Paid big bucks for the Kenmore Elite dishwasher (Model 665.1279) and it has leaked and bulked my hardwood floors. After supposedly repairing my dishwasher it has leaked again and another part ordered. Not only have I been weeks without a dishwasher it is still not repaired and waiting for another part. This dishwasher should have been recalled due to a problem with the motor and other faulty parts. I will never depend on Kenmore for my appliances. Kenmore has failed its customers. Supposedly I was supposed to have a call from damage claim but have not heard. One problem is that Sears has only people that cant understand English and lack communications problems, therefore this presents a problem in getting results. Will never buy another Kenmore product.

It always cleaned my dishes well without much re-cleaning items. It was good for sanitizing also and I was happy with the results. I would like a more powerful scrubbing action for my pots and pans. The size was perfect for me, I could add dishes for a few days and wash all at once without wasting detergent or my time. It was perfect for small loads as well that I wanted cleaned quickly. The appearance matched my kitchen and worked overall with my coordinating furniture. The front was easy to keep clean and washed easily with a sponge. The texture was good for not leaving fingerprints. The value of my dishwasher was excellent, it is a good brand that is high quality and I was sure of its lasting a while. The cost was less than the other brands.

This dishwasher looks great and matches the rest of your appliances. The buttons on the front also look very nice and compliment its design. It cleans very well and runs very quietly. It also holds a lot of dishes and it has very nice features. Its easy to load and to unload, and I like that it has buttons on the front that are easy to use. It is a rather high capacity dishwasher. I have a family of six, and I feel like I can easy fill the washer with all of my dishes without trouble. I feel like you are getting a lot of value for the price that you pay.

Kenmore is a brand I have used before, and I find Kenmore to be a reliable, trustworthy brand compared to some of its competitors. Looking at some of the reviews of this model made it an easy choice to make. Very easy to use. Dishes come out very clean and does an amazing job of drying the items inside, without leaving puddles of water like so many other dishwashers Ive had do. It has high quality and will be durable and last a long time. It has easily surpassed my expectations in every way imaginable.

Kenmore appliances are fantastic. Great quality that always work and clean my dishes to perfection. Would recommend to anyone. The way that my dishes come out after being washed is like diamonds. Kenmore are just an overall great brand.

Most of my appliances are Kenmore brand. I purchased over 18 years ago and they are still working ok. The Kenmore dishwasher is the only one I would not recommend. Kenmore has been a great appliance brand for me.

This dishwasher seems to take a long time to wash the dishes. You have to rinse everything off well before loading the dishwasher. Dishes are still wet when the dishwasher is done.

This is a very efficient dish machine. It is very quiet and works extremely well. It is easy to load with lots of room. The dishes and pots come very clean. Plenty of room. It fits all our pots and pans and dishes for our large family. It is very spacious for all our holiday dishes and utensils. Racks are very versatile and can fit a lot. Very sleek and very modern. Many colors to choose. This unit will look great in any kitchen. I was pleased with the appearance of the appliance and very affordable and looks great. This dishwashing unit is very quiet and very spacious for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good machine that cleans well. I highly value this dishwashing unit and would buy again in future if needed.

I purchased a Kenmore elite refrigerator less than 3 years ago. Within the first year - 2 of the drawers had the front break off. Sears did replace these. About 14 months after purchase 2 more had broken and they would no longer replace them - I could purchase new ones for $130 each. Over the next year the ice maker quit working and 2 of the other drawers broke too. A few night ago - my wife was cleaning the fridge and the door fell off. We had purchased a Kenmore elite dishwasher at the same time. That quit working in less than 2 years. I had the service tech out for $85. He told me that he would have to replace the main board and the pump for $350 and that still might not fix it. I dont think I would buy a Kenmore product again.

I love my dishwasher. Its the greatest thing since slice bread. With all its bells and whistles how can there be anything nicer than that. In the future I would definitely buy another Kenmore product like the one I have now. Just fantastic!

Performs like a champ. I love this machine. Dont have to pre-wash dishes before use which I love. Makes things easier and for the price it was a steal. Had to resize my spot but once it was done it fit like a champ. Great product. Should of bought one sooner because damn kids wont do the dishes. I love all the Kenmore brands. Ive always shopped Sears for my washer and dryer or my dishwasher or fridge, microwave. My washer and dryer works like a charm. They work great. I wont buy anything but a Kenmore. Used this brand for years. My mother always bought Kenmore when I was younger. Kenmore is a well-known brand. They look great even after having them for a couple of years now. They are a classic. They never get old. A great value. Love shopping for the Kenmore brand. They are the best. Kenmore and I go way back in time together. Money well spent.

We chose it as a suite of appliances from Sears and I liked that it matched the entire set of Kenmore appliances that we purchased from Sears. It was pretty quiet when we ran it, and it was energy efficient. We never had to buy a special high end dish detergent. But I did not like that the dishwasher did not like the hard water that ran through the water lines and it would literally stop working every other month until we ran at least one load empty with just a half gallon of cleaning vinegar through it. Also, it broke after 11 months. The valve broke off one morning mid-cycle and hot water flooded our kitchen and dining room. Kenmore did honor the warranty though and worked through our homeowners insurance.

Although the dishwasher seems to function well the dishes do not appear to be cleaned thoroughly. I feel like this so purpose of the dishwasher is to clean the dishes and about 50% of my dishware appears cloudy dirty and not to the level of cleanliness I would expect from a machine that washes dishes. It may be a combination of dishwasher itself or the product used within the dishwasher. I consider most dishwashers to be rather bare and ugly because its built to perform and not to decorate one’s house. But I have no complaints regarding its appearance. If it was any bigger it would look ridiculous in our kitchen. Seems at times to be too small or too big depending on the need. But its regular standard size, one that mustve been thought through and researched by the Kenmore manufacturers.

Had it for over 14 years with no problems. Use it at least one time a week. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a dishwasher.

Had the appliance (Kenmore Elite) for 6 months when ice maker had to be replaced. Now I have an ER 1F error code. No ice is being made and water is dripping down and freezing in the drawer freezer. I am quite disappointed. It appears the appliances are made so that you must call for repairs on a regular basis. My dishwasher from Sears is another story.

This dishwasher worked very well and was well worth the money spent. Cleaned and dried the dishes with reasonable cleanliness. Didnt need to clear dishes prior to loading the dishwasher. I would recommend this dishwasher. Fit all of my dishes that were used in 3-4 days with no overlapping. Silverware on door so more dishes could go in the dishwasher itself. Highly recommended. Clean, sleek, reliable, fast cycles, and quiet too. I like the way it looks. Also fits in with the rest of the other kitchen appliances I had at the time. Worth every penny, more bang for the buck with this winner of a dishwasher, i must say. very affordable, could put this on before bedtime and not hear it while sleeping.

Kenmore has a great reputation, also many friends and family recommended it to me. I grew up having this brand in my household and its not as expensive as some other brands. I dont need fancy colors or anything. Just wanted something reliable, inexpensive and could get the job done. I really like all of the features currently on my new dishwasher. It gets my dishes super clean and it has several settings on it including super heavy for my pots and pans. However, I really wish it was easier to clean. It has a self clean setting but I have to buy special soap for it that only comes in one size.

Its fast wash and gets very hot. Dishes are always spotless. Plenty of room for everything. It takes the gel packs which is much easier. Its not too loud at all. I cant complain. Its the perfect size for my household. It doesnt take up too much room. But it fits our daily dishwashing needs. And there are spots for silver, bowls, flat dishes and its not all clanging against each other. Looks modern, suits my kitchen perfectly with my other items in the kitchen. Its easy to keep clean. I spray Windex on it and wipe it down and it shines nicely. I actually get comments on the look. It was a little costly but everything is going up in price. Times are tough but for the machine it was worth it. Other brands were much more expensive for similar sizes. It works great so I cant complain about it and the price was worth it.

It performed well. Got the dishes nice and clean. Compact but packs enough punch to get the job done. Add rinse solution to help get rid of spots. It is smaller but works well. Big enough for a small family, but if you have a lot of people living in the house you may need something a bit bigger. It is big enough to hold large dishes, smaller pots and pans. Appearance you would probably expect from a new appliance. It is white and therefore shows dirt but is easy to clean and actually doesnt get dirty often. The price was very affordable even for a smaller dishwasher if you shop at the right place. It is a more of a basic model but has enough punch for the price.

Sit around the campfire, kiddos, while I tell you a story. Once upon a time, my familys previous dishwasher bit the dust. It was old, and on its deathbed anyway. We go to Sears, to look at dishwashers. We find one that looks VERY promising. A couple of weeks later, we purchase it, and it takes my dad pretty ALL. THE. REST. OF. THE. DAY. to install it. It works like a charm for the next year or so. Then the middle rack starts losing a couple bolts, and gets all lopsided. It actually becomes hard to put stuff on the left side of it, and we can only put lightweight stuff on it now, because anything heavier would completely break it.For the next couple weeks, my dad has been trying to contact people from Sears, and from Kenmore, to get spare parts for it so he can fix it. The first order gives him parts, but for THE TOP RACK. The second order? Well, my dad is having a HECK of a time trying to get THAT one to show up. Oh, and its been ALMOST A MONTH since the first order. Yep. Now you might think that were just acting like entitled spoiled brats, but come on now. Why should it take almost a month and a half for us to get some spare parts so my dad can fix the dishwasher? Just, why? And so, Im only giving this two stars. Just two. You guys bring us the parts we ACTUALLY need, I might give it three more. Thanks for your time.

Never had any problems with it. Did a very good job on all dishes and pans. QUIET! Would not trade it for anything. I love my dishwasher. Holds a big load or small and does a good job washing both. Holidays I really love my dishwasher. I can fill it up and not worry about pulling dirty dishes out. My dishes and pans come out clean every time. It fits within with the rest of my kitchen and there are many design to choose from. If you are remodeling or need a new dishwasher for your old kitchen there is a style to choose from. The value of my dishwasher now that I have had it a few years is priceless. If I had known what I was getting and how good it was (YES), I would have paid a lot more for it. I have had other dishwashers and to me they was all the same until I got this one. They are not the same.

This dishwasher is a thing of legend. Its magnificent mechanism, leaves my dishes clean, sterilized and ready for action. The way it sanitizes my cutlery makes me swoon and wanting to use again and again. There is not much more I can say about this machine except that I wish it was portable. Ninety-nine percent of my dishes fit in this machine. This machine is worth its price in gold and I would spend that money again.

I like it. Its convenient and gets the job done good. I have been using this for 5 years without any problems. Id recommend it. Docked a star on the rating because didnt like the internal design. I wish theres more planning on the grid for the dishes. It is big enough for everything I needed to fit in there. Looks beautiful, has a modern view if you clean it as often. Stainless steel is definitely great choice of the outside. Nice controls. Good value. It came with my house. Its really good for my need.

I have always grown up with Kenmore appliances. My parents used them without any trouble and Ive used them without any trouble. I have used dishwashers and several smaller appliances. When there was an issue their warranty took care of everything. I like that my is fridge stainless steel, side by side, charcoal filter, and good size for me to store my groceries. I also like the controls on the front of the refrigerator. It is easy to clean and put back together.

It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It leaves little to no spots on glasses. You need to scrape the dishes real good as to not leave a lot on them. It has enough room to hold all the dishes I use on a typical day. Cannot always fit all dishes in it if I have a lot of company over and use a lot of pots. The color fits in to the decor of my kitchen. Easy to see all controls but small enough not to be overpowering. The overall set up is easy to use. At the time of purchase it was the best value for the money I was willing to spend. Came in a variety of colors and does a good job for the price.

This worked well when we first got it. Stopped working not even a year later. The heating element went up in it!!! Wouldnt recommend this brand. This works well for a small family. Holds a lot of dishes and glasses and pots and pans. Will hold glass Pyrex dishes well and larger pots and pans. Our model was white. The buttons lasted well. The dial was a bit outdated. Hard to keep clean. Easy to wipe down. Would have liked a more modern feature other than the dial. For the price we paid for the item, it should have lasted much longer than not even quite a year. I feel that we way overpaid for this item. Wouldnt purchase this brand ever again.

The dishwasher doesnt drain well and the settings are constantly resetting themselves. After using it for 2 years this dishwasher needs to be replaced because it does not work well at all. It is small to mid-size in my opinion. I think it should be bigger and hold more dishes. Sometimes I feel like I am having to cram dishes in there to make them fit and then they dont come very clean. The color matches well in my kitchen. The dishwasher is white and my cabinets are also. The digital buttons on the front are nice also. I did not purchase this myself so I am not sure what the price is. But I think in the beginning the value wasnt bad. But for it to not hold up well two years later that takes away from the value.

In ten years weve never had a issue. We bought our Sears Kenmore dishwasher about 10 years ago and we also purchased and have maintained the extended warranty. We take advantage of the annual maintenance visit from Sears and to this day, weve never had a single complaint or issue with the machine. It still works like new. Its why Sears is the first place we go and Kenmore brand are what I look for whenever I need a new appliance.

But for the product I can see why its big in size, it has a good water and it doesnt get old or dirty. Well good for the size. Top of the line product. Kenmore is a brand that I know and trust from my youth into my adult age. With that and my understanding and research of other brands, I decided to move forward with the brand I trusted most. All of the features of the dishwasher appeal to me as I had a dumb basic dishwasher previously that could barely operate, so just the basic fact that this operated was a huge improvement over my previous dishwasher. It is cheap and simple but it could improve to work more towards automation and clean smart washing of dishes to allow for varying loads which use the most efficient water based on load. And on smart cleaning, if it could sense and focus on items which it may see as the most dirty for more cleaning than the other dishes.

It was a dishwasher, it filled with water and then cleaned the dishes. Not some great invention, just an easier way to get around a chore. It fit all dishes and was compact. Could fit anything in there even a bowling ball. Would have preferred black but white came with the house. Looked nice but I didnt use often.

I like it, works great. Had it for 2 years and 6 months. I got new dishwasher when I got this house, has a whole of settings. I used it maybe twice a week. I think you will like it. The size is great, I measurement the hole from where the old dishwasher was out and it fits perfectly. It looks great, stainless steel is my favorite. My whole kitchen is stainless steel, looks great with everything. Definitely will recommend this product. Happy customer. I got a great deal. I have bought Kenmore for years. At first it was because Sears was the only convenient store where I could shop for appliances that had sales associates who could answer questions and help me compare products. The prices are competitive and always work well. The tray is adjustable so I can raise or lower it to accommodate different kinds of dishes and pans. I can used a cycle to rinse dishes and wait so I can save detergent and keep the kitchen clean. I can turn off the drying cycle to save energy. However, I find that there are too few options of how I can place items in the dishwasher. Mugs frequently either collect water on the bottom or are not cleaned adequately. There is no convenient place to put large utensils - spoons, spatulas etc... They are too high to put with the cutlery but take up too much room if I lay them flat on the top tray. Also, they are not cleaned well if I lay them flat.

After my KitchenAid lasted only five years, this Kenmore Elite has been a lifesaver. In nine years I have not experienced any leaks, food buildup, or any significant issues with cleaning. The top racks hold a variety of glasses, including wine or champagne, small dishes and bowls and coffee pots. The bottom rack is user friendly where I can put a weeks worth of dinner dishes, bowls, and soup bowls. As the KitchenAid runs the noise is very minimal and unobtrusive. I would purchase this model again.

It gets food off everything, even if not rinsed out. It dries the dishes well and the pot feature is great. The filter on the bottom separates the food. This makes it easy too. The top has good depth and fits tall glasses and also some pots and pans. The bottom can fit in a lot and often I can get extra dishes, glasses and casserole dishes, even pot tops or roasting pans. I try and keep it clean and wipe it down with a dose decent spray. Also we clean the inside every couple of months. The value for money has exceeded our expectations. The dishwasher is really sturdy inside and was not made with flimsy plastic.

I use the dishwasher daily and find it to perform very well. I load it and turn it on at night to have perfectly clean dishes the next day. The size is the average of any full size dishwasher. It fits perfectly in the space allotted under the counter tops. I have it located between the sink and refrigerator. It is sleek in the black color which matches my other appliances that are black. I had looked at sterling silver options but found that the black was more suiting. I got a great deal on the dishwasher and have only had to do a minor repair once. The value is great for what I got it for and for how long I have had it in use.

I just purchased a Kenmore Dishwasher Model 14012, and the posts that hold up the dinner plates, on the bottom rack, have been reduced in height an inch or so, and now the dinner plates flop over and do not stand up straight. I had a GE dishwasher before this changeover, and the same dinner plates were erect; it appears that Kenmore has decided to scrimp on these posts, and this way they can get an extra bottom rack every 20 or 30 racks that are made. All for profit!!! Customer service was NO HELP at all.

Having a family of 5 and cooking 3 meals a day, I needed a dishwasher like this. We live in the country and are on a well, so conserving water in the summer time when rain is minimal is a must in our house. This dishwasher gets the job done, and saves us time and money. I needed a dishwasher that I could easily fit all my dishes from dinner in, and get them all done in one load, and this dishwasher gets the job done. It is sleek and high tech looking. It is defines my kitchen and makes it look well put together.I love the stainless steel front. It is easy to clean or wipe off. It is a head turner when my friends or family come over. I would have to say, if you are looking for quality and efficiency at the same time, this one is going to be the best bang for your buck. It was not the cheapest model we could have went with, but it saves more money being an HE dishwasher and is well worth the extra dollars spent.

I was recommended a Kenmore dishwashing machine by a close family friend. She loves hers, and it has met her expectations as well as my own. I like the sleekness of the design as well as the overall performance of this brand of appliance. I trust this brand very much. I would improve the noise level on the dishwasher, I feel that whenever it was running I was unable to concentrate on anything else. I often had to wait until late at night before going to bed to start the dishwasher, so that I was able to hear the television. It did not, however, interfere with my sleep. It was quite a satisfactory experience, and I would definitely purchase an appliance from the Kenmore brand again. I would also recommend this brand to anyone.

The best thing I like is the stainless steel inside of this dishwasher. However, we have had problems with debris being left in cups/glasses, especially if they are put on the bottom rack. For the most part Im happy with the size of the dishwasher. Frying pans and large pots fit on the bottom rack...just doesnt leave much room for any dishes if they are very large. We have a black outside on the dishwasher which I have found to be very nice for hiding dirt. Most stains are not very noticeable and it clears very easy with a quick wipe down. This was a little more expensive than the other dishwashers but it was worth the money because it consistently works hard with large loads and a large family.

I bought it on sale so the price point beat expects in terms of performance. A much better value than my previous GE model which I had very many issues with. It fits nicely with my other appliances. This dishwasher is now close to 10 years old. It still runs and cleans dishes just as well as it did when new. I have never had to have any repair work done on it, and find it is one of my most reliable appliances. Both the upper and lower baskets are very roomy. Even with my large family, I can fit all of a weeks dishes--including pots and pans into one load. There is enough space between the two baskets for taller dishes, and enough space up top for taller glasses. The stainless steel front blends nicely with most kitchen decors. Plus, the stainless steel is easy to keep clean. Its black accents match other appliances in my kitchen. Overall, even though its almost 10 years old, it still has a modern look that enhances my kitchens appearance. I have many times over gotten the value for the money paid for this dishwasher. It is economical in its water usage, and its dependability has saved me from spending money to repair or replace it.

The sleeves are a good distance apart and hold lots of dishes, doesnt seem like it wastes water, powerful clean, sleek looking, quiet. However, it uses too much dish soap and water, too loud, poor cleaning abilities, dont fit very many dishes and sleeves are too short or too close together. But Im happy with it, it does the job well and I would purchase a Kenmore dishwasher again. Definitely met my expectations, good price, had good reviews and I liked the look of it.

It had a defective water pump w/in a few months of purchase. This defect was known by the water pump manufacturer Whirlpool Corp. It leaked under the floor & into crawl space. Not covered by Sears warranty or homeowners insurance. Whirlpool wouldnt cover the damage. I had to hire an atty. After a long drawn out process the dishwasher never cleaned the dishes. It has a touch screen w/ 10 features but they dont do anything differently other than longer or shorter time. It is a regular size. Stainless steel. Kenmore Elite Energy Star. Kenmore is Sears brand but not all the parts are not covered by Sears, standard 1 yr warranty.

Easy to use. It got all the dishes clean. Didnt leave any grease on the dish. No streaks on the glasses. I liked using my dishwasher. Made doing dishes easier to wash. It was the right size to fit all of my dish that we use at one time. It was able to make clean up after a family meal a lot better. I dont mind doing the dishes when we have company. I use to do dish by hand but now it is nice to have a dishwasher to do them. You just rinse dishes off and put in dishwasher turn on and you are done. My dishwasher is white build in to the wall. It has 3 settings. It is easy to use. It worked very well. I like to use my dishwasher better than doing dishes by hand. It dont leave no spots on my glasses. I love the soap that you have to use. I am satisfied with what the dishwasher cost. We got a good deal. It saves time and money. My husband will put in a load of dishes in the dishwasher to help out. I love that. Before he would never think to do dishes.

The dishes were always clean and the device was very quiet. It helped us focus on other chores rather than washing dishes by hand. My friends deserve the same freedom. I seldom had to run the dishwasher more than once. It fit all of my pots, pans, silverware, utensils, and coffee mugs/glasses and that is all I can say about this product. The product blended in with all of our other household appliances. It was extremely easy to keep clean and it didnt stick out like a sore thumb. I was ok because it came with the townhome that we purchased. Its always awesome to save money that can be spent on other awesome things. Lucky me!

Very compact but theres so much space inside! I feel like I could fit all my fine China in that dishwasher and have them sparkling and stain-free within minutes! Its absolutely orgasmic and pretty intoxicating if you ask me. I love it and so does my family! Its small and compact on the outside but inside I could fit so many things in there, plates, silverware, cups, and even food if Im trying to hide it from my relatives. Thats how awesome my dishwasher is. I absolutely most positively love it! Very modern yet it has that retroness to it and I absolutely adore that fact about it! Like when my relatives walk in and they see that, theyre like Wow, that looks awesome! and they also say Where did you get that?! I want one too! My dishes come out very clean and sanitized. The dishwasher holds a nice sized load and it does not have to be loaded perfectly. Its energy efficient and runs quietly. Its a little small, but I can still fit all my dishes in easily. I dont put pots or large pans in the dishwasher so there is enough room for dishes and glassware. If I try to overload it, the dishes dont get clean. This is a very basic looking dishwasher so it does not have much appeal. However its simplicity allows it to blend in with the surrounding decor easily. It would be nice if it had a handle across the front instead of just a dial. Its reputation alone makes it a great value. You do not get all of the bells and whistles with this one but you get a reliable dishwasher that does a great job.

The microprocessor control becomes confused at times because some buttons emulate several features. That causes the dishwasher microprocessor to scramble at times. Very frustrating having to wait for it to internally reset! Not enough buttons to properly control the dishwasher features.

It cleaned the dishes very well, it was not noisy. The cycles worked just as was advertised according to the settings. It worked great. It was the correct size for my family. It accommodated all of my items and it always cleaned everything on the items. I never had to rewash an item. I liked this dishwasher. The color was just right for my kitchen and pleasing to the eye. It also fit in with the kitchen and was easy to clean also. I assume the value was great. This dishwasher was included with the house when I purchased because it was built in and didnt see a need to replace it because it looked fine and worked fine.

Its amazing, the best dishwasher I have ever owned and I definitely recommend to anyone. It is a must buy. My dishes are so clean and spotless every time. There isnt much to say about the size of this dishwasher. Its perfect. Not too big not too small. So much room for many dishes. Thats about all I can say about the size of this dishwasher. Its sleek and modern. It looks beautiful in the kitchen and easily matches other appliances. I cant say much more about the appearance of this dishwasher other than its amazing and I love it. This dishwasher is definitely worth what you pay for it. And also the warranty is worth getting too so if anything happens it will be taken care of, no problem. I definitely say this dishwasher has a great value.

I love my dishwasher. Its fantastic and cleans my dishes with very little effort. There is never any residue left on my dishes and it has excellent settings. It fits all my before and after dinner dishes quite well. The silverware holder is sturdy and doesnt move around a lot like a lot of other dishwashers I have owned in the past. Its black, which matches all of my kitchen appliances. The buttons and displays are easy to read and navigate. It blends into my kitchen rather than being obvious. I got it on sale at Lowes so I got a really good deal - but other than the cost of the dishwasher, it adds value to my kitchen because it saves me time.

It fit into the space well and I had no issues with the size at all. I tell people about this dishwasher all the time and how helpful it is when I dont want to wash stuff by hand. I have been very happy with this dishwasher. I have had it for approximately 10 years and it’s still going strong! Cleans well and runs quietly. My only complaint would be the length of a run cycle. However, I think it is average for a energy efficient dishwasher.

It was easy to figure out and use. I had no problems with the quality of cleaning and I would recommend the dishwasher to someone buying one. The size was adequate and I was able to wash my large pans and casserole dishes in it. Fitting oversized objects usually requires strategy, but my experience with this model did not present that problem. It coordinated easily with my kitchen and was visually pleasing . The control panel was legible and easy to use and understand. Other models were available, but I was satisfied with my selection. Comparable brands did not offer the value that I have found with the Kenmore brand. The quality of the product offers is consistently above standard and has always maintained its value.

I like the overall design of the dishwasher! When it was used it cleaned perfectly and there was so much space. It had many different functions you could use. It was also economical and saved water. The only thing I would improve would be the amount of time it took to wash the dishes seemed to take awhile. Overall its been great. If I had to choose to buy another I would probably buy the same one again.

My Kenmore ELITE refrigerator failed almost immediately when the seals around the freezer drawers wouldnt shut due to lack of a good seal. They would form blocks of ice and would not shut. I should have realized something was wrong with customer service when they used silicone to seal the drawer. That was their fix. The upper doors now are also not sealing and the product is out of warranty. It took less than 2 years for this product to turn into junk after spending over $3000 and that was a SALE PRICE. Also for just $700 more dollars to buy another warranty, plus a $60 service call, they can come look at it. Im done with Sears and Kenmore. I dont even have the heart to tell you about the even newer dishwasher we purchased. If you are thinking SEARS or KENMORE, RUN AWAY!!!

I am satisfied at how clean everything is. I would describe my dishwashers performance as very nice. I would recommend it because it washes those dishes right up! The dishwasher doesnt take up the whole kitchen which is nice. It is smaller than a refrigerator and larger than a trash can which is a good size for a dishwasher to be. It could always be smaller, but then it couldnt hold more dishes. The more dishes that get clean, the better, so Id say the size is just right!This dishwasher is on fleek. The color and model are super pleasing on the eye. The manufacturer obviously knew what they were doing when they made this dishwasher. I love it. The value is very good. Cleans deep down stuck on dirt and odors. Super fast washing and drying. It never leaves a spot. I remember my grandmother always having one in her home so it makes me feel connected. Plenty of space for large pots, skillets, casseroles and pans. I can usually fit my wash load in the machine. There are nifty shelves, basket and shape overall. I can fit many large items into the dishwasher. The dishwasher is sleek, modern, shiny and up to date. I love the beautiful black color and digital face. Easy to clean and resists scratching. I dont have to really clean the dishwasher much. Fantastic smooth feel to it also. I am completely happy with the price paid for my dishwasher. I love this brand! Their products are precise, beautifully designed, and very modern to fit with any decor. The performance is amazing. I never see spots or food left behind and I dont have to wait hours for the machine to do its duty.

It is a very quiet dishwasher. I like the fact that you can just wash the bottom or top rack individually. It also has an adjustable top rack. It cleans and dries very well.

It has met the expectations of what I need to get done. It has adjustable racks and power wave technology to get the dishes 80% cleaner. It is a much quieter dishwasher than most, on 50 decibels. It also has 12 place settings room. It is an efficient machine and I enjoy having it. I like the dishwasher but would have liked it better in black. I do not like the stainless steel background. To me it uses a lot, and I mean a lot of water. It takes too long to wash a load after dinner and drying them after washing them takes a while.

I didnt choose to buy the Kenmore dishwasher, it came with the condo that I purchased. The best feature I really liked about it was the fact that I didnt have to wash the dishes. I never had a problem with the dishwasher and it was very quiet. However, there were times with the dishwasher where I had to run the dishwasher twice in order to get my dishes clean. Also, sometimes the dishwasher would leave water spots. But I believe the Kenmore has met my expectations of keeping my dishes clean. Very nice equipment.

We purchased a top of the line dishwasher 2 years ago (Kenmore Elite). All of our appliances are Kenmore. It was around $700-$800. It quit advancing the washing cycle. It would cost us $600 just for the part to fix it and Kenmore pretty much told us sorry about your luck. Needless to say, we will purchase future appliances from Lowes or Home Depot.

Purchased a Kenmore dishwasher (Model 66513409N411) 3 years ago and the motor is shot. Was told it would cost $550 to replace! Service technician said that with the high efficiency washers the motors dont last as long. That is crazy! Will never purchase a Kenmore brand again.

Would gave a 4.5 instead of 4, but you dont have it, and 5 means its perfect, there always room for improvement in my view. Had the dishwasher for 18+ yrs and during that time only had to replace a clogged spray arm at the bottom. A $20.00 parts. DIY. Therefore it does not owes me anything and was money well spent, especially in these days where most mechanical & electronic usually requires a 5 or 10 years warranty extension on something which should last 20 years plus. Thus manufacturer are not really doing a good QC of their products.

I have a very busy schedule and I am not able to physically wash dishes so I needed something that would ultimately help me in doing so. I decide to look online and see what was the best deal and dishwasher brand for me. I wanted something that was reliable and worked well so I would have no problem doing what I needed to do as a baby sitter. The Kenmore is really great. The features that I like about the dishwasher is that it actually cleans thoroughly.Other dishwashers leave residue on the dishes but this one does not. However, I dont like that it does not hold more dishes that I want it to. Although, all in all, it works well. The reason why I chose Kenmore is because I heard a lot of good things about it from family members and the reviews were great as well. I also thought the pricing was a good value for it. I also love the stainless steel color that they had. I love my Kenmore dishwasher because it is reliable, works fast and does a great job. This dishwasher totally met my expectations!

Typical dishwasher, nothing fancy. Pretty noisy, pot setting takes a long time to wash but cleans unrinsed dishes very good. This dishwasher is average, nothing fancy here, washes dishes fine. Just too noisy. Sears service is going downhill. They dont listen to what your problem is, and you first have to talk to their voice mail instead of a real person, and even then youre lucky if they can understand what youre saying and vice versa. Wouldnt recommend Sears to anyone.

It is a perfect size for an average family and fits with your kitchen without taking too much room. All my dishes fit into the first time. Very nice appearance and really fits in with my other kitchen appliances. I am very pleased with this dishwasher. It fit into my counter without taking up a lot of room. I thought it was a little pricey, but with the job it does it was well worth the cost. I have had other brands and they did half the job this one does.

When I initially started the remodel of my kitchen, I wanted non-generic appliances that looked good and were energy efficient. Its high efficiency feature is why I purchased the dishwasher. I also wanted silver or black, so this is the model I ended up with. Its extremely loud during all cycles. The drain on it breaks every other time I used it and it only works without problems half of the time. That said, I dont use it often as I travel frequently, so Im not terribly concerned. Kenmore was recommended by my condo building maintenance guy. He installed it without giving me other options. I would have gone with a different model, but its good enough for me until I sell my condo.

Mine was black to go with the look of my kitchen but they come in silver and I think white and well it looks like a million dollars but you dont pay a million. I know Kenmore is a great company and sells great products so Im sure that the value is pretty good and last long.

The size of this dishwasher is a standard size that will fit into most of the built-in areas for dishwashers in the average home. It is fairly large and has a spacious compartment to load all kinds of cookware. The color and texture of this particular dishwasher, I feel personally, can easily blend in with any kitchen decor, and is also quite eye-catching and attractive in appearance. This particular dishwasher is very competitive in price and a good value for this type of product.

The dishwasher works okay, but after 60 days, it did not want to come on. We had to call a repairman to get it working again. I sometimes wish we didnt get it. The size is fine for me. It not too large or too small for our kitchen. We dont eat at home often so we dont need a large dishwasher. We only have a small amount of dishes to wash. We have black colored appliances in our kitchen. The color of the dishwasher fits in perfectly. It has a modern look which enhance the appearance. Im not happy about the value. For the money we paid we should not have problems in 60 days. The fact we had to call for repair so fast, has made we question how well it was made.

We needed a new dishwasher as our previous one stopped working and this Kenmore Dishwasher was on a yard sale site that was accepting offers and was readily available. I love the color, how plush it was with my cabinets and how easy it is to load and unload, and how quiet it is when washing a load of dishes and the heated dry option. Quieter than our previous dishwasher. But being a family of 6 and as the primary cook in the house, we go through a lot of dishes in one meal and we have to do a minimum of 2 loads per meal to clean all of our dishes so I would improve on how much you can load in the dishwasher and make the top rack a little more sturdy so it can hold a little bit more weight to it.

The performance is great. It has different settings so you can wash longer or shorter time periods and my dishes come out clean, thats the most important thing. I like the size of our dishwasher. It is big enough for a pretty big load of dishes but its compact enough to fit in an average kitchen space. I do like the appearance of our dishwasher. Ours is all black so it looks sleek, and especially with the other black appliances that we have. Im happy with the value of our dishwasher. We actually got it at a pretty good deal, I think. And for what it cost I would have to say that its doing a very good job.

In March of 2012 we bought a Kenmore dishwasher. In August of 2012 the door latch had to be repaired due to a manufacturing defect. Today the upper rack assembly fell apart for about the 4th time, this time permanently. The one part that would fix it is not available on the replacement parts website. When you spend almost $900 on a new appliance you should be able to expect more reliability and more longevity. This thing is a piece of junk and were getting rid of it. Sears used to be a reliable retailer. What happened? Shouldnt have to spend an average of more than $300/Year on something as simple as a dishwasher.

I only use the normal or pots/pans settings overnight because they are so long. I cook a lot, so during the day I use the 1 hr quick wash with heat drying. I like the sanitized option and I wished it worked for the 1 hr wash cycle. I wish the dishwasher was quieter, it sounds close the noise my dryer makes.

I like that it washed and cleans and dries our dishes greatly and efficiently. It is good, amazing, awesome, cool, fun and exciting to have and to hold for all time to come. This company has met our expectations in every way and in every way I like our dishwasher. It is fantastic.

It has plenty of features and is efficient at cleaning but didnt cost a fortune.

Thought I was getting a good product. Have bought Kenmore Elite in the past. Paid $2500 for refrigerator in Nov 2016. Less than 2 years later, the fridge is warm. Same story as others. Sears cant come out for 2 weeks. Had another company come out next day and they confirmed the freon was gone. Apparently there is a leak in a sealed unit? Compressor was hot and coils were not. Cant complain to anyone because call center is offshore and they do not understand. I called customer service and they said they would have to transfer me. This happened 4 times before I couldnt take it anymore and hung up. You cant get to Kenmore Corporate. All contact info is pointed to Sears. Is there a class action lawsuit I can join? I have appointment scheduled for them to come out in 2 weeks, but Im afraid they will say it will be $1k or more to fix it. Less than 2 years old. I shouldnt have to fix it. The tech that came out told me my Kenmore is made up of LG parts. If I wanted an LG I would of bought that brand? Why do they do that? Oh and my Kenmore dishwasher crapped the bed a few short months ago too! I replaced it with a Bosch. I will NEVER spend another dime at Sears or on a Kenmore appliance again!

It cleaned everything very well and never gave me problems. The dishes were even dried very well afterwards. I put minimal work into doing the dishes with this machine. The size of the machine was perfect. It fit in my kitchen very well and didnt stick out too much. It looked great in the kitchen as well. It had a shiny color to it. It pleased the eye very well and everyone complimented it when they came over. I have never bought any better machine since then. It is perfect. It gets the job done without any problems. It works fantastic and looks great in the kitchen. It isnt very loud which is a great thing.

The performance of this dishwasher is far beyond my wildest dreams. Excellent cycles and great washing abilities. It is whisper quiet and always shows the finest in quality and performance. This dishwasher holds a large amount of pots and pans and far exceeds what you realize you can get inside and get a great wash and rinse. Dishes are very clean and always can be trusted that no germs are ever left behind. This dishwasher is beautiful to look at and you are so proud when people come into your kitchen area. We bought this Kenmore Elite Ultraclean Dishwasher 665.1278 Model for 900.00 dollars back in July of 2014. After one year of use the heating element in the door panel went out. When we called out a service repairman he told us this was one of two of the most expensive parts to replace and that these parts wear out quickly. We went ahead and paid for the repair that ended up costing us over 200.00, then decided to buy a one year warranty just in case. By the time the one year warranty was up the same door panel heating element went out along with some type of gear in the door panel. I cant believe we paid 900.00 for what was supposed to be the best of the best of Kenmore dishwashers back then only to have it break down on a yearly occurrence. I would not recommend this dishwasher. This has left such a bad taste in our mouths that we are not going to buy Kenmore in the future for ANY appliance. Period.

Never had any problems with this dishwasher, it performed like brand new until we moved and had to leave it behind. Its a good looking dishwasher, nothing unattractive about it really. Its all white minus the details, and fit in well with the other appliances except my stainless steel fridge, but thats mine and not purchased to have matched the appliances of the house we were in at the time. Id say it was just big enough to fit most of our dishes, but not so large as to be bulky or an eyesore. It could have been a little bigger, but overall I was satisfied with the size of this machine. Id say it was a great value. It ran smoothly, it looked good, it never had any issues, so for me it was a winner. Our current dishwasher is nowhere near as awesome and constantly has mechanical issues.

It washed the dishes well. It dried the dishes well. The heat cycle was not so hot that it broke any glass. The wash cycle did not take too long. The dry cycle did not take too long. It could have been less deep, due to conserving space in an area that may not have as much room. However, if the kitchen is spacious then the depth, height, and length is a good size. The coloring makes the item look clean, not too busy, looks nice and upscale as long as it is kept clean. The digital numbers, and words, are easy to read and understand. Based on the price of the item, the value is good. The item price was not too extravagant, in comparison to what features the item had, and what functionality the item has.
