I purchased my Kenmore in the summer of 1999. Ive never had a service call on it, and never had a problem with it. It cleans the clothes pretty well, but I wouldnt rate it as great. Its been a good purchase for the money, and has far outlasted the fancy name brands that some of my friends have. My biggest beef is that Sears insisted that the county in which I live adds a permit charge, and therefore, my good deal went up significantly. I made the same mistake when I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from Sears. They charged me a permit charge. I later learned that there is no such thing.

Buy the insurance if you get a Sears Kenmore. Three years and 1st year the fan broke. That would have been $300.00. 2nd year it wasnt getting cold enough. Afraid to use door shelves. Someone came a few times and finally adjusted some lever in freezer making it cooler in fridge. 3rd-year ice maker broke, they replaced it. Very unhappy with this and really cant afford to buy another. Be careful buying this smaller fridge. My insurance is out now and wonder what will go next. Save your money, Kenmore supposed to be good but it isnt.

Its a workhorse that can work well. It has lasted for years and works quickly and efficiently. I have peace of mind knowing that my dishes will be satisfactorily clean. They come out sparkling with absolutely no residue. So impressed with the performance. Highly recommend to anyone. The dishwasher is unbelievably roomy. It can fit the dishes and utensils of a 5 person household easily. It can also fit a few small pans and a large pan. I recommend putting all pots and pans in one load and all cups and bowls in another. It is not the prettiest dishwasher in the world but it is nice and neat and simple in appearance. Its easy to keep clean on the outside and inside. It is a homely looking appliance but it is good and unpretentious. It is a terrific value. For a fair and decent price you will never have to worry about washing and scrubbing and toiling after cooking ever again. It is a wonderful feeling.

Dependable and quiet running. Had one for years when I first married. Got it at Sears. My parents had one when I lived at home and it ran well for a family of nine. Always trust the Kenmore brand. We were in and out of that refrigerator a lot each day and never recall any breakdowns.

Gets my stuff very clean. I cant say how well it works. I never got to worry about stains, they are gone. Washer has been a life saver to me and my family. It has never broke or had any issues with my washer. If I had to choose I would get them again. Thanks Kenmore for great service. I could not ask for a better washer for my family. It is sleek and great, so small it fits and powerful. Many color options are available but I choose white. I have always love the look of the washer. It s a great value. I got it due to the price was good along with the quality could not ask for better washer. If I had another choice I would still go with the brand and one I chose.

I like the design of both the interior and exterior. The interior is roomy; the exterior is easy to clean. However, I do not feel this dishwasher cleans dishes well as it should, and it has had problems draining completely from the beginning.

The power wash feature proves that this dishwasher is a great appliance. I dont have to pre-wash stuck on food and greasy residue. When I pull the dishes from the dishwasher, they come out sparkling clean. Also, the dishwasher is extremely quiet to operate and uses very little water and electricity. Although we are empty nesters, we do have parties around the holidays and the dishwasher can be tested with the amount of plates and cups requiring cleansing. It has come through every time. The stainless steel is awesome and I would never go back to painted appliances. It is so easy to clean with a little polish and when its clean it shines so much. I love it! Appliances are not cheap anymore but this one seems to have been a great salute for us. We spent about the median price for name brand appliances.

My Kenmore washer looks nice and clean. I like the appearance and it fits with my other appliances very nicely. I would have like to have a more vibrant color though, but its performance OK. It works well and has a lot of room. It gets the clothes clean and can even wash a comforter in it which is nice because I usually have to take them out of the house to wash them. Its reliable and so far so good. I have not had to have repairs done and it gets the job done. The value is good too for what I got. It was actually cheaper than I thought it would be at first which was very pleasing.

Kenmore makes some really great products. I own a Kenmore microwave and I couldnt ask for better it has a wide range of options. It heats food up quickly and its quiet. I recommend a Kenmore microwave.

Defective and dangerous. Stove five years old. Walls of the oven suddenly retracted. Racks dont fit and they fall. It cannot be repaired, unless the oven is replaced at a big cost. I wont buy a Kenmore stove again, and wont recover to anybody. They are dangerous. There are a lot of people with the same complaint and Sears wont do anything about it.

I bought it on sale so the price point beat expects in terms of performance. A much better value than my previous GE model which I had very many issues with. It fits nicely with my other appliances. I love it and the stainless steel cleans easy. Wish it was smudge proof but I really cant complain as it works so well. Compact size left me with more under counter storage which was a selling point for me. Its very easy to use, cost-effective, quiet, cleans well, with little pre-treating. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality dishwasher.

I bought a Kenmore Elite Washer, Model 796.4147.2210 in May 2013. It has worked just fine until yesterday when it simply stopped powering on. I hit the power button and nothing happens. None of the buttons will work. If I unplug the machine and wait a couple minutes, it will work -- But, after a while or one load, it will go dead again. After searching the internet, I am guessing this is a problem with the Main Control Board, a $220 part. This is pretty much the most expensive washer Kenmore makes, and it was very highly rated. Bought at Sears and they installed it. So disappointing!

My Kenmore electric range (Model #790-9421340D; VF 83045790) is about 5 years old. In December 2011, the range shut down completely due to a faulty control board for the variable temperature burner. I had the board replaced. A couple of days ago, I went to turn on this same variable temp burner and literally saw an electric current arc in front of my eyes! The surge caused my main circuit breaker to home to shut down cutting off all electricity. Thank God I was not hurt, but I shudder to think what might have happened. Obviously, I will be replacing this range, but not with a Sears product. We should expect that a major appliance should last more than a few years without needing repair. I will be shopping for a much more reliable product.

Kenmore Ultra Bake Oven - So apparently this is a thing with Kenmore ovens? I was not in the kitchen when I heard a pop followed by lots of crackling. No one was near the oven, thank god. The oven is 8 years old, but we really dont use it often and do not treat it roughly. There is no good reason why an oven door should explode. This seems to be a well-known problem and yet there are no consumer warnings on new ovens and no recalls that I can find. These ovens are dangerous and should not be in peoples homes. Kenmore should take responsibility for creating an inferior product instead of blaming this obvious defect on consumer use. Very disappointed.

The Kenmore refrigerator was here when I moved and it works ok and keeps things cold and frozen. Also, it has ice maker but I dont use it because I do not use tap water.

We purchased the Kenmore Elite made by LG French door refrigerator in 2008 and have had nothing but trouble out of it. Sears fixed an energy setting a few months after we purchased as a recall and ever since that its not a refrigerator its a freezerator! It freezes everything that is in the bottom drawers and left bottom. Great for keeping meat but it freezes everything. We have had more foods ruin from freezing fresh foods to numerous things that dont taste well after being frozen or ruins things because its been thawed and refrozen. Just when we think its working right it acts up. Also the ice machine if its not set on small the cubes wont come out. Every time the power blinks and we forget we have to wait forever for the ice to make. We have purchased all our appliances from Sears and have never had any trouble with all the other items but we will not purchase another Kenmore Refrigerator made by LG. We have called Sears numerous times and they would not stand behind their product or that it worked fine until they fixed it so not sure we will use Sears when time to replace items.

My Kenmore hot water tank began leaking. I called Sears and was told that the one year warranty had expired. I researched Kenmore water heaters online and discovered that the warranties lasted from 6 to 12 years. I called Kenmore and was told that my unit had a 12 year warranty. I was transferred back to Sears who told me that a serviceman could not look at the unit for 3 weeks. I talked to Kenmore and Sears a total of 6 times. No one seemed to understand that I could not wait 3 weeks for my hot water to be restored. I explained that I have a chronic illness and that my handicapped granddaughter needed to be bathed daily by my wife. No one cares. I was told that there was only one technician for the state of Ohio and I had to wait 3 weeks.I called the Sears Corporate Office and the nasty person who answered the phone said that I could not speak to anyone there. Finally, I called the office of Ohio Atty General Mike DeWine. They patiently listened to my complaint and told me that they would contact the Sears Corporate Office. In less than an hour, I received a call from Sears saying that someone would come out the next day. The technician diagnosed the problem and told me it would cost $152 in labor to replace the valve. I purchased this water heater because I thought Sears made quality products and that they honored their warranties.First they told me it only had a one year warranty. Then, I discovered on my own that there was a 12 year warranty. The date of purchased listed by the company was 3 years older than the actual purchase date. Lastly, they tried to deliberately have me wait an extended period so that I would hire a plumber to replace/repair the tank. The repairman was the only professional person that I dealt with in regards to this matter. I will not buy another Sears product.

I had purchased a Kenmore fridge in June 2012, took delivery in December 2012 and began using it then. After using it for 1 month, I emptied it, turned it off for 4 months and went on vacation. Returned back and turned the fridge on with no issues. I was advised to leave the fridge running while we were on another trip in January 2014 but found that our fridges compressor had failed during our 2 month absence. I am guessing it failed early after I left, because when I returned on March 20, 2014, I found some of the items in the fridge had spoiled. In all, this fridge was only in operation for less than 11 months theoretically, and possibly only 9 months. The fridge now runs constantly and wont keep cold. The designated Kenmore neighborhood repair guy said its the compressor thats shot, the motor runs, the compressor doesnt get cold. Sears wont stand behind it because it exceeded its one year warranty, according to the calendar. Since Sears and Kenmore are not willing to stand behind their product. It is my intent to inform others of this issue with my fridge.

I chose Kenmore because it is a well known brand and I know some of my family has had a Kenmore refrigerator last for many many years. I liked that it looked great in my kitchen and it went very well with all of the other appliances. It had lots of room for me to store everything I needed in it. It kept all of my food at the correct temperature and kept them fresh. But I would want an alarm on the door if it is left open by accident. It would help ensure that your food was kept at the proper temperature and alarm everyone if there is a problem. Other than that, it lasted so long and had great performance. It definitely met my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new refrigerator.

Best dryer Ive ever owned. The settings are very user friendly, and a large load of laundry can be dried in less than an hour. No issues with the settings or machine balance. The performance of this particular model is top of the line. Bulky and uneven loads dry quickly and completely without any issues. Model can hold large loads of laundry with no performance issues. This Kenmore dryer model has wonderful symmetry and looks pristine sitting amongst my other laundry appliances. Nice style with a lot of interior room, but doesnt take up a large amount of floor space. This dryers value is the best deal for its size and functionality. With the large amount of capacity for holding laundry, it pays for itself in comparison to purchase price versus an inconvenient laundromat in well under a years time.

My clothes feel so much cleaner than they did with my old washer and it fits a decent size load of laundry. Dryer is quick and my power bill did not go up when I switched out my old one with this. These appliances are completely reliable. I have never had a problem with any element of either machine not working and we do at least 4 loads of laundry in our house each week. Not the most modern looking washer dryer set but it is modernized and looks fine in my laundry closet, not that anyone but myself ever sees it. Its a updated basic side by side washer dryer set design. All appliances are so very expensive these days but this set was a fraction of the cost of the nicest models available and I am more than happy with it for the price I paid.

Ive had our washing machine and dryer for over 10 years and cant say enough great things about it! Its a champ! Our household does roughly 10 loads of laundry a week and its never had a bit of trouble with such heavy usage! Ive never had to call and have it repaired or serviced in any way!!!

It washed the dishes well and it lasted pretty long.

Kenmore front load connect washer and dryer - My wife is ready to kill me. I talked her into spending a lot of money on our new washer and dryer - man she could kill me. The washer takes long time and clothes still smell mildew and moldy, and we run the cleaner through it 2 times a week. The dryer never seems to get clothes dry and you just have to keep re-running them. I thought by paying a lot more for washer and dryer, we would be worry free - I couldnt be more wrong. I do not recommend them to anyone - better off throwing your money down the drain; own these and you will. And forget Sears to make anything right, you will be wasting your time.

My refrigerator is working perfectly with no issues. The bonus is having the ice and water filter. Its the best thing this refrigerator could have. The size of that refrigerator is really big. The inside of it is perfect for space to put fresh vegetables and fruits but the freezer could use more space. The appearance of the refrigerator is silver stainless. The brand name is kenmore, it is reliable and it has an elegant color and it is high performance as well. The price is fairly reasonable but wish buying a refrigerator would involve a cash back program. If you are willing to get a new refrigerator between $1000-$1500, you will make the best decision because a brand new one will last for years with no major problems.

Kenmore is a well-known brand. We have always heard that Kenmore is a great product and even when I was a child, my parents bought Kenmore appliances. We have a very small kitchen and Kenmore was one of only a few products that had the right size that we needed. We couldnt beat the price at the time and my parents had a Kenmore refrigerator too. Our Kenmore refrigerator lasted 10 years with 2 kids and a husband that were constantly opening and closing it. It was also very spacious to keep a lot of food and it never leaked like the refrigerator that I have now. But we would have liked an ice maker instead of having to make ice cubes on a daily basis since theres 4 people in my house. Nevertheless, we would buy a Kenmore again.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite French door refrigerator in 2014. It has all of the bells and whistles! The refrigerator stop cooling/freezing completely two days ago in middle of an event that I was hosting! I had to different repair companies to come out. Recommendations: buy another refrigerator! The system is loosing Freon in different places and it will cost almost a thousand dollars to fix, with no guarantee that it will last very long! This is absolutely disgusting! I see that there are many other cases in the last 3 years that are the same as mine. There should be a class action lawsuit!

We purchased the Kenmore dishwasher with our Best Buy credit card so we are paying a pretty high interest rate! But it is definitely worth every penny! It cleans great, and is very quiet. I love the sections. I am crazy about where everything goes in the dishwasher it is very easy to keep everything organized. It is very big on the inside. In the old dishwasher, I would have to do separate loads after a larger family dinner, not with this one, everything fits and gets clean! I love the stainless steel, and the look itself is classy, not bulky and would fit well in any kitchen! The buttons are also not big and bulky so my kids cant play with them either.

I loved the overall refrigerator and its performance. It ran quiet and there was sufficient shelves, however, I did not care for the freezer. For the most part, the refrigerators size fit all of my need items, except during Thanksgiving. I found it difficult to adjust the shelves to fit my 25 pounds turkey. The overall Appearance, for a standard refrigerator with a top freezer, was appealing. It was easy to wipe down and keep shiny. I would recommend it. The value was in line with what I got, but only because it was on sale. I would not have purchased this item for the non sale price. It was a pretty standard or basic fridge. No special features or bells and whistles. Nothing special inside, pretty basic.

I chose the Kenmore because of the space and price. The price wasnt the cheapest but it also wasnt the most expensive. The space was nice and I liked that it came with a shelf in freezer as well! I also liked the ice machine feature, the temperature controls for both freezer and refrigerator, allowing humidity to keep low! Its very efficient. But I would change the way the shelves can be placed. I like to be able to have higher shelving on lower shelving for different food items and containers. I would also like to have seen the refrigerator last longer than it did.

Kenmore Model 106.62153111 - I purchased this refrigerator in June 2014 and got it with the stainless doors; big mistake. Kenmores stainless steel doors are the worst and show every mark even when sealed with a good stainless steel after market finish, so stay away from their stainless door offerings. The other thing I was NOT advised of by my salesperson was the fact that this fridge/freezer has only ONE THERMOSTAT for both the refrigerator and freezer compartments. What this means is that no matter how many times I have called for service and they have replaced the thermostat and reset everything, as soon as it gets hot outside (Im in NJ), there is no way stuff in the freezer compartment stays frozen; ice cream becomes a sludgy soup, veggies are limp instead of crisp and ice cubes are nonexistent. If one of the service persons does get it to function in the freezer, then all my produce in the lower drawers also freeze.This is the worst design for a refrigerator I have ever encountered and my advice to you is to always inquire about the controls in the unit you are thinking about purchasing. MAKE SURE THERE ARE TWO - one for the freezer AND one for the refrigerator. I am still waiting to see just what Sears will do about this ongoing problem which seems to have no long term remedy.

Purchased a Kenmore model # 153330220 water heater that quit after 48 months. I called our local gas company and the service man stated the burner was cracked. The water heater came with a 6 year warranty. When I inquired with Sears about warranty repair, Sears stated the warranty only covered parts... no labor. I was told a service call would cost me $79. When the service man came, he stated the burner was cracked due to an excessive amount of dust in the burner area. I put my hand in the cavity and rubbed my finger on the bottom of the cavity. No dust on my finger. Cannot see any dust on bottom of cavity. Service man refused to repair under warranty, says we didnt keep dust away from burner assy. Gave me an estimate to replace the burner assembly for $828. I paid $420 for this water heater brand new... Why would I now pay $828 for repairs? I cannot believe that Sears would put their name on this water heater, since its junk. I will never buy another Kenmore product again!

Its a Kenmore elite - w/ small, short agitator in the bottom of the machine; top loader. Works well except for the fact that lint collects at the top of the machine where the tub meets a metal rim. Its as if there should be a filter bag at this point to catch the lint.

I feel it works great and I was very satisfied and would buy again. I would recommend anyone to buy washer or dryer that is Kenmore!

My Kenmore refrigerator is 2 years old. The freezer compartment keeps shorting and will defrost and refreeze again. This has been happening for 2 months while I have been waiting for Sears service because they no showed on me 2xs! I finally gave up on them and called a local repair company to come out today. They said the error is on the compressor and it is failing. I need a new compressor and with parts and labor it is close to $1000! He just left another home with the same refrigerator and the same exact problem! Apparently the product only has a 1 YR warranty! What a ripoff! I spent close to $2000 on this and now I have to get a new refrigerator or fix this piece of crap... which isnt guaranteed! Dealing with the Sears service department has been a joke and quite honestly I am at my wits end! Of course they are backed up for months for repairs when all of their products are failing! These Kenmore products apparently are not what they used to be and who is going to protect the consumer who is paying a small fortune for them! They should be recalled immediately! Very bad business.

I am so unhappy with this washing machine. It simply does not rinse the soap residue from dark fabrics. The last batch of dark colors, navy, black, jeans, etc. came out with white soap marks all over. I rewashed with no soap and added a rinse cycle. Still bad! I washed a king size teal colored blanket. After three rinses, I hauled the wet thing to the Sears store and showed them all the soap residue. They told me I used too much soap! Now I use a fraction of the soap and still get the residue. Dont buy this...

Bought Sears Kenmore Elite refrigerator about 3 years ago. One of worst purchases we ever made!!!! Shelves rusted after 6 months & refrigerator totally crapped out a few weeks ago. Customer service was non-existent. Not hard to figure out why Sears is a has-been company on the brink of collapse! Will not purchase another appliance from Sears...E-V-E-R!!!!

Ive had this microwave since October 2005. Its never been serviced. It is digital and very modern and sleek looking above the range by the same maker. The displays make it very user friendly. The options for different types of food prep are many. I just cant say enough good things about it.

Kenmore is a strong and very reliable washing machine. I would recommend this brand to all my friends. I love it and Ive had no problems ever with it. Im gonna keep getting this brand. It can handle any amount of clothes, never too much clothes. A machine everyone should have. Its not the best but it works better and it works wonders than any other machines. This is a keeper. It looks good but Ive seen nicer styles. But who care about looks. I want a strong machine and this ones it. The price is great and the work it does pays for the price already. You gotta spend some money for something to work so its great.

3 days ago, March 29, 2013, I was using my range to cook bacon. I had it set at 375 degrees and had just checked the bacon and determined it had another 7-10 minutes to cook. I left the room for a few minutes, and after about 5 minutes, I could hear a beeping. My husband asked me if I wanted him to shut off the timer, but I said, I didnt set the timer. The stove kept beeping non-stop, so I returned directly to the kitchen only to see “F10 - ERR” on the touch screen. I opened the oven and smoke poured out. I quickly closed the door and my husband ran downstairs to shut the breaker because nothing I could do would stop the beeping. With the stove shut off at the breaker, I opened it and took out my burned bacon; and the room was filled with smoke. After doing some research online, it appears that the error means that the heat is considered to be runaway and at a dangerous level! Are you kidding me? I would like to know how long Sears has known about this issue, and why they have not informed people about this problem. What if I had a roast in the oven and had gone outdoors to do some work? This will be the 6th issue I have had with this range. So far, the brain was fixed once then replaced; the triple burner had to be replaced as did the whole glass top. The last item was the door as it warped and stained during a regular cleaning. I do not trust this range anymore and want it replaced. It is a lemon! It is unsafe and at this point, I am afraid to even turn the breaker on. Sears needs to step up to the plate and stand behind a very expensive range. This range broke down within 3 weeks of delivery to me and then again a few months later. It has been nothing but one thing after the other and I am done with allowing it to be repaired. It is a fire hazard! God forbid my new home would burn down due to Sears not replacing this lemon they have sold to me. It is time to replace it or give me my money back. I will never buy a Kenmore product again! Ever!

I loved the Kenmore brand. I have always been a fan of Kenmore washers and dryers and I have many other Kenmore products that work extremely well and that are extremely effective in getting the job done in terms of cleaning my clothing so I purposely chose the Kenmore brand because it had the best design and fit. I like the design of the refrigerator, how it looks, its nice shape, as well as all of the unique features it has. I also like how the refrigerator cools food and how effective it is at keeping things fresh as well. I like everything about the refrigerator. It is a good refrigerator.

The Kenmore washer took a giant dump. It ruined my stuff in the garage after leaking all the time. Repairman was reaching for straws and never fixed the leak.The washer was 7 yrs old. Now the Kenmore Dryer isnt drying completely. Have to use Heavy duty extra time because home warranty (rip off) refuses to fix Kenmore machines. The washer was replaced 3 mos ago. We bought Maytag. Love it. Theyre pretty reliable from past experiences... With the possibility of my beloved Sears going out of business Im steering away from Kenmore. That make me sad.

Runs super quiet. Has several cycle options for whatever your cleaning needs are. Built solid. Superb quality for the money spent. I would highly recommend this product if you are considering a new dishwasher. The size is perfect for my familys needs. Four people go through a lot of dishes. Usually runs once a day. Plenty of room for all our cleaning needs. I love the black. It goes well with my kitchens decor. Easy to clean and attractive. When we visited the store and saw the floor model it stood out very easily against some of the other models. It was an easy sell and we are very pleased. I cant say enough about the value for the money spent. We got a great deal on this unit and the store had several in stock. I have never regretted making this purchase. Money well spent on an investment.

Good refrigerator. Doesnt really need any maintenance. Have had it for 2 plus years now and no problems as of yet. Freezer works very well. No overfrost or thawing out needed. Its kind of big and clunky for my small kitchen but I need the drawer space it has. Im a big grocery shopper. I got kids so I need the extra room. Smudge proof. Fingerprint proof. Easy to clean especially with kids living in the house opening and closing the door with their dirty little hands. Paid a pretty penny for it, but I know thats due to it being a more modern refrigerator. Hopefully it will last me many years to come. Its energy star efficient so thats definitely a plus.

My new washer broke after about 2 months and took another 2 months to repair due to lousy repairman and Sears warranty being worthless. I do not recommend any of their products. It took 3 attempts to find out the entire interior washer basin needed to be replaced. Now working fine but my gripe is even with warranty protection there were not enough certified repair people and it got farmed out to a repair company that was substandard.

We bought the Kenmore trio 2 years ago and the ice maker never worked great. Recently we had it repaired and it cost us over $400.00 to fix. There was a gasket that was installed improperly at the factory in Mexico that allowed water to leak all over. A whole new gasket system had to be installed that wasnt installed on the original product. Also the ice tray was cracked and it was letting water run into the tray and freeze on the bottom causing a mess all the time. You cant just buy a new ice tray, you have to buy a whole new unit for $130.00. The warranty would have cost more than that so that is a moot point. All I can say is that this just shows me that they dont care about quality anymore. Just making as much money of all the consumers as they possibly can. Thats the truth!

Sit around the campfire, kiddos, while I tell you a story. Once upon a time, my familys previous dishwasher bit the dust. It was old, and on its deathbed anyway. We go to Sears, to look at dishwashers. We find one that looks VERY promising. A couple of weeks later, we purchase it, and it takes my dad pretty ALL. THE. REST. OF. THE. DAY. to install it. It works like a charm for the next year or so. Then the middle rack starts losing a couple bolts, and gets all lopsided. It actually becomes hard to put stuff on the left side of it, and we can only put lightweight stuff on it now, because anything heavier would completely break it.For the next couple weeks, my dad has been trying to contact people from Sears, and from Kenmore, to get spare parts for it so he can fix it. The first order gives him parts, but for THE TOP RACK. The second order? Well, my dad is having a HECK of a time trying to get THAT one to show up. Oh, and its been ALMOST A MONTH since the first order. Yep. Now you might think that were just acting like entitled spoiled brats, but come on now. Why should it take almost a month and a half for us to get some spare parts so my dad can fix the dishwasher? Just, why? And so, Im only giving this two stars. Just two. You guys bring us the parts we ACTUALLY need, I might give it three more. Thanks for your time.

Kenmore has the best refrigerators, they last for decades, the old one I had was 21 years old before I gave it up. Keeps food fresh, consistent temp throughout the interior, love all the wonderful styles and colors you can get. I think one reason why Kenmore refrigerators are better is the company has been around for many decades.

I have had my Kenmore fridge since 1992 when my home was built. In all that time the only thing that I had to replace on it was an inside light socket. Very dependable appliance and when this one finally quits running and I will buying another one.

I have the Kenmore Elite French door model. It has more room in it than I have ever had in a refrigerator. You can see everything without having to move stuff around. Temperature controls are digital and show up on the top door frame. It will alarm if the doors are left open or if the temperature begins to rise. Great refrigerator.

The machine is easy to use, dishes are spotless. Long lasting use and hardly ever malfunctions. Can clean delicate glass, China, ceramic, plastic and woods. I am satisfied with the product and would buy another if mine broke down. It fits really well under the counters and installs very well against the wall. Its a good size to move around to install and the inside fits a good amount of dishes all shapes and sizes. The color fits well with other appliances I own and looks nice against my counter tops. Its also easy to keep clean and wipe down. Out of the many colors they sold, black fit best with what I already had. The washing machine was a reasonable value for shipping and installing. Its easy to maintain and keep running and lasts longer. The washing machine was definitely worth the market value.

We bought a 700 series washer in September 2017. Weve had the tech out twice because it WILL NOT RINSE THE SOAP OUT OF GARMENTS. We were told to only use heavy duty or white cycles with double rinse, softner and prewash. This doesnt work either. Weve had Kenmore for 50 plus years in our household and if I could sell it with a clear conscience I would in a heartbeat! I realize Sears is having financial problems but as a minimum they should recall these machines and fix them somehow. If not I think from reading others reviews and knowing several that have the same problems with the 700 series there is bound to be a class suit considered.

Whenever I bake something in the oven about 1/2 hour into the cooking process, the screen lights up with F10 and the oven beeps. The only way to stop the beeping is to turn the oven off. When I turn it on again, it beeps 10 minutes later. It is impossible to cook anything, very frustrating and not normal. The stove is approximately 5 years old.

Its easy to used, carries an incredible amount of clothes in one load and just gets the job done all around. A definite recommendation. I bought it some time ago, more than a year now and its still going as strong as ever. It shows no sign of breaking down any time soon. Its a simple, discreet looking thing. Im not one for much splash and pizzazz, so its nice to have a plain washer that looks nice without stealing every eye in the room. Definitely not expensive, and well worth the price of purchase. One of the best washers on the market and with a price you cant beat.

I love my Kenmore refrigerator. It has so much room and can have so much food in there. The controls are easy to control and the freezer does not give my food freezer burn. The shelves were easy to take out and made it very easy to clean, inside and out.

We have the Kenmore range model 790. It is five years old and has died. We tried having it serviced by Sears and they told us that they no longer service Vail, Co. We put our money and faith in their product and are disappointed in the response. This stove is not worth buying nor will we further shop at Sears or purchase any of their products. They do not stand behind them!

The washer and dryer lasted for years and I was very satisfied with both. I have recommend them to all of my family members and they are very satisfied with the devices. I will not buy any other device.

When I was growing up we always had Kenmore products because my Dad always bought the best for Mom. All their appliances, stove, fridge, washer, dryer were all Kenmore. Mom still only wants Kenmore. They were great because they lasted so long. I am 60 and Mom just replaced the Kenmore washer she had when I was about 25 or so.

I purchased this range about six months ago, because I had an earlier model and loved it. Not so much this time. The oven bakes/roasts very unevenly, unless I use the convection feature. Recently, we found out the stovetop burner knobs are rendered useless VERY easily and VERY expensive to replace. There is a thin sheath inside the knob that fits over the shaft that controls the burner heat. This sheath often stays on the shaft when the knob is removed for cleaning. The first time it happened was by our cleaning lady, and she didnt notice that the knob was loose when she replaced it. We later figured out that the sheath had come out of the knob and just got lost. Now I am finding the sheath often stays on the shaft when I remove the knob and has to be replaced in the knob. It is very, very thin. We had to order a replacement knob and it cost $40!! $30 for the knob and $10 to ship. Not happy at all and will not recommend this product. Sad, because I have always had Kenmore appliances. No more.

Well I had this same washing machine for over 8 years and its still running strong. All of the knobs are still intact and the cycles come to a complete. I would recommend this appliance because of its durability, point blank.

Model 4027 2900 - The washer has not been getting items as clean as it should. It has finally stopped completing the wash cycle. It now has clothes sitting in it with an OE code. I tried the troubleshooting, nothing worked. I called to try and get it repaired. I can by an extended contract for $319.99 for 1 year and it covers up to 1 year or I can pay a trip charge of $75 plus labor, plus parts which I was informed that often front loader repairs get expensive and the contract is the best route to go. WHAT DO I DO? Low on money, low on confidence with this brand I bought thinking it would last more than 2 years 11 months, and low on patience now. Help!

I purchased it from Sears because someone was able to help me understand the features and answer my questions about the differences in the various dishwashers and they were on sale. Energy efficiency is a quality that helps my bottom line money. The fact that save energy is huge. Another feature is being able to choose between Smart wash, pots and pans, Normal or 1 hour wash helps. My last dishwasher did not have a pots and pans feature and I hate washing pots. And the stainless steel front is sleek. However, this is not a very quiet dishwasher. I usually start the dishwasher and go to bed and you can hear the dishwasher upstairs. It would be nice to have the sounds absorbed somehow.

Great performance and works really well and is great for washing and drying clothes all the time. Doesnt stop running. Very reliable.

Love my washer and dryer from Kenmore. It is a touch with plenty of cycles and gets my clothes very clean. The dryer is wonderful and has a fluff cycle at the end with is great. Love the spin cycle on the washer. It just about dries the clothes and I also love the fluff cycle at the end too. I got my washer and dryer in the color red which of course I do show everyone.

In Feb 2013 I bought a water heater Kenmore Model 153.330250, with 9 years warranty on parts and tank. After 1st year (Oct.2014) a Sears technician replaced the main gas valve module controller ($176.00) and charged for labor another $140.00 (LED flashing 4 times fault). Called again Sears on Jan 14 2016 for same fault on control module. This time he was lucky, had to reset the thermostat only and charged another $150.00. Please dont buy any Kenmore products and stay away of Sears service!!! Dont be a loser buying these lemon products!!!

Both my washer and dryer are used. Probably 15 years old at least. I have had to replace a belt on the washer and the element in the dryer. Not a big deal though, they are easy to get parts for and work on.

I like the sleek look with very detailed instructions and large tubs. They get clothes very clean in the washing and they dry quickly and the clothes come out soft and with very few wrinkles. They are stylish and last a very long time and are always dependable. I can always count on Kenmore to give me the results I am looking for and expect in the washers and dryers. I will continue to purchase Kenmore. Kenmore products are reliable and quiet when in use and always do the job.

It always works perfect. It may not be very big, but it always does the job. I feel safe using this washer. It has had no problem whatsoever since I bought it. This washer is very reliable. It fits most of my loads and washes them properly. I like how it looks. It is modern, yet traditional. It doesnt look fancy but it looks like a good appliance. I like the color and the size. The price of this appliance is not too high, so I think it is good value for the money.

We were totally satisfied with the performance of this machine. No complaints!! Keeps food cold, frozen food frozen with little to no cleanup. Easy to use design and frost free too! The size is good...enough room to store up to two weeks of groceries. We buy in bulk and this machine could hold it! The only difficulty we experience is the size/width of the freezer - wont hold a pizza (unless you rant to fold it in half). Handsome, rugged looking in black...enough so to go with our country home. The black was a little difficult to keep water marks off from around the water dispenser, but nothing a little elbow grease/regular cleaning couldnt handle. Bought new. The savings in energy and ability to store bulk purchases offset any additional expense. Also, the ability to set temperature and humidity levels cut down on food loss extending our food budget. We experience real value with this machine.

High-quality dishwasher. Provides optimal results even when dishes have baked on grime. Worth the extra spend if youre tired of spending 15 minutes scrubbing plates. Personally, it is a little too large for the kitchen Im currently in. But I wouldnt have a problem with the size if I was in a larger kitchen. It holds more than normal. The appearance was what sold me. It has a clean front with controls on the inside. Its the most incognito dishwasher around. Id recommend over other styles. Value is superb. As is the case with all other household appliances, you get what you pay for, and this one is a high-quality dishwasher that delivers the results youd expect.

It was good. Got the dishes clean. Didnt have to pre soak them beforehand. Works very good. Good price. Easy to operate. Its a good size. Doesnt take up a lot of kitchen space. Very roomy and looks nice with other appliances. Very good appearance. Mine was black to go with the look of my kitchen but they come in silver and I think white and well it looks like a million dollars but you dont pay a million. I know Kenmore is a great company and sells great products so Im sure that the value is pretty good and last long.

I trust this brand for my family and I believe that everyone else should as well. Very good customer service when needed, which is not often. My fridge is very, very reliable and I would recommend to anyone. My fridge does fit everything that I need to fit in there. The freezer portion is a little small which is my only complaint but the rest is absolutely perfect. The appearance is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. Ive gotten so many compliments and it fits into my kitchen like a glove. It looks as if it was made for my kitchen when in reality I didnt get this fridge until many years after our house was built. The value is nicely priced. I get what I paid for and I believe that an expensive fridge just reiterates the reliability and sturdiness of the machine itself.

The dishwasher was the perfect size for me and my kitchen which still works great from the same spot for years. The appearance has always gone with the different designs over the years. I have received many compliments about the dishwasher. It never had to be repaired. Its easy to use and when it breaks down I will buy the same brand because I was so pleased. It was a great replacement and I would definitely recommend it.

I have bought a Kenmore Elite in 2008 and it broke down in 4 months. After that, it has been a continuing battle. I am on my 3rd service contract with Sears 4MyHome and it just broke down again. This time part has to be taken out of machine and sent to a repair service to get repaired because they dont have a new part for it. I was told that it possibly will be done on the 18th of the month (10 days without a washer). This is crazy!!! I am at the laundromat every few days, because I have 3 kids and a dog, and dealing with sports. I would NOT recommend the Kenmore Elite washer to anyone. I tell all my friends and neighbors that this machine is a big waste of money. After my warranty runs out, I am going to replace it. Definitely do my homework and the next one! My sincere condolences to anyone who buys this machine. It is TERRIBLE!!!

I have a Kenmore Elite electric range model 790-98023800. Have seen many many complaints about the sides expanding and not holding racks. 2 weeks ago taking roast out of oven, rack falls to bottom of oven and burns my arm, roast & juice all over bottom out the door on floor & under oven itself. Why is not a recall on this oven model 790*. They dont even make parts for it anymore. Contacted Sears (where we purchased & their remark was it is Kenmores problem). Spare me! Where do we go for help for getting some sort of resolve for this matter?

My previous Kenmore dryer was twenty years old but had to replace due to cellar being flooded or it would be still working today. My dryer now is six years old and runs like it is brand new. It is very reliable, efficient and trustworthy. It is well-made and strong and sturdy. Has a modern appearance and fits well. Was easy to install and runs quietly. It does the job for my needs, and does a good job at drying the clothes. This dryer was of great value to meet my budget. For the size and price it is the ideal dryer for one or two people in a household. It is a product I would recommend to anyone.

It was a really good fridge with great control settings. I also liked the size and also the direction in which it opened because my kitchen is not that big and I needed a smaller fridge. I like the level of the shelving the fridge had which was wide enough and had a certain depth that I appreciated. I like the color and overall size of the fridge. It was also multi-functional which was a plus for me. I like the sale price and I also liked that it had a warranty. They also had a special for free delivery which was very appealing. However, the freezer was smaller than I liked. I also didnt like the lack of colors that it came in. I felt like it could have offered more modern color schemes. I felt like it could have been a little bigger width size too.

I thoroughly enjoy owning a Kenmore refrigerator. It has worked very well for me for a long time and has had no problems. I would definitely recommend to others having a Kenmore refrigerator.

The dishwasher work fine with minimal hardware issues, but the power arm broke one time. We got rid of it when we redid the kitchen and upgrade to a stainless steel version. It look good and held up really well through heavy use in a busy kitchen. I didnt really like the opener but it work well and never leaked. However, it wasnt quite big enough to hold a full day worth of dishes for a family of 5. The glass rack was especially small and the plate rack didnt accommodate enough small plates. Its well worth the price especially on sale and I recommend the extended maintenance agreement. Not worrying about the unit breaking is priceless when you have a pile of kid.

We bought our Kenmore refrigerator about 10 years ago and it has been very dependable. It has always provided the service that we hoped it would so I would definitely recommend it to other members of my family and friends.

In my opinion this product was very efficient at its job. It hasnt broken yet after 5+ years of use. This company is great! Also Id recommend getting the washer/dryer both from Kenmore. This product has a very good capacity and almost never gets filled up. It is very efficient and doesnt take long to get the job done. In general it is a very reliable machine. The appearance of the product is very modern and goes with almost any setting. The sound it makes when its finished isnt annoying like other products. In my opinion, this machines value is priceless. It never breaks. Has a large load capacity. It has a cool design and is overall my favorite appliance.

This fridge is amazing. I love how big it is. Its also very sleek looking and makes the kitchen look modern. Ice and water maker are great. Holds so much food! I have a big family and this fridge is big enough to hold food for all of us. Its amazing to not have to go to the grocery store every other day. Looks great in any kitchen. I love love love the stainless steel look. Very modern. The refrigerator is a little pricey but I guess its worth the price. Price alone isnt great but value is totally worth it.

Waiting almost 2 months for service!! Kenmore Elite - Glass Top Load Washer unit is JUNK and Sears service is WORST! Second time top exploding in three months! I believe this unit is a safety HAZARD and SHOULD be RECALLED!! And redesigned!! Broken glass is dangerous especially around children! I would stay VERY far from this washer!!! SO SORRY I BOUGHT IT!! REGRET BUYING FROM SEARS! PLEASE do not make my mistake? Buying this washer from SEARS!

I’ve had problems with the ice maker, twice. The vegetable bins are bulky. The fridge is also very noisy, but overall it is a good machine. I think I might look around before I purchase another one of the same make.

Works like a dryer should. Havent had any problems. Easy to use and a good overall option. It gets clothes dry and isnt complicated. Its reliable and can fit all needed items but could be somewhat small I guess for someone with a larger family. Im only one person so I dont have much of an issue but I think any dryer is kind of compact if youre doing laundry for more than 1 person. Kind of old looking but appearance isnt my top priority in a dryer. If you want something high-tech looking this might not be your option. Fairly simple. Not a big issue though. Is a good value. Dryers are dryers. It gets the clothes dry and it does it simply. Appearance is decent. Value is good too. There are some which are a better value, there are some that are worse.

Our Kenmore Washer has held up very well and gets clothes clean. It is quiet and has needed no work or repair. It looks good and easy to use. Even my kid can handle it and that says a lot. Its easy to maintain and keep clean. Its a well designed and good looking washer as far as washers go. This washer has great value, because it still looks and runs great after a long hard run.

I bought what I thought was a Kenmore Elite as that is how it is labeled (it is actually an LG). I found that out when it needed it repaired. I was told that Kenmore doesnt make their on brand anymore. My compressor is out before 5 years is up and the cost is over the price to replace the refrigerator. I dont recommend this product. I have had problems with my ice maker the whole time I own it.

I got a ceramic oven one month ago and now I have a big problem. There is a short circuit with the control and a bad smell like burned plastic. I called service but unfortunately, they gave me service time after seven days and their engineer does not reply at all on his mobile. Really, you have a good product but if the distributor will continue like that, you will lose Saudi market. I like Kenmore products but I dont like the distributor. Please help me. We bought the washer used and have now had it for 3 years. It is very dependable and it dries large loads of laundry, like my king sized bedding sets with no problems at all. It has a few surface scratches from the last owners, but that does not affect its performance at all. Im happy with it and we have definitely gotten our moneys worth out of it. I would not hesitate to buy another one tomorrow if need be and would recommend Kenmore Washers to anyone.

It was a great fridge. It had all the features I needed. It was the biggest and best refrigerator I ever owned. You really should buy one. Youll love it. It was beautiful, lovely, attractive, good looking, matched my kitchen. Best value for the money. Especially given that I didnt pay a cent for it. It was a gift.

The first refrigerator I owned when I moved out on my own was a Kenmore. It came with the house I bought and it was new. I never had any problems with it. I owned it for about 8 years and as far as I know the people who got it after me still have it and its still working good. Thats been about 15 years ago. It was a base model, no ice maker or anything so it probably was one of the cheapest ones they made. So I guess you could say Kenmore is an excellent brand.

It freezes well and keep my food fresh. I had it for 1 year and half. I have no problems with it so far. It provides enough space for the amount food I buy. The compartments work well. It is easy to clean. I do not need a big refrigerator with all of those modern mechanisms. It is the right size for me. I live alone but I have enough room if another person was to live with me. My refrigerator is white to match the decor of my kitchen. It fits perfectly in the space designated for it. It does not take up a lot of room. The vegetable and fruit compartments work very well. My vegetable stay fresh for a long time. I can my ginger ale liters in the soda compartment. It is spacious if I wanted to buy a lot of food. The freezer is a good size for the amount of frozen food I purchase. I really feel happy with my new refrigerator. It does not make a lot of noise. For the price I paid for it I did get a better value than expected. Kenmore products are usually good quality. It is not so big but it has good features and it is modern. It is of good size if it needs to be moved anywhere. It is not too high for things that I place on top of it. The doors open well and close well.

We installed a Kenmore gas range top. It is stainless steel and looks spectacular. The range performs extremely well and the temperatures seem to be very accurate. As for the value, again, I think things are grossly overpriced. We have owned this range for over 10 years and have never had the first service call.

It always handles the deepest dirtiest grime and dirt grease and never have to prewash my dishes. Always provides sparkling dishes, glasses are clean and spot free. It can handle my biggest pots and pans. I can put all my dishes from the day in there and know that they will be clean. It handles the largest to the smallest size of loads and always gives me a great clean. I never have to worry about having to rewash my dishes. Has a great sleek appearance that looks modern, fits with my kitchen style and fits with the other appliances. It has a great modern style - not too big and not too small. Felt that I received a great price for the product. It was affordable and it was using the latest technology, great buy and value. I am really happy with the value that I paid. Does a great job as some of the higher end products.

Ive had no problems with this fridge. Its very reliable and has a lot of space. I highly recommend this refrigerator to anybody that is looking to buy a new one. There is a lot of space in this fridge for your groceries. You wont have to worry about not having enough storage space after you go shopping. This is a beautiful modern fridge that suits my style. Anybody that like a modern look will appreciate this fridge. Its a great buy. The price for the fridge is a great value considering you definitely will get what you pay for. We bought the Kenmore 600 series washing machine to go with our Kenmore dryer less than 6 months ago. I have resorted to washing things twice with two rinses each and it still does not clean worth a damn. On top of that we are using clear HD detergent and yet our clothes are coming out with white spots on them. Never buy Kenmore again.

Brought 3 refrigerators from Sears in 2 weeks. All was Kenmores. The first two I had to return right because the ice maker didnt work. The 3rd was the Kenmore Elite. Since it was so expensive and big, I thought it was a good refrigerator. Well I was wrong! It sucks just like the other two! After 24 months the refrigerator just stopped working! All of my food went bad, the ice maker and freezer stopped work! Only thing working is the water dispenser. When I call Sears, they want to charge me a $99 service fee plus I have to pay for parts and labor because the warranty is only a year! $2500 FOR A REFRIGERATOR THAT WORKED 24 MONTHS! SERIOUSLY??KENMORE IS A RIP OFF AND THEY SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO SELL THESE APPLIANCES THAT DONT WORK. Taking customers hard earned money! If you want to buy a good product that works, DONT BUY KENMORE APPLIANCES. These Refrigerators are for looks only! I will not recommend Kenmore appliances to my family or friends and I will not buy any more appliances from Sears. Consumer Affairs please stop Kenmore ripping us off by selling these bad appliances that dont work. Now were stuck with a. $2500.00 refrigerator that dont work! SAD???

They are well made, and work well for a long time. I like the brand, and I am proud to have it in my home. Not only do they work well, they look great too. I like people seeing my washer and dryer. I love that I havent had any problems with it.

We purchased Kenmore microwave and front load washer from Sears Canada 4 years ago for our new home. The microwave broke down and had to be replaced as service technician suggested it was too expensive to fix but was a better choice to replace. Our front load washer is vibrating and walking. It is darn near impossible to get someone to repair it as the Sears toll-free service operators tell me they no longer service in our area unless it is under warranty. We have a Sears appliance store in our city. We are in the process of building a new home. Having to repair or replace 2 Kenmore appliances in 4 years tells us something about Sears appliances. Will we be buying again from Sears? Absolutely not.
