At first all of my dark clothes were coming out from the washing machine series 600 with white marks on them. I have to do a bulky load. Tried 2 rinses still had all these white marks on my dark clothes. I didnt even want to wash new clothes cause they came out dingy looking. Now the new thing I have noticed are my husbands flannel shirts. They are coming out shredded on the bottom and they were new. My nightgowns look like they are see through and have holes in them. My last Kenmore dryer lasted 15 years. This one I want to get rid of but it matches my dryer and I spent a lot of money on it. I dread washing clothes. Definitely will not buy another Kenmore appliance. I now know why they are going out of business.

I bought the washer dryer set a year ago and I have never had any problems and dont anticipate any problems. Most of the washers I have owned in the past my t-shirts have ended up with holes in them after owning the washer after a month. My idea of my current washer and dryer is they are the best so that I have owned. After a year I still dont have holes in my clothes from the washer or dryer. The machines are well built and there were many colors to choose from. They are sturdy and made to American quality. They are quiet operating and very energy efficient. The quality and workmanship of the machines are well worth the price. When you can wash your clothes without having to replace them before the clothes should need replacing.

Cut our electric bill down from our last dryer. We love it and will only own Kenmore. It dries in super fast time and weve never had an issue. It has super clear instructions and buttons, even my kids use it with no problems. We highly recommend this dryer to anyone. VERY VERY reliable. It dries in one third of the time our old dryer took. It has saved us so much money. Kenmore is the best. Most useful investment we have ever bought. Very easy to use and functional. Simple buttons and options. We paid a very very good price for ours. We had a rebate and it was on sale. Weve never been more happy with any appliance. Kenmore is the only way to go when it comes to brand names.

My dryer is quick, efficient, has energy saver features. I like the style of it and the size of loads it can do. I have put many different sized loads in it and the clothes come out wrinkle free. I like that I can change the settings for delicate clothing. One of the reasons I bought this dryer was the design. I needed a front loading washer and dryer for the design of my laundry room/bathroom. I have had many compliments on how they look. I paid a little more than I wanted to on this, but It has all the latest features and it is front loading like my washer. I have owned it for over 2 years and have had no maintenance issues with it.

I own the unit that is the washer and the dryer stacked on top (It is all one piece). The washer becomes unbalanced frequently and shakes the whole room. I have to stop it and move the clothing around until I get it balanced. The clothes come out of the dryer very wrinkled. I have tried all different settings, fabric softener and things that you can put in the dryer; but the clothes are still very wrinkled and have to be ironed. I wish I had not bought this appliance.

Well built and lasted us 15 years and we bought the washer and dryer used. Never had a problem. Always washed clothes clean and the dryer dried clothes very quickly. I would recommend the Kenmore brand to my friends and family.

Ive found this brand to be dependable and reliable. Good quality at a reasonable price. We have had very little issues with either the washer or the dryer working properly and are very pleased with both.

Got Kenmore washer and dryer used. They are great and have been very reliable for over 5 years now. They are white in color and very fashionable. Paint doesnt chip and very sharp looking. I couldnt be happier with their looks and performance. If I ever need another one, I would certainly get a Kenmore. I would recommend this brand to anyone.

Kenmore washers and dryers exceeded my initial expectations lasting over twenty years! I have gotten my money’s worth with those purchases! However, I have found over the years of being a homemaker that purchasing one of their refrigerators is a totally different circumstance entirely and my main complaint is that their refrigerators should last longer than they do. Over the years I have bought two. The first house I bought the previous owners left theirs for me. Never got many years out of one and that in itself is very, very disappointing. Prices on the refrigerators were way too high. But what is even worse is the interest rate using the store’s credit card charges. I was in a bind as my older refrigerator broke unexpectedly after ten years. I am a senior citizen living on social security so this became a more difficult situation then for most! I did not like that there was no senior citizen discount offered and when all was said and done, it cost much more than I think the true value should have been! But I liked that opening the refrigerator was easy as believe it or not, some I find really need a good tug on the door and usually when an appliance is like that, it takes me a few good tries to pull a door open on it. I am not the weakest person but does someone need to be the strongest one in town to do that simple action with ease? And being a senior citizen, I cannot tell you how much that factor was and is so very much appreciated by me! It was quiet and performed well, has nice space inside for food storage and had the color I wanted to match other appliances in my kitchen. I am hoping my refrigerator serves me well!

Weve had our Kenmore washer and dryer for about 6 years with only one minor problem. The handle of the dryer broke but was replaced by a service tech completely under the warranty. The washer has no issues. We have the stacked front loading models. I would purchase these again in a heartbeat and highly recommend Kenmore appliances.

I have both a washer and dryer. They are amazing and work so much faster than my old ones. The dryer takes less as much time and my consumers bill has gone down. Which is awesome!! I got them about a year ago on sales at Lowes here in Jackson, MI. Everyone there was really helpful on helping find what I needed. Since I have 3 children--2 girls and a boy I wanted something that we gonna hold a lot of clothes. My girls go through so many clothes and are constantly changing it seems like I always have dirty laundry!!

My 20+ year old Kenmore Washer was amazing! It was a top-loader that seemed to spin clothes to almost-dry making dryer time less. I recently replaced it with a Maytag front loader only because my dryer went & felt like I needed to keep equal sized/dated pairs. The Maytag is not all I hoped it would be. Needs a lot of cleaning maintenance where the Whirlpool stayed clean & fresh smelling.

Were still using our Kenmore washing machine after having purchased it over 15 years ago and its still washing clothes just fine. The dryer that we bought at the same time just had to be replaced this year. All in all... Kenmore makes dependable appliances that have last decades.

Only a few things to fix in a few years. So, I can live with it, but I wish that the dryer would dry faster. We have had an issue in the past with what I guess you would call the drum of the dryer knocking around very loudly. It cost about fifty dollars to fix, but we didnt have the money for a new washer and dryer.

I have never had a problem with either my washer or dryer. Clothes are always properly washed and come out of the dryer so warm and cozy! Ive had both (purchased together) for about 5 years now and have never had a problem with either. Sometimes the washer can get a little loud, but really there are no problems! Would buy again!

Performance of this particular washer is great. It cleans my laundry very well. I especially love how well it clean and remove stains from my young childs clothes since he is a very rough and tumble play outside in the dirt, fishing and camping etc. Gets all those fun-filled stains out, nearly always, on the first wash. I find this washer to be very reliable. I have had it now for some time and have not had any trouble with it as far as mechanical or broken parts. Holds up well even with doing laundry daily. I also have a matching dryer, maybe not exactly matching, but the two together are very visually appealing. Most laundry rooms arent clean, organized or aesthetically pleasing and I am proud to leave the door open to that room because it is the opposite of all of which I just described. The clean sharp look of the washer and dryer for sure make this area of my house more modern and wonderful. These two items I purchased and own are more expensive than a majority of your standard washer and dryers out there. I feel, however, they were worth the extra money spent. I would spend that again due to my satisfaction with these appliances.

Works fine but literally just had to replace heating element less than 2 years after purchase... shorted whole dryer. Things shouldnt break down that fast... of course just after warranty.

This Kenmore Dryer was something that was inherited when we purchased our home. It is a basic dryer and it is very neat and clean looking. Also, I do at least two loads of laundry per day. It works great and consistently dries my clothes the way I like them. I would definitely purchase another one. I think Kenmore products are the best.

Machine at times sounds horrible. Called repair and they claimed, that is the way it is. The nature of the beast. When it stops, get a new one. Unfortunately, my parents machines were still motoring well over 20 years! I have their gas dryer which is over forty years old! Too bad, I listened to my wife, she bought a new one because of appearance!!!

Energy saving selection is a plus for me. Dries clothes the first time placing into the dryer. Runs quietly, a breeze to clean out the lint trap. Very reliable, doesnt take long to dry a full load. Even the children can operate it and I know that it will get the job done. Ive owned it for several years with no problems. Matching set has a clean look - easy to keep clean. Very reliable, priced right and looks good. What more can you ask for? No complicated settings. Very nice dryer. I was looking for an economically priced appliance and I found it. Good price, good look, good performance. If I ever need to replace it it will be with the same model and brand.

I like the way it gets my clothes clean. It is very efficient and does not use a whole lot of water when washing. If I had to make another purchase for a washer or dryer I know that I would choose the same one as I have. I have had my current washer and dryer for about two months and so far I must say that I am very happy. I would recommend this product to my friends and family and the cost is still reasonable. The whole set that I have is white. The washer is loaded from the top and so is the dryer. I love the way that the combination works out with the color of my home. I did a little shopping around and a few different stores before I made a final decision on the set that I have now. I found it for various prices in each store but I ended up paying about six hundred for the whole set.

It was so smooth sounding, no wrinkles left in your laundry, leaves your clothes smelling clean and fresh, no noise when machine is running. Washer has different setting. Once the washer has started you cant stop it until the load is done. Spin cycle doesnt make a lot of noise, can dry large loads of clothes in one. A great machine to use and own. I use tell friends to buy this brand of dryer. I love this dryer. It is large, dependable, you can set the cycle, stop it when you want. Large white machine with the door in the front so that you can get to your laundry. It was a great value, a great price for the set. Would choose this brand over and over again. I think there should be other colors for the washers and dryers. I think people would like more options when it comes to colors.

My dryers performance is very good. I must say its very energetic and runs good. I love my high performance dryer. It also was on sale and I got it at a good price. My dryers reliability is very high standard. ITS A VERY GOOD PRODUCT. I LOVE IT VERY MUCH. I would always buy a high efficient dryer or washer especially if they have a good deal. My washer and dryer appearance I think is lovely. Have a set of black stainless steel dryer and washer. They can handle any size load of clothes that you have. The prices and location is good. They also have a expandable warehouse loaded with good products.

The washer and dryer functioned properly. They did their jobs completely as expected and lasted for a long time. Very satisfied with the purchase. It is the most reliable washer and dryer I have ever purchased. They function as expected and operate quickly and efficiently. Its all great. The appearance is good. There isnt much that separates most washer and dryers as far as appearance, but it looks really good. No problems with appearance. Not the cheapest product on the market, but very much the best value. Everything about it is perfect, and the cost is just a little higher for a quality product.

I loved my Kenmore Elite washer at first, but started having problems within the first year. It got out of balance and my once whisper quiet washer became much louder. Then, it started smelling sour - even when I started leaving the door open after washes so it would dry out. Now, its filling up with water between washes and I have to spin and drain each time before using it to empty out the water. Also, most times, the clothes are too damp after the wash cycle and then take too long to dry. They used to be practically dry before I put them in the dryer. To be fair, Ive probably had this washer for 6 or so years, but Ive gotten less and less happy as each year goes by.

My old washing machine broke. I had it for 15 years, never had to fix it. I kept looking at these beautiful washers in the store that would wash the whole bed spread. No more going to the laundromat to wash my bed spread I thought. So I bought the Kenmore elite wondering how it would clean my clothes with no agitator in it. I was told it was new technology. I dont know why I assume the makers knew what they were doing. I hate my washer for so many reasons. It doesnt clean my clothes very good, even a small load. When I put a large load in it, it knots the clothes up so bad I cant hardly get them apart. They are so wrinkled theyre almost permanently wrinkled. When I wash a bedspread it gets off balance and stops, so I have to pull the heavy thing out and restart many times until it finally finishes. That might not be so bad if it actually got clean. My dark cloths keep having a white residue on them and I can only guess that the light cloths do too. My whites are getting more and more dingy and whatever goes in with a spot comes out with a spot. Now Im looking for an older set like I had before on Craigslist and I dont know what to do with my 2000 dollar waste of money set because how can I sell it in good conscience knowing what a bad washer it is. The dryer I have had no problems with.

We have had our Kenmore washer and dryer for 20 years and they are still going strong. In fact we have never even had a service call on either of them. If we were to buy another washer or dryer we wouldnt even consider any other brand.

Always worked good. Had no problems with it. Easy to work with. Kids could do it too, easy instructions. It had a warranty. We are a big family. It tell me when its done. We use it almost everyday. Dries good, never had to do loads twice in dryer. Looks good, easy to move around, good color on it. Nice people to deal with. We will buy another one someday. We got a good deal on it, was on sale. Nice salesman, good delivery.

I have had this machine for 3 years now and hate it every time I do laundry. The only function I can use is the timed dry. When I use the other functions, the machine doesnt dry the clothes or takes all day to dry one load. I called a technician to come and look over my dryer. This technician told me that the dry clothes are coming in contact with the sensor inside the machine next to the lint holder and left. I started putting smaller loads in the dryer and did not help. So I tried the timed dry to see if this would work and it does. But why spend money on a machine if you can only use one function? Useless is what I tell ya.

We have had trouble with the Kenmore dryer since we purchased it. We complain to Sears and they take up to a month to send a serviceman. They charge for a service call. 3 year old washer and dryer. The dryer has had a problem with an ordered part for 46 days and still no response. Dryer unusable. Now the washer stops in mid-cycle and has to be restarted. I would not give Kenmore even 1 star of satisfaction. I would never purchase another product from Sears of any kind and of any type due to their poor attitude on service. I cant see them in business much longer. They alienate all their customers.

I have always owned the Kenmore brand. I find the machines have a wonderful look to them. My machines always get my clothes clean and dried in a short amount of time. I am proud of the way they look and clean. I get compliments on my washer and dryer. That makes me feel that I chose the best for me and my family. I would recommend this brand above the rest of the brands. You really get your monies worth to. Christmas is coming. Reward yourselves this year.

Weve had them for a long time and the dryer is starting to wear out. I mean its fine I guess but its so annoying at this time so who even really knows. SIIIGH. Anyway. I will tryyy to fix you.

We purchased a 795-783402.804 under the Kenmore name for our summer home in May 31, 2010. We only use the refrigerator/freezer from May to October. The first year that we came back and opened up, we could not get the refrigerator to work. ERR was the reading where the temperature should have been displayed. I contacted Sears and they informed me that my warranty had just run out. In my defense, it took several weeks to have the repairman come to our area. Then after both my husband and I took off from work and drove the two hours so that we could be here when he arrived, he never showed. We had to again set up another appt. and that is when the repairman said the design of the bottom drawer freezer was a bad design and we had to make sure we closed it from the exact center or the fan would not work properly. This lasted about one month before the same thing happened. Sears sold us the extended warranty (another $300) and after limping through the summer, we arrived this year to the same problem and again our extended warranty had expired. So far this summer, we have had the coils freeze up 4 times. My husband has to take off the back of the freezer after removing the drawer and use a hair dryer to defrost the coils. The amount of food that I have had to throw away is a crime. Not only was this refrigerator/freezer expensive but the customer service was horrible and the problem still exists. Bad design or not, it is not the fault of the consumer. What rights does this consumer have? All I have had offered to me was to purchase another extended warranty! One star rating = angry. That doesnt begin to reflect the feeling I have towards Sears!

I have purchased most of my appliances through Sears over the last decade. Considering how many large purchases Ive made thru the years I was shocked that when I went to Sears for help about my washer which we purchased 5 years ago they refused to help me because I did not purchase the extended warranty. In all fairness I NEVER thought that a Kenmore Elite washing machine would be Covered with RUST on the inside within 5 year. When you open the lid to the machine it looks like its 25 yrs old. It has completely eaten away in some sections around the detergent and bleach dispensers and the rear side around the rim. I am afraid to wash my childrens clothes in it and feel it is ridiculous that I should have to replace a washer every five years because it is covered in rust.I have never had any issues with my past purchases from sears. It is a shame that the first time I go to them with a product issue they refuse to assist me. This should NOT happen to a product in such a short time and when it does I would hope that Sears would stand behind their products realizing that if this is happening the product was poorly made and is now resulting in issues that are a health concern. If I wanted to be Replacing a wash machine every 5 years I would have gone with the cheapest machine and not Wasted my money on a Kenmore Elite. I have spent hours trying to get assistance from Sears. I Really was hoping to have someone help me.I called the store that I purchased it from and the Store Owner HUNG up on me when I asked for the DMs phone number to help me resolve this. He told me that I took responsibility for the product after the first year because I did not purchase the extended plan. So I guess Consumers need to buy the extended warranty because their Kenmore washers will be covered with rust within a few years. Buyers Beware. I also called customer solutions, they said they were sorry that there was nothing they could do. They said I could call LG who is the maker of the Kenmore Elite because it sounds like it could be a manufacturing issue.I then called LG and they directed me back to sears saying they have an agreement with Sears to produce their product and then sell it so if I have a problem I need to go to Sears. Again I have a 2, 5 and 7 year old so spending hours on the phone and getting nowhere is extremely frustrating. I have been sent in circles for months and have gotten nowhere. I have never filed any complaint with a company but at this point I want to save other customers the nightmare that Ive had dealing with Sears and how they Dont stand behind their products.It saddens me to think that I have been a loyal customer purchasing two refrigerators, 2 washers and dryers, snowblower etc. over the past 9 years and when I need help on one thing Im told sorry. I regret that I have given Sears all my business for major appliances over the past decade. I want buyers to be aware that Sears is selling Kenmore Elites that will be covered in rust within a few years and that Sears will not help them when this happens. I have attached pictures of what my Kenmore looks like after five years of ownership. I will definitely be shopping elsewhere for all of my appliances because Sears does not value or assist their customers when there is an issue with their product.

My Kenmore Calypso is 14 years old. No work EVER done on it. If it broke down tomorrow I cannot complain. My appliance repairman came out to work on my ice maker and he said I must be the only pet on planet Earth that has not had a problem with that washer but again no problems. My dryer is a Whirlpool with knobs. No electronics, it is 10 years old electric dryer. No problems ever.

I love my washer and dryer. Ive had them for a while now and they run like brand new! They clean nicely with the washer cleaner. You can buy at Walmart and Ive never had a problem with them smelling like my old washer. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy one. Its a great deal.

The washer has several different settings which helps depending on the type of load that is being washed. This helps to save time and get a good clean, especially on my husbands nasty welder work clothes. This washer has maintained and worked well despite the rough and tough work clothes along with all the heavy weighted dog towels and even does well on winter comforters. All of this without any major issues and still getting a good clean even on some of the worst dirt my dogs can make. I can say it has a sleek enough design to fit into my kitchen which is where my laundry center is. The value of this washer and the dryer are terrific because they both handle everything I can throw at them without giving me any major issues. My husband is a welder and has some funky work clothes yet they get very clean in a single wash which is a wonderful time saver.

I love this washer and dryer, its always dependable and reliable for the toughest loads. Makes my laundry smell clean and look even cleaner. Not only that, I cannot believe how quickly it gets everything done. Its always reliable, even when the tags say to hand wash or even dry clean it has never ruined my clothes. I even love my dryer be cause it has never shrunk my clothing before. I think it looks so nice that I keep it as clean as the day that I purchased it from the stores. This was more than a great buy. I am so pleased that I chose this brand of washer and dryer instead of the other washer and dryer that I was considering buying.

I use my washer and dryer at least 3 times a week, and I love the fact that both machines work as they should, every time without a hitch. Further, they get my clothes completely clean and dry them exactly as I want -- totally dry for most things and slightly damp for the items I want to iron. I would never buy another brand.

Both worked fine for over 10 years. The most that I had to spend for repairs was a $5.00 V Belt for the washing machine. As far as the dryer is concerned I never had to repair anything once I plugged it in.

My Kenmore washer and dryer were both very satisfactory products. Used the washer and dryer for 10+ years. The only reason I no longer have the washer and the dryer is because I sold my home and the buyer really wanted both the washer and dryer as part of the sale. The washer was of good size that accommodated large loads of laundry.

Purchase a kenmore washer and dryer in september 2012 from sears. Today august 17 noticed rust forming around the perimeter of the bleach dispenser. First amazed that this should happen to a kenmore. Then after reading similar messages on the web, disappointed that Kenmore has not done anything to correct the problem. And by disavowing any responsibility for the issue under warranty, by doing this I have the impression that they knew of this issue some time ago. I will try and correct the problem but like many others have found.... rust never really goes away. May be the last time I buy a Kenmore and products from whatever manufacturer actually makes the machine. There was a time, if in nothing else, you could trust a Kenmore.

Work great. Best brand. We have this set about 10 year. We love this brand and will buy another set broke. We let our friends know about Kenmore. They love it too. This is our second set washer and dryer and fridge and freezer too.

We bought this washer in ginger color and it started to rust in the top around the soap dispenser. We contacted Sears and we were told that rusting was not covered in their warranty, and they wanted us to buy their additional warranty policy. The washer has continued to rust and it looks terrible. I believe that they didnt put a protective seal on the paint. The washer and dryer are in an inside laundry room.

This washer gets your jeans and your apparel clean without using lots of water. Bleaches your whites great. Towels and your bed sheets come out wonderful. This washer is reliable and easy to load. Delicate clothes are wonderful. Your color is bright and fresh and ready for the dryer. Load immediately into the dryer and you are ready. The washers appearance is wonderful and will definitely match with your home decor. The buttons are easy to clean and are very shine looking like new. The value of this washing machine is very good. Not too expensive. You will be very proud to have this washing machine in your laundry room.

I liked this dryer. The knobs are cool and easy to understand. Theres plenty of space inside for plenty of clothes. The temp is easily adjustable and easy to plug into the wall. This dryer is slick looking, the door opens perfectly from top to bottom and the colour is nicely chosen. And then the lint trap is easy to remove and nice looking too. This dryer worked every time I used it and each setting works very nice. This is very reliable. The heat cycle is awesome. Also, the price is good and it has a good warranty for parts and labor. Ive had it for two years now and it doesnt show any signs of weakness. Im very happy with this product.

It was efficient for the price. My washer and dryer worked fine and I am pleased with them. It worked well with cleaning my clothes and drying them efficiently. The appearance is white. One is a top loader and the dryer is a front loader. They are small enough to be kept in the utility room.

It did an OK job, one of the cheaper models they have. My next buy would be a better dryer, more cycles to use. I would recommend this dryer for someone who doesnt dry big loads. It is a very reliable dryer. Mine lasted for 12 years. I now do less laundry than I did back then. I have lighter loads that require less drying time. There was nothing outstanding about the design. It was white to match my washing machine. For the money it worked really well. There are better dryers and there are worse dryers. Depends on the use of the dryer for what money you want to spend.

A few years ago we purchased a washer and dryer (front -load) for condo living from Sears. Fortunately, before the warranty had expired (1 year) the dryer stopped working and it was replaced. Not pleased with the situation but it happens. At the time of purchase we opted for warranty on both the items but as time passed the cost of the warranty kept increasing and it was decided that we should discontinue the warranty as it was becoming very costly. Not long after the decision was made the washer stopped working. It was not within our budget to replace these costly items and thus I had no other choice but to use public laundry (not hygienic) - therefore we never purchase Kenmore products again! Given the inconvenience that I and my family have had to go through I feel that I should be compensated for this?!

Kenmore stackable washer/dryer - I think its ridiculous that you spend over a 1000.00 on an appliance and cant even buy parts for it. You have to order them and wait days!!!! If Sears is going to sell them they should carry parts. I should not have to pay 2 service charges. Rip off.

My experience was absolutely delightful. I liked everything with the Kenmore refrigerator. I never had any regrets or disappointments with it. The person that purchased said they got it at a very reasonable price. Everyone is very pleased. I would definitely purchase this brand refrigerator if the need was to arise. Since receiving the refrigerator as a gift, I have obtained a matching washer and dryer.

I got a Sears Kenmore model 92702 due to space limits. This model is a space saver in that the dryer is stacked on top of the washer. It has been many years since purchase, so price is not remembered, but I got it because it was the model that fit my needs. One of the most important reason for getting this is space and where it would fit, next is the various different wash and dry options. It has worked very well over the years. I have had it 15+ years. My next unit if and when, I will be looking for the energy efficiency factor, then at what it has to offer in load capacity. This model I got has five wash cycles, three load levels, and three water temps to use. The dryer part has three drying cycles, which is great for my needs.

I thought I was going to get better performance from the cleaner. It was average. The dryer was ok. But expecting the cleaner to do above average of its function. It did clean the clothes but not in a above average kind of way. It lasted me for few years, except the washer had a problem in the second year of purchasing it. Good thing I had a warranty so the washer was replaced but the hassle of customer service people it was a nightmare but eventually I got a washer. Personally I like newer digital models, and the washers with doors opening from the side but those were too expensive but for my budget and my choice within my budget I was ok with the appearance of the washer and dryer. I wasnt happy with price tag for both washer and dryer, but I needed a washer and a dryer for the house. The price was steep when I purchased it but it seemed really steep when the washer broke down after two years of purchasing it.

This is a very reliable washer! It washes clothes perfectly and cleans deep stains. Most of the other washers Ive owned, my clothes had to be washed 2-3 before I put it through the dryer. It holds most of my load! I appreciate that because I tend to do my laundry often and I need many clothes to be washed. However if its overloaded then it gets overpowered. Though its not the most appealing look, it doesnt look like complete trash. Its very suitable for an average home. My 80 year old mother bought a new Kenmore washer and dryer from Sears June 30, 2011. The last 2 weeks, the operation has been sporadic, and as of today, it wont fill or run through a cycle. She bought these to replace a 12 year old washer and dryer. I called Sears helpline and they couldnt find any record and immediately wanted me to schedule a $79.00 service call. I was eventually put on hold while she checked on something. 5 minutes later, another lady came on the phone and had no idea why I was calling. After some troubleshooting, she told me I needed either a control board or a lid switch and asked me again if I wanted to schedule a $79.00 service call. I have never had a major appliance fail after only 3 1/2 years. Seems like the helpline just wanted to sell me a service call. If I have to replace this washer, you can rest assured it will not be with another Sears product since they dont stand behind this inferior product.

Very quiet, fast, high capacity, thorough dryer, great options settings, convenient loading and easy unloading, solid manufacture, sturdy and very strong. Functions very well all the time, never has ever not functioning. Very good, very fast and easy to use and very efficient. A very good dryer makes my clothes nice and fluffy. Very sleek and very cool modern yet at the same time very traditional, does not look too bulky and does not look too tiny. Takes up just the right amount of space. Very good price always at Sears because Kenmore is the primary brand at Sears so it is usually on sale. I think that the value for the money is excellent.

Always dependable getting the job done, even when its a big load of towels getting dry on the first time Ive seen! Towels and they are free to go. With a sleek and sophisticated appearance, there are no worries if someone would happen to see the laundry room. Nice color choice will go with any color scheme. Great performance at any price, but at what this dryer is priced is a steal. Although even double the price would still be worth it for the beginning of summer has started.

We purchased our Kenmore Elite HE5 Steam dryer 5 years ago. We have been satisfied with the performance. Recently the dryer malfunctioned. It would turn on, but would not begin the drying cycle. Online it was recommended to replace the thermal fuse for under $20. I replaced the fuse and the dryer still didnt work. I scheduled a Sears repair technician to repair the dryer. He determined that the door switch malfunctioned. He said he normally carried on, but was out. After checking he determined that the part was on back order for the next 2-3 months. I called local suppliers and they stated this is problem with the model and there were 15 in front of me waiting for the part. I contacted Sears and they were of no help. Their solution was to wait for the back ordered part or buy a new dryer. Sears was of no help. If anyone has a source for the door switch it would be greatly appreciated.

Im very satisfied about the value of this Kenmore appliance. It is cost efficient. You get what you pay for and this exceeds each dollar spent. I dont think I could have asked for a better washer and dryer. The appliance was quiet and efficient. Its a great improvement over the last dryer I owned. I also have not had an issue with it so far. It is the very definition of reliability. I purchased it over six months ago and it is just as effective as day one. As far as dryers go, this one isnt too bad on the eyes. Its clean and modern looking.

My washer and dryer is Kenmore brands. Model is 20222 and 60222. They are very old and still work for me. Since have them it never made problem to me. I wanted to get a new model Kenmore. I owned a Kenmore washer and dryer many many years ago. The first set lasted over 20 years with only a few minor repairs. I was impressed and replaced these with a 2nd set. These lasted less than 10 years. The quality isnt what it used to be. Kenmore is not alone in this as few things are made to last these days. My Kenmore appliances were new over 40 years ago and they were your basic avocado green which by todays standards would be ugly. At the time they were purchased this was very nice. The set I owned so long ago were a great value. I purchased Whirlpool approximately 10-15 years ago because I felt they were a better value.

It only lasted us about a year and quit on us. It should work longer than that. What a rip-off. I had a refrigerator from Hotpoint that lasted me 14 years. Why cant a dryer last that long? It was a simple washing machine. It did not have all the digital stuff on it, which is the way I like them. I dont like all of those digital stuff on it. That makes it complicated. Not a very good value if you pay all that money and it only works a year. I would expect a digital one to break easier but this was one of the simple ones with just knobs on it. It should not have stopped when it did.

Purchased July 2011. Motor died March 2012. Rotary belt needed service January 2013. Now with lid open machine with begin new wash cycle on its on for the past week or so. There is a short in the electronics. We need to unplug the machine and then plug it back in between loads. There are 2 of us and do about 3 to 4 loads of easy laundry a week. So now after 4 years our efficient washer will be added to the local landfill. We grew on Kenmore and will never buy another. The heating element in the dryer purchased at the same time is fading. After reading reviews were not alone.

I have had this washer and dryer for like 20 years and it is still working!! I have had to replace the heating element a couple of times in the dryer, but that is of course to be expected because they do not last forever. Kenmore is a great brand and I am very happy!! When I do need to purchase another set it will be another Kenmore from Sears for sure!! Very happy customer!!! I would very highly recommend anyone who may be in the market for one to purchase a Kenmore washer and dryer from your local Sears or a sears online.

Nothing beats a Kenmore for durability and reliability. I got my dryer over 17 years ago, and have not needed one single service call on it. It may not be quite as efficient as it once was, but what is? When I put my clothes in and press the shart button, I know without a doubt that it will start and run. I never have to worry that this is the day for it to break down. Also, it has a good appearance. Finally, considering what I originally paid for it and how long Ive had it, Id say its been an amazing value. I can only hope all my appliances would last this long.

I loved my Kenmore. Very reliable. It handled a family of 7 very easily. They were the large capacity style machines and worth every dime. I would recommend the Kenmore appliances to anyone looking for dependable washers and dryers.

Have my Kenmore washer & dryer for 11 years now. The dryer is on Custom Cycle. I use always Normal Cycle, Med. Low Temp, More Dry and Wrinkle Rid. After the cycle is done I do the Touch-up for 15 min. and then my loads are dry. The front loader washer is another story. After the warranty expired a problem with the settings started so I was not able to use the Custom Cycles here anymore. Every time the wash cycle would stop before the rinse cycle, so I had to touch a shorter cycle with cold water and start all over again. What I do now is touch all the buttons one by one 3 times till I am back on the cycle combination I want and now it works fine for about 90%. Annoying but you learn to live with it.

My Kenmore washer and dryer are well built and reliable and it is great to know that these are American-made products. Im glad that this iconic brand is still available in the USA!!!

On March 24, 2011 I purchased a new Kenmore Washer Model #21102 and a matching dryer which I have yet to hook or use. The dryer that is, not the washer. The washer has been a problem from day one. In my opinion its a design flaw on more than one account. The fins on this washer - and Im not a newbie to washers Ive had washers and dryers for over 50 years - and this the very first washer to tear clothing constantly and to get clothing lodged below the fins and thus tangle and tear them. It seemed to be more of a problem for my daughter so I was quite sure what was going on. Was it her or the washer but then it did the same for me.In the 50 years of owning washers Ive never had to replace a belt and shield on a washer either. Ive gone more than a decade without having to do so but this is now the 2nd time I need to replace both in less than 4 years. Apparently the Kenmore name is no longer bullet-proof. My mother went 20 years without seeing a repairman on her Kenmore appliances either. So what is this a faulty design flaw or just crap?

Kenmore performs like a dryer should and doesnt let me down! Have had this dryer for years and years and it has been so dependable. My grown up boys even used it when learning how to be on their own. Its very dependable indeed! I have used mine for years and years and it still performs well. It can dry a lot of clothes at one time and they all come out dried evenly. Its easy to keep clean inside and out. It has a tough, durable finish that still looks new. Just a quick spritz of cleaner and a quick wipe of a towel and it looks like new again! Kenmore has always been reasonably priced when you take into consideration how long and how well the product will last you. Having no worries that it will need costly and time-consuming repairs is a blessing.

This thing moans and groans. Washes really slow and takes your laundry hostage for quite some time, set it on hot and cold water comes out???? The dryer has flashing lights that dont mean a thing???? Kenmore has no customer service you can talk to???? Basically INFERIOR JUNK.

I purchased the pair of Kenmore Elite Oasis Canyon size washer and dryer in August of 2007. I have spent so much money on repairs, and I simply want to put it on the sidewalk with a warning sign for anyone who will take it. It began less than a year after I purchased it. First, it was the F1 code. It turns out that the control board was faulty. They paid for a portion of it, but I got stuck with the rest and the labor. Then, the dryer began acting up. It only dries the clothes on Timed Dry, and it usually takes 70 minutes to dry a load. Do you know how much power that uses? The washer has since been repaired two more times. The tub had to be replaced within the first 3 years. Now, I am getting the DL code, which means the door will not latch. There is nothing blocking this from happening. I just wish Sears would honor their products and care about their customers. I also wish Kenmore would stand behind their products. When I told the repairman that washers are supposed to last longer than a decade and he said, Not anymore.” They make them like this so they can break down, and the company can make more money. I am so sad and angry. I read the message boards from so many frustrated people like myself. We are living from paycheck to paycheck. These repairs are too costly, and so is going to the laundromat. Can someone please help us?

I had my washer and dryer for 8 years and they never let me down. I have 2 boys that are very messy and are rough on clothes so for them to hold out and work as good as they did was a blessing for a single mom who cant just go buy new things. When it came time to do laundry I was ready cause I knew I wouldnt have to do anything over again and again. No putting it back in for another ten mins and was always done right. I would buy them over and over again, I would make sure my family got them cause they work like a cleaning beast.

The product dries everything very well. It has enough categories to cover all different types of clothes and fabrics. I have never had any problems drying blankets or loads of towels, let alone standard loads of clothes. It is very easy to use, just pick your setting and push the button. The sensors know how long your load needs and will set the timer accordingly. It also has a classic appearance that fits in with any laundry room. While the controls are modern, the body remains fully classical and never grows old. Also, it doesnt use that much electricity and will chime when the load is done. It does its job every time without fail. What more could you ask for in a dryer?

Low water usage, cleans well and cycle is pretty quick. It does large loads well and has many cycles to choose from so no matter if you are doing a large load of towels or a small load of delicates, the machine cleans them well. This is a very reliable machine. I have had no problems with it. It had never been a problem. It has codes that will flash to let you know if there is a problem. It has a clean color that is easy to keep clean. It has a very streamlined look that fits well in any place you need to have it in your home. This machine is a great value for the money. It performs well and can be repaired if necessary with no problem. The next time I have to purchase a washer and dryer, I will purchase this brand.

Easy to use and efficient. Dries clothes effectively and is cost efficient. Great product. I would recommend buying this dryer to anyone in need of a good quality product. Cut on every time I need it and always dries clothes in a reasonable amount of time. Can handle large loads of clothes at the time. Looks like any other dryer that I have owned. White with blue numbers. Paint has held up good and is dual vented so you can vent through the floor. Cost about the same as other dryers but seems to be more energy efficient. Electric bill is cheaper after purchasing this dryer.

Hundreds of people have gone online to complain about oil spots on clothes from Kenmore Elite washers. Their strategy is to deny the problem as their path of damage control. Owners are told its fabric softener, the wrong soap, their water softener, overloading. They know this is bull. They have made a conscious decision to buffalo the public by acting like this is always a surprise at every service call. Hey Sears! Pick up a few offending machines and troubleshoot them until you find the offending part(s). You replace a part at a time until the spots are gone...duh! This absolutely needs to be a class action suit. Dont tell me Sears isnt playing dumb. Anyone can get on the Internet and read hundreds of complaints. And you will see these posts followed up by carefully scripted responses from Sears Service Dept. This is a skillfully choreographed response to stonewall owners of these washers. Even their own service technicians say Sears wont even tell them anything until a recall is announced. Until then, the word is out, Everybody play dumb while we decide what to do. Dont sit home day after day waiting for repairmen to tell you its your detergent, your water softener, your fabric softener. Their own technicians tell me, anonymously, that the overdone technology washes clothes with too little water. Owners are being told to use as little as a tablespoon of HE detergent. Then youre left with too little water + too little detergent = clothes that dont get washed. If you havent gotten the drift of this post yet, Ill spell it out. This is a design and engineering problem. Unless you plan to redesign how your Kenmore Elite washes clothes, you arent going to fix this problem. My washer and dryer combo is going back to Sears. If they refuse, my next step will be an attorney who isnt shy about filing class action suits. It would look a lot better for Sears if theyd stop playing dumb and step up to the plate. If not, well drag Sears up to the plate.

Washer very easy to keep clothes, beautiful washing machine. I can have clean clothes now, fresh ones too. Like I always say dry clothes, its better than wet clothes. Its not really beautiful washing machine or dryer, but dont they offer use? I love to use them dryer and washer. I like to have dress clothes every day. Im satisfied.

I purchased this washing machine and it needed servicing within the first few months. So did the matching dryer. The washing machine is a top load model which I thought would be like the old models and clean the clothes better. I was very wrong. It doesnt even agitate the clothes, they just sit in the wash bin and dont even move. There is nothing in the centre of the drum to move the clothes during the wash cycle. The drum moves slightly during the wash cycel but there isnt enough movement to move the clothing. The bin doesnt fill up with enough water to properly clean the clothes and as a result, the clothes dont get rinsed properly either. A normal load takes over 100 minutes to go through the cycle. Shame on you Samsung for selling such a poor quality product. Did I mention that this is the washing machine that was exploding during the spin cycle? We contacted Samsung numerous times over a two year period to get a service person to come out but they did nothing.

After using top load washers all my life. My wife and I decided to upgrade to a new set of Kenmore front loader, and matching dryer. This has to be slowest washer ever, with an average load size being an hour or more. Stinks like mildew all the, and we follow manufacturer cleaning instructions. We even leave the door fully open when not in use. Does not get the clothes clean, even at tiny load sizes. We have never loaded it over half full, and not compressed. Weve had them for about 4 months now and I wish we still had our old worn out top loader back. Even though the dryer does fine, I would never recommend this washer to anyone.

Kenmore Front Loading washer and dryer, 7 years. Like the front loading and water/electricity efficiency. The dryer is humidity intolerant according to the service department. Control boards have been replaced twice since we bought it. Having to repair a brand new dryer is not something that we expected. Will not purchase from Kenmore again. The control boards are NOT cheap. The feature list for the washer and dryer are long. Many different cycles for both the washer and dryer and the washer has custom cycles. The dryer is not as efficient as it should be and sometimes takes multiple cycles to dry items such as jeans and blankets. This does not however make up for the multiple repairs on the dryer within the first 2 years of ownership.

I moved into my new home and the previous owner had left the washer and dryer. I was very happy to know I didnt have to purchase them. To my surprise they were both Kenmore... kind of old, but they worked so good! I love them. I grew up in a Kenmore household. The parents swore by the brand. In the few times we needed to replace an appliance, Sears was there with a new Kenmore unit. My parents house is still occupied by a number of older Kenmore appliances, some have to be pushing 25 years. So when the builder grade appliances started dying in my house after 13+ years, I naturally choose Kenmore as a replacement and dropped over $1,600 for a new washer and dryer. Sears showed up on time, installed the washer and dryer, neat and clean and were gone. All they left was the boxes the washer and dryer came in and the neighborhood kids loved playing in them just as I did when I was young. That was four (4) years ago. Sears no longer stands behind you (or for that matter beside you) after your one year warranty expires.We developed gunk in our washing machine despite the monthly cleanouts (BTW anyone ever remember having to clean a washing machine except if a crayon went through it?). It just showed up in a load one day and will not go away. I started looking to find the cause and came across rust around the bleach dispenser. Apparently the quality today is not as it once was. My parents have an older Kenmore that presents no rust at all. I do not know how old it is, but I can tell you it came in avocado green (late 70s maybe?). I hope the pictures I attached show the gunk (picture taken after 5 cleaning cycles), rust in the area of the dispenser (with dispenser removed), some debris that ended up in the lint filter of the dryer, and black specks that seem to have become stuck on the dryer.If you look closely at the specks you can see bare metal, this is what happened to the finish as I tried to remove the black specs with my fingernail - THE FINISH CAME OFF! Mind you, these units are only 4 years old even though they have enormous capacity, they only service two adults and one child. So I called Sears Home Services to see what would be involved with replacing the washer top panel. I gave them the model and serial number per their request and was informed that the only way Sears Home Services could determine how much it would be to replace the part would be for me to spend $79 for them to come out and take a look. I informed them that outside the rusted part, the unit seemed to be operating fine, dirty, but fine. Again I was informed of the $79 fee and Sears started to make an appointment. I hesitated and asked if the part I needed replaced was available, I was told that they had no way of determining if the part was available unless the service tech came out for a fee of $79 - only the techs can order parts.So I asked, just to confirm, The only way I can find out even if the part is available is to pay the $79 and have someone come out and look at it. I was told, Yes and that if I proceeded with the repair the estimate fee would be returned to me (Ill get to more on that in a little bit). I then asked if the part was not available, and I could not proceed with the repair, would I still be responsible for the $79. Again, I was told, Yes and that if I proceeded with the repair the $79 would be refunded. When I asked how they would proceed with the repair if the parts were not available I was told that would be up to the tech to determine. THAT MY FRIENDS IS SOME FINE QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE! Unbelievable. So I said, No thanks, and hung up the phone.I proceeded to search the net for the part and I found it at Sears Parts Direct and it showed available and that it took an average of 1hr and 45min to install. After hitting the chat button and providing my model and serial number again, I soon found that I could have the part delivered to my house in a couple days for a little over $100 and it was guaranteed to fit. I was stunned. Not 10 minutes prior to this I was told by Sears Home Services that there was no way to know if the part was available and only techs could order it. Hmmmm...Armed with new knowledge, I called back Sears Home Services and asked what the rate ($/hr) or cost would be make the repair based on the information provided by Sears Parts Direct. They again stated that the only way they could determine how much it would cost would be to pay the $79 and have someone provide an estimate and that the $79 would be deducted if I proceeded with the repairs. I again informed them that I knew the part was available, I knew how much it cost, I knew how long it took to put in (according to Sears Parts Direct). Again, Sears Home Services informed me The only way we can tell you how much it costs is to pay the $79 and have someone come out, keep in mind that the $79 fee is removed if you proceed with the repair.Then it dawned on me, how would I ever know if it was removed or not? By paying the $79 and authorizing Sear Home Services to come out. I just signed up for some unknown cost, but I knew I would be out at least $79. I know the part cost and how long it takes to put in. But is that labor rate $50/hr? $100/hr? $350/hr? At some point the $79 is irrelevant and the process is preposterous.Let me apply the same process to something a little more familiar. You want to get something to eat. You go into a restaurant that advertises cheeseburgers (among other things), you ask how much a cheeseburger is and are told that the only way to find out how much a cheeseburger costs is to pay $20 and then a waiter will come over and tell you how much the cheeseburger is. If you buy the cheeseburger they will deduct the $20 waiter fee from the final bill. If you are there to offer them a chance to redeem themselves for a subpar meal you had there some time ago and you only went there because a few of your friends still say it is the great restaurant from many years past, that begs the question, would you drop the $20 to see how much a cheeseburger is?In checking with Sears Parts Direct, apparently Sears does not sell a service manual so that people can service their own appliances. It really is not that hard to do if you know how, the question is the know how. I guess by not providing this information Sears Home Services can keep the $79 racket going. Sears Parts Direct did suggest I try the Ask an Expert section of their website. I did and was unable to post a question/request there. I kept getting messages to try again later or that my search criteria was not found. So far I would say this is not Sears Parts Directs problem but rather an issue from some other Sears subsidiary that handles IT and is suppose to keep these sites going.I did email in my request for either a how to or a service manual. They again asked for the model and serial number, I responded and am awaiting a response. I will see what they come up with. I hope they can do better. I will update with their response. From my go around, so far Sears / Kenmore is not even close to what they used to be. A life expectancy of only 4 years for a $1,600 washer and dryer. Really? Sears has passed on providing quality service and quality products in the name of... oh jeez. I am not sure what they are getting in return besides a bad reputation. I was going to say higher profits, but reading the news - that is not the case. Corporate survival? That is questionable, again reading the news. If Sears is going to sell junk and not stand behind their own brand, there is simply no reason to continue to do business there.Relationships are salvageable, but it takes efforts on both sides. I am willing to my part, hey Sears - you game? I can only hope that Sears spins off Craftsman and Kenmore early enough that those two entities can stage a turn around and not suffer the image blow that Diehard has recently suffered. Buyer beware. Nothing is Elite about Kenmore Elite or Sears Home Services.

I am satisfied with how my washer and dryer works. It gets our clothes clean, and we dont need to use as much laundry detergent. Its Energy Star, so it helps save us money. I would recommend these appliance with friends and family.

It was a clothes washer and I liked that it had a large capacity, also various settings according to the clothes materials. I particularly liked the fact that when the cycle was completed it buzzed and continued to buzz every ten minutes until the door was opened. I also liked that when the cycle was on it was quiet, did not make much noise while running. The dryer supplied all the features that I needed and I was satisfied with the drying cycles. The dryer machine was included in my house purchase and I felt that the quality and ease of using the machine was good. It met my expectations. The replacement dryer that I have was a gift to me and is a GE, but if I were to purchase a new dryer I definitely would consider Kenmore.

Have these units (Kenmore Washers) for over 10 years. Have Sears protection policy. In year 2 dryer failed. They could not fix and gave me a brand new dryer! Covered under Sears Cap 10 protection agreement. Cost is about $500 a year. If they can not repair in 4 tries they give you a new unit!

My Kenmore dryers performance is efficient and gets the job done quickly and quietly. Its also easy to use and takes the guesswork out of trying to figure out drying times. My Kenmore dryer has plenty of room for all my needs. Its especially useful for washing larger loads of pet linens and bedding, and handles delicate clothing as well. My Kenmore dryers appearance is good. The front load feature is convenient especially when drying blankets as being able to see items helps to know if things are bunching up. My Kenmore dryer is a good value because it is energy efficient and allows me to dry more items together which in turn means being able to do fewer loads.

Sears makes a good product in Kenmore washers and dryers. They clean and dry well without being overly expensive. Quiet. Lasts a long time without many repairs. Very reliable. Does not need many repairs. Good size. Can wash good sized loads with no problem. Very seldom breaks. Tough, hard working washers and dryers. Looks like normal washers, tough, clean lines. Comes in several choices of colors and finishes, and comes in several styles and sizes. Washes clothes very well.

We purchased this set (Washer Model #417.41122410 & Dryer Model #417.81122310) from Sears only about 3.5 years ago. Im not going to fault Sears for these, but the models themselves. Only after a year did the seals from the washer and dryer start failing. Everytime I wash, door slightly pops open and water leaks down the front. The dryer door pop open periodically after cycle starts. I dont fully load either of these machines and this still happens. The dryer interior light keeps going out. Ive replaced it twice already and its out again currently. Its not very easy to get in there to replace as well. We had a basic Kenmore top loader washer and matching dryer set for 12 years in our old house, and I wouldnt be surprised if they were still working! So disappointed, especially since these are our first front loading machines weve used. I will make sure I read all reviews before our next washer/dryer set.

I have never had a problem. I load the clothes in, add laundry products, walk away and come back to very clean clothes. I never worry if my washer or matching dryer will do their jobs. Highly recommend to others. My washer holds large loads and gets them clean. This saves me time, money and on laundry products. But if you have a small load or delicate the washer is able to handle it as well. A sleek modern design you would be happy to own. Even though I choose classic white there are other color options available. It will make your laundry room look great and you may even look toward to doing laundry. For what you receive a stylish dependable washer and dryer its a very reasonable price. Especially when you consider it will last you for years to come.

My washer is deeper and more clothes are able to fit in my washer. My dryer is also deeper inside and do double the load. I think the value of its worth every penny of my money for my washer and dryer. I would tell everyone to purchase the product because it would be well worth it.

Kenmore HE Washer, Model 110.21302013, cost on sale $449.95. Purchased this washer, along with the matching dryer on 3/29/2013. Did not take out an extended warranty. Now on 10/23/2014 the washer has quit spinning. I have tried everything to no avail. It sounds like the transmission will not kick in or maybe the actuator is not working to kick it in. I am sitting here now trying to decide if I should spend any money on it or just haul it to the dump and buy some other brand. It wont be Whirlpool as I know they make the Kenmore brand.

The only brand that lasts. It has a better cleaning rotation and it rings out the clothes for faster drying. The only brand I want to clean my clothes. Not a favorite chore doing laundry... but a good machine makes it better! The only washer drum that I can fit a king size comforter in... I really disliked taking those to the laundromat. In the old days I had to drive to the next town over... but now I can stay at home and wash them. It is a nice sparkling white color. I like its appearance. It looks good side by side with the dryer. I am completely happy with the appearance. The value is you no longer have to drag clothes to the laundromat with your detergent and fabric softener and hunt up quarters and drag it back home. You save time and gas money... Very valuable!

Our Kenmore Washer is 20 years old and has never caused us an issue. Its reliability convinced us to buy a second Kenmore dryer when the first one shut down. The first dryer was very good but I think dryers, in general, dont last as long.

Our Kenmore washer/dryer pair work beautifully, are inexpensive to operate, and have been wonderfully reliable. I would certainly buy them again. They wash extremely well and dry quickly and fully. Easy to operate and simple to load and unload. Highly recommended.
