Amazing! Multiple customization option, made with stainless steel to insulate amazingly. Not to mention the fact that it is extremely stylish. Amazing size, fits into my kitchen with room to spare. For such a small fridge it holds so much! It has dedicated sections for fruits, etc. It looks like it is straight out of the future. With its sleek design and multi-door design. A little bit over priced, but if you have the extra money go for it! It has everything you need and would want from a fridge. It also goes on sale sometimes.

No issues or service calls. I have just realized that it has performed for 15 years. It is frost free and has traveled from Georgia to Alabama and continue to work well. This refrigerator has a 20 cubic foot capacity, with adjustable shelves for taller or shorter containers, two vegetable bins, a dehydrator with adjustable temperature levels, an ice maker and plenty of room in the freezer compartment. The appearance is a non smooth finish that does not receive fingerprints and two separate compartments, one for the freezer and one for the regular stuff. It looks great and works great. The value of this refrigerator has been superior to the quality of products on the market now. I know of people who have replaced refrigerators and have had them less time than I have had mine.

I had a Kenmore refrigerator for over 25 years. It was the best one I have ever owned. Any Kenmore appliance will last for years. It is the best you will ever own if you purchase one. I never had to replace any parts or have any repairs done to it. It just kept working and working. It was big enough to hold anything I ever needed it to hold. Kenmore refrigerators may cost a bit more than other brands, but it is well worth the extra money because it will last what seems like an eternity.

After having all Kenmore kitchen appliances that lasted over 15 years, I decided to go with Kenmore for everything again. Turns out the quality is no longer the same. Appliances are less than 3 years old and today the refrigerator and freezer both stopped working. Its a counter depth, Kenmore Pro series, freezer on the bottom. After doing some research today, I found out that its made by LG. The cost of the refrigerator with the additional warranty was about $3,300. So, I call Sears today to schedule a tech to come out and see whats wrong with it. They tell me the soonest emergency service they can schedule is October 19th... 11 days from now!! Thats insane! No wonder this company is getting ready to close. I will never purchase Kenmore appliances again!Updated on 10/15/2018: After doing some research today, it looks like theres a potential class-action lawsuit against Kenmore and LG for these faulty, short-lived compressors. Apparently, this lawsuit also covers the LG compressors hidden behind the Kenmore façade. Heres a link with information about the potential lawsuit: **. Hope everyone with this problem follows through with this, especially after Sears filed chapter 11 bankruptcy today. This means the extended warranties purchased by consumers will be decided in court as far as whether or not Sears will have to honor them.Also, heres some good info if you run into a problem and need to contact Sears... Inside my refrigerator owners manual, it mentions that warranty repairs are eligible for rental reimbursement. When I asked Sears about that... they then decided to tell me that they would send me a check for $115 which would cover part of the cost to buy a small refrigerator to use til mine is repaired. I purchased a small, 3.3 CF fridge (not a Kenmore though!) for just over this price. Also, as mentioned in the owners manual, you can fill out a form to get $250 back from Sears for spoiled food caused by the refrigerator not working. It states that you can claim this $250 one time per year. Again, until I brought this up to Sears, they werent going to mention it. Hope this info helps other frustrated customers! In the meantime, Im still waiting for the tech to come out to diagnose what happened to mine. Seems like it was another compressor failure. I should know more on Friday... after 11 days without my refrigerator.

Its been less than a year that we got our refrigerator and it is already not working. We have had many technicians come and look at it and I mean look. They dont touch it and all they say is, We will be back in three weeks!! HELLO I NEED A WORKING Fridge not just a thing that warms up my food. Ive spent over 300 on groceries and all have gone to the trash because of the fridge not working. I have a big family and I cant even buy food for the week. This is beyond ridiculous. KENMORE please dont be selling bad refrigerators or at least help me with the one I have.

This fridge was a great item to have in your kitchen and safe to place your food in and store grocery. Great product to buy in from Sears which they seek great Kenmore items. It did fit into the kitchen area very well and worked very well and long lasting of what need to do. The color of the fridge was black and shiny. Pleasing to the eyes that you could show to your family or friends and when you have gatherings at home and you can take your leftovers and place them into the fridge. The perceived value is well worth having in your home and to share with your family to keep food cold and from spoilage of food. The value will allow you to be able to resell or trade in for new.

I have the Kenmore Elite French door model. It has more room in it than I have ever had in a refrigerator. You can see everything without having to move stuff around. Temperature controls are digital and show up on the top door frame. It will alarm if the doors are left open or if the temperature begins to rise. Great refrigerator.

We purchased the Kenmore Elite made by LG French door refrigerator in 2008 and have had nothing but trouble out of it. Sears fixed an energy setting a few months after we purchased as a recall and ever since that its not a refrigerator its a freezerator! It freezes everything that is in the bottom drawers and left bottom. Great for keeping meat but it freezes everything. We have had more foods ruin from freezing fresh foods to numerous things that dont taste well after being frozen or ruins things because its been thawed and refrozen. Just when we think its working right it acts up. Also the ice machine if its not set on small the cubes wont come out. Every time the power blinks and we forget we have to wait forever for the ice to make. We have purchased all our appliances from Sears and have never had any trouble with all the other items but we will not purchase another Kenmore Refrigerator made by LG. We have called Sears numerous times and they would not stand behind their product or that it worked fine until they fixed it so not sure we will use Sears when time to replace items.

I’ve had problems with the ice maker, twice. The vegetable bins are bulky. The fridge is also very noisy, but overall it is a good machine. I think I might look around before I purchase another one of the same make.

Found refrigerator in store. Was delivered promptly and installed without issue. Great refrigerator. Had it for over 10 years before it had to be replaced. When I needed a new refrigerator I wanted another Kenmore but I had to have it immediately. Sears did not have any available in the finish and style I needed. As a result I had to purchase another brand.

I’ve had my mini refrigerator with freezer for 18 years now. And the only thing that broke on it was the thermostat switch broke. This refrigerator was and to me still the best interiorly designed mini fridge and freezer ever made. It’s getting so old now, that’s why I’ve decided to by a second one for the 3 time in 18 years. Just to have in the basement, but they all suck in design and they really do not last long at all????! But the one in my room just keeps on fighting like a muscle car???? Kenmore please bring back the old mini interior design and quality... Please!

Wonderful. Easy to clean. Organize. Sleek, beautiful appearance. My mom, sister, brother, brother in law, mother in law all have the same model. Excellent space to put everything from meats to vegetables, dairy products, sweet stuff, you name it. Our refrigerator stays packed with everything. Very easy to find what you are looking for. I love the shiny texture of the refrigerator. I just remodeled my kitchen and have all silver appliances in there so this fridge fits in perfectly with the kitchen. I would say that if you have the money to spend on this model, that it is definitely worth what you are spending. I would not recommend any other model.

Refrigerator is very expensive. There is some value to it, but there needs to be more value in terms of discounts and losing of the percentages that make for bigger discounts. Meaning I would like 50% off instead of 25% off of the value. The appearance has a good design and color. But from the outside it looks like a rundown appliance that needs work. But when you get to use it, it works really well and has the features and benefits that any appliance should have. My food is kept cold and fresh for when I need to eat it again. I have enough capacity to put my food inside. It holds everything with enough durability that the shelves will not break. The size also is convenient for bottles and big items that need to be kept fresh.

I love my refrigerator and its really roomy and keeps things really cold and Ive never had to service. I like the styling and it also cleans easily. I have a family of 4 and have plenty of room to store everything I need to. I can also buy extra food to store. I like that I dont have to use an extra freezer to stock up. Its clean and sleek and easy to locate what I need. Its also easy to clean inside and out. The doors are easy to use even for smaller kids. I think its a great value because it holds a lot of food is easy to store food and keeps items the right temp and Ive never had to service.

It is well equipped to use and I can easily go open the refrigerator and explore my likings. It has a fast freezing freezer in which I can place my goods to freeze and then open back up to heat up and eat. The size is big enough to sort out the things you want on each level. I am tall enough to reach anything I need and come out and be satisfied with the product I picked out. I like my size of the refrigerator. All my products are gift to have on a fast paced day. The appearance is great and is fresh and clean and has an amazing build that cannot be broken down in any way. Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Model 795 79753 900 - We purchased the refrigerator in 2009 and in the past two years the vertical water line on the back of the refrigerator has developed leaks on three separate times usually pinhole leaks where the serviceman and I have seen each time. The last leak damaged our hardwood floor and sub-floor. The third time the leak developed I called Sears service center only to have them tell me they dont service in Anchorage, Alaska when in fact they do. I suspect that the reason they denied me service was because my protection agreement had expired. This seems to be a recurring problem with the Kenmore refrigerator and Sears is very frustrating to deal with along with the so called elite product line!

I purchased a black Kenmore refrigerator (model #795.75319.900) in 4/2010. I had to call for a service repair on 5/20/2010, because frost had built up in the freezer and the food in the refrigerator was not getting cold and the water dispenser would continue to flow after the cup was removed from the door. A repair person came out and fixed the problem, stated ice had built up in the panel behind the freezer so cold air was not flowing into the refrigerator area. I forget what he said the problem with the dispenser was due to. After about a few months, my husband and I noticed the problem again, such as frost building up in the freezer and water dispenser still not working properly. Within a year, Sears replaced our fridge with a new one. After about 3-6 months same problems, the dispenser never worked properly, we just keep it locked now. I defrosted the fridge and it worked okay for a little while, but the same problem keeps happening. The fridge isn’t even 2 years old. We are tired of losing food and defrosting this thing every few months. We are talking of buying a new fridge but these things are supposed to last at least 12 years, we are not even close to that. I talked to service dept. The lady was pleasant at first, then when I asked if they (Kenmore) would help with the purchase of a new fridge, her tone changed and she asked me in an accusatory voice Why didn’t you call when you were having problems with the second refrigerator?! Of course, that upset me a little, I have several of this companys products and would probably buy more, but not if they are not going to stand by their products and customer service upsets the clients calling for assistance. I explained to her how I was trying to fix the problem by defrosting and not paying for service calls every six months, which if it is a quality product, I wouldnt have to do anyway. The water dispenser has never worked properly. It is nothing my family or I could have done to make this refrigerator malfunction, it is a manufacturing defect or possible just a lemon of a fridge. However, I should not have to pay $1,000-1,500 for a new one when this one is still practically new. It’s just not operating like a new. Why should I have to pay for a service call and repair when this like new fridge malfunctions? Sears should pay for the repair.

Very stable. Have not had issues with the motor breaking. The vegetable trays at the bottom are very stable. No issues with the freezer. I eat out a lot, so I dont need a lot of space. That being said, the door is laid out well to hold 2 liter bottles and milk cartons. Im not a flashy guy, so this refrigerator is for me. Plain Jane, with nothing drawing it attention. I didnt want one that was too flashy. Good value for the price. The refrigerator does its job keeping my food from spoiling. I dont need a dandy appliance for that. It has plenty of room for my needs.

Runs well and you do not have to worry about poor performance and gives you the best results as long as you take care of it. I have had this type for a while and will always be happy it. Big sized and does not disappoint in comparison to other fridges and Im very happy with it. Ive had many different ones in the past but this is the best. Very sleek design very modern and cultured as it comes to the 21st century look. I am very happy with the manufacturer and will continue to use this product.

Kenmore French Door Bottom Freezer Model 253.7031 Purchased 12/12. Warranty up 12/15. Bought Home warranty this month 8/16. This has been a very poor appliance. Had it just a few months and ice maker quit. Tech came out and did a workaround to get it to run. Has always been noisy and didnt cool as it should. Warranty on fridge up six months ago. Called due to a leaking problem. Sears sold me home warranty. First 30 days will only pay out $500.00. Tech came out and said that it was structural and could not be fixed. No insulation in the back. No wonder it was noisy. Sears is not backing it other than $500.00. This is a sealed component and should be covered for a longer period of time. I spent close to $2000.00 for this fridge. I want the $500.00 to go somewhere else to purchase and they refuse. Why would I purchase from them again? Sears no wonder you are going under. Poor quality appliances. I called in and was transferred to four different numbers. You need to work on the customer service. I do give them credit that every person I spoke to knew this was a problem with the fridge.

It was a really good fridge with great control settings. I also liked the size and also the direction in which it opened because my kitchen is not that big and I needed a smaller fridge. I like the level of the shelving the fridge had which was wide enough and had a certain depth that I appreciated. I like the color and overall size of the fridge. It was also multi-functional which was a plus for me. I like the sale price and I also liked that it had a warranty. They also had a special for free delivery which was very appealing. However, the freezer was smaller than I liked. I also didnt like the lack of colors that it came in. I felt like it could have offered more modern color schemes. I felt like it could have been a little bigger width size too.

Need ice maker. It runs pretty good. I didnt think it would be that good but it was. It holds a lot of food indeed. Lot of room, very quiet motor, didnt use up a lot of power, really great fridge. The size is very big. Have 4 kids so I need a lot of food to stock. Very good shelf space. It didnt cost much money. It provides me some great reliability. Love it so so much. Its stainless and very sleek. My old fridge was white and stained really fast. Now this one is easy to clean, easy to store, easy to use. Its just a really great refrigerator. I like the value. Its most expensive but its very reliable. I got it very cheap and I really love their fridge raider. Thank you very much Kenmore for making a great product.

We purchased the Kenmore Elite Refrigerator, side by side. In less than five years the whole compressor was fried. It was total trash. I have never had such a bad experience with an appliance. I had my previous refrigerator for 20 years.

The Kenmore fridge worked great and a very good product. It was a compact size which was good for space. I could have gotten something else and Im glad I didnt!!! I truly was happy with what it was bought for. I wish I had a home to buy a fancy one though!!!

I have had my Kenmore refrigerator for more than 20 years. I like it and it is dependable. When we first got it, the ice bucket kept breaking in the freezer part for the ice maker. After several replacements under maintenance agreement, it has finally held up.

It has a reset capability, which comes in handy when you change the water filter. The cubes and crushed ice tend to get stuck but nothing you cant use your hand to fix. Its not the biggest especially if you have a big family, its more than perfect for smaller households. The freezer is pretty standard as well as the actual fridge part. Its sleek and stainless steel. It does dent pretty fast though, any of the slightest hits could leave a small impact. Needless to say its pretty easy to clean. I dont recall how much I purchased it for, but it must of been a great value since I purchased two of the same product.

It is cooling, very ease to use, performance good, really realistic. Happy with the cooling system, helps to keep fresh fruits and vegetables, maintains temperature in summer, powerful freezing system.

Had plenty of room in the refrigerator and there was plenty of room in the freezer. I can always find something without looking around in the top and the bottom. I had the white one. Kind of plain but it didnt take up extra room. It fit right where I needed it to go. It was a great appliance. Its about the same cost of other brands but its well worth the price and it works great and saves on electric as long as you dont keep it open.

When we purchased this refrigerator in June of 2015 as part of our kitchen remodeling project, we decided to invest a bit extra to get an appliance that was on the higher end of the product line as we wanted something formidable that would last and serve us well. After two years it would be difficult to be more disappointed with the decision to purchase this particular appliance. Though we havent had an issue with the basic cooling function of the refrigerator or freezer, the rest of the items is slowly falling apart. The ice maker began to fail within a year and now it is completely non functional. The plastic that held the spring loaded door flange has broken off so we need to manually move the flange each and every time we close the refrigerator. Also, door compartments have broken off and need to be held on with tape. This refrigerator is only two years old but parts have broken or snapped off as though it were many many years older. The overall engineering and choice of materials of this appliance is extremely poor and non durable, particularly for a higher-end model. I would strongly dissuade anybody that I cared about from making the same mistake we did in purchasing this refrigerator.

The water stops coming out every once in awhile. One time a part broke, but other than that its done what weve needed from it. The space inside is good and we like the adjustable shelving. When we make a trip back from Costco, it can a little cramped in the freezer, but each month we manage to squeeze everything in there. I like the modern stainless steel look in any refrigerator. So did my wife. The controls were easy to understand. It is good modern-looking refrigerator. We bought it at Best Buy and for the money we spent for it, it did what we wanted it to do. There were better model with more doodads but this one had everything we needed.

Its pretty spacious and good enough for my family of 4, keeps veggies and fruits fresh for long time, maintain right amount of moisture. I like the freezer part most because I use to freeze my leftover food sometimes.

This is a side by side fridge, freezer with a water and ice dispenser. I have not had any issues with this fridge, and this fridge is about 11 years old. The water filter has never been changed, and the water is great tasting. I would recommend this fridge to anyone.

It was one of the best refrigerator and it would freeze good in the freezer and run and kept thing cold. It lasted so long before it went out. It kept the food from ruining. It look good and the size was good.

I purchased this Kenmore from Costco online. It was delivered on May 24, 2021. After a couple of weeks of use I noticed the freezer was icing over and the seals to the freezer and refrigerator kept coming loose. I contacted Costco concierge service and they sent a Kenmore repairman. The Kenmore repairman noticed the seals coming loose without me saying anything and then he noticed the seam around freezer had been siliconed. The Kenmore repairman advised me to return the refrigerator and get a refund. Sears, Kenmore, or Costco wants to take responsibility for this fraud. I have never had a more frustration experience, dont buy anything from these people.

Attractive looking and have never had a problem with it. Usually buy GE products but got a good deal on this Kenmore... Happy I bought because it has performed well and it fit perfectly in my kitchen. Plenty of room for both fridge and freezer... I live alone so never have a problem with space in fridge. I think it is 20 cubic feet. It is big enough that sometimes my sister uses the extra space for her. Like the color and it fits perfectly with the rest of the kitchen. I wanted a side by side dual fridge / freezer, that looked good along with my other appliances. Very happy with the price I paid for the fridge/freezer. It was a company going out of business, so got a great deal... probably paid 30 cents on the dollar.

Good quality appliance. Helpful customer service. Would recommend Kenmore to anyone. We have not had any problem with our refrigerator. Energy efficient and quiet. Its a big enough refrigerator to fit all of our basic needs. We do have another refrigerator that we put extra items in but only need to use it when we have an excess of items for a party or something. It fits very well into our kitchen decor. It is nice looking and practical. Easily accessible. Easy for kids to open and get what they need. Very organized set up. It is not cheaply made and customer service is easy to get a hold of if you need anything.

I love my Kenmore refrigerator. It has so much room and can have so much food in there. The controls are easy to control and the freezer does not give my food freezer burn. The shelves were easy to take out and made it very easy to clean, inside and out.

I liked the fact that the Kenmore Refrigerator had rollout trays and that the bins were clear. I also liked the shelves on this model. The light inside was nice. It was more clear and brighter than the other models. However, one of the things that I didnt like was that the doors are hard to keep open. Nevertheless, I chose the Kenmore Refrigerator due to the overall appearance of the brand versus the other brands and the price was enticing as well. I also liked the fact that it was the color that I wanted, stainless steel.

Very roomy. All the food fits in it. Lots of storage space. Is really a nice refrigerator. Very happy with your refrigerator. I am very glad I picked this refrigerator to own. I am very happy with the size. It is a lot bigger than what it actually seems like it is. I have no problems with storing all my groceries in it and I believe it was a great choice for me to pick this refrigerator. I think its pretty good looking. Its not a top-of-the-line model but it doesnt cost anywhere near as much as the top-of-the-line model. Overall I am very satisfied. Satisfied with its appearance and his performance. Overall I think for the money I spent on this refrigerator I got a pretty good deal after shopping around and comparing it to some of the other models and the other name brands.

We purchased a Kenmore Elite 30CF bottom freezer refrigerator in October 2014. We thought we were buying top of the line for many years of peace of mind. By March that refrigerator had so many problems and 6 repairs. Kenmore agreed to send a replacement in April 2015. It is now September 2015 and the second replacement refrigerator has had 4 repairs. Kenmore will not even offer an extended warranty to stand behind their product and my $3,000. Yesterday the refrigerator was repaired again. Well see how long it lasts. All Kenmore says is that the replacement in April comes with a new 1-year warranty and to contact Sears to purchase an extended warranty. Like I want to invest more money into this piece of crap? Ill start saving that money towards its replacement which will likely be in a few short years, if that. This purchase has been such a nightmare. I do not plan on buying from Sears or Kenmore ever again in the future.

This refrigerator is so amazing. I like the different compartments it has for store and the freezer has so much space. Im very very happy with it. I like how it has a filter for the water and how it has ice also. We just got this refrigerator and Im satisfied with all the space it has. My whole family loves this new fridge.

Bought a bottom freezer French door fridge from Sears in February. Noticed that it seemed to run almost constantly, and the compressor hums and buzzes so loudly that it is audible in almost every room in the house. Since the unit is under warranty I called the Sears service center. They have our information on file. The first technician I spoke with tried to tell me that the noise is coming from the ice maker. When I didnt agree, she said to lower the temperature in both the fridge and freezer and wait 24 hours. I did that, but the noise persists. I called again.The second technician explained that the noise is likely coming from the water filter because my water pressure is too high. I disagreed, and she suggested I unplug the fridge for two minutes to reset the system, then wait 24 hours for the unit to stabilize. I did that, and the noise persists along with the compressor running almost constantly. Im now told that this sort of noise is normal in todays modern refrigerators and there is no need schedule a service call. Im about at the end of my rope. It may be time to send this sucker back to Sears and get my money back. Avoid Sears at all costs. No wonder theyre failing.

Good product and currently own as it keeps our food in great shape and ready to be cooked or some to be immediately served. Why would anyone not want such a good working machine? Keeps the temperature at just the right setting at all times. Does not get too cold on the freezer side and never frost bites any of our food.

We bought this fridge new at a scratch and dent appliance center. It was delivered on September 23 and by January 7 it stopped working efficiently after 115 days. The service tech says it is a bad/leaking evaporator, so we are awaiting news of what will happen next. A Major inconvenience to say the least. We have gone to the dealer once already today and will need to return to negotiate what happens next. The warranty was only for 90 days, so hopefully we can work something out.

Purchased Kenmore Pro Elite and did not work on delivery with door sensor and icemaker then would not work. That was fixed. Then compressor broke and 2 months waiting for Sears repairman and parts... They replaced it which was under warranty but 330 in labor. I paid and failed in 2 days. Now another month wait. I called and called. They hung up and never sent reimbursement. I had to buy a new refrigerator after 3 months without a refrigerator.

Bought it and have not had any problems with it. Runs good and keeps things frozen. Have not had a problem with it frosting up. Dont think we have ever defrosted it. Would recommend to others. For the size it works great. We use the freezer for extra food. We are a family of five and it suits us perfectly. It is great to have space to keep extra food. It has a sleek design. It is just the right height and width. Not too big and not too small. Perfect for our families needs and looks good too. The price was just right. Needed a freezer to store extra food. Didnt need anything fancy. It gets the job done without breaking the bank. Would definitely purchase again.

I purchased fridge along with the extended warranty. I started having problems with the ice maker almost immediately. Sears came out 5 times and cannot fix the problem. When I said I wanted a new fridge (as promised per the warranty after 3 tries) the repairman said aint gonna happen, its only an ice maker. One of the repairmen said this is a common problem with this model. So why are they still selling it?! Ive been a loyal Sears customer over 40 years, but no more. Im going somewhere else for other appliances and everything else I need.

Kenmore is a great brand. We have had our Kenmore refrigerator for over 10 years and it is still going strong. Never has had an issue with it. Keeps everything cold like it should... Will be buying another Kenmore when its time to replace the one we own now...

Its a good basic refrigerator. Nothing too fancy but good enough to deal with our everyday life. Not good if you have a large family or entertain a lot, as you will run out of room very fast. Its good enough for a family of 4. If you entertain a lot or have people who looove food, get a bigger fridge. Otherwise, this is good enough. Its plain so it wont stand out too much if you live in a crappy place. Can decorate it with magnets or drawings etc. Easy to clean the outside too. It was a good price I suppose. The fancier you go, the more broke you will be.

I never had any kind of problems with my Kenmore fridge. It was well designed. The layout was well organized. When I bought my fridge the big thing was a top freezer and mine was huge with plenty of shelves. I would buy another Kenmore if I were to need another fridge.

It runs quietly and holds a lot of food. I love not having to bend over just to grab something out of the refrigerator. It holds all we need for two people and we have a lot of leftovers. We like how much can go into the door shelves including both large and small bottles. The Kenmore refrigerator looks clean and sharp. It has kept its appearance and looks just as good as the day it was put in. We have it in a recessed area and it blends in nicely. It has lasted a long time and no problems and that makes it have a lot of value in my mind. I would definitely recommend it.

It keeps the food cold but its my first side by side refrigerator and I would never buy a side by side refrigerator again. I do not like side by side. It is small but its just me in the house so the size is ok. The freezer side is too narrow so larger items like turkeys dont fit in the freezer. I perceive the value to be valuable enough. I dont remember what I paid for it but I dont recall it being pricey.

Great product that you can trust. Never had to replace anything on it and still works like the day we got it. Have had the refrigerator for at least ten years and still goes strong. A little worn from the years but works great.

These models are somewhat overly priced and cost a bit too much. Also, its a rather big machine. It is slightly bigger than I expected it to be but it is very good and I can handle the size of it for the performance it gives. I love the chrome finish and the silver color to this model. The buttons for the ice cube and water trays are also amazing and have a wonderful color and design. This fridge does so many amazing things and the ice and water part of the door panel is wonderful. It performs very well and I truly enjoy this machine.

Has good style, does his work in the best accepted way, ever present problems when cool and keep food fresh, its energy consumption is not high, so the bill will not get very costly. You could say that is rather heavy, its design is spectacular, but mobilize around the house is usually relatively simple, but it takes two people. As mentioned above, is finished at the edges and around the front of the fridge with good design, good handling, really is spectacular, personally chose between several models of the same brand and there is no doubt that chose the best choice. The relationship between cost and benefit can say it was successful, not much money for purchasing the product payment, and we believe the behavior of the device has fallen short of expectations.

The refrigerator works pretty well. It had a nice temperature - not freezing, not melting. Much better than my last fridge - never seemed to work. This fridge was a challenge to get into the house but is quite small once past the doorway. I would suggest finding a nice corner for the fridge of this size. The metallic look fits in with my kitchen theme. I love the modern feel, and this refrigerator is right for me! I would suggest having a black countertops... It looked nice in my house. The cost was not ridiculously high because of the good quality, however, it could be a little bit cheaper to purchase. It was worth the money spent on it.

This is a question I dont like answering but I will say this. A Kenmore Refrigerator is just a working machine just as the other brands. At this time I cant honestly say one brand is more better than the next brand. I just need a refrigerator and what I have right now is working very well.

I purchased my Kenmore refrigerator model #596.69313010 less than a year ago. I was not happy with how noisy it is. There is very little room in the refrigerator. Last week the door starting rusting and its spreading. Poor quality. Rust isnt covered under my warranty.

We own a Kenmore Model 795.78764 and it is without a doubt the worst appliance we have ever owned. The seals on the French doors are deteriorated and the freezer on the bottom wont close properly so it fills with frost and water to the point we need to chip it out monthly. The vegetables freeze and wastes a lot of money with ruined food. Wish we could afford something else. Will never own a Sears anything ever again.

It has a good amount of space, and we havent ever with it not working. Its quiet and efficient. And all for a great price. Id recommend it if youre looking for something stylish. The door hasnt squeaked when it is opened, like the last fridge we had.

The side-by-side keeps items fresh and cool. I love the ice and water dispenser. The refrigerator size is very specific and spacious. Has drawers for almost everything and I have no problems fitting things in the refrigerator. The refrigerator appearance is very nice inside and out. Nice chrome outside and really nice on the inside. Spacious shelves for your everyday needs. I am satisfied with the price of 2,000. It does it purpose for being a Kenmore. Its all I need in a refrigerator. Its simple but convenient.

Complete junk make by LG. The icemaker in my 2 year old refrigerator stopped working. SEARS repair, who I have never seen being able to repair anything, says the wire is broken between the motherboard and the ice maker and it is un-repairable. This refrigerator replaced another 2 year old LG, very similar to it, whose ice maker broke, then the freezer wouldnt freeze, and SEARS couldnt fix it. Since I had a service contract. They gave me money to replace it. The sears salesman claimed I just had a lemon and the Kenmore would be much better. WRONG! Now I am stuck with a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS, DO NOT BUY LG REFRIGERATORS.

If it work I like it. I like my food cold and my beer cold and more. It got 2 door. It make ice. It get really cold. It look nice. I get a drink from it. It nice when you need a cold drink. My refrigerator is white and has two black handles. It is modern looking and cleans very well. The space is large and holds quite a bit of food. It has clear glass shelves and two crispers. Since I bought it used, the value is probably about $300 on the market. But it works as well or better than a brand new one. To me it is more valuable than buying a new one which may not work as well.

I love my Kenmore refrigerator. My experience has been great. I have the exact refrigerator that I wanted. Its silver color with two side by sides doors. So far everything works good. I am under warranty but this is the best investment I ever made.

The freezer compartment on top does not work correctly... Sears replaced door gasket and that did not fix the 1/8 gap of daylight along the bottom of the freezer compartment seal which makes it impossible to use the freezer compartment. They ordered a new door and a second seal; door is back ordered; perhaps as much as 2 months. Understand there is no visual damage to this unit. It is brand new from the box. The store made both doors to hinge on the left side and reboxed the refer. I bought this new fridge 2 1/2 month ago and they think they are doing a good job. They say they cant replace the unit with a new one, its their policy to fix it. All I want them to do is exchange the unit now. I do not want to wait 2 month for my new refer... I hauled it in my truck. Give me a unit that is not defective. Since they apparently wont and this is becoming a real issue my policy is to rip all the cards that say Sears up and to NEVER shop at Sears for anything not even a $5 dollar item, not a pair of socks or a gallon of paint.

We bought a top of the line elite french door refrigerator. Within the warranty period the freezer and ice maker froze up. We had two repairmen that visited. Each diagnosed a different problem, but the freezer has continued to freeze over the following two years and is NOW out of warranty. We have to totally empty refrigerator and freezer monthly to let the unit thaw out.

If I could I wouldnt even give it a whole star. Maybe half a star if theyre lucky. The fridge we bought did not last very long. Maybe 3 years and when it broke down it was near impossible to get any help to get it fixed. The warranty was expired and was forced to have to buy a new one. The warranties that the fridges have are junk and should be at least 5 years. They are cheaply built, built to not last so you have to buy a new one in a few years. Will never buy anything Kenmore ever again. Totality dissatisfied with their products and warranties you get with items.

I love Kenmore products. They are very high quality and a brand you can count on. My refrigerator works great, has the right temperatures and plenty of room. I would definitely buy another in the future.

I purchased a Kenmore fridge about a year ago. On February 28th, the ice maker stopped working. I wont go into detail but short story, the tray is filling but not freezing. I called the number inside the fridge on March 2, 2017, 1-800-469-4663 and explained what is going on. The rep tells me she will get me a quote. I mentioned the fridge should be under warranty. I am told the warranty expired on February 13, 2017, 15 days before the ice maker stopped working. I asked if there was some type of grace period since this was so close to the warranty date. She tells me there is not. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there is nothing a supervisor could do either. I understand the unit is outside of warranty by 2 weeks, but this is frustrating. We spent a lot of money on a Kenmore because it was supposed to be better quality. Turns out... its not. Save your money and buy a better brand... At least one that stands behind their product.

Ive had my Kenmore Elite/LG made refrigerator for 13 months. I have replaced compressor once. It lasted just barely 90 days making the warranty on it no good. So now I have a 2500 dollar refrigerator that I will have to keep putting money into for as long as I own. It’s sad Kenmore or most all refrigerators would last for many years.

The refrigerator is a good entry-level model. It keeps things cold, and has a freezer. I havent had any issues with temperature and it does what I expect it to. Its a standard size refrigerator, but the freezer seems a little smaller than I would expect. It is a straight-forward white refrigerator, and does not look as expensive as the more expensive models with stainless steel, etc. The refrigerator is a respectable model and a good value for the cost.

It was a refrigerator worth what I paid for it. Bought it 7 years ago and havent had any problems with it. Thinking of upgrading to a side-by-side and will definitely be a Kenmore. We bought this model when all the kids left home and fits our needs, but since couponing will be upgrading for a bigger freezer. Really like the big shelf space and size of door space. Definitely recommend. I like that this model doesnt take up a whole lot of space. When we bought it we lived in a mobile home and didnt have a lot of kitchen space so this particular model was perfect size. This refrigerator was not really expensive and that was a major factor when selecting it, besides size. We have had it for seven years and never any problems so very well worth the price, and I look to get about one third of what I paid when I go to sell it.

I really do not know what to tell you. The Kenmore I had was a very good refrigerator and I had it for 12 years and never had any trouble with it. I would gladly buy another one anytime.

My Kenmore refrigerator has been running strong for 20 years! We have never needed a single repair. It doesnt even look outdated. No one would know its 20 years old and has been in 3 homes as we have moved.

I purchased this refrigerator (Kenmore Elite French Bottom Refrigerator) in November 2014 at Sears. I also bought a three-year warranty since it was an expensive item. After about six months the refrigerator stopped working and I called for service. It took almost 2 months to get it replaced after many phone calls and aggravation. Now in 2018, the refrigerator and freezer is warm. I called for service and I have an appointment for two weeks from today. This is crazy. After many attempts to contact corporate I got nowhere. I called a local appliance store who handles Kenmore which is an LG refrigerator and he told me that the compressor is gone or you have a Freon leak of which both are expensive to repair and not worth the money. It is very labor intense due to the design. They said they see this all the time with this model. I expected to get more than four years from an expensive appliance. The tech told me that they are made very cheap (South Korea) and parts go very easily. My opinion is this is consumer fraud. You cant expect us to buy a new refrigerator every four years. I know things go wrong but this is a manufacture defect in the design of this refrigerator and the consumer shouldnt have to pay for it. I believe LG will replace the compressor but the labor is at least $1000 and thats if there arent any other parts that need to be repaired. It also needs to be done by an LG tech and this cant take 6 weeks at best. This also doesnt give me a guarantee that it will last another year. When I called Sears all they were interested in getting my appointment scheduled and to sell me another warranty and then ask about my home-improvement. What help can I get. I will file a complaint with BBB and the Attorney General and Consumer Protection and I will try to get the news media to investigate. What a rip off. I hope someone reads this and responds to do the right thing.

Loved the design. The water and ice component made life easy. Definitely would recommend this product to others. I was able to fit enough food for a family of 4. During the holidays, the turkey and ham was able to fit with a gallon of milk and leftovers. It was very sleek design. Modern and can fit in any kitchen and home. The stainless steel is a great design. The two side-by-side doors come in handy. It is an expensive refrigerator but it is competitive and worth the money. Stands high above other refrigerators. Great value for what you get.

Brought 3 refrigerators from Sears in 2 weeks. All was Kenmores. The first two I had to return right because the ice maker didnt work. The 3rd was the Kenmore Elite. Since it was so expensive and big, I thought it was a good refrigerator. Well I was wrong! It sucks just like the other two! After 24 months the refrigerator just stopped working! All of my food went bad, the ice maker and freezer stopped work! Only thing working is the water dispenser. When I call Sears, they want to charge me a $99 service fee plus I have to pay for parts and labor because the warranty is only a year! $2500 FOR A REFRIGERATOR THAT WORKED 24 MONTHS! SERIOUSLY??KENMORE IS A RIP OFF AND THEY SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO SELL THESE APPLIANCES THAT DONT WORK. Taking customers hard earned money! If you want to buy a good product that works, DONT BUY KENMORE APPLIANCES. These Refrigerators are for looks only! I will not recommend Kenmore appliances to my family or friends and I will not buy any more appliances from Sears. I recently bought a Kenmore refrigerator to be exact 5 months ago and its already not working! How is this possible? How can you spend your hard earned money on a product that will break down on you in less than 5 months? I called for repairs and was told why I didnt add a protection plan. WHY should I! I shouldnt have to worry about something so expensive breakdown on me so fast. After throwing away all the food that went bad I had to wait 4 days for a technician. I was greeted with a very smelly, rude and ignorant man that did nothing but tell me that he needed to order a motor and left.I called Sears Repair and was told I had to wait another 3-5 days for the motor to come in and then... Make an appointment for another technician to come in. So what do I do for food? Eat out a can for a week? Will I be reimburse for all the breakfast, lunch and dinners I have to pay for until they fix my broken down expensive new refrigerator? I am beyond disappointed with this issue. I will gladly forward my receipt if requested but at this time I do not have it. Item was bought at Sears (Cottman Plaza) in Northeast Philadelphia PA on 8/7/2016.

It was just the right size for all the food we had to put into it and the freezer kept the food frozen. It was a perfect size and fit into the space very nicely and it was just the right height so I could reach the top of the refrigerator. It was a very clean and neat looking refrigerator and it looked very good in my kitchen. It was very easy to keep clean. Wonderful refrigerator to own. For me this refrigerator rates a very high value as it was problem free. It stored my food very nicely.

Sears no longer honors Kenmore refrigerators service and parts. You wont get them to admit to that, they will just give you the run-around until you give up. I ordered a shelf for my Kenmore on July 2, 2020. Sears required me to pay in full at the original time of the order. Its been seven months and not only have they not delivered my part, they have canceled my order without informing me and without refunding my money. I only found out because I remembered to go online and check the status of my order. The status is canceled, as of Dec. 30 (a month ago) but they never informed me and they kept my money. I have been in touch 4 times over the last 7 months and every time they have assured me the part is almost ready. Obviously, they never intended to send it and have decided to keep my money. Im sure many people forget over time and this is probably a successful source of free income for them, even though its quite unethical.

I like Kenmore refs bottom freezer, the ice maker in the door, shelves can be moved to accommodate various size items, the freezer has many different compartments, which allows you to customize the storage of items, and the grab n go feature. However, this feature often does not keep the case fully closed, thus making it swing open when you open the door. Items often fall through to the floor in the freezer compartment and its a very big refrigerator. Kenmore has not met my expectations, largely due to customer service response. The refrigerator is a good value overall, but I would go with a different brand next time because of Sears reputation.

We have been a customer of Sears for over 40 years, but not anymore. 5 years ago we downsized and bought 5 appliances from Sears. We even bought their so called warranty. From experience it is not worth the paper it is written on. They will find a way not to send a tech. Three months after purchase of the fridge had a leak in the freezer area. First thought it was caused by over filling the ice trays. When I checked further noticed is was from a water line. Called and was promised they would send someone out. Three weeks later he arrived. Quickly pointed out there was a called back on a part. Was told by Sears missed the expiry date by 3 days. Called a salesman and he told me he had the same issue. Was told to call Kenmore which we did. Was told they could do nothing. Yesterday noticed the two lights in the fridge were both blown. I thought this to be odd. Unscrewed one, but could not get the other. Had to remove the light fixture and break to light itself. Found there were scorched marks near the base of the light. About an hour later was able to remove what was left of socket. Disconnected that light and am running on one light. Called Sears again and no surprise was told nothing they could do.I hear all kinds of similar stories from friends. Mr Sears, no wonder your company is losing money and closing store. You have no idea what customer service is all about. By the way my son in law just bought a new home and needed all appliances. He knew the issues I had. Guess what: never even went to Sears. Cannot wait until I have replace the appliances. Goodbye Mr. Sears forever.

They work good. My grandma had one for years and years. I remember her fridge and freezer that she had. They last forever and keep things cold and frozen and they are very sturdy too. I like the space they have in them and they can be packed full with enough room that you dont have to go to the store every few days to buy more food. The appearance is nice in white or black color and they are not cheap material that will break in a quick time. They last a long time. You get your moneys worth out of Kenmore products. They are worth the money that you spend on them when you buy them. My grandma had hers long after I left home to go south and still when I came home.

Keeps food cold and last long in this new fridge, and freezer keeps such fresh as well. Highly recommended this brand of refrigerator, Sears has a great selection of appliances. Previous brand Frigidaire didn’t keep my food fresh and was constantly leaking.

Lot better than most, lasts longer, energy saving, has lot of storage, doesnt take much room. I would recommend this product to anyone who hasnt had it. Seems to fit just about any size kitchen. Has lot of room inside. It holds all my necessary items. I would 100 percent sure recommend this product to all my friends and families. This product is one of the best refrigerator I have ever had. It durable, doesnt take much space. Its usually affordable. If not most places will let you pay in payments or full whatever your prices can go. Its rather cheap than most fridges. Id recommend this product on its value to anyone who needs it.

Large freezer, able to fit several weeks of food, helpful for large families. Indoor ice maker and water, extremely nice feature. City water was filtered without an extra system being installed. And no extra freezer space taken up by trays. Large deep freezer drawers for extra storage. Adjustable containers in door made it easier for more storage in the main fridge. Allowing for bulky items such as milk or pitchers to be stored in the doors. Cleaning was simple, with parts all being removable. Parts dismantled and reassembled easily. Large and bulky making delivery difficult. However, replacement parts were expensive. Also, no color choices other than white were available.

I bought it (Model 65633) on 10/24/04 and have had the repairman out here at least 10 times. Now it is not cooling and ESP is saying it is the lines in the freezer and they will not fix them. We have a refrigerator in the garage for the last twenty years which my husband grew up with and it has never had a repair. There is no quality to your product and we will never buy a Kenmore again. I have told family and people who come over the same. What is wrong with your product? Initially, we were using A&E Repair at 800-905-9509 recommended by Sears. Thanks to them, the ice maker still does not work.

I love my Kenmore refrigerator. It helps to keep all my food fresh. I highly recommend it to everyone out there. The stainless steel is gorgeous. The crisper drawers are huge and it is a great investment to purchase for plenty of years ahead.

We like this refrigerator because it fits well into the space we have and still stores plenty of stuff. I wish the cold water came out faster, but that is really my only complaint. Again the size is perfect for the space we have in our kitchen. It is taller than other fridges we have had and not as deep, but that is exactly the size we needed. It makes up for the lack of depth with the increased height. The stainless steel doors are a nice sleek, modern look that we enjoy. They are still magnetic which allows us to mount pictures and notes with magnets so we are happy with its appearance and functionality. This fridge was a bit more expensive than others weve had, but we like the look, form, and function of this unit. We would buy it again.
