We had a broken refrigerator door shelf. I called Samsung and they promised to send me for free a new shelf even though it was out of warranty. Shelf never came. I called back and Samsung said order had been canceled (without telling me) because out of warranty. I said they promised to send me shelf. After several more phone calls and escalations, Samsung said they would not abide by their promise and said I would have to pay for shelf. Also, the ice maker went out shortly after the warranty expired and that costs $500 to fix. Suffice to say, I would not recommend buying a Samsung refrigerator and Samsungs customer service is awful.

My Samsung microwave oven was purchased about 4 years before a move across several counties and lasted there about 6 more years. The oven was dark, rated about 1000 watts, and always cooked at an even pace. A bag of popcorn at 3.5 Oz. was usually cooked at 2 minutes, any more scorching the bag. My family used the dinner dish recook setting often. Some dinner plates were frozen while others were not, but the oven cooked them to a nice & hot serving temperature. The oven worked well daily until that final day when it quit for good. We replaced it with another Samsung microwave oven.

We purchased a Samsung side-by-side refrigerator model # RS2630WW/XAA from Best Buy a few years ago. We began noticing rust appearing right below the the ice/water dispenser. There must be some sort of leak, because the rust marks run down the front of the left refrigerator door. Now the white paint is starting to bubble and crack. I am very frustrated because, of course the refrigerator is no longer under warranty and I am at a loss as to how to fix the problem. We have our house on the market and planned to include the fridge with the sale of the house, however several people who have toured our house have commented on the unsightly refrigerator.

Something needs to be done with this company ** people. Please guys do not waste your time, nerves and your money! Samsung will go out of business at one point if they continue screwing their customers.

2 years 6 months after I purchased my refrigerator, stove and microwave range top, 2 out of 3 have broke! I cant believe when I went to search for possible problems for my refrigerator ice maker not working, water does not work and it sounds like an army helicopter is behind it that there was no company backup on this problem. They apologize and offered four $416.00 extended warranty. Im going to deliver this back to Best Buy and park in a parking spot with a sign on it! Class action lawsuit in my book!!!

I remodel my whole kitchen! I went to lowes for appliances, bought Fridge, stove, microwave hood range and dish washer! 1st week the ice maker stopped working, got that repaired! Two weeks later, the freezer went out! Lost 60$ of meat in freezer!! So Lowes replaced whole unit free of charge!! The 2nd fridge came, it stopped working within 1 week of running! Called Samsung, they told me to open back panel and hit reset button in back! Did that and it started to work again! Well the next 3 days the ice maker quit again! Samsung got it repaired, 3 weeks later it went out again! Since then it has been 5 months without a hitch!Meantime, Microwave Hood range stopped working, repairman came out, order a couple of parts replaced them, still didnt work. Lowes replaced unit!! 2 months of running the 2nd one started to make a loud vibration!! Repairman came out to see, said it was loose in casing! While looking at that he opened lite part and it was broken, the light fixture itself! The pins that hold lite up was broken! Wait for Buy Back on that! He also came to look at dishwasher cause it was make a loud noise, also which it didnt do it in past! Repairman said the Motor is going out!! So it is on order!Stove on other hand, the back leg that holds unit leveled was bent and could not be fixed, got it replaced! On 2nd stove the front window has water leak condensation from cooking and there is no way to clean it!! On all the appliances I was told they were top of the line! Stainless steel, in which I cannot keep clean, there is like streaks on all of them and no matter what I use, very good cleaner still cant remove stains from them! The repairman told me the SS is very cheap kind of SS, and that is why there are stain on them! All of this has happened from April 15th 2013 till now! I purchased my Samsung dishwasher in 2014 from Conns. It was the one with the bar that moves forwards and backwards. The first one started showing an error within 2 days. Samsung sent someone out to look at it and he couldnt repair it. Samsung replaced it with another dishwasher. This one lasted six months before I had my first error issue. It had to do with the pump. The repair guy fixed it and it ran for another six months then had the same error. The repair guy fixed it. Now I have a new error 7E and my repair guy is concerned. The bar has no blockage and the error is still there so now he is having to replace the motor and such. I wish I had known that these dishwashers were so crappy. I wasnt warned by my salesperson, he was just wanting to make a sale. Next time, which I feel will be sooner rather than later I am going to get a different brand. Buyer, beware and do research! Pretty doesnt necessarily make it a great product!

We have had our Samsung Microwave a little over three years, Model No. SMH9
We have had our Samsung Microwave a little over three years, Model No. SMH9187ST. I noticed it had been getting considerably louder the last six months. It is used by two seniors so it does not get excessive use. The nearest repair service for us was 40 miles from our house. They would come to our home to diagnose the problem for $70. We could take it to their service store, and they would charge us $35 to diagnose problem. We were already quite sure it was the magnetron. The manual said it had a 10 year warranty. When taking down our microwave, we found that it had a broken grill. We had never had it apart so we assumed that is how we received it. The fee to repair our microwave was $175.99 (with the part under warranty). We paid in the $300 range for this microwave. The Samsung salesman did not advise us that we were buying a disposable appliance. A bit concerning for us, as at the time we purchased the microwave, we bought the rest of the kitchen appliances... all Samsung.

Samsung 3 door model RFG298AARS 29 cubic feet advertised capacity - Purchas
Samsung 3 door model RFG298AARS 29 cubic feet advertised capacity - Purchased Feb 2, 2010. Works fine even the ice makers one on top and one in freezer drawer. Last year after 4 years the plastic on the door shelves, track, and mounting frame for the drawers began to crack and break. So far I have replaced 2 door shelves, the flip up section of the meat drawer, the frame with the glass top for the drawers and the frame bracket due to cracking and breaking to the extent that is not functional. These replacement parts have cost almost $300 so far. The 29 cubic foot capacity is measured wall to wall and does not take into account that the shelves do not go to the walls on sides or back greatly reducing the capacity of the refrigerator. I also find it difficult to clean with all the nooks and crannies. Spills work into the frame of every drawer or shelf and cannot be cleaned because that part does not come apart. I expect a refrigerator of this caliber to last nearly a lifetime. That does not appear to be the case here.

Adding one more complaint to the 600 plus list of dissatisfied individuals
Adding one more complaint to the 600 plus list of dissatisfied individuals reports seems pointless but I want to share my experience and my frustration to hopefully shake things up, tell the manufacturers that allowing these products to remain on the market, knowing that they are failing and then telling people who have spent anywhere from $500 to over $1000 that they are now stuck with a useless appliance because the 1-year warranty is up is unacceptable. If this doesnt eventually end up as a class action lawsuit which is my next step, heres hoping I can at least deter someone who is considering buying one of these piles of junk to look elsewhere. I am a first time homeowner and was very excited about all the updated appliances that were coming with my kitchen. During the home inspection, immediately a foul odor couldnt be missed when opening the dishwasher (DW80F600) but after letting it run a full cycle it subsided and we chalked it up to probably being caused by sitting water and the machine not having been run for awhile. BIG MISTAKE. First cycle I did with dishes, the tablet was half-dissolved, dishes were soaking wet, murky and dirtier than they were when they went in with an assaultive sour odor to follow when it actually stopped running about 4 hours later. After some troubleshooting with bleach, liquid dishwasher detergent, rinse aid and running hot water before starting the machine with no changes it was time to contact the home warranty company that came with the house. They happily sent out a technician costing me a $100 deductible. He diagnosed that the circuit board was the problem and that it was causing it to stay in rinse mode. Then when I told him about the odor his response was that most of the newer dishwashers have that smell. This did not sit well with me but figured, maybe with the new circuit board the smell and other issues would go away. Part arrived, he came and installed it. Problem NOT solved with no improvements. Called again, asked for a different company to be sent out (and by the way good luck trying to find technicians who work on Samsung products, definitely a huge red flag). This visit, he said that the problem is the entire pump and needs to be replaced. So this is where I am at now and pretty confident that this dishwasher is going to be an ongoing problem, needing repairs constantly with mediocre improvements until my warranty is up leaving me stuck with paying for all technical support and parts out of pocket. And just a quick side note: I did call Samsung about the odor and the condition that the dishes were coming out in. The response I got from the representative was nothing less than infuriating but went like this: she was quick to tell me that the warranty was up and that unfortunately there was nothing they could do. Regarding the odor, she simply said that this was the first shes heard of this problem. And to wrap it all up she proceeded to tell me the proper way to load a dishwasher, that it is helpful to pre-clean the dishes before loading and to leave the door cracked to assist with the drying. Thank you Samsung. This whole ordeal has struck a very bad chord with me and anyone interested or knowledgeable about making moves towards class action please contact me.

After less than two years, the compressor fan on the refrigerator went out... at less than 2 years old! We took a chance in buying the Samsung and after this, I wont recommend them. Stick with the more notorious brand appliances - Kenmore, GE, etc. Ive never, ever had an issue with a refrigerator going out that wasnt at least 10 years old. Ridiculous! Were out $180 for parts and service plus a whole fridge full of food. Samsung appliances are crap! With all the complaints on here, youd think there would be a class-action started!

We bought our counter depth refrigerator in May of 2015. After six months the ice maker stopped working. We had a Samsung service person come out to fix it. He informed us that he had numerous calls about this type of ice maker and it is one of the worse design he has seen. I have tried contacting Samsung many times about this ice maker for this model and never heard anything back. I wrote several more times and received nothing back. Now with all their phone issues I tried again and of course got a blah blah blah letter that was completely useless. I wrote back stating that Ive done everything on their list. This letter wants me to use their Samsung people to have it serviced. Ive already purchased Geek Squad from Best Buy extended warranty. Now the ice maker has completely stopped working. Also if anyone has suggestions on what to do about this issue please respond. If anyone is having similar problems could you please write about it here. I would like to get a list going so that as a group we may get something done to help all of us. Also if considering a Samsung appliance do not buy!!!

Samsung refrigerator model #RS275ACWP purchased in December 2008: By 2012 it developed a leak at the freezers backplane. The leak caused the bottom drawer to seize up. Samsung recommended solution was to replace the backplane at a cost of hundreds of dollars. A handyman resealed the original backplane at a considerably lower cost. By 2013 the ice maker failed by producing too much ice. The ice box became locked up and water spilled into the interior, causing still more ice on the freezer shelves. The water even dribbles out of the ice shoot. The Samsung authorized technician stated that three parts need to be replaced at a cost of $450.

4 Door Refrigerator: I bought Samsungs line of appliances when I redid my kitchen the summer of 2015. Ive had the ice maker repaired 2x since then and had to pay out of my pocket since the year warranty was up. Now for the second time the compressor went. The compressor has a 5 year warranty. The first time they put Freon because they couldnt find the leak. They came again and said it is not fixable that I should be getting a new refrigerator from Samsung. Went painstaking through the process to the point I was told they are locating my model. Once they do and its on the truck theyll call with the delivery date. Didnt hear anything for a week. Called back I and was told since the refrigerator is out of warranty they are not giving me a new one. I said the compressor is not fixable and has a 5 year warranty. I was told that doesnt matter because the refrigerator warranty is up and the compressor is not fixable. So why do you claim a 5 year warranty on compressor. If you cant fix or replace the compressor its my problem??? BTW the compressor is in a location they cannot reach, so they say. $3000 for a refrigerator that has had issues after 18 months. I asked to speak to a supervisor w/ 3 different calls. Finally got one, Ricky, and he swore hed get back to me in 3 hour. That was a week ago. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Theyve hung up on me 3x and never called back. And each call since 6/29/18 is an hour. You need to go through the whole story. After telling me I was getting a new refrigerator and waiting a week to find out, no, no refrigerator not one person from Samsung called to tell me they changed their minds. I am now going to get a lawyer.

Approximately 14 months after purchasing a Samsung french door refrigerator
Approximately 14 months after purchasing a Samsung french door refrigerator (Model #RF28HMEDBSR) the ice maker froze up and stopped working. It had to be manually defrosted (frost and ice removed). This issue occurred every 2 to 3 weeks. We trusted Samsung and did not purchase an extended warranty. A call to the service center revealed that any cost for service provided would have to be paid for by myself. A research of this equipment failure revealed hundreds, if not thousands, of similar complaints and unresolved issues. I continued to manually defrost the ice maker but the issue remained. We are now making ice cubes in ice cube trays.

I purchased a Samsung stove from Lowes and also purchase the extended warranty. One day the stove top glass made a pop sound and cracked open. I called the company for repair and they sent a technician over. The technician called the repair company and they decided, dont know based on what, that it is a functional and physical problem and therefore they would not repair it. I have had this stove for 4 years and have been using it according to guidelines. As I explained to the service company personnel Abigael as well as Lowes repair person Keaton, no physical damage was done to the stove glass top; however they still refused to do the repair. I have had GE glass stove top and I have family members and friends that have either Electrolux or kenmore and that does not just happened. This glass top obviously is defective and the company does not want to own up to it.

We bought a beautiful looking RF30HBEDBSSR/AA and had nothing but trouble with the ice maker. Samsung will not come up with a solution or stand behind their product. We thought about replacing the ice maker but Samsung has not corrected the problem, so buying a new one will not solve the problem! We have to defrost the freezer the old fashion way, with hot water. We are tired of doing this process because we have to keep the refrigerator doors cracked open so it wont start freezing again. By doing this we have lost perishable goods. We have replaced our Washer and Dryer with a different brand because Samsung wont fix the problem and now we are replacing our refrigerator even though its not that old! Next well replace our range. Samsung RS265TDBP broken 2 different ways in 2 years - On the surface, this is a great refrigerator. Its pretty, its very quiet, its energy efficient and the ice maker fits nicely in the door, giving you more useful space in the freezer.Unfortunately, despite the price tag, its of very inferior quality (and I’ve seen more of the insides of this fridge than I’ve ever wanted to). The ice maker broke just before the 2-year mark (about $80 to buy a new one and install it yourself, although stores have trouble keeping them in stock, they break so fast) and not long after I got that done, the fridge starts making ugly noises, and then gets warm, above 55 degrees (freezer is still ice cold). I took the refrigerator cooling unit apart and removed huge chunks of ice to get it going again. But the refrigerator seems to be permanently messed up now (common problem if you Google, Samsung refrigerator not staying cold) and it wont get below about 44 degrees in the fridge.Im abandoning this $1,200 piece of junk after barely 2 years of service and buying a refrigerator from a reputable brand. I cant see spending another dime on it because research (and personal experience) seems to show that if I pay to fix it, it will probably just break again down the line.

Every summer the Samsung refrigerator model RF266abbp starts making a loud noise like an old fan. Every time we open the door it will stop and then it will start if we close it. The repair man came and said just unplug it and let it all the water from freezer flow out for at least 24 hours; then, let it dry and plug it again. Its been the third summer with the same stupid thing. I was cleaning the shelf with the thin glass, the vegetables and fruit compartment with 2 drawers, and the glass exploded! Yes, it exploded! I got glass in my arms and around my kitchen. There were very small cuts in my arms. It’s nothing threatening, but it scared me! I don’t know what to do or how to complain (if it’s useful)!

SAMSUNG WANTS TO SELL BUT DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER THEY SELL, then they hold you captive with only their service center and availability of parts.

Samsung slide-in, glass cooktop over oven, Model NE58F9710WS - We have been using the range for approximately one year and are generally satisfied with its performance. However, it poses a SERIOUS FIRE and BURN HAZARD. The burner controls are on the front, only 33 inches above the floor, and are easily and OFTEN turned on simply by brushing against them. If there were children in our household, I would have to replace the Samsung with a safer range. We are very careful to not leave anything on the stovetop. Recently though, I was on my knees cleaning the oven when I felt heat coming from the cooking surface. I had momentarily placed the oven partition there and it was now fused to the cooktop. Unknowingly, I had accidentally bumped a control knob with my shoulder. When I lifted the (smoking) partition, it took a dime-sized divot out of the glass top. I accept responsibility for the damage, but this would not have happened if the controls were not as exposed and so easily activated. Now we must shell out several hundred dollars for a repair! Theres an electronic lock-out for the oven controls, why not something similar for the cooktop?

This refrigerator broke down 2 days after the warranty expired. They wanted a hundred dollars just to look at it before any repairs even started. I ran into an unsolvable trying to fix it myself. The connector to the evaporator fan shorted out. Half of that connector is built into the back wall of the refrigerator section. I got a new fan as the wire was clearly burnt off. I plugged the fan in and nothing, the refrigerator still did not work. I took it apart again and this time noticed that the tiny pin in the connector mounted in the refrigerator back wall was also burned off. I couldnt find that part anywhere. So I had to call for a service tech and pay the $100.00 call fee. The tech came out, inspected it, and deemed it unrepairable. So I now have a $4000.00 piece of trash. This is clearly Samsungs fault. It is a very poor design. If you search the internet you will see hundreds of complaints about icing and water build up in this section of the refrigerator. Samsung refuses to do anything about it or compensate me in any way. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR! They do not stand behind their products or care about their customers, or have a good designed product!

My Samsung French Door Refrigerator, model # RF32FMQDBSR/AA quit cooling after 12.5 months of use. It took two months and two visits from the technician to determine that the problem was with the sealed refrigeration system. The first trip the technician replace a circuit board and left immediately. This did not fix the problem. Communication with the Samsung provided service technician was very poor. At first the technician has excuses for not coming back then he just did not respond to calls. I called Samsung and requested another service company. They referred me back to the same guy. After each call I was would be called within 24 to 48 hours. Never happened. He did eventually come back (it has now been two months) and changed the temperature sensor. This did not fix the problem. He said the problem was in the sealed refrigeration system and could not be repaired. So I Called Samsung to ask how this would be handled. The sealed refrigeration system has a five year warranty. First, I was told that they would exchange the unit and would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours. Nothing! So I called back and they said they wanted a second opinion from a second technician and would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours. Again no response. So I called again and They had referred me back to the same company as before. When I told them that this is the same company as before they said they would look for another company and would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours. Again I had to call them to get a status. They said that they did not have a second company in the area to get the second opinion; therefore, they could not exchange the unit, and that I would be getting a refund instead. Every time I call it just gets worse. They say I will only get a partial refund. So I asked if the unit has a five year warranty on the sealed system how come I cannot get an exchange or get it repaired. Samsung customer executive care said the warranty is not valid because there is no service available in my area to fix the sealed system. You think they would replace it. Nope! It has now been over three months and I am waiting on the emails with the instructions on how I am to proceed.

My Samsung 24-inch dishwasher model DMT300RFS is less than three years old.
My Samsung 24-inch dishwasher model DMT300RFS is less than three years old. We have had problems with the dishes coming out of the dishwasher with ground-up food on them since day one. Recently we have been getting an error code for clogged drain also. I pulled the dishwasher into the middle of the kitchen floor, checked all plumbing and drain hose and found them clear. I ran the machine and found it was only discharging a small amount of water during the drain cycle. I removed the filter in the tub - clear. I removed the drain pump - clear. I checked the rubber check-valve upstream of the pump and found it cocked and stuck sideways. I freed it with my finger (it is in the molded plastic comprising the bottom of the tub). I reassembled the unit and operated it and it pumped like a banshee during the drain cycle. After running the machine a couple of times it started pumping only a trickle again. The check valve had become cocked and stuck again. What is happening is the check valve sticks open and when it hits the drain cycle, the drain pump pumps dirty water back into the dishwasher and only a trickle gets pumped to the sink drain. Dirty water stays in the tub and debris gets deposited back on the dishes during the rinse cycle. Because it takes so long to drain the tub, the machine thinks the drain is plugged and shuts down with a clogged drain issue. The part with the check valve in it is very expensive and (for me) would require a service technician to replace it, adding to the cost. To me, I will be better off replacing the unit. There are review after review on the internet complaining of these same problems (dirty dishes and error codes). It is my opinion that this problem is a design error as it is not possible to provide maintenance to the check valve. It is deep in the large plastic piece comprising the bottom of the tub.I hope this post helps others understand what is wrong with their machine.

We have tried unplugging it, etc and nothing has helped. It hasnt worked since the SE error has shown up and we paid good money for a product, and expected it to work longer than this. After doing some research, we found that many other people have had the same issue but this model has still not been recalled by Samsung, which is disappointing. This OTR is obviously garbage.

We purchased the 4 door Samsung French Door refrigerator with the Flex Zone drawer 2 years ago. Just before the 2 year mark the ice maker stopped working. We had someone come out to replace the ice maker, but found out it wasnt really the ice maker. There was a hole in the Freon line which caused the ice maker to stop working. Once the ice maker was defrosted all the Freon ran out smelling up our house & making the whole refrigerator useless. Every day for 6 weeks I called the customer service at Samsung. Not ONE person cared about us having no refrigerator. They didnt apologize or express sympathy. It was the most frustrating experience. Finally after 4 weeks they agreed verbally to give us a full refund. They wouldnt put the $ amount in writing & it took another 2 weeks for us to receive the check. We were told by a repairman to not buy Samsung appliances & we took that advice & purchased a Whirlpool. So far so good!

We bought an Appliance package last October from Bill Smith Appliances. I am very dissatisfied with the Electric range. It has serious safety issues. The knobs that turn off the range top, turn very easily as when someone walks by it, or if I reach up and brush the knob, the stovetop goes on and heats up the glass. I have done it many times. Recently, the stovetop went on, without turning it on, and burned a plastic bowl that sat on the top of the stove. Im afraid that it will cause a fire, or burn someone not knowing it was on. I am very unhappy with the Samsung products and would not recommend them to anyone. Very dangerous! There was also a promotion for buying the appliance for $350 off the total cost. I have contacted Samsung, support@samsungpromo.zendesk.com and Bill Smith, phone #239-275-5555, because we still havent received our rebate.

RM255BARB - The ice maker never worked right. It never gave us large ice cubes & ice cubes were mixed with crushed ice. It also stopped up all the time. A service man was called out so many times, I finally gave up. Now the bottom right door (this is a 4 door refrig.) rust started coming out of it. Called to see what is going on. After several phone calls & a visit from repairman on a $2800 refrig., about 7/12 year old machine, it has to be replaced. This is really disgusting because most people cant afford this kind of money every 7 years. I also have a Samsung in my garage as a back up with the freezer pull out drawer and I hate it. It is now freezing the food in the refrigerator part. Why cant these companies get their act together. I guess they think you will just go out and buy another of their products, but what they need to realize is people go to another company. Disgusted with Samsung.

Since then, we have had a service call on the ice maker (which was not screwed into the mounting and fell so you couldnt open/close the freezer door). Today, the food was melted and the refrigerator warm. Lights and temp gauges showed it was working properly. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with Samsung to get authorization of warranty to call a local appliance man. Now they will not even give me a date when it might be fixed. They will call me when they are available to come to my home. Best guess is four days away as the soonest!!!The appliance is not worth the money, and the service and warranty are definitely not customer oriented! I would definitely not recommend a Samsung, and will NEVER purchase again!

This microwave (model SMH1816S) started by itself yesterday, and the entire unit was too hot to touch within 2-3 minutes. I pressed every on/off button, plus all the other buttons, and nothing turned it off. Since this is an over-the-range unit, the only way I could stop it was to turn off the circuit breaker. Im positive this would have started a fire in my kitchen, which could have burned down my entire 8-unit condo building. Fortunately I was at home. I called Samsung repair this morning, but since the machine is out of warranty, the only thing they will do is send an authorized repair representative - at my expense. The machine is six years old, so Im not going to pay for even a service call. My old microwave was more than ten years old and still worked when I bought what I thought was a good microwave. I bought Samsung 3 door fridge with a bottom freezer (Model RF217ACPN) from Home Depot in Jan 21, 2014 (delivered/installed) with Home depot Warranty/protection plan of 3 years paying extra money. In June first week, realized my produce bins have been accumulating water and freezer not working properly. Frozen foods were melting and water accumulation everywhere. On June 19, 2014, We called Home depot - they said it is still under 1 year mfg warranty so we have to contact Samsung. Called SAMSUNG (#1800-726-7864) and complaint about the problem. They arranged the service technician (from Service Quick# 1-888-787-8425 who does servicing for Samsung). By the time appointment was scheduled, refrigerator started making big noises. July 02 - Technician checked for error code (cooling fan & defrost error) & fixed the problem - changed PCB as it was not sending the voltage, cleaned the condenser, cleared frozen area with steamer. It was running well but, AGAIN on July 27 (not even a month) the problem started with the cooling area, water accumulating in bin area. We thought might be temp issue so try to troubleshoot but not worth it. Called Samsung/Service quick on JULY 29 to complaint. Appointment is made for tomorrow August 4 and the problem is already added - my whole freezer is not working. No ice making. I am working on my replacement/ RETURN with SAMSUNG/ Home Depot. I recommend do not buy SAMSUNG HOME PRODUCT. They are only good with cellphone and TV (which is working fine, the one I have).

The stovetop cooks very hot. When the burners are on the lowest setting the fluid in the pan boils. The convection oven does nothing that a convection oven is supposed to do. It does not cook evenly nor faster at all. The left side of the oven cooks hotter than the right even after services calls with Samsung finally saying they cannot guarantee even cooking in the oven. For example if I have 2 bread loaves in the oven one will be done and the other is still raw inside. On 8/29/16 we purchased the 25 cu ft French Door with External Water & Ice Dispenser, Model Number: RF263BEAESG/AA Refrigerator in the Black Stainless finish. Delivered 9/3/16. We purchased this high end very pricey fridge, a high end matching gas range and dishwasher so we spent a pretty decent amount of money. The set was ordered from a local appliance store and was NOT a scratch & dent product. While from a distance the fridge looks fantastic, dont look too close. Under the factory packaging (plastic protective packaging & cardboard was not damaged at all) there were numerous scratches and a small dent in the upper left door. I would expect a new expensive appliance such as this would not arrive in this condition. The appliance store is closing and unable to order a new refrigerator or even just a new door. I dont need an entire new fridge, just an undamaged door.Samsung feels it is our problem and refused to do anything about it. While waiting on hold the recorded message spoke of their commitment to customer service. Well we didnt get that, in fact just the opposite. Interesting is that we really like Samsung and have always promoted their products. This is the first issue weve had and they failed us. I would not recommend this product due to how fragile it seems to be and Samsung will not make it right. I have a beautiful new kitchen with very nice high end Samsung appliances, except for the scratched and dented fridge. Is this really what I waited for all these years? Extremely disappointed. How hard would it be to replace my door? Any other appliance store would have sent it back to Samsung and requested a replacement from Samsung. Why cant Samsung just do that for me?Thanks alot Samsung. Also, I submitted this same review on Samsungs site and guess what? They wont post it.

This refrigerator is one of the best we have ever had. Being a Navy family, we are always on the move, resulting in new appliances every few years. We found early on that selling our used appliances before a move, was more cost effective than risking damage to them. Samsung refrigerators are priced well, energy efficient, as well as nice to look at. I love the french doors and freezer on the bottom. The middle drawer is the favorite feature in this house. Putting the most used items in the drawer, saves opening the doors to the top storage area so many times each day. The crisper drawer lives up to its name, keeping lettuce fresh and crispy as long as 10 days.

Wish I could use all the slangs in here to define how Samsung AC/Service Center people work. Main thing to understand: NEVER EVER buy a Samsung AC. Go for LG instead. I have all good reviews about LG from few of my friends. Samsung is all interested in selling the product. They are not concerned if the customers are facing issues with the unit nor concerned to consider feedback and work on the same. I started noticing a bad odor from the indoor unit within two days of installation (and let me tell you that I hardly use it in the night for an hour at the max). I called up customer care, registered a complaint. Well, the person assigned Mr. ** was very rude and has soo much of attitude that he does not want to listen to what you want to say and disconnects.Next day when I again call him, he says he will attend. He comes, just sprays the perfume and leaves. I myself had done that many a times before he could visit to bare the smell. This is not called as a service. But the bad odor exists. I know that bad odor can be for two reasons, if some dead insects in the drain pipe or if there is a lot of dust collected within the filters. This cannot happen within two days and I am sure about that and as I mentioned, I havent even used it that much. I registered a complaint again through email. I get a con call arranged. The service manager Mr. ** says he will get the indoor unit replaced. I asked him to service it first and then if the issue persists, then to replace. He acted off to be a very good human being on call and provided a contact number to directly contact him for issues. There was another technician arranged to look into this and he did clean the filters, drain pipe and all. But the same day, in the night, the smell was back. So I tried contacting Mr. **, and he does not pick up the call. Once he picked up and promised to give a callback but I did not receive any. Then after trying numerous times, he picks up after a day and he transfers the call to someone and when asked about the replacement as promised, he is all rude like Mr. ** and says will send a technician. I was explaining him the scenario and he is not bothered to listen and he laughs over when asked about replacement and disconnects the call. Let me tell you, the technicians who come for installation, issues, they are all inexperienced, irresponsible. They dont know how to explain anything. They hardly look like 17 years old. I am not saying all are inexperienced, but yes, people who did come to my place were.Samsung is the worst product ever. DO NOT BUY. Their service sucks. Such an harassment for a customer. Service people are inexperienced and irresponsible. I am going to write everywhere I possibly can. I just wish and pray your business stops in the AC world. You guys should consider recruiting experienced people, or at least give a proper training and should learn how to talk to a customer. ** unit and service. Model number: AR12KC3HATPNNA.

Purchased these 4 items rfg297hdrs refrigerator, smh21175 microwave combo, ne595riabsr oven, dw80f600uts dishwasher. Purchased in December 2013. 2 repairs under warranty on dishwasher and still does not work good. Over the oven microwave is in the garbage after burning bacon which burned out the panel. Paid a repair service for call and was quoted 480.00 for repair. 30 days after 1-year warranty. Oven element went out after 20 months and was told by Samsung it was covered. They sent a repair guy out and the part was not on warranty. I paid the service call and called to order the element and was told if the bottom did not work in my dual oven then it was the controller panel. I have been so disappointed in Samsung appliances. I would not recommend them and will let others know about the cheap quality and Samsungs bad customer service.

Model rf26vabbp - This refrige was bought 2/2009, we had the water problems for the past few years then we finally had a repair person fix the clogged frozen water line. He actually put a wire down the tube and hooked it up so it wouldnt freeze. So far, that works. Now, our ice maker broke. We had the warranty, so now we have to get it fixed. Tried to reset but nothing. Bad fridge, I wouldnt buy any more Samsung or LG. Most expensive to fix and hard to get parts, a lot of service people wont fix them.

I have a Samsung side by side, four drawer refrigerator bought in July 2013 and have had trouble with the ice maker since then. The ice maker freezes up every couple weeks. I use a hair dryer to melt the ice from the mechanism. I have problems with the ice getting clogged up and will not dispense. Another problem is that it does not matter which setting the dispenser is on, crushed or cubed I only get crushed ice. I do love the refrigerator with the fourth drawer temperature adjustment. I keep drinks in the drawer and the grandkids do not have to open the doors. Otherwise the refrigerator is just a refrigerator.

I love my fridge and the screen on the front where I can leave notes to the family. Only thing I cant figure is why make such a big refrigerator with a tiny ice container. We fill 3 or 4 glasses and ice is gone. Not big enough for a family. And its a big fridge but not a lot of space. All I can say is make a bigger ice maker and tray.

Samsung 33 refrigerator RF23HMEDBSG/AA = junk. Purchased entire package of Samsung black stainless appliances and am completed dissatisfied. Refrigerator ice maker does not work. Repair under warranty did not resolve the issue. Dishwasher does not adequately clean the dishes - may as well hand wash. The range is terrible - convection does not appear to work; cooking is an adventure as food only seems to brown. Forget about making a frozen pizza and thinking it will be edible. And lastly the microwave seems possessed - it turns itself on. Will never buy another Samsung item again. Complete crap!

I bought a Samsung dishwasher at Home Depot last year. It was on sale, all stainless inside and seemed like a great deal. It worked a couple of times then quit... lights flashing and stinky water remaining in the basin. Home Depot responded quickly and sent someone out twice to repair it then finally sent me an email saying it was not fixable. They gave me a full refund. But, I am stubborn and was determined to fix it. Sometimes it worked thru a full cycle and sometimes it did not. I would have to push a couple of buttons to get it to drain afterward. After months of troubleshooting it finally works for me every time. The key is a balanced load. When you put a dinner plate on one side of the rack you must put the next dinner plate on the other side. Same with the top rack. Equal weight on both sides of the carriages is the trick. It sounds like a pain in the you-know-what but it works for me and I feel like a winner! :)

Spent $2600 on a Samsung refrigerator that has never since day one of owning it, dispensed ice correctly. After months, customer service finally showed up 7:00pm to fix it. After leaving, it does the exact same thing. Called customer service again and Iesha who apparently was having a lousy day based on her attitude, rescheduled service in another week. Avoid this company! The model number is: RF23J9011SR/AA. Run far away! Weve owned the refrigerator over a year and never has it dispensed ice. The only way to get any is remove the whole ice device and chip it out. Great on the marriage!

My microwave suddenly began beeping and displayed a SE code. Upon reviewing internet comments, I realized it is a common problem amongst owners and there were various experiences in getting a repair. After spending 45 minutes on the chat line, I was referred to the customer service line. I called and was greeted by a very friendly representative. Unfortunately, I called Samsung US and was referred to Samsung CA. The ticket number he provided was not recognized in Canada so I had to go through the whole story again. They were willing to send a technician out but I need to provide a receipt. In my opinion, a Samsung product is a Samsung product. Nonetheless, a few hoops to go through in order to get a technician out so will update later.

We bought the top of the line dishwasher. We got it on sale for $900 and we installed it later as we were renovating our kitchen. We purchased the machine and installed it a few months later. And after a while we kept getting an error message, 1E. We researched and it was indicated to recycle the power as we did. And it would be good for a few months, and it would start again. This went on for a while, now warranty is over and we called and they wanted to send a repair man, which I refused. Why should we pay for a call when it is obvious this machine has an issue. We have found several complaints from consumers. Model is DW 80F800UWS/AC SN 00FG9M900619F. Do not buy this machine. It is a piece of crap. Not worth $1.00.

RF266AEPN/XAA - Purchased 8-2012. Pbm began July 2014. The fan made a loud racket. Sears was great. Repairman said it was due to fan hitting against ice built up on drain tubes caused by putting hot food in refrig (steam turned to ice). Food safety requires hot foods must be refrigerated! I now have to defrost my refrig & freezer for 2 days to install a $200 kit to prevent this from happening again... It should have never happened in the first place. What an inconvenience. While Samsung denies having a problem, they conveniently have a repair kit specifically designed for the Non Problem. It is a beautiful and functional refrigerator but I am disgusted with Samsung. If make a mistake, admit it, fix it and people will respect you. Samsung responsibility is to reimburse everyone for the kit and the cost of installation.

I would put negative or Zero stars if I could. We are on day 18 with a broken refrigerator and no closer to a resolution. It takes a minimum of 4 days to get a physical service person to arrive and evaluate the problem. In our case it was a severe sealed compressor issue on our refrigerator less than 1 year old and still under factory warranty. After the technician discovered the real problem we waited 3 days for Samsung to determine an exchange was the course of action. 7 Days after that determination we are no closer to getting the exchange we were promised. You would think after the amount of my follow up calls, I could actually reach a person with the ability to simply approve the exchange request. The scripted response is to tell you they will expedite with an email. Horrible service Samsung.

Our Samsung refrigerator has had issues since the beginning. The ice maker on top freezes up, water pools under drawer & onto the hardwood floor even though the ice maker on top is turned off. Ice accumulates behind the back panel causing the motor to grind very loudly. When we travel we turn off the water to the house to prevent water on floor. We understand a class action lawsuit has been filed & repair calls don’t fix the problem. This brand is a lemon & we want it replaced with a reliable unit.

The oven has never worked well (convection or not), same batch of cookies but one tray might be done but 8 min later next is burnt or rare, hotter one side of even to other. Now the oven isnt working at all. In the short time since we bought these we are so unhappy, we cant believe how poor the quality is. Even the fridge, with the stainless steel. I had an appliance man out and he said he hates Samsung, for they are the lowest next to the LQs. He checked out the parts and thought it was a sensor and then found out it was the motherboard. He didnt have a motherboard, so we decided to check around for another refrigerator. Meanwhile, he suggested we turn it off and let it defrost. He suggested using a leaf blower to help it defrost all the way. Also, he said it may kick off and run fine from now on, but who knows?

I purchased 3 appliances on February 6, 2015. They totaled over $5000. Today, 6 days out of warranty, the water dispenser stopped working on the refrigerator. We have done everything that needs to be done - according to the manual - and it still is not working. I called customer support and 3 times was disconnected. I finally reached someone and felt I had to speak fast or there would be another disconnect. Each person had my phone number and no one called me back. I went through all of the same things I had done before the phone call. When they realized I was 6 days out of warranty, they tried to sell me an extended warranty for $400 +. I said that was absurd so they said since I was a good long term customer, they would send me to their executive support department (or some similar name). I am now sitting with a very expensive refrigerator that does NOT dispense water. I have spent the last 2 hours trying to fix this and am very fed up with Samsung. I will NEVER purchase another product from this company again and I have been a long term customer. Another thing, it is very difficult to understand most of your customer service people. Samsung RS265LABP - terrible, terrible experience. We had an extended warranty for up to 4 years. Called a few months before it ran out for frozen food in bottom drawers. Drawers were bulging outward because back of refrigerator was frozen and bulging. The outward thrust of the drawers kept the refrigerator door from closing and the food on top warmed up and was ruined. The celery, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. became frozen. Over the last 4 years we have had 3 different servicemen come for a total of 5-6 service calls which translates to no small expense as the warranty expired. Basically all that is accomplished is a defrosting. One repairman refused to come back; he said Samsung refrigerators had ruined his reputation. We keep a tea towel at the bottom of the refrigerator to keep the leaks from going out the door and on the floor. Never will we ever purchase anything from Samsung. They have ruined their own reputation.

I started having odor issues with this dishwasher (Model DW80F600) not even a month after purchasing it on 5/25/14. Ive had 6 techs out to look at it and they recommend things like changing the detergent, running the hot water, using Jet Dry, etc. to re-plumbing through the garbage disposal. Ive complied with all of their suggestions. No parts were ever replaced on the unit and the one part that the 6th tech is saying should be replaced Samsung is stating that its a customer maintenance issue and claiming that Ive never cleaned the dishwasher and damaged it. To make a really long story short - its now 5/6/15 and Im being denied service on it because its in Samsungs system that Ive damaged it and its a customer maintenance issue. Never mind the fact that its been an ongoing issue for nearly a year.Ive provided Samsung with the bill of sale, all the receipts of service with tech notes on them, etc. The service notes that I received from Lowes were different than the physical receipts that I have. The techs are claiming to have replaced two parts on the unit & also making statements that are untrue - like Ive never cleaned it. I bought Dishwasher Magic on 12/24/14, which is in both my receipts & the notes I received from Lowes (who handled my first 5 service calls). Every time I talked to a Samsung rep its another story all with the same ending - they cant/wont help me.I received the technician notes (from Lowes) from the service requests that I starting in July 2014. I have attached those notes, along with the service receipts as well as a scanned image of the seal sump part & packing that it came in. This SHOULD be proof that either the technicians or someone at Samsung is LYING about what they have done to service our dishwasher. This is all due to a foul odor that has been going on beginning less than two months after purchase. I would like for Samsung to replace the bottom door gasket under warranty, replace the dishwasher (if its not fixable), OR at the very least authorize another service technician to come out, preferably a manager, to assess the dishwasher AGAIN under warranty. Samsung is claiming that Ive damaged my dishwasher & never cleaned it and therefore are unwilling to replace the bottom door gasket or allow for another service tech to come inspect our dishwasher. Here are the things that Id like to point out. The service appointment from Brand Source states that they put in parts. Id like to know what part they are claiming to have ordered and installed and ask how, since this is our first service, did they know to order that part and have it ready for installation? This is a complete lie - no part(s) were purchased or replaced on the dishwasher. I was told that we should re-plumb through the garbage disposal, try Jet Dry, and run it every couple days. Both of those suggestions were taken. We also ran the dishwasher empty with a cup of vinegar. Those suggestions and CLEANING from July (not 2 months into owning it) didnt work so we placed another service call. The initial tech from A&E came and decided that the tub/sump gasket needed to be replaced so he ordered the part. I have attached (Seal Sump) which is an actual scan of the packaging which was shipped 12/18/14 as well as the scanned image of the seal sump (product #DD62-00050A) still in the bag which I STILL have because it was never replaced as the tech notes are claiming to have replaced on 12/24/14 when in all actuality that tech (who was a different one than the one that ordered the part) said the gasket wasnt bad and that I should try Dishwasher Magic. I bought Dishwasher Magic and the tech put it in and ran started the dishwasher - therefore this was the second cleaning. It was recommended to us to try pod style detergent vs. liquid and to run the hot water in the sink, make sure its good-n-hot, then start the dishwasher. Both of those suggestions were taken and it still hasnt solved the issue. The last service on 4/8/14 performed by One Stop Appliance is completely off base. The tech notes (attached) stated that we need the bottom door gasket replaced and that he would get in touch with Samsung to order the part. I received a phone call from ** on 4/9/14 letting me know that Samsung wont authorize replacement of the part claiming its a customer maintenance issue. The tech notes indicate that I called Samsung and use the words food build up. How can the tech notes reflect something that hasnt even happened yet - my calling didnt occur until 4/9 - service was performed on 4/8. They also state that this is an issue due to never cleaning. Given that Ive provided at least 2 examples, one with a receipt, of times that Ive cleaned the dishwasher - this is just a false statement. In calling Samsung to try to get this issue resolved this has escalated from we have food particles in the dishwasher to we have damaged the dishwasher. The Samsung user manual states: CLEANING THE INTERIOR. Clean the interior of your dishwasher periodically to remove any dirt or food particles. Wipe the inside of the dishwasher and the inner part of the door with a wet dishcloth. We recommend filling the detergent dispenser with dish detergent, and then running the dishwasher empty periodically using either the Normal or Quick cycle with the sanitize option. This will keep your dishwasher clean. If white spots and odor are still present in your dishwasher, run the Normal cycle with the dishwasher empty and without detergent until it ushes. Then, interrupt the cycle and put an 8 ounce cup of white vinegar into the lower basket. Close the dishwasher and let the cycle finish. Do not remove the tub front seal (the long rubber seal enclosing the opening of the dishwasher).I HAVE performed periodic cleanings of the dishwasher and it still has a foul odor. I also rinse ALL my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, and I wipe down excess water that gets on the door before closing it. This odor can begin within 24 hours of running a cleaning cycle. How is that a customer maintenance issue? Also, some of the phone reps have told me that notes indicate that there are food particles left in the dishwasher. If this is true then why? Shouldnt the dishwasher be rinsing, cleaning, and drying the dishes and therefore the tub? A particle is: From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: A particle is a minute fragment or quantity of matter. [1] In the physical sciences, the word is used to describe a small localized object to which can be ascribed several physical or chemical properties such as volume or mass; subatomic particles such as protons or neutrons; and other elementary particles. [2] The word is rather general in meaning, and is refined as needed by various scientific fields. Something that is composed of particles may be referred to as being particulate. [3] However, the term particulate is most frequently used to refer to pollutants in the Earths atmosphere, which are a suspension of unconnected particles, rather than a connected particle aggregation.IF I have food particles in the dishwasher how is a minute fragment causing such an odor that I have been calling for service on the dishwasher since 7/18/14? In addition if this were a customer maintenance issue then why has it been an issue since a month after the purchase date? And in performing all the technician suggestions it still hasnt resolved the issue? I have filed with the BBB and here is their second response after I contested their first response. Still clearly not paying attention to the facts and still not willing to help. Heres Samsungs official response: Ms. **, Thank you for providing the additional information regarding your claim. Samsungs product team has evaluated all new and existing documentation available on your claim. The warranty coverage remains unchanged. Although Samsung cannot pinpoint the cause, a few examples for the odor are: infrequent cleanings, excessive food residue, the drain hose is connect to the garbage disposer, from which food can get backup into the drain hose. What would not be contributing to the odor is mechanical or part failure and the Limited Warranty only covers product malfunction or defect. There is no such evidence.I understand there were was added concerns about the part that was order but not installed. This was noted but this part nor changing it would address the symptom. With our apologizes, warranty will not be covering the cost of any further repair requests to address the odor symptom. Thank you.

In good faith we purchased a Samsung refrigerator in June 2013 from Home Depot. We purchased the extended warranty - we have had use this warranty for repairs over 10 times in under 5 years. On May 5 2018 the entire cooling system failed. I lost a ton of food and had to eat out every day. The repair guy fixed / replaced the cooling system on May 14 2018. Just for the cooling system to fail again on June 1 2018 less than 2 weeks after the fix / repair - this has left me with no freezer and no refrigerator - this unit is now deemed irreparable (it is a sitting duck not working) and I am now left with no way to keep anything cold or frozen while your process takes its sweet time. I have lost over $1000 worth of food and this is not even taking into account the food I need to buy each day for my family just to live, as I cannot keep anything cool or frozen!I was told I need to wait 10-12 days before an RMA is issued from June 5th 2018 - how long after that will it take to get an actual unit! This means I am now 2 months without any way to keep fresh food. I am beyond frustrated. I called today your company on 6/12/2018 just to be told I will receive a refurbished one. Well isnt my new one that was repaired on May 14 2018 considered refurbished? I do not want a refurbished unit. This is so unacceptable as we are suffering not the paper pushers and the approvers. Why does this process take so long? We are out $100 and $100 of dollars in food that we dont have the money to spend so that just means we are going into debt for this hassle. I feel I am being held hostage by your company and slowness to respond. This has been a horrible year with family deaths and now I have to deal with this situation. I have a medical dog who can only eat fresh food due to kidney failure as kibble is too drying for her. So the stress of keeping her alive without cooling is horrid.

I am very disappointed with my new Samsung DW80M9 series dishwasher. It was billed as being a better cleaning product because the spray arm goes back and forth rather than in a circular motion like traditional dishwashers. The one factor in its favor is that it is very quiet. I hope Samsung’s engineers will work on this very disappointing dishwasher.

I was charged a $95 diagnostic fee, even though the tech did nothing except open the fridge and tell me it wasnt worth fixing.I called Samsung on 9/1 (more than 3 weeks ago) and have called back every business day since then to get some sort of customer service. Each Samsung rep tells me something different. I ask names and employee numbers, take notes on each conversation, and all calls are supposedly recorded. Yet the Samsung rep who takes my call NEVER knows anything, always tells me that my claim is being escalated, and I will receive a call back from supervisor within 24-48 hours. Its your water pressure causing that! Ice maker shoots ice all over. Love having to wipe the floor every time I get ice. The settings are for cubed and crushed but good luck getting cubes as the crushed continue to fly. Expensive lesson learned.

We have had nothing but problems with our Samsung refrigerator model RF24J9
We have had nothing but problems with our Samsung refrigerator model RF24J996054. We have to defrost the ice maker at least every other week. The ice is soft, and gets stuck when dispensing. Further, the bin to store ice, does not hold enough ice to make it worthwhile. We are thankful that we have our old Jenn-Air in the garage. It is a workhorse. It is sad after spending sooo much money on a new refrigerator, we are traveling back and forth to the garage to get ice. We are in the middle of yet another repair, and have been waiting over two months for the part. I called today, again, and am being told that the part is not available. Really? So now what do we do? Samsung makes a poorly executed product, then doesnt have the parts to fix it? I will never buy another Samsung product again, and would not recommend Samsung to anyone. They dont even deserve the one star.

I bought a SAMSUNG Stainless Steel, French Doors, Bottom pull out freezer a
I bought a SAMSUNG Stainless Steel, French Doors, Bottom pull out freezer almost 2 yrs. ago. I wanted this Refrigerator for a long time so being a mother of 6 and wife, I felt it was what I needed. I first noticed I was getting water in the Vegetable Tray. All my Vegetables were floating, so I dumped the water out and threw away my vegetables, 2 days later same thing. I called told the company I bought it from. They said they would send someone out to fix it. The Repair guy comes takes a cap off and say they are having problems with all of these Refrigerators. Anyway, to make a long story short it didnt work. I started getting water in both trays, wasnt able to use either tray. I call our local Sears to get someone else to work on the refrigerator and guess what I was told we work on every kind of refrigerator itself for SAMSUNG. So now my refrigerator is out for repairs with the company I bought it from and thats been about a month now. Model# RF217ACRS

Samsung side by side refrigerator - At about 18 months, we started getting
Samsung side by side refrigerator - At about 18 months, we started getting a noise in the freezer side hitting something. It would stop when we opened the door. Then we discovered water on the floor. Water had built up under the crisper so much it had nowhere else to go. The freezer would de-thaw. The refrigerator side would not stay cold. At that point we decided to call a repairperson. Then it got to a point where we decided to bite the bullet and replace the piece of garbage that we paid $1500.00. Thank God for Sears. They offered us an extended warranty even though we did not purchase the fridge from them. Since purchasing the warranty, weve had a repairperson in our home 4 times. Sears will be sorry they offered the warranty to us. We thought we were finally all set. We finally had it fixed. Guess what? Our nightmare is not over. We discovered today we have to have a repairperson come again! So again we are considering getting rid of the darn thing. We are so disgusted. Why didnt we stick with Whirlpool?

Purchased this attractive SS Samsung french door bottom freezer refrigerato
Purchased this attractive SS Samsung french door bottom freezer refrigerator a few years ago for $2500. It started leaking water in and under the drawers and making a loud noise. Apparently, this is such a common problem, most appliance repair companies won’t guarantee the repair as it may freeze up again in a few months and fail again. When I called Samsung, they said that it is no longer under warranty. They fail to acknowledge the defect. I will never buy another product from Samsung-a company that makes terrible products and fails to acknowledge and repair their defects.
