Great machine for the job of washing dishes and more hat mess that your kitchen can produce. I would recommend this product to all of my friend and family. It has an upscale look. The is rich looking and expensive looking but not expensive. Great value for the price and great price for the value. Go for - I buy one too.

This dishwasher doesnt clean well. Usually I have to run things through 2-3 times even after pre-rinsing the dishes. I clean it out every few months with a vinegar cycle & utilize pods. The size of my dishwasher is fine and easily fits a number of glasses, bowls, silverware, utensils, plates, pots and pans. I have had no problems fitting large bowls and long grill utensils in either the top or bottom rack. The dishwashers appearance is just OK. It is easy to use based on the design of the panel, however the stainless steel front stains up fairly badly. I feel that the value of the dishwasher compared to what we spent on it is not very good. I have to run dishes through 2 to 3 cycles almost every time. And that is after pre-rinsing them.

Its simple but amazing. The fact it helps, I use dishes a lot and it helps keep my kitchen 98% clean without the hassle. It helps me not have to wash them by hand. Im allergic to the soap. This dishwasher makes life so much easier for me and Im thankful for that. Im always on the go. Where my dishwasher is at is absolutely perfect. It fits in where its easier to put dishes in and still have room. Its by the sink so that makes sense. Its easy to maintain and keep going. I havent really had any issues with it but the few times I did, it was a easy fix but its very valuable. It works good and Im overall satisfied with my Kenmore dishwasher.

Compared to my previous dishwasher it runs much more quietly, it leaves less streaks in my glasses and silverware and dries out the dishes much better. Ultimately I cant make a bigger comparison here as its roughly the same size of my previous washer, but I can say that even with pretty full loads I have had no trouble loading up to capacity and felt I didn’t have enough space. I am a one who tends to appreciate minimalist design so I like uniform colors and the sleek metal look tends to match the décor of my kitchen very well. It was a fairly priced washer, I mean it didnt seem to be any more expensive or cheap than most of the comparable models when we purchased it.

After my KitchenAid lasted only five years, this Kenmore Elite has been a lifesaver. In nine years I have not experienced any leaks, food buildup, or any significant issues with cleaning. The top racks hold a variety of glasses, including wine or champagne, small dishes and bowls and coffee pots. The bottom rack is user friendly where I can put a weeks worth of dinner dishes, bowls, and soup bowls. As the KitchenAid runs the noise is very minimal and unobtrusive. I would purchase this model again.

The performance is great. It has different settings so you can wash longer or shorter time periods and my dishes come out clean, thats the most important thing. I like the size of our dishwasher. It is big enough for a pretty big load of dishes but its compact enough to fit in an average kitchen space. I do like the appearance of our dishwasher. I have other Kenmore products and have always been satisfied with the products. I also like that there are many different options and price points that I can choose from. I also like that the company stands behind their products. I like that there are many different washing options in the dish washer. I also like that it fits a lot of plates and is great for hosting large functions. The adjustable top rack is really handy too. I also love their smart wash option and how quietly the machine runs. The one thing I have to complain about is that the pulse if the water is not as strong as I would like, but that could be because I use the smart wash option to save water. But I have noticed that there is food debris left in the plates.

I purchased my Kenmore in the summer of 1999. Ive never had a service call on it, and never had a problem with it. It cleans the clothes pretty well, but I wouldnt rate it as great. Its been a good purchase for the money, and has far outlasted the fancy name brands that some of my friends have. My biggest beef is that Sears insisted that the county in which I live adds a permit charge, and therefore, my good deal went up significantly. I made the same mistake when I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from Sears. They charged me a permit charge. I later learned that there is no such thing.

I, however, would measure the space that you want the dishwasher to go in. It matches all of my other black appliances. Maybe someday different colors will be available in a special order. I did some research on this. I got a good deal but I wish it cleaned my dishes a little better. If you want something more economical this is good.

I was kind of upset because I didnt know that I bought this product used. There were a lot of things that needed to be fix even though the seller didnt tell me that something was wrong. But after I fixed it, it worked like a charm and loved it ever since. The size of this product squeeze right in the area that I had. Any bigger then I would had to take the product back to the store. But I am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend buying this product. But buying it used of course. The appearance is nice to look at. I like the black color of this dishwasher. Very nice and matte color. It would look good in each and every kitchen. The value was good, I didnt pay much for it. The only problem that I had was like I said I didnt know I was buying it used and it came with a lot of problems so I put more into this product than expected but I am very happy that I bought it because it gets the job done.

We find it absolutely amazing that our Kenmore Ultra Wash is still the ORIGINAL one we purchased when we bought our house, which was in 1995. It still works fine, 25 YEARS LATER..!! I also don’t even think we EVER had to call a repairman for it. I asked my wife and she also never recalls having it repaired for any reason. Lucky..?? Guess so as I believe the average lifespan for a dishwasher is 10 years..?? I could be wrong. Anyway, it works just fine and dishes still are coming out clean and glasses have no spots. Kenmore Dishwasher is a great size. I have a family of five and I always have enough room. I put the pots and plates on the bottom, and the cups and bowls on the top. I dont even have to rinse dishes off before putting in. They come out sparkling every time and it makes doing dishes so much easier. I love the appearance. It is stainless steel just like all the other appliances in my kitchen. And, the price is so worth every penny! You could get a cheaper dishwasher but that is exactly what it will be. Model 665.1396 Although this dishwasher cleaned very well and is super quiet, the first year the something needed to be replaced under warranty. The second, a part of the rack dry rotted and I bought the part on eBay for $25 and fixed it. The third year, the thermocouple went and again I replaced it myself. $50. This is the fourth year weve had this and the control panel wont light and looks like it is one of two $130 parts. I give up and will be looking for a new dishwasher. I wont cry when Sears goes out of business. Raise your quality manufacturing standards and stand behind your products. So obvious, I dont know what CEOs get paid for.

Quiet- cleans very well- has many options which one may or may not use- would buy again- I believe in Kenmore products though they are made by Whirlpool and may or may not have LG parts- This dishwasher is very dependable, very quiet and thorough in the cleaning of dishes placed inside.

Thought I was getting a good product. Have bought Kenmore Elite in the past. Paid $2500 for refrigerator in Nov 2016. Less than 2 years later, the fridge is warm. Same story as others. Sears cant come out for 2 weeks. Had another company come out next day and they confirmed the freon was gone. Apparently there is a leak in a sealed unit? Compressor was hot and coils were not. Cant complain to anyone because call center is offshore and they do not understand. I called customer service and they said they would have to transfer me. This happened 4 times before I couldnt take it anymore and hung up. You cant get to Kenmore Corporate. All contact info is pointed to Sears. Is there a class action lawsuit I can join? I have appointment scheduled for them to come out in 2 weeks, but Im afraid they will say it will be $1k or more to fix it. Less than 2 years old. I shouldnt have to fix it. The tech that came out told me my Kenmore is made up of LG parts. If I wanted an LG I would of bought that brand? Why do they do that? The storage space of the dishwasher is great and allows for ample quality of wash. I was able to almost all my dish sizes in the appliance. My Crock-pot was the only problem I had fitting in the appliance but with a little push I fit it on the bottom rack. Dishwasher allows for many different washing options and wash cycles worked well when used. Had problems with opening and closing it and it wouldnt latch very well when closed but dishwasher is easy enough to use. I like the color of the dishwasher and inside color goes well with outside color. I also like that buttons are not noticeable. The handle is also very appealing to the eye. Had machine for some time now and its value is great.

Various cycles: China, Pots/Pans, light wash, water miser. 2 racks with flatware basket that sits in the bottom rack. Can hold 20 cups/glasses on top rack and 20 plates and more on bottom. Holds pots well, has two rows of prongs that will lie flat for bigger pans to fit. This is an in the counter dishwasher and all that shows is the front. It is white and is yellowing slightly. I have had it for about 15 years. The bottom basket is metal covered in rubber. The prongs are breaking and to replace the basket would be cost prohibitive. I will have to replace the dishwasher. The basket would have been better had it been a good molded all plastic.

Although the dishwasher seems to function well the dishes do not appear to be cleaned thoroughly. I feel like this so purpose of the dishwasher is to clean the dishes and about 50% of my dishware appears cloudy dirty and not to the level of cleanliness I would expect from a machine that washes dishes. It may be a combination of dishwasher itself or the product used within the dishwasher. I consider most dishwashers to be rather bare and ugly because its built to perform and not to decorate one’s house. But I have no complaints regarding its appearance. If it was any bigger it would look ridiculous in our kitchen. Seems at times to be too small or too big depending on the need. But its regular standard size, one that mustve been thought through and researched by the Kenmore manufacturers.

I found a really good price on the pair. Although it doesnt sing and dance like some of the expensive models, it works just fine. I have had the pair for about 5 years with no problems. I like the chemical dispenser which is in the right place and easy to pop out and stick in the dishwasher.

I have had my dishwasher for a long time. And it runs perfectly. It is amazing at making all dishes look sparkling clean. And it is big enough to put a whole cupboard of glasses into and still wash completely. I am able to put half of a cupboard of cups on the top rack and still have room for other bowls. And the bottom rack holds big pots and pans. And I also put plates too. I love the size of this dishwasher. I love the appearance of this dishwasher too. Even though its kind of plain. It is a white color and its totally OK to me. I was going to get a stainless steel one but I have little kids in the house and I would be cleaning it all the time. The price of this dishwasher was very good as well. When I wash looking for a dishwasher to buy I didnt have a lot to spend. So I ended up looking at Kenmore and they had very decent priced dishwashers.

I like the overall design of the dishwasher! When it was used it cleaned perfectly and there was so much space. It had many different functions you could use. It was also economical and saved water. The only thing I would improve would be the amount of time it took to wash the dishes seemed to take awhile. Overall its been great. I scrape off all food from plates before put them dishwasher every time and dishes come out super clean. I just love my dishwasher. Noise is not too bad. Two people living house. Also fits bigger pans and pots on the bottom rack. However, food chunks always seemed to linger at the bottom of the dishwasher for a while so it would be nice if there was a way to avoid that. Also, the heating elements in dishwashers are annoying because they melt things so it would be cool to find a way around that.

Beware. This is the second unit we have had that has blown the main fuse internally for no reason other than poor design and manufacturing. This causes the unit stop working completely. It is an easy repair and upgraded parts are available online but this should not happen at all given the cost of the units. It is such a common problem that forums are inundated with posts about people having this issue. I am not willing to buy one of these overpriced pieces of cheap manufacturing from Sears again. For the same or a little more I can purchase a unit that will work properly in the long run. Our current one lasted only just over a year before failing. Since our last unit failed as well I could repair it myself as the same part fails almost every time. My parents Kenmore dishwasher has had the same thing happen to it as well. I would recommend that anyone serious about a reliable dishwasher stay far away from the Kenmore brand.

I have a light and heavy selection, heat on or heat off. I really like both of these options. It holds a lot of dishes and that is another thing I like about it. It is a 24 inch built in. It is very easy to move out if ever needed. It sits right next to my sink and has a big counter top above it. It is handy to use especially if my little granddaughter wants to help me. It is all white and matches all other appliances, and my cabinets are white, so it all fits together really well. The buttons are easy to use and see and is not very loud when running. It came in our condo but it is the cheapest one and works well. It is the 24 inch built in one in white and I have had it for 11 years and it still works completely like new.

I bought this dishwasher about 3 years ago and this is the first dishwasher I have that never had a problem with it breaking or malfunction. It was on the smaller side but I could usually get all of my dishes in one cycle compared to my last washer. It had more room for dishes and less aesthetics to make it wider and to up less space. It was simple but easy on the eyes, it didnt need a lot of aesthetics like most dishwashers to make it look cluttered. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone that need something simple but nice-looking and gets the job done. For the price, this is a large and reliable dishwasher that I have. Never had a problem with this washer unlike all the other brands that I had that broke in the first 6 months.

Overall, it cleans the dishes. However, some pots and pans it never cleans. Also it is very loud. Sometimes, I have to handwash dishes like if I poach a chicken or make mashed potatoes. The dishwasher gets ran almost every day. If it were larger then, I would not have to run it as frequently and could save water. Water is an important resource. The dishwasher is plain black which is satisfactory. It looks like pretty much every other single dishwasher ever made except white or stainless ones. It is a decent value. Model: 665.12763K312. I ran the 3+ year-old Kenmore Elite dishwasher on 4 hour delay cycle but it didnt shut off during the night. The next morning, it was still cycling with water running through it. The counter tops above the dishwasher were too hot to touch. I immediately cancelled the cycle. After a few minutes, we opened the door and the blast of heat/steam set off the heat detector/smoke alarm in the kitchen. Inside the plastic cups were misshapen due to excessive heat, a drinking glass was cracked from the heat, and my the finish on my plates was crazed/etched/rough. Many online reports say there was a fire hazard for other models, but the recalls have already ended. Kenmore offered to send a repair person out, but I declined. Its too much of a fire risk to ever use this one again.

Appearance is the same of all dishwashers. But it is very good. So many features and buttons. Performance is also good but it takes long time to dry. Otherwise is perfect size, but stainless steel is cheap. Cannot use any cleaner. I use Glass Plus and I saw lots of ugly spots. Drying problem is there as well. But size is perfect. And it runs very perfect. Enough space I have. I can organize all dishes and cups and I can do full load. Good value but is worth it. Everybody is looking for performance not for price.

Very seldom do we have to re-wash the dishes when we pull them out. We bought this dishwasher (Sears Kenmore Dishwasher Model 66513409N410) 11/2014 & are extremely disappointed. We paid 549.99 sale price & thinking that it was smarter to pay a bit more for a better product. NOT SMART AT ALL!!! It doesnt clean very well and the motor stopped working after only 1 year and 2 months... We cant afford a new one so we hard to order a new motor for $68 to replace it. We do not recommend it... This is the 2nd Sears dishwasher in 4 years. 1st was cheaper and didnt last long either. NEVER AGAIN BUYING AT SEARS... They could not do anything to help me with this situation. UGHHH Lesson Learned!!

The dishwasher came pre-installed in the home we purchased so we did not have a say in the purchase. But we kept it because of its energy efficiency and the knowledge we had of Kenmore being awesome products. It came with the apartment that I rented and it matches the rest of the appliances. It is a basic dishwasher though and not like the fancier brands and models. This dishwasher has certain limitations, it doesnt do too much and sometimes it floods. Its good for washing dishes but I wish it would fit more dishes and wasnt so loud. It was 36 in by 48 in high with wheels so that I could roll it around. It very Durable and lightweight. The kitchen was very small but got the job done. The model I have, I bought in 2011. Its been almost flawless in performance. The only issues have occurred when something needed more thorough scrubbing afterwards. My model is an HE one. All stainless steel walls interior. From the top down, there is an attached basket in the back for long or small items. There are two flip down racks attached to the front sides for more small items or long ones. Prong sections in the rack itself can be folded down for odd shaped things. There is a washing arm under the top rack so everything on the top rack gets well cleaned. The top rack adjusts up and down for taller items above or below. The bottom rack has a removable knife rack on the left side. The removable silverware basket, I have it on the right side, is divided into 5 sections with divided lids that can be folded up or down to separate utensils. There are jets on the back wall for the pot scrubbing feature, which can add when choosing cycles. Theres a removable filter basket in the bottom. There are lots of cycles to choose from, all of which Ive tried at one time or another and all work well, including a one hour wash, a sanitizing wash, a top rack only wash, etc. The machine is very well insulated so its super quiet. I can barely hear it running, which I really appreciate, as my bedroom is directly above the kitchen. Theres even a delay wash option, so it can run after I go to sleep. The door can be left open at a variety of different angles without it falling down or shutting. This is great for letting it air out, as I dont use the drying cycle. I live in a dry climate so allow the dishes to air dry by opening the door all the way and pulling the racks out. It is a standard sized washer, meaning it fit in the same location as my old unit. However, it is larger inside than my old unit, so I can put taller items inside. I chose a brushed stainless exterior to match my fridge. This has not been so wonderful though. It shows stains that I cant seem to get out. Something must have spilled on the exterior at one point that etched into the finish. When polished with a stainless steel cleanser, it looks great, but within a day, the stain reappears. The cycles panel is on the top of the door, so its almost completely hidden from view when the door is fully closed. There are 3 led lights on the front, just above the handle, though Ive only seen two of them lit - red for when its running and blue when it finished. Ive no idea what the middle light color is or what it means. When I chose this model, I had a choice of handles. I chose a rounded one for hanging towels on and if I bump into it, it doesnt hurt so much. This was an expensive home appliance, being just under $1000 (originally $1400). I got it on clearance when Sears closed out their big home stores. At one point, just four days after the warranty had expired, the washers computer control panel stopped working. I looked on YouTube and found the fix, which saved me a $90 service call, and took less than 5 minutes to do.After having read how many others have encountered this same issue, I think the control panels are preset to fail (and most just after the warranty expires), to force people into making an expensive service call, because it takes less than 5 minutes to fix it. And once its done, it hasnt reoccurred, at least not for me, and its been over a year now that I fixed it. It would be easy enough to program that error to happen at a specific time, by either the manufacturer or a salesperson with the programming instructions. I always try to repair, or replace, things myself, to save the exorbitant cost repair services charge these days.

It has 3 different wash settings. Heavy, normal, or 1 hour. Its quiet. The heated dry dries the dishes pretty well, better than other dishwashers that Ive used with a heated dry setting in the past. I dislike that sometimes it doesnt clean even the smallest stains. When I take dishes out the dishwasher a lot of the time some of the dishes still come out with stains or tiny bits of food particles that I didnt see when I rinsed them off before I put them into the dishwasher. But it meets most of my expectations. Its not the best dishwasher that Ive ever owned but its also not the worst dishwasher that Ive ever owned either, about a 6 out of 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

It could have higher power cleaning tools. It always left spots but I use jet dry. Always had enough space for the loads of dishes that I had. The pot and pans always came clean. Very little problems with the machine. The front was not very nice, but since the washer worked well, we decided to try this appliance.

We are a household of 2 adults, no children. We are probably easier on this appliance (Kenmore Elite Dishwasher) than most busy families, and yet the upper rack rollers break at least once a year. We’ve had it for 5 years and I’ve spent > $125 on replacement parts. The rack rollers are brittle plastic and break easily. When they break, the dishwasher is useless as the tach will no longer align with the ports in the back of the unit. The manufacturer needs to offer a recall or permanent fix with quality materials. The dishwasher is quiet, and cleans well, but is poorly designed as far as the plastic parts are concerned. Ive had cheaper dishwashers last longer without this maintenance problem. This will be my last Kenmore... EVER!

It worked well for the first 2 years. Now it doesnt seem to clean as well. It cleans most of the dishes most of the time. I usually have to run it through 2 cycles to wash off the residue it leaves behind. It has a lot of room for plates, cups, bowls and silverware. The appearance of this dishwasher is excellent. The stainless steel is beautiful and surprisingly easy to keep clean. I also like the buttons hidden from the face of the dishwasher. The value of this machine is high for my family. I have always grown up with Kenmore appliances. My parents used them without any trouble and Ive used them without any trouble. I have used dishwashers and several smaller appliances. When there was an issue their warranty took care of everything. I like that my is fridge stainless steel, side by side, charcoal filter, and good size for me to store my groceries. I also like the controls on the front of the refrigerator. It is easy to clean and put back together.

It cleaned OK at beginning for a few months then the heating element quit working and also after awhile didnt clean well. We were disappointed in it. It fit my needs as far as size very much. I really like the inside the way it was setup. I could get a days worth of dishes in it very easily. I really wished it cleaned better. The appearance was great inside and out until it got where it didnt clean my dishes very well. Got grungy looking inside. Stained inside and would not clean. Smelled also. The perceived value was very poor. Ive never had an appliance be so bad. We definitely got a lemon when we bought it. Im afraid to buy the brand again as far as a dishwasher.

Kenmore was the dishwasher that came in the home I was renting. I liked all the various settings that could be used with it. The dishes also always came out very clean and tidy. I never had to put them back in again and rewash them which I cant say for other brands of dishwasher I have used. But I disliked how long it took to clean all the dishes. It felt like it took forever to just get that one load of dishes done. Also the drying cycle never fully dried the dishes so I would have to towel dry everything when it was done.

This is the second Kenmore product I have bought that has not even lasted 5 years. This dishwasher stopped heating up for washing and drying. The repairman said it would cost $380 to repair as the control board needs to be replaced. I saw there is a recall related to the control board on Kenmore dishwashers but my model is not on the list. The price was right and warranty on par with what I expect. It was always pretty. It has definitely met my expectations. My dishwasher is spacious but not intrusive. It is stylish and cleans really well. I would like if it were a tad sleeker, quieter and the cycles were a little shorter though. But overall Im quite happy.
