It was so smooth sounding, no wrinkles left in your laundry, leaves your clothes smelling clean and fresh, no noise when machine is running. Washer has different setting. Once the washer has started you cant stop it until the load is done. Spin cycle doesnt make a lot of noise, can dry large loads of clothes in one. A great machine to use and own. I use tell friends to buy this brand of dryer. I love this dryer. It is large, dependable, you can set the cycle, stop it when you want. Large white machine with the door in the front so that you can get to your laundry. It was a great value, a great price for the set. Would choose this brand over and over again. I think there should be other colors for the washers and dryers. I think people would like more options when it comes to colors.

Honestly very reliable. Always ran well. Never had a problem with any of my Kenmore products. I had both a washer and dryer and also a fridge. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new appliance. Even used Kenmore brand stands strong. I think everyone in my family has or has had a Kenmore appliance at some point.

I have great experiences with my Kenmore washer and dryer. I am never had any problems with them nor have I needed repairs. There are multiple cycles to choose from as well as any type of laundry detergent or added clothing cleaning products can be used. The dryer has multiple settings as well.

The dryer does its job very well. It is fast and leaves the clothes fully dry on the first time. All the buttons work great and there is no off balancing going on. The washer fits all of my needs. I do about 3 loads of laundry per day back to back and the clothes do not stick get stuck or anything. It also can hold a king size comforter which is great. The dryer is a white front loading dryer and the metal it is made out of is very durable. I have no complaints about it. The buttons are steel and the handle on it works very nice. The value I paid was worth it. I paid one hundred dollars for it on sale and I got a deal I think. It is well worth the money I have had it for two years and it works great.

The dryer performed as expected, and generally got all of the clothes dry. Occasionally if there was more than a standard load or a heavy item, I had to put some things back for 10 or 15 minutes. I bought scratch and dent at an outlet, but it didnt affect performance and really looked good too as the dents werent readily visible. I was happy with the purchase. Most of the time, it fit everything I needed it to. I found it to be very reliable. I never had any problems with it as there were no maintenance issues. I would recommend it to others. Considering it was scratch and dent, it looked very good and would have looked good if bought at the regular store too. The dents were located where you wouldnt notice them unless you were specifically looking for them. It had the appearance of a normal dryer. While it didnt have all the bells and whistles, I felt that its performance was at least as good as the higher end machines. It was a great value as it got the clothes dry, but didnt cost an arm and a leg.

I love my Kenmore dryer and washer and I have not had any major issues such as repair issues. Its one of the best things Ive ever used as a matter of fact. It is very reliable and does a great job. Its exterior is simply nothing fancy. It fits in place without needing any extra space and once you get it running it does the washing and drying without a hitch and it does not need a whole lot of maintenance. I like it a lot. You will get your moneys worth for what you pay for and it works, no gimmicks. Everything is absolutely perfect with this product and I rate it very highly. My dryer is quick, efficient, has energy saver features. I like the style of it and the size of loads it can do. I have put many different sized loads in it and the clothes come out wrinkle free. I like that I can change the settings for delicate clothing. One of the reasons I bought this dryer was the design. I needed a front loading washer and dryer for the design of my laundry room/bathroom. I have had many compliments on how they look. I paid a little more than I wanted to on this, but It has all the latest features and it is front loading like my washer. I have owned it for over 2 years and have had no maintenance issues with it.

Dries clothes very well. I like having the different heat options for delicate and cotton items. The anti wrinkle setting is awesome as well. I have had this dryer for a few months and have had no problems. I normally only have to run the dryer once to get everything dry unless it is bedding. Mine sit right off my kitchen so appearance was important to me. Thankfully I was able to get a matching washer as well. They go well with my other appliances. Well worth the price. The new technology makes drying easier and faster. Now if they would just make something that folds my clothes and puts them away.

Very reliable and good looking. We have always used Kenmore washers and dryers. They seem to use less energy and weve never had to call a technician. The washer is for large capacity and the clothes seem rotate in the tub better than other models Ive seen. Our clothes come out cleaner with less detergent and less wrinkles. The dryer removes lint very nicely and the permanent press cycle works great for wrinkle free dry clothes.

This dryer has AMAZING performance. I have very large comforters and had to always bring them to laundromats because of the size, until I bought this. It is very efficient on energy and spacious enough to wash some of the largest items. The reliability of this unit is SPECTACULAR! I have never had a single issue with it, not one. Others I have owned I have had issues with a few years into owning it. The appearance of this is great! Its attractive and elegant. It was a little more expensive than others in its class but with the savings in the energy usage and the physical size of the washer as far as what can fit in it, it is WELL worth the extra cost than others in its class! Value wise I HIGHLY recommend it!

I have had no problems with the Kenmore washer. I believe I paid around 600 bucks and that included delivery and set up costs. Pretty economical in my opinion. Few dents and scratches due to user error and durable in parts and appearance. I use this washer daily and have washed a lot of loads in it. Good size for larger loads and quiet. A front loader gives easy access to removing clothes. It keeps on kicking and other than the occasional belt service calls have been minimum. Also, minimum problems with no switched cycles and various cycles fits my needs. I would consider purchasing a Kenmore washer in the future and have recommended it to others. Dependable and easy to load and control. I really love it. Thinking about purchasing a Kenmore dryer now that I know it is a quality product which seems easy to service by a qualified technician.

It take only thirty minutes to dry small to medium loads and an hour to dry large to ex-large loads. An excellent dryer. It last a very long time more than 3 years tops. The appearance is what I like about it because of the door and the way it opens up. I dont like the newer dryers. I would recommend it to my family and friends because of the value you put your money into. It is worth the price to have a nice name brand dryer like this one.

Its okay for the most part. Although it takes a while to dry and it stops before the clothes are completely dry. If this issue was fixed it would be the best dryer in the world. But I mean a dryer is a dryer and when youre broke you take what you can get.

The washer and dryer functioned properly. They did their jobs completely as expected and lasted for a long time. Very satisfied with the purchase. There isnt much that separates most washer and dryers as far as appearance, but it looks really good. No problems with appearance. 2 years without a problem. Simple controls. Have dials so push buttons dont go bad. All I have to do is select the soil, water temp, and fill the tub. The machine even knows how much water to put in by how full the basket is. I had been shopping for a new set for some time. Most brands nowadays you have to have a degree in engineering to operate them. I needed something I could hook up and go. I dont want to spend a lot of time figuring out how to run the appliance. My set is so simple to use. No electronic parts/push buttons. Just turn the dial to your preferred setting and water temp. The water level in the machine is determined in the machine by the amount of clothes put in. So simple. Clothes come out clean. The dryer is just as simple and the clothes come out almost wrinkle free. No fuss. Able to get all the weekly laundry done in one day.

It dry fast and does not consume a lot of energy, is a little bit big so I guess if they designed smaller would work perfectly in my lifestyle. I have no problem so far, did not have to spend to fix it yet, which I believe accomplish the product promise. Its not about if is cute or not, but I prefer smaller design. And if I can get it in black color would match better the house decoration. It was not expensive and had save me a lot of money in the last year, thats why I am considering get the watching machine as well, hopefully works as well as the dryer.

I have only owned Kenmore washer and dryer brand. Absolutely wonderful and they truly last!!! My two sets I have owned were hand me downs and the first set lasted 11 years with NO issues, we just decided to upgrade so I sold them. My next purchase will be the same.

Got machine free. Was 26 years old then. Have had it for 8 years and works great and cleans very good. Never have had a problem with machine since I got it. Works as if it was a new machine but it is a relic in my shed. Mfg. could learn from OLD KENMORES! They make nothing but CRAP these days and there is plenty of proof by the massive repair bills floating around. Appliances today are not reliable. Sister bought a new Maytag with dryer. Computers keep breaking down and it costs a small fortune to fix! Doesnt matter on cost if machine lasts. Today most of my friends who have purchased new machines (last 3 years) have all had their machines repaired. Does not say much for the quality these days. My Kenmore - 32 years old still runs great!

I had this brand for about 7 years. They worked very well up until the washer knob stopped working unless I put a fork behind the knob to hold it in place. Also when I opened the lid, it would not stop spinning which is dangerous. The dryer did fine until the motor stopped spinning and it wasnt worth fixing. Good reasonably priced brand.

We purchased the Kenmore Elite washer (and dryer) at the Leesburg, FL store location prior to moving from Leesburg to Crossville, TN. in 2006. It was delivered to our TN address (**) from the Cookville, TN. Sears store. Not long after, I wrote a letter to Sears regarding a problem with it becoming (seriously) unbalanced during the wash cycle. I sent pictures of a wash load whereby a single item so completely covered the remaining items that it looked like a giant mushroom. The response - use the correct wash cycle!!! Hello-I was not born yesterday & have been using washing machine for years. It is now 2014, we are back in Florida, same washer & it is worse than ever!!! I literally have to unbalance almost EVERY load, regardless what I am washing.Today it was four very lightweight shirts, two bras & a couple pair of undies...on the delicate/had wash cycle & I had to manually unbalance the load no less than EIGHT times. Please advise if I have ANY recourse. I had no idea this was such a widespread problem. We NEVER received a notice or letter from Sears on the matter (other than telling me how to wash clothes when I did complain!). Thank you.

I use my washer and dryer at least 3 times a week, and I love the fact that both machines work as they should, every time without a hitch. Further, they get my clothes completely clean and dry them exactly as I want -- totally dry for most things and slightly damp for the items I want to iron. I would never buy another brand.

We have purchased the Kenmore Elite in July 2011 at Sears. First, the clothes were washed okay. Then I started to notice that the clothes do not look clean and doesnt smell fresh. I decided to rinse them with my hands before putting them into a dryer. The results were astonishing! The water is dirty, soupy and brownish in color. I have to rinse clothes three to four times until the water gets clean. My elbows and shoulders started to ache.

Dries clothes quickly, can dry large loads, has different settings for various types of fabric, aesthetically pleasing. I bought the washer also. Would highly recommend both appliances. I have had my machine for two years - use it twice a week at minimum - and have never needed to have it repaired. Fits large loads comfortably and dries quickly. We have even used it for heavy blankets and comforters with no problem. Very pretty! Does not look like your typical washer or dryer. My husband jokes that for what it cost him we should display it in the living room and watch it instead of the television. :) The set was a little pricey, but we make that up in lower electricity bills, having enough room to do large loads instead of two medium loads and there have been no repair calls needed.

They broke down altogether and it was hard finding someone to come and fix them and it got too expensive. You would have to run the dryer a few times to get things dry. It was a bad product overall and you never knew if they would work when you needed them.

This dryer may cost some money but it is worth it. I havent had a problem with it in 3 years and I got it second hand so its even older than 3 years. We use this dryer every day and it is reliable. It still works wonders for drying my familys clothes and I havent had any complications thus far. We have the white one and it looks very classy. It is also quiet and a very nice size dryer. You can fit lots of clothes in one load.

All clothes were not shrink by using Kenmore. Have features I want and easy to use. The most important thing is save water and electricity. I am very happy when I change my washer and dryer to Kenmore.

I am a mother of 5 and grandmother so our washer and dryer has gone thru a lot. We have had them for over 35 years and other than a few minor repairs, have had no problems with them. Our daughters come over to visit and at times the little ones have an accident and bingo--they are needed again. If we have to get another set, it would definitely be a Kenmore.

I had a Kenmore set when I was raising my kids. I thought the large size and particularly the durability were great with five kids; I gave the pair a workout. I should also mention living in a rural area, Kenmores are a more convenient brand to service. I believe my pair lasted some 15-20 years, the dryer going first.

Have my Kenmore washer & dryer for 11 years now. The dryer is on Custom Cycle. I use always Normal Cycle, Med. Low Temp, More Dry and Wrinkle Rid. After the cycle is done I do the Touch-up for 15 min. and then my loads are dry. The front loader washer is another story. After the warranty expired a problem with the settings started so I was not able to use the Custom Cycles here anymore. Every time the wash cycle would stop before the rinse cycle, so I had to touch a shorter cycle with cold water and start all over again. What I do now is touch all the buttons one by one 3 times till I am back on the cycle combination I want and now it works fine for about 90%. Annoying but you learn to live with it.

In my opinion this product was very efficient at its job. It hasnt broken yet after 5+ years of use. This company is great! Also Id recommend getting the washer/dryer both from Kenmore. This product has a very good capacity and almost never gets filled up. It is very efficient and doesnt take long to get the job done. In general it is a very reliable machine. The appearance of the product is very modern and goes with almost any setting. The sound it makes when its finished isnt annoying like other products. In my opinion, this machines value is priceless. It never breaks. Has a large load capacity. It has a cool design and is overall my favorite appliance.

We bought this washer in ginger color and it started to rust in the top around the soap dispenser. We contacted Sears and we were told that rusting was not covered in their warranty, and they wanted us to buy their additional warranty policy. The washer has continued to rust and it looks terrible. I believe that they didnt put a protective seal on the paint. The washer and dryer are in an inside laundry room.

Several years ago when we first purchased Kenmore devices they were reliable and the service was great. The past few years the devices have not been as good quality wise or service wise. The last dryer we purchased was just dumped off and not properly installed. We had to go back to the store and complain before the job was done correctly.

Both the washer and the dryer were priced reasonably well. Neither the washer or the dryer ever broke down, i.e. no service calls. Machines were not overly loud. Both the washer and the dryer worked well for over fifteen years. When I married my second husband, he had newer appliances, so we decided to keep his and sell our Kenmore appliances. The next time we need to buy a washer and a dryer, Kenmore will be in our top ten list of manufacturers. Well probably consider Kenmore, Maytag, and Samsung.

My Washer and Dryer worked great with just the right functions, with a big family and busy schedule, needed a great working washer and dryer that was very reliable and great performance. Im a short person and this machines were just the right height for me, so my laundry was always so easy to do. I bought both washer and dryer at a great value, from the appliance store, these machines lasted me a good 8 years with constant use, normal wear and tear. These machines are very durable. I recommend this product to all families.

Its a Kenmore elite - w/ small, short agitator in the bottom of the machine; top loader. Works well except for the fact that lint collects at the top of the machine where the tub meets a metal rim. Its as if there should be a filter bag at this point to catch the lint.

I loved my Kenmore Elite washer at first, but started having problems within the first year. It got out of balance and my once whisper quiet washer became much louder. Then, it started smelling sour - even when I started leaving the door open after washes so it would dry out. Now, its filling up with water between washes and I have to spin and drain each time before using it to empty out the water. Also, most times, the clothes are too damp after the wash cycle and then take too long to dry. They used to be practically dry before I put them in the dryer. To be fair, Ive probably had this washer for 6 or so years, but Ive gotten less and less happy as each year goes by.

Even though the washer worked well, it developed a leak after a few months that would frustrate us because we had just invested in a new washer. Not counting on the leak, the washer worked well and was somewhat reliable. We liked the easy the washer cleaned the clothes. This was upsetting because of the bad experience we had with the leak. This washer looks like a very modern and functional machine. The appearance led us to keep the machine on the main floor of the house instead of hiding it on the basement. The dryer was expensive but not overly expensive. The repair costs to fix the leak made the machine not have as good a value as it would have. Not the withstanding the leak the value was good.

I have owned my washer and dryer set for 3 years now and love it. My parents have owned Kenmore products since I can remember. When me and my husband bought our first home, of course all our appliances had to be Kenmore. My parents trust Kenmore and so do I.

This Kenmore Dryer was something that was inherited when we purchased our home. It is a basic dryer and it is very neat and clean looking. Also, I do at least two loads of laundry per day. It works great and consistently dries my clothes the way I like them. I would definitely purchase another one. I think Kenmore products are the best.

Very quiet, fast, high capacity, thorough dryer, great options settings, convenient loading and easy unloading, solid manufacture, sturdy and very strong. Functions very well all the time, never has ever not functioning. Very good, very fast and easy to use and very efficient. A very good dryer makes my clothes nice and fluffy. Very sleek and very cool modern yet at the same time very traditional, does not look too bulky and does not look too tiny. Takes up just the right amount of space. Very good price always at Sears because Kenmore is the primary brand at Sears so it is usually on sale. I think that the value for the money is excellent.

I moved into my new home and the previous owner had left the washer and dryer. I was very happy to know I didnt have to purchase them. To my surprise they were both Kenmore... kind of old, but they worked so good! I love them. I purchased a Kenmore French Door Refrigerator Model 74012. They no longer sell this model. My refrigerator ran fine for 2.5 years. Here are the events regarding my Kenmore Model 74012: 4/25/19 The refrigerator went to room temperature. Called Sears Warranty on 4/26/29. I lost over $600 in food and got reimbursed for $300 in food through Sears Master Protection Warranty. Getting food reimbursement was the easy part. Technician came 5 days later. Part came 3 days after Technician ordered it. 18 days from reporting the problem, I have a repairman replacing my compressor.5/14/19 Technician replaced the Compressor. The refrigerator & freezer never got cold (not even a little). Another tech was sent out and parts were ordered... 20 days later... 5/24/19 Technician replaced the Condenser and Filter Dryer. The fridge & freezer worked for 2 days. I lost food ($160) & got reimbursed for all of it. On 5/26, I was calling but it was before Memorial Day. I had to wait until 5/28 to call in the repair. Really bad timing. 6/7/19 Technician replaced the evaporator, refrigerator cabinet and filter dryer. Labor was over $900 and the warranty covered parts & labor. This was the cost of another refrigerator. Refrigerator will not get colder than 50 degrees.I was really upset. A family of 6 did not have a refrigerator for over 42 days. And we still do not have one. Sears agreed to buy me a new fridge. I am now shopping for a new one. Had I not had the extended warranty I would have had thousands of dollars into repairing this refrigerator and still had a broken refrigerator. So the warranty was worth it. Since I know that the inside of my refrigerator is LG, I will not buy LG or Kenmore as I look for another refrigerator. They lost my business. I got a Kenmore back in 1998 that lasted for 10 years. It was replaced by another Kenmore that lasted for 6 years. Followed by this one that lasted for 2.5 years. I see a trend.I have been without a full sized refrigerator for over 6 weeks. Sears is extremely slow to book a diagnostic and repair appointment. Repairmen missed their 4 hour window 2 out of 3 times. On the last appointment repairman showed up at 3:00 when the window was 10-2:00. I had to take time off from work multiple times losing precious vacation time. AND I STILL HAVE A NON-FUNCTIONING REFRIGERATOR! Regarding the refrigerator, it worked very well for 2.5 years. I liked the slide away shelves and big open bins in the doors. I will look for these features in my next one. I didnt like the 1 Full-Width, Adjustable Temperature Drawer because it would often stick and not push in well. I always had a fear that it was going to break. As I shopped around tonight for another refrigerator, it seems that this drawer still has its issues. It is cheaply made and does not slide open/close very well.The spill proof shelves leak. You spill something, expect to not get it cleaned very well unless you take all the shelving out. I found spills in places I did not know existed. The last repairman had to take all the shelving out to replace the refrigerator cabinet or evaporator. This exposed our spills. He did not seat the shelving and drawers back properly. None of the drawers shut very well and the drawers are crooked. Since my refrigerator is empty at the moment, I can honestly say that if I had food in there, the drawers would not open. It is running for the past week at 50 degrees. It wont get colder. So I am keeping some of my fruit and water in there. Since the shelving is not seated properly, the shelving is rubbing from the normal vibrations of the refrigerator making noise.The french doors have their issue too on this model. The repairman came out within a week after we purchased the refrigerator to adjust the doors and mentioned that it is best to close the left door then the right. Open the right and then the left. You can see how it closes & overlaps and looks like something that could break. Poor design. In my opinion and experience, I would say that Kenmores quality has dropped. Repair work has dropped in quality too. Sears warranty, although expensive, is worth the money.My final take on refrigerators is that Congress should be looking into the quality of appliances and how the consumer is being ripped off. As I read reviews of all Makes and Models it seems that Makers of refrigerators are making them disposable within a few years like our cell phones (comparison made since cell phones can cost just as much as some of the lower capacity refrigerators).

Purchase a kenmore washer and dryer in september 2012 from sears. Today august 17 noticed rust forming around the perimeter of the bleach dispenser. First amazed that this should happen to a kenmore. Then after reading similar messages on the web, disappointed that Kenmore has not done anything to correct the problem. And by disavowing any responsibility for the issue under warranty, by doing this I have the impression that they knew of this issue some time ago. I will try and correct the problem but like many others have found.... rust never really goes away. May be the last time I buy a Kenmore and products from whatever manufacturer actually makes the machine. There was a time, if in nothing else, you could trust a Kenmore.

My Kenmore Calypso is 14 years old. No work EVER done on it. If it broke down tomorrow I cannot complain. My appliance repairman came out to work on my ice maker and he said I must be the only pet on planet Earth that has not had a problem with that washer but again no problems. My dryer is a Whirlpool with knobs. No electronics, it is 10 years old electric dryer. No problems ever.

I have had this machine for 3 years now and hate it every time I do laundry. The only function I can use is the timed dry. When I use the other functions, the machine doesnt dry the clothes or takes all day to dry one load. I called a technician to come and look over my dryer. This technician told me that the dry clothes are coming in contact with the sensor inside the machine next to the lint holder and left. I started putting smaller loads in the dryer and did not help. So I tried the timed dry to see if this would work and it does. But why spend money on a machine if you can only use one function? Useless is what I tell ya.

My Kenmore dryer is great. I have had it for over 5 years and it still dries clothes super quick. Would definitely recommend that other people purchase Kenmore appliances. Thank you so much Kenmore for the quality products you have that make my life so much easier.

I absolutely love it. It works great. I use it a couple of times a day and we havent had any issue with it so far. Some dryers tend to not dry as much when used a lot. Mine is still working great. The Kenmore dryer is also fast and keeps wrinkles out. It makes clothes soft and fluffy. It also doesnt get overheated and make clothes smell burnt. It has plenty of room for the bigger loads. I also loved the price. I couldnt find a better deal. It’s an energy saver, so now I dont have to worry about light bill jumping through the roof. The appearance is very plain and boring though. It needs some color maybe giving the option to choose for a color. That way you can match it up the decor in your home.

Going on 30 years with both Kenmore washer and dryer. No problems(.) The washing machine very Reliable, no issues with any of the appliances. The washing machine is used daily and up to 4 times a day. Quality of the wash is great.

Im happy with this machine, gets the job done and is good at it. I would purchase again if given the option. I would also recommend to family and friends. Has been very reliable, no hassles, breakdowns, no nothing. I havent had to have it repaired or replace. I can wash a load of laundry and know that my items are nice and clean. Very Proud of this purchase. Nice, clean, and sleek. Does not look outdated and fits my home decor perfectly. Best Purchase to date. I got a great deal of this washer and dryer set. Its been a great and dependable product. If and when I did have problems it was easy to service the machines because of how well known the brand is. Kenmore products are also easy to find so when I want to upgrade my washer or dryer it easy to find replacement for they are sold at most retailers. I have had my machine for about 5 years and had no problems.

My washer and dryer have both been very good to us. Weve had them about 4 years now, and the only issue weve had is the dryer quit heating one day and we needed to replace a tiny, cheap part. No problems since then. Thanks Kenmore!

It washes all my clothes and keeps them smelling fresh for longer. It is also gentle on softer fabrics and doesnt cause intimates to fall apart. It is also very convenient and easy to use. It provides the best value for what its worth. The machine has been working for 2 years and has not had any serious malfunctions and works as if its brand new. It looks modern and new. Every time I have people over, people are always complimenting and talking about how good the washer looks in the room. Fits the house perfectly. Totally worth the price. I would not pay anything less for a better value. If I had the option to choose another dryer, I would still choose the same brand.

Purchased a pair of HE Kenmore (Whirlpool) washer and dryer on June 23, 2016 for a total of $1,523 for the pair. After following the operations manual to the tee due to frustrations of clothes not getting cleaned, this washer without the traditional agitator in the middle just DOES NOT get clothes clean. So we tested the washer for two months but when we gave up, we found out that Sears will not take them back or replace even ONE day over 30 days. I AM CONVINCED THAT SEARS LOST CONFIDENCE TO STAND BEHIND ITS PRODUCT! Equally, this is why I lost confidence and loyalty in SEARS. My wife and I have been wondering why Sears products and customer reviews have gone so bad that they have to close one hour earlier than everyone else and where did all the shoppers go? You can learn why real quickly by shopping at your nearest Costco, whose customer service is through the roof! I was willing to buy a new pair with the agitator in the middle of the drum to no avail. Sears management, what else are you looking for to gain back customer loyalty? If not interested, simply close up shop, and some other hungry retail chain will be glad to take your place.

I have a Kenmore front load washer. It's about 10-15 years old now and has been a great washer. I had a service man come out one time when the inside rubber gasket tore, otherwise I've had no problems with it over the years. It has been very reliable. I leave the door open when I take the clothes out, even though I've never had moldy smell in my clothes. I usually wipe out the gasket (around the door) every so often, but not that often. The front paint ended up bubbling from spilled detergents over the years, but that's simply cosmetic. Those front panels are replaceable, but it doesn't bother me that much. I never thought this washer would be so good and last so long. Thanks Sears for a good quality appliance.

Kenmore is a brand well spoken for. I was able to purchase the washer and dryer. The washer is an exceptional washer of clothes. The machines are easy to clean. If parts have to be replaced easy to find. I love the brand and the name is dependable and reliable. The representatives are knowledgeable and attentive to your needs in what type of appliance will work for you.

It works great. Always cleans my clothes perfectly. Ive had it for many years and it still works as good as the day I bought it. Ive recommended it to my friends and family and they like it as well. Its very reliable. I havent had any problems with it. I also have the dryer too and it works great as well. The appearance is great. Even after Ive had it for so many years it still looks brand new. It did not require as much maintenance as some other brands Ive owned with the amount of use I put a dryer through. Also it seemed to dry clothes with less lint. I put dryers as well as washers through a lot of use. Typically doing a few loads of laundry per day. I was always able to rely on the dryer working without fail. While this has not been the prettiest appliance Ive ever owned it did the job. Besides appearance is one of the lesser requirements when Im searching for appliances. I felt this dryer was of exceptional quality for the price. I had a front load Maytag before purchasing the Kenmore. I have to say the Kenmore lasted much longer and did equally if not a better job.

The washer machine cleans clothes very well and even has a great soak cycle and the dryer dries in record time with a very minimum amount of wrinkles. This washer machine and dryer was just what I was looking for and well worth the purchase. I have not had any problems with either machine. It has exceeded my expectations. What initially caught my attention of the washer machine and dryer was that they both displayed a very modern and chic look. They both complimented my house very well. Its not a machine you have to hide. This product was well worth the value. I am a very frugal person so with that being said I was hesitant to purchase either product but I have to say after buying and using both modern appliances my verdict is they are well worth the purchase.

Im not really sure what else you want me to say about it. I think that this is a great value for what I got. It is very durable. I have had it for quite a couple of years. I love the way it performs and could not ever see myself with it.

Sleek but simple look. Balanced placement of the knobs and buttons. Doesnt look too techy or expensive and the white color fits in with whatever walls or floors you may have. This washer/dryer is a good balance between simple to use but has enough customizable settings. Does exactly what I want it to without unnecessary bells and whistles. Also, easy to set and the clothes come out looking and smelling clean. Does the right job every time and not once have we experienced a glitch or hiccup. We got our washer dryer for an exceptional price. They have been worth what we paid, performing exactly how we would hope. No problems, no delays or interruptions.

Kenmore is a great brand. Very high quality. We had a dryer for over 10 years and still works great. They are also more reasonable than other brands of washers and dryers. I would definitely buy Kenmore appliances again.

Dries fine, however it gets a musty odor. I would not suggest this dryer based on that alone. It is impossible to clean it or get the smell out! I am disappointed as I have used Kenmore brands in the past and never had an issue until now. Odor aside, the machine dries well and has not really given me any problems over the years that I have owned it. I have not had to call maintenance. I tend to keep the lint vent clean after every use and I believe that helps.Very sturdy looking machine, visually appealing. The brand comes in many different colors. Mine is white and I have no issues keeping it looking clean. I like the window on the front for seeing the clothes spinning inside the dryer. The value is just ok. It dries well but the odor takes away from the usefulness. Sometimes I think it is better to line dry or not use this machine at all! It is pointless to wash clothes and then have them get smelly in the dryer.

The washer washed very well and was quiet. The dryer dries very well. I could dry large load in less than 30 minute. The washer is large enough too to wash what would normally be one and a half loads. I never had issues with either my washer or dryer. I have 3 teenagers who use the appliances also, and they pack it full but it also still work awesome. My washer is the common top fill and my dryer normal front fill. I do like that they are a little larger than the old school ones. The knob are easy to understand and push. I really paid a lot more than I would have if I bought it from Home Depot or Lowes. I bought it from rent a center but I appreciate them financing me so I guess it was economical.

We have had our Kenmore washer and dryer for 20 years and they are still going strong. In fact we have never even had a service call on either of them. If we were to buy another washer or dryer we wouldnt even consider any other brand.

Both my washer and dryer are used. Probably 15 years old at least. I have had to replace a belt on the washer and the element in the dryer. Not a big deal though, they are easy to get parts for and work on.

Kenmore washers are good at getting most pretreated stains, such as dog paw dirt and organic stuff. Kenmore dryers are superior and get my clothes dry in half the time of my old Maytag! I even had a Filter Queen that I loved but Kenmore beats that all to pieces. Kenmore always has been reliable and I imagine they will remain that way.

My Kenmore washer works great. It doesnt use too much water or power and has been very reliable for two or three years now. Would buy another one again someday whether its a washer, dryer or kitchen appliance.

My washer is new. It is the one where you just push button on and the lid locks. You can not open the lid. You have a certain button you have to hold for 10 secs to get it opened. The dryer is where you can open it and it stops but you can start it back. The dryer is really old. I have not had any trouble with it. I do not wash as much as some families with kids. I would not have any other brand. I have had Kenmore with all my appliances. I trust all my appliances with Sears Kenmore. They last. The washer is a really big tub and it holds fabric softener. It has a place for Clorox to pour in it. The dryer is nice too. It has a loud buzzer to go off when it is done. You have settings for delicate clothes on dryer and washer.I would recommend these Kenmore products to anyone. I have been using them for 52 yrs. I have only had this is the second washer I have had and this is the second dryer, I am looking for the dryer to go out. I will buy another dryer Kenmore. These appliances are good and they do not cost that much. My washer was 349.00. The appliances are quiet, they are really a good looking product, you can get them in different colors. I think that the white is coming back. Mine is white. You can hardly hear the washer and dryer going at the same time how quiet they are. I am 5 ft.3 ins. and I have to bend real far to get to the bottom of the washer. You can set your clothes on what water temp you want. You can set it on how long you want it to wash, the same with the dryer.

Looked nice, thought it would be good being it was a Kenmore. Bought it about one year ago. This is the very worst washer and dryer I have ever had. I will not buy another one. Kenmores in the past were the best. I am buying another one, it will not be a Kenmore. Tried to give it back and a refund, Sears told me I was too late. I have found this washer to be more reliable than all of the other washers I have ever owned. Its a bit on the small side and you have to be careful about the load size but its a great investment. Its white. Its a little bulky. It looks just like every other washer on the market. The only real difference is this seems to clean better. The washer is the perfect size for a small apartment like what I live in. You can make it work room wise. This washer is a must. It does the job well and does not take up as much space as other washers tend to. The dryer portion of the set also covers everything you need.

Ive had the dryer for over 6 years. I dont know how long it was in my home before I purchased the house so Im not sure the real age of the dryer but Ive only had to replace the belt on it once and havent had any other major repairs to it. Ive even let other friends and family use it over the years and its still going strong.

Kenmore elite super large pair made by LG - king sized comforter washed and dried easily. Love them. I like the idea that I can wash large items and huge loads with no problem. Did not need the steam function - have not used it yet. I bought when they were almost 50% off. I have always had good luck with Kenmore products. I had a top loader and electric dryer. The energy cost was unbelievable. The front loader does a much better job of cleaning my clothes. Dont use the steam cycle so it was a waste of money. Has so many cycles but most of the time I use Normal. I like the idea that it can be diagnosed if there is ever a problem.

I really love the washer and dryer. They are truly high-capacity, which is a great feature for families, and they are very energy-efficient. The control panels are fairly straightforward, so selecting the cycle/features I need is pretty easy for such high-end modern machines. The washer could be easier to clean, however-- the sealing gasket is always dirty and holds little bits of stagnant water unless I am diligent about wiping it clean after every cycle, which is more maintenance that I think a washing machine should really require. The dryer I have no complaints about.

Dries the clothes in one cycle. I love that it doesnt shake the ground when spinning! Am a satisfied buyer and definitely no buyers remorse. Am amazed as to how spacious the dryer is, take up to several loads on my lazy days and dries them to perfect (crisp). Hmm I can smell fresh laundry! I also love that it is beautiful appliance, and to think it doesnt eat all my kids socks. Anyways if you are shopping for a new appliances in the washer/dryer department, dont sit on the fence dear, pick this brand. Sometimes no matter how valuable something may pose to be, we hesitate when it comes to paying! But this appliances will stand the test of time and make us see the purchase is well worth it.

The Load sensing Kenmore washer is outstanding. Nothing bothers me about it. I have been using it for three years. It takes extra large loads, and spins the clothes very well. Kenmore has an excellent reputation. Very few repairs are needed on Kenmore washer and dryers. I like how well the energy bills are. I have not had to make any repairs. The washer does not eat any of my socks, and I have not had to use any laundry bags for stockings or socks. Kenmore is customer friendly and always has options that meet the needs of the customer. I would highly recommend the load sensing washer, as it takes all the worry out of overloading the washer.

Washer and dryer work perfectly. Had them for years with no problems. We only buy Kenmore appliances. We have had some of our appliances for decades. Washer and dryer is always reliable. Clothes are clean and fresh. Towels are always fresh and soft. Kenmore has the best appliances. The appearance of the Kenmore appliances work well in any home. My Kenmore dryer is so old that it is the old avocado green from the seventies. Value just goes with the Kenmore brand. Not cheap. Very good quality for what you pay.
