I had it for about 5 years, it was good quality and did a good job of cleaning. It was easy to use and the buttons were not confusing. In the 5 years that I have owned it I havent had any issues. It did stink for a short while, but I cleaned it out with vinegar and lemon. It like a regular washer, nothing out of the ordinary. Easy to use and straightforward buttons and directions. The color was average for a washer. Good value, I like Kenmore. It is a little more expensive but maintains its quality. I would buy it again. The price is good for the washer.

The washer has lasted for years and years without ever needing to be replaced. I would recommend this washer to anyone. This is the most reliable washer I have ever owned. My husband and I, with two little children, two dogs, and three cats, generate a ton of dirty laundry. We bought this washer 10 years ago and its still going strong! This washer is perfectly simple and clean looking, with very few places where dirt and grime can get stuck. It is very easy to clean, just wipe it down and youre done! This washer is the best value purchase I have made on any major appliance ever! We purchased it over 10 years ago and its still going strong!

This Kenmore Elite Top Loader Washer 29002000 is the most I have ever spent on a washer & is the only one that I have ever owned with so many problems! Takes an 1 1/2 hrs to wash on heavy duty cycle. Will not get the clothes clean on the normal cycle - rust around bleach fill & door hinges. Constantly running water & have to start over with spin & drain to finish. Always goes out of balance - tangles & twist clothes. The detergent, fabric softener, & bleach all fill full of water at end of cycle. Have never wasted this much time babysitting a washer that costs so much! Very disappointed in Kenmore.

Kenmore HE top loader - I purchased this machine thinking it was way better than my older machine. Im very disappointed, my clothes dont come clean. It only adds enough water to get them wet, sometimes items come out with dry spots. I tried smaller loads and clothes still dont come clean. Some still smell. My husband works in a golf course and his shirts, (which can be quite smelly) still have an odor. I never had this before. Also, my darks sometimes come out with white spots on them which I never had before. My daughter used my machine, who has a Whirlpool and says my machine is awful compared to hers. It doesnt add enough water for the clothes to properly clean. Would never get one like this again.

I have had bad experiences with Whirlpool washers in the past. Less than five years ago, we decided to purchase a new washer since our two-year old Whirlpool washer was giving us endless problems. We purchased a Kenmore Elite from Sears. We did not know that our washer was actually a Whirlpool washer. We have started with the same problems with this washer as we did with our Whirlpool washer. I just learned that our machine was actually manufactured by Whirlpool. I was told by Kenmore that other Kenmore Elite washing machines were recalled with the same problem, but does not include my model.I was transferred to so many different places, including Maytag (why Maytag?) to try to resolve my problem. If my machine is having the same problem as those other models that were recalled, there is a great chance that mine should be included in the recall. I never got to speak to the right department. The repair is costing me half of what I would have to pay for a new one. Now, I dont know where to go to get a reliable washing machine. I thought that paying a descent amount was going to give me a descent working machine. I believe that disclosing the manufacturer on appliances should be required because not everything that shines is gold. A reliable brand on the outside is not always what you get on the inside!

Especially when you have small children napping a few rooms over, this is important. I have had no issues with this washer. It cleans my clothes perfectly and I never have to worry that the laundry wont get done due to malfunctions in this model. Its sleek and shiny, this washer is easy to take care of and needs very little cleaning to make it stay that way. I would definitely recommend. It was better than my last machine and I am so very happy with it.

The seal is moldy even though we always leave the door open. The washer is a maintenance nightmare. It does clean my clothes but I usually have to run the load twice because it stops with an F-20 code. I am just looking for a washer that will clean and last 20 years like my last one. Neither Kenmore nor Sears is my first choice anymore.

Its white all over and have coloring in the words and symbols. Its value was very fair. It was definitely worth every penny I paid for it. It performs at a very high quality for its value. The unit looked fine and did the job it was asked to so I guess it was a good value for the money, although I wouldnt say it was superb quality. Does not put in enough water to cover clothes, no matter what setting I use and I have had nothing but trouble with it. Ive had the repair service come out 3 times now and Sears will still not put in a new sensor even though the express setting doesnt work at all and the lid stays in lock mode from time to time. **I HAVE TO ADD WATER WITH A HOSE RUNNING FROM MY GARAGE SINK TO GET ENOUGH WATER INTO THE MACHINE TO PROPERLY WASH MY CLOTHES**. I figured this out when I first got the machine and my clothes smelled like I had just pulled them out of a dirty hamper after running them through the wash and dry. Advice? Save your money, do your research and buy and better machine.

Its important to break up your clothes into lights and darks. Use bleach w/ the whites and use the black colors with other laundry detergent. Good look. I like the feel and overall value of it. It looks like it could achieve a great deal of cleanliness. Id like the price to go down a bit and am willing to buy a used model. Value is important because it shows the overall need of a product. Kenmore Elite Oasis He Repair - Purchased this washer about 6 years ago. For the last 3 years has had difficulty filling and draining. My clothes come out dingy and dry in places at times. Takes 10-12 days for repair appt. When a part is needed and not on the truck, its another 10-12 days to order a part, then another 10-12 days to book a repair appt. That means no washer for 2-4 weeks for each repair. Going to the laundromat for 10 loads gets old. Sears warranty replacement guarantee only kicks in if a major part was replaced 5 times in a calendar year. They have been out several times for the problem, but because no major part replaced it doesnt count. Have gone to Customer Care numerous times without success. Frustrating.

I purchased this washer based on Consumer Reports and other recommendations. I have had nothing but problems with this washer. Been a little over a year since new and had Sears techs out 3 times. Water leaks out of the overflow valve on the back and floods the floor. Tech says to use low suds detergent which I do. We cannot wash more than 4 towels at a time. Must use a minimal amount of detergent. Can hardly use any detergent when washing sheets and blankets as it goes out the overflow valve onto the floor. Sears tech says its the way the machine is made. Im ready to dump this washer and get something else which is a shame as I have all Kenmore appliances and have always bought Kenmore for the past 40 years. Sears needs to do something about the design of this washer.

I caught this washer on sale about 7 or 8 years ago. I only had to have it serviced once, that was for a belt and it was an easy fix. Other than that, the performance has been great. This is a great washer. I have always been able to rely on it to get my loads of clothing washed. It doesnt have a lot of bells and whistles but it has what is needed. Its not big and bulky and it leaves a lot of space in my laundry room. It has paid for itself at least a billion times by now. I love it. Its a very reliable product and I would highly recommend it.

Kenmore Series 600 - I should have returned the machine after the first day of using it, but now I am stuck it with. It is the worst washing machine Ive ever owned. I feel like sending a bill to Kenmore for all the clothes this thing has ruined. It does not wash clothes. It sprinkles water on them and takes over an hour for one load to finish. No matter what setting I put it on, it does not get the clothes wet at all. My clothes now stink, my sheets are filthy, and everything is wrinkled. I am going to take this thing to the dump and go back to the laundromat.

Not to mention great, efficient customer service. Looking to upgrade to a front loader next!! Perfect size, surface has stayed unscathed with our often brutal wash sessions. Nothing too fancy as far as controls but that helps with teens using the washer. Value is excellent. Kenmore has always produced a quality product for a good price. Less is more in this case. I’ve had this washer machine for about 3 years. While it washes lightly soiled materials well, I do need to wash heavy soiled laundry multiple times. This machine has begun to accumulate a mildew smell. I have yet to identify the source of the smell. In addition, the trays where you pour your detergent, bleach and fabric softener fill with water after the wash. The only tray you can manually empty the access water is the detergent tray, this I feel everything else gets diluted. Overall it is an ok machine.

I have had this washer (Kenmore 50.0 washer top loader) for one year. They have been back to fix it for the fourth time for the same thing! I dont get it, you pay to have the warranty, they come to your house, and are back for the exact same thing. They arent fixing the problem. I tried to talk to the repairman and in his words, Lady, anything you buy nowadays is junk. He even told me that whoever I called and complained about my problem, they dont want to hear it, so they tell you to talk to the repairman about it to get the monkey off their back. Real nice Sears! I wont be buying another thing from you. You dont show up when you’re supposed to and just feed you a line. Im done and wont recommend you to anyone.

After reading everyone’s reviews, I realized that I am not alone. 700s washing machine is a terrible purchase and a waste of money. I thought I was doing something wrong at first but after manipulating all the buttons, I still can’t seem to get ANY of my wash loads clean! Kenmore should replace all these bad washers or at least consider giving us a portion of our money back for all the aggravation it has caused. DO NOT PURCHASE 700s WASHER.

After 7 months from the Kenmore 3 year warranty, the washer is rapidly rusting and chipping, on the top and under portion, in-between the detergent cup and bleach cup. The warranty for cosmetic was 3 years. When the tech came out to the house, he stated and proceeded to put in writing to Sears, this was not covered. The tech took pictures to back my complaint. The pictures never made it attached to the service order that Customer solutions department had received. The Customer Solutions representative, located in the Philippines, proceeded to tell me, I was not covered. The representative told me, he was only there to take my information; the representative CONFIRMED, Sears is aware of the problem and is NOT doing anything about the problem for their customers. Customer Solutions, DID NOT offer any type of solution.Every appliance in the house has been a Kenmore product; I put in a complaint, and of course, still waiting to get a return call. I expected Customer Solutions to have been in the United States. So very disappointed and irritated. Not looking for a brand new washer----just the replacement portion for the top. Because, Sears knows there is a problem.

I am able to wash big comforters that is previously have to use our local laundromat for. I can fit everyones jeans & towel in 1 load and not worry about breaking the machine. Its just so sleek & modern. I love it - versus the old clunky models of the past. Its definitely appealing to the eye & my friends & famous lay comment on it regularly. Well worth the money. I couldnt have gotten a better deal. It does what I need it to & then done. Its worth it - they should have more sales though in the store with pairs.

Both worked very well for the first few years but the washer had problems toward the end in getting drained all the way. Had to replace some parts. Units worked good til the end and then they became so unreliable and slow that we ended up replacing them both and are happier now. Dont know why or how but they went bad. Appearance was fine. Dont expect that there is a whole lot of room there to change color and style is changing every day so stay informed and Im so sure you got it. Never got my moneys worth out of any washer. Dryers usually last but these seemed to run faster, harder and wear out quickly. I dont think I will buy again.

I like the washer but had to replace the circuit board after just two years of washing, just hope this isnt a constant issue with it. If it is it might be cheaper to replace the washer. The washer is sleek. It fits well in any space you choose to place it. It really is stylish looking it is really different looking from older washers and others looking at it like it. As I bought the washer new I certainly did not expect to have problems with it after just two years of washing with it. I hope this problem doesnt persist.

I live in a three person household and it was fine. I would not recommend this for a big family. Small households the size is fine though. It was kind of ugly but then again so was my whole kitchen. It got dirty easily and was terrible display. I kind of hated it a lot. The washer was overpriced, undersized, and ugly as sin.

Since I live by myself, this washer is able to comfortably for all of my clothing items with extra room to spare. This makes the washing process easy for the machine and prevents it from getting congested. The appearance is rather minimalist and does not possess any fancy designs. I like this type of design because it helps the machine match any types of surroundings and not bring too much attention to itself. While lacking some features of the most cutting-edge washers, this machine is economical because it gets all the basic needs accomplished efficiently at a fairly reasonable price point.

It took what seems like forever to buy one but I am glad we took our time. It had a very powerful wash cycle and didnt leave spots on my glassware. It washes very quick and is careful not to harm any of my delicates or top rack only items. Although I wish I had chosen a different color. Also, it could be a little bit quieter but all in all it is almost perfect.

Since the very beginning the door was very hard to open putting significant pressure on the flimsy plastic panel above the latch. It started to crack a year ago so we were very careful. However this week the plastic panel and latch just crumbled in our hands. Use of the machine is fairly low since there are only two people in the household. True believer in Kenmore products. My Kenmore Front Loading HE 3 is over 25 years old and with the exception of routine maintenance, have never had any problems. Still cleans great. No rattling or noisy operation. Hate to one day have to retire it since the new washers today do not seem to impress me, especially with their costly price tags. Had a repairman come and he said nothing was wrong, just too much suds. I use tide HE - he said that was fine. I used less detergent and the machine still leaked. Another repairman came and replaced the hose. He said use less detergent. I use so little detergent its ridiculous it still leaks and another repairman is coming next week. There is an opening in the back of the machine with a white circle and the machine is made that way to release suds and water. Sometimes I see just water pouring from it. Why would anyone make a machine that comes out of the machine onto the floor. Someone is going to slip and get hurt and then I will sue Sears and my floor is constantly getting water. AGAIN WHY WOULD A MACHINE BE MADE TO GET RID OF SUDS AND WATER ON YOUR FLOOR. I WANT A DIFFERENT MACHINE. I Purchased it in 2013. WHY WHY WHY????? I thought I would never have good smelling towels again and the washer did the trick. It can really hold a lot of clothing inside. Overall very happy with it. Its performance is long lasting. This washer is very reliable I can always count on it to wash all of my heavy loads of clothing exactly when I need it. I hardly ever have any technical issues with it. This washer has a generally attractive appearance. When I originally bought this washer it was on sale and I think I am satisfied with the value of it. The warranty is great and its worth the money to have fresh smelling clothes.

It doesnt have as many settings and options as more deluxe washers, but who needs them? While I wish I had sprung for a larger model, this washer always did the trick. It hasnt broken on me yet, and clothes have always come out clean in the first try. They are not too wet when the cycle ends, either. Simple, white, top-loading design. Clear and simple controls. Not fancy-looking or stylish. No viewing window in the front/door. I was content with its appearance. Uses a reasonable amount of water, so it wont jack up your water bill. All in all, a great value.

Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015 a Sears Service Rep came to the house to repair our 3-year old Kenmore Top-Loading Series 2000 Model Washer. The washer was unbalanced during the spin cycles causing the machine to shut down. The Sears Service Rep replaced all four shock absorbers/springs on the basket with new ones. He also reprogrammed the machine. That afternoon we used the washer and it operated normally with no problems. Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015 we used the washer this morning and it is now doing the same thing as before, rendering the machine unusable. We contacted Sears and they scheduled us for recall service on the morning of Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015.Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015 we were scheduled for service this morning, but Sears Service never showed up during the scheduled time window. We also received no telephone call informing us that Sears was not going to able to make it to our house. We called Sears Service that afternoon to complain and they rescheduled us for Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 between the hours of 5:00pm and 6:00pm.Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 Sears Service was scheduled to re-service our Kenmore Top-Loading Washer between the hours of 5:00pm and 6:00pm. Once again, no Sears Service Rep showed up. We called Sears and they said they had no record of us being scheduled for service that day. Diana was on the phone for 2 hours with Sears Service, all to no avail. They were not sympathetic and didn’t care. They attempted to reschedule us for Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015. We told them that was the one day that week when we wouldn’t be at home due to doctor appointments. We asked them to schedule us for Monday, Feb. 23, 2015, Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015 or Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015. They said that they couldn’t do it on any of those days as they were booked up. Sears Service said they could only come out on one of those days if someone canceled their appointment.Monday, Feb. 23, 2015 we called Sears Service again to try and get a Service Rep out to repair our Kenmore Washer on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday. They once again insisted that they could only come out on Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015. They stated that if we didn’t accept Wednesday, then the earliest date that they could come after that was Tuesday, March 3, 2015.Sears has proved to us that they don’t care about fixing our machine, except at their convenience. They have stated that they couldn’t come out earlier unless another customer canceled their appointment. Sears apparently doesn’t care that their Service Department canceled on us twice, with no qualms about it and without notifying us that they weren’t coming. They refuse to make the service of our Kenmore washer a priority, even though it is Sears fault that the machine was not repaired correctly the first time and that Sears has failed to show up for scheduled appointments on two occasions. Sears Customer Service is absolutely horrible. When we called them to complain, they were uncooperative and refused to give us contact numbers for supervisors or the corporate office. They kept apologizing, but obviously had not one iota of care whether our washer was repaired (for a second time) in a fair and timely matter.

Did not help at all. Then the leaking all over the floor. I drained the hose after every wash. Sometimes it wouldnt leak and then sometimes it would leak everywhere. This is the worst machine we have ever owned. Ive always wanted a front loader, but I was very upset when I bought it. I didnt get the warranty, because Kenmore has been around for so long and a good company. They really messed up on this product. With the amount of money that you have to pay for a front-loading washer, people should not have to deal with all of the problems that this wash comes with. I will never buy a Kenmore product again.

So they diagnosed and ordered a replacement gear box. A week and half later they came and installed it. It was a remanufactured gear box. Immediately it smelled awful, a horrible industrial grease smell. Within a week it was making a horrible noise. We stopped using it and went out and bought a far superior brand, because I had it with Sears and Kenmore. When the old washer was removed, there was oil all over the floor underneath it. So the remanufactured gear box was total garbage, leaking oil from day one. Poor quality doesnt even begin to describe the washer or the replacement parts. No wonder Sears is looking at selling the Kenmore brand. Its worthless.

I tried to wash 5 pair of VERY dirty jeans and they still had clumps of mud on them. I washed a load of towels and the towels absorbed all the water that was dispensed, and the Tide Pod was not completely dissolved! Even using deep fill it will dispense only 3 of water into the tub. I can get it to fill 3 times dispensing 3 of water each time if I stand there and hit the deep fill button, open and close the lid and who has time for that. I am having Sears come and replace this piece of junk Friday!

First we noticed that the thing just didnt clean the clothes well--- whites were coming out gray, etc. Then it started getting loud during the spin cycle. I dont mean noisy-- I mean LOUD. I looked on the Internet and found many complaints about this-- apparently the bearings are often defective and go bad quickly. The cost to replace is more expensive than just replacing it with a standard washer that actually cleans clothes. As I sit here typing the thing has gotten so loud that Im certain OSHA would require hearing protection to be near it. Were now beginning to notice tears in sheets and table clothes. Not only is it deafening and cleans poorly, its now actually damaging our clothes and linens! I hate the thing--- I mean HATE it. It was a total waste of money and were just trying to get enough use out of it to make buying a new washer cost-effective. A horrible, horrible piece of poop. The Kenmore brand used to be reliable-- its no wonder Sears is on the ropes and possibly failing. It deserves its fate.

A couple of years ago I bought a Kenmore Elite Dishwasher. It looked great, sounded great. When it was being delivered, the delivery man said, See you in a few years. I asked what he meant, and he said, Youll be replacing this before too long. I was stunned. Surely not, it looked too good. Until it wasnt. First thing that happens, the plastic wheels on the bottom rack started falling off. Turns out, they use a plastic piece to hold the plastic wheels on. When its a couple of years old, they shrink and the wheels fall off. Of course you dont know this until toxic smoke is pouring out during the heating cycle.After scraping and trying to clean the plastic off the burner, I check the other wheels only to find out they are all the same. There are 8 wheels on the bottom rack, and are only sold in pairs on a plastic mount. $60 per. Needless to say, its hundreds of bucks to keep it usable. And they dont want to hear about warranty or faulty parts. Learned my lesson. If the delivery guy says its bad, believe it.

I could wash a decent sized load of dirty clothes in this washer. I never needed a repair and the agitation was strong and reliable. The water flowed freely and the knobs were easy to understand. This washer was a simple washer in looks. Even though I could have gone for something more spacey and futuristic in looks I was very happy with its performance and easy to understand knobs. Looks arent everything. I think in this day and age we spend too much money on things that break down over time. This washer was sturdy and reliable and I never needed a repair so I am satisfied with the amount of money I paid for it.

They came the same day, has not happened again, but I did have a different situation of the Washer not working this summer. After the wash cycle, the spin cycle wasnt working. In fact the water didnt drain. With limited funds, I looked into doing it myself. Thanks to a YouTube video, I found it to be a common problem. I knew the part I needed, and was able to get it from Amazon. I got the part, fixed the washer, following each direction on the video, and was successful in repairing my washing machine.

I hear of new washers stinking from odor. Makes me scared to buy the new HD washers. The washer is loyal and has had no big problems. I do not get why anyone wants a newer one that gets bad odors. These older machines have no worries of odor. It just cleans your clothes. We got ours at a close out sale. We paid $400. We have had this washer for over 15 years. Only one problem... the belt broke. My husband fixed it for $20. Total cost of machine $420 - you cant beat that.

There are way better Kenmores out there but I will say the reliability is stellar. I have had for 6 years and have not had any breakdowns (knock on wood) so far. No complaints in that department. This model was the best one Sears had under the Kenmore label. It has a matching dryer which I also purchased. It is one of the newer low water washers which took some getting used to. Over time I have learned a lot in regard to what and what not to do in order to operate this machine as a high efficiency washer. When I mastered a few of the "mystery tricks" then this seemingly "monster washer" became my friendly servant. I learned by the various "wish-wash" sounds when the wash cycle needed a bit more water, and by redistributing the clothes up around the sides of the rim, more water would be added by the machine. Also, though it is a super heavy-duty washer, I've learned not to load it too full or it will keep going back to the rinse cycle (over and over) and never go forward to spin.

Both times, the part has been back ordered and Sears has called the day before our appointment to reschedule. In both cases, they put the situation in our hands to track the part and then call them once we have the part in hand to not waste their time. What about our time? Each occurrence has lasted a month. This means the washer has only been in use 8 of the 10 months we have had it. I think they were trying to draw out the time so it falls out of warranty.The customer service department term used loosely is extremely rude. This is an outsourcing issue as there is no culpability with the product or support. The customer service person had the gall to indicate that if we feel that strongly about how bad the product is, to write the CEO. This is actually not a bad idea, though it will be intercepted long before reaching the intended source. Once the warranty fails, we are tempted to use the National Tire & Battery plan with Sears. Anyone that has seen the commercial, understands to throw the product through the plate glass window. Then, we will get a new washer that will not be a Kenmore (actually, a re-branded LG). Koreans.

Ok so this is a love-hate relationship with this machine. Great for water management but it seems either fill it completely or a small load w/ little water there is no medium or in between. If I have a large load I put it on deep fill and everything is nice and clean. Auto loads are useless unless a very small load. White setting bulky setting all seem the same. A medium load which is most of my laundry needs. Forget it. Be prepared to add water. On auto only the bottom clothes are saturated and washed and if you use a powder forget about it. It’s either full water wash or very small. There is no in between w/ this washer. Bummer.

Kenmore gets our clothes clean, offers a Vietnam of cycles, temperatures and I am please. Kids do their own laundry so its easy to use. It stays clean and fresh smelling and cycles are fast. It is definitely reliable. Have had to for a few years and we do several loads a weeks. Have not had any issues with it not operating correctly. We are pleased with its functioning capability. Cant say I have seen a good looking or a bad looking washing machine but this machine is attractive. We have had it for a few years and I honestly do not remember what we paid for it but considering it has worked without issues for this long I would say it was good value.

I really like the way it works and runs. Very stylish. I like the way it looks and the way its made. I like the color of it. I find it very nice. It was a fair price for the brand. I think I got a fairly good deal. I would buy another if this one messed up and I would tell my friends about it.

Purchased the washer used and it still worked well for a few years. Bought a new LG as a replacement and hate it. Will be going back to Kenmore in the near future when we purchase a new house. We will also purchase a Kenmore washer, even though the LG is less than two years old.

It washes well and is efficient at getting stains out usually. It is not too loud also. I feel it is quite durable at the same time. I am quite satisfied with it. I have only had one breakdown in 6 years and had to call a repairman to fix it but for the most part I have no issues with my washer when I want to use it. It is not that stylish compared to some of the newer models out there especially the other brands but it is attractive enough that it can blend in with my home decor. It could be a little more appealing but it is okay. Considering the reliability of the machine and how long I have had it coupled with the reasonable price I paid I feel that this is a good value for what I spent.

Im among the hundreds of thousands of owners that have experienced the poor design these machines have. (Google F35 error and youll see listings for several youtube videos which have thousands of views explaining the problem with these washers). There is a pressure sensor that is notorious for generating bad pressure reading and generating the dreaded SUDS and F35 error codes requiring frequent replacement of this $150 sensor. Poor engineering, or perhaps a scheme to generate recurring part sales. I will NEVER again buy a Kenmore product.

My washer works fantastic. Easy to use, nice and simple, just like me. Top loading works great because of the location in my basement. Make sure its up off ground elevate. Its just two of us, but I do laundry every other day. When I work outside which is just every day, I change twice a day so I have more than I should. The washer gets my clothes very clean and I dont have to worry about ruining clothing. Im sure you can get other colors, but I got white. Its easy to clean, matches everything durable, its just plain white. The knobs are a dark color which makes the washer stand out. The washer is energy efficient. Saves time, saves me money, it adjust the water level perfectly, shuts down when too much is loaded. I would recommend this washer to anyone that doesnt need a fancy one.

My first washing machine was a Kenmore that we got used from a neighbor. It worked forever and was super reliable, and always cleaned our clothes well. Quality, trustworthy and reliable. Never had any issues with it. We used it for over 5 yrs and then sold it when we moved.

Have had it for a while and never had any problems with it. Can not complain about anything. It fits a whole queen bed set, including comforter, sheets and pillow cases. Does a great job cleaning clothes even when loaded fully. Towels are usually heavy so I was worried filling the washer up all the way, but this washer can deal and clean everything. I wash hot. They come out very clean and are soft after drying. I do not need to use extra detergent, just the recommended amount of liquid, or pods. It does look nice. If dust gets on there I can easily wipe it clean with a damp cloths. Color is white but not really bright. Love the front load. I ordered this item online and used a coupon code and a rebate site, so I received a discount on it. I did not overpay and I am happy I got such a good deal on this washer.

Bought a new Kenmore washer in 2014. From the time we bought it it was throwing out a cafe F51 didn’t know what it was ( yes ignorance on my part) however if you turned it off and then back on it worked fine. Now it has stopped working completely! I call customer service and ask if it was under recall after telling the lady my name and address five different times. She said no. I ask to speak with her manager and she said she didn’t have one. Wow. I am talking to the owner of the company! So I said I would like to speak to a supervisor and reluctantly she placed me on hold and when the supervisor got on the phone she also stated that the washer was not under any recall. I ask her how she would know that without knowing what the serial number and model numbers were and quickly she ask for them. Put me on a brief hold and wouldn’t you know it same answer! No recall. However it has been giving this code since we bought it. Their solution to the problem is that I pay $99 for someone to come out in a week and see if it is under recall and if not then I can pay to have a washer fixed that was broke when we bought it. Gotta love them! I am not a happy customer!

I am completely dissatisfied with this machine. It tangles and twists my clothes even on the delicate cycle. It does not clean our underwear. I have terrible yellow stains on my towels, and it does not clean the makeup off of my washcloths. I have to constantly reset it if washing towels or bed clothes. I have also noticed rust around the edges of my bleach fill. The softener does not empty correctly. I have no positive comments. This machine cost a small fortune, and I am ready to throw it down a hill! I had a Maytag prior to this machine that worked wonderfully. Piece of junk!!

The ice maker in this Kenmore/Whirlpool/KitchenAid Ice Maker draws a standard load when heating the mold BUT the Timer-Control Module W10190935 which has to control & pass the current, cannot handle the load. It appears a lot of customers have the same problem, as the module is overheating and creates a fire hazard.

Overall, l would recommend this product because it is very efficient, effective and dependable. I definitely like the fact that it dries your clothes effectively without burning out the colors. It is very reliable and I would recommend it to my family and friends. The appearance is very simple and the directions are clear and concise. It has a user-friendly appearance for everyone. It is really an awesome product. I like it. The price was quite affordable at the time and I got it while it was on sale. However, I think the general price tag is reasonable now compared to other similar products in this category.

I would probably like it to be more colors option so it could fit my taste a little bit more. Best deal you could have ever. Dont miss out like at all.
