It keeps my food for a long time. It stays at whatever temp its on. Never had to get it repaired. Id definitely recommend it to anyone who asks. It can hold everything I need in it and more. It has a lot of room and compartments. Butter place and fruit bends several shelves for everything else. I could probably use a more advanced Kenmore model. But for now its all good. But if I was to change the appearance Id get a Kenmore with an ice maker. It was a good price and value for the money I paid for. Especially since Ive had it for awhile with no problems. I never needed a repair man.

We had this refrigerator for a couple of years and it would always have a build up of ice on the back of the freezer therefore it would not freeze the food properly. The size was great for a small family. We are a family of six and we really need a lot of room in the freezer. And when we filled it to capacity it would get a build up of ice. The refrigerator was a little old fashioned. White appliances dont have a modern appearance. It didnt take up a lot of room but it wasnt small either. We got the refrigerator on sale at an appliance warehouse. The price was reasonable enough. So the price fit into my budget and I thought it was a good buy.

These refrigerators are dependable and reliable. They are efficient and run well. Would recommend. They have great space and the shelving is useful and easy to clean. Just soap and water and they seem to wash up well. The refrigerator I got was useful for the size. We have a four person family and it was adequate for the groceries that we get. Would recommend a larger size if one can manage. There is always use for more space. These refrigerators are streamline and nice to look at. They have an appearance that lets people know that the company takes pride in all they do. They are roomy and have nice placement of shelves. I happened to got my appliance at a great rate. I got it on sale at a retailer. It was a good value and a good price which influenced my purchase.

We purchased a side by side Kenmore refrigerator about 15 years ago and we have had no problems whatsoever and it is still running perfectly. I would call that a quality product. Okayyy.

My Kenmore is the best refrigerator Ive ever owned. I bought it at a discount so the price was great. It is every efficient and has tons of room for all the groceries and any pre prepared food my family of five needs. After upgrading my refrigerator, Ive seen a significant difference in my electric bill even though this one has more space. It has an ice machine and water fountain which are a great convenience for kids. Moreover, temperature control is easy to customize. The stainless steel is beautiful and messy fingerprints are easy to clean off. Also, theres lots of room for all my kids artwork. It keeps my kitchen fashionable and stylish.

The Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Model # 795.7402.411 has fail twice in two years with the same error code Ef-rf. We had the service man out in June of 2016 and it was still under warranty but it was about to expire so we purchase a extended warranty. The Sears repairman said they were having a lot of problems with this unit. Well now a little over a year later my warranty is off and it stop working with the same error code. I called service and they stated that the warranty is over and another year contract would be over $300.00 for another year. After reading the complaints about this type of fridge it seems that Sears is aware of the problem and they blame it on LG and there is nothing they can do because it is made in Korea and they are ripping us off by charging another $300.00. It is time they stand by their Sears Elite fridges and have LG come up with a resolution with no cost to the consumer. These fridges are not cheap. Maybe it time for a class action suit?

I do not think about the refrigerator or its functionality so therefore, I think that it is a good thing. It does what is expected with no interruptions. It is reliable and handles my cold storage needs providing adequate space and well designed interiors for placement and storage for a variety of items.

Purchased the Kenmore Elite French Door with the Grab-N-Go door in August 2014. Since the price of the extended warranty was about $900 we did not purchase it. At the 18 month (July 2016) point the cooling coils in the refrigerator portion we developing extensive icing and it was actually pushing the bottom drawer outward. Sears couldnt get anyone out for 5 days so we called a local appliance repair person. They came twice but we unable to make any repair but show me a part that they thought might be causing the problem. Sears overnighted me the part and I was able to install it. It did seem to initially fix the problem but now (October 2017) about 15 months later, I again have the same problem. I have ordered the part again, the controller assembly which apparently should control the defrosting of this coil. Not sure if these parts are poorly made (LG) or that something else is a problem. These refrigerators are not repair friendly.

Never lets me down. Keeps everything, in all sections at just the right temperature. Well designed for convenience, easy to use, and very attractive. Well designed for effective use of space. I always have plenty of room, even after a stock-up shopping trip. Organized to make good use of adjustable shelves and bins. Goes very well with the design and aesthetics of my kitchen. Stands out as being high quality and enhances the overall appearance of the kitchen. Excellent value. We looked at numerous brands, and even those that were higher priced didnt compare in quality, durability, or appearance.

Purchased a Kenmore Elite Fridge Side by Side, with Ice Maker attached to door. Ice Maker broke in 2 years and cant be fixed apparently the wiring broke from opening and closing the doors. This should have been a recall product, drawers falling apart. Consumers really need to research. We finally broke down and purchased a new refrigerator after 15 years and this happens.

We bought a Kenmore fridge, model 61205, we wanted something big, without an ice maker and easy for the kids to get their own snacks. When they brought it home we waited the 24 hrs till it was ready to use. I disconnected the old fridge, moved it out of the way for the new one, when I plugged the new fridge it wouldnt cool, took over 2 hours to start blowing cold in the fridge, the freezer worked just fine but I was scared all the food would go bad so I took everything out again to the old fridge and called Sears. They will be bringing in a new one and hopefully its not a thing with all of them.

This refrigerator was a replacement for a previous one that I had. The performance of the refrigerator is amazing. A lot better than the previous refrigerator that I had. I feel like this refrigerator is a good size. Its not too small to fit all of my food and produces into it. I like that this refrigerator doesnt take up that much space in my kitchen. It takes up the appropriate amount. It makes my kitchen look sophisticated and modern. I feel like it really compliments the appliances in my kitchen. I think that this is a good color to have in a kitchen. Its not too flashy or dull. I really value this refrigerator. I would hate to see this refrigerator go. I would say this refrigerator is a lot better than other models that I have seen on the market far as durability.

Runs quite and good. Stays cold and has a nice ice maker. These last a long time and could be used for many years. It outlast others and I would recommend it to anyone. The price is also good. The size is a standard to large size. It has plenty of room for all my foods and it has a good amount of freezer space. With this freezer I do not need to use a deep freeze because this holds all my foods. I love that it always stays cold and runs so well. I love the appearance of these refrigerators. They are very stylish and unique and fits in with the rest of my home decor and kitchen colors. Its a good value based on its size and color and it runs well and could last a long amount of time before having to buy a new one.

Model 10673206300 - mom and I purchased this in 2005. Was told by salesman that this should last without problems for 15 to 20 yrs. Explained to clerk that week - really needed something to suit our needs. We are both disabled and live on a fixed income. We purchased the warranty and early on in 2005, the drawers had to be replaced. For the past month the fridge has leaked off and on. We attempted to repair but was unable. Called sears today - they want $75.00 to diagnose and was also told it would probably be $200.00. Or I could sent Sears $39.99 monthly and pay only $60.00 for the diagnosis. I was struck by the fact that the first question asked by automated system is ...is fridge leaking? Lets me know that sears is aware of this defective product. NEVER AGAIN Will I BUY FROM SEARS.

Kenmore seemed like a reputable and well-known brand to purchase. I chose it for its storage capacity and how easy it is to customize. Its reliable and definitely feels like it will last a long time. I like how easy it is to clean because of how easy the parts are to remove. The bright lighting is very useful, and there is plenty of space inside. But I do wish this refrigerator had a more appealing look instead of its traditional, dated look. I also dont like how easy it is to unknowingly bump the controls and accidentally change the temperature.

This fridge was a great purchase. It was big but not too big - had tons of space which I loved. When you do your shopping trips you dont have to worry about it not fitting with this fridge. Really loved the freezer cause you could stock it well. The size was spacious, it fit everything I wanted and more. The large space allowed for more items to be purchased and put away if you didnt want to use it right away. The fridge was a beautiful silver and less wide than a normal fridge which is wonderful if youre trying to save space. The surface had a nice sleek shine to it. The fridge was a great value. You most certainly get what you paid for. If you want to get a good value for your money this is the fridge to go for.

My refrigerator has been amazing. I love how it keeps working for year and years to come. Never had a problem with it besides a glass but they replaced it!! Its great for a smaller family but with a growing family we need something larger. The structure is great and I would only add a ice maker. The appearance is also great and fits simple decor. It doesnt look cheap and something worth the money. Its simple and modern and wont cost you a ton of money if you arent looking to spend. You get more than what you pay for which is always good.

Shelves that move to any place is truly important to me and each and every one of these move to exactly where I feel they need to be. And that includes the shelves on the door. So you do not need to jiggle and juggle things when trying to get that carton of milk or salad dressing out to use. The bottom freezer has a pullout shelf which is especially good for ice cream, and other important foods. Larger food items - lots of them - fit well into the bottom portion. Since getting this refrigerator several years ago I have not had to play with the temperature once it was set. So nice to not have to think about that.

It does its job. I bought this 3 years ago with great discounts during the Christmas sales. It is still working great and looks brand new. I have not had a problem with it. This refrigerator is not too big nor small. It just the right side. It fits perfectly in our kitchen. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. It is stainless steels. It is sometimes hard to keep up with it because of the finger prints on them. However it looks sharp and stylish!

I have a 2015 Sears Kenmore Elite fridge made by LG. The compressor has been gone for over 3 weeks. Sears came out to repair it but they did not have the part. Finally the part came today and the repair is suppose to take place on Monday. Sears tells me I must pay the labor. Is that true? Secondly, I loved this refrigerator so much that I bought one for our FL home. It was built in 2018 and bought in February of 2019. Are there still compressor issues with the newer models? Thirdly, my husband has tried to register for the class action suit and has had very little luck getting through the red tape. HELP!

Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator model #795-5102 - I purchased this refrigerator in October 2010. I just now noticed that a crack in the inside wall going from the back of the freezer to the front. I was told that I could get a $500 credit if it was decided that it was a workmanship defect. The refrigerator is like in a new condition. Im very angry and dissatisfied with Sears. The refrigerator cost over $1000. What do they think $500 will do for a new fridge? My last fridge lasted me over 10 years, not less than 2. No remedy to this. Sears is not what they used to be. I will never buy anything from them again.

This is the best fridge that I have owned. Ive had 0 issues in the couple of years of owning it. Side by side is an excellent addition to my home. The freezer portion is a little small for my needs, but I make do. I bulk freeze a lot of items. The fridge side is perfect and has enough options for adjustability to fit everything I need for a family. I love the stainless steel appearance. It holds up well to abuse. The brushed looks helps hide minor scratches. The only issue I have is keeping fingerprints off the stainless steel. I am very pleased with the value of this fridge. The size vs the value was just right for my family of four. The added value of the water dispenser is a great addition.

I love the volume, size, style and everything about the refrigerator. My mother has one too. With everything inside I love it. It has perfect size. I could move it around. I love it if its gray in my kitchen but it fit everything in there pretty. Its pretty cool appliance. It does the water, does good ice. Has a lot of space inside of the fridge and freezer, out of the freezer. I got it cheap too. Its pretty good deal and value. I would recommend this to everybody. You’ll love it.

It came with the house. Ive had several Kenmores before this one and they always have the same problem. The ice maker freezes up at least once a week and needs to be taken apart, fixed and put back. If we can put people into space I now understand why Kenmore cant make an ice maker that works properly. I had an LG that had a wonderful ice maker but it wont fit into the fridge space in this home.

Its your pretty basic fridge, no bells and whistles such as ice makers. But in the 8 years or so Ive had it, there have rarely been any problems that needed addressing. It does the job well and doesnt affect my electric bill in a noticeable way. And on those occasions of power outages, it manages to keep things cool/cold until the situation is sorted, so I dont have to clean it out and start over.

We made the horrible mistake of buying all Kenmore Elite appliances at Sears in April of 2015. The nightmare started with the delivery of some of our appliances where we were literally stood up by the delivery service on 3 different occasions, no call, no show... My husband and I were both working freelance jobs at the time. If we dont work, we dont get paid, so you can imagine how frustrating it was when we had to repeatedly take time off for these clowns to grace us with their presence, only to have them not even have the courtesy to call and cancel. They have zero respect for their customers. We had issues with our washer machine a month after purchasing it and now our $2500 Kenmore Elite refrigerator has suddenly stopped working. To kick it up a notch, a technician was supposed to come today to diagnose the issue for $99, but surprise, no call, no show. He was supposed to arrive between 3pm-6pm, so I again took off of work and waited around all day. At one point I logged into my appointment page and saw they had pushed his arrival window to between 6:45pm and 8:45pm. Knowing them and their horrid track record, I even called to make sure he was still going to come today and explained how I had taken off of work and couldnt take another day off, etc. The woman on the phone supposedly put me on hold while she called my technician to confirm and then told me he was definitely still coming and would call me when he was on his way... He never called. Later on I checked my email and at 7pm they emailed me to say my appointment had now been cancelled and rescheduled for Monday. I called them right away to ream them out and the best they could do for my inconvenience was give me 20% off on whatever the cost of the service will be. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SEARS. I could write a novel on the hell they have put us through. They DO NOT CARE about their customers and their products are complete garbage. Even their own repairman, that fixed our washer machine, told me their products are cheaply made in Korea and to stay away from them and LG (which is who makes Kenmore appliances)! Its sad because they used to be a good, dependable company, but they are nothing but con artists now.

It performs perfectly, keeps all products cold and up to the expiration date. Energy efficient and attractive. Fits well in my kitchen and looks great with my other appliances. Could be a bit larger, but my family became larger after I purchased this fridge. I could use a little more freezer space, opposed to the refrigerator space. Looks amazing in my kitchen. Its sleek and clean, has a great fit. It is easy to clean and the inside of the appliance is very organized, and looks nice as well. The price was just right for this refrigerator. I chose and always use Kenmore because it has always worked for me for a really long time and has always met my standard. Its very reliable and I love how big and spacious it is. But the thing I disliked about it was that the freezer and the bottoms drawers are kinda small. Could have been a little bigger. And I wish there were more colors to choose from. Other than that, its the best refrigerator brand Ive ever owned.

Im very happy with the Kenmore refrigerator. I have owned it for many years and its great on performance, its energy efficient, and it keeps food very fresh and cold. It is standard size and quite roomy on the inside, but if you are like me, you always need that extra bit of space and I wish it was just a tad larger, so I will step up next time. Its quite nice-looking for an average refrigerator, but does not have all the bells and whistles of newer, fancier models, like the chrome finish and water attachment in front. Its a very good value and as good in comparison to newer, more stylish models.

Kenmore was a brand that I like and was at a convenient location that was easy to load and bring to my house. I have purchased before that I liked the style and type of. The refrigerator style was what I wanted, size was what would fit and the color fit my kitchen. However, the Price I paid for the unit was more than what the other brands of similar type were priced at. I also wish it had some other features in it. Other than that, was good purchase.

I love my refrigerator. It is big enough just for what I need and it is clean and simple looking, keeps my stuff fresh and crisp for a long time and my freezer cold for a long time. It has not crapped out on me yet and hopefully wont. I just wish they had different colors. I havent seen a black one yet in my model. But I am pleased with the model that I have and would not change it unless it stops working.

We purchased an LG refrigerator through Sears under Kenmore name with model number 795.71309.011. Fridge is under warranty for only one more week, and the top portion stopped working. Service man told us today that this is a problem with this models bottom drawer design, because you think it is closed but it is open enough to cause a frost problem that freezes the fan. It appears to be a similar problem to other LG refrigerators that have been recalled and the fan can be a fire hazard. Our model has not been recalled, but serviceman said we better get extended warranty because this is a lousy model. If he is telling the truth, it should have been recalled. If he is lying, its a Sears scam to scare us into buying expensive extended warranties. It also took the one week to come out and service, because they ordered a new PCB, but that wasnt even the problem.The service man said that this model has been out five years with this problem with no change in the design. There is too much play in the bottom drawer door. He changed the PCB anyway, because he said he changes 30-40 bad PCBs a year on this model. He also changed the sensor in the freezer drawer door that communicates to the PCB.I feel that in light of his information, Sears should give me the extended warranty for free. They also dented the door when it was originally delivered, and we could never get through on the 800 number to get compensation. And they count on us being too busy to follow through.

I loved my Kenmore! Very reliable, sturdy, and even though its not the newest item in my kitchen, it works still very well after all these years! Its one with the Freezer box on the bottom, and its a slide out. The top is very roomy, and there is plenty of space for all of my groceries. The top gets a little cold, sometimes freezes my items on the top shelf, but thats due to when I turn the air up too much.

Works very well. Plenty of space. We have had no issues with this particular model of refrigerator. Recommended to several family members. Plenty of room to accommodate our needs as a family without being cramped. Was a very important part of our decision to purchase. Very sleek. Matches the decor of our kitchen. Inside, the colors allow us to identify when it needs to be cleaned. Great price. It has provided fulfillment to all of our refrigerator needs without costing too much. It has not broken down either. We have not invested any money into repairs.

There have been two minor problems with the bottom freezer. First was frost build-up under and behind the drawer. There was an obstruction of the air flow into the freezer compartment, repaired. Second is the ice cube fill tube, it was allowing water to be dripped into the tray. This is still as problem.

It was spacious, kept everything fresh at the right temperature. It never ran out of ice and the shelves were big enough for watermelons and gallons of milk. Everything was able to be organized effectively. The freezer could have been bigger but I love frozen pizza. It was very sleek and shiny. It definitely had a modern feel to it and I enjoyed the sleek design. It is the closest thing to a fridge from the future. The fridge is a very good value. For the type of refrigerator you get, it is very cheap. The materials it is made of feel expensive. I also couldnt find a better fridge for the price.

I dont have it anymore, but when i did it was a good fridge, had good adequate storage, kept things cold and lasted a long time. I would definitely order another one down the road. We never had any problems fitting groceries into the fridge or freezer. It always accommodated all of our weekly groceries. It also fit everything in it for parties as well. It was ok from a visual perspective. It was white and kind of plain. But it did match the rest of our kitchen appliances and thus blended in well so I gave it a satisfied rating. It was durable and quiet, had great storage, lasted over sixteen years before dying. It held up its end of the bargain. So we were pleased with its functioning.

Kenmore Elite fridge. This is the fifth time they have been out to fix fridge. Doesn’t stay cold. Purchased Nov 2016. Installed May 2017. Broken May 2018, July 2018, Sept 2018 and April 2019. Now broken again July 2019 and they will not say it’s a lemon. So frustrating. Don’t buy horrible product and no customer service.

Ive had my Kenmore Elite/LG made refrigerator for 13 months. I have replaced compressor once. It lasted just barely 90 days making the warranty on it no good. So now I have a 2500 dollar refrigerator that I will have to keep putting money into for as long as I own. It’s sad Kenmore or most all refrigerators would last for many years.

I love my refrigerator and its really roomy and keeps things really cold and Ive never had to service. I like the styling and it also cleans easily. I have a family of 4 and have plenty of room to store everything I need to. I can also buy extra food to store. I like that I dont have to use an extra freezer to stock up. Its clean and sleek and easy to locate what I need. Its also easy to clean inside and out. The doors are easy to use even for smaller kids. I think its a great value because it holds a lot of food is easy to store food and keeps items the right temp and Ive never had to service.

It didnt last long. It broke down after a couple years and of course the part it needed cost more than the fridge was worth. I would not recommend at all! Its cheaply made and was very noisy!

My parents used Kenmore and I found a good deal on mine. The refrigerator has met my expectations of it. I like the space that I have in it and the freezer is spacious. The shelves are far enough apart to store things. I can store a good bit of stuff in it. But I should have went with a bigger one. If I have too much stuff on the top shelf then sometimes things will freeze in it. I probably will buy another Kenmore when I have to buy another refrigerator but I hope it is not too soon because refrigerator can be very expensive to buy.

The fridge is easy to clean and to change water filter. It runs great. It has a lot of storage and energy efficient, not to mention its the Elite as well. I got it at Sears with good financing and I pay it off monthly. Its stainless steel and its beautiful. I love side by side doors. It was worth every penny. I purchased this refrigerator right after Christmas last year when our refrigerator died. First thing I didnt like was that I had to wait nearly a week for delivery. I wasnt really happy with the layout of it after delivery, but figured I could live with it. Then as soon as the weather started warming up, we noticed the freezer foods had a wet feel and ice was sticking together. Upon examination, my son discovered when the cold section door was closed, the freezer door popped open! Most of the time it would close on its own but occasionally it didnt. I was glad I had paid for a Master Service Agreement with the purchase! I called the repair service. The technician came out and made a big deal of leveling the fridge, etc. – leaving without a fix for the freezer door. I stewed for a while then called repair service again, relating what had happened on the first visit. This technician decided he would tell me how You can fix that problem yourself. Hello! Not when I paid over $400 for someone else to fix it!Knowing this fridge was made by LG and sold by Sears with their Kenmore name on it, I contacted LG. Meanwhile I had gone to KMart, where they sell Sears products, and tested all the Kenmore refrigerator doors. This model is the only one the freezer door popped open on when closing the cold section! The person, who answered my email detailing the problem, put me in touch with a Sears CEO who sent Sears Blue Ribbon Team out to look at the fridge.The technician at that time stated there was no fix for it unless LG made a stronger magnet for the freezer door, which they didnt. And though he declared, when he spoke with Sears advocate on the phone, that the fridge was working as it should, he would also recommend 100% customer satisfaction if it were up to him. When I finally got a call back from the Sears CEO, she claimed she could not exchange the fridge because the technician stated the fridge is working as it should.So I am stuck with a fridge that has manufacturer defects that the manufacturer and the seller are both aware of! Even I can look at the refrigerator and see that the space between the bottom of the freezer door and the top of the cold section door is larger on the left side than the right side. Whether this has anything to do with the problem, I have no clue. But I doubt it. I’m just saying I can see it. I have copies of all email communication between myself and LG, and myself and Sears for what its worth.

I am very happy with my Kenmore refrigerator. It is spacious, it keeps things as cold as I like them, and the freezer is large enough so that when I shop for a week or two of frozen items, I have plenty of room for them even though I also have freezer jams, and other extras that I keep frozen on hand. I have never had any trouble with this refrigerator and I have had it for several years.

Great refrigerator. Fits nicely and perfectly in the same space available in my pretty small kitchen without being in the way of other appliances and still opens perfectly. The only complaint is that sometimes the top shelf in the refrigerator part gets a little too cold causing things placed there to freeze and it only happens sometimes, so unsure if adjusting the temperature is the fix. The size is just right. It is not bulky and doesnt take up unnecessary space in my small kitchen mainly for looks, like other brands I have seen. It fits the minimal amount of groceries I actually do store and is perfect for my takeout leftovers and beverages. I suppose if I wasnt single and had a need for a family fridge, it might not be the best fit since there really isnt too much extra storage space/shelving/drawers. The appearance is nothing special... just plain off-white regular looking refrigerator. I think there is nothing fancy about it. I think if the color was a little crisper white I would like it better, as now it looks a slight bit yellow in color. I did not purchase this refrigerator, it came with my apartment which I rent. If I did have to buy my own refrigerator, and since it is a pricey, longtime purchase, I would probably shop around for a nicer model, with better features for the purpose of having a nice, upgraded, and useful longtime purchase.

Kenmore is my favorite brand. The design is spectacular and the appearance is unique. In addition, it has a perfect size. My food and drinks are well located for its size. It has different types of freezers and a great variety to choose from. I recommend it to my friends and my family. I love Kenmore.

I love my refrigerator because its modern and very easy to use. I would recommend this to family and friends, goes with any color paint of the house. My refrigerator is about a medium size with nice width and height, can fit nicely into the area where the refrigerator goes. My refrigerator is a newer model and it all stainless steel, with black handles. Its wide and its tall, nice and heavy. Well because the refrigerator is modern, the value of it is very nice. Its stainless steel and stainless steel is in nowadays so the value is very awesome.

The refrigerator has a good quality and very good cooling. Also it is so wide so you can buy very big amount of food, vegetables, fruit and youll see how much it is saving the power. Its instrument cluster 21 and is composed of several layers and the funds so that the distribution of the vegetables and fruit and serves a very good and the refrigerator can be stored some articles there for a long period. It enjoys the appearance of Very Nice. It is available multiple colors. Also, it is Suitable for all types and colors of the Foundation in the kitchen as well as appropriate in form and measurement of small containerized kitchen. In terms of price, I enjoys this type of refrigerators at a reasonable price commensurate with its efficiency and quality and its ability cooling and its size and shape and capacity. The price is very reasonable.

The quality of the fridge leaves much to be desired. I admit that I didnt do my research because I was in a rush and just trusted the name. I wasnt aware that LG was the manufacturer of the Kenmore Elite or I would have know to avoid it. The fridge looks great on the outside and at first glance on the inside, however when you open and close the draws they feel as they are about to break. My fridge is 2.5 years old and water was leaking from the bottom. I figured its the copper hose that feeds the unit but discovered the unit itself was leaking. Upon inspection of the internal hoses I can see cracking in multiple areas of the white hose that feeds the water to the ice maker as well as the hose that feeds the water dispenser. My fridge is doing its job at keeping frozen as well as fresh food fresh bit I paid for more features that just dont work. Save your money and avoid this fridge!!

I had a Kenmore refrigerator many years ago that outlasted itself by many years. My family and I loved it. When it came time to be replaced, there were no models at that time that would fit in the assigned space since I had my kitchen remodeled.

I bought on sale with a good deal and it was pretty cheap when I was on a very small budget and didnt realize the freezer was so little till one day I went to buy a lot of frozen foods and then didnt really have much room to put it. I just hope they make the freezers more bigger and I get a good upgrade soon. But the fridge side is so roomy and I like the built in ice maker and water.

It worked fine. I had it for 12 years. I donated it to my church, when I bought a bigger model. It was easy to clean and worked fine. Only 1 time I had to have the machine fixed and it was a nominal fee. Would buy it again. It was a circuit board that burnt out. I had it fixed and, it worked fine till I decided to get a larger unit. It was almond in color with a bottom drawer freezer which was very roomy. I purchased it new when I moved into my house and it matched the other appliances. I paid 900.00 and I Feel it was a good value. It had a built in filter for the automatic ice maker And glass shelves and plastic shelves which came out and were cleanable with soap and water.

These models are somewhat overly priced and cost a bit too much. Also, its a rather big machine. It is slightly bigger than I expected it to be but it is very good and I can handle the size of it for the performance it gives. I love the chrome finish and the silver color to this model. The buttons for the ice cube and water trays are also amazing and have a wonderful color and design. This fridge does so many amazing things and the ice and water part of the door panel is wonderful. It performs very well and I truly enjoy this machine.

Its a nice basic looking fridge/freezer combination. I dont like a big fancy fridge and I dont need a fancy ice maker and filtered water spout. I can make my own ice cubes. Im a basic person. I like the color white because it is easy to tell when it gets dirty and needs a good wipe down. I love how it has enough space on the door shelves to fit milk and juice etc. The fresh drawers are plenty big to fit a head of lettuce and other produce too and the freezer is the perfect size for what I need to store. Also, always keeps food the right temperature and the price was perfect for people or families on a budget.

It was very interesting and it caught my eye and it was a very affordable price to pay and I thought it was perfect for my household. It has different colors, has spill trays and fits almost anywhere. Theres also mini fridges and ice and water dispenser. It’s tall, stainless-steel, had a lot of space and a perfect fit. It helps with easy tasks and its very easy to clean which is the most amazing thing that I likes from it. But a thing I would change would probably be a bigger freezer perhaps.

There was plenty of space in the refrigerator and freezer compartments. It kept everything cool and has adjustable settings. I love the side by side design. It fit everything pretty nicely. Had to stack in the freezer. There were just the right amount of drawers and shelves in this model. They are adjustable. I love the stainless steel. It is very easy to clean. It wipes down easily. It fit very nicely in the space provided for the fridge in our kitchen. It was a very affordable appliance. It seems that this item will last us a very good while. We absolutely love the Kenmore refrigerator. I would recommend this purchase to anyone.

I have no trouble out of it and it works like new and I have had it over 5 years now and I will recommend to anyone. I am very happy with it and I would get another one. I dont know the size but its side by side and has a built in ice maker and fruit saver and lunch meat storage and its big. Its white and has two storage container and it takes up most of my kitchen space but I have a lot of storage and it holds a lot of food. It cost a lot but it was worth it. I pay a lot but I know it will last and I wont have to buy another one for a long time to come and I like it and I had a choice of plenty.

It was a refrigerator in my first house. It was a freezer on top of a refrigerator with an ice maker. Wasnt anything top of the line. Just my first refrigerator. It was beige in color and had a decent capacity. I lived in that house for 15 years and never replaced that refrigerator. Not had it serviced by a repairman.

I loved the alarm on the door. It was very helpful with my special needs daughter who only partially shut the door. Plus I loved having the filter for water and ice. I loved that it wasnt too large. For me the size was perfect. I needed that space as my daughter and husband ate a lot. Previous refrigerators were too small for me. I purchased this one specifically for its size. I was going for a stainless steel look in all my appliances and I started with this refrigerator. I love the Kenmore brand. All of my appliances will be Kenmore stainless steel. The amount I paid for this refrigerator was a little extra and that was only because I had purchased it through a rental place. Had I purchased it through Sears and my credit were better at the time, I would have paid less for it.

I chose this Kenmore refrigerator when my 4 year old LG refrigerator was unrepairable due to a $40 part and the Sears warranty paid me out to get a new refrigerator. This refrigerator has met my expectations. I like the bright LED lights. They make everything easy to see and it really brighten up the whole refrigerator. The air filter is really good at keeping food smells out and keeping it smelling fresh. The French doors are great that you can open the two doors and you can see everything. The large bottom freezer is nice with two drawers on the top which is great at keeping things organized. The deli drawer is great as well that you can see what deli meats and cheese you have. However, I dislike where the water filter is placed. It takes up room on the top shelf, it would be better if it was placed in another spot. The shelves that slide in to make room for taller items are really useless. When you slide the one shelf in you are unable to get to the back of 2 shelfs without removing the tall items. The ice maker because it is in the door is small and the ice gets stuck and you have to break it up so you can get it out of the door.

A good refrigerator. Performs well. Only problem with it is the unique feature of reversing the doors to different sides. Which after doing so the door wont seal shut when you close it. Minor thing that and to take it through a normal size door, to change rooms. You have to take off the whole door. Other than that you make a good product. I would like someday to try one of your fridges with automatic ice maker.

Just a couple years ago we bought a Kenmore Elite side-by-side refrigerator/freezer and it worked great for about a year and last year we had to spend over $700 to have a part replaced and now we had to spend $95 to have someone come look at it because it quit working again and they said now it is leaking coolant. Had I known we were going to have to put so much money we would’ve just bought another brand and saved our self the hassle of continually having someone at our house to check our refrigerator. The expenses that we’ve paid to have things fixed don’t even include the amount of money that we’ve thrown away due to lost food when it quit working both times.

It work very good. It has good service, and it preform well. I think its one of the best refrigerators on the market. I always will buy a Kenmore refrigerator. I have friends who can say the same thing about Kenmore refrigerators. They provide good service. If anything go wrong you can call customer service and they will fix any problem you might have.

The side by side feature allows me to shop less and store more. I love the shelves easy cleaning system. Everything is organized and easy to find for my children to grab snacks. I bought large cake and it was so easy to store with just a switch of a shelf. Storing items for large parties is very helpful as well with dinner trays and vegetables platters. Its so easy to clean with sleepwalking husbands and messy kids. Just buy some a stainless steel cleaner and wipe it down. Its sleek style looks modern to keep my kitchen looking updated. I purchased it from an outlet store because side panel was damaged from delivery. I got it for a cheaper price than a regular one. I liked the price and the damage wasnt visible and grand total was $999.

Our refrigerator is 6 years old and the board is gone. Very disappointing. The ice maker sprays ice all over the floor after the glass is removed from the opening. You cannot remove the ice bin from the freezer unless the french door is open. One and done. 6 years really! I know appliances no longer last a lifetime but 6 years. Do not buy this appliance.

We bought this Kenmore Elite refrigerator (74093) made by LG in May 2016. In September 2017 it quit working. We have a home warranty through AHS. Their technicians have made 6 trips to our home and replaced 4 parts in the unit. It still does not work. Sears service is scheduled to come out Nov. 3, a month after we made the request. We have had to throw out $300 worth of food and still dont have a working refrigerator. The latest technician says these LG french door refrigerators have a high failure rate and he does not recommend buying one. We need either (1) to have this unit repaired permanently or (2) to have the unit replaced with a new one that does not have the same problem rate. Somebody please help!

Weve always had either Kenmore or Maytag refrigerators. Theyve always held up real well and we havent had any issues. In fact, our last one is very old but after we moved, we gave it to my sister because she needed a new one, and it works just as well as it did the day we bought it.

We have had this side by side refrigerator 4 years. In that time we have had a service person out twice because the ice maker wasnt working. Now we had them out again because the freezer wasnt keeping the foods frozen. This time the compressor is faulty. Apparently the extended warranty only lasted 3 years so it is going to cost from $700-$1000 to repair. I find it unacceptable that a refrigerator would only last 4 years. Last time I buy anything Kenmore. We bought this through Sears and they were of no help either.

My experience was very satisfactory. We priced around at many stores, including Best Buy, Silver City, Appliance City, etc. The price of this refrigerator was better than the other stores. The refrigerator was almond color and matched well with my kitchen. It was of ample size and was easy to place large items like pizzas, turkeys, etc. It also kept the foods at proper temps and lasted many years without needing repair. I would most likely purchase stainless steel and Kenmore in the future. I would like this for all of my appliances.

It seemed like it lasted forever. We left it in the house we moved from and it was still working fine. The settings inside were great and it kept everything just as we wanted it cold wise. It could have been a little larger. We had a hard time grocery shopping for the month because we could not fit everything into our freezer. The shelves inside the fridge door were somewhat small as well. It looked great and was the perfect match to all of our other appliances. We liked the way it looked inside and out. I would highly recommend this to anyone who doesnt need a huge fridge or needs a fridge for a small place in their home. It didnt cost a ton and it was easy to get repaired as well. The fridge lasted for years and I have no complaints about the way it worked either so the value was great for the size and functionality of the fridge.

Its was good and performance is good. It was very spacious and have easy to clean. Easy to maintenance. Difficult to clean the rack. Freezer and icebox was too good for celebrating parties and function at home. The size was huge. More spacious and elaborate but some huge box has not fit in this type of fridge and the colour was white. It is very difficulty to maintain. The stain was permanently fixed in the fridge. Appearance was good but Im not satisfied in that. It was huge and big rectangular box with two door. It is not stylish for the home or apartment. I like metallic colour fridge. Its looking good. The value was not satisfied because its not looking good. The rating and price was not good. It was too high when compared to other fridge, difficulties to handle and clean the fridge..

Kenmore Elite (cough!) model 795.72182312 2 drawer freezer - We bought this refrigerator in early November 2013, and we took delivery in December. First, water and ice formed on top of freezer drawers. Sears said its because I wasnt opening freezer enough, but it was water leaking from dispenser. Repairman said motor was frozen and that wasnt covered in warranty. Jan 2015, same thing with fridge. Water leaking down front on floor and freezer drawers. Paid $2400 for what? Now another repair call, and limited relief from lawsuit! Sears sucks! I bought my last appliance from them.

We had a Kenmore refrigerator when our kids were young in the 80 and 90. We also had other Wards products. The Kenmore refrigerator lasted almost 20 years. It was reliable, low maintenance and served its purpose very efficiently. We had a maintenance contract on the refrigerator but never had to use it as I remember. This refrigerator lasted a long time. When it stopped working after many years, we simply had it removed from the house and bought a new one. I knew that the Kenmore was not fixable due to its age and lack of parts to fix it. The Kenmore brand was durable particularly if you have kids going in and out of the fridge daily. Kenmore was a solid American-made fridge (I hope) that only stopped once (when I had to buy a new one).

We need a new refrigerator and I am not sure yet if it will be a Kenmore. It did seem to stop functioning in some areas too soon. The ice maker stopped working and the refrigerator now leaks.

It looks great, regulates template properly, easy to clean. There is not a lot of frost build up so the freezer holds food great. I have had mine for 6 years and would recommend it to anyone. Easy to move if needed.

It lasts very long and is dependable. We have never had any major issues with it and it is a great warranty that gives you peace of mind if it should ever break down that it will be fully covered no matter what. It can fit everything that we put in it large or small without any problems. As most people know they are fairly large refrigerators that can take anything that you throw at it no matter what. It is a very modern looking fridge that should fit in well with any decor and it is very sleek and updated with the latest colors and technology. The price was great and I never have to worry about it breaking down because they seem to hold up to pretty much anything that may be done to it no matter what it is that may happen to it.

It was always keeping the right temperature and easy to clean. I also liked the different drawers for veggies and fruit and also the lunch meat. It seemed to be just what I needed. It held my condiments, dairy, vegetables, and fruit and was just the right size for my families groceries. The freezer was also just what I needed as far as space-wise. It was actually a simple model. It had the wire racks and the plastic drawers. The outside was generally plain which kept decorating fairly easy. I feel that I got my moneys worth for what I was looking for. The areas for certain items were perfect for my family of 4. The kids snacks were easy to get to and allowed me to keep our food organized.

We purchased all of our appliances from Sears including the side by side refrigerator with bottom freezer (Kenmore Elite - 795). Last week we started hearing a fan noise. Turns out the inside of the refrig is building ice. The tech said this is an issue with this model. They will need to replace the control board and we get to defrost the refrigerator 24 hours prior to them coming back (BS) which by the way isnt for two weeks. If you pay $3,000 for a refrig it should work properly. We are tempted to have them just come and pick it up.

The fridge has held up with its performance quite nicely. I have no complaints on this model or brand. There has been no major issues. Food has stayed cold and freezer works great. The size of the appliance is alright. It could be a little bigger but thats alright. I just cut down on the amount I buy to stock the fridge with. I do however like the layout of the fridge. It fits everything great. I absolutely love the look of the appliance. This fridge is great to look at and it goes with my decor in my kitchen well. I would have liked to see a few more different colors. It was a decent value. I would have thought it would have been a little less expensive but completely satisfied with the new fridge and style.

Ive owned many Kenmore appliances and have found them to be economic and reliable, the price was good for the size and features on this particular fridge; looks, reputation, ice maker and water dispenser in the door, room inside and lighting. A lovely, roomy efficient refrigerator. Clean lines, ran very quiet and consistent. Just a great addition to my home and kitchen. I also liked the store, delivery service as well as the warranty. But, I had it looked at for a couple of issues. The ice maker and dispenser seemed to be just part of that refrigerators MO. I loved it regardless as it was so lovely. The water filters were pretty costly however. The ice maker would freeze up and not dispense ice. I had to turn it off, open freezer door and wait for ice maker to thaw.

We have a large family so splurged and spent worth of $3,000 for a new Kenmore Elite Refrigerator (model 795.72092.310). It was the largest fridge offered by Kenmore at the time. The interior is made entirely of plastic and has been cracking and breaking since almost new. I just spent over $100 for new door shelves - after patching and repairing the old ones for a year. The bottom shelf is cracked in half and the crisper drawers will no longer close without a fight. The sliding shelf in the freezer pops off the track all of the time - just enough to hold the door open but not enough to trip the DOOR OPEN alarm. We regularly get up in the AM to a melted freezer of food that has set just slightly open all night. I am looking for the original receipt but the fridge was purchased on my Sears credit card so purchase date should not be in dispute.

This refrigerator has been an excellent purchase. Lives up to expectations of quality and value for the price. Would recommend to family and friends and would also purchase again. What more could you want?

My refrigerators performance is amazing. It runs smoothly every time and there has been no problems with it. It can contain a lot of food and always stays cold just like its supposed to. It is the perfect size for me and the size of my kitchen. I love the appearance of my fridge because it is stainless steel and easy to clean. The fridge to me is very valuable because the stainless steel makes it valuable and this type of fridge is very common these days and is in high demand for.

Kenmore Elite model 795-77573600 - Spent good money on top of the line (so we thought) refrigerator from Sears. Bought it in 2006 and in 2010 experience the same problem many people had with the light staying on and melting food, etc... Was very hot inside. Went through hoops to get Sears to pay for it after intensive research on internet let me know this was not a rare problem! But at first they wanted me to pay for it all... Okay, then in 2013 found out it was leaky on our hardwood floor. Similar to another complaint I saw, the lines leading up to ice maker were absolute brittle and cracked... We saved repair costs and handled the repairs ourselves. Fast forward to present time, April 2014... More leaks.. Can see drips underneath refrigerator, has warped our hardwood floor & its 10pm fri night... Not optimistic on getting answers this weekend.... Very upset and will never buy from Sears/Kenmore again....

Let me start by stating what is good about this refrigerator. It has not killed anyone. Here is the not so good: 1. Year one face of deli draw pull off. We are average family of four. Not abusive in any way and the fronts of the drawers began to fall off. I installed stainless screws and nuts to hold them on after year one. 2. On year three the water line burst. Did not find this until I found a puddle of water in the basement. Ruined the new flooring, thankfully it is not noticeable unlesss you pull the fridge out. 3. Also year three it began freezing off and on in the refrigerator. 4. Next the water line began to freeze up, now not making ice. The temperature setting is on 45F. 5. Now the stop on the fridge door broke. The door now slams into my hand made kitchen cabinets if youre not careful.6. Today the bottom door shelf cracked and fell off from the freezer.A man can only take so much, off to buy a new freezer before the water line breaks again.

I got this refrigerator as a present, it replaced my old general electric refrigerator. I love my Kenmore. My electric bill had gone down and I have not had any problems with it. I would highly recommend this brand to anyone that needs to replace theirs. I do not have any problems fitting all of my groceries in it. Before I had a smaller refrigerator and was always having to let my daughter keep some of my groceries in her refrigerator for me. It is stainless steel and it matches all of the other appliances I have in my kitchen. I do have a problem keeping the stainless steel shiny. Someone once told me to spray wd40 on it and it would really shine. This refrigerator is very valuable to me. I do not know how much it cost because it was a gift to me. But I really love it and would pay whatever was needed if I needed to replace it.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite side by side refrigerator in December 2007 for over $1100 as well as other Kenmore appliances based on reputation and reliability reports. Just yesterday--about 3 1/2 years later--the temperature control went out. The technician said the main control board had gone out and required replacement: total parts & labor comes to $450, just less than half of the original cost. The refrigerator is no longer under warranty but it seems to me that a company such as Sears that claims to back up their products (e.g., Kenmore) would at least admit that this is a little unusual for a high end product. I complained that this is unacceptable to have such a major problem so soon. I requested that they adjust the cost of repair downward to something more reasonable but I got the normal scripted response that since it is not under warranty theres nothing they can do. At this point I will have to assume that if I ever purchase another Kenmore product (which I wont) then I will have to factor in the additional cost of an extended warranty at hundreds of dollars above and beyond the selling price of the product.

Our Kenmore side by side fridge is excellent. Plenty of room and the lighting in it is superb! I can see what I need too and everything is laid out very nicely inside. Makes plenty of ice, easy to clean and very easy to change the water filter inside. We probably looked at 10 different refrigerators and as soon as we saw this one, we knew we had to have it.

Very flexible and very appropriate, useful refrigerator which is able to store all my stuff very well and controls the temperature perfectly and preserves the food, vegetable and fruits in a perfect condition.

Kept the food at the right temperature and make it easy to place food item in the right places. The ice maker was the reason I purchased the refrigerators. The refrigerators size was large enough to for the space that it was in. Large that accommodated all the item I need weekly. The refrigerators appearance was clean and chrome so it was easy to keep it clean on the outside. The price was what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay for and could pay off in less the two years. Would buy the same item again.

I purchased model 75523 bottom freezer Kenmore refrigerator on 11/26/2004. It has been serviced three times not including the recent service, which concluded the compressor was blown. Now what? Does Sears have any program set up for such failures of their appliances? I cant afford to replace this 7 year old fridge, what alternatives are available to consumers? Please let me no the next action in order to amend this problem. Thank You.

It was pretty on the outside. I especially liked having the ice and water feature on the outside of the fridge. It fit pretty perfectly in the space I needed it to and there was adequate freezer and fridge space that I could fit all of the necessary food. Also, it was very easy and convenient to use. I bought it for my first place when I was 22 and it lasted me about 5 years until I left and moved on. It was a good price for what I received. It worked well and I did not have any problems in the 5 years that I owned the product. I would definitely buy this product in the future for my next home.

It still works great. Wonderful fridge. Just want to update. I have had a lot of use for mine and Im putting it in my basement in the rec room. Its a great size fridge. Has plenty of room in it. Holds a lot. And it will be great size for our rec room for all the snacks and drinks. Its still in great shape and looks like new. Its been very well taken care of. Had people wanting to buy it from me after I get a new one. But Im not selling it. Its worth every penny spent on it. Great freezer and fridge. Looks great. Stays very cold and I love Kenmore products. Ill continue to buy Kenmore.
