Works well. Drawback is the rinse cycle doesnt always rinse well and multiple rinse cycles may be needed. Easy to use. Settings are clear. Washer has been reliable. Have used it regularly for a few years now and have had no problems at all with it. The appearance of this appliance is good. Standard white front loading washer. Glass door so you can watch it wash your delicates. I am satisfied with the value of the washer I have. It does what it is supposed to and I have not had any mechanical problems with the Kenmore washer. Worth the money for that reliability.

This is the first time ever in my 67 years life have commented or wrote a review about any product. Kenmore 600 series, triple action, top load washing machine is the worst washing machine I have ever used. It wastes water, detergent, electricity and your time; and you will wind up taking your laundry to commercial washing places after all. It does not have an option for small load water level; Even if you are planning to wash a very small load.After my faithful washing machine broke down after 25 years, I purchased this Kenmore washing Machine. This machine takes a long time to wash clothes (basically just wet the clothes not wash). After I work around the yard every 2 or 3 days I wash my work clothes (3-4 pants and 6 or 7 shirts and socks). I wash them with heavy duty, power wash and 2 rinses. It takes 1 hour 21 minutes. After all, that noise, filling and refilling water, wasting the detergents, the garden soil on my pants knees are still there. I can smear the dirt away with my fingers. Clothes are as dirty as you put them in. Except they are all wet. My wife is so mad for after spending close to $700.00 she has to make a trip to laundromat every week to wash our clothes.

My other washer broke. Checked reviews and found this. So glad I did. Real quiet and has great settings. The review was right. I dont mind laundry day now. It has enough space for a good size load. The towels I still keep in a separate load habit but its big enough to include some with others. Would be nice if they came in different colors but controls dont stand out and it fit easily in the door. A nice blue would be nice. Good value. I shopped around to about 3 different stores. Asking about price matching does help if its not in stock where the price is lowest.

My Kenmore top load washer 500 series is junk. Been dealing with this piece of crap for three years. My problem washer goes into spin mode and makes a load boom bounces hard shakes and stops spin. Very scary. Had two service tech out change the computer board and one changes the tub ring. Still having the same problem. Dont want to use it anymore because I fear its going to break my floor tiles when in spin mode. It shakes and bounces so hard. Its a piece of crap. Going to call the service department once again if they dont fix it they find in their showroom dont buy this washer. Its crap.

Kenmore brand is the main appliance sold by Sears. It has been around for 40 or 50 years by now. It is made with good quality parts and therefore highly unlikely that something will go bad or wrong with the appliance no matter what kind of appliance you are purchasing. I have had washing machines by Kenmore in the past and would recommend them to anyone!

Its quiet. It makes our clothes fluffy and we enjoy wearing our clean clothes. It has lasted through some mistakes with overloading or the wrong settings and its still working just like new. It is large enough to hold all of our loads as long as the kids do not throw in any extras. Its tough on dirt too. Sleek, modern with a unique style and looks great in our house. The color works well. It goes with everything. The white has not gotten dirty like I expected. I expected our machine to fall apart after a few months because the price was very reasonable but most appliances fall apart if they are cheap, but not this.

I purchased this washing machine in April 2010. It was okay for about a year then it started to display SUD and code F35, and would not run on any setting. This was a defect and Sears should offer a recall. A washing machine at this price should last for more than 2 years. Lady Kenmore super capacity - It was top of the line at the time, $600.00. Electronic sensor temperature settings. Everything from heavy soiled cotton settings to delicate settings. Powerful motor. Kenmore from Sears that was bought in 1992. It was reliable. It had the largest clothes capacity at that time. I have absolutely no complaints about this washer. I have had this appliance for 24 years. I look for top brand names with stellar operational ratings. I look for online reliability reports. I look at price and warranty. I look at customer service records. I will only buy super capacity washers. I am not concerned about energy efficient ratings. If the washer is reliable, I am willing to pay the price. I will always go with name brands such as Kenmore or Maytag. I have never had to repair my Lady Kenmore washer in 24 years. If the washer frequently required repairs, I would steer clear of the brand from now on. I have had no problems with paint chipping nor any problems with the appliance eating my clothing. My Lady Kenmore Ultra Fabric Care Heavy Duty 90 series has been fantastic. It has 8 temperature cycle and 5 cycle modifier settings. It was the most expensive washer at the time but well worth the money. This washer moves an oversized load of clothes just as efficiently as a small size load. The electronic temperature settings are an added benefit. If you are washing clothes in the winter and need for the water to be properly balanced, this will electronically monitor the temperature of the water and will create the proper amount of hot and cold water combination for the desired suitable water temperature. This product is wonderful!

We really love our washing machine, never have any issues. He washes a big load of clothes. Gets them very clean and smelling fresh. Has plenty of wash cycles and choices. It is one of those that only uses very little electric. Energy saving.

I purchased both in 2004. Ive only had two problems, both with the washing machine. 5 years ago, the washing machine would not move after fill up. I called Sears to repair it. They came the same day, has not happened again, but I did have a different situation of the Washer not working this summer. After the wash cycle, the spin cycle wasnt working. In fact the water didnt drain. With limited funds, I looked into doing it myself. Thanks to a YouTube video, I found it to be a common problem. I knew the part I needed, and was able to get it from Amazon. I got the part, fixed the washer, following each direction on the video, and was successful in repairing my washing machine.

It worked well at first and then the inside drum came loose from the frame. It started leaving white material all over cloths from the lining or glue that held drum in place. Water was coming out all over our floor. Was satisfied until it broke. Parts were too expensive to repair it so had to buy another washer instead and did not buy the same brand washer. I love the look and front load door. It was pretty dark, red colored, and still looked new when it broke down. Loved how easy it was to control. Not happy with the perceived value because parts were priced so high that its not worth it to fix or repair them. You are better off buying a new one.

I like the technology used in the Kenmore washing machines. My clothes come out nice and clean every time. The cycles were gentle enough for delicates and then tough enough for getting out big stains and odors. I also liked the fact that the machine did not make too much noise through its cycles. The spin cycle was strong but not noisy as other machines tend to be.

This washer throws the drive belt at least once per month! When it does it has to be laid over and all the water ends up on the floor and a huge mess not to mention having to put the belt back on! Never buy a series 500 or any other Kenmore with this type belt drive! Kenmore was no help, they got their money.

I can wash a full size blanket easily in this washer. Several soaps to pick from. Must be HE compatible. Has a timer. Comes in handy. Had this a few years and the only issues were the belt broke and its heavy to move. Has a compact storage shelf on the bottom. Mine is white and silver. Easy to clean surface. Quiet. Was a rent to own purchase for our family. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

It washes my laundry quick and they always come out extremely clean. Usually I can do 5 loads in 4 hrs. I play football and my jersey is always grass stained. I just throw it in the washer and it always comes back with no stains. My old washer had to run it twice. It takes me no time at all and boom laundrys done. Its small enough to fit thru my washroom door and it has a sleek white metallic style that pretty much goes with any color so I would highly recommend this washer. I purchased my Kenmore washing machine in May of 2014 and received it in June. My washer had been giving me a UE code which is a unbalanced code. This would happen no matter what I was washing. To be fair I should have called Sears sooner to have them look at washer while it was covered on warranty, but I did not realize when the warranty was up until it was too late. I had repairman come out to fix my machine, he told me that the parts alone would be $504.00 to fix (brand new on sale cost was $550). Told me LG manufactured machine under Kenmore label and I should call them to see if they would cover price of parts. Also said this rarely happened to the machines.Called LG never heard of machine, called Sears said not true, LG manufactured it. Sears told me to register machine on LG site then maybe they would recognize machine. And since it was not registered on their site that was why they did not recognize it. Problem who knows when you purchase Kenmore product who really makes it. Looking online, LG has this problem with LOTS of their machines. So unfair you purchase a (expensive to me) new machine and it is a piece of garbage. 4 hours to get a load of wash done!!!

This washer had a strong agitation cycle and I never needed a repair. Easy to use knobs. Never had to explain how to turn it on. My clothes always came out smelling good and looking fresh. I could wash a decent sized load of dirty clothes in this washer. I never needed a repair and the agitation was strong and reliable. The water flowed freely and the knobs were easy to understand. This washer was a simple washer in looks. Even though I could have gone for something more spacey and futuristic in looks I was very happy with its performance and easy to understand knobs. Looks arent everything. I think in this day and age we spend too much money on things that break down over time. This washer was sturdy and reliable and I never needed a repair so I am satisfied with the amount of money I paid for it.

We purchased the Kenmore Elite Dishwasher, 2 days after the warranty expired, the whole top rack stopped working, needed a technician to come out and charged us another $200 in parts plus the $59 service fee. 6 months later, there is water leaking all over the floor... the motor pump! Been trying to get someone out, they are happy to charge me for an extended warranty that is $222.99 that only covers up to $500 in parts. Have been on hold for over 1hour 43 minutes, been transferred a million times and hung up on twice when asked to speak to a manager. WORST decision ever!!! Sears is the such a joke, will never buy anything form them again. Kenmore is a piece of junk!!! Couldnt be more disappointed!!! Save yourself and your wallet the agony and RUN out of the doors of Sears.

It washes and dries my cloth pretty well. It is very reliable in the sense that it lasts longer than some brands. The appearance of this product looks good but needs to be improved. The quality of this product is great and its a good value for your money.

My top load Kenmore Elite Washing machine is 4 years old and has been rusting for the last 2 years. I finally decided to check into replacing the top and I found out it will cost over $350. It has a very large tub that can handle large loads of clothes with no problem. It cleans consistently well and has a number of settings and load sizes. This washer is very reliable and has worked very well for us. It never has given us any problems. We have always bought Kenmore appliances and will continue to do so. The washer has very nice lines and knobs. It has sleek lines is easy to keep clean. A bloke the top control panel which is also very easy to keep clean. We bought this at a Sears sales event and found it to be the best value for this size of washer. We were very happy with the price and size.

It worked really well, and I liked it a lot. They washed and dried clothes, and helped me get my laundry done. I couldnt ask for more from a machine that is specially designed to do such, I would totally recommend this to someone. Its big, square and white, with big dials and doors that you can open and close. They wash clothes, and dry them for you, so you dont to dry them outside on a line. Its a very good value and you should totally go buy a set of these.

Kenmore 700 series washer - Love it. Works great. Delivered when they said they would. Professional people and faultless install. Saves water. Tells me to the minute how long the wash will take so I can plan other things. Only question is that since I use non default settings all the time I was wondering if I could reset the defaults. I searched and couldnt find that answer.

Even clothes that had stains or very dirty came out clean. No need for second wash. Didnt even have to use the option of extra rinse or heavy dirty. Never had to level it like my top load washer. Never had any issues with it and its energy efficient and keeps my electric bill from skyrocketing. Its quiet you cannot even tell its running. Its compact enough but big enough to fit a big blanket or comforter usually had to take them to the laundromat. It wipes clean easily as well. It was more than I wanted to pay but in the long run its cheaper because it cost my electric lower and my water to run lower. I would recommend it to people.

I loved Kenmore because it always worked and was reliable. I had it for a long time and never had to repair much. I only had a few issues which were temporary and probably from my own wear and tear. The machine was recommended by a family member. They knew that my old washing machine had broke and decided to tell me about a sale at Best Buy. I got it about 20% off and I really got my money’s worth from this machine. It worked for a long time, but it was cheaply made and it had a lot of other problems cosmetically. It could have had stronger material or make it out of better things for large families and the wear and tear they bring.

Ive only had to call Kenmore out one time to come and repair something and it was minor and it wasnt their fault or the washing machines fault. It was my small child climbing on top of it and jumping up and down LOL. And I think if that hadnt happened I would never had to call them. My Kenmore washing machine is so glorious. Its almost like a centerpiece you want to put in the middle of the living room for everyone to look at LOL. The thing is durable as say my clothes many many times. The thing is gorgeous almost like a Roman statue in my washroom.It was a little pricey but thats what you get when you buy top of the line and my mother always says you get what you pay for. Im not going to buy a cheap washing machine that Im going to have to keep fixing and fixing and fixing. I want something thats going to last me about 10 years before I have to put a new part in it and Ive got that now. Kenmore rocks.

The Kenmore washer I had was a hard-working, efficient machine. I had no problems with it at all. I bought it at an estate sale when it was about five years old. It performed perfectly for about ten years. When I sold my house the new owners requested the washing machine be included in the sale as they knew the glowing record of kenmore appliances and wanted a washer they could depend on.

I am getting clean clothes, no tears or wears from machine, great job and not much of a noise. Dryer works nice too, but I do not use it much - prefer natural drying outside. It never gave me any trouble, really reliable and ready to go when I need it. Never malfunction or broke. I would really recommend it and I am happy to have it. It is old fashion and all white, but nobody see it except me because it is in separate room. And I do not care much about appearance as long as it works. By now it cost me practically nothing and still working great, so I am happy with value. It is one of those products that were build like do not do anymore.

Very efficient, didnt use a lot of water or power and was very quiet. It was very simple to use and even did large loads quickly. I was very satisfied with this washer. It was very reliable, it last about 15 years before we had to replace it. It never gave us trouble at all, and we never had to replace any parts on it. It was very nice looking. It was bright white and matched the paint in our utility room. It had smooth corners and looked very modern and appealing. Wouldnt change anything about it. This was a very good, reliable washer for the price. It was on the lower budget price side but it still gave us many years of use for the price.

Model 27122 serial #C42330018 - Coin operated washer. 7-23-14 Purchased washer from Sears on line. Deld 7-29 - Leaked immediately - they replaced 2 days later. Machine failed within a couple of weeks - had to wait till 9-4 for service call - circuit board was fried according to repairman & said he will order new one. Waited 10 days only to find he never ordered it. 9-19 - Repairman put in new board but did not recalibrate machine (which another repairman said he should have done). Machine broke down again. 9-30 - 3rd repairman came but could not fix. 10-8-14 4th repairman (George) came & recalibrated circuit board. (10-23 machine failed again.) 10-24-14 (5th visit) George returned again and recalibrated again. Frankly no one know why the machine (a brand new machine) keeps failing. This has been going on for 3 months. The machine has never run more than 3 weeks and usually 2 (but 1 wk is the standard time it takes to get an appt. visit). Its a Kenmore made by Whirlpool. The repairmen have said they have a lot of trouble w/ this machine (yes, they actually said that & I have a witness). They blame the problems on the fact it uses a circuit board. Theres more, but I leave it at that.

Purchased a Kenmore Washer Model 796.41382410 in Oct. 2014. A small plastic magnetic catch on the door broke and Sears will not sell that part alone. They want me to buy a new door for $200.00 plus shipping. None of the small plastic parts appear to be available alone. All must be purchased as part of a larger (and very expensive) assembly. Last Kenmore for me.

Sears doesnt make a quality product like they used to. (Does anyone?) Why cant they just leave well enough alone? I had an excellent Kenmore washer for 20 years - no problems whatsoever. So I buy this one, and its been THE worst purchase Ive made. It takes about 45 min for a regular load to wash, its very loud and it completely broke within 2 years. The repairman said the sensor pad is made by Whirlpool and its badly designed. This is a very bad washer and Im very disappointed in Sears.

Washed my clothes thoroughly and got the clothes extremely clean left them with a very fresh smell. They kept their brightness and I saved money yearly. I had my washing machine over 5 years and counting. Its not broken down on me once nor have I had any issues with it. Its an energy saver & works great. Bulky but has a great outer design thats somewhat nice. It was a great price! Almost a steal. The price was so affordable along with the performance qualities I couldnt pass this up. I love it.

We purchased a Kenmore series 300 washing machine in September 2015. It was our first Kenmore we have ever purchased in over 55 years. The machine is terrible. The tub design causes the machine to vibrate severely even with medium loads. It doesnt clean the clothes very good and my wife has to run clothes through the rinse cycle at least twice and even then there is soak in the clothes. We would definitely not recommend Kenmore to anyone, especially this machine.

This is my second Kenmore washer. The first one I had for 18 years and gave it away, still running well. This new washer I have had now for 7 years, with 2 moves and a family of 6, it’s still running almost like new.

The performance is top notch. It washes and clean clothes thoroughly. I havent had any problems with it. It always spins fast and finish my clothes in no time. It even works great on some of the toughest materials. I have had this washer for about 3 years and I havent had any problems. It hasnt even clumped out on me yet. It cleans my clothes to perfection and always gets the job done. The appearance is very basic bit still nice. Its nothing to brag about but its nice. Its white all over and have coloring in the words and symbols. Its value was very fair. It was definitely worth every penny I paid for it. It performs at a very high quality for its value. I would definitely recommend.

Kenmore Dishwasher machine does a great job. Comes from a well respected product line that has been around since my grandmother’s time and has never failed to perform its assigned with efficiency. This product line brings back fond recollections of the machines I used as a child. Handles reasonable loads, simple to use, load & clean. Reliable operation without an overabundance of functions that I neither use or need. Handles all the capacity I need in my day to day life with conservative use of water, soap and power. My main concern with any unit is that it easy to load, and handles the washing with as little trouble as possible. Easy to clean, with a spartan appearance that lends itself to my lifestyle and sensibilities. I especially like the clean lines and simple control features without an attempt at being overly stylish or trendy. Simplicity is my driving concern.

The washer is always available to use and it is made from powerful material so that the water doesnt go to the outside cover and initiate water rot. You can also combine whites only with colored pieces of clothing without worrying about the colors bleeding into the whites. The appearance of the washer is just a simple design with some options to choose your load of laundry, how hot or cold the water is needed, or how you want the laundry to wash your clothes (which is using a gentle setting or a rough setting). Although the washer has a lot of features included and does a lot of things to the laundry to make it fresh and clean, the appliance is too expensive. So I wish the price was lowered down so everyone could afford to buy this brand and model.

I have model #11026132411 and when I wash my dark clothes they come out with white stains on them that are impossible to clean unless I wash my clothes in my daughters Whirlpool machine. I tried cleaning the machine, but that doesnt help!!! I am so frustrated... Another problem with this machine is that you cant modulate the water level. I am VERY disappointed in this machine. I bought a Kenmore because of Sears reputation.

Completely white. Easy to use and understand controls with temperature adjustment and water level adjustment. The money spent was average for comparable units. Knowing how long it will last, I would have paid more. This is a reliable last brand that my family will stick with.

Clean well, works well - washes fast. Laundry comes out smelling good - great machine, last forever - cant overload it. Thats my favorite part about it. My husband broke our other washer that way thats why we got yours. Did pay that much a very good deal, great value, got a lot of use for the price. I couldnt have ask for a better price. We do probably 3 loads a day in that machine.

I caught this washer on sale about 7 or 8 years ago. I only had to have it serviced once, that was for a belt and it was an easy fix. Other than that, the performance has been great. This is a great washer. I have always been able to rely on it to get my loads of clothing washed. It doesnt have a lot of bells and whistles but it has what is needed. Its not big and bulky and it leaves a lot of space in my laundry room. It has paid for itself at least a billion times by now. I love it. Its a very reliable product and I would highly recommend it.

The appearance of the washer is very nice and looks like it is very modern. I believe a lot of young people would even like washing their clothes in it. It washes a lot of clothes good. I can wash sheets, blankets or any kind of clothes. We are very happy with the performance and reliability of the washer. It particularly fits our need and it has been doing a great job at washing the clothes. It was a very good value for the money and I believe that it will last a long time for your needs.

It worked good. I just wished my clothes would get cleaner. Its like it didnt wash on heavy and soiled clothing. It didnt do good at moving stains that were embedded. It always worked when I needed it to. It never broke down on me or anything. I could depend on it to work. My clothes fit but not as good as I needed them to. The drum was pretty small and my clothes were smashed. It had a nice sleek look in classic white. It goes with the color of everything. It was a classic washer with modern updates. It looks fairly high-end for the price, and it fits nicely in small spaces. It was a good value for me. It got the job done. You cant expect it to do everything and fit everything but its a good dependable, sleek and sturdy washing machine.

I signed up for ConsumerAffairs to be able to ventilate my frustration about this washing machine. There is nothing wrong with the mechanics of this machine. It turns the front loading drum, like it should, adds water, removes water, etc. But the program-cycles it offers make the whole washing affair completely idiotic. All the cycles are way too short for good cleaning. (None takes longer than 1/2 hour.) Also, there is no cycle without a final spin option. I come from Europe where eco machines turn slow and long, in order to enable good soaking and cleaning. I have to add programs cycles in order to get anything clean with this machine. Meanwhile I cannot put off the spin session, so I end up using a lot of energy to get my wash done with this machine (while ruining my clothes with the spinning). My husband ordered this machine after thoroughly reading consumers reports. Makes no sense to me.

It has lasted me longer than any other washing machine. It washes my clothes very clean. I repaired it one time in fifteen years. I also use other things from Kenmore. I have told other family members about my experience with Kenmore.

Kenmore washers are reliable and last a very long time. The clothes always come out clean and fresh and dont seem to wear out as they are washed. Perhaps the best feature of the Kenmore washer is reliability. It is very rare for anything to break down and the clothes consistently come out nice and clean. The washer is a top-loading model which I prefer. I like the simple features and its easy to keep clean, as opposed to stainless steel which would be a nightmare to keep up. Kenmore washers are affordable and are a great value. Considering how long they last, and how little they need to be repaired... I highly recommend one.

It was a great washer to have used for many years in my household. It made washing easy and sufficient to clean my clothing. Kenmore has always been one of the brands Ive stuck with and will always be. It always provided me with the best washing experience possible. There was never a moment when it didnt satisfy my needs to get my clothing clean. It was an extremely well-made washer that my family and I used for many years. It was compact and did not take up so much space, and we were able to move it from one house to another house easily. Having an sufficient washer made it easy to get all my clothing, sheets, and other things in my household washed quickly. It was definitely great in a big household of people.

I purchased my Kenmore Energy-Star Top Load machine in 2003. It has worked as a champ throughout all these years & goodness knows how many loads. I recently had to make a small repair on the agitator, to replace the broken cam dogs. Thats it.. Shes is up & working again, to champion through many washes to come. I pray I will never need to replace her, as I love my washing machine♡ The repair gentleman Mark even commented, on the fact that my washing machine, is in such excellent condition. Just a minor hiccup but, he felt confident, she will work well for several years/washes to come :)

My washer has been very durable however the renewal of the warranty is not affordable. I love the washer chosen because of being old fashioned. It has the agitator inside. The control panel is also very easy and understandable.

My wife and I purchased a Sears Kenmore Elite Washer and Dryer in May 2012. We have found rust on the face and on the hinges. The service staff changed some parts at a cost of $350. The rust was not removed nor could we get a reassurance that the rust would be abated. We found that LG manufactured this machine and we are in the process of filing a complaint with LG. I think Sears needs to be responsible since it is their name on the product. Anyone else have any problems?

I have two Kenmore he5t frontloading washers, we are a family of 6. I hate them. My clothes dont come out clean and I have small holes appearing in my clothes. Im wondering if it is not filling with enough water. Not sure where the holes are coming from. I can only find one other person that also notices these small holes in the clothes...

Model 110.27102310. Serial C34130259 - The washer finishes the cycle and the clothes are barely wet. Oftentimes I have to do it over again wasting water, time and detergent. If the load is uneven during the spin cycle, the washer hit its wall very, very loud but does not show or have any indication where and how to balance the load (more to the left? or more to the right?). Its HIT AND MISS - I keep trying to balance it over and over with a guess. It is so frustrating!

I really like that my washer is quiet. I dont have to worry too much about it getting off balance. I absolutely love that it is a front loader. This is a very reliable washing machine. I have had absolutely no issue whatsoever so far. Everything comes out clean and all is done within 45 minutes. I really LOVE the look of my washing machine. It is sleek and compact. I have gotten many compliments on my washer. Very stylish and clean looking. You definitely get your moneys worth out of this washing machine. Bought a front loader and clothes smelled awful if not dried for 2 cycles. Also the front loaders get mildewy and are hard to keep clean. Once I realized to keep door open when not in use and to wash smaller loads it worked fine.

Works good to clean clothes fast for the man on the go like myself and that is what counts the most. Particularly I can indeed fit all of my needed items and have a small space left over most of the time. We have a 2-year old Kenmore Series 700 Washer. On December 12th the hose on the rear of the machine failed due to corrosion. Our home was flooded. The hose was replaced and failed again in 3 weeks due to corrosion or some chemical reaction. We had our house re-grounded by an electrical company. Two weeks later the same result. We need technical help so that we do not have another $100,000 insurance claim.

Great product that works extremely well and is very quiet. Very energy efficient and allows me to do large loads without any problems. As far as reliability this machine is perfect. It can handle very large loads and is very quiet while running and it can handle all of the abuse of teenagers using it to do their own clothes without supervision. The controls are very high tech looking but very easy to navigate and use. This is an extremely great and affordable value for this machine. It works just as well as the top end machines but you do not have to pay an arm and leg for it.

My first washing machine was a Kenmore that we got used from a neighbor. It worked forever and was super reliable, and always cleaned our clothes well. Quality, trustworthy and reliable. Never had any issues with it. We used it for over 5 yrs and then sold it when we moved.

We bought 2 Kenmore Stacked Washer/Dryer units (Gas) for our newly remodeled laundry room 3 1/2 years ago. One washer unit needed to be repaired after 2 years and now has broken down completely. The other washer unit is now having issues and the repair company told us it would be too expensive to repair and we’d be better off buying a new unit. So after 3 1/2 short years, we are forced to buy 2 new units!! We definitely will not be buying Kenmore but are going to try Whirlpool brand and pay $195 extra for the five year extended warranty since it seems things aren’t made to last anymore!! I will never buy Kenmore again!!

Ill try to be as fair as I can without cursing. I really, really HATE my Kenmore high efficiency washing machine. It takes literally hours if not the whole day to wash a single load. And when the cycle complete light says its done and I open the lid, Im usually looking at a load that has not spun and is soaking wet. Ive tried every setting and Im constantly having to come back to the machine to check if its going o.k. I thought by purchasing this machine I would save on water but instead, I end up rewashing loads and wasting time. Its a nightmare. Its a fairly new machine and Im already considering taking it to the dump and buying a new one. I wouldnt want to donate it. Nobody deserves a machine like this. Ive had family members ask me how I like my machine because they needed a new one. I told them not to buy the high efficiency ones. I told them the truth. I HATE IT! I will never ever buy another one like this or recommend it to anyone. It may even deter me from buying Kenmore products too.

Elite - Difficult to retrieve clothes from the bottom of the washer. I had to build a special platform for my wife to retrieve the clothes from the washer! The units were very expensive, but I would like to assume this would infer a level of quality. They seem to work well, although somewhat odd from what we were used to before.

Our clothes always came out very clean using this washer and smelling great. My husband works in the motor oil manufacturing plant and he always comes home smelling of motor oil but using this washer, it really gets the smell out. This washer is very reliable and easy to use. We had Kenmore appliances before and will have them again... I have never had an issue with the Kenmore washer having any issues. This washer has a nice, sleek design and easy to use dials and knobs. It is also easy to read... No need to go find your glasses to start it. We bought our Kenmore washer at Sears and the associate that helped us was very helpful in finding what we needed and how much we were willing to spend and we feel we got our moneys worth.

The front load washing machine is hard to keep clean. Lint and other debris gets trapped in the door seal and smells. Even though the door is wiped every time and the magnet is used (so the door doesn’t close fully) it still stinks. My towels always smell sour once they get wet again. I don’t think this is a Kenmore issue. I think it’s front loaders in general. My next washer will not be a front loader.

We purchased in Apr. 2013. Would not get item clean. Would not even get all items wet. Called for service. Waited 3 weeks to get a tech to the house. Sears shipped wrong control board. Tech put shipped board in washer. He said it would work until they sent the correct control board. Waited 2 months, no new board. Called Sears and they stated, The board was still on back order and did not know when it would be available. I asked for a replacement. Replacement was delivered. Machine did the same thing as the first machine. Call back and asked for a replacement with a different model. Replacement was $1500.00 cheaper than the original set. (Oh, btw it is now Oct. 2013) Sears will not refund us the difference. The problem was with your product. Shame on you Sears!!!!! I will never purchase from Sears again.

We bought a Kenmore front load washer in 2012. I was so excited and didnt even consider another brand, as Kenmores last forever, right? Sears has always been a company that has sold quality products and built a large company due to repeat customers. I was baffled re the lock button not releasing after the load was done and also the standing water staying after the rinse cycle periodically. This from day one of purchase off and on. I have given my manual a workout in the past two years trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. Because based on being a third generation owner of exclusively Kenmore appliances, a two year old Kenmore washer would never have broken!A few months ago the standing water issue slowly progressed to the point of not spinning at all when the rinse cycle began. Out came the manual, again and again. Of course, the lock button wouldnt release due to the water level, so I drained it numerous times from the hose in the trap door. This takes over an hour and the hose is so short you have to use small containers and hope you can get one to the sink while holding the hose closed with your thumb. Then the nd error started coming on for a couple of loads and then it wouldnt do anything but hum - I cleaned every hose, snaked the drain, etc. I then called the water company who spent a couple of hours checking out the drains for roots while I tried to save the load of mildewed towels from my last load. They got a kick out of my bleach buckets and even the wheelbarrow filled with laundry :(After all options were gone I contacted Sears who sent a service tech out today. I spent $202.00 on a new drain pump with an option of buying a year warranty for almost $400.00!!! It would have been more, but I found a 20% off coupon for service calls online. I cant afford the extended warranty and even if I could, a year isnt worth that much. I am so upset, as I know I bought a lemon and am waiting for what is next. Sears, dont break your cycle of standing behind your products. I strongly feel I should be reimbursed. Please contact me.

The Kenmore washer cleaned clothing properly and operated in a quieter tone than some other washers I have owned. I never had issues with colors bleeding and was very happy with the performance of the machine. The machine looked very sleek, too. I have had other washing machines that had issues with the beeping when the cycle was finished, but no issues with this one. And it also fit the color scheme of my laundry room as well as it fit perfectly under my laundry room counter. I paid what I expected for a washing machine of such quality.

I purchased the Kenmore Elite washer June 9th, 2011... Model 79629272900. It cost approximately 1,100. I was very satisfied at first because of its large capacity size. Then I was soon to notice it doesnt clean clothes properly. The simplest stains dont come out. The main reason for my complaint is that a washer a few years old shouldnt have rust anywhere... It has rusted at the lid and all around bleach dispenser. I contacted Sears and then they give me the phone number to customers solutions. That didnt get me anywhere. I was referred back to Sears. The washer should have been recalled. I dont feel like any washer should cause your clothes to get rust all over them.

Wanted to try it instead of Whirlpool. They said it used less water. I dont think it does. I liked the fact that it was a good price. It is said to be a very good brand. I have had Kenmore in the past and they were good. I have had it about three years now. It is a Kenmore and full size. The cost was $495.00. It is a energy saver and the new ones without a agitator in it. Cleans really good so far and I would buy another one.

I bought this washer 6 years ago. It has worked just fine until about 6 months ago. Suddenly, it started taking longer and longer to finish the cycle. Then, occasionally, it wouldnt spin the clothes and I would have to run the separate drain and spin cycle. Then, it suddenly wouldnt even do that. I called Sears. My intention was to find out what it would cost (because it was out of warranty) to replace the brain, including the labor and repair call. Instead of giving me the quote I asked for, she convinced me to buy a 1-year service policy for somewhere around $350.00 explaining that if it was the brain, it would be considerably more than that. Then, came the clincher. If they couldnt repair it, I would be given a voucher toward a new machine. Sign me up! Guess what? Not. They came out and put in a new brain (this took a total of 4 weeks), then 2 weeks later it started the whole cycle again, only quickly this time moving into not spinning at all. I called for another repair order. They couldnt get me in for another week and a half. In the meantime, I kept working with the washer trying different cycles and stuff until I got it working again. Guess what? Now, since it wont malfunction in front of them, they have deemed it my fault! According to them, its because Im running unbalanced loads and using too much soap! After 6 years of successfully using this machine, apparently, Ive lost my mind! I am so frustrated I could spit! So, my solution is that I will call them each and every time it fails, and make them come out until my 1 year is up. Then, I will buy a new machine and it will not be from Sears! Im closing my account with them and after 30 years of being a customer, Im done!

I have had this washer about seven years and I bought it used. To this day it still works. It is what I use weekly to do our laundry in. Im very satisfied with it. I can get a full load in there. Sometimes Ive overloaded it but other than that it works great as long as I dont have too many dirty clothes in. It does have a few nicks and dings in it. Couple of rough spots too but it washes out of clothes just fine and to me thats all that matters. Even though it is probably 15 years old I would say the value of it would be at least $100 because it works perfectly. I just pulled out a trash bag full of winter clothes with jeans and coats and was able to get a huge black trash bag washed into loads of laundry.

Purchased the washer used and it still worked well for a few years. Bought a new LG as a replacement and hate it. Will be going back to Kenmore in the near future when we purchase a new house. We will also purchase a Kenmore washer, even though the LG is less than two years old.

The performance of this Kenmore washing machine is better than any other washing machine that I have seen in action ever in my entire life of washing laundry. If I were asked to describe the reliability of this washing machine, I would have to say that I highly recommend it for being very convenient and reliable. I would definitely give the appearance of this Kenmore washing machine a grade A because it is very efficient and includes all smart features for an easy wash. I would absolutely say that the overall value of this machine from Kenmore is very good. It includes all of the convenient and easy to use latest technology and features.

It seems the best Kenmores are the older ones. I was going to buy an newer one but heard from the service man that the older style I have is one of the best made. Non computer version. I guess like an old hot rod it runs best, if an EMP hits an older car and washing machine still works!

Clothes are important and need to always look your best. Clean clothes always makes a difference in ones appearance, not look like a slob living out in the street. You can rely on getting clean and dry clothes any time you need them whether to look professional or for everyday appearance, not look homeless out in the street. I have great experience with this product. It always helps me out in a jam when clean clothes are needed the most especially in a emergency. I value the brand name a lot. It helps with my everyday life when a article of clothing needs to be cleaned in a hurry.

I purchased this Kenmore series 600 washer triple action washer brand new from Sears in May and I am still not satisfied with the inconsistency on how it cleans clothes. I have called the store and the 800 repair line to get help and have been given instructions on how to use the machine because the technology in how the machine washes clothes is new and different from my previous machine with the agitator. To summarize, Ive been told to use no more than 2 tsp of HE detergent, use the cold clean cycle, use deep water fill cycle. Im doing all of these and still get periodical residue left on clothes. The machine has 11 wash cycles, and looks great sitting in my laundry room but does not consistently clean my clothes. I trusted the name Kenmore to mean quality so I think this particular machine has a design flaw. I have misplaced the store receipt, but I charged it on my Visa credit card so I can always get a copy of that if needed.

The washers performance I would have to say is one of the best that I have seen before. Presoaks pre-rinse, the cycles lasts long enough that I know without a doubt everything is getting good and agitated and that my clothes are definitely coming out clean. Plus this washer also has a self cleaning cycle so that I dont have to figure out how to clean it myself, it does it for me. Plus there is gentle cycle, permanent cycle, heavily soiled, small, medium, large and oversized weights for whatever size you are loading into the machine. Since no pur based the machine 2 to 3 three years ago I have yet to have a single issue with it. No matter how much has been shoved into its never gotten off balance, never slung the laundry all to one side. It has kept it evenly distributed through the inside of the tub itself. And though it is self cleaning none not once has a single line that is attached to the machine has never gotten clogged up. I like the fact that its white, can be a hassle to keep cleaned but if properly taken care of very pretty. And will remain that way if properly maintained. But my favorite feature is that it has a clear glass, self locking lid that can be seen through. So instead of wondering if its actually doing what its supposed to do like with the older ones with a solid a lid you can just look down into and seen that it is working just fine.
