It does everything that I want it to do and that is all I need. Functions properly, not too noisy, can handle heavy loads, and has nice presets. Overall I think it is very reliable. There is nothing wrong with it. It is there when I need it. It has not malfunctioned or done anything abnormal. I think the appearance is kind of bland, but I didnt buy it for appearance. As long as it can get the job done then Im fine with how it looks, unless it looks broken. The value is about right. Im fine with the price that is used to buy the dryer. I do not think it is overpriced, the price is absolutely fine from what it stands for.

Though it is a little loud, it is very powerful and does its job well. The only problem is how loud it gets and the shaking while in use. We have had it for years and have had minimal problems with it. Hopefully, it will remain problem free for years to come. Will most likely buy same brand again when it comes time to replace. It looks like an ordinary dryer which is fine since that is what it is. No one will confuse it for a refrigerator because obviously, it is a dryer. Keeps our clothes very clean. Does a quick and efficient job of drying our clothes. With all appliances were as efficient. Very few complaints.

They are about 15 years old and have required minimal maintenance. They are He3 models and have performed very well over the years with lots of settings for almost every need. The Kenmore He3 full size luxury front load washer dryer pedestal set had a luxury price tag that was shocking but I have enjoyed their functionality. I would buy the current models if I have room for them.

Drying one item doesnt work well in this dryer because the item keeps landing and getting caught on the filter vent by the door. Also the fins in the barrel do not go all the way to the ends of the barrel so it captures the clothing item and keeps it there in the corner, thus not getting dry and could maybe a fire hazard.

The washer and dryer both work very well and are very durable. They are both white and very basic models but we are very happy with them. The dryer top is kind of scratched up but they get a lot of use so I guess thats to be expected. The only thing I do not like is that the washer does not have a fabric softener dispenser but it does have a bleach dispenser which is nice to have. We do a lot of laundry and have had only a couple minor issues with the washer and dryer. The washer leaked once. We never did figure out why. We had a problem with the dryer once as well but my son was able to fix it fairly easily. Kenmore appliances are typically a good value.

I own the unit that is the washer and the dryer stacked on top (It is all one piece). The washer becomes unbalanced frequently and shakes the whole room. I have to stop it and move the clothing around until I get it balanced. The clothes come out of the dryer very wrinkled. I have tried all different settings, fabric softener and things that you can put in the dryer; but the clothes are still very wrinkled and have to be ironed. I wish I had not bought this appliance.

I cannot do a large load in my Kenmore washing machine and the dryer has to be started twice to dry clothes. If a pillow is in the washing machine I have to spin it twice to drain the water.

Works like a dryer should. Havent had any problems. Easy to use and a good overall option. It gets clothes dry and isnt complicated. Its reliable and can fit all needed items but could be somewhat small I guess for someone with a larger family. Im only one person so I dont have much of an issue but I think any dryer is kind of compact if youre doing laundry for more than 1 person. Kind of old looking but appearance isnt my top priority in a dryer. If you want something high-tech looking this might not be your option. Fairly simple. Not a big issue though. Is a good value. Dryers are dryers. It gets the clothes dry and it does it simply. Appearance is decent. Value is good too. There are some which are a better value, there are some that are worse.

I love love love my Kenmore washing machine and dryer. I got a great deal for the set and could not have got a better deal. They work so well and are also quiet and quick. I never have to question their reliability. I always know when I go to wash and dry my family’s clothes that my washer and dryer are going to work. They fit well in their space too and I am happy with how they look in my home. These are beautiful and stylish machines anyone would be proud to have in their home. Would definitely recommend.

Can I put a negative star above? I purchased Kenmore elite washer and dryers on 11/06. I had nothing but problems for five years from the main circuit board on washer, with codes that even Sears phone tech couldnt even identify. I replaced two water pumps on the washer from coins getting into the pump. Now, the dryer continues to beep when running. It will even flash times when it is not even being used. I have to unplug the dryer when we arent using it so it wont keep beeping. I will never buy another washer or dryer from Sears again. The old style washer and dryers are by far better and more long lasting than these two.

It gets the clothes dry in one cycle and it has many settings to fit my various clothes drying needs. Overall it is better than the other dryer I had. It is very reliable. I can set it to dry and then I wont have to keep restarting it. The clothes get dry when I open it up and the timer goes off. It is very sleek and looks like a regular dryer. It is nothing fancy but looks nice and tidy and clean and is not an eyesore. Nothing more to say about that. I would say it was an average price. Not that much more expensive or cheaper than any other dryer that I have seen out there. It was not a major financial setback to buy it.

Sears Kenmore front loading washer and dryer with service agreement. Machines frequently broken. Under service agreement it takes a minimum of 3 weeks to get machines repaired and sometimes as long as 6. Service appointments are in 8 hour window disrespecting time of the consumer. I will not purchase any additional Kenmore appliances as I am tired of frequent breakdowns and long time until the machines are repaired.

I like the size and the capacity is right for me and the washer and dryer are simple. Easy to understand, not too many functions. Has worked well for 10 years with no problems. My washer and dryer are extremely reliable. I have had them for over 10 years, never a problem. I would recommend to anyone. Is right size for 1-10 people. I like the appearance as both the washer and dryer match. The washer is top loaded which I prefer. There are few knobs and not too many functions. The value is in the original cost, which was reasonable and has been some of the best purchases I have made over the years. Never spent a dime for repairs.

Both the washer and the dryer were priced reasonably well. Neither the washer or the dryer ever broke down, i.e. no service calls. Machines were not overly loud. Both the washer and the dryer worked well for over fifteen years. When I married my second husband, he had newer appliances, so we decided to keep his and sell our Kenmore appliances. The next time we need to buy a washer and a dryer, Kenmore will be in our top ten list of manufacturers. Well probably consider Kenmore, Maytag, and Samsung.

Both the Kenmore washer and dryer look as they are supposed to. They are white, rectangular, and narrow enough to fit in my tiny laundry room. The drum bearing of my 8-year old Kenmore washer with matching dryer went out. The cost of the part is $2. Service man quoted $972 to fix. What is Sears thinking? Plain obsolescence! Kenmore is not manufactured to have the bearing replaced. You have to buy the complete drum and spin basket. Ridiculous. Its built to fail in a Frigidaire plant. Dryer is designed to fit only another Kenmore product. So, I also have to buy a new dryer. Needless to say, it will not be Kenmore and it will not be purchased at Sears. I will buy a Meile washer and dryer and never buy from Sears again. No wonder they are failing. I would prefer to support local businesses, but until they realize consumers are tired of paying high prices for Chinese garbage, smart consumers will seek superior quality in brands made in Europe.

It is extremely efficient and holds up a lot better than most smart washers and dryers. I have never had a single bad issue with it and it takes a very short time to dry my clothing. Almost twice as fast as our old dryer. It is quite large and fits all of my clothing in it at one time. I love my dryer. I would say if I was ever in the market for another appliance I would look to this brand first. Its a front load dryer with a see through door and it has a steel drum. You can watch your clothing dry right in front of your eyes. It makes washing and drying your clothes easy. It wasnt the cheapest model that I could find, but that doesnt bother me because sometimes you have to pay a little extra to get a very good value. I dont regret this purchase. I have the set and the washer is fantastic. A part went out years ago and replaced it with no issues since. The dryer has had the thermostat and heating element changed and now something else has gone out and it will not run. But it ran great when it did. Other than my washer and dryer being clean in appearance, the overall shape, size and construct doesnt phase me and looks pretty consistent from one brands product to the other. I received mine as a gift from my mother, so in terms of value from the standpoint that it was a gift, the washer and dryer are badass.

Have these units (Kenmore Washers) for over 10 years. Have Sears protection policy. In year 2 dryer failed. They could not fix and gave me a brand new dryer! Covered under Sears Cap 10 protection agreement. Cost is about $500 a year. If they can not repair in 4 tries they give you a new unit!

In over 14 years of usage of approximately 4-5 loads per week, the door latch gizmo went out twice and the control panel twice. Washer washes really well. Being the HT model must not use too much detergent. Gas dryer dries great. Overall the brand (Kenmore) is not bad. I know there are newer ones out with lots of gadgets but Im not a fan of these. I need a few cycles to cover most typical usage and these are great for that.

My clothes feel so much cleaner than they did with my old washer and it fits a decent size load of laundry. Dryer is quick and my power bill did not go up when I switched out my old one with this. These appliances are completely reliable. I have never had a problem with any element of either machine not working and we do at least 4 loads of laundry in our house each week. Not the most modern looking washer dryer set but it is modernized and looks fine in my laundry closet, not that anyone but myself ever sees it. Its a updated basic side by side washer dryer set design. All appliances are so very expensive these days but this set was a fraction of the cost of the nicest models available and I am more than happy with it for the price I paid.

My dryer is easy to use. It has a dial to turn to what setting the dryer needs to be on for your load of clothing. It is simple to use. It is a straightforward dryer. I dont like the lint trap because if it gets overly full the material will drop down into the machine, and the material is hard to get out of the dryer. Currently I need to clean the lint out of the machine because the dryer is not drying as effectively, and that is my only complaint about the dryer. Otherwise it is a great dryer.

It works great when you have a full load and super easy to apply the settings you want. My clothes always end up wonderfully clean as well as amazingly fresh before I put it into the dryer or hang my clothes out to clothes dry. I find that this type of washer that I own is really reliable because I can wash whatever I want whenever I need to without worrying if it will break down on me just like my last washer. I all around love using it. I will admit that the appearance brings me to be satisfied with the product however I would like the appliance to have more color. White and black are such dull colors these days. Its drab. When I first got this washer I though the price was too good to be true. Fortunately when the manager to the store confirmed that the price that was posted was certainly true, I decided to buy it right away.

Purchased dryer in 2013, just got it paid off and dryer started shutting off after a few minutes and getting error code CE. We have had the venting system cleaned by professional and new vent hose checked and there was no lint blockage. Repairman said it was motor. He put one that didnt work. He came back and put on new heating element... then didnt work. I have been without a dryer for 3 weeks. It will work if I unhook machine from dryer vent. What is the problem. I have seen many other complaints about Sears unable to fix this machine?

Had to call someone out twice because a sock got lodged somewhere weird in the washer and the dryer wasnt heating so I took apart the back and went at it with a vacuum - good as new. I really hope that Kenmore brands today are as good as the ones I bought almost 2 decades ago as I know Im on borrowed time. We have not been gentle with the washer and dryer either. I mean not changing the lint filter for weeks (fire hazard) and jam packing the washer so it goes off balance. This thing is damn near indestructible.

They run day after day with no issues at all. I would never consider any other brand. They are affordable and in this day of bloated prices on crappy machine. Price wise they are perfect. They are awesome. We need a decent price on things we use daily along with they run so well they give you years of use.

When first bought worked very well for a few years then gradually started taking longer to dry loads of laundry. Worth the money though. Ive only had to replace a few parts through the years but the dryer is still running well. Dryer belt seems to wear quicker than all other parts. The color of the washer makes it look sleek and also blends very well with my apartment walls. Although lint does accumulate on the top and is very visible due to the light color of the dryer. For what I paid for the dryer I have received my money back and then some in savings from not having to go to the laundromat and various places to get quarters.

I was raised in a household of Kenmore appliances. So when I married and started setting up house, it was only natural to get Kenmore appliances. My first washer and dryer were Kenmore. When those quit working, after many years, I got another set of Kenmore washer and dryer. Again I was very happy with them. If they ever needed service, the Sears service people were very good. They made the repair quickly and efficiently. When I went to get my third set of appliances from Sears, I found that the prices had gone up terribly high. I could get the same machines in the Whirlpool brand for about 2/3 of the price. That is what I have now, Whirlpool. Same great product... but less expensive.

These appliances came with the new house purchased over 10 years ago and I am still using both to this day without any problems. The washing machine is a top loader with the standard features and the dryer is a front loader electric dryer. Being an electric dryer I dont use it as much, only for large items such as sheets and hard to dry items especially in the winter time.

Dries clothes quickly, can dry large loads, has different settings for various types of fabric, aesthetically pleasing. I bought the washer also. Would highly recommend both appliances. I have had my machine for two years - use it twice a week at minimum - and have never needed to have it repaired. Fits large loads comfortably and dries quickly. We have even used it for heavy blankets and comforters with no problem. Very pretty! Does not look like your typical washer or dryer. My husband jokes that for what it cost him we should display it in the living room and watch it instead of the television. :) The set was a little pricey, but we make that up in lower electricity bills, having enough room to do large loads instead of two medium loads and there have been no repair calls needed.

Great products. Clothes came out fresh and clean and dryer has wrinkle guard and automatic sensor. Can handle large loads including queen size comforters. Never have had any problems or needed service.

They broke down altogether and it was hard finding someone to come and fix them and it got too expensive. You would have to run the dryer a few times to get things dry. It was a bad product overall and you never knew if they would work when you needed them.

Have my Kenmore washer & dryer for 11 years now. The dryer is on Custom Cycle. I use always Normal Cycle, Med. Low Temp, More Dry and Wrinkle Rid. After the cycle is done I do the Touch-up for 15 min. and then my loads are dry. The front loader washer is another story. After the warranty expired a problem with the settings started so I was not able to use the Custom Cycles here anymore. Every time the wash cycle would stop before the rinse cycle, so I had to touch a shorter cycle with cold water and start all over again. What I do now is touch all the buttons one by one 3 times till I am back on the cycle combination I want and now it works fine for about 90%. Annoying but you learn to live with it.

The Sears Kenmore washers and dryers Ive owned have been reasonably priced, of heavy duty construction, and lasted many years of hard service. Sears service dept has always been very responsive to my needs and have responded quickly with any service my appliances have required.

Weve had our Kenmore electric washer (top-loader) and dryer for approx. 15 years and have had excellent results with both, having had to have the dryer repaired once and the washer twice; none of the service calls were expensive or life-threatening for the appliances. We use them about 5 times a week and are so satisfied we recently purchased new ones to go in a new laundry room. This time to save money we got a front-loading washer and gas dryer. The old pair, still working perfectly, we gifted to a grandchild.

This dryer is pretty awesome. I love how fast it dries my clothes and if they had wrinkles prior then they get all the wrinkles out too. I never had any issues with this dryer. It never malfunctioned. Always worked the way it did since I first bought it. Its a really reliable dryer. The appearance is pretty basic. But thats okay. It doesnt need to look fancy to do a wonderful job. I like that it isnt real big and bulky. I dont remember the exact dollar I spent but I will say that I already did get my money worth out of it. The value is really good. It is worth it.

No issues as of yet, but I have not owned the dryer long enough to make an educated assessment. Based on price it has lasted long enough to justify it. Does not stand out with appearance, there is no trim and it is a very plain dryer but for the price that is an acceptable compromise. Door opens down can be a bit inconvenient. The value of this Kenmore brand is unbeatable. The reliability and features are missing but the price on sale can be fantastic and I am willing to overlook certain things for a good price.

I owned a Kenmore washer and dryer many many years ago. The first set lasted over 20 years with only a few minor repairs. I was impressed and replaced these with a 2nd set. These lasted less than 10 years. The quality isnt what it used to be. Kenmore is not alone in this as few things are made to last these days. My Kenmore appliances were new over 40 years ago and they were your basic avocado green which by todays standards would be ugly. At the time they were purchased this was very nice. The set I owned so long ago were a great value. I purchased Whirlpool approximately 10-15 years ago because I felt they were a better value.

Kenmore Series 100 HE, Worse washer ever! It doesnt get your clothes clean, sometimes not even getting them all wet! Rugs, blankets, etc, dont even think about it. The tub is supposed to fill by sensing your load size, but it never gets full enough, you cant do a full load at one time, the clothes are still dirty, there are dry spots that havent even seen the water. You have to put your detergent in the bottom because if you throw it on top, guess what? Its still there in all its soggy streaky glory when the washer stops, along with all the lint, hair and whatever was on your clothes when you tossed them into the washer. I could do a better job pounding my clothes with a rock...

We have had the dryer for a little over a year and recently the tumbler has been making a lot of noise and other movements while on cycle. Have had to take the back off and replace some parts on the new dryer because they wouldnt cover it in the warranty.

I love my Kenmore washer and dryer set. It is the very best brand that I have ever used. I would recommend it to everyone. My old washer and dryer took a lot of electricity and when I got my new ones, my electric bill went down 40 dollars a month!

I have had my washer and dryer for about 18 years and knock on wood it has never give me any problems. It take a licking and keeps on kicking. I would recommend them to anyone. Mine are getting old and outdated but still does the job and I would buy that brand again. The appearance is not very pretty anymore, but they are in a washroom so that does not matter. What matters is that they are still after all these years still functional. I cant remember what I paid for the set 19 years ago but it was worth whatever it was. They have seen to my need and I do about 4 loads a week every week.

They have been good, but the dryer is dying after ten years. It is a stack unit, and I am not impressed with the dryer at all. The washer is awesome, and is full size which is also excellent. Honestly, it just keeps on working, other than the dryer not being really effective. I thought it was due to the venting. But I changed the hose and that still doesnt work.

I bought both a Kenmore washer and dryer in 1980. The washer finally died 2010. But the dryer is still going strong. Yes I have had minor repairs done but I would recommend Kenmore to anyone!

Kenmore Front Loading washer and dryer, 7 years. Like the front loading and water/electricity efficiency. The dryer is humidity intolerant according to the service department. Control boards have been replaced twice since we bought it. Having to repair a brand new dryer is not something that we expected. Will not purchase from Kenmore again. The control boards are NOT cheap. The feature list for the washer and dryer are long. Many different cycles for both the washer and dryer and the washer has custom cycles. The dryer is not as efficient as it should be and sometimes takes multiple cycles to dry items such as jeans and blankets. This does not however make up for the multiple repairs on the dryer within the first 2 years of ownership.

Both the Kenmore washer and dryer were used on a daily basis, as I have four children. They stood up to harsh conditions for many years, and still work to this day. In the future I will purchase Kenmore. I never had to call a repairman the whole time I have owned the Kenmore washer and dryer. General everyday maintenance that I can do myself worked out just fine. I kept them clean, especially the lint screen on the dryer, and do not ever have a problem. I have filled the washer to capacity many times which did not slow my washer down a bit. Every week I run a cup of vinegar through the washer to keep down sewer smells. These things proved to work perfectly fine. My washer and dryer are not the new front loading, modern style. They are the regular washer that is a top loader and the dryer is a regular front loader that have been the style for many years. However, my washer and dryer do not look much older than the new models that are on the showroom floors today. They look as new and shiny as the day I bought them. I purchased my Kenmore washer for not more than $350 and the matching dryer cost near that, at almost $400. I got a good deal for the money I spent.

My washing machine never has a problem getting stains out of my clothing. Ive never had to put heavily soiled clothing in for more than one cycle. Ive owned Kenmore machines for a very long time and Ive never had a problem with reliability. Any part that breaks down has always been able to be easily replaced. The appearance of my washing machine fits in nicely with my other modern appliances. It matches the look of my dryer, refrigerator and other appliances. My washing machine was a very good buy. I considered it to be quite cheap for the value. It has always been very reliable and well worth the money.

The washer and dryer was a very good purchase. The washer washes the clothes great and gets all the stains out that a normal washer couldnt. The dryer dries the clothes three times faster than any other dryer. The washer and dryer is very reliable. I use them every day and I havent had a problem yet. The price might be a little outrageous but you are paying for a really great washer that will last for many years without problems. They are a little bit slimmer than an average washer and dryer and they always look really white and it doesnt rust. I think the value of the washer and dryer is priceless. The washer and dryer are overall satisfying and I would recommend to everyone. Their appearance is great and their working abilities are outstanding.

I bought my washer and dryer about 9 yrs ago. They were working fine until last year. I needed a new heating coil on the dryer and a great service man came and fixed it. I got a service contract after that and had some issues with the washer but because of the contract it was fixed with no additional cost. I’m trying to keep them as I’m worried about how the new ones are made.

Purchased a pair of washer and dryer that was on the lower cost level and within three years, both had stop working to the point that it made repair fiscally illogical. The motor went out on the washer, and drum bearing and surround seal went out as well as the element shorted.

May 2016, we purchased a washer and a dryer and 6 months later the dryer started making a horrible humming sound. So, we called the customer service and repair person comes out says, These products are not really the Kenmore used to be. They are made by Whirlpool just the name Kenmore goes on it. He tried to find the problem and said, Sorry the metal casing of the machine is very thin and does not absorb the sound so it produces this humming. I have called 2nd time because when the dryer is on we cannot be around in the house, once my friends were visiting and they all were uneasy. I am so sorry that last year we sold our 33 years old Kenmore washer and dryer with the house and regret doing it. All I want is to exchange with a better product even if we have to pay a little more from our pocket. For almost 35 years I have not bought any other but Kenmore and seems like this will be my last and I am determined to tell all my family and friends to stay away from these electronics. My washer and dryer are still in warranty and I am to the point where I might go to a legal route. The washer has started the showing some problems such as locking the lid, leaving soap on clothes etc. After my first service call they want me to buy warranty on both items??? Amazing, instead of improving their products they want to make more money by selling the service contract so you feel being looted twice.

The washer machine cleans clothes very well and even has a great soak cycle and the dryer dries in record time with a very minimum amount of wrinkles. This washer machine and dryer was just what I was looking for and well worth the purchase. I have not had any problems with either machine. It has exceeded my expectations. What initially caught my attention of the washer machine and dryer was that they both displayed a very modern and chic look. They both complimented my house very well. Its not a machine you have to hide. This product was well worth the value. I am a very frugal person so with that being said I was hesitant to purchase either product but I have to say after buying and using both modern appliances my verdict is they are well worth the purchase.

Purchased a pair of HE Kenmore (Whirlpool) washer and dryer on June 23, 2016 for a total of $1,523 for the pair. After following the operations manual to the tee due to frustrations of clothes not getting cleaned, this washer without the traditional agitator in the middle just DOES NOT get clothes clean. So we tested the washer for two months but when we gave up, we found out that Sears will not take them back or replace even ONE day over 30 days. I AM CONVINCED THAT SEARS LOST CONFIDENCE TO STAND BEHIND ITS PRODUCT! Equally, this is why I lost confidence and loyalty in SEARS. My wife and I have been wondering why Sears products and customer reviews have gone so bad that they have to close one hour earlier than everyone else and where did all the shoppers go? You can learn why real quickly by shopping at your nearest Costco, whose customer service is through the roof! I was willing to buy a new pair with the agitator in the middle of the drum to no avail. Sears management, what else are you looking for to gain back customer loyalty? If not interested, simply close up shop, and some other hungry retail chain will be glad to take your place.

This was a very dependable dryer. Dried clothes quickly and lasted for years with no problems. It had to be serviced only once all the years we owned and would highly recommend in the future. It worked reliability everyday it was needed. It helped raise three girls and kept their clothes bright and fresh many years. I was sad to see it leave when it was replaced. The dryer looked very good and its paint and looks did very well even though it was in a damp basement on a cement floor. I would recommend this unit to anyone. This dryer was a great value. I wish they still made them as well as this one was. I dont remember what paid but we received many years of service from this dryer.

This dryer is energy efficient and extremely quiet. This dryer can gently dry just about anything: from sneakers and bedding to delicates and sweaters, and with low to no static. This is a very dependable machine. We have owned it for a long time and have never needed any service calls or repairs. I can almost time it to the exact minute when I put a load it - really helps with my home schedule. The model we purchased is sleek and white and adds some much-needed brightness to our tiny laundry room. It has a large capacity for its size, convenient storage pedestals, and even a lint trap cleaning reminder. This was an excellent appliance purchase. It was at the higher end of our budget, but we have never regretted it. Our clothing is gently dried with this efficient, ergonomic model, and we never have to worry about delicates being damaged or bulky items not drying properly.

I have had them for 18 years and they are still working great. I have the Kenmore 70 series dryer and the Kenmore 80 series washer. I do several loads of laundry each week. I even soak football and baseball uniforms overnight and wash the next day. I have never had a leak. I have had the dryer serviced once and the washer once. I like that my washer is top load and it has a separate compartment for bleach, fabric softener and detergent. The dryer is easy to keep the lint trap cleaned out. I hope they never stop working because they do not make them last like mine.

Honestly cleaned my clothes very well. Wasnt wet when spin cycle was done. Practically dried before putting them into the dryer. With dryer by the way you dont need to leave in the whole time. Will be hot coming out.

I owned a Kenmore washer and dryer years ago (at least thirty years ago). They performed beautifully. I dont remember but three occasions that I needed repair service. The third time I called for service it took a week or more to get it fixed. I decided then that when I needed to buy a new appliance it would not be a Kenmore.

Ive had my washer and dryer for over three years and have had an overall good experience with this brand. I did experience a problem with the dryer knob and had to replace it but this was at my own fault.

We bought our Kenmore washer and dryer several years ago and at the time, the combo set was very highly rated by Consumer Reports. As of this writing, they still perform well and have been doing a fine job these last few years. Occasionally, a stain my come after the wash (not sure how it occurs), but if you re-wash - the stain will come out. This is a rare occurrence, but most of the time the clothes come out of the wash fine and in good shape - also no issues with the dryer - these are stackable units and we do have them stacked to save space. There can be odors from time to time and one needs to clean out some fluid build-up from time to time to combat that, but there are directions on how to do that. Overall, very satisfied with both units.

Its amazing and safe and it works very well. I recommend it 100% and would buy another one within 5 years of this one because they last a long time. I felt this dryer lasted a long time. It never had any issues and did the job. I bought it 2 years ago. I was not sure what to expect as our Whirlpool dryer we had before had constant issues. Never a problem yet! Very good reliability. Never had to have a serviceman come out because it never broke. I highly recommend. We owned the Kenmore dryer. I am ok with the looks. It is a plain white dryer. I do not expect much look-wise, as long as it functions and lasts a long time. Great value, lasts a long time with no issues. The price is also very competitive.

Kenmore because its reputation is great and is backed by its word and is economical-priced. I like the style of the models and nothing bothered me and Ive had the dryer 13 years and the washer 1 year replaced another brand. If it was a bad deal I wouldnt have bought it and they are known to have great appliances and always works and good and doesnt fall apart. Kenmore works and doesnt let you down, and you can count on them to help you with your appliances and set you up with top of the line products that you can count on.

No problems at all in 15 years including heating element which is the most common failure. Clothes are dried exceptionally well and lint free for the most part. We have used extensively. Would buy again. I would highly recommend and would replace in kind when needed. Great value considering competition and features actually used. Too many others have features never used and therefore useless for the money. More than adequate for my needs. A good bang for the buck and very reliable. We use several times a week with all clothes.

I have never had a problem. I load the clothes in, add laundry products, walk away and come back to very clean clothes. I never worry if my washer or matching dryer will do their jobs. Highly recommend to others. My washer holds large loads and gets them clean. This saves me time, money and on laundry products. But if you have a small load or delicate the washer is able to handle it as well. A sleek modern design you would be happy to own. Even though I choose classic white there are other color options available. It will make your laundry room look great and you may even look toward to doing laundry. It was a white washer and dryer. The controls were all very easy to interpret and the workings of it were easy. Other than that it was decent. We never needed any maintenance on our washer and dryer. As long as we kept the lint screen clean it worked just fine. Also, not as much bubbling because of soap like some of the earlier top loaders and the clothes came out great. The washer and dryer did very well for us for the price we paid for it and lasted us years! They were both a good value and Id recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal.

This is a very reliable washer! It washes clothes perfectly and cleans deep stains. Most of the other washers Ive owned, my clothes had to be washed 2-3 before I put it through the dryer. It holds most of my load! I appreciate that because I tend to do my laundry often and I need many clothes to be washed. However if its overloaded then it gets overpowered. Though its not the most appealing look, it doesnt look like complete trash. Its very suitable for an average home. However, if you are richer I would consider getting the newer titles if you want it match the rest of your decked home.

Kenmore refrigerator we had for 10 years. Great buy!!! It lasted longer than all the other more expensive or so called advanced ones today. Who would buy a Samsung refrigerator or other appliance? I bought a washer and dryer from them thats already messed up within 5 years and found out the drum in the washing machine wasnt even installed correctly to begin with. When I think of Samsung I think of TVs. But even their cell phones didnt work great, as I used to work in the cell phone industry. Kenmore is a good APPLIANCE product.

Sometimes I wish I had a little bigger washing tub but it is a brand I never had a problem with. So I would always purchase this brand because of its reputation. The brand appearance is fine, I dont need all the bells and whistles like some people. Regular washer and dryer are fine for me. It has all the recommended settings that are really reliable as well as having a wonderful warranty. Kenmore has been around for a really long time and it is a great brand at a great price so I would recommend it to everyone.

It was powerful and reliable. The wash options were great. Never needed a repair or had any problems. It also saved on water and electricity expenses. It was the one washer that I never had any issues with. It never failed or had any problems. I would only buy Kenmore in the future. It would put repairmen out of business for good! It had a new XE appearance and wasnt over the top with options. It look great of in our house and was very easy to match both with another Kenmore or any other name brand dryer. Fantastic value. It was very competitive in pricing and when you take the reliability into consideration, the value only gets better. They could actually charge more and I would still probably buy them. But dont.

Dryer worked great for a little over 2 yrs. Right after the warranty was up the heat quit working. We thought it was the heating element. But it turned out to be the computer board. I bought a new dryer for what it would have cost to put a new computer board in it. I really liked the appearance of this dryer. Thats why I bought this style of dryer. But never again. I went back to the old style. Just because they come up with a newer style dryer dont mean its better than the old style. The value of this style dryer was not good at all. The very first dryer I bought which was an old style dryer lasted over 20 yrs. But the new style dryer didnt last 30 months.
