This dishwasher had very good reviews from my friends and my family member. They told me about how it does an awesome job and I needed to try it for myself. It was easily accessible and had numerous settings, which I loved! Hard power jet cleaned dishes quickly and easily. The design was sleek and elegant. The only problem I had was with the person installing it. Besides that, I never had any problems out of it. It got the job done and more so!

I like the power spray. It always cleans the dishes the best without any dirty spots on the dishes. Also everything smells fresh all the time. The time spent washing is very short which is great. I wish it would use less water to save as much as possible. The dishes always come out really hot which can burn you if not careful. I like the Kenmore brand because it is the most trustworthy brand. I own many different appliances by Kenmore so it was an easy choice to make. Kenmore always has great customer service too.

I like that it really cleans all of my dishes and not just partially like most dishwashers I have used before in my life. It also lets me control the speed which is nice because you want to have some control over how fast it goes. I really liked what this brand had to offer as far as features and just overall capability. It is something I could see myself using for the next 10 years and getting the best quality out of it. But I would like if it could fit more dishes. I also would like if it was stainless steel at a cheaper price than what you would have to spend for that feature.

I used it for around 3 months, and in that time period it did a good enough job. Well I have a family of 5, so usually when I did dishes I had to do 2 loads to fit everything in and get it cleaned. It wasnt too much of a hassle, my family uses a lot of dishware. It definitely looks good in any modern kitchen. My specific dishwasher was silver with black trim on the top. It was compact and it didnt take up too much space. Overall it looked good and even added to the room it was in. I wasnt able to test it enough before I moved, there was a brand new dishwasher at my new house. So I cant say for sure but for what Ive seen Id say it was well worth the money. I didnt have a single problem with it when I used it.

Kenmore dishwasher has a nice sleek style while retaining a comfy kitchen look. Easy to clean but use nice cleaner to avoid streaks. Control panel easy to use and offers a nice clean beauty to appliance. The price of the Kenmore dishwasher is reasonable considering that it will be dependable. Its also a bargain considering cost of other higher end brands.

This was a relatively efficient appliance! Aside from the noise, it did the job well. Would recommend for families on a budget! (P.s. Be sure not to overload the dishwasher, it will leave stains and grime behind!) I could fit quite a bit, but if I filled it all the way up to its potential some dishes would come out with stains that didnt get cleaned. It wasnt the most aesthetic but what dishwasher is? As far as I am concerned, the efficiency of the appliance is what is important, and in this category, this dishwasher wins! I bought it secondhand, so I am unsure of the original asking price. I used Kenmore Dishwasher every 1 -2 days and it always cleaned dishes perfectly. It had energy saving options as well which was a good feature to have. Often set it to run in the night and operated quietly. It was always big enough to hold several meals worth of dishes thereby allowing for us to only run it every other day. Its good to be able to do it this way. We chose the black front to blend in and be less visible. The panel was easy to keep clean and looked nice. Some visitors even commented on how nice the piece looked in our kitchen which I found interesting. Price was about what youd expect to pay for a dishwasher and I felt like the Kenmore brand was a quality brand that spoke for itself.

I bought a Kenmore dishwasher approximately 5 years ago. I have had to repair the same problem twice within the last two years and the same problem just occurred again! The soap dispenser door stops opening and it has been burnt on the back of the dispenser unit and the motherboard has burn marks where the dispenser plugs into it. This is the same problem three times now. Ive now spent over a thousand dollars to repair a $400 dishwasher! This third time I was done repairing it out of my pocket so I called the 18004MYHOME number and spoke with a rude alleged customer service representative. I explained my frustrations and acknowledged it wasnt his fault but was hoping Kenmore could repair it for me or offer a discount to buy another Kenmore dishwasher even though I really didnt want to. The guy kept repeating the same things and saying I cant get it repaired for free with a smug tone. I then stated that I have had no problem paying over a thousand dollars at this point just dont feel its right for me to pay again. And said Im buying a new dishwasher and was hoping you could offer anything to make me want to buy Kenmore again. He continued to have an attitude and I asked for a supervisor, he muted me and I kept asking for him to give me his name and transfer me to a supervisor and he hung up on me. I was on a landline so not a random disconnect. Also he had muted me several times throughout the call and would come back on. He was extremely rude and basically I will never want to be a Kenmore customer again. If you cant stand behind your product and realize that after three times of the same thing happening thats not a problem with the product then have customer service agents act disrespectful, rude and hang up on you, then I would recommend anyone to stay away from this company.

The dishwashers performance is outstanding. I get all of my dishes and cookware cleaner than ever before. Fast and effective machine. Appearance is very neat and sleek design with beautiful finish to make it look very premium. The size is perfect for the dishwasher. Fit perfectly and looking very nice and cool. Very amazing and affordable. Best value for the most well built dishwasher that I can buy. Very good value for an amazing dishwasher by Kenmore. The reason I purchased a Kenmore dishwasher over other brands is because all my life I have bought the Kenmore brand. My family has bought the Kenmore brand. Im 44 yrs old and thats how long I have bought into this brand. The Kenmore dishwasher feature I like best is that the machine is so quiet. When I load the dishwasher and then push the start button and the machine itself turns on, I can hardly tell that it is on. But the dishwasher leaves spots on my glasses all the time no matter what kind of detergent I use.

Does an excellent job and gets the dishes very clean. Noise level is rather loud. Wash cycle takes about 40 minutes. However, I let my dishes dry without using the drying cycle. Find that I save on electricity and that helps make running my dishwasher more economical.

I purchased a new home a little over a year ago. My ice maker and water dispenser quit working in my Kenmore refrigerator. Now a month later my Kenmore dishwasher does not drain. Repairman came out $175.00 and it is still not working. I will never purchase a Kenmore product.

This Kenmore dishwasher lasted a very long time before having to be replaced. And also this dishwasher cleaned the dishes well. I would recommend this dishwasher to others. Had plenty of space for lots of dishes. The size of the outside is no different than any other dish washer. And has lots of space for the silver ware also. The appearance of the dishwasher is kind of simplistic but slick. It looks like pretty but any other dishwasher out there. It has nice options for cleaning your dishes. Dish washers arent cheap so I would rather pay a little more for a better brand. So the price is definitely worth the product.

I liked the dishwasher we used. It worked very well and cleaned the dishes for the most part perfectly. I didnt have to rewash the dishes and I didnt have any problems with the machine itself. I have a family of 4 and we went through a ton of dishes but it would fit the majority of the dishes in at one time. Sometimes I would have to do a second load but not often. It was a beautiful machine. Clean and snazzy. It didnt have a ton of buttons on it and it was easy to use. The color went well with my kitchen and it fit in with the cabinets well. It was worth the money we paid for it. I didnt have to put money into it and it saved us some on water and electricity. It was a good buy.

When I initially started the remodel of my kitchen, I wanted non-generic appliances that looked good and were energy efficient. Its high efficiency feature is why I purchased the dishwasher. I also wanted silver or black, so this is the model I ended up with. Its extremely loud during all cycles. The drain on it breaks every other time I used it and it only works without problems half of the time. That said, I dont use it often as I travel frequently, so Im not terribly concerned. Kenmore was recommended by my condo building maintenance guy. He installed it without giving me other options. I would have gone with a different model, but its good enough for me until I sell my condo.

My Kenmore dishwasher is a high-quality product built-in feature water temperature setting, various water settings, and various wash cycles for the amount or type of dishes loaded in. It has a powerful sprayer inside to get out the toughest stained dishes and gets my glasses sparkling clean and spotless. I had other dishwasher before but my Kenmore outlasted each one. We bought a Sears Kenmore dishwasher around four years ago. In less than two years time, parts started breaking off of the upper rack of the unit. After three years, the top rack was unusable, and so after limping along for some time doing 1/2 loads by using the bottom rack only, we replaced the housing for the wheels on top rack. Only, the screws dont all screw in, but just going around-and-around. At this point, Im not sure that Ill even bother going back to the parts store for a trade on the part, because during the process of fixing the wheels, we remembered that several other parts were broken (half of the spines holding the glass holders dont stay up, and both rack track stoppers are missing, so that rack can only be pulled halfway, or else the whole thing comes crashing out), and it seems pointless to spend more money on such a poorly constructed piece of equipment.Additionally, our HE dishwasher is so efficient that we have to thoroughly hand wash every plate, bowl, glass, piece of silverware before running it through the wash. It worked reasonably well for the first year. After that (and after the warranty ran out), we noticed that it wasnt cleaning well at all. We keep the trap clean. We have read other complaints online, and it seems that we need to take the whole thing apart for a thorough cleaning, in order for it to do a decent job of washing. We dont even bother loading pots and pans into the unit, because even with a thorough scrubbing, they come out greasy.We called Customer Service today, and were told that they could send a service rep out, but we would have to pay for the service call ($89.00). We were also offered an opportunity to buy an extended warranty. Im pretty sure I dont want to pour more money into this money pit. The bottom line is that we paid $800.00 for a rinser/dryer/ dish drainer for our kitchen. Do yourself a favor, and dont buy a Kenmore. That are NOT what they used to be!

Runs super quiet. Has several cycle options for whatever your cleaning needs are. Built solid. Superb quality for the money spent. I would highly recommend this product if you are considering a new dishwasher. The size is perfect for my familys needs. Four people go through a lot of dishes. Usually runs once a day. Plenty of room for all our cleaning needs. I love the black. It goes well with my kitchens decor. Easy to clean and attractive. When we visited the store and saw the floor model it stood out very easily against some of the other models. It was an easy sell and we are very pleased. I cant say enough about the value for the money spent. We got a great deal on this unit and the store had several in stock. I have never regretted making this purchase. Money well spent on an investment.

I did not purchase the dishwasher. It happened to come with the home I purchased. However that being said I was not displeased with the appliance as I knew Kenmore was a trusted brand in appliances. There was an On/off switch for the heat for the dry cycle. It was programmable for delayed wash and the dishwasher was also large capacity with a roomy interior and easy to load dish racks. However, the dishwasher was an older model that did not clean my dishes as well if the dishes were not pre-rinsed and it was very loud sounding. We likened it to a plane taking off. But overall it was Satisfactory.

This is one of the best dishwashers Ive owned. Its quiet while getting the job done. Ive never had any problems. It does its job and then some. Highly recommend. The size is not an issue. It fits perfectly, not too big not too small. Its a little compact but a lot of space on the inside. Very good and gets the job done. It looks good. Goes good with any kitchen decor. Appearance is the same of all dishwashers. But it is very good. So many features and buttons. Performance is also good but it takes long time to dry. Otherwise is perfect size, but stainless steel is cheap. Cannot use any cleaner. I use Glass Plus and I saw lots of ugly spots. Drying problem is there as well. But size is perfect. And it runs very perfect. Enough space I have. I can organize all dishes and cups and I can do full load. Good value but is worth it. Everybody is looking for performance not for price.

It was capable of holding all of my dishes, including all of my utensils. It was able to clean everything quite well, and it worked very quietly. It was easy to load, and unload. Nothing complicated. Near the end of its run, it began to have a hard time cleaning all of the dishes. It also did not always clean EVERY dish, and had trouble reaching all of the utensils, sometimes. Kenmore has met my expectations. I chose it because it was easily recognizable and relatively cheap. It also worked very well. Overall, I was quite happy with the product.

Water get off grease and everything thats stuck on pot after cooking to make it better. I do not have to do the work of getting the dishes clean. Fit perfect in my small kitchen and its very discrete. No one notice that its there and blends very well with my other appliances. Love the look and the size. Cant put a price on love, cant put a price on what makes your life easy. One less chore is worthy of my $600. Just having to pack the dishes and walk away I would pay an extra 200.

I have had no problems with this dishwasher. It takes care all the food scum on the plates and is extremely useful for large pans and cookie trays. I am able to load quite a bit. We are a family of four and my children are constantly using cups and never washing them out. Im extremely happy! I wish it came in a different color, however Im grateful that the previous owners left this behind. It is outdated. However there is no rust or broken items on it. The wear and tear on it has lasted. I would not hesitate in buying or replacing this dishwasher with the same brand.

It was easy to figure out and use. I had no problems with the quality of cleaning and I would recommend the dishwasher to someone buying one. The size was adequate and I was able to wash my large pans and casserole dishes in it. Fitting oversized objects usually requires strategy, but my experience with this model did not present that problem. It coordinated easily with my kitchen and was visually pleasing . The control panel was legible and easy to use and understand. Other models were available, but I was satisfied with my selection. Comparable brands did not offer the value that I have found with the Kenmore brand. The quality of the product offers is consistently above standard and has always maintained its value.

I really love this fridge. The double doors make it very easy to grab and put away groceries. Not to mention all the space for larger dishes and groceries. The freezer part is very deep so you’re about to put a lot of stuff in.

I can no longer use the rinse aid feature. Does a poor job cleaning. It has great features, but they dont work anymore. Stopped working in less than a year. Totally adequate. Looks fine. Just doesnt work all that well. It was great when it worked. Made a big difference in the way dishes looked and its been very disappointing ever since.

This dishwasher is mediocre. It cleans okay. I have never had rewash anything as long as I fill both soap dispensers. The big problem I have is with the door. I have to slam it shut or sooner or later it stops working until I slam it again. Which is a pain when I go to empty the clean dishes and the start button light is flashing on and off!

It cleans the dishes well and it never leaves spots or any residue on the dishes. Kenmore brand has long been a favorite of mine. This dishwasher, 18 months old now, is perfect for my needs. Under the counter installation. Stainless steel exterior. Looks good, performs well, quiet operation. Dont recall the price I paid, but I am frugal, so it was not high-end.

I chose this dishwasher because I have a few friends and family who own it, and they absolutely love it! It is for sale for a great, affordable price and who doesnt love to save money?! I know I do and I think it is great because it does a great job at getting off all the food. Sometimes my family cant remember to rinse the dishes before putting them in, no matter how many times I tell them. But this dishwasher has clean dishes every time. All my past washers would leave food stuck on. Gross! But one of the things I dislike about it is that it takes a long time and wish it was a bit faster. I have yet to find a great dishwasher that gets all the food off and is super fast. Maybe its just as fast as it goes. Other than that, I absolutely love this washer! I would highly suggest buying one.

It is a very good dishwasher! It does the job well without pre-washing anything. It is the best dishwasher I have ever used and owned! I would definitely buy another Kenmore dishwasher if I had to. Honestly, I wish it would hold more dishes and bigger pots and pans. For an average meal, I can usually run one load and that will be it. Just so with big dinners, get-togethers or parties, I usually have to run it two or three times to have everything cleaned. I rather have a stainless steel one, but the white is ok. With kids and pets it is a constant thing of having to wipe down and keep clean. But it gets the job done and done right the first time! I could not be any happier with the price! It was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but very pleased with the price and would definitely pay the same again, if need be.

This dishwasher seems to take a long time to wash the dishes. You have to rinse everything off well before loading the dishwasher. Dishes are still wet when the dishwasher is done.

The appearance is nice. The color is a nice matte grey so it doesnt clash with kitchen themes. It fits well with other colors and does not stand out. I would recommend this color and not the black. It is a nice size. There are two pull out shelves. The distances between them is no even, the top one is very close to the top roof of the dishwasher so you can only put small items up there. The bottom one has a lot of room for plates, and could use more room for bigger items such as pots and pans. The silverware sections is perfectly sized. Sometimes it doesnt get everything clean but after a second wash everything comes out spotless. Sometimes if you run the dishwasher with just vinegar it gets clean and that washer runs better. It is a great dishwasher and is well worth the value. Some say you get what you pay for but with this Kenmore dishwasher I feel like you what you pay for and more, because it is just that great and worth it. It is very reliable.

Kenmore Dishwasher is a great size. I have a family of five and I always have enough room. I put the pots and plates on the bottom, and the cups and bowls on the top. I dont even have to rinse dishes off before putting in. They come out sparkling every time and it makes doing dishes so much easier. I love the appearance. It is stainless steel just like all the other appliances in my kitchen. And, the price is so worth every penny! You could get a cheaper dishwasher but that is exactly what it will be. I havent had a problem with it yet and weve had it for over a year now in our new house. It always cleans very thoroughly. The dishware does not ever need to be recleaned or scrubbed. The dishwasher is a little bit loud but other than that I love it. This dishwasher model fits a lot of items. It is probably a little larger than a standard dishwasher model. I can always fit a whole days worth of dishes in it. The dishwasher looks nice. I am not particularly picky with how an appliance looks and do not really factor that in when purchasing it, but this model looks fine. I think that the value of this model is great. It was worth the money paid.

The machine is easy to use, dishes are spotless. Long lasting use and hardly ever malfunctions. Can clean delicate glass, China, ceramic, plastic and woods. I am satisfied with the product and would buy another if mine broke down. It fits really well under the counters and installs very well against the wall. Its a good size to move around to install and the inside fits a good amount of dishes all shapes and sizes. The color fits well with other appliances I own and looks nice against my counter tops. Its also easy to keep clean and wipe down. Out of the many colors they sold, black fit best with what I already had. The washing machine was a reasonable value for shipping and installing. Nozzles are ideally placed to hit all items, regardless of how badly stacked. The Normal routine is a little longer than what I thought is necessary but Im sure there was copious research involved. The utensil tray is a little small but is movable to accommodate larger pots on the bottom shelf if needed. This dishwasher is super quiet. Trays are nicely separated to accommodate the majority of dishes. Wash arms are recessed to allow full use of space. Stainless steel stains easily. I would never purchase stainless steel appliances again, especially a dishwasher. Door must be opened to access pause button. Noisy with original sound blanket. If you have another, install that to lighten the noise. Overall, a great dishwasher that steadily performs up to two loads a day, 365 days a year.

I have been very happy with this dishwasher. I have had it for approximately 10 years and it’s still going strong! Cleans well and runs quietly. My only complaint would be the length of a run cycle. However, I think it is average for a energy efficient dishwasher.

Easily to load and your dishes come out clean. The time cycle saves you on your water bill and you do not use a lot of water. Your dishes are dried in no time. I am not sure of the actual size, I just know that it fit well in the space provided. It was the right size and I was able to get a lot dishes and even some pots in it. The appearance was attractive with easy to open door and buttons that made it easy for you to operate. It was white with black buttons. The dishwasher came with the house so I guess it costs was 300.00. It was made well and it was energy efficient and used less hot water. Consider the size, the name brand, and size and most of all its features, that was good price. We never had to have it repaired or serviced.

I previously had a Maytag which stopped working immediately after the warranty expired. When attempting to have it repaired, I was shocked to discover that the repair would cost more than purchasing another dishwasher. Thats when I purchased a Kenmore. The Kenmore dishwasher was attractive, easy to use, dependable and quiet. I liked the way the racks accommodated different sizes of dishes and pans. It had plenty of room for everything. It met all my needs. Im still using it and have had no problems in two years.

This dishwasher cleans really caked on dishes, pots, and pans without rinsing them first. It saves on water, but it has a sprayer nozzle that really does the job the first time! It has a bottom and a top rack that seem rather wider than my replaced one. Also, each rack is long enough for you to place dishes for up to 6 people. On the bottom there is ample space for pots and pans and a big silverware tray. I chose the stainless steel look because I love the shine of it when I clean the front. It fit perfectly in the space that we had our old dishwasher without any problems. Once I used it the first time I knew we had chose the best dishwasher, because it is very energy-efficient and does not use a whole lot of unnecessary water. The spray nozzle is the benefit of using less water because it is so powerful and it cleans everything spotless.

It does great on washing dishes and silverware. Sometimes pot and pans have to be laying down to get cleaned, others times not. I make sure I rinse all dishes before putting them in so food doesnt stick if I dont run it right away. It fit perfect next to the sink and it has different settings on it for different washings. It is about 36 inches wide and I think 48 inches tall. I got a dishwasher that is black with white writing on it and the knob turns to what setting I want. It does have a delay cycle to use if you dont want to start it right away and a dry cycle. It is a great dishwasher. It has a separate basket for silverware that you can take out of machine and 2 racks for dishes. Top one is great for cups and glasses. The bottom one I use for the rest. On the door it has where you add detergent and rinse stuff.

Would gave a 4.5 instead of 4, but you dont have it, and 5 means its perfect, there always room for improvement in my view. Had the dishwasher for 18+ yrs and during that time only had to replace a clogged spray arm at the bottom. A $20.00 parts. DIY. Therefore it does not owes me anything and was money well spent, especially in these days where most mechanical & electronic usually requires a 5 or 10 years warranty extension on something which should last 20 years plus. Thus manufacturer are not really doing a good QC of their products.

I would recommend the dishwasher. The performance is outstanding. It works great. It is very quiet compared to others I have used in the past. The performance on getting the dishes clean is awesome. I like the size of it. It is a perfect size. It fits perfect in my kitchen. It isnt that big like some dishwashers are. Some are really big and bulky to use. It has great reviews. Great dishwasher. I like the dishwasher a lot. The appearance and the style is perfect. It is good the appearance of the dishwasher and the working of it is outstanding. I like the value of it. The price was right and the prices of other dishwashers is good. Its good to use, the price was right who likes good prices at a decent price is always good to purchase a dishwasher.

Price of this unit in US Currency is around $250.00 dollars to $350.00 and is worth every penny. It practically pays for itself. You would be very satisfied. We have a maintenance contract with Kenmore to repair our dishwasher. The dishwasher died. We called to have it repaired. No repairman appeared on the assigned date. A call to the repair number succeeded only to set up another date a month out. (Previously we had a Kenmore water heater die. We had a maintenance contract on it too. A visit to the Sears store for help just got us a call a plumber answer.) We just ordered a replacement (another brand) from Home Depot.

I only use the normal or pots/pans settings overnight because they are so long. I cook a lot, so during the day I use the 1 hr quick wash with heat drying. I like the sanitized option and I wished it worked for the 1 hr wash cycle. I wish the dishwasher was quieter, it sounds close the noise my dryer makes.

It works well and fast and washes all the dishes fast. It also comes at a cheap price for me, and it is very good value. It can fit basically all of my items. I myself use a lot of plates, bowls, and many utensils to cook and I can fit them all in one wash. It doesnt really look much because dishwashers werent really built to look too nice... Its silver and just ordinary.

I loved this dishwasher. It worked consistently for 5 years. Never gave any problems and washed our dishes beautifully clean every single time. Id highly recommend it to anyone shopping for an affordable reliable dishwasher. Fit well in a small apartment kitchen. Although it wasnt large, it handled large loads extremely well. It fit numerous plates, cups, and pans with no decrease in cleaning ability. Simple aesthetic, not too fancy or gaudy with a ton of controls and buttons or displays. It had plenty of room for the smaller items but not a ton of room for pizza pie pans. I just had to wash those by hand and leave the rest for the dishwasher. Other than it left a few tough dishes dirty, I never had a problem with this model at all. It lasted quite a while and didnt need much maintenance. The overall value of this piece of equipment was very good. It didnt cost a lot and did the job fairly well. So I was satisfied and glad to save some time.

Dishwasher worked fine. Got dishes clean and functioned well. No issues with spots and did not miss any areas. Worked quickly and efficiently. Long life. Had it for several years. I was able to wash a days worth of dishes from four people. Never had to worry about having dishes needing to be held over for the next load. Now if it could put the dishes away too... I bought this Kenmore as the signs at Sears said no pre-scrubbing was necessary with this model. This was not a true fact as ever since Ive bought it my silverware and my plates come out with food on them if I do NOT scrub prior to loading into the dishwasher. I am so unhappy with this product but I know Im stuck with it and as a low-income Senior Citizen I felt like I was lied to. PLEASE DONT BUY THIS as it is NOT what they advertise.

I have a very busy schedule and I am not able to physically wash dishes so I needed something that would ultimately help me in doing so. I decide to look online and see what was the best deal and dishwasher brand for me. I wanted something that was reliable and worked well so I would have no problem doing what I needed to do as a baby sitter. The Kenmore is really great. The features that I like about the dishwasher is that it actually cleans thoroughly.Other dishwashers leave residue on the dishes but this one does not. However, I dont like that it does not hold more dishes that I want it to. Although, all in all, it works well. The reason why I chose Kenmore is because I heard a lot of good things about it from family members and the reviews were great as well. I also thought the pricing was a good value for it. I also love the stainless steel color that they had. I love my Kenmore dishwasher because it is reliable, works fast and does a great job. This dishwasher totally met my expectations!

I like the overall design of the dishwasher! When it was used it cleaned perfectly and there was so much space. It had many different functions you could use. It was also economical and saved water. The only thing I would improve would be the amount of time it took to wash the dishes seemed to take awhile. Overall its been great. If I had to choose to buy another I would probably buy the same one again.

We bought a Kenmore because it was discounted deeply at Lowes. It had been a floor model, bought and then returned; so it was around 75% off. We went with the intention of saving money and ended up with a nice Kenmore. It met our expectations fully. It had several useful settings. There was even an option to sterilize the dishes with really hot water. I like the setting but it left soap spots on everything, so the cooler setting was ultimately better. Also, there were lots of little cubbies to put small items. Its hard to find bad things about a machine that worked perfectly for several years. The top rack would slip off the track and be a pain to put back, but that was about it.

DO NOT BUY KENMORE DISHWASHERS. Ours (Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher) quit working after 20 months of use. We did not buy the extended warranty because we thought it should last at least 5 years before anything would break. Wrong. I have called the customer care phone numbers several times. Did not get anyone that speaks fluent English. Very frustrating. And they keep forwarding you to a different area.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. I found out had we bought the 5 year warranty it would only cover the services call(s) 100%. Had you needed new parts for you appliance you would get $25% off of the part but you the customer would have to pay 75%. Our particular part that is bad costs $156 plus tax and shipping so we still would of ended up paying like $140 dollars to maybe get it up and running again. Sears stores are closing but they still plan to sell Kenmore online so do not make the same mistake we did. Enough said.

I have had my Kenmore dishwasher since we built our house 27 years ago. It is still working great. I wish it was quieter to run. Most of my Kenmore appliances have bit the dust but not the dishwasher.

I like that it washed and cleans and dries our dishes greatly and efficiently. It is good, amazing, awesome, cool, fun and exciting to have and to hold for all time to come. This company has met our expectations in every way and in every way I like our dishwasher. It is fantastic.

The Kenmore dishwasher cleaned well and did a quick job. The dishes were always dry and they always came out clean which is all that mattered to me. The dishwasher is also easy to load and operate. It is large enough to get the job done. The setup was perfect for glasses, utensils, as well as pot and pans. You could even get a stock pot in on the bottom rack. The inside and seals are easy to maintain on a routine basis. However, it has a black front, which is not real easy to keep clean. I would have preferred a white one. It would also have been nice if it were a little more quiet, but for the price who can complain. The cycles dont take forever. You get your moneys worth. For an entry level machine the only thing I dont like is how loud it is.

I re-piped the home in 2006 so I bought the best hot water heater available, a Kenmore 55 gal 12-year warranty. Sometime during 2010 the tank had a small leak. Sears Technician came out and said I could go pickup another tank at the local store in Ft. Myers, Florida. No problem. Trip to Lowes for a few parts then to Sears for a new tank then bam, it is installed.Sometime towards the end of February 2013 my wife said the tank was leaking on the floor. No big deal, I made 5 phone calls to 800-877-6420 just to setup the 1st tech appointment. A week later the Service-Technician came & said I had a cracked anode-rod, so he order another and rescheduled install appointment for 3/12/14, approximately 2-weeks later. Again no big deal, its a slowww leak somewhere on the top of the tank. But, on Saturday 3/8/14 the tank ruptured sometime in the night. I was awoke around 7:30 am by my neighbor telling me that water was flowing out of my garage and down the street. I shut off the main water valve and started calling the 800-877-6420 number again. Each time I called I was transferred to someone that could not help me. On the 3rd call someone recommended I called back 8:30-9:00 am, maybe the department was not open yet. At this point, I have been waiting for ~ 3 weeks for a hot-water-heater to be repaired. Where is the service? I wanted a Technician visit today but was given an appointment for Monday. I have a wife and 2 kids (6 y.o and 10 month) and it is winter in Florida. Yes its warm during the day. While the wife and I could survive without hot water the kids would not be so happy. Remember, I turned off the main-water-valve to stop the flood, so there is no water to flush toilets, dishes or laundry. The house was built in 1985. I have added valves now so we will be able to isolate the hot water heater in the future. Where is the service? With no water I went to Sears and bought another heater and installed it this Saturday.Service-Technician (very nice) came Monday 3/10/14 and confirmed ruptured tank and changed my $80. The Technician said I may have a faulty ground-wire so since I was paying him I asked him to check it. The wire turned out normal. Why do I need to pay? Whatever, paying $80 is worth getting my $500 back that I paid for the replacement on Saturday. Today is Tues 3/11/14 and I have not been contacted for my tank replacement. Where is the service? If I had not replaced the tank over the weekend we would still be without water (hot or cold). From what I can tell the service issues start with 1) the employees that answer the phones (it really takes more than 1 phone call for service?). 2) The lack of urgency to correct the problem (It takes weeks). 3) The lack of follow through on service. Im told this is season and this is the reason Sears is behind. I would suggest triage service calls.As a side note that is semi funny: When I bought the new hot-water-heater this Saturday I was asked if I wanted a Service protection plan. I declined stating that it takes Sears to long to fix such an important machine. We had to turn off the main-water-valve to the entire house. Where is the service. Think of it this way. Would you like to pay an extra $150.00 on top of the cost of the hot-water-heater and wait 3 plus weeks for service?

It works well in general. It was a good deal for the price and seems like it will last a long time. The silver is easy to clean. Im a fan of this brand in general. Their products last and their prices are great. The Kenmore dishwasher has plenty of room. On a huge holiday style meal I can most of the utensils and plates in without any issues. It is really almost too big for just a few plate family meal in general. This Kenmore dishwasher is a good looking appliance. I have the silver metal colored model. It has stayed in very good shape since I got it. It is easy to clean for the most part. In my humble opinion, this Kenmore dishwasher was a very good deal for the money.This Kenmore dishwasher is well built and looks good. I would say buy it.

I like it, works great. Had it for 2 years and 6 months. I got new dishwasher when I got this house, has a whole of settings. I used it maybe twice a week. I think you will like it. The size is great, I measurement the hole from where the old dishwasher was out and it fits perfectly. It looks great, stainless steel is my favorite. My whole kitchen is stainless steel, looks great with everything. Definitely will recommend this product. Happy customer. I got a great deal. I purchased it from Sears because someone was able to help me understand the features and answer my questions about the differences in the various dishwashers and they were on sale. Energy efficiency is a quality that helps my bottom line money. The fact that save energy is huge. Another feature is being able to choose between Smart wash, pots and pans, Normal or 1 hour wash helps. My last dishwasher did not have a pots and pans feature and I hate washing pots. And the stainless steel front is sleek. However, this is not a very quiet dishwasher. I usually start the dishwasher and go to bed and you can hear the dishwasher upstairs. It would be nice to have the sounds absorbed somehow.

It gets the job done. It does a good job cleaning the dishes and also drying them. There usually is not a spot left on the dishes or glasses. The size of the dishwasher is appropriate. It fits enough dishes, glasses, and silverware. I cannot complain about the size. It also fits nicely in the area that we have it in the kitchen. The appearance of the dishwasher is nice. Very easy to use and works without any problems and also have many extra features that are very helpful at saving time, water, and energy. Standard 24 in but the inside is designed for large capacity load. Very easy to load a whole days dishes at once and not have any problem. Outside is black, inside is stainless steel. Very easy to clean outside with inside very easy to use cleaning cycle and it is very quick cleaning so you can use it again. When on sale this is an excellent product. Cannot beat the price for all the features that you get. Can get it in a couple of days and very easy to install and use right away.

This has to be the WORST dishwasher I have ever owned. Its not even three years old and we have had to repair it 3 times already!! Its cost me more than the dishwasher was even originally worth. The initial time we fixed the spinning jets and got an entire new control board at the insistence of Sears repair. They said to fix and not replace. Then we had to fix the baskets since they are cheap and fall apart. The next issue is that it wont lock into place so cant use it. I will NEVER EVER buy a Kenmore appliance again. Total disappointment. Thanks for making a terrible product Kenmore!

It cleaned well if you rinsed dishes before, not the best one Ive had. It could be better. It wasnt awful for the price. It was a decent sized dishwasher it took about a week to fill and it was to fit larger items as well. It was a sleek design. It looks nice and it stays clean. I love the look of it. Its so nice and it fits in my kitchen nice. Very good aesthetics. It was expensive and it sucks sometimes but oh well it works and it is okay but not great value. It could be much better.

It was inexpensive but worked for a long time. It got the dishes clean without having to scrap and hand wash first. It wasnt super loud which was nice. I didnt have any problems with it. We just moved and didnt need it at the new house. It was large enough for a growing family of five including disinfecting bottles and sippy cups. We even washed pots and pans sometimes in it. It was nice and clean, very neutral. It went well with the small kitchen. And the inside stayed clean, I have had some rust out on the inside, but this one held up. I thought it was a really good buy for the price. It was one of the less expensive models but seemed to last a really long time. I would buy one again.

Very compact but theres so much space inside! I feel like I could fit all my fine China in that dishwasher and have them sparkling and stain-free within minutes! Its absolutely orgasmic and pretty intoxicating if you ask me. I love it and so does my family! Its small and compact on the outside but inside I could fit so many things in there, plates, silverware, cups, and even food if Im trying to hide it from my relatives. This dishwasher looks ok but I wish I could get it in different colors though. A red or a black one would look better than white and fit my style. Maybe even pink. Size is important to me because I dont need it to take up a lot of room in my kitchen. This dishwashers not too big so it doesnt take up very much room but is big enough to meet me and my familys needs. Also, it doesnt leave any food or water residue on dishes. I have had my current dishwasher for over thirty (30) years and honestly have had no major problems with it. The lower basket needs to be replaced since there is probably five to six (5-6) prongs that keep the dishes in place. Due to how old this product is Sears (Kenmore) has difficulty finding a replacement part for the dishwasher. Any suggestions? This the first and only dishwasher I have ever owned. My prior dishwasher were my right hand and my left hand. These as well as my Kenmore run a close first and second. Kenmore is a far better product than ninety-five (95%) of ANY manufactured product on the market today. Keep up the great manufacturing you do Kenmore. HUGE kudos to both Sears and Kenmore.

Washed dishes thoroughly and left no food debris after the cycle was finished. Also, does not use an excess of water. I found it to be economical and environmentally sound. I would absolutely recommend this model to anyone who was searching for a new dishwasher. It was slightly compact but served our needs as a small family. We had a total of 3 people living in our home and it did a terrific job at accommodating all of our dishes. It had a clean and sleek design. Not too many frills, just a practical overall design. Great for remodeling your apartment or townhouse. The price was great compared to similarly sized dishwashers that was on the market for other companies. It was not the cheapest, but definitely the best value for the quality received.

Bought a dishwasher about 1 yr ago. Worst washer I ever had. If I dont wash the dishes first they dont come out clean and they are never dried. I would never buy another one. I dont know if it has a defect but I cant figure out whats wrong.

I liked the dishwasher and how well it worked. It was a wonderful experience. I loved using it. It cleaned the dishes well and I had no problems with it. The dishwasher was medium sized and I was able to just bend over and put the dishes in there without any problems. Everything worked really well to be honest. It was actually a black one and it was very shiny. I absolutely loved this dishwasher. I would highly recommend it and it was gorgeous. I liked it very much. It had a great value. It was 1000 dollars and worked well and had a beautiful appearance. I loved the value. I definitely got what I paid for.

Model 665.1396 Although this dishwasher cleaned very well and is super quiet, the first year the something needed to be replaced under warranty. The second, a part of the rack dry rotted and I bought the part on eBay for $25 and fixed it. The third year, the thermocouple went and again I replaced it myself. $50. This is the fourth year weve had this and the control panel wont light and looks like it is one of two $130 parts. I give up and will be looking for a new dishwasher. I wont cry when Sears goes out of business. Raise your quality manufacturing standards and stand behind your products. So obvious, I dont know what CEOs get paid for.

The problem I have had is with the change in the ingredients in dishwasher detergent! Its not the dishwashers fault! I bought some plain citric acid, and that has solved the problem of dishes not coming out sparkling clean! Plenty of cycles, including pots and pans and a china setting, which I have used for my knick knacks. Also, a time-delay, which is very handy, as is the Quick Rinse feature. Also has a water-heating setting, and either a heated drying or air drying. Its plenty big, does a service for eight serving dishes, silverware in a basket. One of which closes (for little things), and a small basket in front for utensils and plenty of top space for glassware and small plates. I got a shiny black front to my dishwasher to match the other kitchen appliances; I find it quite attractive! My dishwasher is quite old; its 13 and still running just fine. Only one service call, many years ago to unclog a little drain, which the repairman showed me how to check myself. Some of the tines on the baskets are damaged, but its way too expensive to get new replacements, and its not that big of a problem. The dishwashers does a load everyday.

This dishwasher has a lot to offer and comes in different forms suitable for different kitchens. I loved the spray feature because it assured me the dishes would be clean. I love how the dishwasher is updated and has exquisite features that makes it easy for my children to use but secure enough for them not to break.

It cleaned OK at beginning for a few months then the heating element quit working and also after awhile didnt clean well. We were disappointed in it. It fit my needs as far as size very much. I really like the inside the way it was setup. I could get a days worth of dishes in it very easily. I really wished it cleaned better. The appearance was great inside and out until it got where it didnt clean my dishes very well. Got grungy looking inside. Stained inside and would not clean. Smelled also. The perceived value was very poor. Ive never had an appliance be so bad. We definitely got a lemon when we bought it. Im afraid to buy the brand again as far as a dishwasher.

Fridge stayed cold very well and freezer stayed really cold very well. Lasted a good amount of years, but eventually the ice dispenser stopped working. Large enough to fit all of the food items and drinks for my family of four. Enough room for main dishes and side dishes on holidays, as well as enough room to store leftover food items among other things. The appearance of this fridge was very sleek looking and fit very well in my modernly decorated home. I liked the silver look and it matched the colors with the rest of the kitchen. The value of it was definitely worth it. The price was very reasonable and it lasted a very long time to make it worth it. It kept everything cold and fresh.

The dishwasher is relatively speaking very quiet and does an above average job of cleaning every pot, pan, and utensil you place on its racks. There are no obvious overlooked stains that were missed or not thoroughly cleaned by the dishwasher. So far there hasnt been a need to call for any repairs and hopefully, it will continue to perform reliably because it is well past the warranty period and I didnt purchase an extended warranty policy. It was the perfect size to fit in the pre-cut area under our kitchen counter when we got it to replace an old dishwasher. It can accommodate large pots and pans with removable utensil baskets. Spray is adequate to reach cups and small containers loaded on the top tray.It still looks the same as when we got it so I guess thats a good thing because its not falling apart. Fortunately, my other appliances are not stainless steel so it matches the kitchen decor perfectly. When we were shopping for a new dishwasher, my wife was very adamant about not spending more than a few hundred dollars for only a dishwasher so we were very happy that the price of this model fit our budget perfectly.

I chose this machine because of its reputation. I researched brand, and Kenmore had wonderful reviews. People were happy with most models and long performance. I really like how my Kenmore dishwasher has several cycles to wash the dishes. I can do a quick clean, or the ultimate scrub that lasts 99 minutes. It’s the longest cycle that sanitized the dishes. I like that cycle, but dont always need it. I could use one right below it, about 70 minutes, that still scrubs, but maybe not sanitize.

The performance is very good. It cleans the dishes without spots or residue left over. The machine works well and we havent had any problems. The size is adequate. We can wash all of our dishes. Sometimes the tray for the silverware isnt enough but we have four kids who like to use spoons and forks. The appearance is nice. It flows with the rest of the kitchen. Looks modern and fits nicely into our kitchen cabinets. Doesnt look as if it is going to break. It is worth the money we paid. There are higher priced models but this one does the job and is affordable. It has also lasted so it has value in its longevity.

The storage space of the dishwasher is great and allows for ample quality of wash. I was able to almost all my dish sizes in the appliance. My Crock-pot was the only problem I had fitting in the appliance but with a little push I fit it on the bottom rack. Dishwasher allows for many different washing options and wash cycles worked well when used. Had problems with opening and closing it and it wouldnt latch very well when closed but dishwasher is easy enough to use. I like the color of the dishwasher and inside color goes well with outside color. I also like that buttons are not noticeable. The handle is also very appealing to the eye. Had machine for some time now and its value is great.

This dishwasher was already in a home I bought and when I saw it was a Kenmore I was skeptical. Much to my surprise, its the best dishwasher Ive ever had and Im 64 years old. It has 5 cycles and 5 options but the normal wash with heat dry is all Ive ever needed. It gets everything sparkling clean. The interior is stainless which I had never had before but its easy to wipe clean. The outside is sleek and unobtrusive. The controls are easy to see. Its practically silent. I only hear it for a minute or so as it cycles through.

It is innovative and is one of the best out there currently. It helps get the job done and you can put dirty dishes in it and it will have them clean every time. It fits all of my needed items so that I only have to run it once a week or maybe even a week and a half. It has all of the needed places for the things I want to wash. It looks sleek and modern in my home. It has the stainless steal look and finger prints dont show up when it is touched. It makes a great addition to my kitchen. The value you get is worth the money spent. It makes life easier and looks good while doing that. I highly recommend spending the money for it.
