Performance very good... but sometimes make problem if load is full.

Works good to clean clothes fast for the man on the go like myself and that is what counts the most. Particularly I can indeed fit all of my needed items and have a small space left over most of the time. Sometimes I cant have all the space I need for super large loads but most my loads to all fit in one load. Description of appearance white in color. Do not care about how it looks much though its simple quick and it gets the job done bottom line. Works great. Top dime for the dollar if you choose this brand. You dont holler for more. Top of the line. Made strong to last you long. Keeps going. Dont follow.

The Kenmore washer cleaned clothing properly and operated in a quieter tone than some other washers I have owned. I never had issues with colors bleeding and was very happy with the performance of the machine. The machine looked very sleek, too. I have had other washing machines that had issues with the beeping when the cycle was finished, but no issues with this one. And it also fit the color scheme of my laundry room as well as it fit perfectly under my laundry room counter. I paid what I expected for a washing machine of such quality.

Worked well enough for the price. Both were basic models with no bells nor whistles and they performed their jobs well. Neither were energy efficient but lasted many years and showed no sign of breaking down. They performed their jobs well. Got clothes clean and dry. Couldnt ask for much else considering the price.

I have a Kenmore Elite Front-loader. My feeling is that clothes do not come clean, therefore 2 hour cycles necessary. The machine has been reliable. It is nicely designed, but I would not purchase another front-loader given my overall experience.

Never had a problem and cleans great. Mechanical it is a very well built machine. My clothes cleaner now than when I had a different machine. This machine is so well built. It may be the last one I ever own. We have never even had the slightest glitch. We wash almost everyday. The machine has easy to see and use buttons answer settings. The panel puts everything right at your fingertips. All in all its a real clean look. It has saved us money in both cost of water used, amount of detergent used and electric costs. For my money its a great buy. I would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased the 600S six months ago. I never have felt that my clothes are clean. We also use it for diapers and wash those on hot with two rinses. They always smell even when washed on two separate cycles. Always. Today I noticed on regular clothes on normal cycle with hot water normal clean that I could see areas of the shirts that no water had touched. They were dry. Sears has no method for me to provide feedback on this. So its for you. Choose wisely. Dont be looped in by the deep fill - get something else.

I wish I had read all these reviews before I spent my money on the Sears Kenmore Elite washer. My Husband passed away and my Daughters family invited me to live with them. I offered to do the laundry for the family and with 7 people I started to shop for a large capacity washer. I had had Sears washers in the past and never had a problem so when I went into the Sears store the sales person showed me the Kenmore Elite and told me It was what I was looking for. I was so excited and when it came 2 young men came in and threw it in place and hooked up the water and out they went. I put my first load in and within minutes I got the UE. I looked in the book to see what to do. I did not realize that it would keep filling up with water. I called a repair person and they told me I could fill the washer clear to the top. He balanced it and found that the men that hooked it up had the cold and hot water switched.I have had my Kenmore Elite for nearly two years. I can not leave the washer because I constantly have to stop it and readjust the clothes. I had a repair person out again this past week. The one that came on February 18th told me mix the loads. It would make it better on weight. February 26 another repair man came and replaced parts. He told me I should only fill the washer 1/2 and I should ball each piece of clothes and put them on the outside of the drum not putting any thing in the middle and only wash towels with towels and jeans with jeans. He said if these parts do not work for me there is not much else they can do to help. Wow. The cost of the washer and warranty. A lot of money. I will spread the word not to buy a Sears product again.

Its been a great machine. My family has used these products for generations. I love the ease of using the washer. I plan on buying my kids the same brand when they get homes of their own.

It worked very well in all varieties of clothes. It could also hold a lot of clothes. It always worked, no matter what. The only time I ever had any problems with it was when the clothes would get wrapped around the spinning mechanism. But that was more user error than anything. It was pretty. But it was in our basement and our basement was so ugly it was beautiful in comparison. It looked fine. It was big and white. It was cumbersomely big. We had it for a very long time. At least 15 years. And I dont remember anyone making any repairs on it, so maybe it only happened once.

This washer has never given me any issues and is very easy to use. It is standard size and capacity and the standard color white. I have had this washer for many years and will buy Kenmore appliances in the future. This washer has always worked as expected and never given me any major issues. I have had to on occasion replace a belt or what not but have not had any major issues with this appliance. It looks like every other washer that I have ever owned. Kenmore offers a good value as you get a high quality name brand product for a value price. The service at sears where you purchase it is also typically very good.

Kenmore washer model # 21102010. Only lasted 5 years. After it stopped going to the next stage of washing, repairman states that 2 parts need replacing... $360.00... I will never buy a Kenmore appliance.

I have always used Kenmore. Has always been a dependable, quality product with excellent customer service. This specific washer has never given me one single problem. Not to mention great, efficient customer service. Looking to upgrade to a front loader next!! Perfect size, surface has stayed unscathed with our often brutal wash sessions. Nothing too fancy as far as controls but that helps with teens using the washer. Value is excellent. Kenmore has always produced a quality product for a good price. Less is more in this case. Would purchase again.

The washer has a small basin, works well for small loads. Rinse cycle if you forget to place in fabric softener you can forget it. Looks great. Washes well. The washer is reliable on small loads. I would not overfill as I have been left with dirt stains. The smaller the load the better. Its just me so I dont mind. The washer is very simple. Not a lot of bells and whistles. Just enough knows not to look too cluttered. Fits in a medium to small space. The value was great, I bought it on sale at Sears. I feel I got a great deal. This washer always stops after wash instead of going through the entire wash, rinse, spin cycle. Most of the clothes arent even wet after the wash part of the cycle, let alone clean. Worst washer EVER!

We bought a Kenmore 600 series early in 2018 after selling our home and leaving the wonderful 22 year old Maytag washing machine behind. What a mistake. This new Sears product is the epitome of young people not thinking through what they are trying to accomplish. To be more specific, these HE machines are designed to save water. But they do not clean clothes because the water level is too low. How is that an improvement? And what if you bump the power button by mistake... Out goes the water. How ridiculous. Often our clothes are left with detergent residue from not getting dissolved and we have to wash them again. Weve used more water. What I have found useful when washing clothes is to pause the machine and add a few gallons of water, let it spin a few minutes to get the soap to disperse with the added water, then pause the machine again and literally unplug the machine and allow the clothes to soak an hour or so dependent on the degree of stains. If I could bring back my old Maytag I would but that deal is done. Engineers, and I use that word lightly, have screwed the pooch.

The performance is very good and satisfying and meets my daily needs. It helps clean our clothes without any damage or tear. Its an useful piece of furniture for me and my whole family. We purchased a brand new Kenmore top load washer (600 series). My T-shirts came out of the wash smelling exactly like they did before the wash. Next, I noticed dry spots on a majority of the clothes. Thats right, dry spots. As in, the clothes did not get wet. Experimented with the deep fill option with double rinse. Still dry spots. Ive never had a washer that did not wash clothes. Do not buy this washer!

I have one old standard Kenmore washer that has been working and running w/ no issues. Easy to use. No problems. Had it for about 10 yrs now and still running. I think if it ever stops working I will stick to a standard one and not those new ones.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite washer. The worst $900.00 ever spent. This product is bad. The service folks couldn’t ever fix it. The parts were bad. They used up my extended warranty and never fixed it. Motherboard fried and its cost to repair you might as well buy a new one just not Kenmore. Very disappointed. Long time Sears customer.

This washer has had a musty smell for the first year that we cannot get rid of. We have tried all the recommended so-called remedies with no good results. The repair tech was great but he does not work directly for Sears. I called Sears and complained and was told there was nothing they could do for the smell. We have had Kenmore products for our entire married life of 49 years. We will most likely set this out at the end of our driveway on our road with advertisement taped to this piece of junk for all who pass by to see. We will then purchase something made in the USA!

Clothes were always thoroughly washed. It also wasnt that loud and washing time was adequate. The problem was that after 3-4 years I had trouble with it and water started to leak and my clothes would come out smelling weird. The first years the washing machine is excellent but a couple years later it starts to leak and your clothes dont come out clean. Especially in my condition, water would leak and it also stopped spinning. Luckily I knew someone who fixes them so I still use it. The appearance is okay. I really like how its white and the window is there to see if your clothes are ready. The size is okay. Its not too big or too small either. Im a little disappointed at the price it was when we got it. The reason is because it ended up needing repairs a few years later. If it would have lasted longer I wouldnt complain.

My Kenmore washing machine is the best that I have owned, It doesnt have the center agitator, which allows more clothing to put in the tub. The quality of the wash clothing is great. To be able to put in over 5 cubic feet of material in the tub makes it so easy to wash blankets and comforters. So happy with this purchase!

It is pretty good. Gets the clothes clean. The washer works pretty quietly and efficiently - it is reliable. It is ready when I need it. It starts easily and is easy to use. It does not require a lot of work or maintenance. So it is easy to throw in load of laundry and go do something else. The washer is ok looking - it is classic looking - white and clean looking - simple not complicated. It does not take a lot of spaces - fits in corner nicely. It is a good value - if I had to take laundry out it would take so much of my precious time - it is so much easier to be able to do laundry at home.

Love that it detects if my clothes have been washed or not. It washes well and it helps families find it easier for clothes to be washed over and over again. I bought a new Kenmore top load washer and the lid keeps locking when its not in use. Ive had the lid lock replaced along with the entire motherboard and its still doing it. This is the worst appliance Ive ever had. Theyre coming out again but Im not sure what else they can do since theyve already replaced everything possible. Piece of garbage. They better offer to replace it but Im not sure I want another one of these.

This washer is excessively noisy. It makes many different noises and is totally annoying! The washer does not fill up with enough water even when you select Deep Fill. You must put the detergent in before you load your clothes and this completely stained a new shirt. The fill rate is slow. If you need to stop the washer it does not cancel out properly. The cycle takes too long.

My Kenmore washer washes large loads as good as it does small and is very dependable. It handles anything you test it with. This washing washing machine has lasted a very long time. It performs as well as washing machines costing much more. The warranty on this machine is fantastic but will probably never be needed. My machine is neat and sleek and fit wherever you want to put it. The controls are easy to read and understand. I love the top loading design. Great for convenience. In comparison to other washing machines of its generation, its value is superb because it is so well built and possibly the last machine you will need to buy.

I bought this washer a year ago and wish I could drop it off a cliff. It does not fill or clean well. I have to add water and run through deep fill cycles again (how does that save water)? Pant legs, sleeves, etc get tangled up in knots when spinning. Help! What have other done about this piece of garbage???

You could probably get your clothes cleaner by taking to the creek to wash them. It is the worst machine. Cant even clean handkerchief with bleach and Tide. Take it out still stuck together. Someone told the corporate morons this cleans better hardly uses any water. I have been watching the cleaning action. Terrible. I will keep this for a year then will buy another brand. Dryer isnt much better. Take new pants off hanger put in to try to get creases out and when it is done you have to iron because it came out so wrinkled like you slept in them. Terrible product.

The Kenmore washer took a giant dump. It ruined my stuff in the garage after leaking all the time. Repairman was reaching for straws and never fixed the leak.The washer was 7 yrs old. Now the Kenmore Dryer isnt drying completely. Have to use Heavy duty extra time because home warranty (rip off) refuses to fix Kenmore machines. The washer was replaced 3 mos ago. We bought Maytag. Love it. Theyre pretty reliable from past experiences... With the possibility of my beloved Sears going out of business Im steering away from Kenmore. That make me sad.

I purchased a Kenmore laundry center last year. Quality was clearly not good but I felt OK about the price. After 13 months, 1 month after the warranty expired, the units control board failed locking my laundry in the washer and remaining in a permanent agitate cycle which was incredibly agitating. Estimated repair cost exceeded $600. I learned my lesson about buying cheap crap: you get what you pay for. I am junking the Kenmore and going for a quality unit like Bosch.

It is adjustable for cold to hot water, fabric settings, large capacity for clothes, and works very well in all situations. I love the way it works and would recommend it to everyone. Kenmore is a great brand and things work the way they should, no problems so far. I can count on Kenmore washers to do the best job for my clothes and I do not need a more expensive brand. This washer is great as far as capacity and is energy efficient which is great. However, it is CONSTANTLY uneven, even after the tech was out and replaced the control board, rotors, and a number of other working parts. Ive had tech out a total of 3 times and Im now scheduled for a 4th appointment and I dont know what the tech is going to do to fix it now because pretty much everything on this washer has been replaced. Honestly, I would like a different style of washer because this one has not lived up to its expectations. Im very dissatisfied but luckily I have the 5 year warranty through SEARS because I would be paying a lot for parts and labor if I didnt. I was told that this washer was recalled and I can definitely see why.

My Kenmore washing machine does an excellent job. It is quiet and very easy to use. My clothes are always clean and I do not require as much soap as the other machines I have had in the past. Although my washing machine is a top loader and I have been told front loaders are better, I have used them in the past and I find the machine I have now is just as good or better than the front loading machines I have used in the past.

Kenmore Series 600 - I should have returned the machine after the first day of using it, but now I am stuck it with. It is the worst washing machine Ive ever owned. I feel like sending a bill to Kenmore for all the clothes this thing has ruined. It does not wash clothes. It sprinkles water on them and takes over an hour for one load to finish. No matter what setting I put it on, it does not get the clothes wet at all. My clothes now stink, my sheets are filthy, and everything is wrinkled. I am going to take this thing to the dump and go back to the laundromat.

Kenmore is a very good washing machine. It has demonstrated a great work and has an spectacular performance, conserves the water and is very ecological, handles very well the washing time as well as its internal performance.

Our Kenmore is very powerful for an older model washer. It has all needed wash cycles. It also has a very large drum for its size and I never have a problem with clothing sitting on one side during the wash. Each cycle gives the clothing a really good cleaning. It also has a very simple look, making it easy to use. Moreover, the knobs being located on the top panel makes them easy to access after you load and close the washer. This washer gets the job done extremely well for the price. Why pay double or triple the price when you can get this model and get the exact same performance as other washers. I highly recommend purchasing it.

My Kenmore washing machine is only 17 months old and the transmission is done. Basically the machine is finished - too expensive to fix. More importantly. Sears will do absolutely nothing unless of course I want to throw a little more money at them. What has happened to product quality and caring for the customer.

I have owned some Kenmore washing machines and they are generally pretty good. I have had some trouble on rare occasions over repairs, the service center was reluctant to fix it. Once when I was having trouble, I had to take in my paperwork and practically force them to fix it. They did wind up fixing it, but it was a hassle.

The performance was awesome. It cleaned my clothes really well. It wasnt fancy which made it extremely easy for me to use and to teach my young son how to wash clothes. It was extremely reliable. I never had any issues with it ever. I was able to wash big loads which is a plus for me because I am so busy. The appearance was basic. I prefer the old style appliances compared to the newer ones that are hard to figure out. It was very easy to clean the inside and outside. It is not very pricey and gets the job done easily. It is worth every penny. I would recommend it to anyone who has a tight budget and wants a great product.

Its an older version but it gets the job done. I just wish it was bigger and would dry a little faster especially when you are washing five peoples clothes. It works really great. I have had it for about six years and it has yet to give me any problems and I have washed many loads of clothes in it. It has a very modest appearance. Its older but has held up really good. Of course all the newer versions make it look ancient but its decent nonetheless.

Kenmore Elite Oasis HT Model 11028081700 - I have had to replace the bearings once and it needs them replaced again. It sounds like the washing machine wants to take off like an airplane. Of course, the warranty and extended warranty have expired. Now the clothes dont get as clean and sometimes the rinse cycle leaves the clothes full of soap suds. I always thought Kenmore was a solid product but I will likely never buy another one.

Our machine cleans clothes well, uses little water, runs quiet, and can handle large loads. I especially like the bedding cycle, and the ability to stop the wash cycle to add extra clothing as well as the many other cycle options for different kinds of wash loads.

The washers appearance is nothing out of the ordinary and is not too complicated to use. It is very reliable and I use probably 3 times a day. It works great. It washes my clothes really well and I havent had any problems with it since I have bought it. I have never had a washer like it before. It is one of the best washers Ive owned and the value of the washer is well beyond the price. It is totally worth the price I paid and would probably buy another one if anything ever happens to my washer.

I purchased this top load Kenmore series 700 washer from Sears less than a year ago. I thought purchasing a washer that saved water was environmentally conscious; however, to my surprise I ended up using more water trying to get laundry clean. Not only does this washer not CLEAN your clothes it is not reliable on a day to day basis. I ended up running clothes thru 2 cycles just to get them clean. Water barely covers clothes even on deep fill setting. It often gets becomes unleveled from drum tying clothes in knots and now its not running at all! This is the epitome of inefficiency. I do not recommend this product to anyone. I am usually very easy to please but Kenmore has tarnished its name with this machine. I gave it a one star rating because that was the lowest available but I would have given it 0 stars had that been an option.

3-year old Kenmore washer caught fire this a.m. Kenmore is made by different manufacturers & this one is made by Whirlpool. Model # 110.2800201, serial # C20732070. Washing a small load when I heard a loud pop and saw that smoke was pouring from unit. Horrible quality.

It cleans my clothes amazingly well. It uses less water too. This washer is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a new washer. My washer is still going strong. No breaks. Ive had no problems with it yet and Im thinking that I will not have any for a long time. I rate this ten out of ten. This washer is beautiful. Sleek in design and wonderful to look at. Wouldnt have it any other way. Perfect and flawless designing. It is definitely worth the price. The price is so cheap compared to what it actually worth. I would pay thrice as much as I did for this washer, 20 times over. Keep it up.

I purchased a Kenmore 600 topload washer in 12/09. I was satisfied with its performance, but it only lasted 2 years. The springs became weak, and when the spin cycle ended, it banged, and cracked the outer tub. Repairs will cost almost as much as buying a new one. I spent considerable time researching consumer reviews and wanting an American-made product, and spent considerable money thinking the investment would last several years. It is sad that even American-made products are built to last until just after the warranty expires. The repairman didnt think these parts are even covered in the warranty. I cant afford another washer, and when I do, it wont be a Kenmore.

Clothes are important and need to always look your best. Clean clothes always makes a difference in ones appearance, not look like a slob living out in the street. You can rely on getting clean and dry clothes any time you need them whether to look professional or for everyday appearance, not look homeless out in the street. I have great experience with this product. It always helps me out in a jam when clean clothes are needed the most especially in a emergency. I value the brand name a lot. Purchased this POS only 15 months ago. Now the washer is rusted out and different parts are worn from the use. How often do you use a washer?? There is no reason that this 700 series Kenmore washer should be worn out this early. I hope this company goes out of business.

It is quiet and cleans very well. I like the size and load ability. I think for a no frills washer this is the best choice as it works well and serves the purpose quite well. Ive never had any problems with mine. It has been very dependable the entire time I have owned mine. Im not disappointed in it. Id recommend it. It has a classic look that fits well with anything. It isnt fancy yet looks very nice. I dont care much about looks. Id rather have a washer clean well. I thought it was a little high priced for being a plain jane washer but in the end I am very happy with it and very glad I bought it. Its worth what you pay for it.

The unit (Washer/Dryer) have been working well for a long time now just like day one cleaning my tough stains & all with no problem. Even now my kids have no issue washing the game uniform which gives me more extra time to get my things done. But I was really raised on Kenmore products from my mom when I was growing up & the fact that theyre still making great products for me and my family to enjoy is the power of great long lasting products that stand the test of time.

The capacity was great from small loads to extra large loads and perfect for the messiest clothes. You dont have to use much detergent either. I have grown children who bring their laundry to my home to wash and this washer has held up with all the extra wear and tear on it. It gets the job done and you dont even know when it is running because it is quiet and very dependable machine and good at helping remove set in stains. It is very sturdy and dependable and the price is where it is affordable and reliable and even can have a service agreement put on it in the event something goes wrong. It is a wonderful item and would recommend it to my family and Friends.

My top load Kenmore Elite Washing machine is 4 years old and has been rusting for the last 2 years. I finally decided to check into replacing the top and I found out it will cost over $350. This is absolutely ridiculous!! In 40 years I have NEVER had a washing machine rust! I will never buy a Kenmore product again!

Kenmore is a strong and very reliable washing machine. I would recommend this brand to all my friends. I love it and Ive had no problems ever with it. Im gonna keep getting this brand. It can handle any amount of clothes, never too much clothes. A machine everyone should have. Its not the best but it works better and it works wonders than any other machines. This is a keeper. It looks good but Ive seen nicer styles. But who care about looks. I want a strong machine and this ones it. The price is great and the work it does pays for the price already. You gotta spend some money for something to work so its great.

Kenmore Elite Oasis washer - I bought ours in 07 and started having trouble 6 months after we bought it! It wouldnt start when you pushed the button! We had to keep turning it off and on to get it to finally start! My husband is a Mr. Fix It so he figured out it was the computer board! He made sure all the wires were attached and such! I called Sears to complain and of course, they said I could get a repairman out! I told them it was 6 months old! My husband ordered a new board and put it in then it worked! Then a few months later, it started leaking water on the floor! Thank goodness its in the basement with a drain by it! So I kept using it! So yesterday, I heard a horrible racket coming from the basement, so I ran down and it was spinning with this terrible noise coming from it. So Ive been looking on the net for answers. They did recall them but not until 2010! So mine is too old! Hopefully, my husband can fix it again! Im so disappointed in this washer! You would think for as much money you spend, it wouldnt have this many problems! Our 1st washer lasted 20 years. It was a Maytag. Im not sure if that brand is better or they just dont make them like they used to. I would never recommend this washer to anyone!

I have a family with three kids. That means a lot of clothes to wash each week. Love the load sizes, helps me get away with doing less loads. Clothes get washed great, then come out smelling fresh and clean. My washer reliability has been good so far. The different cycles mean I dont have to worry about ruining my delicates, yet know I can trust my washer to deep clean all my husbands work pants. Its a simple appearance. Not hard to keep the outside clean. I usually wipe everything down 1-2 times a week, just to keep everything nice and clean. In my opinion this washer has been a good value. This is a trusted company for my family and I do believe you get what you pay for when it comes to major appliances.

High Efficiency how? The washer runs 2x as long and have to (at least) double rinse every load to get HE soap residue off the clothes. It probably uses less water but takes twice as long to do a load.

The reliability of this appliance is great, and it satisfy all the items that need to be done. The appliance is also up to date and modern. It will go with all decors. It has a sense of cleanliness with the appearance. This will brighten up the washroom. In addition, this appliance is rich in value. The appearance gives it an expensive look. The performance is exceptional and the cleanliness far surpasses the value.

Worked great. Lasted years but I had to leave it when I moved states away. To me Kenmore is the best in the market, exceptional in performance. Top of the washers. There are only two of us in our household. My fiance gets his clothes dirty and the Kenmore gets the clothes really clean and fresh. It is a washer that does a great job. Looks modern in looks. Its innovative in washing machines. I like the top loader because its easy to load. Does the wash perfectly. Looks great in the laundry room. The price is affordable to all. I regularly use my washer and after a few days of testing different settings, Ive found the perfect settings for me. After that, this washer has never failed to get the job done. Since I live by myself, this washer is able to comfortably for all of my clothing items with extra room to spare. This makes the washing process easy for the machine and prevents it from getting congested. The appearance is rather minimalist and does not possess any fancy designs. I like this type of design because it helps the machine match any types of surroundings and not bring too much attention to itself. While lacking some features of the most cutting-edge washers, this machine is economical because it gets all the basic needs accomplished efficiently at a fairly reasonable price point.

This washer was bought because Kenmore is a trusted brand and it was affordable. It’s a top loader. Simple stains don’t come out, the agitator is very slow and doesn’t grasp all the clothes and the water doesn’t fill beyond your clothing. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have been using Kenmore products for 35+ years. I bought my last Kenmore 500 clothes washer about 3 years ago. I am disappointed that the gentle wash merely beats the heck out of the clothes for a couple of minutes, then stops for a minute, then thrashes them some more. My old Kenmore would agitate nice and slow, almost like a hand wash.

I really love my washer because it isnt loud and disruptive while I am doing other chores or trying to focus on a specific task. Especially when you have small children napping a few rooms over, this is important. I have had no issues with this washer. It cleans my clothes perfectly and I never have to worry that the laundry wont get done due to malfunctions in this model. Its sleek and shiny, this washer is easy to take care of and needs very little cleaning to make it stay that way. I would definitely recommend. It was better than my last machine and I am so very happy with it.

Has good size door for easy loading and unloading. Has good selection of cycles to choose from, though I do not use some of them. I really like the ability to choose water temperature for both washing and rinsing. I have had it for over tens years now and it has never once failed me. I have never had any reason to feel it was not completely reliable. I take for granted that it will work properly every time I use it. I have a white model, which I prefer so, I can easily change the laundry room decor if I wish. It is designed well and has not gotten outdated in its look over the past ten years. This washer was an excellent value for me. It has all the features I wanted and more at a more reasonable price than many of the other products I looked at. I did a lot of shopping around and price comparison.

My first washing machine was a Kenmore that we got used from a neighbor. It worked forever and was super reliable, and always cleaned our clothes well. Quality, trustworthy and reliable. Never had any issues with it. We used it for over 5 yrs and then sold it when we moved.

The product washes the clothes well and doesnt leave them soaking wet. It leaves my clothes fresh! It separates my clothing pieces and doesnt bunch them up together. I can put multiple pieces or items in the washer without any issues. I can put on heavy load and still get a reliable wash. The washer is very reliable. Ive had it for some time. It works like its brand new! And The appearance is simple and chic. It has a nice front which is attractive for a washer. The washer is a front load so I can see all of what is going on while the clothes are washing. This is definitely worth the value. It is more durable than any other wash I have bought in my previous years.

This washer is large and handles my kids messy clothes easily. It is quiet and uses much less water than my previous washer. It can handle bulky loads with ease. We have had this washer for 5 years and have never had any issues to the need to call for a service repair. Best part is, if you follow the directions, dirty clothes come out clean! It isnt the most modern look, and it has a lot of different buttons, but it is a practical looking washer. The dial might be a bit antiquated looking, but it is easy to use. This washer is a little more expensive than others, but it is eco-friendly and cuts down on water use, which in drought-stricken areas makes it totally worth it. Plus, it is competitively priced with other front loaders.

I have owned this Kenmore Elite Oasis HE washing machine for 6 years and we had a recall on the machine 3 years ago - after years of the machine stopping because of UL unbalanced load. With this recall, they replaced the computer memory board. However, my machine is doing the same thing again. Sears has sent a repairman that would not even open the lid on the machine to see the problem. He ran a diagnostic test on the machine and said that he had no idea what the problem was. I called Sears repair and they assured me they would repair my machine. However, when the next repairman was on his way to my house, he also had no idea what the problem was with my machine. When I explained the situation, he had no direction on how to repair my machine. Is anyone else having the same problem? I do realize that I have purchased my last Kenmore product and anything from Sears!

It worked great. We bought it a while ago and it still runs like new. We have a family of 5 and it works great. We use it every day. Wouldnt trade it for anything. So reliable we havent had any issues with it even with daily use for a family of 5. We have 3 dogs and it does great with the dog hair also. So cute. Fits in with all of our appliances. Love the design and load capacity. Its just the right size and the display is easy to read. I think its an excellent deal for what we paid. It has every feature we wanted at an affordable price. Great brand for your buck. The load size and look was cheap compared to other brands.

Kenmore washer would not turn on. I waited 4 days for a service tech. He ordered a part that took approximately 3 weeks to get. Another service tech showed up 4 days after the part was delivered to my house. He installed the part, we did a load of laundry and the washer flooded two rooms of my basement. I called Kenmore to tell them the issue and they told me they can send out somebody 6 days from now. They also connected me with a claims department that said they cant look at my house for 2 days. Now, I have no washer and my wife and I will spend 3 days cleaning our basement. These were all warranty work. I was offered a 1-year service agreement for my inconvenience.

I bought this washer 6 years ago. It has worked just fine until about 6 months ago. Suddenly, it started taking longer and longer to finish the cycle. Then, occasionally, it wouldnt spin the clothes and I would have to run the separate drain and spin cycle. Then, it suddenly wouldnt even do that. I called Sears. My intention was to find out what it would cost (because it was out of warranty) to replace the brain, including the labor and repair call. Instead of giving me the quote I asked for, she convinced me to buy a 1-year service policy for somewhere around $350.00 explaining that if it was the brain, it would be considerably more than that. Then, came the clincher. If they couldnt repair it, I would be given a voucher toward a new machine. Sign me up! Guess what? Not. They came out and put in a new brain (this took a total of 4 weeks), then 2 weeks later it started the whole cycle again, only quickly this time moving into not spinning at all. I called for another repair order. They couldnt get me in for another week and a half. In the meantime, I kept working with the washer trying different cycles and stuff until I got it working again. Guess what? Now, since it wont malfunction in front of them, they have deemed it my fault! According to them, its because Im running unbalanced loads and using too much soap! After 6 years of successfully using this machine, apparently, Ive lost my mind! I am so frustrated I could spit! So, my solution is that I will call them each and every time it fails, and make them come out until my 1 year is up. Then, I will buy a new machine and it will not be from Sears! Im closing my account with them and after 30 years of being a customer, Im done!

It was very dependable when I had it. I had no problems with it from what I recall. It worked at all times and cleaned the clothes well. It wasnt too noisy but it did its job. I would expect a hassle free product from Sears since the expectation is that it would be very reliable and competitively priced product.

Fix the washer over 20 times since purchase in 08. Replacing mother board again in 6 months. Repair teaches different things then the sells guys. I use to rave about Kenmore. Not anymore. I could have bought a new washer every year for the amount of money I have used to repair washers in the past 10 years. All Kenmores with Sears repair men.

Purchased a Kenmore washer from Sears for $399.99 1 year+4 months ago. Service tech. says transmission has gone out. To repair, Sears wants $502.56 + service call of $79; $581.56 to repair a washer they sell new for $399. There are only two of us in this household (me 70 and my wife 68). We dont do a lot of laundry. This machine is a piece of junk. DO NOT buy Kenmore!

On 10-28-2011, Sears Kenmore washer was repaired. model # 45087 and serial # cst0410838. The machine now is quieter and runs smoother than ever. We believe the suspension system was defective since it was new, as we had to adjust loads to eliminate the shaking and vibration. We have spent years of working with this washer, and now paid $280.00 to repair. What will Sears do to retain our business?

Kenmore is really a great brand and I trust it. Out of the whole 5 years that Ive had this particular washer Ive never had to repair it, buy parts for it, is still up to its name Kenmore. Just a regular white washer not too many buttons and knobs but very easy to clean and it worked wonderfully. I loved it. It did not tear up my clothes. Ive had a washing that used to heat my clothes up.

I purchased this washer based on Consumer Reports and other recommendations. I have had nothing but problems with this washer. Been a little over a year since new and had Sears techs out 3 times. Water leaks out of the overflow valve on the back and floods the floor. Tech says to use low suds detergent which I do. We cannot wash more than 4 towels at a time. Must use a minimal amount of detergent. Can hardly use any detergent when washing sheets and blankets as it goes out the overflow valve onto the floor. Sears tech says its the way the machine is made. Im ready to dump this washer and get something else which is a shame as I have all Kenmore appliances and have always bought Kenmore for the past 40 years. Sears needs to do something about the design of this washer.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite HE3 washer and pedestal in 2004 from Sears. I always dried off the area around the rubber seal, did an occasional bleach wash, hot water wash and sometimes added vinegar to keep the moisture down. I always left the door open after use and I used a maximum of 3 tablespoon of HE detergent. In 2007, I sent a letter to the customer service department explaining that mold had formed inside the rubber door seal and nothing seemed to help. I listed all the things I did and said that I was frustrated that I spent $1,000 and in three years, I was having problems. They responded with a long list of what to do for odor problems, all of which I was doing already. Forward 5 more years and the mold seems to be getting worse despite rubbing down the interior rubber seal with Clorox sheets and drying out the area. I am concerned that I am getting sick from the mold smell. I finally went out and bought a top load washer from a reputable manufacturer. Why should we have to pay such a steep price for a design flaw? Why dont the salespeople warn us about the common mold issue? And why is this happening without repercussions to the company? I would like financial compensation for all of this.

Kenmore Series 110 washing machine - My three year old washing machine began making very loud noise during the spin cycle. Turns out the bearings and seals are shot. A four to five hundred dollar repair according to the technician. My last Kenmore lasted 22 years. I want the old model back!

The washers performance is extremely fast and washes clothes thoroughly. The reliability of this washing machine is really excellent. I can fit two of my usual old loads of laundry into one load now and it cuts my laundry time literally in half and I highly recommend this washing machine. The appearance of this machine is appropriate for what a washing machine would look like. It goes well with my other appliances in my kitchen and I am always getting wonderful comments on how quiet the machine is. The value of this washing machine is above appropriate for the price. Compared to other washing machines this product is highly affordable. It is truly amazing.

Love it. That is the best washer ever that has ever been made. I wish they would make more like that. This should be rated number 1. It has the best wash cycle ever.

This has been the most dependable washer Ive owned in quite awhile. Its just too sad that Kenmore appliances are not very popular since Sears has left the retail world. I was always a Sears/Kenmore customer for all of my major appliances purchases.

We purchased the Kenmore water/energy efficient washer and we wash on either room temperature or warm water. Laundry most of the time come out not as expected with unclean chocolate stains as an example. Also, we were told by Kenmore that we have to run the express cycle (Very hot water) with vinegar in the detergent pocket to remove residual detergent and to improve the washer ability to clean even normal day to day stains. We are not happy with our purchase. Another aspect that made us unhappy is the annual PM included in a 5 year warranty (paid extra) that often the subcontractor is sending washer-untrained technicians to perform the PM.

I was impressed with how clean my clothes were with my new washer. My old one, sometimes the detergent wouldnt release so my clothes would still be dirty when I took them out. It can fit pretty large loads even a lot of towels. I also wash my comforter in there when Im too lazy to go to the cleaners. And Im usually pretty happy with how it comes out. When I bought it I was satisfied with the appearance but then shortly after they made more washers with a side opening door and I started to realize that that would make things a lot easier and thats what I will get for my next one.

My washing machine was showing UE and was remaining unbalanced during washing. I found the specific recall through their website for this repair. I called 2 1/2 weeks ago. I was told they would be here to fix my machine in 5 days between the hours of 8 a - 4 p. I stayed home from work. I called to check on the arrival of my repair man and was told they would be there the following week. I asked to be moved up, they replied they could not do that. I again stayed home today June 30, the date told to me a week ago. I called at 9:30 am for the arrival time. They said to call back at 10:30 am. I did. They said a technician would be here between 12:30 - 1:30. At 1:45, I called and they said the technician was sick and they cannot reschedule until July 3. We have five children getting ready to leave for camp and no washing machine! I have taken two days off work and I am beyond frustrated. I will never purchase a Kenmore or Sears product again. I would encourage others to purchase appliances from another company as well.

I purchased a new Calypso washing machine from Sears in 2003, and initially loved it. But after finding my clothes were not getting clean, they were smelling mildewed, and it finally broke altogether, I scheduled numerous repair appointments with Sears. Each time I found that my machine was broken again shortly thereafter. (By the way, Sears Service is another sad story, and I think once you purchase a repair and maintenance plan, you are last on their schedule.) After, much complaining and saying I was filing an action under the lemon law, they agreed to credit me the amount of purchase for a new washer.I bought the Kenmore HE4t with this credit in 2005. I have been able to reset some error messages, but today it just stopped working. Maybe I shouldnt be upset as I have gotten 8 years of service from it, but what upset me was, once again, that there was a recall for my Kenmore machine, and the problem I am having is a common one, with many complaints: it is not registering the door lock (F/dL). Decades ago, Sears was known for quality. I feel like all they make now is pretty crap that they charge a lot of money for.

Its good, it gets the job done. My clothes fresh and clean. Never had any technical problems with it or anything like that. Very good. I would recommend it personally to others. It works great. Its appearance is good, I like it. The value is perfectly fine, the cost was reasonable.

We’ve had to replace the same part (hub) 5 times within the last 3 years. It will not spin the clothes. Do not buy this washer. It is junk. Our second washing machine is many years old and we never have to repair it. This is going in the garbage.

Its easy to operate. Ive had it for 2 years not once have I had a problem with it. I able to do laundry at night because its quiet. It makes my clothes look brand new. Its very reliable when it comes to getting my Kids clothes clean. It works amazing for those hard to remove stains. It can hold a substantial amount of laundry. It helps when I have busy days, because I can get so much laundry done in no time. I love the color and everything is so organized and makes it easy to operate. I would highly recommend this to anyone, because it gets the job done and removes the toughest stains. It never lets me down. I can honestly say you get what you pay for. It may seem a little pricey but they work with you with your payments. It saves you a lot of time if youre a busy person. Its worth it.

I feel like this washer did get my clothes clean. However I wish that I could fit more into the washer to save time. I also felt that this washer used less water than other washers. The washer sometimes got off balance and I had to redistribute the clothes inside, but it was a durable and reliable washer overall. This washer never required maintenance or repairs. This washer is not as modern looking as a front load washer, but I did not feel that the design was an eyesore in my laundry room and the most important thing was that it got the job done. I felt that this washer was affordable and a great deal for the value. Other washer brands in this similar front loading style would have cost me considerably more money.

It had a capacity to handle the load of clothes, which was usually large to very large. The clothes were cleaned including any stains that were spot treated prior to the wash. There was a fresh smell to the clean clothes. I knew when I went to use the appliance it would work properly for clean clothes every time. I would load a large amount of clothes with no wobble or noise during the cycle. The appearance was a pleasant bright white. The outside was smooth and chip resistant. The dials were labeled for easy identification of the cycles, temperature, and capacity. The print remained on the surface with no fading or peeling. The price was appropriate for the performance of the appliance. The load capacity and features were equal to the price paid. Although mine was a gift, I knew the price was good for the quality of the Kenmore name.

The washer does a amazing job. It almost spins my clothes dry. It has a lot of different settings that make it so easy to pick the right one. I have had this washer for about 4 years and I have never had any problems with it. I have used the cleaning feature which does a amazing job. I bought the silver one that matches my other appliances. I like the look and style of the washer. It has a very classy look. I enjoy telling and showing my friends and family. It is comparable to other washer similar to this one. I feel like overall it is a great washer.

Great washer, never had any complaints after 12 years of ownership! I would highly recommend purchasing this brand or Kenmore Elite. I found the key (start/stop) buttons to be very easy to maneuver and is very easy to clean inside and outside.

The Kenmore top-loading, high efficiency, low water washer was purchased 8/15/10 for $550.79 plus 3-yr full warranty coverage for $169.99. July 3, 2014 the lid not locked icon signaled that the circuit board was fried. Circuit board, come on, this is a washing machine in a single family household with 3-5 loads per week and should last 14-15 years. A replacement circuit board is $400 plus labor. Do the math. Kenmore, I hope some hard-working attorney puts together a group to participate in a Class Action suit and sue you for manufacturing a washing machine engineered to fail. Have you no shame. Kenmore, you are not too big to fail. Heres to that attorney who brings you to your knees and stops you from fleecing American consumers.

I purchased my Kenmore Heavy-Duty washer and dryer set the next week available after I got married in Feb 1976 (seventy-six). That makes it about mid-March 1976. Here now in Jan 2020 I can truthfully say that I never had one speck of trouble from the set until now when the washer stopped draining. Having a Sears repairman respond to fix the problem revealed that it cannot be repaired. I must now try to find another Kenmore Washer. Admittedly, I did not use it on any routine regularity and once not used at all when in an apartment without a hookup for a couple years. But, I suspect I won't need it to last as many as 44 more years since I'm now 73 years old. It worked just great for me!
