Looking at buying a scratch and dent fridge and it's got this damage. I don't care about how it looks. it'll be covered. I just want to know if there's anything else I should be concerned about.

Answer:

As long as it cools ok should be fine. Black silicone sealant would do good to cover that and seal it up. You can get moisture inside from a hole like that, though likely not much. It should be sealed if you do buy it.
