This washer was a very good one. It was strong enough to thoroughly clean the dishes and was quiet. I would recommend this as a good choice. I had no problem fitting in my dishes in this dishwasher. There was enough room to include my pots and pans and dishes at the same time. The machine fit in well with my decor and was easy to keep clean. It was the same color as my other appliances in my kitchen and I was very satisfied with the appearance. Because the dishwasher was sized well, worked well and looked well plus was very reliable it had a big value to me. I cannot praise the machine enough the five years I used it.

I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher model #665.13963K014 which I purchased new in 2011 alongside a Kenmore Elite refrigerator which has failed 3x in 4 years. However, this dishwasher is EXCELLENT. No troubles, everything comes out clean virtually every time (unless I load something wrong, usually). My wife and I love it. It is so quiet that you cannot hear it in the next room and you could even miss hearing it in the kitchen if you didnt listen for it. Wonderful! I dont know who makes this for Sears, but it is a quality appliance in my opinion.

I used Kenmore Dishwasher every 1 -2 days and it always cleaned dishes perfectly. It had energy saving options as well which was a good feature to have. Often set it to run in the night and operated quietly. It was always big enough to hold several meals worth of dishes thereby allowing for us to only run it every other day. Its good to be able to do it this way. We chose the black front to blend in and be less visible. The panel was easy to keep clean and looked nice. Some visitors even commented on how nice the piece looked in our kitchen which I found interesting. Price was about what youd expect to pay for a dishwasher and I felt like the Kenmore brand was a quality brand that spoke for itself.

It fits pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, containers, cups, etc. I never have an issue getting what I need in there and washed. It dries them all well too. Kenmore has a long lasting reputation in my community as well as others. It is appealing to a family and not just a person. It is a relatable brand with great advertising and its products really do provide the service that they say they should. Its efficient. It washes dishes perfectly clean the first time that I run the dishwasher and it does not take a very long time for the cycles to run through and it is aesthetically appealing as well. The only thing that I would improve is the longevity of the product but even then Im not sure how long they actually last because Ive had mine so long and Ive never had a problem.

Tonight, my Kenmore Elite 665 model control panel caught on fire. I was upstairs and my two daughters were yelling that something was burning. I came downstairs to find my kitchen full of smoke. The front of my dishwasher, the plastic has melted and there was soot on the stainless steel. We opened the control panel and everything was melted. I can not imagine what would have happened if I were not home. I have tried to call Kenmore but I was transferred 3 times. I want this thing replaced, I know it is not the first time this has happened. We are not the original owners, if it broke fine, but this could have burned our home down or injured someone in my family. Doesnt Sears or Kenmore care about that? I have seen numerous complaints about this same issue online. People have gone to the local news agencies just to get the word out. Do I need to take it that far? I need something done rather quickly to fix this situation. I have photos that I can pass on.

I chose Kenmore Dishwashers because have a good reputation when it comes to their appliances. They deliver and install and I was able to find a good price. The reviews that I read during my research process were mostly positive. Also, I had a Kenmore dishwasher in an old apartment and I was satisfied with it. I like that it has different cycles for specific needs for dishes. The heat dry and the antibacterial option were great for sterilizing baby bottles, etc. I appreciated the non-drip tray for the dish liquid. I did not like how long it took to wash the dishes on the majority of the cycle options. Most of the time I couldnt hear the Done beep that is provided. Id rather it be louder or a music type of tune to be played so I can hear when its ready.

Very compact but theres so much space inside! I feel like I could fit all my fine China in that dishwasher and have them sparkling and stain-free within minutes! Its absolutely orgasmic and pretty intoxicating if you ask me. I love it and so does my family! Its small and compact on the outside but inside I could fit so many things in there, plates, silverware, cups, and even food if Im trying to hide it from my relatives. This dishwasher is a thing of legend. Its magnificent mechanism, leaves my dishes clean, sterilized and ready for action. The way it sanitizes my cutlery makes me swoon and wanting to use again and again. There is not much more I can say about this machine except that I wish it was portable. Ninety-nine percent of my dishes fit in this machine. This machine is worth its price in gold and I would spend that money again.

Kenmore is one of the best brands that I have ever had the pleasure of owning. I never had a repair issue. I have owned everything from refrigerators, washer and dryers, to dishwashers and microwaves. I would definitely stick with this brand.

It cleaned well enough but dishes were never dry coming out and it smelled musty. I think dishwashers use more water than necessary and it is faster to wash by hand. Not large enough to wash everything form a large meal or if having company over. Okay for the day to day dinners prepared at home. Had to be careful with plastic and rubber utensils as if they ended up too close to the bottom they would melt. I did not like the vents on the front of the dishwasher. Would have looked better if the vent would have been placed somewhere more visually pleasing. I was not fond of the white either. Little hands and white equals dirty! Worked well when I did not want to do dishes by hand but after awhile I just did them by hand to save water, electricity and not hassle with pre-rinsing the dishes before they got washed.

We enjoy the electronic touch qualities of the Kenmore Elite and the stainless interior. The upper shelf is made with plastic parts that continue to break and cause it to come off track. Also, we arent sure if it was how the Sears installer installed it initially, but the water house fell off and flooded the kitchen and under the cabinet only 1 year after it was installed. The very expensive repairman says he sees the clamps fail frequently. It came with lots of useless thing-a-ma-jigs, that fall off and are not needed anyway. Touchscreen, stainless interior, streamline placement of controls, easy clean stainless exterior, quiet, sleek look shows smudges. Could be better design of dish placement. Its always nice to have more room. Modern, no knobs to have to clean around. Sears no longer has a team or repair services like the old days. Calls for help were not helpful. Try to upsell you instead of fixing flaws of dishwasher.

The power wash feature proves that this dishwasher is a great appliance. I dont have to pre-wash stuck on food and greasy residue. When I pull the dishes from the dishwasher, they come out sparkling clean. Also, the dishwasher is extremely quiet to operate and uses very little water and electricity. Although we are empty nesters, we do have parties around the holidays and the dishwasher can be tested with the amount of plates and cups requiring cleansing. It has come through every time. The stainless steel is awesome and I would never go back to painted appliances. It is so easy to clean with a little polish and when its clean it shines so much. I love it! Appliances are not cheap anymore but this one seems to have been a great salute for us. We spent about the median price for name brand appliances.

Self use and is very self efficient and the lid is smooth and very fast to use at home. The price of the machine is cheap and everything. The size is great to use in the very household. Water use is good. Self use is awesome. No more using the outside place. The dishwasher appearance is movable and easy to install in a house that has no stairs. I would recommend this product. The dishwasher washes well provides there are no stuck on or crusted food items. I wish it dried better, but I can simply leave the door open when it is done running and allow the dishes to air dry. My dishwasher is about 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide. It holds a lot of dishes, so I am very satisfied with it in that matter. It fits well in my kitchen, but it doesnt take up too much space, even though it is quite roomy on the inside. I love the color of it - it is black and silver, so it blends in with my other appliances (e.g. my refrigerator). It is quite shiny, too, but not too much of a shine. I would say that the value of the dishwasher is about $350, which is quite a bargain when it comes to dishwashers. This dishwasher is especially useful and high functioning, so it makes it even more of a bargain.

I was kind of upset because I didnt know that I bought this product used. There were a lot of things that needed to be fix even though the seller didnt tell me that something was wrong. But after I fixed it, it worked like a charm and loved it ever since. The size of this product squeeze right in the area that I had. Any bigger then I would had to take the product back to the store. Any place Ive moved to live always has at least two appliances that are Kenmore brand. Ive known and used Kenmore appliances for years and feel their products are of good quality. I liked the built in smart wash heated rinse and dry. It also seems to not leave the metallic smell, taste and feel of the type of dishwasher detergent I use. Felt it was more sanitary that way. However, a glass front window would be nice and feature to add. For the most part, I am happy with my Kenmore purchase as this is a brand I often use when shopping for household appliances. You pay for what you get.

It does its job but I hardly ever use it because I always seem like I am cleaning the dishes and other cookware again when the dishwasher is done. It’s a standard size for the dishwasher. I, however, would measure the space that you want the dishwasher to go in. It matches all of my other black appliances. Maybe someday different colors will be available in a special order. I did some research on this. I got a good deal but I wish it cleaned my dishes a little better. If you want something more economical this is good.

We bought a Kenmore Dishwasher in October at Sears because we believed at the time there was no consumer retailer with a more trusted name that a consumer could rely upon. NEVER AGAIN. We will NEVER SHOP AT SEARS AGAIN FOR ANYTHING AND WOULD LIKE TO WARN ALL CONSUMERS TO STAY AWAY AS WELL. Our brand new Kenmore worked middling well for the first few weeks, then we began to notice our dishes were not getting clean. We carefully went over the manual and adjusted several things: added more Jet-Dry so the dispenser was full, adjusted the knob for the Jet-Dry to maximum; moved the silverware holder so the soap dispenser would have no interference. But even with that, the dishes were not washing properly. A repairman came to the house on December 28th. He made a few adjustments, and left. We tried again, and once again, our dishes did not clean. The soap dispenser ejected the soap, but the soap landed at the very top of the dishwasher and sat there like a lump of coal. It did not dissolve. So I called again. Now, I had to wait until January 10th. Today. Thirteen days for a repairman. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was nothing anyone could do. Sears is apparently short on repairmen. So today I received a call from Sears. My repair had been injured on the job. My appointment was cancelled. Next available date-- JANUARY 22ND. My brand new dishwasher that had NEVER worked properly was going to have to wait now ANOTHER TWELVE DAYS. AND THERE WAS NOTHING NO ONE COULD DO!!! I spoke to at least FIVE ADDITIONAL PEOPLE. And you are speaking to day players here. No one in a position of power. Customer no-service. No with a STAKE in SEARS. No one who gives a damn about you, or the company. The last woman I spoke with told me to stop yelling. I wasnt yelling, I told her. I was adamant. And so, welcome to Corporate America. This is what happens when companies get too big TO CARE. I cant even give the thing back b/c their return policy is 30 days. NOTHING BREAKS DOWN IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS! So we are stuck. Even if this damn thing gets fixed, it is a vastly inferior machine than we had before. So, stay away. Just stay away from sears altogether.Updated on 02/05/2018: Whatever you do, do not buy from Sears. We are on repairman THREE. As soon as he arrived, he got on the phone. Repair via telecommuting. Dishwasher bought in late October worked for 2 weeks. It is now February. The motor stopped working in two weeks. First repairman who was condescending diddled with the computer and did not discover the broken motor. Repairman two did, but parts had to be ordered. Repairman Three is here now, telecommuting. Any bets on if I get a working dishwasher? Customer service is ineffectual and rude. I went to Sears because Sears used to a name that could be trusted. No more. Stay away.

It works well in general. It was a good deal for the price and seems like it will last a long time. The silver is easy to clean. Im a fan of this brand in general. Their products last and their prices are great. The Kenmore dishwasher has plenty of room. On a huge holiday style meal I can most of the utensils and plates in without any issues. It is really almost too big for just a few plate family meal in general. This Kenmore dishwasher is a good looking appliance. I have the silver metal colored model. It has stayed in very good shape since I got it. It is easy to clean for the most part. In my humble opinion, this Kenmore dishwasher was a very good deal for the money.This Kenmore dishwasher is well built and looks good. I would say buy it.

The sleeves are a good distance apart and hold lots of dishes, doesnt seem like it wastes water, powerful clean, sleek looking, quiet. However, it uses too much dish soap and water, too loud, poor cleaning abilities, dont fit very many dishes and sleeves are too short or too close together. But Im happy with it, it does the job well and I would purchase a Kenmore dishwasher again. Definitely met my expectations, good price, had good reviews and I liked the look of it.

I have never had a problem with the washer or dryer or dishwasher I currently own. I have owned the washer, dryer for over a year. The washer cleans the clothes very well. My dryer works extremely well. It usually takes approximately one half hour to dry a medium size load. My utility bill is extremely low because I use washer and dryer up to ten times a week. I am able to wash and dry blankets in the washer and dry them in dryer, so I am so glad I dont have to go to the laundromat to do my laundry.

I have had a lot of Kenmore products in my home. My refrigerator. My washer and dryer. My hot water heater and both of my microwaves. I like the way I choose to start my Kenmore Dishwasher. You select your cycle, close the door then it goes on. I also like the choice of many cycles. I usually rinse my dishes first so I can use less washing time. However, I would like to be able to put some larger things in the dishwasher. Some of the racks have small adjustments, but I have more than it can handle. It could also be a little quieter. Nevertheless, I have always had a good experience with Kenmore.

Works great! Gets even dried dirt and food off. Everything is very sanitary and the glasses are clear. Drying does take a while, but other than that I am more than pleased. Holds daily dishes for a family of 4 with no problems. Racks fold up and down to accommodate odd sizes or extras. Plenty of room for silverware and utensils. Fits great with the rest of the kitchen. I have both stainless and black appliances and this brings them all together quite nicely. It blends in while at the same time looks great. It must have been worth it because I have been quite pleased and have never had any issues with it.

The features I love about this Kenmore Dishwashers are that it has really helpful and innovative cleaning cycles that really helps you gets the best kind of clean that you want. I wish that there were more time friendly settings when you want to do a quick load. I think that would be very useful to a lot of people.

Nice easy to use dishwasher that is quiet and cleans dishes rather fast. Takes packet, liquid, or powdered detergent. Is very quiet and runs through a cycle in under 30 minutes. Fits at least 30 large plates, and at least triple the amount in small plates. Fits about 32 cups on the top shelf. Bowls can be a bit of a trick, but it can fit at least 6 bowls on the top rack as well. Nice, easy to clean. White finish makes it easy to clean and maintain. Has easy to push buttons and settings that allow you choose the type of wash you wish to have. This dishwasher has lasted for years. Great value for the price and workmanship. I have yet to have any service done on this dishwasher besides some regular cleaning.

This dishwasher is really great. It cleans very well, even if I dont prewash, its so quiet that I barely know its on. Its also fast and economical. Was worth the price and then some. This dishwasher is the perfect size for a family. I can get all the dishes plus the pots and pans. It has two shelves and I can get a dozen glasses and bowls if I need to. Its very pretty if thats a consideration. I love the color and how the buttons dont stand out. It makes it very easy to clean. We give it a quick wipe down after dinner and it looks great. Purchased a Kenmore dishwasher (Model 66513409N411) 3 years ago and the motor is shot. Was told it would cost $550 to replace! Service technician said that with the high efficiency washers the motors dont last as long. That is crazy! Will never purchase a Kenmore brand again.

It washed the dishes well. It dried the dishes well. The heat cycle was not so hot that it broke any glass. The wash cycle did not take too long. The dry cycle did not take too long. It could have been less deep, due to conserving space in an area that may not have as much room. However, if the kitchen is spacious then the depth, height, and length is a good size. The coloring makes the item look clean, not too busy, looks nice and upscale as long as it is kept clean. The digital numbers, and words, are easy to read and understand. Based on the price of the item, the value is good. The item price was not too extravagant, in comparison to what features the item had, and what functionality the item has.

I bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator about 2 years ago and it just died. It took the company 2 weeks to get a repairman to my home. When they did, he told me the refrigerator needed a new motor, fan, and coolant. He said it would cost $1,300.00 to repair. I asked him why it broke after only 2 years. He said he didnt know but that he was fixing them regularly, several a week. Well, after being a loyal customer for many years Sears has refused to help because I didnt buy a warranty! The girl I talked with was actually rude and told me my choices were, I could pay them $1,300 to fix a Refrigerator I just bought, or I could buy a new one, or I could use a cooler for the upcoming summer. She forgot one choice, the one Im taking and that is never shopping with them again, posting negative reviews on social media, and filing complaints with the BBB, CFP and with any other agency I can find.

I think little bit more of an adjustment wouldve been an order so that you could get longer or should say taller items in the dishwasher. This dishwasher was already in a home I bought and when I saw it was a Kenmore I was skeptical. Much to my surprise, its the best dishwasher Ive ever had and Im 64 years old. It has 5 cycles and 5 options but the normal wash with heat dry is all Ive ever needed. It gets everything sparkling clean. The interior is stainless which I had never had before but its easy to wipe clean. The outside is sleek and unobtrusive. The controls are easy to see. Its practically silent. I only hear it for a minute or so as it cycles through.

Beware. This is the second unit we have had that has blown the main fuse internally for no reason other than poor design and manufacturing. This causes the unit stop working completely. It is an easy repair and upgraded parts are available online but this should not happen at all given the cost of the units. It is such a common problem that forums are inundated with posts about people having this issue. I am not willing to buy one of these overpriced pieces of cheap manufacturing from Sears again. For the same or a little more I can purchase a unit that will work properly in the long run. Our current one lasted only just over a year before failing. Since our last unit failed as well I could repair it myself as the same part fails almost every time. My parents Kenmore dishwasher has had the same thing happen to it as well. I would recommend that anyone serious about a reliable dishwasher stay far away from the Kenmore brand.

Went out shopping over 20 years ago to Sears with limited money for dishwasher. Sales told me this was truly the best. Took him at his word and in all these years I have never had to pay for any repairs and still is efficient. It is very quiet, you can choose heat of water, and stop drying process and let air dry, has a special cycle to clean dishwasher. The dishes come out spotless without any extra rinses. The outside is still beautiful shiny black too. I love it. I would bet I have a miracle dishwasher, I dont know if it is as energy efficient as todays new one but I would never get rid of it.

It is a good dishwasher but Im not too crazy about it. It does not wash the dishes perfectly. Even if you pre-wash the dishes, do not see any crazy results. Its size is ok, fits perfectly and for the family of 4 it is just enough space in it. Im not too crazy about the appearance. Nothing special just white. A little old looking not too modern design. This dishwasher came with the house. I was pleased that it was a Kenmore brand, and it has proved to be a great appliance. It does its job, it is quiet and effective. Ive yet to find any reason to replace it. I will look at Kenmore when I do have to though. The racks are well made so placement of my dishes is easy. Basket for silverware is a breeze to use. The top rack has plenty of room above it for tall glasses and other items that require the top rack. Spacing on the racks is good, items rarely fall through to the bottom rack. But, the placement of the handle where you open the door is not what I would have done. I break a nail almost every time I open it. Other than that there isnt much I would alter about this dishwasher.

The dishwasher was good, it worked well... I Had no complaints about it. It washed dishes really good with high power water and such all the time I had it for years on end. It is okay. Pressure is good. The food filter is difficult to clean which is frustrating. Was super easy to replace and hook back up to the disposal. Strongly dislike the silverware tray. Wish there was something to hold down the dishes. Theyre fly everywhere and end up full of dirty water often and need rewashing. Cannot fit enough dishes inside, and definitely cannot fit larger pots and some pans with a standard load. A family of 4 (2 of which are 6 and under and do not use standard size plates is more than its capacity and we have to do 2 plus loads for dinner alone most days. It looks fine. It matches our other appliances. The handle opener thingies at the top makes it hard to clean around/under and I dont like that at all. I dont think it portrays value like the Bosch design where you know people spent way more for it but its worth it because its a Bosch. This is one you get on sale at Walmart & Target and are just glad it works.

Model 665.1396 Although this dishwasher cleaned very well and is super quiet, the first year the something needed to be replaced under warranty. The second, a part of the rack dry rotted and I bought the part on eBay for $25 and fixed it. The third year, the thermocouple went and again I replaced it myself. $50. This is the fourth year weve had this and the control panel wont light and looks like it is one of two $130 parts. I give up and will be looking for a new dishwasher. I wont cry when Sears goes out of business. Raise your quality manufacturing standards and stand behind your products. So obvious, I dont know what CEOs get paid for.

My overall experience with it was okay, but after a little over a year, it started leaking water everywhere. Thankfully it was still under warranty then, but still would not expect something to go wrong with it for just a year’s worth of use. It was big enough to fit all of our needs just fine, and we have a family of four. Never had an issue with the space with it at all. Overall, the outside of the unit is very nice, because I got the stainless steel one to match all of my other appliances in the house. Inside, it looks like any other dishwasher. The value was alright, not a real big deal and not a real big price either. But overall, I would say that it was okay for what I had to pay for it.
