This is a very efficient and energy effective dishwasher. My dishes come out very clean and spotless. I am very satisfied with this appliance. The size is very large but that is understandable for the amount of power it has and it holds a lot of dishes which is convenient with a family of 6 in our household. So size is not too much of an issues. This dishwasher is so sleek and modern looking. Its beautiful design goes well with our other stainless steel appliances. I like that there are no buttons on the front which adds to the streamline look for this dishwasher. We received a wonderful deal on our dishwasher from the appliance store. Its value is tenfold with the amount of money we are saving from energy and water. Very efficient and very very satisfied with the value of this item.

This Kenmore dishwasher lasted a very long time before having to be replaced. And also this dishwasher cleaned the dishes well. I would recommend this dishwasher to others. Had plenty of space for lots of dishes. The size of the outside is no different than any other dish washer. And has lots of space for the silver ware also. The appearance of the dishwasher is kind of simplistic but slick. It looks like pretty but any other dishwasher out there. It has nice options for cleaning your dishes. Dish washers arent cheap so I would rather pay a little more for a better brand. So the price is definitely worth the product.

I only had to rinse any heavy or dried food off. It cleaned very well in a quick amount of time. Has good options for cycles. I have a family of 5 and this dishwasher was good for that amount of people. It got a workout on holidays and family gatherings. Most pots and pans fit well and were cleaned to my standards. Easy to clean inside and out. Mine was white and the surface was very easy to keep clean. No fingerprints. Just wiped it down with a soapy towel and dried it off. I ran it empty to clean the inside. After comparing prices and brands, the Kenmore stood out as the best value. I have not regretted buying this dishwasher, it has delivered in all areas, cost, reliability, getting my dishes clean and overall satisfaction.

It is energy efficient. Quiet. It powerfully cleans my dishes without a hitch. Its a gorgeous addition to our family kitchen. Its spray arm is powerful and scrubs heavily crusted plates without leaving behind any residue, at least that has been my experience. I fit up to a setting of eight though its capacity is up to ten plate settings. Its compact but powerful cleans dishes that are piled up. It is gorgeous, sleek, compact (but tall) and surface is easy to clean. It isnt bulky, giving it a modern and efficient appearance. Its about 36 inches tall and it is very deep. It is very inexpensive for what it can do. It is energy efficient with many settings to accommodate your loads. It is also easy to self install if you dont want Sears service people (or anybody else) to assist with installation.

It is innovative and is one of the best out there currently. It helps get the job done and you can put dirty dishes in it and it will have them clean every time. It fits all of my needed items so that I only have to run it once a week or maybe even a week and a half. It has all of the needed places for the things I want to wash. It looks sleek and modern in my home. It has the stainless steal look and finger prints dont show up when it is touched. It makes a great addition to my kitchen. The value you get is worth the money spent. It makes life easier and looks good while doing that. I highly recommend spending the money for it.

Dishwasher is very quiet and has several delayed portions so you can set it to wash when youre home. Cleans well without prewashing and dries well without leaving spots. I have enjoyed our dishwasher. It has plenty of space. Lots of room on the top rack as well as the bottom rack. Has plenty of space for your silverware in the holder that it comes with. Should not have any issues getting your large pots and pans in the dishwasher either. Very modern and sleek design. Clean look. Goes well with all kitchen decor and appliances. Kenmore did a good job on their design and the features of the dishwasher. When shopping for dishwashers you will find out this dishwasher is very affordable for all the options that it comes with. As long as you use quality detergent then the dishwasher is amazing at getting your dishes shiny and no water marks. I never have an issue with it becoming unbalanced and it has lasted me 10 years so far. The chrome with black handle model that I have of the dishwasher has all the perfect prongs inside so you can fit everything and lots of different sized dishes too! The flat chrome with the black handle makes it look modern but still is cheaper than the all chrome one. It is definitely a happy medium. Again with the mixed black and chrome it makes it cheaper than the all chrome but it works just as well. I love the value of this dishwasher.

I am very pleased with the Kenmore Dishwasher that I purchased some time ago. It is easy to load. Plenty of room for 4 serving size of dinner plates, glasses and all other things used at a family meal. Pots and pans are not a problem. They always come clean. No pre-rinsing is required before loading to have all come out spotless. It is a built in Dishwasher and is the regular size of built-in dishwashers. I dont know the exact dimensions. It is large capacity interior, which will take care of a large amount of dishes, silverware, glasses and pots and pans. The door is easy to open and controls are in a handy location. My Kenmore Dishwasher has a white exterior with silver trim around the top. It matches other kitchen appliances that I have. Everything is well-coordinated which gives good decor. I dont remember just how much I paid for the Kenmore Dishwasher but it was priced right. I purchased at Sears and got financing which made it nice.

Kenmore is a brand I have used before, and I find Kenmore to be a reliable, trustworthy brand compared to some of its competitors. Looking at some of the reviews of this model made it an easy choice to make. Very easy to use. Dishes come out very clean and does an amazing job of drying the items inside, without leaving puddles of water like so many other dishwashers Ive had do. It has high quality and will be durable and last a long time. It has easily surpassed my expectations in every way imaginable.

Our old dishwasher stopped working one day and we had to replace it. We bought a Kenmore because we love the brand. It works 10 times better than our old one and I have no complaints at all. For a family of seven people we have a ton of dishes but it washes everything easily every night. That’s breakfast, lunch and dinner including pots and pans that we use. It goes right along with other kitchen appliances very well. We also have a Kenmore fridge and they go perfect together even in our not so modern kitchen. It’s well worth the price. If you want a reliable and worthy dishwasher this is the way to go. No issues in 2 years of having it and I can’t say that about our last one.

My dishwasher performs great when it needs to wash my dishes, but sometimes it wont leave a good shine on glasses or damage something with a printed pattern. It really hurts me when one of my favorite glasses gets ruined. I usually dont have many dishes to wash, so a small, compact size like the one my dishwasher has meets my needs rather well. It also doesnt take up much space in my house, since I dont have a very big kitchen that I can do things in. Its appearance blends in rather well with the rest of my kitchen because everything in it is the same color, from the refrigerator to the counter tops. It doesnt really matter to me what it looks like though, just that it gets the job done. I paid a pretty good price for my dishwasher when I got it and it hasnt let me down yet. Its been running like new for years and hasnt needed any major repairs for as long as Ive had it. I like to think that is a pretty good value for my money.

The dishwasher requires a lot of prewashing in order to really clean the dishes. I am disappointed in its performance. I would not buy another or recommend this dishwasher to anyone else. The size is practical and it fits well in the space provided. The ability for it to hold a number of dishes in an easy to organize way is a plus of this machine. The dishwasher is attractive on the inside and outside. It is easy to clean and it maintains its exterior good looks. The inside requires frequent cleaning, as it gets moldy. This was an inexpensive machine but I still expected it to work better. Since it does not thoroughly cleans the dishes it is not a great value.

The dishwasher is relatively speaking very quiet and does an above average job of cleaning every pot, pan, and utensil you place on its racks. There are no obvious overlooked stains that were missed or not thoroughly cleaned by the dishwasher. So far there hasnt been a need to call for any repairs and hopefully, it will continue to perform reliably because it is well past the warranty period and I didnt purchase an extended warranty policy. It was the perfect size to fit in the pre-cut area under our kitchen counter when we got it to replace an old dishwasher. It can accommodate large pots and pans with removable utensil baskets. Spray is adequate to reach cups and small containers loaded on the top tray.It still looks the same as when we got it so I guess thats a good thing because its not falling apart. Fortunately, my other appliances are not stainless steel so it matches the kitchen decor perfectly. When we were shopping for a new dishwasher, my wife was very adamant about not spending more than a few hundred dollars for only a dishwasher so we were very happy that the price of this model fit our budget perfectly.

Great. It was what I needed. Get all the dishes done at once, make the job a lot easier. Always can depend on it when you are behind on your dishes to get the job done. A great way to make sure everything gets done on time: Start it up at night. When you wake up in the morning your dishes will have that fresh clean smell and ready to be used. Its get tough spots undone. Bad and good experience at that same time because the quality was not what I thought it would be. It still got the job done.

We bought this dishwasher (Sears Kenmore Dishwasher Model 66513409N410) 11/2014 & are extremely disappointed. We paid 549.99 sale price & thinking that it was smarter to pay a bit more for a better product. NOT SMART AT ALL!!! It doesnt clean very well and the motor stopped working after only 1 year and 2 months... We cant afford a new one so we hard to order a new motor for $68 to replace it. We do not recommend it... This is the 2nd Sears dishwasher in 4 years. 1st was cheaper and didnt last long either. NEVER AGAIN BUYING AT SEARS... They could not do anything to help me with this situation. UGHHH Lesson Learned!!

I like very, its very good, always works well and is very efficient, is a leading brand in the market and works in an environment friendly manner, apart it does not damage the dishes and is very clean. Is very different from others I know. Dishwasher and its external appearance is very good, very consistent modern style of my kitchen, and is not noisy, and much access inside.

The washer works extremely well as does the dryer. Very satisfied. I have had the washer and dryer for the last five years. I have never had a problem with the washer or dryer or dishwasher I currently own. I have owned the washer, dryer for over a year. The washer cleans the clothes very well. My dryer works extremely well. It usually takes approximately one half hour to dry a medium size load. My utility bill is extremely low because I use washer and dryer up to ten times a week. I am able to wash and dry blankets in the washer and dry them in dryer, so I am so glad I dont have to go to the laundromat to do my laundry.

The dishwasher came pre-installed in the home we purchased so we did not have a say in the purchase. But we kept it because of its energy efficiency and the knowledge we had of Kenmore being awesome products. My Kenmore had an energy efficient rating which saved money by heating the water internally instead of using hot water from the water heater. It was also a great name brand we knew and trusted. However, the racks in the dishwasher needed to be bigger and easier to organize. New dishwashers have a silverware rack built in which would have been great. The shelves also needed to be further apart for large glasses.

I have a Kenmore Elite dishwasher model #665.13963K014 which I purchased new in 2011 alongside a Kenmore Elite refrigerator which has failed 3x in 4 years. However, this dishwasher is EXCELLENT. No troubles, everything comes out clean virtually every time (unless I load something wrong, usually). My wife and I love it. It is so quiet that you cannot hear it in the next room and you could even miss hearing it in the kitchen if you didnt listen for it. Wonderful! I dont know who makes this for Sears, but it is a quality appliance in my opinion.

Works great! Gets even dried dirt and food off. Everything is very sanitary and the glasses are clear. Drying does take a while, but other than that I am more than pleased. Holds daily dishes for a family of 4 with no problems. Racks fold up and down to accommodate odd sizes or extras. Plenty of room for silverware and utensils. Fits great with the rest of the kitchen. I have both stainless and black appliances and this brings them all together quite nicely. It blends in while at the same time looks great. It must have been worth it because I have been quite pleased and have never had any issues with it.

We purchased the Kenmore dishwasher with our Best Buy credit card so we are paying a pretty high interest rate! But it is definitely worth every penny! It cleans great, and is very quiet. I love the sections. I am crazy about where everything goes in the dishwasher it is very easy to keep everything organized. It is very big on the inside. In the old dishwasher, I would have to do separate loads after a larger family dinner, not with this one, everything fits and gets clean! I love the stainless steel, and the look itself is classy, not bulky and would fit well in any kitchen! The buttons are also not big and bulky so my kids cant play with them either.

My Kenmore dishwasher is over 10 years old and still cleans as well as the first day. Only complaint is the silverware container has been replaced twice. But overall, great dishwasher.

Reliability is great and its easy to use. Its simple design allows for my children to use it. It performed well without any major issues. The size is ok for a smaller family. However, I would like it a little larger so I dont have to wash dishes as often so I can conserve water. It doesnt fit much inside so I am finding that I have to wash dishes more frequently which wastes water and ends up costing me more in dish washing detergent. But I feel I purchase a quality product for a very small amount.

I was happy with the perceived value. The price was standard as with most dishwashers. My dishwasher came in as part of a bundle deal. Was a bit cheaper.It was used everyday for 6 years. It held up well and was reliable. The dishes came out clean every time. It was not too loud when it cleaned the dishes. I also liked how the dishwasher looked. It fit in with the decor of my kitchen. The dishwasher was metallic and shiny. The look was modern and it was very big. I was able to wash a full load every night. It had a compartment for dish cleaners.

It doesnt make my kitchen look cluttered and also all of the wires and tubes for the water are hidden out of sight to make for a more safe area without having to worry about tipping over anything. The appearance of it I think has a very modern and sheen look... I chose it because it pretty much matches my other appliances... I would definitely recommend this product to others. This dishwasher had never ever failed to clean even the cruddiest dishes I would feed it, very impressive performer. I wouldnt hesitate to buy this machine again based on its awesome performance capabilities. My family always creates a ton of dirty dishes everyday and this machine was more than enough to always accommodate all the dishes from the day and then some. This dishwasher was and still is one of the best looking that has ever been offered. I think this dishwasher provides the most value ever provided by a dishwasher.

Did the job and never had any maintenance performed while living at the address. Consistent with other Kenmore appliances. Very reliable. Standard capacity accommodates the average kitchen utensils. No problems fitting in pots and pans. Top shelf held dishes, bowls and glasses. Plain front standard white. Easy to clean and did not stain. User controls were tilted at an angle towards the user. The drain was easy to clear when needed. Better value than an entry level washer. It did perform at a reasonable volume while also cleaning the dishes. Had no issues with dishes coming out dirty.

I re-piped the home in 2006 so I bought the best hot water heater available, a Kenmore 55 gal 12-year warranty. Sometime during 2010 the tank had a small leak. Sears Technician came out and said I could go pickup another tank at the local store in Ft. Myers, Florida. No problem. Trip to Lowes for a few parts then to Sears for a new tank then bam, it is installed.Sometime towards the end of February 2013 my wife said the tank was leaking on the floor. No big deal, I made 5 phone calls to 800-877-6420 just to setup the 1st tech appointment. A week later the Service-Technician came & said I had a cracked anode-rod, so he order another and rescheduled install appointment for 3/12/14, approximately 2-weeks later. Again no big deal, its a slowww leak somewhere on the top of the tank. But, on Saturday 3/8/14 the tank ruptured sometime in the night. I was awoke around 7:30 am by my neighbor telling me that water was flowing out of my garage and down the street. I shut off the main water valve and started calling the 800-877-6420 number again. Each time I called I was transferred to someone that could not help me. On the 3rd call someone recommended I called back 8:30-9:00 am, maybe the department was not open yet. At this point, I have been waiting for ~ 3 weeks for a hot-water-heater to be repaired. Where is the service? I wanted a Technician visit today but was given an appointment for Monday. I have a wife and 2 kids (6 y.o and 10 month) and it is winter in Florida. Yes its warm during the day. While the wife and I could survive without hot water the kids would not be so happy. Remember, I turned off the main-water-valve to stop the flood, so there is no water to flush toilets, dishes or laundry. The house was built in 1985. I have added valves now so we will be able to isolate the hot water heater in the future. Where is the service? With no water I went to Sears and bought another heater and installed it this Saturday.Service-Technician (very nice) came Monday 3/10/14 and confirmed ruptured tank and changed my $80. The Technician said I may have a faulty ground-wire so since I was paying him I asked him to check it. The wire turned out normal. Why do I need to pay? Whatever, paying $80 is worth getting my $500 back that I paid for the replacement on Saturday. Today is Tues 3/11/14 and I have not been contacted for my tank replacement. Where is the service? If I had not replaced the tank over the weekend we would still be without water (hot or cold). From what I can tell the service issues start with 1) the employees that answer the phones (it really takes more than 1 phone call for service?). 2) The lack of urgency to correct the problem (It takes weeks). 3) The lack of follow through on service. Im told this is season and this is the reason Sears is behind. I would suggest triage service calls.As a side note that is semi funny: When I bought the new hot-water-heater this Saturday I was asked if I wanted a Service protection plan. I declined stating that it takes Sears to long to fix such an important machine. We had to turn off the main-water-valve to the entire house. Where is the service. Think of it this way. Would you like to pay an extra $150.00 on top of the cost of the hot-water-heater and wait 3 plus weeks for service?

This dishwasher has been wonderful. My dishes have never been cleaner or looked better. It is also very quiet so I can run it at any time of day. This dishwasher fits plenty of dishes in it at once. It is easy to organize the dishes inside and even though it fits a lot they all get clean. This dishwasher fits in perfectly in my kitchen with all my other appliances. The outside is easy to keep clean as well. Definitely worth the money. What a great deal for a great dishwasher. I would recommend this dishwasher to anybody.

It worked as I expected it to. Had other Kenmore brands & I was pleased with the product. I would recommend this product to others. Its a reliable brand with a very well-known name. The size was standard & fit perfectly where it needed to go. It performed well for its size & held a lot of dishes. Worked well by getting everything clean. Lots of room to load lots of dishes. It looked like a regular dishwasher. It fit in with my decor & functioned properly. Kenmore is a reliable & stylish brand. It was expensive. Kenmore is a good brand but they could work on offering better priced products. Theres a lot of cheaper brands available that would have worked just as well.

It washes my dishes with no problems at all. It even lasts past the apocalypse. Who knew this thing would be an amazing product. It is big and it washes the dishes with ease. It is a massive machine that can fit in any kitchen. This is an amazing looking product. Who else would want a product as amazing looking as this. It is cool looking and everyone should get it. Any poor person can afford it and put it in their home today, it goes at a very low price.

This dishwasher is now close to 10 years old. It still runs and cleans dishes just as well as it did when new. I have never had to have any repair work done on it, and find it is one of my most reliable appliances. Both the upper and lower baskets are very roomy. Even with my large family, I can fit all of a weeks dishes--including pots and pans into one load. There is enough space between the two baskets for taller dishes, and enough space up top for taller glasses. The stainless steel front blends nicely with most kitchen decors. Plus, the stainless steel is easy to keep clean. Its black accents match other appliances in my kitchen. Overall, even though its almost 10 years old, it still has a modern look that enhances my kitchens appearance. I have many times over gotten the value for the money paid for this dishwasher. It is economical in its water usage, and its dependability has saved me from spending money to repair or replace it.

I only use the normal or pots/pans settings overnight because they are so long. I cook a lot, so during the day I use the 1 hr quick wash with heat drying. I like the sanitized option and I wished it worked for the 1 hr wash cycle. I wish the dishwasher was quieter, it sounds close the noise my dryer makes.

Good product. Has Eco-Friendly Wash Cycle, has Quick Cycle, Delicate Cycle, and Steam Wash. It also has Fan Dry, air dry and heated dry... Dishwasher is just the right size for any occasion. I have never had a problem fitting anything that needed to be washed. Doesnt get much better than this brand of dishwasher. Appearance is good. The one Im using has a stainless finish, which matches all my other appliances. It also comes in a black finish. The value with this brand of dishwasher is worth it. Having had several dishwashers over the years, I can say this is the best one Ive had. They are not the cheapest, but they are well worth the money.

We bought the Kenmore appliance because its a brand we are used to and is reliable and the quality is by far better than other brands. The washing machine washes the dishes really great. It very reliable. Never breaks down and the glasses and cups are clean and clear and the color looks great in the kitchen. Easy to load and the utensils come out shiny and clean. Plenty of space for every pot, pan or serving trays. They all fit in nice and very neatly. The washer could be more energy efficient and made from recycled materials, the hinges can be of better quality, more rust resistant and could come with a lifetime warranty. The washers door could be more stain resistant and maybe have a glass window on the front of the washer so one can see if the machine is working properly. Our family has used Kenmore for years and year and I cannot recall having any.

The Kenmore Dishwasher was highly feasible, worked really well, cleaned really good and left very little soap suds or spots on the dishes. It was also strong, could count on it to clean good the first time most occasions. However, the motor played out on it and it generally never seemed like it was gonna lasts, cleaned powerfully and well until the motor burned out and was expensive. I buy most all of my brands from Kenmore, had sufficient space and generally worked well over than the motor not lasting that long as other dishwashers, but definitely gave the dishes a powerful clean.

Its a great dishwasher. Overall Im very satisfied with it and I would highly recommend it to anyone that may need to buy one. My dishwasher came pre-installed when I moved into my house so I didnt have the choice of picking one out. But I was still happy overall with the choice the owner went with. My dishwasher seems small to me for my family of 5 people. I wish it was honestly bigger it doesnt seem to hold much. So a lot of times I just wash the dishes by hand if there is a lot of them. The appearance is nice and the buttons on the outside are very easy to use. I thought it would be difficult figuring it out as this is only the 2nd dishwasher Ive ever owned before. I think the value of the dishwasher is well worth the money I guess considering I didnt buy it myself. But I have priced them online and they seem reasonably priced.

Typical dishwasher, nothing fancy. Pretty noisy, pot setting takes a long time to wash but cleans unrinsed dishes very good. This dishwasher is average, nothing fancy here, washes dishes fine. Just too noisy. Sears service is going downhill. They dont listen to what your problem is, and you first have to talk to their voice mail instead of a real person, and even then youre lucky if they can understand what youre saying and vice versa. Wouldnt recommend Sears to anyone.

I have other Kenmore products and have always been satisfied with the products. I also like that there are many different options and price points that I can choose from. I also like that the company stands behind their products. I like that there are many different washing options in the dish washer. I also like that it fits a lot of plates and is great for hosting large functions. The adjustable top rack is really handy too. I also love their smart wash option and how quietly the machine runs. The one thing I have to complain about is that the pulse if the water is not as strong as I would like, but that could be because I use the smart wash option to save water. But I have noticed that there is food debris left in the plates.

It works well in general. It was a good deal for the price and seems like it will last a long time. The silver is easy to clean. Im a fan of this brand in general. Their products last and their prices are great. The Kenmore dishwasher has plenty of room. On a huge holiday style meal I can most of the utensils and plates in without any issues. It is really almost too big for just a few plate family meal in general. This Kenmore dishwasher is a good looking appliance. I have the silver metal colored model. It has stayed in very good shape since I got it. It is easy to clean for the most part. In my humble opinion, this Kenmore dishwasher was a very good deal for the money.This Kenmore dishwasher is well built and looks good. I would say buy it.

The dishwasher doesnt drain well and the settings are constantly resetting themselves. After using it for 2 years this dishwasher needs to be replaced because it does not work well at all. It is small to mid-size in my opinion. I think it should be bigger and hold more dishes. Sometimes I feel like I am having to cram dishes in there to make them fit and then they dont come very clean. The color matches well in my kitchen. The dishwasher is white and my cabinets are also. The digital buttons on the front are nice also. I did not purchase this myself so I am not sure what the price is. But I think in the beginning the value wasnt bad. But for it to not hold up well two years later that takes away from the value.

Ive had other brands of dishwashers before because I was too cheap to get something good and I got what I paid for with those other ones, would have to rewash dishes many times before they came clean even if I rinsed them off really well before putting them in. With my Kenmore, I literally dont even have to rinse my dishes before putting them in and they come out clean with the first wash, saves so much energy and money. This size is perfect for me even though there are only 2 people in my household. Sometimes we arent the best at getting dishes done right away and they accumulate fast. It fits everything great and I usually only need to do one wash per time.Definitely looks sleek and modern. I like that its not white and doesnt get dirty on the front easy. Ive had white ones before that just get dirty to the point that no cleaner can even get whatever is on it off. This one cleans up really nicely and easily. Some models are a little more pricey but the quality is worth it. I wish I hadnt wasted money on other dishwashers in the past because they didnt get the job done right, this one was worth the price and still not as expensive as a lot of the other brands on the market. Very reasonably priced.

This dishwasher is quiet and gets the job done but not amazing. I really like it for the moment but plan on upgrading in the near future. Has been a good size but now that my children are getting older, I think we need to upgrade to a higher capacity dishwasher, hopefully sooner than later. I really like the appearance. Looks nice in my kitchen. But I think next time I will choose something different just to have a change with remodeling our kitchen. The price was reasonable but you get what you pay for, so if its too cheap, you will be sorry, and if you pay a lot, you will have a quite nice cleaning dishwasher.

It fits very well with new updated modern, it goes well with any color you have, glass, wood, marble, tiles. Or just painted walls. It fits well with everything you can think of. The way that this work horse work, its worth a lot more than the asking price. If you just look at the style, the amount you can load into it, the job it do, the beauty of it. And it use less water.

The Kenmore dishwasher uses a reasonable amount of energy and water. The dishes come out clean after one wash. I never have to run it more than once a day. Plus, there is enough room to hold several days worth of dishes. It fits well in my kitchen without taking up too much cabinet space. Its sleek and looks classy. The clean look goes well any time of the year with any aesthetic changes I make based on upcoming holidays, events, etc. It is worth the money for the quality. It works hard at a low cost. Cleans spot free, besides dishes and silverware also to my surprise it cleans pots and pans great. Low energy. Its a dream. Size is perfect for me and when my girls over. I purchased a Kenmore Elite dishwasher with an extended warranty, and was installed on 6/27/11. It stopped working, so I called the service to request an appointment on 9/2/2011, but no one showed up or called. On 9/12/11, I requested another appointment, again, no one called/showed up. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 45 minutes, to no avail. We have scheduled another appointment, but I realized that they are totally unreliable. I may have to go outside for repair, and bill Sears. The dishwasher is less than 3 months old. Our previous washer (not a Sears), lasted over 18 years without any problem!

Bought a Kenmore 665 series dishwasher less than 3.5 years ago for $600. For the past 6-8 weeks I’ve been trying to determine why it works intermittently, usually just filling, heating, and draining, while not washing and not even dissolving the soap, and other times working ok... And I’m pretty good at researching and repairing. We were getting error codes in the diagnostics and replaced parts. Now we rarely get error codes but usually it doesn’t wash or dissolve at all even when there are no codes. A repairman costs half of a new machine and the worst part is that it’s not even 4 years old. We gave up and have a Bosch ordered, hoping for better luck. Note that Whirlpool makes Kenmore...

My ex-husband purchased it while I was out of town, to surprise me. When it was purchased, circa 1998, it has a stainless interior, China setting, rinse only cycle, levers that came down for stemware, adjustable top rack, sanitizing cycle, and very quiet. I loved that dishwasher. It was great. The installation could have been better though. My ex didnt know what he was doing and cut a hole in one of the hoses and it took 2 weeks to get it replaced. Overall, for appliances, we always went to Kenmore first. The reliability and warranty were unbeatable. We owned several Kenmore appliances without disappointment.

This dishwasher is quiet and thorough, and you can choose settings based on how dirty your dishes are and whether you want to use less water. Its a great machine. We can get all of our everyday use dishes into the dishwasher. We run it abut every two days when its just our three-person family. We cook and eat almost every meal at home, so it is pretty efficient. Its basic white. The buttons for the settings are easy to read. It fits in with the other white appliances in our kitchen. We like the white, because we painted our kitchen to match our tastes. It was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive dishwasher we looked at. It has done a good job for several years. We like that it has options for using less water and for a turbo zone where you can place items that need an extra blast of water for additional cleaning.

Tonight, my Kenmore Elite 665 model control panel caught on fire. I was upstairs and my two daughters were yelling that something was burning. I came downstairs to find my kitchen full of smoke. The front of my dishwasher, the plastic has melted and there was soot on the stainless steel. We opened the control panel and everything was melted. I can not imagine what would have happened if I were not home. I have tried to call Kenmore but I was transferred 3 times. I want this thing replaced, I know it is not the first time this has happened. We are not the original owners, if it broke fine, but this could have burned our home down or injured someone in my family. Doesnt Sears or Kenmore care about that? I have seen numerous complaints about this same issue online. People have gone to the local news agencies just to get the word out. Do I need to take it that far? I need something done rather quickly to fix this situation. I have photos that I can pass on.

Beware. This is the second unit we have had that has blown the main fuse internally for no reason other than poor design and manufacturing. This causes the unit stop working completely. It is an easy repair and upgraded parts are available online but this should not happen at all given the cost of the units. It is such a common problem that forums are inundated with posts about people having this issue. I am not willing to buy one of these overpriced pieces of cheap manufacturing from Sears again. For the same or a little more I can purchase a unit that will work properly in the long run. Our current one lasted only just over a year before failing. Since our last unit failed as well I could repair it myself as the same part fails almost every time. My parents Kenmore dishwasher has had the same thing happen to it as well. I would recommend that anyone serious about a reliable dishwasher stay far away from the Kenmore brand.

It cleaned well if you rinsed dishes before, not the best one Ive had. It could be better. It wasnt awful for the price. It was a decent sized dishwasher it took about a week to fill and it was to fit larger items as well. It was a sleek design. It looks nice and it stays clean. I love the look of it. Its so nice and it fits in my kitchen nice. Very good aesthetics. It was expensive and it sucks sometimes but oh well it works and it is okay but not great value. It could be much better.

I like the design of both the interior and exterior. The interior is roomy; the exterior is easy to clean. However, I do not feel this dishwasher cleans dishes well as it should, and it has had problems draining completely from the beginning.

Its easy to keep clean on the outside and inside. It is a homely looking appliance but it is good and unpretentious. It is a terrific value. For a fair and decent price you will never have to worry about washing and scrubbing and toiling after cooking ever again. It is a wonderful feeling.

I like that the dishes always came out spot free and that we havent had any maintenance issues with the unit. I also enjoy that it was very quiet. Thats important in a household with babies. It was also easy enough for my teenage son to use. One thing that I disliked was the time it took to complete the whole wash cycle. Also with a large family it would have been nice to have more room. I know it is limited with the 24 width but maybe deeper would help out. If they made it deeper with different drawer options that would also be helpful. Kenmore has met my initial expectations. Also the name Kenmore is trusted and reliable.

The dishwasher operates quietly. 24 dishwasher with a interchangeable front panels. It is nice to be able to interchange the panels to adapt to changing colors in the kitchen. The dishwasher has a nice appearance. It is really not one that sticks out but blends nicely with the kitchen door. It is easy to clean the exterior and nice to be able to change the panels on the front of the dishwasher. The value and the price paid for the dishwasher is very fair. I feel as though dishwashers are almost a necessary appliance in order to be able to get dishes clean and sanitized by the heat.

It gets food off everything, even if not rinsed out. It dries the dishes well and the pot feature is great. The filter on the bottom separates the food. This makes it easy too. The top has good depth and fits tall glasses and also some pots and pans. The bottom can fit in a lot and often I can get extra dishes, glasses and casserole dishes, even pot tops or roasting pans. I try and keep it clean and wipe it down with a dose decent spray. Also we clean the inside every couple of months. The value for money has exceeded our expectations. The dishwasher is really sturdy inside and was not made with flimsy plastic.

When I initially started the remodel of my kitchen, I wanted non-generic appliances that looked good and were energy efficient. Its high efficiency feature is why I purchased the dishwasher. I also wanted silver or black, so this is the model I ended up with. Its extremely loud during all cycles. The drain on it breaks every other time I used it and it only works without problems half of the time. That said, I dont use it often as I travel frequently, so Im not terribly concerned. Kenmore was recommended by my condo building maintenance guy. He installed it without giving me other options. I would have gone with a different model, but its good enough for me until I sell my condo.

This dishwasher is a medium price appliance which performs like a more expensive model. It is quiet and is thorough in cleaning. I have had it for nine years.

Not noisy, well built, but it seems like bottom rack leaves dishes a little spotty. I kind of would wish it had more shelves instead of the basic top and bottom shelves that most dish dryers have. When you use this Kenmore product, youll find that it has the same basic design of most Kenmore dish dryers. Lets start with the top rack, well I feel like it has a tight feeling to it. I cannot fit my Stein on the top rack due to height issues. For the bottom is very roomy and tons of space. I was able to put dishes and frying pans all in the bottom rack which surprised me. I believe its a well-crafted piece of machinery, with its digital numbers, it comes down to the kitchen if it does not match the cabinets or if it does. Nonmatching color makes it stand out if youre into that kind of thing but if that not a problem then it is pretty impressive. Overall it helps more than expected which if you value your time then this gives you your bang for your buck.

Washes well, easy to use, dishwasher runs very quietly. There are lots of options to choose from which will help with the cycle you need to run based on the dishes you have used and how dirty they are. Silverware holder is in the bottom rack which doesnt allow you to get as many plates are large items, I usually run my dishwasher about every 3-4 days and we are a family of 4. I am not fond of the black plastic at the top with the stainless steel look, I would rather have the entire thing stainless to match the rest of the items in my kitchen and also having the buttons in the front allow little hands to be reaching and touching them, which may cause some of the cycles to mess up. I would say these are great for the value, they last 8-10 yrs depending on the use and how much they are used. My last Kenmore lasted 11 years, the racks started breaking and rusting up.

The dishwasher gets the dishes nice and clean. I can easy stack the dishes on the rack and they come out very clean. The power to the dishwasher is very powerful and does a great job with the rinse cycle, where there is no food or residue left on the dishes. The size of the dishwasher could be a little bigger, it a good size but would like more room for cups. It sometimes is hard to put large pots and pans in the dishwasher with other dishes, especially if there is grease on them. I have to wash them before I put them in the dishwasher to make sure the grease comes off. The dishwasher is black, which I love because its easy to keep clean and looking new. The button on the dishwasher is black with white writing to allow you to see when each cycle is happening (rinse, dry, etc). It is easy to wipe off and keep clean and it goes well with the other appliances in the kitchen. The value is okay! I feel it could be better and far as the size. However, when you live in an apartment you cannot pick the dishwasher you really want. When you are buying a home you have more choices or can buy what you want.

It washed a full load of dishes, plates, spoons, pots and pans so good and dried them. I would like for whoever want one to get one. I liked mines so much. Its was full size that fitted under my sink and it was silver and had a full speed wash load and hot or cold wash load and you didnt have to use a lot of dishwashing soap for it. The overall of my dishwasher was good for me when I had dinner parties, birthday parties, sleepovers for my kids. Just loved it so much. You should get one build in. The value was good for me. I only 3600 for it and my husband installed it for me so I saved a lot of money on my dishwasher and Im going to get another in my new home next week so its was good for my family.

It does get things clean, but sometimes theres water stains left on it. Or discolored plates that have to be washed AGAIN. Other than that, I am satisfied with the product. However, I would like a more powerful one, one day. The size is great. A bigger one could be amazing! But, I wont lie, Im pleased with the current size. :) It gets pretty much all my needed dishes cleaned within one load and nothing left over! Its okay. Its pretty boring and standard looking (but, I guess since it mainly does get the job done, how can I complain? LOL!) Im satisfied with the appearance of this dishwasher although this dishwasher looks like your standard dishwasher. The color and finish are acceptable. The dial does not stand out in a bad way. This dishwasher has plenty of room for all types of dishes, from plates and bowls to mixing bowls to pots and pans to silverware to cups and mugs. I dont have a problem fitting in all my dishes. It does exactly what a dishwasher should: cleans dishes without pre-washing. Its efficient, not too loud, and easy to use. This specific dishwasher is a good value when compared to all dishwashers. It isnt ridiculously expensive, but its also not cheap or poorly made. I would recommend this dishwasher and If youre in the market for a dishwasher, this is a good value for your money.

It is a very good dishwasher! It does the job well without pre-washing anything. It is the best dishwasher I have ever used and owned! I would definitely buy another Kenmore dishwasher if I had to. Honestly, I wish it would hold more dishes and bigger pots and pans. For an average meal, I can usually run one load and that will be it. Just so with big dinners, get-togethers or parties, I usually have to run it two or three times to have everything cleaned. I rather have a stainless steel one, but the white is ok. With kids and pets it is a constant thing of having to wipe down and keep clean. But it gets the job done and done right the first time! I could not be any happier with the price! It was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but very pleased with the price and would definitely pay the same again, if need be.

4 full-suites of Kenmore kitchen appliances purchased for apartment complex sat unopened in boxes at job site for 2 months due to construction delays. 3 dishwashers were installed without incident. 4th dishwasher immediately sparked and started smoking when connected (by licensed electrician). RIDICULOUS SEARS POLICY that the dishwasher cannot be replaced because we had it for more than 30 days. Technician said he had to order 3 parts... Cost of parts very close to original cost of machine & OVER what we paid for the dishwasher if you add-in the labor cost. I want a new machine, I do not trust the integrity of this machine. What is so difficult to see that this machine is DEFECTIVE and should be replaced and not repaired?Ive had to make time for 2 service calls so far and now the parts on BACK-ORDER! Why cant Sears just deliver a new dishwasher! How do we rent the apartment without a working dishwasher??? Will Sears compensate us for loss of rental income and time taken for service calls? Customer Service call center in the PHILIPPINES are nothing more than answering machines, have no authoritative powers or common sense.

I bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator about 2 years ago and it just died. It took the company 2 weeks to get a repairman to my home. When they did, he told me the refrigerator needed a new motor, fan, and coolant. He said it would cost $1,300.00 to repair. I asked him why it broke after only 2 years. He said he didnt know but that he was fixing them regularly, several a week. Well, after being a loyal customer for many years Sears has refused to help because I didnt buy a warranty! I have bought all of mine as well as my daughters appliances from Sears and never had an issue but its disheartening to find that after all your loyalty, if you do, Sears will not be in your corner. The girl I talked with was actually rude and told me my choices were, I could pay them $1,300 to fix a Refrigerator I just bought, or I could buy a new one, or I could use a cooler for the upcoming summer. She forgot one choice, the one Im taking and that is never shopping with them again, posting negative reviews on social media, and filing complaints with the BBB, CFP and with any other agency I can find.

The performance of the dishwasher is great. It runs nice and quiet. I like the way it works. It cleans dishes nicely. Does not leave residue at all. I have not had any problems with it. The size of the dishwasher is nice. Everything I put in it fits nicely and does not crowd dishes. I like the size of it. It has enough room to put all my dinner dishes and including pans in it. My dishwasher has a chrome finish. It has a no finger print front which is great with kids. Has everything you would ever need in a dishwasher. It is big enough for what you need to put in it. Bought a Kenmore Sears 600 series. Awful machine. Uses 4 inches of water even with deep fill. It snags clothes and/or makes holes in the clothes even my shag throw rugs. I have small holes in New dish towels, snags in the towels and wash cloths, snags and holes in knit tops. The only way you can get more water into the tub is use the bulky/bedding and that takes 1 hour and 30 minutes. Had the repairman out 3 times. One said, You have to fill the washer. Cant do small loads. 2 pair coveralls and 1 pair of mens jeans isnt enough. Then thats the way it should be sold!!! Use only full loads!!! My daughter has the same washer. Same thing for her. Snags and holes. It took a while to figure out where the damage was coming from. One more repairman coming today. Hes wasting his time and mine. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!

The Kenmore dishwasher was a sleek design and dark in color, so it didnt get dirty easily or stick out against the rest of my kitchen. We used it everyday for nearly five years before its performance started to diminish. It usually cleaned well, and as long as it was loaded well, it could handle the usual days amount of dishes. However, its size was meant for a smaller family and I have five people living in my home.

The value of this dishwasher is really great value, bang for your buck and works amazing. This should sell for more based on the quality. Its really amazing.

I just purchased a Kenmore Dishwasher Model 14012, and the posts that hold up the dinner plates, on the bottom rack, have been reduced in height an inch or so, and now the dinner plates flop over and do not stand up straight. I had a GE dishwasher before this changeover, and the same dinner plates were erect; it appears that Kenmore has decided to scrimp on these posts, and this way they can get an extra bottom rack every 20 or 30 racks that are made. All for profit!!! Customer service was NO HELP at all.

Is very quiet and cleans well, it dries all the dishes without leaving water spots. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone. It comes in a variety of colors and also offer delivery and installation. It holds a lot of dishes and glassware and cleans very well. It can hold a ton of dishes. To be exact 43 plates, 30 cups, and 73 knives, 7 forks, 22 spoons. The wife and I love our Kenmore washer and dryer and dishwasher. Price of this unit in US Currency is around $250.00 dollars to $350.00 and is worth every penny. It practically pays for itself. You would be very satisfied. The wife and I are very happy with this buy.

This dishwasher cleans well. The only problem I have is the dishwasher not completely drying. When I go to empty it, the dishes have water sitting on them and I have to dry most of them off if not all. The size fits well under my counter. The size of it also fits the dishes well in it. It could be a little bigger but the size it is works fairly well. The appearance of this dishwasher is great. It is all black. The all black can sometimes cause issues with fingerprinting though. Fingerprints on the dishwasher are extremely noticeable. I feel like what I paid for the dishwasher it should dry better. That should be part of the dishwasher that should work well. I should not have to dry the dishes off after every wash.

This dishwasher looks ok but I wish I could get it in different colors though. A red or a black one would look better than white and fit my style. Maybe even pink. Size is important to me because I dont need it to take up a lot of room in my kitchen. This dishwashers not too big so it doesnt take up very much room but is big enough to meet me and my familys needs. Also, it doesnt leave any food or water residue on dishes. It is inexpensive to buy and run. Is great for a larger family and runs quietly. The overall value is great. It saves me slot of time and money. Also saves space in my kitchen so I can move around appropriately.

It functions, cleans my dishes nice, quickly, efficiently. My only issue is it rusts very easy. I need to continuously paint over the rust with a product for that every few months/washes. Its big enough. Not too big. It can easily hold the dishes for a family of four, with give or take a little bit of room left for surplus dishes. It does not take up too much space. What I got was reasonably priced. For the functionality, its good. I think however next time Id purchase a more premium quality one to avoid rusting out so quickly.

The dishwasher washes well provides there are no stuck on or crusted food items. I wish it dried better, but I can simply leave the door open when it is done running and allow the dishes to air dry. The dishwasher fits most dishes and utensils, but I do have issues with some larger pots, pans, and baking sheets. I usually need to run two full loads after a large family dinner, but I think this is common with most dishwashers. The appearance is smooth and sleek, with no protruding handles, which I like. It cleans easily, and the black color is a nice compromise between the cheaper-looking white and the high-end stainless steel models. The dishwasher was a good value for the price point, and it seems average in water usage. I have not noticed a change in our water bill, so the water usage must be fairly normal since the machine is not high efficiency.
