Kenmore is a great company. They always make the best products and this dishwasher is one of them. Ive owned it for approximately five years. It has a good value and its average size is perfect for our family and most homes. It is not too big or too small. The dishwashers appearance is very nice. Nothing too fancy, but attractive. It performed very well, runs smooth, gets your dishes clean, and is relatively quiet. The controls are easy to start and stop and has a good design for an excellent price. It also never needed any repairs while we had it.

This dishwasher has the best performance that I expected. It is also economical toward my water bill. When I recommend this product to others I believe that they will be inspired to try it out. It is just the right size because it fits comfortable in my kitchen and I use whenever I need to without any disturbance because I replaced it with the old one I had. The performance of the dishwasher was fast and efficient. I could clean large items with ease and the dry process was quick. Also there was no spots on the dishes either. I have some large pots and pans and those were nice to fit. All my other items that went into the dishwasher fit perfectly. The dishwasher is the perfect size and even if it was bigger, that would be great. I love the look of it. At first, I always thought that stainless steel was not my thing, but after getting this dishwasher, I found it to be nice. Although, if the fingerprints did not show up as easy as they do, that would be a plus. The value of the Kenmore dishwasher is nice and valuable. I always have thought that Kenmore was a good brand. I bought it at Sears which is a name that I can trust and that is why I find Kenmore items to last longer and are very tough.

My Kenmore ELITE refrigerator failed almost immediately when the seals around the freezer drawers wouldnt shut due to lack of a good seal. They would form blocks of ice and would not shut. I should have realized something was wrong with customer service when they used silicone to seal the drawer. That was their fix. The upper doors now are also not sealing and the product is out of warranty. It took less than 2 years for this product to turn into junk after spending over $3000 and that was a SALE PRICE. Also for just $700 more dollars to buy another warranty, plus a $60 service call, they can come look at it. Im done with Sears and Kenmore. I dont even have the heart to tell you about the even newer dishwasher we purchased. If you are thinking SEARS or KENMORE, RUN AWAY!!!

It is a brand I trust and have owned before. It was recommended to me by friends and by family who have used it for years and have had no complaints. We have a very large family that cooks a lot and appreciate not having to wash dishes after preparing such a large meal for our families. Easy to use and gets everything clean which is very important. In my family we have a lot of parties and use the dishwasher a lot for these large special occasions that are very important to my future. We bake BBQ fry so much cooking. I have found this to be the best dishwasher I and my family has ever used. A little hard to load larger pieces in the machine. The one thing that would be better would be if I could fit larger pieces in the dishwasher with more ease. I cook a lot and need room for large dishes.

Kenmore Elite is one of those dishwashers that you have to prewash the dishes. I bought this about 5 years ago and it started leaking. I found out it was a $5 seal that has been discontinued EVERYWHERE. SEARS, WHIRLPOOL, AMAZON AND EBAY. NO LUCK. The best place for this dishwasher is a landfill. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Model 665.1396 Although this dishwasher cleaned very well and is super quiet, the first year the something needed to be replaced under warranty. The second, a part of the rack dry rotted and I bought the part on eBay for $25 and fixed it. The third year, the thermocouple went and again I replaced it myself. $50. This is the fourth year weve had this and the control panel wont light and looks like it is one of two $130 parts. I give up and will be looking for a new dishwasher. I wont cry when Sears goes out of business. Raise your quality manufacturing standards and stand behind your products. So obvious, I dont know what CEOs get paid for.

It gets food off everything, even if not rinsed out. It dries the dishes well and the pot feature is great. The filter on the bottom separates the food. This makes it easy too. The top has good depth and fits tall glasses and also some pots and pans. The bottom can fit in a lot and often I can get extra dishes, glasses and casserole dishes, even pot tops or roasting pans. I try and keep it clean and wipe it down with a dose decent spray. Also we clean the inside every couple of months. The value for money has exceeded our expectations. The dishwasher is really sturdy inside and was not made with flimsy plastic.

I love my dishwasher. Its fantastic and cleans my dishes with very little effort. There is never any residue left on my dishes and it has excellent settings. There was even an option to sterilize the dishes with really hot water. I like the setting but it left soap spots on everything, so the cooler setting was ultimately better. Also, there were lots of little cubbies to put small items. Its hard to find bad things about a machine that worked perfectly for several years. The top rack would slip off the track and be a pain to put back, but that was about it.

We bought the Kenmore appliance because its a brand we are used to and is reliable and the quality is by far better than other brands. The washing machine washes the dishes really great. It very reliable. Never breaks down and the glasses and cups are clean and clear and the color looks great in the kitchen. Easy to load and the utensils come out shiny and clean. Plenty of space for every pot, pan or serving trays. They all fit in nice and very neatly. The washer could be more energy efficient and made from recycled materials, the hinges can be of better quality, more rust resistant and could come with a lifetime warranty. The washers door could be more stain resistant and maybe have a glass window on the front of the washer so one can see if the machine is working properly. Our family has used Kenmore for years and year and I cannot recall having any.

The machine runs forever. What I mean is even the cycle listed as 1 hour runs for 3 hours. I have also noticed that lately its cleaning ability has diminished. I have to almost wash everything before I put it in. In addition, I have started to put paper towels under it because it been known to leak. My last dishwasher worked really well but it was so old that there were no replacement parts when it needed repair.

I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher model #665.13963K014 which I purchased new in 2011 alongside a Kenmore Elite refrigerator which has failed 3x in 4 years. However, this dishwasher is EXCELLENT. No troubles, everything comes out clean virtually every time (unless I load something wrong, usually). My wife and I love it. It is so quiet that you cannot hear it in the next room and you could even miss hearing it in the kitchen if you didnt listen for it. Wonderful! I dont know who makes this for Sears, but it is a quality appliance in my opinion.

I have been very happy with this dishwasher. I have had it for approximately 10 years and it’s still going strong! Cleans well and runs quietly. My only complaint would be the length of a run cycle. However, I think it is average for a energy efficient dishwasher.

This Kenmore Elite dishwasher has a nice sleek appearance and does a good job in getting the dishes clean but it has a lot of plastic parts. After 2.5 years of use, the plastic wheels broke, the upper basket plastic parts began to deteriorate and had to be replaced. I felt for the price I paid, I should not have had to repair and replace parts so soon after initial purchase.

The unit does a reasonable job with the daily dishwashing needs. The unit does not perform as well with heavier greased up pots and pans. The unit also falls short if it is filled to its normal capacity.

I purchased a new home a little over a year ago. My ice maker and water dispenser quit working in my Kenmore refrigerator. Now a month later my Kenmore dishwasher does not drain. Repairman came out $175.00 and it is still not working. I will never purchase a Kenmore product.

I purchased my Kenmore in the summer of 1999. Ive never had a service call on it, and never had a problem with it. It cleans the clothes pretty well, but I wouldnt rate it as great. Its been a good purchase for the money, and has far outlasted the fancy name brands that some of my friends have. My biggest beef is that Sears insisted that the county in which I live adds a permit charge, and therefore, my good deal went up significantly. I made the same mistake when I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from Sears. They charged me a permit charge. I later learned that there is no such thing.

It was 36 in by 48 in high with wheels so that I could roll it around. It very Durable and lightweight. The kitchen was very small but got the job done. It was very light - maybe a white or a off white in color but very good looking dishwasher that I would recommended to family or friends. I know they would like it. I have had my current dishwasher for over thirty (30) years and honestly have had no major problems with it. The lower basket needs to be replaced since there is probably five to six (5-6) prongs that keep the dishes in place. Due to how old this product is Sears (Kenmore) has difficulty finding a replacement part for the dishwasher. Any suggestions? This the first and only dishwasher I have ever owned. My prior dishwasher were my right hand and my left hand. These as well as my Kenmore run a close first and second. Kenmore is a far better product than ninety-five (95%) of ANY manufactured product on the market today. Keep up the great manufacturing you do Kenmore. HUGE kudos to both Sears and Kenmore.

Washes large loads of dishes clean and very efficiently in very little time... It seems very easy to load and unload and to stack several layers. Cost was extremely reasonable too. The size of my dishwasher is nearly perfect for the size of my kitchen. It meets my needs and cleans enough dishes for at least a weeks worth of servings. This dishwasher was already in a home I bought and when I saw it was a Kenmore I was skeptical. Much to my surprise, its the best dishwasher Ive ever had and Im 64 years old. It has 5 cycles and 5 options but the normal wash with heat dry is all Ive ever needed. It gets everything sparkling clean. The interior is stainless which I had never had before but its easy to wipe clean. The outside is sleek and unobtrusive. The controls are easy to see. Its practically silent. I only hear it for a minute or so as it cycles through.

My 1 1/2 year old Kenmore refrigerator freezes everything on the top 2 shelves, no matter how high I put the temp, AND the ice hardly makes any ice. You get about 8 cups every 24 hours!!!My Kenmore Elite Dishwasher (was a great dishwasher while it ran), BUT all of a sudden it started making a VERY loud noise and it is so loud, you cant hear someone talking in the kitchen, I have never heard anything like it from a dishwasher! My Kenmore Elite Microwave suddenly made a really loud pop noise and it smelled like it caught on fire! Customer Service said there was a recall on the refrigerator, so they made an appointment for a technician to come out. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! So I called back and they said now the computer would not allow them to make an appointment for me. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get to supervisors to help me. NO HELP!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU KENMORE!!! I will never buy another Kenmore item.

Its washed the dishes really well. Never had to double wash. I loved it and I definitely had no complaints. Just use the right dishwasher detergent. It fit well in the spot it was place. It was a replacement dishwasher. And it was money well spent. I would buy it again if I had and would chose that one. Very shiny and brand new and very efficient. Great value for my money. Very valuable and would not compare it to any other dishwasher.

My dishes come out very clean and sanitized. The dishwasher holds a nice sized load and it does not have to be loaded perfectly. Its energy efficient and runs quietly. Its a little small, but I can still fit all my dishes in easily. I dont put pots or large pans in the dishwasher so there is enough room for dishes and glassware. If I try to overload it, the dishes dont get clean. This is a very basic looking dishwasher so it does not have much appeal. However its simplicity allows it to blend in with the surrounding decor easily. It would be nice if it had a handle across the front instead of just a dial. Its reputation alone makes it a great value. You do not get all of the bells and whistles with this one but you get a reliable dishwasher that does a great job.

The washer works extremely well as does the dryer. Very satisfied. I have had the washer and dryer for the last five years. I have never had a problem with the washer or dryer or dishwasher I currently own. I have owned the washer, dryer for over a year. The washer cleans the clothes very well. My dryer works extremely well. It usually takes approximately one half hour to dry a medium size load. My utility bill is extremely low because I use washer and dryer up to ten times a week. I am able to wash and dry blankets in the washer and dry them in dryer, so I am so glad I dont have to go to the laundromat to do my laundry.

The performance of my dishwasher is amazing!! It doesnt leave any filth, grime, or spots whatsoever! It even cleans those hard to reach areas that you normally have to get by hand! Very happy! The size of my dishwasher is perfect! I can for everything I need to! The dishwasher is compatible for all sizes of cookware! I have had no issues with the size at all and I own a ton of cookware! Even my largest pans and kettles fit! The appearance of my dishwasher is very nice! It fits well in the kitchen, it blends in with all other appliances in my kitchen as well. It definitely is a eye catcher when people walk into the kitchen. The value of my dishwasher was worth every single penny spent! It has a warranty as well. The company is amazing. I know Ill get my moneys worth out of it because I already am! It saves so much time and space as well.

It cleans the cookware and dishes. Does not need a lot of information and instructions to operate. Does a good job of cleaning food stuff from the dishes and cookware. It fits well in the counter space provided. The cabinet makers provided the hole for the dishwasher, and it just fit right into the spot. It looks good and the finish is easy to clean. It does not show dirt or smudges at all. It works well and does a good job. The life of the item is yet to be determined.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite dishwasher with an extended warranty, and was installed on 6/27/11. It stopped working, so I called the service to request an appointment on 9/2/2011, but no one showed up or called. On 9/12/11, I requested another appointment, again, no one called/showed up. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 45 minutes, to no avail. We have scheduled another appointment, but I realized that they are totally unreliable. I may have to go outside for repair, and bill Sears. The dishwasher is less than 3 months old. Our previous washer (not a Sears), lasted over 18 years without any problem!

I am happy with my Kenmore Elite and think it is top quality. Have had no problems with it and it works steadily with little noise. My Kenmore Elite fits all the dishes/glasses/pans I wash in it and I use it all of the time. I simply put dishes in it after scraping off food and wash when it has a number of dishes to do usually daily or semi daily. Dishes are always cleaned very well and dried. Very seldom see spots. Dishwasher looks good and I like the interior being stainless steel. My Kenmore Elite fits the decor of my kitchen perfectly in bisque beige. It is a perfect size and has removable areas for thorough cleaning accumulated food particles that might accumulate from time to time. All parts are working fine and ultra quiet when operating. Perceived value of my Kenmore Elite is more than I paid for it when you realize that you will receive many years of fine working from this appliance for the small price you originally paid for it. You get your moneys worth from this appliance in the long run so it is worth a little extra for more features too.

My refrigerator lasted for many years. It has been very reliable. Not once did we need to contact a repair person. It is easy to organize and a breeze to clean. I can see what I need at a glance. I can get in several gallons of milk and several dozen eggs with plenty of room for yogurt and cottage cheese. My refrigerator looks nice among my kitchen cabinets. It is built in and attractive. It literally gleams when cleaned with dish soap and water. We bought our refrigerator on sale. It was an excellent value when compared with other refrigerators the same height and cubic feet. It was actually less expensive than some larger models.

It does great on washing dishes and silverware. Sometimes pot and pans have to be laying down to get cleaned, others times not. I make sure I rinse all dishes before putting them in so food doesnt stick if I dont run it right away. It fit perfect next to the sink and it has different settings on it for different washings. It is about 36 inches wide and I think 48 inches tall. I got a dishwasher that is black with white writing on it and the knob turns to what setting I want. It does have a delay cycle to use if you dont want to start it right away and a dry cycle. It is a great dishwasher. It has a separate basket for silverware that you can take out of machine and 2 racks for dishes. Top one is great for cups and glasses. The bottom one I use for the rest. On the door it has where you add detergent and rinse stuff.

Runs super quiet. Has several cycle options for whatever your cleaning needs are. Built solid. Superb quality for the money spent. I would highly recommend this product if you are considering a new dishwasher. The size is perfect for my familys needs. Four people go through a lot of dishes. Usually runs once a day. Plenty of room for all our cleaning needs. I love the black. It goes well with my kitchens decor. Easy to clean and attractive. When we visited the store and saw the floor model it stood out very easily against some of the other models. It was an easy sell and we are very pleased. I cant say enough about the value for the money spent. We got a great deal on this unit and the store had several in stock. I have never regretted making this purchase. Money well spent on an investment.

Kenmore is a well known brand of kitchen appliances and it did meet my expectations in every way. It was a really good dishwasher and never had any problems whatsoever with it. But, I dislike how water stayed in the bottom of mine after the wash cycle. I’m not sure if it was just a defect in the one I had bought but I loved everything else about it. I also like that it really does good with getting the dishes clean and I feel like they always had a streak free shine and a good heated wash cycle and left my dishes smelling good every time.

It was capable of holding all of my dishes, including all of my utensils. It was able to clean everything quite well, and it worked very quietly. It was easy to load, and unload. Nothing complicated. Near the end of its run, it began to have a hard time cleaning all of the dishes. It also did not always clean EVERY dish, and had trouble reaching all of the utensils, sometimes. Kenmore has met my expectations. I chose it because it was easily recognizable and relatively cheap. It also worked very well. Overall, I was quite happy with the product.

A couple of things I really liked about the Kenmore dishwasher I owned was it was very quiet while running. But the most important thing is that it was easy to clean the debris trap inside. However, one of the things I noticed is it would often not totally clean the dishes as it DID when I first got it. I would sometimes not always have to run the washer twice. I purchased because it came highly recommended by a friend who is very knowledgeable about major appliances. Still, its a great machine. And yes, Kenmore has met my expectations and I am satisfied.

Kenmore is recommended to me by someone that bought the brand and was very satisfied by it and I decided to try the brand. The capacity of the dishwasher is of a good quantity and very practical for many plates and cups. It is very convenient and the thoroughness of the washing. It is much better than other brands. But it does not rinse out correctly when the dishwasher is too full and the spacing between the units is cramped up. The stains remain on the glasses and it does cause an inconvenience at times.

Had serviceman and plumber look at dishwasher. Keeps water in bottom after it has finished cycling. I no longer use it. I wash dishes by hand. No answer on what the problem is. I thought the idea of having a steam cycle was good. This would work for someone who has an autoimmune disease and would help with germs. Everything is hidden in the top of dishwasher so nothing shows on outside. I like the look. I would tell others about the look and how much I like it to others. I had the choice of a Bosch and a Sears dishwasher. The prices were similar. I have always thought Sears stood by their products so I went with it instead of Bosch. I am left to wonder.

The appearance is very sleek and simple. It fits in mostly with everything. I am pretty sure is available in other colors such as stainless steel. It fits very well in my kitchen. It is just the right size for most kitchen and it aint big and gawky. Very compact. I had some hard dishes to get clean and it cleaned it spotless. It also didnt take very long for it to complete its cycles. I am very happy with its performance. My perceived value is very satisfied with it. I havent had it very long but I am sure it will last long. It seems to be built very durable. Everyone should be satisfied.

Kenmore is a well known, affordable brand. I felt that I would get a sturdy machine and the best value for my money. I live in an apartment and its just me so I didnt need anything heavy duty. My dishes are always cleaned wonderfully as long as I pre-rinse and remove most of the food from the dishes beforehand. The drying cycle works better than the last whirlpool I had also. But, I wish the pressure was a bit more, although Im not sure if that is an issue with my water or not. The drying cycle dries everything perfectly except for plastic items. I would have also planned the silverware holder to be a bit more sturdy.

I like the overall design of the dishwasher! When it was used it cleaned perfectly and there was so much space. It had many different functions you could use. It was also economical and saved water. The only thing I would improve would be the amount of time it took to wash the dishes seemed to take awhile. Overall its been great. If I had to choose to buy another I would probably buy the same one again.

This dishwasher cleans dishes ok. I still need to a good rinse because food residue may still be on my dishes. It is quiet in a small townhouse. It does not have many settings. This dishwasher is big enough for one person. If you have more than one person, it will fill up fast. If I had to do it again, I would go for an upgraded dishwasher. I purchased it from Sears because someone was able to help me understand the features and answer my questions about the differences in the various dishwashers and they were on sale. Energy efficiency is a quality that helps my bottom line money. The fact that save energy is huge. Another feature is being able to choose between Smart wash, pots and pans, Normal or 1 hour wash helps. My last dishwasher did not have a pots and pans feature and I hate washing pots. And the stainless steel front is sleek. However, this is not a very quiet dishwasher. I usually start the dishwasher and go to bed and you can hear the dishwasher upstairs. It would be nice to have the sounds absorbed somehow.

Cleans dishes thoroughly. Easy to use. With the right dishwashing soap it can remove baked on and stubborn spots. It is very low in the noise department. Not silent but very low. Quick, fast, quiet, does the job, looks nice and work great. I love my dishwasher. I cant wait to update all my appliances if this is a good long lasting brand. Perfect size, doesnt take up much space but can hold a good amount of dishes, perfect space for everything, too nice, inner and outer appearance. I really love this fridge. The double doors make it very easy to grab and put away groceries. Not to mention all the space for larger dishes and groceries. The freezer part is very deep so you’re about to put a lot of stuff in.

Would gave a 4.5 instead of 4, but you dont have it, and 5 means its perfect, there always room for improvement in my view. Had the dishwasher for 18+ yrs and during that time only had to replace a clogged spray arm at the bottom. A $20.00 parts. DIY. Therefore it does not owes me anything and was money well spent, especially in these days where most mechanical & electronic usually requires a 5 or 10 years warranty extension on something which should last 20 years plus. Thus manufacturer are not really doing a good QC of their products.

Appearance is the same of all dishwashers. But it is very good. So many features and buttons. Performance is also good but it takes long time to dry. Otherwise is perfect size, but stainless steel is cheap. Cannot use any cleaner. I use Glass Plus and I saw lots of ugly spots. Drying problem is there as well. But size is perfect. And it runs very perfect. Enough space I have. I can organize all dishes and cups and I can do full load. Good value but is worth it. Everybody is looking for performance not for price.

Im satisfied with the appearance of this dishwasher although this dishwasher looks like your standard dishwasher. The color and finish are acceptable. The dial does not stand out in a bad way. This dishwasher has plenty of room for all types of dishes, from plates and bowls to mixing bowls to pots and pans to silverware to cups and mugs. I dont have a problem fitting in all my dishes. It does exactly what a dishwasher should: cleans dishes without pre-washing. Its efficient, not too loud, and easy to use. This specific dishwasher is a good value when compared to all dishwashers. It isnt ridiculously expensive, but its also not cheap or poorly made. I would recommend this dishwasher and If youre in the market for a dishwasher, this is a good value for your money.

There was enough room to include my pots and pans and dishes at the same time. The machine fit in well with my decor and was easy to keep clean. It was the same color as my other appliances in my kitchen and I was very satisfied with the appearance. Because the dishwasher was sized well, worked well and looked well plus was very reliable it had a big value to me. I cannot praise the machine enough the five years I used it.

Fridge stayed cold very well and freezer stayed really cold very well. Lasted a good amount of years, but eventually the ice dispenser stopped working. Large enough to fit all of the food items and drinks for my family of four. Enough room for main dishes and side dishes on holidays, as well as enough room to store leftover food items among other things. The appearance of this fridge was very sleek looking and fit very well in my modernly decorated home. I liked the silver look and it matched the colors with the rest of the kitchen. The value of it was definitely worth it. The price was very reasonable and it lasted a very long time to make it worth it. It kept everything cold and fresh.

I bought a Kenmore Elite dishwasher from Sears approximately 5 years ago. The dishwasher just caught on fire this evening. I was lucky that I was home. The whole control panel was sending out smoke, flames, and electrical sparks. I would like to know if there is a recall on this model. It cleaned well if you rinsed dishes before, not the best one Ive had. It could be better. It wasnt awful for the price. It was a decent sized dishwasher it took about a week to fill and it was to fit larger items as well. It was a sleek design. It looks nice and it stays clean. I love the look of it. Its so nice and it fits in my kitchen nice. Very good aesthetics. It was expensive and it sucks sometimes but oh well it works and it is okay but not great value. It could be much better.
