Kenmore Washer difficulty
We switched from a front loader to top load, because we continued to have odors coming from our front load washer that we could not get rid of. We chose the top load with agitator, since we wanted to get back to the type of washing machine we have previously had, and liked. The water level on this machine is very low, even when choosing the high fill option, thus the agitator is nearly worthless, and the clothes do not get clean. To top it all off, we still have a musty odor coming from our washer, even when we leave the top door open. We are not at all happy with our purchase of the Kenmore 600S, 20372 washing machine.
The washer would not complete the drain cycle. I read some troubleshooting advice and purchased a new lid locker for $50. It didnt fix the problem. I called Sears and they charge a $99 diagnostic fee to come out then labor and parts. I read reviews of others who had similar issues. Some had to have the same problem fixed multiple times within a year. It could be the motherboard console. To replace this piece is about $250 plus labor plus the diagnostics. I paid $598 for the washer in 2011. I think I might be better off just purchasing a Speed Queen or another washer with a better warranty rather than pour money into something unreliable.
This Kenmore series 700 washer is one of the worst washers Ive ever used. The countdown timer is rarely correct, hardly gets comforters completely clean, ie dry spots on it AFTER you take it out of the washer, which leads me to it NOT washing items completely. I could watch clothes float on top of the water while the agitator spins on the bottom, hence not cleaning them. Unless you use the DEEP FILL option for everything, it doesnt seem to get stuff clean. The only thing I like about it is the size of the washer drum, but if it doesnt clean like the old school washers do, then I may as well just do my wash at the local laundry mat.
This washer has had the control panel replaced and has been leaking for three months. It started making weird noises this week and is pouring water. Repairman said it is a default causing the tube to be worn and a hole in the tube. He has seen several of these but Sears refused to repair. Sears repair hung up on me three times.
I really enjoy my Kenmore appliances. I never have to rewash my clothes and I can count on them to do the job. They have multiple setting that work with my everyday life and I use them all the time.
I bought my Kenmore washer 6 years ago, it was a used one so I dont know if that fits with what you want. I have been very happy with it, no problems at all. I wish all products I have purchased were as well made and dependable as my Kenmore. Keep up the good work.
Fix the washer over 20 times since purchase in 08. Replacing mother board again in 6 months. Repair teaches different things then the sells guys. I use to rave about Kenmore. Not anymore. I could have bought a new washer every year for the amount of money I have used to repair washers in the past 10 years. All Kenmores with Sears repair men.
This Kenmore Elite Top Loader Washer 29002000 is the most I have ever spent on a washer & is the only one that I have ever owned with so many problems! Takes an 1 1/2 hrs to wash on heavy duty cycle. Will not get the clothes clean on the normal cycle - rust around bleach fill & door hinges. Constantly running water & have to start over with spin & drain to finish. Always goes out of balance - tangles & twist clothes. The detergent, fabric softener, & bleach all fill full of water at end of cycle. Have never wasted this much time babysitting a washer that costs so much! Very disappointed in Kenmore.
We always bought Kenmore machines since 1970. We purchased this top loading washer recently and have been very unsatisfied. This new machine never appears to clean the clothes well. They not only come out a wrinkled mess, they also come out with white splotches and dirt splotches on many dark clothing. As for energy efficiency, it takes a lot longer for a load to be completed. Had a technician come in the first month of usage, and was told what to do differently but nothing changed. Today, was the last straw: a favorite jacket that has been washed successfully in the past, came out worse than before I put it in! Would love our old, no energy efficient, agitating washer back in a heartbeat. Makes me think twice before going to Kenmore for another one.
The washer is easy to use because you can change your wash load settings and youre able to put as much laundry in the appliance. There are multiple settings and your clothes will always smell fresh. The washer is always available to use and it is made from powerful material so that the water doesnt go to the outside cover and initiate water rot. You can also combine whites only with colored pieces of clothing without worrying about the colors bleeding into the whites. The appearance of the washer is just a simple design with some options to choose your load of laundry, how hot or cold the water is needed, or how you want the laundry to wash your clothes (which is using a gentle setting or a rough setting). Although the washer has a lot of features included and does a lot of things to the laundry to make it fresh and clean, the appliance is too expensive. So I wish the price was lowered down so everyone could afford to buy this brand and model.
I contacted Sears repair and set up an appointment to have my Kenmore washing machine repaired. I took time off from work and waited all day for them. No show. I was mad, but rescheduled. Second appointment, they came and I was thrilled. I was told that I needed an expensive part and paid $360.67 for the repair. As soon as the repairman left, I started my washing machine to find that it was still broken! I immediately contacted repair and was told that someone would come out that weekend (it was a Friday). Guess what... no one came! I then scheduled one last appointment, guess what... no one came again! I am now done with taking time off work and waiting for repair. I have started a billing dispute and want my money back. Sears says I can schedule another appointment and they will come and take their part out. Uh... then I want my old part back! The part they took out was not broken... something else is! This is ridiculous and Sears needs to refund us for the part/appointment and compensate us for all of the time we have missed off work and all of this time without a washing machine. We have been long time Sears customers and Sears credit customers, this is how they treat their customers.
The washer seems to handle large loads with ease and gets the toughest dirt out. Its very user-friendly and easy to use. I would recommend this one to anybody. Usually this could fit all my daily items. My family and I go through many clothes weekly so we had to gave a large capacity washer. This one fits the bill perfectly. It is modern-looking and modular. It gets within my laundry room decor without looking too blocky or white even though that is exactly what it is. The value here is super great. It is a good washer that Ive used for many years. If you amortize the cost over a period of useful years you will get out of it, you will get a daily cost of only a few pennies. Who couldnt afford that?
My Kenmore washer has been 100% reliable since I bought it, no warranty issues, no failures, at all. It will be 18 years old in August 2020. I am getting a little bit of surface rust underneath the bleach dispenser, but I will clean up and repaint the tiny rust spot this summer. I cant vouch for the new models, but mine has been perfect.
We have a Kenmore Series 600 Auto Load Sensing High Efficiency (HE) Low water washer which I am really not liking. It doesnt have a bar up the middle to move the clothes around and the water does not cover and soak the clothes. So there are only parts of the clothes that are getting washed. We have to rewash our clothes 3 and 4 different times to get them fully clean. I am NOT A FAN of HE Washers. I like Traditional ones better where the water flows and I can push the clothes down in the water....the middle agitator has always worked well. Why change something that works well all b/c it uses more water? More water, middle agitator bar, less secrecy is what I like.
I purchased my Kenmore washing machine in May of 2014 and received it in June. My washer had been giving me a UE code which is a unbalanced code. This would happen no matter what I was washing. To be fair I should have called Sears sooner to have them look at washer while it was covered on warranty, but I did not realize when the warranty was up until it was too late. I had repairman come out to fix my machine, he told me that the parts alone would be $504.00 to fix (brand new on sale cost was $550). Told me LG manufactured machine under Kenmore label and I should call them to see if they would cover price of parts. Also said this rarely happened to the machines.Called LG never heard of machine, called Sears said not true, LG manufactured it. Sears told me to register machine on LG site then maybe they would recognize machine. And since it was not registered on their site that was why they did not recognize it. Problem who knows when you purchase Kenmore product who really makes it. Looking online, LG has this problem with LOTS of their machines. So unfair you purchase a (expensive to me) new machine and it is a piece of garbage. 4 hours to get a load of wash done!!!
I bought a Kenmore Dryer in July 2014. Within 9 months the Lint trap began to morph and catch clothing/linens thereby ruining many. Recently I looked up this issue on the Internet and discovered it is quite common. I have seen a few customers have received free replacement parts that will easily remedy this problem. Today l spent 2.5 hours on the phone asking for help to no avail. Every person I spoke with, there were 8: were professional, kind and understanding. I cannot boast more about the excellent level of wonderful your employees exhibit. My plea is: Could LG please take a look at my machine and include its model number into the small group flashed about this problem? I am hoping LG will agree to send the replacement part(s) to me without charge, as occurred with others in late 2014. My only mistake was not being computer savvy enough to find this site sooner at the best possible time. Because I need to use zipper mesh bags to prevent rips - my clothes are continuously wrinkled after drying. I am asking for mercy and help to remedy this issue, which is quite small in the whole scope of the vastness and excellence of LG. Thank You for your consideration. I look forward to your response.
Great performance and works really well and is great for washing and drying clothes all the time. Doesnt stop running. Very reliable.
My washer is a little bit older now. It had a good run, was good while it lasted, got all of my stuff clean and had plenty of different setting options. It is on its way out, any load may be its last. I wish it would have lasted a little bit longer, but maybe 5 years is all you can expect out of washer machine??
Does a good job cleaning and durable. Machine does good spin and gets water out clothes. Does great job on whites. Does not dilute colors and very easy to maintain and operate. Durable. Does good job cleaning and getting water and soap out of clothes. Easy to maintain and operate. Easy cleaning and very stable machine. Can count on cleaning but keeping colors bright. Simple and clean look. Blends well with rooms as comes in a neutral color. Controls easy to see and read. Machine designed more to last and do a good job with simple design and look. You get your moneys worth - hard working, reliable, durable. Meant to last a long time with easy maintenance. Cost to operate over time will save money and do the job promised.
On July 25, 2011, I first called Sears to report that my Kenmore Elite H5t washing machine was not working. The error code was an F35, which means the overflow switch needed to be replaced. An appointment was scheduled for August 3, 2011. My daughter sat home for hours waiting for the tech to arrive, which they never did. They claimed that they called both my home and cell. No such calls were placed, as I have caller ID at home and my cell identifies the phone number. When asked why they never showed up, I was told by Sears Service that the appointment that I received was a forced appointment not a saved. I was a bit taken back by their answer. Wow! I had no idea that an appt took on a totally whole new meaning; where was I when this took place.Anyhow, I had to reschedule another appt for August 10, 2011 and made sure I requested a saved appt this time. I further told Sears Service that there was not only an F35 code but now an F20 code as well, which means an inflow water restrictions. I told Sears that there was no water restriction into the machine nor was there a drop in water pressure. When the Sears Tech arrived on August 10, 2011, he replaced the overflow switch and told my daughter that the machine was fixed. Yet, when I attempted to do a load of wash on August 12, 2011, the machine was showing the F20 again. I called Sears Service again and told them that the Sears Tech never fixed the problem with the F20 on August 10, 2011. Sears Service informed me that there were no notes on my file of the Tech performing a diagnostic test, in which he should have done to determine what was causing the F20 code. So I had to schedule another appt for August 22, 2011. Mind you, I made sure I asked if this appt was a saved or forced appt. I was now told by Sears Service that they had away with the forced appt sometime in the beginning of August 2011. I was like this is unbelievable. When the Sears Tech (Jeff-excellent tech) arrived on August 22, 2011, I told him that I believed that it was the PC Board that needed to be replaced because the display panel was showing all sorts of characters and shapes. He did a diagnostic test and confirmed that the control board did need to be replaced and would order the part and that another Sears Tech would be back on August 31, 2011 to install the control board. I told Jeff that I would be contacting Sears Service to confirm said appt. I did such on August 24, 2011 and all was confirmed with the Sears Service Dept for August 31, 2011.Well, August 31, 2011 came and guess what? Once again, the Sears Tech never showed up or even called leaving my daughter waiting for hours again. By this point, I was livid and demanded to speak with a Sears Service Manager. The Manager apologized and offers me a laundry credit for every 7 days that Im unable to use my machine but fails to tell me that there is a cap on this laundry credit of $100. I informed the Manager that the time constrains that Sears places on its customers waiting for a Sears Tech to arrive is unreasonable and especially for people who are key employees of their company cant leave their job or are made to wait for hours for Sears to show up. More so, it put my daughters new job at risk because she had to request 3 separate times off from her job for a Sears appt; of which 2 of the times Sears never showed up and the other time the Tech never fixed the machine. Her employer told her in a joking fashion that she was making a lot of demands for a new employee requesting so much time off. The Sears Service Manager apologized and now offered me a Saturday appt. This was news to me, as I was told in the past that appts were only scheduled between Monday-Friday.Now an appt for Saturday, September 10, 2011 was scheduled for a Sears Tech to install the control board between 8am-12pm. At 9:37am the morning of my appt, Sears left a message on my home phone that they were experiencing a high volumes of delays in the field and would not be at my home during the scheduled time but later. I immediately contacted Sears Service requesting to speak with a Manager but each time I was disconnected. By the fourth call, Sears Service assured me that I would not be disconnected. Well, they did not disconnect me. However, what they did was, instead of connecting me to a Manager, they connected me to another irate customer that was also holding for a Manager.I finally gave up! The Sears Tech (Jeff) finally came that day and replaced the control board and did a complete diagnostic test of the entire machine and told me that all was good. I proceeded to do wash by the third load the machine was now displaying an F17 code. I contacted Jeff on his cell and informed him of this error code F17. He told me that there is no such thing as an F17 with this washing machine. I was like Jeff I do know how to read and it says F17. I took a picture my washing machine with the F17 code flashing for proof (date and time of picture was 9/10/11 @ 5:37pm). Jeff told me to stop the machine and restart the wash cycle, I did and the same thing again an F17; the wash just stops in the middle/end of the cycle leaving the machine full of water with wet clothes. Jeff told me that I would have to make another appt with Sear Service. At this point, I am so livid, I contacted Sear Service and told them to just give me a new machine and be done with it already. They informed me of their lemon law that the machine has to have 4 separate problems within a 12 month prior, before they will even consider replacing it. Heres the kicker, ultimately even after the 4th time, its up to their discretion if they want to replace the machine or not. I am so done with Sears!
It does a great job at washing heavy loads. It washes fast and is not too noisy. It also lasts for years. Once you buy a Kenmore you will not need another washer for a long long time. It works very well. It is very heavy duty and built very high quality. It has never broken down. I had it for about 10 years before I needed a new one. It is very clean and modern looking, and easy to use. It has just the right amount of features without being overwhelming and there are no features that are not needed or that I do not use.
The Kenmore washer makes evenly wash with spin clothes come out clean. I recommend this washer to all. It is the best on the market, well worth the price you pay last for years. Its warranty is for years and its reliability is the best on the market. I recommend this washer for those who wash clothes every day use. Its durable. The design of its appearance is different from any other washer compatible and I love the way it looks. Love this washing machine. Its worth the cost. Money back guaranteed if you think it is not the best. Love the shape, design, the compatibility, how it works with small medium large loads of clothes. I recommend to all who wash clothes.
Kenmore Washer 800 is Crap. Ive only had this washer for 5 years, well actually less than 5 years. Three years in, it required a new control module, and now, it needs it again. The module is about 45 dollars and the service call is $90 to have a repairman come out. All three of my Kenmore appliance either have been replaced or repaired numerous times.
The performance is very good and satisfying and meets my daily needs. It helps clean our clothes without any damage or tear. Its an useful piece of furniture for me and my whole family. I can rely on it to really clean my clothes without damage to it. It doesnt break easily or leak at all like my old ones. I count on it to do its job while being quiet washing. The way it is built is very professional like and not poorly built. Its easy to find buttons and get used to while cleaning clothes. I really love how it matches my decor since its white. The value is very nice. Its not too cheap or too expensive. Its just right for my liking and my familys liking. Also my husband likes using it a lot. It gets the job done. Very worth its money.
I am getting clean clothes, no tears or wears from machine, great job and not much of a noise. Dryer works nice too, but I do not use it much - prefer natural drying outside. It never gave me any trouble, really reliable and ready to go when I need it. Never malfunction or broke. I would really recommend it and I am happy to have it. It is old fashion and all white, but nobody see it except me because it is in separate room. And I do not care much about appearance as long as it works. By now it cost me practically nothing and still working great, so I am happy with value. It is one of those products that were build like do not do anymore.
I have had this washer for over 10 years and have never had a problem with it. I would buy this brand again and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a washer. The washer fits all my needs. I like that you can pick the size of the load of clothes that you are going to wash and they always come out clean. This washer looks very nice but it is a plain white. I wish that the Kenmore washer like this brand came in colors like the more expensive ones. This washer was well worth what I paid for it and if it broke down tomorrow it would not owe me a cent.
I bought it used and had it for 2 years before it stopped drying my clothes. After about a year and a half it started taking more time to get the clothes dry. A month or so later it was not drying them hardly at all. Up until then it worked pretty good, especially for being 7 to 8 yrs old.
The performance was fine. I never had any problems with the washer and I thought it did a fine job. We never had to have it serviced. We finally sold it when we moved, but overall it was a good washer. The washer was reliable. We had no issues with it for the 6 years we had it. No service was ever necessary. It was a little bit loud at the end but it still worked great. No complaints about the reliability of the washer. It was a very standard washer. It was not flashy or amazing to look at, but it got the job done. The washer was white with no other colors. Pretty bland but again do you really need a washer to look extremely fancy?? I dont think so. Since the washer was so reliable and lasted so long, I feel like I got my moneys worth. I dont know how it compares to other washers but I think it was worth the money I paid. Definitely went through a lot of laundry!
Turn knobs are easy to use and cant complain about the looks of the washer. I liked the smooth surface look and feel. Its a basic washer and has very good value for what you get, just would never buy one again and I would not recommend buying this washer due to all the issues I had with mine. I had the washer drum break down at least 2x while I owned. Had issues with manufacturers warranty. This washer is not reliable. Stay away. I would purchase a completely different brand. Never good experience with any Kenmore appliances.
Worked well enough for the price. Both were basic models with no bells nor whistles and they performed their jobs well. Neither were energy efficient but lasted many years and showed no sign of breaking down. They performed their jobs well. Got clothes clean and dry. Couldnt ask for much else considering the price.
My washer works fantastic. Easy to use, nice and simple, just like me. Top loading works great because of the location in my basement. Make sure its up off ground elevate. Its just two of us, but I do laundry every other day. When I work outside which is just every day, I change twice a day so I have more than I should. The washer gets my clothes very clean and I dont have to worry about ruining clothing. Im sure you can get other colors, but I got white. Its easy to clean, matches everything durable, its just plain white. The knobs are a dark color which makes the washer stand out. The washer is energy efficient. Saves time, saves me money, it adjust the water level perfectly, shuts down when too much is loaded. I would recommend this washer to anyone that doesnt need a fancy one.
Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015 a Sears Service Rep came to the house to repair our 3-year old Kenmore Top-Loading Series 2000 Model Washer. The washer was unbalanced during the spin cycles causing the machine to shut down. The Sears Service Rep replaced all four shock absorbers/springs on the basket with new ones. He also reprogrammed the machine. That afternoon we used the washer and it operated normally with no problems. Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015 we used the washer this morning and it is now doing the same thing as before, rendering the machine unusable. We contacted Sears and they scheduled us for recall service on the morning of Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015.Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015 we were scheduled for service this morning, but Sears Service never showed up during the scheduled time window. We also received no telephone call informing us that Sears was not going to able to make it to our house. We called Sears Service that afternoon to complain and they rescheduled us for Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 between the hours of 5:00pm and 6:00pm.Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 Sears Service was scheduled to re-service our Kenmore Top-Loading Washer between the hours of 5:00pm and 6:00pm. Once again, no Sears Service Rep showed up. We called Sears and they said they had no record of us being scheduled for service that day. Diana was on the phone for 2 hours with Sears Service, all to no avail. They were not sympathetic and didn’t care. They attempted to reschedule us for Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015. We told them that was the one day that week when we wouldn’t be at home due to doctor appointments. We asked them to schedule us for Monday, Feb. 23, 2015, Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015 or Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015. They said that they couldn’t do it on any of those days as they were booked up. Sears Service said they could only come out on one of those days if someone canceled their appointment.Monday, Feb. 23, 2015 we called Sears Service again to try and get a Service Rep out to repair our Kenmore Washer on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday. They once again insisted that they could only come out on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015. They stated that if we didn’t accept Wednesday, then the earliest date that they could come after that was Tuesday, March 3, 2015.Sears has proved to us that they don’t care about fixing our machine, except at their convenience. They have stated that they couldn’t come out earlier unless another customer canceled their appointment. Sears apparently doesn’t care that their Service Department canceled on us twice, with no qualms about it and without notifying us that they weren’t coming. They refuse to make the service of our Kenmore washer a priority, even though it is Sears fault that the machine was not repaired correctly the first time and that Sears has failed to show up for scheduled appointments on two occasions. Sears Customer Service is absolutely horrible. When we called them to complain, they were uncooperative and refused to give us contact numbers for supervisors or the corporate office. They kept apologizing, but obviously had not one iota of care whether our washer was repaired (for a second time) in a fair and timely matter.
I think this is one of the best units I have ever had. It was very surprising how quick and efficient it is. I am very satisfied with all of the options that are available and how quickly it handles each cycle. This is the best washer that I have ever owned and does a great job on both my husbands filthy work clothes and my more delicate items. Definitely very reliable. I have yet to have to stop the load because of any problems. I can count on it getting my clothes clean the first time. It has never destroyed any of my delicate items that I wash. I have had no problems with it leaking or anything else going wrong. While it is a simple design, I think that the simple color fits quite well in my laundry room. It is a good looking washer, and the display is easy to read. I would say that this washer is an excellent value. It does a great job which means I dont find myself rewashing certain items. It seems to be very energy efficient which really helps out in the long run. It was definitely worth paying more for this washer than trying to save a few dollars getting a discount washer. I certainly feel like I have gotten my moneys worth.
My washer makes a noise. It’s been repaired 2 times. I now need to buy new one. Mine is only 2 yrs old. I paid 1000.00 for it from Aarons. Do not buy from a rent to own company. I’m very upset I’m on a fixed income at that.
Previously owned a Kenmore Elite 4 washing machine and loved it but finally needed to get a new washer. Went with another Kenmore Elite, model #796.41482410. It does have a “clean washer” setting but it does not work so I use other methods to get the moldy smell out of the washer, plus I wipe the tube out and the rubber ring around the door as they get buildup on them. This is something I never had to do with my original washer. We do clean the filter by draining any excess water and cleaning the filter but the filter never has anything on it. All in all we just don’t feel like it washes as well as our old one which I would take back in a heartbeat. Wish I could have returned this one but we’re stuck with this one for a while.
9/2012 I purchased the Kenmore Elite top load machine from Sears. Once it was 2 years old, I continuously get the UE error code. It may take 3 tries and 2 hours to rebalance and get the load washed. Additionally, it is beginning to twist clothes tightly and tear seams of towels. I am being told this machine has no service recalls on it. I am responsible for the repairs.I purchased the same machine in 2010, with the EXACT same troubles. After a great amount of research, I discovered these problems were indeed a service recall. It is the exact same machine (only later model) with the exact same troubles! The same machine should not have the same troubles and not be a part of a recall.
The Kenmore washer took a giant dump. It ruined my stuff in the garage after leaking all the time. Repairman was reaching for straws and never fixed the leak. The washer was 7 yrs old. Now the Kenmore Dryer isnt drying completely. Have to use Heavy duty extra time because home warranty (rip off) refuses to fix Kenmore machines. The washer was replaced 3 mos ago. We bought Maytag. Love it. Theyre pretty reliable from past experiences... With the possibility of my beloved Sears going out of business Im steering away from Kenmore. That make me sad.
Never had a problem with this model. I enjoyed using it, and it always got the job done. Very satisfied. This model lasts a long time as well. Fits a weeks worth of laundry in one load. Never been unable to do laundry except for in power outages and thats expected to happen. Very reliable to me. Not an elegant design. Not very sleek. Looks like an average machine for a typical price. Simple and easy to clean. White matches my decor. Paid typical price for it. Didnt expect any specialty features, didnt get any. Im okay with that. Does the job I expect it to. Much laundry has been done in this machine. Worth it!
Gets my stuff very clean. I cant say how well it works. I never got to worry about stains, they are gone. Washer has been a life saver to me and my family. It has never broke or had any issues with my washer. If I had to choose I would get them again. Thanks Kenmore for great service. I could not ask for a better washer for my family. It is sleek and great, so small it fits and powerful. Many color options are available but I choose white. I have always love the look of the washer. It s a great value. I got it due to the price was good along with the quality could not ask for better washer. If I had another choice I would still go with the brand and one I chose.
My Kenmore washing machine does an excellent job. It is quiet and very easy to use. My clothes are always clean and I do not require as much soap as the other machines I have had in the past. Although my washing machine is a top loader and I have been told front loaders are better, I have used them in the past and I find the machine I have now is just as good or better than the front loading machines I have used in the past.
Weve had Kenmore washer. For the 21 yrs never had any problems with it. Id recommend it to anyone. Its been rough hard working/ washer better than any Ive had. I think Kenmore is the best.
It got the washing done in the perfect amount of time. It was rather short but it still got the job done. It also had plenty of different cycles to help you wash everything you need. It fit every single day be of my items. I never once had to run two loads for it all to fit. My only complaint is that I with the silverware compartment was a little more convenient. It looked absolutely gorgeous. It fit very well in my modern style kitchen. I would say if you have a rustic kitchen this isnt the washer for you based on an appearance standpoint. It was one hundred percent worth the price. It wasnt too expensive and it really gets the job done. Recommended it to anyone. It was great.
The performance of this Kenmore washer was amazing. I never expect such a quiet washing machine. My family loves to use it and I have lately fun to use it. This Kenmore washer has the best performance I ever had in washing machines. I could not make a better decision on a washing machine like this device. The appearance of my Kenmore washer is just great, it fits perfect in my kitchen to all other appliance I have! The value of this Kenmore device is just fantastic! I got this appliance in Home Depot for a good sale price and on top a rebate. I was just happy with my purchase.
Very efficient, didnt use a lot of water or power and was very quiet. It was very simple to use and even did large loads quickly. I was very satisfied with this washer. It was very reliable, it last about 15 years before we had to replace it. It never gave us trouble at all, and we never had to replace any parts on it. It was very nice looking. It was bright white and matched the paint in our utility room. It had smooth corners and looked very modern and appealing. Wouldnt change anything about it. This was a very good, reliable washer for the price. It was on the lower budget price side but it still gave us many years of use for the price.
This washer consistently performed as expected or above expectations. Clothing always came out smelling clean and feeling fresh when used according to manufacturers standards. Multiple settings made it easy to switch between sheets and blankets to a delicate setting or a normal load. When laundry was done according to a normal schedule, clothing needed to be washed would fit all items needed. Overloading could lead to clothing not feeling as clean or fresh as they should be. Definitely be aware of not overloading. Match setting of washer to type and/or amount that you are loading to best meet the needs of your expectations for the clothing. Sleek appearance. Average fit in laundry room- did not in anyway feel larger or more bulky than any other washer used in the past. Set up made easy to load and remove clothing and other articles. The value of this product is definitely there. Great, reliable brand and household name for years. Compared to other brands, matches or exceeds in the value to get when you purchase this product.
My washing machine is very easy to operate and figure out. It also washes quietly and effectively. Theres not a lot of buttons so not much to figure out. My washers reliability I think is great. I rely on it completely. It holds a lot of clothes or towels at once and I even wash my king size comforter in it and I have never had any problems. The overall appearance of my washer is plain but clean. Its just white with silver buttons so nothing fancy, but easy to read the controls. The value of this washer I think overall is worth it. It washes clothes just like you need and washes quietly and quickly and extremely easy to control.
Kenmore washer never with hot water - It does not wash with hot water! Cold only! I turn the dial to hot and its never even warm! That may be why it locks. I want my old washer back!
Great product that works extremely well and is very quiet. Very energy efficient and allows me to do large loads without any problems. As far as reliability this machine is perfect. It can handle very large loads and is very quiet while running and it can handle all of the abuse of teenagers using it to do their own clothes without supervision. The controls are very high tech looking but very easy to navigate and use. This is an extremely great and affordable value for this machine. It works just as well as the top end machines but you do not have to pay an arm and leg for it.
Bought this washer new and it lasted 23 months! Control board stopped working. Repair estimate more than original cost of machine. Very disappointed.
I like this because it has a big load capacity. Not only that, it runs great and have had no problems with it. The spin cycle is also very quiet and does not shake or vibrate the floor. There hasnt been one time that I have had a problem with this machine. Also my daughter tends to overload it and it still always works great. This machine has a modern look. The one thing I wish was that I got it in a different color. The white is too plain and seems to get dirty very easy. Well this model was kind of expense but I was expecting to get a good quality product so I dont mind to pay extra for this machine. There were other models that I could choose but I didnt want a cheap machine.
I really like both of the machines. I feel like they do a good job washing and drying. Never had to reload clothes because they were not done properly. Also never experienced any breakage with clothes.
Very effective on hard stains. A little loud but easy to understand directions. Allowed for fairly large loads and was gentle on delicate clothes. Could be overloaded in washer if not careful then it would not move very well. Very reliable. Was pretty fast and did a nice job with all sorts of stains. Appearance was nice and smooth. The controls were easy to use and understand. The door was smooth but closed fast with a slam if you were not careful. Value was fine. I feel like I always pay more for a product than what I should. But for what I needed and how it worked it was worth the price.
I feel like this washer did get my clothes clean. However I wish that I could fit more into the washer to save time. I also felt that this washer used less water than other washers. The washer sometimes got off balance and I had to redistribute the clothes inside, but it was a durable and reliable washer overall. This washer never required maintenance or repairs. This washer is not as modern looking as a front load washer, but I did not feel that the design was an eyesore in my laundry room and the most important thing was that it got the job done. I felt that this washer was affordable and a great deal for the value. Other washer brands in this similar front loading style would have cost me considerably more money.
I have one old standard Kenmore washer that has been working and running w/ no issues. Easy to use. No problems. Had it for about 10 yrs now and still running. I think if it ever stops working I will stick to a standard one and not those new ones.
Kenmore is a great appliance company. I would buy any of their name brand products. I wash clothes every week. I normally do about 8 loads of laundry. I wash and dry in a Kenmore. It is quick, efficient, not loud, and gets the job done.
I purchased a Kenmore He Washer, stainless steel drum, in 2019. Can I say I hate this washer? Because I do. I have always purchase appliances from Sears and have been pleased. Because of just a few months with this washer, I will never purchase another appliance, of any type, from Sears again. The washer does not fill with any temperature other than extra hot and cold. Washing on extra hot adds one hour to the wash time. Setting the temp to warm or hot yields cold water only. The service tech, sent by Sears, was rude, incompetent and clueless. Couldnt fix anything regarding the temps. Clothes come out ridiculously wrinkled, no matter the water temp or spin level. I have never had to iron clothes with any previous washers. This is a junk machine. Dont buy any He washers from Sears. TERRIBLE!!!!
The washer works really well. The clothes get very clean and Ive never had any issues with it. I think this washer will last for years and years without issue. This washer is very reliable. I have had it for over 5 years and have never had any issue with it at all. This is a very clean, white, plain looking washer. It will easy fit in with any decor a consumer may have. The buttons are easy to use, and would be good even for people with arthritis. I have gotten more than my moneys worth out of this washer and its still going strong. It is certainly worth the manufacturers asking price.
The machine worked well, fairly quiet, nice rack system, adjustable wheels for after choosing a new tile, easy to clean and hook up took less than 30 min. It did well as long as it was not oatmeal or cream of wheat. The appearance was fine for the decor of the kitchen was flush with the counter adjustable faceplate i.e. Floor plate so held a flush finish even after tiling the kitchen. The size was OK considering the racking system made it easy to load and the design maximizes the amount of storage space on the machine. That particular model was from a small place I had but got as new and used it a lot. I do construction and have purchased some in the past. The value was good if bought in the right place.
It had a great look in the kitchen and everyone love it, family and friends of the family, my brother and sister too. We got it by paying on time at a rent Thru center back in the day. I really appreciate it and if I can afford one now I would get one. But I tell everyone about it. It was a good washing machine and it last a long time for 7 yrs. Me and my family use to wash all the time when my mother dont have time. We use to make sure that all the clothes was wash and clean and that everyone enjoy washing.
Kenmore Washing Machine Model #110.20022013 - About a month ago, we bought a new Kenmore washer. After about three washes, the lid lock light began flashing, and the washer would not go into the washing cycle. We called Kenmore appliance repair, and they replaced the washing machine with another identical Kenmore machine. Now after two weeks, the lid lock has begun flashing again for no apparent reason. I was able to make the machine work by unplugging it which then allowed the machine to start a new cycle. I spoke to the manager at Sears store, and he said this might be caused by a recent power outage. But I am concerned that this will happen again, and that as with the first machine, the washer will not work. We are still probably under warranty. But I dont want to wait too long. Do you have any suggestions? Do all washers contain these lid locks? Do they all have problems?
This HE washer is built like a truck and has been consistently reliable for the past nine years. It offers water settings from light to heavy loads with the options of extended spin and double rinse. There are five settings for water temperature from cold to very hot. It is quiet in operation and easy to clean. I have never needed a service call.
I had it for about 5 years, it was good quality and did a good job of cleaning. It was easy to use and the buttons were not confusing. In the 5 years that I have owned it I havent had any issues. It did stink for a short while, but I cleaned it out with vinegar and lemon. It like a regular washer, nothing out of the ordinary. Easy to use and straightforward buttons and directions. The color was average for a washer. Good value, I like Kenmore. It is a little more expensive but maintains its quality. I would buy it again. The price is good for the washer.
I purchase this washer about 3-4 years ago and the problem of rust is getting worst. The rust started after 1 year on the lid then it accelerated to inside and now the rust stays on most of the clothes I wash. When we look inside with a flashlight, we see that inside is all rusted and peeling off. I have a baby coming. When I tried to wash the babys clothes the rust stays on the clothes and its hard to take out. I had to rewash them by hand. Im really frustrated since we follow the manual very well to take care of this machine. I cant believe this will happen to a 3-4 years old washer since my mom is currently using a Maytag for over 10 years and it still works fine without rust. I hope to have it repair by Sears as soon as possible.
I have had this Kenmore Elite Top Load washer approximately 2 years. The washer cost was on the high side but I thought I deserved a nice washer since I wash a lot of clothes. Immediately I noticed that the clothes didnt appear to get as clean as with other washers Ive used. The washer was constantly getting out of balance. There was a recall and a gentleman came to my house and did something to the washer to prevent the unbalance issue. The washer still gets out of balance constantly and again my clothes are not getting as clean as with my other washers. I wish Id saved my money and bought an older washer with an agitator or possibly side loader. I am very, very, disappointed with my purchase and will NEVER purchase another Kenmore item again.
My washer came apart in my basement... pictures enclosed. Not sure what happened other than I was washing a King size sheet set. We believe it was at the beginning of the spin/rinse cycle. I heard nothing. Weve had it two years this past July so Im assuming the warranty is finished?
This machine was bought from Sears years ago and still going strong, replaced the heating coil, but other than.. that it still runs well. I have had it over 10 years, best purchase ever, always have stuck with Kenmore, well made washing machine.
Ive used a Kenmore washer as long I can remember, Ive ways found it to be very durable, and will last until its on it last leg, it is always my first choice. When I am looking for a reliable appliance, kenmore is the first to come to mind.
Awesome machine works very well. No issues at all. I would highly recommend this machine. Good quality at an affordable price. And I would buy it again. Really reliable, big load capacity, easy to fill. Very quiet machine also. Its not the fanciest of machines, but aesthetics are fine. Very good machine for the price. Buy it. Few hundred for a machine that will last years. Well worth it. You will be very happy with your shiny new washer.
It is the Series 500 High Efficiency model. I bought it 3 years ago. It took forever to run a load. Shook during the spin cycle. Call to have it repaired and the service man said that is just how it operates. It shook so badly that the spin cycle completely stopped working. I had to buy a replacement 2 months ago.
I wanted a washing machine that was efficient - easy to program - EZ to load and unload - had multiple options - and was QUIET. Those requirements have been fulfilled. It has also been trouble free. I especially like the stainless steel tub. The SPIN cycle is effective and QUIET. The machine does not walk - hop as some older models had a tendency to do.
My washer has a larger capacity and can handle a small load all the way through a large load of towels. It does not have a lot of unnecessary dials, but is simple to set without having to adjust several dials. I find this washer is perfect for me and my family. Having used this wash a couple of years, it has performed very well. No problems, no repairman needed. Everything works as well as it should. Just be sure to have the washer leveled upon installation, and it will work like a charm. I like appliances that are sleek, modern looking, and easy to keep clean. This washer has a sleek back panel on which the dials and controls are placed. The value of Kenmore appliances are well known. Quality washer. This washer was not overpriced, but suited my needs and did not take a big bite out of my budget. The washer has been very reliable. So I find this to be a very good value.
Colored clothes come out streaked with white marks even when I do a second rinse. Am currently rewashing a load without detergent in the hopes of dissolving these marks. I am extremely dissatisfied with this washer (Kenmore washer Series 600).
Purchased Kenmore Washer Model 2510 kept leaving soap in clothes. White marks and streaks in black or navy colors. I use 1/3 of the amount of HE soap recommended. Returned for a newer model after 4 repairmen came out. Now I have the next generation Model 25132. Still have soap in my clothes. The low water high-efficiency washers are AWFUL! The repairmen keep saying I am using too much soap or add water to washer or run it again. How can this be High Efficiency?
I want consumers to know that this washer is not worth the money. Mine has been an issue after the first two years of ownership. The washer smells awful even when cleaned weekly as recommended. The seal is moldy even though we always leave the door open. The washer is a maintenance nightmare. It does clean my clothes but I usually have to run the load twice because it stops with an F-20 code. I am just looking for a washer that will clean and last 20 years like my last one. Neither Kenmore nor Sears is my first choice anymore.
I have a three-year-old Kenmore Samsung Top Load washer that I bought from Sears. Six months ago it started making grinding noises. I called in a repairman only to find out that they do not repair these as they are on a recall. I went through their recall process and it has been ongoing since February 15, 2017. I was assigned a repair company and given a phone number. I called them and was told that they do not service my location. I contacted Samsung again and they gave me a new repair company after a number of calls and weeks transpired. The new company also did not service my location. In the meantime my washer is getting louder and washing less effectively. I gave Samsung the appliance service that Sears uses and the phone number to contact. I phone this service myself and he indicated that he does the recall repairs for Samsung on these washers. For the last two months I have been contacting Samsung to get them to assign my washer to this service center that they use and it is still not assigned! I have sold my house and must be out in 5 days so I had to buy a new washer and thought I would get the rebate. After reviewing the rebate process, I decided that this company can keep the minute $275 offered. I will never purchase a Samsung anything as long as I can help it. They did not contact me once during the whole process. I had to keep phoning to get updates and new information. The rebate does not compensate enough as it is only 1/3 of a new washer. I thought Kenmore was a great product and had no idea that it was made by Samsung until I started having problems. I guess the days of having a washer for 20 plus years are gone and consumers have to put up with second rate crap that is very expensive and ends up filling up the countrys garbage dumps.
Affordability, simplicity, and maintenance, all add to the experience of ownership. Works great. Really gets clothes clean. Energy efficient and durable, all the things I expect in such a important home essential.
The Kenmore washer has the old school, classy, traditional look that is durable and lasting to meet the expectations of the current and more modern trends in the market. It is a high quality appliance worth every bang for your buck for its affordability and convenience of a high performance clothing washer to take care of household laundry. It washes clothes effectively and rinses clothes properly with no issues, leaving the clothes clean and detergent free so no need to worry about your dirty loads and any unpleasant scent.
We have not had any problems with our Kenmore Washer. It cleans very well, can do heavy loads or small delicate, you can adjust water levels and hot or cold water. Weve had it for 6 years and we think that shows that it wears over the long time. We would recommend it highly.
This Dishwasher is the best we have used since we were married. It’s cleans perfect, we’ve had it for at least 10 years maybe longer. We have only had to call service once. Overall we love this Dishwasher and would purchase another to replace this one.
My washing machine is very basic, but gets the job done. Several parts have went bad and I had to replace them. The thing I do not like the most is sometimes the agitator lifts a little allowing the laundry to slip under it and putting several holes in whatever is in it.
It worked really well, and I liked it a lot. They washed and dried clothes, and helped me get my laundry done. I couldnt ask for more from a machine that is specially designed to do such, I would totally recommend this to someone. Its big, square and white, with big dials and doors that you can open and close. They wash clothes, and dry them for you, so you dont to dry them outside on a line. Its a very good value and you should totally go buy a set of these.
I like the washer. The only complaint is it doesnt let you set the water level, other than that it does the job. Purchased at sears at one of their sales. Huge basket and you can wash bulky blankets and rugs.
This washer is excessively noisy. It makes many different noises and is totally annoying! The washer does not fill up with enough water even when you select Deep Fill. You must put the detergent in before you load your clothes and this completely stained a new shirt. The fill rate is slow. If you need to stop the washer it does not cancel out properly. The cycle takes too long.
I have a 3.5 year old HE5T Steam Kenmore Elite front load washer. After the error of sud and f35, we bought a new pressure switch and replaced it for $100. I turned the machine on thinking this would solve the problem, only to now have f21 error coming up. I cleaned traps and checked the lines. Now I am looking at a new pump for $140. Are you kidding me? This is ridiculous. Needless to say, we are purchasing a new washer from a local dealer, not Sears. And, you can bet it wont be a Kenmore! How disappointing to feel this ripped off.
It is a very good brand and I personally love it. It helps me when I need washing my clothes and its really fast. I would recommend this to anyone.
My new washer broke after about 2 months and took another 2 months to repair due to lousy repairman and Sears warranty being worthless. I do not recommend any of their products. It took 3 attempts to find out the entire interior washer basin needed to be replaced. Now working fine but my gripe is even with warranty protection there were not enough certified repair people and it got farmed out to a repair company that was substandard.
Kenmore Model 796.4027. It is rated as best buy by Consumer Reports. However, it has a serious design flaw. The valves close much too quickly causing massive water hammer. None of our other washers had this problem. Their solution, install new anti-water hammer devices. **. This is a design flaw in these machines. Wikipedia has a very nice treatment of what causes water hammer. I also spent a good bit of time in Engineering School studying hydraulics and this is a classic case. The valve is closing much too rapidly. The solenoid that actuates the valves needs to be redesigned. It shouldnt be hard, other washer manufacturers seem to have figured it out.The service was prompt and courteous. He explained that this was a very common problem with newer washers. However, since nothing was replaced Kenmore/LG wont track this as the design flaw that it is. I suspect that the manufacturer actually knows about the issue but doesnt want to resolve it due to cost implications. What a lousy way to do business.
I have had bad experiences with Whirlpool washers in the past. Less than five years ago, we decided to purchase a new washer since our two-year old Whirlpool washer was giving us endless problems. We purchased a Kenmore Elite from Sears. We did not know that our washer was actually a Whirlpool washer. We have started with the same problems with this washer as we did with our Whirlpool washer. I just learned that our machine was actually manufactured by Whirlpool. I was told by Kenmore that other Kenmore Elite washing machines were recalled with the same problem, but does not include my model.I was transferred to so many different places, including Maytag (why Maytag?) to try to resolve my problem. If my machine is having the same problem as those other models that were recalled, there is a great chance that mine should be included in the recall. I never got to speak to the right department. The repair is costing me half of what I would have to pay for a new one. Now, I dont know where to go to get a reliable washing machine. I thought that paying a descent amount was going to give me a descent working machine. I believe that disclosing the manufacturer on appliances should be required because not everything that shines is gold. A reliable brand on the outside is not always what you get on the inside!
It runs very well and cleans the clothes the way they should be cleaned. Its quiet and doesnt make a lot of noise while in spin mode. This is a well paid for unit. Its big and wide enough to fit all my clothes in it and do a great job of washing them completely. You cant go wrong with a washer like that. The appearance of my Kenmore washer is something I enjoy looking at and am glad that I bought it also for the good appearance of what it represents. I am enjoying the value of my washer and all it does. I feel I got a great deal when I bought it and would enjoy doing it again if I have to.
We have purchased 2 separate Kenmore Power Miser 55 gal water heaters, warranty for 6 yrs, both have consistently failed from leaking tanks after 4 yrs, even though properly installed with water softener, pressure reducing valves and expansion tank. Warranty for first was honored after an $89.00 service charge to verify failure, and a replacement heater (less efficient and smaller capacity) was provided, and they did ship it to our home. We recycled the failed one. When the second one failed, same $89.00 service charge, and an offer for the same less efficient smaller unit was made ---- however, this time they are out of stock and it will be more than a month before available. In addition, they require that we travel over 20 miles to pick it up ourselves and MUST return the defective water heater to them at that time which requires disconnection of it leaving the wiring and plumbing dangling in the meantime, and loading it ourselves, at a couple 100 lbs or more. Clearly this is a ploy to discourage using the warranty----never in my life have I seen a store require to return of a defective water heater. In their defense, they did offer delivery for a $125.00 (which was no charge last time). The manager at the pick-up Sears outlet also seems to specialize in rudeness when dealing with him. The entire experience with both the heaters and Sears has been terrible!
The washer is making noise and I am not happy with the product. It is not leveling and it has mold problems. I would like a new washer.
Sears Kenmore model 110.28002011. Same problem as the recall that occurred on 12/18/2012. Recall number: 13-073. Same violent shaking. This is the exact same circumstances that occurred during the recall as report in recall #13-073. Washer purchased new in Jan 2013. I will never buy another appliance from Sears, not to buy and will tell friends and family and social media. Sears do not stand behind the product that they are selling... I will never buy another Kenmore not because of the problem but because of the lack of support behind the product. With all the complaints they received, neither Sears nor Kenmore stepped up to resolve this issue.
Bought the Kenmore Oasis Washing Machine, 110.270 and just like thousands of others on this board, my machine started showing an F1 error code. It also started shaking the house and sounded like a rocket taking off during the spin cycle. Just google Whirlpool bearing or Kenmore bearing and youll see many more issues just like mine. Turns out, Kenmore/Sears is doing a quiet recall of the control board. Theyll send a tech out to replace your control board. This procedure takes no more than 15 minutes to complete and the average homeowner could do it themselves in minutes. HOWEVER...What is not under quiet recall is the loud and unbearable rocket sound during the spin cycle. That fix will require that your bearings be replaced on your unit. Is the bearing failure caused by the bad control board? Im not an engineer so I dont know but if I read the 1000s of posts, you rarely see one without the other. So this is where the story gets interesting. According to Sears, Whirlpool offers a 10-year warranty on the Whirlpool tub of the washing machine. The Whirlpool tub hereto now includes the bearings and shaft. Well, guess what? Whirlpool started fielding so many complaints that they made a kit (separate from the tub) that allows technicians to replace the bearings separate from the tub. Guess what? That bearing kit is not covered by the 10-year warranty because its now considered separate from the tub. It will now cost the homeowner $160-180 for the bearing kit and approximately $150-$200 for the service. That equates to roughly $350++ to repair a part that is clearly a manufacturer defect. This defect is so popular that appliance shops have created videos on how to fix the machine yourself. There are many posts about the poor quality of the Whirlpool Cabrio and Kenmore Oasis washing machines - related to the bearing failure and the control board issues. I have lost complete confidence in both of these brands for how they have handled the issue. I will do my best to never purchase either brand in the future.
It has a big door that you can open it and put clothes quickly and take it out faster - also you can wash a large amount of clothes in a very short time. It has programs that use it to clean dirty spot and a high quality. Also it keep clothes materials good so you can keep your clothes like new. You can put a 10 kilograms in it because its big from inside. Also its color is white and the door is a light blue glass that help you to see inside it clearly. Because it has too many programs to help you it has a not expensive price. I wish if they put sales or discount to help people to buy it.
We purchased model #28002011 Kenmore washer in 9/2011. Were 2 older people (no pets) requiring 3-5 lite loads of laundry a week. In the last year or more, the washer would add time while in a cycle. For instance, it would count down to say 2 minutes remaining, then adjust the time to say 8 minutes. When youre trying to perform other tasks this could be madding enough. Now after the wash cycle it would just click never performing the rinse or spin cycles. The serviceman informed us the washers motor & transmission must be replaced at a estimated minimum parts cost of $250 plus labor. This was the worst major appliance purchase we have ever made. I dont believe trips to the laundromat would have been as costly & only less inconvenient in winter. Im all done purchasing Sears products.
The Kenmore Washer Elite Oasis works fine till the ending number 6 rinse. Last couple of years, the problems are way too many with the machine. It cost good money. Please help me!
This Kenmore pair are now made by LG. They are horrible. They open and close the water inlet rapidly like a bang, bang, bang. They have ruined the plumbing pipes. This is not only my washer, but my brothers, too. After only 3 years, the gears squeak and the motor whines. They were very expensive, but when we move into our new home next month, we will leave them behind and just let the new owners have them.
It worked really good, got all our baby clothes clean. Only thing I didnt like is it ate up her socks. It did a really good job of getting stains out and runs very quiet. It was not as energy efficient as I wouldve liked but a great washer. It was very reliable I could wash big loads at a time with no problem. It did eat my daughters socks and one time caused it to malfunction but we had someone fix it. I like that it looks like a heavy duty washer at the laundromat. It looked very nice and well put together. It also had a lot of different wash cycles to choose from on panel.
Use for 2 loads 3 times a week. Never breaks down. Always works clothes. Come out clean. Whites are white. Dark clothes clean. No soap buildup. Not a lot of noise – a quiet machine. Have experienced no problems. Works perfect first and last use. Would recommend to family and friends to purchase. Not very flashy but the controls are easy to understand and use. Fits in nicely with my basement laundry area. White and clean. Compact – does not take up a lot of space. Small but efficient. Great value for the price. Reliable. Hard working. Easy to operate. Best washer I have owned as of this time.
Works as it should and cleans clothes fairly well. Doesnt make too much noise when in use and overall performs fairly well as intended for it to. Works all the time so it seems pretty reliable to me. Gives a consistent wash each time it is used and functions with nothing out of the ordinary occurring. The appearance is pretty standard in comparison with other washers as they all look fairly similar. Appearance doesnt really matter to me in this. I got a fairly good deal so the value is very good for it. It pays for itself with the use it gets as opposed to having to go to a laundromat.
