After 5 years of great service our water heater started acting up. The plumber says 15 days until they can come out to fix, A. O. Smith stood behind the warranty and sent the much needed parts next day. I mean the very next day at no cost not even for shipping. I've never dealt with a warranty issue this easily. Simple install, Great company, great customer service. I look forward to many more years using their products.

Making lunches and dinners for my family ahead of time is much easier with the huge amount of storage space in my new AccuCold Freestanding refrigerator. Being able to store all of these meals is super convenient!

The shelf inside of oven arrived damaged! How is that even possible! After 7 days we have received replacement! Not super happy about this but I guess things can happen. Otherwise we are very happy with the variety of cooking options this range gives us. Purchased few other items from this site and so far I am happy. But replacement parts if damaged should be sent faster!!!

When I did my kitchen renovation I was looking for certain appliances and Avenue Appliance Store - Kitchen & Home Appliances was able to get both the AGA oven and Miele dishwasher that I wanted. Nobody else seemed able to accommodate me as well as they could. Overall, I was very happy with their ability to obtain these appliances for me. I was also very happy with the prices of the items. But after the sale was made, it seemed that the people at Avenue didn't treat me quite as well as before the sale. They were a little bit harder to reach and not as responsive. I was especially concerned with the installer they referred me to. I needed a certified installer to maintain the warranty on the oven but the fellow who Avenue recommended didn't seem very knowledgeable. I had to point out a few things to him myself. Additionally, the stove needed to be turned on and run for a specific period of time before its first use and when I did so, I discovered that some packing material had been left inside. I saw the smoke and almost started a fire in my new kitchen! The installer should have been more on top of this significant detail. Otherwise, everything with Avenue Appliance Store - Kitchen & Home Appliances was excellent! I recommend them to others!

We have the 700 model. I have a small room that doesn't have air condition. I ordered this and it works perfect. I set it in the hallway and it pulls the air condition from the living room to the small room. Add ice and it cools even better. It rolls very well on the casters so moving it is no problem. My only complaint is that it is big but lightweight. It is also quiet. About the sound of a regular fan running.

The energy efficiency is excellent. I get a weekly report on my energy usage, and it has already dropped significantly with this new AC unit.

It does its job. It's easy to clean the removable filter. Rarely does it leave any residue, scrubs the dishes well. It takes tabs or powder cleaners. Easy to use, has few buttons to use, good machine!

Just a complaint about washers. I'm short and getting older. Top loader drums are too deep. I have to stand on my tiptoes to reach the bottom of the drum. I know of others my height that say the same. If I stand on a stool, there is a chance it could tip especially when throwing the clothes into the dryer-twisting, leaning. Does anyone make a machine that isn't so deep?Virge **

So far, we are very pleased with our new furnace, air conditioner and air cleaning system. The installation process went very smoothly and we are impressed with the overall system's operations. We are especially pleased with how quiet it is and have already noticed that our home is less dusty. The air cleaner also did a great job of keeping the smoke our of our home during the nearby fires in the northwest of the United States.

Our old heat pump died and we needed a new one. I did a great deal of research and we chose this Amana model as the best value as it had a great price and great quality.

My microwave splatters really easy even when food is covered my a paper towel. It melts plastic easily. I have to pay closer attention when I use any plastic product. I like to microwave and leave while cooking. I cannot do this.

I have had several gas stoves, ovens and this one seems to work perfect for me it doesn't have a bunch of bells and whistles it's a plain Jane and I love it. If you're wanting something to cook with that evenly Cooks this is what you would want to buy Amanda is a good Appliance I've had whirlpools, Frigidaire, GE, LG, Samsung but this is really good for just plain cooking.

Refrigerator has unique closed seal feature. When door is closed, vacuum seal is created by small pump. Feature keeps door sealed more tightly, but sometimes difficult to open. Model has only one shelf, two shelves would be more versatile.

I bought a washing machine from Amana in November and my first service call was in December. They came 3 times and haven't fixed it yet and it's April 26 and I'm waiting for another service call. Why do I have to suffer. I bought a new machine and it hasn't worked. They don't care at all.

Easy to assemble. Seems to be quality metal so hopefully won't see any rust. It throws out a lot of heat and warms you up if you are standing. If you are sitting you don't benefit as much. I cut off 12" of the vertical tube. That helped a lot for those sitting around the heater. I get about 4 hours of use from a 16lb tank. Wish they would fill the propane tanks to 20lbs like they used to. Fairly easy to wheel around.

After using both gas and electric ranges, I would recommend this Gas range. This cooks more evenly and have lot of new features. Best stove I have ever had.

Great heat pump in terms of efficiency. Costs essentially nothing to run on AC mode. Heatings costs are much lower than prior heat pump. This would absolutely be a 5 star review except for one thing. Every time the outside temperature goes below 5 degrees, the compressor shuts off permanently. The only way to get the compressor to run again is to power cycle the entire unit. Even if the outside temperature hits 50 degrees, the compressor will not cycle on. This has now happened 5 years in a row. Reported to dealer, who could find no solution. This one issue means that one month every year my bill goes up by over $200 for the month in which this happens (to about $500 from a normal winter high of $300). Obviously this is a controls problem that American Standard has no interest in addressing, which is too bad as it otherwise a nearly perfect unit.

I was and am still using my 4 gal under sink Bosh unit but 4 gal wasn't enough. Put this 12 gal baby right behind sink in another room and piped it all through both water heaters and now have 16 gal instant hot water. Would highly recommend this water heater. Just hope it lasts.

Cannot get hold of them on phone. Been waiting for 2hrs. They just don't care! Tried calling again and again. No reply. Been trying for 3 days. My heater pressure relief valve is not working and I am leaking water.

I bought this new unit to replace one I had for 20 years. The main reason I replaced it was because of efficiency issues plus difficulty in finding parts. This Armstrong I bought works well though. I haven’t had any trouble with it for the ten months I’ve had it. Good ac with great functionality.

Armstrong gas furnace is available in the online market, and all you have to do is to make an order of the same and then have a contractor install it. Some consumers are also buying them directly from contractors. Most service calls on Armstrong gas furnace are due to human error on poor maintenance and poor installation of the furnace.

It's always disheartening when you buy something and it doesn't perform to its expected level. But even when 3 different repairmen tell you all they do is fix these kind of products repeatedly in different customers homes and their product is not up to the standards of standard dishwashers then you know you've made a mistake buying it. In our case our dishwasher has never since day one clean the dishes thoroughly and has never ever dried the dishes and we've had 4 service calls well over $1200. Still have not had satisfaction. I guess it's our fault buying a dishwasher from a country that is not known to produce products of this level or at all would highly want anybody to buy a local dishwasher from their appliance store or even Home depot with a name they know and trust like GE that has been a standard in the industry for years opposed to higher end appliances that don't perform at all.

Clothes roll into tight tube and will not rinse well or be clean even with reverse of tub. The dryer rolls clothes into tight tube shape and have to pause cycle to untangle; even single sheet for drying.

Let me start by saying my old washing machine before this one was an Asko that lasted me 12 years, and I've left positive reviews for that. This one is the worst dud. What makes it worse, was Asko customer service. It died 2 weeks after it ran out of warranty. It was back and forth between ACCC and Asko for 6 weeks. I was without a washing machine for the long before they repaired it under warranty. 1 year after that, it died again for a different reason. This time, it was going to cost $1430 to repair. Not good enough for a $2300 washing machine. Terrible after sales service. Takes ages to get through on the phone, then they're nice to you but nothing gets achieved.

I ordered this Avanti dishwasher for my home, as it was one of the most economical ones in the 18" size. I had never heard of this brand name before and was hoping that it would be a good one. I have now been using it for a couple of months and I wanted to share that I love this dishwasher; it's surprisingly quiet, and although small it is set up for maximum amount of dishes and they come out beautifully clean! I couldn't be happier. I always read reviews to get a feel about purchases and figured someone would appreciate mine. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

First of all, some reviewers are stating this is a "ventless" dryer, and it is not. It does need to be vented. I got a venting system on Amazon for around 11 dollars, it has a vent tube and a box that you put water in, this catches what little lint comes out of the dryer and recycles the heat back into your house. Alternatively, you can vent it out a window. I chose this dryer because the all-in-one ventless dryers don't really "dry" your clothes and are more expensive. The filter system is inside the dryer on the inside back wall and works amazing. I have lots of pets and I have to say, this little guy works great, I have not seen any lint at all in the ventless lint box thingy that I purchased from Amazon. Dries everything completely too. I matched this with a danby washer #see that review# and am very happy. I live in a little beach house so there is no 220 access and no washer/dryer hookups and this works perfectly. I put it in the kitchen and dry my clothes while I'm doing other things, then push it under the table when I'm done...it is small and takes up little space. Beats going to the laundromat for sure. Plus, this company is great, shipped it out right away and prices are better than at any store. You can't beat them.

I own one of these refrigerators they're so cheap made, that the doors won't even stay tightened, and it’s not as cold on the inside as it should be. Even turned all the way up. I own the stove and dishwasher too and they're not any better, big nightmares if you ask me, don’t waste your time.

The double french door model is too small. It has the illusion of size but the lower level freezer is awful. It has four draws and the draws, once pulled out are difficult to put back in...a real pain in the back! Plus the draws are small. Overall a poor attempt at being modern.

I love this little washer. It holds and handles a lot more than I expected! The drain hose did pop out once and I came up with a solution. I had this sink drainer I bought at Amazon, I squeezed and fired the hose in the drainer and positioned it underneath the water line so it can’t pop out. Now everything is perfect! Would have liked slightly larger wheels.

I bought this heater to replace a cheap heater which was, literally, falling apart. I read all the reviews about how difficult it was to assemble and I did not have any problems at all. The directions were obvious and all the materials were right there in a handy little labeled blister pack. My one (and only) complaint is that the instructions don't tell you how the base is to be oriented which gives you a 1 in 4 chance of getting it right, otherwise you have to disassemble the base and rebuild it. To save everyone a possible problem, the side with the slots (opposite from the wheels) has to be on the side with the controls! It never says anything about this in the instructions until the very last step. Otherwise this is perfect.

I'm a low maintenance guy which is why this Azure refrigerator is perfect for me. Plug it in and it's ready to go with no extra doodads that can break down.

Had this delivered about 1 month ago. The burners all worked well. Lot's of BTU's which is important for me. However the oven door would not close properly. After a couple weeks of frustration, a BEKO certified tech came out and showed us that you just turn the oven to 'self clean' and the latch will move so that the oven door will close properly. Simple - but why not have that stated in the manual? Other than that the oven works very well. Temp seems accurate. Powerful too. It looks great and am happy with the purchase. Would recommend.

We have for about three years a beco washing machine and a dishwasher and a condenser tumble dryer these are the best machines we have ever bought highly recommend these machines. We have had all sorts of makes but these machines are truly the best we have ever had I know it sounds to good to be true but they are think I might try a fridge next

Love this washing machine! Have only one small complaint when you have to push the START/PAUSE button, I have to push really hard to get machine to kick into gear and start. I have to use my thumb and really press hard for it to make sure that it starts. That is my only complaint. The machine has a lot of options for washing cycles which are great. I wash a range of clothing from sheets and other bedding to woolen winter long sleeve tee's and never have a problem as there are good settings to choose if you want a long or a short cycle. Delicate clothes are just fine in this washing machine. Only use half the amount of washing powder you normally use as this machine washes well.

Knowledgeable and very nice mechanic. Works neatly. He gave good explanation of the remote control. We are very satisfied with this technician from Tilburg.

the Bertazzoni cooktop/range is fabulous. Four burners each of which has a totally different output. Once calibrated the adjustment screws on the control valve, we can really use each burner differently. Two very LOW simmer burners...and the double burner can make a wok really smoke!. Most complaints will be because the burner levels aren't properly adjusted. Quite easy to do if one reads the installation/user guide, but if not done, then will get a LOT of unhappy people. My wife misses a self clean oven...but once calibrated, it holds its temperature well

Great looking counter-depth refrigerator. Efficient storage. We are happy with that. In an unexpected twist, it showed up without handles. The Best Buy web site shows it with handles, and nowhere in the description or specs does it say otherwise. Pacific Sales was also unaware of this oddity, but they made it right and are sending me handles at no cost.

I've had my Blackstone for a year now and absolutely love it. So much that I cook on it in the winter. Our summer parties now consist of me cooking a meal on it. Christmas breakfast we had our large family over. I cooked pancakes, eggs, sausage, hash browns and biscuits all on my Blackstone. I can't say enough about it. It cooks great, heats up nicely, easy to scrape and clean, easy to initially season, feeds a lot of people and it's fun to cook on!

We are renting a home in Key West Florida and the host installed a compact washer and dryer set in the apartment. The front load washer and front load vented dryer work better than I expected. We had rented an apartment in our home state of Oklahoma that had compact laundry appliances that were not all that great (those were Bosch and the dryer was ventless). I’m very pleased with the performance of the Blomberg appliances.

I bought a whole Blomberg appliance package for our new home. The primary reason for the choice was this range. Love the look, analog control and burner size selections. I was nervous making an investment in a new brand to me and I'm now really pleased I did it. The cooktop is great and the oven is amazing...very even and the convection is fast. Another reviewer mentioned you have no way to know the temp...which is not really true. There is an LED next to the temp guage that flashes slowly until the oven reaches temp...then it remains lit. The 20k burner with wok attachment also goes to a very low simmer. This range competes well with products a much higher price points.

We finally junked a 3 year old GE Profile that broke several times and bought this Blomberg. It was noisy the first 24 hours while working hard to get to temp but now I'm thrilled. Excellent. Time will tell but so far a great looking and performing piece of equipment.

Bosch service tech discovered a manufacturers defect in my new dishwasher model number SHEM63W55N. My dealer submitted the request to replace immediately. The RA paperwork took 7 weeks. After spending the morning on the phone with the seller, I was told this model is not available. When I called Bosch, the customer service informed me that they have closed the issue and that they are done. No suggestions or offers to correct the issue and no apology for their delays. I have to hope that the seller will do what is necessary to correct the issue. Would have expected better and more compassion from their customer service people. I do not recommend Bosch if you want good customer service!

We filled our home with Bosch appliances as part of upgrade to a new home we purchase 13 years ago. First the washer smells really bad if we leave the door closed, then the dryer on/off switch is a hit or miss as it doesn't trigger it. We've had to replace one microwave 3 years ago then the new microwave that we paid over $500, it's plate broke. Can you believe the Heat plate broke in three pieces while heating up a glass of water?! We contacted Bosch who said since the microwave passed the warranty period of one year they would give a 50% discount on a new plate which still ended up costing $85.43. I would not recommend Bosch.

Only place in the country that would sell me a Bosch system direct. Thanks! Shipping was fast, unit arrived in perfect shape. Can't comment on the system yet but feature wise it beats everything else for the price.

Our built in microwave 800 series starting having trouble about a year after purchase. The display went dim. We were told it was no longer in warranty so just lived with it. Subsequently the door broke, the fuse blew and the circuit board overloaded and failed/burned out (all out of warranty). The service person came ($200) to tell us the door being crooked from when we bought it caused all these problems because the left and right side triggers were engaging out of sync when opening and closing. The cost to repair the unit would be more than the value of the microwave at original purchase. As for a prorate on a replacement model. It's taken them 6 weeks and counting just to process that request while I continue to get voicemails that a repair person is coming back to fix it (a solution I've repeatedly rejected as paying over $1000 to repair a microwave is nonsense). Two months of calls to Bosch support several times a week and still waiting to get this resolved. The prorate amount they have offered is a very small discount considering they sold us a lemon in the first place. Very disappointed with bosch at every step and would not recommend the product nor customer service.

Our Bosch 800 gas slide-in range was purchased in late 2019, installed in February 2020 and the igniter failed in October 2021. One would hope that a new $2200 range would last longer than a year and a half before failing. We would have had to wait 30 days for service at hundreds of dollars cost, so I bought a new igniter and installed it so that we would have a working oven. Bosch was unwilling to reimburse us for the $105 igniter. I don't recommend Bosch.

I contracted Apple Air to install a tankless hot water heater during a complete home renovation. The Bosch unit has had nothing but problems since we starting using it. Apple has had a technician here a dozen times and has tried replacing different parts and has had no success. The unit gets freezing cold and then scalding hot intermittently. Even the technician said he can see the codes that are appearing indicating the problem. I’ve been very patient thus far but am tired of being told “we’ll call you back” when they never do. Weeks go by and we hear nothing. It’s not right. At some point they need to admit that the unit is faulty and to either install a new one or issue me a refund because frankly I don’t want to do businesses with this company anymore. Please don’t make the mistake I made by getting schmoozed Apple Air and there salesman John **.

Relatively quiet and cleans well. Only problem is it is a 3 rack system and with the top tier set for cutlery, it makes loading tall glasses a problem as there isn’t enough clearance to set the glasses properly. Forget about putting common wine glasses in this thing.

40 gallon gas water heater, model# RG240T6N. Unknown to me, comes with a 90 day warranty. That's it. So now 18 months later, control not working. Pilot won't stay light because led light won't function. I used to buy Home Depot wh - they lasted 4 years. A so called top water heater - Bradford White only lasted 18 months. Looks like I'm going back to Home Depot. I do not recommend.

Product assembled very easy and completed in less than an hour. Product looks great. Compared to other propane patio heaters it puts out a lot of heat. Unfortunately the heater is very tall and the head cannot be directed downward enough to warm the backs of people sitting under the unit. The design result is that the heat is spread over a large area but the heat gain is pretty limited for everyone. I have a celling mount 6000 watt Bromic that provides a more focused, but much warmer sitting area.

Appears to be very well constructed units. I had a total of three units installed the same day. My electric usage has dropped since installation. Will be able to tell more next summer with the Texas heat.

Our old dishwasher was very noisy. Sometimes, this one is so quiet, it is hard to tell if it is on. The controls are on the top of the door, which seems like the trend now, but I prefer the old way when they were on the front. This is the best cleaning dishwasher we have owned. The racks have adjustments that make sense. I also like the spray nozzles on the racks for cleaning out bottles, etc. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone. An added bonus was that we got a great price from Best Buy.

We have been looking for a strong powerful heater for our patio that is not affected by weather and this heater fits the bill. We now had this heater for a number of years and the stainless steel body doesn't show any sign of corrosion. We can only recommend this great heater.

So far, the Capital stove and oven works great. We love it. It was easy to set up and it looks great in our kitchen. Food cooks more evenly in the oven and on the burner.

RUN AWAY! I always trusted in the brand, however, when I needed help from Carrier, they don't want to deal with their "certified providers". I purchased an Air Handler and a Condenser from two providers listed on the Carrier website to solving my cooling problem. The issue was not solved, and now they want to sell me another HVAC system more powerful. They will not give me any discount for the product that I just bought and have less than 2 months of usage. Honestly, it is a joke, they want to sell more and more equipment without caring about customer satisfaction. Very disappointed with Carrier.

Two homes, one with Trane the other with Carrier. Carrier failed after 8 years and the company would not back up their warranty. Trane still running on its 15th years after a $500 repair on the control board. I am shopping for a new heat pump and I will never buy another Carrier.

My HVAC system from Carrier has worked well from the start and has never skipped a beat. It is the best system I’ve ever owned. And the price was affordable as well. And guess what - I work for Trane!

To start off, my family has always been Chrysler customers. However, that will no longer be the case. We recently (within a year) purchased a brand new 2020 Pacifica. On January 29th, right after it passed 18,000 miles, the transmission went out. We were then informed by Chrysler that they only cover $35 a day for a rental and only for 10 days. No rental company in my area is below $55 a day. Then we are told that they cannot find a transmission for our vehicle. When we called to see if Chrysler would cover a rental completely since they had no idea when they would have parts and they promptly said no and that although they understood our frustration they would not do anything beyond what they were doing. Two weeks later they finally have a transmission on the way from California. It takes two weeks for it to arrive at the dealership service department in Virginia. That was two weeks ago and our Pacifica has not moved in their parking lot. Chrysler is saying that the technician doesn’t have a free lift available to get it in. I received an email today saying that the “Chrysler customer service” would check with the dealership again next week. I will NEVER purchase a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram vehicle again. And I will not recommend them to anyone, EVER!

Our furnace and air conditioner are both Coleman, and they have lasted for ten years. The AC always needs replacement although this is not part of the furnace and we cannot complain about this. The high energy conversion rate as a result of the AFUE high levels makes it the best for me. I have not had any replacements or repairs so far, and I hope I will not have any problems with my furnace. The price is manageable, and I would recommend this to anyone who needs a gas furnace that is not too pricey and works efficiently.

First the pan busted in 2016. 2020 evaporation coils had to be replaced $1400.00, then in 2022 the compressor needed replacing $2200.00, and finally the expansion values need replacing. Quote to fix $1400.00. We refused to put another dime in this piece of junk, so we replaced with a Trane. Coleman parts take time to arrive and their units are nothing but problems and money. Your warning, stay away from any Coleman.

The house feels crisp/clean/enjoyable to be in, its a hard feeling to describe, but I'm very happy I went with Comfortmaker brand and the Variable speed full system. If you can afford to go this route, I definitely recommend this option, you'll be amazed and won't regret it at all!

I just wanted to chip in a 5-star review after seeing the top reviews talking about how their microwaves kept breaking--and I'm really sorry they had that experience, because this microwave is a real workhorse. I've currently had mine for going on five years now and had absolutely no problems whatsoever. The only reason I'm thinking of buying a new one is that the interior paint is starting to scuff off on the "ceiling" and the interior of the door--likely because when I clean, I scrub hard. I use my microwave multiple times a day and daily, so it gets hard use. I've had super-expensive microwaves that didn't hold up over a year.

The Bottom Line. Continental offers a good warranty for parts and the compressor if you register soon after purchase. The air conditioning units are solidly built and are meant to be reliable since the brand truly cares about their customers.

Updated on 09/25/2020: I wrote my original review of Dacor back in June 2020. This was after 4 months after I first started having trouble with my Dacor dishwasher. It is now September 25th, and still waiting on parts from Dacor to get dishwasher fix. Now the $10k refrigerator is not working and have been awaiting parts on it for over two months. This is absolutely the worst “high end” brand I have ever bought. This now a Samsung owned company and is not worth the money. Stay clear if this brand. Look at the other brands in this category like Wolf, Sub Zero, Miele.Original Review: I purchased a complete Dacor Kitchen package worth close to $20k for a home I did a renovation on. We had the dishwasher a month and it has not worked since. Finally they sent out someone to service it. The service tech said nothing was wrong with it. The next day after the servicemen left it was back making the same horrible sounds and AGAIN not working. I called warranty for about the 8th time and all the rep could tell me is... that did we read our manual and make sure we were operating it properly???? WOW!! I'm a custom home builder and have bought numerous high end appliances packages and generally have had good service and even replacement if it's a major problem. Dacor makes it sound like this is my fault, that they sold me an INFERIOR product!! Don't waste your money on DACOR. Miele, Wolf, Sub Zero all have superior products and service!!

After 4 months our microwave exploded when we tried to bake 2 potatoes. Dacor has reviewed the situation and acknowledged the product was defective. 10 weeks later they keep saying the replacement is on the way but no one knows where it is. Don't buy dacor products.

My Dacor wall oven does not heat. It is 6 years old and barely used. The technician is waiting for Dacor to get back to them to fix the problem. The technician has done everything they can and it has been four months and Dacor is not responding to fix the issue as it's a Dacor problem not a technician problem. (It's a control interface issue, the relay board communicating with machine is not working properly.) I have done my own investigation and they do not reply to customer service e-mails, there is no phone number to talk to someone who could help, just a receptionist who says after 7 years we don't fix Dacor. Again, my oven is 6 years old. I would not purchase this high end product or any product from Dacor ever again.

I have an Dacor column fridge and after 18 mths (under warrant), it's not cooling. It's been 3 weeks, 2 repair visits and I'm still out of fridge. Repair person said this is a known issue. If this is the case, Dacor should be proactive and reaching out to consumers under warranty to get this fixed instead of waiting for complaints. Interior trim kit is not included in purchase price which is ridiculous for the price of this fridge. Would not recommend!

If cooling is your main concern, you simply can’t go wrong with Daikin air conditioners. Additionally, the manufacturer hires professional representatives that are always respectful and try to find a solution, no matter the issue at hand.

The furnace and air conditioner are great. However, the thermostat is pretty complicated to make changes. I did not find useful information on the web to help me through the process of changing high and low temperature and setting the schedule.

I wouldn’t mind the hum of the powerful Daikin 24,000 BTU AC so long as it does its job well. I don’t see any sense in going for a quiet but hopelessly ineffective device. The slight vibrations are great for soothing me into a deep slumber! I think Daikin made a big balance between power and noise levels – huge power means you have to sacrifice certain niceties like a quiet device. At less than $3,000, it is the best bargain one can ever out there. I have been using it since 18 months ago, and so far, nothing to complain about.

To any naysayers I must say you are not using the dryer properly. I purchased this dryer and have been using it for a few weeks now and I LOVE IT! Obviously you cannot overload it and expect it to dry. The clothes need to be able to move freely to allow the air to circulate. This is the same with any other dryer of any size. Secondly if you took the time to look at the timer the setting from 200 minutes to 120 minutes is HOT temperature and from 120 minutes to 20 minutes is WARM temperature and 20 minutes to off is COOLDOWN. The timing on the left showing 0 to 80 minutes is for simple air drying used for anything that is just slightly wet or delicate and so is also a LOWER temperature. There is also a push button for high or low. I have it set to high. If you start your clothes at the 200 minute mark and then check them after a bit (1/2 hour to 45 min.) you will find that they do dry in the same time as a regular dryer. The dryer can be stopped at any time simply by opening the door. The timer can easily be reset to cooldown if wanted but I have not had to do that as none of the clothes, towels, bedding, jackets etc. that I have dryed have been wrinkled coming out. I only attached the elbow to the vent and turned it sideways to vent into the room. I simply turn off my heat and let the dryer heat the room. In the summer I will simply open the windows. The lint filter works fantastic and I have not had ANY dust or lint flying around the room. The lint filter is not difficult to clean at all and needs to be cleaned after EVERY USE because it is so efficient. The first section of the filter the lint just comes off. For the second part of the filter I highly recommend using a lint brush. Do not use the cheap tape ones but use the wand style that has the soft velvet bristles. Works like a charm. I HIGHLY recommend this dryer.

We got this microwave because it was the highest wattage we could find for the small space we had... and had good reviews. The microwave is very nice and performs well. The only complaint is the box it comes in is extremely flimsy. The first one we ordered came damaged. The replacement we had sent to the store, hoping it would be exposed to less shipping damage. The box was still damaged the second time, but the microwave was okay. Worth the money, but be careful of the poor packaging.

I work for a prison medical facility and we ordered three of the Danby Compact Refrigerator Model# DH016A1W. The control panel on one of the refrigerators did not allow me to change any of the information, (date, time, Celsius to Fahrenheit). I followed the directions exactly, nothing was changing. I called the Danby customer service line and all they did was read the instructions to me, the instructions that I had already followed. She then asked me to unplug it and plug it back in, which I had already done before she said anything, it still did not work. She said she would pass this on to another rep. So I was contacted via email from another rep and all he did was send me the directions that I already had. I replied to his email saying that I had already followed all of the directions but it is still not working, this is what I got back from him: "Sometimes instructions can be confusing. In order to proceed to the program menu just follow this procedure. Press and hold the Set button and the down arrow button at the same time for 5 seconds to enter the programming menu. Note that if no buttons are pressed within 10 seconds, the control panel will close the selection menu. Sincerely, Jake."Really? I found this email very insulting and I wrote him and email stating this fact and that I was able to set up the other two refrigerators without any problem and that this one fridge is obviously not working and this is his reply: "I am sorry if I made you feel this way. Please try to hard reset this unit by unplugging from the power source for 5-10 minutes then plug it back in. Try setting up once more the date and time. If still not working, send us a copy of your proof of purchase so we can look at your options. Sincerely, Jake."That is one of the first things I tried, at this point I have given up on trying to work with Jake. This customer service is no help at all and it has taken me a whole day just to get to this point. Jake could not even pick up a phone and call knowing that I was getting frustrated. The other two refrigerators are working fine so far, although one has dents and scratches and one is missing a screw for the door handle. If we were not so desperate for these refrigerators I would send them all back for a refund. I have contacted the company that I purchased these from and told her the trouble I have been having with Danby and she said she will get this handled.

April 2020 I ordered the above washing machine. It worked for four months. At which point it stopped spinning the water out on at least the last cycle. I was given no option but to email a repair request. In response I was given a list of repair shops, all over an hour away. The one shop on the list that actually repaired washing machines refused to come because of the distance. Next Danby expected me to do their work to find and contact a local shop to do the repair with the promise Danby would pay them. Horse**. I'm still sitting here with a broken washer. I don't have the money to buy a new one and they won't honor their warranty. So, instead I pick and choose what to bring to a laundromat half an hour away each week. Don't buy. It'll break in months and you'll be stuck.

I want to add my personal experience with my Fisher & Paykel DCS grill. I bought this grill in over 7 years ago and use it often; probably more than most, sometimes 4 or 5 times a week during summers. Over time heat and food stuffs wore down the burners and the heat shields that hold the porcelain bars. Taking it apart to clean it last week I found cracks in the burners and a couple of the bars fell out and broke :(. I Emailed Fisher & Paykel support, and I have to say they were incredible at responding and standing behind their products. They are sending me new burners and heat shields, plus a pack of bars. I'm very excited I can refurbish my DCS grill instead of having to go and try to find a new grill in this very challenging COVID-19 time period. 5 Stars for Fisher & Paykel!

Saw this particular DCS refrigerator at a friend's house earlier this year and really loved the All Refrigerator design. Fast forward a few months and we've been enjoying having our very own! Very spacious, would recommend.

I am happy with mine. For the price, it cleans things very well and does not leave water marks. Of course, the dryer setting does not fully dry the dishes, but I have never had a dishwasher that did. Good purchase.

It was very easy to assemble, manual very helpful, I like the product but there is some things that doesn't, is shaky but I'm assuming is because the size of the machine(shipping rods removed),I order the silver color and instead I got delivered on black, I didn't notice that until I got home, I was tired that day and decided not to go back to the store, door handle very cheap material, I feel that is going to brake eventually feels like cheap toy,and not covered by warranty.

The driver left this in the driveway. It is a full size washer & dryer attached and I was expected to drag it inside by myself. When I called to find out why I was told this brand is considered a small appliance! A full size washer & dryer is a SMALL appliance. The same thing in any other brand is a major appliance and would be brought in and installed. Be aware if you buy this item you will have to be able to move it by yourself and that's no easy task.

Added this 12” chainsaw to my DeWalt collection earlier this year and finally had enough time to put it through its paces. Had a large (11” diameter) branch from a hackberry fall in a storm, and this thing helped me buck it up into firewood length for splitting without skipping a beat. Surprisingly powerful and lightweight. A good 5 Ah battery balances the weight in the hand. Light enough to hold at odd angles for best cuts. Is it a big 2 stroke logging saw? Not close. But the best electric saw I’ve used and great for the average home owner

Well now Dewalt is Dewalt, ain't it. Good shipping, good saw, got here fast and undamaged, all parts accounted for. Saws through whatever I've given it so far. My older son used it (with supervision) with no problem so easy for beginning carpenters too. Get the googles and level 5 gloves with it too. A little more expense but you won't be sorry.

I absolutely love this gun. but I have had 2 issues. 1- they scream like a banshee!!... I've been using wd40 on my nosecone every couple days, to avoid hearing loss... 2- I had 2 guns that stopped working within 2 months of purchase. both were returned, and I'm hoping to not have this problem again. awesome gun tho!!! the size, the shape! I’m partial to dewalt tools so my opinion is biased. That being said it has worked great for my projects. Changing the wheels is easy and it comes in a nice case. You won’t be disappointed in this tool.

Got to love Dewalt tools and the small Power Stack batteries. Not a pro. You want the three setting. 1st for light weight and drilling. The 2nd for most driving. Very controllable. The 3rd for the he’s y driving needs.

My husband bought this and was very unsure of the product. After using the nail gun he was like "this is one of the items I've bought in awhile.". He also stated the batter was one of the best he has, it is long lasting.

My discontinued Craftsman model palm sander gave up on me. At first I was trying to replace the damaged part;No luck since the sander had been phased out . I ordered the deWalt sander and I was pleased with its performance. Great steady sanding motion, smooth motor and a nice dust collector bag. Very complete product.

We purchased this unit back in 2014. It was a replacement to our previous gas furnace, which we had been using for more than twenty years. This unit is noticeably quiet and provides a cool and comfortable environment. With this unit, our energy costs are notably lower and so is the energy consumption. The variable quality allows it to run slowly with enough heat. This one is clearly among the best.

We got our Dyna-Glo BBQ grill at Home Depot and it was the best decision we ever made. We bought it pre-assembled and just popped it in our truck. It’s spacious and cooks our food evenly. I highly recommend it.

The most fantastic washer ever made. I brought a Dyson washer years ago & boy was it fantastic never ever let me down...never had to rehash items or even rinse them again. It really was my pride & joy & I would not hesitate buying another if Mr Dyson would start making them again. People say they were not worth the money...seriously!!! I brought an LG washer 3 years ago it cost me £100 more than what my Dyson washer cost & its a pile of rubbish. Its 11kg so its big & it plays a little turn at the end of the cycle....erm what else is good....nope nothing else. Ive had people out to fix it more than a dozen times.... I have to rewash clothes & have to rinse again because of soap powder deposits.......its rubbish!!!! Please Mr Dyson start making your washers again I don't care how much you charge...you never let me down even on my boys dirtiest clothes & with a disabled child constantly washing bedding & sicky items it was my saviour. In 5 years I called out dyson for 2 fixes & one was a simple drawer change.... I could only wish for that on the rubbish I have now..... I miss my Dyson she really was my saviour...

I only had this for 3 weeks before I closed my pool for the year. But when I turned it on my pool was 68 degrees and within 12 hours it was 86°. That evening it got down to 46 degrees, and when I woke up and checked the temperature it was still sitting at 86 degrees.

I purchased a Ecosmart ECO 18 tankless hot water heater in May of 2021 from Amazon. I installed myself to take place of another tankless unit already in home that failed. I filled out the online warranty info and submitted to company within the 30 day time frame. There was no hot water from unit the evening of December the 24th. After checking, there was one of the two heating elements that had failed. Calling their customer service line after the holiday weekend without hot water, I was informed that there was no warranty since I was not licensed. I have several years experience in home repairs, electrical and plumbing. Plus, I only replaced another unit with this new one. I have completely rewired a previous home.After talking to a different rep. she told me they never received my warranty info and since I did purchase from amazon, again no warranty. Called several times and different reps and supervisors all said different things, but all said no warranty and there was absolutely no assistance. Their web site even states "unless otherwise approved" and gives instruction for customer to install but says nothing about this voids your warranty. Who could approve this, all managers interacted with on calls declined. The last rep left me on hold for 38 minutes until I finally just hung up. They will not assist in a simple part failure that has nothing to do with install. Terrible customer service, watch out for the very fine print hidden on contradicting company website!!!!

I have been verbally abused by this technician who's name is David. He confronted me over the phone, told me to find another technician as he found out that I made a complaint about him before. He did not do a great job last two times. He basically told me that "he does not have time to do a charity job"! I have been offered a goodwill warranty service but in David's interpretation, it is a charity job for him. This is not the first time he made this comment, he said it before on his second visit, mentioning that I get the service for free and so I should spent some money to do rest of the job or do it by myself! So he walked off without testing the product. So the dishwasher still doesn't work. He was very abrupt, rude, not listening to me, and talked on top of me which was really depressing. This is unfair and breaching consumer laws and unfair business practices. People like him will destroy Goodwill of Electrolux.

DO NOT BUY ELECTROLUX! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing these appliances. They're 14 months old and the dryer will not work and the spin cycle on the wash machine sounds like an airplane taking off in my laundry room. They were going to send a tech, I booked a day off work and they didn't show up. They then passed me off to an "approved" service company and I'm still waiting - going on two weeks. GARBAGE PRODUCTS!!! Just do yourself a favour and buy Samsung. Electrolux is BRUTAL.

The handle on our Microwave/hood broke one year ago and was replaced under an extended warranty. It broke again, same exact place as the first one less than a year in use by a household of two. No warranty coverage this time. When I contacted C/S their response was “I’ll be happy to schedule a service call, however it will be at your expense. I push back and the best I could do was a 50% discount on the part." When done I will spend approx 225.00 for parts and labor. When I questioned the possibility of a design problem, I was told that if there was they would have heard of it... Terrible design, terrible C/S answer, terrible Corp approach to a problem. This microwave was not inexpensive but the parts may well be of poor quality. I can’t not recommend Electrolux at this time.

We bought an Electrolux wall oven 5 years ago. At 4.5 years the element and fan needed to be changed. At 5 years the control panel completely died. For almost a month I chased customer service to fix our oven. I wrote 2 complaints on their website with no response. I rang the customer line over 8 times. I spent hours and hours on hold. I received two callbacks that came at a time I was unable to answer so I had to wait on line for ages again just to get through. After waiting a week for a technician to come out, we were told the part needed to be ordered and would be another week. A week later, we were called 20 mins before his arrival to tell us it would be over $650 to fix including the call out. I refused to pay this amount. The oven is only 5 years old. I was told by customer service that because it was 5 years old then parts would breakdown and that I was not obligated to get them to fix it and could find help elsewhere! What a joke! Who buys an oven to last just 5 years!! I told them that after 2.5 weeks without an oven and multiple calls and complaints and emails I would not pay this amount. They agreed to a staff discount amount, however, the part needed to be ordered AGAIN (despite the fact the technician had it in his van ready to install that day), and then once the part arrived we would need to arrange an appointment for a technician again, so another week would go by with no oven. At 3.5 weeks we finally had the technician fix the oven. After my first couple of calls, I insisted on speaking to a manager about this matter, however, despite my complaint being "escalated" not once was I referred to a manager. I was told at one point to go out on the weekend and buy a new oven and they would give us a $600 discount! Not only would I NEVER buy Electrolux again, I also did not have an easy $2000- $3000 laying around to buy a new oven this weekend and pay for installation! What a complete joke! Not once did Electrolux care about the customer. Not once did they make it convenient of us. Not once did they escalate my matter to a manager. This company needs a serious look at their practices and a huge overhaul of their customer service line. I told they could not transfer me to the manager because they do not have the phone facility to do so! I was also told that even if that first technician installed the new control panel he had in his van, that I would have to pay full price. Why, should I the customer, chase all of this up because they do not have the correct technology or facilities to do what is convenient and right by their customer? They are a HUGE company selling electrical goods but do not have the most basic facilities to transfer phone calls or arrange for a reduced price with their technicians. NEVER BUY ELECTROLUX.

Our Electrolux Fridge with French doors was 1.5 years old when it stopped working. Couldn't get a hold of Electrolux, they don't even have a customer service line and refer you to the website and won't return messages from there. Called the local service tech. He tested and replaced the inverter. Turns out the distributor, who Electrolux licenses had the wrong part. They said it was Electrolux who gave them the info on it. Electrolux refuses blame. Anyhow it caused the compressor to go, the tech said he's arguing our case with Electrolux regional manager who says we're out of warranty and on our own. Never and I repeat NEVER buy an Electrolux fridge!

We bought an Electrolux washing machine, front loader, almost a year ago. It started leaking 11 months into our ownership. Three calls later to Electrolux, we now have had multiple parts replaced and even the motor replaced. Now the technician is telling us that he has to again replace the same part he replaced a month ago. It's complete garbage! A total lemon! Never buy!!

This stove top is a perfect fit. Comes with gas convert kits. Which the gas installer said was unusual and a perfect set. I cannot wait to use my wok soon. The packaging around the unit was secure and kept the stove from damage. The stove came with a cutout cardboard drawing to use to cut our new countertops.

Good sturdy vent, but was not crazy about plastic ties to attach. Couldn't get a good seal will probably replace plastics ties with a hose clamp. Working well for now.

I have had this washer/dryer combo for about 6 months now and I am pretty happy with it. It works well for me but there are a few things I wish I would have know before hand. The options on this machine are pretty limited compared to other washers and dryers I've used. There are preset cycles for both wash and dry and those are the only options. There is no timed dry - you are limited to 1 hour or 2 hour drying times (or something in between), so if something just needs a little bit more dry time there is no way it put it in for just 20 or 30 minutes without stopping mid-cycle (so you don't get a cool down). With the wash options, you can't select the temperature you want for the cycle. The standard wash cycle is set at a warm temp. I usually like to wash my clothes in cold water to reduce shrinkage, but the only options for a cold cycle is delicates or wool, which i assume isn't going to get my jeans and regular clothes as clean as the standard wash cycle. Also, the dryer does not work the same as a standard dryer even using the vented option - my clothes come out extremely wrinkly (fabric softener helped but they are still very wrinkly) and never have that crisp, dry feeling you get from a standard dryer. There is also no lint trap on this machine, which I don't understand as I have a very hairy dog and I worry about where all that hair is going. Overall, its a good machine as long as you aren't looking for a lot of options.

Great value for the price. It seems to be working perfectly. However, the idea that it has a freezer wasn't all that clear. I was hoping for just a refrigerator. Sigh. It will work though I'd be over the top if it were just a refrigerator.

This is pretty easy to put together, the outer box of this bbq when it was delivered was pretty destroyed but everything in it was packaged well so it came out in great condition. It took a little over an hour to assemble. The storage trays don't look like they are going to last the longest out in the elements but we put them on regardless. Our first BBQ on this, when we turned on the propane we couldn't really tell it was on because you don't really see the flame. But once we put the meat on the grill is began to sizzle and cook the meat. It cooked the meat really well and it is so easy to use! The grill plates are a bit more intricate than we are use to and a bit harder to clean. But we love all the space we have on the grill for all our meats and veggies with the three burners. This is a big and heavy grill, it says it can be converted to do tailgates by taking off the legs but the grill itself is really long and heavy. We put it together in the house and then transferred it outside to put the legs on and boy was it heavy so I wouldn't use it that way. It is going to stay in our backyard for bbqs.

We needed a new microwave and we didn’t want to spend a fortune. We have a build in cabinet and it was difficult to fine a microwave that fit the dimensions. The measurement provided are exact. It’s easy to use and I like that the interior is grey, not white.

I usually never leave reviews but I came back to express how happy I am with my purchase. The product came in a perfect shape without any damages. I was extremely relieved because when I last time ordered oven from another website, it came with scratches and mark which got me so angry. However, I'm glad that I found appliances connection. I will always order from them from now on.

This pool heater is excellent. We love it. The support for this product was fantastic. A+ to FibroPool. I had to call them because when I plugged it in, the display didn’t light up. They walked me through opening the panel on the side, finding a disconnected wire connector and plugging the little connector into the motherboard and wham, it was then working perfectly.

I bought this for camping trips for times when we want a quick fire but don't want to put in the work of starting up a wood fire, like first thing in the morning while enjoying coffee. I was very skeptical, but very pleasantly surprised how awesome this thing is! It has a nice flame and puts off plenty of heat.

Our dishwasher was installed during a remodel by the appliance company in August 2021. The top drawer immediately had issues getting stuck on a code during every wash, beeping and stopping the cycle. We had the appliance service come out 4 times with no resolution. Fisher Paykel declined to replace the product stating it was an "installation error". The appliance company has come out twice more with no resolution.We have been making due, being patient, because the bottom drawer which is smaller, had been working. Today the bottom drawer malfunctioned, in order to stop the beeping we had to turn off the electricity to the dishwasher. We have spoken to Fisher Paykel on two occasions asking for replacement, the appliance company has taken pictures to indicate this is not a "installation issue". It has been a fight to "prove" this is a faulty product. This is a Fisher Paykel appliance and I would expect them to address the issue. It is now the end of January and we have yet to have a functioning product.

This 2020 model 9kg heat pump dryer simply will not dry sheets. It tangles them in a ball, "dries" them for 2 hours and they remain damp. Even if you run successful cycles, they continually tangle and take many cycles to dry (and I taking just 2 sheets - not heaps). Towels are also very slow - several hours, but they do eventually get there. To do your washing takes a whole day with the endless problems - untangling sheets and re-running the cycle. Plus there is zero customer support. *If* you can get through, you get some poor chap who doesn't speak English well and he cannot help you. Hopeless. I have been a loyal F&P customer for 30+ years but will never buy another appliance from them. I assume that since Haier have acquired a controlling interest, but have also stated that they want the Haier brand to be the premium brand, that they are deliberately letting the F&P brand go in to decline.

We purchased a full set of 4 appliances along with extended warranties for a kitchen renovation in 2016. After 5 years, when warranties had expired, only the refrigerator remains in good working order and we love it. The dishwasher never did a very good cleaning job and we had it serviced. (Do NOT purchase the 2 drawer model!) The microwave oven stopped without any warning because the main PCB and line conditioner needed replacement. The interlock assembly on the door also had a fair amount of play in it. Then the induction range slowed down to only 2 working elements until the inverter board completely stopped rendering the cooktop completely unusable. The replacement piece cost was $1800 pre-tax and installation with a 30 DAY warranty! The oven cavity has turned off during use a couple of times which I consider a warning. Fisher and Paykel was unresponsive to communication so I will never purchase or recommend their product in the future.

Bought this Fisher and Paykel fridge six years ago, keeps making a beeping noise, had a technician look at it, he said would cost too much to fix the circuit board. Rang Fisher and Paykel and they said it is out of warranty. Product should last longer than this. Will not buy this brand again.

Purchased a 8kg Wash Smart washing machine in 2020, leaking water from front of the door, not the seal. Tech assessed and left without fixing the issue, now it is leaking from the drawer and they are saying non warrantable. Poor response, over an hour spent on the phone and now we are getting told it will be another 2 weeks before they will come back out. Advised they will give me tips on washing.... hmm mother of 4, last machine lasted 10 years with no issues. Still in warranty, poor service, unreliable product!

In 2016, we purchased a Ford Focus (with the dreaded automatic dual clutch) with ~35,000 miles. We paid extra for a 100,000 mile extended warranty. Within the first few months of owning it, it started shuddering. We took it in and they suggested we use an aftermarket air filter (green filter). We did so, and the shuddering was reduced.Five years later, the car has 67,000 miles on it and it started shifting pretty hard and the shuddering was more pronounced. We took it in and I told them I suspected the TCM was bad (which was still under warranty). They told me I was wrong and it was the clutch (which of course, isn't under warranty). I said that didn't sound right because the clutch was rated for 100,000 miles... So either the TCM was bad, the TCM caused the transmission to shift improperly, which caused the clutch to wear out prematurely, or it was a defective clutch.We went back and forth and they ENSURED me that it was the clutch. $1,600 and a new clutch later, they call me back and tell me "Actually, I guess it IS the TCM." When I asked about a refund for the clutch, they told me to pound sand. The car has now been in the shop waiting on a warranty repair for the TCM for over four months. We call weekly for an update and there is still no expected completion date. They said it could be as long as a year. We just want to get it repaired and sell the piece of crap so we don't ever have to deal with this headache again.

This was the first range that caught my eye when I was shopping at Appliances Connection and it was money well spent! This range is rich with the most convenient features providing the most comfortable cooking experience. Really happy with this Forno range.

Had to replace my daughter's old refrigerator after only a few years of use. Found a great deal on this Forno fridge on AppliancesConnection.com and she is very satisfied with it.

Twenty years plus and it's still going. It might not be very energy efficient, but it gets a full load of plates, glasses and utensils for a family of six clean in about 45 minutes. No fancy controls, but it gets the job done.

I recently replaced a Maytag Micro hood microwave with a Forte Microwave. The unit is quite large in inside capacity. Quiet and heats up very evenly. I was also happy I could replace the unit in Bisque as our other kitchen appliances are that color.

My wife wanted a simple basic range. This Forte range is working very well. The oven cooks a lot more even and faster than my very old former range. I extremely enjoy cooking with my new range.

My aunt was bragging about this unit for a very long time now and I was convinced that this is the right model to buy. I can tell you for sure that indeed it is one of the best decision I have made.

It works well and keeps the bedroom cold like I like it for next to no money extra on the bill. Turn it on for couple hours in the morning and evening and it's great. Works great on the upstairs bedroom better than any other we've had. Makes it cool. Used less than 5 hours a day. Used in peak season during the hottest part of the day. Not big and clunky like some other models. Does what it is supposed to do without being cumbersome or daunting or a sore thumb. Have had it for two years without a problem yet. Get you one for your house now. Really reliable!

I purchased a black stainless steels Frigidaire appliance package. 1 yr 5 mo ago 6 months into having these I’ve had to have my refrigerator fixed once. No water or ice was coming out. 7 months later it happened again. Now my dishwasher is leaking and making a knocking noise. The color finish is chipping off. I thought this was a good reputable brand so I didn’t buy the extended warranty but I was wrong! These appliances are junk! I would NOT recommend not even with buying the warranty. If it’s having problems this soon it will keep having problems.

I purchased a Frigidaire microwave on November 2018, October of 2019. The microwave rack caught on fire. I filed a claim with Frigidaire. They sent a technician to my home who never opened the panel. He sprayed it with spray paint changed the hook. The microwave now knocks the power out in my kitchen. I spoke to a corporate supervisor who sent another technician out who was very rude, stated he was not working behind another technician, he should have done the job right the first time and he left my home. I called the supervisor back, she sent another technician out. He opened the microwave, took pictures, referred back to his phone and it still doesn’t work. He stated it may have to be taken back to the shop. He left without the microwave. I called his office back and was told he ordered more parts which was not what he stated to me. I called the supervisor back and she stated that she would need to send another technician out. I explained how angry I am at this point. I feel that no one not even the corporate supervisor cared about me or my families safety are danger. And I will never purchase another Frigidaire product and I will be sharing my experience with everyone who I know and more. Anytime the corporate Supervisor told me to take the microwave back to Home Depot and they would have to take it back once they hear my frustration is said, not only did she lie she knew she was brushing me off. Still unresolved. Truly dissatisfied former customer.

I had to replace my Frigidaire over the stove microwave oven 3 times in 5 years...a tolal of over $1,500.00!!! I will no longer purchase Frigidaire products and will not recommend them to my friends and family. Only myself and my husband live in our home and they were treated with care but no compensation was even considered. My last microwave oven, a Panasonic convection oven lasted over ten years and was still working when we moved.

Company is taking its time in sending a repair man to fix this brand new refrigerator that will not get cold. I have lost all my food because this new fridge will not get cold and now I have to wait around for months on end for a repair man?

We got crap appliances from Builder. They replaced new Microwave Oven, Refrigerator. After using 1 month Dishwasher rack started to rust. Called customer service, they said those are not part of the warranty and trying hard to sell me those parts. What a joke!!! I always used LG and Whirlpool major appliances. I don't think I will ever buy this brand on my lifetime.

Great dishwasher! We decided to go smaller on our dishwasher and this 18" is compact and looks great with the panel we had ready to put on the front of it.

For the price or less, a microwave that can perform 2 functions at one time is obtainable. Most of the presets overheat and are useless.

We've had the Fulgor Milano for a couple of weeks now and I am a fan. I looked hard for a unit that would fit in the space built for my old side by side, most were too tall, but this fit perfectly. The unit has a good quality look and feel. I love the lighting inside. Very happy so far!

Insane awesome dishwasher! It so quiet they had to put a red light shining to the floor so you know it’s running! It has 3 racks one for silverware and two for larger pans. I purchased the one with crystal wash which had lava rock pellets in it so you you don’t use heat coils to dry your dishes. They come out spot free with finish dishwashing pods and finish liquid (recommend by the manufacturer). I love it???? It's energy efficient more than any dishwasher on the market I think. It cost more but saves you in water and electricity. I recommend it!

Every appliance in my kitchen is a Gaggenau appliance - but that won't be the case for long. I am absolutely appalled at the customer service that I have received from what is supposedly a premium brand. My Gaggenau gas range broke in mid-July. The earliest Gaggenau customer support could get a repair-person to my home in Los Angeles was today, September 1st - a month and half later after the range broke.Last week, I received an email that indicated I would receive a call regarding the timing of the visit last night or early this morning. That scheduling call never arrived. I called Gaggenau customer service late this morning. After waiting for ten minutes, I was finally put through to a customer support person. When I inquired about the service visit, the rep said that they saw it on their calendar, and then put me on hold. After fifteen minutes, I was disconnected, and never received a call back.I tried Gaggenau customer service again at about 2pm. Again, I waited ten minutes for a rep, and again they put me on hold to research…this time for 35 minutes and counting. How is this any way to run a company for a clientele who pays a premium for your products, and expects service to match - not to be left without the use of a broken appliance for a month and half, and spend hours on the phone dealing with horrible technical support. Absolutely pathetic.

We bought a GE dishwasher July of last year. In December it started to shut off some off minutes into the cycle. FOUR months this piece of junk has not been working. Three times someone has been here to say " oh it should be working". They are sending someone out for a 4th time now. Should have already been replaced.

I have had the GE Unitized washer dryer for 4 months with no problems. It has the cycle choices I need for washer and dryer. It's easy to load and remove clothes, even if the washer tub is a little deep. It washes bulky comforters, coats, heavy denim, bathroom rugs just fine. The dryer is big and quiet. It works like a HE but uses all types of detergent. Great buy! Gave 4 stars for function only because all models do not have a "rinse only" choice.

I purchased a GE Profile™ 2.1 Cu. Ft. Over-The-Range Sensor Microwave Oven and paid over $500. I have had it 3 years and in the first 6 months it broke. It was under warranty and the $400 fee (door replacement) was covered. Then it broke 1 1/2 years later and I received a quote for $200 in labor plus the cost of parts (no longer under warranty). When the repaid guy walked in the house he said, "Oh, one of these. Is it the door?" I said no, we already had the door replaced, but his comment was very telling that I purchased garbage. I fixed it myself for $10 - it was a fuse. Then it broke 2 weeks later and I believe it is the fuse again. I contacted GE because I believe I received a lemon and they are willing to give me parts at 50% and nothing more. This was the worst investment decision I ever made and I caution others to not purchase this microwave.

Our over the range microwave oven is under warranty and broke twice. They refuse to replace it. It was fixed the first time but it's broke again and the only service tech refuses to come to our home to service it anymore. It's been a nightmare and still not resolved. We will never purchase another GE Appliance ever again!

It doesn’t do the best job of cleaning without rinsing first. Start button is difficult to operate and plastic membrane worn through. Both shelves began rusting within a few years. But no mechanical/electronic issues ever.

Dishwasher lasted just little over a year when it broke down first time. Power switch made out soft plastic jammed up. Next cheaply made door close switch cracked. Part prices are average price. Because poor quality, I predict replacing this within 3-5 years.

I purchased a GE Smart water heater and installed in October 2004. I have not had any issue or problem. 50 gallon natural gas unit for 5 people. 40,000 BTU I am looking to replace before there is a problem and will certainly look at GE again, but these more recent reviews are a concern. The trouble is, these websites attract those who are dissatisfied and may give a biased view of a product.

Purchased a 2021 Z71 in January of 2021. While on vacation with less than 9,000 miles truck broke down. Had to be towed and lifters and a piston had to be replaced. This happened on a Friday so I had to spend 3 days with no vehicle and pay for extra night at hotel to wait on a rental. I contacted GM to try and get reimbursed for some of my cost and they never even acknowledged me. Very disappointed!

In 2020, I purchased a 16 SEER Air Conditioning unit and a cased evaporator coil after the coils on my old Carrier unit (which I loved) failed due to age. Since the new coil required an updated refrigerant, I decided to replace the AC unit as well. The installation went smoothly, and the unit (although failing to cool quite as well as its predecessor) has been functioning without issue. Fast forward to last weekend, when I received a letter from Goodman, stating that they were issuing a voluntary recall on their evaporator coil drain pans (“under abnormal conditions, the drain pans may overheat, deform and melt, posing a fire hazard”). Of course, whenever I see the words “fire hazard”, I sit up and take notice. I immediately contacted Goodman and found out that my unit was affected. Initially, I was impressed that they quickly sent out a replacement kit - which took only a couple of days to arrive at my home. But unfortunately, my experience has accelerated downhill from there. Goodman provides their own technicians to effect these types of repairs - apparently because these dealers are willing to complete the job at a rock bottom price. As a homeowner, I have specific vendors that I have trusted over the years who know me and my home, and I would prefer to have the repairs effected by the HVAC company that has performed my service for many years. Goodman does allow for these “third-party” repair preferences, and my HVAC company was able to price out the job. Unfortunately, when they filed their claim with Goodman, they determined that only a nominal amount would be disbursed, and that the balance (which was over $600) would have to be covered at my expense. Think: “You totaled your $40,000 vehicle, and the insurance company is only prepared to issue you a check for $20,000”. Since discovering that I am on the hook for $600+ in order for Goodman’s problematic part to be repaired correctly (and which I would think they would want to avoid fixing “on the cheap”, since they apparently didn’t get the original design correct in the first place), I have tried every avenue I could think of to avoid having to foot such a large bill myself: 1. I talked to my HVAC company to determine if there was any way they could affect the repair for less. Nope. Replacing the pan will require removing that coil, and that’s a two-man job. 2. I called Goodman’s recall department (which - although staffed by friendly people - is really just a call center). They said they couldn’t help and directed me to the main Goodman number. 3. I called the main Goodman number and was told that they have technicians that have agreed to the rock bottom “you get what you pay for” price, and that if I don’t want to use one of those, I’ll have to pay the difference myself. Gives new meaning to the term “paying customer”. 4. I asked what this rock bottom price was. After a brief hold, I was told that Goodman cannot release the actual amount of the rock bottom price. 5. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After some recalcitrance, I was finally connected with said supervisor, who rendered the same explanation. In essence: “You have to use one of our techs-who-you-have-knowledge-of-and-cannot-vouch-for-the-quality-of-their-work-and-oh-by-the-way-they’ve-agreed-to-do-the-repair-for-the-rock-bottom-price-that-we-won’t-tell-you-what-it-is or else you must pay the difference yourself”. 6. After thinking about things, I decided to try to vet their list of vendors to see if I could indeed go with one of them. I called Goodman back and was immediately told that Goodman doesn’t release the names of these vendors. “You can go to our website for a list of certified Goodman vendors, but there’s no guarantee that the one you call is the one that has agreed to do the repair. And oh, by the way, our process is not for you to call them. They will contact you when they are able to fit you in to the 500,000+ repairs that have to be made”. Needless to say, at this point, frustration levels were through the roof. Continuing... 7. I opened the Goodman website and found a list of certified vendors - scrolling through them and using the point-and-click method, coupled with “they have a nice sounding name” to pick one at random. I found a vendor after a few minutes, checked their reviews (they were good), and called. I was immediately connected to a receptionist who promptly dropped my call. I called back, got the same receptionist, and was able to talk for about 30 seconds before she dropped my call again. 8. I called a second vendor and was told that they weren’t sure whether or not they did Goodman recall repairs. They would get back with me once their service manager had an opportunity. No call came that day. 9. I called my home warranty company to see if they could help with my $600+ passed-along-to-customer cost. They were very nice, and nicely told me that my warranty does not cover manufacturer recalls. So, that pretty much brings the saga up-to-date. I absolutely loathe feeling so defeated, and have pretty much resigned myself to paying $600+ to correctly repair Goodman’s defective manufacturer part. This was my first Goodman unit, and - one thing I can absolutely promise - it will definitely be my last.

I had their 97% AFUE furnace installed in my house in April 2018 along with a Ecobee thermostat. The system worked fine for the first season (winter 2018) but had starting issues winter 2019. The furnace tries to start but could not make the solenoid valve open - E0 H A 8 error code was displayed. The installer came back and somehow managed to make it work. Come winter 2020, same starting issue and the installer changed out the solenoid valve to make it work. Come winter 2021, one more change of the solenoid valve but system stopped working 2 weeks later. Please pay and install Goodman products if you are lacking action and grief in your life.

Bought 2d Goodman system after a.c. failed, have a regular a.c. also goodman. The heat pump has not functioned properly since install. Very erratic operation. It is a waste of electricity even though was sold as an energy saver. Runs for 20 to 30 min and never gets above 75 output. This is with 70 room temp and 70 set on thermostat. Has had circuit board replaced and installer came in and rebuilt duct system. I am so frustrated especially after paying a premium price. Thinking about having it removed even if only 7 months old if I could find someone to give me half what I paid for it. It sucks.

I recommend. A very good product.

Ordered this from takealot since ours broke and I was to lazy to go look for a new dishwasher in the traditional retail stores. I was not disappointed with the Grundig dishwasher, it looks great, and is less noisy than the unit it replaced. will gladly recommend this if you are considering a purchase

Warranty means nothing! Be careful! We have all paperwork and product details and numbers but because I can say where I bought the oven warranty means nothing! Even had the cheek to say they could repair at cost. After mentioning we have a family of 3 children under 3 years of age so the oven (which only needs new springs) so we can make dinner for them, their stance never changed. No fairness to the consumer and all new home owners beware, if you haven't bought the product so unaware of where it was purchased but within warranty they will try and charge you and won't help no matter if you have young children to feed. The advisor I spoke with was Shoab, who was polite but also didn't really care about our needs or a solution to help.

I've had my fridge freezer GKF35810N for 10 months and am sad to say that the freezers bottom drawer front has snapped. Until now I had been very happy with my appliance but now disappointed that this has happened. I live on my own so the appliance does not get over used and has not been badly treated by me (female). I have been informed that the drawers/plastic etc is not covered by the 3 year warranty and so I will have to try and purchase this part elsewhere. Not happy at all. Thought I was buying a quality product, but is just poor cheap quality/workmanship.

I am only giving 2 stars purely because of the engineers. I bought a washing machine and heat pump drier in March of 2020, this was purely based on the 5 year guarantee that was offered upon registration of the products which I thought was fantastic. In 2021 however, the washing machine started making a knocking sound. I was told the drain hose should be connected to the sink, the error codes removed and all would be fine, still made a sound, the cpu board was replaced, still made a noise, on the 3rd visit it was then found one of the shock absorbers has not been put on correctly in the factory, so on the 4th visit finally my washing machine was fixed. Fast forward to 2022, my tumble drier started making a strange sound, engineer came out and told me the compressor was knackered and I would need a whole new machine as they don't do a replacement part. After only 2 years this machine has to be disposed of which isn't very environmentally friendly. Anyway, after all that I have found that the model of my drier no longer exists as Grundig have discontinued it, on top of that they now only offer a 2 year guarantee on their large appliances with some exceptions none of which being the driers (I wonder why...) so I am waiting for a call to arrange a new drier to be delivered, but it begs the question of will they give me an extra year warranty as the whole point of my grundig purchase was the 5 year warranty, it's busted after 2 years and new products only offer 2 years. The only positive experience so far is the engineers who are nothing but helpful. The products themselves are very poor and I don't hold out much hope for my replacement either.

I installed this tank myself on the weekend to replace rental tank that was also made by GSW. The new tank was installed relatively easy by purchasing a short yellow brasscraft flex line for gas appliances and 2 shark bite fitting for the water inlets. Exhaust pipe was an exact for from my old GSW tank and matched up exactly. I am happy to no longer have to pay the monthly rental fee that cost me a bundle over the last 15 years. Lowe’s online install video was very helpful. Price was excellent as I got a 25 % online discount on the long weekend with a promo code. Delivery was a little slow as it did not arrive for 2 weeks.

We bought this dishwasher as it was the cheapest and all we could afford at the time. It doesn’t have a lot of functions to choose from and it’s very basic, but it’s last 8 whole years with no problems and never failed. It washes the dishes well, dries the dishes well, you must use a rinse aid otherwise there’s streaks on the glasses but that’s all!

I have purchased a Haier Front load Washing machine with DD motor facility which is wash clothes silently, now I can use my washing machine while my children is sleeping. Thank you Haier. I am happy with Haier front load DD Washing machine.

This replaced a over the range microwave in a RV. Space requirements were the hardest to match but this did it beautifully. Looks good, easy installation and works better than the original.!

An absolute nightmare from start to finish. Bought the fridge freezer five years ago. It broke down six times within three years and was replaced. On each occasion had to spend over two hours on phone before "help line" answered and arranged technician to come round - three weeks later! Replacement almost as bad. Broke down three times, then had reasonably good run of just over two years - so warranty ran out when it packed up yet again. Freezer okay, but rotor driving cold air from freezer to fridge kept icing up. Same problem, eight different technicians but all unable to solve problem. Am now looking for another fridge. Great shame. Fisher and Paykel used to be great company, with ultra reliable appliances, but gone to dogs since taken over by Haier.

Haier Bottom Mounted Refrigerator is very much attractive in this segment. We can use this Bmr in different modes. 10yrs compressor and fan motor warranty makes life easier. This is best for aged womens. Value for money.

Bought this to replace an old broken rusted out Hayward H400IDL that was about 15 years old. My old heater seemed to breakdown every 3 months or so. I’m hoping this one will be more reliable. The installation wasn’t to bad I did it myself but the biggest negative was when I called Hayward and they told me the H400FDN was an exact replacement that wouldn’t need plumbing adjustments to fit but that wasn’t the case both the water and gas connections had to be reworked to line up. Nothing to difficult but it required a trip to Lowe’s to get everything working. Overall it seems like a good heater although it doesn’t look like the picture shown on amazon? the control panel is completely different then what is shown. Also don’t forget to register online for your warranty and apply for a rebate with your local gas company I got an extra $300 off with a rebate from SoCalGas.

I just turned it on for season three and it fired right up after another off season. My 3 car garage walls and door are insulated and it runs very little to keep the space at 45 degrees all winter in Michigan. I'll kick it up if I want to do something out there and it heats up in little time. I put a small fan on the wall next to it circulate the heat. Great little space heater.

I purchased this furnace around six years ago. It is efficient, simple, works well but it is a bit expensive as compared to other brands. However, I cannot complain much about the price because compared to the performance of the unit, the price is reasonable and I see now that I got value for my money. The furnace runs quietly with little or no noise at all and I have not done any repairs or replacements. I can say that I am happy with this unit. The only thing I would like to stress to other users is that they should have a qualified Technician install their furnace or else they will have problems. I would buy this brand again if I ever need one.

This dishwasher is amazing! The one I had which was original to my house did the job. This Hisense dishwasher took it to a whole new level! First of all, it’s pretty. You never really think that about a dishwasher but this one is. It’s sleek and would go with any decor. The cleaning power is awesome and QUIET compared to others. It also has a lot of different ways to wash, from heavy to light. I also really like the electronic buttons too. It also opens itself when it’s done so whatever water is left will dry out. I didn’t think I’d ever be excited about a dishwasher but here we are. I received this dishwasher in exchange for reviewing the appliance. If I was going to buy one, this would be it.

Looks like a quality glasstop too. Sturdy door. Quite easy to use and childproof (was a concern for me, most of these dont even have a lock for oven). As with any stainless, marks quite easily.. but looks like better quality stainless than my other appliances (which were quite expensive..)

The new 2021 Android TV worked fine -- except for the fact that I could not install a critical app. The latest software Hisense promptly sent me didn't fix the problem. We were both stumped, until Andrew suggested that one of my old (forgotten) accounts might be an obstacle. He was right! I would never have figured this out on my own. Then he patiently waited until I'd confirmed his out-of-the-box insight. Such friendly, impressive support deserves a grateful review.

This microwave have all the features that would possibly want. The controls are very easy to use. The lighted controls are easy on the eyes and respond to a very light touch. I really like the reheat option and the defrost option. The manual is easy to comprehend but as I get older I would like the manuals to have the printing just a tad larger. Other than that, the setup, functions and controls are very easy to understand. The best mico-wave I have ever used.

My Hotpoint gas range oven was manufactured in May 2017. I replaced it in November 2021. I'm a single guy - how often do I really use the oven? And yet after four years, the appliance guy told me I needed a new thermostat. The cost to replace it was almost the cost for a new oven so goodbye Hotpoint!

She loves the fact how it keeps all of our refrigerators safe and fresh without ruining the taste or the smell of it. Thus, this has been a successful purchase.

Granted I may be ecstatic because my previous dishwasher was 20 years old, but I can't say enough about all of the features this dishwasher has. I love the adjustable racks and the 3 spray arms. This model also has a heated dry option that I've heard is rare in most new washers. This one is also so quiet! My Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker makes more noise when it's brewing than this does at it's loudest cycle. I paid for it to be installed and the old one to be hauled away. Install and haul away were more than the dishwasher but mostly because my plumbing and wiring had to be brought up to code from 40 years ago.

I have bought this dryer for my parents and so far it’s been running smoothly efficiently. The clothes dry up quickly and nicely, which is really sweet when it’s cold outside. Usually we run two batches of laundry and it doesn’t give us any problems, it also doesn’t shake like our older one used to do. Definitely recommend this especially if you’re trying to find something good on a budget.

Very nicely styled, and it fits in our limited space, and also large enough to hold any one of my bowls and/or dishes. I also like the way you can touch just one key and you can automatically program anywhere from one to nine minutes at a single touch.

Insignia TV's are okay if you have another one as well. It has served its purpose for just watching the average television programs. For watching sports, not so much. It tends to blur somewhat with close-up plays and relays. Will get a big screen Sony shortly before OSU football is on.

We are extremely pleased. It is light enough to easily move out of the closet over to the sink, simple hookup and the tub is big enough to do bedding. The spin cycle is so powerful the clothes hang dry in no time vs over-night with a fan blowing on them.

So quiet I'm not sure it's running unless I check the lights. We've had Bosch and Kitchen Aid and this one is our favorite!! The racks glide like they are floating. Love the interior light.

We have had our microwave/convection oven for about seven years. It still looks and acts brand new. The only caution I would have is make sure you measure it before you buy it. It is a bit longer than any other microwave we’ve ever purchased so we had to get fancy to fit it in the built-in space. By far the best microwave we’ve owned. It cleans up very easily too. Would recommend.

I have owned this Jenn-Air range & oven for over 30 years.! It works like a charm. I have never had it serviced nor any problems whatsoever. The Only drawback is cleaning the grills & keeping it clear of crumbs.

We've had our Jennair 48" Built-In Side-by-Side Refrigerator for almost a month now and we are loving it. We decided to go with the JS48NXFXDE model because it has an ice-maker but no dispenser on the door. The resulting space savings in the freezer allows us to store a lot more frozen goods. The obsidian interior and black shelves also add to the units simplicity and beauty.

I had this unit installed after the old unit was hit by lightning. I am not sure if I paid too much or that was just about the right price. So far, the system has not had any issues. It runs efficiently and keeps the down cooled down, just the way I like it. What I liked about it most is how energy efficient. The contractor who did the installation job told me it could reach a 21-seer efficiency under the right conditions.

My first furnace came with the house. As a result, when it started getting noisy and blowing cold air, barely one year after I moved in. I did not want to sink my money into something I knew little about. Consequently, after some research, I settled on buying the York TM9V. Its 96 percent efficiency rating meant that the upfront installation cost and purchase were a bit high. However, I expect to make great savings from the high efficiency of this furnace. It has been two great years with this furnace and it has no problems at all. I expect it to stay this way for at least another twenty years.

We have a maintenance contract with Kenmore to repair our dishwasher. The dishwasher died. We called to have it repaired. No repairman appeared on the assigned date. A call to the repair number "succeeded" only to set up another date a month out. (Previously we had a Kenmore water heater die. We had a maintenance contract on it too. A visit to the Sears store for help just got us a "call a plumber" answer.) We just ordered a replacement (another brand) from Home Depot.

I have used Kenmore products for years. And when one no longer work after years of use, I would get another. Even though products change with different features the durability never does. I am a firm believer in Kenmore, not only for refrigerator but also for their washer and dryer.

Outstanding grill, rotisserie works great, sear station is awesome and and plenty of heat from main burners and if u put a pizza stone in it and turn the burners to high it also makes a great pizza. Would highly recommend this grill to anyone and the price can't be beat for what u get

Our Kenmore Elite Microwave we use everyday. We have been using it for years and love all the features. In fact, we have all Kenmore appliances in our kitchen. We use it for cooking popcorn, baked potatoes, frozen and fresh vegetables, warming food and defrosting. And the occasional microwave meal or instant oatmeal product types.

Bought this fridge and matching stove 3yrs ago. I purchased this brand, as did much research on reviews of Kenmore. With that and feeling Sears had a quality product, I purchased them. Three years later, my fridge went totally out. I had no reason to think a Kenmore would crash in 3 years. Threw out hundreds of dollars in food. And this is where things go horribly wrong.There is no longer a warranty, it’s only a year. Sears wants $1700 to repair. I don’t have a $$ tree in my yard. So then I bought a Choice Home warranty. The rep on the phone said, "No worries ma’am, this is covered." I told him it was already out. Waited my 30 days, and filed a claim. They send out the same tech as Sears. He’s in the house 3 minutes, tops. Calls me to say they won’t cover it. Pre-existing condition. I’ve now paid for 2 service calls. And no working fridge still.I turn to Kenmore and reach out for help. I gave them 2 voices, either fix my fridge for free or replace with a comparable fridge to what I have. The man chose to repair it. Five phone calls later, "Yes it’s in your file, diagnostic fee waived, no charges on parts and labor." But, yesterday, the tech calls wanting to know if I still want him there. He has no paperwork that there’s no charge. Mind you, Kenmore set this up and supposedly wrote notes. I called Kenmore. "Oh yes, it’s right here, no charges." He says, "I’ll send this over for your tech." Hours later, he don’t have this to come fix it. I call back. Now, this guy says he has no access to those notes and wants to transfer me to another department. I still have no working fridge. I’ve contacted 2 local tv stations to look into my story, and hopefully get it fixed. Buyer beware. Buy another brand, not a Kenmore Elite. It was priced just under $3000. Not worth it.

We purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator and it stopped cooling and we called Sears/Kenmore and they sent multiple people on 4 different occasions to check it out and all said that it was the compressor and we still have warranty on it. To add insult to injury one of their affiliates by name Intelfix paid $100 deductible to them and still they have not fixed my appliance nor replace and whenever we call they will give us a run around. I can't believe we have all of our appliances from the scam of a company called Sears/Kenmore.

My Kenmore Elite top loading washer does not adequately submerge my clothes, especially comforters in the bulky/bedding setting with water. Nor does it agitate and move the clothes around to wash them. The drum simply goes back-and-forth so the same clothes that were on the top at the beginning of the cycle are still on the top at the end of the cycle. Bulky items never change position at all. Furthermore, I do not use bleach, but the bleach container has eroded and rusted all around it. I am not satisfied with how this washes my clothes.

I bought the KDTM604 top of the line dishwasher on July 26, 2020 from Lowe's. I spent good money and had to wait forever. Well I am sitting here today writing a review because two weeks ago it broke and the service man was just able to come check it. So the pump is already broken. Before you wonder I must say, I am single so I do not use my dishwasher a lot and I do not use the highest setting. I use all the products they told me to use including the all important RinseAid (which I do love). So if you do buy this product get an extended warranty, but I would just not buy this product.

I put a small potato in microwave and set the automatic feature. Within a few minutes the smoke detector in the dining room went off and I noticed that the microwave was on fire. About 3/4 of the potato was completely burned to a black crisp while about 1/4 of the same potato was burned but no black. The fire was so hot that the microwave plate was burned. This was my second experience with a fire in a Kitchenaid microwave. The first time was during the warranty period 2 years ago. The company was supposed to have fixed the problem.

The KitchenAid dishwasher I purchased in November 2019 is pretty, and it's the quietest one I've ever had. When it's running, it's hardly noticeable. But...it's simply not good at thoroughly cleaning every dish and utensil, especially for the price point (≈$900), to warrant spending the money on it. Add to this, it is horrible at drying the dishes/utensils. I would not purchase again. I bought a suite of KitchenAid appliances when I got it as part of an entire kitchen remodel. The double-oven, dual fuel range and above-range microwave with vent are fantastic, and the cabinet-depth refrigerator is decent. But whoever designs and then builds KitchenAid's dishwashers needs to go back to the drawing board. Next purchase will be a Bosch. Stay away from this model from KitchenAid.

Very disappointed with Kitchen Aid refrigerator quality. This is 2nd one. First one was replaced by Kitchen Aid after many attempts at repair. The ice maker spewed out water into refrigerator trays, water dispenser not working properly, pathetic (not wholly formed) looking ice cubes, ice buildup around ice cube dispenser chute and under ice maker. This one has similar ice maker problems as first except water dispenser works and water doesn't spew from ice maker to same degree as first refrigerator. Now after 2 years the LED lights on the top and in the freezer compartment have gone out except for one dot in the middle of each light set. After replacing the freezer light without fixing the problem, authorized repairman thinks a new computer board at over $1,000 MAY fix the problem. Refrigerator costing over 3 grand needs 1 grand repair after less than 3 years of residential use. Spend your money elsewhere.

What an awesome dishwasher. After my last few dishwashers I am always skeptical one would be up for the task. I am not a great dishwasher organizer but this makes it easy. Love the utensil rack. Does a great job all round!

We were impressed with the quality of construction, fit and performance. The ease of using the keypad was very welcoming. The ease with which we can cook makes this a very good purchase. The price was less than most other brands that are consider the best of the best.

I did have to wait a couple of months but am very happy with my purchase. I do wish that they had made the 30” gas range a little smaller than 30” as it was a very tight fit for my opening.

I am sad and confused by the 3 negative reviews of La Cornue Ranges! La Cornue is the Bentley of home ranges and I love mine! IMHO, anyone can cook with a La Cornue range! There is a minimal learning curve and it allows anyone to cook well. The La Cornue company used to be family owned. Shipping took months and required a translator. Today it is owned by the Middleby Corporation. Which owns Viking among others. There is also a new range called the Tuscany, it is a combination of La Cornue and Viking! The Middleby Corporation is helping to bring La Cornue into the 21st Century! Who knows, if there were more La Cornue ranges in the world, more people might enjoy cooking!! #caul fat.

I bought Lennox elite EL296UH070XV36B-02 furnace on Aug 29, 2012. In Oct 5, 2022 the blower is stop working just one month past the end of warranty. There is no any error code on the control board. I did search through internet and did some test and looks like the motor control module has issues. I take the module to parts and try to test it, but I cannot find any technical documentations show the spec of the 3 pin connector to motor. So there is no way to confirm this part is really bad or not. In the end I spent $456. Bought a new module (It is a non re-fundable part). Fortunately my bet is in the right side.

It was super easy to install on my lennox dt 4035 fireplace. Just be careful when uncoiling the gas lines because they can crimp easily if you aren't careful. It might take a few seconds to purge the air in the pilot light gas line because toy just replaced it. It gave my 17 yr old gas fireplace new life and it starts super easy with the new ignitor. Take your time and take pictures before unassembling anything to use as references. Also keep track of any screws and where they go. One last note the threads on the nuts that go into the gas lines can EASILY get crossed treaded so if it doesn't feel like it is screwing in back it out and try again. If you cross thread it it might not go flush and cause a gas leak so be careful. Can't be happier with my working fireplace.

Purchase my home in 2021 which was built in 2015. Previous homeowner had one of the two AC evaporators replaced under the Lennox class action suit. It failed within a year of being replaced. The second unit failed this week due to massive leaks. Both units are less than 8 years old. Was quoted $4k just to recharge the systems in order to find and repair the leaks. No thanks! Done with Lennox! Will never buy one nor recommend them to anybody. $26k later and I have two brand new York inverter heat pumps with 10 years parts and service warranty. Want to get screwed over? Purchase a Lennox.

LG dishwasher stopped working after 6 weeks-refusing to replace. Purchased dishwasher 7/1/21, delivered 8/10/21. Started leaking at top of door end of October. LG authorized service center made 3 visits between beginning of November and beginning of December. The unit was pulled out and re installed with each visit. Door gasket changed, door lock latch replaced. Unit then developed leak from bottom of door and AE leak code that makes unit beep until power is hit off at the electrical panel. LG then sent out their regional “expert.” He determined a crack in the door panel liner. He also scratched up the control panel during his repairs. He stated that when he finally got a new door liner, that 3 others had been sent to him with damage. They also sent the wrong control panel replacement. The tech, named Jude, called LG with me standing next to him and told them unit continues to leak and is unrepairable. He did a live video with the LG techs showing them the leak and another crack he found in the door. After many emails, texts, phone calls, LG is refusing to refund/replace saying damage was due to incorrect installation of unit. This determination was made after 6 service visits in which the dishwasher was taken in and out each time by an LG authorized service person. It was never noted or mentioned to me the consumer that there was an install issue at any of these service appointments. Nor did their expert say that to LG when he spoke to them In front of me. If it was truly damage caused by installation why did LG pay for 6 service calls? Wouldn’t that have been noted after the first visit ? I now have a new piece of junk that worked for 6 weeks and had been non functional since 10/30, when I made the call for service. LG has offered me 20% off a new dishwasher. Why would I buy another LG product after this experience? The least they could do is provide me a replacement unit if they won’t give a refund.

Over time, the heat from the dryer has warped the plastic lint trap so that it doesn’t fit. The lint trap sticks up just enough for clothes to get caught. Because the dryer doesn’t shut off when this happens, it rips the clothes. I bought a linen bag for items with straps but the lint trap grabs anything- sweaters, button down shirts, shorts. I have spent too much money replacing clothes. I bought this product from Home Depot. I made the mistake of reading a Home Depot review. Never again. I’ll be buying a new dryer.

My microwave is almost two years old... I only use it to warm leftovers or butter…short bursts only…today , I was melting 2 tablespoons of butter for a recipe and fire started shooting out from the right side.. There is burn marks on the whitish pad screwed to the side.. It made a horrible noise which made me look..only a few seconds, butter did not even melt.. I called my husband to come look… I reset it and pushed start..of course it not do it to show him… this happened last week to me also… What do I do now.. We have all LG appliances, I thought the microwave would be better than this…not 2 years old yet and used sparingly… Please advise…

Many service calls since August, you have to wait all day onset time. No one shows up, several repairs, several visits and calls because service said not under warranty and LG said was reschedule and last 3 visits same thing, won’t order parts, said have to pay for it. Now had second fire with stovetop coming on with no one home and house full of smoke because something was on stove. Now want replaced and something done about smoke damage.

What sets LG TVs apart from the rest of the pack is webOS. The platform is easy to use and works extremely well with modern electronics. Moreover, with so many installable apps, we officially cut the cord this year and have only gigabit Internet.

It was always short on water but my clothes appeared clean. I no longer sure about that because it won't even melt a pod. Had service come - it's made that way - can't change. No more LG, or front loader.

I am very happy with the performance of the Lifetime Smoker Grill. As part of the team that works with the mobile apps for the Smoker Grill, I had not personally done any cooking during the development of it. Other teams did hundreds of hours of "test cooks" which had great results overall and helped to refine the innovative design. Since getting a Smoker Grill at home, my family and I have been pleasantly surprised by the ease of grilling and the variety of having added smoke flavors for the meats and veggies that we have cooked. We have mostly just used the pellet smoker for cooking, however, grilling at higher temps with the added smoke flavors has turned out really well. Personally, when grilling, I recommend using the gas to get the temp right and then turning on the HS (high smoke) mode about 5 minutes before putting the meats on. This produces a nice amount of smoke while grilling and really adds to the flavor. My favorite has been to just use the pellet smoker - Low and slow - to get the best results. Tonight I smoked chicken breasts without even flipping them. On another note - I never used my BBQ during the winter before getting the Lifetime Smoker Grill. With the mobile app and digital meat probes - I can monitor the progress of the cook from the warmth of the living room. Outdoor cooking is now year-round! Outdoor cooking has been changed forever for our family. I highly recommend this BBQ upgrade.

After going through many grills I decided on the Lion L75000 and it did not disappoint. 1. The grill was shipped fast and very well packaged 2. Install was easy, only had to put in the flavor bars and grates Over all the grill looks great and cooks great, its large enough to put a lot of different items on it, steak, potatoes, corn on the cob all at once and not feel squeezed. If I had one complaint its that the light is not automatic. You have to turn it on and off. I have forget to turn it off a time or two. Its on a plug so not a big deal but would be night if it was auto on and off.

After 21 years, we are replacing our Luxaire unit. It has been great. When we bought it, I had never heard of the brand, but the installer assured me that though not well known, it was a solid, dependable unit. We've had no problems with it. Only expense has been annual maintenance on it with our contractor. It's still running cool–albeit with lessened efficiency–but needs some work, so we've decided, considering its age, we should replace it. We've been very happy with our Luxaire. I've been told by many people, including a Carrier salesperson, that most units are pretty much the same; the most important thing is the competence of the installer.

Our Luxaire is 21 years old. The only problem is the blower motor failed about the 15-year mark. Just had it inspected & still in excellent condition.

This is our second Lynx grill, and the first one purchased approximately 5 years ago was wonderful... which is what convinced me to spend this much on a second one. The second one was purchased after Lynx's acquisition by Viking and shows a significant decline in quality. The new ceramic burners are a down grade from the previous brass versions, and will wear our over time. No better than "cheap grill" stainless steel burners in my opinion. The ignition system does wear out as well. Not to mention, upon receiving the grill, there was damage that needed to be repaired (2 months to fix...). We are 2 years in to the ownership of our second Lynx, and I would explicitly not recommend the purchase of one.

The saying "you get what you pay for" couldn't ring more true. Their products are very cheap, their 1 year warranty is the for a reason. You're buying a temporary solution, as evidenced by nearly every other comment on here. I have truly never had a worse consumer experience than I had with MagicChef and it's absolutely baffling to me they're still in business, especially after seeing everyone else having similar experiences.2+ months ago I started a warranty claim on a washer/dryer combo unit that I had purchased with a condo in Sept of 2020. The unit was showing an E3A error. When I went to initiate the claim, it was determined that I had a unit that was manufactured WITHOUT A SERIAL NUMBER! I would encourage you to try and find any electronic in your home that doesn't have a serial number. After driving home the fact that they mis-manufactured without a serial number (indicative of the quality of the manufacturing) they reluctantly agreed to set up a courtesy service. That appointment was scheduled with AVA Appliance in CO initially, even though the unit is in AZ. Needed to call back to MC and have that fixed.I then discussed the service with AVA, telling them it is a rental, and would like to have someone come look at it when the unit is vacant. AVA missed **8** appointments because "nobody was in the unit" which each and every time I had told them would be the case. After flying down to AZ, in a pandemic, mind you; I stayed at the unit to ensure it was looked at. The individual showed up late, spoke 0 English, cleaned the water trap, opened up the unit, put it back together, and didn't test to see if the error was resolved - it was not.I called MC back and said I didn't want to use AVA any more and couldn't wait for more missed appointments. MC set me up with A&E (the only service company with a WORSE rating than AVA - like less than 2 stars) for the next appointment. EVERYTHING about MC is cheap - their parts, their services, their partners. A&E missed 2 appointments and showed up 5 hours late for the most recent. The parts were replaced (had to do all this with guests in the unit, not a good look) but again, the tech did not check if the error was fixed.I decided to contact MC again and see if they'd replace the unit as we're already 2+ months into this maintenance request. I called on a Thursday, was told a manager would get back to me that day, and it is now Monday evening. After a VERY rude interaction with a service rep, Gina (she spoke over and cut me off constantly to which I called her out on and no apology only more attitude), I finally got a hold of the manager who I had originally got to reluctantly accept the warranty claim months ago - his name is Victor. However, now Victor's tone had completely changed. He was the individual that had agreed it was their error there was no serial number, but now he's saying I need to get the receipt for the unit from the previous owners. First of all, nobody keeps a receipt for something that should have a serial number - second, how would he expect me to do that? I have 0 contact with the sellers because, well, real estate agents...I'm now told that they could have someone come out and look at it again - which I don't have the time for, this thing has been broken for 2+months, OR, get this, a WHOPPING 25% discount on buying a different MC appliance. WHY on earth would I buy another MC appliance, for it to break in 1 year, to go through this whole process again? I'm now willing to pay the extra probably $1,000 for a reputable company with proper services and support. I will NEVER buy anything else Magic Chef again, and I HIGHLY recommend you do the same, or you may find yourself writing one of these review as well.

Glass top electric not easy to learn to use after having a gas stove but it cleans beautifully inside and on the top. I do not care for the surface knobs-dark and hard to read and difficult to replace after cleaning.

Purchased in Feb 2021. Plugged in and waited for cooling in July 2021. Spent over $400.00 in food. Went out to take something out of my garage to cook. Noticed all food was no longer frozen. Checked plugs. Red light was on. Green was not. Removed some food and cooked it right away. Lost all other food. Was informed after a technician diagnosed freezer compressor was not working, I would be given a refund minus the shipping charge and the hundreds lost in food. NO ONE SHOULD TRUST BUYING THIS PRODUCT. DISGRACE.

My husband and I live in a small apartment. The hookups are in the basement, but, I can't get down there without help and forget trying to do it carrying heavy baskets. The washing machine was quickly delivered by UPS. It fits in a space in our bathroom. The washer comes with everything needed to use it, but, we bought a Washing Machine Mixer hose so we could attach a hose to both the hot and cold inlets. The drum holds up to two queen sized sheets and four standard pillowcases. Liquid fabric softener is added, while the machine is filling up for its final rinse, 12 minutes before the regular cycle ends. This washer cleans very well and is very quiet. The spinning action, after the regular 42 minute cycle, spins the clothes very dry. This makes drying the clothes in the small Magic Chef dryer easier too. This washer was a great purchase. The only regret we have is not buying it sooner.

My only wish to improve this model is better lighting. LED's would vastly improve the look and function of it.

I bought a Maytag dishwasher in 2019 in Home Depot for my new home. The dishwasher stopped washing dishes after two years and 6 months. The price of the new machine was 700$ and I did not buy the extended warranty. The trouble is circulation pump, that cost to install the new one from local service would be about 350$ plus the new pump 150$. I consider quality is very poor if the new dishwasher works only two years and then it is better to buy a new item than fix the old one. Never never buy Maytag production.

I had a GE washer and dryer when I first moved to my new home - lasted 15 years. Then... bought a set of Maytag and they have both been the biggest pain in the world. Spent 3000 and I'm ready to toss them after 3 years. Don't buy Maytag!!!

It's unfortunate that Maytag expects their products to be so short lived, they won't produce parts for their appliances after 7 years. They just told me they are only required by law to make parts for their products for 7 years so that's what they do. So unfortunately, if your microwave outlives its handle, you're going to have to replace the entire appliance which will cost me almost $500. I will never buy another Maytag or Whirlpool products because of this.

Bought this Range in March of 2019. I really liked the large oven in it. Right away I noticed that the oven didn't back things very uniformed and very quickly, so a lot of burnt cookies. But I adjusted to that, not super happy about it but it was fine. Tuesday while cooking the cooktop suddenly went out. I had been smelling something strange the last couple of times I had cooked with the oven and cooktop on so I just assumed it was the oven, it did need to be cleaned. Well I ended up pulling the range out from the wall and taking the back metal piece off...the wire running to the cooktop was burned, like 3 inches up the wire and also the wire coming into that wire on the range cord. Just destroyed. I was shaking. My house could have burnt down.I just attempted to call Maytag, knowing my warranty is up (1 year) but thinking they should know about this issue. I was told that they would need to send out a certified tech would need to come out to access the situation...ok...when are they available and she said the 29th of December, really? How many people can go 3 weeks with no oven? I take care of my 93 year old neighbor and make dinner every night. So obviously I cannot wait. I have a tech coming today to fix this fire hazard. I was told there was nothing that can be done as it was not under warranty anyway. What so your certified tech was going to come out for free and then charge me what I probably paid for the range to fix it.

The brackets that make the door open and close are just screwed Into the plastic lining with no kind of anchors. If you use the freezer a lot the screws come loose. Can’t close the door. And then 300 dollars later a service call. All to replace a screw. That’s just fine but the hole is stripped because no one could install a 50 cent anchor on installation at the factory. No more Maytag for me.

I purchased my washing machine in July 2020 and it was broken by November. It took months without a washer before the warranty finally replaced my machine. I had the second machine less than 6 months when the water pump went out on it. They told me it would be two weeks for the repairman to come out. In the meantime my clothes were locked in the washer half full of dirty water. They told me we would have to force the lock to retrieve the clothes so they would not mold. The repairman called, never showed up, just called to ask what was wrong. Told me he would order parts and I had to wait 21 days to see if they would be able to find them. Today is day 21. I called the warranty back and was told it would be escalated and someone would call me in 4 days with a resolution. In the meantime I have spent $60 a week doing laundry for my family of 6 at the laundromat for MONTHS. Out of the 18 months have dealt with Maytag, I have spent more than 6 months at the laundromat. When I asked to be reimbursed the money I have spent they offered me a free 6 month extended warranty or a fifty dollar gift card. This product is garbage! The customer service is garbage. Don't waste your money.

We bought our Miele to replace a six year old Whirlpool Gold that replaced an earlier one after a house fire. The first was correctly ranked by consumer reports, but the newer one never really cleaned dishes without prewashing them. Recently, it stopped cleaning altogether, so after months of frustration, repairman visits and repeat washes, we purchased a Miele Futura Classic locally. The poor reviews here make no sense to me after seeing ours in action for the last four months. It is super quiet and we only have to remove big chunks before loading. On the 2.5 hour cycle, everything is spotless, so we rarely run it longer. We were dubious about the upper silverware rack, but now think it is a marvel of engineering...for example: nutella caked spoons would never have even been allowed in our old machine but with the Miele I have yet to rewash silverware. Because of the speed, we've run 3 loads a day some weekends. The adjustability of the racks means that it fits a variety of items, including baking sheets that would have impeded the middle wash arm on the Whirlpool, but sheets and everything else come out clean with this machine. I loaded an enchilada pan last week with sauce and chunks of tortilla still stuck to the bottom to see how dirty I could leave things and it came out immaculate. I opted to write this review because I went on to see about pricing a Miele for my mom after thanksgiving and her own whirlpool gold left a house full of people hand washing. We love this machine.

We built a new house 3 years ago and installed 10 Miele whitegoods. Favourite item is the Speed Oven used daily. Unfortunately the glass tray has fractured along the entire front and LHS corner broken off from the door springing shut. This renders the oven partially useless now as glass tray is the primary tray. Cost to replace is very expensive being the only downside of the wonderful product otherwise.

Nothing but positive things to say about Miele.i Finally went back to Miele after struggling with Bosch and LG for three years.

I own a half-dozen rental properties and installed this Miele in all of them. Five years later it's the only appliance I haven't had any complaints about in all units. If I need to replace any, I'll get the exact same thing.

Our 9yr old Miele washing machine developed a fault, would not power on, totally dead. I called Miele customer service and within 3 days their service engineer arrived and has replaced an electronic pcb board under the original 10yr warranty. Most machines would not even last this long, let alone have a service engineer repair it at no cost under warranty. I have to say how impressed I am with the impeccable quick Miele service received. I would absolutely recommend Miele

Our fridge is a smaller 24 cf version, with the freezer in the bottom. We’ve had it for 10+ years with no problems yet. Food is easy to access in both the fridge and freezer. It’s quite economical compared to our previous brand. I like the appeal of the s.s. finish, as well as the hardware that came with it. The only drawback to it is you have to open the door to get access to the cold water tap. I’d buy this unit again, if this one croaks soon!!

As a contractor, I love installing Napoleons. Contrary to the 1 And 2 start reviews these furnaces are not loud unless you have a improper installation. Every time I install the 9600 the customers comment on the quite operation compared to the last furnace. I have yet to have any problems because my installs are proper. Every complaint I see in the 2 star rating is nothing less than a poor install. The over heating is because the fan speed is set too low or the return air is choked up probably because of a filter that is too restrictive or need changing or the installation was not cut out enough. Or the home owner does not clean his ducting and the high limit and heat exchanger is filthy. Again it has nothing to do with the product the Napoleon 9600 is a great product in my opinion they are the best furnaces out there and I have install many different brands.

A few years ago I got a Napoleon Fireplace, I am pleased with the product and don't a full finishing to make the Fireplace stand out more. I love there product and would recommend to anyone

The Noritz NR50ODNG Water tankless heater is a decent purchase if you are looking for a product that is great for your home. It is environment-friendly and also easy to install.

I live at 960m in NSW, so it's cold in winter but it also gets hot in summer. This unit is excellent for cooling the whole house (mine is not large) at night in summer; it's perfect for in between seasons and with it's timer, great for setting warming and cooling times ahead of when you need them. Like all heating, in the dead of winter when temps get 0˚, it's functions best with a reverse cycle ceiling fan to distribute the heat. The unit is relatively quiet but it is necessary to increase the TV volume when the fan is on more than low. The unit is compact and was installed easily. The last unit I owned was different brand and worked okay but wasn't worth fixing. Technology has improved these products over the years. Would be expensive to run in cold climates if you are home a lot.

This Panasonic NN-SN942B microwave has been the best M/W unit we have ever owned. It works flawlessly, does what it is supposed to. The only issue we have, is it has just developed a switch problem with the door closing and the panel does not light up. Going to replace the switch and get another 10 years use out of it.

I purchased my 50 inch Panasonic TV from Circuit TV who has gone out so long ago I forgot when I bought it, The picture is as good as it was when I bought it. I would like to buy New smart TV but I can not. The picture is as good as the Vizio smart TV I bought last year. Hopefully it keeps working and looking as good as it is today. Panasonic in my opinion is a or was a great TV. Knock wood after writing this Nothing happens to my TV. By the way I paid $ 2500.00. Today I can buy a similar TV for Around 500.00 to $ 800.00 and get a nice TV but I doubt it would as long as my Panasonic. My family has gotten some great entertainment from this TV. I only wish they still made this brand of TV.

This is a really great outdoor heater, for its value. It does its job to warm up the nearby area. It was extremely easy to set up, the instructions were simple and easy to follow. Overall, I'm really happy with the heater!

Payne is a good air conditioner company, their HVAC systems seldom let you down. When I read reviews about it though I found a lot of negative reviews and wondered if the quality had been watered down. I ignored most of it though because sometimes the installation is the problem. I replaced my old Ruud ac with Payne and so far it has only proven me right. The system was installed about a year and a half ago and all I have done is routine maintenance. Do your homework before installing your HVAC system because most of the time your installer could have done it wrong.

I have had this furnace for approximately two years now. I am satisfied with it as it heats up well, but I sometimes wish that it could do better. If I were to purchase a furnace again, I would buy the same brand but may go with a different model.

This is my third one of these heaters and they do a great job. The first two lasted about 10 years each, which is much longer than my first conventional pool heater that only lasted half that long. This heater can heat my 35K gallon pool at about one degree per hour when I start it up in late April in Missouri. That compared to the older heater that took twice as long. Runs very quiet. Each one has needed some maintenance after about 5 years, but maintenance costs only ran about $200-$300 per year for replacing wiring, cleaning, replacement board.

We purchased two of them and use one for our kitchen and the other for our vacation home. Both are working amazingly. It looks nice, is extremely well lit inside and so far, working all great.

Everything works great. It looks very nice and it fit into my existing counter top opening without any modifications. The elements heat very quickly. It is very easy to keep clean and we are quite happy with our purchase so far.

Arrived on time and in good condition. Looks beautiful in our kitchen. I like that it has powerful burners that require little maintenance

Purchased a Hayward RAYPAK 266k BTU natural Gas Pool heater with digital ignition from INYOPOOLS about a month ago. Had it professionally installed. Nothing but trouble since. Very hard to light off the burners (the display’s favorite phrase is “Ignition Failure.” On those occasions when it does light it screams like a “BANSHEE.” Contacted INYO and they brushed me off to the manufacturer. Contacted Hayward and they said it was an install problem. Got the installer to talk to Hayward and then come out to look and fiddle with a “by-pass?” Still screams when lit but the noise goes away after a few minutes. The ignition failures persist. Extremely disappointed in this product and Hayward/Raypak. Would not recommend.

Works great! Looks beautiful and is so cozy!! We just love sitting by our fireplace now. So happy we converted our regular wood burning fireplace to gas!! We actually use our fireplace very frequently now!!

I bought a hot water heater in 2015. It started leaking and was bowed at top in 2019. Got a replacement on 3/26/19. The heater started leaking again. Called Meeks (where I bought it) and they informed me they quit Reliance because of returns and that in that particular style the mold around the elements are bad. Called Reliance and told them what Meeks told me and I just wanted a refund on my money and they informed me my warranty run out in 10/21. That the warranty doesn't start over when you get a replacement. I have pictures and everything documented. I had to go buy another brand and they won't make good on their product. I will never buy another product from them and will go to every measure to ensure that consumers know to stay away from this product. My first hot water heater that I replaced the Reliance with lasted me 28 years! It is ridiculous that they won't even last through their warranty!

Beware before buying online, spent over $7000 dollars on two new Rheem furnaces with entire AC set ups inside and out. Used an internet ad to find a great price from an local supplier in Florida and they sell to the public. I had issues with a bad furnace board when we set the first unit, so I figured no big deal. It's under warranty through Rheem. Oh Boy was I right but told I was so wrong by the Rheem HVAC customer service rep Sandy, so asked for the supervisor and got Tim and he said the same statement. Rheem limited warranty disclosure, under Exclusions line J states."1) Any covered equipment manufactured by the manufacturer that has been sold to the consumer via the internet or auction website, AND has not been installed by a trained, qualified HVAC professional." Rheem will not deal with warranty, saying I bought it from a liquidator (Budget Heating and Air). Not a liquidator at all. Rheem, Please read and know your own wording, AND in the middle means both statements together as written in your own document.

Buying Rheem Seer 20 heat pump/ac unit is the worst investment of our lives. Three months after buying it quit and installer said it needed to replaced but under warranty. Waited 2 months and installed in December. Incredibly loud!!!! Sounds like a loud compressor running beside the house. If the outside temperature gets cold it is very inefficient warming the house. At -10C (14F) it couldn't keep the house warm and we had frozen pipes! Incredibly disappointed to have to live with this horrible investment. If I win the lottery this will be the first thing I replace.

I recently had a new Rheem air conditioner/heat pump installed. The Rheem service partner, Blanton & Sons, did not disclose that the Rheem unit they recommended does not qualify for the federal energy tax credits from the Inflation Reduction Act. Further, the contractor indicated Rheem does not have equipment that meets the SEER2 rating requirements for the tax credit. BUYER BEWARE! The tax credit for a split unit is $2,000, so be sure you get equipment that qualifies for this credit. Don’t trust Rheem or their service partner to disclose their noncompliance before you agree to install a unit. Consider other manufacturers.

My Rheem 50 gallon water heater started leaking after 4 years and was replaced. Rheem refused to honor the their warranty, mind you the heater broke after 4 years! We also have a water softener to mitigate leak issues. Left on hold multiple times for long periods. Obviously symptomatic of the many issues with their cheaply made products. Would never buy from this company again and recommend avoiding at all costs. Their reps are not courteous and don’t give a crap. Rheem wanted me to bring back the broken water heater to the place of purchase. Of course the previous plumber who installed it bought it so no clue where they purchased. Why would I need to return a broken water heater??? Answer, to make it difficult for customers to get compensated. The warranty is terrible and not worth the paper it's printed on but more importantly, the water heater broke after only 4 years. Terrible product, customer service and terrible company.

I have this tankless water heater for the past 4 years. I have never had any problem . The only problem that i have is that my water bill went up..... my kids and wife stay longer in the shower and before the hot water would run out and they would get out of the shower . Be aware hot water won't run out but water bill will run up!

Bought the 30" Pro-Style Gas Range 7 months and installed them 1 month ago following a total kitchen remodel. Bought it sight-unseen based on features, specs and reviews, and are so happy we did. Easy install. Units are gorgeous, and rival any of their top-tier counterparts at 1/2 - 1/3 the price. 3rd party thermometers in fridge, freezer and oven confirm operating temp in units = spot-on. Fridge is whisper quiet, and love the fact that we now have filtered ice water and ice cubes dispensed INSIDE the fridge, without unsightly exterior dispensers. Gas range is a flame thrower for wok-based concoctions, a simmerer for sauces, and everything in between. Both HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (and I NEVER post online recommendations).

Things are going well so far. I haven’t had any trouble with the Ruud AC I bought. I got it 5 months ago to replace the old one which couldn’t cool the house anymore. Thanks to Ruud and a nice dealer here, I can enjoy the comfort of my home.

I bought new high end 50 gal electric water heater. After cost of installing, the top element was not working. It seems company does not make sure all is working before selling. They were good to send a new heater element but took a week with no hot water and difficulty in installing with specialized tool that no suppliers sell because they used a non conventional screw size.

We purchased this just last month and it bringing your grilling to an all new level ! I bought My dishwasher last April but I received it in June. It was working good for few months till 1st week of Jan 2022. It showed code PC and stopped working. I called Samsung because I was still in company guarantee. The Tech came 3 weeks later. It's been more than 3 months. They send the Tech to my house to change one part each time. I send them letter and call them, They never call you. I was told they can just repair and they can't exchange or refund. I don't need to tell them I need functional dishwasher. They know but they don't care. I am working and I can accept the Tech in my house just on Saturday. I am waiting quiet every Saturday for Tech, till now they changed more than 5 parts. Do not buy their product.

First of all is not easy to detach pieces to clean, and just 2 months after one year warranty expired have a problem with water filter housing not working, no part available. They discontinued, try to talk to customer service nobody helps, DON'T BUY SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. Also have the washer and dryer and don't recommend them.

I bought a whole kitchen set made by Samsung, in exactly 4 years my refrigerator broke, Samsung had a repair person come out and they couldn't get one screw out to fix it. After numerous calls and spoiled food because coolers aren't the greatest at preserving food Samsung said that I had to find my own maintenance company. Well Oddly enough there is no one in my area besides the company that could not get one screw out, to repair my fridge. Samsung said there was nothing they could do. Now fast forward a few months my microwave is now broken. I'm sure I will get nowhere with this broken appliance as well. Through all the calls and hours spent on the phone and the food reimbursement check Samsung said they would send us I have gotten nothing from them and no answers. Their products are junk and any company that sells them needs to stop because most of the people selling them know they are junk and tell you not to buy them.

I spoke to the customer service center on 3 occasions about the black stainless chipping off, nice then I have only used wet paper towels and the black stainless “appearance” has in places completely WIPED off! The range was over 2 grand and I was told there is nothing Samsung will do for a "cosmetic" issue. DO NOT TRUST THESE PRODUCTS! Completely shocked and dismayed!

We bought a fridge over 10 weeks ago and have never received it, don't get emails back, don't get calls back, wait on hold on phone for an hour a day and basically have no contact. Our money is essentially stolen by Samsung. We have no access to review or any way to contact or call other than wait on hold over an hour a day only to be told it might be delivered next week, which it never is.

I highly recommend this tv! The picture Quality is out of this world! The sound is exceptional before even using a sound bar. We now prefer to watch everything on this tv then going to the cinemas as we feel we get a better experience at home with this tv and the Samsung Qn90B sound bar. Our only regret was not getting the 85”!! Though still satisfied with the 75”. After this, it will be hard to settle for anything less. You won’t regret purchasing this product. It brings old and new to life. You will feel like you are there in person. Detail and colour quality will blow you away! A good investment! Enjoy! P.s your friends and family, once they see the quality, they too will want one.

The washer is appealing looks-wise. It has the extra door in front to add clothing to a load. It's rare you're able to use it b/c washer makes it IMPOSSIBLE so it's worthless. Loads take an enormous amount of time to wash. /For example: 1 "normal" load using hot water takes up to 2.5 hours depending on your settings. Steam setting takes 3-4 hours per load. There's a "quick wash" setting that takes 25-35 minutes but it literally washes them for about 2 minutes and it just splashes it with water and tosses it from side to side so it rarely gets clean or smells clean. Laundry takes a ridiculous amount of time. This is no joke. "Towels" setting can not be set to "hot". There's no ability to customize loads how you want. If you want super hot water you can't use the towel setting. No ability to wash on "normal" "hot" for less than 1hr. & 44 minutes. You cannot customize your loads how you want. You have to go with what the machine thinks it knows. It's pre-programmed and customization is not possible. Worst part of this machine is that the laundry does NOT GET CLEAN. The fabric is never submerged in water so it is not appropriate for items like a urine soaked blanket. The urine will not be washed out completely. I would say it's less effective than hand washing is. Capacity (load size). Don't let that big drum size fool you. You put lots of laundry in it some will come out not having even gotten wet. You're working with a 3" deep puddle at the bottom of the drum that is sloshed around splashing the clothes. It breaks down frequently. I've had my machine less than a year and it has broke down 3 times so far. It does not use sufficient amounts of water. It does not submerge laundry in water. Instead, it sloshes laundry back and forth in a small puddle of a few gallon water. This is equivalent to spot cleaning. The fabric is never submerged in water. It only gets splashed. You can't use hardly any fabric softener. Unless you want to wait for the rinse cycle and put it in then. If you try to add at beginning of cycle you can only put a few tablespoons in if that. If you use more, it will dump into the wash cycle instead.How I deal with it: My boyfriend hacked it so it fills with more water. BUT...it still is not enough to clean so he set up a hose right at the washer site. So in every single load I turn the hose on for around 10 minutes until the clothes are submerged. If you do this prior to turning it on the washer will drain it on you so you have to start the load then add water into the soap dispenser. You can't even use the extra door, it's useless. So the hose gets placed in the door of the soap dispenser. So far no issues but it's still a pain in the ** but it's better than using buckets of water like I did at first. All these complaints for a $1400 machine. You're better off with a top loader. I think Samsung ought to stick with making their plastic phones or revert back to making clock radios. Leave laundry to the experts like Maytag. I don't want to hear I'm using too much soap or too much water, that is untrue. I've tried their recommendations and got the same poor results.

We bought two of these to give us a bit more time to spend outside during the cooler evenings during spring and fall. It was very easy to install and works well and the wheels make it easy to move from one place to the other.

We were excited to receive our new Sharp microwave drawer. Unfortunately, it arrived broken and we cannot reach anyone at Sharp to help us fix the problem. I've called daily for the last 4 days and have gotten one email with the message that the issue is "being reviewed". When I have connected to someone, it's been an operator in another country with a TERRIBLE phone connection or headset so scratchy, I can't hear/understand them. No matter because when I HAVE been able to talk to someone, they have no idea how to help or answer any of my questions, saying "Someone will get back to you" -- only to have me wait, never getting a call or an answer.The company is AWFUL. And the drawer sucks. It would have been MUCH better to just use our old inexpensive countertop microwave. What a waste of money!!! And such an unprofessional, terrible company to try and deal with. I absolutely do NOT recommend buying ANY product from Sharp. I know we will avoid them at all costs. It's just not worth the headache. TERRIBLE!!!

I purchased the Smeg after my 3 year old Bosch died. Overall, I am much happier with the Smeg dishwasher as it does a much better wash than my Bosch ever did. Dishes with baked on food are left clean without the need for pre rinsing or soaking. The dishwasher is quiet, has a simple push button interface with plenty of wash cycles and extra features such as half load, delay start and time remaining display. I use the condenser drying feature when I run the dishwasher at night, which opens the door at the end of the cycle which saves on energy.. By morning most dishes are dry, if I need dry dishes in a hurry, I turn the feature off and everything is dry. The dishwasher has a cutlery drawer, and cutlery basket. The drawer can be removed, however I like it and if the cutlery is placed correctly, it stays in place. My only complaint is that cutting boards and baking trays cannot be placed upright and they have no be laid flat which isn't that big of a deal. I especially like the fact that the dishwasher only uses 9 litres of water. Overall I think that this is far superior to the Bosch that I had, and to anyone who may be considering a Bosch, do some research, specifically about the E15 error that is extremely common.

This Smeg stove is the best. The simmer burner works great and the quick boil burner is awesome. Oven Heats up quick and bake everything with perfectly.

I had many ongoing problems with my Smeg retro fridge. I loved it but couldn't live with the constant flooding, defrosting, food spoilage, broken plastic pieces and seal. Smeg completely fixed this with absolutely excellent customer service. I couldn't be happier and really thank them for this.

The ability to run a quick wash taking 15mins. Then drying straight afterwards. Ideal for families, can wash last thing and set dry cycle to commence late evening. In the morning everything is dry.

As proud owners of a Solas Forty (linear wall mount gas fireplace), my family cannot thank Chris enough for his super friendly telephonic consult yesterday. We’ve had this fireplace for three and a half years now and simply needed to replace the batteries inside the unit. He graciously explained exactly how to do this, maintaining safety all the while. In fact, it was much easier than I thought.

I realize many people may not be interested in TVs of this size. My space wouldn’t permit anything larger. But honestly the picture is absolutely the best I have ever seen, period. To call it lifelike is an understatement. It’s like being there. Color depth, accuracy, sharpness is all best in class. The Google Os is fine, and Chromecast built in is great also. I can’t find one thing I dislike or would change. It’s just the best TV I’ve seen personally in my 65 years. If you’re trying to decide, just stop and buy this. You may find cheaper but you WILL NOT find better, period!

I was very happy a year ago when I got my fireplace insert, but even a year later the after sales service was exceptional, prompt response to resolve an issue was received, thanks Brent and all the staff who cared and responded.

We purchased the TR5003WN washer and dryer only seven months ago and the washer has already broken down three times and the dryer has also broken down. To make matters worse, the parts they need to fix these machines are on back order indefinitely so we are just without the use of a washer and dryer even though we are under warranty. Speed Queen via their retail partner has been non-responsive in helping to fix these ongoing issues. This is the worst buying experience, don’t go with speed queen.
