It was very easy to used, didn't take up a lot of power so my bill never went noticeably. Easy to hook up and maintain. As a bachelor it was big enough that I only had to do about two loads a week and that was more than enough. And the pre-wash cycle or the first rinse cycle work very well so I could put a very dirty clothes in it and they still came out clean. It was very squared, solid white colors so it kind of matched everything. The knobs were very self-explanatory so it was very easy to use and just looking at it you didn't get overwhelmed. I bought it used for only $50, and I used it for the better part of four years and never had any problems with it so far. The value I would definitely recommend.

I believe we purchased the EFLS617SIW washer and received it in June 2016. Less than 3 months of use, a chunk of the seal tore off. We called a service technician from the alliance company and they were sending someone out to take a look. Once he arrived almost two weeks later, he was shocked at how big the tear was, said he couldn't believe I hadn't had more problems with it, but said customer service didn't put in an order for a seal so he was putting it in that day and would be back next week to install it.I was using the machine in the meantime because one, tiny drop would randomly run down the front of the washer so I put a towel under the washer just to be safe. Three weeks after that visit, the "clean washer" cycle was run at 4 am and my husband went to bed. I woke up at 7 am to cold water all over the floor (and our clean laundry which was on the floor) in our hallway. I cleaned up the water. 12 hours later I realized the subfloor under our new LVP flooring was swelling. Noon the next day I realized water was in our finished basement. Everywhere!In a panic, I called a restoration company who came out and realized watery had soaked into our bathroom floor, our bedroom, our kitchen subfloor, plus into the ceiling of the basement in two large sections of the basement, our basement bathroom, carpeting in two rooms in our basement, etc. It was soaking into the door frames of rooms and more.I called Electrolux and the woman I spoke with acted new, wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor stating "all they would do is assign a complaint number since it is late Friday," and stated they have no emergency department I could speak with. She advised to contact the Risk Management Dept or someone would be contacting me in "2 to 4 business days." By the way, Risk Management does not have a direct line, Customer Service will have to transfer me. I have no idea how this will turn out but I am panicked they will not care. Meanwhile, our house is unlivable while we have 15 commercial drying machines and dehumidifiers in our house but we have to try to exist there.

In October 2017, I purchased a Maytag MVWB765FW0, thinking that it would live up to the Maytag reputation but I will NEVER buy Maytag again. This machine is more suitable to wash industrial canvas rather than clothing and bedding. All the laundry is twisted and mangled and ends up in a large tangled ball at the bottom of the tub. My clothing is being destroyed faster than I can replace it.

Model# 79631512210 - We purchased this "Elite" Washer from Sears approx. 2 years ago... Has been nothing short of a major pain in the A$$. This was set up by Sears technician on delivery, was set up level in all planes... No matter how small or how large the loads are, we can never get a load to successfully wash on the first try... Constantly get the "UE" error code, and have to play around with the laundry repeatedly to get the darn thing to finish a load. It should not have to take 3 to 4 hours to wash 1 load of laundry. Running up and down the stairs constantly, and wondering if the washing machine is working or not every single time we use it is not acceptable. Kenmore Washers, I know there are numerous people having the same problems with this model.. Please reach out to me if there is a recall, or if this can be replaced directly from you. Thank You.

I am a senior citizen and limited in my mobility. I am totally disappointed and frustrated with the Kenmore Elite which I purchased in December 2013. The 3 P.C. Boards I've been told are not working thus resulting in the machine not working. I've been told by the technician the repair would cost almost as much as I paid for the washing machine. I thought Kenmore's were reliable. I purchased this with my Sears card.

Works well. Drawback is the rinse cycle doesn't always rinse well and multiple rinse cycles may be needed. Easy to use. Settings are clear. Washer has been reliable. Have used it regularly for a few years now and have had no problems at all with it. The appearance of this appliance is good. Standard white front loading washer. Glass door so you can watch it wash your delicates. I am satisfied with the value of the washer I have. It does what it is supposed to and I have not had any mechanical problems with the Kenmore washer. Worth the money for that reliability.

I used Speed Queen at a laundromat, and they are amazing! You can get more into your loads without worry. You know all of your clothes will come out clean. Sometimes I go to the laundromat to use their machines for my bedding. With the ones I have used it was nice to have a presoak option. Plus I like the high speed cycle of removing water. You don't have to worry about your clothes being so heavy with water when you go to dry. However, the ones at the laundromat take forever because of the presoak cycle. It would be nice if it went a tad faster and it would be cool if it cleaned itself out after every use LOL!

Bought a Maytag front load washer. When it is operating it is very loud. Some parts of the washer are made of cheap plastic. The Optimum detergent dispenser also of cheap plastic failed after 1 month. Disappointed in finding out only the outside metal box was made in America. All inside components are made in China which raised the cost $300 due to recent tariffs.

We purchased the 500 series washer a little over 2 years ago, and have regretted it ever since. If I do anything bigger than a half load it becomes unbalanced and sounds like a helicopter landing in my house. When you pause to rebalance it takes a full ten minutes for the lid to open.
