that our house would need a flashy or better-looking dishwasher. The dishwasher came with the house when we first bought it, so we werent the original owners. But I feel like I looked up how much it would to replace it if necessary and it was a good value for the money.

We’ve had to replace the same part (hub) 5 times within the last 3 years. It will not spin the clothes. Do not buy this washer. It is junk. Our second washing machine is many years old and we never have to repair it. This is going in the garbage.

I have both a washer and dryer made by Kenmore. They were a housewarming gift from my aunt and uncle back in 2003 when we moved into our house, and they are still going strong with no issues ever. I use our washer and dryer a lot, and they have never given me even a minute of trouble. I like it that Kenmore produces products that are built to last. I will continue to purchase Kenmore products in future and I will recommended them to everyone I know. I also like it that my Kenmore washer and dryer are very low maintenance. The only maintenance I ever really do are I clean out the dryer filter regularly and I run the occasional vinegar rinse through the washer to keep it fresh. Other than that, there hasnt been the need for any more maintenance!!! Thank you Kenmore!

I purchased this washing machine in April 2010. It was okay for about a year then it started to display SUD and code F35, and would not run on any setting. This was a defect and Sears should offer a recall. A washing machine at this price should last for more than 2 years. After reading the other reviews with the same problem, I have decided to purchase a new washer and it will not be a Kenmore from Sears ever again!

It washes the clothes really well and is very quiet. However you cant add anything once it starts which can be inconvenient at times. I seem to always find a stray towel. The Kenmore washer is very durable. I have not had any problems with it performance wise since I bought it. Everything looks like it was made very solid and built to last. The Kenmore washer has a very modern and trendy look. I really like the glass front door. It is especially nice if your home is like mine and you dont have a traditional laundry room. It was a bit pricier than some of the other models I was looking at but overall for the features and look I think it was a very good deal.

I have had this refrigerator several years. It keeps everything cold, it defrosts itself, and is easy to clean. Side by side gives more room for fridge and freezer, and the water it supplies is cold and good tasting. Ive never had any issues with it in the 10 years Ive had it. Kenmore is my go to brand because it represents quality across the board. There is so much storage space, side by side is so much better than freezer top refrigerators. It has a lot of room to store just about anything on its shelves, in the freezer as well as the refrigerator. My Kenmore refrigerator is a side by side, and has a steel finish that is so easy to keep clean. There is a water and ice machine on the outside of the freezer section, making it accessible for a healthy glass of cold water. This Kenmore side by side refrigerator is well worth the amount I paid for it, and I have not needed repairs since I bought 10 years ago. To me, the Kenmore brand is synonymous with quality.

I bought a new Kenmore washer two months ago and I have never been so aggravated with a washer in all my life. My clothes are not being cleaned and there is never enough water to rinse them. I have to wait 40 minutes for the load to wash them and then re-rinse them on the rinse cycle. I am asking how this can save me time and money? I had a plain Kenmore washer (no bells and whistles) that lasted me 18 years and finally quit. How I would love to have it back. This new washer will never be the washer my old one was. I am planning to contact the dealer and return it. Too bad I did not read all the bad reviews before I purchased this machine. I would like to know why we, the consumers, have to throw away hard-earned money for products that do not work? I will not ever purchase another Kenmore washer.

Clothes were always thoroughly washed. It also wasnt that loud and washing time was adequate. The problem was that after 3-4 years I had trouble with it and water started to leak and my clothes would come out smelling weird. The first years the washing machine is excellent but a couple years later it starts to leak and your clothes dont come out clean. Especially in my condition, water would leak and it also stopped spinning. Luckily I knew someone who fixes them so I still use it. The appearance is okay. I really like how its white and the window is there to see if your clothes are ready. The size is okay. Its not too big or too small either. Im a little disappointed at the price it was when we got it. The reason is because it ended up needing repairs a few years later. If it would have lasted longer I wouldnt complain.

Theres nothing fancy about the appearance but I didnt buy it for display in the living room. Its a perfect fit for a laundry room and thats whats important. Its been a very reliable washer. The performance of this refrigerator is outstanding. Its the best fridge out there, in my opinion. I really recommend you to get this. Just make sure you get the right one! The size of my refrigerator is crazy. There is so much storage. The size blew me away the first time I saw it. Just be careful now it looks a lot bigger than it shows in its picture, so dont be fooled thinking its small. The appearance of my refrigerator is great! Its so shiny you can see your own reflection. The perceived value is outstanding. The price is just right and the overall quality is 100%. This is my opinion by the way so dont go off what I say about the value, I hope I had great advice.

We always wanted a stainless steel refrigerator that was spacious on the inside. We had a Sears account already and the Kenmore refrigerator has been very reliable since we purchased it. The Kenmore is a nice looking refrigerator with water and ice dispenser and I really like the double doors, and having a freezer on bottom. It also has plenty of room. But I discovered that the interior lights do not go off when the door is closed. I read later that they had an issue with that, but we did not get it resolved.

Takes a good size full load and washes completely and doesnt leave any soap after every wash. It’s a very reliable on all levels. It rinses all the clothes very well and spins evenly so theres no heaviness after each load. Leaves every load manageable. It looks like a well-built product and has fast dials on the front to use and easy to understand. Each setting use cold or hot water setting. For the one is single and starting out on their own it is very reasonable in price and offers good financing and last at least three years and has a good warranty.

I bought the Kenmore front loader washer just over three years ago. During the first year, it has nothing but problems with it. I had the warranty so Sears came to my house several times to fix it. They said I was using too much soap. I was not; I was using Wisk HE soap and only using the recommended dosage (usually doing less). They ended up replacing the washer after months of complaining and battling. They made it sound so easy when you buy the warranty that they will back their product 100%. It was a fight to get them to do what they were supposed to. With the new washer, the warranty only transferred to the new washer so it was only covered for the remainder of the warranty.Now this one is having issues and the warranty is up. Sears makes such crappy front loading washing machines and should not be able to sell them. How is it that I have had two different machines in just over three years and they have both failed me?

I wish I had read all these reviews before I spent my money on the Sears Kenmore Elite washer. My Husband passed away and my Daughters family invited me to live with them. I offered to do the laundry for the family and with 7 people I started to shop for a large capacity washer. I had had Sears washers in the past and never had a problem so when I went into the Sears store the sales person showed me the Kenmore Elite and told me It was what I was looking for. I was so excited and when it came 2 young men came in and threw it in place and hooked up the water and out they went. I put my first load in and within minutes I got the UE. I looked in the book to see what to do. I did not realize that it would keep filling up with water. I called a repair person and they told me I could fill the washer clear to the top. He balanced it and found that the men that hooked it up had the cold and hot water switched.I have had my Kenmore Elite for nearly two years. I can not leave the washer because I constantly have to stop it and readjust the clothes. I had a repair person out again this past week. The one that came on February 18th told me mix the loads. It would make it better on weight. February 26 another repair man came and replaced parts. He told me I should only fill the washer 1/2 and I should ball each piece of clothes and put them on the outside of the drum not putting any thing in the middle and only wash towels with towels and jeans with jeans. He said if these parts do not work for me there is not much else they can do to help. Wow. The cost of the washer and warranty. A lot of money. I will spread the word not to buy a Sears product again.

Sears Kenmore Elite Convection Microwave Hood - Paid over $600 on sale for this item in July, 2012. Was installed about three months later. Now, as of April 2016, the microwave no longer works. For about the last three months, the microwave would work if I jiggled the door a couple of times after setting the time - however, randomly, it would turn itself off in the middle of the cooking cycle. Now, no matter what I try to do to get the oven to work, nothing! This is the last Kenmore appliance I ever buy. Remodeled the kitchen in 2012 and purchased all new Kenmore Elite appliances. After the experience with this microwave, I am done with Kenmore. I would hope that a microwave which retails for over $900 would last a little more than a few years!

It was a front loading Kenmore washer bought from Sears. It started making a noise on the spin cycle and then something snapped inside and it would not do the final spin at all. No support from sears, no support from kenmore. They would not even bother to return our calls. We had to buy a new machine and throw away the old one. Please stop buying products from these two companies as both their product quality and after sales service are extremely poor. At this rate they will soon be joining other out of business companies of yesterday.

The refrigerator after just 11 months, before the one year warranty expired, started collecting water in the bottom floor of the refrigerator (upper unit) and did not cool anymore, lost lots of food. Called their technical repair number, they sent a “technician “ who basically told me it was my job to fix it, that the problem was that I needed to defrost the refrigerator completely, wait a couple days and plug it again in order to defrost the ice that would collect on the back wall and resulted eventually in water pooling at the bottom and not cooling; never mind that it was the middle of summer and that I owned only ONE refrigerator. After many sour discussions with their repair service (How can a less than one year old refrigerator suddenly stops working?) and their insistence that they would NOT give me a new refrigerator, I decided to do as they said: defrost it, wait 2 days, plug it back. It worked for 4 months, after this period it starts all over again with same problems, called again, this time however, I was told it wasn’t under warranty any longer (1 yr 3 months old) so I had to pay for the repair, trip of technician and any parts. I refused to do that for a basically “NEW” refrigerator. I have had problems with this refrigerator every 3 or 4 months and as of now, less than two years old, I’m so frustrated that I’m ready to acknowledge a “loss” and move on, get a NEW refrigerator; obviously making sure it is NOT A SEARS BRAND or any manufacturer related to SEARS. Wondered why they are in bankruptcy? DO NOT BUY A KENMORE OR SEARS APPLIANCE in the short life they remain as a business. SEARS does NOT take responsibility or stand behind their appliances. We should have a class action suit!

First experience at the newest kind of front load washer. Couldnt believe it was so quiet. However, it took me a while to accept the fact that I saw no water or sloshing in the window of the machine. Somehow it gets the clothes clean but it is still magic as to how.

The first Kenmore our family had lasted over 60 years. Though it was small by modern standards it never had a maintenance problem and spent the last 40 years as the basement fridge for beer and excess food.

It was very simple and easy to use. Put it on what time you wanted it to run (or by type) and hit the start button. It also would sound when it was drying. It was nice knowing it was time to get my clothes out. I hate wrinkles. When I had my Kenmore dryer it was constantly being used. I had 4 kids and 2 adults to do laundry for. The only time it didnt dry the way I wanted is when the lint trap was full. Sometimes I would have to dry towels twice; I have thick towels. My Kenmore was white all over. Front loading, easy open and easy close. The control panel was on top extension. It made a clicking noise as you turned the knob. Writing on the panel was black and if I remember correctly brown. It did show dirt easily, so I was constantly having to wipe it down. I honestly dont remember what I paid for it. I know that it was the best value at the time. I know that I never did regret getting it or the price I paid.

Model# 79631512210 - We purchased this Elite Washer from Sears approx. 2 years ago... Has been nothing short of a major pain in the A$$. This was set up by Sears technician on delivery, was set up level in all planes... No matter how small or how large the loads are, we can never get a load to successfully wash on the first try... Constantly get the UE error code, and have to play around with the laundry repeatedly to get the darn thing to finish a load. It should not have to take 3 to 4 hours to wash 1 load of laundry. Running up and down the stairs constantly, and wondering if the washing machine is working or not every single time we use it is not acceptable. Kenmore Washers, I know there are numerous people having the same problems with this model.. Please reach out to me if there is a recall, or if this can be replaced directly from you. Thank You.

In September 2015, I had a Kenmore water heater with a failed element, resulting in the tank leaking all over my basement. That unit was 5 years old. Now, after only 2 years, the replacement heater failed. I just paid $79 to be told what I already know - that their water heater failed - and am without hot water going on 5 days now. My basement got flooded, requiring my basement carpet to be replaced.

Purchased the Kenmore Elite French Door with the Grab-N-Go door in August 2014. Since the price of the extended warranty was about $900 we did not purchase it. At the 18 month (July 2016) point the cooling coils in the refrigerator portion we developing extensive icing and it was actually pushing the bottom drawer outward. Sears couldnt get anyone out for 5 days so we called a local appliance repair person. They came twice but we unable to make any repair but show me a part that they thought might be causing the problem. Sears overnighted me the part and I was able to install it. It did seem to initially fix the problem but now (October 2017) about 15 months later, I again have the same problem. I have ordered the part again, the controller assembly which apparently should control the defrosting of this coil. Not sure if these parts are poorly made (LG) or that something else is a problem. These refrigerators are not repair friendly.

Very good performance - no issues throughout my usage. Refrigerator (and all other appliances) were left when I sold the house. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator and the Kenmore brand to any/all who asked. I believe it is a good product and a brand that inspires brand loyalty. The refrigerator was purchased with my home (I did not purchase it separately). The refrigerator was clean and well kept - and remained in this condition throughout my ownership. I did not have any mechanical or material issues with the refrigerator throughout my possession - I sold my home and the refrigerator.

Kenmore front load connect washer and dryer - My wife is ready to kill me. I talked her into spending a lot of money on our new washer and dryer - man she could kill me. The washer takes long time and clothes still smell mildew and moldy, and we run the cleaner through it 2 times a week. The dryer never seems to get clothes dry and you just have to keep re-running them. I thought by paying a lot more for washer and dryer, we would be worry free - I couldnt be more wrong. I do not recommend them to anyone - better off throwing your money down the drain; own these and you will. And forget Sears to make anything right, you will be wasting your time.

The washer was very nice while it lasted. But then once it stopped working it was past the fixing it point. I dont think I would recommend it after all is said and done. Dissatisfied with the reliability. It was a very pretty washer. It was nice and sleek and clean looking inside and out. Very satisfied with the appearance of all things. Looked great with other appliances in my home. I am a little dissatisfied because the washer didnt last long. It stopped working and would have cost an arm and a leg to fix. Was not worth the money I spent on it.

You can move the shelf in. It easy to keep clean. Freezer work good. No water out the bottom of it. It cost very low. Goods saver. Fits a lot of goods in it. The only thing that I dont like was that had not ice maker. Its ok for the apartment but wish that inside were a little bigger but it still do the job of keeping my food cold and my drinks too. All white. Its a freezer that work and keep your food cold.

This refrigerator stays pretty cool. The handle doesnt get dirty fast and nice and steady when opening the door to the fridge. The freezer is pretty spacious for this size fridge and is easy to clean and wipe down. It offers enough shelving in the fridge and storage space. I like the built in shelves in the fridge door and also the built in shelving that the freezer has in the door as well. The fridge doesnt look cheaply made. I like how the fridge has a shine and the surface is very easy to wipe down and keep looking nice and clean and brand new. The value of this refrigerator is reasonable and affordable. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone who is not trying to spend too much money but want a good quality fridge.

Great. I love the way it was easy to access, always kept my food in good eating conditions, and really easy to keep clean. The freezer part managed to keep the food frozen until we actually needed to use it, and the ice cream was always ready to eat, not too soft and not too hard when it came time to eat the ice cream. And the multi pull out drawers made it very easy to store whatever it was we bought from the store on a daily basis.

Before buying this dishwasher, I was going to buy a Bosch thinking that it was a top performer. After talking with many clients (Im a real estate agent) and plumbers, too, I was turned toward my Kenmore and LOVE it. Ive had it 3 years and no issues. Smart Wash, 1 hour wash, Pots & Pans, 4 hr delay, High Temp This dishwasher is laid out very efficiently and holds dishes from a dinner party of 10 easily. Simple and sleek. I have black. Clean out the filter periodically (easy). This is a no-rinse dishwasher, but I like to keep any potential smells at bay. Also love the configuration of the easy moving racks. Set up is great--I love to cook and this is a great kitchen tool that gets a lot of use.

We got a great price on the refrigerator. It was energy efficient which helped to reduce our electric bill. It was also designed with common sense so it was easy to put away our groceries.

The dishwasher appearance was top of the line looking. My friends and family always commented on how the design was very up to date looking. My dishwasher was able to hold all of the dishes I needed washed. I have two kids and I am always needing to wash their cups and other stuff multiple times a day and that is why I chose this dishwasher. The one I owned was the best one ever. The Washer works really great. Its fast, no noise, and works great. I would really recommend it to everyone. Its worth all the money. No other machine could work great like this. The reliability is really, really good, you have no idea. Its really great, probably the best I have ever had to be honest. The plain white color isnt really my thing. This refrigerator has premium space efficiently at a great price point. Every product has a place, making it rare to lose food due to it being out of sight. The temperature stayed consistent throughout use, and power surges had no effect. Great product! The size is a little bit on the bigger side for me, small kitchens arent optimal for this product. In a bigger kitchen there would have been no negativity from me. This refrigerator is classy! Very simplistic at first glance, not ostentatious. Appearance is basic but reaches out to a specific customer. After browsing and comparing many refrigerators, the value of this specific product is amazing. The space to price ratio makes this a quality purchase.

It actually removed dried and baked on food! It was quiet and easy to operate. I would definitely look for a similar model when upgrading. It is affordable for us and we love it. Even my 13 year old son uses it. The size was appropriate we for the space that we had in our kitchen set aside for the dishwasher. It fit snugly and perfectly. There are no gaps worth mentioning and it is beautiful, at that. The stainless steel matched the decor theme in our kitchen and the design is sleek and elegant. Its easy to clean and maintain and the finish is flawless. I cannot remember what we paid for it but to me I would pay it again. It has been worth every penny for the ease and beauty it brings to our kitchen and lives.

This Deluxe Stainless Steel 6 burner stove is a great grill to have and use. The assembly took me a few hours, but it was not hard. The directions were good except for the battery installation for the electronic ignition was missing from the directions. I carefully followed all of them, (I loved the way they packaged and labeled the nuts, bolts, and screws) and could not figure out why I had a leftover battery at the end. But I soon figured it out later. I was looking forward to using it but I had an issue with the regulator leaking. So, I had to call the companies support line and got a friendly young lady to send me a replacement. It took a little over a week, but then after I swapped it out, I was ready to grill! The grill's temperature ranged from 200 to 700 degrees! So, you must make sure that you adjust the temperature according to your needs because it could quickly turn that juicy steak into charcoal. It quickly and evenly cooked some chicken breasts that I put on the side of the grill to test it. There is a LOT of space to cook here, the description page mentions it is big enough to cook 28 hamburgers and I do not doubt it. I wanted to check out the rotisserie feature with a nice roast and it came out delicious and perfectly cooked. I did not think about it at first, but you must remove the top warming rack for the rotisserie to be able to spin. I recommend doing this before you start heating up the grill. Only two minor issues that I had was one of the little lights over one of the knobs is crooked, not a big deal but figured I would mention it and the electronic ignition doesn't work very well. I must keep pushing the button over and over to get it to catch. But that is my only real issue with this grill, otherwise I am quite happy with it and look forward to using it in the future. One last thing that I think is a great feature was the fuel gauge, at first I did not know what they were talking about, but then I figured out that when you put a full tank of gas in the holder it has a spring on it and as the tank empties it reflects this in a small gauge in the front of the grill, so you can actually see how much gas you have just by looking at the front of the grill. This way you can see if you need to fill it before getting halfway through cooking and run out.

Recently purchased a washing machine and dryer of Kenmore. It was the best decision me and my husband made. Our clothes are a lot cleaner, they do not stink any more and the machines are energy efficient which is great for us saving money on water and power. The washer and dryer both let me know when the clothes are done so they do not sit in there long. Washer and dryer are both very quiet which is a huge plus. Comes with a great warranty. We have never been happier with a washer and dryer set. Clothes are cleaner, fresher and wrinkle free. I would most def recommend this brand to someone.

It has a reset capability, which comes in handy when you change the water filter. The cubes and crushed ice tend to get stuck but nothing you cant use your hand to fix. Its not the biggest especially if you have a big family, its more than perfect for smaller households. The freezer is pretty standard as well as the actual fridge part. Its sleek and stainless steel. It does dent pretty fast though, any of the slightest hits could leave a small impact. Needless to say its pretty easy to clean. I dont recall how much I purchased it for, but it must of been a great value since I purchased two of the same product.

This washer has had a much larger workload than I intended when I bought it 2 1/2 years ago (7 adults), and it is still as quiet and reliable as the day I hooked it up. And with all the setting levels available, it has always done an outstanding job of actually getting our construction-worker clothes clean as new. Has done an average of eleven loads a week for 2 1/2 years and still runs and cleans like new: even for the three of us construction workers, two car mechanics, and two ladies in the house. Its appearance is modern, but without looking like an airliner cockpit with all those confusing lights and controls that youll never use. After 2 1/2 years of washing for seven adults without a single breakdown, it still performs like new. I think weve already got our moneys worth out of it.

Kenmore was one of several I looked at and this one was the best they had to offer for the price. It also was delivered the next day and they took away my old dishwasher at no extra charge. Another plus in this purchase and another good reason to purchase this brand. I enjoyed this dishwasher very much and I would recommend it to anyone who shops at Sears.

Love my Kenmore appliances - they are truly quality. Weve had it for several years (approximately 12). The one problem we had with the fridge was fixed with one phone call. Since then, no problems, and we are very happy with it!

Do not purchase this Kenmore Elite washer. The washer constantly stops due to uneven loads. Customer service is worse than the washer. Saw several reviews where its obviously a problem and have even had recalls on several models, but more concerned about selling home warranty than fixing the problem. Dryer is great though.

I have had this washer fixed twice. It doesn’t clean as well. I get frustrated...no more insurance for machine. Will check which wash is better next time. I bought the soap which is recommended for the washer and still get frustrated.

Big enough to fit 20+ dishes of any kind in it. Very lovely dishwasher. It has all the tools I need to get my dishes done. Works great. Its black, very big, has silver bars. Has a silver back to it. The inside that holds the dishes is white. Very clean inside. Bottom of the dishwasher is silver as well. Mostly black but has some silver and white. The perceived value of the dishwasher is to wash the dishes to the best of its ability. It gets every little of stains out of each dish. It makes sure your dishes are the cleanest they can be.

Our two year old Kenmore refrigerator/freezer is inexplicably not working. We came home from work and threw out hundreds of dollars of wasted food. Looking to correct the issue, we set up an appointment and the technician was set to come between 1pm-5pm. We called customer service several times to get an accurate time as it was nearing 5. No show. The customer service was awful. They were very unhelpful and “had no way to find out when the technician would be there and he would be there in his very reasonable time frame”. He did not come in his anything other than reasonable time frame. We were told we will need to reschedule for the following day because missing out on income and waiting for four hours is easy to do...again. So very disappointed in Sears and their lack of customer courtesy, the fact that there is no accountability in standing behind their products, and their complete disregard for dealing with issues. It was difficult at best to contact and talk to anyone and when we did, we were met with even more inconvenience and extremely poor customer service. I would also have to say I’m disappointed in Kenmore as well. I expected something just shy of $3,000 to work longer than two years. Although I hope it’s a simple fix, it’s really hard to tell since we can’t get someone from Sears here to fix it. Yet they want to make sure we pay for their service in full...I will never shop Sears or Kenmore again. Not surprised that Sears can’t keep their stores open. Very sad considering in the past it was such a reputable place to shop.

We switched from a front loader to top load, because we continued to have odors coming from our front load washer that we could not get rid of. We chose the top load with agitator, since we wanted to get back to the type of washing machine we have previously had, and liked. The water level on this machine is very low, even when choosing the high fill option, thus the agitator is nearly worthless, and the clothes do not get clean. To top it all off, we still have a musty odor coming from our washer, even when we leave the top door open. We are not at all happy with our purchase of the Kenmore 600S, 20372 washing machine.

Affordability, simplicity, and maintenance, all add to the experience of ownership. Works great. Really gets clothes clean. Energy efficient and durable, all the things I expect in such a important home essential.

Kenmore Elite HE 4 - Since 2004 I bought the pair. It cost a lot over 2000 but worth every penny. I put a long term warranty on it. Worth every penny. My first front loader in over 20 years and I cant say enough about it. I have it serviced every year to be sure it is running right. I love this machine. I had the matching dryer but it was gas and when I sold my home I moved into an all electric apt. Would love to find that dryer. I had the stand for it. I carry a long term warranty on it. A great machine.

Its been a great machine. My family has used these products for generations. I love the ease of using the washer. I plan on buying my kids the same brand when they get homes of their own.

After 27 years I needed to buy a new washer and there were only ones without agitators so that is what we bought. Worst decision ever. There is no soak cycle; clothes often end up under one item like a parachute without getting clean or rinsed and causing another wash cycle. Absolutely dislike this washer.

Does exactly what it should and does it well. Locking door a nice feature, and comparatively inexpensive. Highly recommended for anyone. Fits anything nicely. Clothing, bedding, everything washes evenly and quickly. Even large, thick bed comforters for and wash nicely. Couldnt ask for more. Clean, simple look and easy to read dials. Cycles are down on lighting displays and are easily found. White paint fits any decor, but is easily scratched. For the price, you cant beat the value. A very dependable machine with low maintenance at a nice price point. No need to go more expensive.

Has lasted for years after many uses and many kids with tons of dirty clothes and a dirty husband. Even had shoes thrown in and still runs like a champ. Plus no lost socks! Works every time all the time. Even dries faster than other dryers Ive used and its great for quick use, plus I love all the options. The price is definitely worth it. I love the appearance of this dryer. It fits my decor greatly and matches my washer perfectly even though they are different models. Its very sleek and looks like a much more expensive dryer and its a mid range price dryer. I love that it looks like a high end dryer. This isnt your mothers dryer, with the old knobs and buttons. I love how this dryer looks.

You can load your washer, go about other thing. Transfer clothes on dryer when done. Takes care of itself, you just load, put in detergent, start, come back when its done. You dont have to sit and wait. Take clothing out of washer, put in dryer, use dryer sheets if your choice. Start dryer. Lets you know when its done. Easy to use, easy to maintain. Not our first Kenmore washer and dryer and wont be our last. My last set lasted over 10 years, expect this to do the same. I would not use any other brand, I love the reliability, the ease of repair if needed and the great service that they give.I dont really look at the machines, I rate them on how they perform. All our Kenmore appliances are trustworthy, hardworking, easy to use. You dont have to pay big buck to get a great washer and dryer. There are just 2 humans, 2 dogs, and 2 birds. So we dont need the largest or the front loader. We are very happy with our washer and dryer, it takes care of our needs including the dog beds, bird covers and works great like a Trojan.

I purchased a Kenmore Top loading HE washer and dryer 6 months ago for our new home. I always hear that they last forever and yesterday, the washer just stopped spinning and draining. Now, I have a washer half full of bleach water and a bag of very wet clothes that I had to hand wring out. Now until the repair service arrives 10 days later, I have to go out to wash my clothes. We are very unhappy about this washer and like some others, I am also having problems with things being ruined in the washer or not coming out clean.

As a fridge keeping food cold/frozen its fine, BUT heres the drawbacks. 1. The egg keeper is TOO SHORT to put a full carton eggs in it! What idiot designs an egg keeper that doesnt keep a standard carton of eggs. So I cut off the end of the carton. 2. The door comes too close to the floor and whacks your foot if wearing sandals or barefoot. 3. The door magnet was designed for a gorilla. You need to REALLY yank on it.

It has been running for a really long time without any issues. We use it as an overflow fridge from our main fridge now. It is super spacious and weve never had a problem with it. It holds main dishes but it also holds a lot of leftovers and larger food items. Its pretty but not too big. It just kind of looks like an old fridge. There isnt anything exciting about it. Over the years, the white has gotten really dirty and it looks very dated now. We dont keep it in a main room or entertaining room, just hidden. It has lasted a super long time now so I would recommend it for that reason. Its good.

The reason I chose the Kenmore dishwasher is because it was on sale but it is also a well known brand. I like the appearance of it. It also matched my kitchen colors. I thought it had an attached look to it and it looks expensive but it wasnt. I was expecting it to be quiet, fast and efficient and it is. However, the only thing I would probably change about the Kenmore dishwasher is that I wish it had a bigger capacity. Sometimes I have very large pans that I would love to fit but the only way to fit them is to not have a full dishwasher. Other than that, it is really roomy. I might be the only one that has that big of pans so it might not be considered the same opinion as others. I love the fact that it is energy efficient. I can put in a load and in about 30 min they are clean. They dont have any stuck on food. The Kenmore dishwasher had very simple buttons and is not complicated at all. It makes washing dishes very pleasant.

Its spacious, works properly, has temperature control settings, it has a freezer, it has compartments to store vegetables and fruits, the door has spacious shelves as well. It is a reputable brand that manufactures quality products.

My Kenmore dryer is reliable and dries everything from towels to delicates. It has an alarm that alerts me when a load is done. The alarm can be turned off when I dont want to bother others in the house. It also has a wrinkle reducer option for times when I cant interrupt what Im doing to take clothes out of the dryer. My Kenmore dryer works well. It has settings for drying everything from my delicate nightie to my husbands denim jeans. It a very reliable machine that I expect to last well over 15 years. The dryer has a sleek appearance with clearly marked settings for operating it. There are three knobs, one on the left and two on the right. We shopped at several stores and researched online before choosing this dryer. It had the features we wanted at a reasonable price. We were able to buy it during an appliance sale, so we were able to get even more value for our money.

Er FF keeps showing up because the compressor cannot work. The fridge freezes on the inside. We have to wait until it dethaws along with all of our food to plug it back in.

My experience with a Kenmore refrigerator was very good. My food was never too cold or even warm. The temperature setting was perfect. Very easy to keep clean. Plus, it makes my kitchen look great as well with how nice they look, inside and outside.

Cleans dishes thoroughly. Easy to use. With the right dishwashing soap it can remove baked on and stubborn spots. It is very low in the noise department. Not silent but very low. The size of this particular dishwasher is very suitable for my needs. I have to do dishes maybe 3 times a week. I can get all my pans and silverware to fit and even my big plates. I like the stainless steel look. It gives it a more professional feel in my opinion and helps my kitchen look better and makes me feel better about the appearance of it. While this is not the cheapest dishwasher out there it is very good. And remember that old saying you get what you pay for, well thats true in this case.

My Kenmore range is only 5 1/2 years old and I am told that the computer board in the front of the range has to be replaced at a cost of $443.00 plus instillation cost $118.00. My burners and oven no longer work. We have bought many appliances from Sears over the years and I will not go back nor will I buy another Kenmore product. Upon moving to a new home 5-6 years ago, we bought a Kenmore fridge, dishwasher, range, washer and dryer. I am very disappointed with the stove and the operation of it.

This microwave was installed in 1997, and it still works great -- no loss of power, turntable still works. Ive only seen one microwave that has more power, and it was new. The only problem Ive had with it is that, twice, it has locked itself, and I had to look online to find how to unlock it, but thats my fault for not having the manual.

My Kenmore washer lasted over 15 years with no problems. I still have the dryer. I never has to call a repair man. The next washer I purchased lasted 8 years and I had to call the repair man several times. It was not a Kenmore.

This washer/dryer set has operated without a repair for 18 years; it washes heavy and light loads satisfactorily. Routine maintenance such as cleaning the dryer filter is important to keeping it functioning at maximum efficiency!

Does a good job of washing the dishes and getting them dry. There is no soap residue and they come out spotless. I am very happy with the job this machine does and would consider purchasing another in the future when needed. It is the perfect size for me and my husband. We are home alone most of the time. But even with company there is plenty of room for all the extra dishes. We are very happy with the size and how well it fits in our kitchen. Our dishwasher is a plain model. It is white in color and the buttons are on top of the door on the outside. It blends in very well with the rest of the appliances in the kitchen. We have had this model for several years now and are very happy with the value we have gotten out of it. With everyday that passes its value increases.

The detergent and softener tray is difficult to open almost to the point that it might break. Also, the softener section isnt very clean after use. Seems like it takes a long time to finish per load even when on express selection.

In 2012, we replaced our Kenmore Refrigerator (15 years old) with a bottom freezer model 596.72003014. Thirteen months later (less than 30 days after the warranty expired), water was pooling on freezer bottom. The first Sears repair appointment was cancelled late in the day due to a repair truck breakdown. I rescheduled and guess what? Cancelled again due to a repair truck breakdown. Finally, someone showed up and repaired the problem in January. Seven months later, same problem. This time Sears acknowledged there was a design issue and had developed a fix. Didnt matter that it was a design problem - I was still charged for the second repair. Today, water is now on the floor from refrigerator. This will now be 3rd repair in 7 months. I have always purchased Kenmore products, but obviously the quality is not what it used to be. Even though the refrigerator is less than 2 years old, I am already looking to replace it with another model (Not from Sears). I would never have imagined Sears quality could fall so low.

This refrigerator really has been a great product that has not failed us and confident it will continue to be reliable to us. It is a decent size and is able to hold a lot of our food items. It has an older look but it is still very sleek looking and simple which I like. Though it could be a little more modernized. This refrigerator has really great value and I find it to be very decent priced. Id recommend to others if they are looking for great value and a good find.

To put it mildly, I am totally fed up with this Kenmore Top load series 700 washer. More often than not, I have to repeat an entire wash, as I just have, but for the third time (same load) because the clothes come out with a scuzzy residue all over them. I have tried deep fill, two rinses, etc. etc. Nothing works with any consistency, and it is ludicrous to have paid almost a thousand dollars for a machine which, from its first day, refuses to wash clothes satisfactorily. Is there no way to make Kenmore accountable for marketing and selling a product which is such a miserable failure?
