I believe that this dryer is a good and sturdy machine. It comes in handy in a pinch all the time. You know it will get your clothes good and dry quick as promised. It is a good washer and dryer that I own. I have owned several one over the years and I have liked them all. The one I have now is still in good shape and it gets a good workout almost everyday. The appearance is good and white, and blends in everywhere needed. No color mismatch there. I love the color but it could be in different ones. I think it would be helpful to all people who needed a good and trustworthy washer and dryer. I would recommend it to anyone, and it has a good reputation all the way around.

Hundreds of people have gone online to complain about oil spots on clothes from Kenmore Elite washers. Their strategy is to deny the problem as their path of damage control. Owners are told its fabric softener, the wrong soap, their water softener, overloading. They know this is bull. They have made a conscious decision to buffalo the public by acting like this is always a surprise at every service call. Hey Sears! Pick up a few offending machines and troubleshoot them until you find the offending part(s). You replace a part at a time until the spots are gone...duh! This absolutely needs to be a class action suit. Dont tell me Sears isnt playing dumb. Anyone can get on the Internet and read hundreds of complaints. And you will see these posts followed up by carefully scripted responses from Sears Service Dept. This is a skillfully choreographed response to stonewall owners of these washers. Even their own service technicians say Sears wont even tell them anything until a recall is announced. Until then, the word is out, Everybody play dumb while we decide what to do. Dont sit home day after day waiting for repairmen to tell you its your detergent, your water softener, your fabric softener. Their own technicians tell me, anonymously, that the overdone technology washes clothes with too little water. Owners are being told to use as little as a tablespoon of HE detergent. Then youre left with too little water + too little detergent = clothes that dont get washed. If you havent gotten the drift of this post yet, Ill spell it out. This is a design and engineering problem. Unless you plan to redesign how your Kenmore Elite washes clothes, you arent going to fix this problem. My washer and dryer combo is going back to Sears. If they refuse, my next step will be an attorney who isnt shy about filing class action suits. It would look a lot better for Sears if theyd stop playing dumb and step up to the plate. If not, well drag Sears up to the plate.

I had a Kenmore set when I was raising my kids. I thought the large size and particularly the durability were great with five kids; I gave the pair a workout. I should also mention living in a rural area, Kenmores are a more convenient brand to service. I believe my pair lasted some 15-20 years, the dryer going first.

I love this Kenmore washer and dryer. Ive had them going on six years and they NEVER gave me a problem. Ive had these for 6 years. Ive washed large and small loads. They come clean with just one wash. When drying clothes, it dries clothes within minutes. They are white with a large wash load. The washer door is on top. The dryer door is on the front. The knobs are easy to reach and simple to set. Every washer and dryer is expensive. This set was very affordable and at a great price. I bought the set at Sears. I was able to catch it on sale.

I have a front load extra large capacity washer with sensors that determines load size and how long, strenuous or light the wash cycle will be. So far, I don't have to worry about what I am washing - heavily soiled items, denims, delicates or bulky linens, this washing machine has done a perfect job. Love it!

Do not buy this item. We spent a lot of money in the pair washer/dryer and the washer started to rust around the bleach compartment within months (even though I have never used bleach on my clothes). I wished I had read the reviews online. There are hundreds of reviews where people complain about the rusting on this machine. Im planning on talking to a lawyer, and open a Class Action Lawsuit. This machine should be on their list of recall items and people should be compensated. My friend had the upper part replaced but started rusting again within months after use. Sears appliances (Kenmore) are not what they used to be. I am actually closing my credit card I have with them. Very disappointed! Advice: Dont buy this washer, it will RUST!

Dries quickly and is very quiet. It has several settings and different cycles. Can use a buzzer to let you know when its done and also has an automatic dryer buzz. Fits all our needs. A large tub to hold clothes, no problems with it at all, easy to clean lint out of it, front part pulls off to clean. Its white with the buttons visible at the top. Easily can read and bright to see. Easily can be wiped down but stays fairly clean. A very nice looking washer. It is also high capacity with high heat so it decreases drying time. This is a time saver as well as a cost saver. It has lasted under high use with little cost towards repairs.

Mine is a basic white dryer, not fancy, no step up, just a dryer, but its perfect for me and my family. It looks like a normal dryer. Fits all my needs perfectly. My 80 year old mother bought a new Kenmore washer and dryer from Sears June 30, 2011. The last 2 weeks, the operation has been sporadic, and as of today, it wont fill or run through a cycle. She bought these to replace a 12 year old washer and dryer. I called Sears helpline and they couldnt find any record and immediately wanted me to schedule a $79.00 service call. I was eventually put on hold while she checked on something. 5 minutes later, another lady came on the phone and had no idea why I was calling. After some troubleshooting, she told me I needed either a control board or a lid switch and asked me again if I wanted to schedule a $79.00 service call. I have never had a major appliance fail after only 3 1/2 years. Seems like the helpline just wanted to sell me a service call. If I have to replace this washer, you can rest assured it will not be with another Sears product since they dont stand behind this inferior product.

Kenmore refrigerator we had for 10 years. Great buy!!! It lasted longer than all the other more expensive or so called advanced ones today. Who would buy a Samsung refrigerator or other appliance? I bought a washer and dryer from them thats already messed up within 5 years and found out the drum in the washing machine wasnt even installed correctly to begin with. When I think of Samsung I think of TVs. But even their cell phones didnt work great, as I used to work in the cell phone industry. Kenmore is a good APPLIANCE product.

First off, I grew up with Kenmore products. Got a Kenmore sewing machine in 1989, and it still works great. Bought a cheap Kenmore washing machine & dryer in 1994, and had those until 2008. Replaced a few parts here and there, but never an ounce of problems really. ONLY got rid of them because when I first bought them, we were a family of 3, and by end of 2008, we were a family of 9. I dont know where to start. I guess at the beginning. I purchased this washer and matching dryer (Kenmore Elite Quad Action Model 31633) for my new home. I have always had Kenmore products and had a newer gas Kenmore but did not have gas at my new home. I knew when I went looking for a new product I had to have Kenmore for its quality and reliability. I picked this pair due to a special offer that the warranty would have a 2 year extension in addition to the 1 year manufacturers warranty at the time of purchase. I purchased these in store and the salesman had never heard of such a thing. He was able to pull up the offer on their website and had to show it to his manager as well. When I never received any confirmation of this warranty extension. I continued to call both the store as well as customer service. The salesman remembered me and said he would have his manager contact me. This never happened after multiple attempts.Fast forward to the manufacturers warranty. This new washer was destroying all the new towels purchased for my new home. Though some were cheaper and purchased on sale, many were expensive towels that now had threads pulled from them everywhere thus rendering them unattractive for display and are now only available for personal use and unacceptable for company. Technicians were sent out unable to determine the cause other than a possible design flaw with the large gap between the wash drum and wash plate thus allowing items to be sucked in. This is unacceptable. I also was able to find out these appliances are not even made by Kenmore as they have not made washers and dryers for years but manufactured by Whirlpool with the Kenmore name affixed. The technician provided me with a business card that provided a phone number for their Customer Solutions Department who proceeded to advise me that the technician would have to escalate the problem to his Technical Manager. This along with documentation and 7-8 service calls for the same unresolved problem would be required to consider replacement! Seriously? The amount of cost, time, and frustration not only for the consumer but the technicians as well after 7-8 service calls would have paid for the replacement.I now am having the drum and wash plate replaced still not knowing if this is going to resolve the problem and nearing the end of my warranty. In addition, all the Customer Solutions Department was willing to do was reimburse me a total of $55 dollars for the damage to my towels. This would not even cover two of the bath sheets. Bottom line, no longer rely on your prior confidence in Sears Kenmore products. They are just charging more for them now to put their name on someone elses product!

I have had Kenmore washers and dryers for years, have a ten+ year old set in one house and two four year old sets in another house and an apartment, they just keep on running...When they retire I will replace them with a new set of Kenmore appliances....

The washer washed very well and was quiet. The dryer dries very well. I could dry large load in less than 30 minute. The washer is large enough too to wash what would normally be one and a half loads. I never had issues with either my washer or dryer. I have 3 teenagers who use the appliances also, and they pack it full but it also still work awesome. My washer is the common top fill and my dryer normal front fill. I do like that they are a little larger than the old school ones. The knob are easy to understand and push. I really paid a lot more than I would have if I bought it from Home Depot or Lowes. I bought it from rent a center but I appreciate them financing me so I guess it was economical.

The Sears Kenmore washers and dryers Ive owned have been reasonably priced, of heavy duty construction, and lasted many years of hard service. Sears service dept has always been very responsive to my needs and have responded quickly with any service my appliances have required.

The washer was awesome. It was large enough to hold my blankets and bigger items where I didnt have to drag them to the laundromat anymore and got them cleaner than any other washer that I had ever owned. It wrung them out twice as good as any other machine I had owned so it meant less drying time. The washer was extremely dependable, reliable the whole time I owned it. It never let me down. It always got my clothes thoroughly and always wrung them out to the max. It was very elegant, very easy to keep clean and the overall appearance was sweet. They had a selection of colors so I could coordinate it so it didnt look tacky in my house. It was an exceptional value. I got both the washer and dryer for $2,000.00 with a 2-year warranty, which included delivery and set up.

The washer with the tide does a terrific job of washing me clothes. The whites are whiter, the brights are brighter. Its absolutely incredible. I would have to say the reliability of this machine is like no other. For the amount of time Ive owned this machine I have never had a problem. This machine serves me well. When I first saw this machine it was like love at first sight. It has this cool futuristic design about it and boy o boy do I get compliments on this bad boy. Actually, I believe I got terrific value on this. I bought the pair, washer and dryer at a P.C. Richards warehouse scratch and dent/floor models. This pair were a floor model. Not a scratch on them. I needed to replace my old Kenmore washer and dryer after many successful years of use---did research but not enough, apparently. I have never been so disappointed with a Sears product as with this washer. Unable to soak heavy hobby dirt overnight, I hate the auto lock feature, and the lack of enough water in tub. I have to use the double rinse and extra fill of water every time plus the heavy duty cycle. Powders like soap and oxy need to be dissolved in a tub before you use them or your clothing will come out with white powder patches. Clothes are often not clean because of the lack of water fill. I complained to the clerk at Sears who sold me the washer after just a couple weeks and he was rude and discounted all of my concerns. By the time I went back again after a few weeks, he said the time lapsed and the machine could not be returned. I really wish I had kept my old machine until the motor totally quit. I hate the electronic controls that turn on if you even wash the top or sometimes walk by the machine. I have never been so disappointed in a product as this before. The Sears official site kept telling me there was an error in my submission and booting me off, and I strongly suspect it is because the review was negative. I purchased the matching dryer and it is fine except for dirt that collects on the inside rims of the door with each load... I empty the lint screen but dirt still collects on the door. The washer also takes twice as long as any washer I have ever had, and I am 73 with a history of at least 5 washers in my life. I hope buyers will not make my mistake with the 600 series of Kenmore top loader washer machines. Thank you for reading.

At first all of my dark clothes were coming out from the washing machine series 600 with white marks on them. I have to do a bulky load. Tried 2 rinses still had all these white marks on my dark clothes. I didnt even want to wash new clothes cause they came out dingy looking. Now the new thing I have noticed are my husbands flannel shirts. They are coming out shredded on the bottom and they were new. My nightgowns look like they are see through and have holes in them. My last Kenmore dryer lasted 15 years. This one I want to get rid of but it matches my dryer and I spent a lot of money on it. I dread washing clothes. Definitely will not buy another Kenmore appliance. I now know why they are going out of business.

It has a clean color that is easy to keep clean. It has a very streamlined look that fits well in any place you need to have it in your home. This machine is a great value for the money. It performs well and can be repaired if necessary with no problem. The next time I have to purchase a washer and dryer, I will purchase this brand.

It needs some color maybe giving the option to choose for a color. That way you can match it up the decor in your home.

This dryer works well, easy to use controller settings. Even my mother can use it. Love this dryer! After buying several high-end dryers that never last or dont work well. This washer is awful. Clothes dont smell clean and still have dirt on them no matter what detergent I use. Dryer gets my clothes and bedding dirty from the lint collector which does an awful job. I wouldnt recommend high heat with all the lint that gets past the screen. Horrible design... its a shame these companies cant make their products like they used to. More expensive and less reliable.

Those machines took a lot of use and never stop working. We were a family of 5 and so they were used at least 10 times a week. If not for the reliability I dont know how we would have gotten along. The benefits of those machines were greatly appreciated with the usage that my family put on them. I would recommend them to others and if I were living in a house I would get another Kenmore washer and dryer. I didnt care for the square shape or the hideous color, but considering that back in the 70s those were the fashion shades of choice. At that time the prices were very reasonable, today they would be considered as low priced.

Kenmore SmartWash Front Load washer smells like mold even after cleaning with bleach solution, washing machine cleaner, and leaving the door open all the time. Clothes are left smelling even after rinsing twice and using dryer sheets. I have talked to a repairman. We have extended warranty with no solution to this problem. Clothes often smell bad and must be rewashed unless you are right there to remove from washer immediately, which is not always possible. Would never have bought this product if I knew and I am very disappointed.

My Kenmore fridge did everything it was made to do, awesome performance, it kept things good and cold. I would recommend to anyone. Size of my Kenmore was perfect for my house, it fit right in place. Kenmore stackable washer/dryer - I think its ridiculous that you spend over a 1000.00 on an appliance and cant even buy parts for it. You have to order them and wait days!!!! If Sears is going to sell them they should carry parts. I should not have to pay 2 service charges. Rip off.

Immediately once I bought it I knew that it would be easy to use. After trying it for my first time I was hooked and it did the trick as it washed all of our clothes extremely easily. So far it seems extremely durable and works like a charm. The only downside is that you still have to remember when to get your clothes out. The appearance is what most people seem to want in a washer/dryer, a good aesthetically pleasing coat of white with some chrome around certain spots. Its definitely worth the price even if others say it isnt. I use it almost every day for all of my kids and my wifes clothes so you know it does the job for the price.

I have owned many sets of washers and dryers but this set happens to be the best. I can wash and dry extra large loads like a comforter or 15 pairs of jeans or I can wash very small loads of gentles and not hurt my delicates.

We bought this washer in ginger color and it started to rust in the top around the soap dispenser. We contacted Sears and we were told that rusting was not covered in their warranty, and they wanted us to buy their additional warranty policy. The washer has continued to rust and it looks terrible. I believe that they didnt put a protective seal on the paint. The washer and dryer are in an inside laundry room.

Dependable, long lasting, power saving. The washer I had was given to me used and lasted for at least 10 years. The dryer saved me on time and money and also lasted at least 10 years. The washer was great as far as large loads of clothes. It did at least 3 pair of pants, 3 shirts and a few weeks worth of underwear in one load. I had a mobile home and the washer and dryer fit like a glove in the area that was made in the hall and it made the space look a lot brighter and more modern. The washing machine and dryer saved me a lot of money a month. It cost about 35 dollars a month to run both of them and saved me twenty bucks a month on gasoline for the car and it usually cost 60-70$ a month going to a laundry mat.

The washer machine cleans clothes very well and even has a great soak cycle and the dryer dries in record time with a very minimum amount of wrinkles. This washer machine and dryer was just what I was looking for and well worth the purchase. I have not had any problems with either machine. It has exceeded my expectations. What initially caught my attention of the washer machine and dryer was that they both displayed a very modern and chic look. They both complimented my house very well. Its not a machine you have to hide. This product was well worth the value. I am a very frugal person so with that being said I was hesitant to purchase either product but I have to say after buying and using both modern appliances my verdict is they are well worth the purchase.

The dryer does its job very well. It is fast and leaves the clothes fully dry on the first time. All the buttons work great and there is no off balancing going on. The washer fits all of my needs. I do about 3 loads of laundry per day back to back and the clothes do not stick get stuck or anything. It also can hold a king size comforter which is great. The dryer is a white front loading dryer and the metal it is made out of is very durable. I have no complaints about it. The buttons are steel and the handle on it works very nice. The value I paid was worth it. I paid one hundred dollars for it on sale and I got a deal I think. It is well worth the money I have had it for two years and it works great.

Strong... Fast and everything you would want. Not only does it quickly wash all your clothes. It gives it a special soothing smell that makes it AMAZING. And when I bought it... It was cheaper than other dryers and washers. I love it. It has a Nice... Professional... Cool look. I would look at it and be like DAYUM you is a fine washer. But then other ones are like What the hell is that. VALUE is perfect. It looks good. It washes good. It is new. The only thing I would change is how long it would stay a good washer.

My dryer worked fine until the seal started to mold badly and we had to replace it after only 2 years. I have no idea how a dryer could mold but ours did. Please if you want a long lasting dryer dont buy this one. I could fit all my clothes but I normally had to do two or three rounds of drying before towels and sheets dried. All the regular clothing items did dry but some things would shrink if the setting changed drastically. Very nice to look at. It was a bit larger than expected but we fit it in right next to the washer. The front opening was very useful to look at the clothes inside. Probably not worth very much in my opinion. My friend has a different version and hers breaks down quite a lot. Probably not the best to buy if you want a good dryer.

It dries my clothes nicely and has the room I need to fit everything I need in it. Quick dry time also and leaves clothes static and wrinkle free. The dryer has been a long lasting appliance and I havent ever had any problems using it. It leaves my clothes dry and wrinkle free without all the static involved also. The dryer is nice and has a great appearance and overall I like to show it off to guests and family when they come over. It has clean fresh appearance. Overall the value is great and well worth what you pay for. I would recommend the product for the money you pay. It performs at a high level and I like that a lot.

For the price it works great, never had any problems as of yet. Im happy with its performance. My next washer and/or dryer will be the same brand. After all these years I have had this washer and dryer they have never stop working or gave me any problems. This brand is very reliable. The look of them is nothing special. Just plain white with some grey. But the look isnt the reason I bought them. I bought them for reliability. The model I have is on the cheaper end. But even though I bought it cheaply its still one of the best washers I ever have had. Its a great value.

They are about 15 years old and have required minimal maintenance. They are He3 models and have performed very well over the years with lots of settings for almost every need. The Kenmore He3 full size luxury front load washer dryer pedestal set had a luxury price tag that was shocking but I have enjoyed their functionality. I would buy the current models if I have room for them.

I cant get my clothes clean using the washer. Lint is left in large splotches on dark clothes or in a light layer all over everything. Customer service is non-existent. Everyone says the same thing, the machine is designed to operate like this and the techs have no background to adjust the electronics (could be water level sensor, could be software - the mechanic they send cant do any of it). I think its actually dangerous to have this amount of lint in my house. It stays on my towels, linens, and dont talk about the mattress pad!

This dryer may cost some money but it is worth it. I havent had a problem with it in 3 years and I got it second hand so its even older than 3 years. We use this dryer every day and it is reliable. It still works wonders for drying my familys clothes and I havent had any complications thus far. We have the white one and it looks very classy. It is also quiet and a very nice size dryer. You can fit lots of clothes in one load.

I have paid for the 700 series washer and dryer set. In a four-month time frame, had the Sears warranty people come look at the washer twice because the clothes literally are not coming clean. It is supposed to be a high efficiency washer yet I am having to rinse my dark clothes in hot water, on a deep fill, and rinsing FOUR times. I am no longer saving any money having a high efficiency washer and even after FOUR rinses my clothes are dirty. The Sears warranty guy says that it is the actual washer, the clothes do not come clean and I should have got a front-loader which nobody told me. I am loading the clothes correctly, I am using the correct soap, I am separating my clothes, and I just get dirty clothes out.

Works fine. Heavy duty dryer. Efficient. Dries extremely well with numerous controls. Had for a number of years with no problems. Works great. Loads easy. Does not ruin clothes. Has different settings for all types of clothes. Timer has never failed. Does what it say it will do. Would recommend to anyone considering a new dryer.

Very durable. Last long time. Big loads for well. Easy access to the inside. And the dryer also dries fast and easy to clean the inside. Dryer button are easy to read. I can leave my washer or my dryer on when I step out of the house for something fast and when I return itll already be done. I always wash all the bed sheets, towels, and heavy duty stuff and its been working the same for years. Appearance is very simple and easy to read. My niece, who is a child, can put clothes too was because she is able to read that buttons. Back when we purchased the washer and dryer it was on of the cheapest one we could find that had what is the basics that we needed. And still until this day we havent had to buy a newer one.

The product dries everything very well. It has enough categories to cover all different types of clothes and fabrics. I have never had any problems drying blankets or loads of towels, let alone standard loads of clothes. It is very easy to use, just pick your setting and push the button. The sensors know how long your load needs and will set the timer accordingly. It also has a classic appearance that fits in with any laundry room. While the controls are modern, the body remains fully classical and never grows old. Also, it doesnt use that much electricity and will chime when the load is done. It does its job every time without fail. What more could you ask for in a dryer?

I bought a Kenmore Elite Oasis HE automatic washer model number 110.27067601 serial number CT0570011 in late 2008 (along with the dryer). I also bought a one year extended warranty for it. Shortly after, the machine had the F1 error code and could not function. I called, a technician came out and replaced the control board. A couple years later, I had the same problem. The machine gets the F1 code while filling. I had to press the stop and start button at least four times to get the machine running again. Then 20 minutes before the cycle is over, it has another F1 error code. This time I have to press stop and start four more times. Being a busy physician I did not contact Sears and just tolerated the inconvenience for several years.I called and schedule a service call on March 20th, 2015. The technician, ** came to my house on March 25, 2015 along with another technician **. They did some diagnostic with their computer and told me I need a new control board. I asked ** what is the warranty for this new control board. He told me its only 90 days. I told him it is a bad product. He proceeded to argue with me he had nothing to do with it. Its the manufacturer of the board. I told him when I bought a machine I dont know whats inside. Anyway, an argument ensued. ** walked out and refused to service my machine. I was told the control board itself costs $180, with labor the total cost would have been $280. The board clearly is defective and theres no solution other than frequent costly replacement.If you take into consideration the cost of $300 with 90 days warranty. Essentially if the breaks down every 90 days, I would be wasting $300 every 90 days. The cost of owning this machine is prohibitive. In summary this machine is a lemon and its criminal for your company to put your name on it as your store brand and sell it for a high price. I would like to request one of the following solutions: 1) Refund for the cost of the machine, $800. 2) If refund is not possible, I request you provide to me another washing machine of my choice of similar value free of charge. 3) If both solutions 1 or 2 are not possible, I request for the next 15 years, that you provide free service and parts every time I get the F1 code. I feel extremely angry and deceived. As you can tell many other customers feel the same way as I have found on the internet. I am livid and would take the issue up with appropriate overseeing agencies to warn others of your callous practice of selling expensive appliances that dont work.

Very efficient drying clothes no matter how much clothes are inside. Lint was easy to remove after drying clothes also. It also had plenty of space for clothes. Very durable, never had heating element go out or any other issues. I had a warranty on the dryer but never had to use it. I think it was very good at drying clothes. Dryer was white in color and front loading for adding clothes to it. It has a see through door which you can watch your clothes dry. It has also a metal frame For the price of the dryer I feel it has had great value and last a very long time. I feel its a great dryer with nice features for anyone to use.

Purchased July 2011. Motor died March 2012. Rotary belt needed service January 2013. Now with lid open machine with begin new wash cycle on its on for the past week or so. There is a short in the electronics. We need to unplug the machine and then plug it back in between loads. There are 2 of us and do about 3 to 4 loads of easy laundry a week. So now after 4 years our efficient washer will be added to the local landfill. We grew on Kenmore and will never buy another. The heating element in the dryer purchased at the same time is fading. After reading reviews were not alone.

It works great and efficiently. Have had no problems. Does what it should do and runs well. It also lasted a really long time. It can hold a lot of clothes. It is able to handle large clothing loads and it has lasted many years. It works well and runs as promised. No complaints, has not given me any trouble. Its a simple appearance. Nothing special just white and what you would expect a typical standard machine to look like. It wont impress you but it does the job. It was priced reasonably. You can get washer and dryers for less expensive but you may be compromising the quality of the machine. Sometimes it pays more to spend a little extra and get something that will last.

Both the washer and dryer perform well. We had few problems with them. They lasted a long time. I would be happy to purchase a Kenmore again. I only have good things to say about them.

Love my washer and dryer. Works great for my husbands dirty work clothes and all my daughters clothes that she gets dirty. Also love the large load for blankets and towels have plenty of room.

Buyer beware!!! I purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator, all Kenmore Elite and they have been the WORST purchases I have EVER made in my life (except the dryer). It has been 3 years but my problems began within the first few months. The water never got cold from day one on the fridge door even after 2 service calls to Sears. The washer I have had to call and have repaired 6 times. Every, I mean EVERY drawer and shelf in the refrigerator and freezer broke within the first year and were not covered under warranty. This is not what you expect from a $6000.00 purchase!!! You expect more peace of mind from expensive appliances but the technicians from Sears kept telling me that the items are crappy and not Kenmore at all. They just slap their names on them. I am considering taking my complaints on to the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can find to complain to.

Worked well. No problems---easy to use, quiet and efficient. Would buy these products again and recommend them to anyone have had other washers and dryers over the years but these were the ones I preferred.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite top load washing machine. Luckily, I did purchase the warranty at that time. Shortly after the purchase, the control board went out and needed to be replaced. If I hadnt had the warranty, it would have cost me which is seriously ridiculous, that a new washer should only last a few weeks. The machine continued to have this error code to come up. We would turn it off and restart it. It would work for a little while, then the code would appear again. I finally ordered another control board in December 2011. This one worked for a month or so, then it again started having the error again. The Washer at this time continues to get an error code, although now it will not go into the spin mode no matter how many times we turn it off and on, or unplug it.This has been a learning experience for me. This washer has been the worst major purchase I have ever made. I will not buy another Kenmore product. Its sad, because I thought they were a good name. I actually had purchased the washer, dryer, and the refrigerator at the same time. I havent had a problem with my dryer but had a major water problem with the water line to the refrigerator. I had to replace the water line twice to the refrigerator. It had leaked and flooded through the floor to the ceiling below.Needless to say, I havent been back to Sears in a a number of years, other than to buy the filters for my refrigerator. At this point, I cannot wait for them to get back to me regarding this stupid washing machine. I feel that if you spend that much money on a machine, it should last for more than 5 years without needing major repairs.

We have had the dryer for a little over a year and recently the tumbler has been making a lot of noise and other movements while on cycle. Have had to take the back off and replace some parts on the new dryer because they wouldnt cover it in the warranty.

I have used a Kenmore washer and dryer for a number of years. My experience with these appliances has been excellent. When I required service of any type the company provided excellent service. These Kenmore products are of very fine quality and easy to use.

Another quality is that you can get great service without paying a huge price for the Kenmore products. You can use the dryer for dry cleaning with Dryel, which is a method of dry cleaning at least four articles of clothing in each load. You just put your clothes that need drying clothing into the washer with dryel, which also has a pre-treatment for stains and other problems with your clothes. This can save you a bundle of money. Whether you are doing regular washing and drying with household items such as towels, sheets, or other things, the final results or appearance of the items you are cleaning is very satisfying. Because of the outcome, you will never have to use a professional dry cleaners which can save you a bundle of money, with the same outcome, great looking items.

I put Kenmore appliances up there with Maytag and Whirlpool, but usually for a better price and they have good sales often too. I had my Kenmore heavy duty washer for 11 years and the dryer lasted 13 years. Exceptional.

If you have nice clothes you want better dependable washers and dryers to keep your clothes nice. You want to be able to keep your clothes looking new and not all day every time you wash and dry them. You want to be able to wash and dry your clothes knowing that the machinery is not going to break down any time while youre using them. We have never had to have a service person come up to the house to look at any of our washer dryers that are the Kenmore brand. Its now the year 2016 getting ready to be the 2017. You want top of the line modern appliances that fit with your interior and the modern look of your house. You dont want washer and dryers that look like theyre made in the 1950s. We bought our washer and dryer brand new and even with the payments had them paid off within a year and a half. Very reasonable and didnt even notice the money missing from our banking accounts as the we paid the bills.

I have had my Kenmore washer and dryer for about 14 years and have not had any problems with either of them. They are the smart operation manage type so you can set up the cycles to get the best results and save money and time.

I am satisfied with how my washer and dryer works. It gets our clothes clean, and we dont need to use as much laundry detergent. Its Energy Star, so it helps save us money. I would recommend these appliance with friends and family.

My washer/dryer has always worked and never gave me any problems, always gets the job done. Ive had it for at least 8 years. They are very good quality and last a long time. I shouldnt even be needing a new washer/dryer for the next couple years, even though Id had mine for 8+ years.

My dryer is easy to use. It has a dial to turn to what setting the dryer needs to be on for your load of clothing. It is simple to use. It is a straightforward dryer. I dont like the lint trap because if it gets overly full the material will drop down into the machine, and the material is hard to get out of the dryer. Currently I need to clean the lint out of the machine because the dryer is not drying as effectively, and that is my only complaint about the dryer. Otherwise it is a great dryer.

Was used but last for some years and I sold it in a garage sale. I wanted to buy a new model and a pair for my new home. I dont remember the exact model. But worked well and never have a problem. The washer was big and I used for my husbands working clothes. He was working in construction later as a metal welder. Worked great. I washed covers, jeans, not a problem. My washer was a top loader, white, has 4/5 cycles, since was used when we bought it had some scratches but panel was fine. Nothing out of ordinary for a regular washer. We bought the pair washer and dryer as a pair, from a paper classified, so was a real bargain and last more than expected. Since that time sometimes regret spending money for new ones. But the new models are really good too.

I always get the most powerful wash even on the delicate cycle. My clothes always come out clean and after the wash they seem almost dry because the washer sucks up so much water. Its wonderful. It cuts down dryer time which saves money. I have been able to overload the washer, even though I shouldnt in a rush. I was able to wash two queen comforters with pillow cases and sheets from two beds. Yes thats bad to do but somehow they still came out very clean even with little run to move. Its very neat looking. Fits any laundry room from basement rooms to the most high end laundry rooms. Is it the sleekest Ive seen? No but its very simple but shows you care (If that makes sense). I have buy the washer though many tough washers (from overloading) and all the clothes still come out clean and the washer doesnt wobble like others might.

It has very many, many choices how to dry and how long to dry. It includes a power saver, it is easy to clean. I like this machine very much and it is fun to do laundry with it. As I stated previously, this is a very good machine. I am satisfied with its working abilities. I cannot do without it. This dryer machine has a very nice appearance and you can put it in any room you want to put it. It comes in various colors, I think. I have had it in various places where I have lived. I have had it in the kitchen and now I have it in the garage. I think that buying this dryer machine has been a good value for me and I like using it all the time.

Bought a dryer from Sears, it didnt work. After much haggling with rude sales person & his manager in Victoria BC they sent another. That one didnt work either! Had to speak with someone in Philippines to get it picked up & receive credit to my VISA. Never shop there again... This is why they are going out of business.

It is a really good washer. It really gets the stains out especially from white clothes and its very good with color clothes as well. It doesnt rip the clothes or damages them. It is really reliable. It hasnt broken down or anything. It keeps the clothes looking like new. Its really good quality for a washer. I would recommend this brand and washer to people. It has a nice appearance. Since its white you might just have to clean it every once in a while so it doesnt get scratches or really dirty. The buttons are easy to control bits and outstanding appearance. The value of the washer is pretty good. I could just imagine the value of the dryer. I would really recommend the washer. It is really good with the clothes. Im hoping to have the dryer pretty soon as well.

Now considering replacement as continued use over 8 years necessitates a new unit. Washer leaks through the front door, have to keep a towel on floor. Lint in dryer builds up too fast and is hard to clean. Sears now closed doors, no manufacturing agent available.

I loved my Kenmore washer and dryer. I never had any problems with either and they lasted a long, long time. I do wash pretty much every day and they were both sturdy and strong to do the job. Excellent machines. I will definitely be buying Kenmore products in the future.

In my opinion this product was very efficient at its job. It hasnt broken yet after 5+ years of use. This company is great! Also Id recommend getting the washer/dryer both from Kenmore. This product has a very good capacity and almost never gets filled up. It is very efficient and doesnt take long to get the job done. In general it is a very reliable machine. The appearance of the product is very modern and goes with almost any setting. The sound it makes when its finished isnt annoying like other products. In my opinion, this machines value is priceless. It never breaks. Has a large load capacity. It has a cool design and is overall my favorite appliance.
