Purchased Whirlpool refrigerator at Lowe’s. Refrigerator would never get cold enough, so I exchanged with a Whirlpool Gold side-by-side refrigerator. After installation coffee was spilled behind refrigerator. I was unable to pull refrigerator out from wall to clean coffee spill from behind. When checking with Lowe’s on the 35th day, I was informed that Lowe’s 30 days warranty had expired and I would have to work directly with Whirlpool.I discovered it was very hard to communicate with Whirlpool; there was a problem that they only had on file the first refrigerator I purchased not the one I kept. The Whirlpool service rep did not seem very cooperative but with insistence they told me they would change my information to the correct model and serial number and a repair order was sent to a local service shop. The problem with not being able to roll the refrigerator out from the wall is that Whirlpool had changed their wheels to a tri-wheel support and there was not enough height on the single front wheel to lift the refrigerator to clear the screw down leveling stops on each corner. The service rep had no solution for the problem and had to call the Whirlpool service. He indicated he never was able to get assistance from that department. I told him I would talk to them as the consumer but they refused to discuss the matter with me, so I gave the phone back to the service tech. Whirlpool told the service tech to order replacement wheels of which I knew this would not resolve the problem. After two weeks, the replacement wheels arrived, the service tech installed them and as I expected they did not resolve the problem. I then requested the service tech to remove the rubber from the stops on the corner to allow for the additional required clearance and this solution worked. This is a very poor design for Whirlpool, but I accepted the results. Two weeks later I receive a phone call from the service business and they tell me that Whirlpool did not have the refrigerator model/serial number they worked on. Whirlpool was not willing to resolve the problem I had with them initially and the service business would have to bill me directly and was not covered under the warranty. At this point I lost it and informed the service business I resolved this model/serial number with Whirlpool before. Whirlpool gave them the authorization to work on the refrigerator and they would need to collect the fees from Whirlpool. I have purchased my last Whirlpool appliance mostly because Whirlpool makes it very difficult or refuses to talk to the consumer and it appears the quality is no longer there. Will Whirlpool become the next Kodak? With this kind of service, people will just quit buying from them.

I am having problems with my Whirlpool Water Heater. The pilot light goes off often and now it wont stay lit at all. I checked the thermocouple and measured the voltage, it is 19+ mV. So according to the manual, the gas valve/thermostat must have gone bad. I called the company and they gave me a name of the contractor but asked me to pay for the labor cost. This is a 50 gallon, 12-year rated heater bought from Lows in 2008. The heaters model number is BFG1J5040T3NOV. This thing has some serious quality issues.

1st item - ice pooling at bottom of freezer, now repaired at a cost of $100. 2nd item - 1 day later fridge/freezer keeps shutting off and on irregularly. Cant contact anyone one from Whirlpool on a weekend and Trail Appliances doesnt have anyone available to come and look at it and if they did it would cost us another $100+ with no guarantee and we were told by Trail the Whirlpool will not touch it if someone else does. From what I have read seems we now a victim of Whirlpool. P.s. for those who dont know yet Whirlpool not only now owns Bastemp, they also are the makers of Kenmore and those fridges have experience the same ice issues.

Another reviewer complained about a knocking sound upon startup. My Brand New fridge has been doing that and I have just ignored it. Maybe I shouldnt. Compared to our original Beaumark fridge, the Whirlpool is VERY NOISY.. Since the actual workings seem fine, I am not complaining but rather quite concerned.Especially after reading the numerous Negative Reviews.

I bought this piece of junk heater (serial no. 0804T411536) from Lowes and had their contract plumber install it in or about 2008. Since that time, I have had nothing but trouble with it. It just doesnt stay lit. Every plumber who works on it tells me that they have numerous problems with them and they cannot repair them - the customer has to get the part from Whirlpool. And today the woman I talked to told me that I had to pay the shipping charges, which vary according to how quickly one wants hot water! I personally find that a true rip off. If you cant guarantee the product you put on the market, then dont put it out there. I will never buy another Whirlpool appliance or shop at Lowes!

I bought a new non-frost 14 cubic Whirlpool fridge Model # W4TXNWFWQ in 2013 from PC Richards. The freezer keeps getting busted. It actually produces a lot of frost which stops the entire fridge from running properly. The tech said this is a common problem with Whirlpool. I am lucky to have bought the 3 years warranty. But when I call to fix the problem it always takes them a few days and I have to miss work for this non-sense.

I had ancient appliances (refrigerator, microwave, range, and dishwasher) that were all mismatched and were in the house when I purchased it in the mid 1990s. I saved up my money and even though my old appliances were working fine, I wanted stainless steel and everything to match so I decided to go ahead and replace my refrigerator, microwave, range, and dishwasher. I decided on Whirlpool since the company has been making appliances for many years and I thought they made a good product. I bought those appliances in 2012.In 2015, the microwave started to malfunction. At first, it would light up and act as though it was working, but it wasnt. I had it repaired - they said it was a fuse - and the fuse repair cost me about $75.00. It worked for about 2-weeks. I called the repair guy back and they didnt charge me, thinking it was something they did wrong when they fixed it. This time it worked for about a week when it went out again. Not wanting to miss any more work waiting on a repair guy, I went to Lowes and bought a pack of the appropriate microwave fuses and replaced the fuse myself. This time it worked about three weeks - I noticed it was popcorn that seemed to kill the microwave. I finally gave up repairing it when I used up all the fuses in the pack from Lowes. I bought a GE Microwave and it has been a dream. It does a better job all around and looks a lot better than the Whirlpool. I no longer have matching appliances but at least they work! But thats not all. Now the Whirlpool refrigerator has been slowly dying. It has been groaning and creaking since I had it installed but it has gotten so loud that I have to sleep with white noise so that it doesnt wake me up. Yesterday, I took out a Drumstick ice cream cone from the freezer - they are the cones that have chocolate covered ice cream with nuts. I bit into the chocolate coating and the ice cream all spilled out like milk! Looks like Whirlpool struck again and I am not even going to bother to repair it. I just hope I dont get food poisoning until I can get it replaced. And...the dishwasher. Well, it wont dispense the Jet Dry liquid if I fill up the reservoir. I have to fill it only half way or it wont work. I had to use an eyedropper to get the tank down to half. It doesnt really get the dishes clean either. My 20+ year old one I got rid of was 100% better than this Whirlpool dishwasher.Luckily, I hardly ever use the range...and when I do, its a burner or two so I havent had any problem with it yet. I am thinking of replacing it anyway simply because I dont want - ever - anything that says Whirlpool in my home. I was so excited when I decided to buy new appliances. I was finally going to have something new and nice in my home...or so I thought. Instead I wasted my money and got aggravation instead of joy. I dont know about others but I will never buy Whirlpool appliances again- never ever. And now I feel like my money was stolen from me -- and my joy definitely was stolen.

I purchased a GW399LXUS Whirlpool Gas Range. This is the slide in kind. I paid 1658.00 dollars for this stove, because it was a gas convection oven. We purchased it on 7/21/09. Just yesterday, the keypad numbers stopped working. I cannot even set a temperature for the oven. So now, I can only use the burners. I called Whirlpool today. They told me that my stove does not have any recalls so there is nothing they can do about it. I spoke with Jessica in Michigan. I told her how dissatisfied I was that the stove is only 2 years old and the most important part (the buttons) stopped working and they only cover this for one year. She told me that I have to remember that man made things are made to stop working at some time. I told her they should work for longer than 2 years. I remember way back when my parents bought a stove or fridge and they lasted for 15 to 20 years before breaking or stopping to work.I am a long time Whirlpool customer and always had good luck with their products. But I really feel that they should fix this problem. I could understand if the stove was 8 or 10 years old and something broke after using it, but not after 2 years. I will definitely tell everyone I know to not buy Whirlpool or Maytag since they are one in the same. I probably will not buy Whirlpool again and will have to buy something from Japan since it will last longer. So much for buying American made junk!

Purchased a Whirlpool hot water tank from Lowes 5/12 and have had NOTHING but problems with it since day 2. The tank I replaced was around 20 years old, never a drip, never a problem, it just finally rusted through.. Well this piece of JUNK I had installed is just that JUNK.. I have been in contact with this company many times, they ALWAYS have a new story. I replaced my old thermal expansion tank 3 months after buying this JUNK because I was told it could be that. Well that didnt fix anything and cost me $60.00, then it was pressure relief valve, ok, another $20.00, nope not that. Well back on the phone and emailing this company, now they tell me I am not vented correctly, because with all the repairs being done on this tank, my Son noticed the top plastic pieces melting. Well back on the phone I go, and of course Whirlpool tells me, its me again.. Had piles going into my chimney replaced, no help, replaced thermal expansion tank again, no help, replaced pressure relief valve, no help. So sick of cleaning up water I want to throw up. Well I now know why they say, do not return to store where you purchased it, because it is bad business to have Lowes parking lot, looking like a Whirlpool graveyard for their product. .

Whirlpool customer service agreed that it was noisy and said they would send a technician out. Whirlpool customer service never told me the technician they were sending would cost me 25% of the washing machine cost. The technician said this is normal all machines are this loud. Now I am out the cost of the washing machine plus the cost of the technician and all I have is a very noisy washing machine. Im a real satisfied customer. The machine was bought 12 days ago.

We purchased the microwave. It looked nice and seemed sturdy. I bought a trim kit to make it look Built in. As soon as I finished installing the microwave and kit we tried to use it. My wife could not get the door to open unless she pushed the door button hard several times. I checked to see if the trim kit was causing the problem and it was not. We kept trying to get the door to open as it should but could not make it work correctly. I even used a little lubricant and it did not help. We then looked up the reviews and saw this was a prevalent problem. We then returned the unit and trim and ordered a Samsung. It will be in on the 25th of March. I placed a review on Lowes site but Whirlpool removed it saying since I took it back they removed the negative review. Since it was defective I wanted the public to see the truth on this unit.

Bought a Whirlpool Cabrio. Noticed it was getting really loud less than a year into owning it. Called while it was under warranty. The tech said it was fine. Within the next year and a half it got so loud, you cant hear anything else in the house while it is running. Now it is leaking from the tub seals and the bearings are going out according to two service techs I have had come look at it. They say it is more expensive to fix than the washer is even worth. This is due to the parts that would be used to fix it are the same cheap Whirlpool parts that were put in it in the first place. They both said that these are not good washers and commonly go out about a year and half to three years old. Shame on Whirlpool for making such a low quality product and not being willing to do anything about it.

We got our Whirlpool french door refrigerator with freezer on the bottom (Model: GX5FHDXVY04) in June 2010. In the past six months, the refrigerator portion loses cooling and temperatures go to the 60s or 70s. We found out that by turning the unit off until it defrosts, it will work again for awhile. Weve had water overflow on our wood floor. When this happened the third time, I called Whirlpool to send a repair person. The person I talked to said it could be over $400 to repair and that it would be more economical to get an extended warranty for about $314, which I did. I did not receive the contract via email (it may have gotten lost in spam). The repair man came and said yes, this was a common problem due to a design flaw and that it needed a $6 part to make the water drain smaller - so that too much air didnt get in.It was May 1st before the repair could return to install it. This was done and we thought - expensive but its taken care of. Today, May 5th, the same problem happened and I have to throw away food again. Its the weekend and there is not a repair person available for two weeks - I got an order number and may request that the repair come sooner. To add insult to injury, I found out that the extended warranty is good only up to $450 and not good for any repair that might be needed in a year. Most of the repair goes to travel to get to Fairfield and labor and we have used most of the warranty already.

Purchased this electric range Maytag model YMES8800FZ1 in September 2017. Thought it was just like my old range with self cleaning mode. Beware! Do Not buy this or anything with this new AquaLift self clean technology. That means youre down on your hands and knées, scrubbing. It doesn’t work. Read all the reviews about this new technology. Salesman never informed us. We innocently bought the range with self cleaning, paid lots of money, for crap! Very upset. Will spread the word for all future buyers, pay attention to the self clean mode on what youre buying, cause no one will tell you. Now trying to reach Maytag, but apparently they don’t care.

We purchased a number of Whirlpool appliances (dishwasher, double door refrigerator, Duet stackable washer and dryer). After 14 months, the ice maker broke. $200 later, it was repaired with an upgraded kit.Last week, the washer error coded and the door locked so we could not get out the wet clothes. Called customer (no) service and they advised that we needed to call a service tech because he has a special tool to unlock the door. I stopped by our local appliance store and the counter person told me how to open the door. Had the tech come out for $70 and it could be the lock mechanism or the control panel. It turns out to be the control panel, which costs $250 + labor and would total to around $500, give or take a little. We are in our 60s, my wife does not take in laundry and the ice dispenser was seldom used because I can sneeze ice faster than this can dispense it so I open the freezer door to get my ice.The tech and the store clerk said that these were common problems with these machines. This was a major expense when purchased. So far, the dish washer has not had any problems, but tonight might be the night. The reason we bought Whirlpool is because of the Maytag connection, now that is in the same toilet.

I just purchased $4000 worth of Whirlpool appliances, and now, I have no idea if they are going to last. It is a piece of junk that I paid good money for. In this day and time, we have to watch what we spend. I think Whirlpool should be a stand-up company and admit to taking our hard-earned money for a piece of junk. Dont they realize that its going to hurt their business.

I purchased my Whirlpool washer on June 28, 2011. Within 4 months, I had to call for a repair. It is now going to be a year and I am on my seventh repair call. The repairs have been everything from loose pulleys, new belts, and new valves. When I called to complain, they said there is nothing they could do and I should take out the extended warranty. I have had washing machines last up to 15 years. Needless to say, they werent Whirlpools. I really would like to have it replaced. I dont think its fair to me that I should have to wait for a repairman to come out and tell me he doesnt have the part and has to come back. I did take out the extended warranty, which cost approximately $150.00 and that should not have to be.

In the first year of my Whirlpool Washing Machine, the motor quit working entirely. Fortunately, the machine was under a 1-year warranty and the motor was replaced by a Whirlpool service technician. My big complaint with this washing machine is this: Even though you select hot water for the wash cycle, the machine has sensors in it that only allow the water to get lukewarm. If it senses the water getting too hot, it adds cold water to bring the wash temperature back down to 78 degrees F. Next time I will do my research and buy a machine that actually allows one to use hot water.

Similar to what I am reading below and on other sites, my hot water heater stopped working. I spent about an hour trying to relight the pilot light, which apparently you cant do with this model because it breaks. My first thought and action was to call a plumber to come fix it. When he arrived he said it was reverse thread and that I would have to call Lowes to get a replacement part. When I called Lowes they said they would call Whirlpool and then give me a call back. Two days later I still havent heard back or taken a shower; I am going to the gym tonight. Finally, I got online and called the 800-number and am being sent a part to arrive tomorrow. I asked to be reimbursed for the cost of the plumber since they obviously knew they had a problem (they assumed why I was calling the warranty line) and redesigned the issue with a voluntary recall. Whirlpool, please make this right. I know you license your name to American but it is still your name and brand reputation.

Its amazing to me that every other complaint listed here is identical to the problems I have had with my Duet washer. In the past 4 years, I have had two Duet washers and now, the 2nd one has to be replaced. On the first, the control board blew and it was too expensive to consider replacing. I had a new Duet later that day (I use a great, small local appliance store that is reliable and has a great reputation so I know Im not being screwed over). This one made it for 3 years before the bearing broke. It sounds like its about to launch into orbit. I can either continue to use it until it stops working (likely very soon) or just replace it now as its too expensive to repair. I cant take a chance on it breaking down, so...Thats a good gig Whirlpool has, huh? Repairs are prohibitively expensive so they sell more machines. Whirlpool appliances used to be among the most reliable and well-made. Not any more. Two Duet washers in 4 years in my honest opinion is ludicrous. When it did work, it seemed to do the job and I have to admit to very, very heavy use (3-5 loads/day). But the days of a washer lasting 20-30 years are long over.

We purchased our side by side refrigerator from Lowes. When it was delivered, we noticed the freezer door was rubbing on the ice maker and would not close properly. The refrigerator was replaced. Then about 10 months later, the water dispenser stopped working. Service came out and said the water line had ice in it (we do not keep the freezer on high). They replaced the water line in the door. About 6 months later, after the unit was out of warranty, the same thing happened. We called Whirlpool and they said there was nothing they could do, because the unit was out of warranty. I cleaned out the water line tubing myself and the unit worked again, but the problem occurred again several months later and it does not seem right that the water dispenser line should keep freezing up. In addition, every two months we have to take the ice maker apart because the ice will no longer dispense because of an ice buildup in the ice cube container. We used to think that Whirlpool made reliable products, but with these problems and Whirlpools unwillingness to correct the problem, we will never buy their products again. They have lost a long time customer because of their products now and their customer support.

I bought a Whirlpool top load washer. In less than a month it had to be serviced by their recommended service repair. It has never worked properly. It malfunctions almost everytime it is used and takes at least an hour to wash even a small load. At first I thought I may have acquired an odd lemon. After talking with several friends who had bought the same Whirlpool model I found we all had the same complaints. My old machine could wash a king size comforter in 36 minutes... that was energy efficient.

We purchased this model in July of 2019 and have had nothing but problems with it since. The design is really bad - if you set the temperature on the ideal setting, everything on the top shelf freezes solid. If you reduce the setting to the one below ideal, your freezer doesnt get cold enough to keep ice cream hard. The ice cubes are a little more than half the size of our last Whirlpool refrigerator and the unit is noisy. Weve had Whirlpool out to work on it 4 or 5 times in the first 6 months and twice weve had to throw away food due to the unit not cycling on and off properly. One of the technicians told us he spends a lot of time working on this particular model - evidently, it has a lot of issues. We are now using our old garage refrigerator while we try to get Lowes to give us a refund on this piece of junk.

The cabrio washer that we purchased in 2010 did a good job of cleaning the clothes but the case started rusting within 6 months. After service calls and e-mails and phone calls, there have been no helpful suggestions beyond buy a complete new case. I hesitate to do that because I am convinced there is a design flaw in the area where the soap dispenser is located which allows the soap to flow between the case and the drum and it eats away theinside of the case through the inadequate paint covering on the outside of the case. It is a mess. Now the instruction panel is bubbling and lifting. I carefully care for my equipment and have kept two washers over 15 years and they still were in good shape with cases still looking new. This is not something I am doing wrong. It is a piece of junk with a terrible paint job and it cost more than any washer I have ever had. I wish I had some recourse. I am on a fixed income and had hoped this would be the last washer I would have to buy. I have photos.

Whirlpool electric range oven wont turn off. Used the oven 2 or so times per year.... Very unsafe, expecting internal breaker that would shut the thing down. Whirlpool Range/Oven PT3196685 happened on 6-10-2014, was baking cookies with timer on for 9 min. First batch turn out good, 2nd batch on fire before even get to 6 min, the burner is brightly hot and cant shut off from the panel... Saw ERR then COOL indicator... Tried but no respond from panel. The burner element wont turn off and temp keep rising white hot... The only way to shutoff is the house circuit breaker. But soon you turn on the breaker, the oven would turn on by itself and you cant switch it off. Where is the safety breaker on these range/oven when something goes beyond 500 degree..... UNSAFE PRODUCT. Ordered a new Whirlpool Gold 700 series but canceled after discovered others experienced similar situation with the new product. Could have burn down the house and worst when lives involved. WONDER IF ANYTHING WAS DONE TO CORRECT THESE SAFETY ISSUE.

I purchased it in 2011 for $1100 Canadian. Smooth glass top and true convection. The controls were easy to use, and understand. What bothered me was that it stopped working just after the warranty ran out. I did my research, and found that the newer ranges that have the controls on top at the back have issues with the motherboard overheating, and causing this problem. I did speak to Whirlpool customer service, and managed to convince them to supply the replacement part at no cost. I paid my local dealer to install it. This repair lasted for just over 1 year. Same problem again. This time I could not convince Whirlpool to supply the part. FYI The part in question is the controller. Essentially a motherboard. All the controls are operated through this small computer. It is the only replacement part that costs over $100. Last I checked it was around $450 Canadian. The reason for the fault is overheating. According to the tech that fixed it the first time, it is the most common problem with this style of range. I find this concerning considering the only thing a range does is create heat!Keep in mind that you are virtually held over a barrel. There are only two companies that market their products under multiple names adding up to over 80% of the appliances on the market. They battle for that market by offering more bells and whistles, and less quality. The Range I replaced four years ago was 20 years old. I just replaced my Whirlpool 3 months ago. I went outside of the 80%, and bought a Samsung. Im rolling the dice, and went with induction top. My theory is it will produce less heat because it just heats the pot, not the stove top.Low quality drives me nuts. I want fewer bells and whistles, and more long lasting reliability. I should be able to go my lifetime and only buy two or three ranges. We really like the induction top. It works fast, and doesnt produce too much excess heat. Dual zone oven is a good idea. We werent looking for it, but there was a deal on. The dual zone induction range was only $50 more than the regular one beside it. Now my wife uses it all the time. She will have cookies in one zone, and a casserole for supper in the other. True convection is the other must have. It does a great job cooking everything evenly.

I purchased my stove in June 2020. I had no idea it was to be connected to the internet, but no big deal. Had I known of all the other quirks I would have thought twice. 1: A red light comes on to tell you a burner is on but not which one. 2: A red light appears when a burner is hot but it doesnt show which one. 3: Only 3 burners out of 5 can be used for cooking the other 2 are warming and melting ONLY. 4: The stove updates its software whenever it feels like it and shuts off the oven and burners. 5: Periodically I have the oven on and it just turns itself off!6: The touch controls for the oven are in a bad spot because if you accidentally touch them when the oven is on the oven will shut off.Not sure if it has any serious problems just the inconveniences listed.

I am very upset. I feel like I have bought disposable appliances! How could I have such serious problems after only 2 years? I have a Whirlpool Gas Water Heater, product #0733136, that was installed in 2010. The pilot has repeatedly gone out and had to be re-lit. After reading some of the comments, I am amazed that other people were told to verify gas supply with the gas company (done) and clean the air intake (done) and then to call customer service and be told to do the intake cleaning again (done professionally six days ago). I will never buy another Whirlpool appliance, and fortunately, I am in property management and can advise others to avoid this company as well. I am extremely disappointed in Lowes for not doing a better job of providing reliable choices for their customers especially after these many complaints over the years. I have decided to replace the water heater with another brand immediately.

A-10 error on display ultimately means needs a new pump. The washer (model WFC7500VW 2) is 3 months, 9 days old and is now unusable. I cannot get any service (under 1-year manufacturers warranty) because the sticker inside the door with the model and serial # is missing (i.e., it was sold to me by Homedepot.com without a serial # on the door label, sticker is intact and is brand new and apparently was printed without a serial #).I made multiple calls to Whirlpool in Benton Harbor, Michigan and finally spoke with Courtney (who states she was a supervisor) pretty much said all they will do is to reprint a label from the factory and I should have it in 7-10 business days. They refuse to stand behind their product and authorize timely repair of their product they sold to my without a serial # on the door tag from the factory. I have to wait to schedule factory warranty repair until I get the new label (probably 3 weeks plus without a usable washer). Courtney refused to contact me via email for any of her contact information or to supply verification of conversation or promise of a new factory label. Also, she refused to try to authorize any type of manufacturers warranty to fix the brand new unusable washer!

Purchased on 04-26, professionally installed on 04-29 into a clean, large, well-ventilated area within the garage. Has turned itself off every day since then. Flashes code 10, screen is dirty... Pull the burner and the screen is clean. Called Whirlpool. They tell me to clean it again, so I do. This goes on for weeks... I can now pull the screen and clean it with my eyes closed. I get up a half hour early every morning to complete my water heater re-lighting procedure so my family can take a warm shower!!! Whirlpool gives me a phone number to a repair company. They tell me the repair person will have parts on the truck. I wait four days, guy comes out and says, You need a control valve.... did they send it to you? So I had to call Whirlpool back and order the valve... three more days... Very next day after repair, the thing shuts itself off again! I call Whirlpool and they try and push me off to the repair company, saying they are now responsible for the repair, but in the same sentence the tech says the heater needs a burner assembly. Okay, so you know it needs a burner assembly, but you ask me to contact the repair company to come out and fix it knowing they DO NOT have the parts on the truck? Only after I change my tone and raise my voice does she offer to send the part ahead of the repair appointment! In my opinion, Whirlpool has reached the top of a list shared by other mega companies like Bank of America and Time Warner Cable... Too bad the accolade is for the worst product and customer service. The fridge doesnt cool at all! Whirlpool sent out an appliance repair company who said they ordered the parts. Its been 2 months and guess what still no parts on order and still have no refrigerator. So after 45 or more minutes on the phone with them for the millionth time we came to the conclusion that we are stuck with a POS refrigerator! They refuse to swap the fridge out. Looks sleek, lots of settings BUT IT DOES NOT GET CLOTHES CLEAN - not on any setting, not if loaded as recommended or under-loaded, not if I use more or less detergent, and not if I follow all the tips for getting rid of residue. This machine so under-performs I have to spot clean my clothes AFTER I was them. And were not talking deep dirt or grime here, or things that need special treatment, Just ordinary dirt dirt, to which the machine adds gray streaks of dirty water residue. Thank God I didnt buy this turkey for myself -- I will NEVER buy one of these machines. I did two small rugs today and they came out dingier than they went in. These machines should be recalled. He also said that maybe it was rusted when it was delivered. Not!!! Then I call P.C. Richard in Watchung, NJ where I bought the machine at and told them about the problem. My 3 year old Whirlpool refrigerator costing $1285.86, needs a new motor and fan. Of course it died right after a trip to the grocery store. On a week temperatures were well into the 90 degree range. Needless to say my groceries had to be thrown out at a cost of an additional $250. How convenient that the refrigerator died 2 months after the 3 year protection plan ran out. I just spent $182.94 to have a repair person come and check out the refrigerator. I will need to spend another $170.00-$200.00 for the motor and fan once the parts come in, which can take up to another 10 days. Had to go out and buy a backup refrigerator that cost $562.38. Also had an issue with this refrigerator after a year and half with ice building up in the bottom of the freezer. Luckily we had the protection plan at that time, otherwise that would have cost us $157.58. The refrigerator is stainless steel and I have a terrible time keeping the rust off the front of it. At this point l guess all I can do is warn everyone I know to never buy a Whirlpool appliance if this is an indication of how they manufacture their products. So very disgusted with this refrigerator! Sad my old Frigidaire was close to 30 years old when the freezer just wasnt freezing well anymore. Then noticed it was taking longer for clothes to wash and sometimes the water did not completely drain. Called for Service under LOWES warranty (the worst people to deal with). Tech comes removes a penny and dime and tells me that is the problem. Leaves. 45 minutes after he leaves there is the noise again. Call and set up for this Service Company to come back. Even though they went out of business prior to the appointment Lowes Service would not listen to me and insisted I stay home ALL DAY for someone who did not show up. Repeated calls to the Service Company resulted in nothing - phone disconnected. So finally after much frustration I am given new appointment with new Service Company - PARRISH. Tech comes in here five minutes and wants to know the sound, I explain. He checks out the unit and tells me it is a major problem and the part and labor will be costly. Best if they just replace the machine. His added comment - I see a lot of this. So if this machine is such a problem why was it not recalled? I am getting a replacement as I have warranty and machine was not a year old when problem started. Lowes Service Contract is another problem but I will deal with that later.

I did not purchase the washer (Cabrio Top Load Clothes Washer) but inherited it in a home sale. Never had a non agitator. I was excited for this new washer. After a week I knew why they left it! My clothes did not seem clean; stains were still on them, when I used the delicate cycle a pair of pants went in folded and came out folded!!! I also would have to redistribute the clothes every time I had a load that was larger than five pieces, because it would stop. I would actually have to take clothes out and spin what was remaining then put those in the dryer and put the other clothes back in and spin those again. I was told I needed to use OxiClean on top of my normal detergent in order to get my clothes clean. Never again will I purchase a Whirlpool. Just bought an LG; fingers crossed.

I bought my Whirlpool gas stovetop in March of 2016. The burner knobs that connect to the stove is made of plastic and all 5 knobs broke within the first year. Each year I have replaced knobs and had issues with the knob breaking and then not being able to tell if the gas is off or on. I have called and talked to people at Whirlpool about this issue several times. Although they seemed concerned they will not replace the knobs and I have had to purchase them through Whirlpool. The gas stovetop obviously has a serious and extremely dangerous design flaw. I have kept some of the broken knobs just to tell others about this terrifying flaw. Again, last night the gas was on for several hours before we discovered it!! I called Whirlpool again and they were unconcerned. The Model is #WCG97US0DS00, Serial#D60509297. Beware and DO NOT PURCHASE this gas stovetop. I wish I had not bought mine.

Purchased model # WRX7355D8MOO through Lowes summer of 2013. By summer of 2014 ice started building up under freeze drawer. Little did I realize the compressor was failing, air flow was stopped up. Ice maker failed. In 2016 water dispenser calibration off, freezer failed. Called in certified Whirlpool repair. They spent three days troubleshooting problems. Repairmen told me, not to spend any more money to repair this fridge, buy a new fridge. I spent $2300 on this fridge. Its only 2 1/2 years old. Whirlpool better get their quality control issues resolved or shut down the plant. I know many part are made in Mexico, poor quality. Why pay for an expensive appliance that only last two years.

I purchased a Whirlpool Cabrio washer model #wtw8200yw in August 2012. I just purchased a new washer today (Jan 2018) to replace it! We have had to replace the lid lock twice, then the cycle knob would only work on the normal cycle. Last week it started to sound like it was going to take off! Had a repairman come and the bearings went out in it, will cost almost $500 to fix! Not spending another dime on this junk! I purchased a new washer today (not a Whirlpool either!)

We bought this fridge about 5 years ago, it was the exact same model as one we bought in 2003 but everything had changed, the plastic for the drawers was a fraction of the thickness in the older model and it breaks and cracks with the slightest bump like setting the lettuce in, the frame of the door is full of cracks and the fridge keeps leaking then freezing and making puddles on the floor. The little plastic tabs for the ice dispenser broke. It is absolute garbage. The one we bought in 2003 was great clearly the company has NO integrity or desire to make a decent product. I wont be buying anything Whirlpool EVER again.

My husband purchased a Cabrio washer and dryer pair for Christmas 2010. I have faithfully used the affresh every month, and spent a fortune on it I might add. But for about the last year or so, no matter that the washer has been cleaned at times when the load is finished there is all kinds of black stuff in the tub and on the clothes. The tray under the detergent dispenser is all black and nasty and impossible to clean thoroughly. The black stuff will come through the holes in the tub as well. Water stands in the bleach dispenser at times, fabric softener does not all dispense, the LID is broken and has been but I cannot afford over 200.00 for a LID and about 100.00 to have repairman to put it on. We do not have heavily soiled clothes that would create excessive dirt, never have had and we are now retired so we surely dont now. Bottom line, I thought maybe this would be the last washer I would need but I hate it. It is only 5 years old but I am stuck as I cannot afford a new one now. Factory rep says if it is cleaned as it should be, I should not be having this problem. Not true, it has been cleaned as recommended!!!

Whirlpool Cabrio - I have had the same experience as those others that have written reviews - over $1,600.00 (on sale) - approximately 3 years old and I was just informed by a service repairman that water has leaked from the center of the tub into the motor and it is trashed. I went to the Whirlpool website to chat with a representative and they are sorry but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be no repairs or parts replacements needed as components do deteriorate or fail on occasion due to factors over which we have no control - they went on to say that since the washer is approximately 3 years old there would be no assistance that we would be able to provide toward repairs. I agree that a class action suit should be considered since Whirlpool is taking no responsibility for a machine that costs too much - makes your clothes smell and lasts for such a short time. Highway robbery!! The dryer is no better but at least it is still working (today anyway!).

So, I have a house full of relatives from out of town staying over and as luck would have it, my Whirlpool water heater (model # BFG1F4033T3NOV) which I had installed 15 months ago, decided to stop working. The pilot light went out and would not stay lit no matter how long I held the red restart button. I called Whirlpool customer service and was informed straight away that their computer system was down and they wouldnt be able to order parts if I needed them (great start right?). I explained to the woman on the phone what my issue was and also told her that after searching online, Ive found that this is a common failure with these hot water heaters that Lowes sells where the thermal couple is defective and needs to be replaced. She began to inform me that before any parts was ordered (which she couldnt do because the computers were down), I would have to clean the vent openings on the bottom of the HW heater. No big deal. Then, Id have to have my gas line pressure verified by my gas company (what?). If both were found to be fine, Id have to confirm that my flue is at least three feet above my roof line before they would send me parts to repair my unit. This is about where I lost my mind.I run the RMA/Customer service department in my company and if anyone has issues with our products, we ship first and ask questions later. How can a company with known defective products give their customers the runaround and basically tell them that they are screwed until they can take off time from work for a gas co. to come to their home and will also have to have flue replaced before theyll warranty their product?! Whirlpool should be ashamed of themselves and Lowes should distance themselves from such a crappy company with substandard products and shoddy warranty practices. Ill never buy another Whirlpool product as long as I live and will warn anyone away from this company.

In November 2014, I purchased a Whirlpool 22 cu ft side by side refrigerator from my local appliance store. During that short time, there have been 4 instances where the ice clumps together and gets stuck, causing a large amount of ice to dump inside the freezer door. When the door is opened, the ice falls out onto the floor. I usually spend 10 minutes picking up ice and wiping up my kitchen floor. I have had the local store repairman over. He told me that was normal. Two things are seriously wrong with that statement. When I spend 1600.00 for a brand new appliance, I should be able to depend on the fact that it will function in at least a somewhat acceptable manner. Additionally, that statement by the repairman convinced me that he was not really interested in fixing the problem. I really dont think the normal operation of a new appliance is for it to make frequent, large messes for the owner to clean up. This appliance is junk and you would be foolish to purchase it. Spend a bit more money and buy a Samsung or LG. Save yourself the frustration and sense that you have been cheated and deceived by Whirlpool. I will never buy this brand again.

Finally I got a callback after spend an hour on the phone saying that it will take one more week. I had to call Whirlpool to expedite service and because of weekend I have to wait another 4 days to get the part. There are 7 people living in my house including 2 yr old. We are having hard time with the food and waste of food. We probably throw away $200 worth of food. And spending money every single day on food. I have to buy every other day for my 2 yr old. Whenever I tried to call for compensation, I get transferred to different department. I am so tired with this kind of service. I would never buy any appliance from Costco or Never refer to anyone. Whirlpool stated I was beyond the 1-year warranty and said there was nothing they would do, except sell me a 1-year warranty for $299. I was at their mercy, so I purchased the warranty for $299 and had the fridge fixed. I would like to be reimbursed at least for the $299 warranty charge. Without a doubt, the worst washing machine Ive ever owned. After 15 years, my trusty old Maytag finally quit, so we searched around and ended up purchasing the Whirlpool Cabrio Platinum 3 years ago. In that time, the hinge on the lid broke, and now it makes a deafening noise when spinning. We called a repairman and he said the bearings were bad and needed to be replaced... Total cost $275 plus $50 for fixing the lid. When we told the repairman that it was only 3 years old he couldnt believe it! We decided against fixing it because from the start it never got the clothes as clean as we were used to, and without the agitator post in the middle, which was a big selling point by the salesperson who sold it to us, the washer continually stops with an Uneven Load message. Large load, small load, it doesnt matter. You cant do a load of any size without the load becoming uneven. We are now searching for a new washer, and although I dont know what well buy, I can guarantee it wont be a Whirlpool.

We purchased a brand new home with a brand new Whirlpool microwave in it. It was a combo, over the range/hood vent, model WMH1162XVB-0. Every now and again, sparks fly when preparing vegetables. Three times a repairman came to our home with no results. Each time, the problem persisted, with no improvement. On the first visit, the diagnosis was that we did not know how to properly use a microwave. It was noted that they gave us operating instructions and a personal tutorial to solve the problem. On the 2nd visit, we were instructed to buy a protective cover for our bowls when using the microwave. I asked if this would solve the problem, and was told no, but at least we wouldnt see it. This time, the random sparks happened in front of the repair man. He responded that it was the high iron content in the corn and peas that would ignite the sparks. Also, he said we needed to thaw everything before putting it in the microwave. Again, our issue was listed as consumer-use error and nothing was done.On the 3rd visit, we explained that we could not use the microwave on any setting higher than 70 for risking of sparks flying. We showed him the cover we were using, and the permanent marks being left by sparks. Again, the serviceman witnessed the sparks flying, even on thawed peas and corn that simply needed to be heated. He responded that by adjusting the power, and using the cover, we were obviously learning how to work the microwave and informed us that the next service call for this issue would be at our expense. There was nothing they would do for us, as the problem was our fault, not theirs. We explained that other neighbors with the same microwaves are not having this trouble, and we felt it was simply a faulty unit. He didnt seem to agree, nor care what we felt.I have been using microwaves daily for over 20 years. Our neighbors, having the same exact model, have had no issues at all. I know this is simply a faulty unit, and feel endangered each time I use the microwave. Whats even worse is the way Whirlpool has handled our situation. Our microwave is now 4 years old, and I have learned to rely on my toaster oven. When people visit, we have to caution them on the microwave. I will never buy any Whirlpool appliance for my home again. I do not trust the quality of their products or their service.

The trim on the front the my Whirlpool electric range has rubbed off. This is where the knobs for the burners are located. It was replaced once during the Whirlpool 1 year warranty (so it obviously happened with the first year!) and again during the second year we have had it. We have an extended warranty but have been told that it is not covered. It is ecstatically unacceptable. We have not used any type of harsh cleansers on it - simply a sponge to remove any spills yet it keeps on disappearing. I strongly recommend against buying any range from Whirlpool as it is quite obvious that they do not stand behind their products beyond the first year.

The machine is two years old. It cost over $1,000 to buy. From the beginning, we have had mold issues with the machine. The entire house fills with the smell of rotten eggs every time we use it. The machine is used daily so it doesnt sit for long periods. Despite all the complaints online about their machines, Whirlpool refused to acknowledge that there is a design problem with the machine. They refused to make any repairs or buy the machine back and their only suggestion was to buy more chemicals from them to use to clean the machine. We have done this in the past to no avail. Oh, they did offer to send out a service company but on my dime. Whirlpool needs to be sued and I only wish that someone would start a class action suit against them. It really stinks when you try and do the right thing and buy American only to have the company not give a crap about their customers or the fact that their product is garbage. About 10 years ago, I had a Maytag front loader washing machine with the same problem. Maytag bought the machine back on a pro-rated basis, no problem, no question. Of course, Maytag is now owned by Whirlpool. Too bad they didnt adopt Maytags customer service policy. I cant wait for them to go out of business - something they deserve.

I have had the machine pair (Whirlpool Cabrio Platinum) for almost 4 years
I have had the machine pair (Whirlpool Cabrio Platinum) for almost 4 years and up until a few months ago I LOVED the washer. I was advised when I bought the machine to make sure to read the manual, which was very helpful in learning to use it properly. I have never had residue on my dark clothing or ever had the clothes come out partially dry. I use liquid HE detergent nothing powder goes in the machine. I also read many reviews before buying it and a got some advice from them. I have washed king size comforters with no problems. Everything has always cleaned very well. The only issues I have are that when bleach was used in a previous cycle. Ive had a problem with the bleach not being fully dispensed and ending up in the next load. Fortunately it was just towels and not darks!!! Although, I had just bought the towels and now they look tie died which was very upsetting to me. I learned to add water to the bleach dispenser to dilute it and that issue seemed to dissipate. BUT NOW... I COULD THROW A TANTRUM. I PAID 1800+ FOR THE PAIR AND THE WASHER IS SHOT!!! A pretty common problem with the Cabrio from what Ive read. It started by making a very loud noise when spinning, like a helicopter was landing in my laundry room! I continued using it, I even thought the sound was getting better after I did the clean cycle. The last load I did would not complete the cycle because it kept reading that it was unbalanced and unfortunately it was a load of heavy wet towels. I was far from happy when I had to remove them and go to a Laundromat. Needless to say its the bearings and to fix its very costly. I cant even fathom that a less than 4 year old machine needs to be repaired and the cost is roughly half of what I paid for it!!! I do know I will NEVER buy another Whirlpool. What happened to making things to last??? Next machine I will definitely get extended warranty. I can honestly agree with all the other reviews... THIS MACHINE IS HORRIBLE!!!

In the past 8 years, I have had to replace 2 Whirlpool Calypso washing machines and 1 Cabrio washing machine. All 3 washing machines worked great for the first 2 years. I purchased the Whirlpool extended warranty on all 3 washers. The first Calypso had 12 repairs done on it. Finally A&E repair service deemed the washer not repairable. Whirlpool replaced the Calypso with a new Calypso. Based on the problems with the first one, I again, purchased the extended warranty. Again, after the manufacturers warranty expired, I again had issues. After numerous repairs, A&E deemed the washer unrepairable. I contacted Whirpool warranty service and was told that they would reimburse me 75% of the cost of their choice of a Whirlpool washer! Since I have had 10 hand surgeries, I need a washer that does not have an agitator (hence the original Calypso purchase). The model that Whirpool warranty deemed as a replacement had an agitator and was also a much lower energy efficiency rating. I found that the Cabrio was a comparable replacement model and finally Whirlpool agreed to replace the washer at 75%. I was angry that they didnt cover the total replacement, but felt at least I got a totally new problem-free washer. I again purchased the extended warranty. I got the Cabrio in March of 2008. In April of 2011, the washer started getting rust around the bleach dispenser and also I would get UL code (Uneven Load). A&E tech came out and replaced a bearing. He said that the rust was not covered under the warranty. I asked how it was okay to have rust around the bleach dispenser if the washing machine is always wet with water. A month later, I was still having a UL code and the rust was getting worse. A&E came out again and said that even though I saw rust around the bleach dispenser, the rust was in fact underneath the tub and had eaten away at the parts. He called the warranty company to authorize repairs and the Whirlpool warranty company denied any more repairs on the washing machine.

My Brother-In-Law bought a Whirlpool Gas Water Heater from Lowes last year. The Water Heater was still under warranty and would not stay lit. He called Whirlpool and they told him to send them a picture of where the water heater was installed (really? a picture). They told him he could not order the replacement part which was a Thermopile because he had to have a licensed person install it? Really? In your own home? My husband finally got Lowes to order the part because Whirlpools only help was for him to purchase a new water heater and Lowes would give him 10% off a new one. Lowes and Whirlpool have a monopoly on water heaters. Whirlpool is the only brand that Lowes sells. So if you want your warranty to be good on a water heater DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL.

I purchased this refrigerator and have had problems with it from almost the beginning. First, the doors wholl not stay open long enough to remove items. The technician Whirlpool sent out said the cause was an uneven floor. I checked with a level and the floor is almost completely even. So, then it said thats the way it was intended to work. Isnt that what the adjustment wheels on the bottom are supposed to correct? They dont. One individual in Whirlpools customer service department told me that the doors were not a functional part of the fridge and, therefore were not covered by the warranty. What?Next the refrigerator leaked and ruined the ceiling in the floor below. A few weeks after that was fixed (the fridge, not the ceiling), the unit completely shut down and I lost a tremendous amount of food. Bad enough to have to go through this but then to have Whirlpool treat me so the horribly was absurd. Fridge broke on Friday and a service person came out on Wednesday. Tech tells me he has to order the part (control box) and I find out the next day that the part was on back order. I had already been without a fridge for a week when Whirlpool tells me the part was not available until 9/19 (this was on 8/6)! That was not an acceptable solution so I requested a refund or a new fridge. Nope, their job is to repair, not replace. They said they needed 7-10 days to see if they could get the part earlier. What? Then if it couldnt be repaired in a reasonable amount of time they would consider replacing the appliance. They would not define reasonable amount of time.I believe I spoke to about 10 or 12 different whirlpool reps, and was told 4 times that a supervisor would return my call. One person did call back when I was unable to answer the phone and I called her back within 20 minutes. Guess what, she wasnt available and she never responded to my 3 return calls. When I complained that I had spoken to so many different people and was tired of telling the fridge saga to yet another person who would not help me, she volunteered to be my point person. She gave me her direct extension and said she would handle my case. I left 3 or 4 messages for her and she never returned my call. In other words, I was constantly told that I would receive return calls but never did. In summary, no one cared that I had an almost brand new Whirlpool refrigerator that was not working and that the date I could expect a repair was indefinite. In addition to all of that, every time I called they were experiencing a high call volume. Maybe they could hire more staff? When this all started, Home Depot told me I had to go through Whirlpool because it was under their warranty for the first year. Finally I decided to go to the store (after all, I did pay them for the fridge). After 3.5 hours in Home Depot, they agreed to replace the refrigerator. I havent gotten it yet (they did send over a small loaner), I am really hoping this is the end of this fiasco. I want my life back!! !

I bought a 5 burner Whirlpool range that I really like except the danger of knobs turning on too easily and releasing gas. You just have to brush up against them lightly and they turn. 3 times my nephew has come into a gas smelling kitchen. Whirlpool sent repairman out. He said they operate properly. Really?? What to do?? Does someone have to die?

I purchased new dishwasher, range, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer 16 months ago. I have had problems with everything except the dryer! Lowes even traded my washer in for another because it could not be fixed.

My French door refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling while under a 5 year warranty. The repairman came out 4 times to fix it over a couple months and I lost the ENTIRE CONTENTS of my refrigerator and freezer 3 separate times! I am a single mom working at a non-profit agency and I had to take 4 DAYS off of work to accommodate the repairman. Finally the repairman notified Whirlpool it could not be fixed and I was told by Whirlpool that it would be replaced under the warranty and I should wait for a call back, which never came. I called back after a few days to speak with the Exchange department and Mindy told me that I had to pay $1600 to get the exchange! When I asked to have the call escalated she flatly refused! What kind of corporation is Whirlpool that would treat customers this way? Never mind that the quality of their products gets worse with every passing year! Made to break so they can force you to buy a new one! Ive been without a refrigerator for 8 days already and cant feed my family properly with no place to store food!

I like the Kenmore dishwasher as it has the cutlery basket in the door. This leaves more room for dishes on the rack instead of taking room up for the cutlery.

I was searching online and stumbled across this site. Funny that there were so many complaints about the console on the ovens, considering that my issue was with the console on a dryer I purchased. I have only had the dryer a year, and it stopped working. There is nothing else wrong with it, no codes, no problems with the lights, or anything else. A technician came out and found that it was a small plastic and metal button piece that helps the press here: spot on the dryer panel to connect to the start button on the console. The little arm had broken and the switch no longer worked.Figured we would have to purchase a new button. NOPE, apparently we were told that we had to purchase a new console (over $200 dollars, close to $300 with shipping)???!!! We were also told that wear and tear can cause the issue. Wear and tear?? On a dryer thats maybe run once a week for about a year? Try again, I think I need my boots because it sounds like horse** to me. I think I will pass this information along to people I know that are technicians so that they can let people know not to purchase from this company because they obviously arent going to address the situation. I think I might also utilize social media to let people know so that they dont have to go through this much aggravation. I certainly dont know what we are going to do, since it took me a year to pay that dryer off, I cant afford another dryer at this time. So unfortunately with a new baby on the way, you wont get any sympathy from me if your company takes a character hit.

I purchased a Whirlpool wash machine and dryer from Home Depot 3 years ago. From the outset we had problems with both units. Wash machine spin cycle does not work properly, and that causes a problem with getting clothes dry. Some soiled clothes will not clean properly and have to be hand washed. Dryer rarely works on one cycle, towels and bed sheets have to be run through a second cycle. These are NOT energy savers. Garbage product, I will never buy Whirlpool again.

A whirlpool water heater model FG1F5040T3 purchased from Lowes five years ago developed problems, which could not be fixed. My problems started two weeks ago when the pilot light would not stay lit eight hours at a time and then nothing. Having a service plan through our utilities, they were notified not once but as it stands now, 6 times. Six techs have been out to my house and replaced the thermocouple twice and a complete gas control valve. The pilot still will not stay lit. Supervisor contacted Whirlpool on Thursday. Now its Saturday and no word from Whirlpool and no hot water. Try to get assistance from Whirlpool after work hours and it is impossible. This tells me that they do not care about their customer or the product that they make. Do not buy Whirlpool products!

And me and my husband do construction and are asked a lot for a good appliances and we will tell our customers not to buy because Whirlpool is assembled in Mexico and their products are not worth putting in stores!!! Whirlpool is not the appliance that anyone needs so I definitely will tell everyone I come in contact with!!! Very dissatisfied!!!

I will never buy another Whirlpool again or recommend them to anyone, and discourage anyone from buying one. I bought a Cabrio washing machine just over 2 years ago and yesterday I received an F51 error code. The manual says that this code requires a technician to come a check for repairs. Well, before I do anything I google the problem, and lo and behold there are thousands of complaints about this issue with the Cabrio models. Some saying that what needed to be replaced were a control board ($280) and a rotor (unknown amount), not including the price of labor. Some said that Whirlpool knows about this problem and they covered the parts and repair. This didnt get my hopes up, but I called customer service and of course they said that there were no reported issues with the model and that what I found on the internet was probably an older model. Of course! The lady on the phone told me that they would not cover the costs and it would be anywhere from $300 to $500 depending on the route I wanted to take. That is a 1/3 to 1/2 the price I paid for the machine. This is ridiculous! I am tempted to just get rid of the washer and go with a better company that actually cares about their customers. This error code was definitely something they know is a big deal if there was nothing I could do about it other than call a technician. I paid almost $1000 for a machine that has barely lasted 2 years before I have to pay money to have it fixed. Not a company I would ever purchase anything from again!
