Nice easy to use dishwasher that is quiet and cleans dishes rather fast. Takes packet, liquid, or powdered detergent. Is very quiet and runs through a cycle in under 30 minutes. Fits at least 30 large plates, and at least triple the amount in small plates. Fits about 32 cups on the top shelf. Bowls can be a bit of a trick, but it can fit at least 6 bowls on the top rack as well. Nice, easy to clean. White finish makes it easy to clean and maintain. Has easy to push buttons and settings that allow you choose the type of wash you wish to have. This dishwasher has lasted for years. Great value for the price and workmanship. I have yet to have any service done on this dishwasher besides some regular cleaning.

I have a very busy schedule and I am not able to physically wash dishes so I needed something that would ultimately help me in doing so. I decide to look online and see what was the best deal and dishwasher brand for me. I wanted something that was reliable and worked well so I would have no problem doing what I needed to do as a baby sitter. The Kenmore is really great. The features that I like about the dishwasher is that it actually cleans thoroughly.Other dishwashers leave residue on the dishes but this one does not. However, I dont like that it does not hold more dishes that I want it to. Although, all in all, it works well. The reason why I chose Kenmore is because I heard a lot of good things about it from family members and the reviews were great as well. I also thought the pricing was a good value for it. I also love the stainless steel color that they had. I love my Kenmore dishwasher because it is reliable, works fast and does a great job. This dishwasher totally met my expectations!

I re-piped the home in 2006 so I bought the best hot water heater available, a Kenmore 55 gal 12-year warranty. Sometime during 2010 the tank had a small leak. Sears Technician came out and said I could go pickup another tank at the local store in Ft. Myers, Florida. No problem. Trip to Lowes for a few parts then to Sears for a new tank then bam, it is installed.Sometime towards the end of February 2013 my wife said the tank was leaking on the floor. No big deal, I made 5 phone calls to 800-877-6420 just to setup the 1st tech appointment. A week later the Service-Technician came & said I had a cracked anode-rod, so he order another and rescheduled install appointment for 3/12/14, approximately 2-weeks later. Again no big deal, its a slowww leak somewhere on the top of the tank. But, on Saturday 3/8/14 the tank ruptured sometime in the night. I was awoke around 7:30 am by my neighbor telling me that water was flowing out of my garage and down the street. I shut off the main water valve and started calling the 800-877-6420 number again. Each time I called I was transferred to someone that could not help me. On the 3rd call someone recommended I called back 8:30-9:00 am, maybe the department was not open yet. At this point, I have been waiting for ~ 3 weeks for a hot-water-heater to be repaired. Where is the service? I wanted a Technician visit today but was given an appointment for Monday. I have a wife and 2 kids (6 y.o and 10 month) and it is winter in Florida. Yes its warm during the day. While the wife and I could survive without hot water the kids would not be so happy. Remember, I turned off the main-water-valve to stop the flood, so there is no water to flush toilets, dishes or laundry. The house was built in 1985. I have added valves now so we will be able to isolate the hot water heater in the future. Where is the service? With no water I went to Sears and bought another heater and installed it this Saturday.Service-Technician (very nice) came Monday 3/10/14 and confirmed ruptured tank and changed my $80. The Technician said I may have a faulty ground-wire so since I was paying him I asked him to check it. The wire turned out normal. Why do I need to pay? Whatever, paying $80 is worth getting my $500 back that I paid for the replacement on Saturday. Today is Tues 3/11/14 and I have not been contacted for my tank replacement. Where is the service? If I had not replaced the tank over the weekend we would still be without water (hot or cold). From what I can tell the service issues start with 1) the employees that answer the phones (it really takes more than 1 phone call for service?). 2) The lack of urgency to correct the problem (It takes weeks). 3) The lack of follow through on service. Im told this is season and this is the reason Sears is behind. I would suggest triage service calls.As a side note that is semi funny: When I bought the new hot-water-heater this Saturday I was asked if I wanted a Service protection plan. I declined stating that it takes Sears to long to fix such an important machine. We had to turn off the main-water-valve to the entire house. Where is the service. Think of it this way. Would you like to pay an extra $150.00 on top of the cost of the hot-water-heater and wait 3 plus weeks for service?

Cleans well and easy to operate. Doesnt leave streaks on crystals. I can fit heavy pans and has space for small items. Not noisy. For the price its very economical and easy on the pocket. Well built. Clean, simple design, blends well with the rest of the kitchen. Handle is very ergonomic, racks easy to clean and easy to maintain. Good value for price. As expected from the Kenmore brand. For no frill dishwasher this is a good buy.

It looks nice and it matches with everything in our kitchen. Purchase this dishwasher if you have lighter cabinets. It doesnt take up too much room because its not too big. It fits almost all of our dishes. Even if we use all of our dishes and have so many guests that we use all of the dishes. It is efficient and still cleans thoroughly with everything in there. It gets out the toughest food residue. We use it once a week and also when there are a lot of people at our house for a special gathering, family occasion or holiday. Its an excellent dishwasher and its worth the amount of money that it costs. Its a good product that lasts a really long time. We havent had to replace it yet.

The dishwasher doesnt drain well and the settings are constantly resetting themselves. After using it for 2 years this dishwasher needs to be replaced because it does not work well at all. It is small to mid-size in my opinion. I think it should be bigger and hold more dishes. Sometimes I feel like I am having to cram dishes in there to make them fit and then they dont come very clean. The color matches well in my kitchen. The dishwasher is white and my cabinets are also. The digital buttons on the front are nice also. I did not purchase this myself so I am not sure what the price is. But I think in the beginning the value wasnt bad. But for it to not hold up well two years later that takes away from the value.

I chose this dishwasher because I have a few friends and family who own it, and they absolutely love it! It is for sale for a great, affordable price and who doesnt love to save money?! I know I do and I think it is great because it does a great job at getting off all the food. Sometimes my family cant remember to rinse the dishes before putting them in, no matter how many times I tell them. But this dishwasher has clean dishes every time. All my past washers would leave food stuck on. Gross! But one of the things I dislike about it is that it takes a long time and wish it was a bit faster. I have yet to find a great dishwasher that gets all the food off and is super fast. Maybe its just as fast as it goes. Other than that, I absolutely love this washer! I would highly suggest buying one.

The Kenmore dishwasher does everything that I need a dishwasher to do which is to clean my dishes so I do not have to do them by hand. As a retired disabled American veteran with injuries from Vietnam the simple settings for washing dishes makes it easy for me to use. The settings are easy to understand and apply. It has been very dependable too. I have only had a repairman from Sears come to my condo only once and that was to replace the circuit board that had been fried from an electrical surge.

Came home Thanksgiving night to the immediate smell of burning plastic. Opened the dishwasher to see a flame at the bottom, the entire inside and all components melted, as well as all of my dishes cracked and melted! No recalls on this model and Kenmore/Sears hung up on me when I asked for a manager because they want to charge me $90 for a repair technician to come tell me it cant be fixed! Thank God my husband, kids, and I were not sleeping when this happened.

This dishwasher worked very well and was well worth the money spent. Cleaned and dried the dishes with reasonable cleanliness. Didnt need to clear dishes prior to loading the dishwasher. I would recommend this dishwasher. Fit all of my dishes that were used in 3-4 days with no overlapping. Silverware on door so more dishes could go in the dishwasher itself. Highly recommended. Clean, sleek, reliable, fast cycles, and quiet too. I like the way it looks. Also fits in with the rest of the other kitchen appliances I had at the time. Worth every penny, more bang for the buck with this winner of a dishwasher, i must say. very affordable, could put this on before bedtime and not hear it while sleeping.

The first wash brought my utensils and dishes back to life - everything was clean and shiny. It is a great machine for the price we paid. Have had this for about a year now, no complaints or problems with it. Size is perfect for my household. Although there was absolutely nothing wrong with our dishwasher, we decided to get the one that matched our other appliances. We werent sorry! This is an excellent appliance. Kenmore Elite model 665.12783k311 - For some unknown reason the lower spray arm on the dishwasher came off, and landed on top the hot heating coil. This melted the lower spray arm, and started a fire in my dishwasher. I took pictures and contacted Sears, who referred me to Whirlpool, who referred me back to Sears, and that went on for two hours. This is dangerous, and based on a Google search not the first time. However, as of this post neither Sears nor Whirlpool has contacted me with any interest in finding out WHY this happened.

This dishwasher is quiet and thorough, and you can choose settings based on how dirty your dishes are and whether you want to use less water. Its a great machine. We can get all of our everyday use dishes into the dishwasher. We run it abut every two days when its just our three-person family. We cook and eat almost every meal at home, so it is pretty efficient. Its basic white. The buttons for the settings are easy to read. It fits in with the other white appliances in our kitchen. We like the white, because we painted our kitchen to match our tastes. It was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive dishwasher we looked at. It has done a good job for several years. We like that it has options for using less water and for a turbo zone where you can place items that need an extra blast of water for additional cleaning.

This dishwasher was purchased brand new in 2013. By 2016 we had to completely replace the core mechanical guts of this dishwasher. And now in January 2019 it is failing again. When it works it does a great job. But what kind of appliance which cost $1000 has a life expectancy of three years before needing its entire motor assembly to be replaced. And then two years after that it is not working. Kenmore is garbage! No wonder Sears is going under. Apparently Kenmore is made by Whirlpool. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not buy a Kenmore dishwasher before reading the plethora of bad reviews.

I always grew up with Kenmore products in our house. My grandparents always wanted to buy the best quality of everything. I carried on that tradition and have always stuck with the Kenmore name. However, after my last 3 appliances going out on me, THAT WERE ALL KENMORE, I will never buy Kenmore again! I also got terrible customer service that could not do anything. My 1 1/2 year old Kenmore refrigerator freezes everything on the top 2 shelves, no matter how high I put the temp, AND the ice hardly makes any ice. You get about 8 cups every 24 hours!!!My Kenmore Elite Dishwasher (was a great dishwasher while it ran), BUT all of a sudden it started making a VERY loud noise and it is so loud, you cant hear someone talking in the kitchen, I have never heard anything like it from a dishwasher! My Kenmore Elite Microwave suddenly made a really loud pop noise and it smelled like it caught on fire! Customer Service said there was a recall on the refrigerator, so they made an appointment for a technician to come out. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! So I called back and they said now the computer would not allow them to make an appointment for me. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get to supervisors to help me. NO HELP!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU KENMORE!!! I will never buy another Kenmore item.

Worst dishwasher I ever owned. Doesn’t clean, always have to clean spray wand jets out. The detergent door gasket slid out within the first week. Being that I’m a professional plumber, I would not buy Kenmore anymore and further would not call to have any repairs attempted being it’s not worth the time, aggravation on listing to a “ tech” explain to me that things are not warrantied or listen to opinions that make no sense. Garbage brand.

We bought this Kenmore Elite Ultraclean Dishwasher 665.1278 Model for 900.00 dollars back in July of 2014. After one year of use the heating element in the door panel went out. When we called out a service repairman he told us this was one of two of the most expensive parts to replace and that these parts wear out quickly. We went ahead and paid for the repair that ended up costing us over 200.00, then decided to buy a one year warranty just in case. By the time the one year warranty was up the same door panel heating element went out along with some type of gear in the door panel. I cant believe we paid 900.00 for what was supposed to be the best of the best of Kenmore dishwashers back then only to have it break down on a yearly occurrence. I would not recommend this dishwasher. This has left such a bad taste in our mouths that we are not going to buy Kenmore in the future for ANY appliance. Period.

Kenmore appliances are fantastic. Great quality that always work and clean my dishes to perfection. Would recommend to anyone. The way that my dishes come out after being washed is like diamonds. Kenmore are just an overall great brand.

I have always purchased Kenmore items. I like the customer service, they are very good. The expectations for this machine were very high. I would give it about a 75% overall success. I like the color of the stainless steel. It was also a very fast machine, clean dishes very well, didnt leave any soap on the plates or on the glasses. Very impressed. However, the buyers guide was very hard to read. Theres also a few things I dislike about the dishwasher. It took a long time to finish and it was very loud and could not put very much dishes in it.

The appearance is very sleek and simple. It fits in mostly with everything. I am pretty sure is available in other colors such as stainless steel. It fits very well in my kitchen. It is just the right size for most kitchen and it aint big and gawky. Very compact. I had some hard dishes to get clean and it cleaned it spotless. It also didnt take very long for it to complete its cycles. I am very happy with its performance. My perceived value is very satisfied with it. I havent had it very long but I am sure it will last long. It seems to be built very durable. Everyone should be satisfied.

This dishwasher has been wonderful. My dishes have never been cleaner or looked better. It is also very quiet so I can run it at any time of day. This dishwasher fits plenty of dishes in it at once. Kenmore Dishwasher is a great size. I have a family of five and I always have enough room. I put the pots and plates on the bottom, and the cups and bowls on the top. I dont even have to rinse dishes off before putting in. They come out sparkling every time and it makes doing dishes so much easier. I love the appearance. It is stainless steel just like all the other appliances in my kitchen. And, the price is so worth every penny! You could get a cheaper dishwasher but that is exactly what it will be. My Kenmore dishwasher was in the house when we purchased it. It is the best of its kind versus the price. The dishwasher has plenty of room for all of my dirty dishware and silverware to fit. Also, the items came out extremely clean within one washing. It also doesnt require as much dish soap to clean. The dishwasher did produce hot dishes immediately after the cycle would finish. There was no cool down feature. But thats not a major issue.

The Kenmore dishwasher works great, it gets off even stuck on food that I thought would be dried on. I bought a rinse aid for the dishwasher because my water is hard and it left spots but it left no spots after that and even the harder things to clean with the little crevices and grooves came out clean. It has a few different settings to help meet the exact needs of the dishes you are washing in each load. I have a family of 5 and we do two loads a day and can fit everything into the dishwasher (since the kids hate hand washing). I am able to fit several cups, bowls and larger utensils on the top rack and then the silverware, plates and larger items on the bottom rack without issue. When Im not looking the kids even sneak pots into the dishwasher with the dinner dishes without incident. This dishwasher looks nice in the kitchen and matches well with my other appliances. It has a sleek look and doesnt seem to hold smears and fingerprints like some other appliances that Ive had in the past. This dishwasher also has stood the test of time in my kitchen and gets used more than daily. For the price it was a great investment in not hearing the kids whine about having to hand wash the dishes. I believe this was a great purchase and would do it again.

Works well just needs a little more--not sure what it is but it feels like its missing something. I enjoyed using it but felt like it wasnt cleaning enough still. It had a good size compartment. Not what Im used to but it holds what I need to fit into it. Could use a few more holding slots for a free dishes. Has a good clean look, nice materials and very presentable to all the company Ive had over. Pleasure to look at. Great job. Would definitely recommend! Overall it has a pretty good price, not too expensive and not too cheap. After all you do get what you pay for so a high price comes with great results.

The performance of this dishwasher is far beyond my wildest dreams. Excellent cycles and great washing abilities. It is whisper quiet and always shows the finest in quality and performance. This dishwasher holds a large amount of pots and pans and far exceeds what you realize you can get inside and get a great wash and rinse. Dishes are very clean and always can be trusted that no germs are ever left behind. This dishwasher is beautiful to look at and you are so proud when people come into your kitchen area. Purchased a Kenmore Elite 14742N513 dishwasher a month ago. Our 22 yr old Kenmore started leaking so we replaced. 3 weeks now from purchase and 3 service visits later plus a part replacement, still no decent wash - soap remained at the bottom of the tub, residue on dishes and it did not even dry the load! What a waste of time! Luckily, we purchased a service warranty from Sears and well be able to ask for a replacement... see how that goes.

Heated dry cycle ensures sensitization while fully drying dishes. Multiple settings for the wash cycle allows me to wash anything I want and has timer so I can even wash dishes while Im not home. Not as large as I would like but I only have to do dishes once every couple days as a single guy so I guess thats all I need but a family of four may definitely want a larger unit. Pretty standard. Looks stylish depending on what you are going for. It doesnt wow anyone but doesnt look terrible either. Depends on your other appliances as to what would work or not work in your kitchen. Mine came with the place I currently live so the value makes no difference to me but my time is valuable and the time it saves me from having to hand wash is invaluable.

It actually removed dried and baked on food! It was quiet and easy to operate. I would definitely look for a similar model when upgrading. It is affordable for us and we love it. Even my 13 year old son uses it. The size was appropriate we for the space that we had in our kitchen set aside for the dishwasher. It fit snugly and perfectly. There are no gaps worth mentioning and it is beautiful, at that. The stainless steel matched the decor theme in our kitchen and the design is sleek and elegant. My Kenmore dishwasher has performed well for many years. I have had no mechanical problems at all. It has a variety of different wash cycles with a multi hour timer. It is quiet in use. I would highly recommend the Kenmore dishwasher.

The dishwasher works well enough, it saves time from washing the dishes by hand but I do notice a lot of spotting on the dishes after theyve dried, which is kind of annoying. Good size. I can fit about a days worth of dishes into the dishwasher. Sometimes its a bit harder to do everything in one load though if there are a lot of pots and pans that day. Its a nice light color, which keeps the kitchen bright and cheerful and I enjoy that over darker colors. It has a nice shine to it but not too shiny to make a glare when the sunlight comes in.

This dishwasher is awesome! It can get any dried food off of any dish we put in it! It fits cookie sheets, large bowls, we can put lots of plastic that we recycle in the top shelf and it cleans so well! I love this dishwasher! This dishwasher has lots of space so we can really fill it up! It holds at least 20 plates and a ton of silverware and cooking utensils. I use a lot of different dishes when I cook and this dishwasher can hold and clean all of them! This dishwasher Is beautiful. The front cleans very easily, but I wipe off with a wet washcloth then spray some window cleaner and wipe clean with paper towels and it looks brand new again! This dishwasher is very valuable I cant put a dollar sign on it. Since it cleans so well! It would be hard to replace with anything any better! We have had the dishwasher for 4 years and it cleans anything!

It cleaned very well. The dishwasher gave me no issues. It could clean lightly dirty dishes as well as dishes with very dirty, baked on foods and grease. It was very good. I could fit a day’s worth of dishes into the dishwasher. Keep in mind that I have a household of five. I could clean things like platters, large and small dishes. I really liked how the dishwasher looked. It was beautiful and fit into the look of my kitchen very well. I loved the black color. IT matched my modern kitchen and black marble counter top. The value was very easy. The installation was free. It didnt use a lot of water which saved me time and money. Also because I could fit everything in one load, I used less electricity and water.

I purchased a Kenmore dishwasher in June of 2018. The dishwasher is now leaking. I called customer service and spoke with two people who could barely speak English. There is a 1 year manufacturers warranty on the product but I was told that if the technician that came out determined that the problem was not covered under the warranty I would have to pay a $150 service fee! What kind of warranty is that? I will never purchase an appliance from Kenmore or Sears ever again!!! Horrible experience!

The dishwasher I had was very good and clean the dishes very good without having to wash the dishes first. It left quite a shine on the dishes when using a liquid washer. It was 36 in by 48 in high with wheels so that I could roll it around. It very Durable and lightweight. The kitchen was very small but got the job done. It was very light - maybe a white or a off white in color but very good looking dishwasher that I would recommended to family or friends. I know they would like it. It was very rate highly by myself and other that visit my house. The price was very reasonable and very well adjusted. The price was very low and I like that.

We have a Kenmore dishwasher now and have had Kenmores of different kinds; all with good luck. Good brand for anyone. I fully recommend them for your use. We also have a freezer and refrigerator from Kenmore. Over the years we have used Kenmore many, many times.

My Kenmore dishwasher has done an excellent job cleaning dishes but was a little louder than I anticipated. Im not talking about having to shout over it. Just a little loud motor. I have the 24 inch built-in dishwasher. Sharp looking exterior. Enough room inside for my dishes, mixing bowls, and pots. Enamel colored slots have typical separations. Sharp looking exterior. As mine is a built in, I only see the front of the dishwasher but am quite impressed. Purchased mine in white. Appears to be easily wiped clean. I felt as if I received great value for the money. I have had a very positive experience so my opinion may be a bit biased. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

My dishwasher came with the home I purchased. The appearance is very hi-tech and edgy. It makes the home look more up to date and gives it a more futuristic appeal. I like that about the Kenmore. The size of it is good. It holds enough dishes to get the job done. The cartridge for soap is a good size and the dish racks inside are beneficial. It gets the dishes cleaned and dry. I like the value of it because its sturdy. And Kenmore dishwasher is safe in the home and makes washing dishes a much more simpler, easier task and time effective. This dishwasher is definitely innovative. I enjoy having it in my home. Both me and my husband like the dishwasher.

This dishwasher has the best performance that I expected. It is also economical toward my water bill. When I recommend this product to others I believe that they will be inspired to try it out. It is just the right size because it fits comfortable in my kitchen and I use whenever I need to without any disturbance because I replaced it with the old one I had. I purchased a Kenmore elite refrigerator less than 3 years ago. Within the first year - 2 of the drawers had the front break off. Sears did replace these. About 14 months after purchase 2 more had broken and they would no longer replace them - I could purchase new ones for $130 each. Over the next year the ice maker quit working and 2 of the other drawers broke too. A few night ago - my wife was cleaning the fridge and the door fell off. We had purchased a Kenmore elite dishwasher at the same time. That quit working in less than 2 years. I had the service tech out for $85. He told me that he would have to replace the main board and the pump for $350 and that still might not fix it. I dont think I would buy a Kenmore product again.

Very good. Nice, clean shape and nice polish. Loving the layout of the colors and the found is perfect quiet for a steady dishwasher. Its appearance is the best I seen. But for the product I can see why its big in size, it has a good water and it doesnt get old or dirty. Well good for the size. Top of the line product. Its price might be a bit too high but it’s worth every penny. Id recommend this product for everyone. You dont go wrong with this at all.

On my Kenmore dishwasher, it has a drying cycle that I like that best, it also has a stick on food cycle that I really like to use from time to time. I have seen reviews on this brand that was remarkable and I have friends and family members that have this type of Kenmore dishwasher and they really love it.

I like that it washed and cleans and dries our dishes greatly and efficiently. It is good, amazing, awesome, cool, fun and exciting to have and to hold for all time to come. This company has met our expectations in every way and in every way I like our dishwasher. It is fantastic.

Purchased all new Kenmore Elite Appliances for my new home 5 years ago. Within 3 months our dishwasher just stopped working. Repairman came out and had to order parts. Still didnt work after parts were installed. I was told by Sears if I purchased an extended warranty they would replace it. During this time there was a recall on our Kenmore elite washing machine. Repairman came and replaced recalled part. Washer doesnt clean as well since part has been replaced. Now 3 days before Thanksgiving the Kenmore Elite Refrigerator has just quit cooling. Everything in freezer and refrigerator ruined. Cannot get a repairman until the day after Thanksgiving.

It can be a little complicated fitting certain cups on the top rack but overall its a pretty good size for a small home. It is a little on the homely side. I prefer chrome exterior or black, because the white shows dirt and grime a little too much for my taste. But as long as youre using the right dish soap or dishwasher fluid then it works like a dream. Clean it regularly if you start to have problems. Im looking at upgrading soon.

I know someone that has a Kenmore dishwasher and they are pleased. I also read a lot of online reviews and looked at the features and prices. Then I checked the dishwasher out in person and it seemed to be a great product as well. I like the overall quality and the effectiveness of cleaning the dishes. Also is low volume so I can run it day and night without disturbing my household. Low energy cost and good warranty as well. Its always been consistent and worth the price I paid for it. Wife is happy with it as well.

It works wonderfully! It cleans thoroughly with few dishwashing marks or dish detergent film. Dries fairly well, wish it was a little better but could be worse so no complaints. Size is wonderful, holds lots of dishes and cutlery. Still have to do a couple of loads but having a huge family that is expected. But I love this dish washer! Very nice, slick design. Color is beautiful and easy to clean. Smears do not appear and if they do they super easy to wipe away. Its just very nice looking and super easy to clean and keep clean. Value is very exceptional. With all the features offered, slick clean look, and the size in which can hold tons of dishes/cutlery the value is just exceptional for everything that is offered!

It has 3 different wash settings. Heavy, normal, or 1 hour. Its quiet. The heated dry dries the dishes pretty well, better than other dishwashers that Ive used with a heated dry setting in the past. I dislike that sometimes it doesnt clean even the smallest stains. When I take dishes out the dishwasher a lot of the time some of the dishes still come out with stains or tiny bits of food particles that I didnt see when I rinsed them off before I put them into the dishwasher. But it meets most of my expectations. Its not the best dishwasher that Ive ever owned but its also not the worst dishwasher that Ive ever owned either, about a 6 out of 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

I couldnt wait to get this pair, the washer and dryer plus the 2 pull-out drawers. Ive had them for several years purchased at Sears, in the mall at Lawton, OK. MY HUSBAND AND I BEGIN to notice a foul odor and couldnt figure out where it was coming from. Finally, I found it inside my washer and my clean clothes smelled like a dirty wet dishrag. I even found about 5 socks in the rubber part and they were so slimy and stunk. I threw them away. When I wash inside the rubber, black gunk comes out on my rag I spent over 2,000.00 on these. Now I’m finding out that everyone I know is having the same problems.If there is a lawsuit on these stinkers please include me. I may have got these in my husband’s name, James **. We got the first ones in dark charcoal and I exchanged them at the Lawton Sears. The first ones I got at Sears first was in Wichita Falls, TX. MALL. I DECIDED ON A LIGHTER COLOR. Thank you.

We never expected to wash dirty dishes as we always pre-rinsed them but the dishwasher worked well and was relatively quiet and never broke down. The dishwasher held all our dishes and we never ran it everyday but rather about once a week for two of us. The dishwasher can hold a large load if it is filled properly and does a nice job on the dishes. We never put dishes that had food on them in the dishwasher and never expected it to clean food that was caked on. Our dishwasher was white and looked sleek and fit perfectly with the rest of the white appliances in the kitchen. Clean and smart is how I would describe it. Based upon our experience with the dishwasher, we received good value from it and the way it performed. It was not the most expensive model we could have bought but it was a model that we felt gave us more bang for our buck.

It works well and does its job like its supposed to. Ive never had any problems out of it! Ive had the same dishwasher for the past 2 years and I think that Ill have it for years to come. It fits everything that I need into it, and even more. I have tons of plates and cups that I have to wash on a daily basis, and this dishwasher fits it all in in one go. It works well and fast and washes all the dishes fast. It also comes at a cheap price for me, and it is very good value. It can fit basically all of my items. I myself use a lot of plates, bowls, and many utensils to cook and I can fit them all in one wash. It doesnt really look much because dishwashers werent really built to look too nice... The Kenmore dishwasher has been great and it works fantastic. Most dishwashers have your dishes come out with spots on it but not this one. It is a 24 inch built in dishwasher and it fits quite a bit of dishes about 12-15 plates and plenty of glasses. It has two racks and a utensil holder. It is stainless steel with black. The buttons are all digital and it has a black handle underneath. The buttons light up and it plays music or whatever you set it to to go off when its done. Its of great value. It costs about 300.00 and I believe that is a reasonable price for the quality of this product. This product is also much better than others not only because of the style, quality and efficiency but the cost as well. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is in the market for a dishwasher.

The Kenmore dishwasher is self cleaning. Always gets the job done. No hassle or gimmicks. It has high efficiency and various cycles of washing, rinsing and drying and select water levels feature. Im not too picky about the dishwasher as long as it does its job. Although I would like automatic shut off when the dishes are done and something to tell me when the dishes are ready to be out away or dried. All in all, quality and service are great. Products are always long lasting and their company has been around for a very long time. They are very reliable and reputable. Always consistent with their product.

The Kenmore dishwasher was rather quiet which is nice compared to some other models. However, I wish there were more space and that it sterilized dishes. I also wish the dishwasher had a better drying mechanism because my dishes are still rather wet. These newer models are supposed to be more energy efficient but we never noticed a change in water or electric bill. But overall, the dishwasher met our expectations for the price. It cleaned the dishes fairly well, was a cost effective option that met our needs and would choose again for future purchase. We have not had any mechanical issues which is also a plus.

When I first made the purchase, the value seemed appropriate. However the performance isnt what it used to be, resulting in needing to do more wash cycles to clean the dishes. The size is fairly sufficient although there have been plenty of occasions where I would like the capacity to be bigger. I often have to do more than one load. Your periods is fine for the most part. It would be nice if the color could be changed somehow to accommodate other appliance colors. Happy with the results and the performance has been satisfactory withholding a few occasions when the dishes are not clean enough. Works fairly well.

Real good at getting dishes clean and spotless if you use a decent detergent. Runs through cycles quickly and quietly. It also holds a considerable amount of dishes pot and pans. Fits real snug and never leaks. The size is real helpful. It has two racks and slide it in and out. Pulled quite a few dishes pots and pans get some real clean every time. A lot of silverware and stuff can be put in the separate thing. I love it. The appearance looks great and Id recommend it to anybody because he can get multiple colors and you cant even tell its there. Easy to use controls and no chips on the inside like anything that made a good quality material. I think it was a real good deal and it was affordable. I was able to finance and cant beat the price.

The dishwasher cleans well with minimal issues. It runs quiet as well. Occasionally the detergent dispenser gets stuck and I have to rerun a cycle. I can put most size of items in the washer without blocking too much of the water flow. Some baking sheets are difficult but if you put them on the side you can tilt them to fit in to the space. Mine has a stainless steel face. It just wipe it water mostly and go behind with a dry cloth. It does scratch easily by the dog. We had a mouse hiding under it and my dog scratched it up near the bottom. I guess it was a good value for the price. It was part of our appliance package with our new house so we didnt buy directly but through our builder.

It is very quiet, gets the dishes clean and dries them without many spots. I like the flexibility of the two racks to accommodate wine glasses and pots and pans. This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever had. It has a smart wash cycle as well as the normal cycle, rinse and hold cycle and you can turn off the heated drying as well. It is not as large as some other dishwashers I have had but I understand that is because of the extra insulation to make it as quiet as it is. Mine is stainless steel and has all the buttons hidden on top of the lid. This makes it easy to see them without bending over.

I thought it was a decent dishwasher. It was reasonably timed and my dishes always came out clean. I didnt have to worry about soap build up with this dishwasher. The size was medium. I was able to fit all my plates on top and most of my pots on the bottom shelf. I liked the silverware holder. I thought it was convenient. I really liked the dishwashers color. It matched the rest of my appliances and the knobs were easy and functional. I thought it would be cool if the color was blue. I feel like I got my money worth the product. Last an average amount of time and I washed a ton of dishes in it plus the color and style was great with a unique little touch.

We enjoy the electronic touch qualities of the Kenmore Elite and the stainless interior. The upper shelf is made with plastic parts that continue to break and cause it to come off track. Also, we arent sure if it was how the Sears installer installed it initially, but the water house fell off and flooded the kitchen and under the cabinet only 1 year after it was installed. The very expensive repairman says he sees the clamps fail frequently. It came with lots of useless thing-a-ma-jigs, that fall off and are not needed anyway. Touchscreen, stainless interior, streamline placement of controls, easy clean stainless exterior, quiet, sleek look shows smudges. Could be better design of dish placement. Its always nice to have more room. Modern, no knobs to have to clean around. Sears no longer has a team or repair services like the old days. Calls for help were not helpful. Try to upsell you instead of fixing flaws of dishwasher.

This dishwasher cleans well. The only problem I have is the dishwasher not completely drying. When I go to empty it, the dishes have water sitting on them and I have to dry most of them off if not all. The size fits well under my counter. The size of it also fits the dishes well in it. It could be a little bigger but the size it is works fairly well. The appearance of this dishwasher is great. It is all black. The all black can sometimes cause issues with fingerprinting though. Fingerprints on the dishwasher are extremely noticeable. I feel like what I paid for the dishwasher it should dry better. That should be part of the dishwasher that should work well. I should not have to dry the dishes off after every wash.

My Kenmore dishwasher is a high-quality product built-in feature water temperature setting, various water settings, and various wash cycles for the amount or type of dishes loaded in. It has a powerful sprayer inside to get out the toughest stained dishes and gets my glasses sparkling clean and spotless. I had other dishwasher before but my Kenmore outlasted each one. Other brand seals wore out and leaked, or got clogged up or didnt clean my dishes as well.

It worked well for the first 2 years. Now it doesnt seem to clean as well. It cleans most of the dishes most of the time. I usually have to run it through 2 cycles to wash off the residue it leaves behind. It has a lot of room for plates, cups, bowls and silverware. The appearance of this dishwasher is excellent. The stainless steel is beautiful and surprisingly easy to keep clean. I also like the buttons hidden from the face of the dishwasher. The value of this machine is high for my family. Being a family of 6 we go through a lot of dishes. The size of this machine meets our familys needs.

Ive always trusted Kenmore. The products last very long and are really strong. This product meets my expectation by far. Its well worth it. Its looks very sleek and sharp. The space is very good. The buttons and way its made is very easy to use and smooth to load and unload. It is very quiet and fast, dries my dishes very well and goes good with the rest of my kitchen. Self wash is great. Very easy to put dish detergent in. Kenmore is the best and its cheap to use. The price was a little expensive, but definitely worth its value. However, it would be better to try to make it a little taller. Make it have a window to watch the cleaning action.

This dishwasher is average size. It takes up about a cabinet width of space under the counter. There is plenty of space on the inside for a whole days worth of dishes to fit. My dishwasher is just a plain white color. Its easy to clean and I dont have to worry about streaks like you would on stainless steel. I also dont have to worry that bleach will fade it over time. This dishwasher was a much lower price than other dishwashers. It was budget friendly to purchase. Although it was a cheaper purchase it works just as well as the high dollar one I had before this one.

Went out shopping over 20 years ago to Sears with limited money for dishwasher. Sales told me this was truly the best. Took him at his word and in all these years I have never had to pay for any repairs and still is efficient. It is very quiet, you can choose heat of water, and stop drying process and let air dry, has a special cycle to clean dishwasher. The dishes come out spotless without any extra rinses. The outside is still beautiful shiny black too. I love it. I would bet I have a miracle dishwasher, I dont know if it is as energy efficient as todays new one but I would never get rid of it.

The power wash feature proves that this dishwasher is a great appliance. I dont have to pre-wash stuck on food and greasy residue. When I pull the dishes from the dishwasher, they come out sparkling clean. Also, the dishwasher is extremely quiet to operate and uses very little water and electricity. Although we are empty nesters, we do have parties around the holidays and the dishwasher can be tested with the amount of plates and cups requiring cleansing. It has come through every time. The stainless steel is awesome and I would never go back to painted appliances. It is so easy to clean with a little polish and when its clean it shines so much. I love it! Appliances are not cheap anymore but this one seems to have been a great salute for us. We spent about the median price for name brand appliances.

4 full-suites of Kenmore kitchen appliances purchased for apartment complex sat unopened in boxes at job site for 2 months due to construction delays. 3 dishwashers were installed without incident. 4th dishwasher immediately sparked and started smoking when connected (by licensed electrician). RIDICULOUS SEARS POLICY that the dishwasher cannot be replaced because we had it for more than 30 days. Technician said he had to order 3 parts... Cost of parts very close to original cost of machine & OVER what we paid for the dishwasher if you add-in the labor cost. I want a new machine, I do not trust the integrity of this machine. What is so difficult to see that this machine is DEFECTIVE and should be replaced and not repaired?Ive had to make time for 2 service calls so far and now the parts on BACK-ORDER! Why cant Sears just deliver a new dishwasher! How do we rent the apartment without a working dishwasher??? Will Sears compensate us for loss of rental income and time taken for service calls? Customer Service call center in the PHILIPPINES are nothing more than answering machines, have no authoritative powers or common sense.

It worked and washed really good, no spots or anything. Great service. The experience was to have my dishes spotless was amazing, never had anything this amazing. It was a good size, just some faults here and there but overall, really good and compact size for my home. Doesnt take a lot of space. Looked clean and really well-polished. The colors are simple and basic, fit my home perfectly. I also loved how easy it is to operate it, really good product. Leaning a little bit towards expensive, but overall good value for everything I get. Thank you for the really good price that your company put out there.

My dishes are clean when they come out. I was afraid that there would be food residues and other stains, but that did not happened. It has a great number of water jets that get the dishes wash at every angle. Its just the right size, plenty of space inside to fit large plates and pots and pans. The bottom shelves makes it easy to wash large baking sheets and the separators help organize and allow you to fit many dishes in there. It had a very advanced top of the line sleek look that do not disappoint. It looks more like a work of art than a dishwasher. I felt like I bought something straight from the future. What I got for the price I got was not bad. I expect it will last me a long time and work hard for my family. The price couldve been less which would have been awesome. But I got what I paid for.

I have had my dishwasher for a long time. And it runs perfectly. It is amazing at making all dishes look sparkling clean. And it is big enough to put a whole cupboard of glasses into and still wash completely. I am able to put half of a cupboard of cups on the top rack and still have room for other bowls. And the bottom rack holds big pots and pans. And I also put plates too. I love the size of this dishwasher. I love the appearance of this dishwasher too. Even though its kind of plain. It is a white color and its totally OK to me. I was going to get a stainless steel one but I have little kids in the house and I would be cleaning it all the time. The price of this dishwasher was very good as well. When I wash looking for a dishwasher to buy I didnt have a lot to spend. So I ended up looking at Kenmore and they had very decent priced dishwashers.

Have had this brand dishwasher for years, always been extremely reliable, sturdy and lasting. Honestly I dont think that I would ever choose a different name brand item for my familys needs. Works wonderfully. When we moved into our new home, there was a place in the kitchen already cut out for the dishwasher, it fit perfectly with no problems, its not too bulky at all. Love the flow. Has a beautiful finish. It was way more than I expected.

I received poor customer service with a new refrigerator that worked for about 6 weeks! My new refrigerator stopped cooling. (Bottom freezer still worked fine.) I ended up throwing out a lot of food in my refrigerator. A technician was sent to my house who replaced a few parts thinking it was the thermostat. Fridge worked again. A few days before Christmas, we went to visit friends for a few days and returned to find that all of my food that I had bought for Christmas (around $500) was garbage. The fridge was up to 55 degrees and the freezer was at 6 degrees. That was about 6 weeks after the first time the technician came. My frustration was that nobody cared or could even suggest anything for me to do other than wait on a technician! I have been 2 weeks without a fridge and was told yesterday that the technician would order more parts! I have just redone my kitchen and this fridge has been a nightmare! I fear that when I unplug it, I will get water over my new flooring. It is so disheartening to spend so much on an appliance like this and to feel like you just need to garbage it and move on because nobody cares!

It is very good and cleans well. I like the delay start and different cycles. Hot Water Rinse. Various cycles: China, Pots/Pans, light wash, water miser. 2 racks with flatware basket that sits in the bottom rack. Can hold 20 cups/glasses on top rack and 20 plates and more on bottom. Holds pots well, has two rows of prongs that will lie flat for bigger pans to fit. This is an in the counter dishwasher and all that shows is the front. It is white and is yellowing slightly. I have had it for about 15 years. The bottom basket is metal covered in rubber. The prongs are breaking and to replace the basket would be cost prohibitive. I will have to replace the dishwasher. The basket would have been better had it been a good molded all plastic.

The Kenmore Dishwasher is one of the best in its class. It cleans everything crystal clear and never leaves any spots. You do not even have to wash your dishes before putting them in. The size is also perfect. I always have room and I love it. The appearance is also great. Its a great value for your money. Plus great customer care people that will help you. I could not ask for anything better and I would not go with any other kind.

I chose Kenmore dishwasher based on reviews, features, looks, and price. I didnt want the cheapest dishwasher but one budget friendly but still a good brand. It also seemed like it was highly rated. The Kenmore dishwasher gets the dishes very clean. Its easy to use and quiet. Love the ease of the buttons and the racks that are in the dishwasher fit a lot of dishes. Also fits bigger pans and pots on the bottom rack. However, food chunks always seemed to linger at the bottom of the dishwasher for a while so it would be nice if there was a way to avoid that. Also, the heating elements in dishwashers are annoying because they melt things so it would be cool to find a way around that.

Lots of functionality. Works very well. Love the hand wash cycle. Love how big the load is... Its huge! My favorite washer machine. Sometimes washing rugs it gets noisy and leaks water. Only when the wash a bulky load. Very reliable. Feels like clothes are made clean. Love that it has so many options. Love the clean function because it can get smelly. I try not to wash out bedding because I dont want it nasty inside. Its a very appealing product. It looks nice and substantial. Looks expensive. Does wiggle sometimes with big loads. It looks nice enough to leave laundry door open. It was a fair price as long as its durable. Products need to be more durable, made to last. Make the name actually mean something. Ill pay more for better quality thats durable. Makes me disheartened when stuff breaks.

Efficient Dishwasher--cleans well. Rack is appropriate for a variety of sizes. Could be quieter. Exterior is easy to maintain. Nice, sleek appearance. Can easily manage a variety of sizes and is ample enough to hold a couple of days worth for a family of three. Utensils Basket is adequate. Some larger mugs are difficult to place. Style is appropriate for variety of kitchen styles. Works perfectly in our small country kitchen but would also fit beautifully in a more modern decor. Average, affordable price. Easily comparable to higher end machines. I find this dishwasher to be a good value for the money based on the overall style and function. Weve had no problem with the machine.

It could have higher power cleaning tools. It always left spots but I use jet dry. Hopefully its better at cleaning my dishes but I love how the dishwasher lasted so long after so much usage and I will always think Kenmore. Its not too bad of a size. Fits in any normal counter space with safe precautions door and helpful weight. Very manageable big.I love Kenmore. I will always shop them for my appliance needs. Dishwashers are my helpers. I love dishwashers. They are so pretty in style for the newer ones but they have always matched any kitchen appliance. I love a matching set of everything Kenmore. Cheap enough. Although some old ones still get pretty dull but still will always work. Never had a leak that couldnt be fixed. I cant wait to buy more Kenmore appliances cause Im so excited. I love them all very much.

It cleaned well enough but dishes were never dry coming out and it smelled musty. I think dishwashers use more water than necessary and it is faster to wash by hand. Not large enough to wash everything form a large meal or if having company over. Okay for the day to day dinners prepared at home. Had to be careful with plastic and rubber utensils as if they ended up too close to the bottom they would melt. I did not like the vents on the front of the dishwasher. Would have looked better if the vent would have been placed somewhere more visually pleasing. I was not fond of the white either. Little hands and white equals dirty! Worked well when I did not want to do dishes by hand but after awhile I just did them by hand to save water, electricity and not hassle with pre-rinsing the dishes before they got washed.

This has to be the WORST dishwasher I have ever owned. Its not even three years old and we have had to repair it 3 times already!! Its cost me more than the dishwasher was even originally worth. The initial time we fixed the spinning jets and got an entire new control board at the insistence of Sears repair. They said to fix and not replace. Then we had to fix the baskets since they are cheap and fall apart. The next issue is that it wont lock into place so cant use it. I will NEVER EVER buy a Kenmore appliance again. Total disappointment. Thanks for making a terrible product Kenmore!

Purchased a Kenmore dishwasher (Model 66513409N411) 3 years ago and the motor is shot. Was told it would cost $550 to replace! Service technician said that with the high efficiency washers the motors dont last as long. That is crazy! Will never purchase a Kenmore brand again.
