High Efficiency how? The washer runs 2x as long and have to (at least) double rinse every load to get HE soap residue off the clothes. It probably uses less water but takes twice as long to do a load.

I was not in the market for a high end, or fashionable looking washer with added features. I just wanted a washer that would allow me to wash my clothes and nothing else. Kenmore was the type of washing machine that was capable of regular to large loads of clothes without having the question or doubt in my mind to want to switch to another brand. I was able to do the normal washing that I was doing. Also, it was very reliable and needed no professional over to fix and broken parts that would cost me more than what I was willing to pay out of pocket expenses for. The price I paid was so inexpensive. If I had the money today I would buy me the same model and brand without worrying about how much it cost.

I have kids and pets, and I washed so many loads of very heavily soiled clothes and linens. They came clean almost every time. The washer has lasted for years and years without ever needing to be replaced. I would recommend this washer to anyone. This is the most reliable washer I have ever owned. Its quiet, dependable, energy-efficient and really works hard. Eight loads a week and it holds up. Does blankets, rugs, work clothes, coats, regular laundry. Works well with heavy loads too. For the price we paid, we have not had a repair bill. Its easy to use and clean. It can be moved easily, and with one person. We love it and once in a while family brings things when their washer breaks down.

I purchased the Kenmore Elite washer June 9th, 2011... Model 79629272900. It cost approximately 1,100. I was very satisfied at first because of its large capacity size. Then I was soon to notice it doesnt clean clothes properly. The simplest stains dont come out. The main reason for my complaint is that a washer a few years old shouldnt have rust anywhere... It has rusted at the lid and all around bleach dispenser. I contacted Sears and then they give me the phone number to customers solutions. That didnt get me anywhere. I was referred back to Sears. The washer should have been recalled. I dont feel like any washer should cause your clothes to get rust all over them.

I have had this washer for over 13 years and it is still working great. My husband changed out one of the belts that only cost maybe $20. Great washer. Like I said I have owned mine for as long as I lived on my own. It is such a good washer I will repair before buy a new one. So far only replaced a belt on it. I hear of new washers stinking from odor. Makes me scared to buy the new HD washers. The washer is loyal and has had no big problems. I do not get why anyone wants a newer one that gets bad odors. These older machines have no worries of odor. It just cleans your clothes. We got ours at a close out sale. We paid $400. We have had this washer for over 15 years. Only one problem... the belt broke. My husband fixed it for $20. Total cost of machine $420 - you cant beat that.

It was a front loading Kenmore washer bought from Sears. It started making a noise on the spin cycle and then something snapped inside and it would not do the final spin at all. No support from sears, no support from kenmore. They would not even bother to return our calls. We had to buy a new machine and throw away the old one. Please stop buying products from these two companies as both their product quality and after sales service are extremely poor. At this rate they will soon be joining other out of business companies of yesterday.

I feel like this washer did get my clothes clean. However I wish that I could fit more into the washer to save time. I also felt that this washer used less water than other washers. The washer sometimes got off balance and I had to redistribute the clothes inside, but it was a durable and reliable washer overall. This washer never required maintenance or repairs. This washer is not as modern looking as a front load washer, but I did not feel that the design was an eyesore in my laundry room and the most important thing was that it got the job done. Shortly after the one year warranty expired on our Kenmore 400 Washer (Model:29422801), it began tearing holes in items. The washer seems to enjoy eating jeans, boxer shorts, shirts, my wifes bras, and our blankets. After 14 months, the washer no longer functions as it was described. This is an HE, top loader, without agitator machine. It has no presoak cycle and I miss having one. Additionally it has no softener dispenser. It came with a softener ball which got lost with the passing of time. Had I more shopping time I would have not purchased this machine. On a positive note, it has been reliable and in ten years has had only one repair.

Older style top loader with agitator seems to hold up much longer and gets the job done well. Knowing clothes are clean the first time is more important than a high-efficiency machine that might not use enough water to actually get clothes clean without a second time. Smaller than most washers probably, but still able to get a large load of clothing or towels completely clean without seeming like it takes extra loads to get all the work done. Plain white with nothing too fancy or extra about it. Very simple and easy to operate, straightforward in appearance. Has knobs for everything, nothing with a touch button. Bought this almost 7.5 years ago for a great deal and have yet to have any problems with this machine. Cleaning the inside and flushing out the fabric softener dispenser is about all the maintenance thats been needed.

The washer quit draining and shows F51 and F34 codes. Following the trouble shooting info the company tried to hide from the customers inside, the washer showed the machine control board needed to be replaced. A quick internet search showed hundreds of complaints about the same thing. A recall was set up for some washers, but many others with the same problem are not included in it. If someone pays for a top end product, they should not receive a poorly designed/built pile of junk. This washer should be sold for $100 at Wal-Mart, and even then it might not be a good deal.

I brought a Kenmore washer in March of 2010. By the summer of 2010, the machine dial needed to be replaced. My washer was still under warranty, so the part and labor was covered. It has not been two years, and the dial broke again. My washer is no longer under any warranty, due to being on disability, and I am unable to afford the extended warranty. I feel the washer should have lasted longer than a year and a half. I also feel Sears should fix this washer for free. I have to try to make the washer work, by turning the dial from the bottom, and hope that the machine will land on the wash cycle.

I have leveled my fairly new Kenmore 600S top load washer so many times. I can’t stand it anymore. I have never had a washing machine that couldn’t stay on balance like this one. It can’t possibly be the sheets, can it? Every load that has sheets, no matter how many, it cannot spin without bouncing all over the place. Forget about pillows, light blankets and towels. I wish I had read all these reviews before I spent my money on the Sears Kenmore Elite washer. My Husband passed away and my Daughters family invited me to live with them. I offered to do the laundry for the family and with 7 people I started to shop for a large capacity washer. I had had Sears washers in the past and never had a problem so when I went into the Sears store the sales person showed me the Kenmore Elite and told me It was what I was looking for. I was so excited and when it came 2 young men came in and threw it in place and hooked up the water and out they went. I put my first load in and within minutes I got the UE. I looked in the book to see what to do. I did not realize that it would keep filling up with water. I called a repair person and they told me I could fill the washer clear to the top. He balanced it and found that the men that hooked it up had the cold and hot water switched.I have had my Kenmore Elite for nearly two years. I can not leave the washer because I constantly have to stop it and readjust the clothes. I had a repair person out again this past week. The one that came on February 18th told me mix the loads. It would make it better on weight. February 26 another repair man came and replaced parts. He told me I should only fill the washer 1/2 and I should ball each piece of clothes and put them on the outside of the drum not putting any thing in the middle and only wash towels with towels and jeans with jeans. He said if these parts do not work for me there is not much else they can do to help. Wow. The cost of the washer and warranty. A lot of money. I will spread the word not to buy a Sears product again.

Our Kenmore Elite high efficiency top load washer just had a recall and no longer has some of the features we initially paid for. But there are more reasons to avoid this product. This machine is disappointing and so are the responses given by Sears when you contact them with the concerns. No longer covered by manufacturers warranty. True. Didnt purchase extended warranty. True. But what about product integrity? Product expectation? This washer is disappointing. Ive been a loyal customer for years, but sadly my loyalty has been eroded with inferior products and service.

We have a 2-year old Kenmore Series 700 Washer. On December 12th the hose on the rear of the machine failed due to corrosion. Our home was flooded. The hose was replaced and failed again in 3 weeks due to corrosion or some chemical reaction. We had our house re-grounded by an electrical company. Two weeks later the same result. We need technical help so that we do not have another $100,000 insurance claim.

We have purchased 2 separate Kenmore Power Miser 55 gal water heaters, warranty for 6 yrs, both have consistently failed from leaking tanks after 4 yrs, even though properly installed with water softener, pressure reducing valves and expansion tank. Warranty for first was honored after an $89.00 service charge to verify failure, and a replacement heater (less efficient and smaller capacity) was provided, and they did ship it to our home. We recycled the failed one. When the second one failed, same $89.00 service charge, and an offer for the same less efficient smaller unit was made ---- however, this time they are out of stock and it will be more than a month before available. In addition, they require that we travel over 20 miles to pick it up ourselves and MUST return the defective water heater to them at that time which requires disconnection of it leaving the wiring and plumbing dangling in the meantime, and loading it ourselves, at a couple 100 lbs or more. Clearly this is a ploy to discourage using the warranty----never in my life have I seen a store require to return of a defective water heater. In their defense, they did offer delivery for a $125.00 (which was no charge last time). The manager at the pick-up Sears outlet also seems to specialize in rudeness when dealing with him. The entire experience with both the heaters and Sears has been terrible!

I love them both. They work very well. They do a great job on the clothes. There are so many options on the cycles and temperature and spin. The machine works great when it runs. Im more than satisfied. The sensor touch panel though is very sensitive and sometimes will not let me select options. They look great, very stylish. Love the color. The display panel (when working) is very easy to navigate which makes it a quick easy trip to the laundry room. I personally believe you get what you pay for. Model# 79631512210 - We purchased this Elite Washer from Sears approx. 2 years ago... Has been nothing short of a major pain in the A$$. This was set up by Sears technician on delivery, was set up level in all planes... No matter how small or how large the loads are, we can never get a load to successfully wash on the first try... Constantly get the UE error code, and have to play around with the laundry repeatedly to get the darn thing to finish a load. It should not have to take 3 to 4 hours to wash 1 load of laundry. Running up and down the stairs constantly, and wondering if the washing machine is working or not every single time we use it is not acceptable. Kenmore Washers, I know there are numerous people having the same problems with this model.. Please reach out to me if there is a recall, or if this can be replaced directly from you. Thank You.

You can put a 10 kilograms in it because its big from inside. Also its color is white and the door is a light blue glass that help you to see inside it clearly. Because it has too many programs to help you it has a not expensive price. I wish if they put sales or discount to help people to buy it.

Both worked very well for the first few years but the washer had problems toward the end in getting drained all the way. Had to replace some parts. Units worked good til the end and then they became so unreliable and slow that we ended up replacing them both and are happier now. Dont know why or how but they went bad. Appearance was fine. Dont expect that there is a whole lot of room there to change color and style is changing every day so stay informed and Im so sure you got it. Never got my moneys worth out of any washer. Dryers usually last but these seemed to run faster, harder and wear out quickly. I dont think I will buy again.

It was a little bit loud at the end but it still worked great. No complaints about the reliability of the washer. It was a very standard washer. It was not flashy or amazing to look at, but it got the job done. The washer was white with no other colors. Pretty bland but again do you really need a washer to look extremely fancy?? I dont think so. Since the washer was so reliable and lasted so long, I feel like I got my moneys worth. I dont know how it compares to other washers but I think it was worth the money I paid. Large enough for all blankets, comforters, and a very fair amount of towels, jeans, etc. in loads. This washer was more for the performance than its appearance. If I needed an attractive appliance, I still would have chosen this model. I was more involved in the washers performance than the appearance. Value was well worth the cost of the appliance. Dependable and reliable. Used for two decades and only one service call on the appliance.

To put it mildly, I am totally fed up with this Kenmore Top load series 700 washer. More often than not, I have to repeat an entire wash, as I just have, but for the third time (same load) because the clothes come out with a scuzzy residue all over them. I have tried deep fill, two rinses, etc. etc. Nothing works with any consistency, and it is ludicrous to have paid almost a thousand dollars for a machine which, from its first day, refuses to wash clothes satisfactorily. Is there no way to make Kenmore accountable for marketing and selling a product which is such a miserable failure?

Our Kenmore Elite Dishwasher purchased from Sears is less than 3 years old. Since the very beginning the door was very hard to open putting significant pressure on the flimsy plastic panel above the latch. It started to crack a year ago so we were very careful. However this week the plastic panel and latch just crumbled in our hands. Use of the machine is fairly low since there are only two people in the household. Seems unreasonable to pay for repair given such poor design.

Bought a new Kenmore washer in 2014. From the time we bought it it was throwing out a cafe F51 didn’t know what it was ( yes ignorance on my part) however if you turned it off and then back on it worked fine. Now it has stopped working completely! I call customer service and ask if it was under recall after telling the lady my name and address five different times. She said no. I ask to speak with her manager and she said she didn’t have one. Wow. I am talking to the owner of the company! So I said I would like to speak to a supervisor and reluctantly she placed me on hold and when the supervisor got on the phone she also stated that the washer was not under any recall. I ask her how she would know that without knowing what the serial number and model numbers were and quickly she ask for them. Put me on a brief hold and wouldn’t you know it same answer! No recall. However it has been giving this code since we bought it. Their solution to the problem is that I pay $99 for someone to come out in a week and see if it is under recall and if not then I can pay to have a washer fixed that was broke when we bought it. Gotta love them! I am not a happy customer!

It cleans nicely but occasionally leaves spots on my underwear. It is also very quiet but occasionally gets off balance. Sometimes I need to pause it and realign my underwear to balance my load. It has never refused to do a load of laundry and has never gone on vacation or stopped working. I know I can count on Mr. Washer to do my loads without complaining. It looks like any other washer. It has easy to read dials and knobs. It clearly shows the setting. If it were a man it would be a handsome news anchor. If it were a lady it would be a young Brooke Shields. I got Mr. Wash on sale.

I purchased a Kenmore washing machine just about three years ago, series 700 high efficiency model one year ago I had to replace the pump. In the last month it started making loud noises when in the spin cycle that started to get louder. I made an appointment with a reliable repair center that I have successfully used in the past and are very knowledgeable. The mechanic that came and looked at it said the bearings are worn out and it would cost 600 dollars to replace them. That is almost what I paid for the machine.I contacted Kenmore and asked if they can offer me some kind of help considering its only three years old and I feel that it should have lasted longer than that, we are only two people in the house. They offered me a 75.00 voucher towards a new one. Im disappointed and feel that since I bought the machine thinking it was a well known name they would offer a little more than what amounts to a Sunday sale price. I recently purchased another machine and sorry to say that I would not buy another Kenmore product.

I purchase this washer at a Sears store closing sale. Have had it in the box in a climate controlled storage for a little more than a year, never opened, never used. Yesterday we opened it and hooked it up...this thing sounds like a freight train is coming through my house! Kenmore is no help, will send someone out to diagnose the problem, but will have to charge a diagnostic fee because warranty has expired. Buyer beware...do not buy a Kenmore model 110.25132411! Anyone want a washer that has had exactly one load of clothes washed in it? I have one cheap!!

The washer is great for heavy loads. It performs well with large loads and cleans well with all types of cycles. I especially like the way the washer washes in cold water. It gets all my clothes clean the first time. I have never had a problem with reliability. The washer has never given me any problems. It cleans well, has never broken down and I have never had to replace any parts or call a repairman for any type of service for the machine. I love the features of the machine. It has all the cycles you would need - regular, delicates, heavy loads and the machine does a wonderful job on all cycles. I have never had problems getting my clothes cleaned. The price is well worth it for this washing machine.. I have compared it to whirlpool and Maytag which I have had in the past and it works just as well as whirlpool and Maytag and it cost a lot less.

Kenmore Connect Washer. Ive owned this new washer for just over 6 months and have had 3 service calls to get it fixed; including complete replacement of the computer chips. And it died again today! BEWARE!! After 17 service visits, Im told I can get my money back... 14 to go! Thanks Sears/Kenmore!!!

The capacity was great from small loads to extra large loads and perfect for the messiest clothes. You dont have to use much detergent either. I have grown children who bring their laundry to my home to wash and this washer has held up with all the extra wear and tear on it. It gets the job done and you dont even know when it is running because it is quiet and very dependable machine and good at helping remove set in stains. It is very sturdy and dependable and the price is where it is affordable and reliable and even can have a service agreement put on it in the event something goes wrong. It is a wonderful item and would recommend it to my family and Friends.

The performance is great. They made this washer with the best and top quality in mind. There are so many different settings to choose from and they perform great. This washer is super reliable. It can literally fit a ton of clothes, or even my whole comforter and all the bed sheets together. Its such a great washing machine. The appearance is absolutely wonderful. It looks sleek and shiny and so up to date with the trends today. Its modern and has great technology. I just love this washing machine so much. The value isnt bad at all for this washing machine. You honestly get what you pay for. Its not priced bad at all. But you definitely will be happy with it.

We have a Kenmore Series 600 Auto Load Sensing High Efficiency (HE) Low water washer which I am really not liking. It doesnt have a bar up the middle to move the clothes around and the water does not cover and soak the clothes. So there are only parts of the clothes that are getting washed. We have to rewash our clothes 3 and 4 different times to get them fully clean. I am NOT A FAN of HE Washers. I like Traditional ones better where the water flows and I can push the clothes down in the water....the middle agitator has always worked well. Why change something that works well all b/c it uses more water? More water, middle agitator bar, less secrecy is what I like.

It cleaned without extra cycles and the multiple settings were enough for all my cleaning needs. The tub was a little small, but I usually wash a few times a week anyway so this was not a problem. I never had any issues over the life of the washer, it always worked well, and was consistent from day one. I had to replace the belt one time in all the years I have owned it. It is classic white and I never worried about the looks. It is easy to clean, and stable where it was put. For the price it works great. It is easy to maintain the ability to somewhat overload, and have clean clothes that have not been destroyed is a tribute to the brand.

I love the capacity of this washer. Its not too loud and Ive never had a problem with it. It is economical, competitively priced, and easy to use. I love that it has a pre-wash setting for soaking extra-soiled items. I love this washers large capacity. I can easily do a weeks worth of laundry in just 2 or 3 loads. Its sturdy construction makes it easily handle even my large blankets and comforters without any trouble. I dont have a separate laundry room but this machines modern, streamlined appearance and the fact that it is so easy to clean makes it an attractive addition to my kitchen area. The moderate price of this washer and its solid construction make it a great value and a wise and excellent investment. Its price is easily paid off in the first few months of use.

I have owned my washer for three years and I have never disliked an appliance more than this machine. The washer is Energy Star but this could be the most hypocritical statement made. I just did a load of clothes and it ran through the entire cycle and there were spots on some clothes that werent even wet. I can never just use the automatic settings because the washer does not know how to add the appropriate amount of water. I constantly have to start over the cycle so the machine will add more water or lift the lid so the machine is faked out so it will add more water. And if I forget to do this and all the cycles are complete, I will run the wash or rinse cycle again. Also, the machine will not let me rinse using hot water. How does the machine know what I want to rinse and the temperature that I should be rinsing in. It is extremely frustrating to not be able to select the features, I know are best for the items I am washing. Also the Express Cycle will not let me select hot water. Clearly the operator should be able to select the water temperature no matter what the cycle is. When I need to add clothes, I lift the lid while I go collect the clothes from my childrens rooms and if I dont get back in a set number of minutes, the machine will start to drain itself. I get back before it is done draining but there is no override and therefore it takes more of my time to wait until it drains fully and then again I waste water by having to start all over. Also, sometimes I need to raise the lid again but I dont want to add any additional water. Well there is no way to keep the washer from adding water after you lift the lid. Again more water waste!!! If I could leave the lid up while the washer fills with water, I would be able to check if my clothes have faded and add more clothes if I want and this would not only save water but save me very valuable time. Speaking of time, with my previous machine, I could do a complete cycle in 30 minutes and therefore I could complete 2-3 loads of laundry in the evening. But now one load is the most I can do. Even if I do the Express Cycle, this is 35 minutes and then I have to rinse again (which is another 24 minutes) so it takes an hour and the clothes are no cleaner than before. The tray for where you add bleach never drains completely. Therefore I rarely use bleach for fear that the residual water left in the tray may bleach my next load of clothes. When I do use bleach, I wipe the tray dry to ensure the bleach residue is gone. In closing, I wish Kenmore would do a more complete test market to ensure their appliances work for the users and not cater to unjustified government regulations. I assure you I use far more water and electricity with my current Kenmore Elite washer than I used with the my previous machines.

Very easy to use. Cleaned clothes really good. Never had any problems with it. Would recommend it to friends and family. Had for different types of clothing and water temperature.

Elite - Difficult to retrieve clothes from the bottom of the washer. I had to build a special platform for my wife to retrieve the clothes from the washer! The units were very expensive, but I would like to assume this would infer a level of quality. They seem to work well, although somewhat odd from what we were used to before.

Kenmore is a very good washing machine. It has demonstrated a great work and has an spectacular performance, conserves the water and is very ecological, handles very well the washing time as well as its internal performance.

This is for a “600 series” washer. For some reason, I search for that, and this is what I get. My 600 series HE washer is, first of all, highly electronic. All its controls are electronic in nature, and took some getting used to. For months, I was never quite sure how to get it to do what I wanted it to do. What I had to do was a big disappointment.HE means “high efficiency.” The washer apparently weighs what you put in it, then adds a very minimal amount of water to do the wash. The lid locks when underway, so it’s hard to see, but I have stopped it mid-cycle only to discover only about 1” of water in the tub! That was barely enough to wet, and not enough even to cover them! No wonder my clothes came out with an obvious dirty residue. So much for high efficiency!No, in order to get my clothes clean, I have to run every cycle on “deep fill” and “double rinse,” and that means always using the “heavy duty” cycle. Like those “high efficiency,” low volume toilets which need to be flushed 4 times, what we have to do to get a wash that is cleaner than it went in eliminates any and all efficiency! This washer, if you want clean clothes, probably uses twice as much water, twice as much energy and takes twice as long as a regular, non-HE washer! If I had a choice, I would never have bought this washer (there is not much to choose from), at least not without spending 2X+ as much. I would certainly never buy one of these again.

The performance of this machine is good. I never have any problems with it. I am satisfied with the performance and what it has done. I can always count on this Kenmore machine to get the job done. Whenever I put clothes in the machine, they always come out clean and gets all the dirt and grime out. The appearance does not mean much to me at all. I could really care less about how it looks from the exterior. I got a good deal when I first bought this machine. For the amount of money that I paid for, the Kenmore machine did not let me down and met my expectations.

It has a great size capacity to wash several clothes at one time. There is a delicate and regular and spin cycle. I truly would recommend this machine to anyone. This washing machine is very reliable. You can fit numerous items in at one time and always expect them to come out clean and fresh. We have not had any issues with our washer at all. We choose the white washing machine as most of our items are white. The inside has a pretty good size tub and there are numerous options that you can choose from for a cycle to wash your clothes. We paid around $300 for our washing machine which I feel is a great value. If you think about how much money you will be saving from not having to go to the laundromat then you will quickly realize that this is truly an excellent value not to mention definitely more convenient.

This washer is quiet and very easy to clean. It works very well for a large family who does at least 8 loads of laundry per week. This works well for a family with multiple children who are getting into some type of mess. Handles large loads easily. No vibrations are present. Very affordable.

Our Kenmore Washer has held up very well and gets clothes clean. It is quiet and has needed no work or repair. It looks good and easy to use. Even my kid can handle it and that says a lot. Its easy to maintain and keep clean. Its a well designed and good looking washer as far as washers go. This washer has great value, because it still looks and runs great after a long hard run.

I purchased my Kenmore washing machine in May of 2014 and received it in June. My washer had been giving me a UE code which is a unbalanced code. This would happen no matter what I was washing. To be fair I should have called Sears sooner to have them look at washer while it was covered on warranty, but I did not realize when the warranty was up until it was too late. I had repairman come out to fix my machine, he told me that the parts alone would be $504.00 to fix (brand new on sale cost was $550). Told me LG manufactured machine under Kenmore label and I should call them to see if they would cover price of parts. Also said this rarely happened to the machines.Called LG never heard of machine, called Sears said not true, LG manufactured it. Sears told me to register machine on LG site then maybe they would recognize machine. And since it was not registered on their site that was why they did not recognize it. Problem who knows when you purchase Kenmore product who really makes it. Looking online, LG has this problem with LOTS of their machines. So unfair you purchase a (expensive to me) new machine and it is a piece of garbage. 4 hours to get a load of wash done!!!

We purchased the washer in July 2013. We did not put the washer in the new home until Oct. of 2013. It has had approximately 20 loads of laundry done in it. It senses, takes on water, agitates, drains and then it tries to spin but does not, just runs. I have to move the selector to drain and spin to get it to spin. I contacted Sears and Kenmore. They said we are responsible for repair even though the washer has had very little use.

Kenmore Elite was a highly rated model by Consumer Reports for a front loading washer. They have been very trouble free. Washer has a huge capacity and gets the laundry very clean. Wash cycle is reasonable and the machine is easy to load, easy to operate. I first search for reviews of the models I may be interested in, including incident of repair and the repair reviews for the model. I then consider features and price, if the appliance had a high incident of repairs and poor response to warranty work by the manufacturer/vendor, if the appliance had confusing controls or washer did not clean out soap dispenser. Kenmore is a very reliable brand that has always been rated high. The front loading machines are very efficient. I did learn that they can impart an odor to your clothes though.

My washer has been running well for 5 plus years. I washed several loads of laundry and it always got my clothes clean. I try to stick with medium sized loads. I can get four pairs of jeans and several shirts in mine. Also, I like the simplicity of it, theres nothing too confusing. You have a simple knob and controls. White is the traditional color. I am very happy with my washer. It definitely is worth what I paid for it. It gets the job done. I would recommend this type of washer to anyone.

The washer was not the best that I have ever used. It did not clean cups or bowls well and after a year it started leaking. I was satisfied until the leaks started. Then I was very unhappy. I live in a three person household and it was fine. I would not recommend this for a big family. Small households the size is fine though. It was kind of ugly but then again so was my whole kitchen. It got dirty easily and was terrible display. I kind of hated it a lot. The washer was overpriced, undersized, and ugly as sin.

Cleans clothes well and in a short time. Its lasted for some time. I love it. It was a good price and Im glad I purchased it. It has a function for fabric softener and spins great. Although it does not fit my comforter, it fits large loads of clothing and gets them really clean. What a nice-looking washer. Its very clean and white, and shiny. Its modern and fits in my basement. Purchased Kenmore Oasis washer 5 years ago. 2 years later computer board had to be changed. Problems again since January 2013. Recently broke down August 2013. Technician has appeared 3 times already and will come again tomorrow. What is wrong with Sears washers and where does Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back come into place?

Never fails me. No matter how dirty kids clothes are always come out clean. I never have to rewash anything. Sturdy. Will never use another type of washer. This washer is extremely dependable. Have never had any mechanical problems. Does not make a great deal of noise. Clothes always come out clean. Sleek appearance. Very modern looking. Very streamlined and never rusts and I have a damp basement. I have even had friends say what a nice appearance it makes. I love it. This washer was worth every penny I spent. It was very expensive but I am a perfectionist about my clothes and this washer answers every need I have. Has never disappointed me.

Does exactly what it should and does it well. Locking door a nice feature, and comparatively inexpensive. Highly recommended for anyone. Fits anything nicely. Clothing, bedding, everything washes evenly and quickly. Even large, thick bed comforters for and wash nicely. Couldnt ask for more. Clean, simple look and easy to read dials. Cycles are down on lighting displays and are easily found. White paint fits any decor, but is easily scratched. For the price, you cant beat the value. A very dependable machine with low maintenance at a nice price point. No need to go more expensive.

Ive had the Kenmore Elite Oasis Washer for about 5 years. Thought it was a great washer until after 2 years when I kept getting the F1 error code. Had that serviced and did fine for a while, now getting the LD error code (doesnt drain & spin). I have to unplug it and hit POWER... DRAIN & SPIN... START just about every load of wash. Getting serviced tomorrow. Unfortunately extended warranty wasnt purchased.

I have rust in the first three months of the washing machine, within four years I have Rust throughout the damn thing and they will not fix it or replace it. I pay for five year warranty and they still will not replace my washing Machine.

It seems the best Kenmores are the older ones. I was going to buy an newer one but heard from the service man that the older style I have is one of the best made. Non computer version. I guess like an old hot rod it runs best, if an EMP hits an older car and washing machine still works!

I have this Kenmore 500 Series washing machine. I wash tons of clothes all the time. Ive even switch to washing small loads. My clothes are never clean. They come out, they smell bad, the towels stink all the time because they cant agitate and wash. The water just runs through them and comes back out. It doesnt move the clothes and no theres nothing wrong with my washing machine. Its not broken. It just sucks. Dont buy this product. I think you guys should recall these washing machines.

It is the best washer I had ever owned. My clothes smell cleaner and fresher. My husband is a personal trainer. His clothes does not have that sweaty smell in them. I can wash with a less amount of detergent and my clothes still get clean. This washer will last forever. It balances out the clothes before the washer starts. This looks like a sleek appliance. It really compliments my home with the design flow of it. It makes my home looks more modernized and beautiful. The washer was a little pricey, but it is worth the cost. I have saved a lot of time not prewashing the clothes with more stains. The value is worth the money.

Kenmore elite oasis washer - This washer is a total piece of crap. I have had it 2 yrs and I am going to set it on fire in my backyard on Saturday when my new one gets here. A total piece of garbage. I was going to try and trade it on craigslist to a handyman or something and at least get something I can actually wash clothes in but I prefer to burn. No one buy one from Sears and shame on them for selling such a piece of crap...

I have had this Kenmore Elite Oasis washer for 5 years and have never had one load of clothes come out clean. To even get somewhat clean, I have to use the heavy duty setting, plus pre-soak and extra rinse. It seems like there just is not enough water used, and not enough agitation. Sheets and large items roll up into a ball. Everything wrinkles excessively. I would trade this for an old, plain washer with a real agitator without hesitation. I have never really disliked a washer before, but I hate this one.

Does a good job every time and would recommend it to anyone wanting a great machine that will last you a very long time. My next purchase will be the same. It is just right for the two of us. Very easy to load up and easy to unload. Has just the right amount of space and a nice holder for the silverware. It is a nice machine that adds to the decor of my kitchen, I have got several compliments on the design of the washer and the white color. I got a great deal on this item as I always price match with all other competitors so I get the absolute best price for the machine I purchased.

It fit a lot of clothes. Got everything clean on the first round. Helps fight against stains. Use the quick run cycle and it takes 15 mins to finish a load - great timing in my book for a family thats very busy. A little bulky but not too bad. Had it in a small bathroom in a corner - was not in the way just behind the door.

Bought a Kenmore Elite Dishwasher a few years ago. Almost every component, from the electronics to the plastic parts on the racks, have failed and needed replacing. The worst instance was when the plastic rollers fell off and melted, resulting in a toxic smell permeating our daughters brand new silicone baby bottles. We will NEVER purchase a Kenmore product again and hope to save someone else the headache and repair costs (hundreds of dollars before we realized it was a money pit).

Its good, it gets the job done. My clothes fresh and clean. Never had any technical problems with it or anything like that. Very good. I would recommend it personally to others. It works great. Its appearance is good, I like it. The value is perfectly fine, the cost was reasonable.

I’ve had my Kenmore for about 10 years. I get it checked out through my maintenance agreement every two years. I’ve had very few problems with my washer. One was with my bleach add in tray that started to rust and the other was with the balancing of the washer to stop the knocking sound. Both problems were corrected and are no longer problems.

I love that I can fit so much in one load. The quick wash cleans my clothes as well as the other settings in half the time and its quiet! This washer has been through accidental shoes, keys, over fills, and its fare share of loose change but its never lost a sock. Never had any issues with it. Always worked well so I cant complain. I wash heavy blankets, winter coats, rugs and heavy loads of jeans... They always come out very clean. Its a washer... Its cube like, mostly white, shiny too! I perceive this washer to be of high value.

Belt broke after years of use. Cheap part. Easy to use. Smells if not cleaned right. Good performance overall. Extremely heavy. Took 3 men and a dolly to move. I can wash a full size blanket easily in this washer. Several soaps to pick from. Must be HE compatible. Has a timer. Comes in handy. Had this a few years and the only issues were the belt broke and its heavy to move. Has a compact storage shelf on the bottom. Mine is white and silver. Easy to clean surface. Quiet. Was a rent to own purchase for our family. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.
