I bought all Samsung appl. when we built but Im having second thoughts... the refrigerator (side by side with water ice on outside) is not all worth the $$. The size gets cramped inside without a lot of shelving room and the outside ice dispenser always clogs and you stand there for minutes until the big globs of crushed ice falls out because if you dont get it out when you open the fridge door it all falls on the floor. We use the full cube but when clogged it crushes inside. The lower freezer is great... very roomy and stores more than avg. I would explore other brands.

Exactly a year after purchasing Samsung Microwave Serial 078G7WOKA04932A Model ME18H704SFS it stopped heating food. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I read a few of reviews with the same problem. There is a for sure definite problem with this microwave model and should be recalled. Samsung will not admit and take responsibility. Sorry for us suckers.

I havent had my Samsung model RF195 refrigerator two years and water and ice are forming under the vegetable drawers. I was told the drain is plug and it could cost up to $150 to fix. I will have to unplug my refrigerator for 2 days and they will have to put in a new improved part in the drain that is deeper and replace another part along with it. The company I purchased it from who is also my repairman stated he just repaired another one the previous week. It sounds to me like this is a huge issue with Samsung refrigerators. I am not happy about putting $150 in a less than 2-year old fridge. Samsung needs to step up, take credit for the mistake, and offer some type of resolution to the solution!

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator in September 2009. Since that time I have had to have to ice maker replaced and now the ice maker has to be replaced again. Plus the freezer is not getting cold enough so that is another repair. I am thinking of just getting rid of this piece of junk and getting another refrigerator. Samsung Refrigerator is awful. I have nothing but bad things to say about this refrigeration. I am telling everyone I know to never buy a Samsung appliance.

I never take time to write a review so please take the following seriously. This is the worst purchase I have made. The ice machine constantly freezes and creates an ice dam making it impossible to operate. The customer service is non-existent. The warranty is worthless. If you value your time and your money look elsewhere, do not be tempted by pricing. Not only would I not purchase another Samsung product, I wouldnt take one if it was given to me for free. Samsung RSG257AARS side by side refrigerator - July 2014 we noticed that our freezer was not working. No ice and the food was thawing out. I called Samsung because we had purchase the unit in 2009 but I have always at least gotten 10 years out of a refrigerator. The customer service representative agreed with me but said the only thing she could do for me was to sell me a 1-year extended warranty. That was her solution so that I could get someone out to check it and repair it. So I bought the warranty. In the meantime I lost a whole freezer full of food. I called the service company and they said the soonest I could get someone to come look at it would be September. So I said I have to go without a freezer for 2 months? Well we had no choice and keep a cooler full of ice out on our patio so we could get through the rest of the summer without ice and a freezer. The first repair man arrived in September. He ordered some parts and we were told to call them as soon as the parts arrived and they would send out another repair person to install and repair the freezer. So the parts came in a few weeks, we called the repair service company and had a repair person arrive in another 2 weeks. So it is now October, no freezer and the regular refrigerator part of the unit is acting up. The second repair man shows up but the parts that arrived were not correct. He was able to bypass something so we could keep food cold. But he also ordered other parts and checked the other side of the unit. It also needs parts. So 2 more weeks wait for more parts. It is now December 2014 and the parts arrive, we call in for the third repair person. He arrives, re-checked everything and said that none of the new parts ordered would fix the problem so he ordered more parts. Those parts arrive in January 2015. Still no freezer and our other refrigerator side of this unit is getting worse. We called again for another repair person. The fourth repair person came out and said they did not need the parts that they found a leak in the line. He repaired it. It worked for a few months and then started all over again. A fifth repair person came out but not until April. He checked everything and they had to recharge the unit again. So it worked until June - this is 2015. So we have gone 1 year with it working for a month or maybe two then we start all over again.Anyway they said that in June they could not get back until the first of September. The sixth service person charged it again and it was good until yesterday. Now I have to call again and have them come out again. This has been a 2-year process of an on and off refrigeration unit. Samsung should have given me credit and I should have been able to buy another unit. Instead I am having to basically have someone come to my home every other month to work on this unit. We are totally frustrated and would love to ship this to Samsung so they they can use it as a paperweight because that is about all it can do consistently.

I purchased a Samsung Chef Edition Refrigerator (RF34H9960S4) a little less than a year ago. These are not cheap fridges. Both shelves on the right door are cracking in the middle. When I called they informed me that they dont replace personally damaged items. If using the shelves may lead to personally damaging them, we shouldnt use them. I now have to pay for new shelves, that most likely will crack again. Please think very hard about whether you want to purchase this item.

Own two Samsung refrigerators, one in FL one in NJ, both have continuous freeze problems. Very unfortunate, as I also own Samsung ranges (electric & gas) as well as 2 stainless dishwashers, with no problems. The larger refrigerator 4 doors, rf4287HARS, freezes up below the freezer drawer, while the 3 door model freezes up below the vegetable & meat drawers. Samsung doesnt want to know you if out of warranty, even though its clearly a design flaw. Shortly after the warranty expired, the larger fridge digital panel readout stopped working. Samsung should stop manufacturing refrigerators - or address the problems.

HORRIBLE!!!! I bought a fridge on the week of Black Friday 2014, the day of the delivery they called me saying it was damaged, and I would get a new one in 3 days, I let 2 weeks pass and I still havent received a new fridge. I went to Home Depot and they called Samsung and said that my delivery address always changed to Arcadia (I live in Palmdale), we fixed the delivery address after Samsung has said I changed it, which I didnt! And they would deliver it the first week of January, a whole month after I initially ordered it. When the day of the delivery came, the fridge was damaged for a SECOND time, and not to mention the unprofessionalism from the 2 delivery associates. They urged us to keep the damaged one, we declined. We had to wait again for another fridge. We called for compensation they promised us 200$ dollars that would take 6 weeks to process. Its been 3 months and I called them today and they said they denied my compensation. SAMSUNG is horrible, I will definitely never recommend Samsung to anybody and I will make sure corporate hears about this!

In November 2011, our family purchased a counter depth Samsung Refrigerator, Model #RSG257AARS. Shortly after purchasing the refrigerator, the exterior door above the ice maker had a small divot. Originally, it appeared like someone in our family dinged it with a hard object. However, over the next year, the problem continued, and both doors are covered in small divots from the door handles to the top of the refrigerator. This is definitely a manufacturing defect. According to the representative from Samsung, the warranty was only good for one year, and Samsung refuses to stand behind their product stating this is not a recall issue. This was a large investment for our family, and we are extremely disappointed that Samsung will not support its customers and products. We would like to share this experience so other consumers can make an educated choice before making their purchase.

I paid for the top of the line Samsung refrigerator mostly cause I like the style of it and I tend to pay more for products based on what type of insurance the product is well built. I spent $5,000 for my Samsung refrigerator. May it be a cultural difference I really dont care. Were in America and we have high standards with our products. Our refrigerator ice maker gave us problems almost day one. After 3 attempts to repair the ice maker I contacted Samsung and over a course of several months it was unbelievable to have to call the number that only answers the phone for 2 hours a day and if youre not first in line you will not have an answer to your ring. If you try to call back it goes to busy. Based on my persistence and anger I made sure I was first in line. Then they make me jump through hoops knowing they sent repair guys who have designated my refrigerator ice maker unrepairable. So getting the information they wanted not that I would have to actually call back. They had an email address I could send the information but would not reply to my email which forced me to have to call back to this line that is only open for a couple hours per day! All I got was, Sorry sir thats just our policy!Again through my persistence I did get the check minus the shipping minus the time it took for all 3 repairs for me to take off of work minus the continued frustration and time aggravation to contact them over and over! On top of this it even gets worse. They wanted a picture of the power cord cut. This is to assure them I wont throw it in the garage and use it there! I am not writing for failed ice maker. I am writing for the arrogance of a company to have policies set against the consumer and America needs to know it!

DO NOT BUY Samsung French Door fridges! I have almost $3000 invested in a fridge that gave little, annoying problems at first, but as soon as the VERY SHORT warranty was up, the ice maker problems got worse and worse... Dripping water out of the ice maker flapper door, slushy ice cubes, ice dams in the ice maker itself, taking 1 minute or so to drop out 3-5 ice cubes, odd noises, not making ice at all... You name it.I tried to get a repairman, but no one returned my calls--then I discovered from several local sellers of the Samsung French door fridges, that there are so many problems with them, that repairmen dont want to repair them at all--knowing they will never solve their clients problems. The repairmen might take the call IF the unit is still on warranty, simply because they know theyll get more and more repair calls--all paid by Samsung. Once the warranty is gone, they dont want to deal with Samsung units.Consider this: I have a new millennium fridge and I make ice the way my Mom did in the 1950s--with ice cube trays! I think these units should be recalled--these are major expenses for a family--just like buying a car that is unsafe or poorly designed--or is an outright Lemon. Samsungs reply to me was a boilerplate letter with links pasted in to their WELL KNOWN repair bulletins... Each one I had already known about and tried! Then they linked to how to get a repair ticket started, but then repeated their warranty rules. Samsung customer satisfaction? Rate that at ZERO. If you know anyone considering one of these Samsung units, steer them away--- SHARE this post. PLEASE SHARE!

We purchased a 3 door, 26 CU.Ft. French door Samsung refrigerator with an indoor water dispenser in November of 2012. Approximately a year and a half after the purchase, our refrigerator started making strange noises and there was water spilling out. We contacted Samsung and later had a technician from Best Buy come out and diagnose the refrigerator. Luckily he was able to repair it - he explained that the refrigerator had to be defrosted as the coils had frozen over. Since then, every five to six months we have had to defrost our refrigerator to keep it working. Ice builds up and the cooling element fails. We now keep a close eye on the fridge. The first time it froze over we lost food. Since then we have moved quick to defrost it before it appears to be running warm. But we do worry about the regular cooling in light of this problem. At bottom, this is not what we expected from our purchase. We bought a brand new refrigerator and have not received the quality we expected.

We just bought this refrigerator in December 2013 and in July (only 7 months later) the refrigerator side stopped cooling. I called customer service on July 26th. They gave suggestions over the phone and told me to wait 24 hrs to see if it worked. It didnt. I was then given a different number to schedule the repair. I waited a week for parts and a tech to come. We went on vacation and came back and found out that the problem was not resolved. I called customer service again on Aug 6th and a resolution specialist contacted the tech and they told me they will contact me the next day to schedule a repair. Aug 9th, no phone call from them. Once again, I called them and now they advise to start the whole process of ordering parts and scheduling the tech to come in who knows when. What a sour experience this has been.

We bought an Appliance package last October from Bill Smith Appliances. I am very dissatisfied with the Electric range. It has serious safety issues. The knobs that turn off the range top, turn very easily as when someone walks by it, or if I reach up and brush the knob, the stovetop goes on and heats up the glass. I have done it many times. Recently, the stovetop went on, without turning it on, and burned a plastic bowl that sat on the top of the stove. Im afraid that it will cause a fire, or burn someone not knowing it was on. I am very unhappy with the Samsung products and would not recommend them to anyone. Very dangerous! There was also a promotion for buying the appliance for $350 off the total cost. I have contacted Samsung, support@samsungpromo.zendesk.com and Bill Smith, phone #239-275-5555, because we still havent received our rebate.

Owned a RF28HFEDTSR Samsung French Door for about 2 years and suddenly the fan in the back of the fridge started making a horrid noise as if it was broken. Opened the back panel to find that the awful design allows for ice to build up back there and clogs the fan and element. I thawed it with a hairdryer, and it was fine again. This repeats every 2 months for about a year. Fan wakes up us in the middle of the night (yeah, that loud). Take out all the food, remove all the shelves, unscrew the frozen-solid screws on the back panel, break the cheaply-made Styrofoam case, sit holding a hairdryer for 45 minutes in the middle of the night. Rinse and repeat. Absolutely maddening. Repair guys cant do anything to remedy this. Then the top icemaker started frosting over constantly and had to have a similar treatment every month or so. After a year of this nonsense, the fridge just stopped cooling altogether. Threw it on the tip.

We bought a new Samsung convection microwave, Model MC17J8000CS, and a Samsung refrigerator, Model RF4287HARS/XAA, which was delivered Sept. 14, 2016. Microwave - Suddenly stopped in middle of heating vegetables 13 months after purchase (last night). Great! Refrigerator - Frequently, the middle drawer gets hung up and won’t close without a few tries. Just don’t open it too far and keep trying. You’ll get it; well, I always have. If you change from CRUSHED ice to CUBED ice, be ready for NO ice to drop into your glass. Open the door and you get your ice. Yes, it’s all over your feet and the floor but at least you know where it is. On the positive side, I think they’re attractive appliances. My husband thinks they spot too easily but I’m ok with that. We have owned our $2000 refrigerator for just about 2 years when the motherboard and the inverter broke down. Everything in the refrigerator had to be thrown away, including the $150 of groceries we just purchased! We have been without a refrigerator for over 2 months because getting it serviced and fixed takes very long. Ordering the part alone is a feat in itself. The part would not be received by Samsung until November 6 making it even longer to be fixed. They would receive it then send it to the parts company here on Oahu. Well, being that we have a party on October 31st, my husband ordered the $111.00 inverter on his own and paid extra to have the part rushed over. We will receive the inverter on Tuesday, 10/21 and the maintenance person will come on Wednesday to fix our refrigerator. We owned a GE for 11 years with absolutely no problem prior to buying this one. Obviously we made the worst decision to buy what we thought was the top of the line! Jokes on us! We will never again buy Samsung again! Crossing my fingers that it gets fixed.

I am doing something that I was hoping that I would not have to do. I am putting the Samsung Corporation on public blast because I have been given absolutely no other option! After purchasing a top of the line dishwasher just last fall, our unit has required repair for error codes 3 TIMES. All were under warranty and while the first tech was educated and efficient...the problem was not fixed leading us to where we are today. Approximately 6 weeks ago (while still within the manufactures warranty) we placed a call for repair. After an hour of waiting on the line, we were told that a service repair shop would be calling us. Never did. I called said company 3 times and left messages hoping for a return call. Never happened. Called Samsung back...waited an hour and 40 minutes for a rep. Was told that a repair shop would be calling me to schedule. Gave me the number for the exact same repair shop. I declined. Asked for another shop. They finally agreed to send someone else out at your request...like it was unusual that I wanted another company. That company called and scheduled with me but needed a week to order parts (how did they know what part if there was no in person diagnostic?). Fine. No dishwasher 2 weeks...ok, well be patient. Came out, replaced main board in about 30 min and was out. Started the cycle and it looked to be working and left. Day after, first full load in the machine...ERROR CODE. Are you kidding me? Called Samsung...I could go on and on about the HOURS AND HOURS we have sat on hold with Samsung. At least 1 hour and 30 minutes EACH CALL, EVERY TIME. We have phone records to support this. We have asked to be expedited to executive customer service = declined. We have asked for a replacement unit = declined. We have asked why this has happened = no answer. WE HAVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT but at this point it has been upwards of SIX WEEKS since this has started and there has been NO RESOLUTION whatsoever. We have followed up almost every other day with this company to check the status, we have proven our bill of sale, we have provided them with many, many, many opportunities to make this right = DECLINED. We asked for our case to be forwarded to a higher level = declined. We feel totally at their mercy. We are at our wits end because we feel we are being taken advantage of and have been given NO SOLUTION to our issue. The customer service has been DEPLORABLE to say the least. I am BEGGING for someone, anyone...please help! Has anyone experienced this? What do we do? We 100% do not want this unit anymore (when warranty is up...well be responsible to pay for these constant error codes to be fixed) and we would be more than happy with either a full refund or an exchange for a non-Samsung dishwasher (from HH Gregg). We feel like this company has us strung up with no option but to be continually jacked around. We have asked for a copy of our communication transcript and were told that they cannot provide that for us. (WHAT?) We do not have finances to pursue legal action, but if we did, that is the route we feel is appropriate after all that we have experienced.

I chose to upgrade my kitchen, new cabinets, flooring, ceiling, walls and appliances. Now, my old refrigerator was about 10 years old and I never had one issue with it, I just wanted everything to be stainless steel. I happened to go with the Samsung French door refrigerator because I liked the way it looked and that it was big enough to store a lot of food in the refrigerator, as well as the freezer. If I would have known that I would have half the issues I have with it, I would have never of purchased it. Why would I want to buy it if every other month, it has to be defrosted so much so that I have to store my food at someone elses house because the whole refrigerator/freezer/icemaker shuts down and takes 24 hours to get back to the right temperature. I have been a homeowner for over 18 years and I have never been more disappointed in an appliance as I am with this refrigerator. I paid over 2,000.00 for it and I am so ready to put it out as junk!!!!

They sent a technician from their authorized repair company (HSN) on 6/1. The representative from the company said that it was a bad sensor that needed to be replaced and should not have any more issues. Within 10 days, the churning sound was worse than ever. Called them back, same technician fixed the issue again. Wrong!Long story short, Ive had several interactions with Samsung and their service company with no positive results. Even though I had $200 invested in the repair with Samsung/HSN, I decided to contact a reputable company to diagnose the issue. They informed me that the service company did not follow the service bulletins that Samsung published. The cost to deploy the fixes that Samsung recommended would be over $1K for an appliance that I paid $2400 for not even four years ago! We are now buying a new refrigerator and will NEVER buy another Samsung product. Terrible product and dishonest company.

We constructed a new home and purchased a full set of appliances made by Samsung and have had major regret with the decision. We purchased extended warranty and have had to use the services on most of them. We have now had to change to a different manufacturer of dishwasher that the warranty has just ended. Now the fridge door needs to be replaced as the lower shelf mount has broken and the mount is part of the entire door which has all the electronics integrated. The shelf above that one is broken as well. We just called Samsung support to ask for support prior to filing a complaint and they offer none, only a toll free number for parts. As a result of our experience we will never purchase another Samsung product. Completely dissatisfied.

I purchased Samsung fridge two months back and a week after delivery, I noticed a huge ice under the bottom of the drawer and water inside the bottom drawer. I removed the ice and saw the same thing the next day again and every day after that. I called the brick warranty department and they told me to unplug the fridge for 24hrs before a technician comes out to fix the problem. This surprised me as it seems they already know about the problem on fridge and I wonder why they dont fix it before it was sold. I asked them to send me a replacement fridge for the period as the fridge is still on warranty. I have small kids and a day without a fridge is a nightmare. The representative was rude and told me that cant happen and the fridge wont be fixed until I defrost it. Im still trying to solve this issue and I hope there is someone out here who can stop companies like Samsung from taking clients on a rollercoaster once they make a sale. My advice, dont buy Samsung. Period.

On February 21, 2012, I purchased a Samsung DMT300 Series from Sears. The machine never operated well. Dishes, especially glasses, were always dirty after the machine ran. The dishwasher broke down and would not operate. I called Samsung to have it repaired under warranty on Monday, October 29, 2012. According to their records, my dishwasher was over a year old. I told them I had the receipts and then faxed and emailed them the receipts as requested. Samsung outsources their repairs to local vendors. I was given the name and phone number of a local vendor along with a ticket number (**). The earliest appointment the repair shop could give me was for Monday, November 5th. I was told I would get a call in the morning to let me know what time the service person would be coming. No call came at all. I did call three times and was told someone will get back to me. It is now Tuesday morning and still no call has come. Bottom line, do not buy Samsung products. Their warranties are useless and their dishwashers are pieces of garbage.

This is accurate and fair. Here it goes. I purchased this refrigerator in 2014 from the Home Depot. I also purchased the 5 yr extended warranty (just in case). It all began with them delivering the wrong unit and it also had a hole in the back from a forklift. The delivery company left it in my driveway and drove off and in the process, ran into and wrecked my neighbors picket fence and would not share insurance information for replacement. Yes. HD sent two young men to pick up the fridge without a lift on the back so all of us had to heft this into a high bed truck to remove it. Ended up renting a truck and picking up and installing the new one ourselves. So I have had this refrigerator for 10 months and it stopped cooling in the fridge and the freezer. I want to add that the vegetable storage units do not keep the vegetables for long at all. They go bad after a couple of days. Back to the technicians, 3, yes 3 hours on the computer chat with a (3) tech(s) from Samsung to reset the OFF reading on the digital display. After 3 hours of attempting to reset and do all the bells and whistles to reset, the tech(s) then tell me that the panel is bad and needs a technician to go to the home location and repair it. They said to call Samsung to create a ticket. Ok, also called Asurion who has the warranty. They said they would create a ticket and send me a food loss form. Sent food loss form and then Im told that a reimbursement will not be issued until after the repair? I then call Samsung who tells me that there should be a repair person by Wednesday or Thursday (it is Saturday) and they would create a ticket. Then I called the Home Depot who tells me that if the issue was not solved by Wednesday or Thursday they would send me a check for the fridge or a new one? WTH? Its now Thursday (6 days after fridge quits) and no one knows about the problem or any ticket issued. I snapped. We then start all over. I am then told that it is a simple fix and I would have to pay for the repair? NO, NO, NO. I am then sent to the secondary customer person who then creates ANOTHER repair ticket and tell me that the repair person will call me in about 48 hours or so and cannot even conceivably come until next Tuesday or Wednesday. No we are into 11 days of this issue. So, this Samsung refrigerator has NO repair people in this area and yet they are continuously sold. Now what? I paid over $2,200 (on sale) for this absolute piece of mechanical scrap with the worst customer service ever. NEVER, and I mean NEVER purchase this refrigerator or any Samsung refrigerator, NEVER. Repeat that to yourself.

Needed a new compressor and luckily for us it is a warranty item. Less than 2 months later same thing, freezer is not working. Needs ANOTHER compressor. They said we could get a new one. Big deal, who wants another headache? I’ve lost so much food and having to eat out while waiting to get it fixed is ridiculously expensive! I wish I could get my money back and go with a quality refrigerator. Samsung FE710DRS/XAA Range. This range was built-in 2011 and we bought it in 2012. For the first year, it worked fine. Unfortunately, within a week or so of the warranty ending, the center element of the three element right front burner stopped working. Per Sears: We had to replace the front element AND the burner control switch, since one of them caused the other to stop working. In other words, the Sears technician didnt know which came first, the chicken or the egg! But! They were both bad! Unless! As he then added, Unless the controller is defective, in which case youll have to replace it too! Cost? Over $400. We decided to live without the center element, after all the middle and outer elements were working fine.AND THEN! Six months or so later, while my wife was baking the Christmas Turkey, the controller declared that the range was suffering an E-27 error! Naturally, I got out the operator manual! So! I turned off the circuit breaker as instructed! And the range worked. Until the next time. After that, every time we used the oven, we got either an E-27 error or an E-0A error. E-0A meaning that the oven was too hot.Naturally, Sears told us that we had to replace the oven temperature sensor and almost certainly the controller as well, since it PROBABLY was defective. Cost over $400! We decided to live with the E-27 and E-0A errors since turning the circuit breaker off and back on fixed the problem long enough that we could finish baking whatever we were baking. Unless, of course, my wife or daughter was baking a cake. Which is to say that if the controller declared an E-27 or E-0A error, the cake would be ruined. And then! The 2-element front left burner decided to operate at FULL POWER no matter where the burner control knob was set. Naturally, my wife found out that the hard way, as in: She left the kitchen to answer a phone call, while simmering vegetables for a soup, only to suddenly see smoke pouring from the kitchen! That was the last straw! So! We started looking for another range. BUT! The Samsung had one last nasty trick up its sleeve! The right rear burner OPENED while I was heating water.Just in case you dont know what OPENED means, as applied to an electrical device, it means that a conductor, as in a piece of wire (the wire in the burners of all-electric ranges are conductors) separated, in a spectacular fashion, as in: SPARKS and loud POPPING NOISES! No, it didnt blow the 50-amp breaker, but it kept right on sparking and popping for about a minute, when the wire in the burned finally pulled apart, which OPENED the circuit. AND SO NOW, we were down to one burner working properly, the left rear burner, one burner that was dead, the right rear burner, one burned that was limping, the right front burner, and one burner that would only work at full power. To be perfectly frank, I would not have a Samsung range if Samsung offered to give me one for free! AND! To be perfectly frank, I am not in the least surprised that Samsungs Galaxy Note 7 smartphones have batteries that can explode. In my humble opinion, I think that any person who buys anything made by Samsung is making a huge mistake!

We finally got an energy efficient washer. We weren’t used to no agitator but googled the difference. The newer washers push water through the clothes vs the old way of pushing the clothes through the water. It fills with only a fraction of water estimated by the weight of the articles. That scared us at first as it didn’t seem to add enough water to possibly wash clothes and get them clean. After more researching and doing loads of laundry. This Samsung has gotten the clothes much cleaner. I don’t like how it takes longer to wash clothes with these machines but it is what it is. The machine is very quiet vs our old ones. We no longer have to shut our laundry room door. We forget it’s even going until it plays a song when done.

We have a Samsung 3 door fridge with a bottom freezer (Model RF217ACPN) which has been leaking water into the crisper ever since we bought it. The first year we had it, it started to leak water and Samsung sent a service man out to fix it. He fixed it but months later it started to leak again. After he fixed it, 3 weeks later it leaked again. Samsung has paid for all of these repairmen at a cost of $200.00 a visit. When we call Customer Service about a refund or replacement we get stonewalled. They will not even let us talk to anyone higher than a customer service rep. We are very frustrated as they say their tech dept. has to deem this unit as having a factory defect. I dont know, and they cant tell me, how this is determined. They have already spent almost the original price of the fridge in repair bills but refuse to make this whole thing right. Samsung is horrible! I purchased a Samsung Bottom Mount Freezer in April of 2010 from Sears. I was told that it was rated five stars by Consumer Reports. Best fridge out there for my price range, according to the sales guy. In August of 2011, my freezer section was heating up. To make a long story short, Samsung told me to deal with it since it has a one year warranty and they dont know how long their appliances last. I called every repair man in my area but no one will work on Samsung because they are so hard to deal with and get parts for.I ended up with Sears Home Appliance Repair. They are the only ones willing to work on this product. Three weeks later and $500.00 worth of meat spoiled, I get the guy to my house only to find out that my condenser and compressor are broken and heating up. Did I mention that I was also getting water in the fridge part under the cold cut drawer, which apparently was caused by a clogged drain line? Really. How does all this happen to a brand new fridge? It takes two weeks to get my parts only to find out that they were already broken when I received them.Another two weeks later, my fridge parts come in. Get this. The freezer section caught on fire as soon as the parts were put in by their certified technician. He soldered through my firewall and burnt out the whole bottom of my freezer. I am told that Samsung and/or Sears will replace the unit for free and that the fridge section is okay to use since the repairman took out all the bad parts. Two days later, the fridge caught on fire again. Luckily, I was home to throw it out my front door at 8 oclock on a Sunday night. My house smells like smoke, all my food is destroyed, and the service woman on the phone had the ** to tell me that I should be grateful that I was offered $500.00 in a voucher to Sears towards a new appliance since their service man did not want to do the job anyway. It took me six days of nonstop phone calls to customer service to get my money back--a full refund. If I did not take three hours a day out of my life to hound every person, I would still be waiting for those people to review my case. All I expect is a product that works longer than one year, is that so bad? And if, for some reason, beyond my control, that appliance stops working, is it wrong to ask for a fair treatment and a full refund to replace it? I had to work hard to get these Customer Service people to treat me like I was a customer. My advice is do not give up. Make them see that they cant keep doing this and get away with it.I am done with any Samsung appliance and I am done with shopping at Sears. They are unfair, rude and thieves. I am happy to get my money back so I can go buy a Frigidaire. They cost a little more but they work. I was fooled by the fancy lights and options. Now, I am going back to simple clean and reliable. Dont buy Samsung. If I wasnt home, what would have happened to my house when the fridge caught on fire? Buyers, beware! They dont care about you; they care about your money!

So I kept calling back once or twice a week, and each time I voiced my problem, and that I had already called, and that I was waiting for a replacement. Every time it was a different representative, so I had to explain myself every single time. I let them know that I just want it replaced. I purchased a Samsung side by side refrigerator in July 2013. I didnt have any problems with the unit initially. Well as soon as the one year warranty expired the fan started making a loud weird sound. The noise got louder and louder, evidently the refrigerator wasnt cooling. I assured them that everything imaginable just short of throwing it out the back door was done trying to find out what was wrong. Of course, they made sure to inform me that the unit was no longer under warranty and Id have to pay for any repairs, but a technician wouldnt be available until January 7, 2015. We purchased a stainless steel Samsung Refrigerator Model No. RF217** in December of 2010. Today was the fourth time weve had to have it repaired for the same problem: standing water in the produce drawers with water and ice below them. The repair in 2013 required replacing a part which took several days to come in and, including labor, cost us a couple of hundred dollars to have done. The other three repairs cost about $100 each. This was an expensive refrigerator and it just galls me that Samsung wont stand behind their product! The first failure happened exactly two days after the one-year warranty expired so Samsung would do nothing. We didnt buy an extended warranty because we generally dont believe in them - big mistake - with Samsung believe in them! Not only is this all very expensive, but having to completely empty the contents of the fridge and freezer 24 hours before the service call so it can defrost is a royal pain in the petoot! What does it take to get a class action suit against Samsung? We bought a Samsung stainless steel dishwasher the same day we bought the refrigerator. I dont like it either. It never completely dries the dishes. We will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance!

We noticed the ice cubes were not freezing solid and were clumping. Then it stopped making ice... Then we noticed food was thawing out. Eventually the refrigerator side was no longer staying cool. We paid $125 today to have someone come look at this refrigerator and were told it was a sealed system leak, and would cost a minimum of $1000 to fix. We have had this Samsung model for exactly 5 years and 3 months. Our warranty went out at 5 years. The customer service rep at Samsung told us we could pay $400 for a new 1-year warranty and this would be covered. I am extremely upset that we would have to pay an additional $400. Whenever we were in the market to replace our appliances, I always looked to Samsung first. Here youve read all the stories about these microwaves and their failure on sensor errors just after the warranty expires. Its a poorly designed product that fails due to the humidity created when cooking on the stove. The only thing worse than the design of the product is Samsungs support for this inferior product.I havent replaced the unit yet because Im afraid the next unit I purchase (Hint: not a Samsung product) will encounter the same problems. On November 6, 2011 I purchased a Samsung RFG 238AARS refrigerator and an extended warranty. July 2013 it needed a defrost heater and temperature sensor (Evaporation Assembly) due to freezing below the drawer in the freezer. In December 2014 there was a clogged drain and a fan problem causing more freezing in the freezer and refrigerator. In March 20-17 there again was ice build up and the repairman said it was a common problem with Samsung due to duck bills being clogged. Currently the food freezes in the refrigerator and the freezer has problems with the ice maker. Yet, Samsung will not agree to a replacement. The freezer cost 2500.00 and makes noises and freezes below the drawers in the refrigerator and freezer. ITS A LEMON! I owned an Amana for 20 years without one repair to it. Prior to that, I owned a Kenmore without a single repair. I have been on the phone with Samsung many times, and on hold for as long as 45 minutes to no avail. We bought this Samsung dishwasher DMT300RFB from Best Buy 1-1/2 years ago. The water sensor keeps going out. We have fought with Samsung and their contracted service repair (Sears) and they want to charge us as much to fix it this time to replace this part for the third time as what we paid for this thing. I will never buy another Samsung product. I hope other people will heed this warning and not buy their products.

I saved for over a year to be able to purchase what I thought was a top of the line refrigerator. When Lowes had this 4 door refrigerator on sale, I jumped at the chance to purchase. The first day the refrigerator was plugged in, the digital board on the ice maker would not work. My son finally got it to work after we unplugged the unit and plugged it back in. About a month later, the same thing happened. I called technical support and they helped me to get the unit going again. Tonight when I got home from work, the ice machine would not work. I call support again and spoke to a gentleman that could not be understood. When I figured out that he could not help, I asked to speak to someone else. I got to speak to the woman from hell. Even though I told her that my refrigerator was new and that I had taken the extended service agreement, she informed me that I would have to pay someone to repair my refrigerator because I needed to be educated on how to use it. Well, I do know that I should not have to unplug my new refrigerator 3 times in 3 months to keep the digital panel from freezing up. Lowes told me not to call the technical support number again but to call them directly because I could not count on Samsung to help me with my problem. I wish I had read the negative reviews before spending over $2000 on a unit that does not work.

I bought the Samsung Microwave brand new at Costco when we built our new home. We are barely two years and the control panel has gone out of it. Were now experiencing the dreaded locked keypad with an SE error code, turning on in the middle of the night. Its past its warranty period. Never had a higher end appliance ever die that quickly. This is obviously a problem with this product as there are 70 complaints on here with the same issue. Something should be done as repair costs are the same amount as the microwave.

Multiple service calls for icing up, seven in a two month period alone, until the problem was fixed. Then noticed discoloration of the doors appearing like a splashing, bubbling effect all over the front. No amount of polishing would take it away. The last service person to come said its a defect in the workmanship and that when the coating was placed over the stainless, air must have gotten in or the seal wasnt prepared properly and the problem of the unsightly look is coming from in between the coating and the stainless making it impossible to look clear no matter how much you polish the fridge. My extended service contract doesnt cover it from P.C. Richards as they say it is a Samsung workmanship defect from the factory. Samsung says they wont cover it because its past the warranty even though its THEIR manufacturers defect. This fridge cost a lot of money and is only four years old and the facade looks like a mess that no amount of polishing can fix. Samsung says sorry....... I say NEVER buy another Samsung product again.

WHEN I moved into my home, there was a Samsung dishwasher, brand-new. This was almost 4 years ago. My hope by writing this is to educate consumers about my experience. It was non-stop issues from the first month. Over the years, I replaced the pump. I had a number of repairmen out, who each time took a look at the dishwasher and laughed. They all told me it was a hunk of junk and dont waste money on it. Over the 4 years I spent over $800 on repairs. Now, it broke again. I have replaced it with a Frigidaire. I am very easy on my appliances, I ran it about 3-4 times per week. I used the best detergents only. I scrape dishes thoroughly. My things last me many many years. This did not last me at all - as I was contacting repair people the entire 4 years. I fear I have other Samsung appliances that were here when I moved in. I have heard from too many in the appliance industry as to the track record of Samsung appliances. I wish to educate potential consumers as to my experience, the money incurred - the waste.I should also mention I contacted Samsung a few times. They could not care less. Besides not speaking English properly so communication was limited - truth is - they could not care less. The only good that could come out of this is I save other consumers fortunes of money. We all work very hard for it - and clearly others could not care less how they squander it for us. There is also no price that could be placed on the HOURS I invested in trying to salvage it. Please, buyer beware.

With my fridge, two of the drawers broke. My dishwasher had the top water dispenser break off. My stove gets scratched easier than it is supposed to. And my flipping microwave got the SE code. Since we purchased a Samsung refrigerator in 2002 we have had two different issues with the unit, the first related to a $450.00 electronics card that controlled the temperature. Lost everything in the refrigerator and was compensated by manufacturer for half the loss. The card was covered under warranty. Before the repairman left we were advised to purchase an extended warranty for $500.00 which covered parts and labor for the next 3 years. I declined. About a month ago the ice maker stopped working. After assessment by Samsungs repair service he said the only repair was replacement of the ice maker, of which they had many on the truck. Hmmm? Cost of parts and repair....$450.00. I said no and paid $50.00 for the house call and ordered the $120.00 ice maker from RepairClinic.com and replaced it myself in 10 minutes with the help of a Youtube video. My point... $3,000.00 Samsung refrigerators are designed to fail in two to three years so they can charge you $400.00 for the replacement of a $50.00 part. This is part of their business plan. You will be surprised how much money you can save by purchasing the part from an online parts supplier and getting installation instructions off Youtube.

I finally removed back panel to take a look at frozen coil. There is a drain so I am not sure why water is draining to interior of fridge. After reading comments this is definitely a common problem for Samsung fridges, but when speaking with customer service they do not seem to have any knowledge of problem.

Purchased a Samsung 800 series dishwasher from a local outlet store. It started smelling (like rotten decomposing food) within a month of purchase. We have tried vinegar and other odor control pods to get rid of the smell to no avail. When the door is open, we can wipe a paper towel along the interior edge and come up with a grey stinky slime. After cleaning and disinfecting, both the smell and slime return within two loads. Very frustrating. Regret getting rid of our old white 1990s model for this pretty, stinky stainless steel upgrade.

Last September we had purchased a Samsung refrigerator. A month later the Slide and Reach pantry flap broke; very cheap design. I had some personal issues with my aging parents and was unable to do anything until May. First, I had difficulty communicating with the customer agent as well as being told that the part number in the manual may be different on their end. Really??? After almost 40 minutes they said the part would be shipped. On July 2, I called and again there was an issue understanding the reason why they did not ship the part. Again, after another 40 minute conversation trying to clarify what part I needed he assured me he understood and will ship the part. It finally came July 11. Guess what? WRONG PART. Sent me the drawer and not the flap! So, I call again. After 10 minutes of listening and not understanding the woman on the other end, I asked to talk to someone who spoke better English. After 10 minutes on hold, a supervisor (not speaking any better English) told me this part was not covered under the warranty to be shipped and that only a technician could order it; technician NOT covered under the warranty. At least, this is what I understood of the broken conversation. I will do my best to make sure that any major appliance purchased in the future will be made or serviced by the United States such as I have been trying to do with the things I purchase now.

Three weeks after the 1 year warranty had expired in my Samsung refrigerator, I noticed the rubber seal at the top of the right hand had split for approximately 2 inches and was no longer allowing a tight seal when the door was shut. I had purchased the refrigerator at Home Depot with an extended 3 year warranty and I havent been able to ascertain just what is covered by the extended warranty although I am still trying. In the meantime, Home Depot told me to call Samsung service at 800-726-7864. I am still awaiting their call back on this problem. In my opinion, the seal is not of sufficient quality to tolerate the constant opening and closing of the doors.

In July 2013, we bought a Samsung 3 door refrigerator with drawer for about $2,000.00. There was a manufacturers defect in one of the electrical cords attached to the drawer, which was repaired here. In January 2013, the refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling and freezing, so we called HH Gregg and were automatically connected to Samsung. Samsung did not dispatch a repairman, but instead said someone would get back to us. We waited all day as our food began to spoil, and called HH Gregg local number and asked for a store manager. He told us he would send an email to HH Greggs corporate office, and they would replace the refrigerator, which might take a week, and that another store employee, Beth, would call us back and set us up with a loaner refrigerator. When Beth did not call, we called her, and she said she had no such authority. I asked to speak to the manager again, and she connected me to Jeff, another person, who informed me that the store does not issue loaners and that there would not be a replacement refrigerator from HH Gregg. We called Samsung several times also, and they continued to say that someone would get back to us in 24 to 48 hours. At this point, we regret dealing with HH Gregg, and we regret buying a Samsung. I definitely do not recommend HH Gregg for any reason, and think people should avoid them entirely. As to Samsung, I am stuck with a lemon and will have to deal with their impossibly frustrating and slow customer service for the remainder of the time the refrigerator is under warranty. I have read several horror stories about Samsung, including 7 repairs in 4 years, at **. In summation, HH Gregg sells shoddy merchandise. No refrigerator should break twice in the first 7 months of ownership. Furthermore, HH Gregg does not stand behind its merchandise. Even thought we did not buy an extended warranty, they should take the refrigerator back and give us our money back, so we can buy a working refrigerator.

On the evening of 1-15-16 we noticed our refrigerated items did not seem cool. Since this was a Friday evening we called first thing on Saturday morning. After waiting an hour on hold and then getting a call center in another country, or at least someone who spoke very broken English, we were given a local repair center to call... of course being the weekend and Monday a Holiday we had to wait until Tuesday. The repair center came out and had to order parts. On 1-27-16 the repair center came out with new boards and a compressor. The poor guy worked on this thing for over 5 hours and was not able to repair it. He was in contact with Samsung on the phone and after the repair guy took pictures and gave Samsung everything they needed he left and said he would follow up in the morning. The repair center did follow up with us and said we had been authorized to receive a new unit since the one we had could not be repaired. We were given an authorization number and told Samsung would call in 12-24 hours to set this up with us. 24 hours later... you guessed it. They never called. I called Samsung since they never called us. Again I am speaking with someone who is not familiar with the English language. They have no clue what we are talking about and transferred me all over the place. The last person I spoke to insisted that I mail in the receipt to them so they could authorize this trade. Are you kidding me!!! I already got an authorization to have this exchanged and am just trying to set up a pick-up delivery time. Well I got an email and have now emailed them my receipt. I was now told it could take up to a week for Samsung to contact me and authorize this. This is my 18th day with NO refrigerator and I will be lucky if they ever call me back to set this up. I guess by then it will be close to a month with no Fridge. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY... EVER!

I purchased side-by-side model #RS263TDWP/XAA01 in July of 2013 for $1379 from Sears. We have been quite happy with it until recently when the upper shelves were not getting cold (70 degree temp reading; the bottom at 46-55 degrees). There was some recent unusual noises in the fridge prior but subsided; phone tech suggested leveling but it is level. The doors close and are aligned properly. That was not the problem.Tech was sent to service the refrigerator and after electronically testing the unit announced it was the defrost sensor that was out (DA32-00006W). Obviously we had to replace- BUT NOT COVERED!!! The 5 year warranty is on the sealed refrigeration unit only not including the electronics needed to operate. REALLY!!?? Samsung is an electronic based company and this happens? After 1.5 years, an electronic part goes out and I have to pay for this $28 part and $220 labor!!? And to make matters worse, the tech advised this part will last longer than the original one that was installed planned obsolescence?! How long is this part going to last? I have a 20 year old Kenmore that has never had a service call!I have purchased smaller Samsung electronics with no issues but really am concerned about this appliance and any other major appliance that I will be in the market for in the future. After 3 emails explaining this situation, I recd a Thank You and Hope we helped...no help only offers of future advertisements. After 40 minutes holding on the phone, did talk to a nice agent who noted my frustrations...only to recv another email the next day - that it is not covered. No Samsung appliances for me!

The ice maker started jamming right away. When we called they gave us instructions on how to clear the jam ourself. I have never had a company tell me to fix anything myself. What they told me to do did not fix it. So we called and finally got them to send a service person out. He did not put a new ice maker. He just caulked around the ice bin. Within a day it was jamming again. We called to have a service person come back and fix it. When he came he put a whole new ice maker in. No help! It is still jamming and now it is gathering ice in the chute inside the door and then when the door opens ice flies everywhere.Putting in another ice maker is not going to solve the problems we are having because the blades have too much slack in them and they go behind another blade and they hang up. We called and told them we wanted them to come and get the refrigerator and of course they refused to. The company should not be allowed to sell this kind of junk and then make people keep it. I wish we had known how bad the product was and hope everyone will beware of buying anything Samsung!

I have been a fan of Samsung for many years and love the televisions they make. I have three of them. I thought I would get the same quality product in their dishwasher. I purchased the DMT-800RHS. This product, simply put is a lemon. The unit has a water fill sensor, that when it gets a little dirty it produced a 9E fault code. This code will come up every couple of months. Same problem with new parts. Its like having a car that when the engine air filter gets dirty it generates a code and renders the car inoperative. This product is the biggest waste of money at $799. Samsung tech service is heartless and do not really care, only to offer to come and clean the part every couple of months for $150 plus tax. If any water falls into the machine while replacing the water fill sensor you get a LE fault code. This is a leak detection fault. Now you must bring the machine outside, turn it upside down, remove some screws (special screws) which are of a torx type and dry the internal parts. It must air dry over night. Simply put this unit is the biggest lemon and Samsung will not acknowledge it. They simply do not care. I will never buy another Samsung product ever again.

Each time I had to take four hours off of work to be home for the repair. The icemaker has been replaced along with several other components at least three times. Each time it breaks within weeks and still does not work. Not only does it not produce ice properly, it also leaks water down the front of my stainless steel and now I have permanent stains in my stainless steel refrigerator. Not Appealing! Purchasing this refrigerator has created significant financial loss for me and my family. Not only do I have an ugly refrigerator with water stains down the front of it, I cannot get ice from it, and I have lost several hours equating to several hundred dollars of loss work having to be home each time a repair person needed access to fix it. We bought a Samsung dishwasher about 4 years ago. Thankfully we also purchased the 5 year warranty. About 3 months ago it started acting up, wouldnt finish the wash cycle. The repairman replaced the sensors, one of them twice. Then he replaced the whole pump assembly unit. He ran the dishwasher while he was here, everything was fine. The next time we ran it, water leaked out of the pump assembly and ruined my laminate flooring. They ordered another pump assembly and installed it a few days ago. It ran through a cycle no problem. Last night the pump kicked on, opened the door and the pump still ran. Held the power button down, it turned off then right back on. Had to flip the breaker to turn it off. Took a week and a second call to hear back from someone on the damaged floor. Still no resolution for the non working dishwasher or damaged floor.

This is a huge french style fridge with freezer in the bottom and water/ice in the door. This has double doors with lots of space in each door and tons of shelf space inside. We love this fridge. It has worked great for years, but does have 2 flaws that can be dealt with. The fridge temp rises and it has iced over in the center back vent. The cover must be removed and ice melted then move the thermo coupler down and uncovered to stop refreezing. In addition, the ice maker freezes up. Just remove the tray and blow with hair dryer. Even with flaws we love this fridge.

We bought the Samsung Electric Convection Range from QVC in 2013 Model#FTQ3531WUX. It appears this was a 2012 Model we received. Stove seemed nice looking, burners & warming drawer worked great. The oven always seemed to heat slow and I felt the Convection wasnt quicker than regular oven. I really did not know about convection until my in-law said his Maytag convection was very fast cooking. So after going 2 years the oven decided to not heat anymore with an E-08 code. Called Samsung and of course they want you to disconnect power like thats a fix all. Nope. So they offer a name of repair person. Long story short, I paid $100 for the guy to come and tell me that it will cost another $500 for a motherboard! And I didnt even mention all the crude that has gotten between the glass doors that you cannot get out! My old Hot Point stove worked better and longer than this one! I have read all the same problems as mine and even explosions! Wish some attorney would start a class action suit! Do not buy it is junk!

I purchased a Samsung French Door refrigerator (RF266ABRS/XAA) just a few years ago. It was very expensive. Over the past few years, we have noticed our food has gone bad quickly and the temperature in the refrigerator was not what the computer panel said. About 2 months ago, the entire refrigerator died. Both the freezer and refrigerator died. We called Samsung, who told us to call a local repair company. That was done. When the repair company showed up, they said that in all their years in business, they had never seen such a young refrigerator have all the internal workings die so quickly. Samsung said, to be able to repair under warranty, they needed the original receipt. I did my part and found the receipt. After 10 days time and 3 weeks without a refrigerator, the repair company was able to order the parts from Samsung. The only problem was, Samsung was having technical difficulties and couldnt send out the parts for the refrigerator. We waited another 2 weeks to get the refrigerator parts from Samsung. Once the parts came in, the repair company came out and fixed all the inner parts of the refrigerator. Two weeks later, the entire machine is not working again. There is water on the floor. The entire machine is up to 70 degrees. The repair company is coming back again to see if they can see what is going on this time. I called Samsung. I explained what has been going on and that this machine is so new. They said it isnt under the 1 year warranty and that all repairs are my responsibility. Their customer service was appalling. Clearly, this model, as it has been noted in a class action lawsuit in New Jersey, is a lemon. The coiling system was bad from their creation. Samsung, which makes billions of dollars a year, cannot comprehend the problems caused to consumers who buy a lemon refrigerator and are not willing to accept the consequences to producing a less than quality product. I sit here with a broken fridge once again, no help from Samsung and spoiled food. I wont be purchasing any Samsung products forever! Do not purchase a Samsung refrigerator. No matter what you read on any website. They are NOT quality refrigerators and youll end up like me sitting in your kitchen with spoiled food for the 5th time! My apologies, but I had higher hopes for Samsung.

We bought our Samsung refrigerator in 2011, and it will be our last as well as any other Samsung product. Door handle broke in the first week, then the ice maker (twice) and I have to dump an inch of water out from under & inside the veggie bins every other week. So far I have spent as much on repairs as I did to purchase. We strongly recommend a do not buy.

I purchased a Samsung side by side refrigerator 2/09. The compressor went out 11/2/09. There is a five year warranty on the compressor [sealed system]. I called Best Buy because I bought it there. BB sends a tech out 11/21 who tested everything and determined it was the compressor but Samsung must authorize that repair. I call the Samsung rep who tells me that even though a Samsung certified BB geek squad tech had determined it was a compressor, Samsung wanted to send another tech out at my expense to do the same thing. After a number of calls regarding the stupidity of a double diagnosis, Samsung told me I did not have to pay for the 2nd tech. Tech shows up and demands 105 trip charge before looking at fridge. I refuse, he leaves. I call Samsung back a number of times and ultimately the rep agrees that if I can supply him a copy of the Geek Squad work order Samsung will replace compressor at no charge to me. I call BB, get copy of work order and email to Samsung. After several days I follow up with Samsung who is supposed to call me. I am told work order not clear enough [tech in-artfully put thinks its the compressor and it is under review.] After several more calls, Samsung rep arranges conference call with Geek Squad rep who agrees to contact tech and get more definitive statement. 3 days later Geek Squad rep calls back stating its contractor A&E service will not contact tech or let Geek Squad. I call Samsung back and am told different rep will call me. Yet another Samsung rep calls and tells me that Samsung will authorize compressor replacement but only parts. States I will have to pay for labor and freon. It is 12/25/13 as I write this and still no compressor. This is no way to treat customers. I will not buy this brand again!!

The microwave works adequately though Im not thrilled that I have to press 1 0 0 rather than 1 for one minute, etc. Sometimes the reheat works great and other times the food is just lukewarm. This microwave was on sale so I cant complain.
