It has a large capacity so I only use it once a week putting dishes in it all week and even then it usually is not full. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It is much bigger inside than I thought it would be when I first saw it. It is big enough to hold a weeks worth of dishes without looking crowded. It does look plain on the outside but the controls are clear and easy to understand and use. I had no problem figuring out how to set it. I like that it is very well designed inside and outside. I didnt have to choose this model myself as it came with the apartment. However, I went to a couple of stores that sell dishwashers so I could see what it would have cost if I had bought it. It is well worth what it would have cost me to buy it new as it is very well designed and has a lot of room inside for a lot of dishes and even when it is packed full it still gets all the dishes clean.

In 2016 I purchased a Kenmore Elite 14793 Dishwasher based on years of experience with Kenmore (I have purchased washer and dryers, and refrigerators from them) and never had a issue. 4 months ago, during a load of dishes started drying, I could suddenly smell smoke and plastic burning. Upon inspecting the dishwasher, I found a wheel had fallen off the lower rack and melted and was burning on the heating element. I cleaned the mess up the best I could and saw that the wheels were held onto the rack with a small plastic piece. I contacted Sears parts department and ordered the replacement wheels (one set of two on a plastic mount). The woman I talked to on the phone told me that she had just had another call for the same thing and had other calls on this as well. No good. They know there is a problem and wont correct it. The cost for the wheel assembly was more than $50 with shipping.When I went to remove the rack and replace the old wheel assembly, three more wheels fell off. The small plastic bushing that holds the wheels on were all shrunken and cracked. Obviously they were very cheap and not meant to be used in such a hot environment. Kenmore advised that since there has been no recall and its not under warranty that there is nothing they can do but sell me the parts to fix it. Why would I buy $200 in parts that will not last 3 years. This company no longer produces quality dishwashers and will not stand behind obvious defective parts.

The size of this dishwasher is a standard size that will fit into most of the built-in areas for dishwashers in the average home. It is fairly large and has a spacious compartment to load all kinds of cookware. The color and texture of this particular dishwasher, I feel personally, can easily blend in with any kitchen decor, and is also quite eye-catching and attractive in appearance. This particular dishwasher is very competitive in price and a good value for this type of product.

Horrible product. Will not start when you push start? WHY?? You think it will start but it wants to think???? STUPID. I will not buy Kenmore again. I want a product that I CONTROL, NOT the other way around. I do NOT want a SMART dishwasher. I want one that does what I want when I want.

Works great! Gets even dried dirt and food off. Everything is very sanitary and the glasses are clear. Drying does take a while, but other than that I am more than pleased. Holds daily dishes for a family of 4 with no problems. Racks fold up and down to accommodate odd sizes or extras. Plenty of room for silverware and utensils. Fits great with the rest of the kitchen. I have both stainless and black appliances and this brings them all together quite nicely. It blends in while at the same time looks great. It must have been worth it because I have been quite pleased and have never had any issues with it.

My dishwasher`s performance is satisfactory. So far I had no issues or any troubles with it. It works good and is fully functional as promised in the description. I am pretty happy with the size of the dishwasher. It can fit all of my needed items and still has some space in it. I cant recommend it to everyone. It really depends on your personal needs. Model 665.1396 Although this dishwasher cleaned very well and is super quiet, the first year the something needed to be replaced under warranty. The second, a part of the rack dry rotted and I bought the part on eBay for $25 and fixed it. The third year, the thermocouple went and again I replaced it myself. $50. This is the fourth year weve had this and the control panel wont light and looks like it is one of two $130 parts. I give up and will be looking for a new dishwasher. I wont cry when Sears goes out of business. Raise your quality manufacturing standards and stand behind your products. So obvious, I dont know what CEOs get paid for.

We never expected to wash dirty dishes as we always pre-rinsed them but the dishwasher worked well and was relatively quiet and never broke down. The dishwasher held all our dishes and we never ran it everyday but rather about once a week for two of us. The dishwasher can hold a large load if it is filled properly and does a nice job on the dishes. We never put dishes that had food on them in the dishwasher and never expected it to clean food that was caked on. Our dishwasher was white and looked sleek and fit perfectly with the rest of the white appliances in the kitchen. Clean and smart is how I would describe it. Based upon our experience with the dishwasher, we received good value from it and the way it performed. It was not the most expensive model we could have bought but it was a model that we felt gave us more bang for our buck.

We have a 5 yr. old Kenmore Dishwasher that slowly leaked from the seal of the motor/pump assembly. We couldnt see any evidence of this until it had been leaking for some time as laid out by the forensic inspector from the insurance company. The dishwasher did about $30,000 in damage that our homeowners insurance wont cover. We have Sears Home Warranty that says it is secondary. We are hoping someone else has had success getting this covered. Our repair person said it is common with this model. How do I find anything in writing that speaks to this from the corporation?

It held up well and was reliable. The dishes came out clean every time. It was not too loud when it cleaned the dishes. I also liked how the dishwasher looked. It fit in with the decor of my kitchen. The dishwasher was metallic and shiny. The look was modern and it was very big. I was able to wash a full load every night. It had a compartment for dish cleaners.

I found a really good price on the pair. Although it doesnt sing and dance like some of the expensive models, it works just fine. I have had the pair for about 5 years with no problems. I like the chemical dispenser which is in the right place and easy to pop out and stick in the dishwasher.

In 5 years of having refrigerator I never once had any issues with not cooling or breaking of any kind. I had plenty of storage space. I could put anything I needed to inside. It has movable shelves for bigger dishes. I love the fact the gallons of milk would fit in the door. Ive had this dishwasher for a while and I love it. My dishes never break and they always come out clean. I dont have to rewash them because of leftover food residue. We bought this unit a little over a year ago from Sears. We bought the extended warranty which was only 1/2 - smart of us. We should have bought some other brand of washer. The warranty took care of the electronic brain that failed last fall, but when we complained about dirty dishes, we were told to send them pictures of the food stains. Give me a break!! We practically prewash every dish before it goes in and they come out dingy looking. Weve tried every detergent and every grade of detergent ever sold and no luck. Some are worse than others. We bought this to replace a KitchenAid that was 17 years old and leaking. I should have just repaired it.

I bought this dishwasher about 3 years ago and this is the first dishwasher I have that never had a problem with it breaking or malfunction. It was on the smaller side but I could usually get all of my dishes in one cycle compared to my last washer. It had more room for dishes and less aesthetics to make it wider and to up less space. I thought it was a decent dishwasher. It was reasonably timed and my dishes always came out clean. I didnt have to worry about soap build up with this dishwasher. The size was medium. I was able to fit all my plates on top and most of my pots on the bottom shelf. I liked the silverware holder. I thought it was convenient. I really liked the dishwashers color. It matched the rest of my appliances and the knobs were easy and functional. I thought it would be cool if the color was blue. I feel like I got my money worth the product. Last an average amount of time and I washed a ton of dishes in it plus the color and style was great with a unique little touch.

Worst dishwasher I ever owned. Doesn’t clean, always have to clean spray wand jets out. The detergent door gasket slid out within the first week. Being that I’m a professional plumber, I would not buy Kenmore anymore and further would not call to have any repairs attempted being it’s not worth the time, aggravation on listing to a “ tech” explain to me that things are not warrantied or listen to opinions that make no sense. Garbage brand.

The only reason I dont have it now is because circumstances would not allow me to travel with it. I was pleased with the amount of space that was in my dishwasher. With six people living in the house, you can imagine that there were quite a few dishes that piled up. Because of the differences in racks, I was able to fit a variety of different dishware during each wash cycle. While it might not be the sleekest dishwasher in the market, it matched the other appliances in my kitchen just fine. What it might lack in aesthetics, it makes up for in performance. For the price that was paid, I feel as though we really got our moneys worth. Our washer really helped make things manageable around the house.

I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher model #665.13963K014 which I purchased new in 2011 alongside a Kenmore Elite refrigerator which has failed 3x in 4 years. However, this dishwasher is EXCELLENT. No troubles, everything comes out clean virtually every time (unless I load something wrong, usually). My wife and I love it. It is so quiet that you cannot hear it in the next room and you could even miss hearing it in the kitchen if you didnt listen for it. Wonderful! I dont know who makes this for Sears, but it is a quality appliance in my opinion.

Good everyday basic dishwasher. The short wash cycle cleans just as well as the long - saves time and energy. It has the push bubbles for controls which is easier to clean than the old-fashioned manual knobs and probably has longer life knobs. On the other hand, heated dry takes a long time. It is noisier than other models because it does not have good thick insulation surrounding the tub or any sound dampening in the motor area on surrounding the tub. Its a Whirlpool in disguise at a better price. It does a good job. Kenmore (Sears private label brand) does not do their own manufacturing but farm out to other makers to create the appliances for them.

In the 20 years or so we have had this Kenmore; it came with the house we owned. The Kenmore we used maybe a dozen times over 20 years. In those dozen times the Kenmore worked OK I guess but we prefer to wash our dishes when we dirty them and not wait until we have a dishwasher full of dishes. That being said an unused dishwasher is great for storing bulky items like chips in, so other valuable cabinet space can be used for other things.

Their products last and their prices are great. The Kenmore dishwasher has plenty of room. On a huge holiday style meal I can most of the utensils and plates in without any issues. My kids gave me a brand new dishwasher as a Christmas present bought from Sears. It stopped working after two washes and a technician came to repair it and told me that there was a shortage which wiped the whole electrical system. The dishwasher was capable of cleaning the toughest of dirty dishes. It was not an energy hog nor does it make a lot of noise. Fortunately for me this dishwasher was already in the house when I purchased it. I am looking forward to upgrading eventually but I havent come close to needing to replace it yet! The size was very good. It was small enough under the cabinet while not taking up too much. The interior was spacious enough for all of my needs. It does need a regular wiping down because it seems to be a bit of a dirt magnet. It was obviously worth every penny considering I was fortunate enough to have it already included with the house! I am not sure how much it cost when purchased but, looking at the various models to upgrade, it seems like it would be a decent value.

My dishwasher performs great when it needs to wash my dishes, but sometimes it wont leave a good shine on glasses or damage something with a printed pattern. It really hurts me when one of my favorite glasses gets ruined. I usually dont have many dishes to wash, so a small, compact size like the one my dishwasher has meets my needs rather well. The power wash feature proves that this dishwasher is a great appliance. I dont have to pre-wash stuck on food and greasy residue. When I pull the dishes from the dishwasher, they come out sparkling clean. Also, the dishwasher is extremely quiet to operate and uses very little water and electricity. Although we are empty nesters, we do have parties around the holidays and the dishwasher can be tested with the amount of plates and cups requiring cleansing. It has come through every time. Had the appliance (Kenmore Elite) for 6 months when ice maker had to be replaced. Now I have an ER 1F error code. No ice is being made and water is dripping down and freezing in the drawer freezer. I am quite disappointed. It appears the appliances are made so that you must call for repairs on a regular basis. My dishwasher from Sears is another story.

The dishwasher is Easy to use and has ample loading space. In general, Im very satisfied with the features of my dishwasher. My only complaint is that it possibly needs more spraying power as it Occasionally does not fully wash utensils when there are a lot of them.

It cleans the dishes very well. I can let it sit for 2 days without rinsing. The buttons are on the front which I LOVE instead of on the top. It has worked like a top and I am really going to hate it when I have to replace it. The new ones look pretty cheap (not the price) and look like they will hold up maybe a year.

Effectively and quickly cleans my dishes even if Ive let them pile up. Its gotten a bit worse over time as it sometimes leaves specks of filth behind, but that could be due to switching detergents. Overall, Im satisfied. It fits under the counter next to the sink, so it doesnt take up too much space. It doesnt stand out and its white color matches my kitchen quite nicely. Ive gotten into a habit of washing dishes by hand to save water, but if Ive been lazy, then it helps me easily catch up, which, when considering that it has lasted a while, makes it a worthwhile investment.

I initially picked Kenmore because we have a Sears here. I try Sears and they take good care of their customers. Ive asked to use Kenmore before and its always been very convenient and a good brand to use. Cleans dishes well. I like the sanitizing cycle and that it removes most of the bacteria left on your dishes. It definitely helps keep my kitchen healthier and cleaner. I didnt have an odor coming from the dishwasher like some do. Had a very good temperatures in the wash cycle.I could basically put anything in it and know that it wouldnt be ruined. However, I would like faster wash cycles. Even though the one hour wash cycle is good sometimes you just need a quick wash. I would like a better warranty and probably a more appealing to look. I would have more features such as a memory from my favorite and energy saver, and more room to put my dishes in. I would definitely like to use another 10 more when buying a dishwasher in the future.

A couple of things I really liked about the Kenmore dishwasher I owned was it was very quiet while running. But the most important thing is that it was easy to clean the debris trap inside. However, one of the things I noticed is it would often not totally clean the dishes as it DID when I first got it. I would sometimes not always have to run the washer twice. I purchased because it came highly recommended by a friend who is very knowledgeable about major appliances. Still, its a great machine. And yes, Kenmore has met my expectations and I am satisfied.

This is the second Kenmore product I have bought that has not even lasted 5 years. This dishwasher stopped heating up for washing and drying. The repairman said it would cost $380 to repair as the control board needs to be replaced. I saw there is a recall related to the control board on Kenmore dishwashers but my model is not on the list. I will never by Kenmore products again. Model number 665.13262K113.

I bought a Kenmore Elite dishwasher from Sears approximately 5 years ago. The dishwasher just caught on fire this evening. I was lucky that I was home. The whole control panel was sending out smoke, flames, and electrical sparks. I would like to know if there is a recall on this model. No damage was done to my house or kitchen, since I was home and was there in time to shut down the circuit breakers. the Model #655,16052400 Ser FR3702473 type 577-0.

We bought this dishwasher (Sears Kenmore Dishwasher Model 66513409N410) 11/2014 & are extremely disappointed. We paid 549.99 sale price & thinking that it was smarter to pay a bit more for a better product. NOT SMART AT ALL!!! It doesnt clean very well and the motor stopped working after only 1 year and 2 months... We cant afford a new one so we hard to order a new motor for $68 to replace it. We do not recommend it... This is the 2nd Sears dishwasher in 4 years. 1st was cheaper and didnt last long either. NEVER AGAIN BUYING AT SEARS... They could not do anything to help me with this situation. UGHHH Lesson Learned!!

Workhorse because it cleans without problems. Spotless and clean with every load! I am really happy with it. I would highly recommend it! It holds quite a load of dishes and pots and pans. I dont always fill it as full as I could. I can put all kinds of dishes in there and never worry about it at all! It is attractive. It is stainless steel with black trim. Buttons work well! It is an attractive machine. It seemed high at the time I bought it but it has lasted well so worth the price paid. I would buy this machine again over and over!

I like the power spray. It always cleans the dishes the best without any dirty spots on the dishes. Also everything smells fresh all the time. The time spent washing is very short which is great. I wish it would use less water to save as much as possible. The dishes always come out really hot which can burn you if not careful. I like the Kenmore brand because it is the most trustworthy brand. I own many different appliances by Kenmore so it was an easy choice to make. Kenmore always has great customer service too.

Cleans dishes pretty good but still need Jet Dry as an added helper. The silverware rack can be moved but I do not feel like the silverware gets cleaned as good as it should same with the glasses on the top rack. Dishwasher is average size for a portable. It is a solid black polish with the butcher block top. The top piece that spins to wash the upper dishes needs some better improvements to clean the dishes better and the silverware rack also needs some improving since it seems like the silverware always has a couple pieces that get missed in the wash cycle.

The Kenmore dishwasher is built 2015. We got a digital control panel and has automatic wash and drying cycles. It is also stainless steel and very modern looking. However, I dont like that the Kenmore dishwasher does not have the option just to steam dry or just dry heat the plates. It has to run a complete cycle until you use this feature. Nevertheless, Kenmore Elite is always the brand I try to buy with all my kitchen and home appliances. They are the brand that I trust and has good ratings and customer services.

Very happy with the performance of this dishwasher. It cleans exactly like it is needed to. The size of this dishwasher is exactly what is needed in my home. It is able to handle several days of kitchen mess before it has to be run. The appearance of this machine is pleasing to the eyes in my kitchen. It is not plain nor is it crazy expensive looking. I think it is exactly what is needed in my house. I think the value of this dishwasher is ok. It was priced a little high when we bought it from a local retailer. They did not have any sales going on at the time of purchase.

It was easy to figure out and use. I had no problems with the quality of cleaning and I would recommend the dishwasher to someone buying one. The size was adequate and I was able to wash my large pans and casserole dishes in it. Fitting oversized objects usually requires strategy, but my experience with this model did not present that problem. It coordinated easily with my kitchen and was visually pleasing . The control panel was legible and easy to use and understand. Other models were available, but I was satisfied with my selection. Comparable brands did not offer the value that I have found with the Kenmore brand. The quality of the product offers is consistently above standard and has always maintained its value.

I chose this machine because of its reputation. I researched brand, and Kenmore had wonderful reviews. People were happy with most models and long performance. I really like how my Kenmore dishwasher has several cycles to wash the dishes. I can do a quick clean, or the ultimate scrub that lasts 99 minutes. It’s the longest cycle that sanitized the dishes. I like that cycle, but dont always need it. I could use one right below it, about 70 minutes, that still scrubs, but maybe not sanitize.

Our dishwasher is black with a silver inside gray filter on the bottom and a gray plastic spray bar. It has white coated metal rack on the bottom and on the top rack. We have a large family and can fit more than 20 plates in at a time along with cups and bowls. I can fit my tall coffee mugs on the top rack. Usually we can wash dishes for 10 people at a time. Kenmore dishwasher cleans dishes really well. Only problem we had with it is if we stick something too tall in the bottom the sprayer arm can get stuck and the silverware basket door sometimes wont stay all the way closed. We bought ours from a scratch and dent store near us. The price was less than a thousand dollars. Works great, never had a problem with it so far and we have had it for more than 5 years.

Appearance is the same of all dishwashers. But it is very good. So many features and buttons. Performance is also good but it takes long time to dry. Otherwise is perfect size, but stainless steel is cheap. Cannot use any cleaner. I use Glass Plus and I saw lots of ugly spots. Drying problem is there as well. But size is perfect. And it runs very perfect. Enough space I have. I can organize all dishes and cups and I can do full load. Good value but is worth it. Everybody is looking for performance not for price.

The dishwasher requires a lot of prewashing in order to really clean the dishes. I am disappointed in its performance. I would not buy another or recommend this dishwasher to anyone else. The size is practical and it fits well in the space provided. The ability for it to hold a number of dishes in an easy to organize way is a plus of this machine. The dishwasher is attractive on the inside and outside. It is easy to clean and it maintains its exterior good looks. The inside requires frequent cleaning, as it gets moldy. This was an inexpensive machine but I still expected it to work better. Since it does not thoroughly cleans the dishes it is not a great value.

I didnt choose to buy the Kenmore dishwasher, it came with the condo that I purchased. The best feature I really liked about it was the fact that I didnt have to wash the dishes. I never had a problem with the dishwasher and it was very quiet. However, there were times with the dishwasher where I had to run the dishwasher twice in order to get my dishes clean. Also, sometimes the dishwasher would leave water spots. But I believe the Kenmore has met my expectations of keeping my dishes clean. Very nice equipment.

Im very happy with the performance of my dishwasher. Leave my glasses shiny and not dull. I would recommend to anyone needing a replacement. The size overall is pretty decent. Kenmore dishwasher is very quiet and Im very pleased with the job it does. I know even my heavy cleaning jobs will be completed to my liking and I never had to rewash. This Kenmore dishwasher lasted a very long time before having to be replaced. And also this dishwasher cleaned the dishes well. I would recommend this dishwasher to others. Had plenty of space for lots of dishes. The size of the outside is no different than any other dish washer. And has lots of space for the silver ware also. The appearance of the dishwasher is kind of simplistic but slick. It looks like pretty but any other dishwasher out there. It has nice options for cleaning your dishes. Dish washers arent cheap so I would rather pay a little more for a better brand. So the price is definitely worth the product.

Although the dishwasher seems to function well the dishes do not appear to be cleaned thoroughly. I feel like this so purpose of the dishwasher is to clean the dishes and about 50% of my dishware appears cloudy dirty and not to the level of cleanliness I would expect from a machine that washes dishes. It may be a combination of dishwasher itself or the product used within the dishwasher. I consider most dishwashers to be rather bare and ugly because its built to perform and not to decorate one’s house. But I have no complaints regarding its appearance. If it was any bigger it would look ridiculous in our kitchen. Seems at times to be too small or too big depending on the need. But its regular standard size, one that mustve been thought through and researched by the Kenmore manufacturers.

I really love this fridge. The double doors make it very easy to grab and put away groceries. Not to mention all the space for larger dishes and groceries. The freezer part is very deep so you’re about to put a lot of stuff in.

We didnt have any problems with the washer during our time with it. I would get another one when in the market for it. It was easy to use. We would usually have to leave the door open to finish air drying the dishes. I had it down to a science on how to fit everything in the washer for loads. It could usually fit everything we needed it to in one load. It seemed to the right fit for my family. It was your average appearance dishwasher. It wasnt flashy, which was fine for my household. I dont feel that our house would need a flashy or better-looking dishwasher. The dishwasher came with the house when we first bought it, so we werent the original owners. But I feel like I looked up how much it would to replace it if necessary and it was a good value for the money.

The dishes were always sparkling clean. The sound of the dishwasher was not as loud as most are. Kenmore has always been one of my favorite products. It is a very dependable product. I never had to call for repairs. I have used other Kenmore products and have always been satisfied. The size of my dishwasher was perfect. The normal built in size. My refrigerator lasted for many years. It has been very reliable. Not once did we need to contact a repair person. It is easy to organize and a breeze to clean. I can see what I need at a glance. I can get in several gallons of milk and several dozen eggs with plenty of room for yogurt and cottage cheese. My refrigerator looks nice among my kitchen cabinets. It is built in and attractive. It literally gleams when cleaned with dish soap and water. We bought our refrigerator on sale. It was an excellent value when compared with other refrigerators the same height and cubic feet. It was actually less expensive than some larger models.

Kenmore is the best brand of appliances you could ever have. I love the dishwasher and the Control panel on this dishwasher. It is easy to use. All of the buttons are easy access. Its not hard to press and they light up and respond immediately when touched. I do not like the Sprayer Arms all the time. Sometimes they do not move and sometimes they also fall off. I hate having to put the sprayer arms back on the appliance. This is the best dishwasher I have ever had. The customer service is excellent. I love Kenmore appliances.

Didnt clean the best but it cleaned. Sadly it was a good washer for glasses but it didnt do well on the plastic. It was a reasonable price and did a great job for the price. Fits a whole sink full of dishes and pots and pans and big baking dishes all at one time. It is best to limit how much is in the washer so that you can get the best results. It was very nice looking and it also went with every other appliances in my kitchen. It was very new and digital. It had a fresh it looked to me that you knew it was a dishwasher. If I wanted a better product I would have had to spend more money so the value that I have received for my product was good.

Kenmore was the dishwasher that came in the home I was renting. I liked all the various settings that could be used with it. The dishes also always came out very clean and tidy. I never had to put them back in again and rewash them which I cant say for other brands of dishwasher I have used. But I disliked how long it took to clean all the dishes. It felt like it took forever to just get that one load of dishes done. Also the drying cycle never fully dried the dishes so I would have to towel dry everything when it was done.

The Kenmore dishwasher does everything that I need a dishwasher to do which is to clean my dishes so I do not have to do them by hand. As a retired disabled American veteran with injuries from Vietnam the simple settings for washing dishes makes it easy for me to use. The settings are easy to understand and apply. It has been very dependable too. I have only had a repairman from Sears come to my condo only once and that was to replace the circuit board that had been fried from an electrical surge.

It looks nice and it matches with everything in our kitchen. Purchase this dishwasher if you have lighter cabinets. It doesnt take up too much room because its not too big. It fits almost all of our dishes. Even if we use all of our dishes and have so many guests that we use all of the dishes. It is efficient and still cleans thoroughly with everything in there. It gets out the toughest food residue. We use it once a week and also when there are a lot of people at our house for a special gathering, family occasion or holiday. Its an excellent dishwasher and its worth the amount of money that it costs. Its a good product that lasts a really long time. We havent had to replace it yet.

I always had a bunch of dishes to do and this dishwasher never let me down. It worked great and got the dishes spotless every time. Not one time did it ever break down on me. It held a lot of dishes and had enough space for breakfast lunch and dinner dishes from a family of 5. But it wasnt so big that it was bulky. The color was beautiful too. Shiny without being too shiny and was very easy to clean. It also wasnt too bright or too dull. It was just right. The biggest thing I was worried about was the price. With two toddlers to take care of I didnt have a lot of money but I was scared if I didnt spend a lot of money I would get something that didnt work good. With this I got something fairly priced that works great.

The Kenmore we had was in our townhouse when we purchased it. It was a few years old and didnt have the features we wanted in a dishwasher. It was not a very efficient machine but did the job...for a while. Thats the only good thing about it, but we didnt dislike anything it did. It was an entry model, no bells or whistles. It did not have special racks that moved, it didnt have fold down racks and two washing wands, it only had one small utensil holder and no place for larger items. We soon replaced it and now have a Bosch dishwasher and are very pleased. I am sure Kenmore has better models now, but we wanted a Bosch.

I only use the normal or pots/pans settings overnight because they are so long. I cook a lot, so during the day I use the 1 hr quick wash with heat drying. I like the sanitized option and I wished it worked for the 1 hr wash cycle. I wish the dishwasher was quieter, it sounds close the noise my dryer makes.

Very quiet dishwasher. Cleans well and attractive exterior. Solid door, high quality interior. The lower basket area could be bigger to accommodate large plates or pots. However we've figured out how to best load that lower basket area and very satisfied with the unit overall.

It washed the dishes well and it lasted pretty long.

I purchased it from Sears because someone was able to help me understand the features and answer my questions about the differences in the various dishwashers and they were on sale. Energy efficiency is a quality that helps my bottom line money. The fact that save energy is huge. Another feature is being able to choose between Smart wash, pots and pans, Normal or 1 hour wash helps. My last dishwasher did not have a pots and pans feature and I hate washing pots. And the stainless steel front is sleek. However, this is not a very quiet dishwasher. I usually start the dishwasher and go to bed and you can hear the dishwasher upstairs. It would be nice to have the sounds absorbed somehow.

It works great, best thing I ever bought. Gets my dishes very clean, a great investment. Good size, all my dishes fit good. Very happy with it. No more hand washing to do, saves me time. I can do other things. Not miss out on hanging out with family, like in past. No more stuck in kitchen, whilst family or company visits. Satisfied. Giving it a 10+. Kenmore elite is the best cleaning dishwasher I have ever owned. I liked the interior and the control panel. It cleans dirty, hard to clean dishes better than any other dishwasher. I like that it has different wash cycles. Also, the turbo wash cycle cleans great. The silverware holder holds a lot of silverware. The prongs to hold the dishes are tall and strong.

I dont really have to prewash my dishes, I always rinse them, I always have. Its a good dishwasher. I dont worry about leftover residue on my dishes after washing. I have 2 children and I have no problem getting all my dishes in the dishwasher. This includes sippy cups and tops. I cook a lot and it fits my casserole dishes, sauce pans and skillets.It is plain but it gets the job done. Appearance isnt everything to me so Im totally fine with it. I like plain and simple. If you dont need all the frills and fancy things that you get sometimes in appliances, this dishwasher would be good for you. I dont have a lot of extra cash laying around but I think this dishwasher was reasonably priced. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I would rather pay for a little more for a product and know that Im getting a good quality product.

We bought a Sears Kenmore dishwasher around four years ago. In less than two years time, parts started breaking off of the upper rack of the unit. After three years, the top rack was unusable, and so after limping along for some time doing 1/2 loads by using the bottom rack only, we replaced the housing for the wheels on top rack. Only, the screws dont all screw in, but just going around-and-around. At this point, Im not sure that Ill even bother going back to the parts store for a trade on the part, because during the process of fixing the wheels, we remembered that several other parts were broken (half of the spines holding the glass holders dont stay up, and both rack track stoppers are missing, so that rack can only be pulled halfway, or else the whole thing comes crashing out), and it seems pointless to spend more money on such a poorly constructed piece of equipment.Additionally, our HE dishwasher is so efficient that we have to thoroughly hand wash every plate, bowl, glass, piece of silverware before running it through the wash. It worked reasonably well for the first year. After that (and after the warranty ran out), we noticed that it wasnt cleaning well at all. We keep the trap clean. We have read other complaints online, and it seems that we need to take the whole thing apart for a thorough cleaning, in order for it to do a decent job of washing. We dont even bother loading pots and pans into the unit, because even with a thorough scrubbing, they come out greasy.We called Customer Service today, and were told that they could send a service rep out, but we would have to pay for the service call ($89.00). We were also offered an opportunity to buy an extended warranty. Im pretty sure I dont want to pour more money into this money pit. The bottom line is that we paid $800.00 for a rinser/dryer/ dish drainer for our kitchen. Do yourself a favor, and dont buy a Kenmore. That are NOT what they used to be!

Dishes are clean with minimal rinsing. Mostly comes out of the dishwasher with no spots and water marks. It tends not to leave my glass bowls and dishes cloudy. I am happy to load a normal days dishes plus a bit more. It fits into the space it is designed for, it blends well into my cupboards bigger plates, and pots fit ok. The black finish matches my darker cupboards and kind of blend in. I like the way it looks even though I have stainless other appliances on my white cupboards. We were able to buy it on sale. Larger the size lets load more dishes and wash less. This lets us save energy water and soap. We are happy with the price we paid.

Very easy to use and works without any problems and also have many extra features that are very helpful at saving time, water, and energy. Standard 24 in but the inside is designed for large capacity load. Very easy to load a whole days dishes at once and not have any problem. Outside is black, inside is stainless steel. Very easy to clean outside with inside very easy to use cleaning cycle and it is very quick cleaning so you can use it again. When on sale this is an excellent product. Cannot beat the price for all the features that you get. Can get it in a couple of days and very easy to install and use right away.

I like that the dishes always came out spot free and that we havent had any maintenance issues with the unit. I also enjoy that it was very quiet. Thats important in a household with babies. It was also easy enough for my teenage son to use. One thing that I disliked was the time it took to complete the whole wash cycle. Also with a large family it would have been nice to have more room. I know it is limited with the 24 width but maybe deeper would help out. If they made it deeper with different drawer options that would also be helpful. Kenmore has met my initial expectations. Also the name Kenmore is trusted and reliable.

I know someone that has a Kenmore dishwasher and they are pleased. I also read a lot of online reviews and looked at the features and prices. Then I checked the dishwasher out in person and it seemed to be a great product as well. I like the overall quality and the effectiveness of cleaning the dishes. Also is low volume so I can run it day and night without disturbing my household. Low energy cost and good warranty as well. Its always been consistent and worth the price I paid for it. Wife is happy with it as well.

Its really good, runs very well, cleans all my dishes. Never really had any problems or any time where the dishes were not clean otherwise everything has been pretty good about it. I am able to fit a lot of dishes in it, but I also dont want to overfill it because then Im afraid some of the dishes wont come out clean. Fits nicely in my kitchen and matches the rest of my stuff in the kitchen. Its really nice. It has stainless steel, makes some music noise when the wash is done with the dishes. It definitely was not a cheap dishwasher, it ended up being at the max of our budget that we saved for a dishwasher but it was all worth it.

Performs like a champ. I love this machine. Dont have to pre-wash dishes before use which I love. Makes things easier and for the price it was a steal. Had to resize my spot but once it was done it fit like a champ. Great product. Should of bought one sooner because damn kids wont do the dishes. It always cleaned my dishes well without much re-cleaning items. It was good for sanitizing also and I was happy with the results. I would like a more powerful scrubbing action for my pots and pans. The size was perfect for me, I could add dishes for a few days and wash all at once without wasting detergent or my time. It was perfect for small loads as well that I wanted cleaned quickly. The appearance matched my kitchen and worked overall with my coordinating furniture. The front was easy to keep clean and washed easily with a sponge. The texture was good for not leaving fingerprints. The value of my dishwasher was excellent, it is a good brand that is high quality and I was sure of its lasting a while. The cost was less than the other brands.
