It handles the largest to the smallest size of loads and always gives me a great clean. I never have to worry about having to rewash my dishes. Has a great sleek appearance that looks modern, fits with my kitchen style and fits with the other appliances. It has a great modern style - not too big and not too small. Felt that I received a great price for the product. It was affordable and it was using the latest technology, great buy and value. I am really happy with the value that I paid. It cleaned OK at beginning for a few months then the heating element quit working and also after awhile didnt clean well. We were disappointed in it. It fit my needs as far as size very much. I really like the inside the way it was setup. I could get a days worth of dishes in it very easily. I really wished it cleaned better. The appearance was great inside and out until it got where it didnt clean my dishes very well. Got grungy looking inside. Stained inside and would not clean. Smelled also. The perceived value was very poor. Ive never had an appliance be so bad. We definitely got a lemon when we bought it. Im afraid to buy the brand again as far as a dishwasher.

It has a large capacity so I only use it once a week putting dishes in it all week and even then it usually is not full. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It is much bigger inside than I thought it would be when I first saw it. It is big enough to hold a weeks worth of dishes without looking crowded. It does look plain on the outside but the controls are clear and easy to understand and use. I had no problem figuring out how to set it. I like that it is very well designed inside and outside. I didnt have to choose this model myself as it came with the apartment. However, I went to a couple of stores that sell dishwashers so I could see what it would have cost if I had bought it. It is well worth what it would have cost me to buy it new as it is very well designed and has a lot of room inside for a lot of dishes and even when it is packed full it still gets all the dishes clean.

Kenmore elite is the best cleaning dishwasher I have ever owned. I liked the interior and the control panel. It cleans dirty, hard to clean dishes better than any other dishwasher. I like that it has different wash cycles. Also, the turbo wash cycle cleans great. The silverware holder holds a lot of silverware. The prongs to hold the dishes are tall and strong.

It matched the rest of my appliances and the knobs were easy and functional. I thought it would be cool if the color was blue. I feel like I got my money worth the product. Last an average amount of time and I washed a ton of dishes in it plus the color and style was great with a unique little touch.

Quiet- cleans very well- has many options which one may or may not use- would buy again- I believe in Kenmore products though they are made by Whirlpool and may or may not have LG parts- This dishwasher is very dependable, very quiet and thorough in the cleaning of dishes placed inside.

The dishwasher gets the dishes nice and clean. I can easy stack the dishes on the rack and they come out very clean. The power to the dishwasher is very powerful and does a great job with the rinse cycle, where there is no food or residue left on the dishes. The size of the dishwasher could be a little bigger, it a good size but would like more room for cups. It sometimes is hard to put large pots and pans in the dishwasher with other dishes, especially if there is grease on them. I have to wash them before I put them in the dishwasher to make sure the grease comes off. The dishwasher is black, which I love because its easy to keep clean and looking new. The button on the dishwasher is black with white writing to allow you to see when each cycle is happening (rinse, dry, etc). It is easy to wipe off and keep clean and it goes well with the other appliances in the kitchen. The value is okay! I feel it could be better and far as the size. However, when you live in an apartment you cannot pick the dishwasher you really want. When you are buying a home you have more choices or can buy what you want.

Tonight, my Kenmore Elite 665 model control panel caught on fire. I was upstairs and my two daughters were yelling that something was burning. I came downstairs to find my kitchen full of smoke. The front of my dishwasher, the plastic has melted and there was soot on the stainless steel. We opened the control panel and everything was melted. I can not imagine what would have happened if I were not home. I have tried to call Kenmore but I was transferred 3 times. I want this thing replaced, I know it is not the first time this has happened. We are not the original owners, if it broke fine, but this could have burned our home down or injured someone in my family. Doesnt Sears or Kenmore care about that? I have seen numerous complaints about this same issue online. People have gone to the local news agencies just to get the word out. Do I need to take it that far? I need something done rather quickly to fix this situation. I have photos that I can pass on.

My dishes are clean when they come out. I was afraid that there would be food residues and other stains, but that did not happened. It has a great number of water jets that get the dishes wash at every angle. Its just the right size, plenty of space inside to fit large plates and pots and pans. The bottom shelves makes it easy to wash large baking sheets and the separators help organize and allow you to fit many dishes in there. It had a very advanced top of the line sleek look that do not disappoint. It looks more like a work of art than a dishwasher. I felt like I bought something straight from the future. I liked the built in smart wash heated rinse and dry. It also seems to not leave the metallic smell, taste and feel of the type of dishwasher detergent I use. Felt it was more sanitary that way. However, a glass front window would be nice and feature to add. For the most part, I am happy with my Kenmore purchase as this is a brand I often use when shopping for household appliances. Fridge stayed cold very well and freezer stayed really cold very well. Lasted a good amount of years, but eventually the ice dispenser stopped working. Large enough to fit all of the food items and drinks for my family of four. Enough room for main dishes and side dishes on holidays, as well as enough room to store leftover food items among other things. The appearance of this fridge was very sleek looking and fit very well in my modernly decorated home. I liked the silver look and it matched the colors with the rest of the kitchen. The value of it was definitely worth it. The price was very reasonable and it lasted a very long time to make it worth it. It kept everything cold and fresh.

You would figure paying this much for this product - it would be amazing... It is just average. It cleans ok, but it is very quiet. However we have had sears out 3 times to fix the jet dry dispenser. It is still not fixed and is not out of warranty. It dumps the entire thing each run of the dishwasher. So we dont used the spot free dispenser any more. Sad for such an expensive unit. Size fits perfect to my laundry room, very convenient. Happy with the purchase. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Quiet and gets the job done quickly. The Kenmore we had was in our townhouse when we purchased it. It was a few years old and didnt have the features we wanted in a dishwasher. It was not a very efficient machine but did the job...for a while. Thats the only good thing about it, but we didnt dislike anything it did. It was an entry model, no bells or whistles. It did not have special racks that moved, it didnt have fold down racks and two washing wands, it only had one small utensil holder and no place for larger items. We soon replaced it and now have a Bosch dishwasher and are very pleased. I am sure Kenmore has better models now, but we wanted a Bosch.

Had the appliance (Kenmore Elite) for 6 months when ice maker had to be replaced. Now I have an ER 1F error code. No ice is being made and water is dripping down and freezing in the drawer freezer. I am quite disappointed. It appears the appliances are made so that you must call for repairs on a regular basis. My dishwasher from Sears is another story.

The Kenmore dishwasher is self cleaning. Always gets the job done. No hassle or gimmicks. It has high efficiency and various cycles of washing, rinsing and drying and select water levels feature. Im not too picky about the dishwasher as long as it does its job. Although I would like automatic shut off when the dishes are done and something to tell me when the dishes are ready to be out away or dried. All in all, quality and service are great. I had great experiences with other Kenmore appliances, but this dishwasher was not on par with the past appliances from them. It works fine but the Kenmore products I had before were superb. It was not as fast as my previous washer and the racks are spaced a little oddly. It is manageable but it is an irritating thing. It is something that needs improvement. But, it is quiet and effective. I like that is HE. It has been very reliable, I havent had any problems with it except that it was damaged when it first arrived. My ex-husband purchased it while I was out of town, to surprise me. When it was purchased, circa 1998, it has a stainless interior, China setting, rinse only cycle, levers that came down for stemware, adjustable top rack, sanitizing cycle, and very quiet. I loved that dishwasher. It was great. The installation could have been better though. My ex didnt know what he was doing and cut a hole in one of the hoses and it took 2 weeks to get it replaced. The dishwasher was metallic and shiny. The look was modern and it was very big. I was able to wash a full load every night. It had a compartment for dish cleaners.

Happy dishwasher. No problems.. lt is very quiet and washes and dries well. Bought stainless model with no fingerprint finish. It has been easy to keep looking good. Was not happy with salesman as he didn't seem to know they had fingerprint free dishwashers. Only discovered by reading the literature.

The washer works extremely well as does the dryer. Very satisfied. I have had the washer and dryer for the last five years. I have never had a problem with the washer or dryer or dishwasher I currently own. I have owned the washer, dryer for over a year. The washer cleans the clothes very well. My dryer works extremely well. It usually takes approximately one half hour to dry a medium size load. My utility bill is extremely low because I use washer and dryer up to ten times a week. I am able to wash and dry blankets in the washer and dry them in dryer, so I am so glad I dont have to go to the laundromat to do my laundry.

It can be a little complicated fitting certain cups on the top rack but overall its a pretty good size for a small home. It is a little on the homely side. I prefer chrome exterior or black, because the white shows dirt and grime a little too much for my taste. But as long as youre using the right dish soap or dishwasher fluid then it works like a dream. Clean it regularly if you start to have problems. Im looking at upgrading soon.

I love my dishwasher. Its the greatest thing since slice bread. With all its bells and whistles how can there be anything nicer than that. In the future I would definitely buy another Kenmore product like the one I have now. Just fantastic!

Theres nothing special about the appearance and would fit into any kitchen decor that does not require a high tech modern look. Appearance is comparable to other dishwasher units in its class. Size of the unit allows it to fit into most, if not all under the counter openings in most modern kitchens. Plenty of room to connect hoses and drains, and should not pose a problem during most installations. Normal wash cycle gets the job done if no caked on messes on dishes. Nothing great about this dishwasher, but it does the job for a reasonable price. Mid priced dishwasher unit that provides all of the required dishwashing functions. Even repairs and maintenance can be done at a reasonable price so the overall value is good.

I built my house and this Kenmore dishwasher was the dishwasher I chose due to its energy, efficiency and sleek appearance. It was also in sale which was a plus. I also had a Kenmore refrigerator and was very satisfied with it. The dishwasher has been very durable so far, I like the brushed stainless steel appearance. I also like the sleek finishes. Its powerful and energy efficient. I like that it is quiet in my open concept home. I have been very satisfied with it overall but I would appreciate if it was even quieter, or the drying was better as the hot cycle tends to leave small puddles of water on the dishes. Also, I would like it more if it were even bigger and had more capacity. Having adjustable shelves and fingerprint free surface would be a plus as well.

High-quality dishwasher. Provides optimal results even when dishes have baked on grime. Worth the extra spend if youre tired of spending 15 minutes scrubbing plates. Personally, it is a little too large for the kitchen Im currently in. But I wouldnt have a problem with the size if I was in a larger kitchen. It holds more than normal. The appearance was what sold me. It has a clean front with controls on the inside. Its the most incognito dishwasher around. Id recommend over other styles. Value is superb. This dishwasher is quiet and thorough, and you can choose settings based on how dirty your dishes are and whether you want to use less water. Its a great machine. We can get all of our everyday use dishes into the dishwasher. We run it abut every two days when its just our three-person family. We cook and eat almost every meal at home, so it is pretty efficient. Its basic white. The buttons for the settings are easy to read. It fits in with the other white appliances in our kitchen. We like the white, because we painted our kitchen to match our tastes. It was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive dishwasher we looked at. It has done a good job for several years. We like that it has options for using less water and for a turbo zone where you can place items that need an extra blast of water for additional cleaning.

Got dishes clean, saved on water, the door sealed tight so no leaks. I would buy another one if I could. Very happy with product. Good everyday basic dishwasher. The short wash cycle cleans just as well as the long - saves time and energy. It has the push bubbles for controls which is easier to clean than the old-fashioned manual knobs and probably has longer life knobs. On the other hand, heated dry takes a long time. It is noisier than other models because it does not have good thick insulation surrounding the tub or any sound dampening in the motor area on surrounding the tub. Its a Whirlpool in disguise at a better price. It does a good job. Kenmore (Sears private label brand) does not do their own manufacturing but farm out to other makers to create the appliances for them.

It cleaned the dishes very well with limited rinsing and extra work involved. This dishwasher was wonderful. My electric bill was low as well while using it. I would recommend this dishwasher to others and would love to own another one day in the future. This dishwasher was able to fit most things I needed washed. I was able to fit large pots inside, as well as pans like cookie sheets if I loaded it. Plates, bowls, silverware and other things fit nicely on top. This dishwasher was almost all black. This kept it looking cleaner in my opinion. It was a nice blend in my kitchen and went well with my other appliances. This dishwasher was extremely cost effective. It didnt break the budget and was well worth its price. This dishwasher would fit most budgets nicely.

I re-piped the home in 2006 so I bought the best hot water heater available, a Kenmore 55 gal 12-year warranty. Sometime during 2010 the tank had a small leak. Sears Technician came out and said I could go pickup another tank at the local store in Ft. Myers, Florida. No problem. Trip to Lowes for a few parts then to Sears for a new tank then bam, it is installed.Sometime towards the end of February 2013 my wife said the tank was leaking on the floor. No big deal, I made 5 phone calls to 800-877-6420 just to setup the 1st tech appointment. A week later the Service-Technician came & said I had a cracked anode-rod, so he order another and rescheduled install appointment for 3/12/14, approximately 2-weeks later. Again no big deal, its a slowww leak somewhere on the top of the tank. But, on Saturday 3/8/14 the tank ruptured sometime in the night. I was awoke around 7:30 am by my neighbor telling me that water was flowing out of my garage and down the street. I shut off the main water valve and started calling the 800-877-6420 number again. Each time I called I was transferred to someone that could not help me. On the 3rd call someone recommended I called back 8:30-9:00 am, maybe the department was not open yet. At this point, I have been waiting for ~ 3 weeks for a hot-water-heater to be repaired. Where is the service? I wanted a Technician visit today but was given an appointment for Monday. I have a wife and 2 kids (6 y.o and 10 month) and it is winter in Florida. Yes its warm during the day. While the wife and I could survive without hot water the kids would not be so happy. Remember, I turned off the main-water-valve to stop the flood, so there is no water to flush toilets, dishes or laundry. The house was built in 1985. I have added valves now so we will be able to isolate the hot water heater in the future. Where is the service? With no water I went to Sears and bought another heater and installed it this Saturday.Service-Technician (very nice) came Monday 3/10/14 and confirmed ruptured tank and changed my $80. The Technician said I may have a faulty ground-wire so since I was paying him I asked him to check it. The wire turned out normal. Why do I need to pay? Whatever, paying $80 is worth getting my $500 back that I paid for the replacement on Saturday. Today is Tues 3/11/14 and I have not been contacted for my tank replacement. Where is the service? If I had not replaced the tank over the weekend we would still be without water (hot or cold). From what I can tell the service issues start with 1) the employees that answer the phones (it really takes more than 1 phone call for service?). 2) The lack of urgency to correct the problem (It takes weeks). 3) The lack of follow through on service. Im told this is season and this is the reason Sears is behind. I would suggest triage service calls.As a side note that is semi funny: When I bought the new hot-water-heater this Saturday I was asked if I wanted a Service protection plan. I declined stating that it takes Sears to long to fix such an important machine. We had to turn off the main-water-valve to the entire house. Where is the service. Think of it this way. Would you like to pay an extra $150.00 on top of the cost of the hot-water-heater and wait 3 plus weeks for service?

It works hard at a low cost. Cleans spot free, besides dishes and silverware also to my surprise it cleans pots and pans great. Low energy. Its a dream. Size is perfect for me and when my girls over. A lot of times we have several couples over for cook outs or dinners and it gets loaded even more and it operates the same way. The appearance is fairly simple like we wanted it yet its got that semi plain cool Hi-Tech appeal. We love it and Im sure you will love it too. It has the type of design that will look new for years. Kenmore was the dishwasher that came in the home I was renting. I liked all the various settings that could be used with it. The dishes also always came out very clean and tidy. I never had to put them back in again and rewash them which I cant say for other brands of dishwasher I have used. But I disliked how long it took to clean all the dishes. It felt like it took forever to just get that one load of dishes done. Also the drying cycle never fully dried the dishes so I would have to towel dry everything when it was done.

Kenmore has a great reputation, also many friends and family recommended it to me. I grew up having this brand in my household and its not as expensive as some other brands. I dont need fancy colors or anything. Just wanted something reliable, inexpensive and could get the job done. I really like all of the features currently on my new dishwasher. It gets my dishes super clean and it has several settings on it including super heavy for my pots and pans. However, I really wish it was easier to clean. It has a self clean setting but I have to buy special soap for it that only comes in one size.

Im satisfied with the appearance of this dishwasher although this dishwasher looks like your standard dishwasher. The color and finish are acceptable. The dial does not stand out in a bad way. This dishwasher has plenty of room for all types of dishes, from plates and bowls to mixing bowls to pots and pans to silverware to cups and mugs. I dont have a problem fitting in all my dishes. It does exactly what a dishwasher should: cleans dishes without pre-washing. Its efficient, not too loud, and easy to use. This specific dishwasher is a good value when compared to all dishwashers. It isnt ridiculously expensive, but its also not cheap or poorly made. I would recommend this dishwasher and If youre in the market for a dishwasher, this is a good value for your money.

Our dishwasher came with the new house so it fits perfectly in our kitchen. It doesnt stick out too far from the cabinets either so it is the right fit for us. We didnt purchase it for the looks. We would rather focus on the function, not the appearance. With that being said, its not an eyesore either. We have absolutely no issues in the years that we have had it. Dishes are always cleaned to our satisfaction. Outside of the use we have been very happy with it. We believe we got good value for our money. Not a whole lot of bells and whistles nor did we need any. We just want to get what we spend.

This dishwasher was purchased with our kitchen remodeling project. The stainless steel look matches well with other Kenmore Elite appliances. It is a little darker than the Samsung stainless finish. The dishwasher is fine for our family of four adults. We can get two to three days between loads but at holiday times we often must load and run twice for an extended family meal. This dishwasher is so quiet one often does not realize it is running. Holds a good amount and easy to load and operate. The silverware tray is occasionally in the way and too large. Kenmore Elite line appliances are not budget models. The value received is middle of the pack for premium lines. Some are better. Many are worse.

Works great! Gets even dried dirt and food off. Everything is very sanitary and the glasses are clear. Drying does take a while, but other than that I am more than pleased. Holds daily dishes for a family of 4 with no problems. Racks fold up and down to accommodate odd sizes or extras. Plenty of room for silverware and utensils. Fits great with the rest of the kitchen. I have both stainless and black appliances and this brings them all together quite nicely. It blends in while at the same time looks great. It must have been worth it because I have been quite pleased and have never had any issues with it.

It comes with a great warranty and I believe this dishwasher will last longer than any other on the market.

The dishwasher washed the dishes and pans very well. Always the glasses got clean without water spots. Rinsed the dishes very good. Always used cascade and will stay with product. A good washer. Always had enough space for the loads of dishes that I had. The pot and pans always came clean. Very little problems with the machine. The front was not very nice, but since the washer worked well, we decided to try this appliance.

I was kind of upset because I didnt know that I bought this product used. There were a lot of things that needed to be fix even though the seller didnt tell me that something was wrong. But after I fixed it, it worked like a charm and loved it ever since. The size of this product squeeze right in the area that I had. Any bigger then I would had to take the product back to the store. But I am very happy with this purchase. I would recommend buying this product. But buying it used of course. The appearance is nice to look at. I like the black color of this dishwasher. The only problem that I had was like I said I didnt know I was buying it used and it came with a lot of problems so I put more into this product than expected but I am very happy that I bought it because it gets the job done.

The power wash feature proves that this dishwasher is a great appliance. I dont have to pre-wash stuck on food and greasy residue. When I pull the dishes from the dishwasher, they come out sparkling clean. Also, the dishwasher is extremely quiet to operate and uses very little water and electricity. Although we are empty nesters, we do have parties around the holidays and the dishwasher can be tested with the amount of plates and cups requiring cleansing. It has come through every time. The stainless steel is awesome and I would never go back to painted appliances. It is so easy to clean with a little polish and when its clean it shines so much. I love it! Appliances are not cheap anymore but this one seems to have been a great salute for us. We spent about the median price for name brand appliances.

Kenmore is the best brand of appliances you could ever have. I love the dishwasher and the Control panel on this dishwasher. It is easy to use. All of the buttons are easy access. Its not hard to press and they light up and respond immediately when touched. I do not like the Sprayer Arms all the time. Sometimes they do not move and sometimes they also fall off. I hate having to put the sprayer arms back on the appliance. This is the best dishwasher I have ever had. The customer service is excellent. I love Kenmore appliances.

We purchased the Kenmore dishwasher with our Best Buy credit card so we are paying a pretty high interest rate! But it is definitely worth every penny! It cleans great, and is very quiet. I love the sections. I am crazy about where everything goes in the dishwasher it is very easy to keep everything organized. It is very big on the inside. In the old dishwasher, I would have to do separate loads after a larger family dinner, not with this one, everything fits and gets clean! I love the stainless steel, and the look itself is classy, not bulky and would fit well in any kitchen! The buttons are also not big and bulky so my kids cant play with them either.

Very good. I can use the time as this does the job, because I simply request to leave the dishes there, and this does it all. I like the shape of your design, elegant and casual time, but the way that your system is structured is a bit unusual compared to other models. It should perhaps include a function that allows more easily remove stubborn stains. The previous model used, a little faster drying my dishes, but just do not feel bad with this purchase. It is very efficient and I like its design. Its size is very good, just the place for a house like mine, just as I do not care much whether it is large or small, because the ideal is bigger to wash more. I really like its size.It is appropriate color, it combines with my kitchen, and is efficient for its so great as not hinder me at all. My Kenmore dishwasher was in the house when we purchased it. It is the best of its kind versus the price. The dishwasher has plenty of room for all of my dirty dishware and silverware to fit. Also, the items came out extremely clean within one washing. It also doesnt require as much dish soap to clean. The dishwasher did produce hot dishes immediately after the cycle would finish. There was no cool down feature. But thats not a major issue.

We find it absolutely amazing that our Kenmore Ultra Wash is still the ORIGINAL one we purchased when we bought our house, which was in 1995. It still works fine, 25 YEARS LATER..!! I also don’t even think we EVER had to call a repairman for it. I asked my wife and she also never recalls having it repaired for any reason. Lucky..?? Guess so as I believe the average lifespan for a dishwasher is 10 years..?? I could be wrong. Anyway, it works just fine and dishes still are coming out clean and glasses have no spots. I should be in a commercial with this baby..!!

Wonderful. I love this dishwasher to be amazing. The kids are in charge of washing the dishes. They do not pre-wash etc. They just shove the dishes in the washer and turn it on and poof the dishes comes out spotless. The size is just right. Again the kids are in charge of the dishes and they shove everything into the dishwasher - pots, pans, spoon, forks, cheese cutter, cutting board. And there is room for everything. It is just the right size. I choose Chrome and black cause I am not sure of what kind of refrigerator I am going to get so black and Chrome works. Worth every dime I spent of the dishwasher and times are hard so it was money well spent. I like the fact that it does not use a lot of water and it is not so loud that it keeps the baby up or disturb the dogs.

I purchased my Kenmore in the summer of 1999. Ive never had a service call on it, and never had a problem with it. It cleans the clothes pretty well, but I wouldnt rate it as great. Its been a good purchase for the money, and has far outlasted the fancy name brands that some of my friends have. My biggest beef is that Sears insisted that the county in which I live adds a permit charge, and therefore, my good deal went up significantly. I made the same mistake when I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from Sears. They charged me a permit charge. I later learned that there is no such thing.
