Great value. Easy to operate. Purchased this microwave for my 87 year old father in law. 3 minutes on high will pop a bag of popcorn with only a few not popping and the rest not burning. I purchased the two year extra warranty, just in case.

A real life saver in this heat wave we're having here.. surprisingly the noise level is much quieter then the LG & other brands we tried. appearance is stylish, the PMTS we truly enjoy. All in All its a great Buy, would recommend it to anyone in my family and good friends.

I installed this in about an hour. I live in an apartment so I couldn't use nails or screw it into anything. The design of this works well if you are in an apartment with windows that measure within the guidelines of the product and the window is overlooking a deck or you are on the first floor (the unit hangs partially out the window so it would be risky if you were up high). My bedroom window opens to my deck so this was perfect. I reinforced the seals with duct tape because I'm classy like that and it works SO well. My boyfriend has one of the portable units that sits on the floor. This is 1/3 of the size and cools noticeably better. I have a 714 square foot apartment. I bought this just for the bedroom but it cools the whole apartment to about 75 degrees which is priceless when it's hitting 100 here in Seattle. I am NOT handy and I was able to install this easily, with no problems. I highly recommend.

Excellent service, the product was delivered ahead of the promised date and was as described. Hard to believe that it was shipped from Georgia on Friday and delivered to our door on Monday - Canada Post can't deliver a letter from the same town in that timeframe.

Just bought this heat pump from the Buzz in Brooklyn. My bedroom is smaller than 350 square feet (which is the size it says on the box and my room is probably about 250 the max) and I was sure this 8000 btu unit would be sufficient. So far, It's been running on full blast for about 3 hours, with 2 fans running too, and I still don't feel cool. The fan is on high and standing right next to it doesn't give off a strong current. I'm on Amazon looking for a 10,000 BTU unit, but think I will have to go to a store. I have an LG in the living room that does a massive job.

After a long debate with my wife, we finally decided to purchase this product. I really loved the display and how each features are set up. She loves the fact how it keeps all of our refrigerators safe and fresh without ruining the taste or the smell of it. Thus, this has been a successful purchase.

After having this particular Impecca refrigerator, I don't know how I ever lived with my old, noisy fridge. I particularly love the Top Freezer design of this model.

No buttons, just two dials. Set the top one to power and tape it over. Then people with vision trouble only need to turn one button to set time. Push in at bottom to open is a tad hard for arthritics but manageable. Great for old folks in senior homes.
