Never had any problems with this dishwasher, it performed like brand new until we moved and had to leave it behind. Its a good looking dishwasher, nothing unattractive about it really. Its all white minus the details, and fit in well with the other appliances except my stainless steel fridge, but thats mine and not purchased to have matched the appliances of the house we were in at the time. Id say it was just big enough to fit most of our dishes, but not so large as to be bulky or an eyesore. It could have been a little bigger, but overall I was satisfied with the size of this machine. Id say it was a great value. It ran smoothly, it looked good, it never had any issues, so for me it was a winner. Our current dishwasher is nowhere near as awesome and constantly has mechanical issues.

I just purchased a Kenmore Dishwasher Model 14012, and the posts that hold up the dinner plates, on the bottom rack, have been reduced in height an inch or so, and now the dinner plates flop over and do not stand up straight. I had a GE dishwasher before this changeover, and the same dinner plates were erect; it appears that Kenmore has decided to scrimp on these posts, and this way they can get an extra bottom rack every 20 or 30 racks that are made. All for profit!!! Customer service was NO HELP at all.

It cleans the dishes and pots and pans thoroughly. It runs quietly when started. The dishwasher doesnt take forever to run its cycle. It doesnt take a lot of dish soap compared to our old dishwasher. The size of our dishwasher is great. It can fit all of the dinner dishes in it and the pots and pans that it took to prepare dinner with. Im very pleased with the size of my dishwasher. The appearance of my dishwasher is nothing that fancy as its not a fancy model. Its just plain white. Im not really impressed with its looks. I would have preferred to have purchased a black model. I feel for the price we got what we paid for a basic running model dishwasher. Nothing fancy but nothing thats gonna break down on us either. We got good value for our money.

The best thing I like is the stainless steel inside of this dishwasher. However, we have had problems with debris being left in cups/glasses, especially if they are put on the bottom rack. For the most part Im happy with the size of the dishwasher. Frying pans and large pots fit on the bottom rack...just doesnt leave much room for any dishes if they are very large. We have a black outside on the dishwasher which I have found to be very nice for hiding dirt. Most stains are not very noticeable and it clears very easy with a quick wipe down. This was a little more expensive than the other dishwashers but it was worth the money because it consistently works hard with large loads and a large family.

One day after my warranty was up, my one year old dishwasher died. I contacted Kenmore, and was told, Tough luck. I spoke with a manager, and was told the same. Their only response was they would be happy to send a serviceman, but I was responsible for payment. This is the last time I ever purchase a Kenmore product again. I have been a loyal customer, but no more.

Beware. This is the second unit we have had that has blown the main fuse internally for no reason other than poor design and manufacturing. This causes the unit stop working completely. It is an easy repair and upgraded parts are available online but this should not happen at all given the cost of the units. It is such a common problem that forums are inundated with posts about people having this issue. I am not willing to buy one of these overpriced pieces of cheap manufacturing from Sears again. For the same or a little more I can purchase a unit that will work properly in the long run. Our current one lasted only just over a year before failing. Since our last unit failed as well I could repair it myself as the same part fails almost every time. My parents Kenmore dishwasher has had the same thing happen to it as well. I would recommend that anyone serious about a reliable dishwasher stay far away from the Kenmore brand.

Purchased all new Kenmore Elite Appliances for my new home 5 years ago. Within 3 months our dishwasher just stopped working. Repairman came out and had to order parts. Still didnt work after parts were installed. I was told by Sears if I purchased an extended warranty they would replace it. During this time there was a recall on our Kenmore elite washing machine. Repairman came and replaced recalled part. Washer doesnt clean as well since part has been replaced. Now 3 days before Thanksgiving the Kenmore Elite Refrigerator has just quit cooling. Everything in freezer and refrigerator ruined. Cannot get a repairman until the day after Thanksgiving.

Kenmore has a great reputation, also many friends and family recommended it to me. I grew up having this brand in my household and its not as expensive as some other brands. I dont need fancy colors or anything. Just wanted something reliable, inexpensive and could get the job done. I really like all of the features currently on my new dishwasher. It gets my dishes super clean and it has several settings on it including super heavy for my pots and pans. However, I really wish it was easier to clean. It has a self clean setting but I have to buy special soap for it that only comes in one size.

The dishwasher came pre-installed in the home we purchased so we did not have a say in the purchase. But we kept it because of its energy efficiency and the knowledge we had of Kenmore being awesome products. My Kenmore had an energy efficient rating which saved money by heating the water internally instead of using hot water from the water heater. It was also a great name brand we knew and trusted. However, the racks in the dishwasher needed to be bigger and easier to organize. New dishwashers have a silverware rack built in which would have been great. The shelves also needed to be further apart for large glasses.

I really enjoy the option to either heat dry or air dry the dishes. I think that is a fantastic idea. I also enjoy the timer so I can load it at night and it will wash by itself right after breakfast even when Im not home! I would like a pre-soak option because as much as I do love the sprayers there are somethings I make need a soak. I would also love if it would hold a large quantity of soap and dispense itself. I have always loved Kenmore products because of the reliability. Also, the price is another reason. I spent a lot of time comparison shopping and always come back to Kenmore.

Inside dishwasher there are nice compartments to hold household dishes comfortably. Could use even more racks to maximize space but does hold a good amount but could be better. Kenmore dishwasher has a nice sleek style while retaining a comfy kitchen look. Easy to clean but use nice cleaner to avoid streaks. Control panel easy to use and offers a nice clean beauty to appliance. The price of the Kenmore dishwasher is reasonable considering that it will be dependable. Its also a bargain considering cost of other higher end brands.

It cleaned very well. The dishwasher gave me no issues. It could clean lightly dirty dishes as well as dishes with very dirty, baked on foods and grease. It was very good. I could fit a day’s worth of dishes into the dishwasher. Keep in mind that I have a household of five. I could clean things like platters, large and small dishes. I really liked how the dishwasher looked. It was beautiful and fit into the look of my kitchen very well. I loved the black color. IT matched my modern kitchen and black marble counter top. The value was very easy. The installation was free. It didnt use a lot of water which saved me time and money. Also because I could fit everything in one load, I used less electricity and water.

Kenmore brand has long been a favorite of mine. This dishwasher, 18 months old now, is perfect for my needs. Under the counter installation. Stainless steel exterior. Looks good, performs well, quiet operation. Dont recall the price I paid, but I am frugal, so it was not high-end.

Have had this brand dishwasher for years, always been extremely reliable, sturdy and lasting. Honestly I dont think that I would ever choose a different name brand item for my familys needs. Works wonderfully. When we moved into our new home, there was a place in the kitchen already cut out for the dishwasher, it fit perfectly with no problems, its not too bulky at all. Love the flow. Has a beautiful finish. It was way more than I expected.

Had serviceman and plumber look at dishwasher. Keeps water in bottom after it has finished cycling. I no longer use it. I wash dishes by hand. No answer on what the problem is. I thought the idea of having a steam cycle was good. This would work for someone who has an autoimmune disease and would help with germs. Everything is hidden in the top of dishwasher so nothing shows on outside. I like the look. I would tell others about the look and how much I like it to others. I had the choice of a Bosch and a Sears dishwasher. The prices were similar. I have always thought Sears stood by their products so I went with it instead of Bosch. I am left to wonder.

It is very good and cleans well. I like the delay start and different cycles. Hot Water Rinse. Various cycles: China, Pots/Pans, light wash, water miser. 2 racks with flatware basket that sits in the bottom rack. Can hold 20 cups/glasses on top rack and 20 plates and more on bottom. Holds pots well, has two rows of prongs that will lie flat for bigger pans to fit. This is an in the counter dishwasher and all that shows is the front. It is white and is yellowing slightly. I have had it for about 15 years. The bottom basket is metal covered in rubber. The prongs are breaking and to replace the basket would be cost prohibitive. I will have to replace the dishwasher. The basket would have been better had it been a good molded all plastic.

I am very pleased how my dishwasher does not leave residue and my dishes are always clean. I love that my dishwasher is up to date, very easy and pleasant to use. This dishwasher doesnt clean well. Usually I have to run things through 2-3 times even after pre-rinsing the dishes. I clean it out every few months with a vinegar cycle & utilize pods. The size of my dishwasher is fine and easily fits a number of glasses, bowls, silverware, utensils, plates, pots and pans. I have had no problems fitting large bowls and long grill utensils in either the top or bottom rack. The dishwashers appearance is just OK. It is easy to use based on the design of the panel, however the stainless steel front stains up fairly badly. I feel that the value of the dishwasher compared to what we spent on it is not very good. I have to run dishes through 2 to 3 cycles almost every time. And that is after pre-rinsing them.

I chose Kenmore Dishwashers because have a good reputation when it comes to their appliances. They deliver and install and I was able to find a good price. The reviews that I read during my research process were mostly positive. Also, I had a Kenmore dishwasher in an old apartment and I was satisfied with it. I like that it has different cycles for specific needs for dishes. The heat dry and the antibacterial option were great for sterilizing baby bottles, etc. I appreciated the non-drip tray for the dish liquid. I did not like how long it took to wash the dishes on the majority of the cycle options. Most of the time I couldnt hear the Done beep that is provided. Id rather it be louder or a music type of tune to be played so I can hear when its ready.

Kenmore dishwasher was the best price at the time. My mom had the same one and also liked it. Though, I did not like the seal on the door. It leaked once in a while. I also did not like the latch on the door I was not sure if was locked. But I like the hot drying feature, the black face, the racks and silverware racks. I felt it did a good job and was a good value and it saved energy use. I think it was a fine purchase and I would buy one again.

This dishwasher looks ok but I wish I could get it in different colors though. A red or a black one would look better than white and fit my style. Maybe even pink. Size is important to me because I dont need it to take up a lot of room in my kitchen. This dishwashers not too big so it doesnt take up very much room but is big enough to meet me and my familys needs. Also, it doesnt leave any food or water residue on dishes. Cleans dishes pretty good but still need Jet Dry as an added helper. The silverware rack can be moved but I do not feel like the silverware gets cleaned as good as it should same with the glasses on the top rack. Dishwasher is average size for a portable. It is a solid black polish with the butcher block top. The top piece that spins to wash the upper dishes needs some better improvements to clean the dishes better and the silverware rack also needs some improving since it seems like the silverware always has a couple pieces that get missed in the wash cycle.

I bought it on sale so the price point beat expects in terms of performance. A much better value than my previous GE model which I had very many issues with. It fits nicely with my other appliances. I love it and the stainless steel cleans easy. Wish it was smudge proof but I really cant complain as it works so well. Compact size left me with more under counter storage which was a selling point for me. Its very easy to use, cost-effective, quiet, cleans well, with little pre-treating. We purchased a top of the line dishwasher 2 years ago (Kenmore Elite). All of our appliances are Kenmore. It was around $700-$800. It quit advancing the washing cycle. It would cost us $600 just for the part to fix it and Kenmore pretty much told us sorry about your luck. Needless to say, we will purchase future appliances from Lowes or Home Depot.

Theres nothing special about the appearance and would fit into any kitchen decor that does not require a high tech modern look. Appearance is comparable to other dishwasher units in its class. Size of the unit allows it to fit into most, if not all under the counter openings in most modern kitchens. Plenty of room to connect hoses and drains, and should not pose a problem during most installations. Normal wash cycle gets the job done if no caked on messes on dishes. Nothing great about this dishwasher, but it does the job for a reasonable price. Mid priced dishwasher unit that provides all of the required dishwashing functions. Even repairs and maintenance can be done at a reasonable price so the overall value is good.

Kenmore Dishwasher looks like any dishwasher, simple clean look. But looks are deceiving. It cleans way better than it look though I am not a fan of the knob- I wish it had buttons. The cycle also seems to take a bit longer than expected and a little noisy. I hardly rinse the dishes. It can fit lunch and dinner plates, utensils, and cups. It looks nice and it matches with everything in our kitchen. Purchase this dishwasher if you have lighter cabinets. It doesnt take up too much room because its not too big. Performed very well. It always took care of the dishes and only had a few problems with it. The heating element would get caked with water deposits and the soap dispenser door brook. Had dishwasher for 15 years and only needed service 3 times for problems. The size fit my family as there were only 2 of us. However it handled a large load when company came for dinner. Size was appropriate and easy to load all the dishes. Dishwasher was nice color that kept its shape with no peeling or rust anywhere. Inside stayed nice if taken care of depending on your water hardness. We had ours for 15 years and I would have to say the value was exceptional for the amount of time we had the dishwasher. I would definitely recommend for starting families.

Worst dishwasher I ever owned. Doesn’t clean, always have to clean spray wand jets out. The detergent door gasket slid out within the first week. Being that I’m a professional plumber, I would not buy Kenmore anymore and further would not call to have any repairs attempted being it’s not worth the time, aggravation on listing to a “ tech” explain to me that things are not warrantied or listen to opinions that make no sense. Garbage brand.

Cleans everything as it should, quiet, saves water. My old dishwasher only used powder so its nice to be able to use more modern and superior cleaners. Makes washing a snap, very happy with it. We have a built in area of the counter that the dishwasher has to fit into and this fits perfectly. It is large enough to keep us from having to do the dishes every day which is nice. Just look at it, a thing of beauty. It looks great in our kitchen, but so did our last dishwasher. I guess most of them all look alike! We feel weve gotten great value with this dishwasher. It does everything weve ever wanted it to do.

The dishwasher appearance was top of the line looking. My friends and family always commented on how the design was very up to date looking. My dishwasher was able to hold all of the dishes I needed washed. I have two kids and I am always needing to wash their cups and other stuff multiple times a day and that is why I chose this dishwasher. The one I owned was the best one ever. I have a very busy schedule and I am not able to physically wash dishes so I needed something that would ultimately help me in doing so. I decide to look online and see what was the best deal and dishwasher brand for me. I wanted something that was reliable and worked well so I would have no problem doing what I needed to do as a baby sitter. The Kenmore is really great. The features that I like about the dishwasher is that it actually cleans thoroughly.Other dishwashers leave residue on the dishes but this one does not. However, I dont like that it does not hold more dishes that I want it to. Although, all in all, it works well. The reason why I chose Kenmore is because I heard a lot of good things about it from family members and the reviews were great as well. I also thought the pricing was a good value for it. I also love the stainless steel color that they had. I love my Kenmore dishwasher because it is reliable, works fast and does a great job. This dishwasher totally met my expectations!

This dishwasher is awesome! It can get any dried food off of any dish we put in it! It fits cookie sheets, large bowls, we can put lots of plastic that we recycle in the top shelf and it cleans so well! I love this dishwasher! This dishwasher has lots of space so we can really fill it up! It holds at least 20 plates and a ton of silverware and cooking utensils. I use a lot of different dishes when I cook and this dishwasher can hold and clean all of them! This dishwasher Is beautiful. The front cleans very easily, but I wipe off with a wet washcloth then spray some window cleaner and wipe clean with paper towels and it looks brand new again! This dishwasher is very valuable I cant put a dollar sign on it. Since it cleans so well! It would be hard to replace with anything any better! We have had the dishwasher for 4 years and it cleans anything!

Prior to buying my Kenmore dishwasher, I had heard a lot of great reviews from friends and family which made my decision on what brand to buy easier. And Im glad I did because the Kenmore dishwasher I owned was very easy to navigate to clean and the dishwasher had a sleek look that was visually pleasing. I also enjoyed how fast and efficiently it cleaned my dishes and plates. I noticed my plates were super clean every time. Although I liked the Kenmore dishwasher and its many aspects, if they made it with more room it would be easier to load plates to clean.

My Kenmore dishwasher features high capacity top and bottom racks, and is capable of holding a variety of shapes and sizes of dishes and utensils. It gets dishes clean, saves time and money due to energy efficiency. A great looking model with practical features. I got a great deal - good value for features I wanted, good looking unit. However, I wish the outside door was magnetic. The model is rather loud while in use, and makes it hard to watch television nearby. Sometimes spots remain on glassware too. But overall, my expectations have been met, and I would likely buy this brand again in the future.

I like that it really cleans all of my dishes and not just partially like most dishwashers I have used before in my life. It also lets me control the speed which is nice because you want to have some control over how fast it goes. I really liked what this brand had to offer as far as features and just overall capability. It is something I could see myself using for the next 10 years and getting the best quality out of it. But I would like if it could fit more dishes. I also would like if it was stainless steel at a cheaper price than what you would have to spend for that feature.

The microprocessor control becomes confused at times because some buttons emulate several features. That causes the dishwasher microprocessor to scramble at times. Very frustrating having to wait for it to internally reset! Not enough buttons to properly control the dishwasher features.

It cleaned well enough but dishes were never dry coming out and it smelled musty. I think dishwashers use more water than necessary and it is faster to wash by hand. Not large enough to wash everything form a large meal or if having company over. Okay for the day to day dinners prepared at home. Had to be careful with plastic and rubber utensils as if they ended up too close to the bottom they would melt. I did not like the vents on the front of the dishwasher. Would have looked better if the vent would have been placed somewhere more visually pleasing. I was not fond of the white either. Little hands and white equals dirty! Worked well when I did not want to do dishes by hand but after awhile I just did them by hand to save water, electricity and not hassle with pre-rinsing the dishes before they got washed.

This was a relatively efficient appliance! Aside from the noise, it did the job well. Would recommend for families on a budget! (P.s. Be sure not to overload the dishwasher, it will leave stains and grime behind!) I could fit quite a bit, but if I filled it all the way up to its potential some dishes would come out with stains that didnt get cleaned. It wasnt the most aesthetic but what dishwasher is? As far as I am concerned, the efficiency of the appliance is what is important, and in this category, this dishwasher wins! I bought it secondhand, so I am unsure of the original asking price. However, for what I paid for the item, its efficiency and endurance was worth it all!

I initially chose Kenmore for my dishwasher because of the well known quality of the brand and knowing I would be getting a good dishwasher. Most, if not all, of the dishwashers I have owned have been Kenmore. They are excellent at getting the dishes clean. However, the features that I would like improved upon would be to decrease the amount of water left on the dishes after going through a cleaning cycle. Making sure that the dishes come out drier. Overall, Kenmore dishwashers have always been a very reliable and quality brand that has beyond exceeded my expectations.

This dishwasher has served me and my family well for 2 years and it still has room in the tank left to be the most efficient dishwasher you can have. The holding space is amazing and its good for those very big dinners. I mostly pile on my large objects on top of the smaller one so that everything will be clean. The dishwasher has a neutral color to it. Great for home projects that dont need much color or depth into it. The holding space is whitish/grayish look as well. It has saved me a pretty penny whenever the soap is running over. Power/Cost efficient so you dont have to worry about your bill rising.

It works well in general. It was a good deal for the price and seems like it will last a long time. The silver is easy to clean. Im a fan of this brand in general. Their products last and their prices are great. The Kenmore dishwasher has plenty of room. On a huge holiday style meal I can most of the utensils and plates in without any issues. It is really almost too big for just a few plate family meal in general. This Kenmore dishwasher is a good looking appliance. I have the silver metal colored model. It has stayed in very good shape since I got it. It is easy to clean for the most part. In my humble opinion, this Kenmore dishwasher was a very good deal for the money.This Kenmore dishwasher is well built and looks good. I would say buy it.

It worked as I expected it to. Had other Kenmore brands & I was pleased with the product. I would recommend this product to others. Its a reliable brand with a very well-known name. The size was standard & fit perfectly where it needed to go. It performed well for its size & held a lot of dishes. Worked well by getting everything clean. Lots of room to load lots of dishes. It looked like a regular dishwasher. It fit in with my decor & functioned properly. Kenmore is a reliable & stylish brand. It was expensive. Kenmore is a good brand but they could work on offering better priced products. Theres a lot of cheaper brands available that would have worked just as well.

I use the dishwasher daily and find it to perform very well. I load it and turn it on at night to have perfectly clean dishes the next day. The size is the average of any full size dishwasher. It fits perfectly in the space allotted under the counter tops. I have it located between the sink and refrigerator. It is sleek in the black color which matches my other appliances that are black. I had looked at sterling silver options but found that the black was more suiting. I got a great deal on the dishwasher and have only had to do a minor repair once. The value is great for what I got it for and for how long I have had it in use.

The dishwasher works well enough, it saves time from washing the dishes by hand but I do notice a lot of spotting on the dishes after theyve dried, which is kind of annoying. Good size. I can fit about a days worth of dishes into the dishwasher. Sometimes its a bit harder to do everything in one load though if there are a lot of pots and pans that day. Its a nice light color, which keeps the kitchen bright and cheerful and I enjoy that over darker colors. It has a nice shine to it but not too shiny to make a glare when the sunlight comes in.

This dishwasher is always reliable. It has never had any issues or needed difficult repairs. I highly recommend getting this machine. The variety of cycles are all time efficient and the machine was easy to figure out right away. I love the size of my dishwasher. It fits just right in my kitchen and still has room for all my dishes. I havent found a dish in my kitchen yet that doesnt fit and still get clean in this machine. My dishwasher looks great in my kitchen. Its not overly flashy and showy, its just a good looking sleek machine that matches great with all my other appliances. No quality dishwasher comes cheap but this one is well worth the cost. Its not the most expensive one out there but also far from the cheapest.

It cleaned everything very well and never gave me problems. The dishes were even dried very well afterwards. I put minimal work into doing the dishes with this machine. The size of the machine was perfect. It fit in my kitchen very well and didnt stick out too much. It looked great in the kitchen as well. It had a shiny color to it. It pleased the eye very well and everyone complimented it when they came over. I have never bought any better machine since then. It is perfect. It gets the job done without any problems. It works fantastic and looks great in the kitchen. It isnt very loud which is a great thing.

Washes well, easy to use, dishwasher runs very quietly. There are lots of options to choose from which will help with the cycle you need to run based on the dishes you have used and how dirty they are. Silverware holder is in the bottom rack which doesnt allow you to get as many plates are large items, I usually run my dishwasher about every 3-4 days and we are a family of 4. I am not fond of the black plastic at the top with the stainless steel look, I would rather have the entire thing stainless to match the rest of the items in my kitchen and also having the buttons in the front allow little hands to be reaching and touching them, which may cause some of the cycles to mess up. I would say these are great for the value, they last 8-10 yrs depending on the use and how much they are used. My last Kenmore lasted 11 years, the racks started breaking and rusting up.

This is one of the best dishwashers Ive owned. Its quiet while getting the job done. Ive never had any problems. It does its job and then some. Highly recommend. The size is not an issue. It fits perfectly, not too big not too small. Its a little compact but a lot of space on the inside. Very good and gets the job done. It looks good. Goes good with any kitchen decor. Fits in perfectly with any theme and doesnt stand out too much. While it is a little pricey, it does pay for itself in no time. Financing could also be available to those who need the extra to get it.

Nozzles are ideally placed to hit all items, regardless of how badly stacked. The Normal routine is a little longer than what I thought is necessary but Im sure there was copious research involved. The utensil tray is a little small but is movable to accommodate larger pots on the bottom shelf if needed. This dishwasher is super quiet. Trays are nicely separated to accommodate the majority of dishes. Wash arms are recessed to allow full use of space. Stainless steel stains easily. I would never purchase stainless steel appliances again, especially a dishwasher. Door must be opened to access pause button. Noisy with original sound blanket. If you have another, install that to lighten the noise. Overall, a great dishwasher that steadily performs up to two loads a day, 365 days a year.

It worked well for the first 2 years. Now it doesnt seem to clean as well. It cleans most of the dishes most of the time. I usually have to run it through 2 cycles to wash off the residue it leaves behind. It has a lot of room for plates, cups, bowls and silverware. The appearance of this dishwasher is excellent. The stainless steel is beautiful and surprisingly easy to keep clean. I also like the buttons hidden from the face of the dishwasher. The value of this machine is high for my family. Being a family of 6 we go through a lot of dishes. The size of this machine meets our familys needs.

We always tend to stick with the Kenmore brand. I am very happy with my Kenmore dishwasher and my whole family is very satisfied. Good quality dishwasher. Clean, convenient, easy to use, brand name, no problems, easy for the whole household to use, multiple dishwashing settings. There is nothing I would change! Kenmore has definitely met our initial expectations!!!

I only use the normal or pots/pans settings overnight because they are so long. I cook a lot, so during the day I use the 1 hr quick wash with heat drying. I like the sanitized option and I wished it worked for the 1 hr wash cycle. I wish the dishwasher was quieter, it sounds close the noise my dryer makes.

It works wonderfully! It cleans thoroughly with few dishwashing marks or dish detergent film. Dries fairly well, wish it was a little better but could be worse so no complaints. Size is wonderful, holds lots of dishes and cutlery. Still have to do a couple of loads but having a huge family that is expected. But I love this dish washer! Very nice, slick design. Color is beautiful and easy to clean. Smears do not appear and if they do they super easy to wipe away. Its just very nice looking and super easy to clean and keep clean. Value is very exceptional. With all the features offered, slick clean look, and the size in which can hold tons of dishes/cutlery the value is just exceptional for everything that is offered!

It is a great dishwasher; it leaves no food residue and removes even cooked on grease; I am extremely satisfied. There is however room for improvement though little is needed. It is big enough to holds larger pots and pans though I think it could be bigger as we go through so many dishes its unreal. People with larger families will not like this dishwasher as much as people with no families or small families will. It has a very neat clean appearance. It is easy to clean and fits in well with almost any style or color of kitchen. I love that it always looks so very clean even with minimal cleaning. I found it to be a fair value for its brand and size; it couldve been a little bit cheaper but you always happen to pay more for a good quality value and product and the warranty.

Bought a Kenmore 665 series dishwasher less than 3.5 years ago for $600. For the past 6-8 weeks I’ve been trying to determine why it works intermittently, usually just filling, heating, and draining, while not washing and not even dissolving the soap, and other times working ok... And I’m pretty good at researching and repairing. We were getting error codes in the diagnostics and replaced parts. Now we rarely get error codes but usually it doesn’t wash or dissolve at all even when there are no codes. A repairman costs half of a new machine and the worst part is that it’s not even 4 years old. We gave up and have a Bosch ordered, hoping for better luck. Note that Whirlpool makes Kenmore...

It gets food off everything, even if not rinsed out. It dries the dishes well and the pot feature is great. The filter on the bottom separates the food. This makes it easy too. The top has good depth and fits tall glasses and also some pots and pans. The bottom can fit in a lot and often I can get extra dishes, glasses and casserole dishes, even pot tops or roasting pans. I try and keep it clean and wipe it down with a dose decent spray. Also we clean the inside every couple of months. The value for money has exceeded our expectations. The dishwasher is really sturdy inside and was not made with flimsy plastic.

I always had very clean clothes and dishes. Food stayed cold and my freezer had plenty room and food stayed frozen. I would recommend Kenmore to everyone!! These appliances have been around for years and I do not know of any family and friends that had any problems.

I have bought Kenmore for years. At first it was because Sears was the only convenient store where I could shop for appliances that had sales associates who could answer questions and help me compare products. The prices are competitive and always work well. The tray is adjustable so I can raise or lower it to accommodate different kinds of dishes and pans. I can used a cycle to rinse dishes and wait so I can save detergent and keep the kitchen clean. I can turn off the drying cycle to save energy. However, I find that there are too few options of how I can place items in the dishwasher. Mugs frequently either collect water on the bottom or are not cleaned adequately. There is no convenient place to put large utensils - spoons, spatulas etc... They are too high to put with the cutlery but take up too much room if I lay them flat on the top tray. Also, they are not cleaned well if I lay them flat.

It washed dishes, sometimes food would be melted onto the container. The individual cycles were not used much, just the standard, but it did pretty well for its price point. I didnt like the color, should have gone with stainless models. The size was very nice. It had enough space for all of our dishes and cutlery. We were able to for several days and dinners worth of food onto the dishwasher and they almost always came out equally washed and clean. I did not end up liking the color very much. It was not the color I originally wanted, but I bought it on sale so I went with it. Inside and out, I would have preferred something like a stainless steel look for the dishwasher. I was happy with the value, especially because I was able to buy it on sale. The dishwasher never broke down or needed repair so it was a quality purchase. I would recommend it again if it was a dishwasher that was on sale.

We bought a Kenmore Dishwasher in October at Sears because we believed at the time there was no consumer retailer with a more trusted name that a consumer could rely upon. NEVER AGAIN. We will NEVER SHOP AT SEARS AGAIN FOR ANYTHING AND WOULD LIKE TO WARN ALL CONSUMERS TO STAY AWAY AS WELL. Our brand new Kenmore worked middling well for the first few weeks, then we began to notice our dishes were not getting clean. We carefully went over the manual and adjusted several things: added more Jet-Dry so the dispenser was full, adjusted the knob for the Jet-Dry to maximum; moved the silverware holder so the soap dispenser would have no interference. But even with that, the dishes were not washing properly. A repairman came to the house on December 28th. He made a few adjustments, and left. We tried again, and once again, our dishes did not clean. The soap dispenser ejected the soap, but the soap landed at the very top of the dishwasher and sat there like a lump of coal. It did not dissolve. So I called again. Now, I had to wait until January 10th. Today. Thirteen days for a repairman. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was nothing anyone could do. Sears is apparently short on repairmen. So today I received a call from Sears. My repair had been injured on the job. My appointment was cancelled. Next available date-- JANUARY 22ND. My brand new dishwasher that had NEVER worked properly was going to have to wait now ANOTHER TWELVE DAYS. AND THERE WAS NOTHING NO ONE COULD DO!!! I spoke to at least FIVE ADDITIONAL PEOPLE. And you are speaking to day players here. No one in a position of power. Customer no-service. No with a STAKE in SEARS. No one who gives a damn about you, or the company. The last woman I spoke with told me to stop yelling. I wasnt yelling, I told her. I was adamant. And so, welcome to Corporate America. This is what happens when companies get too big TO CARE. I cant even give the thing back b/c their return policy is 30 days. NOTHING BREAKS DOWN IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS! So we are stuck. Even if this damn thing gets fixed, it is a vastly inferior machine than we had before. So, stay away. Just stay away from sears altogether.Updated on 02/05/2018: Whatever you do, do not buy from Sears. We are on repairman THREE. As soon as he arrived, he got on the phone. Repair via telecommuting. Dishwasher bought in late October worked for 2 weeks. It is now February. The motor stopped working in two weeks. First repairman who was condescending diddled with the computer and did not discover the broken motor. Repairman two did, but parts had to be ordered. Repairman Three is here now, telecommuting. Any bets on if I get a working dishwasher? Customer service is ineffectual and rude. I went to Sears because Sears used to a name that could be trusted. No more. Stay away.

It functions, cleans my dishes nice, quickly, efficiently. My only issue is it rusts very easy. I need to continuously paint over the rust with a product for that every few months/washes. Its big enough. Not too big. It can easily hold the dishes for a family of four, with give or take a little bit of room left for surplus dishes. It does not take up too much space. What I got was reasonably priced. For the functionality, its good. I think however next time Id purchase a more premium quality one to avoid rusting out so quickly.

It is a very good product. Its very reliable and will probably outlast a lot of washers I have ever owned for a long time. I have thought about buying several other appliances but this one seems to be the best and durable. The dishwasher is very compact and fits lovely in the area I have placed it. It is great for the kitchen, or basement, and could also fit in a small place on a car port or driveway. The appearance is awesome. The design and all out look of the appliance really makes it look like a very futuristic advanced model. The price is very affordable for any working class household.

The performance is excellent because each and every time we use it, it does the job beautifully by cleaning the dishes, glassware, utensils, without any stains or food particles left on them. The size is quite wonderful for our home as it does not take up much space and fits very nicely into our kitchen. Not noisy, well built, but it seems like bottom rack leaves dishes a little spotty. I kind of would wish it had more shelves instead of the basic top and bottom shelves that most dish dryers have. When you use this Kenmore product, youll find that it has the same basic design of most Kenmore dish dryers. Lets start with the top rack, well I feel like it has a tight feeling to it. I cannot fit my Stein on the top rack due to height issues. For the bottom is very roomy and tons of space. I was able to put dishes and frying pans all in the bottom rack which surprised me. I believe its a well-crafted piece of machinery, with its digital numbers, it comes down to the kitchen if it does not match the cabinets or if it does. Nonmatching color makes it stand out if youre into that kind of thing but if that not a problem then it is pretty impressive. Overall it helps more than expected which if you value your time then this gives you your bang for your buck.

Sears and Kenmore both made it easy for me to cross them off my list for future appliance purchases. If I cant trust them with a small appliance like a microwave, I know I wont be able to trust them with a large purchase. No one should have to replace a microwave after just two years, especially when its kept in pristine condition. My microwave was great when it worked, easy to clean and large interior. Then it started rotating and heating when I opened the door (dangerous). Then when door was closed, food was placed inside and you would expect it to heat something, it would instead countdown and nothing happened. Only thing that worked was the timer.For months I contacted Kenmore on FB privately showing them video of both issues and their response was basically, Im sorry for your troubles, theres nothing we can do. I have a dishwasher with another company that messed up and they actually cared about making things right. I wouldve easily bought a replacement, but the dont care attitude keeps me from replacing my Kenmore microwave with another Kenmore microwave. After just 2 years, Id expect more.

This model is an 2002 Kenmore Elite dishwasher. Still works OK. Needs to be replaced but very dependable. Will look at another Kenmore, or Whirlpool.

Kenmore Dishwasher has a nice size. It fits an overflowing sink full of dishes with plenty of room for my larger pots and pans as well. It is easy to load and unload. It is cute. It collects a lot of dust and other particles from my four-year old daughter but nothing a little bleach cannot clean up. Otherwise it is very nice. You cannot beat the price for the performance you get. It is very affordable and gets the job done right the first time. No rewashing dishes over and over and no spots. Works great, cant beat that for sure. Kids can use it easily as well. No hassles, no fuss, just clean dishes every day!

It is powerful and exceptionally easy to use. It is intuitive and the dishes come out sparkling clean with no need to rewash or rinse. It is also energy efficient and uses less water than other dishwashers. It is quite large and accommodates all of my dishwashing needs. I can also comfortably fit several pots and pans, as well as at least a days worth of dishes. It looks very sleek and modern. I think it comes in several different finishes and colors and there are enough options to fit in any kitchen. The dishwasher itself was a little expensive but you save money on water and electricity and it looks very durable. I imagine t would last a while and need very little repair.

Cleans dishes and pots great. Its very easy to use and never had a problem or issue with this product. Very reasonably priced for this type of product. Kenmore brands are great quality products. For the price of this dishwasher the appearance is very comparable to other brands although its a little tough keeping the fingerprints off the door. I would have preferred a larger one however I did not have the space available for it in my home. However everything fits into the dishwasher with ease. I would highly recommend this product.

Thought I was getting a good product. Have bought Kenmore Elite in the past. Paid $2500 for refrigerator in Nov 2016. Less than 2 years later, the fridge is warm. Same story as others. Sears cant come out for 2 weeks. Had another company come out next day and they confirmed the freon was gone. Apparently there is a leak in a sealed unit? Compressor was hot and coils were not. Cant complain to anyone because call center is offshore and they do not understand. I called customer service and they said they would have to transfer me. This happened 4 times before I couldnt take it anymore and hung up. You cant get to Kenmore Corporate. All contact info is pointed to Sears. Is there a class action lawsuit I can join? I have appointment scheduled for them to come out in 2 weeks, but Im afraid they will say it will be $1k or more to fix it. Less than 2 years old. I shouldnt have to fix it. The tech that came out told me my Kenmore is made up of LG parts. If I wanted an LG I would of bought that brand? Why do they do that? Oh and my Kenmore dishwasher crapped the bed a few short months ago too! I replaced it with a Bosch. I will NEVER spend another dime at Sears or on a Kenmore appliance again!

I chose this dishwasher because I have a few friends and family who own it, and they absolutely love it! It is for sale for a great, affordable price and who doesnt love to save money?! I know I do and I think it is great because it does a great job at getting off all the food. Sometimes my family cant remember to rinse the dishes before putting them in, no matter how many times I tell them. But this dishwasher has clean dishes every time. All my past washers would leave food stuck on. Gross! But one of the things I dislike about it is that it takes a long time and wish it was a bit faster. I have yet to find a great dishwasher that gets all the food off and is super fast. Maybe its just as fast as it goes. Other than that, I absolutely love this washer! I would highly suggest buying one.

Kenmore is a well-known trusted name brand of appliances and youre always guaranteed ticket a good working appliance. The Kenmore Elite Dishwasher has been one of my favorite ones because it cleans dishes so well and you dont have to run it several times to get the food off of the dishes. I would like to see Kenmore design a dishwasher where the top rack was not so shallow, maybe move it down and give it a little more room for taller things go on top, such as your taller glasses and cups. I chose Kenmore because I knew it was an appliance that I could depend on and would be something that I didnt have to replace again for a long time. They always have met my expectations since I first started buying Kenmore.

It was a good dishwasher. Always worked. Used a good, white cheap detergent. It was a good to use. Went by quick. Dishes sparkled to use the jobs to do the dishes. It was a nice white, clean color. Looked very nice. It was a very nice size. Fit perfect. Runs well. Good looking machine. Cant do the right thing. Holds 30 plates 40 cups 100 silverpieces. Perfect location. Good sink. Total detergent, nice glasses. It was around 600 dollars. Nice height and width. Good quality merchandise. It was an easy set up. Worked well to use. Held plenty of dishes and glasses. Did the trick in a timely manner.

The performance of this dishwasher is far beyond my wildest dreams. Excellent cycles and great washing abilities. It is whisper quiet and always shows the finest in quality and performance. This dishwasher holds a large amount of pots and pans and far exceeds what you realize you can get inside and get a great wash and rinse. Dishes are very clean and always can be trusted that no germs are ever left behind. This dishwasher is beautiful to look at and you are so proud when people come into your kitchen area. It is always very quiet and allows all conversations to be heard. The value of this dishwasher is far above what I ever expected. The value is pure quality and the service I get from it is outstanding.

It works well and fast and washes all the dishes fast. It also comes at a cheap price for me, and it is very good value. It can fit basically all of my items. I myself use a lot of plates, bowls, and many utensils to cook and I can fit them all in one wash. It doesnt really look much because dishwashers werent really built to look too nice... Its silver and just ordinary.

Our landlord bought a Kenmore dishwasher brand new and it didnt work. The spinning blade on the bottom would not spin. So, after calling customer serviceand scheduling a technician, who was more eager to come for refrigerator repair, said he will talk to the landlord and the parts are ordered. Ordered? This young man would not tell me what would be replaced and when the part would come. After ten days during Christmas and New Year we werent able to use the dishwasher. The parts wouldnt arrive so we heard from customer service that nothing was ordered for our dishwasher. Excuse me? And customer service put me on hold and disconnected me twice. I certainly can say Sears does not care about customer service. A second person came without cloth or so broke our drain and replaced the motor blade leaving the defect motor behind and a very messy kitchen floor. What can I say. We are NOT using the dishwasher because its cycle is over 3 hours and it does not clean and dry properly. Prewash and manual kitchen towel drying is needed. We went back to old fashioned way with five people in the household. I would never buy from Sears. Worst experience ever. And two years living without dishwasher because landlord just bought it new.

I love my dishwasher. Its fantastic and cleans my dishes with very little effort. There is never any residue left on my dishes and it has excellent settings. It fits all my before and after dinner dishes quite well. The silverware holder is sturdy and doesnt move around a lot like a lot of other dishwashers I have owned in the past. Its black, which matches all of my kitchen appliances. The buttons and displays are easy to read and navigate. It blends into my kitchen rather than being obvious. I got it on sale at Lowes so I got a really good deal - but other than the cost of the dishwasher, it adds value to my kitchen because it saves me time.

I didnt choose Kenmore it kinda choose me, it was already in the first house we purchased. It worked like a charm. We never had to have it repaired. It never broke down. Kenmore had the spray arm which I thought was the best in cleaning. I never had to rinse the dishes off and they are always were clean.

It does get things clean, but sometimes theres water stains left on it. Or discolored plates that have to be washed AGAIN. Other than that, I am satisfied with the product. However, I would like a more powerful one, one day. The size is great. A bigger one could be amazing! But, I wont lie, Im pleased with the current size. :) It gets pretty much all my needed dishes cleaned within one load and nothing left over! Its okay. Its pretty boring and standard looking (but, I guess since it mainly does get the job done, how can I complain? LOL!) But Id love a shiny one that is a beautiful black or silver...it would match my other appliances much more! It does the job, it gets everything pretty dang clean. I am happy about that, at least! It does what it claims to do and I plan to buy another Kenmore the next time I shop for one!!!

Gets the job done. The dishes come out clean. Rarely theres dishes which have marks, but for the most part 9/10 performance. Nothing is perfect, but this is somewhat on its way. The size is enough to load a nights dinner mess and portions of breakfast and lunch. Has handy compartments for silverware and other smaller utensils. The overall appearance of the item is one of something sleek, innovative, but sadly nothing original. Its nice but similar designs can be seen on numerous other products. Looks great, gets the job done, adequate space, you get what you pay for! If only you could offer more coupons Id purchase even more.

This dishwasher had very good reviews from my friends and my family member. They told me about how it does an awesome job and I needed to try it for myself. It was easily accessible and had numerous settings, which I loved! Hard power jet cleaned dishes quickly and easily. The design was sleek and elegant. The only problem I had was with the person installing it. Besides that, I never had any problems out of it. It got the job done and more so!

I was worried that it wouldnt fit in the very space I had wanted it to go but it did fit there and looks great. Im very happy with it. It fits in with my whole kitchen theme as I have the black theme going with all my appliances so this was exactly what I wanted and I was able to find it with this product. The price for this is great as it works so very well.

When I first made the purchase, the value seemed appropriate. However the performance isnt what it used to be, resulting in needing to do more wash cycles to clean the dishes. The size is fairly sufficient although there have been plenty of occasions where I would like the capacity to be bigger. I often have to do more than one load. Your periods is fine for the most part. It would be nice if the color could be changed somehow to accommodate other appliance colors. Happy with the results and the performance has been satisfactory withholding a few occasions when the dishes are not clean enough. Works fairly well.

My wife and I built a brand new home two years ago and supplied it with all Kenmore or Kenmore elite appliances. As of today the appliances are barely 2 years old and the washing machine has broke, needs a new control panel and drain pump that is going to take a week or more to come in so we have no washer for at least a week. The dishwasher shuts off mid cycle so I have to have somebody come out for that. The tech told me it is probably an issue with the temp of the water so I have to run the hot water at the sink until it gets hot then run the dishwasher. Really? For two years it worked just fine and now that it is malfunctioning that is the solution they give me? The top of our refrigerator freezer door completely cracked and got worse over time until it eventually all fell off into pieces. This happened by simply opening and closing the door. It looks terrible in our brand new $330k home. When I called Kenmore they said that is cosmetic and wont be taken care of. I am beyond disappointed. We spent thousands of dollars and thought that Kenmore was a great brand until this.Update: The control panel Kenmore is sending me for my washer is now delayed by UPS and UPS is now telling me I may not have the part until late next week. Maybe later. So we will possibly go into 2+ weeks without a washing machine. I have called the Kenmore 1-800-4-my-home number several times and I get nowhere. One agent actually told me if the part does not arrive within 21 days then they will explore other options. As if a two year old washing machine breaking and sending us to the laundromat for 3+ weeks is acceptable. Terrible service!!!

The dishwasher does great. I have not had any problems with it. I am very satisfied with my Kenmore 24 in dishwasher. It gets all my dishes clean and is quiet. It is only a 24 in built in dishwasher. It that is all the bigger I need to have. It does not take up any space hardly under the counter and out of the way. Jet covers all my needs. It may not be a fancy looking dishwasher but I am a simple person and it goes good with the rest of my kitchen. I like tube white color and the metal trim. It is not a very expensive dishwasher and for how much I paid for it it is well worth it not only cheap. But it works great. I would recommend this kenmore to anyone.

I have a Sears Kenmore. It is an excellent dishwasher.
