There were little issues buying that from Virginia and getting it delivered in Florida, but it all worked out. The refrigerator is fine. It broke once but they were good to fix it. It's such a nice fridge and it keeps things longer. We like it. All the high-end appliance had been great. They’re all expensive but they're all really good. KitchenAid Refrigerator KSSC48QMS01 - Do not buy this refrigerator. We bought a home with a beautiful custom kitchen with this KitchenAid refrigerator and it's just given us grief. Thank goodness we bought an insurance package to cover appliance repair. After three different repairmen and waiting weeks for parts to arrive, we found out most parts were not the right ones. Finally we got a Sr. tech guy to assess what was going on and we had to have the mother board sent out to be re-done. Well that seemed to do the trick, but 8 months later we are having issues again. Our insurance carrier would NOT insure the refrigerator. We ended up buying insurance from another carrier which should have told us something. We have rented a refrigerator while new parts are being ordered. We have lost several full freezer and refrigerator loads of food. No fun. I have no confidence with this unit ever being repaired. It's built into its own lacquer custom cabinet. Ugh. We now have another rental refrigerator sitting outside on our patio as we wait two weeks for parts. Would I buy a KitchenAid unit again. DON'T BUY WHIRLPOOL! I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator 5 years ago. In June I had to have a new thermostat put in because the refrigerator would not stay cold. The food in the freezer would defrost and then freeze, defrost and then freeze. I had to throw all of the food out. Two weeks ago the refrigerator was making a groaning noise so I looked in the freezer and the temperature was up to 30 degrees. The ice cream was soft, the bread and buns that I had in the freezer were defrosting and small things like crab cakes had also started to defrost. Eventually the temperature went back down to zero.So I called out the repairman AGAIN! He told me this is "normal" that the freezer goes up to 30 degrees to "defrost" the freezer and the groaning noise I heard had to do with the Freon. It cannot be "normal" for food to freeze, defrost and freeze again. I called their customer service and their representative, Jasmine, basically told me all she could do for me was to schedule a service call. Really? I just had the repairman out the day before. I am concerned about food safety with a refrigerator that fails to keep food at the proper temperature.NANCY of Lakewood, OH

My experiences with the Kenmore refrigerator was nothing but great. It has great shelf space. It also has wonderful freeze capacity and keep my frozen food frozen. I can't stress enough how disappointed and upset I am, not only with the brand new refrigerator (model A9RXNMSWS01) breaking after 16 months, but nonsense communication, attitude, and difficulties Amana customer service just displayed! Warning: Do not purchase the top freezer, 2-door, stainless steel Amana refrigerator. The compressor will die soon after 12 months. The contracted repair person mentioned this is not uncommon with this brand. So, after spending $866 on this junk, we had to shell out another $300 in repair costs.Then the repair failed to work! Two Amana compressors defective! No, we did not have the extended warranty but how often does a fridge die? Not after 1.4 years! Amana CS was awful, combative and couldn't communicate a clear sentence. These are lemons!Joanna of Chicago , IL

We bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator/top freezer about 2 months ago. (Model FFTR2021QW1). The freezer shelf sags when I put as little as 2 pieces of meat on there. A sagging shelf means half the freezer space is lost. And when I tried filling my freezer like normal - with things evenly spaced - the whole thing nearly collapsed. The company's customer service rots. So far the answers we got were, and I quote: "my mom has the same refrigerator" (truthfully, I don't really care); "so don't put anything on the shelf" (really now! So why did I buy this size model refrigerator/freezer? Or maybe the shelf is just for illustrative purposes only?); and get this: "it's supposed to sag". (Huh? For what purpose?). Basically, after a week of runarounds, Frigidaire wiped themselves clean from the fact that there is a defect in the shelf. I am so frustrated because now I have a completely user UNfriendly freezer.Chava of New York, NY

Biggest piece of crap on earth. The plate above the veggie drawers is 2 plastic inserts that cannot be removed. If anything liquid spills or a fine powder spills it seeps under the plastic. NO ** WAY TO CLEAN IT. NONE. NADA. I have never seen such stupidity and horrific lack of cleanability in any refrigerator in 60 years. IT IS A PIECE OF **. The back wall freezes anything near it. Water drips under the large drawer and freezes. This is the second Samsung fridge I have had (it was a replacement for the first one that was so bad they were forced to replace it.) I will never ever purchase anything from this crap company. No customer service, horrible appliances (think exploding phones) and no one at the company cares.Erica of Santa Monica, CA

2014 French door refrigerator 6 months ice maker broken. 4 service calls for broken ice maker then for some reason it worked for 1 1/2 year, then 3 service call in one week for ice maker - water leaks. Finally and I mean FINALLY Lowe's has decided they have spent too much money on this unit and are giving us a replacement, I'll believe it when it arrives and this piece of CRAP is gone. LG is a brand I really trust that is on the cutting edge of innovation and I am proud to have in my manor. It looks beautiful in the kitchen with the other stainless steel appliances. The LG refrigerator is stainless steel which makes it very attractive and resistant to fingerprints and smudges somewhat. The cubic foot footage is excellent and it has an ice maker and water dispenser as well as ample storage space and drawers. It's just a beautiful refrigerator. I considered several brands but LG was definitely one of the most stylish looking and was fully loaded with features and innovation at a price which was very reasonable considering the others.Fred of Harrisburg, PA
