My Kenmore washer has been 100% reliable since I bought it, no warranty issues, no failures, at all. It will be 18 years old in August 2020. I am getting a little bit of surface rust underneath the bleach dispenser, but I will clean up and repaint the tiny rust spot this summer. I cant vouch for the new models, but mine has been perfect.

This Kenmore washer is an excellent product. Gets clothes very clean with one wash. I use cold water and a standard amount of detergent and my clothes come out of the wash looking as fresh as the day they were purchased. I highly recommend this washer. Very reliable. This washer has never let me down. My husband gets his clothes very grimy and my Kenmore always gets them clean enough for church on Sunday. Through years of use my Kenmore has stayed looking like new. Every time I use it I am amazed at how good it looks. I have had it for years and even after daily use, it still looks new. A very hardworking washer that will not cost you an arm and a leg. I purchased mine several years ago and dont know the cost of one today.

Semi-fast could be faster. Wish it could hold a little more. Overall its not a bad washer. Kenmore is a name you can trust and lasts a long time. I wash about 6 loads a day so its not a bad washer! I wish it didnt take me all day to do it. Its a kenmore and not the best one. Once its time to get a new one I will get a more efficient washer. Its pretty plain, white washer with a white tub so the appearance isnt that pretty lol. But overall its nice I guess. We will see the next Kenmores once I am ready for a new one. For the price and how much I wash its value is great and its worth it. I havent had any issues with it. The loads just take a little longer than I would like. When I am in for a new one I will get a better one.

I had a white Kenmore washer. I had no problem with actual cleaning and it had all the bells and whistles I needed. However I didnt get my moneys worth. It needed repairs as the water pump started leaking. There are only 2 people in household, not used everyday. It shouldnt have needed repairs after barely 5 years. Kenmore used to last forever, but have been dissatisfied with the last few appliances from them.

Purchased Kenmore Washer Model 2510 kept leaving soap in clothes. White marks and streaks in black or navy colors. I use 1/3 of the amount of HE soap recommended. Returned for a newer model after 4 repairmen came out. Now I have the next generation Model 25132. Still have soap in my clothes. The low water high-efficiency washers are AWFUL! The repairmen keep saying I am using too much soap or add water to washer or run it again. How can this be High Efficiency?

Does exactly what it should and does it well. Locking door a nice feature, and comparatively inexpensive. Highly recommended for anyone. Fits anything nicely. Clothing, bedding, everything washes evenly and quickly. Even large, thick bed comforters for and wash nicely. Couldnt ask for more. Clean, simple look and easy to read dials. Cycles are down on lighting displays and are easily found. White paint fits any decor, but is easily scratched. For the price, you cant beat the value. A very dependable machine with low maintenance at a nice price point. No need to go more expensive.

My washer has been very durable however the renewal of the warranty is not affordable. I love the washer chosen because of being old fashioned. It has the agitator inside. The control panel is also very easy and understandable.

The washer does a amazing job. It almost spins my clothes dry. It has a lot of different settings that make it so easy to pick the right one. I have had this washer for about 4 years and I have never had any problems with it. I have used the cleaning feature which does a amazing job. I bought the silver one that matches my other appliances. I like the look and style of the washer. It has a very classy look. I enjoy telling and showing my friends and family. It is comparable to other washer similar to this one. I feel like overall it is a great washer.

I would never buy another Kenmore product again in my life. This washing machine is the biggest piece of junk I have ever owned. I dont understand why anyone would put a door switch like this on anything and what is it doing when you try to start it? Making sure the door is closed? I would love to know who the geniuses is that though this was a good idea. With a design this bad I find it hard to believe anyone in the design department there has a brain. The only thing this is good at being is a pile of scrap.

It did exactly what I paid for the washer to do. It was able to wash my clothes in a quick and efficient manner. I have absolutely no complaints to report about this washer. I usually have quite a few loads of laundry, as I help raise a good size family. I used to have to wash loads separately. This washer is able to handle much larger loads easier. The washer looked like a typical washer. Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary with this product. I did like the clear door, so I didnt have to open the door to check my wash. I did not have to break the bank for this washer at all. I forget exactly how much I paid for this brand, but I do know I already have it paid off.

I really like the Kenmore washer that I purchased several years ago. We wash a couple of loads a day and it has given me no problems. I will recommend Kenmore to anyone. Kenmore washers are the only brand that will be in my home. My Kenmore washer is not much to look at. It is the old style top open style. But it works great and still looks great. Even though its not one of those fancy front open models. The value of my Kenmore washer is great. If you take the ten years that Ive owned it and divide it by the six hundred dollars I paid for it, it is only about $55.00 a year.

I have had this washer about seven years and I bought it used. To this day it still works. It is what I use weekly to do our laundry in. Im very satisfied with it. I can get a full load in there. Sometimes Ive overloaded it but other than that it works great as long as I dont have too many dirty clothes in. It does have a few nicks and dings in it. Couple of rough spots too but it washes out of clothes just fine and to me thats all that matters. Even though it is probably 15 years old I would say the value of it would be at least $100 because it works perfectly. I just pulled out a trash bag full of winter clothes with jeans and coats and was able to get a huge black trash bag washed into loads of laundry.

An absolute waste of time and money. We have been waiting for 5 weeks to have our expensive Kenmore Elite washing machine repaired after owning only 3 years. First Sears repair technician comes out, charges $89 to say he will have to replace the part (here for a total of 10 minutes.) We agree to order the part out of pocket since the washer is no longer under warranty. Had the part overnighted (additional out of pocket) and it takes over a week to get the repair technician back out to install. He is then unable to remove a nut to remove the old part and tells us that he cant put the new part in because hes not authorized to cut the nut off for fear of damaging the drum (here for 15 minutes this time). If we can cut it off ourselves, he said he would come back out and install the new part. My husband was able to cut if off and we scheduled another service, with the soonest date being a week later, specifically reminding them that this nut had to be cut off, and that it would have to be replaced. I was informed by customer service that they have no way of knowing which parts the repair technicians have in stock and that I cannot request that they have a certain part before they come out. Next scheduled service date, no one showed up, we called customer service and the technician called in sick. Rescheduled for today, again, the soonest date available that was a week after the last one, no one showed up again, called customer service again, technician will not come out because now they will have to order the nut that has been cut off. Meanwhile we have spent 5 weeks without a washing machine, and the part that needs to be replaced sitting on the floor of the laundry room. At this point, I just want my $89 refunded and I will hire someone else to fix my washing machine rather than deal with this crappy service any longer. Additionally, Ive spent 3 hours being passed back and forth between Kenmore (the brand) and LG (the manufacturer) and no one wants to take ownership of this washer because for the price of it originally, we should not even be in this position 3 years later having to fix it.

I am convinced that Kenmore service reps are trained to deny any problem with this washer, as well as the reps that handle setting up service calls. My machine (11066132*410) has, since the first dark load, left clothes covered in a white/gray residue that must also be covering light clothes just that it isnt as apparent. We have followed several different suggested procedures to try and clean the tub, but nothing has worked. We have encountered nothing but indifference and rudeness... Finally it was claimed that we had been responsible. Puleeeze... Stay away from Kenmore.

I love that I can fit so much in one load. The quick wash cleans my clothes as well as the other settings in half the time and its quiet! This washer has been through accidental shoes, keys, over fills, and its fare share of loose change but its never lost a sock. Never had any issues with it. Always worked well so I cant complain. I wash heavy blankets, winter coats, rugs and heavy loads of jeans... They always come out very clean. Its a washer... Its cube like, mostly white, shiny too! I perceive this washer to be of high value.

Colored clothes come out streaked with white marks even when I do a second rinse. Am currently rewashing a load without detergent in the hopes of dissolving these marks. I am extremely dissatisfied with this washer (Kenmore washer Series 600).

We purchased model #28002011 Kenmore washer in 9/2011. Were 2 older people (no pets) requiring 3-5 lite loads of laundry a week. In the last year or more, the washer would add time while in a cycle. For instance, it would count down to say 2 minutes remaining, then adjust the time to say 8 minutes. When youre trying to perform other tasks this could be madding enough. Now after the wash cycle it would just click never performing the rinse or spin cycles. The serviceman informed us the washers motor & transmission must be replaced at a estimated minimum parts cost of $250 plus labor. This was the worst major appliance purchase we have ever made. I dont believe trips to the laundromat would have been as costly & only less inconvenient in winter. Im all done purchasing Sears products.

This washer consistently performed as expected or above expectations. Clothing always came out smelling clean and feeling fresh when used according to manufacturers standards. Multiple settings made it easy to switch between sheets and blankets to a delicate setting or a normal load. When laundry was done according to a normal schedule, clothing needed to be washed would fit all items needed. Overloading could lead to clothing not feeling as clean or fresh as they should be. Definitely be aware of not overloading. Match setting of washer to type and/or amount that you are loading to best meet the needs of your expectations for the clothing. Sleek appearance. Average fit in laundry room- did not in anyway feel larger or more bulky than any other washer used in the past. Set up made easy to load and remove clothing and other articles. The value of this product is definitely there. Great, reliable brand and household name for years. Compared to other brands, matches or exceeds in the value to get when you purchase this product.

This washer had a strong agitation cycle and I never needed a repair. Easy to use knobs. Never had to explain how to turn it on. My clothes always came out smelling good and looking fresh. I could wash a decent sized load of dirty clothes in this washer. I never needed a repair and the agitation was strong and reliable. The water flowed freely and the knobs were easy to understand. This washer was a simple washer in looks. Even though I could have gone for something more spacey and futuristic in looks I was very happy with its performance and easy to understand knobs. Looks arent everything. I think in this day and age we spend too much money on things that break down over time. This washer was sturdy and reliable and I never needed a repair so I am satisfied with the amount of money I paid for it.

Bought a Kenmore washer in 2017. Installed by Sears staff. Washer made noise and bounced around since day 1. Called Sears service several times and the repair person came out and looked at it and said the problem was probably the floor so on both occasions they put pads under the feet of the washer. Last time I provided the pads as the man did not have any so he said maybe a jar gripper would do. So he inserted them under the washer. Never did he use a leveler to see if the washer was level or check anything inside the washer. So it seemed the pads made a little difference but the shaking and moving continued but not as bad. And I got used to the noise. But now here in 2019 it started getting more noisy and continued to shake and move more. Since I had a family member ill and then died I had no time in the beginning of the year to have someone come out. So I called them last week and they said they would charge me so much. I then decided to call another company (which I should have done before). The repair person came out and checked everything and said all 3 shocks were blown and leaking oil and that the washer was not level and was off by quite a bit. This was all from the washer not being installed correctly and off level. When I called Sears re this they said my warranty is expired and that I would have to pay for them to send a repair person to check it. They were not helpful in any way. I am a senior citizen and do not have the $700 + to repair this washer. Especially since the problem is because of faulty installation. Is there no justice anymore. Stay away from Sears and Kenmore and LG who apparently made this washer for Sears!!!

It worked really good, got all our baby clothes clean. Only thing I didnt like is it ate up her socks. It did a really good job of getting stains out and runs very quiet. It was not as energy efficient as I wouldve liked but a great washer. It was very reliable I could wash big loads at a time with no problem. It did eat my daughters socks and one time caused it to malfunction but we had someone fix it. I like that it looks like a heavy duty washer at the laundromat. It looked very nice and well put together. It also had a lot of different wash cycles to choose from on panel.

I bought a new Kenmore washer two months ago and I have never been so aggravated with a washer in all my life. My clothes are not being cleaned and there is never enough water to rinse them. I have to wait 40 minutes for the load to wash them and then re-rinse them on the rinse cycle. I am asking how this can save me time and money? I had a plain Kenmore washer (no bells and whistles) that lasted me 18 years and finally quit. How I would love to have it back. This new washer will never be the washer my old one was. I am planning to contact the dealer and return it. Too bad I did not read all the bad reviews before I purchased this machine. I would like to know why we, the consumers, have to throw away hard-earned money for products that do not work? I will not ever purchase another Kenmore washer.

Kenmore front load washer mcl 417-42042100 - This washer is less than 10 years old and I have had to replace the rear tub section twice because the bearing and seal went out. A $177 part just because a $8 bearing and seal went out, the bearing is not sold separately. The last time I replaced this part, the rear tube section, was about 3 months ago. A short time after I put the new rear tube section along with new shock absorbers it started making loud noises (banging) and vibrating very bad. When I took it apart I discovered that two of the legs of the drum support assembly had broken which also caused the front tub to be broken. The drum support assembly is not listed separately on the parts sheet. It is part of the drum cost $313 and the front tub section is $171. The rear section is about $177 and I have replaced it twice and the shock absorbers once at $57. So the scrap man got the washer and I got a new one, this time a top load. I wouldnt buy a front load washer again. As best I can tell they are all of similar design. Kenmore doesnt make anything. They have someone else make them and put the Kenmore logo on them. Not sure but this washer might be made by Samsung for Kenmore. I would not recommend buying this washer or any front load washer.

Kenmore Washer Model No. 796.40318900. Shortly after purchasing the very expensive washer it started leaking water. Why, no explanation given from sears. Then we started getting dE which means door error. Since I was busy working we decided to get sears out to repair. I should have done it myself! They send tech out a week later and just used the code given to swap out parts without really troubleshooting the root cause of problem. They replace the door switch for $240.00. Three days later it has the same dE and at this point I am livid at myself and sears. IF its the same part that went bad they would fix it under the 90 warranty on that part, if its something else they would charge me again. Just swapping out parts is not a reliable way to troubleshoot a problem. Thats just the easiest way sears probably trains their techs. This took about 3 weeks to get the second tech out. I just wanted to get another switch installed and I was going to troubleshoot the real problem myself. I guessed you figured out by now, nobody I know that is married can go a month without washing clothes on a regular basis. I will NEVER do business with sears again. I took the wife to Lowes and purchased an LG washer that was very similar that would fit on the stand I purchased with the kenmore. When the second tech finally shows up, I point him to the garage where the Kenmore sat connected to power. He told me he couldnt troubleshoot it not connected to water. I told him sure you can because it gets the same door error and will not start. Now the truth comes out from his mouth. Well the problem is not the door switch, its the software! I said, You mean the controller? He said, Yes, this is a known problem and for a refurbished one it will be $125.00 plus labor and a new one is $225.00 plus labor since its not the original part. So lets get this straight! They knew it was the controller and they scam you into believing it could be other parts to charge you out the ** just to steal your money! Now I paid for a repair that didnt really fix the problem because the controller works randomly and now they want another $350.00 to replace the controller. This will bring the total to ~$600.00 to fix a used Kenmore Washer that cost me $1500.00 brand new. No matter how you look at it, with the new LG Washer and the cost to repair the old one that I may not be able to sell without gilt is now over $2,100.00. By the way, the tech also said that Sears tried to duplicate the technology from LG and failed badly and sells everyone crap at big $$$$$. Also, the water on your floor is caused by a couple things. If there is too many suds build up in the washer it will flush it out the back of the washer and runs down the back side onto the floor. They didnt design it to go out the drain normally. This makes no sense whatsoever! If you do not clean the glass door and rubber around the door frequently, it will leak water out the front also and begin to make your washer smell bad. Straight out of the techs mouth. Way to go Sears! Make everyones life a PAIN. Now that other companies sell tools that are lifetime warrantied, there is no need to buy anything from this company ever again. STAY AWAY FROM SEARS! I hope you read this complaint board before making your next purchase!

We bought our home in Loxahatchee Florida, with great joy and began furnishing and decorating. Because of limited space, we purchased the Kenmore Stacked Laundry Center, #61532. It is just my husband and I, so we do 3-4 loads of laundry per week. Just the other day, only 1 year and 9 months from our purchase of this brand new appliance, water started showing up on our laundry room floor. We check hoses, drain pipe, etc. and all are secure. So I call Sears for service and was told that the warranty is only for one year, so I would have to pay for repairs. Okay, how bad could it be??? Well, the technician came out and took one look at it and after hearing what we said was wrong, said oh, yea, this happens to these all the time, apparently Sears is peddling this appliance that has a transmission problem. And, worse, after spending $1,200 on the initial purchase, this would be $900 to fix!!! How shameful that Sears, a company that my mom worked for for 20+ years and my parents swore by the Kenmore brand is putting out a product that they KNOW is faulty and has not performed properly for any consumer. They wont credit us, they wont take it back, we are stuck with this monstrosity. We are tired of this kind of wanton callous concern for the end user. How is there not a recall on this item???

I would recommend these products because they get clothes clean and dry perfectly in a very quick amount of time. They also never break down. I have never had either of my items malfunction or break down since the day I bought them. I would highly recommend these because they are perfect for large families like mine who do a lot of laundry. The appearance of these items are perfect. They go with anything else you may have around them. They fit perfectly just about anywhere and theyre very easy to keep looking clean. The value of these items for the great low price is wonderful. Full functioning anytime of the day with no malfunctions or breakdowns of any kind. Also very quiet.

I purchase this washer at a Sears store closing sale. Have had it in the box in a climate controlled storage for a little more than a year, never opened, never used. Yesterday we opened it and hooked it up...this thing sounds like a freight train is coming through my house! Kenmore is no help, will send someone out to diagnose the problem, but will have to charge a diagnostic fee because warranty has expired. Buyer beware...do not buy a Kenmore model 110.25132411! Anyone want a washer that has had exactly one load of clothes washed in it? I have one cheap!!

Water level too low, doesnt cover clothes. I wash everything on Bulky/Bedding and that seems to help get clothes cleaner. Months back a sheet wrapped itself around the agitator and it snapped right off. Called Sears and was told they dont have anyone in our area, Sears transferred the call to another company who said they dont have anyone either and I should call Sears. Needless to say, its still not fixed.

After a few weeks our Kenmore Front Loading Automatic Washer Model 796.4027#90# was making very load noise and shaking the laundry room. We tried to adjust everything we could think of. Did not help at all. Then the leaking all over the floor. I drained the hose after every wash. Sometimes it wouldnt leak and then sometimes it would leak everywhere. This is the worst machine we have ever owned. Ive always wanted a front loader, but I was very upset when I bought it. I didnt get the warranty, because Kenmore has been around for so long and a good company. They really messed up on this product. With the amount of money that you have to pay for a front-loading washer, people should not have to deal with all of the problems that this wash comes with. I will never buy a Kenmore product again.

We purchased a Kenmore series 300 washing machine in September 2015. It was our first Kenmore we have ever purchased in over 55 years. The machine is terrible. The tub design causes the machine to vibrate severely even with medium loads. It doesnt clean the clothes very good and my wife has to run clothes through the rinse cycle at least twice and even then there is soak in the clothes. We would definitely not recommend Kenmore to anyone, especially this machine.

I like how it washing my clothes. I like how the product is made. I like how I can use the product. I can use it all the time cause it cleans my clothes. I will never change the product name. I will use it all the time. It product is very reliability. I know that if I told my friends they would use the product too. I know I can make sure it would clean my clothes the way I like it. Smell nice and clean. The appearance is really good. I like the value of the product. I like how they help you out the service that needs to be done on the products and I know it will last for a long time and I know it will work like new if I had it a for a long time. I know I can take good care so it can stay the value of the product.

Kenmore 600 series washer - The images here depict a small load in normal cycle. The clothes didn’t get cleaned and that is because they just sit in a small puddle of water. The ad for this washer claims it can wash 21 towels?? Try four. We have to wash loads more than once and quilts are washed three times. The deep fill option is a joke. The worst part is that you end up wasting so much water it’s ridiculous. Kenmore wont do anything about it. They offer a service repair. We have been taking pictures of different cycles and the end results. We have a big family and It infuriates me that we have to go to a laundromat to wash our clothes when we have a brand new washer at home.

My other washer broke. Checked reviews and found this. So glad I did. Real quiet and has great settings. The review was right. I dont mind laundry day now. It has enough space for a good size load. The towels I still keep in a separate load habit but its big enough to include some with others. Would be nice if they came in different colors but controls dont stand out and it fit easily in the door. A nice blue would be nice. Good value. I shopped around to about 3 different stores. Asking about price matching does help if its not in stock where the price is lowest.

I purchased a Kenmore washer at 6pm on 8/11/11, took it home and did not work. I called back to the store and I was told to get online and troubleshoot. I could not get a service tech as the purchase was new; not in the system yet. I called repair tech on 8/12 but could not get an appointment until the afternoon of 8/15. The store manager is not available until 1:00 on 8/12. At 2:47 no call was received from the manager. I called executive office and said they were sending a tech this evening. I purchased tires (4) from Sears; truck shook bad. I was told to take it to Dobbs and if they said the tires were bad that Sears would replace them.

It runs very well and cleans the clothes the way they should be cleaned. Its quiet and doesnt make a lot of noise while in spin mode. This is a well paid for unit. Its big and wide enough to fit all my clothes in it and do a great job of washing them completely. You cant go wrong with a washer like that. The appearance of my Kenmore washer is something I enjoy looking at and am glad that I bought it also for the good appearance of what it represents. I am enjoying the value of my washer and all it does. I feel I got a great deal when I bought it and would enjoy doing it again if I have to.

Without a doubt the worst washer I have ever owned. Thankfully I purchased a protection agreement. Within the last 15 months I have had 5 major repairs. They have now rebuilt the entire machine except for the exterior body. The repairs consisted of the following: Spin Sensor replaced. April 2015. Timing mechanism replaced March 2016. New transmission May 2016. New Basket/Drum May 2016. New Motor Aug 2016.I am now arguing with Sears about replacing the machine but because I have not have 4 major repairs within a 12 month time window I do not qualify. The reason I dont have 4 within 12 months is because they combined the transmission and basket repair into 1 ticket so TECHNICALLY I do not qualify. No worries though, at this rate I am sure to need another repair within the next few months... The technician actually told me this was the worst washer Sears has ever made and they get more calls on this washer than any other. HORRIBLE MACHINE!!!

It is a very nice looking machine. Im not one for a whole lot of bells and whistles on my washing machine and I want it to look sleek, but not over the top. It operated quietly and efficiently and got the job done exactly how I would hope. Also, this machine got my clothes clean and even cleaned some of my larger comforters and did the job great! Removed stains well and left clothes smelling fresh. Never had any problems at all. For the money spent, it went above and beyond what I would have thought it was capable of.

This is an HE, top loader, without agitator machine. It has no presoak cycle and I miss having one. Additionally it has no softener dispenser. It came with a softener ball which got lost with the passing of time. Had I more shopping time I would have not purchased this machine. On a positive note, it has been reliable and in ten years has had only one repair.

I am happy with my Kenmore washer because it cleans large loads of laundry, rinses the clothes well and uses less water. Its a very reliable washer with a large load capacity. Its quiet and rinses the clothes well with less water. I would recommend this washer. Washer is white with a clear lid that lets you see the inside. Shiny finish and will dent easily if not taken care of. Washers are overpriced these days for not lasting as long as they used to, but I am happy with my washer. Not necessarily the price I paid.

The unit (Washer/Dryer) have been working well for a long time now just like day one cleaning my tough stains & all with no problem. Even now my kids have no issue washing the game uniform which gives me more extra time to get my things done. But I was really raised on Kenmore products from my mom when I was growing up & the fact that theyre still making great products for me and my family to enjoy is the power of great long lasting products that stand the test of time.

I want consumers to know that this washer is not worth the money. Mine has been an issue after the first two years of ownership. The washer smells awful even when cleaned weekly as recommended. The seal is moldy even though we always leave the door open. The washer is a maintenance nightmare. It does clean my clothes but I usually have to run the load twice because it stops with an F-20 code. I am just looking for a washer that will clean and last 20 years like my last one. Neither Kenmore nor Sears is my first choice anymore.

We have never had a single problem with our set of Kenmores. We did not buy the top of the line more of the bottom line, no bells and whistle. The settings are easy to read and turn knobs too, Im blind/low vision and markings are bold enough for me to see. Baskets are more than big enough to handle all of our washing loads. No extra settings to cluster the facial plates with settings we will never use. Bleach trough in the right place and easy to pour into, big enough to hold recommended amount, softener container in the middle easy to get to, softener lid can be a little hard to get off if you cut your fingernails too short. Product and price was right, have had for 5 years no service calls, bought a set for daughter.

Kenmore 3.8 cu. ft. Top-Load High-Efficiency Washer - This washer is a piece of junk! 2 months after the warranty expires, the washers starts malfunctioning. When it completes a load of wash and the complete light is on and the lid is unlocked, it takes about 3 minutes before it jumps back to the sensing light and tries to start washing a new load all by itself! It seems to wash clothes and spin out fine. But if youre not paying attention its going to wash your clothes all over again! I will never ever buy a Kenmore washer again. Their quality and dependability has become non-existent.

I bought a Kenmore Dryer in July 2014. Within 9 months the Lint trap began to morph and catch clothing/linens thereby ruining many. Recently I looked up this issue on the Internet and discovered it is quite common. I have seen a few customers have received free replacement parts that will easily remedy this problem. Today l spent 2.5 hours on the phone asking for help to no avail. Every person I spoke with, there were 8: were professional, kind and understanding. I cannot boast more about the excellent level of wonderful your employees exhibit.My plea is: Could LG please take a look at my machine and include its model number into the small group flashed about this problem? I am hoping LG will agree to send the replacement part(s) to me without charge, as occurred with others in late 2014. My only mistake was not being computer savvy enough to find this site sooner at the best possible time. Because I need to use zipper mesh bags to prevent rips - my clothes are continuously wrinkled after drying. I am asking for mercy and help to remedy this issue, which is quite small in the whole scope of the vastness and excellence of LG. Thank You for your consideration. I look forward to your response.

Only had the washer for 2 years and already broke... Water is leaking from underneath and a very very loud noise on the spin cycle that it sounds like the old wood roller coaster at Cedar Point... My first and last Kenmore product. Went out and got me a Samsung.

I have a Kenmore Elite Front-loader. My feeling is that clothes do not come clean, therefore 2 hour cycles necessary. The machine has been reliable. It is nicely designed, but I would not purchase another front-loader given my overall experience.

I purchased a Kenmore washing machine just about three years ago, series 700 high efficiency model one year ago I had to replace the pump. In the last month it started making loud noises when in the spin cycle that started to get louder. I made an appointment with a reliable repair center that I have successfully used in the past and are very knowledgeable. The mechanic that came and looked at it said the bearings are worn out and it would cost 600 dollars to replace them. That is almost what I paid for the machine.I contacted Kenmore and asked if they can offer me some kind of help considering its only three years old and I feel that it should have lasted longer than that, we are only two people in the house. They offered me a 75.00 voucher towards a new one. Im disappointed and feel that since I bought the machine thinking it was a well known name they would offer a little more than what amounts to a Sunday sale price. I recently purchased another machine and sorry to say that I would not buy another Kenmore product.

Its very easy to use, affordable, great quality and gets the job done right. The best washer Ive owned. The Kenmore washer is very reliable. At the rate its going I wouldnt be surprised if it lasts forever. The best brand out there in my opinion. My Kenmore washer isnt one of the newer fancy models but I still love it. Its not hideous. Just not fancy either. The Kenmore washer I have was definitely worth every penny. Id recommend it to any and everyone whos looking to buy a washer. And they last a long time.

Washes clothes well and is easy to operate. Doesnt go off balance as easily as some of the other washers I have had in the past and is relatively quiet. Washer can fit quite a bit into it. I wash my childrens bed sheets and pillow cases in them without a problem (I do however bring our comforters to a laundromat for the extra large washers.) My washer is a nice bright white color and has a clean elegant but not too fancy look to it. Doesnt have a ton of buttons or options to confuse you with. Its easy to operate, even my children can run the washer which is always a plus! I shopped around for the best value around my local shops. I found this washer, read some online reviews on it. I have had this washing machine for eighteen years and only needed one service call. It is used at least three times a week. It has the heavy duty as well as permanent press settings and second rinse and spin options. It has been a true work horse and is still working fine!

The washer was not the best that I have ever used. It did not clean cups or bowls well and after a year it started leaking. I was satisfied until the leaks started. Then I was very unhappy. I live in a three person household and it was fine. I would not recommend this for a big family. Small households the size is fine though. It was kind of ugly but then again so was my whole kitchen. It got dirty easily and was terrible display. I kind of hated it a lot. The washer was overpriced, undersized, and ugly as sin.

I purchased both in 2004. Ive only had two problems, both with the washing machine. 5 years ago, the washing machine would not move after fill up. I called Sears to repair it. They came the same day, has not happened again, but I did have a different situation of the Washer not working this summer. After the wash cycle, the spin cycle wasnt working. In fact the water didnt drain. With limited funds, I looked into doing it myself. Thanks to a YouTube video, I found it to be a common problem. I knew the part I needed, and was able to get it from Amazon. I got the part, fixed the washer, following each direction on the video, and was successful in repairing my washing machine.

It worked very well in all varieties of clothes. It could also hold a lot of clothes. It always worked, no matter what. The only time I ever had any problems with it was when the clothes would get wrapped around the spinning mechanism. But that was more user error than anything. It was pretty. But it was in our basement and our basement was so ugly it was beautiful in comparison. It looked fine. It was big and white. It was cumbersomely big. We had it for a very long time. At least 15 years. And I dont remember anyone making any repairs on it, so maybe it only happened once.

We bought the Kenmore Elite 29272, the day after Thanksgiving in 2010. We are now on the second main control board in ten months. Both times, the part has been back ordered and Sears has called the day before our appointment to reschedule. In both cases, they put the situation in our hands to track the part and then call them once we have the part in hand to not waste their time. What about our time? Each occurrence has lasted a month. This means the washer has only been in use 8 of the 10 months we have had it. I think they were trying to draw out the time so it falls out of warranty.The customer service department term used loosely is extremely rude. This is an outsourcing issue as there is no culpability with the product or support. The customer service person had the gall to indicate that if we feel that strongly about how bad the product is, to write the CEO. This is actually not a bad idea, though it will be intercepted long before reaching the intended source. Once the warranty fails, we are tempted to use the National Tire & Battery plan with Sears. Anyone that has seen the commercial, understands to throw the product through the plate glass window. Then, we will get a new washer that will not be a Kenmore (actually, a re-branded LG). Koreans.

I have a Kenmore Elite Oasis HT 28081 Washer. This washer broke down after one year and Sears will not take responsibility of fixing it. Our family has used Kenmore products for many decades, shame on Sears I will never trust their product again. I like this because it has a big load capacity. Not only that, it runs great and have had no problems with it. The spin cycle is also very quiet and does not shake or vibrate the floor. There hasnt been one time that I have had a problem with this machine. Also my daughter tends to overload it and it still always works great. This machine has a modern look. The one thing I wish was that I got it in a different color. The white is too plain and seems to get dirty very easy. Well this model was kind of expense but I was expecting to get a good quality product so I dont mind to pay extra for this machine. There were other models that I could choose but I didnt want a cheap machine.

I bought a new Kenmore top load washer and the lid keeps locking when its not in use. Ive had the lid lock replaced along with the entire motherboard and its still doing it. This is the worst appliance Ive ever had. Theyre coming out again but Im not sure what else they can do since theyve already replaced everything possible. Piece of garbage. They better offer to replace it but Im not sure I want another one of these.

Kenmore Laundry Center Model 417-61712510: Purchased this lemon last year with extended warranty. It has worked less than it has not worked and Ive had numerous technicians sent out and paid for an electrician to verify it is not my electrical. The machine starts and stops and locks my clothes inside in water and detergent. No amount of resetting breakers can get it to work, but I sense there is an internal reset because whenever the tech comes out he opens the metal flap to gain access and does something and then resets the breakers and it works again. It may work for one wash and then acts up and stops again. It will beep within 5 minutes of starting unit. This has been going on since 12/2016, approximately six months after purchase to this date of 8/4/2017. So here I am waiting two weeks for a repairman to come and unlock it while my clothes are in the machine. This has been a nightmare. The amount of service calls has been mind blowing. Always an explanation why it cannot be replaced... read your fine print. Ive spent more time this year doing my laundry at a laundromat than at home. This unit was purchased May 26, 2016 with extended warranty. Hope no one else will purchase this unit.

The washer worked great for a very long time. It cleaned our clothes perfectly. After at least 8 years of owning this washer the balance gears finally went out. So, we just recently replaced it. This washer lasted for more than eight years. It was a very reliable and durable washing machine. I would have purchased another just like it if they hadnt passed new HE regulations on washer sales. This washer was your standard Kenmore washer - without all the bells and whistles. It was a smaller bowl but could still easily fit a full sized load without fail. This washer was worth every penny spend to buy it. It lasted well beyond its perceived lifespan and always did a great job cleaning any load big or small.

Very efficient, didnt use a lot of water or power and was very quiet. It was very simple to use and even did large loads quickly. I was very satisfied with this washer. It was very reliable, it last about 15 years before we had to replace it. It never gave us trouble at all, and we never had to replace any parts on it. It was very nice looking. It was bright white and matched the paint in our utility room. It had smooth corners and looked very modern and appealing. Wouldnt change anything about it. This was a very good, reliable washer for the price. It was on the lower budget price side but it still gave us many years of use for the price.

Cleaned clothes well, was not loud and did not rattle. It has several options for washing and they all worked well. The spin cycle was quiet, and the machine did not move around. The machine was reliable and had no problems with starting or stopping. There was never any water left in machine and clothes were never torn. The machine was white and easy to clean. No special cleaning agents were needed. The color never faded or discolored, and it did not show signs of any rust. When compared to other machines with the same features it was more of a great value at a good price. The load capacity was even larger than some of the others at a greater price.

I loved Kenmore because it always worked and was reliable. I had it for a long time and never had to repair much. I only had a few issues which were temporary and probably from my own wear and tear. The machine was recommended by a family member. They knew that my old washing machine had broke and decided to tell me about a sale at Best Buy. Sometimes I have trouble with it being too full, but it works well most of the time. I have had other washers that didnt work as well and shook and stuff. This is stable. It always gets my clothes clean and the soap isnt left behind on the clothes. I would love to be able to see inside, but this isnt like that. I just know that it is washing the clothes. I would say the price was pretty good for the way that it works. It wasnt the priciest of washers, but I would say for what it does a little much.

My washing machine was showing UE and was remaining unbalanced during washing. I found the specific recall through their website for this repair. I called 2 1/2 weeks ago. I was told they would be here to fix my machine in 5 days between the hours of 8 a - 4 p. I stayed home from work. I called to check on the arrival of my repair man and was told they would be there the following week. I asked to be moved up, they replied they could not do that. I again stayed home today June 30, the date told to me a week ago. I called at 9:30 am for the arrival time. They said to call back at 10:30 am. I did. They said a technician would be here between 12:30 - 1:30. At 1:45, I called and they said the technician was sick and they cannot reschedule until July 3. We have five children getting ready to leave for camp and no washing machine! I have taken two days off work and I am beyond frustrated. I will never purchase a Kenmore or Sears product again. I would encourage others to purchase appliances from another company as well.

It washes the clothes really well and is very quiet. However you cant add anything once it starts which can be inconvenient at times. I seem to always find a stray towel. The Kenmore washer is very durable. I have not had any problems with it performance wise since I bought it. Everything looks like it was made very solid and built to last. The Kenmore washer has a very modern and trendy look. I really like the glass front door. It is especially nice if your home is like mine and you dont have a traditional laundry room. My washer is good and plenty big for large loads. The only thing I dont like is sometimes the fabric softener clogs up and you have to wash it out. Ive had this model for years and I dont think it ever broke. I wash at least 3 loads every week and it does a good job of washing. I would buy Sears again for its reliability. I like this model because the inside is so large for big loads and the enamel is still looking good. It is big but still fits in a small laundry space. This is a good machine that lasts through many wash loads and it definitely is worth its value.

Purchased a Kenmore Elit front load washer in April of 2009. By July 26 of 2011, the Motor Control Unit stopped operating on a 2.25 years old machine. A technician came out to tell us the repair would cost $693 + $75 service call charge on a $784 machine, and the part (which basically controls the entire electronic functions of the machine) would have a 90-day warranty. The technician suggested we buy a new machine vs paying the cost to repair our existing, basically near-new machine. After hours of speaking to Sears (and 7 different representatives in different departments all giving us the brush off), we spoke to a gentleman in their Customer Solutions Center who informed us the Motor Control Unit was covered by the exceptional parts warranty, part #818396. Today, the service technician came out to tell us, in deed, the part is NOT covered under the exceptions part warranty. Rather the sensor smart electronic board would be covered under this warranty for only 2 years. I have no problems paying to repair a machine, but to charge the same cost to repair the machine as it costs to buy a new one, and to have this not be covered under Sears exceptional parts guarantee is a crime! That means, basically, the cost of the steel/metal and all other internal parts are worth a few dollars - seems like unfair price gouging for a lovely, big square paper weight that no longer functions. Sears has TERRIBLE service, no one had correct answers and they all just wanted to get off the phone and not help. I will NEVER buy from Sears again! The quality is truly substandard. I think their entire service unit is a scam to overcharge for repairs on subpar machines. Just look at the number of complaints Sears gets on their self-manufactured washing machines. The technician even told us the warranties are getting worse and are covering much less if you buy a new one. I trusted the Sears name to mean quality, but they have really gone downhill, in my opinion.

The machine worked well, fairly quiet, nice rack system, adjustable wheels for after choosing a new tile, easy to clean and hook up took less than 30 min. It did well as long as it was not oatmeal or cream of wheat. The appearance was fine for the decor of the kitchen was flush with the counter adjustable faceplate i.e. Floor plate so held a flush finish even after tiling the kitchen. The size was OK considering the racking system made it easy to load and the design maximizes the amount of storage space on the machine. That particular model was from a small place I had but got as new and used it a lot. I do construction and have purchased some in the past. The value was good if bought in the right place.

Kenmore brand was very pleasing and the quality was great. It lived up to it standards and I was very happy with the choice I made with choosing their product. I needed a washer and drying for my apartment I was moving into so I decided to look at some in Sears. Not only did they have a wide selection but the prices were decent and customer service was excellent. I purchased a Kenmore Elite HE3T washer last February 2009. After 20 months of use, there was an F35 error. I am using the HE detergent. Several attempts to clear the lines and analog water pressure sensor only provides temporary relief. The washers door ring is also a breeding ground for mold. I will purchase a new sensor from a local parts supplier.

After only 2 years it... DIED! Bearing crapped out. Repairman stated all companies make appliances that die in 2-3 years or COST TOO MUCH to repair. There goes an $800 washer. I suggest paying double for a Speed Queen or Bosch or just buy the extended warranty and make the company pay for a new one when it fails!

Looks a lot more expensive but is not. Works as well as many more expensive higher end machines at a much lower price. A great bargain if on budget.

You could probably get your clothes cleaner by taking to the creek to wash them. It is the worst machine. Cant even clean handkerchief with bleach and Tide. Take it out still stuck together. Someone told the corporate morons this cleans better hardly uses any water. I have been watching the cleaning action. Terrible. I will keep this for a year then will buy another brand. Dryer isnt much better. Take new pants off hanger put in to try to get creases out and when it is done you have to iron because it came out so wrinkled like you slept in them. Terrible product.

I have this Kenmore 500 Series washing machine. I wash tons of clothes all the time. Ive even switch to washing small loads. My clothes are never clean. They come out, they smell bad, the towels stink all the time because they cant agitate and wash. The water just runs through them and comes back out. It doesnt move the clothes and no theres nothing wrong with my washing machine. Its not broken. It just sucks. Dont buy this product. I think you guys should recall these washing machines.

I have a Kenmore Elite washer and the liquid bleach tub is getting rusted around the tub. When I called in for service, I was told that this was not covered under warranty, however, this seems to be a product defect. It will cost me a service call + additional charges for labor and parts. This is a product defect! Simple as that! I guess Kenmore does not stand by their product?

Dont overload and use powdered detergent to keep the smells down. A good basic washer that got me through the births of both of my kids. Now my baby is about to graduate from college so that washer is long gone but I have fond memories. It was reliable. Put the clothes in and the detergent and about an hour later, clean clothes came out and I liked the fact that the water would start filling the tub with the lid open so pre-treating was easier. Rather simple and to the point. No flash or extra cycles that never get used, just the basic wash options like what people use on a daily basis. Since its rather basic, the price reflected that and it was very affordable. And since it was a Kenmore, it was a good purchase.

Works good with all types of clothes in hot and cold water. Saves energy. Very quiet and not noisy. Looks very good and does not take up that much space. Long cord so you can put it anywhere.

Kenmore front-loader washer model 41262 - It uses a lot less water than our old washer which dumped in about 5 gallons of water whereas this washer doesnt operate in a pond of water but merely moistens the clothes as it tumbles them. Wash quality is excellent. Its as quiet as a sewing machine almost. Huge front door makes it easy to wash small rugs. Sears had it on sale for about $550 and that felt good. Stainless tub that wont rust my clothes. High speed spin gets things almost dry right there in the washer.

The appearance of this appliance was just OK, but its long lasting so the value was satisfactory for the amount paid. It had multiple settings which was very nice. It functioned very well and was not loud. It solved the dirty clothes issues and it never destroyed clothing. You could also add ANY kind of cleaner to it. The machine was not complex and just needed modernization, but all in all it did the job it was supposed to do.
