I did not purchase the dishwasher. It happened to come with the home I purchased. However that being said I was not displeased with the appliance as I knew Kenmore was a trusted brand in appliances. There was an On/off switch for the heat for the dry cycle. It was programmable for delayed wash and the dishwasher was also large capacity with a roomy interior and easy to load dish racks. However, the dishwasher was an older model that did not clean my dishes as well if the dishes were not pre-rinsed and it was very loud sounding. We likened it to a plane taking off. But overall it was Satisfactory.

Great dishwasher, very nice, and works well. Recommend it to anybody. I recently purchased it, and have noticed a MASSIVE difference from my other one. Before some dishes were still dirty, now everything is clean! This dishwasher is a perfect fit, and its not too small or too big! I love how many dishes can fit in it and how sturdy it seems to be! This thing really is amazing! Its looks really nice, and kinda futuristic! I like how it looks different from everything else. Its quite cool actually! I love it so much! I would get another if I could.

Its a great dishwasher. Overall Im very satisfied with it and I would highly recommend it to anyone that may need to buy one. My dishwasher came pre-installed when I moved into my house so I didnt have the choice of picking one out. But I was still happy overall with the choice the owner went with. My dishwasher seems small to me for my family of 5 people. I wish it was honestly bigger it doesnt seem to hold much. So a lot of times I just wash the dishes by hand if there is a lot of them. The appearance is nice and the buttons on the outside are very easy to use. I thought it would be difficult figuring it out as this is only the 2nd dishwasher Ive ever owned before. I think the value of the dishwasher is well worth the money I guess considering I didnt buy it myself. But I have priced them online and they seem reasonably priced.

I think it is a solid refrigerator. The only problem I have with it is it noisy. The hum is louder than the last refrigerator I owned. However, it was affordable and something I would recommend. The design matches with my dishwasher and other appliances beautifully. I would buy it again if I was on a tight budget.

I really have no complaints about this machine other than it is kinda loud. Dishes seem to come out clean. Performs as I thought it might. I have a family of three and dishwasher seems to hold everything from plates, bowls, glasses and even skillets. There isnt anything that I have tried to put in that doesnt fit. Appearance fits into my home decor and helps keep my kitchen sleek and clean looking. Nice addition to my kitchen. People have commented on the looks of it. Good priced and a good value compared to my other dishwasher. Gets my dishes cleaner than my old one and would recommend this to family or friends.

I had great experiences with other Kenmore appliances, but this dishwasher was not on par with the past appliances from them. It works fine but the Kenmore products I had before were superb. It was not as fast as my previous washer and the racks are spaced a little oddly. It is manageable but it is an irritating thing. It is something that needs improvement. But, it is quiet and effective. I like that is HE. It has been very reliable, I havent had any problems with it except that it was damaged when it first arrived. Although that was the retailers fault and they immediately replaced it.

I have always grown up with Kenmore appliances. My parents used them without any trouble and Ive used them without any trouble. I have used dishwashers and several smaller appliances. When there was an issue their warranty took care of everything. I like that my is fridge stainless steel, side by side, charcoal filter, and good size for me to store my groceries. I also like the controls on the front of the refrigerator. It is easy to clean and put back together.

The dishwasher work fine with minimal hardware issues, but the power arm broke one time. We got rid of it when we redid the kitchen and upgrade to a stainless steel version. It look good and held up really well through heavy use in a busy kitchen. I didnt really like the opener but it work well and never leaked. However, it wasnt quite big enough to hold a full day worth of dishes for a family of 5. The glass rack was especially small and the plate rack didnt accommodate enough small plates. Its well worth the price especially on sale and I recommend the extended maintenance agreement. Not worrying about the unit breaking is priceless when you have a pile of kid.

Its a little better to wash dishes and just need a better soap to use. Its a good Kenmore, kind of quiet with no noise. Gets dishes clean. 1340 size. Good for all dirty dishes. Have lots of dishes to wash everyday and need big dishwasher. The bigger the size the better it is. Nice appearance, and good looks to wash dishes and keep them clean faster with no noise and washes real good with bleachy soap. Big washer for dishes.

It cleans the dishes very well. I can let it sit for 2 days without rinsing. The buttons are on the front which I LOVE instead of on the top. It has worked like a top and I am really going to hate it when I have to replace it. The new ones look pretty cheap (not the price) and look like they will hold up maybe a year.

Gets the dishes clean, even the baked on, stuck on cheese from our baked ziti. Theres never dishes or glasses that have residue or residual food on them. Normal sized dishwasher. A lot of space on the inside, plenty of space to get 2 days worth of dirty dishes in it. Maybe more if youre an expert loader. Goes with our kitchen very nicely. Cant go wrong with black. Not sure how much I can say about the appearance other than we like it and it works for us. Obviously it costs money. A little cheaper than some of the other brands we looked at. You get what you pay for and were happy with our choice.

It had a defective water pump w/in a few months of purchase. This defect was known by the water pump manufacturer Whirlpool Corp. It leaked under the floor & into crawl space. Not covered by Sears warranty or homeowners insurance. Whirlpool wouldnt cover the damage. I had to hire an atty. After a long drawn out process the dishwasher never cleaned the dishes. It has a touch screen w/ 10 features but they dont do anything differently other than longer or shorter time. It is a regular size. Stainless steel. Kenmore Elite Energy Star. Kenmore is Sears brand but not all the parts are not covered by Sears, standard 1 yr warranty.

Great dishwasher for everyday use. It gets the job done all the time. Never any problems with it. Does all I can ask for the price I paid for it. Good size. The size I need for it to fit all my dishes and plus more if I ever needed. I would say its the size I would recommend. Maybe other sizes I would buy as well. I bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator about 2 years ago and it just died. It took the company 2 weeks to get a repairman to my home. When they did, he told me the refrigerator needed a new motor, fan, and coolant. He said it would cost $1,300.00 to repair. I asked him why it broke after only 2 years. He said he didnt know but that he was fixing them regularly, several a week. Well, after being a loyal customer for many years Sears has refused to help because I didnt buy a warranty! I have bought all of mine as well as my daughters appliances from Sears and never had an issue but its disheartening to find that after all your loyalty, if you do, Sears will not be in your corner. The girl I talked with was actually rude and told me my choices were, I could pay them $1,300 to fix a Refrigerator I just bought, or I could buy a new one, or I could use a cooler for the upcoming summer. She forgot one choice, the one Im taking and that is never shopping with them again, posting negative reviews on social media, and filing complaints with the BBB, CFP and with any other agency I can find.

I have had my dishwasher for a long time. And it runs perfectly. It is amazing at making all dishes look sparkling clean. And it is big enough to put a whole cupboard of glasses into and still wash completely. I am able to put half of a cupboard of cups on the top rack and still have room for other bowls. And the bottom rack holds big pots and pans. And I also put plates too. I love the size of this dishwasher. I love the appearance of this dishwasher too. Even though its kind of plain. It is a white color and its totally OK to me. I was going to get a stainless steel one but I have little kids in the house and I would be cleaning it all the time. The price of this dishwasher was very good as well. When I wash looking for a dishwasher to buy I didnt have a lot to spend. So I ended up looking at Kenmore and they had very decent priced dishwashers.

Would gave a 4.5 instead of 4, but you dont have it, and 5 means its perfect, there always room for improvement in my view. Had the dishwasher for 18+ yrs and during that time only had to replace a clogged spray arm at the bottom. A $20.00 parts. DIY. Therefore it does not owes me anything and was money well spent, especially in these days where most mechanical & electronic usually requires a 5 or 10 years warranty extension on something which should last 20 years plus. Thus manufacturer are not really doing a good QC of their products.

Model 665.1396 Although this dishwasher cleaned very well and is super quiet, the first year the something needed to be replaced under warranty. The second, a part of the rack dry rotted and I bought the part on eBay for $25 and fixed it. The third year, the thermocouple went and again I replaced it myself. $50. This is the fourth year weve had this and the control panel wont light and looks like it is one of two $130 parts. I give up and will be looking for a new dishwasher. I wont cry when Sears goes out of business. Raise your quality manufacturing standards and stand behind your products. So obvious, I dont know what CEOs get paid for.

Wonderful. I love this dishwasher to be amazing. The kids are in charge of washing the dishes. They do not pre-wash etc. They just shove the dishes in the washer and turn it on and poof the dishes comes out spotless. The size is just right. Again the kids are in charge of the dishes and they shove everything into the dishwasher - pots, pans, spoon, forks, cheese cutter, cutting board. And there is room for everything. It is just the right size. I choose Chrome and black cause I am not sure of what kind of refrigerator I am going to get so black and Chrome works. Worth every dime I spent of the dishwasher and times are hard so it was money well spent. I like the fact that it does not use a lot of water and it is not so loud that it keeps the baby up or disturb the dogs.

The reason I purchased a Kenmore dishwasher over other brands is because all my life I have bought the Kenmore brand. My family has bought the Kenmore brand. Im 44 yrs old and thats how long I have bought into this brand. The Kenmore dishwasher feature I like best is that the machine is so quiet. When I load the dishwasher and then push the start button and the machine itself turns on, I can hardly tell that it is on. But the dishwasher leaves spots on my glasses all the time no matter what kind of detergent I use.

My kids gave me a brand new dishwasher as a Christmas present bought from Sears. It stopped working after two washes and a technician came to repair it and told me that there was a shortage which wiped the whole electrical system. I contacted Sears and stated that this has to be malfunctioning at the factory and need to replace it not repair it. However, I am still fighting them. It is a horrible experience.

This dishwasher was purchased brand new in 2013. By 2016 we had to completely replace the core mechanical guts of this dishwasher. And now in January 2019 it is failing again. When it works it does a great job. But what kind of appliance which cost $1000 has a life expectancy of three years before needing its entire motor assembly to be replaced. The dishwasher doesnt drain well and the settings are constantly resetting themselves. After using it for 2 years this dishwasher needs to be replaced because it does not work well at all. It is small to mid-size in my opinion. I think it should be bigger and hold more dishes. Sometimes I feel like I am having to cram dishes in there to make them fit and then they dont come very clean. The color matches well in my kitchen. The dishwasher is white and my cabinets are also. The digital buttons on the front are nice also. I did not purchase this myself so I am not sure what the price is. But I think in the beginning the value wasnt bad. But for it to not hold up well two years later that takes away from the value.

In the 20 years or so we have had this Kenmore; it came with the house we owned. The Kenmore we used maybe a dozen times over 20 years. In those dozen times the Kenmore worked OK I guess but we prefer to wash our dishes when we dirty them and not wait until we have a dishwasher full of dishes. That being said an unused dishwasher is great for storing bulky items like chips in, so other valuable cabinet space can be used for other things.

Kenmore Dishwasher is very easy to load and energy efficient. Its door stays open while loading. It also has very good wash cycle, rinse cycle and it has drying. This particular dishwasher is small enough to fit comfortably in any home or apartment but large enough to fit all of my pots, pans, cake pans, silverware utensils and bowls, plates and cups. The dishwasher that I had was white with a cream colored plastic along the top where the buttons are that had trimmed as gold, silver or black and also has vents on the front. Its a very nice washer and very easy to clean. I definitely got my moneys worth and I actually purchased it from somebody so we got a little bit cheaper. I would definitely recommend somebody buying this new or used.

I bought a Kenmore Elite dishwasher from Sears approximately 5 years ago. The dishwasher just caught on fire this evening. I was lucky that I was home. The whole control panel was sending out smoke, flames, and electrical sparks. I would like to know if there is a recall on this model. Make and model not accessible to me at this time. I never have to rewash with this dishwasher. If anything comes out unclean, its usually my husbands fault. We bought it used about 2 years ago. It works like a new dishwasher. We love it.

The Kenmore is a good product. I also have a Kenmore washer every machines. My Kenmore is a good dishwasher. Everything comes out clean and shining. Plus it keeps the inside of the dishwasher nice and clean and there is no smell in the dishwasher before use, start the load of dishes and after the load is finish. But the dishwasher could be a different color. Instead of black, it could be red to match the microwave.

I didnt choose Kenmore it kinda choose me, it was already in the first house we purchased. It worked like a charm. We never had to have it repaired. It never broke down. Kenmore had the spray arm which I thought was the best in cleaning. I never had to rinse the dishes off and they are always were clean.

It cleaned the dishes very well with limited rinsing and extra work involved. This dishwasher was wonderful. My electric bill was low as well while using it. We bought a Kenmore Dishwasher in October at Sears because we believed at the time there was no consumer retailer with a more trusted name that a consumer could rely upon. NEVER AGAIN. We will NEVER SHOP AT SEARS AGAIN FOR ANYTHING AND WOULD LIKE TO WARN ALL CONSUMERS TO STAY AWAY AS WELL. Our brand new Kenmore worked middling well for the first few weeks, then we began to notice our dishes were not getting clean. We carefully went over the manual and adjusted several things: added more Jet-Dry so the dispenser was full, adjusted the knob for the Jet-Dry to maximum; moved the silverware holder so the soap dispenser would have no interference. But even with that, the dishes were not washing properly. A repairman came to the house on December 28th. He made a few adjustments, and left. We tried again, and once again, our dishes did not clean. The soap dispenser ejected the soap, but the soap landed at the very top of the dishwasher and sat there like a lump of coal. It did not dissolve. So I called again. Now, I had to wait until January 10th. Today. Thirteen days for a repairman. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was nothing anyone could do. Sears is apparently short on repairmen. So today I received a call from Sears. My repair had been injured on the job. My appointment was cancelled. Next available date-- JANUARY 22ND. My brand new dishwasher that had NEVER worked properly was going to have to wait now ANOTHER TWELVE DAYS. AND THERE WAS NOTHING NO ONE COULD DO!!! I spoke to at least FIVE ADDITIONAL PEOPLE. And you are speaking to day players here. No one in a position of power. Customer no-service. No with a STAKE in SEARS. No one who gives a damn about you, or the company. The last woman I spoke with told me to stop yelling. I wasnt yelling, I told her. I was adamant. And so, welcome to Corporate America. This is what happens when companies get too big TO CARE. I cant even give the thing back b/c their return policy is 30 days. NOTHING BREAKS DOWN IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS! So we are stuck. Even if this damn thing gets fixed, it is a vastly inferior machine than we had before. So, stay away. Just stay away from sears altogether.Updated on 02/05/2018: Whatever you do, do not buy from Sears. We are on repairman THREE. As soon as he arrived, he got on the phone. Repair via telecommuting. Dishwasher bought in late October worked for 2 weeks. It is now February. The motor stopped working in two weeks. First repairman who was condescending diddled with the computer and did not discover the broken motor. Repairman two did, but parts had to be ordered. Repairman Three is here now, telecommuting. Any bets on if I get a working dishwasher? Customer service is ineffectual and rude. I went to Sears because Sears used to a name that could be trusted. No more. Stay away.

This model is an 2002 Kenmore Elite dishwasher. Still works OK. Needs to be replaced but very dependable. Will look at another Kenmore, or Whirlpool.

My Kenmore dishwasher features high capacity top and bottom racks, and is capable of holding a variety of shapes and sizes of dishes and utensils. It gets dishes clean, saves time and money due to energy efficiency. A great looking model with practical features. I got a great deal - good value for features I wanted, good looking unit. However, I wish the outside door was magnetic. The model is rather loud while in use, and makes it hard to watch television nearby. Sometimes spots remain on glassware too. But overall, my expectations have been met, and I would likely buy this brand again in the future.

Performance is high function and relatively easy to perform at its best. Every glass and dishware I have put in comes out sparkly clean. The size of dishwasher is amazing. I can nearly fit whatever dishes I have used at dinner. The most surprising event was in thanksgiving I was able to fit all the plates in this washer and still is effective. I am happy about the appearance of my dishwasher. It looks plain. Nothing extraordinary but the effect it has on my dishes is AMAZING. It looks like silver clear reflection. The dishwasher is on the more expensive side. I am satisfied with the value I bought it for. If the product dishwasher wasnt as effective as it seems I would not bought it for its price.

I loved this dishwasher. It worked consistently for 5 years. Never gave any problems and washed our dishes beautifully clean every single time. Id highly recommend it to anyone shopping for an affordable reliable dishwasher. Fit well in a small apartment kitchen. Although it wasnt large, it handled large loads extremely well. It fit numerous plates, cups, and pans with no decrease in cleaning ability. Simple aesthetic, not too fancy or gaudy with a ton of controls and buttons or displays. It looks clean and sophisticated and will work nicely with any kitchen design or decor. Affordable machine. Not too cheap to where you feel like youre buying a dud. Dishes are clean with minimal rinsing. Mostly comes out of the dishwasher with no spots and water marks. It tends not to leave my glass bowls and dishes cloudy. I am happy to load a normal days dishes plus a bit more. It fits into the space it is designed for, it blends well into my cupboards bigger plates, and pots fit ok. The black finish matches my darker cupboards and kind of blend in. I like the way it looks even though I have stainless other appliances on my white cupboards. We were able to buy it on sale. Larger the size lets load more dishes and wash less. This lets us save energy water and soap. We are happy with the price we paid.

We bought this Kenmore Elite Ultraclean Dishwasher 665.1278 Model for 900.00 dollars back in July of 2014. After one year of use the heating element in the door panel went out. When we called out a service repairman he told us this was one of two of the most expensive parts to replace and that these parts wear out quickly. We went ahead and paid for the repair that ended up costing us over 200.00, then decided to buy a one year warranty just in case. By the time the one year warranty was up the same door panel heating element went out along with some type of gear in the door panel. I cant believe we paid 900.00 for what was supposed to be the best of the best of Kenmore dishwashers back then only to have it break down on a yearly occurrence. I would not recommend this dishwasher. This has left such a bad taste in our mouths that we are not going to buy Kenmore in the future for ANY appliance. Period.

Yes this is the best one out there in the market. I recommend this to everyone who is looking for a nice dish washing machine. I recommend 10/10. Best size, too better than other machine. It worked as I expected it to. Had other Kenmore brands & I was pleased with the product. I would recommend this product to others. Its a reliable brand with a very well-known name. It looked like a regular dishwasher. It fit in with my decor & functioned properly. Kenmore is a reliable & stylish brand. It was expensive. Kenmore is a good brand but they could work on offering better priced products. Theres a lot of cheaper brands available that would have worked just as well.

Kenmore Dishwasher is a great size. I have a family of five and I always have enough room. I put the pots and plates on the bottom, and the cups and bowls on the top. I dont even have to rinse dishes off before putting in. They come out sparkling every time and it makes doing dishes so much easier. I love the appearance. It is stainless steel just like all the other appliances in my kitchen. And, the price is so worth every penny! You could get a cheaper dishwasher but that is exactly what it will be. Having a family of 5 and cooking 3 meals a day, I needed a dishwasher like this. We live in the country and are on a well, so conserving water in the summer time when rain is minimal is a must in our house. This dishwasher gets the job done, and saves us time and money. Easily have enough space to put all my dishes from a meal, pots and pans, and all the glasses from the day in this thing. I needed a dishwasher that I could easily fit all my dishes from dinner in, and get them all done in one load, and this dishwasher gets the job done. It is sleek and high tech looking. It is defines my kitchen and makes it look well put together.I love the stainless steel front. It is easy to clean or wipe off. It is a head turner when my friends or family come over. I would have to say, if you are looking for quality and efficiency at the same time, this one is going to be the best bang for your buck. It was not the cheapest model we could have went with, but it saves more money being an HE dishwasher and is well worth the extra dollars spent.

It works hard at a low cost. Cleans spot free, besides dishes and silverware also to my surprise it cleans pots and pans great. Low energy. Its a dream. Size is perfect for me and when my girls over. A lot of times we have several couples over for cook outs or dinners and it gets loaded even more and it operates the same way. I liked the dishwasher we used. It worked very well and cleaned the dishes for the most part perfectly. I didnt have to rewash the dishes and I didnt have any problems with the machine itself. I have a family of 4 and we went through a ton of dishes but it would fit the majority of the dishes in at one time. Sometimes I would have to do a second load but not often. It was a beautiful machine. Clean and snazzy. It didnt have a ton of buttons on it and it was easy to use. The color went well with my kitchen and it fit in with the cabinets well. It was worth the money we paid for it. I didnt have to put money into it and it saved us some on water and electricity. It was a good buy.

It cleans dishes better than any dishwasher Ive ever known. The smart technology does its job in very little time. I love this device. Its comparable to the size of any general dishwasher. Not too big or too small. And all of my dishes fit in one wash. The look of the machine completes the look of my entire kitchen. My kitchen is mostly stainless steel ware. Its sleek and easy to clean. I recommend this dishwasher to all of those with a modernized kitchen. This machine is worth its weight in gold. It was not cheap, but you get your dollars worth. It comes with a great warranty and I believe this dishwasher will last longer than any other on the market.

I really love this fridge. The double doors make it very easy to grab and put away groceries. Not to mention all the space for larger dishes and groceries. The freezer part is very deep so you’re about to put a lot of stuff in.

My Kenmore dishwasher was probably one of the best brands of dishwashers Ive ever used! Ive had a couple different ones and they all work great! Theyre very easy and simple to use and understand, look good, and get the job done. My dishwasher was big in size on the inside, meaning it held a lot of my dishes. I could fit all my cookware, plates, pots, cups, and silverware in there with no problems. Also, even with all that stuff in there it still managed to clean all of it! The couple Kenmore dishwashers Ive owned all looked nice in appearance. Even the older ones are still nice looking! The new stainless steel dishwashers are super nice looking! They go with any kitchen. They have white, black, and stainless steel. The value for the Kenmore dishwashers is awesome. For what you pay for them you get your moneys worth. They work great, space efficient, fit a lot of dishes, look good, and theyre not uber expensive!

This is the second Kenmore product I have bought that has not even lasted 5 years. This dishwasher stopped heating up for washing and drying. The repairman said it would cost $380 to repair as the control board needs to be replaced. I saw there is a recall related to the control board on Kenmore dishwashers but my model is not on the list. I will never by Kenmore products again. Model number 665.13262K113.

We purchased the Kenmore dishwasher with our Best Buy credit card so we are paying a pretty high interest rate! But it is definitely worth every penny! It cleans great, and is very quiet. I love the sections. I am crazy about where everything goes in the dishwasher it is very easy to keep everything organized. It is very big on the inside. In the old dishwasher, I would have to do separate loads after a larger family dinner, not with this one, everything fits and gets clean! I love the stainless steel, and the look itself is classy, not bulky and would fit well in any kitchen! The buttons are also not big and bulky so my kids cant play with them either.

Before buying this dishwasher, I was going to buy a Bosch thinking that it was a top performer. After talking with many clients (Im a real estate agent) and plumbers, too, I was turned toward my Kenmore and LOVE it. Ive had it 3 years and no issues. Smart Wash, 1 hour wash, Pots & Pans, 4 hr delay, High Temp This dishwasher is laid out very efficiently and holds dishes from a dinner party of 10 easily. Simple and sleek. I have black. Clean out the filter periodically (easy). This is a no-rinse dishwasher, but I like to keep any potential smells at bay. Also love the configuration of the easy moving racks. Set up is great--I love to cook and this is a great kitchen tool that gets a lot of use.

My dishwasher fits all needed dishes in it for my 4 people family by the end of the day. Its a perfect fit in my home in size on the inside and out. I dont have to wash the dishes before I put them into the dishwasher like Ive experienced with many other dishwashers. The dishes are nice and dry when finished. And it also never has all that extra water puddles or slippery soapy feeling left on the dishes. This white dishwasher goes with half my kitchen so it blends in really well and Im very satisfied with it. Its outdone a couple Ive used in the past few years. I have no reason to get rid of such amazing piece in my home but I will be moving on to a new one after this dishwasher is at its end.

This dishwasher is awesome! It can get any dried food off of any dish we put in it! It fits cookie sheets, large bowls, we can put lots of plastic that we recycle in the top shelf and it cleans so well! I love this dishwasher! This dishwasher has lots of space so we can really fill it up! It holds at least 20 plates and a ton of silverware and cooking utensils. I use a lot of different dishes when I cook and this dishwasher can hold and clean all of them! This dishwasher Is beautiful. The front cleans very easily, but I wipe off with a wet washcloth then spray some window cleaner and wipe clean with paper towels and it looks brand new again! This dishwasher is very valuable I cant put a dollar sign on it. Since it cleans so well! It would be hard to replace with anything any better! We have had the dishwasher for 4 years and it cleans anything!

We have a maintenance contract with Kenmore to repair our dishwasher. The dishwasher died. We called to have it repaired. No repairman appeared on the assigned date. A call to the repair number succeeded only to set up another date a month out. (Previously we had a Kenmore water heater die. We had a maintenance contract on it too. A visit to the Sears store for help just got us a call a plumber answer.) We just ordered a replacement (another brand) from Home Depot.

The Kenmore dishwasher cleans all my dishes and doesnt leave a single mark or any scratches on my dishes. The performance of this product is great. The size of the dishwasher is big but it doesnt get in the way. It doesnt block you from anything in your kitchen or wherever you put it. Its nice and looks like a dishwasher. Ive seen some that dont look like one. The value is great. I paid a good price for it and Ive had it for 3 years. I havent had a single problem. Everyone should buy this product.

Its nice to look at, doesnt make a lot of noise and does the job well. It washes the dishes so you dont have to, making life much easier. I have kids so anytime I can make well used is worth it for sure. I can fit everything I use in there. In 2016 I purchased a Kenmore Elite 14793 Dishwasher based on years of experience with Kenmore (I have purchased washer and dryers, and refrigerators from them) and never had a issue. 4 months ago, during a load of dishes started drying, I could suddenly smell smoke and plastic burning. Upon inspecting the dishwasher, I found a wheel had fallen off the lower rack and melted and was burning on the heating element. I cleaned the mess up the best I could and saw that the wheels were held onto the rack with a small plastic piece. I contacted Sears parts department and ordered the replacement wheels (one set of two on a plastic mount). The woman I talked to on the phone told me that she had just had another call for the same thing and had other calls on this as well. No good. They know there is a problem and wont correct it. The cost for the wheel assembly was more than $50 with shipping.When I went to remove the rack and replace the old wheel assembly, three more wheels fell off. The small plastic bushing that holds the wheels on were all shrunken and cracked. Obviously they were very cheap and not meant to be used in such a hot environment. Kenmore advised that since there has been no recall and its not under warranty that there is nothing they can do but sell me the parts to fix it. Why would I buy $200 in parts that will not last 3 years. This company no longer produces quality dishwashers and will not stand behind obvious defective parts.

Gets the job done. The dishes come out clean. Rarely theres dishes which have marks, but for the most part 9/10 performance. Nothing is perfect, but this is somewhat on its way. The size is enough to load a nights dinner mess and portions of breakfast and lunch. Has handy compartments for silverware and other smaller utensils. The overall appearance of the item is one of something sleek, innovative, but sadly nothing original. Its nice but similar designs can be seen on numerous other products. Looks great, gets the job done, adequate space, you get what you pay for! If only you could offer more coupons Id purchase even more.

It is okay. Pressure is good. The food filter is difficult to clean which is frustrating. Was super easy to replace and hook back up to the disposal. Strongly dislike the silverware tray. Wish there was something to hold down the dishes. Theyre fly everywhere and end up full of dirty water often and need rewashing. Cannot fit enough dishes inside, and definitely cannot fit larger pots and some pans with a standard load. A family of 4 (2 of which are 6 and under and do not use standard size plates is more than its capacity and we have to do 2 plus loads for dinner alone most days. It looks fine. It matches our other appliances. The handle opener thingies at the top makes it hard to clean around/under and I dont like that at all. I dont think it portrays value like the Bosch design where you know people spent way more for it but its worth it because its a Bosch. This is one you get on sale at Walmart & Target and are just glad it works.

We bought this Kenmore washer new on 07/25/2011. Less than 5 years ago. It is already making a terrible sound and we looked it up to see what it could be. Basically what is wrong with it is expensive and would be cheaper to buy a new washer. We have always used Kenmore because they last a long time, all our other washer lasted over 10 years. I spoke with a gentleman who knows washer and he said they are made to break now. I will be switching to Maytag. I guess they still will run the 10 yrs or more. So mad that it is not about the quality anymore but about quantity. Kenmore used to be the best. We have already changed our dishwasher and just love our new Maytag.

Went out shopping over 20 years ago to Sears with limited money for dishwasher. Sales told me this was truly the best. Took him at his word and in all these years I have never had to pay for any repairs and still is efficient. It is very quiet, you can choose heat of water, and stop drying process and let air dry, has a special cycle to clean dishwasher. The dishes come out spotless without any extra rinses. The outside is still beautiful shiny black too. I love it. I would bet I have a miracle dishwasher, I dont know if it is as energy efficient as todays new one but I would never get rid of it.

It is a good dishwasher but Im not too crazy about it. It does not wash the dishes perfectly. Even if you pre-wash the dishes, do not see any crazy results. Its size is ok, fits perfectly and for the family of 4 it is just enough space in it. Im not too crazy about the appearance. Nothing special just white. A little old looking not too modern design. But still good enough. The value of the dishwasher is very good. It does not cost a fortune. I would say a good value for what it does. In some stores is really cheap.

The performance is great. It has different settings so you can wash longer or shorter time periods and my dishes come out clean, thats the most important thing. I like the size of our dishwasher. It is big enough for a pretty big load of dishes but its compact enough to fit in an average kitchen space. I do like the appearance of our dishwasher. Ours is all black so it looks sleek, and especially with the other black appliances that we have. Im happy with the value of our dishwasher. We actually got it at a pretty good deal, I think. And for what it cost I would have to say that its doing a very good job.

Simple function, cleaned dishes really well, easy to use, energy-efficient and fast drying time, easy to load, very little leaking, easy for children to load and unload. It was big enough to hold and clean my familys everyday dish use. It sometimes had to separate the really dirty pots and pans from the dinnerware. It blended well into the rest of the kitchen. Easy wipe down. Really up to date looking but not standing out. Easy to match with my existing appliances. I thought it was a little pricey but the price was worth the quality of the machine. Very little maintenance cost and upkeep. I guess paying for the brand is worth it.

Only when the wash a bulky load. Very reliable. Feels like clothes are made clean. Love that it has so many options. Love the clean function because it can get smelly. I try not to wash out bedding because I dont want it nasty inside. Its a very appealing product. It looks nice and substantial. Looks expensive. Does wiggle sometimes with big loads. It looks nice enough to leave laundry door open. It was a fair price as long as its durable. Products need to be more durable, made to last. Make the name actually mean something. Ill pay more for better quality thats durable. Makes me disheartened when stuff breaks.

Kenmore was the dishwasher that came in the home I was renting. I liked all the various settings that could be used with it. The dishes also always came out very clean and tidy. I never had to put them back in again and rewash them which I cant say for other brands of dishwasher I have used. But I disliked how long it took to clean all the dishes. It felt like it took forever to just get that one load of dishes done. Also the drying cycle never fully dried the dishes so I would have to towel dry everything when it was done.

It has a large capacity so I only use it once a week putting dishes in it all week and even then it usually is not full. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It is much bigger inside than I thought it would be when I first saw it. It is big enough to hold a weeks worth of dishes without looking crowded. It does look plain on the outside but the controls are clear and easy to understand and use. I had no problem figuring out how to set it. I like that it is very well designed inside and outside. I didnt have to choose this model myself as it came with the apartment. However, I went to a couple of stores that sell dishwashers so I could see what it would have cost if I had bought it. It is well worth what it would have cost me to buy it new as it is very well designed and has a lot of room inside for a lot of dishes and even when it is packed full it still gets all the dishes clean.

I live in an apartment so space was a concern. I researched reviews and chose what I believed was the best dishwasher for the price. Kenmore has met my initial expectations. The dishwasher is Easy to use and has ample loading space. In general, Im very satisfied with the features of my dishwasher. My only complaint is that it possibly needs more spraying power as it Occasionally does not fully wash utensils when there are a lot of them.

The dishwasher does great. I have not had any problems with it. I am very satisfied with my Kenmore 24 in dishwasher. It gets all my dishes clean and is quiet. It is only a 24 in built in dishwasher. It that is all the bigger I need to have. It does not take up any space hardly under the counter and out of the way. Jet covers all my needs. It may not be a fancy looking dishwasher but I am a simple person and it goes good with the rest of my kitchen. I like tube white color and the metal trim. It is not a very expensive dishwasher and for how much I paid for it it is well worth it not only cheap. But it works great. I would recommend this kenmore to anyone.

Sears and Kenmore both made it easy for me to cross them off my list for future appliance purchases. If I cant trust them with a small appliance like a microwave, I know I wont be able to trust them with a large purchase. No one should have to replace a microwave after just two years, especially when its kept in pristine condition. My microwave was great when it worked, easy to clean and large interior. Then it started rotating and heating when I opened the door (dangerous). Then when door was closed, food was placed inside and you would expect it to heat something, it would instead countdown and nothing happened. Only thing that worked was the timer.For months I contacted Kenmore on FB privately showing them video of both issues and their response was basically, Im sorry for your troubles, theres nothing we can do. I have a dishwasher with another company that messed up and they actually cared about making things right. I wouldve easily bought a replacement, but the dont care attitude keeps me from replacing my Kenmore microwave with another Kenmore microwave. After just 2 years, Id expect more.

Kenmore is a brand that I know and trust from my youth into my adult age. With that and my understanding and research of other brands, I decided to move forward with the brand I trusted most. All of the features of the dishwasher appeal to me as I had a dumb basic dishwasher previously that could barely operate, so just the basic fact that this operated was a huge improvement over my previous dishwasher. It is cheap and simple but it could improve to work more towards automation and clean smart washing of dishes to allow for varying loads which use the most efficient water based on load. And on smart cleaning, if it could sense and focus on items which it may see as the most dirty for more cleaning than the other dishes.

There is no way as a working couple we were going to be able to keep up on all our dirty dishes. We barely keep up with the dirty dishes now. Then with the baby and having to constantly clean his bottles a dishwasher was a must. It is crazy how much dirty dishes a family of three can accumulate over the course of a few days. I like the top rack that has the fold down parts for the wine glasses. I like how I can fit my baby bottles in nicely. I also like how I can fit the cage on top with all the baby parts. The bottom is awesome too. Its has the fold down tabs and removable silverware thingy. I wish that the dishwasher fit the pots and pans more nicely. Its just kind of awkward placing them on the bottom level. The handle always covers the silverware part. You almost have to just do a separate wash for just the pots and pans but I never have that many to justify a spectate wash. I also think its kind of weird that the buttons fit underneath the counter.

I like the power spray. It always cleans the dishes the best without any dirty spots on the dishes. Also everything smells fresh all the time. The time spent washing is very short which is great. I wish it would use less water to save as much as possible. The dishes always come out really hot which can burn you if not careful. I like the Kenmore brand because it is the most trustworthy brand. I own many different appliances by Kenmore so it was an easy choice to make. Kenmore always has great customer service too.

As a family that used to have to wash dishes by hand we find the performance of this dishwasher to be excellent. It is used multiple times per day and cuts down time in the kitchen. The size of this dishwasher is perfect. There is always more than enough room to fit any dishes we have used for the last day or two, and plenty of room left over. I really like the black appearance of the dishwasher. It makes the kitchen look more modern and goes well with the other black/silver appliances. The real value of this product comes from the time we save having to spend in the kitchen. We already got it at a great price, and the time we save makes it a great value.

DO NOT BUY KENMORE DISHWASHERS. Ours (Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher) quit working after 20 months of use. We did not buy the extended warranty because we thought it should last at least 5 years before anything would break. Wrong. I have called the customer care phone numbers several times. Did not get anyone that speaks fluent English. Very frustrating. And they keep forwarding you to a different area.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. I found out had we bought the 5 year warranty it would only cover the services call(s) 100%. Had you needed new parts for you appliance you would get $25% off of the part but you the customer would have to pay 75%. Our particular part that is bad costs $156 plus tax and shipping so we still would of ended up paying like $140 dollars to maybe get it up and running again. Sears stores are closing but they still plan to sell Kenmore online so do not make the same mistake we did. Enough said.

Im very happy with the best dishwasher Ive ever had. Its one of the best purchase Ive ever seen in the world. Kenmore is the perfect size to fit just about anywhere in the kitchen and it will save you tons of space. The value is greatly above average for me. I am extremely happy with the way it operates and it looks extremely expensive even though it wasnt that expensive to purchase at all. The look is very impressive to anyone who comes into my home. The size is a standard size but it has a unique shape that allows me to fit dishes in a more efficient manner. Highly recommend it and it is awesome. Nice easy to use dishwasher that is quiet and cleans dishes rather fast. Takes packet, liquid, or powdered detergent. Is very quiet and runs through a cycle in under 30 minutes. Fits at least 30 large plates, and at least triple the amount in small plates. Fits about 32 cups on the top shelf. Bowls can be a bit of a trick, but it can fit at least 6 bowls on the top rack as well. Nice, easy to clean. White finish makes it easy to clean and maintain. Has easy to push buttons and settings that allow you choose the type of wash you wish to have. This dishwasher has lasted for years. Great value for the price and workmanship. I have yet to have any service done on this dishwasher besides some regular cleaning.

Kenmore is a well known, affordable brand. I felt that I would get a sturdy machine and the best value for my money. I live in an apartment and its just me so I didnt need anything heavy duty. My dishes are always cleaned wonderfully as long as I pre-rinse and remove most of the food from the dishes beforehand. The drying cycle works better than the last whirlpool I had also. But, I wish the pressure was a bit more, although Im not sure if that is an issue with my water or not. The drying cycle dries everything perfectly except for plastic items. I would have also planned the silverware holder to be a bit more sturdy.

The dishwasher is a fantastic one. We replaced an older whirlpool with this one and have never been happier. For the price it really will clean almost anything you throw at it.

This dishwasher had very good reviews from my friends and my family member. They told me about how it does an awesome job and I needed to try it for myself. It was easily accessible and had numerous settings, which I loved! Hard power jet cleaned dishes quickly and easily. The design was sleek and elegant. The only problem I had was with the person installing it. Besides that, I never had any problems out of it. It got the job done and more so!

I have to say I am more than disappointed with your product. I had all G.E appliances and had so many problems with them, that I changed them all out to Kenmore. Sept 2016, I purchased a dishwasher. Service call to put in was 4 months later (I had some construction going on). It seemed beautiful, quiet, and really cleaned the dishes until about a year later, it cleaned less and wasnt really sure if it was working properly. It continued to get worse and I called SEARS to service it with the protection plan I purchased. I was told it was the sum motor and would be over $500 to fix. The service man said do you hear this sound, it sounds like it’s trying to start (like a swishy sound), and I said yes, it always sounded that way. He said it could have been a defect. In getting ready to contract it to be fixed, SEARS argues there was no plan; however it states it on my receipt (Dishwasher Order #9-------) Sears Protection Agreement (purchased separately). Stuck with BROKEN DISHWASHER!

I scrape off all food from plates before put them dishwasher every time and dishes come out super clean. I just love my dishwasher. Noise is not too bad. Two people living house. I can keep duty dishes up to three to four days. Enough space for pot and pan too. So I am saving water and electric running costs. Is very reasonable. I am very happy with it. It is not best looking dishwasher but good enough for my kitchen. And love looks of it. It cleans very easy too. If I need to replace dishwasher again, I will buy same one if it still in market. I am very happy amount of money I paid for my dishwasher. If I want to spend more yes I will have much nicer one but for my kitchen this dishwasher works just fine and looks good too.

I would not get another water heater from Sears. My hot water heater is seven years old and started leaking with two years left on the warranty. I had no hot water and had water all over the basement floor and called a local plumber to replace the tank so we can shower, wash dishes etc. When I called the warranty department, the service rep. notified me that because I had the tank changed with a new one, the warranty for the existing tank is void, even though I have the pictures of standing water in the basement and the defective water tank is still in the basement. Please, what should I have done? Have the water tank leak and do more damage to my basement and have no hot water for a week until your tech gets there? This is a joke of a hot water heater warranty. Go buy your next hot water tank from Lowes or Home Depot, you are much better off.
