After the filter was changed, the water still tastes horrible. The plastic bins in the refrigerator that holds butter milk, etc. have cracked and broken. It is large enough to serve our needs. All of our produce and meat items and frozen foods fit well. If you had a family of 6 you may need to get a larger refrigerator. I am happy with the stainless steel finish. I wish I had gotten one that cleans easier but once I use my stainless steel cleaner the shine is beautiful. You get what you pay for. I wish I would have thought about it and bought a more expensive fridge and I may be able to drink the water from the fridge.

The refrigerator had enough capacity for a family of five. It never failed us until it grew old, 15 years. It was reliable, durable and efficient. I would recommend the Kenmore refrigerator to a family member or friend. The size met our requirements and the area provided in our kitchen. There was ample room for the different food types that we used. The freezer, while not overly large, provided enough room to store the frozen food items that were part of our normal need. It was a cream colored refrigerator. It was plain to the eye. We purchased it for utilization, not a fashion statement. The freezer on the top was easy to get into. The bottom allowed for easy access to clean under the refrigerator. Considering the length of time that our refrigerator serviced us, the price was very cost effective. The refrigerator lasted for fifteen years until we decided to upgrade.

Works well and is quiet in noise nature. Keeps items the right temperature and is never too cold or too warm. Good lighting for those midnight snacks too. Fits perfectly in a standard size space made for fridge. Spacious interior and doesnt look bulky or out of place. Perfect size for our household. It looks simple and classic. Honestly nothing special. It looks like a standard fridge but that is enough for me. Very satisfied with it overall and wouldnt change anything. I was happy with the value because the price was reasonable and seemed low compared to similar products and it works well and gets the job done. No problems at all.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite fridge mfg by LG because it has amazing reviews, however after having it for just over 2 years the compressor went out, right after I had just purchased hundreds of dollars of food for our annual Halloween party. Everything was lost. It took weeks before a technician could come, he diagnosed it as a problem with the fan. He had to order the part. A different tech replaced the fan. Still didnt work. Then another tech came out said it was a switch. Had to order the part. Anther tech came out, replaces the switch, still doesnt work. ANOTHER tech came out, said it was the computer board. Had to order the part. Weeks go by, find out the wrong board was ordered after a different tech came to install it. Had to wait weeks for the new board. ANOTHER tech came out to replace the board, still doesnt work. ANOTHER tech comes out, says it is the compressor, has to order the part. Weeks go by part comes in. ANOTHER tech comes out to replace the compressor. It doesnt work. ANOTHER tech comes out, says that the weld was bad, but doesnt have time to fix it so I have to reschedule. Reschedule. ANOTHER tech comes out, fixes the weld, finally it works or so I thought. The replacement compressor worked for three weeks before going out AGAIN. All of these visits I had to pay for labor. Over 1,200 in labor for a broken fridge. Now they still want me to pay for labor again on a still failed compressor. I want a new fridge. Enough is enough.

Quality refrigerator. Keeps food cold. Works well. Little noise. Has no breakdown. The inside is well positioned, easy to get at food, right height. It is appropriate for my needs. Children have no problem getting what they want. Has a stainless steel exterior and makes a nice design for my kitchen. Fits in with other appliances so all add a great look. Value is ok for a 12-year old refrigerator and it has stayed consistent and worth the investment. But need more room in the refrigerator as I tend to buy in bulk so I have a second refrigerator, smaller but has my overflow especially for coming holiday. Will be looking for a larger Kenmore but with same design. Nevertheless, Sears stands behind their Kenmore product. Good support if needed and I get updates as needed.

Definitely a good refrigerator. Kept my food cold. Reliable. Bought years ago and still going strong. I like the finish, the handles, and the consistent temperature. I feel like you can always use more room. Good room, but the freezer isnt as big as Id like. I like to keep meals frozen for later, and after adding all those together, it would be nice if there was more room. Very clean, polished, curved, appealing and matched my style. Modern, all and all, a very nice shiny fridge. I liked the color and the pattern. You pay what you get. I didnt expect to get a fridge for free or for 100 dollars. I think the price was more or less what I expected, but the value was good. Hard to make a big purchase like that often.

My refrigerator is working very well and have had no problems. My food stay cold all through out the year. There is plenty of room for all of my foods. I cant recall the exact size but I am very pleased with my appliance. I have never ran out of space to put my groceries. Its a nice sleek appearance and the appliance is very sturdy and will not tip over. There is enough shelf space to put my eggs, meat, milk, butter eggs, etc. At the time of my purchase my appliance cost $500 and I am very pleased with the whole deal. I think the appliance is well worth the money.

I love this refrigerator. It accents my kitchen and the freezer space is large enough because I have 3 children in my house so I always need a lot of food in the house. The size of the refrigerator is awesome because I am able to put a ton of condiments on the door and lots of food in it and it is very sturdy and useful for me and the kids and I love the products they sell. The refrigerator is grey and white on the inside. The kids love the color of it and so do the rest of my family. I love the refrigerator. The price of the refrigerator is exceptional price for the goodness and wholesome of the refrigerator and the thing is really awesome.

I like that there was a large produce drawer with plenty of space in it and the temperature control was nice especially when things at the top were freezing cause it was too cold in the refrigerator. But the ice machine would sometimes not work and stop making ice or the ice would all clump up and would not come out of the dispenser so a better ice machine would be good. Also, I thought the water went a little slow. But Kenmore has met our initial expectations and it is a trustworthy brand that I would buy again.

I’ve had problems with the ice maker, twice. The vegetable bins are bulky. The fridge is also very noisy, but overall it is a good machine. I think I might look around before I purchase another one of the same make.

I like its water and ice dispenser, and that its large and roomy. I also liked the compartment for milk as well as large compartments on the doors. However, the water dispenser kept breaking and had to be fixed. I also thought that the freezer space was weird and not big enough that many foods did not fit well. I was surprised at how cramped the freezer was so that did not meet my expectations for a Kenmore. However, I would purchase one again. Kenmore makes durable and reliable refrigerators. It was a great price, and free delivery and removal of the old one.

Five years ago, I purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator model # 25344393407 and now I have discovered cracks in the lining of both the freezer and refrigerator compartments.I contacted Sears and was told that they know of the cracking problem but there was no recall issued. The fix for this is patching the cracks with epoxy. I understand that the cracks continue to appear, this being an ongoing problem. Checking online, many have the same problem. One technician had the nerve to say that it was due to humidity in my home, I live in NY! How dare they try to blame the customer for this defect!

Its spacious, works properly, has temperature control settings, it has a freezer, it has compartments to store vegetables and fruits, the door has spacious shelves as well. It is a reputable brand that manufactures quality products.

The freezer work perfectly fine. Its a standard refrigerator and it performed as I expected a refrigerator freezer to. The refrigerator met and exceeded my expectations in terms of space. Now as far as the freezer is concerned it was able to hold much more than the regular items that I would keep stored in the freezer. Standard refrigerator on bottom with freezer on top standard regular white nothing fancy but nice and clean. Sturdy handles on both refrigerator and freezer. Pretty good value for the money. Thank goodness isnt overly price. While comparing prices to other brands the Kenmore was the best value for the particular model that I got.

Always had amazing performance and never had a problem with it. I would recommend this fridge to others. In the future I will also continue to use. Plenty of space without a problem. Able to fit all my needs of produce and everything had its own place. No complaints about the size of the fridge. I love the appearance and its also easy to clean this material. The steel look is very convenient and I wouldnt want any other type of fridge. Its worth the purchase and others should look into it. A good purchase that is worth the money and is a great fridge to have! Good value.

First it came in a great variety of colors and models... From day one it looked and worked awesome. Had ample amount of room in both the shelves and the door.. Crispers actually worked the way they should... Other than the maintenance of cleaning [dusting] the coils... NO problems. Thank You.

I purchased the Kenmore Side-by-Side in July, which was then replaced twice, one because the door was out of line and the second because the dispense water button lettering was coming off. Within two months the lettering started fading again, so a repairman came out and replaced the button. He said to make sure I did not use cleaning products on it and if it happened again, to let the company know as it was then an issue because it was coming off just by people touching it. When I reported it in December, I was told this was natural wear and tear and I would be charged for the appt. Not for a $3,000 refrigerator. I insisted a repairman come out today, who again told me it is natural wear and tear. Nothing in the owners manual states this and someone in Sears today admitted it is a problem with this product. DO NOT BUY SEARS. They no longer stand behind their product.

I purchased this refrigerator right after Christmas last year when our refrigerator died. First thing I didnt like was that I had to wait nearly a week for delivery. I wasnt really happy with the layout of it after delivery, but figured I could live with it. Then as soon as the weather started warming up, we noticed the freezer foods had a wet feel and ice was sticking together. Upon examination, my son discovered when the cold section door was closed, the freezer door popped open! Most of the time it would close on its own but occasionally it didnt. I was glad I had paid for a Master Service Agreement with the purchase! I called the repair service. The technician came out and made a big deal of leveling the fridge, etc. – leaving without a fix for the freezer door. I stewed for a while then called repair service again, relating what had happened on the first visit. This technician decided he would tell me how You can fix that problem yourself. Hello! Not when I paid over $400 for someone else to fix it!Knowing this fridge was made by LG and sold by Sears with their Kenmore name on it, I contacted LG. Meanwhile I had gone to KMart, where they sell Sears products, and tested all the Kenmore refrigerator doors. This model is the only one the freezer door popped open on when closing the cold section! The person, who answered my email detailing the problem, put me in touch with a Sears CEO who sent Sears Blue Ribbon Team out to look at the fridge.The technician at that time stated there was no fix for it unless LG made a stronger magnet for the freezer door, which they didnt. And though he declared, when he spoke with Sears advocate on the phone, that the fridge was working as it should, he would also recommend 100% customer satisfaction if it were up to him. When I finally got a call back from the Sears CEO, she claimed she could not exchange the fridge because the technician stated the fridge is working as it should.So I am stuck with a fridge that has manufacturer defects that the manufacturer and the seller are both aware of! Even I can look at the refrigerator and see that the space between the bottom of the freezer door and the top of the cold section door is larger on the left side than the right side. Whether this has anything to do with the problem, I have no clue. But I doubt it. I’m just saying I can see it. I have copies of all email communication between myself and LG, and myself and Sears for what its worth.

Ive had my Kenmore refrigerator for over 15 years and Ive never had one issue. It is very efficient in keeping all my food and beverages cold. It also has two crispers, one humidity controlled to keep all of my fruit and vegetable fresh. And I love the top drawer to keep my deli meats and cheeses.

Kenmore customer service is horrible. Was given a price over the phone. When the technician came out the price more than doubled. Spoke with a supervisor by the name of Freddie who was worthless. When ask to speak with his manager was told they are not taking calls. Asked for the managers name. Was told they dont give that out. I have spent over 10,000.00 with Kenmore and will never spend another dime with them if this is the way they handle business. I work in customer service and would lose my job if I treated customers this way. This refrigerator cost me $4100.00 and the compressor goes out in 25 months. Are you kidding me? Buyers beware. The compressor is under 5 -10 warranty but labor cost 500.00 really.

This refrigerator has adjustable shelves, which is very important for odd shape containers. The frost free freezer is very convenient since you do not have to chip away ice. The exterior is finger proof and very easy to keep clean.

Refrigerator worked well, no problems. Ice maker was especially nice during the hot weather and ice cream was kept frozen but not brick hard. Vegetable crispers kept veggies crisp and the temperature was constant without having to be adjusted all the time. It was the perfect size for my not too big, not too small kitchen. I would have preferred a bit more width in the freezer compartment for things like frozen pizza boxes, but I only had so much space and this refrigerator freezer was exactly what I needed. I myself am not a great fan of stainless steel appliances, but it was on sale and my ex-husband thought it would look nice. When it was delivered, he was so happy, he wanted to get all new appliances to match. Good mid-priced refrigerator and Kenmore was having a sale so we got a good price. I would have preferred something from a different manufacturer but my ex-husband had been brought up with Kenmore and since it was on sale, it was a decent value.

Purchased a Kenmore Fridge from Sears which is manufactured by Electrolux. Purchased it in June 2016. Have had the repairman out four times for the same issue of not staying cold. They do not want to replace the fridge. They want to send repair person out a fifth time. It will be over a month without a fridge. This is not acceptable.

We purchased a Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator with the ice maker and water dispenser in the door and freezer on bottom in 2006. Within less than a year, we had to have the ice maker fixed. A year after that, we had the same problem--we had to pay for it then. After spending $2200+ for the refrigerator, you should not have to buy an extended warranty. The water filter for the refrigerator costs $50 and I was told the ice maker wont work unless its been replaced. Now the whole thing may have burned up had my husband not been home. The light had not been turning off after the door closed (we had never changed the original bulbs), which caused the plastic around the lights to melt an bubbled the plastic on the refrigerator above it.

I have had it for years and never had any problems. It has been steady and efficient, cools nice, freezer works great as well. No complaints here from me. Its perfect size and its not overbearing as well. Its not some huge bulk fridge thats hard to move. It fits nicely in your kitchen but yet isnt small either, great size actually. Its white, easy to clean and hasnt faded in color over time. I have had mine for years and years and it still looks great. It truly stands the test of time. It was priced fair but I always want a better deal. Its not the fridge, its me. Im a frugal shopper. Plus, with how many years it lasted the value has been great.

The value of a refrigerator is not only its purchase price but more importantly in its reliability and its reliability was beyond compare to other refrigerators we have owned. It has lasted for years and Kenmore is a brand to trust.

Sears had a lot of models we could look at in the store and the service plan was reasonable. I liked that the model we purchased had wire shelves rather than all glass shelves which was what we needed. Wire shelves were easier to keep clean and you didnt have to worry about scratches. I liked everything about the Kenmore refrigerator but it could have been shorter and wider for us short people.

I have no problems with storing all my groceries in it and I believe it was a great choice for me to pick this refrigerator. I think its pretty good looking. Its not a top-of-the-line model but it doesnt cost anywhere near as much as the top-of-the-line model. Overall I am very satisfied. Satisfied with its appearance and his performance. Overall I think for the money I spent on this refrigerator I got a pretty good deal after shopping around and comparing it to some of the other models and the other name brands.

We purchased a Kenmore Elite 2012 and in three months it stopped working and the repairman came various times. So many times we were given a new Elite refrigerator. I was tickled pink until I had the same issues with the new one. The ice maker stopped working. The unit would frost over. Finally we were informed that all of these refrigerators have the same issues. Sears honors the warranty I paid for but cannot rectify the issue. We have changed the fan and the computer board many times. Every 3 or so months something goes wrong with the unit. I have never had a refrigerator that cannot be repaired. In Miami we owned the old style Elite and it was great. Sorry to say we sold it with the house. The repairman from Sears was here two weeks ago and repaired the water dispenser. Now its another fan. I imagine once the warranty ends we must buy another but not a Kenmore. I used to love Kenmore.

We bought it years ago from Sears warehouse. Slightly scratched. We have had no problems since. It still looks pretty nice. Stainless steel with curved handles. We do not need ice makers or bottom freezer. I would like a more shallow fridge if we renovate but I would only replace it because of that.

I bought a Kenmore apartment size chest freezer in 7/2011 from Kmart. Its October 2012 and this past weekend, it stopped working. I had service come out and was told the compressor needed to be replaced which would cost between $400.00 to $500.00. I paid $202.00 after tax. It only had a 1 year warranty. Shouldnt a freezer last more than a year? I ended up having to buy a new freezer, but not a Kenmore. Im wondering if this was refurbished.

I am happy with my fridge because I have not had to replace it at all. It works perfectly and I have told many people at work and school to buy it. Possibly my favorite fridge I have ever gotten.

Havent stopped on me yet, works just fine. Freezer doesnt hold much but enough food. Gets cold real fast. Beverage if you leave in freezer for about 5 minutes they will be froze. Size a decent size but freezer doesnt hold as much food as I want it to. I have to keep going to the store for meats. Other than that its great. Work just fine. Pretty nice. All black is the best one. Fits right in its place. Gives the kitchen a nice elegant look. All colors look good. Freezes good. The value a little high for the size but it will work. Always catch it on sale. Look good. Ok for the price I guess.

It lasts a very long time. I love the ice maker in the refrigerators left door. Another cool thing about the fridge is that it has a lot of space for any groceries you buy. The size is very amazing. When I first got it, it surprised me. The best part about it, it keeps everything nice and cool inside the fridge. The Kenmore 50023 has a very nice appearance. It just pops out in my kitchen. When a family member, or a friend comes over, he/she asks me how did I get it. The value on the Kenmore 50023 isnt that good but it definitely beats other refrigerator prices. I would give it a 5/10 on value and price.

This refrigerator stays pretty cool. The handle doesnt get dirty fast and nice and steady when opening the door to the fridge. The freezer is pretty spacious for this size fridge and is easy to clean and wipe down. It offers enough shelving in the fridge and storage space. I like the built in shelves in the fridge door and also the built in shelving that the freezer has in the door as well. The fridge doesnt look cheaply made. I like how the fridge has a shine and the surface is very easy to wipe down and keep looking nice and clean and brand new. The value of this refrigerator is reasonable and affordable. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone who is not trying to spend too much money but want a good quality fridge.

I thoroughly liked this black fridge from start to finish. This fridge was extremely quiet and I was sad to move and leave it behind. I wish I could have taken it to our new house but instead, we left it for the next family to enjoy. But I would add more space on the inside with the location of the shelving unit - as well as change up what colors are abolished. The color wasnt my favorite choice but it works for a refrigerator. Kenmore definitely met my initial expectations. I will buy again and tell others to buy as well.

I thought it has the right size for my kitchen space. We live in a single detached home and the space was perfect for our medium sized kitchen. It used the normal amount of electricity and had enough power for freezer purposes. We have a medium sized home and it fit perfectly with the other decors in the space and made it look very nice. We really liked the appearance. It has a modern look that fit in well with the decor of our kitchen space. We liked the color because it fit with the other appliances we had in the kitchen. It made us look very modern. This fridge had a great value. It fit in with what we were trying to pay as new homeowners. The budget we had was limited and it fit the wallet just right. If we went with anything bigger it would have put us over the edge.

The refrigerator kept most of the food cold, however it had poor vegetable humidity control. The meat container sections were well-spaced but I prefer have a single compartment instead of using a multi-spaced compartment area to store your rock-hard meats. The refrigerator was well-spaced and it had decent legroom for standing inside of it, however when it comes to freezer room, there was not enough space. Yes it was overall not great.

Purchased Kenmore Pro Elite and did not work on delivery with door sensor and icemaker then would not work. That was fixed. Then compressor broke and 2 months waiting for Sears repairman and parts... They replaced it which was under warranty but 330 in labor. I paid and failed in 2 days. Now another month wait. I called and called. They hung up and never sent reimbursement. I had to buy a new refrigerator after 3 months without a refrigerator.

I purchased a bottom-freezer Kenmore refrig. in April 2013 that has needed 7 service calls. The doors didnt close right, there was frost in the freezer (3 different times), the light switch was broken, etc. We now have frost again and need a new gasket. The latest appointment was scheduled contingent on receiving the new gasket. 10 days after I reported frost in the freezer for a second time. The technician claimed to have aligned the doors, but I can open the top door with one finger, and the freezer door isnt aligned with the top. Everything in the freezer is covered in a thick layer of frost. After confirming the latest appointment, it was cancelled and re-scheduled unexpectedly. Ive never heard of a 2 year old refrigerator needing 7 service calls. These repairs point out the cheap, shoddy construction of this Kenmore appliance. If it wasnt so expensive, Id throw it out and buy from another company. I always thought Kenmore had a good reputation, but I was mistaken.

I have had my Kenmore refrigerator for about 5 years and am extremely happy with it. I have not had any major issues with it since we bought it and it is still going strong. I like the style of my refrigerator and the way it is laid out. The storage areas is really nice but would be nice to have at least one drawer in the freezer part to put frozen vegetables. I will say that the ice maker does not work anymore but we have just got the ice out from the inside. It stopped working about 2 years ago.

Sold this unit with our last home, which we had for 7 years. Good interior design layout, no frost problems, energy efficient and easy to clean and maintain. A good height for low ceiling homes. We were very happy with the layout of the refrigerator side; the door shelves are well placed and interior shelving is adjustable. The freezer is a little cramped, but that is a sacrifice for an ice maker. Height is great for lower ceiling homes. The refrigerator looked beautiful in the kitchen, it is easy to match with other appliances. Its easy to clean and resists scratches and stains. The price was comparable to other models in its class - we could have gotten a lesser known brand with a freezer below, but decided to go with the Kenmore because of the reputation and warranty.

Top freezer door malfunction! Almost every time you close the refrigerator door, the freezer door pops open! UGH!! I have come home to thawed and ruined freezer items too many times after someone else did not know this problem closed the fridge door! The fridge is not level so we know that is not the problem! UGH!!!

Good brand. I feel happy because I have brand my family and I can trust. Its a modern refrigerator and I feel happy. Kenmore is a modern refrigerator and good quality. I really love my refrigerator. I used this brand before and I wanted to do again and I dont regret because I feel happy and I would like to recommend my friends, family. Have a brilliant color, have so much space inside. They have in nice colors and make it more attracted for the customers. I had purchased a Single door Kenmore refrigerator with a freezer on the bottom about two years ago. I bought it from Sears and had a really good experience with them and was able to find a refrigerator in my price. I have never had any problems with my Kenmore. It has held up really well in the last two years. I would recommend this brand if you want someone affordable and good quality.

This is a great refrigerator for those who would rather have more freezer space instead of an icemaker. Everything works great. It runs quietly. The price for this size refrigerator was just perfect for our budget. Without an icemaker, the freezer is extra large. The refrigerator side has all the space for everything I need. There is lots of storage space on the door. The appearance is acceptable. There is nothing I would change. The handles are comfortable. The power cord long enough. I prefer the painted surfaces over stainless because it is easier to keep clean. For the money, you will not find any better value than this. I looked for a while before deciding on this model. The dollars per square foot of space was the best I found and the brand is very trustworthy.

In accordance to size for my household its perfect. I am a shopper so I always could use more room... but I make do with what I have. No regrets with my fridge. My fridge is simple the way I like it. Do not need anything too extravagant. It is the right size and looks great in my eyes... fits perfectly in my kitchen. The price of my appliance was cost efficient for me and my needs. It has all features needed for what I buy and put in it. All in all a good deal.

I dont experience any performance problem. The refrigerator function is outstanding, energy saving, and good performance, is a recommended refrigerator. Excellent, no big size but not small, easy to moving in kitchen, good as other refrigerator of other brands, perfect for apartments. Chrome appearance, beautiful gloss, easy to clean, no scratches and good for apartments and houses. Unique modern appearance. All family members like it. Good price, good performance for the value. If you like a good model and good price, you need this refrigerator. Just buy it.

Kenmore Elite Refrigerator - I have owned this refrigerator for less than 2 years and it had stopped working. It took 2 weeks for Sears to even be able to come out to look at it. He diagnosed it was the compressor and another 2 weeks for the part to arrive and be replaced. He came back out and replaced the compressor. That night the refrigerator never got colder than 60°. I am currently waiting another week for them to return to look at it again at which point it will probably take another 2 weeks to order another part and install it. I am looking to see if there are any lawsuits against Sears ad obviously these are faulty parts on their refrigerators. And I am extremely disappointed to find out that it is an LG brand refrigerator under Kenmores name. So very unhappy.

The performance of this refrigerator is outstanding. Its the best fridge out there, in my opinion. I really recommend you to get this. Just make sure you get the right one! The size of my refrigerator is crazy. There is so much storage. The size blew me away the first time I saw it. Just be careful now it looks a lot bigger than it shows in its picture, so dont be fooled thinking its small. The appearance of my refrigerator is great! Its so shiny you can see your own reflection. The perceived value is outstanding. The price is just right and the overall quality is 100%. This is my opinion by the way so dont go off what I say about the value, I hope I had great advice.

It works. The best part is I do not have to think about it like worrying about your car getting a flat tire. The fridge keeps food cold and I DO NOT HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT. ONE ISSUE IS the plastic drawers did crack after a while so they get stuck. That is only problem.

All Kenmore refrigerators has very good appearance. They are low maintenance and easy to clean inside, too. The refrigerators has various sizes, plenty storage and will hold almost anything you would want to put in. Out of all the different refrigerators I have, Kenmore is the best brand and the best performance. It is very dependable, keeps food fresh and seems like it last forever. Value is very high and worth the price you pay for. I would recommend to anyone.

Ive had my Kenmore Elite refrigerator (model # 795.72053-112) for 18 months. Its broken down 5 times. They cant seem to fix it and they wont replace it. (Apparently, if they dont change out a part, it doesnt count). I think ice is building up behind the unit.

To me it is an older but regular refrigerator. I have had it 5 years and it was used when I got it and I have never had a problem with it. I would like a larger freezer section. There is not enough room for all my tv dinners, smart ones, frozen pizzas, ice cream and ice cube trays too. It is all white with the opening bars on the right side. Nothing to complain about for me. If I was buying new I think I would probably go for a colored one - bronze, tan, light blue. Value has been great for me.

Its good, pretty, white, and clean. Its a little big but it looks great. It comes in a large varieties of colors and shapes and sizes so you should be able to find the right one for you and your family. It is a very big fridge and freezer. You should be able to fit everything you need to fit in there. Could have maybe use a little bit more space in the freezer though. But the refrigerator runs great and the freezer works great, too. It has not broken yet. One of the shelves falls off all of the time but it is very easy to fix. It just slides right back on. That is the only problem we have had with the fridge and freezer.

Kenmore is reputable than most brands in the market. It is a great product for food storage and it had lots of room to store food to keep cold. It keeps food fresh from spoiling. I like the tray space and the freezer space altogether. My refrigerator has a nice white color that I would recommend to others looking to buy a Kenmore. The price of others as most models are cheaper but dont come close to a Kenmore refrigerator. I wished Kenmore had much more space to store food to keep it as the model I have has limited space for tall items. My expectations would be the use of smart technology in the future years to come. I dont see any other brand come close to a Kenmore because they have a shorter lifespan.

Plenty of shelf room. Nice size freezer. Very good with energy. It is very quite running nice. Large door shelfs, place to put your eggs. Vegetables on the bottom to put all your produce in a meat holder to hold your and keep it fresher longer. Very large to me. I put sandwich meat, all the condiments that I use. I have room to put a whole turkey in it, a gallon of milk, a gallon of tea, still have room for a whole lot more and yes I can fit everything in it I buy. My refrigerator is white and it matches my walls but white goes good with everything. It is easy to clean. No scratches on it. It still looks new since the day I bought. Like they say you pay for what you get and it was a great value. It doesnt break down. It pays for itself in the long run. It was worth the money I paid and I am very happy with my purchase.

Kenmore Elite fridge. This is the fifth time they have been out to fix fridge. Doesn’t stay cold. Purchased Nov 2016. Installed May 2017. Broken May 2018, July 2018, Sept 2018 and April 2019. Now broken again July 2019 and they will not say it’s a lemon. So frustrating. Don’t buy horrible product and no customer service.

I have bought Kenmore for years. This is a reliable refrigerator/freezer. Its not the fanciest but it is easy to clean and holds a lot of groceries. Keeps food cold and fresh. We rent a house for over 3 yrs. l bought this to go in the rental. It fit in the space I had. But it has a great capacity for the groceries for a family of 5. The stainless doors and sleek look go with our kitchen. It is the right size for most kitchens. It has a new and modern feel to it and l liked that. There are no cheap refrigerators, but Kenmore always gives great quality for an affordable price, and Kenmore last for years. This was actually less than others l looked at that compared and Kenmore had a better warranty.

After I purchased my KENMORE fridge the alarm kept going off. After numerous attempts the repair guy shows up and tells me its a FRIGIDAIRE!! They replaced the door and that didnt work so they finally replaced the fridge. Now I have a horrible smell coming from it and ruining my food! I have taken everything out and cleaned it multiple times and still stinks. Plus paying for KENMORE and getting Frigidaire. Never again will I buy from Sears or a Kenmore product!

This refrigerator has premium space efficiently at a great price point. Every product has a place, making it rare to lose food due to it being out of sight. The temperature stayed consistent throughout use, and power surges had no effect. Great product! The size is a little bit on the bigger side for me, small kitchens arent optimal for this product. In a bigger kitchen there would have been no negativity from me. This refrigerator is classy! Very simplistic at first glance, not ostentatious. Appearance is basic but reaches out to a specific customer. After browsing and comparing many refrigerators, the value of this specific product is amazing. The space to price ratio makes this a quality purchase.

My Kenmore Refrigerator is small and white with a freezer on top and a fridge on the bottom. Its an apartment size refrigerator but fits one month worth of groceries. Ive had it for for 9 years and and it runs every day. It is very well made and uses less electricity. Its easy to clean and perfect for one person.

Bought a fridge from Sears in October online. Said in stock on site. They took the money right away then sent email it was back ordered a month. Finally it arrives and theres a small dent in the side (I didnt want the hassles of sending it back). Then we started noticing the milk spoiling quickly. The ice cream in freezer hard as a rock. I put a thermometer in the fridge and it’s +15 c (good thing no food poisoning) but had to throw out all our food the week before Christmas. Talking with Kenmore’s customer service in Bangladesh or who knows where, is exasperation. Still waiting after 5 days for repairman. Kenmore did say theyd reimburse perished food. Overall pretty shabby.

It is well equipped to use and I can easily go open the refrigerator and explore my likings. It has a fast freezing freezer in which I can place my goods to freeze and then open back up to heat up and eat. The size is big enough to sort out the things you want on each level. I am tall enough to reach anything I need and come out and be satisfied with the product I picked out. I like my size of the refrigerator. All my products are gift to have on a fast paced day. The appearance is great and is fresh and clean and has an amazing build that cannot be broken down in any way. It has fabulous liners that are well crafted and all ages have easy access to the refrigerator. I love the appearance will it brings. The value is convenient at a good price and I am satisfied with the price. Everything that comes in with the refrigerator is worth the admission and Im glad my family has a refrigerator that fits everything it is supposed to acquire so that good products can be in it.

I absolutely HATE our fridge. It is impossible to clean because Kenmore uses cheap coated metal and calls it stainless steel. It is NOT! And if you get a scratch in it, youre screwed, unlike genuine stainless where you can buff it out with a kit. I know this to be true because the other stainless steel appliances we have in our kitchen are a breeze to clean. Unless you have nothing better to do with half your day, you do not want to waste it trying to clean this behemoth!

I had good sales experience with Kenmore. It has good quality and lasts longer than most brands. It is also a good brand to help save on electricity and keep food fresher longer. There is a variety of fridges to choose from, big or smaller styles, and parts are easy to get and is an American-made product. They have great prices and don’t have to replace less than five years. I like that it is big and has lots of storage. It has three drawers and keeps things cold long. Food stays fresh longer. It has a big freezer and I like the white one the best. But I would make more colors to choose and have a ice maker on more models. I also would like to see more drawers in the fridge and the light could stay on longer. It needs a temperature control you don’t have to control so food doesn’t freeze at all and a little more space in the freezer.

I like Kenmore, it has been around for many years, it is reliable, have never had any problems with anything made by Kenmore that I have owned, they make good reliable merchandise. The size was good for our family, had drawers and crispers to hold vegetables and other stuff, was a nice, hardworking refrigerator, has just about everything I need. However, make a separate wine and beverage area that is tall enough for juice and wine bottles.

I bought a new Kenmore fridge from a Sears store in April of 2013. On Dec.5, 2014 I opened the door to the fridge (which is separate from the freezer handle) and the handle broke off. I then discovered the handle was plastic and a screw had caused the handle to wear away from the attachment. I went to my Sears store and they said they could order a new handle and it would cost me $50 for the handle, $17 for shipping and labor. Since I was a half year over the warranty they were not covered by the company. I made my case with them on-line and on the phone, but they said sorry!!! This was installed wrong and the company obviously knew what a poor quality the handle was. The clerks in the store agreed this handle was a problem for others too. Sears/Kenmore should stand up and admit poor quality and replace the handle free of charge --warranty or no warranty. Now I know why people buy from local merchants who stand behind the brands they sell. Beware of all Sears quality.

It is the top of a line refrigerator. We never had any issues with its performance. We had problems with other brands in the past but not this product. It has a larger refrigerator size and roomy drawers for your produce. The freezer side could be a bit larger but in general I was very pleased with the size. I love the stainless steel look for my kitchen appliances so I was very happy with the appearance. It rarely showed fingerprints so I didnt have to clean it often. This refrigerator was not the cheapest one we shopped for but I am willing to pay more for a quality product. I was happy with the quality of the product for the price.

Great refrigerator. Fits nicely and perfectly in the same space available in my pretty small kitchen without being in the way of other appliances and still opens perfectly. The only complaint is that sometimes the top shelf in the refrigerator part gets a little too cold causing things placed there to freeze and it only happens sometimes, so unsure if adjusting the temperature is the fix. The size is just right. It is not bulky and doesnt take up unnecessary space in my small kitchen mainly for looks, like other brands I have seen. It fits the minimal amount of groceries I actually do store and is perfect for my takeout leftovers and beverages. I suppose if I wasnt single and had a need for a family fridge, it might not be the best fit since there really isnt too much extra storage space/shelving/drawers. The appearance is nothing special... just plain off-white regular looking refrigerator. I think there is nothing fancy about it. I think if the color was a little crisper white I would like it better, as now it looks a slight bit yellow in color. I did not purchase this refrigerator, it came with my apartment which I rent. If I did have to buy my own refrigerator, and since it is a pricey, longtime purchase, I would probably shop around for a nicer model, with better features for the purpose of having a nice, upgraded, and useful longtime purchase.

I had a Sears charge card, like the features, had experience with Kenmore appliances, convenience, and the price was right. I like the refs the ice maker, door water distributor, side by side refrigerator and freezer, and the three drawers in refrigerator. But I wish there was an easier way to change filter, which is located on the bottom of the freezer and is very very very hard to change.

I’ve had my mini refrigerator with freezer for 18 years now. And the only thing that broke on it was the thermostat switch broke. This refrigerator was and to me still the best interiorly designed mini fridge and freezer ever made. It’s getting so old now, that’s why I’ve decided to by a second one for the 3 time in 18 years. Just to have in the basement, but they all suck in design and they really do not last long at all????! But the one in my room just keeps on fighting like a muscle car???? Kenmore please bring back the old mini interior design and quality... Please!

Sleek. Both freezer and fridge are very spacious. Keeps the inside at a cool 38 degrees at all times. I can fit all of my needed items inside the fridge and freezer with more room to spare and I have a lot of stuff inside of both the fridge and freezer. Plus the ice making machine is in the freezer but I still find that I have more than enough room. Its stainless steel on the outside which is so shiny you can see your reflection. It is super easy to clean. The ice and water maker match beautifully with a black finish. There is also a night light on the water maker. It will match any kitchen with the beautiful stainless steel. It was on the pricier side but is well worth it. It looks like I paid a million dollars but in reality I got it for a steal in terms of how it has benefited my household.

If I can give 0 stars I will and this is my first review of any product ever. Please DONT buy the side-by-side Kenmore Elite refrigerator. Our refrigerator is 4 years old just got out of a 3-yr warranty when it stopped producing ice. We had a $99 Sears technician come over to our home to look at our ice dispenser problem. It didnt have any problem with the water dispenser so we thought its an easy fix. The technicians diagnosis is to replace the whole door which COSTS $1716.50 (parts, tax & labor included). WHAAATTT!! But if I get the Sears home warranty its 50% off. The repair costs more than what we originally paid for it. I just want other consumer to be aware of this product so you dont make the same mistake.

Our refrigerator was professionally installed in 2007. On a Spring 2013 morning I opened the refrigerator door to find our food hot & a burning smell. The interior light had melted the light fixture. A repair person was not available for several weeks. We removed the light bulb. A repair was made. Interesting that a recall had been made. We had no notification. We did have to pay for the service call. Early in December, I noticed that our hardwood floor in front of the refrigerator seemed to be warping in areas. We pulled the refrig away from the wall to find that water damage had occurred behind it. Thankfully, a plumber responded to an emergency call. The water line for the water dispenser & ice cube maker had hardened & cracked. So any time either was used, water sprayed on the floor. At this time we are drying out the floor. We will not use the water features again. I would never buy a Kenmore product again.

This refrigerator is the best and it has a good appearance. Very bright, clean looking, wipes off with ease and does not stain at all. Definitely a nice look and it is the perfect size - not too big, not too small, just right. The inside has just the right amount of space to fit all of the essentials and more. Also, it keeps everything ice-cold and fresh. The value of this refrigerator, in my opinion, is good. It was purchased at a very reasonable price and has lasted a very long time. Absolutely no complaints. I would give the performance of this refrigerator 5 stars and I would absolutely recommend it.

Ive always bought Kenmore refrigerators. Their quality impressed me far more than any other brand. They have been my first choice since I started buying my own appliances. My fridge has side by side doors, which made accessing both the freezer and regular groceries much easier than a top/bottom setup. It has twenty one cubic foot capacity with the ice maker/drink dispenser in the door. However, it was a little too tall for all the space it provided for it in my kitchen. It made it difficult to clean off the top, especially since there was a storage shelf in the space above it.

There are lots of things to consider when making big purchases. I compare prices and size and if things have the options my family needs I believe that overall Kenmore has met our expectations. I liked its size, the space inside both compartments, the price, and how long it lasted. Im sure it also had to do with the stores I like, what they carry and the variety to choose from but I wish you could have more colors. Im a person who has lots of colors in my life and home and I would also like that they make their other products so people can match things if they choose to. I also think since the times are changing quickly that the fridges should show it. I seen one recently that you could see inside without opening the door... things like that really catch your eye. I also enjoy when I dont have to go far for a deal and when companies try to have lowest price and availability and good warranty.

We purchased a Kenmore Elite 30CF bottom freezer refrigerator in October 2014. We thought we were buying top of the line for many years of peace of mind. By March that refrigerator had so many problems and 6 repairs. Kenmore agreed to send a replacement in April 2015. It is now September 2015 and the second replacement refrigerator has had 4 repairs. Kenmore will not even offer an extended warranty to stand behind their product and my $3,000. Yesterday the refrigerator was repaired again. Well see how long it lasts. All Kenmore says is that the replacement in April comes with a new 1-year warranty and to contact Sears to purchase an extended warranty. Like I want to invest more money into this piece of crap? Ill start saving that money towards its replacement which will likely be in a few short years, if that. This purchase has been such a nightmare. I do not plan on buying from Sears or Kenmore ever again in the future.

Worked just fine when I owned it. Never had a problem with it. Just your standard refrigerator and freezer. It was white and washed up pretty good. Held magnets good and work like a refrigerator should. 18 ft. The freezer held all I needed. Didnt need a bigger one at the time I got it. So it was big enough for everything I needed. Just looked like a regular refrigerator, with a freezer on top and color was white. Had the usual shelves inside to hold milk and everything else you put in one. Got it on sale. So as far as I am concerned it was a good deal. It worked and lasted as long as I had it. It was still working when I got rid of it.

Big disappointment after spending $2-3k in this refrigerator only 3 yrs ago and the compressor goes out 1-2 weeks after my warranty expires. Luckily the compressor is covered longer but the labor was ridiculous $$$. And then to read all the individuals who had the same thing happen and practically at the same time. This has to be like a recall or defective batch that was made 2016-2017. And to think I spent extra because I wanted to counter height. Last Kenmore I’ll buy.

Whenever I put something on my top shelf in the refrigerator, it freeze and cause water on the shelf. I have put paper hefty plates, bowls. Ive tried regular ceramic plates, glass, whatever. It still freezes and causes water. What can I do?

I love my Kenmore refrigerator because I feel confident to leave all of my food and I love how save the electricity is. I feel lucky got this excellence and good quality. Purchased on 2/16/15. Delivered 4/2/15. 8/22/15 - Called for repair - Motor broke -- All food spoiled. Several repairs and parts ordered over months. Motor broke, Motherboard broke, 6 boxes of parts delivered to house for install. Still no fridge to use. Sears offered no loaner, nothing for our family. After working for 1 month with Christian, from the Los Altos Appliance Dept., a new one was traded out in November 2015 -- I purchased 3 year extended warranty on the replacement.7/28/17 - Fridge. temp read 33 degrees ** but food felt less cold to touch. 8/4 - 8/6/17-- All food spoiling. went to Los Altos Sears for help. Salesman said they couldnt help. Said to call 800 - 4 my home. 8/6/17 - Called above number and was placed on emergency repair list by Greg. Soonest appt. may be Aug 15th but they may call to come in at a moments notice anytime before then if there is extra time in the schedule, maybe. Getting an ice chest for milk, etc and taking any food that is still good, to friends for them to keep cold in their fridge. Now we wait 9 days??? I have emails with the Sears Help websites. So many years of Sears good name just.

I chose the Kenmore refrigerator because of the price. It was on sale, so it was affordable for me at the time. It was white, so it matched my other kitchen appliances. It was large enough for my large family and it fit the space I had. I liked the easy access to things on the shelves and was easy to adjust the temperature for the refrigerator and the freezer compartment. The drawers were nice and large enough to put a lot of things in them as well. I had a top freezer on the one I had. But I would prefer a bottom freezer because I accessed the refrigerator section much more often. I didnt like bending down to get to the thing on the bottom shelves.

Got CL err. Kenmore replaced the fridge, but process took over a month. Four months later same problem, but Kenmore decided to replace compressor. Looking at another month before part arrives. Most miserable experience ever! Thought with LG takeover things would be okay. Avoid Kenmore at all cost.

It did the job fine, I got what I needed out of it but it was in my apartment. The space of it was decent enough and I dont have much complaints. Looks-wise, it was also cute. Not huge but works well for 1-2 people. I think that it worked fine for the apartment that I was in but not for a small family. I personally had to upgrade mine to fit the amount of people living in the home. It was not a bad looking refrigerator and I personally would use it again if it was just me. There is nothing wrong with this fridge looks-wise or use-wise. Not a bad value at all, it got me through what I needed it for! I honestly would recommend it to other people who are looking for something pleasing and useful but affordable.

I have owned this refrigerator for 5 years and 8 months and it completely stopped working. The repairman said it cant be fixed and that this model was actually re-called and Sears stood behind it for 5 years... Anyone have any advice on this? For Sears to come out to inspect it, it is $100... I spent about $1,800.

Its a pretty decent appliance. I think Ive only used Kenmore refrigerators. They work. The compartments are a decent size. The gap on the side doors are a little wide and condiments sometimes slip out. Its a pretty good size. I wouldnt buy another pullout freezer though. A side by side is probably my next purchase. It doesnt take that much room considering its a refrigerator. Its a simple clean look, which is what one would want. The inside is just as simple and clean. I like the handles specifically, how they run along the whole door but it doesnt look out of place. Very sleek design.

I purchase Kenmore Elite refrigerator with bottom freezer 5/12/15 approx.: $ 1,500.00, the first few week foods on the shelves was freezing. I called Sears and after long waiting technician came and stated the temperature has defect. He change the temperature from 0/37 to 8/46. The condition did not improved and I did call again, but fruitless. Now the refrigerator smell toxic odor and give me headache. I called Sears, and finally repairman arrived, and stated the inside foam is defect. It needs to be replaced and cost $ 550.00. I told him this is manufacture defects as Sears has 10 years warranty for defects. He refused to replace the foam. I am very unhappy with Sears appliances, I cannot afford to buy new refrigerator, I am senior citizen with low income. This is abuse, unfair, and it is Sears responsibility to not sell defect appliances, instead take advantages from elders. Shame to Sears...

It was pretty on the outside. I especially liked having the ice and water feature on the outside of the fridge. It fit pretty perfectly in the space I needed it to and there was adequate freezer and fridge space that I could fit all of the necessary food. Also, it was very easy and convenient to use. I bought it for my first place when I was 22 and it lasted me about 5 years until I left and moved on. It was a good price for what I received. It worked well and I did not have any problems in the 5 years that I owned the product. I would definitely buy this product in the future for my next home.

It keeps everything fresh and great. The ice maker is fast and water comes out tasting fresh. It has tons of room in both the fridge and freezer, and saves energy. I have a big family so I need a lot of room in a refrigerator. I really love it so much. It was worth what I paid for it. Ive had it for a while and still worked great.

Ive been a faithful and happy Kenmore appliance buyer for decades. Based on that experience, I recently bought a Kenmore Elite $1200 refrigerator. It developed freezer issues a month after the warranty expired and when I googled the issue I found that this was a common and known problem for this whole line of refrigerators. I contacted two local appliance-repair people and they both told me too bad, Kenmore used to be the reliable source of appliances, up until two or three years ago when they stopped manufacturing them in the US and started buying from the lowest bidder and just rebranding the resulting junk. Im disappointed in yet one more company having sold out and let down the faithful customers who kept them in business all these years. I will never again buy a Kenmore appliance, unless its an older used one in good condition.

The refrigerator was pretty big, with lot of space and room for every product I buy. It was a good fridge too... With different level of coldness. The price was good and for a good value.
