The refrigerator I purchased a week was a dud. Two days ago I received a replacement for a new unit with the same brand and type purchased a week ago from Lowes which never cooled properly (never even froze water into ice), and the coolest it got was 45 to 50%, after three days, with the coldest settings. This replacement works great. Cools like it should. Freezer at 0 and refrigerator cabin at 35 degrees to 40. Lowes was right on top with their service and callbacks - I give them an A for customer service.

If you ever bought something from the store and the sales person said dont worry about, if you have any problems they will go ahead and fix it.... BEWARE... I purchased my fridge from BrandsMart USA in Feb of this year.... It was approx 2500.000 fridge we bought because it matched the rest of the appliances. Little did we know this has been a living nightmare. They have been out to the house 7 times to fix this thing. Its less than 8 months old.... and its still broken. I have been without a fridge going on 2 1/2 weeks. The Senior Customer product review supervisor said he would get me a new fridge that was on the 27th. Every time I call him, his voice mail is full of.... Only to assume that is full of other satisfied customers. I HOPE YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD. What a waste of $2500.00.

Very disheartening to know that an established company such as Whirlpool does not stand behind their products or acknowledge known product defects. Based on the quantity of complaints logged on this site alone, Id think a recall would be required. Identical to other consumer posts within, we purchased the Cabrio Platinum washer/dryer set (WTW8000BW0). Exactly 24 months to the purchase date, jet planes began flying through our home with the noise concentrated in the laundry room. The dryer has been fine; however, the washer is a whole other issue. The bearings are shot (as many users have cited) and the noise is deafening... even with the laundry door closed, TV on high, dogs barking and flurry of activity in the kitchen! We made a switch to the Whirlpool brand 2yrs ago due to reputation and longevity. Ooops. Lesson learned and $700 out the window. Back to GEs. If youre reading this and concur with our review, just remember... customers always have a choice! Unfortunately, Whirlpool will figure this out the hard way. Just like other iconic brands... Smith-Corona, Blockbuster, Polaroid, Nokia, Saturn, Pontiac/Oldsmobile, Sony and many others. There is typically a reason a company offers tremendous sales incentives (price cut, rebate, special financing) to unload products. We found out why. Thanks for the memories Whirlpool!

This Whirlpool Gas oven with 5 burner top is very good and has given us 12 years of good service so far. The only issue is that the stovetop and oven are not easy to clean and keep clean. The finish is good and has no chips. I would expect the top to be easier to clean and keep clean with the finish technologies available. Same for the oven window glass - it is not easy to clean and keep clean.

Water began accumulating on the floor, dripping out of the freezer 16 month
Water began accumulating on the floor, dripping out of the freezer 16 months from installation. Upon investigating I found the bottom of the freezer had a solid sheet of ice on it. Water was dripping out from the back of the freezer and collecting until it froze. I followed a YouTube video that explained the problem, the freezer drain clogs. The video continued with a how-to dismantle the freezer to defrost the drain and drain the water. Apparently the drain is too small and the fix is a new grommet which costs approximately $27.00. I followed the YouTube video and TEMPORARILY fixed the trouble myself. This is a Whirlpool defect, aka, poor design. What is Whirlpool offering to customers to permanently solve this problem at no cost?

I purchased a Whirlpool 3-door refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom
I purchased a Whirlpool 3-door refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom on 8/17/12. Within 4 days, the ice maker stopped working. It took two days for the repairman to come out and fix it. So all is well with that. Less than 2 weeks later, the refrigerator isnt cooling. Several days later, the repairman came and determined it was the evaporator fan motor and clutch. The parts were back-ordered for 10 days. Parts came in 2 more days before he can come out and install them. He realized they sent the wrong parts. Another week went by, then he came and replaced the fan motor, which is now making an ear-piercing buzzing sound. He came back a week later and said it needed a gasket, which is back-ordered. In the meantime, he put some stick on insulation around the unit. Not much help. Another week went by, and the gasket showed up. It is still making a high-pitched whining sound. He said it was the compressor. Whatever! I hate the refrigerator. The sound is one that just grates on your nerves and you can hear it in all the rooms surrounding the kitchen! A repairman has to deem it unrepairable before they will even consider replacing it. They consider it fixed. What about my bleeding ears! I just want it gone! I am so disappointed. I thought Whirlpool was a good product with a solid reputation. I have a $2300 noise maker! Is there a class action lawsuit?!

WORST EXPERIENCE USING WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR. I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator in July 2013 (Model - Whirlpool Ref New 495 CLUB IMPERIA). Suddenly it stopped working on May 12 and I registered a compliant to the customer care. Engineer came in same and I was surprised by the service, he checked and said he rectified the problem and he left. But the problem was still there and it was never rectified. I launched the complaint again on May 13 and engineer came again and said there is gas problem in Compressor and he left by saying that another engineer will come to refill the gas in compressor. Next day new engineer came in he checked everything and said this compressor is not working and needs to be replaced. I said go ahead and replace it, he said it will take 1-2 days. I said “ok lets do it.” But now theyre saying that they do not have the compressor in stock and they will change the appliance. Again as I do not have another option I said “ok lets do it.”Now the drama start: they are saying I need to pay 20% as a depreciation of the total cost of the refrigerator + INR 1000/- (Cartage) + difference of the new refrigerator which comes to around INR 21,000/-. Well can someone tell me why I need to pay this huge amount when my appliance is still in 10 years of warranty and its just compressor problem and rest of the product is just fine. After fighting with them come to a conclusion that I need pay INR 10,200/- and I will get the new appliance. Now when I already paid the DEMAND DRAFT (DD) of this amount now no one is responding to me on when I will be getting a delivery of the new Refrigerator. Only God knows when I will be getting this. In this HOT summer we are facing a lot of issues just because of their bad service. No one from Customer Care is giving me any response nor are they taking my calls now.Now can someone tell me what I should do? I am left with no option and thinking of taking a legal action against them and thinking of launching a complaint in Consumer Court against them. Please give me your suggestions and send me your response at **. If anyone from WHIRLPOOL is look into this, please help on this matter urgently and respond me back ASAP.

My family purchased a Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine approximately 4 years ago. The first two years were fine. I had no issues out of the machine at all. The last two years (just as my warranty expired) have been terrible. It was serviced twice just before the warranty was up and my husband has serviced it twice since. On two separate occasions, the bearings have worn-out and the bottom seal leaks water all over my floors. I would never recommend one of these machines to anyone!

Never ever go for Whirlpool. It has the worst customer service. We brought an oven but accidentally we broke the inner oven plate. We called up the customer care person on 18002081800 and tried asking him the dimensions of the plate pr at least how we could reorder it. He never listened to us. He just got our details. Said that technician will come at 11am tomorrow and disconnected the call when we were trying to explain what our query is all about. Is that all the respect a customer deserves!? Is that how whirlpool trains their service people!? He doesnt even have the basic courtesy to listen to the customer, I wonder how was he even recruited as a customer care person. If you want at least your basic respect, please DONT BUY WHIRLPOOL.

I purchased a Whirlpool cabrio mod. wtw5840bwo washing machine in Oct. of 2014. As of June 2015 I am ready to kick it to the curb. The washer works to it design and hasnt broke down but it doesnt clean our clothes. We load the machine, add the right amount of clothes and recommended detergents and 1hr later after the wash cycle is completed, the clothes still stink with the smell of daily perspiration. I went back to using our old washer that has a worn out agitator. It does a better job.

I will never buy another Whirlpool again or recommend them to anyone, and discourage anyone from buying one. I bought a Cabrio washing machine just over 2 years ago and yesterday I received an F51 error code. The manual says that this code requires a technician to come a check for repairs. Well, before I do anything I google the problem, and lo and behold there are thousands of complaints about this issue with the Cabrio models. Some saying that what needed to be replaced were a control board ($280) and a rotor (unknown amount), not including the price of labor. Some said that Whirlpool knows about this problem and they covered the parts and repair. This didnt get my hopes up, but I called customer service and of course they said that there were no reported issues with the model and that what I found on the internet was probably an older model. Of course! The lady on the phone told me that they would not cover the costs and it would be anywhere from $300 to $500 depending on the route I wanted to take. That is a 1/3 to 1/2 the price I paid for the machine. This is ridiculous! I am tempted to just get rid of the washer and go with a better company that actually cares about their customers. This error code was definitely something they know is a big deal if there was nothing I could do about it other than call a technician. I paid almost $1000 for a machine that has barely lasted 2 years before I have to pay money to have it fixed. Not a company I would ever purchase anything from again!

My landlord replaced our old Whirpool topload washer with a Whirlpool HE topload machine last year. Looks sleek, lots of settings BUT IT DOES NOT GET CLOTHES CLEAN - not on any setting, not if loaded as recommended or under-loaded, not if I use more or less detergent, and not if I follow all the tips for getting rid of residue. This machine so under-performs I have to spot clean my clothes AFTER I was them. And were not talking deep dirt or grime here, or things that need special treatment, Just ordinary dirt dirt, to which the machine adds gray streaks of dirty water residue. Thank God I didnt buy this turkey for myself -- I will NEVER buy one of these machines. I did two small rugs today and they came out dingier than they went in. These machines should be recalled. If I could give it less than one star, I would.

I bought the washer Whirlpool duet on June 2009 (2 years and 2 months to date) and suddenly gave me an F70 code and died on me. It would cost me about $550.00 for parts and $129.00 for labor which is almost $700.00 in total. Its a communication error code where the CCU or the Motor Control Board was the culprit. I called the company for a concession consideration and they said they go by the warranty period. I should have read reviews for this company washers. Now, I have to find myself a better washer. I will never buy Whirlpool again. What a ripoff!

Our refrigerator had ice maker problems from the beginning. After 6-7 trips (with a warranty extension) they got it fixed. Then randomly the ice melted, made a puddle in fridge and on the floor, the freezer thawed. Then it would begin running after several days. Finally Whirlpool recommended we replace the computer brain for $1000 PLUS. The refrigerator is 4 years old. We are having a Bosch delivered today, even though the ice and freezer turned back on after being off for 3 days. Customer satisfaction stinks.

Help? WP Gold double convection wall ovens WOD93EC0AS rated very high by Consumer Reports installed end of February. Monday April 6, fan in top convection oven came on suddenly while oven not on. When I tried setting a baking temperature in top oven to see what was going on, message read This function is not available. After about 15 minutes the fan went off, and I could use the oven. Worked well Tuesday and Wednesday. Oven not used again this week, but this evening, Friday, same thing happened again. Process has been repeated several times with fewer times between fan turn on. Have turned off power to ovens until I can get a repairman. Has anyone else had this experience or know what the problem is. Have been reading about the problems with WP ovens. Wondering if I need in addition to Home Depot Warranty the one from Whirlpool as well. Had Bosch convection ovens for 12 years then self-cleaned and thermostats went out and cannot be replaced because parts no longer made or available through any supplier. Said I would not buy Bosch ovens again because the parts became unavailable even sooner. What a mistake. Apparently self-cleaning element blows a lot of ovens thermostats and/or circuit boards. Loved the ovens and had only one repair after the ovens were one or two years old. The Bosch dishwasher is same age and still working great and usually cant even tell it is on.

Purchased this Whirlpool Duet washer WFW920ww00 in 2011. 6 service calls while under 1 year warranty. The mother board was replaced..... after I smelled smoke and burning. Had trouble draining.... error codes F9E2 and F9E1 and SD (suds) and low flow were the usual. At times took 4-6 runs to get it through to point where I could open door. Often need to unplug for 20 minutes in order for it to progress. Clothes would not ring out... or be floating in water. Lately had to run on medium spin just to get it to work at all. The odor/smell was horrible and the rubber ring was black with mold after the 1st year. Completely stopped working this week, no power to panel. The repair shop said to not bother.... he has had customers replace 2 or 3 major parts in these and still keep getting the annoying error codes and difficulty making it through a complete wash. Moving on and buying something else.

I bought a Whirlpool Duet Washer and Dryer in September 2013 and washer is already broken. It leaks out the front of the front loading door (yes, I clean it as advised, including leaving door open to air dry etc). I am a retired senior citizen and my wife and I spend 6 months of the year in Florida so the washer has barely been used since we are barely home and its not like we are trying to wash load after load of heavily soiled items daily. I would not recommend this product at all!! The repair people said it would cost approximately $300 to fix and offered a plan to fix it for $350 with a 1 year warranty. Why should I bother to do either if I will have to do same after 1 year? This machine is barely used and broke?! The customer service people were not helpful and seemed only interested selling me the repair plan to fix what should not need fixing. So, to recap - I bought the machine in 9/13 then went to Florida from 10/13 to 4/14 (so it was used 1 month). Then, it was used from 4/14 until 10/14 (6 months). I returned from Florida this year in April 2015 and it started leaking in June 2015 (2 months). So, my machine has been used for a grand total of 9 months and it is already broken!!! Stay far away. Whirlpool should come and replace this machine for us for free if they care anything about customer service and senior citizens but clearly they do not. In Florida we have an old Sears Kenmore machine that has lasted for over 20 years!!

This is about the RBD305PDS12 double oven! I have wasted 3.5 days with Whirlpool/Maytag. We purchased a Whirlpool Range from Brands Mart USA and did not try to use it for quite some time because our house was not ready to move in. When we tried to turn on the oven it would not come on. We called a repair service and was told the Motherboard was not working. We realize the warranty was out on the stove but it never worked and the stove is Brand New. We called Whirlpool and they was going to repair and changed their mind on December 18, 2014 at 8:54 am. Before that call we had spent quite a lot of hours on the phone with Whirlpool and Brands Mart USA.. We purchased three appliances from Brands Mart USA Range, Dishwasher and Microwave at the same time they were all Whirlpool products. What happened to Good Customer Service and Return Customers for Job Security? Well neither Company care for their customers. We did not break a motherboard for a stove oven because the range was never turned on because it was broken when purchased.. We are unable to get any help from either company. I talked today to ** & Supervisor ** from-Whirlpool and ** - Brands Mart USA, again no help. Why transfer you from one company to another for 1 hour and 45 minutes? WISH I COULD GET SOME HELP. And we wonder why companies go out of business - word of mouth complaints and especially with Senior Citizens like us.

However, this last code,F70, has really been the last straw. Basically you are better off buying a new washer and staying away from Whirlpool. We had a company tech come and diagnose the washer. This code says that its the interface board. The company has replace this board 3 times and the code is still coming up. They have basically replaced everything in our washer and the code remains the same. Nothing is fixing it. They have had Whirlpool-certified employees come in to look at the washer and are unable to fix it as well. They have been trying to fix it for 2 months. I called Whirlpool corporate office and they informed me that the company that we went with is not Whirlpool-certified, therefore the only thing they will do is either give us 15 % of our money back if we were to by a new washer, or we can have a certified dealer come out and diagnose it again. Well, that is just a waste of time. We already know whats wrong with it and would have to pay again to have it diagnosed or we totally loose a lot of money. I feel that Whirlpool really should stand behind their products, considering the price tags they have on them. They should last much longer than 3 1/2 years. I will not by another Whirlpool product again. Apparently, Whirlpool doesnt seem to care about loosing customers. I dont feel that they deserve any stars but it doesnt allow to pick a negative number.

I purchased a side-by-side Whirlpool refrigerator in May 17, 2010 from Lowes in Gilroy. After 17 months of service, the compressor went down this morning. I have called the service center and they cant give any help because it was over the 1-year limited warranty. More than $500 is good for just 17 months usage. Would it be worth it to have Whirlpool appliances? Do think about it before you choose a Whirlpool refrigerator.

Having multiple apartments I have some experience with water heaters, with that being said, old school water heaters would last 30 years with basically no maintenance. Since those old, manual no BS flashing light codes were replaced with Whirlpool brand, I see constant problems. Honeywell valve/motherboards was the worst thing that could have been put on any equipment. More or less they all failed within few months past warranty expiration date. Replacement part is cost almost half of what brand new product costs. When called customer service, they are aware of said problem but will not help, or recall above product. There are plenty of videos and forums of people complaining about the same issue. Being poorly treated by customer service, I know that I will no longer be spending my money on whirlpool brand. 3 years off of the water heater is a joke.

Thermal couple went out and nobody has one. You have to get it from whirlpool. This could be a easy fix with buying a $6.00 thermal couple but the one on mine has left handed threads. I took it to several parts places and they all said you have to buy it from whirlpool so you have to call the 1 800 number and they ask you how soon do you want it, 5 to 6 days to take a shower for $10 shipping, or $20 for 3 to 4 days without a shower or $32 for overnight? This ** should be free if they are the only ones that have it. I never heard of this crap before. The funny thing is they told me I should replace my water heater since the warranty is expired. Dont worry I will buy a new one someday and it will be anything but a whirlpool. I will never buy anything whirlpool again and make sure my family never buys whirlpool.

After only 14 months of light use, the magnetron in my over-the-range Whirlpool stainless steel microwave failed. The cost to repair was $350. I paid $450 for the whole unit upon purchase. I wrote to Whirlpool with documentation and got a voicemail that they were sorry, but the 12-month warranty had expired. The independent repair person said it is the Korean manufacturer of the magnetron that is the problem. The service call to get the washer working again was a fiasco. The tech replaced a switch which failed in the first 5 minutes and had to be called back to replace that defective switch. We now have the same problem all over again and we are on our third service call and the warranty is expired. Whirlpool is useless and will probably be out of business if they continue as the middle man for Chinese manufactured garbage. I will never purchase another Whirlpool product again. I called customer service because my pilot light would not stay lit on my 2005 Whirlpool water heater. I was told that I needed to install the upgrade kit and that the water heater was malfunctioning because of a lack of air and that it needed to be cleaned at the bottom. I paid for the shipping of the kit although I believe it is called an upgrade or conversion kit versus a recall for this water heater to save money and to get the consumer to pay for replacing defective parts. A certified technician installed the kit but the pilot light would not remain lit. He replaced the thermocouple, although new parts had just been received. This did not help either. The technician and I called customer service, which didnt resolve the issue. I also asked for a manager who would only agree to send out another conversion kit. There are three years remaining on the warranty but I am being told to keep replacing new parts with new parts until it works. That is unacceptable. Also, I was not informed that my problem is a recurring problem with this Whirlpool water heater that I purchased at Lowes.

The burners were very crooked and the pans got burned out right away. They were covered under warranty but since then, they had the same problem with them with the new items. They had the light bulb stuck and couldnt get it out, they came under warranty and now a new light bulb wont work in it. The control top indicator light didnt work so I had that fixed under the warranty, but now it has the same problem and I cant afford to get it fixed and it could be a real safety issue. When it was under warranty, I called about the brown in between the oven door and they said it was cosmetic. It gets worse every time we use the self-cleaning oven like the seal isnt tight. The outside of the door gets brown also when using the self-cleaning oven. We thought we would have this range for a long time as we had a Whirlpool range before which lasted 20 years. I will never buy a Whirlpool product again and we have had a lot of them. e cant afford to buy a new one so we are stuck with this one with all its problems. Whirlpool just gives you the runaround when you call. When they brought the range, the self-cleaning oven part wasnt even hooked up so they had to come back and fix it. I cant believe they dont have more recalls on these. I have only had this for 4 years.

I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator Model GB2FHDXWB07 a little over 2 years ago. The first one did not work properly within 6 hours of being turned on. Every few minutes it sounded like the compressor was trying to kick on so it hummed then shut off. Best Buy wanted to fix it but after much arguing with them and Whirlpool they brought me a new refrigerator. Now, the same thing is happening. Best Buy has no record of me purchasing it and Whirlpool has no record of me registering the warranty, which would be outdated anyway (over 1 measly year). So, they offered me a Repair and one year warranty $329.95 which means Im now up to about $1500 for a basic refrigerator that has not even lasted 2 1/2 years. The other option to fix it is to pay a local company $90 for the trip and diagnosis plus parts and labor. That will be around $550 depending on how fast the technician works. I will never buy another Whirlpool anything. My washer and dryer also have had problems but I wont even go into that here. The one good thing is the poor girl who took my call was very nice and acted as if this is a regular occurrence. Good luck if you buy a Whirlpool. They are garbage.

Whirlpool Cabrio Washer WTW7800XW is 13/14 months old (1 or 2 months out of standard warranty). We use it 3 to 4 times a week. The lid hinge developed a crack 2 or 3 months ago. Last week, it failed completely making the washer unusable. Investigations show that a new lid is around $250 plus tax and service call (approx. $500 complete). On contacting Customer Service, they continued to say monotonously out of warranty even though it is obvious to even a layman that this hinge/lid is not fit for the job and the manufacturing material has failed. They kept reeling off all sorts of protocols but would not send any of them as a copy. This is the worst service I have had from any company. The service is despicable and they should be ignored and banned from every consumer list. I appreciate that it is out of warranty, but the runaround I am getting seems to me that they expect their product to fail after the warranty expires and they are not surprised at all by catastrophic failures so soon.

This microwave usually has great reviews but I think I just got a dud. I purchased this model (WMH53520CS-0) as part of my new home build. After 9 months the door sensor broke and anytime we would go to run the microwave, it would tell you to open/close the door. Whirlpool sent out a certified factory dealer to fix the problem. They found it to be a faulty control panel and replaced it. After that was replaced, the exhaust fan broke. Whirlpool sent out that dealer again with the new part, and everything was working perfectly. Flash forward a whole 24 hours later, and the microwave would make the loudest sound ever and shut off after 3 seconds and blow the fuse. Turns out the turntable motor had broke and the NEW control panel was already faulty. The turntable motor part was on back order for a month and I am still currently waiting for it to be shipped to me while I have a microwave shut off collecting dust. As most anyone would be, I was extremely frustrated knowing that Whirlpool has spent at least 4 times more sending out certified dealers and replacing parts, than if they were to just order me a new microwave. They stood firm on their policy even if it meant a customer without a working microwave for over a month. Whirlpool did offer me a nice $75 debit card that took 4 weeks to arrive to help pay for a temporary microwave, but they would not work with me when I asked for the warranty to be extended 3 or 6 months. I wanted that peace of mind and its frustrating that for 2 of my 12 month warranty, the microwave was completely broken.Overall, its a nice microwave when its working but with all I have had to go through, I wouldnt recommend this model nor any Whirlpool appliances...

My daughter bought a mobile home manufactured by sunshine mobile home co. in Red Bay al. The home is only 6 mo. old. In that home there is a Whirlpool microwave oven model # WMH2175XVB-1 Serial # TRY 20 23398. After 2 months my daughter microwave stopped working, Whirlpool sent a repair man out to fix it. He didnt have the parts to repair it so he left to order some parts that he thought might be the problem. When the repairman returned two weeks later with the parts, he replaced a door switch. The oven started to work. About 4 days later it quit working again. The repairman returned for the third time, tried repairing the oven and was unable. I had to help him remove the oven so he could take it home with him so he could try to repair it. At that time I was so angry that the Whirlpool co. would send a repair man out three times to repair something that was obviously junk. When I talked to the people at Whirlpool they told me all they were authorized to do was repair it. I explained the repairman has tried three times and couldnt and that they in good faith replace the unit. The answer I received had to come from a mentally challenged person. If this is the response of Whirlpool about their product, then I want no part of them in the future.

Typically, my experience with washing machines is I buy a new one after years of service simply because I want a more updated model. I just bought a different brand to replace the Cabrio as it has another broken hinge (one rusted out. How bizarre is that?) And it wont work on some of the choices for cycles. I have the 4.3 cu. ft. washer. This washer worked OK, but the lid lock does fail after about one year if the washer is in an environment where moisture may be present.I noticed the lid lock not working all the time about two months before the warranty expired. If this happens, call the warranty department immediately. After checking the ground wire and resetting the washer power over and over again, the lid lock finally stopped working completely. Here is how to fix it:There are two screws on the back of the top portion of the washer. Unscrew them from the silver straps. The washer lid will now push forward and up and off. Prop it up with a stick.Unscrew the two screws on the lid lock and start taking it apart (after reading this entire review). Be careful not to lose any parts and be sure to know where everything goes for re-assembly. Take pictures if necessary. Take the lid lock completely apart including any small pieces. The plastic slide needs to be cleaned. It has a spring that may fall when you pull it apart. The metal contact points inside the lid lock mechanism need to be cleaned. Be extremely careful when pulling the red cover off of the housing assembly. Pull the four metal contact points completely out of the plastic assembly. Be real careful with the black plastic slide piece, the metal rocker switch and the switch actuating motor. Use a small file and rubbing alcohol to clean off any green or white corrosion. Make sure to check all contact points.Re-assemble and you will immediately notice the lock switch working better. Re-install onto the machine. Re-install the upper portion of the washer. Start your laundry. Repeat after one year or when the lid lock becomes faulty again. These points should have been made out of a less corrosive material. Poor craftsmanship. Would not recommend.

Avoid Whirlpool at all cost. I have had the GSS series, which was horrible. It was declared unfixable by service after 2 weeks of ownership. It was replaced with a similar WP model WS series and was told it was basically identical to the GSS series except for some cosmetic differences (They do look identical and yes, it’s just as horrible as the GSS.). The first one was defective from day 1. It was replaced and assured the next one would be thoroughly checked out prior to delivery. Obviously, nobody did this (was still in box and never opened). The fridge arrived and had the same exact defects as the previous units. Service literally said these were junk and they had nothing but issues with them that they simply cannot fix, and issues Whirlpool is obviously aware of but will not admit to, nor back up their products. Service literally told me to avoid WP at all cost or I will have nothing but non-stop issues and non-stop service calls and the fridge will still not be fixed. I purchased the extended 5 year warranty that clearly states that the fridge will be fixed or replaced if deemed non-repairable. Mine was! Yet, neither Whirlpool nor the retailer will do anything. I was literally told Take it to the dump and go buy a new fridge by both Whirlpool and the retailer. My purchase was less than a year ago. The 3rd fridge has only been here 3 months. They took my $1,500. They took my money for the extended warranty. It has been declared non-repairable, yet Whirlpool’s and the retailer’s response is Too bad, we are keeping your money, not honoring the warranty. We don’t care if it’s non-repairable. Take it to the dump and buy a new one. This is new! The money it cost, the money for extended warranty, the money for lost food, the money for lost wages due to having to be here for repeated service calls, the huge amount of time spent using hair dryers and everything else under the sun (this fridge must be baby sat and monitored pretty much 24/7 due to more issues than I can list). The fact this fridge has taken over my life, with freezer and fridge unusable (totally unusable, it has taken over my life, but I still can’t use it and spend a fortune getting take-out food) is just shocking, but more shocking is the fact neither WP or the retailer (the blue one that starts with an L, ends with an S and competes with HD the orange store) will stand behind the product or the warranty and instead is telling me to flush multi thousands of dollars down the drain and take my new, with extended warranty, to the dump and buy a new one. Calls to both companies only led to more wasted time and frustration.I don’t even see how this can be legal. They happily took my money. They fully explained how I needed the extended warranty in case something like this happens and assured me the extended warranty would protect me in case something goes wrong for 5 full years. They will replace it with a new one if un-repairable. Yet in less than a year, Ive gotten 3 defective ones with the last one only 3 months old with the first service call made on the day after delivery, but I’m supposed to throw all this money down the drain, take my new fully warranted fridge to the dump and buy a new one?!Shocking and not something I can afford to do. If I could afford it, I would get this thing out of my house in a heartbeat and buy something else, but I’m not made of money so this is not an option. Not sure what I can do other than to warn others to avoid Whirlpool and avoid the retailer (L---s). I’m just in shock and to say I’m upset would not even come close to describing my utter disappointment and frustration with both companies and this whole ordeal (never ending nightmare is more appropriate).

I have owned this Whirlpool Cabrio machine and dryer for almost 5 years. It has been a nightmare. I am forever getting it fix. Now its the notorious LD light, not draining, and it has actually drained, and the company I bought it from does not repair them due to so many problems. Got a plumber to look at it and got it to work.. This is after the company came, charged me 130.00 to tell me they dont repair it. I bought this machine because it was large and I have a big family, energy saver (no, it did not save as much as they claimed) and uses less water. The dryer is wonderful. But the 1900.00 I paid for them was not worth the price. I now have to go up and down my cellar stairs 6 times per wash to stop it, shake the hose, and restart it. A load of laundry takes close to 3 hours due to starting it over. I am gonna buy a Maytag which I use to have and take this to the junkyard. Thanks a ton, Whirlpool and I read all comments and they are ALL true.

It appears they are both relying on warranties rather than selling dependable products or customer satisfaction. A couple months later, ice forming on the bottom of the freezer, and puddles every couple of days in front of the refrigerator. I pulled the two draws out and removed the ice. People should consider themselves lucky to get 2 yrs, 1yr, 6 mos out of these pieces of junk. Mine replaced an 8 year old Bradford White that was originally installed when the house was built. Funny thing, we had the exact same BW in our last house. Same problem after exactly 8 years - tank leaked. Anyway, this Whirlpool 40 gal gas was installed by a professional plumber ($200) and ran fine for 6 days before the pilot went out the 1st time. In the next 10 days it went out 9 more times until it wouldnt stay lit at all. I would light the pilot and it would be out in 5 min or less. I watched for the error code the last time - 2 flashes which indicated thermocouple low voltage. This is totally ridiculous. After research - which I should have done before I bought - it looks like a total bad design problem with associated customer service nightmares and much additional cost to the customer. AND EVERYONE WHO MAKES AND SELLS THESE THINGS KNOWS ABOUT IT. Attempting to fix this thing - even IF labor was included - looks like throwing good money after bad. When are these companies going to be held accountable for producing cheap poorly designed products and then let the consumer foot the cost of labor and/or replacement. You can say all you want about less government but this is just a small example of what you get when you have less government. Doing further research, it looks like NO manufacturer of gas water heaters can produce a reliable product now. So now, Im installing a Bradford White ELECTRIC water heater. Thats and extra $250 for the electrical service that needs to go in. AND additional for the actual install by a plumber. At least Lowes is not giving me a hard time about getting all my money back for the Whirlpool since its less than 30 days since the purchase. I guess I should consider myself lucky it malfunctioned almost immediately. Total out of pocket on the initial Whirlpool install: $560. Total out of pocket with reinstall of BW Electric: $1000. My time spent on this mess: priceless. At least we will have hot water, even though it will cost more per month in electricity to do it. Thanks Whirlpool - stay classy.

So I bought this $700.00 dishwasher. It has been several years since my dishwasher wasnt fixed, even though I called Whirlpool customer service several times.AGAIN, WHIRLPOOL HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, INCLUDING DISRESPECTFUL, ARROGANT EMPLOYEES. The service was really slow. What, the materials took 4 months to get delivered? So today they leave a voicemail and they said that technicians were at my house at 12 noon WITHOUT even notifying me when they will get to my house. They basically just came to my house without asking me an question about the schedule and appointment. This wasnt first time. So I called, and the person was like Um, the technicians were at your house. Excuse me? She sighed and said tsk, tsk, tsk. This woman was SO DISRESPECTFUL. She tried to end up conversation by saying, ugh, the technicians will call you tomorrow morning and they will let you know okay?? Bye. and hung up the phone. I didnt have any chance to say something. Again, this is my bad experience. Never going to buy products in this company. Extremely poor customer service, with disrespectful employees. If you dont want to get bad experience, dont buy any products in this company.

After doing much research on refrigerators, I chose the Whirlpool with the French doors and bottom freezer. Within a month, I had to call the repair service. The freezer made a thick layer of ice on the bottom, wouldnt shut properly (I had to keep a heavy box in front of it to keep it closed) and frosted over all the food in it. On his second visit, the repair man told me that the company knows about the problem, that there was a problem in the design of the appliance, and created a piece to be installed in the machine to alleviate the problem. The problem has not been fixed with that added piece, and the repairman has been here a few more times. Now the freezer just randomly stops making ice on top of all the other problems it has. The retailer would not take the fridge back, and I refused to buy an extended warranty for an appliance that the company themselves knows is a lemon.

I stumbled across this page on another mission and had to stop to add my exp. Perhaps I got lucky and got a good set but Im on my 3rd year and my washer and dryer are my friends. I dont have hot water connected to my washer and my husband is a shingle roofer so I often have to wash his clothes twice but my dogs beds come out beautiful and the sanitizer on the dryer removes odors very well. My water bill went down, I can wash my rugs and large comforters at home now. Plus they are so pretty. Im sorry you are all having so much trouble but I love mine sooo much I just had to stop a moment to throw in a little positive.

This product deserves ZERO stars! I purchased a Cabrio washer - dryer in October, 2013. I have carefully followed the instructions for the washer. I am hugely distressed about the large amount of money I spent on a washer that is absolutely terrible, horrible, awful., no words can adequately express how bad this so-called washer is. The low-water washing has torn up all of my new towels in the matter of a couple of washes. It has completely ripped out the hems of the towels and pulled long ragged strings in the towel. And these were not cheap towels. I am mad at myself for not researching better before buying. I hope my complaint can save another consumer from the misery I am suffering because of this shameful product.

We've had a of Whirlpool washer and dryer for well over 8 years now. The only thing we've had done to it during that time was to give it a "tune up". That was done by a friend and only took a half hour or so. I don't know exactly what he did to it but the "tune up" didn't require any parts. In fact, when my friend was finished with his version of a tune up, it was as if it were turbo-charged and our clothes came out cleaner than ever. The washer runs quietly, as far as washers go, and the capacity, washing options, etc. are perfect for a washer that gets a ton of usage.

Parts of the racks have slowly been breaking off, and now its started leaking from the bottom at the end of its cycle. My family purchased a Whirlpool stainless steel dishwasher at Lowes for around $500. We were replacing a very old GE dishwasher which was so loud you had to leave the room anytime you started it because you couldnt even talk over it. We love the new Whirlpool dishwasher. It is so quiet we thought it was broken at first because we couldnt hear it running and even though it cleans exceptionally well we still sometimes have to look to see that the light is on to know that its actually running. The whole family agrees this may be one of the best purchases weve ever made. The only con I could think of is my son and I put the dishwasher in ourselves and this is the first one weve ever done and the instructions werent as clear so we had to redo the piping of the waterlines a couple of times to figure out in what order to be done. But everything hooked up correctly and worked immediately without a problem. Couldnt be happier.

We were a Whirlpool family, and have been using a Whirlpool front loader â€
We were a Whirlpool family, and have been using a Whirlpool front loader – Duet Steam Model # WFW9500TW - for the past nine years without any issues until recently when it started to vibrate. Technician sent by Whirlpool blamed it on failing bearing and that it was cheaper to replace than to repair (In hindsight, I wish we had tried repairing). Naturally, we decided to replace with a new front loader from Whirlpool - Model # WFW6620HW. Our previous version had a max spin speed of 1000 RPM and a capacity of 3.5 cu. ft. This new one has a top spin speed of 1160 RPM and a capacity of 4.5 cu. ft. The main problem with our old one was vibration, and this was being caused by the washer going into high spin while the clothes were not evenly distributed throughout the drum. In one spin, the clothes would spin perfectly without any vibration, but in another spin of the same cycle, the washer would not allocate that same clothes properly throughout the drum, which leads the drum to cause vibration from unbalanced high spin. Vibration is a problem, because like most Americans, we live in a wood frame house, and have a basement underneath with the washer located on the main floor. Vibration from unbalanced high RPM spin gets sent down to other areas of the house, causing damage, drywall cracks, separation in trims, etc. And these are all only the damages one can see with their eyes. One point about vibration and some myth busting. Provided that all your washer legs are meeting the floor and not on a saggy floor, your washer should not vibrate more than it does during an empty spin. If it does, then it is due to faulty, poor design/engineering. What happens is when the steel drum becomes unbalanced with laundry in high spin, it starts to shake as more of the weight is on one side, which one can notice looking inside the washer window. There are concrete weights fastened to the top and bottom of drum to keep the drum in place and to reduce its shaking tendencies. However, this weight also causes the washer cabinet to wobble if the drum itself is shaking. This wobble in turn causes the washer legs, which may be firmly grasping the floor, to very slightly come off the floor, which one can feel if touching both the washer feet and floor with their finger at the high spin of an unbalanced spin. And that motion of legs coming off the floor and hitting back at high RPM is what causes vibration to be felt on the floor and to be seen on the cabinet. Of course, this effect is amplified with washers that decide to go into an unbalanced spin with an even higher max spin. When our old washer perfectly balanced the clothes, it behaved like it was running high spin while the drum was empty. This is how all washers should behave, especially in America where the vast majority of homes are wood frame based. However, that was not what we experienced with this new Whirlpool. If a washer is not capable of balancing out the clothes, extra function or feature should be deployed in containing the drum shake to within the drum, and not allow it to escape.First, our old front load Duet Steam Whirlpool was Made in Germany. This new one is ‘assembled’ in America. The door window of the new one is plastic and feels cheap and flimsy, but I expect all the darker color door windows of newer front loaders to be plastic. Consider it cost cutting. We did not look for additional anti-vibration technology because our old Duet didn’t have anti-vibration features aside from its two springs and four suspensions. We decided not to use Load & Go because I have personally seen liquid HE detergents gum up over time, so I didn’t want to risk it gumming up inside the washer. After the installers left, I spend an hour cleaning the outside of the washer to perfection. Sadly, time wasted. Once I was done, I first did a wash without clothes, and then with clothes in Normal, fast spin cycle with drum about 2/3rds full. Just pants and t-shirts. There is a recirculating pump at the top of the drum to distribute the water, and to also distribute soap mixed water. But I am not sure if this is without problems. These pumps can collect soap residue with time, and you will eventually end up rinsing the laundry with soap mixed water even in rinse cycle. In getting to the first spin in wash cycle, I was flabbergasted to see how, just how rudimentary, I want to reiterate the word rudimentary, the load detection was before entering high spin. Our nine-year-old washer had a more comprehensive one. The new washer would spin the clothes at very, very low spin and simply see if the drum is most evenly spinning. That’s all. Compared it to our old washer which would also shake the drum to see if there was movement from side to side, because clothes can change their position when entering high spin. This rudimentary load detection causes the new washer to create an even worse uneven load distribution around the drum before spin, even though it may seem even at very low RPM. So, why is the new washer’s load detection so basic? I believe it is due to ball bearings.Front load washer models from other companies employ ball bearings to reduce vibrations from uneven loads. Whirlpool does not employ such feature, at least, they do not advertise them. However, to my surprise, I hear metal balls hitting each other every time the drum direction changes during the wash cycle. I inquired Whirlpool about this and I received contradictory responses. My theory is that the basic load detection before spin speed is used because Whirlpool assumes any changes to load distribution will be taken care of or reduced by the ball bearings of the washer. But this ultimately allows the washer to go into more uneven spins. The bearings may also be used to increase the tolerance of what is considered an ‘unbalanced load’ in order to get the washer to go into spin cycle faster, decreasing the time involved of the washer to go into spin cycle. Sadly, to my dismay, the new washer ended up causing a worse vibration than our old one with failing bearing.I called up the retailer the same day of delivery and complained of vibration. He first sent an installer to see if it was installed properly, and upon showing the installer of the vibration issues, the retailer sent me a new washer couple of days later thinking the first one was a lemon, and even though it has less noisy draining noise, it too exhibited the same issues with it going into significantly uneven spin. In the end, we decided to return the Whirlpool washer all together, at a loss of $200 because the retailer did not hold up to their spoken return policy. We have done many loads in this washer to see if our loading is an issue, loads of varying sizes, loads of varying types, loads of weights, and we maybe only had an evenly distributed load around the drum about once or twice. Once it was a King comforter. But, like our old washer, this too ended up not distributing properly around the drum in the final spin cycle and started vibrating, even though it was vibration-free in the previous high spin cycle. This proves that the problem exists directly within the washer, not the floor, leveling, load, etc. Some other problems with the washer: - The washer door, Load & Go dispenser at bottom, and single load dispenser at top are all plastic parts which all vibrate significantly during fast spin cycle. Especially the Load & Go dispenser which keeps hitting the cabinet to make banging noise. - Drain sounds are much, much louder than our previous Duet. It was even louder in the first one we received. Combine this to uneven spins and this washer can perhaps compete with an engine in terms of the sound it generates. - Single use dispenser at top left will hit the washer door if washer door is opened when the dispenser is also in open position. - Buttons are sometimes unresponsive, to which I have to power off and try again. But this has only happened a couple of times.- There is a small ¼ in. opening where the steel drum meets the rubber gasket, opening in which items like coins, etc., may fall through and are irretrievable. Don’t think small socks would be affected. To potential buyers, I suggest you proceed with caution when it comes to this washer. Understand the retailer’s appliance return policy and make sure it is shown in paper. It can save you a lot of headache. Get the extended warranty of three years because manufacturers only give you one-year warranty for a reason. I would also suggest that you avoid this washer at all costs if you have any floor level below where this washer is to be installed, especially if the level below is a basement. Your house is more important and more valuable than a $1000 washer. In the end, I am very disappointed in Whirlpool, an American company. Perhaps Whirlpool focuses their attention on top loaders, not front loaders. But Whirlpool had nine years to improve their washers, and it is sad that we may now have to go outside of America for a quality product to be used in American homes. P.S. No solicitation please, Whirlpool. This washer is in the process of being returned. P.S.S. I already posted this review in Whirlpools website, and it is under moderation.

Updated on 12/28/2020: I purchased a 28 cu. ft. side by side Whirlpool refrigerator less than 3 years ago (Feb. 18). The icemaker dispenser paddle quit working nearly a year ago and there are no replacement parts supported. Today the ice maker quit making ice. This is crap for a major appliance that youd expect to go twenty years or so. Very dissatisfied. Dont waste your money on this stuff.Original Review: I purchased a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator about 2-1/2 years ago, paid $1,800+ for it. Now two months ago the ice maker dispenser through the door quit working. I replaced the auger motor and that didnt help. Now the parts department says the actuator panels are no longer available. This is planned obsolescence to the Nth degree. No support for a major appliance less than 3 years old. Whirlpool SUCKS!!!

Whirlpool Cabrio Washer Model WTW6400SW2 Serial CU0272414: I replaced my wonderful 25+ year old Kenmore washer with the Cabrio, 4 years ago. Within the first year I had to have a computer board replaced that was covered under the warranty. This last 6 months I replaced the suspension rods, was constantly showing that the load was unbalanced. Also have a LD error, long drain, probably because a sensor is bad. Today, restarted a load several times and could never complete the entire cycle. I resorted to unplugging, and starting a drain spin cycle and the washer just flooded my house. So Im done with this unit. Waiting for a class action suit. Lets get started. What type of unit should I buy now. I guess Im going to subscribe to Consumer Report before I buy another. In March 04 2014, I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine. After having had a Whirlpool for 17 years without any problems with it, I purchased another one. This last one is a piece of junk. I dont even want to talk about the noise, I think it is expiring or on its last leg. They should fire the engineers that invented this model and bring back the other engineers that invented the one I had for such a long time, they far surpassed these space scientists that they now have. On August 8, I called Whirlpool, they sent me someone from Dinos appliances. This man tells me that there is nothing wrong with this machine and that he re-calibrated it. Whatever that means, it is still not wringing the clothes properly. There are only 2 people in my household, so my loads are not very large. I even tried this Drain & Spin cycle after the wash was completed and the clothes still came out too wet. I also have a Whirlpool Dryer and I will not replace it with the same brand. I also will never buy a Whirlpool product again and will make sure that I will share my experience with everyone I know.

I have a Whirlpool built-in double oven. It is 7 years old. The top oven has overheated 3 times with food in it and it locks the door. The oven beeps and says, Too hot, and locks the door. Luckily I was in the kitchen when it overheated, so I could turn the oven off. After turning the oven off, the oven has to cool off before the door will unlock and the food can be taken out. By then, the food is really burnt.I called Whirlpool to see if there is a recall and they said, No recall, and the oven was out of warranty. So I called the repair shop. They said it was the control board and they were not sure they could get a new control board. I may have to find someone that can rebuild this control board. They said not to use the oven. It could cause a fire. I would think that they should recall these ovens. They should have a safety switch that shuts the oven off if it overheats like mine has done.

I have had my Cabrio for a year now and quite frankly, I find more satisfaction taking all of my laundry to a local laundromat. There is no soak cycle and when you have a kid in sports, that doesnt help. There is no agitator, and I am now convinced that they were originally in all washers for a reason. My clothes have all worn out and are shredding, not to mention my very expensive bath towels that I am now cutting into rags. This was the worst purchase I have ever made in my life and will never even look at a Whirlpool again. This is clearly a defect in design and/or manufacturing.

I purchased a Whirlpool Cabrio and a one year extended warranty two years ago. As soon as my warranty ended, my washer started to malfunction. I recently started to receive the F-51 code and the washer shuts down at the spin cycle. I am angry because I spent just under 1200 dollars on a washer a little bit over two years ago and now, it is sitting in my laundry room taking up space. When I called Whirlpool, they told me I could purchase another repair warranty for $316.94, which would take the cost over 1500 dollars for this washer and there was no empathy nor compassion for what I was feeling as a consumer from the customer service rep. I spent my hard-earned money on major appliance purchase and I think that it is only fair that I get more than a two year usage out of machine that was designed to last at least six years according to their website. There is no way that this should just be my lost and cost me additional funds.

About five years ago, I purchased a top load Whirlpool Cabrio washer and matching dryer. For the past couple of years or so, this washer gets out of balance every spin cycle. It sounds like a mac truck running through my house. At this time, I do not have $300-$400 to buy a warranty when I feel that this problem is so widespread (via internet complaints) that Whirlpool should fix this problem. I replaced a perfectly working 13-year old Maytag washer simply because my dryer went out. I have contacted customer service with no results. I recommended this washer to my neighbor about a couple of years ago and now I am sorry I did. Little did I know that three years in there would have to be a repair. As you know, this isnt a bottom of the line cheap washer, therefore, I wouldnt expect it would be acting like one after this period of time. I asked Dave who at Whirlpool cared and basically, he had no answer. I told him that I would expect a company as large as Whirlpool to have people who have the job of searching the internet to see what people are saying about the company and if they did, they would know this was a problem with these washers and would initiate some sort of recall. This is such a bone of contention at my house that I wish the thing would just die so I had to go buy another (and trust me it wont be a Whirlpool). But rather, I get to listen to my washer thrust throughout my house every load I do.

I guess I should be grateful that we have not needed to call a repairman. This is so disappointing as our last Whirlpool washer and dryer were over 25 years old???

I had a Whirlpool dishwasher for year and it worked great, but the baskets were rusting. I decided Feb 2014 to purchase another Whirlpool dishwasher. It did not clear as well as my old dishwasher. The seller of the dishwasher stated it was our water or detergent. The water and detergent were the same. The only difference was the dishwasher. Day prior to changing the dishwasher, the dishes were clear and the day I changed the dishwasher, the dishes were not clean. November 2016, the main board has gone out. The part costs $148, plus the service call. I called Whirlpool. They stated they would sell me the part or would discount a new dishwasher. I think they should discount the part!!! Whirlpool makes most brands of dishwashers, so you cant change companies. Their quality is all you can get.

We purchase a washer and dryer from Lowes in 2012 and a couple months ago I begin to notice that the Clorox and the softener draining spout is not working. The Clorox side is full of water, and the softener half of the time dont even drain all the way and not happy with that. The washer is beginning to rust on the inside by the dispensers, the lid area and the outside panels. I should have purchase GE. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

Purchased our Whirlpool Gold Oven in October of 2013 from Best Buy. The oven works fine, but using the oven to make pizza on March 30th of 2014, a fire started in the drawer under the oven. The oven was set at 400 degrees. Several oven mitts were stacked in the drawer. There was no major damage done to the range, other than a bit of discoloration to the white trim, but we will never put anything in the drawer under the oven and would advise others to do the same.

We purchased a water heater at Lowes. Our old water heater had an issue but we always had good water pressure with the hot water until we made the horrendous mistake to purchase at LOWES - the worst possible place to buy a water heater. They sent the water heater and we had to look for someone to connect the WHIRLPOOL WATER HEATER (the runaway water heater). When it was installed the water pressure at my home was so bad that only one shower can be used at a time. This never happened before with the old water heater, there was no pressure at all.We called LOWES the WORST PLACE TO BUY A WATER HEATER, they did not accept any responsibility and they sent me to the Technician that Lowes has in DENVER to fix the problem. This bad company (WHIRLPOOL) sent us a crooked technician who wanted to charge us $600 dollars to repair something other than the water heater. We did not trust this person and we called another technician who told us that the water heater is not working properly. There is no one at LOWES and NO ONE at the Whirlpool customer service who can help us with this disgraceful water heater.DONT BUY WHIRLPOOL WATER HEATERS. DONT BUY AT LOWES!!! They are crooks! They do not respond for their products. They do not want to exchange the damn water heater as HOME DEPOT would. Buy everything at HOME DEPOT! Run away from Lowes! They dont stand behind their products, they send you all the work and if you have something wrong with your purchase they will not help you.

This refrigerator is less than 1 yr. Old and this repair will be the FOURTH. The severe lack of craftsmanship and customer service is shocking! Most states do not have lemon laws for appliances, however something needs to be done to compensate me for THE TIME and inconvenience this caused my family. I needed to purchase a second compact refrigerator because I knew that it would break down again!

Once again I am disappointed in a product that I felt was of the utmost quality. However after buying in 2010 and not being installed until 2011, the over the oven microwave has a crack on the outside of the door. Two pieces have fallen off from under the plastic rim on the inside of the door, two pieces of the door one on the top right side and the other on the bottom right side have fallen off. All I have to say is the two Whirlpool products I bought at Lowes has been a huge disappointment especially since the other two bought from the same stores are Frigidaires and work beautifully...
