Updated on 04/15/2019: Called customer care about my ice maker which have went out for the second time less than two years and the 1st replacement have only been 9 months from today. Unfortunately they tell me it’s out of the one year warranty process and they can’t help me. Well look like the 2nd replacement should have been under warranty still. Their products are a piece of crap and they know it and don’t care because theyre making money off of the consumers. Be aware and advise you to stay away from Whirlpool appliances. They don’t stand behind their brand. There’s no way anyone should have to be making repairs on a new 2000 and sum refrigerator. My old one is 18 yrs old and still working fine no problems, better than this piece of crap. Warning to consumers. Don’t waste your time and especially your money. Didn’t want to give no stars but you have to give at least 1.Original Review: Purchased refrigerator In July of 2017 and had to have ice maker replaced less than a year of having it. Now again ice maker not working again and only been about 9 months from the last replacement. I think there should be a Lemon law on these products. These refrigerator are not cheap and if I buy something new and spend a good amount of money for, I don’t want any headache and worries. That’s the reason for getting a new one.

My water heater stopped lighting. I found out that I needed to replace the thermocouple. I wasnt able to find the right one anywhere. I called whirlpool and they sent me the parts I needed totally free. I was so happy to get it in the mail the next day cause I have gone 1 week without hot water. I went to work and got a call that my kids are dizzy and throwing up. The house had filled with carbon monoxide. The only thing that saved us was the fact that my AC unit for the downstairs was broken, so it could spread the carbon monoxide to where we slept. The gas company said that we most definitely would have not woken up. I now have a notice for hazardous material on my house. I thought we all just caught the flu. I had no idea that we were being poisoned because of this damn water heater. I could scream. Im a single mother with four kids and a sick mother and cannot afford a plumber for this madness.

I really enjoy the self cleaning option on this unit. It really cleans everything without chemicals and then you just vacuum up the dust. My dislike is the ceramic top though. The top scratches really easily and hard to clean up spills during cooking. Overall I would give this stove a b rating.

I purchased an electric double oven range on 11/20/11, model # GGE388XS00 and serial # D02584385. Something is getting in between the glass on the bottom oven door and theres no way for me to clean it out. I feel it is an issue with the seals they have around the glass oven doors.Whirlpool says its common for that to happen. They say its condensation. But it doesnt look like condensation to me. Whirlpool says theres nothing they can do about it.I had this same issue with a Whirlpool microwave oven I had. I finally ditched the microwave and bought a new one, because after a while, it starts looking really nasty. I never complained about the microwave, but after buying a new oven and it starting to do the same thing, I thought Id better complain and see what they would do about it. Theyre not doing anything about it.

I have a home that was new 5 years ago. My microwave/oven Whirlpool Gold was built in March 2005. The light bulb went out in the microwave 3 days ago. The users guide that comes with the unit says for this call assistance. I called the local appliance co. Cost to replace the bulb is $10 parts, $65 service call $25 labor thats $100 plus tax for a $.10 bulb! I called Whirlpool. What a joke, the biggest bunch of puppets paid by a Michigan based company who never heard of what happened in Detroit! They were no help and understood my frustration but flat did not give a **! For a $.10 part Whirlpool is willing to get bad press worth whatever I can amass!

I purchased a whirlpool under counter oven - my main reason for not buying something cheap was the safety of my family - I chose the AKZM656 eye level oven. The stove is about two years old, but we do not use it that much. Two days ago my wife set the timer and placed a dish in for cooking; she then went outside to water the garden. About twenty minutes later she returned as something was burning- the oven reached a temperature of 350 degrees and would have burnt the whole kitchen down if she did not spot it. Now surely the oven should be designed to switch off if sensors fail? I reported this to Hirsch (Ballito) but they say they have no one servicing the Richards Bay area. I am not sure if this stove should be fixed as it is obviously not safe and makes me wonder how Whirlpool get safety standards passed on these items. Surely you expect better when buying a well-known whirlpool brand?

We purchased the Whirlpool Duet (front loader) washer and dryer in 2005 from Best Buy. We had many problems with the washer leaking around the front door. After several visits, Best Buy (in 2007) said we could pick out a new washer. We picked out the Whirlpool Cabrio. About 2 years later the mother board had to be replaced on the Cabrio. We are constantly getting F codes and have to unplug the washer several times for it to reset. It also sounds like a plane getting ready to take off and from what I read that repair is very costly. It has been leaking as well. I contacted Whirlpool today and they informed me that there was no recall on the machine and when I told them that there were many complaints for the same issues online, they said they do not base their recalls on blogs and to fix the problem, I would have to incur the cost. This machine is the biggest piece of junk that I have ever owned. I will be sure not purchase a Whirlpool in the future!

My microwave is a Whirlpool WMC10511AW purchased in Jan 2014 for $150. It is very light weight and moves around when opening and closing the door. I have to use something behind it on the counter top to keep from moving backward and causing problems getting things in and out. In the first year we had problems with the door latch, but after a while it stopped being a problem. I am used to the stability of Amana Radarange so these very lightweight microwaves seem really cheap to me. It works fine at this point but it seems that these really inexpensive countertop microwaves have to be replaced about every 2-3 years where an Amana which costs a lot more lasts for around 20 years and are very stable not moving around all the time.

Ive been calling for weeks now and have gotten nothing but the run around from all very Rude employees. Im turning this over to a lawyer. Im done dealing with Whirlpool. I purchased this Whirlpool WTW7800XW2 washer expecting it to last many years. As a senior citizen, I spent well over $700 on this model because of its large capacity and water saving feature. It has been in service for just over two years and has had limited use. Last week the glass top popped up and I notice that it broke at the hinge. This is definitely a design flaw. The washer has a lock feature and with the broken top, it is useless. I called Whirlpool and the customer service rep said she could sell me a new $250.00 lid at a 25% discount. Looking online, I found that hundreds of consumers have this same problem. Whirlpool refuses to acknowledge the defect. The customer service rep indicated that I should have bought an extended warranty. This is my last Whirlpool appliance ever!

Does not get your clothes clean. They come out of washer smelling due to lack of water. Darks have Detergent Residue on them. My t-shirts have holes in them. Bought this machine in 2010. Just purchased a Whirlpool top load with a Agitator and I am very pleased with the results. We never had any problems with Whirlpool products but this Cabrio should be taken off the market, faulty advertising. Talked to a Whirlpool rep and she told me to bunch up clothes and place around outside edges of machine for best results but did not see any difference. Do not buy this washer. You will be wasting your money and you will be buying a old traditional washer, with an Agitator is your best bet so you can control the amount of water you use. I hope this helps one that is thinking of buying the new technology top load Cabrio with HE.

I purchased model #GI7FVCXWY01, SERIAL #KY4234335, and it arrived in Jan 2010. It is now going in the trash! Two repair companies came out and both told me the ice maker had issued a recall, but in reality, Whirlpool told me to buy the replacement part for $348.73 to fix their poor design! I called the 1-866-698-2538 customer service and so sorry is all you get! By the way, neither of the repair were willing to install the replacement part, as it takes too long to install and these compressors are never the same after the ice maker has these issues! Both repairmen said to trash the refrigerator. How sad that a $2500 refrigerator only last from Jan 2010 until June 1, 2014!!! I will never buy a Whirlpool anything!

I purchased a top load Whirlpool Washer and Dryer in April 2021. When it was installed I commented about how noisy it was. I was told it was because it was empty, but it will be much quieter once you put in a load of laundry. That did not make any difference. I called Whirlpool customer service and explained I had just purchased it less than a week ago and it appeared to be very noisy. I was told they could send someone out, but if they determined there was not a problem I would be charged a service call. I said the machine is not even a week old why would I be charged a service call shouldnt this be a warranty issue. Again I was told there would be a service call charge.I am completely baffled at the customer service response. This is the first and only time I called. I contacted the store where I purchased both the washer and dryer and was told it should not be that loud, this is the first time anyone has complained about the noise level and there should not be charge. Whirlpool has terrible customer service and I will NEVER purchase another Whirlpool product again because of the customer service. I have purchased numerous appliances in my lifetime and have never been treated so poorly. If I could return both the washer and dryer I would not hesitate. I would not recommend Whirlpool to anyone.

I am 72 years old and this Whirlpool Energy Star HE Washing Machine is just useless. It does not clean clothes properly. It always leaves a stinky washing machine smell which never goes away despite no matter what you do. A completely useless, faulty washing machine! Never ever buy a Whirlpool HE washing machine! Some websites say that you need to buy a washer fan at a cost of $69.99 and attach it to the back of your washing machine as this is the only way you can get rid of the smell. Who has that kind of money? Why is this fan not already included in this washing machine if Whirlpool is aware of the smelly washing machine/smelly clothes problem? This is such a joke! We would like to be reimbursed for our deficient Whirlpool Washing Machine or at the very least, have a recall of this inefficient, poorly designed washing machine. Report them to the Better Business Bureau and anyone else you think can resolve this problem - thanks!! - Unhappy camper

We purchased 6 six appliances for our home just over one year ago. The initial problem with the washing machine literally took ten home visit to resolve with the final solution being total replacement. Far too many days away from work. The laundry appliances have a loud beeping noise that goes off with the slightest contact, annoying and designed to be eliminated or muted. Today we discovered that the water filter in the fridge is single sourced at over $50 with shipping, which seems usurious at best. Will look elsewhere for the next house/purchase and NEVER buy from this company, including their other brands...Kitchenaid, Maytag, etc.

We purchased a Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer less than 2 years ago. These are supposed to be high efficiency appliances, but the washer has never cleaned the clothes well and the dryer often has to be run more than once in order to get the clothes dry. Then, about two weeks ago, the washer started making such a loud noise on the spin cycle that it sounded like a jet plane taking off. It was hard to hear the television when it was running. Today, it started screeching and water leaked on the floor. I called the number listed on my manual and was basically told that it would cost half of what we had paid for the machine to fix it. What efficiency, a poor machine that lasts less than two years. We will never buy Whirlpool appliances again.

We purchased a Whirlpool Duet Front Loading Washer and Dryer. The control panel on the washer went out in March. We called for a repair. The repairman came, told us we needed to replace the control panel and he would order it. My American Express was charged $389.91 on March 26th. I called today, April 9, asking about where the part was and when my machine would be repaired. I was told the part would not be available until July 11, 2013. I cannot believe that a company would expect a customer to wait nearly four months for a part as well as charge them for the parts and labor four months ahead of the part. When I called, I was first told that there were 15 parts in stock, but then was told that there were not any available to me. I have cancelled the service but it will take them three weeks to credit my card back for the part.

I purchased this range/electric (ygfe461lvq0) two years ago. It worked fine, but once about a year ago, the oven overheated and the breaker had to be turned off to stop it. No error codes were displayed. Year two, the oven broiler element stays on regardless if using bake or broil. Oven will go into runaway mode and breaker or cancel button has to be pushed to stop it from over heating. This range is a fire hazard and should be recalled regardless of what age it is. I called Whirlpool at Sears which recommended a tech who arrived to tell me that the control board is shot and for a price of around $400.00, it could be replaced. What is up with that? I had to pay for the expensive tech, also for 15 minutes of work. Sears says that I should have taken the extended warranty plan for around $160. Do I have to pay for an extended plan to have my house burned down due to a defect in manufacturing from Whirlpool? This is disgusting that a company can get away with crap like this. How do you people sleep at night?

We have been married 36 years. Since year one, me and my wife have owned nothing but Whirlpool appliances. They lasted forever. Approximately 4 years ago, we redid our home, and bought all new appliances, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, front loader, washer, and dryer, Since then, 4 years ago, our refrigerator ice maker stopped working. 2 years ago, our dishwasher wont heat up, so it is useless to us, and the bearings in the washer are shot. I must say we are so disappointed in Whirlpool. We are barely living on my husbands income as I had to stop working 3 years ago, as I became disabled, but did not make enough money to be able to collect disability. We cannot afford new appliances, nor to fix them. I am sending you the model numbers of each appliance, hoping you will do something to help. This is just ridiculous. It is just my husband and me in the house (washer: WFW9200SQ02; refrigerator: GD5NVAXSA01; dishwasher: no model number, but it is Energy Star II 8575637). Please help. We cannot afford to replace this, nor repair. It is hard for me to go to the laundromat, then come home to dry. Standing long periods to to dishes, takes a toll on me. Please help.

I bought a portable Whirlpool dishwasher on Jan.16 2016. We didnt buy extended warranty. After all, it was suppose to be new, should outlive us. It wont drain, my husband took the top off to see if he could fix it since I was told by Sears that no repair person is available in our area. I am only 10 Km from Saint John N.B. He found he couldnt take the front or back off, its all one piece, he is 84 years old. Under the top, it shows different colored screws, which tells us it was a used one or had been re-conditioned. I am very disappointed in Sears, have been a customer for many years. Everything in my house is Kenmore except for the dishwasher, only because they had no Kenmore. I might add that it wasnt used much. Its just two elderly people and only used when we have company. I cant afford another one. I bought this one from 1,000.00 I won on Lotto Max. I am so upset about this. Appliances should last longer. My Kenmores have.

My 5-year-old Cabrio started coming up with error codes, and not draining and spinning the clothes. I called a week ago, they offered me 2 options, one being put $339 on a credit card and that would cover all parts, labor, and a 1 year extended warranty. They charged the credit card immediately for the biggest piece of crap washing machine. Someone came out 2 days later and told me he has worked on a lot of Cabrios but never one in quite that condition. I was led to believe that after charging the credit card, boxes would be arriving with parts to fix it. I called 2 days later to find out the status of when it would be repaired and they told me they already put a credit thru on the credit card because to fix it would be equal to the price of 2 brand new washing machines, and they will do nothing to honor that agreement. So I now have a piece of ** in my laundry room and takes me two days to do a load of laundry. DO NOT BUY THE CABRIO! In fact Im not going with a Whirlpool ever again!

He said it would cost over $500 to fix it. Whirlpool warranty sucks - only one year. Called whirlpool, told them the problem and asked if this is a problem with this washer. Got told no they have no problems with it. Found out later not only do they have this problem with it they change design because of it. Repairman said his own daughter had same problem and he had many service calls on this model all with same problem. WHIRLPOOL WILL NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE PRODUCT WHICH IS A MANUFACTURE DEFAULT. It sets in our house unusable. I will never buy a whirlpool product again. Sad because that use to be all I would buy.

This dishwasher was a mere 2.2 years old, installed by Lowes-hired technician and the part will cost $168 through Whirlpool, plus labor on both first visit and installation visit. I would not advise to purchase this or similar product from Whirlpool. What really makes me upset is that I learned from customer service that this unit was made in the USA.

I have been having a problem when washing my jeans in the Whirlpool Cabrio
I have been having a problem when washing my jeans in the Whirlpool Cabrio that I have never had before with my old washer. When I wash my jeans, there are always a few pair, never the same ones, that have an odor like dirty dishrags on them. I always hang my jeans to dry so I do not think it is this. I have tried to add a freshener to the wash cycle, it does not work. I have tried to dry them in the dryer with a scented dryer sheet, it does not work. I am assuming after reading these past complaints from other consumers that it is not getting all of the clothes clean because of the lack of water. I always use the deep water cycle, but maybe it is not enough water as previously suggested. I have had an issue with blankets and other heavy items not getting clean and/or not even wet. Thoroughly disgusted with this appliance!! I love all of my Whirlpool kitchen appliances though!

Ive bought a new home and I purchased a brand new Whirlpool black oven range. First, a piece of metallic on top of the oven broke. I couldnt believe it. And the biggest problem is that whatever I do to clean the top surface, it always leaves a stain. After a few months, the oven looked like 10 years old piece. I called whirlpool and talked to a customer service rep, he told me that I needed to clean the surface immediately after something spill on it. To make sure if I understood it right, I asked him You mean when I am cooking some rice and some water spill out, do I have to remove the pot and clean the surface and repeat that all along while I am cooking? BELIEVE OR NOT, THE ANSWER WAS yes. I cant believe the bad quality of this product and worst, its customer service defensive attitude. Dont buy this product.

This is the worst washing machine I have ever owned. I have had the Whirlpool Cabrio for less than three years, (4 people I use it for), and it is so loud when it is in the spin cycle, you think a jet airplane is taking off inside your house! Apparently the bearings go out of these machines when you use them! I called the company and all they want to do is sell me an extended warranty for over $300.00 for another year! Not doing that! I paid over $1,000.00 for this machine. I thought it would last a long time! Wrong! Please save your money and get a simple old fashioned one! I sure wish I had! Whirlpool doesnt care about their customers, or they would stand behind their products!

In September 2011, we purchased a Cabrio Washer and Dryer. Both appliances are extremely inferior. My first complaint to Whirlpool was in reference to the dryer. It kept overheating to the point that you couldnt even touch the clothes. In doing research I found this was a common problem and in some cases, even caused fires. After finding this out and contacting Whirlpool to complain and see if there were any recalls, they indicated they knew nothing about the problem and recalls would have to come from their legal department. I asked to speak with someone in that department and was told that was not possible. We threw the machine away and purchased a new no frills dryer. Now the washer has totally died. It would make noises, lockup, not spin, not clean, etc. Basically all the complaints other consumers have listed. It is now on the curb and I will again have a purchase a new washer. The Whirlpool refrigerator I bought at the same time is a whole other story. Please do not buy Whirlpool. When contacted they show no empathy or concern about the inferiority of their products. There are only the 2 of us now and we do laundry one time a week. It amazes me how much money I am out between the initial purchases, repairs, and replacements. My daughter has also had the bad luck of purchasing Whirlpool appliances and is now experiencing the same problems. Get the word out to all of your friends to NEVER purchase Whirlpool. They are apparently only concerned with their profits and not making good products or caring about their consumers problems. I made a very expensive mistake and will never purchase their products again. I have made them aware that I would be placing my review on your website along with the other 1,690 complaints. I have all my documentation re purchases, repairs, replacements and emails sent to Whirlpool. Unfortunately I cannot document all the calls made to this company. Bottom line, Im very disappointed in the products and the lack of concern. Please do not purchase.

The low water machines are not as effective as the older models. Even set on a 2 cycle rinse I get suds in the clothing. Whirlpool WRF989SDAM00. We bought this junk April 22, 2013. 7 visits from service guy throughout the entire year we have had this, problems began almost immediately. Whirlpool gave us a 3 month complimentary warranty (which is up at the end of June). Same problem is back (back left corner freezing up and I think it has also made our ice maker not work nearly as good as it should). We called a few weeks back to report problem yet again, the rep on the phone treated us very poorly. They said they have a new part that is currently on back order that is going to fix the problem once and for all to which my husband replied: I do not have much confidence this will fix the problem as you have sent 5 or 6 new and improved parts over the year and all has failed. He then asked, will you extend the warranty once more, and they said NO. We are stuck with a ($2,700) piece of crap that they just keep trying to find new parts to fix it! On a separate call we asked for a refrigerator replacement to which the rep basically laughed and said that will never happen!! What course of action can we take here?? This company is dead to me!

I just finished reading multiple complaints that sound very similar to my experience in 2014. I bought a fridge for a rental unit in Oct. 2013. The freezer malfunctioned and froze up in back, 6/2014. Had multiple repairs with the problem going unfixed. After a couple of months with my renter without a fridge and laborious system requiring multiple phone calls on my part to get an exchange approved. The exchange went thru. It was delivered the am of Sept 11. Guess what? It was dented on the side. The delivery personnel thought is was prior reject and it was an attempt to get me to accept it as is with a small cost reduction off the original purchase price. NO thank you! So still no fridge from Whirlpool as of 9/13/14 that is functioning from Whirlpool and yet to have a call back from Whirlpool regarding the mishap. No apology, no remorse, just the way they do business. I will say that my local HOME DEPOT was willing to send me a loaner fridge for my renter for his garage. NOT ideal but better than nothing and quite nice of them and an example of what customer service should be! Thank You HOME DEPOT! SHAME ON WHIRLPOOL! Not sure how this will end but obviously is common them after reading the reviews. I am now concerned if they do replace it again with an undamaged fridge it will repeat the same dysfunction pattern and I will have to go this painful process all over again! EEEEK. Refrig WRT771REYBOO, VS33469859 BTW I had to pay for spoilage of food for my rent on multiple occasions because the repairs work for a week or so and my renter would stock up the fridge and it would go out and he would lose food. Whirlpool gave me a 50 food spoilage card after much complaining bc go figure the warranty does not cover food spoilage but apparently the extended does. Go figure?

We purchased a new Whirlpool in June 2017. About 3 months ago it began making foul tasting ice cubes and now they are so bad we cannot use them. Called Whirlpool for help solving the problem and they basically told me there was no fix. It was my bad water. My water is wonderfully pure and good tasting. It only is bad from the ice in, what I consider a new fridge. They did want to make an appointment for a tech to come out and check it. I dont know why when they told me it cannot be fixed. So sorry we bought a Whirlpool and will never buy any of their products again. Hopefully this will help someone else.

In 2013, my husband purchased a Whirlpool Hot Water Heater model #E2F40RD045V 40 gal. from Lowes in Vancouver, WA. On 12/12/15, had to call a plumber, the hot water heater was intermittent hot/cold. He flushed it, checked all power connections and changed the elements. On 3/18/16, NO hot water. Having a 6 year warranty, I called Whirlpool. They gave all kinds of excuses and told me to try a bunch of tests. By the time I got back to call them they were closed. I called them again on Monday 3/21/16 and said nothing worked and it had popped the breaker. They said change the elements. I told them I had just changed the elements 3 months before. I told them it was faulty wiring. They said the top element must be faulty. I gave up at that point and called the plumber. He came right out the next day. I had purchased a Rheem hot water heater to install and asked him to check the Whirlpool hot water heater elements he installed before he removed it. That is when it was discovered that under the insulation around the bottom element it was all scorched from FAULTY wiring. I called Whirlpool again and told them I could send them a picture and they said dont bother and immediately gave me an RA to return the hot water heater to Lowes. I told them I had already purchased another hot water heater and it was not a Whirlpool. I am going to request a refund.

I am very reluctant with online product feedbacks. But here is one story that needs to be told. I purchased a Whirlpool 3D Split AC 2 years back (and hence the product is out of warranty). The product quality is so bad (and unreliable) that within 2 years the coils in the Outdoor Unit have started to leak. When I requested for service visit the technician (so called) came over and did a wet service and took the fee (without an invoice). And assured that the AC would start to work fine. Within a week we realized that the AC is not cooling enough. Again a service visit was called and this time the technician (supposedly) diagnosed the above problem. The repair cost told to me is to the tune of Rs 10,000/- for a product cost of Rs 36,000/- (or so) bought just 2 years back. Does anyone in Whirlpool understand what QUALITY means??? Does anyone understand VALUE FOR MONEY... This aside I have a 2 Tonne Whirlpool AC, 350 l Whirlpool DD refrigerator and a Washing Machine... I think its time for Move over WHIRLPOOL and HELLO MITSUBISHI, BOSCH, HITACHI... End of a great consumer brand...

I bought my Cabrio Platinum Washer and Dryer in 2013 (4 years old). About a month ago, it started sounding like an airplane was landing in the house while on spin cycle. I called a repairman and he said the bearings were going bad and it would be better to buy a new machine. When we pulled out the washer, there was grease all over the floor - apparently a seal started leaking and the bearings had no grease so they started burning up. I talked with Whirlpool, after all it was only 4 years old and a seal leaking and burning the bearings up wouldnt be from normal wear. They were not convinced and offered to give me a discount on a new one -- No Way! I went with another brand recommended by the repairman. The screws on the dryer door also came out and we had to replace them. So much for the Whirlpool brand and especially their top of the line machines. I will not buy another Whirlpool washer or dryer.

I followed him into our air conditioned interior laundry room and placed my hand under the rim. It’s filled with rust and the light is dangling down into the tub!

We bought the Gold Series Whirlpool fridge (Model WRF990SLAM00) in December
We bought the Gold Series Whirlpool fridge (Model WRF990SLAM00) in December 2013. A few months after its first repair, (dripping on the top left inside of the fridge), which happened within the first year and was covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, it started to make an incredibly loud whirring sound that kept us up at night. Our bedroom is upstairs and far away from our kitchen, and I had to sleep with earplugs to not hear the noise. We tested the noise on a decibel app and it came in between 66-70. A normal fridge noise level should be around 52 decibels. We had a repairman come out and he replaced a fan even though he told me it wasnt going to fix the problem. Wait, what? After he replaced the fan and the whir continued, we called Lowes extended warranty again, and they sent out a different company: 1-800-Appliance.The second guy replaced two kits and found some issue with the ice maker, which we were not even aware of, but the noise remained, and he then had the gall to say it was a normal noise. If it was normal, wouldnt it have been making that noise the first year we had it? We had 1-800-Appliance come out again and he determined he couldnt fix it, so Lowes sent another guy from the same company, and he replaced the same fan that the first guy replaced, which was clearly not the problem. Three perfectly good fans were wasted. BTW, the repairman who said the noise was normal told us that the fridge had a part that was made to be replaced after purchase because if Whirlpool had the part at the point of sale, the fridge would not meet the Energy Star standards. Hello, lawsuit! After three repairs for the same problem and five visits that did not fix the problem, we were told Lowes would issue us a return order in three days. Finally! Not so fast... one week later, no one called, so I called them and then Lowes denied having told us that! We gave them the name of the person who told us they would take the fridge back, but the woman on the other end said she had no record of that (how convenient) and, despite the California lemon law requiring only three attempts at a repair, they would require yet another attempt by one of their repairmen. She told me that if he determined the noise was abnormally loud and not repairable, then she could contact the manufacturer and go from there. So they sent a guy from the first company out and he wrote down that the fridge was not repairable and was very noisy. He said that should take the fridge back at that point. My husband called Lowes several days later after not being contacted by them and they told him that they need to send a different repairman out from 1-800-Appliance and that only 1-800-Appliance could determine if we could get a refund. If that was true, then why send the other company out? By the way, the second guy sent out by 1-800-Appliance wrote down that the noise was very loud and wasnt fixed by his repair. But the notes Lowes said they received from him didnt say that at all. They told me that he wrote that the noise level was normal. I am starting to think there is collusion between Lowes and 1-800-Appliance. Something very wrong here. So, six visits later and horrible customer service from both Lowes and 1-800-appliance, we are now being told that the repairs need to be 30 days apart from each other before they will issue a return. If the cause of the noise was never actually repaired, then why do we have to wait a month between repairs? We continue to jump through the hoops that Lowes keeps throwing our way, but it is now clear that they have no intention of taking the fridge back. The fridge is less than two years old, and we have the extended warranty. We couldnt take the noise any further because it felt like it was causing hearing loss and after several months of that horrible sound we were both on edge, so we bought an amazingly quiet fridge from Pacific Sales, and they assured us that they would not do to us what Lowes did. Pacific Sales pride themselves with having good customer service. Lowes seems to have taken delight in lying to us, selling us a lemon, and then not righting a wrong. We have moved the loud piece of ** into our garage, and if Lowes continues to change the rules of a return and act in collusion with 1-800-appliance, probably in hopes that we will simply throw in the towel, then at least we dont have to hear that horrible sound in the meantime. If they dont do the right thing and take back the fridge, then we will simply keep calling out a repairman to fix the problem. We have three more years of our warranty, and if Lowes doesnt do the right thing, we will make them pay for this one way or another. Viva la revolucion!!

I purchased Whirlpool dishwasher, model DU930PWSTO, in 9/2007. It quit working in 5/2012. I expected an appliance made by a reputable manufacturer (Whirlpool) to last longer than five years. It seems like a manufacturing racket where they build these things only to be replaced a short time later. With service calls and parts replacement, its cheaper to buy a new unit. Talk about a circle jerk! And who the heck puts anything else but SS screws in a water soaked appliance? Duh. Rust! Im disgusted and dissatisfied with the whole company. Im still waiting on their response to my complaint email; at the time, the machine quit working. Whatever happened to pride in American made products? Or, did this get company bail and were now slaves to the Chinese junk once again? Ill never buy another Whirlpool appliance again. Does anyone have anything good to say about this company? I am a working single man. I needed a used washer. I shopped the new washers but they were a lotta money. I seen many of them were without agitators. Well heck... who am I to judge the progress in technology?? So, going around to the used appliance store I run across this Whirlpool Cabrio. OK, Whirlpool meant quality my entire life. So, I bought it. MASSIVE MISTAKE!!! This POS is no washing machine. I dont know what it is, but it is NO washing machine! It is a machine that runs a very few gallons of water into a load of clothes and makes them wet, and that is about it!!All I know is the federal government is dropping the ball on this situation BIG TIME!! To allow a company to foist off on consumers such a PILE OF JUNK!! The pile of crap is PURE junk as far as simply doing its job... washing clothes!! It is a DISGRACE of an American product, and I will NEVER buy anything made by Whirlpool the rest of my life!!I took the device off the lid that tells it when the lid is closed, and just stuck it in its receptacle in the body... so I could raise the lid while it is running and watch this POS in action and try and figure out what the hell is going on. First big problem is it NEEDS an agitator!! Obviously Whirlpool had not figured out how to make the clothes circulate without one. Second is the water level (no matter what cycle setting) is obscenely LOW!! The clothes do not circulate AT ALL, and about 1/3 of them do not even get below water level for the entire cycle!! What I am forced to do is use a water hose and run a lot more water off into the tub just to get the clothes in the damn water!! And ever at that, the clothes still do not circulate AT ALL!! They just rub up against each other!! And I have to use twice as much soap than called for!!

I love the large capacity of the washer. But something is turning my whites YELLOW! I have never had this problem in 40 years of washing clothes. All of my whites come out yellowish and I am getting what could be rust stains on heavier cloth (white denim). Also, I regularly used the soak setting on my old Whirlpool. That setting is not available in the Cabrio. I have tried catching between cycles and the drum is constantly emptied. I wish Id read these reviews before I bought.

I bought my Cabrio washer about 3.5 years ago. Little after the year, I had to replace the lid because the hinge broke. Then came the F1 code, which I noticed if you turn the machine off for a couple of minutes, it resets itself. About a week ago, it started making a grinding noise and staining the clothes with oil or grease. Transmission problems. I was told by the seller it had a 10 year warranty. I called them up and now I got to foot the bill for a technician to come to my house and tell me what I already know plus labor. Might as well buy a new one. Beware because I believe Kenmore is manufactured by the same company.

We purchased a Whirlpool side by side from Lowes and an extended warranty. Immediately maybe a month the ice maker froze. Ice container in the door. Repairman said design is notorious for this problem. This was an ongoing problem. They replaced icemaker and it continued. Finally the warranty people told me it could be deemed a lemon if repaired for the same issue 4 times in a year. They deemed it a LEMON and I received a store credit for the purchase price less the warranty amount. I purchased a new LG French door. No issues and its been 5 years. If you have an extended warranty do some checking on the lemon.

In Feb. 2014 we moved into a new Condo and bought all new kitchen appliance
In Feb. 2014 we moved into a new Condo and bought all new kitchen appliances, MAKING one mistake, a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator, Model WRS322FDAM 01. It had to be ordered and was received by Lowes on March 10th. Letters from Whirlpool told me that their service warranty had ended as of 2/1/15 which predated our receipt of the fridge. It is a bit noisy with the ice maker, and when it fills up with water, you can hear it, and yes, the ice does fly a bit when you put it into your glass. The worst thing about this piece of junk, is how cheaply it is made. The materials used must have come from the rejected pile of parts. Its just my husband and I, no grandchildren/children and very little company. So, the fridge received average use and then within 6 months, one of the drawers cracked at the back. I tried to glue it back together myself because I was told that it was not a covered item??? My repair lasted a few months and then came apart entirely. When I removed the broken shelf I noticed something around the LED light on the liner in the back of the fridge. I pulled out the meat drawer and found a crack that began at the bottom of the light and had moved about 3 inches to the left, and another one that began at the right of the light and that was about 4 inches or so.Life intervened and when I looked again, the right side crack had split and deepened and it had now crossed over to the rounded edging connecting the back liner to the side liner. The left side crack had also moved further to the left, and is now approaching the side corner. I spoke with Whirlpool and they sent out a repair company who e-mailed a photo of the cracks to them from our home. The company response was that they would cover the crack with 482395 liner tape. - this was their idea of a repair.I then spoke with a Lowes representative who agreed to send another repair firm out. Well, they came today and when they spoke with Whirlpool, they were told to order an Epoxy kit (# 8212572) - this was their version of a repair. I spoke with a supervisor and told her that they were not repairing the liner, they were just placing a bandage on top of the crack. I compared it to owning a new car but having cracks in the dashboard. In this case the dealer would place tapes over the cracks instead of just replacing the dash. Neither response from Whirlpool was a repair. All they were doing was hiding their piece of garbage. She disagreed and would offer nothing further. I told her that I was going to bring this to the attention of any consumer group that I could, and might even see if a class action suit could be brought to bear as there were many other reports of cracked liners. We are totally disgusted with the product and its manufacturer. Whirlpool used to have a good reputation, but after this, it is now at the bottom of the garbage barrel.

Certain brands of dishwashers made by Whirlpool, including Whirlpool, Kitchenaid and Kenmore, are a fire hazard. Most appeared to be made in the mid-00s. My Kenmore Elite, model# 665.16293400, bought in March 2006, started emitting a burning plastic smell. I removed the door panel and found where the control board wires have been overheating and melting the plastic liner inside the door.Further investigation led me to kitchenaidfire.com, which details the models involved and includes hundreds of reports of fires from these models. I also searched saferproducts.gov and also found over 100 reports of fires from these models. The report logs are growing rapidly as it appears most of the control boards start to malfunction about five years in.I called Sears and they said that Whirlpool needs to do a recall. I called Whirlpool and I was told that they do not make Kenmore dishwashers, only some parts. This is completely false. I couldnt believe the representative was told to tell me that besides the part that is failing is stamped Whirlpool. These Whirpool-made dishwashers are a documented fire hazard and need to be recalled. I do not know what it takes, hundreds of fire reports have been logged and they are rapidly growing, but I hope that it doesnt take someone to be killed before they are recalled.

After almost 10 years, my Whirlpool top loader is now malfunctioning just like a lot of complaints here. It will not complete a wash because it keeps giving an off balance error at the spin cycle. I also had a coin get stuck in the discharge hose but fortunately it did not destroy the pump. I certainly dont want to sink any money into a repair especially because the techs dont seem to know how to fix the off balance problem. Im not much satisfied with my Whirlpool dryer either. It takes forever to dry a load.

I purchased a Whirlpool Gold French door with the bottom freezer in October 2013. I had one repair done while it was still under the 1 year warranty, but by the time it was 18 months old, it began leaking refrigerant. I was told by the technician that the cost to repair it would be more than the value of the refrigerator, and the chances of the repair lasting more than 6 months were minimal. I had to buy a brand new refrigerator (not a whirlpool this time). I contacted Whirlpool customer service but they were non-sympathetic. Do Not Buy Whirlpool Products - Poor quality and high prices.

I purchased a Cabrio washer and dryer in 2011 and sold it in 2012 for half the price. I was tired of my clothes not being cleaned. My husband and I work in an office environment so our clothes do not get real dirty. On the other hand, we do work around the house and garden. When I put black pants in the washer, then take them out, they look clean because the mud is still wet. When I take them out of the dryer, it is dry mud. I called the company and they said get someone in our area to come in and see if anything is wrong. Yep, they came in, charged me $150 and said that nothing is wrong; they cannot find one thing wrong. I used the washer for about another 6 months and thought, This is crazy! My towels, bedding, nothing is clean. I then sold it for half price and I am now using a totally different brand. I will never purchase a Whirlpool again!

I am writing due to the defects and flaws in my recently purchased appliances. I chose Whirlpool believing I was buying the highest quality for longevity purposes. Every appliance I own is Whirlpool or Maytag - same company. I purchased warranties and was told the warranties dont cover my issues and was basically brushed off. I am infuriated. Here is a list of complaints. Refrigerator is cracking on the inside on the inner door and at the bottom. These cracks surfaced within the first year of purchase. The warranty does not cover cracks in the inner body. The oven/range has an exhaust that bellows out of the top of the range in a way that the smoke curls up onto the panel and discolors it. I have never had an oven constructed with an exhaust pipe in the front that pours smoke onto the range itself and into your house. The dishwasher paint has rusted off on the door as have the screws on the inside of the door. The cover panel on the cleaning dispenser of the washer has popped off and cannot be popped back on, hence the guts of the dispenser are always visible and when I go to load the cleansers the front has to pulled out from inside the dispense. The refrigerator is also leaking from the bottom and the ice-maker no longer produces ice. This started off and on for the past 2 years. At first I thought the leak was from a near by window. No it is the refrigerator. All of these appliances were purchased in 2013, 14 and 15. New. I am 56. I have never had issues like this ever in my life growing up or as an adult. Appliances lasted forever. I am one person. How much damage could I do? None. These are flaws in chemical compounding of the paints and materials for cracks and rust. Whirlpool was called various times and was not interested in sending a rep to verify my claims. They said all of my warranties did not cover such issues only motors. Lots of many spent in vain. I will not purchase Whirlpool again as they seem disinterested in customer satisfaction.

Called WP, they gave me a number to call for an authorized contractor to come out. Made certain to tell me that PARTS were covered, but not labor. $300 for the labor and two days later, hot water is back on. SAME THING happens again 6 months later, then AGAIN in Sept of this year. So 3 guys have been out to all replace the same part. This morning, hot water is out. Both tanks. Can’t keep pilot light lit. Called WP. They gave me more numbers of authorized contractors. No hot water and now I’ve got another $300 I owe to fix the SAME BROKEN PART. I wonder if this is how their last class action lawsuit got started?

I bought my refrigerator model GX5FHDXVQ0 in 2010 and after this short amount of time, the control board went out. My repair cost was $446.05 to have it repaired. The refrigerator cost over $2,000 and to have to spend nearly $500 on repairs after only 2 years seems way beyond reasonable. I have Whirlpool appliances - washer, dryer and dishwasher - in my home and thought it was a very reliable name. I am very unhappy after reading customer complaints about the very same thing happening to them. I can also see that the company Whirlpool is not very concerned with customer complaints. He tried 3 ways to get liquid to go through a round coil I could see at the back. I am very upset! It should be replaced at the very least.

We purchased Whirlpool Cabrio Washer WTW5600 series in October of 2010. I bought the machine from Sears and also bought the extended warranty. Less than 6 months after I had been using it, I noticed that all my husband’s shirts were getting sweat stains under the arms and my hand towels were very smelly after drying with them one time. I called Sears to have someone come out and tell us what the problem was. He said I was using too much detergent so I reduced the amount of what I was using. It did not help the problem so I started using the extra rinse each time I washed, still did not fix the problem. I called them out 3 more times in 2011. One tech told me I was still using too much detergent so I reduced down to 1 tablespoon like he suggested. I stopped using softener in my washer because he said I needed to clean my machine more than one time a month, to clean it every 3 weeks. No solution to the problem still. I have had a tech from Sears and one from Whirlpool (who incidentally was the same man, he was from A&E Appliances). When he came in the door, my husband told him he had been here before and I said 2 times. He lied and said he had not been out before. Are we blind? No. He ran the cycle but sat in his truck while he was running it. None of the techs have ever put a tool on the machine to check if the water level is right. They just stand there and tell us to change the amount of detergent or clean the machine with Clorox more often. I cleaned it 8 days in a row and the clothes still smell and still do not get cleaned. We talked to main man at Whirlpool and said they couldnt do anything because their 1 year warranty had run out. We have been using Whirlpool appliances for over 30 years but I will not ever buy another one. I have probably had 5 Whirlpool washers over the years but never had a problem until we got this Cabrio top loader without an agitator. I would not recommend this washer to my worst enemy, if I had one.

I purchased a Whirlpool 50 gallon gas hot water heater 3 years ago. I have 3 daughters all in school age. When my old one finally quit due to tank failure and out of warranty, I went to Lowes and bought a 6 year warranty hot water heater costing around $600. Now I figured you get what you pay for RIGHT! WRONG! So about 2 years ago the pilot light started to just go out on occasion, a bit of an inconvenience but there was no default code warning me of any other issues. So typically we just relight it. I called Whirlpool to get help with this issue, but they wanted me to pay for a technician to diagnose the problem. Um isnt that what the warranty is for? I said dont bother. Im not paying $150 for someone to tell me what I already know. Ill just keep relighting it myself. So finally the pilot light goes out for the 100th time but this time I go to reignite it and BOOM! It sounded like a twelve gauge shot gun going off in my face! Then it flutters flames into the chimney of the hot water heater. Scared the crap out of me at first. But it finally stopped and run fine. Well Im laying in bed a few nights later and woke up to a loud thumping noise, I go down stairs and it stops. The following day Im in the kitchen and THUMP THUMP THUMP BURP BURP BURP. Run over to the hot water heater closet and theres the flames shooting out of the gas valve into the hot water heater then BOOM! Its out! The valve unit finally took a crap I guess. I call Whirlpool again to get my warranty - this time it definitely needs to be replaced. So the guy tells me the parts are covered in the warranty but a technician needs to look at it first and the technician Ill have to pay.. Excuse me but what the ** did you just say? I have to pay for a technician to look at your failing part? No I dont think so! Just send me the part - Ill replace it myself. Im a millwright electrician by trade. I specialize in power plants and refineries. Im sure this little gas valve wont be a problem. I spoke with these idiots on a Friday and he said I could have it ground shipped for free and it should be here in 5-6 days or pay extra for quicker delivery. What the hell did he just say? I could pay extra for quicker delivery on Whirlpools faulty part? ** whirlpool should be saying Well have the part overnight to you.Now since it was a 3 day weekend theres no sense in me paying $40 to have it delivered 3 day because it still wouldnt arrive until close to the five day. So I just looked to see where my damn part is because it shouldve been here by now according to the guy on the phone. NOPE! Its set to be delivered in 5 more ** days. DONT BUY A WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT. I purchased a new Whirlpool 29 cubic ft. french door bottom freezer Refrigerator 11-22-2013. On 4-18-2014, I noticed water on the floor and realized my ice maker had quit working and the ice melted. I called Stantons APL. where I purchased it from and a service tech came on 4-22-2014. He checked the fridge out and after five mins said this is a model that has a known defect in it and it would have to be totally rebuilt. I then called Whirlpool and told them I want a new Refrigerator. I told them I paid for a new appliance, not a rebuilt one. The Whirlpool rep said they would need a second opinion and scheduled a different company to come out for service. This happened on 4-25-2014 which by this time I lost all my food in ref and freezer. He was there about ten mins. and said its gone out and it will have to be totally rebuilt. He calls Whirlpool tech support to help him figure out how to take out bottom door because he didnt know how. WHIRLPOOL tells the tech they want him to tear my refrigerator apart and run diag. test on it to see how it performs under certain codes. I tell Whirlpool they can run all the test they want after they replace my refrigerator and my food. The Whirlpool rep says, That aint happening. So I say, Then I need to talk to your supervisor. After going through four supervisors, I finally get to the person who reluctantly agrees to replace the refrigerator and says give her 24 to 48 hours to make it happen. 60 hours, still waiting on a response. Will let you know what happens. Shame on you Whirlpool for deceiving the public.

I have a Whirlpool GoldSeries dishwasher and I wish I had never bought it. I’ll start with the cons because I don’t think any other dishwasher on the market matches this: After 3.5 years either the motherboard or the motor is trash. It will cost so much to fix it that buying a new dishwasher is a better option. I paid more than $800 for the dishwasher + $200 for the install + $75 for the service call to find out it is garbage. I used it about 2-3 times per week, which adds up to about 455 uses total for the time I used it. This shows that the cost of this dishwasher, without operational cost considered, is $2.36 per load (or $307.14 per year if you prefer). No other appliance I have ever owned was as expensive, over its lifetime, as this dishwasher.Whirlpool customer service was difficult to get a hold of and then obstinate and useless. The dishwasher would stink if it was not cleaned regularly. Pros: It is quiet and it cleans the dishes well. Recommendation: Do not waste your money on this. Many other dishwashers are quiet and clean dishes but not many will be this big or expensive. A disappointment over their lifespan.

I am also disappointed with this manufacturer. I recently purchased an over-the-range microwave oven model KHMS2056S. Within 45 days of use, it quit heating. I initially established a service call through Kitchenaids web site, with the first available weekend appointment approximately 2 weeks away. When the contracted service represented arrived (A&E), he asked me for a cup of water and placed it in the microwave, along with a temperature meter. After running the microwave for 45 seconds, he informed me that microwave was not heating. This was the extent of his troubleshooting, only to confirm what I had already reported in my initial service appointment description. The next step was to order parts and wait another 10-20 days for a new service appointment. When I challenged the technician on this, he stated that they were required to verify the problem and check the model/serial number of the appliance. But these were also provided through the automated service appointment system. Thanks to Lowes who allowed me to return the item, even though the purchase date was outside the 30-day window. It seemed obvious to me this warranty contractor was simply creating multiple service calls to inflate the repair costs. And ultimately the consumer pays this.

This microwave usually has great reviews but I think I just got a dud. I purchased this model (WMH53520CS-0) as part of my new home build. After 9 months the door sensor broke and anytime we would go to run the microwave, it would tell you to open/close the door. Whirlpool sent out a certified factory dealer to fix the problem. They found it to be a faulty control panel and replaced it. After that was replaced, the exhaust fan broke. Whirlpool sent out that dealer again with the new part, and everything was working perfectly. Flash forward a whole 24 hours later, and the microwave would make the loudest sound ever and shut off after 3 seconds and blow the fuse. Turns out the turntable motor had broke and the NEW control panel was already faulty. The turntable motor part was on back order for a month and I am still currently waiting for it to be shipped to me while I have a microwave shut off collecting dust. As most anyone would be, I was extremely frustrated knowing that Whirlpool has spent at least 4 times more sending out certified dealers and replacing parts, than if they were to just order me a new microwave. They stood firm on their policy even if it meant a customer without a working microwave for over a month. Whirlpool did offer me a nice $75 debit card that took 4 weeks to arrive to help pay for a temporary microwave, but they would not work with me when I asked for the warranty to be extended 3 or 6 months. I wanted that peace of mind and its frustrating that for 2 of my 12 month warranty, the microwave was completely broken.Overall, its a nice microwave when its working but with all I have had to go through, I wouldnt recommend this model nor any Whirlpool appliances...

We purchased a higher end cabrio model only 3 years ago. Last year, on about every 5th cycle, the load would not spin at the end. Id have to remove all the wet clothes, set it to drain and spin, start it and wait for it to hopefully kick in. When I do it right, it kicks into the spin mode. I had to quickly press start/stop to unlock the hatch and reload the soaking wet clothes and wait for it to spin properly. Yesterday the same thing happened again. This time, it did not kick in. I ended up flipping the washer over and taking a look underneath. I discovered that the motor was seized. It had lost all its lubricating oil and smoked the belt. Now, my 3 year old washer is sitting in the driveway awaiting a trip to the dump since I got fed up and went out and purchased a new Samsung top loader. I emailed and called whirlpool with no luck. Not impressed. When I went out to buy a washer today the first thing I told the salesman was to stick anything with the name whirlpool out in the trash bin out back.

Bought this machine in July 2015 to replace LG front loader that went bad.
Bought this machine in July 2015 to replace LG front loader that went bad. This machine is the worst at rinsing the soap out of dark clothes, and probably the whites and lights too! Dark clothes always have white streaks and spots all over them. Called Customer Service and was told it was due to too much soap, the way the clothes were loaded, needed to add an extra rinse cycle to load, and/or because there is a water softener in the home. Have changed soaps 3x, changed the way I was loading the clothes, and I doubt the water softener has anything to do with this problem. I dont see how adding an extra cycle is efficient and seems wasteful. This machine is horrible and whether I just got a lemon or if its a defect in this machine, I dont know. Whirlpool doesnt seem to care either. I am going to attempt to sell this one and will not consider Whirlpool for the next one. Do not buy this machine!!

Had washer since 2016. Have NEVER washed a load where there was not a problem from washer dancing to having clothes come out without water ever touching them. Would NEVER recommend Whirlpool! Tried to contact Whirlpool website to register a rating & even their website is defective - could not get through after several attempts.

I bought my fridge 6 years ago. 13 months after purchase I had to replace the compressor. Last month I had to replace the water drip pan. Now the fridge is knocking and hissing again and warm inside. Compressor needs to be replaced. I contacted Whirlpool and they said 6 years is old for an appliance. Seriously!?? What about 13 months when the compressor went? They obviously dont stand behind their products. They are unable to admit I got a dud. Im so disappointed and frustrated. Stay clear!!!

Does not get clothes clean. Period!! Takes just over 1hr. Noisy, lasted 3 1/2 years, transmission broke, take the warranty with a washer/dryer. Whirlpool was the top of the line, front loaders give less trouble, agitators clean better, go for the cheaper versions, our loaner Whirlpool, WTW4850H or WTW4950H washes quicker and cleaner than the Cabrio Energy Star.

This is the worst washing machine we have ever owned. We purchased the Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer set at Lowe’s in Loganville, GA on 04/11/2010. Today is 02/22/2013 and the transmission is shot in the washer. It began making an extremely loud and terrible noise during the rinse and spin cycle. We called a local and trusted appliance repairman, and after his diagnosis including estimate to repair the washer, it totaled over $525.00. This is a terrible washer. I will never ever buy a Whirlpool appliance again. Oh, forgot to mention we have purchased four (4) major appliances from Lowes over the past 2 1/2 years in addition to purchases for our plumbing business and wont do it again! Also, Whirlpool couldn’t care less and there is just one complaint after another for the exact same problem online.

I updated appliances in new house, but didnt realize the builder would choose the smaller side by side frigidaire. Could use a larger freezer space, also would like a ice maker that cut off when bucket is full. Overall I love Whirlpool appliances.
