Never expected a dishwasher to be so quiet. First time we turned it on, I actually had to get down on my hands and knees so I could hear it running! Works great! Also has a very large wash area, which allows us to wash Thanksgiving meal for eight in one wash!

Keeps freezing up. Had repair 4 times and now the company has no one to service it. My dryer just went out and it is only 2 yrs old and same thing - no one to repair it and the motor has a 10 yr warranty. Crappy customer service! They just keep telling me someone will call with accommodations. In the meantime I have lost tons of food and been without a dryer for 2 weeks. Not sure why Lowes and Best Buy still sell these products when there is no one to service them while they are under warranty. So frustrated!

We bought this range, Samsung NX58H565OWS in October 2014. In 3 years of normal family usage, we have had to replace the thermal coupler twice. All the knobs that control the stove top have broken and the cast iron grates have even broken. In over 25 years of owning appliances, I have never had one that broke down in so many ways. Never had knobs or grates broken before and two thermo couplers??? To make matters worse, my local appliance repair company wont service Samsung, wish Id known that before I bought it, lesson learned. I understand why they wont service this badly constructed stove/range. When I contact Samsung for help, the first guy hung up on me. The second lady just sent me to the parts department so that I could purchase all the replacement parts I needed. Time to buy a new stove, never again will it be a Samsung. Really disappointed!

Another Samsung piece of junk. We have a Samsung side by side with bottom freezer and the ice maker has been freezing over ever since the warranty expired. We have to defrost it every week now and seems to be getting more often. We contacted a service rep and he says he cant even fix it because there is a hole inside the icemakers cabinet, which is covered with a piece of duct tape. Well we didnt put it there, thats how it came when we bought it. So I guess $90 just to know why we have been having issues with it.

I bought a French door refrigerator in October 2009 and have nothing but problems with it. Had ice unit replaced twice and it was never fixed. Told by service technician that Samsung paid that there was a design flaw in Samsung refrigerators and it will never work right. Tried to get unit replaced and Samsung would not respond and delayed fixing until out of warranty. It has never worked correctly. Now I have water/ice under deli drawer and told this is another known problem and a fix has been finally figured out. Out of warranty, so this would be my expense. From what I have read on the internet, I can spend hundreds on repair service and problem will never be fixed. Most people who post suggest dumping the unit and replace it with anything but Samsung. Hate to do this as unit was expensive, but have no other choice. Does anyone know if there is class action lawsuit on these refrigerators?

Samsung Microwave: Had two service calls, one under warranty in less than two years. Third time it went out I decided it wasnt worth $100 service call plus parts. The digital panel works were defective. So bought another GE the brand I previously had for 11 years before buying the Samsung refrigerator. Samsung Side by Side Refrigerator: Began rusting after 1 1/2 years around the bottom edges of the water dispenser section. Had kept it dry each time it was used. Called and was told too bad, out of warranty. Wouldnt do anything and wouldnt give me any suggestions as how to get it repaired. Lowes where I purchased it wasnt any help either. Thought maybe it was leaking from the inside door where the ice cube apparatus was placed. Still rusting. Only thing Im told to do is put appliance touch-up paint over the three spots after sanding. That has never really looked very nice when using that approach on anything in the past. Will never buy a microwave or refrigerator from Samsung again. They should stick to cell phones and TVs. My previous refrigerator was also a GE which never rusted in the 10 years I owned it. Au revoir Samsung appliances. Shame on them. Terrible customer service and construction. Very disappointed.

My new Samsung refrigerator has the worse smell ever. It is so bad that it permeates the eggs, the carton on my yogurt, throughout the house every time we open the fridge door. We have emptied the fridge twice, thrown out perfectly good food, unopened containers in order to prove to the Samsung reps that it isnt bad food in the fridge. We have washed with baking soda and kept a box in the fridge. Samsung has changed out my ice machine only to find that it was cracked unbeknownst to me. They changed the rubber around the fridge doors (the gaskets) because this new fridge stopped closing correctly. They are changing out the hinges because they told me they are broken. The only thing they havent done is figured out where the smell is coming from. There are a number of consumer reports on this issue yet I am being told its the food in my fridge. At this point it is a health issue. And even though they gave me an extended warranty for the door issue they tell me I will be charged in the future. I will NEVER buy SAMSUNG again. I bought my washer and dryer at the same time as my fridge to upgrade my appliances and I have never been unhappier with a company. I dont believe they will resolve this based on the attitude and the complaints I have read. I want a replacement for this defective fridge. It is just a year old.

We paid a small fortune for a french-door dual drawer refrigerator less than 5 years ago. The icemaker went out in less than 3 years! The thermostat went out in less than 4 years! The sealed system went out in less than 5 years! The fan went out in less than 5 years! The covers need replacing less than 5 years! We have had technician after technician try to fix this thing to no avail! We called Samsung and got nothing! Three people from Samsung told us, You should be happy that you got almost 5 years out of it. Are you kidding me?! In case you havent noticed, Im pissed! Our old Kenmore lasted over 20 years!

We purchased a Samsung RF28HFEDTSR French Door Refrigerator in 7/27/14 from Lowes. The ice maker never dispensed ice properly - slow and partially crushed on cube setting. The bottom Ice maker stopped working after 2 years. The top ice maker stopped working after 3 1/2 years now. It was freezing up - following Youtube advice we have been defrosting the back with a blow dryer for 2 months now. The fan is now making a very loud noise. We will have to call a repairman now. We will not buy anything Samsung again. This has been a disappointment since day one and we have called Samsung year ago to complain but since the warranty has expired they say call a repairman. We have had refrigerators in the past and most last at least 15 yrs. These are obviously defective refrigerators from reading complaints online, all mirroring our experience exactly.

After a year, this dishwasher has stopped working. Customer service informed me that it was out of warranty and offered no real troubleshooting help. I was told to unplug the machine for one minute to see if the dishwasher would reset. No it did not. Obviously from the reviews, this is a well-known issue with Samsung dishwashers and unless the problem occurs within a year, you are own your own!!! DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG APPLIANCES.

I purchased my Samsung refrigerator June, 2015. Within 6 weeks, water started leaking from under the freezer. I called Samsung customer service who attempted to give me some how-to information. This did not work. For over 1 year Ive tried to rectify the problem via Samsung until they finally said, sucks to be you!, your appliance is out of warranty. I pushed the issue and was told to submit receipts, which are on thermo paper and no longer readable. It has been determined to be un-repairable because there is no Samsung service repair in my area. Likely a simple adjustment needs to be done, but Samsung will not authorize repair. They tell me that I will have to send in the paperwork, all labels from appliance, the cord (plus a video of me cutting said cord), and they will review the file and send me a check... OK... let me trust that process.

I purchased this horrible Samsung refrigerator Model RF263BEABC from a local appliance company on 9/12/16. The sales person was really pushing the Samsung as being the greatest of all brands made. LOL. Then it started making a horrible loud gun-like popping/cracking noises at different times of the day. The popping is so loud it would wake me up at night and my sister said it sounded scary. I called the place I purchased and was told to call Samsung and it was not their problem. So I called and was told it was a normal sound from the temperature in the house adjusting with the refrigerator? It still has not gotten any better so called them back and was told it would get better after the unit gets older? Today I called back to Samsung and informed the of a so called recall notice was sent out secretly in 9/16 to appliance techs about the popping noises and that they need to call for the parts to repair it. Well the man told me that was not true and no such recall was issued. This POS refrigerator was made in MEXICO. Beware of Samsung products. They are of poor quality and they are bunch of LIARS.

Purchased the state of the art Samsung French door refrigerator with all the bells and whistles available. The first 6 months, the motherboard had to be replaced. Within the 1st year, the ice machine and freezer unit iced up so bad we could not get the drawers out of the unit without breaking them. Design flaws is all I read about and Samsung has absolutely NO one that will help. I purchased extended 5 year warranty and thought this was a bit expensive, however, it turned out to be the best thing in my deal as they have spent several thousand dollars in repair services that far exceed the cost of the unit. Now, the problems continue as we have to unplug the unit every month to chip out the ice on the freezer unit, defrost to room temp, and then restart the unit to get another 30 days of use out of it. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG unless you want to experience the worst experience of your life.

Please do not buy a Samsung dishwasher! After 13 years of a plain ordinary
Please do not buy a Samsung dishwasher! After 13 years of a plain ordinary Sears dishwasher, we felt it was time to upgrade and purchase a newer, more efficient dishwasher. Hence, the purchase of the Samsung DMT800RHS dishwasher. Within the first year the pump went - let me tell you that it took over three weeks for Samsung to solve this problem. First excuse: they had no record of the repairman ordering the part. Second excuse: the repairman is sick. Third excuse: they overbooked the repairman. All in all, it was over a month to finish repairs. At this point, I start to think, “Is this going to be a pattern?” Our old Sears dishwasher was still working when we carried it out of the house!Okay, fast forward to two weeks - and guess what? The dishwasher was not working again. I called service and spent over one hour on the phone just to give info and we may be able to get service in a week. They have terrible, terrible service. They are a bunch of idiots, not to mention that you have to take time off of work to be here for repairs. I paid almost $900.00 for a piece of crap! The store where we purchased it, hhgregg, are totally of no use either! My warranty will run out soon and from the look of the other comments on this page, it looks like we may be in trouble! I should have done research before purchasing this dishwasher. If you are purchasing and reading these reviews, I strongly urge you not to purchase Samsung. I am so sorry that I did and I certainly will not in the future!

I bought a Samsung dishwasher in January 2017 for my rental property. It had a one year manufacturer warranty and in March 2018 the dishwasher started throwing a fault code and would not run. I had a technician come out. He pulled up the problem and told me that it would cost $500 to put a new sump pump. Which is more than I paid for the washer when I bought it. Apparently this is a ongoing problem with the Samsung dishwashers. Now I have to buy an entirely new dishwasher. My recommendation to anybody out there looking for a dishwasher is not to buy a Samsung.

Apparently I am not the only one that has had this problem. Im entirely appalled at the prospect of my 4-year old, my 7-year old, and I drinking ice water that has plastic and metal particles and pieces in it. At this point, I am not even sure how long we have been drinking contaminated product. My refrigerator is right around 3.5 years old, so it is not under parts warranty any longer, but I am confused as to why there hasnt been a recall on these icemakers? Another consumers review fits my situation exactly besides the timeline of events. I would also like to know the composition of the materials that were being sloughed off into our drinks. I just found this problem today and Samsung Customer Service is trying to make me buy new parts and pay for installation. My main concern is for my health and the health of other consumers, and in my opinion, there needs to be a recall for these ice makers and some sort of compensation due. Not just a, Well, your warranty is up, so here pay more money for some parts that probably wont fix the issue. No thank you. I have included my own photos of the plastic shaving and plastic/metal particles.

We own a beautiful top of the line 4-door Samsung refrigerator which we’ve had for one year. Our ice maker began making “wet, soft ice” and the ice maker poured water into a cup whenever we made ice... Plus, the ice maker leaked into the inside of our refrigerator. When we exercised our extended warranty, we learned that this model was recalled for a faulty ice maker! Yet, Samsung never had the courtesy to send out a recall letter. Now we need to wait several weeks for the part to arrive and were told that we need to empty the refrigerator and freezer two days prior to the repair and keep it off and empty for 2 days post repair to allow the epoxy to dry! How shameful that such an excessive amount of money is charged for a poor, inexcusable refrigerator. DON’T BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!!!

I bought a Samsung mirror-finished two-door fridge at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2007, in Geant Store Khuraise. My kids phoned me that it is not getting cold. I said to them, they must switch it off as it might burn them. It never made some ice. It was installed by Nirvana Ageng Samsung Polopkoane. I told them the same agent came and open my fridge, and he said it is the compressor. I must wait so that they can check if it is still under warranty. They never came back.We kept on calling him, but no answer. I went to Bokstreet Samsung branch. They said it is not under warranty. If it never makes some ice, they will fix it, but I will pay all costs+transportation. Now it is about 3 years. I reported it to South Africa, and Riyadh , Saudi Arabia. I need my money back or a new fridge. I will give you up to the end of this month. I will go to LG. I paid a lot of money for that fridge. I have already sent my complaint to consumer lawyers.

Bought the Samsung French door refrigerator in 2014. In 2015, it stopped cooling twice. Had to be thawed at home since it is already out of warranty. Which is ridiculous. Samsung service is of no assistance. Just refer you to a local repair shop who refers you elsewhere because they refuse to service Samsungs products. If I had known about the short life of this refrigerator and the inability of it to perform its only job of cooling food, Id have definitely switched to another brand before the purchase of this $1,500 piece of pretty - looking junk. Samsung has been made aware of this design flaw for years, but due to selfishness and greed have refused to address the issue, fix / redesign the problem coils, or even recall their junk refrigerators. They have done a huge disservice to their consumers by allowing these pieces of junk to remain on the market without fixing the issues. I feel they should be made to recall the problem appliances. We lost over $300 in food and even the babys formula. Theres no excuse to sell high priced junk to consumers without standing behind your products. Bad business practices. Samsung should just stick with cell phones and computers. Their refrigerators are not worth the money or bad reviews. Just stay away!

Worst refrigerator. Waste of money. I have had to replace ice maker twice. Water drips into the ice maker and freezes the ice cubes together and is stuck in ice chute. Water drips into the vegetable bin and cold cuts drawer. Water also drips onto the water dispenser so I have to put a pot holder under water dispenser. Ice forms underneath the cold cuts bin and I am not able to open. There is water that drips on floor. Dont buy a Samsung refrigerator.

I own numerous Samsung appliances - TVs, Washer, Dryer, and Stove. I also owned (and just removed) a malfunctioning Samsung Over the Range Microwave. I purchased it, knowing it had reliability issues, but it matched my stove and was the right price - so I gave it a shot. Let me first of all state that it made some funny buzzing noises that I didnt like. The keypad never worked great, either, but after about 5 years it may be, it certain buttons became harder to push, and eventually some buttons (and then almost all buttons) stopped working, entirely.Long story short, given another Samsung should have a similarly mounting system, I took a shot and attempted to order another Samsung (yes I know). Well, get this, I order it from Lowes and after multiple bad delivery dates from the Samsung distributor, I ended up having to cancel my order. Yes, even Samsungs own delivery of their microwaves turned out to be a nightmare. That said, I gave up and chose a Whirlpool that looks great, has great review, has a blue readout that match my Samsung stoves blue readout (that was a big deal, btw), and it has good reliability ratings according to Consumer Reports. All in all - Id say the moral of the story here, is to just avoid Samsung microwaves.

I would never recommend Samsung. The customer service is awful. I recently purchased a new fridge and range, I have had the repair company to my house 3 times and the appliances are less than 3 months old. The flat top had a white mark inside the glass after 1 month, they replaced the cook top and 1 month later the new top has the same mark on it. They are supposed to come again for the second time, but are not returning my phone calls, I have spend many hours altogether on hold, to have them say they would call me back in 48 hrs. Still no phone calls back. This has been going on for over a month. VERY BAD SERVICE... BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE.

Purchased the Samsung NX58F5300ss/AA Gas Range in December of 2013 from Best Buy. About two days ago my wife was going to cook breakfast but noticed the display panel was blinking and displaying the letters SE. I called Samsung Customer Service, explained the problem to them. They told to reset the circuit breaker in the house panel box and that would fix the problem. Needless to say, that didnt fix the problem. I called Samsung again, told them their fix did nothing. Samsung offered to setup an appointment for a service call but would not tell me what the service call would cost nor would they give me any information as to the probable problem could be.Based on other reviews, this error code of SE is a known problem but Samsung has not been helpful at all in trying to help me resolve the problem. Also based on other reviews I agree that it would be cheaper to buy a new range rather than calling a Samsung repairman.

We bought our Samsung fridge Oct 2010 and it is now May 2014 and the repairman has been here twice now and the fridge (not freezer) has frozen over three times, once after the repair. The guy (not sent by Samsung) came out and for just over 400$ replaced the defrost sensor, cover, since it tore when he tried to take it off (still frozen) and another piece and now one month later it froze up the exact same way and now 274$ later, he is replacing the thermostat. That part is 178$ and the labor is 135$. The labor on this job is obscene. There is no one at Samsung that you can talk to and I hope they fail as a business and go under. They sell crap for a lot of money and they are not helpful AT ALL when their crap brakes.

I purchased model #smh9207st Samsung microwave on 09-09-12. The SE code was always on my microwave. My fan will come on in middle of the night, like it has a mind of its own. I never have been able to turn on fan or off fan but fan will come on after only 20 seconds of putting a cup of coffee to warm. Fan comes on for 30 to 40 min and it will not turn off by pushing off button. I contacted Samsung after reading all the bad reviews about this microwave. They told me yes, they would pay to put another defective part in my microwave but if it breaks again in a few months and my warranty is out, it would not be covered. They know this is a defective microwave they are selling to thousands of people and they are doing nothing about it! Help! They are putting a defective control panel assembly right back in their microwave they know has a problem! And then all the people who purchased the defective microwave have no protection! Help! What can be done?

I preferred to select 0 stars but that is not an option. I purchased a bottom freezer fridge on 7/26/2007, Model RB195BSSW. For several days, the freezer isnt working properly and the fridge isnt cooling sufficiently. This morning, a Best Buy technician came out to troubleshoot and determined the circuit board needs replacing. I called Samsung since the fridge is less than 5 years old. No help, the person on the phone just kept telling me I could go through Best Buy to fix the issue or have Samsung come out at my additional expense. This is unacceptable for a product that is less than 5 years old. Ive purchased many Samsung products in the past - TV, cellphones and never (knock on wood) have had an issue. I am very disappointed in their product and lack of service.

We contacted Best Buy about the problems and they said that we had to contact Samsung customer service. We did and they said that the applicant was out of warranty. How can this be. We just bought it brand new, they said that they were 4 yrs old and out of warranty. The dishwasher was the first to go out, then the freezer on the icebox and now the stove oven doesnt work. I will never buy a Samsung of any kind and wont buy from Best Buy either. All of their products are out of warranty and they told me, Thats why you should buy a extended warranty. Called for service they indicated it would cost more to repair, buy a new one. 5/30/14 purchased new same model since only model the store offered. In Jan 2015 dishwasher started to experience the same issues as my 4 yr old model. Still under warranty, Samsung repaired. Aug 2015 the dishwasher is again having the exact same issues. First and foremost, Samsung does not have a clue when it comes to customer service. Theyre blinded by their policies. As a matter of fact, they have a department that goes by the name of Executive Customer Relations (ECR) which is intended to be there to help with escalated issues and even the manager of this department who goes by the name of Prosper, admitted to me that there is nobody in the company that we, as customers, can speak to that has the ability to determine if a replacement product or refund should be made. You may let this be a warning, if you are reading this, that Samsung truly does not have customer service support if you come across any major issues with your products. We have had our Samsung refrigerator for only 3 months and within the first 3 days we had our first service call for a defective water system. Then 2 months later the same issue and another major issue occurred and they plan to take our entire unit apart, and rebuild a brand new unit. I bought a brand new unit and do not wish to have a rebuilt unit as anyone in my shoes would feel. Unfortunately because they do not have a person who can help, I want to be sure that you, the consumer, has the chance to be forewarned about the reality of the customer service in this company. At the end of the day, there are multiple reviews about Samsung quality issues and service issues. Trust what you read as I wish I did when I was shopping for this. I love their TVs as I have a few and have not had issues, but their appliances are not their strong point. Just be careful with Samsung and really think about if you want to deal with this. They have only 1 star on this Consumer Affairs page, which should speak for itself.

Please do your own research before buying a new refrigerator. I thought I did. I purchase a Samsung French door fridge in November of 2016. Little did I know that all Samsung French door fridges have a design defect, - ice maker freezes over, stops making ice, leaks, and, sometimes, as in my case, freezes shut so the tray cannot be gotten out. Takes an hour with a hand held steamer to thaw it. Thousands upon thousand of unlucky people have been dealing with this for the last fifteen years. My experience with Samsung customer service has been terrible. This is not what one would expect from a consumer appliance manufacturer.

The more I try to cook on this stovetop the more I am convinced that the burners don’t heat correctly. I have bought several new nonstick skillets and they seem ruined after a few times cooking in them. I am not a chef but I am not a novice either. I’ve been cooking for over 30 years and this doesn’t seem right. I usually use the right front burner and go with the medium middle setting, never on high. And then I would turn it down to low and things still get burnt. I dont even want to address your Samsung customer service because I know how they give the runaround. My microwave was defective - I saw sparks flying from the inside and turned it off. Purchased Samsung refrigerator Model# RS554NRUASL/TC June 2013 from SM North Appliance. 1st month of using this unit is good, my electric bill went down but on the 2nd month (July 2013) refrigerator stopped cooling. Called Samsung. They gave me instructions to reset cooling by unplugging the unit for at least 30 seconds then replug it. Ive tried 5 times the whole day. It didnt work. Called Samsung. They referred me to their authorized Home Service Center. The technicians came the next day, they check the unit. They said that there was a leak, so they told me that theyre going to order the parts needed. After 4 days they came back to fixed the leak. After 3 hours looking for the leak, they said that the leak was inside the unit. They cant fix it. Theyre going to forward the problem to Samsung. So Samsung contacted me, they ask me to go to our dealer for the replacement of my unit. The 2nd new unit delivered (August 2013), it last 10 months. The same problem with the 1st unit happened again. So they replace it again, the 3rd unit delivered (July 2014). After 6 months of using the 3rd unit the same problem occurred again. Same procedure with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd unit was made. Then 4th unit with the same model delivered (February 2015). Last October 2015, there it goes again. The technician came, fixed it, after 3 days it broke again. They fixed it again. After 3 weeks it broke again. I really had enough with this unit. So disappointed...

We bought a higher end Samsung dishwasher at Best Buy on Black Friday, 2013. It was delivered 12/9/2013. It ran once through all cycles and dishes were dirty. Ran it again and it stopped and started blinking (many complaints say the same). So, we called Best Buy right after the new year to ask for help. Their one month warranty was up and further repairs were to be covered under Samsungs warranty. Well, two service calls later, they have to order a whole new computer panel. This is insane that an out-of-the-box dishwasher is defective. Called Samsung to ask for a replacement, and they denied it and said they will wait and see what the next replacement part does and if the issue is resolved. I will NEVER buy any Samsung product again and will hire an attorney to get my $700 back. This is outrageous that I have had to miss work 2 days already and now a third time? I would avoid Samsung products at all costs. AND, local repair parts retailers do not stock Samsung parts--they have to be special ordered.

In April, we purchased a brand new Samsung dishwasher from City Furniture. This was a very special treat, as we had used free and 50.00 dishwasher all our married lives. We got a top of the line one, thinking this way, we would not have any repairs for year. How wrong we were. Within a week of having it, the dishwasher flashed a code, and quit. After calling Samsung for three weeks, City Furniture kindly replaced the unit. It ran fine..for a month. Then it quit. Multiple phone calls to Samsung, a month later... its fixed. Ran fine for 2 months. Since then, we have made many, many phone calls to Samsung. They have: Twice sent our repair request to the wrong servicemen. Escalated our call three times... No response... Who does not service this area. When they did finally get hold of the right serviceman he was beyond rude. But I guess if you are the only Samsung serviceman in the ares (he is), you can afford to piss off customers, because what else are they going to do? Then Samsung sent the wrong error code to the repairman. After a month, the part came in. Oh but wrong part, because he had the wrong code. Gave him right code. Still waiting. Months later. We have a $1000 dollar Samsung 8 month old dishwasher that has now been NOT working more often that it has worked. Another call to Samsung yesterday. Their response was well, we have to wait for the technician to file a report before we can do anything. You mean the technician who STILL HASNT COME??? Time for BBB. Do yourselves a favour. Samsung is fully aware of the defective clips that will break from the top
Samsung is fully aware of the defective clips that will break from the top rack of their dishwasher and the clips get lodged in the pump motor and the dishwasher will not run. Their solution to the guaranteed reoccurring problem is to allow one time only repair outside of warranty and then the consumer is on their own after that. What they should do is proceed with a recall of the part and provide a retrofit or, at the very least, provide unlimited repairs to the consumer. My whole entire house is equipped with Samsung products and I placed my confidence in a company that doesnt back their products. There was simply no help offered or even concern regarding this defect. Simply put, I was told, We know and youve already used your one time allotted repair. BUYERS BEWARE. SAMSUNG DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS, EVEN WHEN THEY KNOW THERE IS A DEFECT. The last repairman that came to my house left replacement parts for me because he knew it would happen again. Speaking with a manager may have cleared up the refund procedure. The whole process was taking over a month, and I was without a working refrigerator. I was never told that there were stipulations attached to the refund, namely that I needed to take pictures of the detached serial number and power cord. They told me to keep the unit until the refund was final. When I asked why, their only answer was that the refund was not final. They NEVER said that I would NOT get the refund without the unit, because at the very end they would ask me to provide picture documentation. TAAADAAA remove the filter and it will now be in bypass, but the water is filtered before it gets to the fridge...... ONE other GREAT feature, the filters are 10 to 20 dollars as apposed to $70.00++ for each Samsung replacement filter. The filter assy (first filter is included) and reducer hardware to install is still less than the Samsung replacement filter. Just remember to buy the charcoal filter for taste and sediment. Same thing, different person. Fridge Model RF217ACRS, manufactured in 2011. Problem started in 2014. Samsung refuses to pay for repair even though original chat transcript with Samsung Support inferred they will stand behind their product, after creating a ticket for me even though the fridge was out of warranty. Problem Description: Fridge coils freezing up, causing fan to rub on ice making a loud noise. Defrosted it multiple times, problem comes back within a week or 2. A&E Services wanting to charge $361 for the repair of what they claim is a $12 sensor. A&E Factory Services tech also told me that this is the cause of 90% of the problems reported regarding Samsung refrigerators. My guess... A&E and any other Samsung Authorized Service Center is being paid off by Samsung to cover-up the actual fault, which may lie with the evaporator, as if the water is drained/evaporated correctly, should not build up as ice on the coils, in my unprofessional opinion. Keep in mind, the evaporator is covered under the Samsung 5-year warranty, but the $12 sensor is not, and their repair techs will charge you out the *you know what* ($360) to replace it. I will never buy another Samsung device as long as I live, and I will steer all my friends and family away from them.

Purchased a Samsung washer, dryer and refrigerator approx. 1 month ago. On 9-29 fridge and freezer stopped working while at work, thawed out and spoiled food. Fridge and freezer will not cool. Washer is also now listed as defective due to safety hazard. Frequent phone calls to Samsung has resulted in no resolution to this issue. I am constantly being told I have to wait 24-48 hours to hear from different departments. Today, I was told I have to wait another 24-48 hours to hear from someone in Refunds and Exchanges via telephone. I asked to contact them directly but was told they have no phone number because they are a back office department. I expressed my displeasure and asked for my call to be elevated past Executive Customer Relations and was told thats not possible, they are the highest level of customer service.I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would have to be put on an list and someone would contact me back in 24-48 hours. 2 days to speak to a supervisor? I was informed that if an exchange of the refrigerator is decided on, it would be another 15 days for delivery. This is totally unacceptable. Not only the frequent waiting for 24-48 hours to be contacted by Samsung but I was denied the opportunity to speak to a higher level of customer service. On the day I purchased these major appliances I spent $3000 total and now 2 out of the 3 appliances are defective. I am unhappy with the customer service I have received up to this point. They are not receptive to the issues. The time frame that Samsung is putting me on is unacceptable. It shouldnt take 48 hours to make a decision for a customer that has invested thousands of dollars in Samsung. In the meantime, I have a dead $3000 refrigerator in my kitchen with no resolution and nowhere to turn as far as customer service. This was my BBB complaint. After filing a BBB complaint, I was contacted by a rep from the Office of President. She acknowledged my current problem with the refrigerator. She explained that she will now be handling my case and I can contact her directly. She explained she is still waiting to see the result of my issue from the refunds and exchange office and she will contact me the next day. The next day arrived and I had to call them to find out the results. I was told the request to exchange the fridge was kicked back (declined) because there are no service programs in the area. I am now stuck with a refund.I expressed my concern for this due to the fact that I purchased the fridge on sale, and its listed on Samsungs website for $2999. I paid approx $1800 and will be losing the value of the fridge by receiving a refund. After back and forth explanations, she explained how I would be receiving a call from the refunds and exchange office... in another 24-48 hours. Today is October 6th. She said I would be receiving a call either tomorrow or Monday the 10th of October. The refunds and exchange office has already seen my case several times and even took action on it, why do they need another 48 hours to review it? So we head into the weekend once again with definitive solution. When I hear from them on Monday, how many more phone calls will need to be waited for and how long till I actually see the refund? Once again I was told there is no higher level of CS, shes following procedures and protocols and there is no way she can expedite the call from refunds and exchanges. After expressing my overwhelming dissatisfaction with Samsung, its customer service and its policies and procedures I inquired how does Samsung go about getting the defective fridge from me. She informed that I am responsible for disposal of the fridge and will not be reimbursed for any money spent from doing so.Once again, this is totally unacceptable customer service from a company of this magnitude. There is no difference between what a standard CS rep can accomplish and what rep from the Office of the President can accomplish. I still wish to pursue my complaint and speak to someone higher in this company. Customers should not be treated like this. I will no longer be doing business with Samsung and will advise friends and family of my experience as well.

We bought our Samsung fridge in Dec 2014. In June 2018 we called Samsung 6 times because our ice maker stopped working. Nobody would call us to schedule an appt to come and fix it. We had to have it repaired for by ourselves (was told no one will work on warranty repairs on Samsung because they take too long to get their money from them). Now a year later the refrigerator side of the unit is completely out and not working, and we are going through the same thing all over again, no call backs from Samsung’s warranty repair people in our area. I had to move all my chilled items to a cooler and to my old garage Whirlpool fridge that is over 12 yrs old and it still works great, even in the summer heat in FL in a garage. I will be buying a Whirlpool again this weekend. Never again Samsung! They need to stick to making cell phones because they suck at making appliances, and their customer service stinks and reputation sucks!

We purchased a Samsung glass top slide-in stove a year and a half ago. It suddenly developed a thermal crack on the glass top. After many calls to Samsung, often times they would hang up on me, they denied any responsibility even though the owners manual states that there is a 5 year guarantee on the glass cooktop. They claim they are only responsible for the heating element. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung product. The stove does not get that much use and has not been abused.

We purchased a new Samsung Refrigerator two months ago. (French doors with two drawers) Overall, I am satisfied with the refrigerator, with the exception of nothing really fits inside the left side door shelves. The issue I am having was with the customer support area. We spilled ice tea in the refrigerator and it has seeped under the glass on the bottom shift. I contacted the 1 800 726 7864 phone number and was told it would be over a 30 minute hold time and I could leave a number for a return call from a technician and I did. The call back was from an individual with not a technician with experience. She more interested in collecting purchasing data than support and I final explained all I wanted was help in how to remove the shelf so I could clean it. There was a long hold and she was looking up answers from a prompter and taking more time to key the conversation than help. Since I was having issues understanding the person and we were wasting our time I asked to be transferred to someone else. I was told they could not do that because the call came to her area basically. Totally disappointed in there customer support for such easy question. If you purchase from Samsung you will get little support from customer services.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator in 2010. I incorrectly thought this would mean quality. We plunked down $3K. Now that it does not work, No repair person will touch it because they cannot obtain replacement parts. You can only use their service center. The original Samsung service center that was recommended is now scheduling appointments for more than a month out. When I complained, they told me they would send me an email to get in touch with a different service center. The young lady that answered was trying her best, but without support from higher ups or Samsung what good is it? This service center has only has one technician Really??? I dont have a refrigerator, dont know if they can fix it or if the parts will be on the service person’s truck, or backordered, or... Still waiting... SAMSUNG WANTS TO SELL BUT DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER THEY SELL, then they hold you captive with only their service center and availability of parts.

On July 2016 I purchase all my kitchen appliances from Samsung at Best Buy. Unfortunately its not a year of purchase and I had a very bad experience which I believe its not fair for any consumer. First, they advertises that the appliances are stainless steel, which is not. It is hard to clean. On the range side the flat top is also hard to clean and it scratches easily, which it shouldnt happen due to the fact that that is a every day use item with multiple use. I dont accept the fact that they are saying that it is cosmetic and also is tear and wear before a year of purchase. I live alone and barely cook for this to happen. Im very disappointed with this product and the way that they handle and washes off the responsibility of the quality of their products. This is not an item that costs $100 or less we are speaking of an item that the price is over a $1,000. Unfortunately according to them there is nothing to be done.

Ok this will be a bit long: I got my kitchen remodeled Nov 2020. Purchased all 5 Samsung appliances, from Best Buy. Had issue with every one except the microwave which we dont use much of. I have been on hold for Samsung Case managers for over 2 1/2 hrs. So I figured I would kill time by leaving this review so no one else will have to go thru what I have, and currently am going thru. My issues started about 2 mos of installation. First issue was my cooktop. Kept giving out error code and wouldnt turn on. Then it wouldnt turn off. At the same time my ice maker was freezing over and wouldnt dispense ice. The ice maker issue got resolved, then I realized my refrigerator was freezing my food, noticed it with my eggs. Tech came and repaired, but happened again. Called Samsung pro talked to customer service, who tried to provide the best care they are able to, but they cant make any decisions. Because its been serviced 3 times I have the option to get my refund or replace the refrigerator. I opted to get a refund cause I dont want to take any more chances with Samsung products. I had to submit a receipt along with the ticket #. After the third attempt I was finally told that they can escalate it from customer service to a Case Manager. Unfortunately these Case Managers are hard to get a hold of. This process began November 17, 2021. Today is December 2, 2021. I was first told a case manager was going to contact me within 3-4 business days, I get no calls, no emails then on November 30th I get a short generic email stating that they made several attempts to contact me and if I can call them back at 1-800-Samsung at my earliest convenience. As soon as I got the email I called 1-800-Samsung and got customer service who informed me that the department they need to transfer me to is closed. I asked her if she can send them an email and have them call me, because I did not receive any calls from them, I had no miss calls, no messages, she said she did, still no calls or emails. Today I have the day off so here I am typing this review, still on hold 3 hrs later. I live in Hawaii and their office hours are 9-9 EST. I am grateful I have an extra fridge in the garage to store my things. In addition to my refrigerator issue, I am awaiting a claim ticket for a third service call on my double oven, which has super uneven heating. I am beyond frustrated. So save yourself the frustration and stay away from Samsung. For some reason the newer models are not quality. Doesnt work properly and even though warranty seems to be good on paper, its almost impossible to get thru.

Samsung Self Cleaning Convection Stove Fire - Yesterday at approximately 5PM EST, I heard a loud bang & looked towards the kitchen & there were flames shooting out of the back of my stove. I ran for the phone & baking soda, but thankfully the fire died out and nothing was damaged, except the stove! This came directly from the circuit board, and is obvious there was an inferior connection. This stove is 3 yrs old, and until yesterday everything was fine. I was roasting beets in the oven & it was set at 400 degrees. There was no fire in the oven, just shooting up from the back of the stove. I want everyone to be aware of this issue & have posted on Samsung Canadas FB page as well.

Ive had ongoing issues with the error code 9E since I purchased a Samsung dishwasher 3 years ago. Ive had it serviced 2-3 times per year. I had problems under warranty and under the extended service contract from Lowes. Now I am on my own to continue to struggle with it. I replaced a unit from another manufacturer that was 20 years old that worked better. I am very disappointed and will never purchase another Samsung product. The 9E error code is the water fill tank which can get blocked or dirty. I use dishwashing grease cutting soap occasionally to reduce this problem. But I clean and rinse my dishes with soap and water prior and never put food covered dishes in. This has been a major mistake in purchasing. I intend to replace a less than 5-year-old machine as this error code goes on every other washing.

Samsung French Door refrigerator (and Samsung dishwasher) - We bought both of these appliances when we built our new house in 2011. The dishwasher lasted 18 months and the integrated pump (they use one pump for both inlet and drain) failed. Spent about $300 on the new pump that failed again after 6 months. Last month the refrigerator just quit -- no refrigeration no freezer. After waiting 4 weeks for Samsungs contract repair service (A&E) and their rescheduling we bought a new GE refrigerator. The installer said that he typically sees the Samsung refrigerator totally fail after the 6th or 7th year. Great company, huh -- planned failure to try to sell more products.

RF24FSEDBSR Apr 2013 Counter Depth French Door 7 repairs already. Samsung HORRIBLE to deal with, keep losing my information. Then get handed off to someone who will get to the bottom of this and never calls back. Get through to same number, guess what... No record of my call but they will get right on it... Keep asking me to use my extended warranty vs admitting it is a defect. Ice maker completely freezes up, stop working leaks... shorts out the board on the deli drawer... replaced 3 times wont stop making alarm sounds from door... 3 ice makers later still same issue... Repair man said, this fridge keeps us in business. Seal is a joke and repair parts already more than a new fridge but Samsung has paid $0.00 so they dont care. We bought the fridge for the ice maker as our son has severe medical condition and his meds/foods need icing at all times. This just sucks for over $3000.00 refrigerator. Samsung do the right thing and replace this nightmare.

As soon as the warranty was up, one year, we began to get water and ice under the pantry drawer. Now the twin cooling fans have stopped working and therefore not cooling. The fridge is in a sleeve, walls on both sides, so we can’t get to the back of it to clean the coils, etc. It is too heavy for us to pull out. No repairman is willing to try and fix it sighting they are unable to get parts for Samsung fridges! These refrigerators are not cheap and Samsung seems to wash their hands of the problem. I will never recommend Samsung to anyone. They do not stand behind their product.

I am doing something that I was hoping that I would not have to do. I am putting the Samsung Corporation on public blast because I have been given absolutely no other option! After purchasing a top of the line dishwasher just last fall, our unit has required repair for error codes 3 TIMES. All were under warranty and while the first tech was educated and efficient...the problem was not fixed leading us to where we are today. Approximately 6 weeks ago (while still within the manufactures warranty) we placed a call for repair. After an hour of waiting on the line, we were told that a service repair shop would be calling us. Never did. I called said company 3 times and left messages hoping for a return call. Never happened. Called Samsung back...waited an hour and 40 minutes for a rep. Was told that a repair shop would be calling me to schedule. Gave me the number for the exact same repair shop. I declined. Asked for another shop. They finally agreed to send someone else out at your request...like it was unusual that I wanted another company. That company called and scheduled with me but needed a week to order parts (how did they know what part if there was no in person diagnostic?). Fine. No dishwasher 2 weeks...ok, well be patient. Came out, replaced main board in about 30 min and was out. Started the cycle and it looked to be working and left. Day after, first full load in the machine...ERROR CODE. Are you kidding me? Called Samsung...I could go on and on about the HOURS AND HOURS we have sat on hold with Samsung. At least 1 hour and 30 minutes EACH CALL, EVERY TIME. We have phone records to support this. We have asked to be expedited to executive customer service = declined. We have asked for a replacement unit = declined. We have asked why this has happened = no answer. WE HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT but at this point it has been upwards of SIX WEEKS since this has started and there has been NO RESOLUTION whatsoever. We have followed up almost every other day with this company to check the status, we have proven our bill of sale, we have provided them with many, many, many opportunities to make this right = DECLINED. We asked for our case to be forwarded to a higher level = declined. We feel totally at their mercy. We are at our wits end because we feel we are being taken advantage of and have been given NO SOLUTION to our issue. The customer service has been DEPLORABLE to say the least. I am BEGGING for someone, anyone...please help! Has anyone experienced this? What do we do? We 100% do not want this unit anymore (when warranty is up...well be responsible to pay for these constant error codes to be fixed) and we would be more than happy with either a full refund or an exchange for a non-Samsung dishwasher (from HH Gregg). We feel like this company has us strung up with no option but to be continually jacked around. We have asked for a copy of our communication transcript and were told that they cannot provide that for us. (WHAT?) We do not have finances to pursue legal action, but if we did, that is the route we feel is appropriate after all that we have experienced.

Purchased this attractive SS Samsung french door bottom freezer refrigerator a few years ago for $2500. It started leaking water in and under the drawers and making a loud noise. Apparently, this is such a common problem, most appliance repair companies won’t guarantee the repair as it may freeze up again in a few months and fail again. When I called Samsung, they said that it is no longer under warranty. They fail to acknowledge the defect. I will never buy another product from Samsung-a company that makes terrible products and fails to acknowledge and repair their defects.

The good part of this fridge is it looks very nice but. I love the design inside. If you buy this make sure you take the 5 year warranty. You will need it. I bought this fridge 2/17 to replace a Kenmore I had for 20 years. The ice maker froze you all the time, right from the beginning. I had to get a hair dryer to melt the ice build up. In 11/19 the circulating fan started making noise for about a week then finally stopped. I lost all the food that I had. I called where I had warranty and they said fan went out and had to order a new one which took a week, now Im without a fridge. I got it repaid and thought things happen, no problem. Now 4/20, 4 months later same problem. The fan went out again.. Im 71 years old I had 3 weeks of food in the fridge I had delivered because of Covid 19 virus. I lost $250.00 worth of food. I cant go out because of quarantine. I have no way of keep anything cold.. I called where I have warranty. They came out next day and had to order the part. Its been 10 days and still no part and no fridge and no food!!!I went online just to see if maybe there was a recall on this fridge and found out there is a class action suit against Samsung for this exact unit.. I called Samsung and explained the problem. Not sure what to do. I called W.A.M.G channel 6 news to the reporter that did a story about this unit on 11/19 and how it was plagued with problems.. They want to come out to interview me and do a story on this fridge but with Covid-19 they cant at this time and told me to call Samsung. At this time Samsung has done nothing. Im still without a fridge and food. On Social Security, 71 years old and totally frustrated with this unit.. I would not recommend this fridge. Buy another brand.

The ice maker is poorly engineered as it stopped working within 3 years. (Froze up and jammed). We had a refrigerator repairman from a local reputable appliance store come to our home. It was $400 to replace the ice maker plus labor; we didn’t do it because the repairman said there was no guarantee the new one would work for long. Next the alcove where the drinking water station is located was not lined with stainless steel, so we have rust stains on the front of our white refrigerator!! This refrigerator broke down 2 days after the warranty expired. They wanted a hundred dollars just to look at it before any repairs even started. I ran into an unsolvable trying to fix it myself. The connector to the evaporator fan shorted out. Half of that connector is built into the back wall of the refrigerator section. I got a new fan as the wire was clearly burnt off. I plugged the fan in and nothing, the refrigerator still did not work. I took it apart again and this time noticed that the tiny pin in the connector mounted in the refrigerator back wall was also burned off. I couldnt find that part anywhere. So I had to call for a service tech and pay the $100.00 call fee. The tech came out, inspected it, and deemed it unrepairable. So I now have a $4000.00 piece of trash. This is clearly Samsungs fault. It is a very poor design. If you search the internet you will see hundreds of complaints about icing and water build up in this section of the refrigerator. Samsung refuses to do anything about it or compensate me in any way. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR! They do not stand behind their products or care about their customers, or have a good designed product!

I never write reviews but I came on this site to see if I was the only one who had a problem with this stove. ALAS, I was NOT. We had the same problem with the temperature controls as many other reviewers did. Luckily my husband was able to change a part and fixed the issue. After several ruined meals since I couldnt figure out what was wrong initially. However, my glass top has broken twice in the last year. I had an old GE range prior to this and it lasted forever! It was easily 15-20 years old. I bought this Samsung smooth glass top range when we remodeled our KItchen. (MAybe 3-4 years ago) Loved it! Im not hard at all on appliances. I turned my teapot on to boil water for tea the first time and I heard a loud crack. TUrned around and the entire top had shattered. We had the glass top replaced, which was a costly repair but we liked the stove. The other morning, I had a small skillet on the stovetop making eggs, I turned around and heard another loud CRACK! This time it cracked underneath the skillet and into about four large pieces. SO, I am guessing from what I see here, no reason to call Samsung. We can replace the glass top again but honestly, the money we spent to fix these issues were as much, if not more than, the stove itself. I would recommend another brand glass top stove/oven if youre looking for one.

The Samsung fridge model RB2155SH freezer compartment changes temperature. I emailed Samsung and was told the fridge is no longer under warranty and I was on my own to get it repaired. I had a repair man fix it a couple of years ago for the same problem when it was still under warranty, but it didnt last. I went online to research the problem and found out the defrost sensor might be the problem. After removing the cover in the freezer that covers the coils, I found a lot of burnt areas and cracks in the freezer compartment. Also, the defrost sensor was also burnt. I replaced the sensor and also took pictures of the freezer compartment showing the burnt areas and areas where the compartment was bubbling up from heat. This fridge is a fire hazard. I can email pictures.

We paid $ 1700.00 for this oven and of course Samsung will not do anything, they say its cosmetic. Regardless if it is cosmetic or not an oven should last longer than 18 months, unless it is not meant to be used for baking or cooking. I purchased a Samsung 4-door refrigerator because I thought I was stepping up the quality for a refrigerator. The unit worked well for the first 13 months, then the ice maker would suddenly stop producing ice for no reason. I waited a day or two and the ice maker started working again. A few months later, I notice water on the floor of my kitchen. I thought my children spilled something. Then my son notice water dripping into the basement ceiling under the refrigerator. I looked more closely and the refrigerator was dripping water. My plumber guided me on shutting off the water to the refrigerator to limit the water damage. A technician came out a week later and took many pictures and troubleshoot the problem. Upon removing the drawers I noticed what was causing yet a second problem and that was a sheet of ice had formed underneath the fourth drawer, turning that drawer into a virtual freezer regardless of what temperature setting.Samsung initially said they would reimburse for the purchase of the refrigerator. I thought that was a relief, for obviously I had a lemon and they knew it. Everything was quiet for four days and when I checked back again the reimbursement had been cancelled. I received NO call, email or anything. Then I insisted if they were to fix the problem they should resolve the freezing of food in the fourth drawer as well as the leaking refrigerator. Then the reimbursement was pushed through again. Then 3 days later, after I received no email. Everything was cancelled, the reimbursement and the repair. So I am a consumer and I typically have refrigerators to just hang out for years. The Samsung refrigerators have gimmicks that work for a minute and then fail and they are very expensive. I would not recommend Samsung refrigerators. Their phones and tablets yes; refrigerators NO! Stick with a manufacturer thats been producing refrigerators for longer than 20 years.

So now my refrigerator is out for repairs with the company I bought it from and thats been about a month now. Model# RF217ACRS

We purchased a new Samsung range just over 1 year ago. We loved it, easy to use and with the removable tray. It seemed like the perfect oven for our needs. I wish I had seen some of these reviews prior to our purchase. I have an error message E-27. The oven shuts down when this message comes up and it struggles to reach temperature. The manual tells us to throw the breaker or pull the plug to reset the oven. We did this and it worked for almost a week, however the problem is back and from the reviews I fear the worst. I thought this was a good product, but Im now wondering what my fate will be.

In mid-2015 I replaced my refrigerator with the Samsung French Door/Freezer
In mid-2015 I replaced my refrigerator with the Samsung French Door/Freezer at the bottom (Model #: RF261BEAEWW/AA-0001). Two weeks ago, we noticed the icemaker abruptly stopped working. Shortly thereafter, water accumulated under the refrigerator crisper and seeped from under the right side. Not really understanding what was going on, I just cleaned it every two to three days. Now as of three days ago, I began hearing a humming/grinding noise coming from the upper rear center on the inside of the fridge. It sounded like the fan was hitting something as its spinning. It only does it when the doors are closed and you can hear it winding down when you open the door. When you close the doors, it winds up to full speed again and the loud irritating sound returns. Now, since the icemaker stopped I turned it off yet the noise is still active. While doing an inspection, I found a build up of ice in the back of the fridge.Turning to the internet for Diagnostics and DYI Repair advice, I have come across countless of sites with hundreds of complaints warning people Samsung will not recognize their horrible flaw(s) within their product. Samsung Service Centers have you open a ticket but then tell you they apparently cant fix the issue(s). Like many here, I dont have money to freely give a technician who will in turn place a Band-Aid on the problem; only for the refrigerator to disintegrate it and I succumb to the same issues month(s) later. They built the fridge and therefore they should have the ability to successfully repair it! Samsung shouldve just stuck with manufacturing electronics. I believed in their products until now. I, for one, will not be buying any of their major appliances anymore. Since they refuse to issue a recall notice on their clearly defected product I would like more information as to where and how to add my name to the lawsuit against them.

I purchased a French door refrigerator from Lowes about 15 months ago and I
I purchased a French door refrigerator from Lowes about 15 months ago and I purchased a 5 year extended warranty in case something went wrong with the appliance. After about 14 months the refrigerator went bad and started popping the CGFI plug in the house. After contacting Lowes to request help in support of this issue and try to use the extended warranty I was told that the warranty company refused to help saying that it was our fault the refrigerator was not working. I contacted Samsung to ask for help, they said they can send someone to diagnose the issue but it would cost me additional $165.00 for labor.I agreed to this but the person who was supposed to perform the diagnoses was not even qualified to work on refrigerator and Im sure he was not certified by Samsung to work on their appliances. He blamed us like the Lowes supposed qualified technician that it was our fault that the refrigerator was not working. I have contact both Samsung and Lowes many time without any progress. I have decided not to ever buy anything from Samsung or Lowes. I hope you can learn from my mistake in dealing with well known companies. I can provide receipts if I feel this is going somewhere. I have spent too many hours waiting for people to show and diagnose and on hold, making phone call and talking with managers.
