I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher model #665.13963K014 which I purchased new in 2011 alongside a Kenmore Elite refrigerator which has failed 3x in 4 years. However, this dishwasher is EXCELLENT. No troubles, everything comes out clean virtually every time (unless I load something wrong, usually). My wife and I love it. It is so quiet that you cannot hear it in the next room and you could even miss hearing it in the kitchen if you didnt listen for it. Wonderful! I dont know who makes this for Sears, but it is a quality appliance in my opinion.

Its just an all around awesome dishwasher. Its super strong, its super quick and its super sleek looking. Well worth the purchase. Its surprisingly big. It can fit a heck of a lot of dishes in one load and that really showcases just how much it can get done and how quickly. You cant go wrong with black. Its super sleek looking, its very new age and smooth. Its a definite necessity for the visually modernist kitchen. Its a hit in the wallet, definitely, but honestly not as much as youd expect when compared to most high end washers on the market. Definitely a good value for the production.

The dishwashers performance clean your dishes so well you dont even need to add soap. Best dishwasher Ive ever owned and I love Kenmore. Kenmore is very efficient. Great size. I have a full sink of dishes and a Kenmore dishwasher can take all the dishes and stack them on top of all the dishes and they still all come out clean. The Kenmore is very good to look at. Washed dishes thoroughly and left no food debris after the cycle was finished. Also, does not use an excess of water. I found it to be economical and environmentally sound. I would absolutely recommend this model to anyone who was searching for a new dishwasher. It was slightly compact but served our needs as a small family. We had a total of 3 people living in our home and it did a terrific job at accommodating all of our dishes. It had a clean and sleek design. Not too many frills, just a practical overall design. Does a good job of washing the dishes and getting them dry. There is no soap residue and they come out spotless. I am very happy with the job this machine does and would consider purchasing another in the future when needed. It is the perfect size for me and my husband. We are home alone most of the time. But even with company there is plenty of room for all the extra dishes. We are very happy with the size and how well it fits in our kitchen. Our dishwasher is a plain model. It is white in color and the buttons are on top of the door on the outside. It blends in very well with the rest of the appliances in the kitchen. We have had this model for several years now and are very happy with the value we have gotten out of it. With everyday that passes its value increases.

I chose this machine because of its reputation. I researched brand, and Kenmore had wonderful reviews. People were happy with most models and long performance. I really like how my Kenmore dishwasher has several cycles to wash the dishes. I can do a quick clean, or the ultimate scrub that lasts 99 minutes. It’s the longest cycle that sanitized the dishes. I like that cycle, but dont always need it. I could use one right below it, about 70 minutes, that still scrubs, but maybe not sanitize.

Overall, it cleans the dishes. However, some pots and pans it never cleans. Also it is very loud. Sometimes, I have to handwash dishes like if I poach a chicken or make mashed potatoes. The dishwasher gets ran almost every day. If it were larger then, I would not have to run it as frequently and could save water. Water is an important resource. The dishwasher is plain black which is satisfactory. It looks like pretty much every other single dishwasher ever made except white or stainless ones. It is a decent value. However, the next dishwasher that I buy will be quieter with more features. This dishwasher is pretty basic.

This dishwasher worked very well and was well worth the money spent. Cleaned and dried the dishes with reasonable cleanliness. Didnt need to clear dishes prior to loading the dishwasher. I would recommend this dishwasher. Fit all of my dishes that were used in 3-4 days with no overlapping. Silverware on door so more dishes could go in the dishwasher itself. Highly recommended. The first wash brought my utensils and dishes back to life - everything was clean and shiny. It is a great machine for the price we paid. Have had this for about a year now, no complaints or problems with it. Size is perfect for my household. It is quiet and cleans well and really does not need much maintenance and all clean products work well. It is easy to use and does not need any instructions to use. You can easily figure out how to operate it by just touching the panel. My favorite thing is that it is quiet and I never notice any smells coming from it after a few years. The silverware tray is easily removable for larger pot and pans and I can fit small plate in the top very easily. I like that it has so many nooks and hooks so your wine glasses are safely cleaned. It is easy to read and cleans well and keeps it appearance after years of use. It is blends well with other appliance and cleans easily and has an easy to see time schedule. It was a fair price and really like the extended warranty even though we did not need it. We did have a problem once before with a different dishwasher being loud and have a warranty recall and were pleased with this one.

We find it absolutely amazing that our Kenmore Ultra Wash is still the ORIGINAL one we purchased when we bought our house, which was in 1995. It still works fine, 25 YEARS LATER..!! I also don’t even think we EVER had to call a repairman for it. I asked my wife and she also never recalls having it repaired for any reason. Lucky..?? Guess so as I believe the average lifespan for a dishwasher is 10 years..?? I could be wrong. Anyway, it works just fine and dishes still are coming out clean and glasses have no spots. I should be in a commercial with this baby..!!

We bought this dishwasher (Sears Kenmore Dishwasher Model 66513409N410) 11/2014 & are extremely disappointed. We paid 549.99 sale price & thinking that it was smarter to pay a bit more for a better product. NOT SMART AT ALL!!! It doesnt clean very well and the motor stopped working after only 1 year and 2 months... We cant afford a new one so we hard to order a new motor for $68 to replace it. We do not recommend it... This is the 2nd Sears dishwasher in 4 years. 1st was cheaper and didnt last long either. NEVER AGAIN BUYING AT SEARS... They could not do anything to help me with this situation. UGHHH Lesson Learned!!

When I first made the purchase, the value seemed appropriate. However the performance isnt what it used to be, resulting in needing to do more wash cycles to clean the dishes. The size is fairly sufficient although there have been plenty of occasions where I would like the capacity to be bigger. I often have to do more than one load. Your periods is fine for the most part. It would be nice if the color could be changed somehow to accommodate other appliance colors. Happy with the results and the performance has been satisfactory withholding a few occasions when the dishes are not clean enough. Works fairly well.

I love my dishwasher. Its the greatest thing since slice bread. With all its bells and whistles how can there be anything nicer than that. In the future I would definitely buy another Kenmore product like the one I have now. Just fantastic!

It is okay. Pressure is good. The food filter is difficult to clean which is frustrating. Was super easy to replace and hook back up to the disposal. Strongly dislike the silverware tray. Wish there was something to hold down the dishes. Theyre fly everywhere and end up full of dirty water often and need rewashing. Cannot fit enough dishes inside, and definitely cannot fit larger pots and some pans with a standard load. A family of 4 (2 of which are 6 and under and do not use standard size plates is more than its capacity and we have to do 2 plus loads for dinner alone most days. It looks fine. It matches our other appliances. The handle opener thingies at the top makes it hard to clean around/under and I dont like that at all. I dont think it portrays value like the Bosch design where you know people spent way more for it but its worth it because its a Bosch. This is one you get on sale at Walmart & Target and are just glad it works.

The Kenmore dishwasher was rather quiet which is nice compared to some other models. However, I wish there were more space and that it sterilized dishes. I also wish the dishwasher had a better drying mechanism because my dishes are still rather wet. These newer models are supposed to be more energy efficient but we never noticed a change in water or electric bill. But overall, the dishwasher met our expectations for the price. It cleaned the dishes fairly well, was a cost effective option that met our needs and would choose again for future purchase. We have not had any mechanical issues which is also a plus.

Nice easy to use dishwasher that is quiet and cleans dishes rather fast. Takes packet, liquid, or powdered detergent. Is very quiet and runs through a cycle in under 30 minutes. Fits at least 30 large plates, and at least triple the amount in small plates. Fits about 32 cups on the top shelf. Bowls can be a bit of a trick, but it can fit at least 6 bowls on the top rack as well. Nice, easy to clean. White finish makes it easy to clean and maintain. Has easy to push buttons and settings that allow you choose the type of wash you wish to have. This dishwasher has lasted for years. Great value for the price and workmanship. I have yet to have any service done on this dishwasher besides some regular cleaning.

Our dishwasher is black with a silver inside gray filter on the bottom and a gray plastic spray bar. It has white coated metal rack on the bottom and on the top rack. We have a large family and can fit more than 20 plates in at a time along with cups and bowls. I can fit my tall coffee mugs on the top rack. Usually we can wash dishes for 10 people at a time. Kenmore dishwasher cleans dishes really well. Only problem we had with it is if we stick something too tall in the bottom the sprayer arm can get stuck and the silverware basket door sometimes wont stay all the way closed. We bought ours from a scratch and dent store near us. The price was less than a thousand dollars. Works great, never had a problem with it so far and we have had it for more than 5 years.

The size was adequate and I was able to wash my large pans and casserole dishes in it. My dishes are clean when they come out. I was afraid that there would be food residues and other stains, but that did not happened. It has a great number of water jets that get the dishes wash at every angle. Its just the right size, plenty of space inside to fit large plates and pots and pans. We never expected to wash dirty dishes as we always pre-rinsed them but the dishwasher worked well and was relatively quiet and never broke down. The dishwasher held all our dishes and we never ran it everyday but rather about once a week for two of us. The dishwasher can hold a large load if it is filled properly and does a nice job on the dishes. We never put dishes that had food on them in the dishwasher and never expected it to clean food that was caked on. I am an owner of the Kenmore Elite dishwasher that I have bought in 2004 (8 years ago) from Sears Canada (model 666.16462300; SER FR1509082). Ive been told that the dishwasher was made by Whirlpool. It has been a good dishwasher aside that the door was noisy. Last night when I turned it on there was a black smoke with smell of burned rubber and flames coming out from the top of the door and one can see sparks behind the buttons as well. I just want owners of the same dishwasher be aware of the potential fire hazard. If we weren’t home when it happened, we could have lost our house. Multiple times I have tried to contact both Sears and Whirlpool to file a complaint and to ensure a follow up, but nobody is interested to come and look at the dishwasher to establish what the issue was unless Im willing to pay for it. I dont care about repairing the old one. I just want my dishwasher incident investigated for safety of other consumers.

It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It leaves little to no spots on glasses. You need to scrape the dishes real good as to not leave a lot on them. It has enough room to hold all the dishes I use on a typical day. Cannot always fit all dishes in it if I have a lot of company over and use a lot of pots. The color fits in to the decor of my kitchen. Easy to see all controls but small enough not to be overpowering. The overall set up is easy to use. At the time of purchase it was the best value for the money I was willing to spend. Came in a variety of colors and does a good job for the price.

I only use the normal or pots/pans settings overnight because they are so long. I cook a lot, so during the day I use the 1 hr quick wash with heat drying. I like the sanitized option and I wished it worked for the 1 hr wash cycle. I wish the dishwasher was quieter, it sounds close the noise my dryer makes.

This dishwasher is beautiful. I love the accent color it gives to my kitchen although there were other option available. I chose this one because I thought it was pretty. I have a family of 6 and this 24dishwasher by Kenmore is perfect. Fits all my dishes after one sitting and cleans them thoroughly. The performance is amazing. The dishwasher has done well in my two family household. Not too many dishes are done recently but still the dishwasher has had a few instances such as family dinners where it was tested. Cleaned well. No complaints thus far. The top shelf when used holds a few plates for about 5-7 adults and several drinking glasses. The bottom shelf holds around 10 plates for me, baking pans and a few other containers still with space left. Honestly the inside does not matter as much as the outside stainless steel. The external has held up so far and is easy to clean and doesnt scratch easily. It was less than $500 at time of purchase from store. Free delivery. I am not sorry for price paid. Good value. More than paid for itself so far especially in terms of time.

I have had a lot of Kenmore products in my home. My refrigerator. My washer and dryer. My hot water heater and both of my microwaves. I like the way I choose to start my Kenmore Dishwasher. You select your cycle, close the door then it goes on. I also like the choice of many cycles. I usually rinse my dishes first so I can use less washing time. However, I would like to be able to put some larger things in the dishwasher. Some of the racks have small adjustments, but I have more than it can handle. It could also be a little quieter. Nevertheless, I have always had a good experience with Kenmore.

My overall experience with it was okay, but after a little over a year, it started leaking water everywhere. Thankfully it was still under warranty then, but still would not expect something to go wrong with it for just a year’s worth of use. It was big enough to fit all of our needs just fine, and we have a family of four. Never had an issue with the space with it at all. Overall, the outside of the unit is very nice, because I got the stainless steel one to match all of my other appliances in the house. Inside, it looks like any other dishwasher. The value was alright, not a real big deal and not a real big price either. But overall, I would say that it was okay for what I had to pay for it.

We bought this Kenmore washer new on 07/25/2011. Less than 5 years ago. It is already making a terrible sound and we looked it up to see what it could be. Basically what is wrong with it is expensive and would be cheaper to buy a new washer. We have always used Kenmore because they last a long time, all our other washer lasted over 10 years. I spoke with a gentleman who knows washer and he said they are made to break now. I will be switching to Maytag. I guess they still will run the 10 yrs or more. So mad that it is not about the quality anymore but about quantity. Kenmore used to be the best. We have already changed our dishwasher and just love our new Maytag.

Yes this is the best one out there in the market. I recommend this to everyone who is looking for a nice dish washing machine. I recommend 10/10. Best size, too better than other machine. This is a great size and fits perfectly, you wont be disappointed. The appearance is a amazing. It looks really good and I like the way it looks in the kitchen, very professional looking, great buy. The value of this dishwasher is really great value, bang for your buck and works amazing. This should sell for more based on the quality. Its really amazing.

Beware. This is the second unit we have had that has blown the main fuse internally for no reason other than poor design and manufacturing. This causes the unit stop working completely. It is an easy repair and upgraded parts are available online but this should not happen at all given the cost of the units. It is such a common problem that forums are inundated with posts about people having this issue. I am not willing to buy one of these overpriced pieces of cheap manufacturing from Sears again. For the same or a little more I can purchase a unit that will work properly in the long run. Our current one lasted only just over a year before failing. Since our last unit failed as well I could repair it myself as the same part fails almost every time. My parents Kenmore dishwasher has had the same thing happen to it as well. I would recommend that anyone serious about a reliable dishwasher stay far away from the Kenmore brand.

I have a $3,000.00 Kenmore Elite that does NOT work. They want $1200.00 to $1500.00 to repair. Kenmore use to be reliable but not anymore. In September of 2015 I purchased the top of the line refrigerator and dishwasher. Less than 5 years later, neither one is working. The repair cost is so high it does not pay to fix them. I use to always purchase Kenmore appliances. That stops now. Be aware before you buy. They look real pretty but they don’t last.

It performs very well. Makes life real easy. Stops the wife from **. Very satisfied overall. Easy to fill. Dishes come clean the first time. Its convenient. Fits right under my counter. Makes it so easy to load. Less stress on the back. For me its the perfect size. My dishwasher is white, and blends well with my kitchen, and since my formica counters are white, it looks like it belongs there. I have had my dishwasher about a year now. Works as good as when I first got it. Easy to maintain. In the long run well worth every penny I spent on it.

The dishwasher was the perfect size for me and my kitchen which still works great from the same spot for years. The appearance has always gone with the different designs over the years. I have received many compliments about the dishwasher. It never had to be repaired. Its easy to use and when it breaks down I will buy the same brand because I was so pleased. It was a great replacement and I would definitely recommend it.

My Kenmore dishwasher is over 10 years old and still cleans as well as the first day. Only complaint is the silverware container has been replaced twice. But overall, great dishwasher.

I have had my current dishwasher for over thirty (30) years and honestly have had no major problems with it. The lower basket needs to be replaced since there is probably five to six (5-6) prongs that keep the dishes in place. Due to how old this product is Sears (Kenmore) has difficulty finding a replacement part for the dishwasher. Any suggestions? This the first and only dishwasher I have ever owned. My prior dishwasher were my right hand and my left hand. These as well as my Kenmore run a close first and second. Kenmore is a far better product than ninety-five (95%) of ANY manufactured product on the market today. Keep up the great manufacturing you do Kenmore. HUGE kudos to both Sears and Kenmore.

Heated dry cycle ensures sensitization while fully drying dishes. Multiple settings for the wash cycle allows me to wash anything I want and has timer so I can even wash dishes while Im not home. Not as large as I would like but I only have to do dishes once every couple days as a single guy so I guess thats all I need but a family of four may definitely want a larger unit. Pretty standard. Looks stylish depending on what you are going for. It doesnt wow anyone but doesnt look terrible either. Depends on your other appliances as to what would work or not work in your kitchen. Mine came with the place I currently live so the value makes no difference to me but my time is valuable and the time it saves me from having to hand wash is invaluable.

Its fast wash and gets very hot. Dishes are always spotless. Plenty of room for everything. It takes the gel packs which is much easier. Its not too loud at all. I cant complain. Its the perfect size for my household. It doesnt take up too much room. But it fits our daily dishwashing needs. And there are spots for silver, bowls, flat dishes and its not all clanging against each other. Looks modern, suits my kitchen perfectly with my other items in the kitchen. Its easy to keep clean. I spray Windex on it and wipe it down and it shines nicely. I actually get comments on the look. It was a little costly but everything is going up in price. Times are tough but for the machine it was worth it. Other brands were much more expensive for similar sizes. It works great so I cant complain about it and the price was worth it.

I have always grown up with Kenmore appliances. My parents used them without any trouble and Ive used them without any trouble. I have used dishwashers and several smaller appliances. When there was an issue their warranty took care of everything. I like that my is fridge stainless steel, side by side, charcoal filter, and good size for me to store my groceries. I also like the controls on the front of the refrigerator. It is easy to clean and put back together.

I like it, works great. Had it for 2 years and 6 months. I got new dishwasher when I got this house, has a whole of settings. I used it maybe twice a week. I think you will like it. The size is great, I measurement the hole from where the old dishwasher was out and it fits perfectly. It looks great, stainless steel is my favorite. My whole kitchen is stainless steel, looks great with everything. Definitely will recommend this product. Happy customer. I got a great deal. It was on sale and I had a 10% off coupon from Home Depot and they have free delivery. I am so happy.

The fridge keeps everything at the correct temperature and its spacious. Adjustable clear glass shelving is also a nice feature because it makes it so easy to take apart and clean. Removable door shelves are dishwasher safe and also adjustable. Its great for people that have children. For a family of three I would prefer a larger refrigerator with more freezer room, but the refrigerator does look nice and fits great in a smaller kitchen. Nice shine on the white surface. The clear coating makes it extremely easy to clean with just hot water. More stubborn stains clean quite well with a spray cleaner. For the size its worth the price. This refrigerator will last a long time. Ive had mine for years and love it.

It has been running for a really long time without any issues. We use it as an overflow fridge from our main fridge now. It is super spacious and weve never had a problem with it. It holds main dishes but it also holds a lot of leftovers and larger food items. Its pretty but not too big. It just kind of looks like an old fridge. There isnt anything exciting about it. Over the years, the white has gotten really dirty and it looks very dated now. We dont keep it in a main room or entertaining room, just hidden. It has lasted a super long time now so I would recommend it for that reason. Its good.

I am greatly satisfied with my Kenmore products! My clothes are clean every time and I have no complaints there. My dishes are actually very easy to wash. I feel that both products are energy and time efficient. That is always a plus!

The dishwasher is relatively speaking very quiet and does an above average job of cleaning every pot, pan, and utensil you place on its racks. There are no obvious overlooked stains that were missed or not thoroughly cleaned by the dishwasher. So far there hasnt been a need to call for any repairs and hopefully, it will continue to perform reliably because it is well past the warranty period and I didnt purchase an extended warranty policy. It was the perfect size to fit in the pre-cut area under our kitchen counter when we got it to replace an old dishwasher. It can accommodate large pots and pans with removable utensil baskets. Spray is adequate to reach cups and small containers loaded on the top tray.It still looks the same as when we got it so I guess thats a good thing because its not falling apart. Fortunately, my other appliances are not stainless steel so it matches the kitchen decor perfectly. When we were shopping for a new dishwasher, my wife was very adamant about not spending more than a few hundred dollars for only a dishwasher so we were very happy that the price of this model fit our budget perfectly.

I like that the dishes always come out clean and sparkling. I never need to put anything back through and things stay in place while the machine is in use. There are the odd pieces now and again that cant fit but thats to be expected. Overall Ive had no problems getting everyday items to go. Beautiful design that readily goes well with anyones home and decor style. The appearance is sleek and blends well with the surroundings. You get what you pay for. No complaints from me! I dont think its unreasonably priced and given the typical cost of dishwashers, I think this is a fair price.

It actually removed dried and baked on food! It was quiet and easy to operate. I would definitely look for a similar model when upgrading. It is affordable for us and we love it. Even my 13 year old son uses it. The size was appropriate we for the space that we had in our kitchen set aside for the dishwasher. It fit snugly and perfectly. There are no gaps worth mentioning and it is beautiful, at that. The stainless steel matched the decor theme in our kitchen and the design is sleek and elegant. Its easy to clean and maintain and the finish is flawless. I cannot remember what we paid for it but to me I would pay it again. I love my Kenmore devices. I have never had any major problems with any of my devices that I own. They get my clothes clean and my dishes clean and I would recommend Kenmore to anyone. Kenmore sticks to their service after the sale too.

It has 3 different wash settings. Heavy, normal, or 1 hour. Its quiet. The heated dry dries the dishes pretty well, better than other dishwashers that Ive used with a heated dry setting in the past. I dislike that sometimes it doesnt clean even the smallest stains. When I take dishes out the dishwasher a lot of the time some of the dishes still come out with stains or tiny bits of food particles that I didnt see when I rinsed them off before I put them into the dishwasher. But it meets most of my expectations. Its not the best dishwasher that Ive ever owned but its also not the worst dishwasher that Ive ever owned either, about a 6 out of 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Effectively and quickly cleans my dishes even if Ive let them pile up. Its gotten a bit worse over time as it sometimes leaves specks of filth behind, but that could be due to switching detergents. Overall, Im satisfied. It fits under the counter next to the sink, so it doesnt take up too much space. It doesnt stand out and its white color matches my kitchen quite nicely. Ive gotten into a habit of washing dishes by hand to save water, but if Ive been lazy, then it helps me easily catch up, which, when considering that it has lasted a while, makes it a worthwhile investment.

Had the appliance (Kenmore Elite) for 6 months when ice maker had to be replaced. Now I have an ER 1F error code. No ice is being made and water is dripping down and freezing in the drawer freezer. I am quite disappointed. It appears the appliances are made so that you must call for repairs on a regular basis. My dishwasher from Sears is another story.

The best thing I like is the stainless steel inside of this dishwasher. However, we have had problems with debris being left in cups/glasses, especially if they are put on the bottom rack. For the most part Im happy with the size of the dishwasher. Frying pans and large pots fit on the bottom rack...just doesnt leave much room for any dishes if they are very large. We have a black outside on the dishwasher which I have found to be very nice for hiding dirt. Most stains are not very noticeable and it clears very easy with a quick wipe down. This was a little more expensive than the other dishwashers but it was worth the money because it consistently works hard with large loads and a large family.

Kenmore dishwasher was the best price at the time. My mom had the same one and also liked it. Though, I did not like the seal on the door. It leaked once in a while. I also did not like the latch on the door I was not sure if was locked. But I like the hot drying feature, the black face, the racks and silverware racks. I felt it did a good job and was a good value and it saved energy use. I think it was a fine purchase and I would buy one again.

I have other Kenmore products and have always been satisfied with the products. I also like that there are many different options and price points that I can choose from. I also like that the company stands behind their products. I like that there are many different washing options in the dish washer. I also like that it fits a lot of plates and is great for hosting large functions. The adjustable top rack is really handy too. I also love their smart wash option and how quietly the machine runs. The one thing I have to complain about is that the pulse if the water is not as strong as I would like, but that could be because I use the smart wash option to save water. But I have noticed that there is food debris left in the plates.

Its simple to operate and it saves on energy and cleans efficiently and is durable... There is little to no mess after you take your dishes out and it also is efficient with the use of cleaning agents. It doesnt make my kitchen look cluttered and also all of the wires and tubes for the water are hidden out of sight to make for a more safe area without having to worry about tipping over anything. The appearance of it I think has a very modern and sheen look... I chose it because it pretty much matches my other appliances... I would definitely recommend this product to others. I think I got a great value for the money I paid for it. There are many expensive brands as well as the one I have but its well worth the money.

It is a very good product. Its very reliable and will probably outlast a lot of washers I have ever owned for a long time. I have thought about buying several other appliances but this one seems to be the best and durable. The dishwasher is very compact and fits lovely in the area I have placed it. It is great for the kitchen, or basement, and could also fit in a small place on a car port or driveway. The appearance is awesome. The design and all out look of the appliance really makes it look like a very futuristic advanced model. The price is very affordable for any working class household.

It has met the expectations of what I need to get done. It has adjustable racks and power wave technology to get the dishes 80% cleaner. It is a much quieter dishwasher than most, on 50 decibels. It also has 12 place settings room. It is an efficient machine and I enjoy having it. I like the dishwasher but would have liked it better in black. I do not like the stainless steel background. To me it uses a lot, and I mean a lot of water. It takes too long to wash a load after dinner and drying them after washing them takes a while.

Thought I was getting a good product. Have bought Kenmore Elite in the past. Paid $2500 for refrigerator in Nov 2016. Less than 2 years later, the fridge is warm. Same story as others. Sears cant come out for 2 weeks. Had another company come out next day and they confirmed the freon was gone. Apparently there is a leak in a sealed unit? Compressor was hot and coils were not. Cant complain to anyone because call center is offshore and they do not understand. I called customer service and they said they would have to transfer me. This happened 4 times before I couldnt take it anymore and hung up. You cant get to Kenmore Corporate. All contact info is pointed to Sears. Is there a class action lawsuit I can join? I have appointment scheduled for them to come out in 2 weeks, but Im afraid they will say it will be $1k or more to fix it. Less than 2 years old. I shouldnt have to fix it. The tech that came out told me my Kenmore is made up of LG parts. If I wanted an LG I would of bought that brand? Why do they do that? Oh and my Kenmore dishwasher crapped the bed a few short months ago too! I replaced it with a Bosch. I will NEVER spend another dime at Sears or on a Kenmore appliance again!

This dishwasher cleans really caked on dishes, pots, and pans without rinsing them first. It saves on water, but it has a sprayer nozzle that really does the job the first time! It has a bottom and a top rack that seem rather wider than my replaced one. Also, each rack is long enough for you to place dishes for up to 6 people. On the bottom there is ample space for pots and pans and a big silverware tray. I chose the stainless steel look because I love the shine of it when I clean the front. It fit perfectly in the space that we had our old dishwasher without any problems. Once I used it the first time I knew we had chose the best dishwasher, because it is very energy-efficient and does not use a whole lot of unnecessary water. The spray nozzle is the benefit of using less water because it is so powerful and it cleans everything spotless.

I love Kenmore Appliances! We have owned three Kenmore dishwashers, both of which we purchased. Our first one was for an apartment we were renting in 1979 when our son was born. I wanted one specifically to sterilize bottles. It was roomy and did a good job, but was rather noisy. Our second one was for our first house and replaced another brand. It was quieter and very roomy. The 3rd was even roomier and quieter and had soft touch buttons and a digital display. We try to buy Kenmore appliances whenever possible. The brand is synonymous with quality. They are dependable, stylish and provide great value for the price. Kenmore offers the latest features, and the sales people are unfailingly friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have looked at the Kenmore Elite models and when our current KitchenAid (came with the house and was new) gives out, we will replace it with a Kenmore. I like the adjustable racks and would like it if the cycle was even MORE environmentally friendly. I like having options on the length of the cycle and how much water is used. I would also like it if all surfaces in the dishwashers were stainless steel.

Cleans well for a good price, never had any issues with this model and would highly recommend it. Didnt need anything too fancy and this one seems to get the job done. Big enough without being too bulky. It was a great cost too. This size worked very well for me, without taking up too much space for where I needed it. Very nice looking dishwasher and for a great price. It looks very modern to me and you will be happy with it. The price I paid for it was a bargain and for the overall performance Im very happy with it and you would be too. It has enough bells and whistles for the price I paid.

We bought a Sears Kenmore dishwasher around four years ago. In less than two years time, parts started breaking off of the upper rack of the unit. After three years, the top rack was unusable, and so after limping along for some time doing 1/2 loads by using the bottom rack only, we replaced the housing for the wheels on top rack. Only, the screws dont all screw in, but just going around-and-around. At this point, Im not sure that Ill even bother going back to the parts store for a trade on the part, because during the process of fixing the wheels, we remembered that several other parts were broken (half of the spines holding the glass holders dont stay up, and both rack track stoppers are missing, so that rack can only be pulled halfway, or else the whole thing comes crashing out), and it seems pointless to spend more money on such a poorly constructed piece of equipment.Additionally, our HE dishwasher is so efficient that we have to thoroughly hand wash every plate, bowl, glass, piece of silverware before running it through the wash. It worked reasonably well for the first year. After that (and after the warranty ran out), we noticed that it wasnt cleaning well at all. We keep the trap clean. We have read other complaints online, and it seems that we need to take the whole thing apart for a thorough cleaning, in order for it to do a decent job of washing. We dont even bother loading pots and pans into the unit, because even with a thorough scrubbing, they come out greasy.We called Customer Service today, and were told that they could send a service rep out, but we would have to pay for the service call ($89.00). We were also offered an opportunity to buy an extended warranty. Im pretty sure I dont want to pour more money into this money pit. The bottom line is that we paid $800.00 for a rinser/dryer/ dish drainer for our kitchen. Do yourself a favor, and dont buy a Kenmore. That are NOT what they used to be!

Kenmore Elite Dishwasher -- The dishwasher functions beautifully when it is working. Although, the electric strip pad that controls it has malfunctioned FOUR times where it needs replacement. It malfunctions without warning always in a variety of ways, e.g. Not acknowledging any commands, beeping every 10 seconds, frozen on a single command button, etc.

It washed dishes, sometimes food would be melted onto the container. The individual cycles were not used much, just the standard, but it did pretty well for its price point. I didnt like the color, should have gone with stainless models. The size was very nice. It had enough space for all of our dishes and cutlery. We were able to for several days and dinners worth of food onto the dishwasher and they almost always came out equally washed and clean. I did not end up liking the color very much. It was not the color I originally wanted, but I bought it on sale so I went with it. Inside and out, I would have preferred something like a stainless steel look for the dishwasher. I was happy with the value, especially because I was able to buy it on sale. The dishwasher never broke down or needed repair so it was a quality purchase. I would recommend it again if it was a dishwasher that was on sale.

I think it is a solid refrigerator. The only problem I have with it is it noisy. The hum is louder than the last refrigerator I owned. However, it was affordable and something I would recommend. The design matches with my dishwasher and other appliances beautifully. I would buy it again if I was on a tight budget.

We have had this for quite some time and have NEVER had any issues with it. Great qualities, amazing performance, etc. If you need a daily used dishwasher Id recommend this one. We now have a family of seven. It will fit all plates, cups, silverware, pans or pots used to cook dinner plus any extra dishes from lunch or breakfast. Black, shiny, doesnt stand out too much but just enough to look good with any kitchen color. The color has never faded and the buttons still look great. Its value was so worth what we paid. The appearance, size, continence all makes up for the amount we paid. Also the delay start adds a plus to it.

I have owned this dishwasher for several years and it performs very well. It is reliable and weve had no issues with it to date. It gets the job done and cleans our dishes well. Couldnt ask for more. Size-wise it is perfect for our home. We are a family of four and it is sufficient for a days worth of dishes. Sometimes we can wait until after breakfast the next day to start. I love the stainless steel and black look. It matches our other appliances perfectly and is sleek and easy to clean. Very good-looking dishwasher. This dishwasher has held its value and we look forward to having it for many many more years. Which is great because we dont want to have to replace a dishwasher anytime soon.

Ive had this dishwasher for a while and I love it. My dishes never break and they always come out clean. I dont have to rewash them because of leftover food residue. Its very reliable and easy to use. Even my children love it. My dishwasher perfectly suits my households needs. I normally run it in the morning after breakfast and in the evening after dinner. The only time I have to run it more than once night is when I have holiday or dinner parties. Other than that all my dishware and cooking ware usually fits in one setting. As far as my dishwashers appearance goes, I think it is very nice looking. It blends in with my kitchen and it is very easy to clean. I actually think it makes my kitchen look nicer. I think its a great buy for its value. It wasnt ridiculously expensive as I thought it would be to purchase a dishwasher. It works great and has all the feature I was hoping for. Also Kenmore is a very well known and great brand.

Our landlord bought a Kenmore dishwasher brand new and it didnt work. The spinning blade on the bottom would not spin. So, after calling customer serviceand scheduling a technician, who was more eager to come for refrigerator repair, said he will talk to the landlord and the parts are ordered. Ordered? This young man would not tell me what would be replaced and when the part would come. After ten days during Christmas and New Year we werent able to use the dishwasher. The parts wouldnt arrive so we heard from customer service that nothing was ordered for our dishwasher. Excuse me? And customer service put me on hold and disconnected me twice. I certainly can say Sears does not care about customer service. A second person came without cloth or so broke our drain and replaced the motor blade leaving the defect motor behind and a very messy kitchen floor. What can I say. We are NOT using the dishwasher because its cycle is over 3 hours and it does not clean and dry properly. Prewash and manual kitchen towel drying is needed. We went back to old fashioned way with five people in the household. I would never buy from Sears. Worst experience ever. And two years living without dishwasher because landlord just bought it new.

Dishwasher worked fine. Got dishes clean and functioned well. No issues with spots and did not miss any areas. Worked quickly and efficiently. Long life. Had it for several years. I was able to wash a days worth of dishes from four people. Never had to worry about having dishes needing to be held over for the next load. Now if it could put the dishes away too... It was a nice dishwasher that fit in nicely not sticking out. Just fit in nicely with the rest of the kitchen appliances. Ran quiet and blended in as a dishwasher should. It was priced well for the features. There are more expensive dishwashers and cheaper dishwashers out on the market. It was reasonably priced for the features.

Its very useful and it works good and keeps the dishes very clean. I use it a lot. The size fits perfectly and I like the color it works very good.The appearance is self-explanatory the machine stands out its bright and shining. It works very well. I take care of my property so it will last me a long time because its very sturdy and firm and reliable. I would recommend the machine to all my friends and family. Will not clean if the washer is filled. Galway is iffy. It has quit cleaning for months on end leading to it being a waste of space. Can take multiple washes around the racks to get something clean. Would be nice if it were larger as dishes dont always get done on a daily basis in the house & with 2 people always in the house and 2 part time livers makes it a mess. Its there to do a job it does halfway majority of the time. Doesnt match kitchen much so its pretty bleh. Expected a lasting dishwasher, instead I have to give it breaks for months for it to work again. Expected something that will do its job. A sink & sponge does better half the time.

I needed to find a dishwasher that matched with the rest of my kitchen and this one was perfect. I love the design and the functionality of this dishwasher. Also, I have a large family so the size of a dishwasher is very important to us. We want to have something that can fit all of our dishes in as well as cleans it very well. This dishwasher is the best choice for us and we could not have made a better decision. This dishwasher works very well. Ive had it for a few years and it still works like new. I use this dishwasher at least 2 times a day with my large family and it has never given me any problems. Overall, the value of this dishwasher is it is 100 percent worth everything that it costs. It is a brand I trust and have owned before. It was recommended to me by friends and by family who have used it for years and have had no complaints. We have a very large family that cooks a lot and appreciate not having to wash dishes after preparing such a large meal for our families. Easy to use and gets everything clean which is very important. In my family we have a lot of parties and use the dishwasher a lot for these large special occasions that are very important to my future. We bake BBQ fry so much cooking. I have found this to be the best dishwasher I and my family has ever used. A little hard to load larger pieces in the machine. The one thing that would be better would be if I could fit larger pieces in the dishwasher with more ease. I cook a lot and need room for large dishes.
