It cleaned without extra cycles and the multiple settings were enough for all my cleaning needs. The tub was a little small, but I usually wash a few times a week anyway so this was not a problem. I never had any issues over the life of the washer, it always worked well, and was consistent from day one. I had to replace the belt one time in all the years I have owned it. It is classic white and I never worried about the looks. It is easy to clean, and stable where it was put. For the price it works great. It is easy to maintain the ability to somewhat overload, and have clean clothes that have not been destroyed is a tribute to the brand.

Water was coming out all over our floor. Was satisfied until it broke. Parts were too expensive to repair it so had to buy another washer instead and did not buy the same brand washer. I love the look and front load door. It was pretty dark, red colored, and still looked new when it broke down. Loved how easy it was to control. Not happy with the perceived value because parts were priced so high that its not worth it to fix or repair them. You are better off buying a new one.

Kenmore top loading high efficiency washer model 110.2810 - We purchased this washing machine from Sears for $750 on 12/2/2012 and did not purchase the extended warranty. It is now less than two years old and I came home the other day to find my basement flooded because the outer drum of the machine cracked. The repair person said he could not believe what he saw with this broken part and he felt this was clearly a manufacturers defect. It will cost $600 to repair my 2 year old washing machine. I called Sears to request that they supply the part for free so that I only needed to pay for the repair itself of $300 and was told I needed to call the manufacturer Kenmore. When I called the phone number that was posted by Kenmore I was told that I needed to contact the manufacturer directly as they could not help me. I told them that I thought I did call the manufacturer and they told me that I called Sears. I told them I got the phone number off of the Kenmore website and they said yes, they post that number but its actually to Sears. What kind of customer service is this? They then transferred me to Whirlpool who manufactures Kenmore. After talking with the rep at Whirlpool, she said they no longer manufacture Kenmore and that I need to call Sears because they sold it to me. This is a terrible way to do business. It would be nice if they would manufacture a reliable product that you do not need to purchase an extended warranty for an amount that costs half the price of the machine itself. They do this apparently because they know they are manufacturing a substandard product. This is an American based company and this is truly an embarrassment for our country to have such poor manufacturing supported by even worse customer service. I would sincerely hope that management takes a better look into how they continue to do business.

Gets my clothes clean without damaging them, no matter what the fabric type. It can wash my delicates as well as jeans and sheets. I dont know what I would do without it. Always works when I need it, and never lets me down. It doesnt require a lot of laundry soap. Any brand will work and its very efficient. That helps stretch the amount of soap I have to buy. Very clean and ergonomic design. Looks modern without sacrificing any of the performance. Its a bit of a workhorse, and can handle heavy loads while still looking stylish. Makes laundry less stressful. I can put in a load and even if I forget it, I dont have to run it again, wasting water and soap. Saves me money and time.

Kenmore Elite Oasis He Repair - Purchased this washer about 6 years ago. For the last 3 years has had difficulty filling and draining. My clothes come out dingy and dry in places at times. Takes 10-12 days for repair appt. When a part is needed and not on the truck, its another 10-12 days to order a part, then another 10-12 days to book a repair appt. That means no washer for 2-4 weeks for each repair. Going to the laundromat for 10 loads gets old. Sears warranty replacement guarantee only kicks in if a major part was replaced 5 times in a calendar year. They have been out several times for the problem, but because no major part replaced it doesnt count. Have gone to Customer Care numerous times without success. Frustrating.

The washer is amazing. It has different spin cycles depending on your preference. It is able to get my clothes nice and clean in a timely manner. The appearance is pretty common. It has the knobs at the top and the washer opens up the normal. The washer is very reliable and I have had not one single problem with it. When I need my clothes done in a hurry it gets the job done very quickly. It is of a good value because of different key components. It cleaned my bowls, pots, pans, Tupperware, plates, and silverware very well and fit into small spaces while still having a large capacity. I also like the color and the layout allows me to put all of my cabinets in it so I can use everything between washes. My cat also enjoys playing in it. It met my expectations and was not the least expensive but the value it has provided has been worth the added cost. It also looks fantastic in my kitchen and everyone who has been to my house comments on how great it is.

Beyond that I think that the sound is incredibly quiet and efficient. Id say that it is a very good piece of technology. Kenmore Model 110. This perhaps is the easiest and cheapest washer to own. I repaired mine and it only cost me $40 bucks in parts to almost do a complete overall. Its over 15 years old and all those side loading so-called HE washers are way too delicate and cost hundreds to thousands to own. Do yourself a favor and go to used appliance store and buy one of these 110 models. May not be the prettiest girl in the bunch but she sure as hell will not leave you hanging like these new ones made today. You can thank me in 15- 20 yrs.

Recently, I got a safety recall on the machine recently. I had the repairman out to install the update necessary. He has been out three times now and my problems have grown to the point of no return. I am totally unhappy with this machine and your update. As soon as I can get money saved up, it is out of my sight and being replaced with a different brand. You have got to be kidding if you think people are not going to drive you crazy with complaints. If you do a light load, it goes through 3 or 4 Rinse cycles and is constantly out of balance. It now takes 2 to 2 1/2 hours to do a small load of laundry and you call that efficient! I stay at home so I am able to stand over the stupid thing, but for working people, it will be a nightmare. My advice is to stay away from any Kenmore Elite. It sucks!

Worked well for my big family. I do laundry about three times a week and this washer fulfilled my familys needs. I didnt have many issues. When I did, Sears fixed it. I still have this washer. Very reliable. Never ever had any issues. Ive had other machines that gave us a ton of problems. This machine isnt one. I recommend it for big families like ours. Very pretty or fit in our small laundry room. But it fit big loads of laundry. I would definitely buy more products from this company. I was able to fit my king size comforter in this washer. It was surely worth the money. I had a more expensive washers. That didnt work as well. This one is one of the expensive ones, but its awesome, came with a great warranty.

I like the features for whites, especially since I clean whites for my work clothes. I have never had a problem with any Kenmore washer. The brand has always been reliable. I wash large loads of linens, clothes and I can always count on them to come out clean. I like the color. Its not bulky and looks pretty slim compared other brands. The control panel is simple to use. Not confusing to operate. Kenmore washers are a good value. The price is a high selling point. There are other washers out there with a lot of bells and whistles but the quality isnt as good as a Kenmore.

I could not get a service tech as the purchase was new; not in the system yet. I called repair tech on 8/12 but could not get an appointment until the afternoon of 8/15. The store manager is not available until 1:00 on 8/12. At 2:47 no call was received from the manager. I called executive office and said they were sending a tech this evening. Kenmore Washer 800 is Crap. Ive only had this washer for 5 years, well actually less than 5 years. Three years in, it required a new control module, and now, it needs it again. The module is about 45 dollars and the service call is $90 to have a repairman come out. All three of my Kenmore appliance either have been replaced or repaired numerous times.

I love get more products. It has enough space capacity to meet my laundry needs of a family of six. Four children under the age of 11 means lots of grass stains and dirty clothes. Looks sleek but also looks just like a lot of other washing machines out there. I like the style is simple and isnt a sight for sore eyes. I feel you get what you pay for when it comes to home appliances. This was a bit more expensive but definitely worth it and the warranty it came with.

The one I had lasted many years before I had to replace it. No matter what I put into it, it always did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this for anyone needing a washer. The store only had it in very few colors. It did not look very attractive but, got it for what it can do not its looks. As long as it did its job well, like always, its appearance does not matter. It was a bit on the expensive side but, it lasted so long that it was worth what we paid for it.

It has a large tub and agitator, but the clothes come out tied in knots. Even with the deep water fill, there is never enough water in the wash. I end up using a double rinse. I was impressed with how clean my clothes were with my new washer. My old one, sometimes the detergent wouldnt release so my clothes would still be dirty when I took them out. It can fit pretty large loads even a lot of towels. I also wash my comforter in there when Im too lazy to go to the cleaners. And Im usually pretty happy with how it comes out. When I bought it I was satisfied with the appearance but then shortly after they made more washers with a side opening door and I started to realize that that would make things a lot easier and thats what I will get for my next one.

We bought a Kenmore 600 series early in 2018 after selling our home and leaving the wonderful 22 year old Maytag washing machine behind. What a mistake. This new Sears product is the epitome of young people not thinking through what they are trying to accomplish. To be more specific, these HE machines are designed to save water. But they do not clean clothes because the water level is too low. How is that an improvement? And what if you bump the power button by mistake... Out goes the water. How ridiculous. Often our clothes are left with detergent residue from not getting dissolved and we have to wash them again. Weve used more water. What I have found useful when washing clothes is to pause the machine and add a few gallons of water, let it spin a few minutes to get the soap to disperse with the added water, then pause the machine again and literally unplug the machine and allow the clothes to soak an hour or so dependent on the degree of stains. If I could bring back my old Maytag I would but that deal is done. Engineers, and I use that word lightly, have screwed the pooch.

Our Kenmore washer, purchased in 2006, stopped working recently. Error code F22 appeared on the front panel which is a door latch failure. I ordered another latch and installed it myself. When I attempted to operate the washer the latch immediately failed again and gave the F22 code. I then called Sears appliance repair. When they finally showed up, the technician put a new latch assembly in and it too immediately failed. He said the controller was sending a continuous latch signal which destroys the latch and that I would need a new controller and latch. We had purchased an extended warranty for $319.00 which would cover up to $500.00 in repairs but the price he quoted went beyond that by $287.00. I saw no other choice so I authorized the repair. After the technician left, I looked on the Sears parts website to compare the part prices he had quoted us and found that the repair guys price was double the price Sears quoted. I called the technician to ask him why and he said he had no control over pricing and that I would have to complain to Sears. The Sears rep told me that the repair people get their parts from a different source. I told him there was no way I was going to pay double and asked for a refund on the parts and cancelled the warranty. I eventually received my two refunds. As of this writing, I still have no functional washing machine.

We purchased model #28002011 Kenmore washer in 9/2011. Were 2 older people (no pets) requiring 3-5 lite loads of laundry a week. In the last year or more, the washer would add time while in a cycle. For instance, it would count down to say 2 minutes remaining, then adjust the time to say 8 minutes. When youre trying to perform other tasks this could be madding enough. Now after the wash cycle it would just click never performing the rinse or spin cycles. The serviceman informed us the washers motor & transmission must be replaced at a estimated minimum parts cost of $250 plus labor. This was the worst major appliance purchase we have ever made. I dont believe trips to the laundromat would have been as costly & only less inconvenient in winter. Im all done purchasing Sears products.

I had to pay $129.00 for a repairman to take the bottom section below the door and unscrew a 3 round end off and clean out a trap that if in the book, I could have done myself. This should be included in the care of the washers to be checked once a year. This is just another way for them to take advantage of the consumer. I posted on FB to get the word out and to save everyone some hard earn money.

My husband and I purchased a Kenmore washer in 2012. This washer has broke down 3 to 4 times. We called Sears. They repaired it the 1st 2 times. They fixed at it. The next time it broke down it flooded our hardwood floor. We called Sears. They transferred us to LG. After a long drawn out progress they finally paid for the damage, and repaired the same problem. We asked if they could replace our washer so no. Meanwhile when they fixed our washer it cause the washer to leak some type of grease on our clothes. When we reported this Sears said it wasnt anything they could do. The bleach ring has rusted. Now the washer has broken again. The cycles were gentle enough for delicates and then tough enough for getting out big stains and odors. I also liked the fact that the machine did not make too much noise through its cycles. The spin cycle was strong but not noisy as other machines tend to be.

It rinses all the clothes very well and spins evenly so theres no heaviness after each load. Leaves every load manageable. It looks like a well-built product and has fast dials on the front to use and easy to understand. Each setting use cold or hot water setting. For the one is single and starting out on their own it is very reasonable in price and offers good financing and last at least three years and has a good warranty.

I have grown children who bring their laundry to my home to wash and this washer has held up with all the extra wear and tear on it. It gets the job done and you dont even know when it is running because it is quiet and very dependable machine and good at helping remove set in stains. It is very sturdy and dependable and the price is where it is affordable and reliable and even can have a service agreement put on it in the event something goes wrong. It is a wonderful item and would recommend it to my family and Friends.

This will be the major consideration at time of purchasing another washer in future. This problem was diagnosed by a sales person on discussion of wash results. I resorted to going to a laundromat outside my home combined with my grocery shopping for large wash load. It has made my washer last longer.

As mentioned in previous reviews, this washer leaves soapy residue on everything. I use a little bit of he laundry detergent and there is always residue on my dark clothes. There is no center post in this washing machine to stir things up. My sheets always end up knotting up in a ball and the machine wont spin because of the unevenly distributed weight of wet sheets. I dont like doing laundry but it is particularly frustrating to have to wash things over and over to get the residue out. How energy efficient is it if you have to wash things 3 times? It is also frustrating to try to complete my laundry for the day when I have to keep untangling things that have balled up. I would recommend a side loading machine as they are much better at moving things around.

Overall, it is cost efficient and relatively compact for our living area and Im enjoying it. I have plenty of laundry to do, and this washer can hold it all. It has never need anything but a do it yourself repair. The washer is very good at washing. I dont enjoy cubical shapes as I have an unnatural fear of them (my doctor told me). Other than the shape, the color is good and it can fit into any reasonably colored room. For all of the use I got out of it, I would say it is underpriced. It is really that good.

It was not as energy efficient as I wouldve liked but a great washer. It was very reliable I could wash big loads at a time with no problem. It did eat my daughters socks and one time caused it to malfunction but we had someone fix it. I like that it looks like a heavy duty washer at the laundromat. It looked very nice and well put together. It also had a lot of different wash cycles to choose from on panel.

We finally sold it when we moved, but overall it was a good washer. The washer was reliable. We had no issues with it for the 6 years we had it. No service was ever necessary. It was a little bit loud at the end but it still worked great. No complaints about the reliability of the washer. It was a very standard washer. It was not flashy or amazing to look at, but it got the job done. The washer was white with no other colors. Pretty bland but again do you really need a washer to look extremely fancy?? I dont think so. Since the washer was so reliable and lasted so long, I feel like I got my moneys worth. I dont know how it compares to other washers but I think it was worth the money I paid. When I wash heavy loads like 3 Large towels it stops in the middle of spin I guess unbalanced. I have to restart the spin. Does not make sense. I purchased the largest tub size they had. Top of the line. As far as the noise, when they delivered they never balanced and after reading the directions it says this is critical for the spin cycle and noise. I went and bought a 4 level and balanced the machine per instructions. Helped minimal but too extremely loud. Will never buy another Kenmore. It has leaked water about 4 or 5 times. I walk in the room and water on the floor. I called Sears for service and they advised to read the directions and you have to closely follow the type cloths you wash and the type cycle or it leaks. It you have KIDS DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. I am an Adult and I caused it to leak water 4 or 5 times in 7 months. If I had known this I would have never purchased this machine. I paid for a 5 year maintenance too so about $2,000 for a new washing machine that leaks water on my floor if I choose the wrong cycle for washing. Brilliant minds at Sears. You cannot make this stuff up!

This time part has to be taken out of machine and sent to a repair service to get repaired because they dont have a new part for it. I was told that it possibly will be done on the 18th of the month (10 days without a washer). This is crazy!!! I am at the laundromat every few days, because I have 3 kids and a dog, and dealing with sports. I would NOT recommend the Kenmore Elite washer to anyone. I tell all my friends and neighbors that this machine is a big waste of money. After my warranty runs out, I am going to replace it. Definitely do my homework and the next one! My sincere condolences to anyone who buys this machine. It is TERRIBLE!!!

Both times, the part has been back ordered and Sears has called the day before our appointment to reschedule. In both cases, they put the situation in our hands to track the part and then call them once we have the part in hand to not waste their time. What about our time? Each occurrence has lasted a month. This means the washer has only been in use 8 of the 10 months we have had it. I think they were trying to draw out the time so it falls out of warranty.The customer service department term used loosely is extremely rude. This is an outsourcing issue as there is no culpability with the product or support. The customer service person had the gall to indicate that if we feel that strongly about how bad the product is, to write the CEO. This is actually not a bad idea, though it will be intercepted long before reaching the intended source. Once the warranty fails, we are tempted to use the National Tire & Battery plan with Sears. Anyone that has seen the commercial, understands to throw the product through the plate glass window. Then, we will get a new washer that will not be a Kenmore (actually, a re-branded LG). Koreans.

No special cleaning agents were needed. The color never faded or discolored, and it did not show signs of any rust. When compared to other machines with the same features it was more of a great value at a good price. The load capacity was even larger than some of the others at a greater price.

I tried to wash 5 pair of VERY dirty jeans and they still had clumps of mud on them. I washed a load of towels and the towels absorbed all the water that was dispensed, and the Tide Pod was not completely dissolved! Even using deep fill it will dispense only 3 of water into the tub. I can get it to fill 3 times dispensing 3 of water each time if I stand there and hit the deep fill button, open and close the lid and who has time for that. I am having Sears come and replace this piece of junk Friday!

Anything that you pay more than $500 for should cover parts for at least 3yrs. The staff at Sears stated, you should have got the extended warranty babe, nothing is made like it used to and your lucky if it last 3 yrs. I was able to reset and get it going for a few days but it has stopped working again. Believe there is an issue with the control panel.

Sometimes it seems like the clothes wash faster than the older washing machines. This washing machine is very reliable. Older washing machines we had in the past would give us problems within a few years. But this one we have almost 3-4 years now and havent had one problem yet. I love the appearance on this because it a newer looking washing machine and doesnt look like the old ones. Sometimes I forget that this is a washing machine. The value was great. We didnt spend too much on it to the point where we had to think twice about getting it. Once we saw the machine and the price our mind was made up.

I have model #11026132411 and when I wash my dark clothes they come out with white stains on them that are impossible to clean unless I wash my clothes in my daughters Whirlpool machine. I tried cleaning the machine, but that doesnt help!!! I am so frustrated... Another problem with this machine is that you cant modulate the water level. I am VERY disappointed in this machine. Simple to use and very convenient. I have a big family and my washer is like my nanny and best friend. I love it! Dont know exactly what Id do without it. My husband likes it too. I have never had a problem with my washer. My clothes are always clean. Its not noisy. It doesnt run my water bill up too high. Its spacious. My washer is white. It is square. It is pretty. It is clean. It looks wonderful in my house. Its stylish. Im so happy I bought it!! The value is outrageous. Its worth more than I paid for it in my personal opinion. I would have paid more. I know people who love my washer and would have paid much more.

Kenmore Elite Oasis washer model 11028032701 is leaking from the bottom and making noise. It also has oil or grease coming out from the bottom. Never buy this washer. My mother and I both bought the washer from Sears and they broke after one year and four days. They refused to fix or replace because its four days over warranty. Then mothers washer broke the same way as mine, oil leak and water at bottom two weeks after mine. Sears was totally not helpful. She paid for a repairman and had it fixed. Then a week later, it was leaking water from bottom again. Im not pleased at all.

I’ve had this washer machine for about 3 years. While it washes lightly soiled materials well, I do need to wash heavy soiled laundry multiple times. This machine has begun to accumulate a mildew smell. I have yet to identify the source of the smell. In addition, the trays where you pour your detergent, bleach and fabric softener fill with water after the wash. The only tray you can manually empty the access water is the detergent tray, this I feel everything else gets diluted. Overall it is an ok machine.

I dont know how its suppose to save power because it takes so long to do a load and it dont wash the clothes clean either even with a second cycle. Maybe it takes less water but NOT. When I have to wash the clothes two and three times to get them clean. I would not recommend this machine if you have a well. I hate the lid lock. If the power goes out when the machine is going you cant get your clothes out. Twice now I have had to call a repair person to fix the controls after power outages... I really wish I had never bought this machine now. Its the worst washer Ive ever had.

When I bought I was very excited and I most dependently would not buy another washer for a good, good twenty years. It is very, very reliable. I can really count on it to wash every item correctly and in a timely manner every single time I use it. I would never use any brand but this one. It is very, very cute and I love it in my kitchen. It is just so pretty and I really love it. Everyone should buy this washer. It is perfect or anybody house. Washers are really pricey any way so the price I payed was amazing. I even got sweet discount. You really get a lot for your money. You will love it.

This washer has been an excellent addition to our appliances. It hasnt had any problems and washes perfectly. Ive been very pleased with the washer overall. I highly recommend this washer in terms of its reliability. We have owned it for more than five years and so far had no significant problems with it. I am satisfied with the washer in terms of its appearance. It isnt the most flashy, but its on the laundry room so its not really a big deal. Ive felt that this washer has been a good value for us. We have had no issues with the reliability and for us that is the most important thing.

It has never broke or had any issues with my washer. If I had to choose I would get them again. Thanks Kenmore for great service. I could not ask for a better washer for my family. I have a Kenmore front load washer. It's about 10-15 years old now and has been a great washer. I had a service man come out one time when the inside rubber gasket tore, otherwise I've had no problems with it over the years. It has been very reliable. I leave the door open when I take the clothes out, even though I've never had moldy smell in my clothes. I usually wipe out the gasket (around the door) every so often, but not that often. The front paint ended up bubbling from spilled detergents over the years, but that's simply cosmetic. Those front panels are replaceable, but it doesn't bother me that much. I never thought this washer would be so good and last so long. Thanks Sears for a good quality appliance.
