I dont have any complaint about this refrigerators. It always work for me. It always at the desire temperature and I am always able to keep my food fresh. It is big enough to put all my food in the refrigerator and it just perfect for my household. It the perfect fit for my household and I have no complaint about it. The color is perfect fit for my kitchen, and the size just great. It the best fit for my kitchen, and I dont think I could find one that a better fit. It a great value and it just the perfect refrigerator for my house. No other refrigerator can be a better value for me because this is a perfect fit.

The refrigerator functions well. My problem is that it sometimes freezes towards the back end of the cold storage section. However, its other functions work fairly well. The fridge is more than enough to store my groceries and leftovers on a daily basis. Its adjustable shelves are also helpful in storing foods, and its multiple drawers make storing lumpy veggies and fruits easy. The fridge is very quality looking and its silvery front is great for a modern home. The sides are also magnetic, so its customizable if one wishes to do so. The outward appearance of the fridge is quite impressive and should garner a good market value. The interior is spacious looking as well and deserves a good price. However its flaws as prior mentioned detract its value for me.

We have a Kenmore Elite 750 Refrigerator purchased 10/2013 from Sears. It stopped working May 2021. Sears came and diagnosed the problem as the compressor, which is under a 10 year warranty (reads: repair free of charge). However, Sears noted the replacement compressor will need a new computer in order to function. We paid the diagnostic fee and asked him to email us a full quote, which he never did. We called Kenmore (transferred to Sears) as the price seemed high ($924) for a problem that is under warranty.We rescheduled an appointment and the technician did not show. We called Sears who rescheduled us for the following week and assured us that the next technician would be fixing the compressor and computer for no additional charges at all. We then spoke to an additional 5 people at Sears who all gave us different stories; it seems that the next appointment would simply be another diagnostic visit/second opinion which is NOT what we need. It has been very difficult to work with Sears, and we have spent several hours on the phone getting several different stories. Though the warranty states the compressor is covered for repair free of charge for 10 years (no mention of parts or labor, just repair), they (Kenmore and Sears) refuse to fix the problem or send us the parts so we can fix it ourself or hire another person.The Kenmore representative (Drew) was downright rude to me for no clear reason. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me someone would call me. A person did call me, but did not leave a phone number to reach her--she gave me the generic Kenmore line again, which was not helpful. I wrote several emails to Kenmore via various avenues and received no response whatsoever.All in all, extremely disappointing and upsetting service from Kenmore and Sears. To say something (an expensive fridge) is under warranty for repair but then charge $1000 to fix is not acceptable. Whats more: the compressor in question underwent a class action lawsuit previously as it kept breaking and Kenmore kept having it replaced with other deficient compressors that they knew would break: obviously unacceptable. Its also unacceptable that no one will take responsibility or help; Sears traded us from department to department endlessly and Kenmore was downright rude. We will never buy from Kenmore or Sears again. Users recommendation: Do NOT Kenmore products. Do NOT buy from Sears.

When is a warranty not a warranty. We have a Kenmore French Door Bottom Freezer Model # 253.7034341d. With 2 weeks of purchase the ice maker failed and Yep service showed up to repair it. They also showed up to repair it the next 5 times it failed. They have replaced all the components, stuffed in insulation and today they applied caulking around all the joints because they didnt have a solution. If were down to applying caulking doesnt it stand to reason that seals and the design are flawed? I want this unit replaced but no, here comes the Sears runaround: Ive been told you have to have 7 service calls first, you have to have parts replaced 4 times and you have to have 3 service calls in 90 days. WHICH IS IT? The repair people say none of that is true. If after 10 months of repairs and it still is flawed is the warranty real? I think its past time to replace this unit. If this is how Sears treats customers who have been with them for 40 years then its no wonder their stores are closing.

Im very happy with amount of space and ease of use.Kenmore has many colors and finishes to choose from, making it easy to fit your style. I love that you can either get a textured finish or a smooth one depending on needs and preferences. Price is comparable with other brands of the styles desired and the value is great as you simply pay the affordable cost and then enjoy the use of this great product for many years without worries.

Easy to use. Separate temperature zones for easy use. Self defrosting for freezer. Extra drawers for freezer section. Also has high-quality enamel paint finish that is chip resistant. However, if the door is left open for a short amount of time it will alarm. It should lengthy the time before the alarm goes off. Also needs larger drawers for storage space. But Sears makes high-quality appliances that last for a long time. High-end products at reasonable prices too. Other brands are much more expensive and offer less space than this model.

I have owned other appliances from other companies and would have issues after just a few months of owning the product. The biggest issue with other appliances that we have had is that it will stop cooling and our food would be ruined. As a mother of twins and a teenage daughter, this is a really big deal for us. We switched and since then, its been great. I dont have to worry about coming home to find that everything is ruined.We could use a bigger fridge since we are a large family but I think as long as we dont have to worry about our food being ruined, we are perfectly content. We have the typical type fridge. Freezer on top and fridge on the bottom... very similar to the fridges that our parents used as we were growing up just newer. We are not rich at all. We have twins and teens and that is enough to break the bank. We were very limited on how much we could spend on appliances. Considering we have gotten ours at a very affordable price and no issues, its priceless.

Ive had no issues with my fridge. It works just as well as it did when we 1st bought it. I always have a full fridge and no matter what item is in there it always stays nice and cold & maintains a great temperature. The freezer never causes freezer burn & always keeps our food frozen and safe. I love the light on the door where the ice cubes come out. Its easy to find in the dark. It produces a steady stream of ice when needed but also provides a nice cold cup of water that tastes amazing. My fridge is the perfect size for smaller kitchens, although it would work just as well in a larger one. We are able to easily store everything that is brought home from the store, plus leftovers, from take out & dinner at home. Its big enough to hold my family of 4s food and beverages for 2-3 weeks. My refrigerator is a sleek dark silver with black handles. It is very current. I love that its not all white or all black. It looks great with the rest of my kitchen equipment. I believe you get what you pay for with regards to almost anything you can buy. That is not the case when it regards my fridge. There are certainly cheaper and more expensive models & I know without a doubt that its a good value when comparing it to other models. They also have a good warranty to back up the quality they claim to have & I have never used it, or needed it. It is nice to know that its there just in case.

I purchased a Kenmore side by side refrigerator in 2006. In 2012 it needed to have the motor on the ice maker replaced. The same part needed to be replaced again in 2015. I understand that parts break down but this appears to be an issue for Kenmore. And of course this is an expensive part to replace. I always considered that Kenmore produced quality appliances but this experience has changed that opinion. The service person who made the repair gave excellent service.

It still works great. Wonderful fridge. Just want to update. I have had a lot of use for mine and Im putting it in my basement in the rec room. Its a great size fridge. Has plenty of room in it. Holds a lot. And it will be great size for our rec room for all the snacks and drinks. Its still in great shape and looks like new. Its been very well taken care of. Had people wanting to buy it from me after I get a new one. But Im not selling it. Its worth every penny spent on it. Great freezer and fridge. Looks great. Stays very cold and I love Kenmore products. Ill continue to buy Kenmore.

Never had any issues with the temperature control. Numerous drawers inside which keep everything separate between me and my housemates. It is a great size for a small household. Plenty of both fridge and freezer space. Love the amount of door space. Drawers are also spacious. Love the black color. Makes the magnets we collect pop. Its very sleek and easy to clean. It matches the rest of our kitchen decor. We couldnt be happier with it. The cost was very reasonable and has stayed working with no problems and little to no maintenance. It looks like it is worth much more than it costs.

We always look for the brand Kenmore as it has always been dependable and weve never had any problems with that brandmaker. The price was perfect for our budget, the style was exactly what we were looking for and it had an ice maker. We like the double doors & its lasted over 30 years with no problems. Though Id like them to have wider freezer side and a different color such as white since mine is an ugly almond.

It is easy to adjust and maintain the temperature. There is more than adequate spacing for foods. Fits my kitchen well. The shelves hold tall as well at deep items. The drawers are big enough to hold vegetables. I like the clean lines this model has. It is easy to clean and it complements the appliances I have in the kitchen. It does not dominate the area and is the good width and height for the area. I expect this refrigerator to last many years and I checked online for other similar models and prices. This model seems to give me the most for my money.

After purchasing Kenmore 106.51773510 we had a service tech come out to check why it did not produce much ice. He verified that it produced the proper amount of ice - 8 cubes every 1.5+ hours. This large side by side can barely produce enough ice for a single person, let alone a family.

It has a lot of space for me to put a lot of food, especially if you have a family and it could be organized easily. It is stainless steel, which is what I prefer and enough ice to make a lot of cold drinks during the summer. One of the reasons I got this fridge was because of the size. I have a little boy and he is kinda picky eater, so I needed a rather large fridge to put a variety of food. It looks amazing. When my mom in law comes in she would say the fridge must be very expensive because of the look, but it was not that bad. It was not that expensive when I got it during the holiday season and I really think my decision to get it was a very good one and it is gonna be used for a long time.

Water and ice dispenser works great and is energy efficient. I would definitely suggest this refrigerator to anybody. I have been very pleased with it since day one. I love this unit but I do wish that it was a little bit bigger. It has plenty of space but when you have kids more is better. All in all the size is very suitable for my needs. I love the look of this unit but I do have trouble keeping it clean and clearing fingerprints due to it being stainless steel. This can be a job when you have children though. The cost of this unit is extremely low when thinking about performance and functionality. I have had many refrigerator and I have always had issues with all of them except this one.

With the Kenmore Refrigerator, I loved the double door, ice maker cubic feet/capacity, adjustable shelves. However, the interior light bulbs could be more reachable and the freezer could be brighter. Also, the motor on the water does sometimes get noisy. Nevertheless, Ive always chosen Kenmore products and Ive been very satisfied with their warranty and replacement policy even on older products. We had a Kenmore refrigerator when our kids were young in the 80 and 90. We also had other Wards products. The Kenmore refrigerator lasted almost 20 years. It was reliable, low maintenance and served its purpose very efficiently. We had a maintenance contract on the refrigerator but never had to use it as I remember. This refrigerator lasted a long time. When it stopped working after many years, we simply had it removed from the house and bought a new one. I knew that the Kenmore was not fixable due to its age and lack of parts to fix it. The Kenmore brand was durable particularly if you have kids going in and out of the fridge daily. Kenmore was a solid American-made fridge (I hope) that only stopped once (when I had to buy a new one).

The Kenmore brand is one I trust more so than others and it has always met our expectations in refrigerators and other types of appliances. It also has better prices. It had ice & water in the door which had filtered water which made it better than using the kitchen sink. But small freezer side, would not do a small side by side. I would make the shelves more easily adjustable and have the temperature easily more adjustable and offer it in more colors.

Kenmore is a good quality brand because it is reliable. It is cheap and does not break down as often as other fridges. I like the ones with the freezer attached but sometimes the ice maker leaks water.

For the first few years, the refrigerator worked really well. However, for a few months the refrigerator would get very cold. Once the part was replaced, it worked great again. The refrigerator has a lot of room and accommodates all of the food we can fit into it. However, the freezer is pretty small; therefore, we struggle to fit all of our frozen foods into the freezer. The fridge is very sleek and looks great in our kitchen. It is not overly shiny (which is good because it is a white fridge) and blends well with our white kitchen. I would buy this brand again! We have gotten a lot of life out of our fridge. Therefore, the price we paid was well worth the investment because it has required minimal repairs over the years.

First off, I will never buy another Kenmore appliance, and would tell you that no matter how many 5 stars it is rated, it is still a pile of garbage. We bought this highly rated french door refrigerator back in 2014 and for 6 years it has worked perfectly. If refrigerators only lasted for one year Id say we got our moneys worth but according to repair experts a refrigerator should last 14-20 years. Our Kenmore was made by LG and if you do your research you will find that LG is not a very reliable brand, I dont care what the experts say. The compressor is weak and only lasts for a couple of years if you are lucky. Ours went out! Now LG covers their compressor for 10 years but Kenmore only covers it for 1. What a rip off!!! It will cost $1166.28 to repair a refrigerator that I paid $1150 for in 2014. Sears and the Kenmore brand can go square to HEdoublehockeysticks!!! Im done.

This fridge is the best one I have ever owned. It keeps everything cool and has a lot of room to put everything in. Its also quiet and not noisy as last fridges that I have owned. The size of this fridge is amazing. I can fit everything in there and still have lots of room left over. I keep cases of energy drinks in the fridge and they all fit. This fridge is a beauty to look at and it fits well in my kitchen. Its not an eyesore at all and could probably go in any kitchen no matter the decor. I bought this fridge at Best Buy and it was at a great price. I didnt think I would get such a good value but its worth every penny.

Its hard to trust a newer company when making high money purchases. Kenmore is a solid well-trusted name. They are known for quality and durability. Sometimes reputation is worth more than added bells and whistles. I like the option of switching the side the door opens on. I like the adjustable shelves and the depth of the door space. Reliable, good lighting, warning if door left ajar, leak-catch shelved. However, if there were a way to make the walls thinner while retaining the same insulation, that would increase space available. I would like pull out shelves, I would make the alarm a little louder. I might add a air filter that is changeable. It was a worthwhile purchase.

We bought a $4k elite 4 years ago, $1k per year and it stopped working. The repair service is pretty much what you read all over the internet. Its a joke the selective 4+ star rating their website shows based on customer complaints. This repair and product services is the biggest joke I have ever experienced. It is not my opinion, its fact they are not customer or priority focused now. Unbelievable. So the requirements to click it is my opinion without a selection that it is my experience and factually horrible service is beyond me.Lost all my freezer and fridge food going on four weeks now with empty promises daily my situation will be addressed. According to others I believe we may just have to repurchase another appliance to replace the ** one we paid hard earned money for several years back. Again this is unbelievable dissatisfaction in a long standing customer. Not sure anything action at this point will erase the sad bad service experience in Sears.

The performance is good. It work seamlessly. I like the service it is providing. Keep the fruits and vegetable fresh for long time. It is better than other refrigerators available in the market. It have a good size. It have enough space to accommodate my vegetables, food items. We can keep lot of curries inside it. Still we will have space for more items. And the freezer box is also quite big. The look is great. The color is light black, but it does not fade with time. I like this color and it matches with my kitchen. This color was not available with other brands. That was one of the reason I selected this model. It provides a good value. Size is big. Keep the food cool. It have large box for ice and the freezer keeps it quite cold. We can keep food for long duration and it will not get destroyed or rotten.

I compared other styles of fridges before purchasing this one and the price was very good for the wonderful performance I receive from this product. The Fridge works very well and is quiet. I’ve had problems with the ice maker, twice. The vegetable bins are bulky. The fridge is also very noisy, but overall it is a good machine. I think I might look around before I purchase another one of the same make.

We have a 3 year old Kenmore refrigerator that has not worked since 12-18-16. Under warranty, but they wont be here to fix it till Jan 12th. That will be 6 days short of a month. It is a Lemon and they wont do anything more than say they will be here on Jan 12th. What good is a warm refrigerator? What would happen if the manager had one go out? I will NEVER buy appliances again from Sears.

I bought a Kenmore elite refrigerator in Oct of 2015. With master plan warranty. Fridge quit working in sept 2016 not even a year old!!! Told to defrost it completely. Lost all my food about 500 dollars of food loss (I shop bulk), sent receipt of food, just bought 5 days; prior to fridge going out they sent me 200 dollars. Then again fridge went out 1 month later; lost food again. They refused to cover food loss again. Now 2 months with no fridge they expect you to be ok with nothing offer that you can try to find a rental. No rentals available at our local Sears... master warranty, no fridge, living out of an ice chest, missed thanksgiving, now its almost x-mas. Finally they deemed it unrepairable. Theyre not even replacing my fridge. They are crediting my account at half the cost of same refrigerator... they claim its not their fault. Prices have gone up since I purchased my fridge and theres depreciation. I BOUGHT MASTER PLAN supposedly the best, and full guarantee... (obviously someone is lying); SEARS. Are rip offs, so to get the same fridge I have to pay almost a 2000 dollar difference. NEVER. BUY. FROM SEARS - THEY WILL SCREW YOU. Theyre dirty liars. All I have heard is, Sorry for your inconvenience. 2 months no fridge. (family of 5) Their repair people order wrong parts, 2-week waiting period to get next tech out. 1-hour phone calls every time. Just to talk to someone to try to get help. Supposedlybought top fridge out there. So dont buy a Kenmore elite or ever buy from Sears. Many many years ago they used to be good - Not anymore. Theyre dirty liars. If it was easy believe me. I would love to sue them for what I and my family have been through. No one should ever be treated like this. Dirty dirty dirty liars. If all stop going there their business will go bankrupt which would be a blessing and their karma for doing such wrong to people - horrible experience. More than once. Problem with my situation they will not refund my money to me; only store credit **. I paid cash. Have receipt. I dont want to buy from them ever again. Help! And refuse to let them just keep my money for free. I hate them. Please dont get in my pickle. Save yourself. Never go there.

After having this refrigerator in my brand new home I was ready to chuck it out the window. The most God awfully annoying sound you could ever imagine was coming out of this machine. An irritating high pitched intermittent whistle. But when a service man arrived it was classified as a normal sound. Yep, I said normal. Unfortunately my husband was the only one home at the time so I couldnt argue. The next day I had a second repair person who said this Kenmore refrig is known to be noisy. I called customer affairs and there was nothing they would do. I ended up calling Sears store directly and they took care of it which I am thankful for. A new Whirlpool will be sent to me by the end of the week.

Never had any issues. Never had to have it repaired. Ran for several years. They have numerous models and colors to choose from. Ours was an older one, it was a side by side and it was an egg shell color.

My Kenmore refrigerator was extremely dependable. I had it for over ten years and only had to replace the thermostat once and I did that myself in a short amount of time. It operated smoothly with no other problems. Easy to clean with mild soap. Adjustable shelves made it easy to adjust for taller items. Crispers kept fresh foods from getting too cold. Overall this was probably the best refrigerator I ever owned.

I have no trouble out of it and it works like new and I have had it over 5 years now and I will recommend to anyone. I am very happy with it and I would get another one. I dont know the size but its side by side and has a built in ice maker and fruit saver and lunch meat storage and its big. Its white and has two storage container and it takes up most of my kitchen space but I have a lot of storage and it holds a lot of food. It cost a lot but it was worth it. I pay a lot but I know it will last and I wont have to buy another one for a long time to come and I like it and I had a choice of plenty.

My Kenmore lasted 15 years. It had plenty of door space as well as freezer space, kept food at a constant temperature. Mine was a 15 cubic foot single door with top freezer. I would personally recommend a Kenmore to anyone.

It has gallon door bins, adjustable shelving and door bins, 25 cu. ft. of capacity, frost-free freezer, built-in water filter, ice maker, can fit tall bottles and wide ones, tight sealing doors, humidity-controlled and clear crisper drawers, and adjustable spill-proof glass shelving. However, the stainless-steel is hard to keep clean, fingerprints are always on the fridge or smudges. And sometimes the drawers come out fast or fall out of the door, and small items slide around the door if there are gaps.

My Kenmore refrigerator is 21 years old and has never had any problems. We bought it the day we moved into our house. It is the perfect size for our family, 21 cu. Its frost free which is great. It is white which matches our kitchen design.

I own Kenmore Elite three door refrigerator. The light would not shut off inside. And the melted plastic in above the light housing bulb exploded because it was so hot. I called customer service. I was told that even though there are many complaints for the same problem, I had to pay for repairs. I unplugged the light and have to live with this until I can afford another refrigerator.

Good brand. I feel happy because I have brand my family and I can trust. Its a modern refrigerator and I feel happy. Kenmore is a modern refrigerator and good quality. I really love my refrigerator. I used this brand before and I wanted to do again and I dont regret because I feel happy and I would like to recommend my friends, family. Have a brilliant color, have so much space inside. They have in nice colors and make it more attracted for the customers. Value is great but I would like could be a little least because in this days salary is not so high and some people cant buy an expensive refrigerator.

Its a very good fridge however it is small and I have a large family and will be upgrading to a larger one but overall great brand. Have had for 4 years and have not had a problem with it yet. The freezer is way too small, cant fit much in it unless you are single and live by yourself. The fridge part is bigger but not by much - this would be my only complaint with this fridge. Overall the appearance is nice although its very average. Would be nice if the basic fridge like mine had a better design than normal would be better.Considering my fridge is very basic and plain jane with only an ice maker as upgrade its worth what I pay for, being that I bought it from a discount store otherwise it would not be worth the full retail price. Should have more basic upgrades like an egg holder, more space in the door for larger bottles. To make the fridge taller would also allow for a larger freezer and an additional shelf in the fridge.

I like the refrigerators ability to make ice and to change degrees on the freezer. Additionally, I like how the lighting works in the fridge. The separate compartments are a nice touch as well. Stainless steel is a great addition and the added drink dispenser is great too. I enjoy the spaciousness of the freezer and the fridge and like that it is easy to keep clean. But I would prefer if the fridge didnt smell occasionally and stopped leaking. I also wish the fridge had an easier operation and better repairs for leaking. I wish the space was somewhat bigger too and that it will become smart compatible in the future but for now it fits my desires and I enjoy the space it has. The fridge allows me to store anything I need and the freezer has easy access.I picked Kenmore because it was a better priced model than GE or other models. This model was delivered quickly and provided great use over the last few months. This is a great model fridge which allows me to get the most out of my kitchen and helps me with organization and storing food. It has definitely met my expectations and overall it works very well. I love this fridge and freezer. I need to have it and I look forward to using it for years to come.

The Kenmore refrigerator is a pretty good appliance to have in our house. It keeps our food really fresh, the food doesnt lose its taste. We save a lot of money because the food lasts longer than it would have with my old refrigerator. My bill is also lower, I noticed ever since the Kenmore fridge has been in use. I find the fridges temperature setting easy to use.

Kenmore was the brand used in our apartment and that was my first Kenmore experience. When we moved to our house we purchased the same model. Bonus it was on sale. I like the ice maker and bright lights. It is easy to clean which is awesome since we have a toddler who touches everything. The fridge runs quietly even when making ice. But always could use more freezer room. Not really sure how to have that without getting a bigger model. All in all we enjoy it.

Kenmore Elite (Grab-N-Go) Bottom Freezer Refrigerator - The ice maker quit working while still under warranty. End of June it took 2 weeks to get someone to come and look at it July 13. Person had to order parts and come back July 28. Still did not work, more parts and come back August 15. Still did not work, more parts and come back Sept 27. Yet again more parts and come back today Oct 6. If you had not figured it out yet. It still does not work. They are going to come back again.I have had 3 different Techs and the same part was replaced 3 times along with other parts. Now they say the problem could be something different. If this is Kenmore Elite I can only guess what less than ELITE would be like. I ask person a call center about replacing the entire refrigerator and she was not helpful and would not address my questions. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me. I called back and got another person who was helpful and spoke to a supervisor who tried to be helpful, but I think I ask questions not on his script. But he was nice and tried to be helpful.

I had a Kenmore refrigerator many years ago that outlasted itself by many years. My family and I loved it. When it came time to be replaced, there were no models at that time that would fit in the assigned space since I had my kitchen remodeled.

I understand a warranty ending but what kind of fridge dies after such a short term? The worst part of it is, Im in AK, there is no service for Kenmore refs in AK. Sears basically told me to take a hike. Only after I yelled at phone support did they give me troubleshooting instructions. None of which helped. As of now, I believe the refrigerant leaked internally. Its labeled Kenmore Elite; the product, and frankly, the service is a zero!

We loved this appliance. We used it for a few years until we sold our house and let the refrig stay. We never had any problems with it and it ran without any issues. Our refrig was about 26 cu ft, I believe. We are a family of 4 with 5 dogs and we needed a lot of space to store lunches and leftovers in. The appearance was very classic looking, nothing too fancy but it was plenty for what we needed it for. It fit into our kitchen like a charm. Had plenty of storage space for lunch meats, fruits and vegetables. This is a very good value. You are getting your moneys worth when you buy a Kenmore appliance. They run forever and never have any problems and if you do, the service dept is there to fix it for you in a flash.

No ice, poor cooling, slow response for added on 500 dollars Sears warranty. Under one year old fridge, evasive stalling by outsourced warranty company, three minute visit by the repair company. DONT BUY. DONT BUY. DONT BUY.

I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with my Kenmore refrigerator and Kenmore as a company. At 13 months the control board and door seals needed to be replaced. At 15 months insulation parts had to be replaced. At 17 months drain lines had to be replaced as well as door seals again! I emailed Kenmore 4 times and NEVER got a response. This is the French door refrigerator with the extra drawer in the center. I bought it because of the Kenmore name and the large cubic footage (28+). This will be the last Kenmore product I ever buy!

Just had a tech from Sears come over after a week to order a part (circuit board). Guess what? It doesnt match anymore as new Kenmore/Whirlpool parts are not backward compatible. I was told to throw this $3K ref on the curb side and get a new one as it is unlikely repairable. I have never had refrigerator break down like this that cannot be repaired or issues with parts. Leave alone I had to pay $85 for the service call twice with no benefit.

I have had no problems with my refrigerator at all, keeps everything good or frozen as it should. I would definitely recommend Kenmore and if I need to replace mine that is the brand I would definitely purchase.

Kenmore is a great appliance. I really enjoy the self-defrost. The price was reasonable. I had the refrigerator for three years now and its not a problem so far. I would gladly recommend this appliance to a friend or family member. The good thing - If something to happen I have maintenance insurance.

No problems at all. We bought it new in 2008. Wed recommend this refrigerator to anyone. It is the french door model with bottom freezer. It also has a water dispenser with filter.

They never gave me any problems. Never understood some specifications but didnt really need to. Flawless. I would recommend this to everyone. The size could have been better. Some things dont fit inside the freezer area. Otherwise it is an excellent decision. Slick and incredible. Fits perfectly with the kitchen. It was improbable for me to find something bad about the entire look. Simplistic and useful. Great Buy. VALUE is eccentric. It is incredible how good this Refrigerator - it is one of the best products I have purchased in the last 10 years.

My Kenmore is the best refrigerator Ive ever owned. I bought it at a discount so the price was great. It is every efficient and has tons of room for all the groceries and any pre prepared food my family of five needs. After upgrading my refrigerator, Ive seen a significant difference in my electric bill even though this one has more space. It has an ice machine and water fountain which are a great convenience for kids. Moreover, temperature control is easy to customize. The stainless steel is beautiful and messy fingerprints are easy to clean off. Also, theres lots of room for all my kids artwork. It keeps my kitchen fashionable and stylish.

Poor Ice Maker performance on our Kenmore model 106.5113 Refrigerator (Purchased April 21st, 2015). We are dissatisfied with the quantity of ice our new Kenmore refrigerator produces. We called Sears for a repair technician to come out and look at the unit. The technician explained the Sears no longer offers a repair service for these units and he was a third party contractor. He couldnt find anything wrong with the unit and said the new unit is not as good as the old ones. He suggested the accelerator option to force the refrigerator to make ice faster. I told him we tried that and even in accelerator mode, it only fills about one-half of the ice bin in twenty-four hours. We usually do without ice about midday. Our last Kenmore lasted 24 yrs and until the day it died it still would fill the ice bin in less than 24 hours. I wish I would have had it repaired now instead of this piece of junk. His only advice was to use accelerator mode. This is an indoor ice maker and it is very inferior to our previous machine if thats the case. We use to fill a small ice chest with our old machine and it would be full again in a few hours. I dont ever remember this thing ever being full. I gave their service department a poor review so they called me back for a follow-up and said that Sears didnt make Kenmore anymore and I would have to contact the manufacturer. They said this was a Whirlpool unit, gave me their number. I called Whirlpool and they said they didnt make the unit either. Im going back to the store for a refund. No wonder Sears is struggling these days. What a nightmare!

I have been very happy with my Kenmore refrigerator. It is energy efficient so it helps me save on my electric bill. It has never broken down. It is quiet. No frost buildup in the freezer, and no freeze up of foods in the refrigerator. Problems I have encountered with past refrigerators. The price was very reasonable and Sears backs up all their products. I couldnt have asked for more out of my appliance. If you are in the market for a refrigerator I definitely and strongly recommended for you to look into a Kenmore.

The inside of the fridge part runs very well, but after a year the water/ice dispenser ceased to work, and you have to be careful with the freezer as if you put too much in the top shelf, it will leak water everywhere and cause a minor flood. The size of my fridge is fairly good! I can usually fit a months worth of groceries in at the same time with no problem. The freezer side, not so great. I really have to pack it in there. Sleek and sophisticated, fits in pretty much any kitchen. Doesnt require too much cleaning to keep up appearance and what cleaning it does require is easy. I pretty much got what I paid for. I could get the dispenser fixed, Im sure, but for the price I paid for this refrigerator (it was on sale), I got an awesome deal.

My parents bought Kenmore from Sears so when I needed a fridge I went to Sears and bought the same name brand. It was really the main brand that Sears sold so that is where they took me. It was a good fridge for the price. The fridge looked good and the exterior was easy to keep clean. It was durable, lasted a very long time and took a beating and managed to look good. Moreover, I liked the removable shelves for easy cleaning. However, the main shelves were not easy to remove or change. When something spilled in inside, it would often go down the back where I could not see it and pool underneath the crisper containers. In addition, some of the larger items did not fit well in the fridge.

The performance of this refrigerator is outstanding. Its the best fridge out there, in my opinion. I really recommend you to get this. Just make sure you get the right one! The size of my refrigerator is crazy. There is so much storage. The size blew me away the first time I saw it. Just be careful now it looks a lot bigger than it shows in its picture, so dont be fooled thinking its small. The appearance of my refrigerator is great! Its so shiny you can see your own reflection. The perceived value is outstanding. The price is just right and the overall quality is 100%. This is my opinion by the way so dont go off what I say about the value, I hope I had great advice.

The Kenmore refrigerator is not only great at keeping food refrigerated, but offering cool, clean water. The water that comes from our ref is consistently at the perfect temperature and tastes great. It also makes ice, both cubed and crushed, which is extremely useful and much better than the alternative off smashing an ice bag down to get a couple cubes. The size is pretty great, though sometimes the spacing is a bit off in regards to the shelves. It can be difficult to place certain pitchers onto the shelves, due to the spacing of the shelves. Still, it is very spacious and contains a couple of drawers that are great for keeping our food organized. Our Kenmore refrigerator looks modern and sleek, yet also futuristic. The water/ice dispenser lights up, which not only looks nice but is great for those midnight trips to quench your thirst! In this day and age, it is absolutely necessary to have a ref. And while it is not necessary to have a direct source of filtered water, it saves plenty of money to have one, which the Kenmore provides. It also helps to reduce the amount of plastic we use, since we no longer need to buy water by either the gallon jugs or bottled - and, at least to me, that is priceless.

Kept things frozen, must wrap food well otherwise it gets freezer burn like with any freezer. Works well, performs as expected to. Especially spacious for a lot of holding and storage. Is especially important to be spacious and this freezer has a great deal of room for food storage. Great shelving and space for staying and storing all different kinds of foods such as frozen pizza, frozen meals, frozen meats. Good value for the amount of money I had spent on this freezer.

Approximately Nov 10th of 2013, we noticed an RF error on the readout on our refrigerator and our food inside was all 40*. We had purchased a home warranty when we purchased the house so we called Old Republic and reported the problem. On the 12th a repairman from BJ Appliance Service came out and said he was afraid to do anything because he wasnt sure that it wasnt in the sealed part of the refrigerator which is under a ten year warranty so he would report back to Old Republic. Old Republic set up an appointment with Sears (A&E) Repair for November 19th. Since that time they have returned SEVEN times, replacing various parts each time, oftentimes more than once. Twice the repairman who was sent said that it was probably the fault of the first repairman that was sent. I insisted he did nothing but look at it. They finally agreed to a replacement because the fault was in the sealed part of the refrigerator but it took hours on the phone, seven times waiting for service and almost FOUR MONTHS without a working refrigerator. Twice customer service people told us that because we hadnt bought the warranty it was up to us to replace it. And we were also told by Old Republic that Sears and LG were arguing over who should replace it because it is really an LG product. No wonder Sears is failing - they used to stand behind things that had their name on them. And the warranty on this $2600 refrigerator was almost $400! Kenmore (even though it is LG product) and Sears - never again.

The refrigerator performs well and is very easy to maintain. The issue I have is that it is too small for my needs but I cannot get a bigger one due to the space I have to place it. At some point I expect that will change and I will get a larger model with more features... I tend to keep a lot of condiments and require more space in order to keep other item. Also space would be more advantageous since I prepare large meals in advance. I have had to cut down on size and frequency in this regard. But again my issue is a spatial issue. The unit is not unattractive but does lack, shall I say, curb appeal. It would be nice owning a unit that looks exciting or affluent but this is not achievable at this time. I feel I got exactly what I paid for. A functional refrigerator that does its job, affords the necessary space that the average person would need with little extra space for those extra things.

I have a Kenmore Refrigerator (model 253.6000), purchased 11 months ago by my husband for our garage. It has quit working twice, thawing all of the food in the freezer. There is no garage kit for this model and no information in the owners manual that informs the consumer that the unit will stop working in the summer and winter during extreme temperatures. I have been informed that it was manufactured by Frigidaire.

I did a lot of research on refrigerators before I purchased mine. I chose Kenmore for the price and because it had a well-known reputation. I really enjoyed but the model is a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. I also like that I can get water, regular ice, and crushed ice, from the front of the unit. I find that extremely convenient. But the freezer space is a little bit small and the icemaker takes up a lot of room. It is hard to fit in larger boxes.

We purchased a new refrigerator from Sears not quite 4 yrs ago and weve had three service calls, today will be our FOURTH. It has gone from not freezing to freezing too much in the freezer, to not cooling in the fridge part. It is my belief that when a customer has that many problems with an appliance it should be considered a big lemon and should be replaced. I am 65 yrs old and never in my wildest dreams have I ever encountered so many problems. It has been a BIG headache from day one. I would not recommend Kenmore or Sears to anyone.

I had purchased a Kenmore fridge in June 2012, took delivery in December 2012 and began using it then. After using it for 1 month, I emptied it, turned it off for 4 months and went on vacation. Returned back and turned the fridge on with no issues. I was advised to leave the fridge running while we were on another trip in January 2014 but found that our fridges compressor had failed during our 2 month absence. I am guessing it failed early after I left, because when I returned on March 20, 2014, I found some of the items in the fridge had spoiled. In all, this fridge was only in operation for less than 11 months theoretically, and possibly only 9 months. The fridge now runs constantly and wont keep cold. The designated Kenmore neighborhood repair guy said its the compressor thats shot, the motor runs, the compressor doesnt get cold. Sears wont stand behind it because it exceeded its one year warranty, according to the calendar. Since Sears and Kenmore are not willing to stand behind their product. It is my intent to inform others of this issue with my fridge.

We currently own a Kenmore double door refrigerator with the under freezer pull out drawer. We have 5 children so we are always concerned about having enough space. Our Kenmore refrigerator is very spacious and gorgeous. We love it and would definitely recommend it.

My refrigerator was extremely reliable and built very well. It was very easy to clean and was extremely quiet. I would highly recommend it. We picked the smaller size refrigerator due to being on a tight budget. However, we were surprised at how much space it actually had. We were able to utilize the space given without any issues. It was a basic unit with a beige exterior. Theres not much to say other than it held up over the years and was very tough. It took some bumps without issue and stayed strong. It was an excellent value for the money. It performed excellently. It never broke down or had any mechanical or structural issues. It had enough space inside and was easy to clean.

We shopped around and considering the price, warranty, and features the fridge met our family needs and expectations for the needs of cooking and storing food. The fridge was reliable, energy efficient and it worked for a long time not needing repairs. We like the ease of cleaning on outside and wipe down and maintaining. The most difficult part of cleaning is usually the inside but this one was fine. But it could have a better ice maker. We have historically had good experiences with the Sears brand of appliances, but sometimes the ice clogged up and didnt dispense as it should needing some manual fixing.

I purchased a high end Kenmore Elite refrigerator and it worked great for a total of 18 months before the compressor died. I kept trying to call Sears support (non-support) and I kept getting people in India that could hardly speak English. After days of contacting, I finally got a response from support on Twitter. They gave me a contact number to call. Of course it was once again India and when going over the issue again they said I had no warranty. I explained it was a Kenmore 5 year warranty for the compressor and they said no. Anyway, they set up an appointment for a tech to come out. Two days later I get an automated call from Sears to call them at that same India 800 number. The automated menu system said I have no appointment. After pressing 0 a dozen times I get to talk to someone that could almost speak English and they said they have to reschedule my appointment which will be 2 weeks out. I had no other choice at this point. All of my food is ruined so I went out and bought another $800.00 fridge just to get by while my $2899.99 fridge sits dead waiting for service. The tech came out and said he will have to order the compressor and it will cost me an extra $330.00 to have it installed AND that it will only last about a year and a half. Well... I am screwed! Thanks for the hard time screwing Sears, Kenmore and LG! I found that these refrigerators are actually LG.

This review pertains to a Kenmore Elite refrigerator Model 795.74022.410 purchased for $2500 (retail price is about $3800) at the end of November 2014. It was supposed to be an upgrade/replacement for our GE refrigerator of 19 years. After 8 months of ownership, we had defrosted the refrigerator 3 times. This is something I have not done in more than 30 years, because refrigerators are frostless. I had noticed that the defrost drains were iced solid. There was a sheet of ice at the bottom of the refrigerator and water was dripping out the front. A serviceman finally came to examine the unit, disassembled the inner parts of the refrigerator, and performed a defrost with a steam gun. He installed a probe to detect icing and assist the defroster. He was very professional and did a great job. This repair/modification had been his third unit this week. At the end of the service call, he tried to sell me an extended 1 year warranty for $320 (>$26/month). I felt this was a last ditch effort for Sears to profit and mitigate their risk. I expect a refrigerator to last nearly 20 years, and I dont believe this unit will make 3 years. When I replace this refrigerator, Sears wont even be a consideration. In fact, I will no longer shop at Sears for any product.

Very easy to keep things organized with a lot of shelf space and drawers. Vegetables and fruits stay crisp. Plenty of room in the freezer. Temperatures in the fridge and freezer remained constant. My refrigerator is on the smaller side because it has to fit in a small space. I am very happy with the refrigerators interior. There is more than enough room for all of my items. You can configure the shelves in a way to provide the most benefit. I chose the black refrigerator because I dont care for stainless steel. It does show finger prints and smudges more than white but the color is very pretty and it is quite easy to keep clean. This is a high efficiency appliance and was well worth every dollar I paid for it. I have had this appliance for two years and have not had any problems with it.

The fridge performs very well and does not raise your monthly cost of living that much. My food stayed fresher longer and the space that it took up was slightly less than my old fridge. The freezer was quite large compared to most fridges that Ive owned in the past. The fridge cooling area was very nice with plenty of shelves and door space for all my needs. It really does not look special but it looks like all standard refrigerators. The paint was done very well though without any runs or high / low spots. I was very happy with the cost of the fridge for its size and brand. The brand I knew was reliable and the size was what my family was looking for. Overall it is a great value.

Holds food, aesthetically pleasing. Pretty cold on the inside. One side cools and one side freezes. Does what it is supposed to. Its so big I routinely lose food I place inside of it. Its square. Looks like all the other brands I have seen. Made out of some shiny type of metal. I put 4 dents in the door trying to get it inside. Works just as good as the one in my shop that I picked up at a local scrap yard. In short, it works.

I love this brand, hasnt failed me yet! My most recent purchase is a Kenmore refrigerator and I couldnt be happier, it fit perfectly in my new home. Ice maker, water dispenser, and tons of room in my fridge and freezer.

I am very happy with my Kenmore refrigerator. It is spacious, it keeps things as cold as I like them, and the freezer is large enough so that when I shop for a week or two of frozen items, I have plenty of room for them even though I also have freezer jams, and other extras that I keep frozen on hand. I have never had any trouble with this refrigerator and I have had it for several years.

We have a large family so splurged and spent worth of $3,000 for a new Kenmore Elite Refrigerator (model 795.72092.310). It was the largest fridge offered by Kenmore at the time. The interior is made entirely of plastic and has been cracking and breaking since almost new. I just spent over $100 for new door shelves - after patching and repairing the old ones for a year. The bottom shelf is cracked in half and the crisper drawers will no longer close without a fight. The sliding shelf in the freezer pops off the track all of the time - just enough to hold the door open but not enough to trip the DOOR OPEN alarm. We regularly get up in the AM to a melted freezer of food that has set just slightly open all night. I am looking for the original receipt but the fridge was purchased on my Sears credit card so purchase date should not be in dispute.

Very nice, quiet, works very well, holds lots of food, keeps foods at the perfect temperatures. Barely hear it running, super quiet, I would highly recommend this. Very nice, perfect size, not too big, not too small, has the perfect amount of compartments, and shelving space. Very nice looking fridge, white is nice, it matches everything. Nice design, look. It is not too plain, but not too flashy. I got this on sale, it was a very good deal. Even if it wasnt on sale, I would have bought it. It was made by a great company, and I would highly recommend it.

It freezes well and keep my food fresh. I had it for 1 year and half. I have no problems with it so far. It provides enough space for the amount food I buy. The compartments work well. It is easy to clean. I do not need a big refrigerator with all of those modern mechanisms. It is the right size for me. I live alone but I have enough room if another person was to live with me. My refrigerator is white to match the decor of my kitchen. It fits perfectly in the space designated for it. It does not take up a lot of room. The vegetable and fruit compartments work very well. My vegetable stay fresh for a long time. I can my ginger ale liters in the soda compartment. It is spacious if I wanted to buy a lot of food. The freezer is a good size for the amount of frozen food I purchase. I really feel happy with my new refrigerator. It does not make a lot of noise. For the price I paid for it I did get a better value than expected. Kenmore products are usually good quality. It is not so big but it has good features and it is modern. It is of good size if it needs to be moved anywhere. It is not too high for things that I place on top of it. The doors open well and close well.

Kenmore Elite Refrig made by LG - Ask first and STAY AWAY. Short and sweet, 1st refrig, 9 mos old, 5 service calls before declared dead (took 6 weeks). Replacement refrig, 6 months old, 2nd service call (2 weeks so far, new board, new interior panel, broke by serviceman). STAY AWAY FROM LG REFRIGERATORS. THEY SUCK. NO QUALITY CONTROL and they do not care! Buy the service package. You will need it!!!!!!!

Model 59672389411 - I bought this ref for $1999.99. Sears wanted me to buy a 799.99 5 year extended warranty. This was almost half the cost of the ref so I choose not to. I have never bought extended warranties before and have never needed to on appliances. I bought the ref on 7/10/15 and it stop working on 1/28/2017 that is 18 months later. Both the coolant lines were leaking. Repairman said he would have to replace them and the compressor. This is pretty much the complete sealed system. Cost would be $911.79. Again half the cost of the ref and I would only get 90 day warranty on that. I have called every number I can find for Sears. 1-888-507-9312 Sears corporate advocate who referred me to 1-888-536-6673 who referred me to 1-800-549-4505 Sears national customer hotline who told me there is nothing they can do. Before those calls I called 1-888-536-6673, 1-847-286-2500, 1-800-469-4663, and was given the e-mail address shc@customerservice.sears.com. No one at any of these numbers would help. I am just SOL. I have to throw this refrigerator in the land fill. I am appalled over this!!! Sears should be accountable for their products. I wanted to get in touch with the person who manufactured the ref because they should be accountable for the parts they make but no one will tell me who it is. I found a site that said Amana was the manufacturer. When I called them they would not say they made the parts. The consumer is being ripped off by Sears. As you can read in all the other reviews some thud is going on with the ref manufactured after 2015. I still do not have a ref and it is 3/12/2017. Because I am so mad I am going to report Sears to every agency I can find. Do not buy their products!!!

Ice maker breaking - freezer door wont stay close use you push it & shelves breaking. I dont like but cant afford to buy a new one and it WILL NOT BE A KENMORE. It fits all the items, shelves hold enough items, cant get a 2 liter of soda on the top shelf, dont hold enough eggs, butter and other small items - lettuce wont stay cold, put a item in back on it FREEZES up. Big enough for 2 people not big enough for more than 3 - holds enough items that we need. I would never ever ever in many year ever buy a KENMORE. I DO NOT intend for anyone to buy a KENMORE. Service calls they dont show up. Never have the parts in stock. Always late on showing on a service call.

It has lots of room to store your food items inside. The freezer is also large. it also is very energy saving. The built in ice maker is a joy. The size is big enough for your needs. Plenty of shelves to put your food items on. The freezer keeps your frozen food items frozen till youre ready to use them. It is a good looking refrigerator, and the stainless steel color is a delight. Not too large for the kitchen. Not an ugly looking box to have. The value is very affordable, and most other types dont compare to the cost of this one. Others cost more and they are not as good to use.

We have a 5 year old Kenmore refrigerator and twice in the past 4 months the water line thats attached to the fridge has developed a crack lengthwise along the line causing extensive flooding in our house since we werent home either time it happened. Our plumber has ruled out any problem with the connector that connects the line to the external water supply braided hose. The plumber is convinced that Sears received a bad batch of 1/4 lines when they assembled these units.

Only the noise it makes inside of it and the width inside of freezer is too small and the inside of refrigerator is narrow. Otherwise its okay. It is very narrow to me and it is not that deep and somewhat short. Has poor storage space and its not good for large items. Youd have to remove shelves for it to be workable. Its a beautiful black and the handles are nice. The outside of it is very perfect and it looks like it is made nicely. I like how it has wheels for easy moving. It definitely fit my pocketbook plus. Due to others I got a few discounts on it which made me very happy. I would buy it again if I need one and or had the money to do so.

If I could I wouldnt even give it a whole star. Maybe half a star if theyre lucky. The fridge we bought did not last very long. Maybe 3 years and when it broke down it was near impossible to get any help to get it fixed. The warranty was expired and was forced to have to buy a new one. The warranties that the fridges have are junk and should be at least 5 years. They are cheaply built, built to not last so you have to buy a new one in a few years. Will never buy anything Kenmore ever again. Totality dissatisfied with their products and warranties you get with items.

Its a great fridge. My only complaint would be it stains easily and its hard to get clean sometimes but overall Im happy with the fridge. Its a great size and fits all my stuff. I could maybe use more freezer space though. It looks great with the other colors in my fridge and works well with stainless steel. Im quite happy with the color. I got this fridge from a neighbor so it was a particularly good value.

It was okay. We had it for six years, then we got a new one. There is not much more I can say about a refrigerator I had more than twenty years ago. At least, not enough to come up with one hundred eighty characters to describe it. We bought a used refrigerator. We used it for six years. Later on we needed a larger one, so we bought it and traded the old Kenmore in for it.

Not as good as my current washer but it lasted a few years for the price we paid. Had better luck with it than our Kenmore fridge. Not sure I would buy brand again unless it came with a longer warranty at no cost.
