My Frigidaire Refrigerator Has Water Accumulating on Freezer Side Bottom

Frigidaire Refrigerator: water leaking and accumulating on freezer side.
Looking for some help identifying what needs to be fixed.
The freezer has water leaking into it and it sits at the bottom of the freezer until i break it out and remove. If i have anything in the bottom, it freezes to the bottom of the freezer. I was able to move the plannel on the back and took some pictures but couldnt identify where it is coming from.
Note that the freezer door does have a water dispenser and also generates ice cubs. Unsure if those items could be playing a part.
Question from user dewbees at Appliances at reddit.com.
Answer:
Under all of that ice there is a defrost drain hose thats been blocked so when it goes into defrost the water has no where to go. Will need to remove all the ice and clear the drain. Best option is a steamer. The kind with a nozzle not the wand.
