This washer is great as far as capacity and is energy efficient which is great. However, it is CONSTANTLY uneven, even after the tech was out and replaced the control board, rotors, and a number of other working parts. Ive had tech out a total of 3 times and Im now scheduled for a 4th appointment and I dont know what the tech is going to do to fix it now because pretty much everything on this washer has been replaced. Honestly, I would like a different style of washer because this one has not lived up to its expectations. Im very dissatisfied but luckily I have the 5 year warranty through SEARS because I would be paying a lot for parts and labor if I didnt. I was told that this washer was recalled and I can definitely see why.

Does large loads, including pillows & comforters. Very quiet machines. Nice variety of colors. Cost of operation & water savings are a plus!! Ive had mine for over 5 years & only had to have a service man out here one time! The machines display a code when theres a problem & you refer to code guidebook/owners manual & follow instructions! Its easy to do & Ive done this one time! These machines can do large heavy loads! Ive done pillows, blankets & comforters! Both of my sons are big guys & I can do 5-7 pairs of pants/jeans in a load! I also do my grandsons baby things on delicate w/ air dry only! These machines are very clean & modern looking! Front loaders (a first for me) & digital led display! At a first glance I think space age & technology are the first things that come to my mind! And they are normal sized! Im very keen on saving money wherever whenever so these machines hit several buttons for me! The lowered water usage means I save on my water bill! The lowered electric usage means I save on my power bill! The ability to select the length of time running also equals savings on electric bill! The reduced amounts of laundry supplies needed to use these machines equals savings on laundry supplies!

Its quiet, dependable, energy-efficient and really works hard. Eight loads a week and it holds up. Does blankets, rugs, work clothes, coats, regular laundry. Works well with heavy loads too. For the price we paid, we have not had a repair bill. Its easy to use and clean. It can be moved easily, and with one person. We love it and once in a while family brings things when their washer breaks down.

Bought a Kenmore Elite Dishwasher a few years ago. Almost every component, from the electronics to the plastic parts on the racks, have failed and needed replacing. The worst instance was when the plastic rollers fell off and melted, resulting in a toxic smell permeating our daughters brand new silicone baby bottles. We will NEVER purchase a Kenmore product again and hope to save someone else the headache and repair costs (hundreds of dollars before we realized it was a money pit).

Bought a top load washer from Sears almost twenty years ago. In that time I have replaced the dogs, brake and installed a rebuild transmission myself. All for under $150. It is still going strong today. Parts and repair videos were easy to find online. They dont make them like that anymore.

It was given to me as a gift. It was used previously from a family member and lasted a long time. It was very quiet and the load cycle finished quickly. It was a very reliable washer and it lasted a very long time. I never really had any problems with it and I recommend it to my friends and family. Its appearance was really nice and it didnt take up much room. It was easy to clean and kept a clean new look after a little cleaning now and then. It was a reasonable price for the quality of the washer and was worth every penny it cost. I was completely satisfied with the value of the washer.

It always works perfect. It may not be very big, but it always does the job. I feel safe using this washer. It has had no problem whatsoever since I bought it. This washer is very reliable. It fits most of my loads and washes them properly. I like how it looks. It is modern, yet traditional. It doesnt look fancy but it looks like a good appliance. I like the color and the size. The price of this appliance is not too high, so I think it is good value for the money.

My washer is a little bit older now. It had a good run, was good while it lasted, got all of my stuff clean and had plenty of different setting options. It is on its way out, any load may be its last. I wish it would have lasted a little bit longer, but maybe 5 years is all you can expect out of washer machine??

I contacted Sears repair and set up an appointment to have my Kenmore washing machine repaired. I took time off from work and waited all day for them. No show. I was mad, but rescheduled. Second appointment, they came and I was thrilled. I was told that I needed an expensive part and paid $360.67 for the repair. As soon as the repairman left, I started my washing machine to find that it was still broken! I immediately contacted repair and was told that someone would come out that weekend (it was a Friday). Guess what... no one came! I then scheduled one last appointment, guess what... no one came again! I am now done with taking time off work and waiting for repair. I have started a billing dispute and want my money back. Sears says I can schedule another appointment and they will come and take their part out. Uh... then I want my old part back! The part they took out was not broken... something else is! This is ridiculous and Sears needs to refund us for the part/appointment and compensate us for all of the time we have missed off work and all of this time without a washing machine. We have been long time Sears customers and Sears credit customers, this is how they treat their customers.

It did a sufficient job cleaning my clothes and getting dirt out of kids clothes. Would have liked a larger capacity. Worked well with all detergents. Had no problems with my washing machine. It did the job I needed it to do. Was extremely reliable. As expected. Its a normal washing machine. Simple, worked as intended. A washing machine doesnt need to be elegant to do its job. Our landlord purchased it for its value. No complaints from the peanut gallery. Fresh clean clothes.

We purchased model #28002011 Kenmore washer in 9/2011. Were 2 older people (no pets) requiring 3-5 lite loads of laundry a week. In the last year or more, the washer would add time while in a cycle. For instance, it would count down to say 2 minutes remaining, then adjust the time to say 8 minutes. When youre trying to perform other tasks this could be madding enough. Now after the wash cycle it would just click never performing the rinse or spin cycles. The serviceman informed us the washers motor & transmission must be replaced at a estimated minimum parts cost of $250 plus labor. This was the worst major appliance purchase we have ever made. I dont believe trips to the laundromat would have been as costly & only less inconvenient in winter. Im all done purchasing Sears products.

Purchased this POS only 15 months ago. Now the washer is rusted out and different parts are worn from the use. How often do you use a washer?? There is no reason that this 700 series Kenmore washer should be worn out this early. I hope this company goes out of business.

Reliable timer devices and release of additive like fabric softener.Clean lines and ergonomic design, with color choices, that integrate with laundry room design. Dials and doors are placed in convenient locations and add to look of appliance. Price was higher than some competitors model of similar in function and level in line. Cost higher than lower line machines. Reliability and durability balances cost for a good value for cost. They do cost a bit more than others but for the quality of the washer it is well worth the price. I didnt mind paying a little extra once seen how it performs.

The performance is great. I really never have a problem with this product. I can trust and rely on this brand to do what I need it to do. The performance of it has never let me down. Very reliable, I can take care of my need and want of washing with my washer. I have never been left with the thought of my washer not being able to work for me. The appearance is not that much to think about. It was a plain design and basically like any typical washer. The body was made like others. The value of the washer for me seems phenomenal. I am able to take care all of my problems and still move around throughout our daily lives.

This washer throws the drive belt at least once per month! When it does it has to be laid over and all the water ends up on the floor and a huge mess not to mention having to put the belt back on! Never buy a series 500 or any other Kenmore with this type belt drive! Kenmore was no help, they got their money.

This machine holds large loads, and it drains properly. The knobs are self explanatory, so even one that is not used to taking care of the laundry on a regular basis can understand how to use this machine. It gets clothing clean with proper soap usage. This washing machine works well. It hold large loads of clothing and even will wash one comforter blanket at a time. I never have to worry about whether or not my clothing will get clean. The machine gets the job done. Simple yet efficiently elegant. I got it at a good value. This machine works hard and pretty much earns a bit of unfair abuse but it does the job.

It gets the clothes clean and dry in no time and does not take much time and can take a lot of clothes. Easy to load and unload no matter how much stuff you have. Just get it and you will be amazed how much little time it really takes to get the clothes down and how much time you have for yourself to relax. Love the color. I purchased the Kenmore Elite top load washer in October 2013. Yes, a little late to complain now but I just finally bought another new washer and it made me think to do a review. DO NOT purchase this washer. Since the day we bought it, it has maybe been in balance no more than 10 times! It usually takes 2 hrs to wash a load. It has become the norm for us to switch it to drain and spin after fixing the out of balance 3 or 4 times per load. This is NOT an exaggeration. We tried everything possible to figure out why. We checked the level with a leveler. We did small loads. We did medium loads. And we did large loads. NOTHING made a difference. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent on an appliance. We cant even sell it cheap to someone because they would be knocking at our door after only 2 loads. Please check others reviews with the same issue before thinking of purchasing this washer.

Washed my clothes thoroughly and got the clothes extremely clean left them with a very fresh smell. They kept their brightness and I saved money yearly. I had my washing machine over 5 years and counting. Its not broken down on me once nor have I had any issues with it. Its an energy saver & works great. Bulky but has a great outer design thats somewhat nice. It was a great price! Almost a steal. The price was so affordable along with the performance qualities I couldnt pass this up. I love it.

I bought it used and had it for 2 years before it stopped drying my clothes. After about a year and a half it started taking more time to get the clothes dry. A month or so later it was not drying them hardly at all. Up until then it worked pretty good, especially for being 7 to 8 yrs old.

W & D are at least ten plus years old. Not a single problem ever. Only time I had an issue with the washer was when I got sidetracked and filled it TWICE with detergent and the bubbles came out around the lid. User issue not the washer’s fault.

I bought my Kenmore washer 6 years ago, it was a used one so I dont know if that fits with what you want. I have been very happy with it, no problems at all. I wish all products I have purchased were as well made and dependable as my Kenmore. Keep up the good work.

Its a good washer that weve had for a couple years. It can handle big loads and gets everything nice and clean without any trouble at all. Very reliable washer. It has never been broken and never stopped working. It runs like its new and is very clean. I love it so much. I like the appearance of my washer. You can tell its newer and more modern by having the door in the front instead of loading it from the top of the washer. I think it was a good value. I cant remember exactly how much we spent on it but I know that we got it on sale for a decent price a couple of years ago.

I need more than 8 inches of water & that is the deep fill. Sheets often are partly dry, because they dont get under the water. I have the 600s washer. Thought I could do larger loads. Sorry folks you cant. No water saver here, a second rinse is always necessary & sometimes a third. You guessed it. No water!

Model 110.27102310. Serial C34130259 - The washer finishes the cycle and the clothes are barely wet. Oftentimes I have to do it over again wasting water, time and detergent. If the load is uneven during the spin cycle, the washer hit its wall very, very loud but does not show or have any indication where and how to balance the load (more to the left? or more to the right?). Its HIT AND MISS - I keep trying to balance it over and over with a guess. It is so frustrating!

Kenmore Series 110 washing machine - My three year old washing machine began making very loud noise during the spin cycle. Turns out the bearings and seals are shot. A four to five hundred dollar repair according to the technician. My last Kenmore lasted 22 years. I want the old model back!

Performs well, clothes come out clean and fresh, lots of different cycles, very reliable, never had a real problem with it. Good load capacity and lasts a long time. Very reliable because it has never broken down yet, never leaked, always cleans the clothes extremely well, come out smelling fresh, holds a lot of wash per load, it is a nice looking machine. Good quality, looks high tech and innovative, has a lot of options and buttons to select different wash cycles, nice color and premium looking case. I would have to say that this machine has extremely good value because the price was fair, is reliable, works well, is quiet, cleans almost all stains.

Sometimes I have trouble with it being too full, but it works well most of the time. I have had other washers that didnt work as well and shook and stuff. This is stable. It always gets my clothes clean and the soap isnt left behind on the clothes. I would love to be able to see inside, but this isnt like that. I just know that it is washing the clothes. I would say the price was pretty good for the way that it works. It wasnt the priciest of washers, but I would say for what it does a little much.

Wash cycle is reasonable and the machine is easy to load, easy to operate. I first search for reviews of the models I may be interested in, including incident of repair and the repair reviews for the model. I then consider features and price, if the appliance had a high incident of repairs and poor response to warranty work by the manufacturer/vendor, if the appliance had confusing controls or washer did not clean out soap dispenser. Kenmore is a very reliable brand that has always been rated high. The front loading machines are very efficient. I did learn that they can impart an odor to your clothes though.

I have a three-year-old Kenmore Samsung Top Load washer that I bought from Sears. Six months ago it started making grinding noises. I called in a repairman only to find out that they do not repair these as they are on a recall. I went through their recall process and it has been ongoing since February 15, 2017. I was assigned a repair company and given a phone number. I called them and was told that they do not service my location. I contacted Samsung again and they gave me a new repair company after a number of calls and weeks transpired. The new company also did not service my location. In the meantime my washer is getting louder and washing less effectively. I gave Samsung the appliance service that Sears uses and the phone number to contact. I phone this service myself and he indicated that he does the recall repairs for Samsung on these washers. For the last two months I have been contacting Samsung to get them to assign my washer to this service center that they use and it is still not assigned! I have sold my house and must be out in 5 days so I had to buy a new washer and thought I would get the rebate. After reviewing the rebate process, I decided that this company can keep the minute $275 offered. I will never purchase a Samsung anything as long as I can help it. They did not contact me once during the whole process. I had to keep phoning to get updates and new information. The rebate does not compensate enough as it is only 1/3 of a new washer. I thought Kenmore was a great product and had no idea that it was made by Samsung until I started having problems. I guess the days of having a washer for 20 plus years are gone and consumers have to put up with second rate crap that is very expensive and ends up filling up the countrys garbage dumps.

Cleaned clothes well, was not loud and did not rattle. It has several options for washing and they all worked well. The spin cycle was quiet, and the machine did not move around. The machine was reliable and had no problems with starting or stopping. There was never any water left in machine and clothes were never torn. The machine was white and easy to clean. No special cleaning agents were needed. The color never faded or discolored, and it did not show signs of any rust. When compared to other machines with the same features it was more of a great value at a good price. The load capacity was even larger than some of the others at a greater price.

Sears doesnt make a quality product like they used to. (Does anyone?) Why cant they just leave well enough alone? I had an excellent Kenmore washer for 20 years - no problems whatsoever. So I buy this one, and its been THE worst purchase Ive made. It takes about 45 min for a regular load to wash, its very loud and it completely broke within 2 years. The repairman said the sensor pad is made by Whirlpool and its badly designed. This is a very bad washer and Im very disappointed in Sears.

It not the best at getting clothes clean. Doesnt agitate well but it does save on water and soap. The spin cycle twists the clothes and wrinkles them. I had to repair the washer three times and I had to buy an extended warranty three times to help cover the breakdowns. Several other items have broken. The design is stylish and sleek looking. The see through top helps when the load is imbalanced. The locking lid is also helpful and the operating knobs nice too. The cost was on the high end compared to other brands and when compared to the problems and extra money I had to spend on warranties made this a bad value.

It cleans nicely but occasionally leaves spots on my underwear. It is also very quiet but occasionally gets off balance. Sometimes I need to pause it and realign my underwear to balance my load. It has never refused to do a load of laundry and has never gone on vacation or stopped working. I know I can count on Mr. Washer to do my loads without complaining. It looks like any other washer. It has easy to read dials and knobs. It clearly shows the setting. If it were a man it would be a handsome news anchor. If it were a lady it would be a young Brooke Shields. I got Mr. Wash on sale.

Kenmore Elite Oasis washer model 11028032701 is leaking from the bottom and making noise. It also has oil or grease coming out from the bottom. Never buy this washer. My mother and I both bought the washer from Sears and they broke after one year and four days. They refused to fix or replace because its four days over warranty. Then mothers washer broke the same way as mine, oil leak and water at bottom two weeks after mine. Sears was totally not helpful. She paid for a repairman and had it fixed. Then a week later, it was leaking water from bottom again. Im not pleased at all.

This washer is quiet and very easy to clean. It works very well for a large family who does at least 8 loads of laundry per week. This works well for a family with multiple children who are getting into some type of mess. Handles large loads easily. No vibrations are present. Very affordable.

I had this washer for about 15 years. It stopped spinning the clothes dry. Instead of spending money for repair, I decided I would just buy another washer. Unbelievable that the washer lasted 15 years. (I use my appliances as directed in instruction manuals and I never allowed my husband to touch my appliances.)

I bought the high efficiency washer to save time and water. It takes twice as long to wash the clothes and almost always leaves soap residues on the clothes and I use high efficiency soap. I like the ease of use and wide variety of cycles. I live in a smaller community and the Sears store here does not have a repairman. This brings me to my next big problem. I bought the washer 4 years ago and yesterday it broke! It senses and then fills with water but when it moves to wash or to spin it does not agitate or spin. Water pumped out leaving me with soapy clothes still dripping wet. Apparently, I will have to purchase another machine and it will NOT be a Kenmore!

My husband and I purchased a Kenmore washer in 2012. This washer has broke down 3 to 4 times. We called Sears. They repaired it the 1st 2 times. They fixed at it. The next time it broke down it flooded our hardwood floor. We called Sears. They transferred us to LG. After a long drawn out progress they finally paid for the damage, and repaired the same problem. We asked if they could replace our washer so no. Meanwhile when they fixed our washer it cause the washer to leak some type of grease on our clothes. When we reported this Sears said it wasnt anything they could do. The bleach ring has rusted. Now the washer has broken again. Sears claim our extended warranty has expired, but for $39.00 a month they can come service the washer and fix the problem up to $500.00. Remember we only had this washer 5 years.

Wanted to try it instead of Whirlpool. They said it used less water. I dont think it does. I liked the fact that it was a good price. It is said to be a very good brand. I have had Kenmore in the past and they were good. I have had it about three years now. It is a Kenmore and full size. The cost was $495.00. It is a energy saver and the new ones without a agitator in it. Cleans really good so far and I would buy another one.

This model was the best one Sears had under the Kenmore label. It has a matching dryer which I also purchased. It is one of the newer low water washers which took some getting used to. Over time I have learned a lot in regard to what and what not to do in order to operate this machine as a high efficiency washer. When I mastered a few of the "mystery tricks" then this seemingly "monster washer" became my friendly servant. I learned by the various "wish-wash" sounds when the wash cycle needed a bit more water, and by redistributing the clothes up around the sides of the rim, more water would be added by the machine. Also, though it is a super heavy-duty washer, I've learned not to load it too full or it will keep going back to the rinse cycle (over and over) and never go forward to spin.

We bought a Kenmore Elite top loading machine less than 5 years ago. The lid started rusting soon after we bought it. It has progressively gotten worse. The whole lid is rusted now. It looks horrible. I take care of all my appliances. I had a previous washer for almost 40 years. I shouldve kept it. It had NO rust anywhere. Kenmore and Sears has cheap, crappy appliances. They are not what they used to be. Think K-Mart quality. DO NOT buy appliances from Sears anymore. If you dont pay through the ** for an extended warranty, you are out of luck. The reason they sell them is because they KNOW their stuff is crap and will not stand behind it. Go to an appliance store where they will stand behind their products. RUN from Sears and Kenmore. Theres a reason they are going out of business.

After a few weeks our Kenmore Front Loading Automatic Washer Model 796.4027#90# was making very load noise and shaking the laundry room. We tried to adjust everything we could think of. Did not help at all. Then the leaking all over the floor. I drained the hose after every wash. Sometimes it wouldnt leak and then sometimes it would leak everywhere. This is the worst machine we have ever owned. Ive always wanted a front loader, but I was very upset when I bought it. I didnt get the warranty, because Kenmore has been around for so long and a good company. They really messed up on this product. With the amount of money that you have to pay for a front-loading washer, people should not have to deal with all of the problems that this wash comes with. I will never buy a Kenmore product again.

Although it doesnt have some of the more gimmicky features, it does the wash efficiently, fairly quietly, and handles various types of laundry well.

These are quality built machine that last for years and clean very well. Even the simplest of the machines do a very good job of getting your clothes clean. These machines are very reliable and in the rare occasion that something does break, the parts are easy to find. They have been around for years and are very reliable. Its good for the simplest loads up to the dirtiest ones. Machines are quiet and work very well. Durable. I would recommend.

I only have one complaint - is the front load washer gets a bad smell. I have tried a lot of products but none really help. The water stays in the rubber ring and molds. So the next time I will buy a top load.

I have owned this Kenmore Elite Oasis HE washing machine for 6 years and we had a recall on the machine 3 years ago - after years of the machine stopping because of UL unbalanced load. With this recall, they replaced the computer memory board. However, my machine is doing the same thing again. Sears has sent a repairman that would not even open the lid on the machine to see the problem. He ran a diagnostic test on the machine and said that he had no idea what the problem was. I called Sears repair and they assured me they would repair my machine. However, when the next repairman was on his way to my house, he also had no idea what the problem was with my machine. When I explained the situation, he had no direction on how to repair my machine. Is anyone else having the same problem? I do realize that I have purchased my last Kenmore product and anything from Sears!

This is a tough machine, handles large heavily soiled loads. It has never given us any problems at all. Were outside a lot, play and work hard, so we need deep, thorough cleaning - and this machine gives us that. It consistently handles large loads of dirty towels, deeply soiled jeans and a car mechanics greasy overalls, leaves them smelling and looking like new. It always delivers. It has a simple, clean look, goes with any decor. Ours is kind of out in our kitchen area; we dont have a separate room for it, and it blends right in. We have definitely gotten more than our moneys worth with this washing machine already, and it just keeps going. Its been problem free and so worth the cost.

We purchased the washer in July 2013. We did not put the washer in the new home until Oct. of 2013. It has had approximately 20 loads of laundry done in it. It senses, takes on water, agitates, drains and then it tries to spin but does not, just runs. I have to move the selector to drain and spin to get it to spin. I contacted Sears and Kenmore. They said we are responsible for repair even though the washer has had very little use.

The performance is great, not a single problem with it. Everyone should buy this washer. Kenmore washers are amazing. Its reliability is great. Its just perfect. Not a single problem with it. I’m happy with it, so is my mom and soon to be wife loves it too. I love the front loading white washers. They are really dependable and work fine. Beyond that I think that the sound is incredibly quiet and efficient. Id say that it is a very good piece of technology. It is a highly valuable item and I was very happy when I was able to purchase it at a great price!

Purchased a Kenmore Elit front load washer in April of 2009. By July 26 of 2011, the Motor Control Unit stopped operating on a 2.25 years old machine. A technician came out to tell us the repair would cost $693 + $75 service call charge on a $784 machine, and the part (which basically controls the entire electronic functions of the machine) would have a 90-day warranty. The technician suggested we buy a new machine vs paying the cost to repair our existing, basically near-new machine. After hours of speaking to Sears (and 7 different representatives in different departments all giving us the brush off), we spoke to a gentleman in their Customer Solutions Center who informed us the Motor Control Unit was covered by the exceptional parts warranty, part #818396. Today, the service technician came out to tell us, in deed, the part is NOT covered under the exceptions part warranty. Rather the sensor smart electronic board would be covered under this warranty for only 2 years. I have no problems paying to repair a machine, but to charge the same cost to repair the machine as it costs to buy a new one, and to have this not be covered under Sears exceptional parts guarantee is a crime! That means, basically, the cost of the steel/metal and all other internal parts are worth a few dollars - seems like unfair price gouging for a lovely, big square paper weight that no longer functions. Sears has TERRIBLE service, no one had correct answers and they all just wanted to get off the phone and not help. I will NEVER buy from Sears again! The quality is truly substandard. I think their entire service unit is a scam to overcharge for repairs on subpar machines. Just look at the number of complaints Sears gets on their self-manufactured washing machines. The technician even told us the warranties are getting worse and are covering much less if you buy a new one. I trusted the Sears name to mean quality, but they have really gone downhill, in my opinion.

We bought this during a presidents day sale and Ive love my Kenmore front loader washer. It has not needed any repairs but with my extended warranty the service man came to check out everything for free. Its perfect!

Never fails me. No matter how dirty kids clothes are always come out clean. I never have to rewash anything. Sturdy. Will never use another type of washer. This washer is extremely dependable. Have never had any mechanical problems. Does not make a great deal of noise. Clothes always come out clean. Sleek appearance. Very modern looking. Very streamlined and never rusts and I have a damp basement. I have even had friends say what a nice appearance it makes. I love it. This washer was worth every penny I spent. It was very expensive but I am a perfectionist about my clothes and this washer answers every need I have. Has never disappointed me.

It would take the dirtiest of clothes and get them cleaner than expected. It was very quiet, fast and reliable. I would recommend this to anyone. Worked great and never had issues. I was comforted by the fact it came with a 1 year warranty and never needed to use it. Very clean and modern looking machine. It doesnt look tacky but looks nice enough to want to show it off. Many people have commented on how nice it looks. The price for what you get is steep. There are a lot of other models that will work just as well for a better price but they dont have the Kenmore name.

I want to say, I am a loyal Kenmore/Sears customer. However, this Elite top loader started out great but now is a major headache. First Kenmore product ever that we have had issues with. Whatever you do, do not interrupt the cycle at any time... If you do, you will be sorry. Constant unbalanced loads no matter the size of the load. All kinds of error codes and chimes going off from delayed drain which will stop the cycle entirely to latch lock malfunction, etc. You have to babysit this thing if you want to get your clothes done. Its a Kenmore Elite model number 29002000, which at one point I understand had a recall because the drum will become detached and damage everything in its path. All good things must come to an end, they say. My good run with Kenmore products over decades has now come to an end. BEWARE!

We purchased our front loading washer in 2011, and it has not needed any repair and/or maintenance since then, nor does it now! It handles all of our clothes, bedding and other things. We wish all of our appliances were as reliable as this washer.

Awesome. I can dry a full load of laundry in 20 minutes. The washer is totally reliable. If you need something real fast, you can wash it in 11 minutes and then you can dry it in 5 minutes because it spins out so hard that its almost dry anyway. Very nice looking, white, both front loaders. The insides are nice and shiny, but I do suggest that you keep the washer door open when it is not in use or else your clothes will smell like mold. I bought these about 2 months ago, brand new, with a year warranty and together, they were just under fifteen hundred dollars. I would hope to get ten solid years out of the both of them.

I love them both. They work very well. They do a great job on the clothes. There are so many options on the cycles and temperature and spin. The machine works great when it runs. Im more than satisfied. The sensor touch panel though is very sensitive and sometimes will not let me select options. They look great, very stylish. Love the color. The display panel (when working) is very easy to navigate which makes it a quick easy trip to the laundry room. I personally believe you get what you pay for. They were more than I wanted to spend but they work great and I know Ill have them for a while so they were worth it to me.

I owned for more than 5 years and never any major problems. It is a very reliable machine without a lot maintenance. It dry the clothes good after 60 minutes of run. Sometime longer for one load. The performance decrease with age, it works great for the first 5 years. My washer color is white, medium size, perfect to fit the laundry room in the bathroom, it is made of iron and dont slide or move around. The value is average, no luxurious or high end. Just something reliable and functional. Something easy to use, something you can use everyday.

Top-loading High efficiency low-water washer, model #110.2713*410, series 600S. This washer has a deep fill option which you can only use on a few cycles. Machine does not cover clothes enough to clean them even on deep fill. There is no agitator but rather a wash plate which does not move the load well. The manual states it is normal for some items to be above the water line. The truth is most of the items are above the water line and remain that way for the duration of the cycle. For heavier items it is necessary to stop the washer during a cycle and rotate them manually. I would not recommend it.

My washing machine is very basic, but gets the job done. Several parts have went bad and I had to replace them. The thing I do not like the most is sometimes the agitator lifts a little allowing the laundry to slip under it and putting several holes in whatever is in it.

Kenmore washer model # 21102010. Only lasted 5 years. After it stopped going to the next stage of washing, repairman states that 2 parts need replacing... $360.00... I will never buy a Kenmore appliance.

It is quiet and cleans very well. I like the size and load ability. I think for a no frills washer this is the best choice as it works well and serves the purpose quite well. Ive never had any problems with mine. It has been very dependable the entire time I have owned mine. Im not disappointed in it. Id recommend it. It has a classic look that fits well with anything. It isnt fancy yet looks very nice. I dont care much about looks. Id rather have a washer clean well. I thought it was a little high priced for being a plain jane washer but in the end I am very happy with it and very glad I bought it. Its worth what you pay for it.

Has never had an issue or broken for any reason. Seems to work as well as it did the day I bought it, I bought it about five years ago. The Kenmore Washer has a very striking appearance. Was a little bit more expensive than other models, although this Kenmore Washer has more features and options than even a mid tier washer.

The performance was fine. I never had any problems with the washer and I thought it did a fine job. We never had to have it serviced. We finally sold it when we moved, but overall it was a good washer. The washer was reliable. We had no issues with it for the 6 years we had it. No service was ever necessary. It was a little bit loud at the end but it still worked great. No complaints about the reliability of the washer. It was a very standard washer. It was not flashy or amazing to look at, but it got the job done. The washer was white with no other colors. Pretty bland but again do you really need a washer to look extremely fancy?? I dont think so. Since the washer was so reliable and lasted so long, I feel like I got my moneys worth. I dont know how it compares to other washers but I think it was worth the money I paid. Definitely went through a lot of laundry!

Never had an issues with performance. Gets my clothes clean with minimal effort. Very quiet in its operation. Very good value for the money. I am extremely happy with the quality the machine has. I have had this washer for the last six years. It replaced a older kenmore that was at least fifteen years old. I had never had an issue with either one. The reason it was replaced was a sale price I could not pass up. The design is a simple design. It is a basic washer but that is my style. Does not stand out but that is the reason I bought it. Very easy to keep clean. I bought over the summer during a Fourth of July sale. For my money it was the best value that I came across.

I grew up in a family that always used Kenmore appliances so my owning them is just natural. The Kenmore name carries the value. And people I talk to and with feel that Kenmore is a workhorse that makes it a good value. I have kids and animals so laundry is a daily chore. Theres too many times I have used washers that dont always clean consistently but this is one of the best and most reliable. It is very nice looking, too. Model# 79631512210 - We purchased this Elite Washer from Sears approx. 2 years ago... Has been nothing short of a major pain in the A$$. This was set up by Sears technician on delivery, was set up level in all planes... No matter how small or how large the loads are, we can never get a load to successfully wash on the first try... Constantly get the UE error code, and have to play around with the laundry repeatedly to get the darn thing to finish a load. It should not have to take 3 to 4 hours to wash 1 load of laundry. Running up and down the stairs constantly, and wondering if the washing machine is working or not every single time we use it is not acceptable. Kenmore Washers, I know there are numerous people having the same problems with this model.. Please reach out to me if there is a recall, or if this can be replaced directly from you. Thank You.

Never had a problem and cleans great. Mechanical it is a very well built machine. My clothes cleaner now than when I had a different machine. This machine is so well built. It may be the last one I ever own. We have never even had the slightest glitch. We wash almost everyday. The machine has easy to see and use buttons answer settings. The panel puts everything right at your fingertips. All in all its a real clean look. It has saved us money in both cost of water used, amount of detergent used and electric costs. For my money its a great buy. I would recommend it to anyone.

Its a good washer and has last many years. It has never broke down and never given me any problems. It does a good job cleaning so I like it very much. It has fit all of my problem since I have had this washer. It is strong and really does a good job cleaning my and my familys clothes so it has been good to me and has done its job good. The look of this washer is very nice. It sets up well and does not move. I like the way it looks and it fits all of the things around the house. Definitely be aware of not overloading. Match setting of washer to type and/or amount that you are loading to best meet the needs of your expectations for the clothing. Sleek appearance. We switched from a front loader to top load, because we continued to have odors coming from our front load washer that we could not get rid of. We chose the top load with agitator, since we wanted to get back to the type of washing machine we have previously had, and liked. The water level on this machine is very low, even when choosing the high fill option, thus the agitator is nearly worthless, and the clothes do not get clean. To top it all off, we still have a musty odor coming from our washer, even when we leave the top door open. We are not at all happy with our purchase of the Kenmore 600S, 20372 washing machine.

Its easy to operate. I have lots of allergies to detergents and with the HE washer we always use the extra rinse cycle. Perfect for our home space wise and no excuses for dirty laundry with my girls doing their own laundry. Quilts & bulky items Ive always taken to the laundromat or dry cleaners; cant risk messing up the drum. I have a pre-teen and a toddler in my home, so we have a lot of laundry. This washing machine has survived a long life in this household and I use it to do an average of 5 loads per week, in a good week. It can handle baby clothes covered in spit up, a pre-teens laundry load after changing clothes 10 times per day and even the bedding in our house without problems. With simple controls, it doesnt take a college degree to operate which means I can put other people to work on the laundry and they cant give me the excuse that they dont know how to use the washing machine. This washer has worked nicely for my family of five - we can run it all day with no problems. However, any hair, be it pet or human, that is on our clothes tends to stick underneath the inside rim of the washer, and when I swipe a paper towel around the bottom and sides of the washer, I often find more hair.

Kenmore elite 796.4157 - washer. After one week of having the machine I went into the laundry room and almost slipped because of all the water on the floor. Had a repairman come and he said nothing was wrong, just too much suds. I use tide HE - he said that was fine. I used less detergent and the machine still leaked. Another repairman came and replaced the hose. He said use less detergent. I use so little detergent its ridiculous it still leaks and another repairman is coming next week. There is an opening in the back of the machine with a white circle and the machine is made that way to release suds and water. Sometimes I see just water pouring from it. Why would anyone make a machine that comes out of the machine onto the floor. Someone is going to slip and get hurt and then I will sue Sears and my floor is constantly getting water. AGAIN WHY WOULD A MACHINE BE MADE TO GET RID OF SUDS AND WATER ON YOUR FLOOR. I WANT A DIFFERENT MACHINE. I Purchased it in 2013. WHY WHY WHY????? Who makes a machine that makes water come out on a customers machines?

The Kenmore top-loading, high efficiency, low water washer was purchased 8/15/10 for $550.79 plus 3-yr full warranty coverage for $169.99. July 3, 2014 the lid not locked icon signaled that the circuit board was fried. Circuit board, come on, this is a washing machine in a single family household with 3-5 loads per week and should last 14-15 years. A replacement circuit board is $400 plus labor. Do the math. Kenmore, I hope some hard-working attorney puts together a group to participate in a Class Action suit and sue you for manufacturing a washing machine engineered to fail. Have you no shame. Kenmore, you are not too big to fail. Heres to that attorney who brings you to your knees and stops you from fleecing American consumers.

My washer worked fine before the recall. It took 4 months for the technician to come out and he changed the panel, which I told him worked fine and please save it for me, just in case (we live in a small town). Well sure enough, it hasnt worked properly and keeps giving me an unbalanced load error code. It keeps filling with water and draining, 2.5 hours the first time before I stopped it and put it on Drain and Spin and continually have to monitor it with every wash. Yesterday, I put it on the recommended Clean cycle with just a cup of bleach and it ran 5.5 hours, until 10:30 pm, still with the unbalanced error code, no clothes,etc. until I finally just turned it off. The tech who called and said he would be out last week never showed up or called. I am going to call the national Sears customer service (1-800-549-4505) line again and complain, not much hope for help with this problem though. Is there a class action case?

We purchased this top loading washer less than a year ago and have been very unsatisfied. Would love our old, no energy efficient, agitating washer back in a heartbeat. This new machine never appears to clean the clothes well. They not only come out a wrinkled mess, they also come out with white splotches and dirt splotches on many dark clothing.

My Kenmore washer has live up to its job as I have been washing 5 to 7 loads per week for approximately 15 years. I would be extremely happy to recommend a Kenmore washer to anyone who is in the market for a washing machine. I bought this Kenmore 800 series washer in December 2009. I have had repairmen here 3 times. The parts are made in Mexico and they are cheap plastic. Someone needs to do a printout of all these complaints and send them to their congressman to present to Consumer Affairs (Mr. Cordray) in Washington. Its bad enough that most of our manufacturing is outsourced to foreign countries, and it is time that someone starts demanding quality control. These CEOs make millions and it’s time to demand that we, the consumer, get a better quality product.

I had bought very expensive towels and it took only washing them 4 times and they were shredding and falling apart. Then my washer frequently has uneven loads so often I will get frustrated and just go to the laundromat. I dont understand my parents have the same one and theirs does not do either one of these. Why???
