I needed to find a dishwasher that matched with the rest of my kitchen and this one was perfect. I love the design and the functionality of this dishwasher. Also, I have a large family so the size of a dishwasher is very important to us. We want to have something that can fit all of our dishes in as well as cleans it very well. This dishwasher is the best choice for us and we could not have made a better decision. This dishwasher works very well. Ive had it for a few years and it still works like new. I use this dishwasher at least 2 times a day with my large family and it has never given me any problems. Overall, the value of this dishwasher is it is 100 percent worth everything that it costs. Very pleased. I would recommend this to any one that asks about a good dishwasher for a great price.

I am very pleased how my dishwasher does not leave residue and my dishes are always clean. I love that my dishwasher is up to date, very easy and pleasant to use. It goes well with the rest of my appliances in my kitchen. It does not take up a lot of space from the exterior of the dishwasher. From looking inside the dishwasher it is the perfect size. I can put all my dishes plus extra pots and pans inside of it and not worrying about not having enough space. It has the exact capacity to fit all my dishwashing needs. My dishwasher appearance is digital which has easy touch buttons that has a sensor blue light which it lets me know how long I have before finishing up cleaning the dishes. The dishwasher is of great value to me because it help save me a lot of time on the use of cleaning my dishes. It has cut my cleaning time in half. I am very pleased with my dishwasher.

This dishwasher cleans dishes ok. I still need to a good rinse because food residue may still be on my dishes. It is quiet in a small townhouse. It does not have many settings. This dishwasher is big enough for one person. If you have more than one person, it will fill up fast. If I had to do it again, I would go for an upgraded dishwasher. The dishwasher shows dirt, but it is easy to clean. This dishwasher is not the prettiest, but it gets the job done when it is used. The color matches my refrigerator. This dishwasher is okay. It will help save money on your water bill even though you have to make sure your dishes are rinsed well.

Cleans everything as it should, quiet, saves water. My old dishwasher only used powder so its nice to be able to use more modern and superior cleaners. Makes washing a snap, very happy with it. We have a built in area of the counter that the dishwasher has to fit into and this fits perfectly. It is large enough to keep us from having to do the dishes every day which is nice. Just look at it, a thing of beauty. It looks great in our kitchen, but so did our last dishwasher. I guess most of them all look alike! We feel weve gotten great value with this dishwasher. It does everything weve ever wanted it to do.

We bought the Kenmore appliance because its a brand we are used to and is reliable and the quality is by far better than other brands. The washing machine washes the dishes really great. It very reliable. Never breaks down and the glasses and cups are clean and clear and the color looks great in the kitchen. Easy to load and the utensils come out shiny and clean. Plenty of space for every pot, pan or serving trays. They all fit in nice and very neatly. The washer could be more energy efficient and made from recycled materials, the hinges can be of better quality, more rust resistant and could come with a lifetime warranty. The washers door could be more stain resistant and maybe have a glass window on the front of the washer so one can see if the machine is working properly. Our family has used Kenmore for years and year and I cannot recall having any.

I didnt choose Kenmore it kinda choose me, it was already in the first house we purchased. It worked like a charm. We never had to have it repaired. It never broke down. Kenmore had the spray arm which I thought was the best in cleaning. I never had to rinse the dishes off and they are always were clean.

Cleans dishes pretty good but still need Jet Dry as an added helper. The silverware rack can be moved but I do not feel like the silverware gets cleaned as good as it should same with the glasses on the top rack. Dishwasher is average size for a portable. It is a solid black polish with the butcher block top. The top piece that spins to wash the upper dishes needs some better improvements to clean the dishes better and the silverware rack also needs some improving since it seems like the silverware always has a couple pieces that get missed in the wash cycle.

I loved it. Easy to use. Gave me so much extra time since I didnt have to wash all the dishes by hand. Loved it so much for real.Trust me. Perfect size. Two shelfs top and bottom. One for bowls and cups and the other for like pots, pans and plates and a little spot for all your forks, spoon and knifes. Everything fit in. It looked nice. I had no problem with it. I liked how it came in black. It matched everything else in my kitchen which made me one very happy camper but yea it looks good. I have a better model now but this one still did wonders. My dishes always came out looking squeaky clean. Go get it for yourself.

I love Kenmore. They are known for the amazing products they given you. They have the best products and they always last for a long time. I love how it looks. It was a bit expensive but its okay. High-quality dishwasher. Provides optimal results even when dishes have baked on grime. Worth the extra spend if youre tired of spending 15 minutes scrubbing plates. Personally, it is a little too large for the kitchen Im currently in. But I wouldnt have a problem with the size if I was in a larger kitchen. It holds more than normal. The appearance was what sold me. It has a clean front with controls on the inside. Its the most incognito dishwasher around. Id recommend over other styles. Value is superb. As is the case with all other household appliances, you get what you pay for, and this one is a high-quality dishwasher that delivers the results youd expect.

We purchased a dishwasher from Sears and it was installed in October of 2014. This dishwasher cost almost $900 dollars and now for the last several months does not clean and the drying section is horrible. It is a Kenmore and was presented as a top of the line product. In calling Sears 800 number is evident that the customer service at Sears does not care. I will never do business with Sears again as their customer service is terrible.

We bought this Kenmore Elite Ultraclean Dishwasher 665.1278 Model for 900.00 dollars back in July of 2014. After one year of use the heating element in the door panel went out. When we called out a service repairman he told us this was one of two of the most expensive parts to replace and that these parts wear out quickly. We went ahead and paid for the repair that ended up costing us over 200.00, then decided to buy a one year warranty just in case. By the time the one year warranty was up the same door panel heating element went out along with some type of gear in the door panel. I cant believe we paid 900.00 for what was supposed to be the best of the best of Kenmore dishwashers back then only to have it break down on a yearly occurrence. I would not recommend this dishwasher. This has left such a bad taste in our mouths that we are not going to buy Kenmore in the future for ANY appliance. Period.

Have purchased several Kenmore Elite appliances over the years, but it appears the quality control and service is declining. Bought a Consumer Report highly rated KE dishwasher. CR has subsequently noted consumer complaints about the dishwasher. Mine is still under warranty and it stopped working. The control panel needs to be replaced and being told the part is on back order and no idea when it will be available, but no earlier than four weeks! Thinking maybe because I am still under warranty, I am back in line to those who are out of warranty and need to pay for the part. It is inconvenient when an appliance is not working for a week or two; crazy that any company thinks it is acceptable to sell appliances that cannot be repaired for a month or more.

Prior to buying my Kenmore dishwasher, I had heard a lot of great reviews from friends and family which made my decision on what brand to buy easier. And Im glad I did because the Kenmore dishwasher I owned was very easy to navigate to clean and the dishwasher had a sleek look that was visually pleasing. I also enjoyed how fast and efficiently it cleaned my dishes and plates. I noticed my plates were super clean every time. Although I liked the Kenmore dishwasher and its many aspects, if they made it with more room it would be easier to load plates to clean.

I dont really have to prewash my dishes, I always rinse them, I always have. Its a good dishwasher. I dont worry about leftover residue on my dishes after washing. I have 2 children and I have no problem getting all my dishes in the dishwasher. This includes sippy cups and tops. I cook a lot and it fits my casserole dishes, sauce pans and skillets.It is plain but it gets the job done. Appearance isnt everything to me so Im totally fine with it. I like plain and simple. If you dont need all the frills and fancy things that you get sometimes in appliances, this dishwasher would be good for you. I dont have a lot of extra cash laying around but I think this dishwasher was reasonably priced. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I would rather pay for a little more for a product and know that Im getting a good quality product.

This has to be the WORST dishwasher I have ever owned. Its not even three years old and we have had to repair it 3 times already!! Its cost me more than the dishwasher was even originally worth. The initial time we fixed the spinning jets and got an entire new control board at the insistence of Sears repair. They said to fix and not replace. Then we had to fix the baskets since they are cheap and fall apart. The next issue is that it wont lock into place so cant use it. I will NEVER EVER buy a Kenmore appliance again. Total disappointment. Thanks for making a terrible product Kenmore!

I really have no complaints about this machine other than it is kinda loud. Dishes seem to come out clean. Performs as I thought it might. I have a family of three and dishwasher seems to hold everything from plates, bowls, glasses and even skillets. There isnt anything that I have tried to put in that doesnt fit. Appearance fits into my home decor and helps keep my kitchen sleek and clean looking. Nice addition to my kitchen. People have commented on the looks of it. Good priced and a good value compared to my other dishwasher. Gets my dishes cleaner than my old one and would recommend this to family or friends.

I had tried Maytag and it didnt do such a good job. My sister recommended the Kenmore and I tried it and there was no looking back. My cousin tried a Whirlpool and within two months he bought a Kenmore also. I purchased another Kenmore when I needed a new one. The jet sprayers needs to be tweaked a little. It could clean the dishes on the top rack better. Although it dries the dishes good it could be at a higher temperature. I liked the way you didnt have to prewash the dishes. And the way it dried the dishes better than the Maytag I owned previously.

This dishwasher is really great. It cleans very well, even if I dont prewash, its so quiet that I barely know its on. Its also fast and economical. Was worth the price and then some. This dishwasher is the perfect size for a family. I can get all the dishes plus the pots and pans. It has two shelves and I can get a dozen glasses and bowls if I need to. Its very pretty if thats a consideration. I love the color and how the buttons dont stand out. It makes it very easy to clean. We give it a quick wipe down after dinner and it looks great. The price was very reasonable. I did quite a bit of comparison shopping before I finally decided on this model and I am very happy with my choice.

Its horrible. No one will answer. No one will fix anything to you. My kids toys are stronger than this. The fridge and dish washer - they get easily broken.

This dishwasher is quiet and thorough, and you can choose settings based on how dirty your dishes are and whether you want to use less water. Its a great machine. We can get all of our everyday use dishes into the dishwasher. We run it abut every two days when its just our three-person family. We cook and eat almost every meal at home, so it is pretty efficient. Its basic white. The buttons for the settings are easy to read. It fits in with the other white appliances in our kitchen. We like the white, because we painted our kitchen to match our tastes. It was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive dishwasher we looked at. It has done a good job for several years. We like that it has options for using less water and for a turbo zone where you can place items that need an extra blast of water for additional cleaning.

Runs smoothly, not super loud, always cleans everything. The dishwasher has been running great. I never have had any issues with the dishwasher. The size fits my area in the kitchen great. I love that the size is not too big but yet it fits really well. I have enjoyed the washer machine. The metal has fit well together with my whole kitchen. It was easy to figure out and use. I had no problems with the quality of cleaning and I would recommend the dishwasher to someone buying one. The size was adequate and I was able to wash my large pans and casserole dishes in it. Fitting oversized objects usually requires strategy, but my experience with this model did not present that problem. It coordinated easily with my kitchen and was visually pleasing . The control panel was legible and easy to use and understand. Other models were available, but I was satisfied with my selection. Comparable brands did not offer the value that I have found with the Kenmore brand. The quality of the product offers is consistently above standard and has always maintained its value.

It does great on washing dishes and silverware. Sometimes pot and pans have to be laying down to get cleaned, others times not. I make sure I rinse all dishes before putting them in so food doesnt stick if I dont run it right away. It fit perfect next to the sink and it has different settings on it for different washings. It is about 36 inches wide and I think 48 inches tall. I got a dishwasher that is black with white writing on it and the knob turns to what setting I want. It does have a delay cycle to use if you dont want to start it right away and a dry cycle. It is a great dishwasher. It has a separate basket for silverware that you can take out of machine and 2 racks for dishes. Top one is great for cups and glasses. The bottom one I use for the rest. On the door it has where you add detergent and rinse stuff.

The appearance is very sleek and simple. It fits in mostly with everything. I am pretty sure is available in other colors such as stainless steel. It fits very well in my kitchen. It is just the right size for most kitchen and it aint big and gawky. Very compact. I had some hard dishes to get clean and it cleaned it spotless. It also didnt take very long for it to complete its cycles. I am very happy with its performance. My perceived value is very satisfied with it. I havent had it very long but I am sure it will last long. It seems to be built very durable. Everyone should be satisfied.

This dishwasher was purchased brand new in 2013. By 2016 we had to completely replace the core mechanical guts of this dishwasher. And now in January 2019 it is failing again. When it works it does a great job. But what kind of appliance which cost $1000 has a life expectancy of three years before needing its entire motor assembly to be replaced. And then two years after that it is not working. Kenmore is garbage! No wonder Sears is going under. Apparently Kenmore is made by Whirlpool. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not buy a Kenmore dishwasher before reading the plethora of bad reviews.

Easily to load and your dishes come out clean. The time cycle saves you on your water bill and you do not use a lot of water. Your dishes are dried in no time. I am not sure of the actual size, I just know that it fit well in the space provided. It was the right size and I was able to get a lot dishes and even some pots in it. The appearance was attractive with easy to open door and buttons that made it easy for you to operate. It was white with black buttons. The dishwasher came with the house so I guess it costs was 300.00. It was made well and it was energy efficient and used less hot water. Consider the size, the name brand, and size and most of all its features, that was good price. We never had to have it repaired or serviced.

The Kenmore Dishwasher is a good value for the price that you pay. It functions well, it is almost completely quiet & it does a pretty good job. Sometimes I would have to rerun the dishwasher a second time but for the most part it did clean everything the first time I would run it. It also fit everything that it needed to. Sometimes there was not enough room for a large plate or anything but that wasnt a huge issue. I would probably get one a bit bigger in the future. It looks clean and it is easy to clean too. It blends in with the other cabinets well. I like the color that I chose. The lines were clean. I think that it looks very nice and I would get another one.

I purchased a Kenmore dishwasher in June of 2018. The dishwasher is now leaking. I called customer service and spoke with two people who could barely speak English. There is a 1 year manufacturers warranty on the product but I was told that if the technician that came out determined that the problem was not covered under the warranty I would have to pay a $150 service fee! What kind of warranty is that? I will never purchase an appliance from Kenmore or Sears ever again!!! Horrible experience!

This dishwasher worked very well and was well worth the money spent. Cleaned and dried the dishes with reasonable cleanliness. Didnt need to clear dishes prior to loading the dishwasher. I would recommend this dishwasher. Fit all of my dishes that were used in 3-4 days with no overlapping. Silverware on door so more dishes could go in the dishwasher itself. Highly recommended. We purchased a top of the line dishwasher 2 years ago (Kenmore Elite). All of our appliances are Kenmore. It was around $700-$800. It quit advancing the washing cycle. It would cost us $600 just for the part to fix it and Kenmore pretty much told us sorry about your luck. Needless to say, we will purchase future appliances from Lowes or Home Depot.

Kenmore had many of the features that I wanted for the price. The other dishwashers were not on as good of a sale. The prices were great for the features you got. With the jet dry it made my dishes sparkling and I knew they were very clean and sanitized. Although hot to the touch, I didn’t mind waiting a little while before emptying the dishes. The dishes were always super clean! However, the wheels would sometimes get stuck making it hard to pull the drawer out. Longer utensils would fall out of the basket and would get stuck between the trays making it pretty difficult to remove. Space was also an issue. Sometime bigger items on the bottom rack would get stuck on the trays and would make it difficult to empty. Making the racks move easier would really help with a lot of those problems. Also having different sized places on the racks to fit more items.

I found a really good price on the pair. Although it doesnt sing and dance like some of the expensive models, it works just fine. I have had the pair for about 5 years with no problems. I like the chemical dispenser which is in the right place and easy to pop out and stick in the dishwasher.

I bought a Kenmore dishwasher 18 years ago, but rarely being used as I live alone. I used it for some guests not long ago, the programming has been messed. There is instruction about how to reboot the programs in case it is not working. Sears is famous in eager to send you repair person to get your money instead of putting instruction in manual regarding this problem. They do not offer online or on phone tech support like other big item companies do. No wonder so many Sears are out of business now as their customer support is extremely poor. Just do not buy their product in the future!

This is a great dishwasher. It gets all my dishes and glasses really clean and theres never any residue and soap left on dishes. Its very quiet and doesnt use a lot of water. Could never rely on this dishwasher to do the job. It was constantly needing several repairs to eventually break down again. I had to call maintenance repair to my house several times for them to look at the problem. This dishwasher was great in size. I could pack a lot of dishes in and never had an issue with nothing fitting. The size of the dishwasher was one of the main reasons why I purchased it. The dishwashers appearance is beautiful. I got several comments on it whenever I would have company come over to my house. Several people would ask me what model it was. For what I paid for this dishwasher, I wasnt satisfied. It needed way too many repairs and half the time, the maintenance people didnt even know what to do and said I should most likely invest in a new dishwasher.

Did the job and never had any maintenance performed while living at the address. Consistent with other Kenmore appliances. Very reliable. Standard capacity accommodates the average kitchen utensils. No problems fitting in pots and pans. Top shelf held dishes, bowls and glasses. Plain front standard white. Easy to clean and did not stain. User controls were tilted at an angle towards the user. The drain was easy to clear when needed. Better value than an entry level washer. It did perform at a reasonable volume while also cleaning the dishes. Had no issues with dishes coming out dirty.

Very good. I can use the time as this does the job, because I simply request to leave the dishes there, and this does it all. I like the shape of your design, elegant and casual time, but the way that your system is structured is a bit unusual compared to other models. It should perhaps include a function that allows more easily remove stubborn stains. The previous model used, a little faster drying my dishes, but just do not feel bad with this purchase. It is very efficient and I like its design. Its size is very good, just the place for a house like mine, just as I do not care much whether it is large or small, because the ideal is bigger to wash more. I really like its size.It is appropriate color, it combines with my kitchen, and is efficient for its so great as not hinder me at all. Its design is what seems to me the best, maybe main reason for purchase. It is a great design that is very nice, and just perfect for color in general is sleek and modern. I like that and more. The Kenmore we had was in our townhouse when we purchased it. It was a few years old and didnt have the features we wanted in a dishwasher. It was not a very efficient machine but did the job...for a while. Thats the only good thing about it, but we didnt dislike anything it did. It was an entry model, no bells or whistles. It did not have special racks that moved, it didnt have fold down racks and two washing wands, it only had one small utensil holder and no place for larger items. We soon replaced it and now have a Bosch dishwasher and are very pleased. I am sure Kenmore has better models now, but we wanted a Bosch.

My refrigerator lasted for many years. It has been very reliable. Not once did we need to contact a repair person. It is easy to organize and a breeze to clean. I can see what I need at a glance. I can get in several gallons of milk and several dozen eggs with plenty of room for yogurt and cottage cheese. My refrigerator looks nice among my kitchen cabinets. It is built in and attractive. It literally gleams when cleaned with dish soap and water. We bought our refrigerator on sale. It was an excellent value when compared with other refrigerators the same height and cubic feet. It was actually less expensive than some larger models.

It works great. Cost effective. Only complaint is wheels come off at times. But the dishes come out clean and the drying is great. If you are on a budget it is a solid purchase. It came with the apartment that I rented and it matches the rest of the appliances. It is a basic dishwasher though and not like the fancier brands and models. This dishwasher has certain limitations, it doesnt do too much and sometimes it floods. Its good for washing dishes but I wish it would fit more dishes and wasnt so loud. However, I like that it has hot and cold and it has a rinse cycle feature.

Reliable, quiet, does the job and gets everything clean, energy efficient. I have no complaints and would recommend this dishwasher to anyone interested. This easily holds all the dishes that we use including large pots, pans and casserole dishes, lots of silverware, gets everything clean with no complaints. This dishwasher is brushed stainless steel, very attractive and easy to clean. I like the handle because there are no sharp point to tangle on clothes. I am very happy with the job that this dishwasher has done. Got it on sale at a good price and feel it is more than worth what we paid for it.

Our dishwasher came with the new house so it fits perfectly in our kitchen. It doesnt stick out too far from the cabinets either so it is the right fit for us. We didnt purchase it for the looks. We would rather focus on the function, not the appearance. With that being said, its not an eyesore either. We have absolutely no issues in the years that we have had it. Dishes are always cleaned to our satisfaction. Outside of the use we have been very happy with it. We believe we got good value for our money. Not a whole lot of bells and whistles nor did we need any. We just want to get what we spend.

Cleans well for a good price, never had any issues with this model and would highly recommend it. Didnt need anything too fancy and this one seems to get the job done. Big enough without being too bulky. It was a great cost too. This size worked very well for me, without taking up too much space for where I needed it. Very nice looking dishwasher and for a great price. It looks very modern to me and you will be happy with it. The price I paid for it was a bargain and for the overall performance Im very happy with it and you would be too. It has enough bells and whistles for the price I paid.

I re-piped the home in 2006 so I bought the best hot water heater available, a Kenmore 55 gal 12-year warranty. Sometime during 2010 the tank had a small leak. Sears Technician came out and said I could go pickup another tank at the local store in Ft. Myers, Florida. No problem. Trip to Lowes for a few parts then to Sears for a new tank then bam, it is installed.Sometime towards the end of February 2013 my wife said the tank was leaking on the floor. No big deal, I made 5 phone calls to 800-877-6420 just to setup the 1st tech appointment. A week later the Service-Technician came & said I had a cracked anode-rod, so he order another and rescheduled install appointment for 3/12/14, approximately 2-weeks later. Again no big deal, its a slowww leak somewhere on the top of the tank. But, on Saturday 3/8/14 the tank ruptured sometime in the night. I was awoke around 7:30 am by my neighbor telling me that water was flowing out of my garage and down the street. I shut off the main water valve and started calling the 800-877-6420 number again. Each time I called I was transferred to someone that could not help me. On the 3rd call someone recommended I called back 8:30-9:00 am, maybe the department was not open yet. At this point, I have been waiting for ~ 3 weeks for a hot-water-heater to be repaired. Where is the service? I wanted a Technician visit today but was given an appointment for Monday. I have a wife and 2 kids (6 y.o and 10 month) and it is winter in Florida. Yes its warm during the day. While the wife and I could survive without hot water the kids would not be so happy. Remember, I turned off the main-water-valve to stop the flood, so there is no water to flush toilets, dishes or laundry. The house was built in 1985. I have added valves now so we will be able to isolate the hot water heater in the future. Where is the service? With no water I went to Sears and bought another heater and installed it this Saturday.Service-Technician (very nice) came Monday 3/10/14 and confirmed ruptured tank and changed my $80. The Technician said I may have a faulty ground-wire so since I was paying him I asked him to check it. The wire turned out normal. Why do I need to pay? Whatever, paying $80 is worth getting my $500 back that I paid for the replacement on Saturday. Today is Tues 3/11/14 and I have not been contacted for my tank replacement. Where is the service? If I had not replaced the tank over the weekend we would still be without water (hot or cold). From what I can tell the service issues start with 1) the employees that answer the phones (it really takes more than 1 phone call for service?). 2) The lack of urgency to correct the problem (It takes weeks). 3) The lack of follow through on service. Im told this is season and this is the reason Sears is behind. I would suggest triage service calls.As a side note that is semi funny: When I bought the new hot-water-heater this Saturday I was asked if I wanted a Service protection plan. I declined stating that it takes Sears to long to fix such an important machine. We had to turn off the main-water-valve to the entire house. Where is the service. Think of it this way. Would you like to pay an extra $150.00 on top of the cost of the hot-water-heater and wait 3 plus weeks for service?

On my Kenmore dishwasher, it has a drying cycle that I like that best, it also has a stick on food cycle that I really like to use from time to time. I have seen reviews on this brand that was remarkable and I have friends and family members that have this type of Kenmore dishwasher and they really love it.

My kids gave me a brand new dishwasher as a Christmas present bought from Sears. It stopped working after two washes and a technician came to repair it and told me that there was a shortage which wiped the whole electrical system. I contacted Sears and stated that this has to be malfunctioning at the factory and need to replace it not repair it. However, I am still fighting them. It is a horrible experience.

Sit around the campfire, kiddos, while I tell you a story. Once upon a time, my familys previous dishwasher bit the dust. It was old, and on its deathbed anyway. We go to Sears, to look at dishwashers. We find one that looks VERY promising. A couple of weeks later, we purchase it, and it takes my dad pretty ALL. THE. REST. OF. THE. DAY. to install it. It works like a charm for the next year or so. Then the middle rack starts losing a couple bolts, and gets all lopsided. It actually becomes hard to put stuff on the left side of it, and we can only put lightweight stuff on it now, because anything heavier would completely break it.For the next couple weeks, my dad has been trying to contact people from Sears, and from Kenmore, to get spare parts for it so he can fix it. The first order gives him parts, but for THE TOP RACK. The second order? Well, my dad is having a HECK of a time trying to get THAT one to show up. Oh, and its been ALMOST A MONTH since the first order. Yep. Now you might think that were just acting like entitled spoiled brats, but come on now. Why should it take almost a month and a half for us to get some spare parts so my dad can fix the dishwasher? Just, why? And so, Im only giving this two stars. Just two. You guys bring us the parts we ACTUALLY need, I might give it three more. Thanks for your time.

I really enjoy the option to either heat dry or air dry the dishes. I think that is a fantastic idea. I also enjoy the timer so I can load it at night and it will wash by itself right after breakfast even when Im not home! I would like a pre-soak option because as much as I do love the sprayers there are somethings I make need a soak. I would also love if it would hold a large quantity of soap and dispense itself. I have always loved Kenmore products because of the reliability. Also, the price is another reason. I spent a lot of time comparison shopping and always come back to Kenmore.

Our landlord bought a Kenmore dishwasher brand new and it didnt work. The spinning blade on the bottom would not spin. So, after calling customer serviceand scheduling a technician, who was more eager to come for refrigerator repair, said he will talk to the landlord and the parts are ordered. Ordered? This young man would not tell me what would be replaced and when the part would come. After ten days during Christmas and New Year we werent able to use the dishwasher. The parts wouldnt arrive so we heard from customer service that nothing was ordered for our dishwasher. Excuse me? And customer service put me on hold and disconnected me twice. I certainly can say Sears does not care about customer service. A second person came without cloth or so broke our drain and replaced the motor blade leaving the defect motor behind and a very messy kitchen floor. What can I say. We are NOT using the dishwasher because its cycle is over 3 hours and it does not clean and dry properly. Prewash and manual kitchen towel drying is needed. We went back to old fashioned way with five people in the household. I would never buy from Sears. Worst experience ever. And two years living without dishwasher because landlord just bought it new.

Kenmore is a brand that I know and trust from my youth into my adult age. With that and my understanding and research of other brands, I decided to move forward with the brand I trusted most. All of the features of the dishwasher appeal to me as I had a dumb basic dishwasher previously that could barely operate, so just the basic fact that this operated was a huge improvement over my previous dishwasher. It is cheap and simple but it could improve to work more towards automation and clean smart washing of dishes to allow for varying loads which use the most efficient water based on load. And on smart cleaning, if it could sense and focus on items which it may see as the most dirty for more cleaning than the other dishes.

We have a maintenance contract with Kenmore to repair our dishwasher. The dishwasher died. We called to have it repaired. No repairman appeared on the assigned date. A call to the repair number succeeded only to set up another date a month out. (Previously we had a Kenmore water heater die. We had a maintenance contract on it too. A visit to the Sears store for help just got us a call a plumber answer.) We just ordered a replacement (another brand) from Home Depot.

My Kenmore ELITE refrigerator failed almost immediately when the seals around the freezer drawers wouldnt shut due to lack of a good seal. They would form blocks of ice and would not shut. I should have realized something was wrong with customer service when they used silicone to seal the drawer. That was their fix. The upper doors now are also not sealing and the product is out of warranty. It took less than 2 years for this product to turn into junk after spending over $3000 and that was a SALE PRICE. Also for just $700 more dollars to buy another warranty, plus a $60 service call, they can come look at it. Im done with Sears and Kenmore. I dont even have the heart to tell you about the even newer dishwasher we purchased. If you are thinking SEARS or KENMORE, RUN AWAY!!!

It is a brand I trust and have owned before. It was recommended to me by friends and by family who have used it for years and have had no complaints. We have a very large family that cooks a lot and appreciate not having to wash dishes after preparing such a large meal for our families. Easy to use and gets everything clean which is very important. In my family we have a lot of parties and use the dishwasher a lot for these large special occasions that are very important to my future. We bake BBQ fry so much cooking. I have found this to be the best dishwasher I and my family has ever used. A little hard to load larger pieces in the machine. The one thing that would be better would be if I could fit larger pieces in the dishwasher with more ease. I cook a lot and need room for large dishes.

I chose Kenmore Dishwashers because have a good reputation when it comes to their appliances. They deliver and install and I was able to find a good price. The reviews that I read during my research process were mostly positive. Also, I had a Kenmore dishwasher in an old apartment and I was satisfied with it. I like that it has different cycles for specific needs for dishes. The heat dry and the antibacterial option were great for sterilizing baby bottles, etc. I appreciated the non-drip tray for the dish liquid. I did not like how long it took to wash the dishes on the majority of the cycle options. Most of the time I couldnt hear the Done beep that is provided. Id rather it be louder or a music type of tune to be played so I can hear when its ready.

In ten years weve never had a issue. We bought our Sears Kenmore dishwasher about 10 years ago and we also purchased and have maintained the extended warranty. We take advantage of the annual maintenance visit from Sears and to this day, weve never had a single complaint or issue with the machine. It still works like new. Its why Sears is the first place we go and Kenmore brand are what I look for whenever I need a new appliance.

We purchased the Kenmore dishwasher with our Best Buy credit card so we are paying a pretty high interest rate! But it is definitely worth every penny! It cleans great, and is very quiet. I love the sections. I am crazy about where everything goes in the dishwasher it is very easy to keep everything organized. It is very big on the inside. In the old dishwasher, I would have to do separate loads after a larger family dinner, not with this one, everything fits and gets clean! I love the stainless steel, and the look itself is classy, not bulky and would fit well in any kitchen! The buttons are also not big and bulky so my kids cant play with them either.

I was amazed at how well it actually cleaned the dishes! No lip gloss marks on cup edges! No prewashing! Id definitely recommend this dishwasher to anyone! Its a great value for the money spent! Didnt clean the best but it cleaned. Sadly it was a good washer for glasses but it didnt do well on the plastic. It was a reasonable price and did a great job for the price. Fits a whole sink full of dishes and pots and pans and big baking dishes all at one time. It is best to limit how much is in the washer so that you can get the best results. It was very nice looking and it also went with every other appliances in my kitchen. It was very new and digital. It had a fresh it looked to me that you knew it was a dishwasher. If I wanted a better product I would have had to spend more money so the value that I have received for my product was good.

You can also manage the temperature and speed during each cycle which make it very convenient. For this type of dishwasher I feel that the price was reasonable. I say this because with all the built-in technology this dishwasher should have cost more.

It looks nice and it matches with everything in our kitchen. Purchase this dishwasher if you have lighter cabinets. It doesnt take up too much room because its not too big. It fits almost all of our dishes. Even if we use all of our dishes and have so many guests that we use all of the dishes. It is efficient and still cleans thoroughly with everything in there. It gets out the toughest food residue. We use it once a week and also when there are a lot of people at our house for a special gathering, family occasion or holiday. My dishwasher came pre-installed when I moved into my house so I didnt have the choice of picking one out. But I was still happy overall with the choice the owner went with. My dishwasher seems small to me for my family of 5 people. I wish it was honestly bigger it doesnt seem to hold much. So a lot of times I just wash the dishes by hand if there is a lot of them. DO NOT BUY KENMORE DISHWASHERS. Ours (Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher) quit working after 20 months of use. We did not buy the extended warranty because we thought it should last at least 5 years before anything would break. Wrong. I have called the customer care phone numbers several times. Did not get anyone that speaks fluent English. Very frustrating. And they keep forwarding you to a different area.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. I found out had we bought the 5 year warranty it would only cover the services call(s) 100%. Had you needed new parts for you appliance you would get $25% off of the part but you the customer would have to pay 75%. Our particular part that is bad costs $156 plus tax and shipping so we still would of ended up paying like $140 dollars to maybe get it up and running again. Sears stores are closing but they still plan to sell Kenmore online so do not make the same mistake we did. Enough said.

We seldom use our dishwasher as we prefer to spend the time together doing the standard method. She washes. I wipe. We do use the washer on special occasions. It works very well. The dishes come out sparkling clean and dry. The only drawback is that it is very noisy.

It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It leaves little to no spots on glasses. You need to scrape the dishes real good as to not leave a lot on them. It has enough room to hold all the dishes I use on a typical day. Cannot always fit all dishes in it if I have a lot of company over and use a lot of pots. The color fits in to the decor of my kitchen. Easy to see all controls but small enough not to be overpowering. The overall set up is easy to use. At the time of purchase it was the best value for the money I was willing to spend. Came in a variety of colors and does a good job for the price.

I try and keep it clean and wipe it down with a dose decent spray. Also we clean the inside every couple of months. The value for money has exceeded our expectations. The dishwasher is really sturdy inside and was not made with flimsy plastic.

Its simple to operate and it saves on energy and cleans efficiently and is durable... There is little to no mess after you take your dishes out and it also is efficient with the use of cleaning agents. It doesnt make my kitchen look cluttered and also all of the wires and tubes for the water are hidden out of sight to make for a more safe area without having to worry about tipping over anything. The appearance of it I think has a very modern and sheen look... I chose it because it pretty much matches my other appliances... I would definitely recommend this product to others. Great. It was what I needed. Get all the dishes done at once, make the job a lot easier. Always can depend on it when you are behind on your dishes to get the job done. A great way to make sure everything gets done on time: Start it up at night. When you wake up in the morning your dishes will have that fresh clean smell and ready to be used. Its get tough spots undone. Bad and good experience at that same time because the quality was not what I thought it would be. It still got the job done.

Does an excellent job and gets the dishes very clean. Noise level is rather loud. Wash cycle takes about 40 minutes. However, I let my dishes dry without using the drying cycle. Find that I save on electricity and that helps make running my dishwasher more economical.

Kenmore was the dishwasher that came in the home I was renting. I liked all the various settings that could be used with it. The dishes also always came out very clean and tidy. I never had to put them back in again and rewash them which I cant say for other brands of dishwasher I have used. But I disliked how long it took to clean all the dishes. It felt like it took forever to just get that one load of dishes done. Also the drying cycle never fully dried the dishes so I would have to towel dry everything when it was done.

The clean look goes well any time of the year with any aesthetic changes I make based on upcoming holidays, events, etc. It is worth the money for the quality. The features help pay for itself over the years. If bought again, I would make the same purchase.

Beware. This is the second unit we have had that has blown the main fuse internally for no reason other than poor design and manufacturing. This causes the unit stop working completely. It is an easy repair and upgraded parts are available online but this should not happen at all given the cost of the units. It is such a common problem that forums are inundated with posts about people having this issue. I am not willing to buy one of these overpriced pieces of cheap manufacturing from Sears again. For the same or a little more I can purchase a unit that will work properly in the long run. Our current one lasted only just over a year before failing. Since our last unit failed as well I could repair it myself as the same part fails almost every time. My parents Kenmore dishwasher has had the same thing happen to it as well. I would recommend that anyone serious about a reliable dishwasher stay far away from the Kenmore brand.

This dishwasher has served me and my family well for 2 years and it still has room in the tank left to be the most efficient dishwasher you can have. The holding space is amazing and its good for those very big dinners. I mostly pile on my large objects on top of the smaller one so that everything will be clean. The dishwasher has a neutral color to it. Great for home projects that dont need much color or depth into it. The holding space is whitish/grayish look as well. It has saved me a pretty penny whenever the soap is running over. Power/Cost efficient so you dont have to worry about your bill rising.

I researched online about many different brands and I chose to go with Kenmore. I heard that Kenmore was a good brand and I read a lot of good reviews. I love having a dishwasher. It cleans my dishes pretty well and saves a lot of time. It is very easy to use and quick going through the cycle. I love not having to hand wash dishes. However, I wish that the dishes were easier to load, cleaner and have less grit on them when they are done going through the cycle.

The unit does a reasonable job with the daily dishwashing needs. The unit does not perform as well with heavier greased up pots and pans. The unit also falls short if it is filled to its normal capacity.

The appearance was beautiful and sleek that is why I bought it, but in the end, it was not worth it because it was always broke. Having to wash dishes while I own a dishwasher was not fun. The size seemed typical, but the extra baskets and silverware holders had to be removed when washing big pots and pans. The plastic baskets always broke. It would always break. I had to contact customer service repeatedly to fix it. It also failed to clean the dishes completely. I would have to constantly reset it and troubleshoot on the Internet. Stick with different brands I think cheaper and older models worked better than this. I wish I would have kept my old dishwasher or bought another brand. It also did not help that I bought it from Sears.

I have had a lot of Kenmore products in my home. My refrigerator. My washer and dryer. My hot water heater and both of my microwaves. I like the way I choose to start my Kenmore Dishwasher. You select your cycle, close the door then it goes on. I also like the choice of many cycles. I usually rinse my dishes first so I can use less washing time. However, I would like to be able to put some larger things in the dishwasher. Some of the racks have small adjustments, but I have more than it can handle. It could also be a little quieter. Nevertheless, I have always had a good experience with Kenmore.

We enjoy the electronic touch qualities of the Kenmore Elite and the stainless interior. The upper shelf is made with plastic parts that continue to break and cause it to come off track. Also, we arent sure if it was how the Sears installer installed it initially, but the water house fell off and flooded the kitchen and under the cabinet only 1 year after it was installed. The very expensive repairman says he sees the clamps fail frequently. It came with lots of useless thing-a-ma-jigs, that fall off and are not needed anyway. Touchscreen, stainless interior, streamline placement of controls, easy clean stainless exterior, quiet, sleek look shows smudges. Could be better design of dish placement. Its always nice to have more room. Modern, no knobs to have to clean around. Sears no longer has a team or repair services like the old days. Calls for help were not helpful. Try to upsell you instead of fixing flaws of dishwasher.

Kenmore is a well known, affordable brand. I felt that I would get a sturdy machine and the best value for my money. I live in an apartment and its just me so I didnt need anything heavy duty. My dishes are always cleaned wonderfully as long as I pre-rinse and remove most of the food from the dishes beforehand. The drying cycle works better than the last whirlpool I had also. But, I wish the pressure was a bit more, although Im not sure if that is an issue with my water or not. The drying cycle dries everything perfectly except for plastic items. I would have also planned the silverware holder to be a bit more sturdy.

It can handle my biggest pots and pans. I can put all my dishes from the day in there and know that they will be clean. Has a great sleek appearance that looks modern, fits with my kitchen style and fits with the other appliances. It has a great modern style - not too big and not too small. Felt that I received a great price for the product. It was affordable and it was using the latest technology, great buy and value. I am really happy with the value that I paid. Does a great job as some of the higher end products.

Bought a dishwasher about 1 yr ago. Worst washer I ever had. If I dont wash the dishes first they dont come out clean and they are never dried. I would never buy another one. I dont know if it has a defect but I cant figure out whats wrong.

Dishes come out clean even with cakes on food. Glasses are clear without spots and the power arm really seems to make a difference. I would highly recommend this model to others. The size is enough to accommodate a weeks worth of dishes. The silverware tray is especially nice since we seem to go through a lot of forks per week. The appearance fits in nicely with the rest of the kitchen and other appliances. The color matches and it has an unobtrusive fit under the cabinet. Good value for the money, with the size and capacity, it works well for us. The appearance fits in with everything else. Dishes are always clean, glasses and silverware are clean.

Kenmore Dishwasher looks like any dishwasher, simple clean look. But looks are deceiving. It cleans way better than it look though I am not a fan of the knob- I wish it had buttons. The cycle also seems to take a bit longer than expected and a little noisy. I hardly rinse the dishes. It can fit lunch and dinner plates, utensils, and cups. I can also put in pots, pans, and cutting boards. I love the space and height of the dishwasher. Plenty of room for. The price is okay. Kenmore is a great brand, the value is worth it. The dishwasher has been in the house for over 10 years! Its a great product that will last, if well taken care of.

I love how neat and clean the dishwasher looks. The exterior is smooth and easy to clean. Looks nice and doesnt stand out in kitchen. Very nice. Cleans dishes and pots and pans really well. They come out clean, no food stuck on them. Great for everyday use. The size is great, it fits perfectly in the space its in. I can clean large loads of dishes including large pots and pans with ease. Very good value for the money, saves me lots of time over hand washing my dishes. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a new or replacement dish washer.
